Starting point is 00:01:09 takedown, where heavy weights of the right are put on the spot to argue their controversial takes on subjects chosen by us with no preparation whatsoever versus two highly prepared and researched opponents who are held bent on a mission to take them down. Taking on the Take Down Challenge today is conservative YouTube sensation and political commentator based and bougie. She's going up against our regulars, the entrepreneur and businesswoman star Amy Anzal, and a rising figure within the British Green Party for Hema Muhammad. So now let's go. In the disunited kingdom, we are now surrounded by people who hate our country. They don't wish it well, they want to see it burn. They feel as though they have a right as a guest
Starting point is 00:02:09 to mock and insult our culture, our religions, our tradition, right in the faces of the native population. Yet they decide to live here, most likely to take advantage of us and destroy from within. It's revenge for them. But if you hate Britain and aren't willing to leave on your own accord should you be deported? Well, Conservative YouTube sensation, Baste and Bougy, think so today. She's going to clash on this issue versus two leftists. The BBC star Amy Anzal and the Green Party's Fahima Muhammad. So, Baste, great have you, you have 60 seconds to put forward your case on why you think people who hate Britain should be deported. Well, my case for the reason why people who hate Britain should be deported. I personally think if you constantly
Starting point is 00:03:03 mock, if you constantly insult and if you constantly have nothing positive to say about the British people, about British culture, about British history, you should be deported. Not because I don't care about free speech, not because I don't care about freedom of thought, not because I don't care about freedom of opinion, but it's because I care about mental health. I generally believe in my heart and soul that people like Fahima, you constantly have nothing nice to say about the UK, the country that she's choosing to live in every day, something is not mentally okay. So I think in order to resolve this mental health crisis, we should actually sit people down and say, what don't you like about this country? And we list all the things that they do not like. And we find a country
Starting point is 00:03:41 and we match them with the country that suits what they do not want to see here in Britain. So, Bays, just a question before we get to the takedown. Are you suggesting that Fahima Muhammad would be deported? I think that Fahima Mohammed would be deported. I think that Fahima Mohammed constantly mocks the British people, the English people, the English race, the English history, and I've barely ever seen her say anything positive. So it's not about I would want Fahima deported, because Fahima's probably a nice person. But I think for her own sanity and for her own happiness, what we should do is find a country. She's gone. Yeah. Under your plan, Bahima is deported. Okay. Not to be mean, but just for her own happiness.
Starting point is 00:04:20 I just wanted to clarify that before we got to Fahima, Muhammad. Fahima, take her down. She wants you out. She wants you deported for Hema. I'm extremely happy. I work as a mental health practitioner myself and I do actually work with many people to help them. So I think you don't have an understanding of mental
Starting point is 00:04:40 health and British liberty developed through dissent, you know, civil sort of like civil rights, whether it was even anything to do with non-war and things like that. So when you're criticizing colonialism, if you're
Starting point is 00:04:56 talking against, you know, certain government policies. That's not hate. I think people don't understand when I speak. I think in this country, we, I love this country. We are allowed to say what we need to say. We allow to even talk the way we need to talk to actually make sure that it becomes better. The thing is what you don't seem to understand is that sort of difference of opinion, that sort of perspective, which is not your own, is not hate. That's what is, you know, the Western value and culture. But for him, you're constantly slagging the, the English off. No, I'm not. You are. How am I doing that? Give me an example. By constantly calling us far right. I do not call you far right. You constantly call us far right
Starting point is 00:05:34 for wanting to protect our borders, for wanting to maintain our Christian culture for being worried about democratic replacement. And you even deny that an Islamist takeover exists. I don't think that, again, there is a nuance. I don't think everyone is far right. I don't think the English people are. I don't think that, you know, it's just when people come and attack me and say that I don't belong. and I shouldn't have the flag when I fly the flag proudly. When I say I'm British, sorry? You've never seen you fly the flag. I've got it on every single one of my profiles and people say take it down.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Maybe I missed that. Okay. So that's what I'm trying to say. People don't understand. I, you know, like I said before, I have English white family members. I have, you know, been brought up by a stepdad who is English white native in this country. I've lived in a household full of that. If I take down and call everyone that, I'm calling out my own.
Starting point is 00:06:25 own family. When I'm talking, I'm talking about when minorities are being scapegoated for the masses. I'm talking about when an incident happens and every single Muslim is, you know, branded under the same umbrella. These are the things people don't want us talk about. You need to really listen and understand. You even put a post out of something based, even when it came to your own, where you've only heard maybe one or two minutes of your own video, not realizing it actually not correct. So that just shows the degeneracy, really, and the, you know, incompatible. of your own. Sorry for him, just explain that before. I'll let it based you coming, but can you just explain? Well, I don't know if I'm allowed to say what you posted when it came to. Well, basically,
Starting point is 00:07:04 I think you posted something about someone said that Zach Polenski is taking money from somewhere. And underneath, everyone said, did you not see your own the home video? That was just an example to say that people just believe the first few seconds because that wasn't truth. That was actually a joke to say that if Zach Polenski was taking money from like the Russians or, you know, whatever it was or crypto or whatever it was, then that would be completely dismantled. Is that true based? And then you didn't...
Starting point is 00:07:29 You have to remind me of what I actually posted because I don't remember posting this. I posted so much. Of course, but what I'm saying is people said to you you didn't even see the end of the video to understand what you posted because you actually went on the actual five second of that clip. Like as if it was truth.
Starting point is 00:07:45 To be honest, I don't remember this video at all. To say that because it's from the left, no one is, you know, everyone is basically going to, obviously bring it up. And you did. You did exactly that. It was an experiment. I will show you that. Yes, but regardless, when it comes to me, I do not hate this country. I don't call everyone far right. I do not have any of that in me. You need to actually understand. I've heard you do it time and game. Okay, so for Hima, can you just name five good things about the British Empire? Five.
Starting point is 00:08:11 The five good things about British Empire? Yes, five good things. I can't really think of anything right now. Can you name five good things about the English people? English people, I love their banter. I do love their culture. I do love English people because they're my neighbors and we look out for each other. My children grow up with them. I chose. Not your personal experience.
Starting point is 00:08:29 Just five good things about English people in general. They're funny. I love everything about them. Okay, banter and funny. That's one. No, but they are good people. I think that they're very sort of like authentic. And I think that they're not like, for example,
Starting point is 00:08:41 no offense to Amy, but you know, they're not superficial when it comes to liking you. They'd rather show you or they don't. Like Americans. And can you name five good things about British culture? British culture. I don't know what is British culture, to be honest. I think that British culture is more about the fact that intolerance.
Starting point is 00:08:58 It's about the fact that, you know, people are allowed to be and belong. But I think it's changing over time. When I grew up here, I never experienced racism. I never experienced anything like a no oppressive. Because it's now. It's always about the far right, far right. If you yourself have never experienced racism. That makes no sense.
Starting point is 00:09:15 Because I'm showing what's happening. Of the far right. It is a threat. It is a threat to my heart. It's just because I put a post of, what's happening to show that actually it is not just Muslims, it is not just minorities. So that's it.
Starting point is 00:09:28 So at the end of the day, I even put a post out to say, what I experienced in real life, I just did that couple of days ago, is the fact that people open doors for me when I'm on the trains, people smile at me. English white men even ask me out for a coffee,
Starting point is 00:09:41 okay, I have said all of these things. So that's what I'm trying to say, don't pick the shoes on my clothes either. Well, you struggled to name five things about the English people or English culture. I haven't struggled. I actually said they were all very, British culture, I just want to pick one thing up.
Starting point is 00:09:54 British culture, you actually admitted you don't know what British culture. And this is the problem, Danny. Now that's quite shocking to me. This is the problem, Dan, is the fact that we have people in this country. So what is British culture? We have no idea. First of all, what is Christian culture? Let's start there.
Starting point is 00:10:08 It's Christianity. British are not Christian or even any religion. Because they decided to stray away from Christianity. Exactly. Exactly. But the actual foundation of this culture is Christianity. I respect the fact that this country has, you know, historical Christian culture and background. Like I said, I chose specifically where there were five minutes away that my children.
Starting point is 00:10:27 What did you think of the United Kingdom March? What did you think of the United Kingdom March? Well, I think it was if it was mainly to say, you know what, stop immigration, stop criminals, this, but it was only against Muslims and Islam. No, it wasn't. There was barely any conversation. Well, then you obviously didn't hear. Apart from the three girls that went to put the hijabahs out, it was actually about Christianity. You didn't hear anything. You didn't hear anything. I was literally there behind the scenes watching the whole show. Well, like I said, you don't even know what you put on your own downpost anyway. I can tell you. what you're talking about for me to defend myself.
Starting point is 00:10:52 Well, that's what I'm trying to say. Look, you are, again, generalising things and people just see... We don't know. We don't know. No, no, she's... No, no, specific questions. So just, just to clarify, again, the British Empire, you can't think of anything positive about the British Empire.
Starting point is 00:11:06 Well, no, not really. See, that's so shocking to me. It delivered civility to the world. No, it just means that I don't have that education. It doesn't mean it's right or wrong. I just don't have that education. Like I said, I'm a work in progress. I'm constantly learning, and I'm not here to say that I know it all,
Starting point is 00:11:20 and I believe. it all. That's the difference. What would be it shocking? What would you say? Yeah, what would you say? Five things about which one, culture, people. All of it. British Empire. The first thing is civilized the world. The second thing, it modernized the world. The third thing, it unified the world. Not only that it brought Christian values into the
Starting point is 00:11:37 world, which is why we have all this peace. And not only that it brought the industrial revolution as well, it ended a lot of harm, that six points that have kind of gone over. And I would like free speech. And it delivered free speech. And it ended slavery as well. A proper system of government. governance, for example, a proper judicial system. Because you think that if you hate something, like you want North Korea, really. You want North Korea. Of course you do.
Starting point is 00:11:58 I'm not saying. How would you justify it? Let me finish. I'm not saying this from the perspective of, oh, I hate free speech. People should be able to criticize. What I'm saying, if you consistently mock the country, if you consistently have nothing to say, let me finish my point, then I think that is a mental health crisis to continue to remain in a country
Starting point is 00:12:15 that you have nothing nice, or like you even said, you don't even know anything about the British, the British Empire. I think that. And we should give that spot to people. You actually have a love and passion for this country. I do have a love and passion for this country. I am so proud to be British.
Starting point is 00:12:29 I'm so happy to live in the UK. How can you be proud of a country you don't even know the history of? I do know the history. But I'm not saying that I have nothing nice to say about the history. That's what you don't seem to understand. Which part of the history? You need to understand that we can criticize government. We can criticize policy.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Which part of the history do you love? We can criticize the history of colonialism. We can criticize even some of the policy. that is going on with regards to all of that. You're not listening to my point. My point isn't that people cannot criticize. My point is if you consistently mock the people, mock the culture, mock the history, mock the history.
Starting point is 00:13:00 That's how you see it. That's how you see it. That's your blanket way. That would make you much more happier. Because there's a lot of people, especially from the Green Party, who act like Britain is like hell on earth. And my question to them is, why are they here? I've had hundreds of these base of people. No, it's the right that says it's hell on earth because people are coming from other
Starting point is 00:13:17 countries into here. Who said that? So that's what I hear. all the time. No, they're not saying just because people are coming here. It's because people who hate the country are coming here. People who hate the country are coming here. Yeah, but you're actually twisting the message.
Starting point is 00:13:30 No, you're twisting the message. Because the message has never been we hate people simply because they're coming here. No, we hate the fact that people are coming here who have a hatred for the country. For example, what we saw with the grooming gangs? That wasn't driven by hatred and racism. The grooming gangs. What was that driven by? Do you know, when there's no argument to have, you just bring that in.
Starting point is 00:13:48 No, I'm asking you a question. No one agrees with the grooming gangs being a certain way. You're sounding a bit like Lucy Powell here. What was it driven by? I'm just asking you a question. What was it driven by the grooming gangs? They were absolutely horrendous people. No one can justify that.
Starting point is 00:14:01 Do you think it was driven by racism? Part of it is a factor, yes. Oh, well, that's, you want to. And I call them Pakistan. There is definitely 100%. And that's what we hate. We don't hate everyone. We'll pause this because I want to bring Amy Ansel and Amy Anzell.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Take down based of Booji. Go. So I didn't really. understand the difference between Britain haters. Is that what you're saying? People that hate Britain or just people that criticize. So I just want to make two points about criticizing. And one of them you actually just mentioned. You said the abolition of slavery, right? And how great that is. And that is great. And that was a part, that probably started as people that seemed to criticize campaigners that wanted the abolition of slavery, which was a terrible thing. And thank God they did. So thank
Starting point is 00:14:46 God, there were haters and people that were giving criticisms of something that already existed. So in that sense, I see that is similar, don't you think? Yeah, but they criticised it for one, a good cause. And second of all, they managed to get something done. Bessimbi-Sin Buzi thinks it only has to be her way and that's it. No, that's not why I think. Let me finish. First of all, slavery has never been a part of British culture because it's a Christian culture.
Starting point is 00:15:09 But it was a part of the history. Yeah, it's a small part of the history that happened. Big part of history. Which you just mentioned is one of the great things. But second of all, not only did they just criticize, but they actually acted on it. What we were seeing, especially with people like for Hima, all they do is criticize, criticize,
Starting point is 00:15:23 but never really acting and doing something. When the British ended slavery, they took their boats, they took their sailors. 2,000 sailors actually died just to end slavery. Right now what we have is these transgender, we have Muslims, we have LGBTQ, we have all these lefties. You continuously criticise, but never really doing anything.
Starting point is 00:15:41 People on the right are also LGBTQ. people on the right are also in that way. I never said all LGBT key. I never said all LGBT key. I've never once generalized all gay people. Did anyone hear me say all gay people? You like people on the left. Did you hear me say, yeah, it's the people who are on the left.
Starting point is 00:15:55 I never said every single person who criticises the left wing. I've never said that. Yeah, but even people on the right, they do actually criticize as well. And I agree with that. So then they should also be deported as well? No, no, but they have a genuine love and passion for the country. And they know that at least, you don't believe what my love is. My love is different to yours.
Starting point is 00:16:12 So name five things that's good about English people. I'm not going to name nothing that you want. At the end of the day, I don't need to prove you anything. We're having a debate, it's not about proving. It's just a debate. You're not law and order. Anyways, Amy, sorry, do you want to continue? Yeah, and the second thing that stems from hatred or seemingly criticism
Starting point is 00:16:29 is when the suffragettes came about, right? And they, they, thank God they were complaining, they were criticizing, they were pushing for women's rights. Yes. So I do think great things can come from criticism. Yeah, but there's a difference between, there's a difference between, okay, well, there's a difference between criticizing something that they do not want and actually acting on it, and just consistently criticizing the country and just sitting on benefits and having never nothing nice thing. Can there be changed? Can there be changed from these criticisms? I'm pretty sure the suffragettes. They did what they did because they had good intentions for the country and the future of the country and the future of British women. That's why I did it. You guys are not driven by that. You're not driven by wanting to make the country a better place. You guys are just driven by. You have no idea.
Starting point is 00:17:12 You just have a very binary concept of everything. British culture, British values and everything that is British. You deny that there's an Islamist takeover going on. There is no takeover. And I think that proves. Because Islam itself, right, at the same time, if any Muslim took over, what are we going to get? Which Islam, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia.
Starting point is 00:17:30 We don't even know. Islam should be in every house. Doesn't they say that in the Quran? Islam should be in every doorstep and house. Nothing is a force. It's not by, it's not a compulsion that we have to do that. That does sound force for. Well, it isn't.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Islam should be in every house. It isn't. So why is that there? That's just there for decoration. Listen, you want to talk about scripture. In every scripture, there is something that says that is not, you know, acceptable. But I'm talking about this scripture. I'm talking about this scripture specifically says Islam should be in every household and every doorstep.
Starting point is 00:17:56 That is very forceful. No, it's not. It doesn't say by force though. It has an option. No, it says it has. It says it has. You have no idea what that means. So has doesn't mean for my household.
Starting point is 00:18:09 I mean, your lot want to put. push me off the top of buildings. But that's what I'm trying to say. I don't want it in my household. No one say that. You're going from one topic and jumping to another. This has got nothing to do with it. First of all, you want people just to be like,
Starting point is 00:18:23 you know, like literally North Korea. That's what you're asking for. But that's what you're saying. No one should hate. No one should criticize. I can say what I want because I have free speech to say what I want from my perspective in accordance to law.
Starting point is 00:18:38 Going back to my point. You have your own laws. Going back to my point. it's not about not allowing people to say what they want. Even I criticize the country. It's not about stopping people's freedom of speech or freedom of thought. What I'm saying is people like you? You consistently have nothing nice to say about the culture, the people.
Starting point is 00:18:54 I think that there's something mentally wrong with you because you have to be mentally ill to continue to remain in a country that you have nothing nice to say about. So it's not coming from the perspective of hindering people's free speech. It's about helping people's mental health. Oh my God, mental health. Go to a country that will make you happier. If you don't want to see flags, if you don't want to see crosses,
Starting point is 00:19:13 if you don't want to see people marching, go to a country where you do not need to see any of those things. You have just put such. I'm not referring to you. I'm referring to people who complain about events like UTK. Go to a country where you would never see an English flag or union jack. I'm not talking about you. I'm just generalizing to people who continuously complain about events like me.
Starting point is 00:19:30 What do you mean people like me? People like me. You don't strike me as a country. You said the accusation. Can I come in here? That is a false accusation. But for Hema. That's a false actually.
Starting point is 00:19:41 But if I were to move to a country that was not ethnically mine, right, that I wasn't an ethnic part of, so say I was to move to Jamaica, Barbados, or the Philippines, or Japan, or Nigeria, if I were to move to that country, would you accept that I would have fewer rights than someone who was natively born there? If I chose to move to Nigeria and then spent my every waking. moment slagging off Nigeria, talking down its government, trying to change its country, trying to change its religion. Surely you would accept that I shouldn't bloody be in Nigeria. I should go back to England.
Starting point is 00:20:22 I think context matters, okay. Well, I've given you the context. Well, I'm telling you now exactly how it is. In the UK, when we want people to integrate to belong, we have equal rights and we see people the same. So I feel this is my country. But what about my story about Nigeria? If you were in Nigeria and you have different laws.
Starting point is 00:20:37 But you were not born here and you're not ethically England. Yes, and I never claim to be ethnically English either. All I'm saying is I have equal rights and I'm seeing equal in this country. And that's how it should be for every person that actually loves, belongs and wants to integrate. So my voice should not be silent because it's a different perspective. So it would be totally fine for me, for example, as a gay man to move to Saudi Arabia. Because those laws are different. Decades and decades trying to say that it should not be an Islamist country, that gay people should be legal and whole position.
Starting point is 00:21:09 But there's consequences. In this country, there's consequences. There's nothing that I have said that is against the law. There is nothing that I have said that goes against legislation, regulation and British law. If that was the case, then yeah, bring me down. And I am mainly on regulated channels that I don't get complaints like these law, yeah, when I speak. Because I know my rights. I know my rights.
Starting point is 00:21:32 I know my rights. That just shows that I am actually one of the decent people. The reason why I get complaints. is because people from your party dislike British values and dislike free speech to the point where they will go and complain to off-com, they will go and complain to the managers or the CEO just because I have a difference of opinion. Enough is enough. So this is exactly the same between you and me.
Starting point is 00:21:54 No, it's not. Yes, it is. I'm speaking about it from the perspective of mental health. It's not about people's about mental health. You're talking to a certified mental health practitioner here. So don't time tell me. You don't seem very happy. So at the end of the day, someone who was a mental health practitioner would go into a
Starting point is 00:22:08 country where we make her happy. would make her happy. I am happy here and I'm happy to speak my truth. You don't seem very happy here because every time I see you on an interview, you have something negative to say about the country. I can speak negatively about anything. That doesn't mean that I'm not happy. My question is why you hear if you have all the time every show you have something negative to say. Don't you think that the suffragettes seemed unhappy when they were complaining all the time? First of the former, she keep mentioning the suffragettes. Yeah, because I'm trying to give you a specific examples that you could relate to and that you're familiar with. The suffragettes did what they did for the best interest of the country.
Starting point is 00:22:37 Are you guys doing what you're doing for the best interest of the British people. Okay, name one thing that you've done. That's in the best interests of the British people. Name one thing. I'm living here. I'm good for this country. What are you providing for the country?
Starting point is 00:22:48 What are you providing? Beauty products. I work within the Ministry of Justice. I am vetted by them. I actually help people every single day. This one said beauty products. I help people every single day. And I help with rehabilitation.
Starting point is 00:23:00 I help people get back into work. I help within mental health. I help within your diversity. I can give you a damn list. You can mention mental health, but you just seem very unhappy. Okay. Extremely unhappy. Mental health is not about happiness.
Starting point is 00:23:09 only, by the way. You would think if he was a mental health practitioner, you would actually be a happy person, but you're always screaming and shouting. You're always screaming and shouting. Do you not understand? What's just interesting to me? You have such a warped way of thinking about mental health.
Starting point is 00:23:23 That's really, you know, very... No, I don't have a warped way of thinking, because I'm advocating to help people's mental health. I put in them in a country that they love. I wear many hats. That's the pretty thing. What you see on TV is just a snips and a snapshot of what my entire life is. Well, every time you are on TV,
Starting point is 00:23:37 you're literally angry and screaming. You don't see mine happy to me. I'm vexed because you are making assumptions which is incorrect and I'm allowed to have these emotions. Well, finally you've got a taste of your own medicine because in every show that you go, you make people who are patriotic or love this country. No, I just trigger you because you can't handle the truth.
Starting point is 00:23:51 So now you finally got a taste of your own medicine. No, actually. I'm not having a taste of no medicine. I was just going to say, I'm a very passionate person. I can go for one to 100 very easily. You know me. I'm like a bull that sees red no matter what. A mental health practitioner is talking about going zero to 100
Starting point is 00:24:06 like she's seven years old. This is embarrassing. No, it's not. So the whole practitioner saying she can go from zero to 100. I can have embarrassing. Are you embarrassing? Are you embarrassing? You are accusing me of something that is incorrect.
Starting point is 00:24:16 So basically you've just admitted you have no self-control. A mental health practitioner just said she can go from zero to 100 real quick like her name is Drake and you're here telling me about you have experience in mental health. This is why I mean like degrees and all these things. They mean nothing because they don't actually represent the people. Because you're presenting something which is very annoying. So, okay, you might say you wear many burghers. Yeah, I do. And I can calm down within a sense.
Starting point is 00:24:39 second as well. So you can call me another mental health and thing. I could be a sociopath. Okay. Okay. Well, look, take a deep, take a deep breath. All three of you, take a deep breath. Another tactic the lunatic left uses to try and destroy Britain is by bankrupting us even further by suggesting that we owe reparations to other countries for so-called historical grievances. A grievances like, you know, giving freedom to the world. But we're not going to pay a penny to fund this delusion from the hard left. This is the clash takedown with Baste and Bougy, who is going up against leftists, Amy Anzal and Mohamed, Fahima Muhammad,
Starting point is 00:25:16 on this very issue. So BASE, you have 60 seconds to put forward your case as to why Britain owes no reparations. Go. I think this isn't going to be less than 60 seconds, but I'm just going to keep it short and sweet. Britain does not owe anyone reparations. If anything, everyone owes Britain reparations for all the good that they've done for the world, whether it's modernising the world, unifying, the world, whether it's just civilizing the world, yeah, we should be paying our reparations
Starting point is 00:25:44 back to Britain. That's my chance. Wow. She summed her argument up in 21 seconds. Amy Anzo, take her down. Look, there's many historical injustices. I do think there should be reparations. There's colonialism, there's slavery. However, reparations don't have to be necessarily financial. They could be a formal apology in Parliament. They could be education measures. There could be archives that are preserved, there could be different things that help people understand, because history is very important, you should never forget what happens. Why do I need an apology for something I've never experienced? But people in the history of the country that you love so much have experienced it.
Starting point is 00:26:24 And therefore, all the people are dead. All the people who experience slavery are dead now. Should we forget the past? History is so important. And therefore, I do think. And where do you stop? You could move on in the form of a formal apology and just remember what happened in the past. Black woman, I don't need an apology.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Okay, well, that's you, but there's probably several people, millions that probably would like that. And that's okay. There's something, like I said, this all goes back to mental health. There's something very wrong with them. Yes, and once they get that appellation. They might be able to move forward. generational trauma of what? My parents were probably in the jungle somewhere defeating lions.
Starting point is 00:26:59 How is that affecting me today? Why are you using you as an example? No, because you're talking about generational wealth. My parents have probably gone through a lot in the Congo in the jungle somewhere. How is that effect to me? You might not think it is. You might not think it is. But Amy, do I as an Englishman deserve apologies
Starting point is 00:27:14 from the Normans, the Vikings, the Romans? Maybe some do. Maybe so important to remember history in this way. I think it makes it. Bahima Muhammad. Take her down. Oh gosh, here we go. She's already down.
Starting point is 00:27:28 As far as I'm concerned, I just think that based in Buzi, you are a very young, intelligent woman, but you actually are playing to the clicks and the likes and the baits. and you don't really understand mental health the way you think you do. Are we talking about reparations or mental health?
Starting point is 00:27:43 At the same time, when it comes to, because you bring that up with every single conversation anyways. So I'm saying if you really want to talk about reparations and paying back, again, just like what Amy said, in a civilized society, they recognize their past, they do certain things which will actually build better relationships because people do business with each other, which is not talking on a level,
Starting point is 00:28:00 which is superficial of everyday people that needs to sort of, you know, be given a bill, every white person given a bill, absolutely not. Okay, this is government. This is responsibility. And like I said, there's generational trauma. There is generational issues that happen even up until now. What do you mean by that?
Starting point is 00:28:18 Can I just ask you a question? I was born and my family been there since 1860. Can I ask you a question? Can I ask you a question? And because of what's happened through generations, it's never recovered. It never is going to recover for many reasons. And it started in one way and it continues in that way,
Starting point is 00:28:33 just like with Palestine, just like with many places in Africa. You might think you step there hundreds of years. years ago, but unfortunately things do actually occur. If you understand economics, you understand even in that way. Can you give me 50 pounds? Because you're a Muslim and a lot of Muslims actually enslaved a lot of black people. So because of that, you owe me 50 pounds. Give me 50 pounds right now. If that was, because I feel I know, I've just so, I've had the realisation. Go and get your 50 quills. I've had the realization that this has had a generational effect on me.
Starting point is 00:29:01 I've had a realization that this has had a generational effect on me what your Muslim religion done to Africans. So give me 50 pounds right now. I would agree. I would agree. Since you're all about reparations, where is my 50 pounds? I am because I think Muslims themselves have also. So Muslims themselves, I think that's very cheap. But anyway, Muslims themselves have actually also, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:22 in many Middle Eastern countries have actually gone against. I've spoken at racism in the Muslim community as well, that they are against blacks, they are against, you know, different caste and there's all of these things. So you're talking to the wrong person here. I don't really care about the sub-story. I just want my 50 pounds. I feel so hurt about what the Arabs did to the Africans.
Starting point is 00:29:40 If it's evidence-led and based, it is evidence-led. It is evidence-led. So are you trying to deny that there was an Arab slave trade? Are you trying to deny that there was an Arab slave trade? Are you listening to yourself? I'm actually bloody agreeing with you. Okay, so give you 50 pounds.
Starting point is 00:29:54 I've had the realization that this has affected me generation. This is not a one-15 pounds. Are you prepared? Are you prepared for where this goes? Because I'm going to spit some facts now because you might be happy to give up your 50 quid to, so though I know you haven't put your hand into your purse yet, but we'll see after the show.
Starting point is 00:30:12 But you know Fahima where this leads. Sir Lenny Henry, a man who I think was given everything by this country, has demanded for the UK government to pay 18 trillion pounds in slavery reparations. Fahima, let me ask you how much roughly that would cost every single person living in the UK today. That is just an, you know... No, I'm just asking you a good person. I don't know, okay? Okay, well, can I tell you before you,
Starting point is 00:30:38 but at the same time, it shouldn't be individuals paid, I just said. Let me give you the answer, for him, because I think it might not be an amount that you can afford, 250,000 pounds per person for hema, every single person. I just said to you that it shouldn't be with individuals on the ground and everyday people that should be paid these recommendations. It doesn't take a rocket sign just to know. If we've paid 18 trillion pounds, we're dead.
Starting point is 00:31:05 This country is over. This bitch wants to bankrupt the country. Do you not get that? $250,000 per person, we don't have that money. It doesn't mean it's going to go into law and parliament. But you agree with the suggestion. I agree that there's different forms of reparation. One of them could be, that suggestion could be there that could come to some sort of compromise.
Starting point is 00:31:24 Whether it's in monetary value or whether it's in other areas. I mean, I think of apologies. So where's my 50 pounds? Oh my God, you're that desperate for 50 pounds. Yes, I've had the realization that this. generational effect. I don't think it has to be financial. It would have the same effect. It would have the same effect. Amy, let me ask you a question.
Starting point is 00:31:42 You found fame on the BBC business series The Apprentice. So you know that what Lenny Henry is proposing would destroy this country's economy. You're a businesswoman. We can't afford it. $250,000 per person. Are you joking? We're in debt already. This is ludicrous. And so, Amy, you even opening up the door to this is insanity.
Starting point is 00:32:04 We've got to slam the door shut. not some pively an apology. They don't want an apology. They want our cold hard cash. They don't give a shit about an apology. I hate for the British people. I disagree. Well, you're wrong.
Starting point is 00:32:16 The fact that he has said that and it was such a ridiculous statement as we know because no one can afford that. Not everyone can afford 250,000 pounds. I think that it's made a statement enough. So we are all now aware that this needs to happen, but how? What needs to happen? An apology.
Starting point is 00:32:32 But they don't want. I mean, you're not. You're not getting the point. Reparations is not an apology. Reparations is money. Not necessarily. No, it's money. This is about money.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Do you honestly think they give a shit about an apology? This is about countries. I do think people are not doing. I just want something. I think anyone you want money. So add to the list of people who should be deported is the people who are demanding reparations because you have to have a hatred. You should have a hatred for this country to think.
Starting point is 00:33:04 Yes. I would. You should have a hatred for this country to think that every single individual should take out 250,000 out of their bank account to people who never experienced slavery in their life. He knows it was outrageous. I'm not being funny, but the black people, sorry,
Starting point is 00:33:18 they spend about $2 trillion on designer, on Gucci and Louis Vuitton. That's where your $250,000 will go if we actually proceed with this reparations. That's also, generalizing that people. I'm talking about the statistics. Face, face, face. I might get you to change your mind, though. Oh, right.
Starting point is 00:33:33 Okay. So, under this plan, and by the way, you can just dismiss this as a celebrity plan, it's not, right? This is actually an estimate that came from the Brattle Group report, which was cited by a UN judge. Under the plan based, I've got some good news for you. With this 18 trillion pounds, the reparations go to Caribbean nations, as well as, wait for it, directly to black British citizens. So based, you'd be getting the cool 250K in your pocket. Black British isans don't deserve a penny from anybody. We don't deserve anything.
Starting point is 00:34:13 Even though you're saying that even though you'd get $250k. Because why am I receiving money for something that I've never experienced? If it was something that I actually experienced, meaning I was a slave. My ancestors are dead. I'm pretty sure they would want me to just live freely and actually look forward and not focus on what happened to them. It makes no sense. It's like saying my grandma, God forbid, was sexual. assaulted so now I should base my whole personality on the fact that my grandma was sexually assaulted.
Starting point is 00:34:38 My grandma would want me to move on and live a better life. So no, I don't think that the black British people deserve any money for something that they never experienced. Get to work. Sorry. Get to work. Get to work. Get a job. And that's so interesting to me for Hima because that's based herself saying she would turn down 250,000 times. She would benefit from this. It's a very socialist mindset. We should just hand out money to people rather than people just just going out and working hard for themselves. You can't just bring one case in your own experience and think as everyone.
Starting point is 00:35:09 Even my experience is not the same as everyone. I don't want to talk about it. I've never experienced slavery. So a lot of other people may have and they may have different, you know, stories and different, you know, sort of evidence-based things. Is the story slavery? Has anyone in this-
Starting point is 00:35:22 You have got to go out into the population, the black population, see what they say, think, and it has to be evidence-based. It's not just about, you know, your own experience. Don't be ridiculous. I mean, Amy, I'm just, thinking back to your challenges on the apprentice. Imagine that.
Starting point is 00:35:36 You're going out in the streets, right? And it's like, black person, we're going to give you 250,000 pounds for nothing. I mean, come on. They're going to say yes. I mean, base won't because she's principal. But you know what I mean? That's a stupid thing to say. She's just really, you know.
Starting point is 00:35:51 You're not principal because you haven't sent me the 50 pounds yet. I agree to anything. Listen, listen. I don't think you agree with it. You said you agree with it. You don't agree with it. You don't agree with it. I'm a bit.
Starting point is 00:36:00 You agree to reparations unless they come out of your pocket. basically. Right. I don't want doing it, but for a genuine person, she's not genuine. I am genuine. I told you, I had the realization that the Arab slave trade has affected me. No, she's saying it as a joke. No, she's saying it as a joke. You think the history is important to acknowledge. Like, one of the money went into a museum that preserve that forever. Exactly. I think that's really, do you know what? Actually, I disagree with that. I think that we should actually move on from this history of slavery because I don't think you understand how it feels like as a black girl to sit down in the classroom and every single
Starting point is 00:36:33 time they mention black history, they don't talk about anything good that we've done, but they just talk about the fact that I was a slave. That was very demeaning for me. That made me feel very insecure about my race for a short while. I don't want that. We should be teaching people actual black excellence. But that people see around them all the amazing things black people have done. Yes, but that says enough in itself. I think the whole slavery stuff should be wiped out of the education system. Well, if you want to learn about the Holocaust, should we not learn about atrocities from the past.
Starting point is 00:37:02 That were caused by certain countries. What I'm saying is that black kids, selective memories. Rather than their history lessons being based on the fact that once upon a time their ancestors was slave, how about we talk about once upon a time there was a man to Musa? Once upon a time we had kingdom. Once upon a time we invented this and that. I don't want my kids to grow up learning about the fact that they were slaves.
Starting point is 00:37:25 But look how far they've come. But look how far they've come. So, you know, that's what helps. What point is you making for him? Because she just wants to only brush things over, like, you know, in some sort of utopia. It's not about brushing it over. It's about we haven't experienced it. You want to bring up across things that you feel personally that should be for Britain and, you know, only like sugarcoat everything because you just don't want to address certain truths.
Starting point is 00:37:49 And it doesn't mean addressing certain truths and facts and evidence and past and history means that you hate it. What truth are you talking about? Like what truth am I not addressing? You are the ones that you're like, oh, we should not even talk about slavery. We should not talk about this. We should not talk about that. Move on. I think my slave ancestors would want me to move on.
Starting point is 00:38:07 The good, the bad and the ugly. I don't care. The past shape the future. So it's important to remember it in various ways. Listen, what I'm trying to say is you're not black. You're not black. I'm black. I've sat down in schools and all I heard was slavery, slavery, slavery.
Starting point is 00:38:21 And what that did to my psychology is made me think that black people were inferior. Enough. Let's start talking about the politics. And people are learning about that who would think should I be dead. No. What I'm trying to say... Okay, so you're now saying that based isn't valid to feel that because she's suffering from generational trauma. No, I'm saying exactly the opposite.
Starting point is 00:38:43 I'm saying she actually proven my point. What I said at the beginning was the fact that she calls me having mental health issues because I'm not happy. But she's exactly the same because she was... Now I understand the reason for her not wanting to talk about slavery because she's got her own little triggers and traumas because that's all she heard about when she was at school. That's mental health. That's the issue right there. That's why she talks the way she does
Starting point is 00:39:03 and she wants to put it on every single other black person when they want to address it. She doesn't want it. She wants to put it to one side. No, it was beautiful. At Brindleston was lovely. They did everything for us because, you know, that's how she was to be.
Starting point is 00:39:15 That's how she takes away all her mental health issues. I have to be like this, honestly, just to basically be sure. Okay. Hold that thought. Hold that thought. Many claim that pride is a celebration of equality. Let's be honest, it has become an opportunity for the LGBTQIA dog spirit animal plus rabbit soup alphabet, weirdos, to participate in a public shag fest where attendees dress in gimp suits,
Starting point is 00:39:52 fetish gear with some pretending to be cats, and indeed with men even walking around with their private parts hanging out. Meanwhile, this is promoted as an event that welcomes all ages. That's right, children. So is this really appropriate for kids? Or is pride degeneracy to encourage the facade that it is actually family friendly? This is the clash. Take down. We're heavy whites of the right. A put on the spot to argue their controversial takes on subjects chosen by us with no preparation whatsoever versus two highly prepared and researched opponents were on a hell-bent mission to take them down. So taking on the takedown challenge today is conservative YouTube sensation based and bougie. She is going head to head with two leftists, the businesswoman and social
Starting point is 00:40:46 media star Amy Anzal and raising figure in the British Green Party for Hima Muhammad. So based, your take on pride has caused international. controversy. You've got 60 seconds to explain why you believe this event is degenerate. I think that the Pride Festival is absolutely degenerate.
Starting point is 00:41:10 If you actually break down the term degenerate, it means to degrade yourself. And I think what people who attend Pride are doing are degrading themselves. They're degrading themselves just to their sexuality. I'm not being funny. I mean, you have to be more than that. All of gay friends that I have, I didn't even know they were gay
Starting point is 00:41:26 until like four months later, because they don't degrade themselves to what they do in the bedroom. Why do you have to make what you do in the bedroom your whole personality and why do we need a whole month to celebrate what you do in the bedroom? It's boring and it's degrading. You are a big defender of pride, Amy Anzal. So take her down. So yes, I am a huge ally. Most of my friends are gay. I had a gay man of honor at my wedding. My bestest friends are all gay and I love them. And I think that pride is a great opportunity for them to be out there, celebrate. I'm oftentimes with them at the parades.
Starting point is 00:42:08 And I think that for so long, people that were gay were very ashamed. I mean, I think gay marriage just was legalized like 13 years ago here. It's crazy. And I think that, you know, you can't look at a couple people that might have their bits hanging out and say that, oh, pride is degenerate because there are people, you know, that have their bits hanging out. and say that, oh, pride is degenerate because there are people, you know, that have their bits hanging out. It doesn't matter. The point is the point of the Pride Festival and the parades
Starting point is 00:42:35 and the celebrations is to make sure that they are seen and heard and appreciated and loved. And I can't believe you think it's degenerate. So if they want to be seen and heard, how come the only thing I see in here is just penises? Like literally all I see is peasies. Well, as you just said to me, just a few. Well, because you're just noticing a few.
Starting point is 00:42:55 and learn about the history and learn about events. I've been too, Dan. Did you not see any of that? No, I did not see any of that. I go every year for the most part. One of my friends were, when did you last go? Last year. It's changed a lot.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Oh, in a year. Well, no, not in a year, but in recent years. Okay, I was there last year. I go every year. And you didn't see any degenerate or overly successful. I mean, okay, I'm seeing your video and pictures, and I can see that, you know, you've, you've chosen selectively, who to highlight, of course, for click. Absolutely not.
Starting point is 00:43:25 You know, I just, I think that you're getting the wrong ideas to what pride is about. I'm afraid of what you're wearing base in booty. Yeah, what are you? So I was dressing as a queer individual because that's what the queer community looked like. And you know what's so funny? And you're wearing a cross? They actually believed that I was queer. So that's how much they were not.
Starting point is 00:43:45 No, let me know. I said they believed I was queer just from my costume. Literally. So that's how much they've degraded themselves that they believe that you can be great. Well, pertaining to be queer to it. to expose the reality. Let me make my point. This is how much the pride community
Starting point is 00:44:00 have degrading themselves because all you have to do is wear a blue wig and a rainbow skirt and they're actually going to believe that you're one of them. Why should they not believe you and think, oh, she's pretending. No, isn't the fact that I have to look like an absolute clown? I'd be happy for you.
Starting point is 00:44:12 Let me bring Pahima Mohammed and Fahima. Take her down. Oh gosh. Look, I'm not here to take you down. I think, you know, you do have legitimate questions. You do have legitimate questions. Before you say anything, I just want to remind you all Muslim.
Starting point is 00:44:25 I just before you begin. Yeah, and you know what? I am Muslim and it doesn't mean that I have to... So you hate pride too? No, I don't think that it means that I need to humiliate and dehumanize people. I didn't humiliate or dehumanize anyone. Though some people might take it that way. Let them take it, but I didn't do that.
Starting point is 00:44:41 I asked them questions. Well, that's exactly what I do most of the time and they take it however they want. I was nice to everybody. So again, it's the same thing. It's the same thing. If you're calling people degenerate, it does feel like that. To me, this is a brilliant moment. and you're not going to like this Fahima.
Starting point is 00:44:56 But guess what's just happened? Right here on outspoken. Finally, the Islamo-left trans coalition has just fallen apart. Because Fahima is on the Islamo side of the Green Party, Zach Polanski's Green Party. On Polanski's side, you don't know what side I'm on. You're on the Mothanali side, okay?
Starting point is 00:45:16 Yeah, you are. You're on the Muslim side of the Green Party. Then on Zach Palansky's side, you've got all of the trans nutters dancing in a sexually degenerate manner on stage at green events and let's be honest Fahima you've just proven you're not comfortable with it.
Starting point is 00:45:31 You said you're not here to take down pride and I think this is great because we're just Can I just say one point and this is exactly what I mean by mental health because your leader was literally grinding on a stage with half naked men do you think Allah would like that? Listen I always said I don't agree
Starting point is 00:45:50 with every policy with every person's children's children's I'll be okay with what Zach Palancid is. At the same time, that's my personal belief and choice. I'm just here to enforce other people's ways. It's the hypocrisy. That's how it is. It's not hypocrisy. It is.
Starting point is 00:46:07 Because your religion does not allow it. But yeah, you're just doing it. I'm not going to say that. What would you think at this moment then? You don't want to condemn it. When there were men and we can see, I think, men dressed in very sexually provocative outfits, it's grinding against your party leader.
Starting point is 00:46:24 And this is what I'm trying to tell you. But how did you feel about that moment? That's what I'm trying to tell you. I'm happy. Oh my God. Let me finish. Let me finish. I would stand up against that.
Starting point is 00:46:37 And I would say when it comes to sexualization in public, when it comes to, you know, exposure for children, I would be against that. And I would stand up, whether it's in the Green Party or anywhere else to say that when it comes to public order and law, that certain things are not appropriate. What's wrong with me saying that? What's wrong with me saying that?
Starting point is 00:46:55 I'm not calling them names. I haven't called that. I'm not saying that everyone is the same. But it sounds like your same thing. I'm not saying that, you know, it should be certain policies. But Allah thinks is degenerate. Allah thinks is degenerate. So me and Allah are on the same page, but you're not.
Starting point is 00:47:12 You're the missing. No, you're using different language. How do you know what God's words would be? Because me and Allah agree that what's going on is wrong. You're saying whatever you're saying, as far as I'm concerned, again, just like, how in the Quran it says to punish. But then on the other side, it says about forgiveness. So people will choose punishment or they can choose forgiveness.
Starting point is 00:47:30 So that's exactly what I'm saying. Forima, just look at this video. This is what happened on the stage. Wow. This is your leader. And he's allowed to choose and go and do whatever he wants. And I don't have to agree with everything. Can I say something?
Starting point is 00:47:40 This is the difference between people like me and Fahima, right? Is that I actually, I'm not saying I'm perfect. But I keep it all the way 100. Meaning if my scripture condemn something, I'm going to condemn something. it too and I'm going to see it as my duty to condemn it. You're not condemning it because you're still yet. So do you condemn Zach Polanski's behaviour? Yes or no? I am not in charge of his behaviour. Do you condemn it? Yes or no? I don't think that that is appropriate. Do you con-
Starting point is 00:48:05 do you not understand what that means? And I just said to you, do you not say, like, rewind. I just said, I would be standing up there and saying certain things should not be in public, certain policies, should not be exposure. But you do realise he's going to continue. He's going to continue, by the way. So he can because we're living in a country where he can. Yes, because I don't have to agree 100% with people because at the end of the day there was a bigger picture out there to say that, you know, you know, we have a nuance in life and how we live. He's gay, he's Jewish, okay? I am Muslim and I'm actually, you know, heterosexual. You're just doing this for the vote. Muslim is are literally just a part of the Green Party for the vote. No, they're not. In fact, majority, a lot of Muslims
Starting point is 00:48:42 do not agree with the Green Party as well. So what the hell? There were so many different people putting out there. Why are Muslims in the Green Party? It's so new one. It's not hypocritical. You don't seem to understand just like everyone else, like how we spoke, you know, before with different characters that are on the right that they think everything is binary and knots and zeros. When there is nuance, there are people that are coming up today to understand that we are here living under British law and we expect to be treated in that way for different people regardless of our beliefs. But Amy Ansel, this is interesting, isn't it? Because actually, you have seen the collapse here of this coalition. It's not going to work.
Starting point is 00:49:20 No, not necessarily. Are you talking about pride in particular in the degeneration as based in boozy said? Well, what I mean is that you have one side of the hard lift who totally embrace this degeneracy, and it's the Polansky side of the Green Party, the LGBTQI alphabet thing. You know, we can dress as cats and that's great. But the problem is, they are in an alliance with the Islamists, and the Islamists are actually very anti-gay. And I think it's quite interesting. gay, by the way, I'm just talking about the sexualization when it's exposure
Starting point is 00:49:53 to under things. I am not actually, I have lots of colleagues and good friends who are. Islamis. Islamis. They are of the act, not of the person. Just like with Christianity, Catholicism, all of these and Judaism. As far as I'm concerned, they're all the same. That's exactly, I don't go and I
Starting point is 00:50:11 wouldn't follow that sort of sect anyways. Can we just, can we just? Christianity is also against that. Can we just actually make this clear? So you as a Muslim woman, you are for, like just gay like what Zach Palance is not about for or against it's not about support it's the fact that I believe that they have a right like every other human under the law to express themselves but there are certain things that I feel that which is you know sexual exploitation you know certain things that should really be in public view where it should be okay at least we agree on something
Starting point is 00:50:39 that's what I agree with you on that I agree that people should do what they want to do but in front of children is just absolutely not acceptable it should be maybe X rated adult private clubs or things like that, not on a platform in that way. But again, you do, Fahima, paint a polyanarish view of this in terms of Islam. No, it's just that you can understand, you know, the way I think and believe, and it's just new for you. Because you just think it has to be extreme or not. Extreme and not. It doesn't work like that.
Starting point is 00:51:03 It's about beliefs. It's about the real world. This is the real world. I am the real world. I've done a lot of research on this, a lot of coverage on this show on this, and I'm not just making things up. Research and reality is different. Okay, well, okay, what about the reality of Sahal Ahmed then? Do you know about him? No.
Starting point is 00:51:16 Okay, so Sahel Ahmed. is the man who is a Muslim and was a Muslim extremist who intended, and he's admitted this on the record, I've spoken to him about it, this is all legally obtainable, who planned to detonate an IED at Canary Wharf, and very detailed extended planning into doing that. And he realized that he was a gay man. And at that point, he deradicalized from within the mosque.
Starting point is 00:51:48 and was subjected to an exorcism by his own parents. So he's British-born. These are all mosques within East London. He's blowing the whistle on what goes on inside these mosques, okay? And it's not me sitting here making it up. It's the fact that there are people inside. It's not, I'm giving you an example which backs up the point, which is that young gay men in mosques in East London
Starting point is 00:52:16 are told to push other gay men off the top of these. mosque. Your religion does have a problem with it. And what I'm bringing an sort of interesting correlation to is that that religion doesn't add up with what's going on at Pride with Zach Polanski on stage. It's the fundamental disaster of your coalition. Religiously and doctrines and theology is all Abrahamic faith is against gays, trans, and all of that. They're not teaching gays to be pushed off the top of buildings. Well neither are Muslims. And if that is the extreme version, Show me a Catholic church, that is. There's lots of things that go on.
Starting point is 00:52:52 You just don't report on it. You don't want to talk about it. No, I'll tell you what happens, Fahima. At the same time. No, no, no, no, no, for Hima. I'm so sick of this. You don't want to talk about what's going on inside the extremists. I am talking about it.
Starting point is 00:53:03 This isn't just about gay people. Yes, it is. What about Jihad al-Shamee and Muhammad Bashir Plotting an actual terrorist attack inside a prayer room at a mosque? We all condemn that. So I'm sorry, I'm sick of you. We condemn that. What's that's going to do?
Starting point is 00:53:18 with anything to do with everyday Muslims. Because they are extremists in the section of reality. He never said everyday Muslims. He never said everyday Muslims. Yeah, but you're saying mosques like as if it's like every single mosque. We wouldn't go to those things. You're saying it like as if it's a generalization of Muslims
Starting point is 00:53:35 and generalization of, you know, the way in which Islam operates. Can I say something? Can I say something? I don't think it is. Just because someone criticizes a religion or a scripture or the extremism in the religion. It doesn't mean that they are criticizing every. single Muslim. Well, we would be deported from all Muslims.
Starting point is 00:53:51 When I'm saying, I'm not saying for everyone either. It's the same equivalence. But Fahima, let's be honest about it. I would be deported from Saudi Arabia. And that's okay. But that's their laws. Would you be okay with that? Would you be okay with that?
Starting point is 00:54:04 I don't agree with that law. I think it's really extreme and I think they take Sharia to an extreme that I wouldn't want to even live in myself. So don't think that just because I'm Muslim, I would, you know, agree with, you know, Saudi Arabia or anything else. I don't think that. But what I don't think that. But what I'm saying, You bring an extreme case to make your point about every single one.
Starting point is 00:54:22 I think you do. You pick and choose. You pick and choose. You pick and choose as well. You pick and choose what you're doing. I'm doing exactly what you're doing. You pick and choose. You'll all pick and choose by the way.
Starting point is 00:54:33 The fundamental point that I just think we've made here is that, and we can all have our differing views on pride. Now, I say this as a gay man. Pride doesn't represent me. Actually, I find it revolting. I find the over-sexualizing. of gay men in front of children are revolting. I find
Starting point is 00:54:52 the trans extremism, totally revolting. Like, I'm a gay man that backs women, real women. I back women's sport. I don't back men in women's sport. And I was actually one of the first people. I mean, people won't know this about my background necessarily, but, you know, I used to be in the Shobah's world in a very different world.
Starting point is 00:55:08 And I was one of the first people thrust out of the so-called LGBT community, because I would not sign up to their wokeery on these issues. So weirdly, or some people might think it's weird. You know, weirdly I'm with based on this. And I think you, Amy, are putting forward a very idealized view of what pride is. And I think pride has moved away from that. And it's become extremist. It's become hypersexualized. And I don't think any of that
Starting point is 00:55:37 is good. You know, I am in a so-called heteronormative relationship. All that means is that we live a normal, contented life where we don't go out and sleep with 40 men. And so-hmm. in one weekend. And I'm so sick of the days where that is celebrated as some type of sexual empowerment. It's not. It's gross.
Starting point is 00:55:56 It's nasty. It is sexually degenerate. Likewise, men crawling around the fucking concrete dressed as dogs barking at each other. It's like, that's degenerate. That, like, I'm offended that you would want to put that
Starting point is 00:56:12 in the same category as me as a gay man. And let me also tell all of those people who want to keep embracing this. They're just victims. Like there is a group of the LGBT community who want to be victims, okay? I live as a gay man, I have listed as a gay man,
Starting point is 00:56:28 I'm very open about it. It's also not a big part of who I am or my personality, and it's never stopped me achieving what I've achieved in this country or in life. And so I think the perma victimhood of like, oh, now we've got to fight
Starting point is 00:56:41 for trans extremism. Personally, I'm done with it. So I just thought I should put my point of view on that. And can I just ask one thing. I think that what the Pride Festival celebration, whatever you want to call it, does, it actually brings a bad name to just your typical normal gay people
Starting point is 00:56:56 who just live a normal life. There's so many gay people that I know who are just absolutely normal. They go to work, go home, go to the pub on a Sunday, and that's that. But this Pride Festival, now when you hear the term gay, you start to think of these rainbow community people who walk around calling themselves dogs on the floor. I don't, I think that's a really small percentage of the gay community.
Starting point is 00:57:16 Actually, I was not. that familiar with all the things I just saw from your videos and the pictures. Like, that is such a small percentage of the community. You put all of them together. And it sort of does over it. It's a big world that you're talking about the tiniest bit. It's not what I remember. When I was growing up in the 90s right, why people embraced pride. And I totally understand it is that there was a lot of homophobia. It was still a new thing. You know, Alan DeGeneres coming out and all of that. And actually, at say, Pride in Sydney, it was like good looking men who maybe looked like Peter Andre and would wear speedos. Now, some people would say maybe
Starting point is 00:57:52 that's too far, but it was very different in terms of what it was about. It wasn't about sex. It was about basically saying normal men who are masculine and sort of normal people, we are also gay. That's what it was about. And there was maybe a need for pride at that point. But at some point, as a community, you actually, do you know what, you just have to accept, we have won. Arguments over. So you think there should be no pride. celebrations anymore? Absolutely. I disagree.
Starting point is 00:58:20 I think it needs to continue. Never attend a Pride celebration. Oh, that's too bad. No, because it's not about that anymore. It is about something different children. And I think it needs to continue to celebrate. And also, it's basically like, as a gay man, if you go to a pride, you have to sign up to trans madness. What does that mean?
Starting point is 00:58:36 I have to accept men and women's sport. Hell no. I've got to accept men and women's changing room. So, hell no. I'm a gay man that supports women. And so I will not be a part of it. Well, that's your choice. But I think it's not.
Starting point is 00:58:47 Okay, well it might be sad, but the point is it's changed. That's my point. I understand that for some people, it might be sad, but the whole point of it has changed. It's time to drop a brutal truth bomb. Leftists are boring. They have no sense of humour. Take everything seriously. I mean, look, they ruined comedy, didn't they? By thrusting out brilliant men like Ricky Jervais and replacing the comedy. them with, oh God, people who we don't even like talking about on this show who are so chronically unfunny, like, oh, I even hate saying his name. Nish Kumar! And it's actually us on the right, who are the ones who can have a laugh with you, who can take a joke, who can debate serious issues without saying, I hate you. And if there are any lefties left watching this, never know. come and join the fun side.
Starting point is 00:59:47 And we are going to debate this issue now in the clash takedown with Baste and bougie. She's certainly fun going up with two of our hard lifterses, Amy Anzell and Fahima Muhammad. So Baste, do you have 60 seconds now to put forward to your case on why the right are more fun than the left? Do you know what? I was actually going to say that the left was extremely boring. But after experiencing Fahima today and how many times she's made me laugh,
Starting point is 01:00:14 they're actually quite fun. I mean, the fact that they are super emotional, super sensitive, they take everything personal, they don't know how to take a joke. They're very hypocritical, by the way. Fahima said that reparations is good, and when I taught her she owes me 50 pounds, all of a sudden she said she doesn't have the 50 pounds for me
Starting point is 01:00:30 and I'm cheap for it. But I think they're actually hilarious. And after today, I must say that the left are extremely fun. If you just take out these two individual examples, Because look, I actually think there is a small group of people on the left who will engage in debate. So I come back to my time at G.B. News, for example. And one of the reasons that when I was at GB News, we actually had to have these types of people on. I don't mean specifically for Hema and Amy.
Starting point is 01:01:03 I mean leftists is because we were creating a new type of television where we somehow had to keep within the off-communist regulation. So we're not regulated by offcom here. We don't have to have anyone on for the sake of it. But on a regulated channel like GB News, you did. So I decided, okay, the way to do this is I will create, and it's something we now have carried over at Outspoken, but I'll create a superstar panel where we'll put on two sort of sound insane people
Starting point is 01:01:30 who represent different sides of the right and we'll have a leftist on. But I don't want a leftist who's going to bore me to tears. You know, I want a leftist who at least can have a bit of a lot. or we can poke fun at. So, for example, I'd have people like Benjamin Butterworth, on Amy McHale, on, on Narendrake, on now, obviously all of the bourgeois shake, all of these people have now developed sort of outsized personalities online,
Starting point is 01:01:57 but that's not how it started. And it was a sort of interesting way to go forward and realize, actually, some leftists can poke fun at themselves. But, but something did change over the course of my experience very quickly on GVN. news because I realize that most leftists couldn't actually handle that position. So I've just named the ones that did stay on the superstar panel, right? But loads did not. India Willoughby, trans extremist, walked off. Meata Fanbula, now the Secretary of State for Energy in Andy Burnham's cabinet. She soon walked off the superstar panel couldn't handle it. And the further and further
Starting point is 01:02:36 that it went on, and this is also our experience had outspoken to, and huge, credit to Fahima and Amy Anzal for being prepared to come in and actually face the heat. But I actually think most leftists now are so po-faced that they do not want to actually tackle situations outside of their actual company. I don't think it's left and right. I think a lot of people generally like to sit in echo chambers. That's what it's about. It's not about left and right.
Starting point is 01:03:04 You find a lot of people on the right. They'll only go to places like yours because they feel safe and they won't go to other places because they will be taken down. You know, so it works both ways. I don't think it's a left and right thing. And I am actually also, when I say center left, because I also have very conservative views as well. But I am.
Starting point is 01:03:22 I am. I am. I am. Exactly. So then there is a nuance on that as well. So when it comes to that, and of course, you know, a clown can be an entertainer and everyone can laugh. But at the same time, they may not be able to perform surgery.
Starting point is 01:03:34 And when it comes to politics, you need to be serious. You need to be able to do, you know, things that are of a different standard and level and of a certain degree of education. And it is quite serious and it might be boring. But at the same time, all that we're discussing here would never get to Parliament, would never get to, you know, having degrees, would never get to professionals, we'll never get you on the streets to work.
Starting point is 01:03:55 But it doesn't. This is the reality of it all. I can work with people who are of, you know, opposite to me and the same because I have that point of view. That's not true. And that's how it is. I am working it. Yeah, but you might, but it's not, because I respect that you're here for Hima, but
Starting point is 01:04:10 Left us on the whole don't have that philosophy. There might be a percentage of them. We have seen all the time. It could be a different factor though. Maybe their job. Maybe their progression. But that's what I'm going to say. It's always left us.
Starting point is 01:04:20 Look at the workplace, Amy. It's always lifters who are trying to get people of a right wing persuasion banned. For example, for having a particular type of view. No, it happens on both sides. Both sides. Not allowed at the university debate. No, it's not. Yes, it is.
Starting point is 01:04:34 Can you name one person from the right who tried to get someone fired? It's all these doctors that are pro-Palestinian, for example. It's all the people that are like... Yeah, those right. I don't know their names off my hand. My name thing is really... Can you name one situation where someone from the right? Where, you know, you've got loads of doctors
Starting point is 01:04:49 that have spoken out on the sort of right, sorry, on the left and they have been, you know, lobbied against for so many different things. There's so many examples of that. Can you name one example? I just said to you, I don't want to say that because I don't want to put myself under a certain radar for some reason. Forget like hospitals and that.
Starting point is 01:05:06 What about in media? Let's just talk about media broadcasting. Have you ever seen a right-wing? person try to get a left wing person fired. Oh yeah, it happens a lot actually, especially even in the places that you mentioned. When it comes to, again, it's a lot to do with pro-Palestinian people. One situation. I'm not going to say that.
Starting point is 01:05:24 I'm not going to. No, I do. I just not going to say who they are. But what about outside of the whole Palestinian area there's not? Well, I guess, you know, when it comes to a lot of people that are talking sort of, I would say, against maybe. reform or restore you could see that they are not called again and again and and you can see that a lot of the times as well so you do get you do get people on the right um sorry on on you know that would actually not want to have people on the left come in and and and actually debate you know things that we are
Starting point is 01:05:58 debating now that's what i want to be in places which is exactly i have to challenge the echo chambers that people are used to sitting in i feel you're comfortable sitting here you're probably comfortable in sitting in because most of the time people are going to be on your No, it's actually no left-wing organisation or broadcasts I've ever invited me. You have. You went on LBC. You went on these, these are left sides.
Starting point is 01:06:18 Come on. Exactly. So that just debunks whatever you just said. No, but come on. She's not on news night for Hema and that's the point. Well, neither am I. Because if we were politicians and professionals, that's a different story. That's one.
Starting point is 01:06:30 The main street media, the main street media are gutless and they are gatekeepers. And they are gatekeepers and they cut people out of the right. It depends on your status. They do. It is not about left and right. They have all times. Zia Yusuf is on all of these shows and he is really right. Okay.
Starting point is 01:06:44 He's been on there more and he's not even a bloody leader. He's a center right. He's a center right. And he is considered the, he's considered an acceptable face with in reform UK because he's got brown skin and because he's a Muslim. That's why they're prepared to happen. No, no, no. But I mean, I would never go on these shows.
Starting point is 01:07:02 But it was interesting when I was at CPACGB a while ago. No, I wouldn't for him. I've done it all. I've done it all. I despise these people. And the problem is it wouldn't work with me because if I were going to go on news night, I would immediately say, and this is why that never had me, but I would immediately say to Victoria Derbyshire, I'm sorry, you've chosen the wrong story today. Why are you discussing this? We should be
Starting point is 01:07:21 discussing this. Like I won't buy into. It's not about that. It's the fact that if you were a politician, it's your, it's your status that gets you there, not just your left and right wing. They have left and right in BBC question time. They have left and right on every single. In fact, they have more right. Most people are saying that Zia Yusuf has been on there more than anything. Well, maybe he didn't agree. I have no idea. He should be on. He should be on.
Starting point is 01:07:43 He speaks it up. But most people don't even know about OPLO unless they're on X. I think there's a spectrum. Yes. Right? So you could be extreme left or extreme right. It doesn't matter. But the point is that's what you're talking about.
Starting point is 01:07:53 Like there are left people here that are happy to speak. Once you mentioned from GB News, happy to speak. But, you know, there's certain people in that spectrum that are not going to be happy to speak for obvious reasons. I would never choose to be interviewed by these people. But when I was at CPACGB a few months ago, this dude, called Andy 12s who works for politics Joe. I'm sure you do.
Starting point is 01:08:14 He was tracking me down because I'd said on the stage that I think it was a mistake that Liz Truss had let the enemy into the room because all the enemy was doing was mocking her, taking the piss out of her. And it's like it's not a free speech thing. It is a free speech thing. You just want to control. I'm not invited to your Green Party conference.
Starting point is 01:08:33 You want to control the narrative. Can I come to your Green Party conference? Can I come to your Green Party conference? You want to go and control the narrative. your Green Party conference. If I was head of it, I'll allow you. Okay. I'm not head of it.
Starting point is 01:08:42 Well, can you, can you lobby for it? Because I've never been invited. I'm not welcome there. I think it's only only for members, so you have to be a member. Exactly. I'm not welcome. But that's like with everything else. No, I should be allowed to come as a media organization, but you will not have me because
Starting point is 01:08:55 I'm the independent media. But the point that I'm making is I did this interview with Andy 12th, right? Because he chased me down around the conference, the center and said, I've been, you know, I've been wanting to track you down because you called me the enemy. So I now want to speak to you. Guess what? The coward didn't broadcast a second of it.
Starting point is 01:09:15 Because I beat his ass. And I beat his boss's ass, Ava Santina. So basically, unless you're on live, which is what Rupert Lowe says, unless I'm actually allowed to go on one of these things live, what's the point because you could edit it? But the thing is, I just didn't give him an opportunity. I outsmarted him on every question. I knew.
Starting point is 01:09:31 I knew. They just wouldn't use it. I don't want to be on politics, Joe. But it just was very funny for me. The guy with the bed? Yeah. He hasn't posted my interview either. Really?
Starting point is 01:09:38 He was asking me questions about pride and what I think about it. I stood firm on the fact that I think is the generate. He said, well, that's a very mean thing to see. I said, don't care. He is the generate. I haven't seen the interview since. So they pick and choose. Yeah, they have an agenda.
Starting point is 01:09:51 Of course. Everyone has a agenda. That's part of it. And then I think there's also another really critical area in all of this, right? And it is the funny side of it. But it's actually weirdly not a laughing matter. And it is comedy because comedy has been destroyed. in this country by wokeery.
Starting point is 01:10:10 I mean, there is this woman, I don't know if you've heard of her, called Rosie Jones, and she actually can't speak. She's got some type of disorder that means she cannot speak. Now, just like I wouldn't ever think that I could, you know, operate machinery,
Starting point is 01:10:28 you know, I would argue Rosie Jones doesn't particularly have the skills to be a comedian. But the other problem is she's not at all funny. So it's not only that it takes her a very, very long time to say, anything. She's not funny. There's nothing funny. She says, but guess what, Amy? She's on the hard left. And so they love her. And they book her and everything. It's not about because she's on the hard left and everyone loves her. I think there's a space for everyone. Just because
Starting point is 01:10:49 you don't like it and you don't approve of it doesn't mean there's a space for other people to be there and have their little cliques and crowds. That's how it goes. Okay. This is how we live in a world. But then why is Leo Kirstnever on the BBC? A very, very funny right-wing comedian. Look, I do feel that institutions do have every institution. And I've always said that, whether it's the Islamic channels, which they've all gone now, by the way, as well as, you know, yeah, I mean, I was cancelled from there. I was cancelled. Don't need the Islamist channels now because they're so mainstream.
Starting point is 01:11:19 No. Well, you've got me, haven't you? But anyway, at the same time, I just think that, you know, there is definitely a space for everyone, not just, you know, what you think and what you believe, which comes back down to the fact that people don't hate Britain. I don't think it's about him believing or not believing. It's just the women can't really speak that great. So that's your opinion.
Starting point is 01:11:38 But there's someone else who might find it funny. I haven't really seen her properly. But maybe I have a very weird sense of humor. I think that she represents a certain type. And I think it's good for her to have visibility out there. Is she funny? I mean, it depends. I find other kinds of comedians funny.
Starting point is 01:11:58 I like a Jerry Seinfeld. I mean like what you might find funny, I might not. People say that people have a dry sense of humor. So that's what I'm trying to say. No, the point that he's trying to make is that. There are people who are probably funnier than her, and that can probably speak a lot clearer. This is not me mock and that's life generally.
Starting point is 01:12:13 But why don't they have the opportunity? And they think, why are you giving it in time? For him, you're being so disingenuous. It's the same thing. I'm sorry, why are none of the right-wing comedians ever on the BBC? Who is the most successful comedian in the country now on the Turin Circle? Circuit. But you're right.
Starting point is 01:12:26 I agree with you. I agree with you. Certain institutes are definitely owned by certain people who are bankrolling a certain narrative. That's the whole idea of media at the end of the day. Would you be happy with Katie Hopkins having her platform, like being on big TV? I don't really care if she does or not. People need to sort of see what they want to see and make their own minds up. I just don't like what she says, but it doesn't mean she shouldn't be given a space.
Starting point is 01:12:49 You're being very disingenuous. No, I'm not. It's because you can't handle nuance. No, no, no, it's not. Amy, there's no nuance about this. Amy Ansel, you came up through the BBC. I'm sorry, it's not just the BBC though. Some people just have that love.
Starting point is 01:13:01 I feel talent, everything. No, but okay. Look at all of the amazing right-wing comedians. Leo Kurz, Dominic Frisbee, Katie Hopkins, Nick Dixon, Josh Howey. She's just provocative. Oh, she's hilarious. You don't think she's funny, so you think she should be cancelled.
Starting point is 01:13:18 But other people think that she should have a space for that. But no right wing comedian has a space. I wouldn't attend. Other people might attend. That's my point. You don't have to always see the right, you know, oh, she's funny, he's not funny. Like I said, people find different things funny. Even people that are new or diverse, I give these screenings to people.
Starting point is 01:13:35 you know, they cannot recognize sarcasm and jokes. There is also people that have a different sense of understanding jokes and sarcasm. Maybe not. And I just must be missing something with Rosie Jones. Am I the only one? Does anyone find it funny? It must be neurodiversity. What does neurodiverse mean?
Starting point is 01:13:53 I keep hearing people saying that. Exactly. It means that people, it's under an umbrella for people that have autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD and other things. So it's just a new excuse, is it? It's not a new excuse. It is clinically and scientifically proven and there's behaviors and psychology around it and I'm trained in it and I do that
Starting point is 01:14:10 for people that are coming from prison and I screen them and I coach them and as well people from DWP as well who are neurodiverse and there's one in three in justice system because it affects the executive functioning off your brain so when it comes to memory, planning this that and the other and there's a severity of it as well
Starting point is 01:14:25 well to an extent because of the impulsivity if they don't have the support when they're younger they do end up in the criminal justice unfortunately that's why we want to give this kind of support to young people Should they go to mental health institutions rather than prison? Well, it's not a mental health issue. They're more susceptible to it, if they are neurodiverse, but it's not a mental health issue.
Starting point is 01:14:41 So they should still go to prison? I think they should be given support and they should be more rehabilitation. If it's a genuine crime, it has to obviously be criminalised. But I think that's where we have to obviously go back and think about, you know, the people's behavior. There's a lot of people in the Green Party who don't even believe in jails. Well, that's not me. Okay. But look, you know the point that I'm making, though, overall about comedy.
Starting point is 01:15:03 it's not, there is no nuance around this. None. No, Fahima. Okay, name me a right-wing comedian you've seen on the BBC in the past 10 years. Seriously. I don't know if they're right or not. The thing is, I don't follow people if they're left or right.
Starting point is 01:15:19 If they're funny, they are, they are. Sometimes I've only learned about certain commentators on X, and I'm thinking, oh my God, they're actually against my own politics, beliefs, whatever. But I still find them funny. But I don't actually agree with their politics. I've only learned that recently in the last few years, where people are more open to their actual personal preferences of how they actually follow.
Starting point is 01:15:38 So I've never ever looked at people because of the left or the right in their politics until recently. Yeah, I never think about what political stance they take. I never think about that. They make fun of everyone and their own and people in the audience. I think the point that Dan is trying to make. I know they should be more right in the pre-media. Yeah, maybe. That should be.
Starting point is 01:15:57 And I don't disagree with that. But like I said, people are owned. But the fact that there's not a lot of people on the right. Don't you think that's intentional? I think that there is quite a few people on the right though, but I think in certain professions, they do exist. And maybe your particular ones. No, but in terms of having a huge platform, like the women, I forgot her name.
Starting point is 01:16:12 Maybe it's just not popular. They don't have a lot of them, but do you think that's intentional? Or do you think that's just... So you admit that they intentionally... I think it's more for BBC about box ticking. I know that from the apprentice. I think they're taking opportunities from people on the right. I think because, again, it doesn't sit with the most,
Starting point is 01:16:28 because again, media and everyone, they want to have their own. Like, most people don't like to see me on. G.B. News because they're like, why is she there? Because it should be more of a right-wing voice that should be heard. So that's the same thing, right? And I get the most hate and the most views because I shouldn't be sitting there. And people just gunned me down for that reason. If I was sitting on the left, no problem. I won't even be bothered. And for him, I think that's the other thing I need to understand. I do really respect that you do that. Have you ever been tempted not to go on GB news and outlets like that? I mean, I know obviously here no one views us as right way.
Starting point is 01:16:57 I'm not, in fact, I'm the opposite. I find it quite boring now because I've been in there for almost like four and a half years on right-wing platforms that I find that this is healthy to have these conversations, not to have the same thought. And even if we don't have the same beliefs and thoughts and feelings and whatever, but it needs to be aired out because that's how we actually get to talk. So, you know, I really do believe that. Well, that is a good note, I think, to end this clash takedown, isn't it?
Starting point is 01:17:27 Because we've sort of ended on a positive. We've gone from, you're all mentally ill. Do you know how many people hate me? My own community, even Muslims, they hate me to go on certain platforms because it's like, oh, you're encouraging it. I'm like, no, I'm not. I'm speaking my own mind. But they don't want that.
Starting point is 01:17:43 So I even go against my own in that way. And I get clashed from all sides, every side. Look, there is one thing I will say about Islamists. They are much more prepared to debate than the rest of the left. Yeah. That, you know, Islamists are. big believers. What do you mean the Islamist?
Starting point is 01:17:59 Muslims. People like you. I'm not Islamist then. I'm just a Muslim. Let's be clear. Don't be clever. There you are, man. Of the Green Party.
