I want you to step outside of your comfort zone like you've never done before. I want you to show people in the world that you do have what it takes. You don't see your greatness because you never believed in yourself. There are some right now. They're laying up in the hospital and they can't move anymore. There are some people right now that are no longer in this world.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Life is short, but it belongs to you right now. I mean, you have the power right now to move. You have the upper hand. You have the chances right now in front of you. This life that we all possess, it's on a time clock, and the clock is ticking. Why not take care of the best blessing that you have? That blessing is you. That blessing is your body. That blessing is your health. Just get up and train. Get up and push. That weight may be heavy, but your mind is stronger. Those miles that you're running may seem like they're never going to come to an end, but it's not the end of you. So keep on running. You've got to push through. You've got to push through. the pain. You got to push through the things that are holding you back. Let that be your fuel.
Starting point is 00:02:06 Let that be your fire. Let that be your drive. And wake up. Wake up that person that you've never seen. Wake up that attitude that you know that matters. Wake up that passion that I know you have inside of you because you don't have to stay down forever. I think you understand exactly what I'm talking about. And are you ready to do what you need to do to get where you need to be? It starts with you. What are you going to do about it? You are the one that's responsible. You are the one that has to dedicate themselves. They're not prepared to say I am responsible for my life. I am responsible for my health. I am responsible to fight for my life. You've got to understand that none of these things that you are doing are designed to hurt you.
Starting point is 00:03:00 They are designed to build you. They are designed to make you. They are designed to forge you. So I'm saying to you right now, you got to take the steps. You got to dedicate yourself. You got to commit. Take care of your mind. Take care of your body.
Starting point is 00:03:17 When you train, train to be uncomfortable. I want you to push back with purpose. I want you to push back with strength. I want you to push back with integrity. I want you to push back with honor. I want you to understand that this day belongs to you. So train. Train hard.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Train with dignity. Train with understanding. Your mind, your body, your spirit. And you do it with a full heart. I'm telling you right now, I want you to believe that you have what it takes. I want you to be able to stand on your business and attack with a full heart. No one can do what you do. You are unique.
Starting point is 00:04:10 You are blessed. You are special. And no one can top that. Just understand it and know that you have what it takes. It's time for you to make a decision and commit to it. It's time to get up and put in that work. You got to train your mind first. Because the demand is not in the right place.
Starting point is 00:04:35 How do you expect the body to commit? Even though you may feel that you are challenged. And maybe you just don't feel like rolling up out of that bed. Maybe you just don't feel like starting your day the right way. Maybe you just don't have what it takes right now. But you still got to get up. And you got to train. It's time for you to turn down the noise on the excuses.
Starting point is 00:05:04 It's time for you to turn down the noise on the weakness. It's time for you to turn down the noise of saying what cannot be done. One thing about training, ladies and gentlemen, is that it takes true dedication, not excuses, not saying that it can't be done. But coming to the conclusion and understanding that you are responsible. for the direction of where you're heading right now. Let's talk about training. Do you have the capabilities to walk out that door
Starting point is 00:05:40 and head to that destination where the work must begin? One thing about training, ladies and gentlemen, when you train and you step into that place of the unknown, make sure you are about your business. Make sure there are no distractions. Make sure you came to do your business. Make sure you get the job done with integrity, with honor, with respect.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Make sure that whatever you are doing, from the weight training to the cardiovascular, to anything that you feel that you are being pushed on. I want you to turn it around and I want you to push back. When you train, train to understand that you're not going to win every battle. Train until you know you have nothing left to give. Training takes work. It takes time.
Starting point is 00:06:53 It takes commitment. And most importantly, it takes sacrifice. See, you like to talk a good game. You like to say you want to do it. But are you going to do it and are you going to do it right? Are you going to do it with precision? Are you going to do it with strength and honor and purpose? Or are you going to just fall back and do nothing?
Starting point is 00:07:20 Don't you realize that you got to do better to be better? But if you're not in the right place and your mind, then you'll never get there. There's so many levels that you can go beyond, but you're too tired. You don't want to do it. It hurts too much. I don't feel like it. Why do I need to do this? I just want to enjoy my life.
Starting point is 00:07:46 How can you enjoy your life if you can't move? Don't look at training and having a fitness mind. mindset as a punishment. It's a blessing. It's an opportunity. I mean, there are people out there in the world that don't have this opportunity. There are people out there right now that don't even have the capabilities to move anymore. Why not take care of the best blessing that you have? Right there, right now. There's no shame, ladies and gentlemen, and taking care of yourself. This is what fitness is all about. This is what training. is all about. You don't want to be strong. You want to have excuses. You don't want to be better. You want to point the finger and blame somebody else. Tell weakness. Tell excuses. Tell anything and everybody that has been holding you back from doing what you must do to step aside.
Starting point is 00:08:49 Train and train for your life and fight and work. And from the bottom of my heart, Keep it moving. Push with honor and conduct your business. Let's talk a little bit about discipline now. How much can you endure? How far are you willing to travel down that road? You lack discipline. You really do.
Starting point is 00:09:16 You think you're doing good, but you're not. This is why you must dig a little deeper and go through it. You've got to be able to have the ability. to endure. Get in those trenches and go through it. Sometimes you're going to get knocked down, but you've got to get up sooner
Starting point is 00:09:35 or later. You can't stay down there forever. Life is tough. It's never easy, and it will never apologize. But as long as you are breathing, you will
Starting point is 00:09:51 be challenged. You will be tested. Every day is a new challenge Every day is a new opportunity This is it right here This is the moment There are no second chances All you have is now
Starting point is 00:10:06 Sometimes these challenges that we are facing Are just necessary Doesn't mean you quit And it doesn't mean that you give up People in the world do not understand To grow You must suffer You can't run from it
Starting point is 00:10:22 embrace it you've got to push forward a discipline and conduct your business sometimes you just got to go after it and attack attack those dreams attack your desires attack the person that you know you can be but not this other person that you know you shouldn't be and that's that lazy individual that resides inside of you right now And it's telling you not to get up, not to go forward, not to get better. Is that who you really are? I don't think so. Tough times will happen.
Starting point is 00:11:05 And you've just got to get tougher. Let's be honest, ladies and gentlemen, we've all had those days where we're just not filling it. We don't want to get out of bed. We don't want to go to work. We don't want to go to the gym. We want to wait for someone to save us, to make us back. when we have the power within ourselves. Throughout life, no matter what you do, who you are, where you come from,
Starting point is 00:11:31 there are going to be some things that you may not even understand why it's happening to you in your life right now. Why is this happening to me? What did I do to deserve this? But I may to let you know, there's a season for this and there is a reason for this. Not everything is going to go to the way you want. That I do know. but you have to stand fast
Starting point is 00:11:55 and you've got to keep pushing forward don't get lost and the abyss of giving up just because it's not working for you right now doesn't mean you stop working do you have the strength do you have the mindset to release this lazy mentality
Starting point is 00:12:15 don't wait for something to happen you make it happen Lazy is not going to get that weight off your chest. Lazy is not going to help you to drop those pounds. Lazy is not going to help you to go that extra mile. Lazy, it's not your last name. Do not hold yourself back from your true potential. What you possess inside.
Starting point is 00:12:46 Make this day count. Make every rep count. Make every breath that you take count. How much pain can you endure? You're going to feel like you can't carry on. You're going to feel that sense of emptiness, that sense of weakness. And not everyone is ready for it. Not everyone is built for it.
Starting point is 00:13:10 But what about you and lazy? Make the most of your life right now. It's tough. I know it. It gets even tougher along the way. So I want you to really hold on tight and give it everything you got. Know that there is a chance for you. I need you to really focus on where you want to go in your life. Doesn't matter what other people think about you. You feel like if you're going too fast, everybody's saying you're going too fast, maybe I should slow down. Or do you really want to slow down? Do you really want to stop better in yourself?
Starting point is 00:13:53 Do you really want to give up on yourself? I mean, don't get me wrong, ladies and gentlemen, there's nothing wrong with patience. But sometimes you can't wait too long. If you're sitting around, just waiting, you're going to be waiting a long, long, long time. And you have no time for that. Because time is of an essence. And time, as we all know, doesn't wait for any. So what are you going to do? Are you just going to sit around? Or you're going to just continue to believe that you don't have what it takes? It's time to release the best of you inside right now. Tomorrow has not come yet. Too many people believe in tomorrow, but they don't believe in the now, the right now. You cannot afford to wait to better yourself. The pain.
Starting point is 00:14:49 that you will endure along this journey in your life. It's a process. But keep your head up and stop looking down. I know sorrow comes, anger comes, sadness comes. You feel all of these things putting you in a position when you just don't think you got it. But I believe you do. But you got to believe it too.
Starting point is 00:15:17 So keep on pushing. forward. Times are tough. Life is tough. But life is good because you're living right now. And all you need to do is to continue to be the best of yourself. Don't doubt yourself. Don't feel that you're the only one that's hurting because you're not. Believe me, ladies and gentlemen, there are a lot of people out there right now, we just don't have it anymore, and you just want to let go. They refuse to hold on, but you've got to hold on. Just know there is a chance for you. Right now, at this moment, there is a chance for you.
Starting point is 00:16:06 All you have to do is just continue to go forward. The obstacles that you will face along the way, That's just the nature of the beast. You can't avoid it, but you could go through it. Your abilities, your drive, the determination that you must have will get you to where you need to be. But you must come to realize that pain is temporary. Do you have the strength?
Starting point is 00:16:44 Do you have the mindset? to release this lazy mentality. What do you have within you? Are you really strong enough to carry on? Put away to doubt. Put away to negativity. Put away to fear. And go after it.
Starting point is 00:17:07 Don't look back. What's behind you? Leave it there. What's in front of you is your destiny. Every movement, every step, every breath that you take must count for something good. Know that you are going to make it. This is your opportunity. Enough with the excuses.
Starting point is 00:17:36 I will be greater than my pain. I will be greater than my excuses. I will be greater than the ground that I run on beneath my feet. For I am above the ground and not under it. Get yourself in the right perspective in life because there will be many more challenges ahead. And some of these challenges will make you or break you. You can bend, but you do not have the right to be broken. Get up and run with a purpose.
Starting point is 00:18:14 You know better. that's time to do better. So keep on pushing forward. Get it done. Be productive. Be powerful. And from the bottom of my heart, keep it moving. Run hard, run strong, and conduct your business.
