breath and with each breath I welcome God's peace into my heart I am not alone God walks with me even
through the darkest valleys today I take one small step and that is enough even if I can't see it now
there is hope on my path my sadness does not define my worth I am loved I am valuable I am a child of God
My story isn't over. God is still writing my most beautiful chapter. I am learning to be patient with my
healing process. I allow myself to feel, to cry, to heal, and to trust that light will return.
God's love surrounds me and holds me. It's okay to ask for help. It's not weakness. It's wisdom.
My soul may be tired, but my spirit is still fighting.
Day by day I am rebuilding my strength.
I am worthy of love even when I can't give my best.
Pain is part of the journey, but it is not the final destination.
Jesus is my refuge.
In him, I find comfort, tenderness, and new life.
