Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes gently and begin to take deep breaths,
inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
With each inhale, feel yourself filling up with calmness and inner peace.
Now, bring your awareness to your heart center.
Visualize a bright beam of golden light shining from your heart
and expanding throughout your entire body,
filling you with love and gratitude.
Start to recall all the things you are grateful for in your life.
