I allow myself to feel, to cry, to heal, and to trust that light will return. God's love surrounds me and holds me. It's okay to ask for help. It's not weakness. It's wisdom. My soul may be tired, but my spirit is still fighting. Day by day I am rebuilding my strength. I am worthy of love even when I can't give my best. Pain is part of the journey, but it is not the final destination. Jesus is my refuge.
