A morning affirmations practice can be a powerful catalyst to create positive change in your life. So I encourage you to save this episode, come back and repeat it for 21 days straight. So inhale, fill all the way up through your chest and down into your belly, hold at the top, and then exhale, release. Fantastic. Now let's turn to our affirmations. I am grateful to be alive today. I choose to focus on the good and my life. my life, I am powerful, positive. I am confident in myself. I am comfortable in my own skin.
Starting point is 00:03:33 I am excited for the opportunities this day holds. I am full of love for myself and others. I am releasing all fears and limitations. I am focusing on what makes me happy and fulfilled, thriving today. I am choosing thoughts that empower and uplift me. I am free to make this day into whatever I want it to be. I am radiating confidence, positivity, and joy. I am proud of myself. I am at peace with where I am and excited about where I'm going. I am aligned with my purpose and passions. I choose to handle obstacles with kindness and grace. I am letting go of what I cannot control. I look for the positives in every situation.
