This workout. is hard this training is hard this practice is hard this workday is hard and you're getting to that point where you're feeling extremely challenged and so you decide to hold back to reserve some of that energy to reserve some of that effort i'm going to save it but what are you saving it for what are you saving yourself for you're going to go to sleep that night you're going to get to restore that energy So why would you not empty out everything you can possibly give in the day? Why wouldn't you push yourself to your absolute limits?

So when you get tired, when you get to that point where you feel like stopping because it's challenging, what are you saving yourself for? I'm not motivated. I'm obsessed, obsessed with every part of the process. I've romanticized every aspect of it, the process of understanding who I am, what I'm here to do and how to do it. And I put it in simple terms on purpose, because I've found that the more words you use to describe something so deeply complex, the more you water it down. I know at least part of you understands, not because we live a similar life, not because we share the same beliefs, but because we both possess a soul that comes.
Starting point is 00:06:33 from the same origin. The soul is what allows us to feel at the deepest level. It translates what is beyond our capability to logically process and allows us to feel it in its purest form. I am obsessed because I feel like I am immersed in it because I believe evil disguises itself in your own thoughts. It will whisper that your vision is too unorthodox, too far-fetched to be real. And it will make you believe that doubt is your own. But what is pure to the soul, What resonates at the deepest level needs no rationalization, no analysis, no justification. It only needs to be accepted, felt, and embraced. When you do this, when you surrender what is true within you, you will be guided, not by temptation, not by deception, not by the manipulation of evil, but by the undeniable pole of your soul.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Do you not understand that the more comfortable you get, the more uncomfortable life gets, the less action you take, the more consequences you have, the more you let those bills pile up, the less work you put in, the more food you eat, the fatter you get, all these things are going to start piling up on you, bro. And bro, I know you weren't built to be average. You were built to have riches, you were built to have the body you want, the physique that you want, the dreams that you want, you were built to have these things, and yet you're content with being average. What do you want to value today? What a lot of people don't realize is that at any point, you can just change who you are.
Starting point is 00:10:19 You can go from being selfish to being selfless. You can go from being undisciplined to being disciplined. You can go from being a complete asshole to being kind. All of that is a choice. All of that is within your power. Zero people on earth are stopping you from doing that. It is your own discomfort. It is your own unwillingness to change.
Starting point is 00:10:38 You are the only person stopping you from embodying the traits you want to embody and being the person that you ultimately want to be. There's a lot of you have no control over. This is one of the things you do. If you are not behaving like the person you want to be and you're not doing the things that the person you want to be would do, that is on you. So if you don't like what's going on, start over. See, the thing about life, we're going to die, right? Eventually we're going to die or a legacy to live on. The impact can be non-perishable forever, but it's got to be built right.
Starting point is 00:11:15 But we got to take it damage to the time we have right now. If you want it bad enough, you find a way. If you don't want it bad enough, you find an excuse. It's like life and self, man. You go after things. You triumph. Even if you fail, you get back up. And you continue to try and fail.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Continue to try and fail. And ensuring you never fail to try. Because nothing's impossible. It's just a spelling of impossible. It's spelled impossible. There are two versions of you, the one you are now, and the one you could have been. The version of you that stayed disciplined. The version of you that didn't make excuses.
Starting point is 00:12:04 The version of you that chased their potential, that used every hour wisely, that didn't let fear, doubt, or procrastination hold them back. Somewhere, in an alternate reality, that. That version of you exists. And the real question is, how far away are you from them? How many hours, days, years have slipped through your fingers because you told you. yourself you'd start tomorrow. How many moments have you spent scrolling, avoiding, waiting, while that version of you was out there building, learning, growing? You don't get that time back. But you do have a choice. Time is the one thing you can't get more of. You can make more money. You can rebuild relationships. You can recover from failures. But time, once it's gone, It's gone.
Starting point is 00:13:27 The biggest mistake people make is thinking they have more of it than they do. They say, I'll get serious next year. I'll start working on my goals when I'm ready. I'll focus when the timing is right. And suddenly, years are gone. You look back and realize that the only thing stopping you from becoming who you were meant to be was you. The time was always there.
Starting point is 00:13:59 You just chose to waste it. The regret of wasted potential. If you could meet the version of yourself that never wasted time, how would that conversation go? Would they be stronger? Would they be wiser? Would they have the life you always dreamed of but never committed to? And more importantly, what would they say to you? Would they look you in the eyes and say, you had the same opportunities I had, the same hours in the day, the same potential?
Starting point is 00:14:31 But I used mine, and you didn't. That's the kind of regret you don't want to live with. The regret of knowing that you could have been so much more if you had just stopped waiting. Stop lying to yourself. The most dangerous lie you tell yourself is, I have time. Number you have right now. That's it.
Starting point is 00:14:55 The future isn't guaranteed. And even if you live a long life, every day that past, passes is one less day. You have to become the version of yourself. You are meant to be. You have to wake up. You have to get honest about the fact that every wasted moment is a choice. A choice to stay the same instead of grow. A choice to delay your potential. A choice to settle for a life that is less than what you're capable of. You keep waiting for motivation. You keep waiting for the perfect moment. Let me tell you something. It's not coming.
Starting point is 00:15:41 You will never feel fully ready. The perfect moment will never appear. The only way to become the version of you that doesn't waste time is to move before you feel ready, to take action before you feel like it. Because action creates momentum. And momentum destroys procrastination. Get ruthless. About your time successful people.
Starting point is 00:16:06 They don't have more hours in the day than you. They just protect their time, like their life depends on it. Because it does. Look at your daily habits. Look at where your hours go. How much time are you spending on distractions? How much time are you spending, complaining, scrolling, watching other people live their lives instead of living yours?
Starting point is 00:16:33 Now imagine if you took back even half of that time and put it into building yourself instead. Who would you be a year from now? You don't need more time. You need to stop wasting the time you already have. Live with urgency. Most people don't realize how short life is until it's too late. They coast through life as if they're going to live forever.
Starting point is 00:17:01 But the truth is, you don't have forever. If you knew you only had one year left to become the best version of yourself, how would you live? Would you waste time? Would you delay your goals? Or would you attack every single day Like it was your last chance to become everything you were meant to be? Because the reality is
Starting point is 00:17:25 You don't know how much time you have. So start living like it's running out Because it is Make the choice right now. At the end of the day, this is your life. No one is coming to save you. No one is going to force you to get serious. You either decide to be taken to be true.
Starting point is 00:17:50 become your greatest self, or you let time keep slipping away. Right now, in this moment, you have two choices. Stay the same. Keep wasting time. Keep waiting. Keep living beneath your potential. Commit right now, today. Not tomorrow, not next week, now. Because the version of you that could have been, they're waiting for you. And every second you waste is another step. step further away from becoming them. Make the choice. Be who you were meant to be. Fenneka famously said,
Starting point is 00:18:41 while we wait for life, life passes. When you understand that your days are counted, that your days are limited, you begin to work with urgency towards your goals. You begin to work with urgency towards the things that you want in life. People say, well, I'll start tomorrow, or I'll get started when the new year hits. It doesn't work that way life passes you by
Starting point is 00:19:00 with no urgency, but day by day. and so many people live and wake up like accidents that they forget this beautiful principle that life is in your control and if you want to experience a certain type of outcome in a certain type of future you must input the necessary labor today on the one side you can make your ideas about what you would like to have where you would like to be this is the one side so your focus is on what you would like to have where you would like to be other question is what are you willing to sacrifice through how many different pains, conflicts, challenges are you willing to go through?
Starting point is 00:19:42 Because there is something that goes hand in hand, like walking up the mountain. Walking to the peak, it's not going to get more easy. The higher the altitude, the more difficult it becomes. The challenges are not going to get easier, the higher you reach. There's two sides of pain that I don't think a lot of people really understand. Right? There's one side of pain that's the suffering and the discomfort side of pain because that hurts. You remember what that felt like. But then there's another side of pain that's called effort. It's called glory. It's called if you can find a way to push through pain, there's something greater on the other side of it. Imagine you're on your deathbed and standing around your deathbed are the ghosts representing your unfulfilled. potential, the ghost of the ideas you never acted on, the ghost of the talents you didn't use, and they're standing around your bed, angry, disappointed, and upset. They say, we came to you
Starting point is 00:20:47 because you could have brought us to life, they say. And now we have to go to the grave together. So I ask you today, how many ghosts are going to be around your bed when your time comes? Being a human being is not easy as opposed to an animal because we're born and nobody gives us a direction. It's a very, very difficult process. We wake up in the morning and you don't really know what you can do. You can choose 12 different paths. It can be very confusing and very overwhelming. When you find that sense of purpose, when you find what I call your life's task, everything has a direction.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Everything has a purpose. Your energy is concentrated. It's not like you're just going down a single narrow pathway. It's not like life becomes boring and it's just about discipline and solace. problems. It's actually the most exciting thing that can ever happen to you is you never have that lost feeling. You wake up in the morning, you go, yeah, this is what I need to accomplish. Yesterday ended last night. If you were successful, I got something for you. It ended last night. You can't live on yesterday's success. If you failed, I got good news for you. It ended last night.
Starting point is 00:21:54 Today matters. We over-exaggerate yesterday. We over-estimate tomorrow, and we underestimate today. And it's today what matters. Fastest way to losing yourself is to try and make everyone else happy. The best thing you can do is be a true north, be you, shine your light. Know what your core values are, know what your belief system is, know what your morals and your character should be, and live by that. I learned recently how grateful I am for storms. Quiet skies don't show you how strong you are. Calm doesn't force you to level up.

We're forced to find within ourselves a resilience that was once tucked away.
Starting point is 00:23:04 They say confidence is earned. And well, it's earned because when we walk through hell, we give our greatness permission to walk alongside us. The perfect moment has already come and gone. Time after time. But you're sitting here, still waiting for it. You think it's going to knock on your door and say, hey, I'm the perfect moment.
Starting point is 00:23:26 I'm here. But the truth is, there's two types of people. The person that says, oh, I don't really care. I'm going to die one day. What does it matter? Or this is the person that says, I've got one life and I'm going to live it. My definition of a creative life is any life where your decisions are routinely based more strongly on your curiosity than your fear every single day in all your realms of your life. And then your life itself will become a work of art.
Starting point is 00:23:56 And it doesn't matter what you make or produce or leave or influence. It's just that you will create a life that will be really interesting for you. You don't have to feel good about it. You just have to keep going. The feeling will pass, but you will remain. You are greater than your feelings. Going to bed late and waking up early to work for a few days won't kill you. You're not going to burn out.
Starting point is 00:24:20 You're doing what it takes. Hard times last long, but an epic story feels like a lifetime. It's always darkest before the sun breaks in the morning. It's always darkest. But you know the sun is going to come up. Think of the sun. Think how dark it is before the sun comes up when you're and down
Starting point is 00:24:46 and you see no hope or no way out of your condition and you're seething in these emotions. Try to remind yourself, do you think the sun is going to come up or is it not going to come up? The sun always comes up and that's your hope. You think that big changes are what are going to make you happy. That's not the answer.
Starting point is 00:25:14 What makes you happier are the little things. Happiness is the smallest things because your whole life is made up of all the little things that you do every single day. That's how you build a happier life. So pay attention to when you wake up. The first thing you look at every morning. Being kinder to yourself. The little things are everything because they add up to one big happy life. Real self-worth comes from doing hard things.
Starting point is 00:25:54 We keep talking about self-love. We keep talking about loving yourself, believing in yourself. That happens naturally when you go through something difficult. The day that turns your life around, and under this subject, we're going to talk about the emotions that can change your life. Human beings are emotional creatures and emotions are powerful for life change. Now of course emotions are so powerful they can go either way on you. Emotions can either build or destroy. So you really have to employ emotions properly. We call civilization the
Starting point is 00:26:33 intelligent management of human emotions. If you can intelligently apply your emotions in the right direction, no telling what can happen. Could turn your life around one day would be sufficient. Have to become the kind of person that can push through the hard times. Most people can't do that. Most people cannot push through the challenging, the draining, the frustrating times that make everybody else quick. So you have to build yourself into someone who has the discipline, the fortitude, the grit, the perseverance, to become someone who is literally incapable of quitting. What I've learned is to always keep going, always, no matter what happens, if the storm eventually ends.
Starting point is 00:27:16 And when a storm does it, and you want to make sure that you're ready. Don't cheat yourself. And don't sabotage your dreams by chasing cheap dopamine, delay your gratification, understand that the game is long and the road is difficult and that you're by yourself. And if you cheat yourself, well, you're going to be cheated by everybody else. Level up, focus on becoming the best version of yourself. And don't do the things in life that are going to set you back. That which you know you're not supposed to do, you don't do it.
Starting point is 00:27:48 The life that you have is the life that you chose. If the life that you have is not a life that you like, make different choices. So if the life that you have is not a life that you enjoy, you are responsible. Claim to it, things will get better once you get over this downtime. And the difficulty is that people can't think of that when they're so depressed and so hopeless and they reach bottom. They can't visualize that things will ever get better. but for those who have courage and have faith and hope that things will get better in my life,
Starting point is 00:28:27 they can look back a few years later and say, wow, look at me now. Some have it and some don't. Some will stay down. They will never get up off the floor. And others will endure and they have courage and they have hope and life will get better. It always does. Loneliness is a timeless thing, tragically. Stoicism is founded in a moment of loneliness.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Zeno loses everything in a shipwreck. Seneca's best writings come from exile when he's sent far away from the people that he loves. Marcus Aurelius is the most powerful man in the world, but also by the very nature of his power and responsibility and fame. He was isolated. He was lonely, just as you might be today. you have to start looking at uncertainty and transition and that feeling of I know there's much more to me as a positive and not a negative it started leaning into it
Starting point is 00:29:27 because let me tell you something there is so much more to eat like you haven't even figured out who you fully are yet like that is a beautiful thing to know that there's still more to discover about yourself there's still more to learn about yourself you know and that's a beautiful thing to know that, right? And so often we just allow fear, doubt, or I want to control everything to keep us from exploring that, from really, really, you know, stepping out of our shell and expanding who we really are. Most people never succeed in life because they're waiting for conditions to be perfect. They're waiting for the sun to shine, the temperature to be right, all the stars to align, and then have some sort of sign that tells them,
Starting point is 00:30:15 to go. And I'm here to tell you guys that will never happen. Conditions will never be perfect. Things will never align. There will always be a reason for you to put off what should be done right now for a later time. That is a success and life truth. There's two ways to see the world. Some people see the thing that they want, and some people see the thing that prevents them from getting the thing that they want. Don't spend your life living for other people. Being a box checker for what feels right to them. Put yourself first.
Starting point is 00:30:56 There's nothing worse than living with regret. So take a risk. Bet on yourself. Do the thing that nobody thinks you can do. Shock the world. What do you have to lose? A blade does not become strong until it's been through the fire several times.
Starting point is 00:31:15 And this is just, just your first or second time to the fire. And there's a lot of hammerwork that has to take place. And then you're going to have to go back in the forge again. And it's hot and it melts you down and you're uncomfortable. You've got a lot more forge time left. You've got a lot more hammer blows left. And it takes time and embrace the process. You say, do you want process? Life. Embrace the journey and the process of life. Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead, let life live through you. that your life is turning upside down and not going the way you want it to?
Starting point is 00:31:52 How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one that's to come? The quality of self-discipline is the quality that will make you a big success. It's the ability to force yourself to do what you know you should do. And here is the wonderful discovery. This persistence is self-discipline in action.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Every time you persist, you build your self-discipline. Every time you practice self-discipline, you build your ability to persist. And the two of them are tied into yourself, So the more you persist, the more you like yourself. And the more you like yourself, the more discipline you have. And the more discipline you have in practice, the more you like yourself as a result, the more you persist. And eventually you get under an upward spiral, but you become absolutely unstoppable. You reach the point where you know you can achieve the goal and nothing in the world can
Starting point is 00:32:35 stop you. At every step that you take forward makes you stronger and stronger and stronger and until finally people say, I know one thing about him, I know one thing about her. You cannot stop him or her. Once they decided they want something, they will not stop until they. get it and when you develop that quality there will be nothing that is impossible to you go do something that's hard go try and accomplish something that's hard you may win you may lose you may succeed you may fail i'll tell you what you'll be better if you avoid those things that are hard if you don't accept that challenge if you don't step up and step into that cold water i can tell you this is not a good move just get up move towards that challenge whatever that challenge is and you may be
Starting point is 00:33:18 successful and you may not be successful, but you will be better. You have to discipline yourself. Go do something. Do the best thing that you can think of. Put the best plan you have into practice. It's not going to be perfect and it will change along the way, but it will change partly because you become disciplined pursuing the bow. And as you become disciplined, you become wiser.
Starting point is 00:33:38 And as you become wiser, you become able to formulate better and better plans. Sometimes you just need to admit to yourself that you have no idea who you are or what you're doing. Everything is changing all the time. It's normal to have weeks where you feel lost, months where you don't recognize yourself, in years that'll leave you with more questions than answers. Don't see it as a step backwards.
Starting point is 00:34:05 Humble yourself because that's life's way of redirecting you. Letting you know that you have the chance to find yourself again, seize the opportunity. All of us, nobody's perfect. We failed too many times We have so many In certainty in our life that we have to be capable When we are down to stand up
Starting point is 00:34:28 It's part of the journey is part of the process It's part of our Education in my case I'll learn the most when I'm down And it's good that This certain moments happen Because when you are in the top of the wave You don't see under what's
Starting point is 00:34:47 what's going on. It's good to have problems. It's the only way that you can improve. How do you overcome the fear of failure when trying something new? By far the easiest thing I found to deal with this is to think of every single thing in life as an experiment. It's just an experiment. It's everything in life does an experiment.
Starting point is 00:35:04 And therefore, failure isn't really failure. Failure is just another data point. Don't let complaining conquer your life. See if you can't drive it into a small corner. That's the season of summer. nourish your values like a mother and fight your enemies like a father, even if you have to fight the enemies that are within yourself. Make this note, don't become a victim of yourself. It's possible to become a victim of tragedy.
Starting point is 00:35:42 It's possible to become a victim of gossip. It's possible to become a victim of the things that happen out there. But here's the most important thing. Don't become a victim of yourself. Forget the thief in the alley that's after your purse. What about the thief in your mind that's after your prom? People say you have to have a lot of passion for what you're doing, and it's totally true, and the reason is because it's so hard
Starting point is 00:36:09 that if you don't, any rational person would give up. So if you don't love it, if you're not having fun doing it, you don't really love it, you're going to give up. And that's what happens to most people, actually. If you really look at the ones that ended up, you know, successful, unquote, the eyes of society and the ones that didn't. Oftentimes, it's the ones that are successful love what they did so they could persevere when it got really tough. And the ones that didn't love it, quit because they're saying, right? Who would want to put up with this
Starting point is 00:36:38 stuff if you don't love it? So it's a lot of hard work and it's a lot of worrying constantly. So you've got to love it, you've got to have passion. You have to become the kind of person that can push through the hard times. Most people can't do that. No matter how long it takes, keep going. No matter how much it hurts, keep going. So you was placed on this earth for a reason. You weren't meant to be average. You were meant to excel.
Starting point is 00:37:03 You're going to understand this grind is meant to make you who you're supposed to be, a dog. A little grind ain't ever hurt nobody. Stop being solved. Let's embrace you. Most people cannot push through the challenging, the draining, the frustrating times that make everybody else quit. So you have to build yourself into someone who has the discipline, the fortitude, the grit, the person. To push through the hard times to become someone who is literally incapable of quitting You need to look at yourself in the mirror and say why are you only given 50% what's wrong with you?
Starting point is 00:37:39 You need to put yourself on punishment You need to tell you no more TV no more snacks no more desserts no no we working out now No more alcohol not right now not no I can't handle it right now you need to tell you that you all I look at failure's failure. I look at failure as your first, second, third, fourth, fifth attempt. I look at them as attempts. Because if you're trying to do something that's bigger than you, whatever you are, you didn't fail, mother. That's your first attempt. If you give so much power to words, I don't. I take the power right away. I need to tell us. People will tell you things based on their experience, but they don't know anything because everything is subjective. They don't know who you are. or what you've been through. They tell you they tried for their dreams, but it didn't work out, so they gave up. And they discouraged you to chase yours.
Starting point is 00:38:32 But you need to do that for yourself because nobody knows what will happen. And even if it doesn't work out, there's still something to be learned in the process. Stay true to yourself and do your thing. In order for something new to come, something old must go. And that old can sometimes mean,
Starting point is 00:39:00 let go. of what you know until now. Empty the cup. Start from the beginning. Do you run away from something? Do you run towards something? Failure is an impelling protagonist towards achieving your goals. Failure. Be scared.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Be very scared of failure and you will succeed. There is no magic pill. One day or day one? Keep that in your mind. Keep that in your mind if you've been slacking on some kind of something that you want to start doing. And that you know is going to be good for you if you do start. In your life, in any given moment, the strongest dream in that moment wins that moment. I am a very powerful trainer.
Starting point is 00:39:56 If you want to attract what you want, you've got to see yourself already with it. You've got to understand that you've already got it. Use your imagination, see yourself already in possession of the good you desire. That will flip your mind on to a specific frequency. It's on that frequency that good you desire is going to start coming toward you, and you will start moving toward it. You've got to see yourself now already with it. And no, it's only a period of time until you're moving toward it,
Starting point is 00:40:25 and it moving toward you, and you become one with it. Someone will save you, but it's you. Future you, the better you, the person that you've been waiting to become. You make up your mind to be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past. All you have to do is make a decision. And you just got to have a clear intent on what you want. And so learn, study, and then begin to dream or begin to build a mind.
Starting point is 00:41:00 of what it could look like and don't let go of it and begin to experience the emotions of how you feel when it happens. The heart of confidence is action. It's the willingness to try. And all you need is to know that if you try, you're not going to die. You're just going to learn something. And when you learn something, it removes a little bit of the insecurity so that it makes it slightly easier to do. try again. Objecting yourself forward to see what are the consequences of failing. One of the consequences of stopping is about as powerful of a motivation strategy as I can think of, you know? Because what you're doing is you're trying to optimize right now to stop the discomfort.
Starting point is 00:41:46 But what you're going to pay for that in is shame, guilt, regret, long term. So what you need to be able to do is bundle all of that up that is as yet unfelt, but will last for way, way, way longer. You know, the future is much longer than now. The future is going to extend out up until the day that you die. And the now is just for now. And you get to look back, and do you look back with pride and glory? Or do you look back with shame and guilt.
Starting point is 00:42:12 And you don't feel like doing something like you do it anyway. You do it because you have to, and you have to do it for your future self. You know, you have to look back. You have to look at yourself in five, six, seven years and be the person that you would want to look back and be. proud of because now what you're doing you're doing your future self a favor. This isn't a game. This is your life. Wake up. It's time to make your life into a highlight real. You're the main character. Not anybody else. Stop thinking this world is against you. You're in control.
Starting point is 00:42:51 You get to choose what happens next. The wait is over because the time is now. You go higher. You go even more. alone. Why? Because nobody is willing anymore to invest their energy in going higher. Because it's becoming more difficult. They say, it's already okay here. Why you still want to move up there? The air is getting thinner over there. So that means along this way, the higher you want to go, the more likely you're going to walk alone. This is the next thing. We have no fucking idea how great you really are. Because you are using such minimal of what you have.
Starting point is 00:43:40 Everybody has the ability to do it, but they just don't want you. There's no hacks, bro. It's you against you. The problem is you, and you don't want to fix it. The hardships, the losses,
Starting point is 00:43:53 they make the good times way better. First of all, everybody, you're never starting over. You're always starting from experience. This is so important for you to understand. Just because you got laid off, just because you've ended a relationship, You're not starting from scratch.
Starting point is 00:44:10 You have all the experiences good and bad in your life that you can now use to reinvent and reimagine what the next chapter of your life looks like next. What are you going to do? How bad do you want it? What are you willing to sacrifice and what are you willing to give up to find every bit of who you are is going to be?
Starting point is 00:44:34 Delusion is only delusional when you don't accomplish the goal of making a delusion of the reality. Losers let it happen. Winters make it happen. Losers see thunderstorms, when you see rainbows. Losers see icy streets. Winners put on their ice skates. Losers take chances. Winters make choices. It's all in the way you choose to think. The only way to live is no you're going to die. If you're afraid to die, you'll not be able to live. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
Starting point is 00:45:21 Go for the discipline because it weighs ounces. The regret weighs times. Because it can accumulate. Out of how you've been showing up lately. There's a lot on your plate, no doubt. And it might feel like you're falling behind, but you're not. You're overcoming stressful situations. You're fighting for your mental health.
Starting point is 00:45:43 You're doing your best. The only thing you're falling behind on is giving yourself the credit you deserve because at any given moment, you're doing way best. You're doing way better than your inner critic would like to admit. You have a plan and you have a process when opposition adversity challenges, uncertainty pops up. The problem doesn't look as big. The adversity doesn't look as big.
Starting point is 00:46:09 The challenges don't look as big. When you've got a plan in a process in place. Now when you don't got a plan in a process in place, adversity and opposition shows up, uncertainly shows up. Problems look real big. The adversity looks real big. You forget about the sacrifice, you forget about the long hours, you forget about the vision, you forget about the mission, because you don't have a plan or process, right? The process makes you stick to whatever it is that you're doing. How bad do you want it? We all know when we're relaxed exactly the person who will become. The question is, do we believe we can become it? Without that belief, every journey, we're on into a debate.
Starting point is 00:46:55 It's the beat. So when pain is not to fill the body. You weigh the temporary pain versus a lifetime of pride. Champions find a way to make it happen. No matter how long it takes, they find a way. Champions find a way to get through their nerves. So don't be ashamed to say you're nervous. But find a way to get over it.
Starting point is 00:47:34 Passion into drive has to be followed by an action. That's the hardest part. People don't want to have that action. Dreams want to live just like everybody else. And if you don't bring them to life, somebody else will. And you're going to be sitting there back thinking, man, I could have, I should have, I would have. Boy, you had your chance. You got to deliver.
Starting point is 00:47:53 You got to have action. You've got to deliver. Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
Starting point is 00:48:07 The world is yours. You could either do the work today to become your highest version, tomorrow, or tomorrow you can feel a lifelong with regret. That's a given. The people who know that they were meant for more and didn't go for more
Starting point is 00:48:28 end up with a lifelong state of regret. And the reason for that is, is because they didn't want to hurt the people around them, didn't want to hurt family members, but instead they gave in to the life of average just so they can blend in and not stand out. And years later, they regret not doing the things that they could have done to become a winner.
Starting point is 00:48:55 We often don't realize we're in control. We're in control of our own lives. and we can make different choices. And if the things in our life are not bringing us joy and happiness, if our career that we've devoted all of our lives to is bringing us joy, we can change them. If we decide our relationship, it's not the right relationship, we don't have to suffer in that relationship.
Starting point is 00:49:22 In your comfort zone, that's why you will fail. To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. You will fail in your comfort zone. Success is not a comfortable procedure. It is a very uncomfortable thing to a tilt. So you got to get comfortable being uncomfortable if you ever want to be successful. Ask yourself, what do you really want?
Starting point is 00:49:54 What do you really want? Link down inside. If you get anything you want, what you really want. Let your mind take off. Your creative being. There's nothing on the person. How did that's like you? Give me evidence that you're not qualified to go get that.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Give me evidence that you're not qualified for a great luck. You have not. You are ultra qualified. No one can tell us what we're capable of except us. And when we believe these truths, it's over. You're untillable. You have the ability to take a sledgehammer to anything in your life and remake it. Life is clay.
Starting point is 00:50:36 So long as you realize that you can mold it and shape it and change it. to do what you want to do. If you knew what you were doing, then you would be stagnating because you'd be doing nothing now. And so if you're going to do something new, then that is what would be the catalyst for growth. And so you can't want to grow and also want to know everything you're doing at the same time. It's like the two beliefs contradict one another. And so I think that's a lot of, a lot of the discontent that people sometimes.
Starting point is 00:51:15 from is they want two things that are polar opposites. They want the really strong character. They want the easy life. Like one is the price of the other. You don't want hardship. Hardship creates growth. And so they want both and you can't.
