No spin, no bias, no censorship. I'm Dan Wooden. This is outspoken episode number 6001 and breaking right now.
The British uprising against the migrant and Islamist takeover of the disunited kingdom spreads to Scotland
with Tommy Robinson revealing the police arrested patriots after a peaceful street protest.
That's, of course, as the invaders are allowed to rape, pillage and terrorise the native population.
Where they go?
Who streets have they?
In the streets?
In the streets?
Where they're going, I would suspect it would be a parkhead area,
which is quite heavily populated with their migrants, particularly Africans.
Meanwhile, in Manchester, migrant HMO's being attacked
in the latest sign Brits are taking the law into their own hands
after years of being ignored.
This is a registered HMO.
It had an Afghan-Avghan males in.
And you can see that the locals, whoever has just absolutely smashed it up, booted the door off.
It's all smashed inside, all windows smashed.
And the Patriot Platform continuing the fight back of the People's Army,
despite the deep state jailing of their leader, Danny Tomo,
with the Midlands branch now revealing their numbers have tripled as they issued this new demand overnight.
This is a message to our government.
Since the arrest and remand of Danny Thomas, the Midland section of the Patriot Platform, has more than tripled in numbers.
Whatever the attention behind his arrest and remand, it has not silenced those who support the platform.
If anything, it has brought greater attention to the issues that many people believe have been ignored.
Also breaking to date, this is so shocking.
Reform UK, Shadow Chancellor Robert Jenrick, reported to the police and prevent by the hard-left Muslim organisation.
Well, they say it wasn't then, but they knew about it at five pillars.
after he dared to break ranks and speak the truth about Islam
during his bombshell appearance on outspoken this week.
Radical Islam is a threat to everything that we hold dear in this country,
that it has to be fought and destroyed,
it has to be eradicated from our country,
and that we can't allow the creeping Islamification of the United Kingdom.
So the crazy Islamists want this show,
want honest discussions on this show to be.
illegal to make you a terrorist. Well, guess what? We don't care about them. And today,
I'm delighted to welcome Henry Bolton, OBE. He is, of course, Restore Britain's National Security
spokesman. He is with me for the entire show. But first, a disturbing development breaking right
now. Two Latvian nationals have been arrested on suspicion of trespass offences at RAF
Molesworth, the men who are aged 36 and 32.
and are currently residing in the UK, were arrested inside the base perimeter in the early hours of this morning.
The Ministry of Defence Police carrying out patrols at the base found an abandoned vehicle before a breach of the site's fence was identified on Wednesday night.
Both men currently in police custody.
Counterterrorism say there is nothing to suggest this incident is connected to the events at RIA Fairford last week.
So no doubt they'll be released on bail within hours.
we will keep across any developments on that breaking news.
Also coming up on today's show,
the Greens caught on camera,
admitting they broke the law by conspiring with mosques
in the Gorton and Denton by-election.
This, of course, on the day of this London poll,
this London by-election that could finish off
the tip-whisper of Zach Polansky once and for all.
And more breaking news, Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor,
has just won his legal challenge against the police
for an unlawful arrest.
This means the ex-Prince is launching his comeback royal commentator Lee Cohen will be joining us to discuss that later too.
Then we'll have much more in the Royal Uncanceled After Show over on Substack.
Now, Henry and I have also nominated for today's Union Jackass, the last of the week.
He's gone for Moth and Ali for saying he's as Yorkshire as an...
Sorry, he's as English as a Yorkshire cup of tea.
And Tim Stanley for insisting the Boris Wave ain't going back.
I've gone for Mylene Class. Look, I know she might not be a traitor along the lines of Mothanali and Tim Stanley, but I am very annoyed with her for refusing to join this hearsay reunion.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll explain later in the show. But now, let's go.
As the British government continues to allow and encourage the migrant invasion of the disunited kingdom and the demographic replacement of the native population, it is no surprise that the game is changing.
as Tommy Robinson put it, the image that's always been seen as menacing has now become one of heroism, a Batman-type image.
He is, of course, talking about the balaclavas of the growing Patriot platform, which guess what?
Has tripled its numbers in the Muslim hub of Birmingham since Danny Tomo.
Their leader became the British state's latest political prisoner.
Lee Paul, revealing this new news.
overnight. A message from the West Midlands Patriot Platform to this tyrannical British establishment.
We the people are uniting, organised and ready.
The Patriot Platform then issued this public message to stress to the government that the group
would not be ignored and would not stop until the borders are secured.
This is a message to our government. Since the arrest and remand of Danny Thomas,
the Midlands section of the Patriot Platform has more than tripled in numbers.
Whatever the attention behind is arrest and remand, it has not silenced those who support the platform.
If anything, it has brought greater attention to the issues that many people believe are being ignored.
People are increasingly concerned not only about illegal migration and the pressures it places on communities and public services,
but also how ordinary British members of the public are being treated when they voice their concerns.
The response has been clear. The Patriot Platform has grown.
Patriot Platform is now expanding its vetting and administration teams
so that we can properly process the significant increase in membership
and ensure that everyone joining is dealt with responsibly and appropriately.
Attempts to silence this debate do not make people's concerns disappear.
They can instead bring those concerns into sharper focus
and encourage more people to come involved.
The message from the Midlands is simple.
People are paying attention.
People are organising.
and people expect their concerns to be heard.
We will not stop until we get what we want.
God bless Great Britain.
And as is always the case with the Patriot Platform,
remember a proudly Christian organisation,
they actually ended with a prayer.
And I want to share it with you.
And now we will say a prayer for Great Britain.
Please bow your head, lads.
Heavenly Father, grant strength and unwavering courage
to the men who stand with me
today at the precipice of great sacrifice.
You have placed a vision within their hearts
and now we face a moment that requires us to risk everything we have to achieve it.
Calm our anxieties and replace our fear with absolute resolve.
When doubt creeps in, remind us of our purpose.
Give us the wisdom of discern for the right steps,
the fortitude to endure the heavy costs
and the faith to step into the unknown.
protect what we have what we leave behind and fortify what we carry forward may our sacrifices
not be in vain but instead forge them into leaders of character integrity and impact
father walk beside us into fire and carry us through to the victory ahead amen but as the
circumstances become perilous more folk are taking the law into their own hands unlike the patriot
platform Tommy Robinson also revealing more footage out of Salford last night as locals
shut down an HMO themselves dragging out and burning the property. The government thinks they can
just dump unvetted invader men in communities. Think again as the government empties hotels
of invaders and drops them straight into communities. What do they expect to happen? So I want to show you
the aftermath at this at this HMO. It's like the scene of Solford as you could see. This is a
registered HMO. It had an Afghan Afghan nails in and you can see that the locals
whoever has just absolutely smashed it up, booted the door off, it's all smashed
inside, all windows smashed through there, through there. You can see that's just being
absolutely smashed. This will start happening more and more, of course, Britain, people aren't
happy with his eight of moles.
I'm just here recording on what's happened, but you don't know.
It's been spray painted everywhere.
Have they all got off?
They all just got off and left?
You can see.
It's just absolutely, it's all the way through.
And there was more, Basil the Great, revealing police have launched investigations after multiple coaches.
Used to transport migrants were targeted and attacked.
while parked up. Then we get to the unrest on the streets of Scotland, which also began at an
HMO with Basil also reporting. Migrant HMO raided by Scottish Patriots. He says migrants were
luring children back to this HMO so a number of locals broke into the home and told the migrants
to run. Look at what they found. It's a drug den. These homes used to be for loving young families.
Now they're handed over to invaders to abuse children in.
It is disgusting beyond belief.
Watch for yourself.
Get a video to this one.
Where to go?
Get if I do something there.
Get the light on.
Where is the fucking, mate?
It's a heavy crack down.
Isn't it?
PlayStation's all that.
It's a heavy crack done.
14.
Skills.
Skills.
Skills?
Skills, mate.
Manky bastards.
Oh mate, look, they'll be a wee piss pot?
Have we?
They've got a wee piss pot?
Yeah, look.
Take a few years now, be.
And then after that disturbance at the HMO for the first time,
Scottish patriots who have finally had enough
took to the streets of the increasingly taken over Glasgow.
With free ledger revealing anti-migrant protesters in Glasgow,
Scotland are going to HMOs in the city
demanding illegal migrants leave.
Tommy Robinson, adding,
As its natives protesting in Glasgow tonight, police out and forced to crush them.
They are backing the public into corners.
Police have voted, people have voted against mass migration at every given opportunity
and ignored every single time.
Not wanting millions of foreigners dumped amongst isn't far right or any other buzzword they use.
It is common sense.
Now, chance of send them home were soon ringing through the streets of the long-deprived
East End of Glasgow.
Now initially
Restore Britain's rising Scottish star Craig Houston
reported that the police were taking a hands-off approach.
What is their intentions? Well, they're not happy
about something and the parkhead video is quite telling
because you'll see they're walking the streets, there's buses getting held up
behind them, they're police in attendance and the police ain't stopping them.
Now the police could easily stop this happening with acute use of the law,
with just calling it a procession and they could stop people marching on the streets,
but they've decided it so far not to.
Where they're going, I would suspect it would be a parkhead area,
which is quite heavily populated with migrants, particularly Africans.
Do you use my own this to happen all the time?
No.
No.
No. Do you want the rips that happened no, do you fuck? How do we stop the ribs for heart and the night?
Fucking save the back. That's how you need to do. It's an easy fact.
But the police approach soon changed as the natives pleaded with cops that they had had enough,
with UK Patriot revealing Glasgow anti-migration protesters now confronted with police blockades as they chant,
we've had enough.
Where's guys had enough?
Where's guys had enough?
We've had enough.
Lyle.
You can just hear the complete desperation, frustration and anger in their voices,
can't you?
Yet with devastating predictability,
it was soon the Patriots being arrested once again
rather than the invaders.
Fucking shame on you.
Where is this level of what?
Fucking shame on you.
And they're fucking nobody home back then.
Where is this level of police presence to stop the migrants invading and committing crimes?
I mean, the natives, it's interesting, listen to them.
They knew that the police response was all designed for the MSM,
for the MSM to be able to dismiss the legitimate concerns of the locals as far right.
It's shocking.
Jocke.
Fucking jocke.
So he can put it in the paper
that this was a far right fucking shit show.
Yep, that's what they want.
They want to be able to say
that these patriots are far right.
Now trust me, my fiancée's from just down the road.
If you have spent a lot of time in Glasgow
of late, as I have,
you understand how much this city is being changed.
The face of this great city being changed beyond belief.
And actually the changes to our country overall are now undeniable, aren't they? And there are so many
different examples of this. One small scale, but still important, pointed out by Basil the Great,
where a school has been slammed for changing Christmas cards to winter cards in a bid to be more
inclusive. This is Kime Hill Primary School, who said the decision was made to reflect the changing
demographics of the population, with Basil arguing our culture is disappearing, and it is. But so too is our
safety. Look at the front page of today's Sun newspaper, making it abundantly clear why there is this
growing anger on the streets. They reported a boat migrant, released from jail, was given the keys to a
taxpayer-funded home two days before he committed a sickening sex crime against a pair of young girls.
So this is Muhammad Abbas. He claims he's 29. How do we have any idea? He had already been sentenced
for assaulting a cop when he broke into the sister's card of home and exposed himself in July.
Now Abbas claimed to be Palestinian, but he arrived on a dinghy from France in March,
so he could have been from anywhere. By June, he was behind bars on remand,
having been arrested for sexual assault on a female, common assault,
assaulting a constable on duty and assault by beating.
At a sentence inhering on July the 14th at Coventry Magistrates Court,
he was handed 300 hours community service and a fine.
The sexual assault and common assault charges were dismissed as no evidence was offered.
Abbas was then released, it just gets more crazy, follow me.
He was then released and moved into a 250,000 pound two bedroom house in Cardiff,
provided by the home office.
He was the only occupant at the time.
And just two days after moving in, on July the 30th,
He forced his way into a terrorist house in the Welsh capital at 2 a.m. where one of the sisters,
one under 13 and one under 16, were sleeping. Imagine their absolute terror, their absolute horror
when they woke to find Abbas exposing himself in their bedroom doorway. Their parents were alerted
by the girls screaming and Abbas was later identified. Sources told the son he had previously been
abusive to female staff while at an asylum hotel.
At Cardiff Crown Court last month, Abbas admitted two charges of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child for the purposes of obtaining sexual gratification.
He also admitted trespass with the intent of committing a sexual offence and burglary after stealing a phone and air pods from the family's house.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced next month.
Yet the leftists want to attack the messengers, not the criminals.
With Montgomery Tom's and his important Freedom WatchGB organisation targeted against, again.
this week, this time at Cardiff University. So you see the geographical link there. This is in
Cardiff where those two young girls had to put up with that. We're traumatized for life. Yet Monty
revealed within an hour, an organised violent mob came for us and shut down our debates. This came
just one day after we were attacked, mobbed and shut down in Bristol by 1,000 students watch.
Okay, so we're currently at Bristol University, Freedom Watch YouB.
We're here to have public debates, open discourse.
We have literally about 1,000, maybe 1,500 students surrounding.
I've spoken to so many that agree with what we're doing,
but there's about 20, 30 of them that are shutting down all conversations
because they hate freedom, they hate free speech.
They can't win an argument, so they play this song in an attempt to mock Charlie Kerr.
in an attempt to mock what freedom is.
They are hateful, disgusting, and quite frankly, weird, smelly people.
And I've been I've done many universities, but this is mad.
But Montgomery added, if anything, this just strengthens my resolve,
I will keep fighting because so many young lads were coming over for photos.
They love what we're doing.
The support is non-stop.
There is a new generation of young lads going into university who have had enough,
and we are providing a sense of hope and a space for them to show
that there is a proper voice and movement defending freedom, sovereignty and truth.
Now, let me bring in Restore Britain's National Security spokesman Henry Bolton.
Henry, great to have you here a huge amount to pick up on and I want to start with those
extraordinary scenes in Scotland overnight where the police seem to be targeting the Patriots
on the street. It seems no coincidence to me, Henry, that there was a big announcement
out of Restore Britain this week in terms of Scotland.
you are now the second biggest party in that nation.
It's no surprises.
And Henry, none of this in the mainstream media, none of it.
No, I know, Dan.
They simply won't report this sort of stuff.
They won't in any way acknowledge that the increasing unrest that we're seeing,
a tendency towards more and more sort of militant responses,
is simply a result of growing frustration.
I think a lot of our support in Scotland, as you say, we're now the second highest or largest party in Scotland by membership.
A lot of that support is reflective of exactly the same frustration.
And we're seeing it grow across the country.
We're seeing a population that is absolutely sick to the back teeth of not being listened to by the mainstream parties and by a succession of governments and ministers.
And my message to the government is, if you expect anything else but this to get worse,
then you're living in cloud cuckoo land.
The only way that this is going to calm down and start to go away is if you actually do
what the British public have been demanding that you do for over a decade now,
and that is stop illegal migration and stem massive illegal migration.
That is the only way you're going to put this genie back in the bottom.
from Prime Minister, Home Secretary. That's it. There is no other way.
Henry, you are obviously a big Law and I order guy. So how do you rationalise that
with what we are seeing, for example, at the HMO? So if you take this case in Scotland
last night, which caused the unrest in the East End of Glasgow, these migrants, these
scumbag, terrorists and rapists, and we know that's the case. I mean, look at the dude in Cardiff.
we know that is the case, were luring young girls to the HMO, so the locals decided to take the law into their own hands.
Now, Henry, can you really blame them for that when you have seen that the authorities are doing nothing to contain these illegals?
How do you even expect law in order to be maintained?
Because fundamentally, dads are going to stand up for their daughters who are like,
like lambs to the slaughter at the moment.
Indeed.
There used to be a thing called policing by consent.
And what that meant was that the police, that law enforcement, if you like,
carried out its function with the consent, with the support of the population at large.
And the population at large included the government, ministers, politicians, the media,
because everybody wanted to see the law applied equitably without fear or favor.
Well, over recent years, as we all know, Dan, that consent has been eroded because we've seen the emergence, really since 2002 and Tony Blair's Police Reform Act, we've seen the emergence of politicised policing where the police were required by that law, by the 2002 Police Reform Act, to do two things, really.
One was to consult with local authorities and with local community leaders, religious leaders and so on about how they policed, what their policing priorities should be, what the policing profile should be.
And that created a situation where, you know, the police were really compelled.
They had to listen. They had to consult. They had to listen. And they had to respond. If not, then police officers would lose their jobs and so on and so forth.
So they were put in a no-win situation. So of course, that's led to a politicisation.
of policing. The other thing that did was the 2002 Police Act changed the oath of constable.
And what it did was it included in the oath of the constable protection of rights.
Well, the police aren't there to protect rights. The police are there to enforce criminal law
and the public peace, to maintain the public peace. That's what they've always been there for.
That's what they've been there for 200 years for. And it changed in 2002, 24 years ago.
So the first thing is we've we've eroded policing by consent because of the partiality,
not necessarily the police, but also politicians.
The authorities writ large are seen as no longer being democratically accountable to the
public and not working in the interest of the public.
Of course, I'm as you say, I'm a former police officer.
I condemn, absolutely, you know, as a general principle, any form of
criminality. But at the same time, back in the 90s when I was a police officer, we worked with,
we understood the community's frustration. And instead of us as police officers tailoring our
policing to what the politicians wanted, we told the politicians, you need to change this because
the public is unhappy. And so it's, but we've turned the tables on that now. So what you've got is
you've got the police now unable to address the frustrations,
which they do understand amongst the general public.
And you've got the general public having lost faith in the police.
And it's a, it's a perfect storm, really.
So I don't like the, I don't like the balaclavas.
I don't like the black suits.
I don't like the criminal damage.
But I understand it.
And until politicians, this is not the fault of the police.
This is the fault of the politicians who,
absolutely have politicised the police. And I, the frustration, I am not going to condemn the people
who are out there on the streets protesting. They are doing the job that the authorities are refusing
or failing to do. And, you know, so who else is supposed to keep them safe if the police aren't
going to do it? You know, it's a fundamental breakdown, Dan. And I, you know, you, you, you mentioned
my role. We've recently published a policy restoring British policing, which,
which just, it basically cuts a swath through all of this legislation that over the last 25, 30 years,
has politicised policing, created two-tier policing, has taken away the discretion of police officers,
has enabled the police forces to recruit foreign nationals.
I don't know whether you're aware, but some police forces now, legally, they're allowed to do this,
go abroad and they recruit people from other countries.
and so foreign nationals to come to the UK as police officers in the UK
to enforce British law on British citizens in the United Kingdom.
I think that is absolutely outrageous.
People don't know that, but this was all brought in by the politicians.
It's not the police that did this.
It was the people in Westminster that did this.
And I think that's where we've got to address the problem,
not in turning against the police, but in undoing all of the damage
and re-establishing the,
the principles of Sir Robert Peel that held good for over 200 years.
That's what we need to do.
Indeed.
Now, you raise the balaclavas.
Can I ask you about the Patriot platform?
Because there's a couple of issues to address here.
Firstly, the Jalene of Danny Tomo.
I want your view on that.
You know, where was the criminal damage?
Who was the victim of that, given it was a, you know, a dingy,
a mega dingy bringing over illegals that he is alleged to have attacked.
He is, of course, pleaded, not guilty and denied.
to that. So that's the first thing. But the second thing I want to ask you is about the Patriot Platform itself.
Now, you saw last night in the Midlands, there are triple the members of the Patriot Platform
since Danny Tomo's arrest. So this is a growing movement. And I know you say you don't like the
balaclavas. However, these are men, Henry, who know that if they were to identify themselves,
they would lose their jobs.
So this is their way around that.
Now, Tommy Robinson has a different take on this balaclava thing.
So he says the image that's always been seen as men as seen
has now become one of heroism, a Batman-type image.
I know you don't like it, but do you understand it?
And do you understand what Tommy Robinson is saying?
And what do you make of this growing force that is the Patriot platform?
Yeah, I know I don't like it, but I understand it. I'm not going to condemn it.
Dan, I, when I was, when I stood as police and crime commissioner in Kent, I had got written authority from the foreign office and from the European Commission.
I was chief planner for common security and defence policy in Brussels at the time, seconded by the British government.
And I'd got the written permission to stand, to take six weeks off, unpaid leave to campaign.
I got a telephone call from the Cabinet Office, from the head of human resources at the Cabinet Office,
saying that I had to stand down from that candidature with immediate effect or my contract wouldn't be renewed.
And I chose the latter because people were relying on me.
But my point is that since that point, the British government,
the Foreign Office, who I'd worked for for many, many, many years,
and I think delivered extremely good results for them,
wouldn't even talk to me.
So I know what it's like.
If you are not in the right political box,
then you are black-blasted.
And I lost my job through that.
Civil service regulations being that I should have been able to go back to my job
seeing as I wasn't actually elected, but I couldn't.
They wouldn't even speak to me.
So I understand very well.
These are people who rely on their jobs.
They need the income.
Their families, they're supporting families.
And of course, they don't want that to happen to them.
And I know, I know that it can happen and will happen if they're identified.
So, no, I totally, totally understand it.
I don't like it.
I don't like that we're in this situation.
But we are.
And it's for the reasons I talked about earlier.
Now, as for the Patriot platform, it's part of the same thing.
And the more the frustrations grow, the more.
groups like the Patriot Platform are going to grow as well.
And I don't want it to get violent.
Absolutely I don't.
I don't think they do.
But the government is being put on notice.
It's time that they bloody well woke up and realized that they are sitting in the bubble.
It's not the rest of the country that's sitting in the bubble and is being radicalized.
No, this is years and years of growing, pent up, frustration, irritation, and,
desperate concern for people's families and the safety of their communities. And you know,
you talked about, you know, the guy and, you know, exposing himself just now. Look, the stories
are legion. You and I could probably sit here and we could spend the whole night just going through
a list of the people who've entered this country illegally who have gone on to kill, maim,
rape, commit various types of assault and other criminal acts. Okay. We have no idea who these
people are. I know from my own experience that most of these people are from from societies in which
the sort of behavior that we're talking about is actually commonplace. They're probably quite
confused as to why we don't accept it here. A lot of them. So we are just letting them in through
the door. And I'm I'm bloody frustrated. And I actually think there's a bit of a synergy. What we're
doing in Restore Britain politically. And what the Patriot platform are doing, if you like, on the streets.
I think, you know, it's born of the same thing.
And, you know, we've got a common aim.
We want this to end.
We want our streets and our communities to be bloody well safe.
And we've got absolutely every right that we can, to demand from the government whose wages we pay, from the police whose wages we pay, to respond to our concerns.
Yet they continue to refuse to do so.
They make arrests of these people who are trying to express their lives.
legitimate concerns and as a result, they just add to the bad feeling, the animosity and
antagonising the whole problem. So I'm not surprised at all and I'm not going to condemn these
people. I'm sorry, people will want me to, some people, but I will not do it because I totally get
where they're from. I'm doing it in a different way. That's fine. But that's where we are.
I can't believe I'm actually saying this. It is insane. But breaking
today, the crazy Islamists want to make speaking out on this show illegal.
So this is another attempt from Muslim extremists to shut down free speech in the disunited
kingdom, because Reform UK shadow chance Robert Jenrick has been reported to the police
and prevent over comments he made on Islam right here on outspoken just days ago.
This was an interview that got the British right talking because I think it proved that reform is listening to the threat posed by Restore Britain, Henry Bolton and Rupert Loz party.
And I also think it shows that they have been wrong and they know they have been wrong about their previous rejection and criticism of both Tommy Robinson and Danny Tomo.
But the Islamist media outlet Five Pillars broke this news today.
There's the headline.
Robert Jenrick MP reported to police.
and prevent over comments on Islam. They say that Five Pillars has seen the complaints,
which were submitted following Jenrick's appearance on the Dan Wooten-outspoken program on October
the 6th. The complaints asked the police to assess whether his remarks could potentially
fall under legislation concerning the stirring up of religious hatred, while separately asking
prevent to consider whether the overall framing of his comments falls within its definition
of extreme right-wing ideology.
The police report was submitted online yesterday and passed to the Metropolitan Police.
The complainant, a third-party witness, requested that the remarks be assessed under Part 3A of the Public Order Act 1986.
Jenric has previously rejected accusations that is rhetoric as anti-Muslim during a distinction between Islam as religion and what he describes as radical Islam or Islamism.
But they say during the Dan Wooden interview, Jenric was asked whether he agreed with a post by US President Donald Trump Watch.
He said, what's happening in France is nothing less than out-of-control mass migration.
This isn't about schools.
This is about Islam wanting to take over a once great country.
Do you agree?
Yes, I do.
Look, mass migration, the disastrous pursuit of multiculturalism and a willingness to tolerate radical Islam is destroying Europe.
Radical Islam is a threat to.
to everything that we hold dear in this country,
that it has to be fought and destroyed,
it has to be eradicated from our country,
and that we can't allow the creeping Islamification of the United Kingdom.
The Islamification of this country is one,
perhaps the greatest threat to our way of life right now.
Five pillars continued by saying,
in the police submission,
the complainant said Generic had agreed with a statement
attributing a desire to take over Britain to Islam.
rather than specifically to extremists,
before describing the Islamification of Britain as a threat to the national way of life.
It asked police to assess the remarks under Part 3A of the Act and seek early advice
from the Crown Prosecution Service if the threshold was arguably met.
If no criminal offences disclosed,
a complaint and asked for the matter to be recorded as a religious or faith-hate incident.
But that wasn't all.
In a separate submission, the complainant asked Prevent. Now remember Preventers, the government agency, which is meant to be stopping the likes of Axe Rooda Cabana, and it never does, to assess Generic's wider remarks against the government's definition of extremism. The complaint explicitly stated that it was not alleging that Generic had committed or endorsed an offence or act of violence and acknowledged that proposals such as banning face coverings or Sharia courts constituted lawful political advocacy. Instead, it said,
its concern related to the overall framing and combination of generic statements like this.
Wearing the burqa, sharia courts, hate preachers, end every one of these as quickly as possible.
Then maybe we've got a fighting chance of saving our country from going down the same path as France has clearly gone down.
Does that make him a terrorist?
The Prevent Submission 5 Bill has said also highlighted comments Generic made about British identity and ethnicity.
There are millions and millions of people who have a British passport in their bedroom drawer,
but who are not culturally British, by my standards, are not culturally English either,
and are not ethnically English as well.
But Five Pillars reported the complainant argued that taken together the remarks presented Muslim
and migrant presence together with changing ethnic composition as an existential threat to the country.
It said narratives structured in this way were characteristic of great replacement ideology,
but stressed, we ask prevent to assess whether the framing falls within that category we do not assert that it does.
The complainant has asked present to consider whether the remarks fall within its extreme right-wing ideology category
and whether Genrex position is a prominent politician and the platform on which the comments were made,
has in hair-on-out spoken, are relevant to its assessment.
So this is clearly an egregious and shocking waste of the time that police and prevent should be using to focus.
And let me be very clear.
Maybe I'll get reported to prevent for this, but let me be very clear.
The time that should be focused on stopping Muslim terrorists, okay?
That's who needs to be stopped, not Robert Jenrick pointing out the obvious.
The Free Speech Union has jumped to Generic's defence. They say people need to wake up to what is happening.
John Cleese has been reported to prevent over comments criticizing Islam or Rupert Lowe has been reported to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards over his comments.
It is not extremist to criticise Islam. Blasphemy laws were abolished in this country in 2008, yet the government, police, activists and courts appeared determined to impose one for Islam alone through the back door.
We must not let a de facto Islamic blasphemy law take root.
nor must we allow activists to weaponise prevent to shut down criticism of Islam.
Doing so would undermine the integrity of our counterterrorism efforts.
The free speech union stands with Robert Jenrick and his right to speak freely,
both as a private citizen and as an elected politician.
Now, there are a lot of people coming to Jenric's defense today.
Writer Linda Holt said that she is happy to repeat Generic comments on Islam,
which seem perfectly reasonable to her.
She says if thousands of people repeat Generic's comments,
they can't report, investigate or arrest us all.
And can I just be honest about those holier than now Islamists at Five Pillars,
who have made many comments that I think our authorities should actually find far more concerning.
What about their editor, Roshan Muhammad Salee, who once said that he had a soft spot for the Muslim Brotherhood,
as well as acknowledging friendships with numerous Brotherhood activists,
he praised aspects of their ideology.
What is such a shame there is that Jenrick has also come under fire from MSM journalists
about other comments he made on outspoken? The Daily Mail's Dan Hodges saying a few days ago,
I said reform were now aligning themselves with Danny Tomo, Tommy Robinson and Patriot
Platform I was told I was making it up. Here's Robert Jenrick on Dan Wooden saying he wants
to build a broad coalition with them. Watch.
Tommy Robinson revealed some huge news today. The Patriot Platt
platform has doubled in size since the state locked away Danny Tomo. He says when you tear out a man's
tongue, you're not proving him a liar. You're only telling the world that you fear what he might say.
Nigel Farage, your leader, described these people as disgusting because they were wearing balaclavs.
And a lot of people thought it harkened back to when Richard Ties had dismissed the United Kingdom
activists as being that lot. I just wonder, has your view changed at all?
on the Patriot platform, how do you feel?
I don't particularly like people wearing balaclavas,
and I supported and pushed reform to adopt the policy
that we would ban face coverings of all kinds,
by which we don't just mean balaclavas, we mean burqas.
You know, I think that is not British,
and it is threatening.
And so I understand, you know,
I strongly support the removal of face coverings.
But look, the point that you've made,
and Danny Tomo and others is that we live in a society today
where joining these sorts of protests
can have massive consequences to people.
You know, you can lose your job.
You can be cancelled.
Well, I mean, you were the shadow.
I understand the motivation why some people might wear a face government.
Would you welcome Tommy Robinson supporters in Reform UK now?
Because a lot of them were kicked out at the time.
Ultimately, not my call.
who comes into the party, that's for Nigel and others to determine.
But look, I want to build as broader coalition as possible.
Henry Bolton is Restore Britain's National Security spokesman.
Henry, look, this is clearly deranged this report of Robert Jenrick to the police and to prevent.
But my fear is that this is part of a wider campaign designed to stop politicians like Robert Jenric.
like Robert Jenric to stop politicians like you
speaking out about the scourge of Islamism.
And I also argue that actually the people making these complaints
should be done for wasting police time,
wasting the time of prevent,
when they're a real terrorists
who actually want to blow us up, Henry,
who they're regularly letting slip through the net.
Yeah, but they don't care about that, these people.
So, you know, they're going to ignore that aspect of it.
And I don't think what Robert said meets the definition of Section 3A of the Public Order Act, 1986.
I say that because that's about threats that might stir up racial hatred.
And as far as I know, he didn't make any threats.
But let me be explicit.
Islam is, it does pose culturally, an existential threat to the United Kingdom and the British people.
It is sectarian in nature.
it's already embedding itself at local government level in terms of sectarianism.
What I mean by that is that they are being elected, Muslims are being elected to local authority,
district councils, borough councils, and so on.
They form a majority in a number of places.
They're being elected democratically, but once there are making decisions that are, if you like, sectarian.
They're supportive of their own ideology, their own.
community. It is not about, which is at odds with British society, British culture,
British behavioural norms in most cases. So it does, it is undermining our pluralistic
democratic system. And that, to me, is an existential threat. And on Friday at our conference,
I said that I felt that that was a national security issue. That in itself, the undermining.
Well, that's probably going to report you now. I mean, they've already, they've already got Rupert low
reported. Yeah, and John Cleese. I'm going to be in very good company, really, I think,
you know, if that's the case. So be it. I really don't care because this is, this is far more
important. And I, you know, I'm surprised it's not happened already. I have been talking for years
about the threat that Islamification of the United Kingdom poses. And it is linked with legal and illegal
migration. It is linked with parties such as the Greens and elements of the Labor Party that are
deliberately courting the Muslim vote and the Muslim immigrant vote to gain seats. They do not care
about the impact on British society, British culture, the British way of life, British democracy.
They're not interested in that, clearly. And so, you know, I, again, I have said, public
that Restore Britain would end all foreign funding of mosques in the United Kingdom.
We would ban foreign preachers.
We would, and anyone, and I don't care whether they're Muslim or otherwise,
anybody who is here illegally will leave.
Anybody who is working against our democratic system and the rule of law here in the United
Kingdom by our standards, not by then, they will leave.
Rupert Lowe has said last week
that Restore Britain will reverse
the Islamification of the United Kingdom
and if Five Pillars or anybody else
want to see that as a threat
please take it as one because you're going to be leaving
because you are you fit that category
we are going to remove you
because you are working against our way of life here
our culture our laws our democratic system
our social and behavioral norms
you will leave if you do that
We do not want you.
That's the fact of it.
So you will leave.
And yeah, please take that as a threat.
Well, Henry, I'm so glad that you'll speak.
That's just a fact of life.
I'm so glad you're speaking about the mosques, okay?
Because there has been the most disturbing development overnight.
And to me, this is all about this sort of Islamist plot to dominate this country.
The Green Party, and you know, obviously, they have this absolutely critical vote in
Holbin tonight, Slippery Stama's
former constituency where the tip whisper
as Ak Polansky is running. I think he's
going to lose. I think that will finish him off as
leader. Then you're going to get one of these
nutty extremists like Mothan Ali
leading that party. The full on Islamo
takeover is going to happen. But let's
just put that to one side and go back to
the Gorton and Denton by-election.
You remember that was a huge victory for the Greens
right? And they beat Matt
Goodwin and we all knew.
I mean on the night there
were the reports of the family voting.
The Green Party, on tape, how this isn't the biggest story in the country right now, Henry, I do not know.
On tape, admitting that they broke the law by conspiring with mosques in that election.
And this is not some no mark within the party.
It's this woman, Henry.
She is Asma Alan.
She was Hannah Spencer's by-election community coordinator, and she was court red-handed on video.
I want you to watch this.
Thank you. So when campaigning in mosques, you were seeking endorsement for the Greens, right?
How did that square with the fact that most monks are registered charities and they are not allowed to be politically partisan?
Talking about mosques endorsements, it's actually really, really hard. In fact, it's impossible. They've all got charitable status.
And with that charitable status, it means that they can't endorse a political party. So they can do it.
bit undercover, which happened with me.
But funny in love, I had Labour councillors
come up today. You know that mosque said they're going to
endorse you? I said they were going to endorse me too. I was like, you know,
it's fine. I know they will actually endorse
us, but it's fine for you to think that. And they,
unfortunately, you can't break away from that.
But a one mosque in Manchester did break away. It was
a mosque and they actually announced it at,
they actually did announce it.
I should have mentioned the name,
but they had actually announced it that you need to vote free,
and I think that was because they have been so disappointed by Labour,
so much so, that they were willing to break ranks.
And I think that's what happened this year in particular.
Mos were willing to break ranks because enough is enough.
Complicity is enough.
Okay, well, let's just be very clear about this.
Hannah Spencer should be booted from Parliament.
Matt Goodwin should actually be the MP for Gorton and Denton.
And he immediately responded on X, writing Hannah Spencer's campaign manager admits mosques secretly endorsed the Green Party candidate.
Despite charity rules forbidding it, I said this happened at the time.
They cheated.
Basil the Great added, I hope Hannah is booted from Parliament ASAP and the election is rerun.
The Greens are despicable.
They cannot be allowed to get away with this.
And by the way, it's not the only thing that Asma alarm has admitted.
The Green Councilor, this is according to the Sun newspaper.
sparked fury after telling campaigners to dress modestly and use Arabic phrases to win over
Muslim voters. She suggested that door knockers could wear a kaffir, a scarf associated with
Palestinians, and they could greet voters by saying, Islamamu al-Aqum. I'm sure I've said that wrong.
It means peace be upon you.
I mean, Henry Bolton, I mean, this is just, I mean, I'm speechless because it's extraordinary.
But of course, where's the mainstream media outrage on this?
You know, they're all over Nigel Farage in terms of the donations and everything,
and I'm not saying they shouldn't be.
But this is a far, far, bigger scandal and there is radio silence.
There's radio silence because, you know,
What do we really think that the government or the authorities are going to go around and start closing down mosques and withdrawing the charitable status from them?
Of course, they're not going to do that, sadly.
But I'm afraid it's absolutely, and sincerely, it is no surprise to me whatsoever.
Wherever I have been and where I've worked around the world, I've lived in Muslim societies for many years, this is normal.
This is just entirely normal. Family voting, the mosques discussing who people should vote for,
and the imams and so on giving advice to their congregation as to who they should vote for.
This is not unusual. This is ubiquitous. They all do it. That is, that is, that's what happens.
And so when we import hundreds of thousands of Muslim,
the UK, do we really expect them to behave in a different manner to the way that their entire
society, the society that they've come from behaves? No. I mean, whether it's Kosovo,
whether it's Libya, whether it's Afghanistan or Pakistan or Tajikistan, that's how it happens.
That is, it's entirely normal. And what I find frustrating myself, one of the things I'm finding a lot
of things frustrating at the moment, Dan, but one of the things that I find frustrating about all this
is that, you know, the UK is just starting to talk about some of these things.
And there are things that I've been talking about literally for years, a couple of decades, if not more.
The mosques, you know, and the cultural centres being established in places that have got particular sort of iconic or cultural relevance to our culture.
So churches, former cinemas, you know, we've got a cultural centre that they want to set up in Leicester Square.
There's no Muslims living in Leicester Square, but it's an iconic location, a British location, up in the Lake District.
Elsewhere, you know, I came across this in Kosovo.
I came across this in many places.
It is a way of what we called in the United Nations and in NATO, passive ethnic cleansing and
cultural displacement. That's what we called it. It was unofficial, but everybody in the United Nations
even used that terminology. So none of this is a surprise, because as we import these people from
different cultures, we are importing their culture. And that's the fact of it. They are not going to
change their society, their cultural ways and their behavioral norms, and just simply because
they've crossed our border. That ain't going to happen. And it's another reason I say that this
is an existential threat because that's the reality.
And the more people we let in, the more of a problem it's going to be.
We've got to send all of these people who are not prepared to integrate properly,
who are not here legally, who are living off benefits.
We've got to send them back to where they came from.
Robert Jenrick has just responded, by the way.
He is fighting back to posting on X.
They reported John Cleese last week, me this week.
week, so they want to bully me, bring it on an organisation whose Edithers said Britain is an
abode of infidels, and Islamophobia definition will be chilling for free speech. I'll continue to
fight it as I have for many years. But Henry, there's a big problem too, right, with some so-called
conservatives. Okay. So you know this Daily Telegraph guy, Tim Stanley, I mean, he's like the ultimate
where he's not a conservative at all. He hosts the Daily Tea podcast alongside Camilla Tomine,
actually used to run the Labor Party. He was a candidate, actually, back in 2005. But you've
nominated him for your union jackassad, and I wanted to get your reaction to his view on the
ethnicity debate where, I mean, I was sickened by these comments actually, sickened by the fact that
Camilla Tomine is just nodding along. Effectively, he's saying that he's just giving up on reversing
the demographic takeover of this country and that he is just fine, just fine for the native population to be
replaced. Watch this.
The country has changed.
It's changed because of policy decisions, some of which were very, very wrong.
And because people feel they've lost control of their borders and of their society,
they're angry, legitimately angry at politicians.
And they want to see control brought back to their borders.
I sympathise with that.
But the country has changed.
You are not going to reverse that.
No.
And my point was that I am pleased to see that the right accepts that change and has changed with it,
because it would be retrogressive and immoral to try to reverse what has happened.
And the fact that Kemi Bader Nock is a Nigerian-Briton with a Scottish husband and mixed-race kids speaks to me
because it was only afterwards I had made those comments that I suddenly remembered,
I have Asian godchildren.
Yes.
the product of an Englishman marrying a Bangladeshi
and being received into the Catholic Church.
So within my own family and lots of people's families,
possibly even a majority of people now,
the look of the family has changed.
And we're fine with that.
Are we, Henry?
Are we just fine with that?
Absolutely not.
And he says we can't reverse it.
Okay, you know, throughout the timeline is such
that we're not going to go back to where we were in the 60s or the 50s or the 1800s,
and nobody particularly wants that.
But I tell you now that we are absolutely 100% committed to reestablishing British culture
in the United Kingdom and ending the importation of foreign cultures.
That's a fact.
That is where we stand.
And there is no ambiguity about that.
So, you know, I'll say that again.
Nobody's trying to go back to the 1960s or the 1800s or any particular point in time
that is unrealistic.
Not just simply because everything changes,
technology, cars, airplanes, internet,
whatever it might be.
But we absolutely culturally can reverse this.
All of those wrong decisions that he was saying
have been made can be reversed.
They can be unmade.
They were made by acts of parliament by politicians.
Politicians and acts of parliament can remove them
with sufficient will, determination.
And this is very important, Dan,
the knowledge as to how to do it, we can do it.
And I say that because I talk about frustrations just briefly.
One of the things that frustrates me immensely is politicians in other political parties
who say they will do this, this, this, and this, when quite clearly, if you think about it for more than a couple of seconds,
you know that their particular intention whilst sounding good will not stand contact with reality.
So there is no detail planning, there is no how, there's no where do the resources come from,
and that's what the Conservatives did for us for 14 years.
They said they would do things.
They had got no clue as to how to do it.
They hadn't thought it through.
They didn't do the detailed planning, and they failed, failed again.
And people like him were one of the reasons politically, you know, it's a drag anchor, as I've called it, on the Conservatives.
I've got people who I've got a lot of respect for in the Conservative Party,
but that party is held back by this massive drag anchor
because it's still full of people like that.
They're never going to do it.
For him, as he said, he's fine with it.
I can tell you now, I'm not fine with it,
Rupert Lowe's not fine with it,
Restore Britain is not fine with it,
and I don't believe the British public are fine with it either,
and we will reverse it.
Breaking right now, Andrew Mountbatten wins,
his planned and very unlikely public comeback
is actually one step closer today
because he has just,
won a monumental courtroom battle which could tip this police investigation, which was threatening
his future, could have seen him gone to jail, could have actually resulted in the abdication
of the king. It's just tipped the balance very much in his favour. The MSM broke into programming
today to reveal the disgrace Duke had won his legal showdown with Thames Valley Police,
as the force admitted that the warrants that led to his royal homes being searched
were unlawful.
Start with breaking news this hour.
Thames Valley Police has accepted that the search warrants it used to raid Andrew
Mountbatten's Windsor's homes were unlawful.
We come on air with some breaking news.
And Thames Valley Police has accepted that the search warrants it applied for
to search Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor's homes were unlawful.
Thames Valley Police has accepted that the surge warrants it used to surge.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor's homes earlier this year were unlawful.
The High Court has heard this afternoon.
Now this is size.
What the hell was going on with Thames Valley Police?
They knew that this was probably the most significant arrest historically
that they'd had to deal with in centuries.
and they couldn't get the basics right.
So I can understand why there is now a very real question
about whether the police intentionally were trying to F this up.
Let me give you a little bit of the background here.
The Daily Telegraph reported exclusively earlier this week,
I believe briefed by Andrew's team,
that he had launched a court action after officers took items
from the home, remember on the King's Sandrinema State,
unconnected to the criminal investigation in February when he was arrested. And it was a show trial
arrest, wasn't it? I mean, this was on his 66th birthday. There was this iconic image when he left the station.
The son, now reporting that today's ruling, could mean that cops have to return everything they seized.
But, and it is still a very big but at this point, it is yet to be determined whether they have to return what they seized during
the raids. This now from a Thames Valley Police spokesperson in the past few hours. On the 22nd of July,
the High Court quashed search warrants granted on the 18th of February 2026. We didn't know that,
by the way, until this point, for two properties in Norfolk and Barchshire that was searched as part of
Thames Valley Police's ongoing investigation into misconduct in public office by a man in his 60s from
Norfolk. They're talking about Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor, of course. The agreement that led to the
quashing of the warrants relates specifically to a decision made by the court regarding the legal
basis for these and is not a judgment on our ongoing investigation. We ensured the court was
presented with all the necessary information and paperwork to inform their decision following the
correct legal processes throughout. We accept the position that the initial court's decision to issue
warrants under the specific piece of legislation used was incorrect, and therefore these must be
legally quashed. Legal proceedings are currently ongoing to decide how material sees during the searches
will be managed and whether we can lawfully retain it in support of our investigation.
Our investigation into alleged misconduct in public office by a man in his 60s from Norfolk remains
ongoing, and we continue to pursue all reasonable lines of inquiry to effectively and fairly
progress this investigation. Due to these ongoing legal proceedings, we cannot cut.
currently provide further comment.
But for many suspicious about whether Andrew would ever face justice,
given it could put King Charles in a perilous position,
this was, they say, a predictable outcome,
an outcome that was set from the start.
Here's Lauren the insider's exclusive verdict,
which is along those lines.
Well, well, well, what do you know
when everyone was flapping around saying,
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor's going to jail,
what did I say? This will never progress. It won't progress because he's blue blood, because people that
are in the rural family are not held to the same standard as you and I when it comes to the law.
And bam, what have we had today? Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Thames Valley Police have mutually agreed
that the search warrants that the police obtained were done so unlawfully. And so, oh, there we go,
all that evidence, that's gone in a shredder ultimately, hasn't it? I mean, I don't want to start
baseless conspiracy theories. One does wonder, though, if you reverse engineer this, it's almost
like the police, which we have lots of evidence to show they have been corrupt over time. I mean,
my personal opinion, if you're still allowed one in the UK, is that they reverse engineered this
to ensure that at the last hurdle, it absolutely fell flat
and almost couldn't go any further.
But what do I know?
Restore Britain's national security spokesman.
Henry Bolton joins me now alongside Royal Commentator Lee Cohen.
Henry Bolton, how could they get this so wrong?
I mean, come on.
This is like the most important moment for the police, arguably.
I mean, there hasn't been a situation involving a member of the royal family
like this since goddamn Charles the first.
first. And they didn't dot the eyes and cross the T's. You can understand why there's a lot of
people saying here, actually, they never wanted this to progress. Yeah, I actually, I don't know,
Dan. Look, Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, which is the act under which I
understand the search warrant was taken out, requires a police constable, that might be a police
inspector, a police chief superintendent, whoever, a police officer to go to a magistrate and
give the grounds for this and demonstrate to the magistrate that an indictable offence might have
taken place, that there is evidence that is materially important for the investigation of that
case in the premises that the officer wants to search, and that there's nothing, that no,
no materials of a privileged nature. So, sort of, for example, diplomatically protected goods
and so on, none of those would be seized. Now, I don't know. I don't know.
what was put before the magistrate or the judge who issued the warrant. I'm not privy to that,
the justification for it. And I don't know what goods or what items they seized. But if there were
grounds to suspect that an indictable offence had been committed and that there might be,
or there was grounds to believe that there was material in the property that could be a very,
evidence in that case or to help the inquiry, then it would seem that that warrant would be
legitimate. So I'm a little bit confused as to what's happened here because without those, I mean,
that would be necessary anyway. So I don't know what's happened. I don't know that I'm, the bit that
I'm puzzled about, Dan, is not that a warrant was taken out under Section 8, but what is it?
about that process that has now been found to be wanting.
Because as I understand it, there was,
there was reason to suspect that an indictable offence had taken place.
I don't know their grounds for suspecting something was on the premise,
but they'd have had to have convinced the judge or the magistrate to that effect
before they, getting the warrant.
So what's, what's broken down here?
I really don't know.
It's almost as though I'm not a conspiracy theorist either.
But if there was a conspiracy behind this, Dan,
it would be along the lines of somebody's had a word and said, right, okay, not the police.
I think, I suspect the police did the right thing.
Now I'm puzzled to why they're saying that they didn't.
Well, Lee Cohen, you've got to look at people like Andrew Launy,
the author of Entitled, which was the book that blew the lid on a lot of Andrew Mountbatten
Windsor's recent problems and probably caused him to lose his princely title,
who says there was no way.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was ever going to find himself in a court room.
And a big part of that, Lee Cohen, is because of the fact that it would put King Charles's
entire reign in peril.
It could force an abdication crisis.
I mean, we remember what happened when Paul Burrell was in the dock and it was so concerning
to Queen Elizabeth II.
All of a sudden, she remembered a conversation and the whole case collapsed.
So where do you stand on this, Lee?
Do you believe that this does mean Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is in the clear?
My sources say he is very, very confident now.
He views this as a major victory.
There's, of course, already big troubles with the police case
because the US authorities are not providing the Epstein file evidence that the police here want.
They've had to sort of broaden this out to try and bring in the sex claims of Virginia Dufray,
which the UK police had long decided not to investigate.
Do you think Andrew's comeback might now be on as a result of this decision?
Well, I don't know that I go quite as far as to say that, Dan, because there's certainly a lot of baggage.
But I think let's break this down into smaller pieces.
By taking the Thames Valley Police to court and winning on the warrants, Andrew has done the public,
Andrew, who is, you know, one of the most least popular figure.
in Britain has done the public a genuine service.
And other police forces that have gone down a similar path
should pay close attention.
People are tired, it strikes me.
The British people are tired of what looks like
two-tier treatment and paying for public services
that no longer command respect.
And something else that strikes me, Dan,
is that you don't have to approve
of Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor, as a person,
to back his legal challenge.
When the police cut corners on due process and overstep their powers, they have to be held to account.
If they are prepared to treat a member of the royal family this way, even one who has fallen from favor, admittedly, they are capable of treating any ordinary member of the public the same.
That's how I see this.
Henry, where do you stand on whether Andrew Mountbatten Windsor can make any type of comeback?
I mean, I don't think any of us are sitting here thinking he's ever going to become.
working member of the royal family again. But in his view at the moment, Henry, he is completely
not guilty of any crime, right? You know, and we do, we're still meant to operate in a society
where you're innocent until proven guilty. He is utterly convinced that he is not guilty,
yet he feels like he has been already thrust out of society. He wants that to change. And there
are some hints that it is changing, Henry. You know, the colloquial termed turnip Toffs are starting
to welcome him back into their social life. There are big shooting parties that are coming up. I mean,
how do we deal? And how should King Charles deal with a problem like Andrew Mountbatten
Windsor? He hasn't spoken to him since his arrest, but certainly Princess Anne and Prince Edward
have. They believe he has been treated unfairly. This is going to pose a real predicament for King Charles,
who, let's be honest, is already struggling
because of the public unpopularity of his son
who has returned to the country
against the will of the British public too.
I guess I'm asking, can King Charles,
if he's not going to end up in court,
can King Charles really maintain a position
of simply not speaking to his brother?
I think the king can, yes.
But what the king can't do is close
Andrew off from his broader social network.
That's got him into trouble already, obviously, but that broad a social network...
Should he be able to shoot, Henry?
Because you know at the moment the police have confiscated his guns
because of this ongoing investigation.
Now, Andrew's point is that my mental health is now fine.
This is going on for months and months and months.
I mean, you saw this happen with your own leader.
The police...
I mean, Rupert Lowe is a goddamn farmer.
And because of that spurious complaint to the police by Zia Yusuf against him,
they came and confiscated his guns.
He was a farmer.
Yeah.
No, I know.
That is something for the local shoot.
They've got their responsibilities.
They've got their own sort of duty of care, if you like, the shoot.
And I wouldn't comment on that.
And what their procedures are and so on.
It probably varies from shoot to shoot.
I don't shoot, not in that way.
So, but going back to the search warrant,
section eight of the Policing Criminal Evidence Act,
Fine. Okay, that warrant may be found to be flawed and the evidence taken inadmissible,
but that does not mean that there's not a case. Now, I'm not, you know, I'm not arguing whether,
I'm just talking about what should and shouldn't happen. If a warrant is executed correctly,
and evidence is seized, and that contributes towards the prosecution case, then fine. If the warrant
is not executed correctly, any evidence that is seized,
can be thrown out of the case.
Now, that doesn't mean that there is no case to answer.
It just means that that evidence can't be considered in that case.
So it's not, you know, this.
He's not in the clear at all.
It doesn't mean say he's in the clear unless the prosecution case is only based on that
evidence.
But it's not a good start given all of the other problems with the case.
And I mean, there's a real divide on this in terms of public opinion.
I'm just looking at the live chat.
So Helen O.D. says the police got.
caught up in hysteria, but she also says
Andrew's gone,
and he must stay gone. He is dreadful,
but that still doesn't mean the police
can ride rough shot over people's rights.
And I think that's the point,
isn't it, Lee Cohen? I have been highly
critical of a lot of Andrew's
behavior. I mean, let's just be honest about it, right?
He lied. He lied to all of us.
Like, the Newsnight
interview was a tissue of lies.
There were as many lies in that interview
as there were when Harry and Megan spoke to Oprah Winfrey,
okay?
you could argue that he should be thrust out of public life as a result of that. But I also view that
quite separately to the legal process, Lee, where I think he does have to be treated fairly. And I do
think you could look at this and think the police were caught up in hysteria. I mean,
why did they arrest him on his 66 birthday? That felt designed for maximum publicity. There were
six police cars that raided the property in the early hours of the morning. They wanted the pictures.
didn't they? And they got the pictures. So God knows if the paparazzi were tipped off.
We'd seen that previously happened in the arrest, the wrongful arrest of Cliff Richard in this
country as well. And I do just wonder, Lee, why they didn't do what the Metropolitan Police
said they would do, which was invite Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor in for a chat. I mean,
there was a whole load of talk that, you know, spread by the Speaker of the House, that he was going
to abscond and that he was going to seek exile in the Middle East or flee to a Caribbean country. That is
rubbishly. It hasn't happened. He is here. And so I do wonder if the police were caught up in
almost wanting the publicity, but they got the publicity and now they don't seem to be able to
follow it up. No, 100% then. I mean, the arrest was complete theater. As you say,
it was very dramatic and it was out of scale absolutely with what it needed to be. And it happened.
And the timing was suspect as it came, you know,
coinciding with his 66 birthday and all of that.
So everything was done to, to, you know, for the,
for the cameras.
And but also, you know, the man hasn't been convicted of anything.
And he, but he hasn't been convicted of anything in the,
through the legal process.
But certainly actions like this that the police undertook
serve to convict him in the eyes of the public, which is completely unfair.
Yeah, it is.
Okay, I've got to ask you both about the other big royal news.
Can I just say it?
Just very briefly on this.
Dan, you know, I'm highly critical of the police.
Two-tier policing is a fact.
And you were a police officer.
We also need to tell him.
Yes, I was, yes.
And it's, you know, it is no longer delivered without fear or favor.
It is politicized.
And that is why I have been driving very, very hard,
and now in Restore Britain, we've got the policy restoring British policing.
It's because there are fundamental problems with our policing.
So I accept all of that.
However, we're looking at a particular search warrant here issued under,
as I understand it, under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
Now, that's not the police.
The police can't act independently on that.
There has to be a judge or a magistrate involved in that process.
There has to be.
And the evidence that justifying that,
search warrant needs to be in front of that judge or that magistrate. Now, if that evidence was misleading,
then there's a problem with the police, the whole police process. And that could be a training
issue. It can be all sorts of things. But I, with the process, as I know it to be, I've executed,
I've sought, been given and have executed Section 8 search warrants myself. And it's very difficult
for me to see how that could be misused deliberately, unless the police have been deliberately
misleading the magistrate or the judge who's awarded the search warrant. So there's a whole lot to
unpack there. There's something strange going on, but I wouldn't like to say what it is,
or that it's necessarily police sort of action against Andrew, Mountbatten, Windsor.
There's something odd, certainly. Well, indeed. And this is the shocking thing, because as I say,
you would have assumed, Henry, that they knew that this was going to be scrutinized to the
degree. So how on earth could they get it so wrong? And we will keep on the story, of course,
but I've got to ask you both about the other big royal news of the week. So there was this Daily
Express front page yesterday. And everyone thought, hmm, okay, maybe, maybe they have changed.
You know, I was obviously very skeptical. But this idea that Prince Harry and Megan Markle
were finally going to issue a sensational apology specifically to the royal family. And
particularly Prince William and Catherine the Princess of Wales over that abominable Oprah interview
I just mentioned where, you know, they made all of those false racism claims.
But 24 hours after leaking that story, total backpedaling now, a source telling People magazine
where they leak all of their stories that they're not actually planning an apology at all.
It's nonsense, they say that they should have to apologize to William and Catherine.
Now, I actually think they do.
Page 6, also quoting Tom Sykes of the Royalists, saying it's total rubbish.
Harry has always said he would never apologise for anything.
So, Lee Cohen, I put it to you that this was a PR stunt gone wrong
because clearly I think Harry and Megan's team want to present them as being, you know, changed people.
But actually, they're just as arrogant and completely delusional about what they did to this country and what they did to the British royal family as they've ever been.
And by the way, Megan Markle has now staged a whole load of PR pictures, pat pictures with Malala, you know, little Malala to try and take away the publicity from this.
Dan, so, I mean, if we look at the history of the injuries, the attacks, the insults to the royal family,
and by extension to the country because the monarchy is a pillar institution of the British country.
So having said that, if you look at all of the things over time, you know, that image of Megan demonstrating her curtsey and doing it very insincerely in an exaggerated manner, starting there, the way that they tortured the last moments,
the last years of the beloved Duke of Windsor and the late Queen Elizabeth.
The, you know, just the litany, the litany of embarrassing,
cringeworthy stories that Harry related that were, you know,
that were very much his personal to the royal family,
that, you know, no one knows if they were true or not.
We can't even determine.
And boy, that sounds somewhat like a more recent biography that's come out or a more recent tribute by the Earl Spencer.
But having said that, there is nothing that indicates to me that there would be anything on their part that would be in the interests of contrition except total failure.
And perhaps total failure, perhaps they're at the breaking point where even they realize that they have.
no talent and no relevance in the world without their proximity to the royal family.
And only, and only then under those circumstances, could I imagine, would it even be fathomable
that this poisonous toxic duo who have nothing but disrespect for the royal family would
engage in any kind of apology? Having said that, look at all of the PR stunts that we've seen.
you know, are they moving back, aren't they moving back?
Are they, you know, the switching of the schools?
There's such erratic behavior.
And a lot of that, I believe that conspiracy theorists do attribute to being deliberate
because they certainly create a buzz.
But in my view, it's just incompetence and malevolence.
So I don't think there's any credence at all.
And also, there has to be a wider apology, doesn't it?
I mean, Henry Bolton, would you accept an apology?
I mean, for example, you were obviously UKIP leader,
and they claimed that all of us Brex-Test.
Do you remember this?
In the Netflix documentary, we were all terrible racist.
So, you know, the apology has to go much further than just the royal family, in my view.
Not that I'd accept it anyway, but would you?
It does.
And in some respects, Dan, I mean, I'm not going to go over the history of it,
but you might recall that that's contributed to me losing the leadership of UKIP,
because actually somebody was pointing out that there were various concerns about Megan Markle.
Indeed.
And they were all correct, in my view.
The concerns raised.
Indeed.
I mean, it's, we'll let me chat about that another time.
But no, I agree.
People can Google.
People can Google that one.
Yeah, yeah.
But should they apologize?
they've got one hell of a lot to apologise for, that's for sure.
Will they? No, I don't believe for a moment they will.
If they were the sort of people who might apologise,
they wouldn't have dug that hole deeper and deeper and deeper.
I don't think either of them have got the sort of character,
the humility to admit that they're wrong with anything.
Neither of them will learn, neither of them will apologize,
let alone do it as a couple.
And so as long as they don't, as far as I'm concerned, and it's not just an apology,
you've got to demonstrate that that apology is sincere, particularly after the depths of
offence that they've caused and the depth of damage that they've caused, as you say,
not just the Royal Family, but the nation.
Very well-pump.
They've been an embarrassment.
And if they're not able to, A, apologize and B, demonstrate sincerity in making up for that,
then as far as I'm concerned, they should.
fine, I don't care where they live, but I don't want them anywhere near us.
I agree.
Back of the day, I said, go to live in the US and stay there.
Go back to Lee's Nick.
We don't want them in the US either, Henry.
Lee Cohen of Tea with Lee.
Brilliant Royal Commentator, thank you so much for being here.
Henry, do stand by because we're about to reveal today's greatest Britain and Union Jackass.
But first, I just want to get to some more of your feedback on this.
Jenny Chilton says the King's police, the King's judiciary, the King's government.
They were never going to pursue the King's brother.
Michelle Stem says, hang on a minute.
Didn't the King give his authority for these searches on the property?
He said he would let the police do their job.
Dan NAD, 123, says monarchy died with the queen.
Capricorn Moon, Y6I says And Randy.
Andy walks free like Mandelson, got away with the Epstein, finance and other businesses.
It is disgraceful.
And happiness, K-5, says the police are not fit for purpose.
Can they get anything right?
Thank you so much for your super chat.
that's today as well. Annie Ma, 6601, Kerm 25, who's number one today, Octopus, K1X.
And thank you too to the Outspoken Plus members, A Spears 595, Stacey W9I and Christine Evans 4408.
Welcome to Outspoken Plus. Okay, a reminder.
Henry is nominated, Henry is nominated Mothan Ali, sorry, for Union Jackass, for saying he is English as a Yorkshire Cup of Tea.
and Tim Stanley for insisting the Boris Wave
ain't going back.
I have nominated Mylene Class.
This is very niche.
I'm sure some of you will be with me on this, though.
Hairsay.
Do you remember Hirsay?
The incredible band formed through pop stars,
the group Pops Stars,
where they've reunited with Liberty X,
and guess who has refused to be part of it?
Mylene Class,
even though that band gave her her entire career.
I just hate that.
I hate it when people do that.
So I am going to be supporting this reunion.
and I'm actually delighted that that treacherous Myelin class isn't a part of it.
So the results are in.
12% of you going with Myelin class.
Maybe you don't agree with me on this.
20% going for 10, Stanley.
But it's a big win for Henry Bolton with Mofun Ali, today's union jackass.
And Henry, who is your greatest Britain today?
My greatest Britain is Rupert Lowe.
And it's linked in a way because Rupert Lowe has made in his speech a wonderful
speech on Friday at our Southern Conference, and he said that Restore Britain would be reversing
the Islamification of the United Kingdom. I'm well behind him on that. Absolutely spot on. Well done, Ruper.
That's precisely what we need. Yeah, and it's very interesting, isn't it? Because, of course,
we've got this big by-election tonight. If Zach Polanski has a real loss, you could imagine the Islamist
trying to boot him and install Mothan Ali as the leader of the Green Party. Henry Bolton, so brilliant to have you
today. He is, of course, Restore Britain's National Security spokesman. Henry Bolton, thank you.
