No spin, no bias, no censorship. I'm Dan Wooden. This is outspoken episode number 563. And breaking right now, the British left attempt to create a race war by sickenly describing the tragic death by suicide of the fantasist Cambridge, Professor Jason Ardeh as a lynching.
By the public assassination of Jason Arde.
The lynching. The lynching.
It felt to me like a blood sport.
You're chasing after.
We didn't kill him.
I mean, he jumped over the edge of a cliff.
Well, I was thinking about using the word lynching.
Well, it was a lynch.
You can have a lynching without a rope on which someone is hung.
And now the MSM are trying to cover up that extremist language
as they tried to blame Talk TV's Julia Hartley Brewer.
And I just want to call out Julia Hartley Brewer,
you disgusting vile woman, in my opinion,
for what you posted on social yesterday, which says, she wrote,
I'm pretty sure Jason Arde's huge book advance would be enough to cover his funeral costs.
Give your money to a more deserving court.
What is wrong with you?
What is wrong with you?
After he said the word appalled, we've heard that first clip.
The live feed showed him saying,
appalled by the public assassination of Jason Ardei,
The Lynching, the lynching.
That was cut in the clip that was given out to media,
who are appalled, I want to change the world.
Last night's Trafalgar Square Vigil went from the sublime to the ridiculous,
with race baiters like Diane Abbott and Narenda Kaur given centre stage.
This was a vicious.
Wasn't just a campaign.
It was all of us.
And mainstream media need to be made accountable for the racialised element in the richland.
against Professor Jason Orde, rest in power.
And the even more ridiculous, like white men talking
saying white men shouldn't be talking.
Very much a day for white people to listen
and not to speak.
And speakers who didn't even know Jason Ardei's name.
We are here first and foremost for Professor James Ardei.
Who is James?
To pay our respects.
His name is Jason.
And to stand in solidarity.
G.B. News might be too scared to cover this story at all.
So we are going to dive in today with Connor Tomlinson.
Of Tomlinson talks on YouTube and Substack, who is with us for the entire show.
Also, breaking today as the increased Islamist terror threat puts our emergency services on edge,
Kings Cross St. Pancras Station in London, had to be evacuated after concerns of an unintentional.
candid car. The Met Police confirmed a controlled explosion take place, but said it has since been
deemed as non-suspicious. Panker's Road was completely blocked as cops tackled the situation
outside the major station. Of course, it's the Eurostar Tunnel Station. The incident caused major delays
with Eurostar services delayed by at least 30 minutes in some instances. And in other news,
in Sadiq Carr's Lawless London, one person has died.
and two people have been hospitalized following a reported stabbing shortly after 8am this morning in Shepard's Bush, West London,
will bring you more on that as soon as we get it.
Also coming up on the show today, Reform UK plunged into a new civil war as Tin Montgomery is suspended from the party.
After launching a full-throttled attack on his rival, Zia Yusuf, he has just spoken out.
We will show you what he has to say.
A major coup for Restore Britain as former Reform UK-London mayor,
candidate Howard Cox joins Rupert Lowe's party. We'll speak to him live. And a new crisis for G.B. News,
as they send a Donald Trump-hating trans extremists to cover the White House in place of Bev Turner.
Then, in the Royal Uncanceled after show over on Subsection Betrayal for Prince William's, Princess Diana's brother pens, pensac, a bombshell new book.
And King Charles opens the door to Prince Harry and Andrew Mountbatten's return. We'll team out with the
Royal News Network for all the latest. Connor and I have also nominated for today's Union and Jackass
and trust me it is on a similar theme today. I've gone for Marina Perkis. You have just seen
why her sick attack on Julia Hartley Brewer. Conner Tomlinson has gone for Diane Abbott for
Dianne Cougham at that leftist vigil. And Assam Mahalja, this was so disappointing, actually.
A seem did such great work over the COVID pandemic. But as Connor pointed out,
he blamed Jason Ardei's death on white supremacist colonialists who deliberately amplify the
mistakes of a black man whilst ignoring structural racism. Okay, get voting, keep your superchats coming
in throughout the show. I will read out the best at the end today. But now, let's go. They want a
race war. The left in this country. And by the way, it's not even the extreme left that I'm talking about,
because this is backed by mainstream media figures like Christian Guru Murty of Channel 4 News and
Lewis Goodall of the fake news agents and senior Labour MPs. They literally want,
to turn the black population against native Brits and they want the MSM to be scared to report on what
happens next. There is no other explanation after last night's chilling vigil for Jason Ardei in Sadiq Khan's
lawless London's Trafalgar Square, which saw a member of the House of Lords, Simon Woolley, describe
Arde's tragic death by suicide after he was exposed as a liar and a fantasist as a lynching.
This is tough for me, as it's tough for all of you and the hundreds and thousands of people in the UK and around the world who were appalled by the public assassination of Jason Ardickin.
The lynching.
The lynching.
But that dangerous, untrue, ludicrous language is even being used.
on the mainstream global podcast,
the fake news agent,
specifically by Lewis Goodall
and shame on John Soaple
for going along
with this extremity.
I mean, you said
it was a sort of moral panic.
It felt to me like
a blood sport.
You're chasing after.
We didn't kill him.
I mean, he jumped over the edge of a cliff.
Well, I was thinking about using the word lynching.
Well, it was a lynch.
You can have a lynching
without a rope on which someone is hung.
It felt like that sort of we're chasing, chasing, we're chasing after you, we're getting closer, we've got you, right.
It doesn't stop, though, when they've got him and he said, okay, I resign.
It carried on after that.
Our day's great misfortune was for this to come at the start of the silly season for journalism.
That period, where it is the dog days, and there's not much happening, and the politicians are away on holiday,
and you're desperately trying to fill your newspaper or your airwaves with stories of something.
And the Jason Arde story fell sweetly into that particular kind of myasma.
And what it's done is it carried on and on and on and on.
And it's a silly season story that has now cost a life.
Marina Perkins, who is said to have done nothing to speak up Friday while he was alive,
was allowed by Jeremy Vine on Channel 5 to launch.
launched this deranged attack on Julia Hartley-Brewer for speaking the truth. Watch.
188 articles on this man who is not a public figure over nine days. That is that they just
ceased to see him as a human. It was a blood sport for them. The telegraph, the Times, the spectator,
disgusting. They have blood on their hands for this man. He is a human. They just thought
clickbait was more important. The Times even had articles.
on Jason Ardey where they
was paid for advertising and I just want to
call out Julia Hartley Brewer you
disgusting vile woman in my
opinion for what you posted
on social yesterday which says
she wrote
I'm pretty sure Jason Arde's huge book advance
would be enough to cover his funeral costs
give your money to a more deserving court
what is wrong with you
what is wrong with you
as spiked online's Tom Slater who attended the vigil
pointed out thou really trying to turn
him into George Floyd, aren't they? Shameful on so many levels. And indeed they are.
Julia Hartley-Bruer, so viciously attacked by the left as we just saw, has uncovered
by the mainstream media are actually engaging in a cover-up of last night's vigil to try
and make it appear as if it was more moderate, with the lynching language removed.
Some extraordinary things were said by people who were speaking at what was
supposed to be a sort of data, and he needed to remember somebody who has, we believe, taken
his own life. But instead, there was a lot of blaming of a vicious media campaign, talk of
how he had been assassinated, he was the victim of assassination and how he was a victim of a lynching,
highly racialized, very, very, very disturbing language that was being used by not just
random people speaking, by, you know, a peer of the realm.
for goodness see.
And as you can see here, and I'm going to use Channel 4 News as the example,
but this is the same with the rest of the MSM.
They didn't use Woolie's lynching language,
instead choosing to broadcast his preamble to try and make him look far more moderate.
Watch.
This time last week, I was with Jason.
Because we knew Jason was suffering.
We knew that he could.
felt hounded by those rapid walls.
Jason wouldn't dare leave the house.
And we said, we'll get a taxi for you.
We held him in our arms.
We told him he was loved.
He held Diane's hands.
And he said, I love you.
But he said, they're hounded me to death.
And I cannot see a way out.
Okay, so that's totally different, isn't it?
Totally different sort of tone
because they've just removed the fact that he actually described it as a lynching.
And what Julia Hartley Brewer has discovered is that this is actually part of a much bigger MSM cover-up
led by the press association.
This is truly shocking. Watch.
This is what they did with the clip.
See if you can see where it's been edited and what's missing.
This is tough for me, as it's tough for all of you and the hundreds and thousands of people in the UK and around the world who are appalled.
I want to change the world.
After he said the word appalled, we've heard that first clip.
The live feed showed him saying, appalled by the public assassination of Jason Ardey, the lynching, the lynching.
That was cut in the clip that was given out to media, who were appalled.
I want to change the world.
I'm sorry.
Why has a news organisation cut?
Very, very significant words from a publicly broadcast speech.
What would be the motive for that?
Well, we know the motive, don't we?
Controlling the narrative.
Attempting to make these extremist liars stoking a race war
look like same normal human beings
when they are clearly anything but.
And by the way,
These people who are so determined to fight against witch hunts,
like the race beta academic Cahendi Andrews,
who has been given a platform on every MSM outlet,
has actually called Julia Hartley Brewer the white devil.
The things that I get called, I mean, I've been called by one of my guests last week,
so basically saying, likened to what Mark O'Meck saying,
a white devil.
James of people are being racist, are being bigoted,
for voting for Brexit,
a baby killer, you know,
granny killer during COVID now.
I'm a baby killer in Gaza.
And loads of people who share my views get the witch hunts,
the attempts to shut people down.
This has been going on from the very same people
who are now saying,
this is terrible.
You know, the mainstream media shouldn't do this.
And I do think the mainstream media need to stand up.
So they don't give a dad about a witch hunt against Julia Hartley-Bruhehrower,
do they?
That's setting the dogs out on her.
they're calling her a white devil.
But Julia also has to understand the mainstream media will never stand up.
They will never stand up.
G.B News is too scared to even cover this story,
to even cover the vigil, to debate it.
Trust me, I have been told that they are so worried about being blamed for Jason Arday's death.
They're just not touching it.
And then other mainstream media outlets, including News Corporation,
which Talk TV is part of,
have pushed a BLM narrative since 2020.
and now it's consuming them, and it actually deserves to kill them off.
Tom Slater of Spiked Online explained what it was like at the vigil to Julia.
It wasn't just a vigil, it was a kind of demonstration, it was a protest of sorts,
and the message of it was very clear.
It was that Jason Arde was the victim of an assassination,
of a lynching by a racist mainstream media,
and the problem with that is that it's untrue, and I think we shouldn't resolve...
Sorry, what?
From pointing this out.
We all know.
I don't think you're even allowed to do that, Tom.
I think you'll find the land yard classes will get very upset if you point out that what is being claimed is not true.
And all you have to do is track back the story.
I mean, the reason that Jason Ardee became a national newspaper headline was because he was a very prominent academic,
someone who I think it's fair to say looked for the kind of media limelight.
And yet it turned out that his career was built on not just alleged plagiarism,
also alleged academic fraud, falsifying data, which is something that has gone by the wayside a little bit.
the discussion, but also a series of totally fantastical stories.
We've never heard of him if Cambridge hadn't lauded him
because he was the youngest professor at Cambridge University,
one of the best universities in the world.
Now, some of this would be funny if it wasn't so sinister.
Jolian Morn, the founder of the Hard Left Good Law Project,
actually went up on stage.
He's a straight white man and said,
white people shouldn't be speaking out that day.
All this is very much a day for white people to listen and not to speak.
Yet he did speak and on and on he went,
making his pitch to regulate the press,
piling political pressure from the left on the new Prime Minister,
Andy Burnham.
But my promise to you is this.
No other industry in the country, in the world, is allowed to monetise human pain and suffering.
No other industry is allowed to profit from those things without being regulated.
And nor should our increasingly revolting press.
Andy Burnham, under is more.
Much political pressure has killed another person, Professor Jason Arde.
Okay, but can I just be honest with you?
Can I just be honest with you?
None of them care about Ardei.
None of them care about Ardei.
They care about their race war.
They care about press regulation.
That's what it's about.
And do you know what proved it to me?
when a bloke called Patrick Vernon
gone up to speak
and showed his total contempt
because he didn't even know
Jason Arday's name.
Do
Patrick Vernon.
Friends, sisters and brothers,
I want to thank all of you for coming here tonight.
We are here first and foremost
for Professor James Arday.
To pay our respects.
His name is Jason.
And to stand in solidarity.
Yep.
He called him James Arday.
He got up on stage at that race grifting vigil,
trying to spark a race war,
and he couldn't even get Jason Arde's name correct.
This is a joke.
But I admit, the turnout in Sadiq Khan's London was significant.
Look.
While those who loved him watched and warned
and were not.
They were so vicious that they attempted.
And of course, this was a crowd that is going to be grifted on by race baiters like Narinda Kaur,
who is now going one step further by suggesting there should be criminal charges.
I'm here at Professor Jason Orday's vigil, and of course it is so emotional.
His friend came up on stage and said he met with him last week.
And he told him how he felt like he was being hounded to death, let that sink in.
There's an overwhelming feeling of accountability in a criminal element they feel is involved in the death of Professor Jason Orday.
On a personal level, what resonates deeply is the feeling of never belonging.
You do not belong, and if you do get there, we will bring you back down.
You will have to jump through 10,000 hoops of fire to even get there.
And even then you do not belong, but we belong.
The black community here is strong.
And they want justice.
Professor Jason Orde deserves justice, his family deserve justice.
And mainstream media need to be made accountable for the racialized element
in the witch hunt against Professor Jason Ardeh, rest in power.
She then posted this sign.
Okay? This was going viral.
Racism within mainstream media is responsible for Jason Arde's death,
prompting Julia Hartley Brewer to fact-check.
No, it wasn't. You can keep saying it, you can keep shouting it,
you can write it on banners at vigils, you can write it on social media,
you can sign petitions about it, you can make complaints about it to the police,
but it won't make it true.
Now, at least Narenda is a dedicated race grifter, right?
like she showed up in person, unlike Dr. Shola,
who didn't bother to cut short her lovely summer holiday
for what she views as this great tragedy,
but continued her social media campaign
by suggesting that white supremacy was to blame for our day's suicide.
We should have been louder.
Instead, we were playing the game of white supremacy.
We were feeding into their own.
rules. Trying to play by the rules that they break all of the time. Have you not seen how
you know ferociously they defend their own and ferociously they do not care when their own
break the rules when they lie, when they steal, when they're corrupt, when they commit crimes.
What the hell did we allow them to hang him out to dry? No, it pains me. It pains me. Let me make
it clear. There will be other Jason nowadays. Hell, their adjacent. Our days. Hell, they're adjacent
days now. There are Jason are days now. And I say that for personal experience. There are people
like me who are embroiled in public, public backlashes, public lynchings, all the freaking time.
She's just an actress. Like yesterday it was all, F you, F you! Today it's, I'm calm, I'm sad. I mean,
she's an actress. She's just an actress. Back at the actual vigil, so she did turn up, Diane Abbott,
And this is disturbing, right?
Because she's a Labour MP who was suspended from the party for anti-Semitism, translation, racism.
She's now been allowed back in.
And she believes, not that Ardei had done anything wrong,
but rather that there was a three-year vicious and bit of campaign against him
because people just didn't believe that there should be a black Cambridge professor.
We have to remember that the campaign against him
wasn't just a matter of a few weeks.
He was first a professor in Cambridge three years ago.
Those three years, he has had a vicious campaign, a bitter campaign,
by anonymous people, by other professors,
who just that a black man should be a Cambridge professor.
Really, Diane?
I thought it was just that they didn't believe
plagiarist and a fantasy should be a Cambridge professor regardless of his skin colour.
She then specifically targeted one man and this is sick to do, actually, Nathan Kofnas,
directly linking his work to Jason's suicide.
Once those one of the leading people campaigning against him was a professor called Nathan Kaffnoss.
Listen was not smartening.
It's bullshit, of course it's bullshit,
but it's all part of a much wider campaign
to regulate the British media.
Another professional race base at any Aluku.
Remember her?
She was let go even by Wokai TV,
just being bad at football commentary.
She's now leading a pressure campaign
which is designed to see the UK media regulators.
We have written a collective letter,
open letter to the Prime Minister.
That letter has been signed
by several individuals.
many of whom are black prominent individuals who have experienced the level of targeting and harassment
and racially motivated harassment from the UK media.
It's not something that we're going to continue to tolerate.
We do believe now enough is enough and the UK media have to be held responsible for their conduct.
No one, however, has been worse in this unedifying affair on the left than James O'Brien,
turned his LBC show this morning into a vigil as he faked his crocodile tears about the death of the man
who he had so brutally turned on just last week. Watch.
I will remember Jason Arde for the man I encountered that day warm, intelligent, charismatic, inspirational and unapologetically himself.
For those few hours, he made a stranger sitting in a crowded, predominantly white auditorium still seen, empowered and proud.
That's the Jason Ardei, I choose to remember.
rest in eternal peace, Professor Ardaiz.
You deserve better.
That was my peace.
I know it was.
Sorry, I'm lost for words.
You do his memory proud.
You really do.
Can I tell you the only person that James O'Brien is crying for himself?
Because he has been unable to fully jump on this bandwagon.
Because remember last week, Arday reached out to him, tried and get him to change his mind,
and O'Brien was absolutely scathing.
And by the way, I'm not like the left.
I don't blame people.
You know, no one is to blame for someone's suicide
other than the person who took their own life.
But I imagine that the rejection,
the very public rejection from O'Brien of our day
would have deeply impacted him.
I mean, O'Brien was even joking about it on air just last week.
But it's more the personal contact that I've had with him subsequently
that makes me feel like a mug.
The fact that he thought I was someone
that he might be able to persuade to stick up for him when he knew he knew that he'd done wrong.
So please just remember this is all performative now from James O'Brien.
Of course, there is a way to have a nuanced and sensible conversation about this
as Reform Shadow Education Secretary Suella Braverman has attempted today
by posting Jason Rade's death is a tragedy.
This awful episode goes to the heart of the problem of diversity, equity and inclusion
programs and why I'm so opposed to them.
DEI means that people from ethnic minorities can
be exploited and over-promoted by businesses and institutions that need to tick a box,
even if they are obviously not qualified. Those enablers within higher education in Cambridge
University, who was so quick to promote someone so obviously not suited to the role, have serious
questions to answer about the part they played in all of this. My condolences go to Jason's
family and friends. Rest in peace, Jason R. Day. But the left are not prepared to have that
sensible conversation. They have gone fucking mad.
Okay. I want to show you, Sue Patansky, one of the worst people who was part of all of this.
And do you remember she celebrated Anne Whittickham's descent into hell?
Now she is raging. The same right-wing hacks outrage that I shared a meme before knowing Anne Whittaker was murdered.
She was dead. You silly cow. She was dead.
Doesn't matter that she was murdered. You celebrated her death, you sicko.
And Al mocking at a young black man that they hounded to suicide. They didn't.
This is why I said I don't take lectures on morality from the kind of scum who laugh, drown kids in the channel.
Turned off comments because I cannot be asked to deal with the countless hate bots that flood this app.
The utterly thick, real people who echo the comments of foreign bots just depressed me and make me hate this country.
I can abide many things, but not fucking idiocy.
I fully stand by.
My Anne meme, by the way.
It was a good meme.
It was also very mild compared to what I could have said about her hateful political legacy.
How even Anne defended the right to offend.
unlike the lunatics that weaponise her death because it's harder to defend her political legacy.
I don't have the crayons required to draw a picture to explain how Anne and Jason are completely different situations
because the far right morons ate them all.
That's what we're dealing with, folks.
That's what we're dealing with.
As she so often does, Kelly J. Kean summed up the madness of the vigil best, writing,
Oh dear God, this is performative and insincere, how dreadful.
And I just want to remind you all, because the mainstream media are not showing this,
of how a pair at this vigil last night suggested
that Jason Ardei, who took his own life, was lynched.
This is tough for me, as it's tough for all of you
and the hundreds and thousands of people in the UK and around the world
who were appalled by the public assassination of Jason Ardeen.
The lynching.
The lynching.
And Connor Tomlinson is here now.
Connor, Diane Abbott just nodding along.
Lewis Goodall also suggesting on the fake news agents a mainstream podcast that Jason Ardae was lynched.
I put it to you, they want a race war.
They want Jason Ardae to be the new George Floyd.
How can you look at that, Connor, and think that what they're trying to do is reasonable?
Yeah, Dan, I don't expect much reason from Diane Abbott.
I don't expect much consistency.
thoughts or the ability to put the right shoes on in the morning either. But she did say something
that made me raise my eyebrows, which was in her attacks on Nathan Kauffman's, who did the right thing,
by the way, outing this guy as a shameless plagiarist, a DEI hire and a hack, regardless of
his awful fate. You know, of course we pray for the soul of everyone who takes their own life,
especially for their grieving family. But she said, she complained that Nathan Kaufflass is a race realist.
So is Diane Abbott. So are all of the people gathered there at that vigil who claim to be the black community,
who claim to have a collective grievance against white people, who claim, as As Seymahotra did,
that white supremacy and colonialism and systemic racism drove Jason R. Day to his death rather than, you know,
being a fraud and feeling some guilt and shame about that. And so all of these people are clearly race realists
for the group they actually like, which is their own, because they believe they can get special.
protections, perhaps some funding. If they turn this man into a martyr, if they turn him
into the next George Floyd, if they use Jason Arde's death as of the cast as belly for
their next racial cultural revolution, they think that, okay, I can get handouts for my preferred
in-group. So you know what, Dan, again, it doesn't, you know, people might not believe
it because I'm starting to look terrible these days. But I'm only 27. And all throughout my life,
I am sick of hearing these race scandals, right?
2011 London riots with Mark Duggan, 2014 BLM, 2016 BLM, 2020 BLM, and then all throughout peak woke to now, and now we've got Jason R-Day.
All it always is, is someone behaving badly, usually black, trying to escape the consequences of their actions,
either dying in an altercation with the police or in this instance, seemingly taking their own life,
and then all of the community leaders around them decide to racialize the issue in order to get more money and fame
themselves and it's just blatant what they're doing at this point. So you know what?
If you're going to be as tribal as you are, I'm going to be tribal too and I'm going to shut
my ears to it. No, it does not make me want to destroy DEI any less. No, it does not make
me any more sympathetic to the fact that you defrauded Cambridge and the general public.
And no, it doesn't make me take you any more seriously when you're agitating for, as you said,
Dan, racial conflict in my capital city. If you don't like white people so much, go and live
somewhere else.
though, Connor, that the BLM movement, and that is in part because of the other scandals,
scandals or confected outrages that you talk about, dating back all of those years, but I think
we can all acknowledge that BLM in 2020 and George Floyd was a turning point where it all
sort of kicked off on speed, has actually made the mainstream media too terrified to go there.
Like I actually salute Julia Hartley Brewer today.
And obviously there's been criticism of her coverage in recent weeks, like specifically in terms of her interview with Charlie Downs of Restore Britain, for example.
But she is doing very, very good work on this.
And it's brave work, Connor.
Because I know for a fact that within the mainstream media and you can look at GB News's coverage of this, they have just decided they can't talk about Jason our day.
So they covered his death within a news bulletin, right?
but there are no debates taking place on their shows.
They didn't play anything from the vigil.
It's just like too scared.
And I remember it was one of the reasons why I actually left News UK in 2020.
It was in part COVID, of course,
and the terrible coverage of COVID and the pandemic and the vaccine and everything.
But the other reason was BLM because I was in a senior position at the Sun newspaper
and I saw the Sun newspaper go BLM mad and just swallow the narrative.
And it's now really disturbing for me to see.
GGB News becoming too scared to even have the debate. It's like, I know from people within the
channel, it's like we're going to be blamed, so we're just not going to discuss it when the death
was announced on Friday night and Sly News and BBC were rolling with it and interviewing all
of the race baiters, Connor, you know, Cahendi, Andrews and Bell Ribeiro, Adi, they were all doing
the rounds. GB News host Patrick Christie said condolences to the family and moved on, and they have
moved on ever since. And maybe you can't blame them.
because they know how toxic potentially this story is.
But my point being, there's very little pushback
to this narrative in the mainstream media.
Yeah, Dan, it's important that you mentioned Patrick there
because he does a very good job on your formerly a nightly slot.
But his life is basically being put at risk because...
Yes, and we led on that yesterday actually here.
Yes, exactly.
Another story ignored by the mainstream media, by the way.
Quite.
And so you're not wrong to point out that covering...
these stories comes at a significant risk to your life, including Nathan Koffner, who posted the footage of that vigil.
It was obviously a stand-up to racism. Socialist workers part of rally yesterday saying, are they just trying to get me killed or something?
The answer is yes, because these are some of the same people, as you said, who celebrated the death of Van Wittaker, the murder of Anne Wittaker.
They might like to play Dunn that they didn't know it was murder, but they were glad that she was dead by whatever means.
And people that laughed and mocked the murder of Charlie Kirk for doing nothing more than having conversations with people that he disagreed with.
And what was the accusation for all of those people?
Racist, far-right, white supremacist.
Which just means you can kill this person, and the left will celebrate.
And so when Julia covers this, agreed, you know, stepping out above the pack, brave in this instance.
But I would like to point out, comparing this with her debate with Charlie Downs,
this is the inevitable consequence of the demographic change and the multiracial society
that Julia said she didn't have a problem with.
Because, unfortunately, unlike most English people or most...
European, especially Christians, lots of other populations don't think individualistically.
And the black population in America, in Britain, sort of, you know, inheriting that racial grievance
from a black American culture, or even in Africa, if you see in Rhodesia and South Africa,
there is hatred of whites by blacks.
And that's a very unfortunate thing, and I wish it wasn't the case, but it is the inevitable
consequence of that growth of demographics.
And so while Julia is bravely covering this issue, and again, I've got nothing but, you know,
personal, nice things to say about Julia, we've always got along when I've done a show
and seen her in person. But if you don't want this situation to happen, don't have the
demographic change, which is a prerequisite for this racial conflict in society. The one
that you don't want to talk about leads to the one that you are brave enough to talk about.
So what we should be addressing here is why are there so many people in our country who
hate us, whether or not they were born here, whether or not they have gone through the institutions
that confer upon them, British values, why should we have to put up with this? Why should
we have to live around people, whether they are the violence,
violent left or anti-white racists who celebrate the deaths of Anne Whittaker, Charlie Kirk,
or try to turn any of their own into martyrs to use the power of the state against us.
We just don't have to live like this.
Breaking right now, a new civil war has exploded within the Reform UK party today
with one of its most senior and high-profile members Tim Montgomery suspended.
He claims, without Nigel Farage's knowledge, as a result of Zia Yusuf's behaviour,
I find that hard to believe, but we will come to that in just a moment. Montgomery Tom's
have restored Britain, writing reformer falling apart, eyes on the target, restoration is coming.
So how did we get here? A leak to Gido Forks this afternoon, the Westminster website.
Gido Here's Montgomery was informed of his suspension yesterday prior to the broadcast of his
interview with the spectator. What interview I hear you ask? Well, it was very very,
Fascinating, and it was brutal.
Tim Shipman, the political editor of The Spectator,
started by admitting the concerns within reform about Zia Yusuf
are not limited to Tim Montgomery,
and Tim then immediately revealed that Yusuf does want
cede Farage and become Britain's first Muslim Prime Minister.
Sorry about.
Something I have always warned about.
You're not the only one who's beginning to sort of raise concerns
about Zia's tone, if not.
not the content of his political announcements.
What's going on?
You feel he's sort of damaging the brand a little bit,
putting off some of those reform curious floating voters
who might have come your way?
I don't think he's interested much, actually,
in reform, curious voters.
You know, if you try and frame,
I try and understand what he is doing,
it's difficult than trying to understand the man.
I think if you understand him as what he does
as he wants to succeed in Isle Farage,
a lot of, almost everything he does,
make sense. He's completely
uninterested, it seems to me, in unwinding
reform's number one problem, which I think is tactical voting
against us. I think he reinforces that.
He's incredibly loyal to Nigel,
but it was unprecedented for Nigel to criticise him last week.
But did he take down the tweet that Nigel
couldn't? No, he wouldn't. So he's loyal to Nigel
as I think he has to be if he wants to succeed him.
Monty said it's true that Nigel is falling out of love
with Yusuf because of his attempts to undermine Tory defectors.
In terms of being willing to sort of really play as a team player,
he has regularly, James you've mentioned, you know, his omnipresence on Twitter,
he has consistently freelanced on Twitter on, for example,
accepting conservative candidates like Suella Brabman, attacked Robert Jenner,
even though he knew they were being wooed.
but it was his way of trying to undermine that policy.
So I think, you know, the report at the weekend,
and it was not me on this occasion,
that talked about Nigel falling out of love with Zia.
I think that's true.
I think Nigel would definitely want to keep him in the camp,
but I think he needs him to basically be a team player
and to be loyal to what Nigel wants.
But some of the stuff you might say was pretty below the belt.
He said that Zia Yusuf does not pass the decency,
see threshold.
Looking reasonable on TV,
looking like the sort of person you'd have as a neighbour,
looking the sort of person who you were happy for your daughter or your son to marry,
Nigel, at his best, is one of the best on that.
Zia, not so much.
And we just have to look like decent people,
because if we don't look like decent people,
even people who agree with us on people,
they won't trust us with those policies.
And you have to have a basic,
pass a basic decency threshold.
to unwind that tactical vote.
And look, Yusuf does play awful games.
Awful, awful games.
Refusing to speak to people,
blocking them on X.
And Montgomery opened up about it.
Zia did not talk to me for three months
when he found out I was involved in bringing Jenrick over.
And we're not talking again now.
It's been on offer.
I think this might be permanent this time,
the difference between us.
He's on, followed me on Twitter.
That's the illustration of how, you know, that's the bit.
Doesn't get more serious than that, Tim.
Genrick and him did get on very well.
I think then there was that tweet where Zia criticized Genrik publicly.
Again, I don't know what the thinking was behind that.
Well, was their thinking or was it just gut instinct and few?
I don't know.
But there are a lot of people who are on those speaking terms with Zia,
and it's nearly always Zia, who,
initiates this.
And it needs to end.
You cannot behave like a child in politics.
You cannot have litmus tests, you know,
on so many litmus tests where you stop talking to people.
And I generally pay a tribute to what series,
like I've mentioned, you know, how brilliant he was on the vetting thing.
He made the party organisation work.
He has so many qualities,
but he has to be a team player.
And I've got to keep saying that because,
but perhaps more close to the bone
was Monty's criticism of Nigel Farage
and also Reform UK itself
which he admitted is not a credible party
and there's one thing to sort of think
yes I'd like to be Prime Minister
and then there's another thing to actually prepare
for becoming Prime Minister
and what I've said directly to Nigel
is there's all sorts of things that I've talked to about
that other people have talked about
that need to be done
if we are to be a credible party.
You know, he doesn't have a chief of staff,
doesn't have regular meetings with his MPs.
There isn't someone at shadow chancellor level
in charge of selecting seats,
and candidates for seats,
which is probably the biggest task reform faces.
I could go on.
I've got a long list here,
which I won't bore all your listeners.
No, no, do.
They see.
I know everything.
Not least because I know who to spite the guns of reform home,
which won't be called that.
He says Nigel's anger during this currency,
and the financial scandal raises questions
if he will ever become PM and even wants to be.
I think a lot of the angle we see when it does do those television interviews
is I think he's probably angry at himself.
He probably realises he made a mistake.
But I think the general point that this is clearly is Achilles Hill
that when he is facing hostile questioning,
he doesn't perform up,
it's only going to encourage more of it.
Everyone sees it.
And so if you're Labour or one of his press opponents, like the Sunday Times,
you will go after this because he doesn't react well.
So if he wants to be prime minister, you know,
he needs to start tackling the sort of thing that I have just listed.
And the other thing is...
The fact that he hasn't does make some of us wonder.
The thing with Monty, he doesn't want to be a shadow cabinet minister,
he doesn't want a job, he's actually launching a website about Reform UK.
and some of this clearly won't go down well with the party.
He admitted he regrets joining reform every day,
but would still choose the party over the Tories.
You wanted it to be more like your old party than it has proved to be?
Well, honestly, being a member of reform was like a tight rate act every day.
You know, sometimes people say,
do you ever regret joining reform?
I regret joining reform every day at some point.
Something weird happens.
But fundamentally, if I had to choose them,
whether to join the Tories or Reform now, I would definitely join Reform.
There's actually been quite a lot of joy within Reform UK at this move.
Lee Harris posting, pleased to hear that Tim has been suspended from Reform.
I know he's only a member, but the man hasn't got a clue what he's talking about
and has absolutely nothing positive to offer.
He's a Tory wet.
And in the past few moments, Tim Montgomery has released a video confirming his suspension.
He said it was meant to stay private and that he's,
He didn't leak the news to Guido Forks.
But then he claims something, which I'm sorry, I just don't believe.
He claims that Nigel Farage was not aware.
Now, people keep saying this about Nigel Farage.
Nigel...
Trust me, if something goes out in the name of Nigel Farage,
the way, but this is what Monti has just said.
Over the last two years, I have given...
Am I everything, really, to support reform?
and if they want to kick me out, they're going to have to kick me out after an argument.
When I joined reform two years ago, I said to Nigel Farage,
I was a paling in the behind sometimes for the Conservatives when I ran Conservative Home
and was he sure he wanted me.
And he was absolutely clear in the presence of Zia Youssef,
who was there at that meeting, that there wasn't enough internal
debate inside reform and he absolutely welcomed me coming in on that basis. I take some comfort from
the fact that Nigel Farage did not know about my suspension and he more than anyone knows all the
stuff I've done behind the scenes. Well as I say I find it hard to believe that Nigel doesn't know.
Isabel Oakshot just posting you can't defect to reform UK in a blazer publicity then
publicly attack the leader hours after a key election and expect the leadership to shrug.
Timing is everything that was not constructive. It was spectacularly unhelpful and disloyal,
though I know Monty didn't mean it this way. And Connor Tomlinson, adding,
wow, I wonder who anonymous reformed source briefing against Zia Yusuf and the Times.
The spectator, the observer, the telegraph, and the Daily Mail has been the whole time.
Let's ask Tim Montgomery, who uses the exact same language as that source in this podcast
and wants Zia to stop counter-signaling the Tories because it makes a coalition with conservatives less likely.
Who could it possibly be?
And, Connor, I do understand your point. Of course I do.
But the reality here is that this suspension, I would argue, has just blowing this story up even bigger
and plays into the hands, actually, of a lot of the mainstream media critique that reform,
UK is a personality cult, is unable to deal with big personalities, is unable to have criticisms
of Nigel Farage. It doesn't really help any of that.
Well, it was hardly Scooby-Doo mystery is trying to work out who's been briefing against
here for weeks. Let's put it that way. Trying not to fall out your chair, Dan, but I don't
just disagree. I'm actually rooting for zero on this one. Because, I mean, it's hardly
a secret as to what Nigel Farage probably thinks about Tim Montgomery at
at this point, if all of the closest and trusted allies who increasingly can be counted on one hand
around Farage thinks he's a right royal pain in the ass and has been ever since he's joined reform.
And if you notice the substance of his complaints in the spectator piece was that Zia Yusuf was
closing the door to tactical voting. Now, by tactical voting, he does not mean a deal with Restore Britain,
you know, mending the fences of Rupert Lowe to gain back between 3 and 8% of their potential voter base,
which they lost by, you know, Zia Yusuf, leading to the expulsion.
of Rupert Lowe. No, no, no, no, he agreed with Matt Goodwin, who he said was
sulfurous and hates his guts, that they should be chasing Labor, Lib Dem and
Tory votes instead. What Tim Montgomery has meant the entire time is a pact with
the Conservatives. And it's not just him that's acted as anonymous leaker from Reform
HQ, which, you know, I've been told for ages it was he was the culprit, so I'm
not shocked they decided to get rid of him. I mean, he's not just a member, he has
been going and doing the media rounds on their behalf, so removing the membership
stops him from speaking for the party. He's just a commentator now, and his
opinions can be taken as useless as they are, being frank.
But it's also that other people have been leaking to,
Fraser Nelson and Seb Payne and The Times, other outlets.
You know, there was a piece by The Spectator, in The Spectator,
meaning Michael Gove, of course,
saying that if Farage wants to get ready for governance,
he needs to be prepared to make a pact with Badnock.
So what's been happening is,
Zia Yusuf has had briefings against him,
saying with, you know, James Orr and the like,
undermining Nigel Farragher's leadership,
try to create more room to block out,
restore Britain, and create more room for a guaranteed,
pre-election conservative pact, and Tim Montgomery's been one of the forces agitating for that.
And I'll tell you what, for all our complaints with reform, you know, there are plenty and
they're well-warranted, still consider myself a critical friend. But if you want them to turn
into a full containment engine, pair them up with the Tories that conducted the Boris wave.
And if Zia's blocking that, and Tim Montgomery's encouraging it, then I'm siding the
Zia. Well, you know that I obviously am not on the, like, Tim Montgomery lift of Reform
UK. But for me, that's not really the argument here.
The argument is about Zia Yusuf as a personality.
And clearly, I don't think you can really disagree that the major split on the right
or the right that we see is the true right because the conservatives aren't really a right-winged party
and I don't think should factor into the conversation about who to vote for at the next election
was caused by Zia Yusuf for reporting this man, reporting Rupert Lowe to the cops, right?
for hurty words in an argument. Now, do I think Nigel Farage was aware of that? Yes, I do. But he,
Nigel Farage, has blamed this squarely on Zia Yusuf. So firstly, I blame Zia Yusuf for that.
I think that's unforgivable, Conner, I honestly, like causing that split to me, that was it.
Like, I was done with Zia Yusuf at that point. And by the way, you don't call the police
when you've, you know, when you've had hurdy words during an argument, it's pathetic, it's weak,
it's the games of the left.
So at that point, I was done.
But I'm going to actually just go there with you, Connor, on one other issue.
And I've got to be really honest about this.
Tim Montgomery says in that interview that Zia Yusuf does want to succeed Nigel Farage.
We've all known that, okay?
But it's still quite big for someone who was that senior in the party to go out there and actually say it.
Well, I'm sorry, Connor, this is what I've been warning of.
Like, I don't want Reform UK to deliver Britain's first morning.
Muslim Prime Minister. And I'm quite surprised that you do, if I'm honest, like Zia Yusuf might be good
on other issues. But if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, I'm
And I know that makes me unpopular in a lot of circles.
Tim Montgomery himself disagreed when I challenged the selection of Leila Cunningham
to be the London Labour mayor candidate because I didn't think that it was a good idea
to have a Muslim mayor succeeding Sadiq Khan as a Muslim mayor.
So there's a bigger issue here for me about Zia Yusuf.
Okay, yeah, plenty there, Dan.
Of course, I wouldn't want a Muslim Prime Minister Eberra.
I think I'm pretty much on record as being to the right of Tommy Robinson on
Islam at this point. So I don't think you have to worry about me there. The point that I'm making is more that
Zia Yusuf has clearly been a, whether you think it's sincere or not, a force within reform that's been
agitating for stronger deportation policies and keeping out the Tories. And again, whether or not
that's purely because he sees the ways in which the political winds are blowing, or I think in terms
of the Tories, you know, his hatred is probably quite sincere, that's politically useful. I mean,
if it gets us closer to the fact that we're going to have a slightly compromised government anyway,
and we get some of what we want,
I'm just looking to get the football further down the field, if that makes sense.
But isn't it a risk?
Isn't it a risk if he becomes the heir apparent to Nigel Farage?
Of course, hey, it's a risk.
And he's not wrong to Montgomery in saying that Zia would like to be the successor to Farage,
though he's not looking to supplant him at the moment.
Again, he's one of the few loyal ones around Farage.
and given the Farage called a bunch of my friends fascists the other day, you know,
again, I've still got my issues with Nigel's rhetoric.
Nevertheless, Tim Montgomery is only saying this because he wants to clear the path for the Tories to succeed Farage.
So whether or not we have our complaints of respective figures in reform,
whether or not we would like those people to be Prime Minister, which we don't,
it is clear there is an influence operation going on here,
and of the two, I think it is better to support Zia Yusuf against Tim Montgomery
because it means that we are going to be in a better position with the policies and the personnel
that we would like, more likely to take power.
Okay, I understand.
I understand where you're coming from.
I think this is going to run and run.
I mean, I will just say, if you think, I'm not saying you, Connor, I'm just saying in general,
if anyone thinks that the only enemy of Zia Yusuf within Reform UK was Tim Montgomery,
but very naive.
The knives are out for Yusuf at the moment.
and there is a belief that Nigel Farage may end up getting rid.
Now, whether that happens, I don't know, but I'm just saying it's not only to Montgomery.
I have no doubt that what Connor is saying is true and that Montgomery was probably responsible for some of the leaks.
But he's not the only one.
He's not the only one very, very unhappy at the moment about some of the decisions that Yusuf is making behind the scenes.
Breaking today, mega coup for Restore Britain.
With the party securing the defection of Howard Cox, who was once the U.K.,
the Reform U.K. London mayoral candidate for London running against Sadiq Khan.
But O'Haw Times have changed.
He eventually joined Advance UK and Ben Habib, that college in that political project.
But now he has gone all in with Rupert Lowe, who today,
branded Howard as leading the fight against Sadiq Khan's war zone in Islamist London and also
very anti-car London, let's be honest, watch. Here we are in the middle of Sadiq Khan's war zone.
Robble, parking suspensions, traffic down to one lane. I mean, this epitomises modern Britain,
doesn't it? Absolutely right, Rupert. And it's sad, I've been campaigning for 17 years
on behalf of the motorists.
And it's the anti-driver policies
from a succession of governments,
including the Tories,
continues at a rate that really drivers are fed up the back teeth.
And Rupert said the appointment had been made
because drivers are now treated like second-class citizens.
I'm with you.
I run multiple businesses
and I see drivers who are basically treated
like second-class citizens by a state
which has lost sight of what action.
drives the economy and what drives freedom, what drives individuality. And I think the driver needs
to be put at the top of the agenda, not left at the bottom of the agenda. We need 20 mile an hour
limits scrapped unless it's absolutely crucial. So only in vulnerable areas where we need 20 miles an
hour. I mean, we need to release people from the manacles of the state. And I think what you've been doing
is fantastic. And I'm delighted you're joining us. So you're going to be our transport spokesman.
Oh yes he is, but he's already on the attack today against Reform UK and this new Civil War following the accent of Tim Montgomery posting reform leadership can't take constructive criticism.
So many have been thrown under their anti-freedom of speech bus.
And Howard Cox joins me exclusively now.
Howard, congratulations. Big move.
Transport spokesperson for Restore Britain.
This growing party, Rupert, under Rupert, this surging party.
under Rupert, but also Howard, let's be honest about it, this very controversial party under Rupert
too. So was this a big call for you? Did you have to be convinced? Talk to me about how
this all went down. Well, I think, you know, we've spoken at length, Dan, in private. And really,
I was left political homeless as soon as I, on your show a few years back, acknowledged the
that Tommy Robinson should be given credit for actually the child break gang issues.
And from that point on, I was made a pariah by Nigel and Richard Tice.
And so I decided to leave.
And they obviously treated Ben and Rupert badly as well.
And because of that, I got closer to those two.
I obviously joined Advanced UK.
And I'm saddened that that hasn't still not continued.
Very saddened by that that stock.
I met a lot of good people.
but in the process I also got to know Rupert very well
and Rupert I must remind people that on the day of my election
the London mayoral election
not one leader or from the headquarters of reform
turned up to even photograph me coming out of you know
after signing the ballot box
the only person that was there was Rupert Lowe
that loyalty I'll be well I'm forever grateful
he's always been a big supporter of what I've been doing
and he is a businessman and in answer your question
It's been an agonising decision of which direction to go.
But when I sat down, I went to speak for two hours at Reupert's home a few weeks back,
and we sat down, oh, just over a cup of tea.
We basically chewed the card on about things.
And one of the big things I said, I'm only concerned about one thing about Restore.
And obviously, the implication it's a racist party.
He convinced me definitely it's not.
There's no ethno-nationalist policies whatsoever.
but in terms of his five red lines
and that was a day he delivered
an offer to reform about saying
look, I'm happy to work with you
based on these five offers
and we all know what they are,
that's history now.
I agree with all five of them.
And to cut along the story short,
I said about will you stand up
in Parliament on behalf of the motorist?
He's an MP, he's a powerful MP
for one person, he does more than most
about 100 MPs in my opinion
and he's prepared
and he works very closely with some of the Tories as well
that I work closely with.
And so a couple long and story short,
I sat down with my wife
for a glass of wine
with my, you know, talking about,
am I doing the right thing?
I'm 71 years of age
and I want to get rid of this Labor government
just like anyone else,
but I can't do it with reform
and I can't do it with advance
and the only real party that I trust
and I trust in Rupert
and I trust a lot of other people,
people like John Cleese,
Elon Musk, you know, Ola,
you know, we're looking at Henry Bolton,
I can go on forever.
There are more to be announced soon as well
coming on board.
And all I can say, these are intelligent people.
And they wouldn't be putting their neck on the line with a party
if they didn't think it was the right party.
And what do you think of the young lads in the party, Howard?
Because some people have described what's been going on
and restored Britain as the boomers versus the zoomers.
So you would definitely be in the boomer camp.
And then you've got maybe the young guys who are much bigger on this issue of demographic security,
like Charlie Downs.
How important are they to the party and how do you feel about them as an older guy watching this young generation really trying to fight for demographic security?
Well, I think it's exciting with these young people.
They've got so much energy.
Their knowledge is incredible.
I mean, they need a lot more experience.
And I have made mistakes.
And I think, you know, you're referring to people like Charlie Downs.
He shouldn't have said some of that he said recently.
And I understand he's had discussions with Rupert about it.
And I think you'll find that, you know, Rupert and the top team will be issuing his statement to actually reiterate.
They're not a racist party.
They're not full of ethno nationalist.
Far from it.
And I wouldn't have joined it if I wasn't convinced.
And all I can say to these youngsters, I'm looking forward to work with them because, you know, I've been given a great welcome by them so far.
And people like Monty Thoms or Will Coles Hill and I can go on with loads of other people as well.
I've said nothing but good things.
You know, I'll probably be a bit of the granddad for them in terms of some.
of the counselling. But to put it bluntly, all I care about is that my main focus is actually to
help the motorists. And there are 37 million drivers in this country, all of them being used
as a pure cash cow. And my aim is actually to bring it home to all governments, and that would be
through Rupert on the green benches, to say they should be treated as a, as a, the commercial
heartbeat and the social heartbeat of any economy. Otherwise, you know, we're dead. We're going to be
bankrupt. Let me bring in Connor Tomlinson, who,
of Tomlinson talks. He's with us today, Howard. Conner, lots of interesting stuff there.
Anything you want to pick up on? Yeah, sure. I, look, I respect for Howard when we've met,
you know, very polite chap, got on and as a native Londoner, I definitely sympathise with
the Fair Fuels campaign to stop Sadiqom driving the likes of my dad's van off the road.
I'd sort of a couple of questions if possible. In March of this year, you were on Talk TV.
You said, Rupert Lowe is surrounded by people who are close to being racist.
Who did you mean?
Well, that's at the time what happened was that's what I was led to believe.
And I was being fed that information, Connor.
And I suppose you're talking about the young Turks that I think are the headlines that Dan brings up quite regularly.
From my point of view, I've learned differently.
I've done research.
I'm the first to admit that I got most of that wrong.
But there have been some couple of things like the Jewish comment and the various things
who has heard recently, I wasn't comfortable with, but I've sorted it out with Rupert,
and I think you'll find that Rupert's sorting it out with those people as well.
As far as I know, my friends aren't getting a stiff lecture or a talking to, if that's who you mean.
The other thing I was going to pick up on, but I appreciate that you've said that you got that wrong.
You know, there was sort of the information war going on at the time trying to cause some infighting.
When you say ethno-nationalism, what do you mean?
Well, it's the fact is, I mean, let's get this right.
I'm married to a woman that was born in Kenya,
okay, and therefore she's not a plural bred
born in the British,
English, or whatever you call it,
situation. I was worried the way she could have been,
the inference and some of the suggestions
is that people who have not been born
absolutely in the UK would be thrown out.
Now, that was complete rubbish.
It was hearsay and everything like that.
So those are the sorts of things
that I was concerned about, Connor.
and I want to, and you know, there's not a racist bone in my body.
I've got cracking friends in all sorts of colors and shades.
And to put it bluntly, I was just concerned to make sure that Restore isn't going to come along to become a fascist Nazi party.
And it's not.
Yeah, I agree with you there.
I don't think that was ever on the, on the docket.
I think that was more, again.
Connor, to be fair, Connor, that's what the press and people were stirring it up.
there was a lot of people close to me in other parties and things
that are saying, Howard, be careful, you've got to be careful what they're doing.
Well, even last week, Nigel Farage, I mean, I was shocked by this,
really genuinely shocked me and I played it on the show,
but Nigel Farage sat down with Mike Graham in Clacton
and directly, it wasn't indirect like Connor, it wasn't like sort of,
oh, some of these, it was a direct comparison to the black shirts
and 1930s fascist Italy.
Mostly.
And that was shocking to me.
But I don't think you can say anymore
that these aren't claims
that are directly coming from Reform UK, Conner,
and Farage.
I mean, he literally said it.
And I think he is referring there to Charlie Downs.
I think there is a beam somewhere
that someone needs to switch off
that projects the slop from the telegraph
written by Jake Wallace Simons
directly into Farahard's head.
And it just doesn't reflect
reality. And I did text a friend in reform saying that, you know, I'm friendly but to both reform and
restore, obviously. But this is, you know, this rhetoric is indefensible because these are my friends and
I'm not going to stand by that. So. Yeah, I mean, it's interesting too, though, isn't it? Because I think
what's also important is that, I mean, I had a bit of a back and forth with Nate H on this today.
I think it's important that Restore is not a single issue party. Of course, like I think,
I think we all agree, right? The demographic replacement of the United Kingdom is like a top,
overarching fundamental issue. But voters vote on a whole load of issues, okay, including the health
system. And I think probably, Connor, the war on the motorists is totally underestimated by the main
political parties. Like, I love, like, driving the range rope. You know, we are under attack. We are
under attack and it is unbearable now driving around London with all of the 20 miles.
Look at Wales. You know, the 20 mile per hour zone. So do you see what I mean? Conn? Do you not think
it's important for like Charlie Downs, Harrison, yeah, go and you drive the restore agenda on the
issue of demographic replacement. Drive that. But actually, you need experts like Henry Bolton on
defense, like all a mini Hain on women's issues, like Howard Cox on transport, who can focus on
these other issues that do matter to voters. Like, it's really important. I think Reform UK, actually,
at the moment, have been hit by the fact they still have no health spokesperson. They still have
no defence spokesperson. Do you see what I mean? Yeah, I don't contest that at all done. I'm, you know,
I don't drive myself because it's basically impossible to get a driving tester it was during lockdown,
incredibly expensive. Meanwhile, if you stick an L-plate on the back of a moped, you can be delivering
deliveroo pizzas by a nightfall. So yeah, no, I commend Howard on his campaign. In equal measure,
I think, and this is not a criticism directed at anyone in particular, just as there will be
people in the party driving forward rhetoric and credible policies on things like deportations
or demographics, just as there are on health, transport, energy, etc. I think it would
be to everyone's benefit if they weren't counter-signalling one of
another on rhetoric because they were afraid of being called names by bad faith external actors
that have tried to mislead the likes of Howard into thinking that, you know, racism should be our
number one priority.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Can I just say?
Yeah, please.
I'd like to answer that.
The point is, I, come on, I know they're your friends.
I've got to know them in the last three or four months of these people.
And I've got nothing but respect for them.
I've grown to into them.
But what I was left with, that when I started meeting, I was told, these people are X.
And I said, hang on a second.
Let me find this out.
It's a bit like when I went to see Tommy in prison.
I wanted to know who is this guy that I've been, you know, threatened with expulsion from reform.
So I spent two hours with Tommy and I learned all about him.
And that's the issue.
But there are some good people coming on board.
And Dan, you made the point quite rightly.
Serious policies are being built.
The finance policy, the economic policy, which came out last week is brilliant.
Like ending the triple lock, which no other party of the right is brave enough to do.
I'm a pensioner.
Careful.
But seriously, you know, it's moving in the right direction and there's no other alternative.
And I'm certainly not supporting Nigel Farage.
Yeah.
And I think also what, look, we see today, right, and Howard, I'll give you the final word on this,
but we see today the suspension of Tim Montgomery from Reform UK.
It is also going to be important, in my view, for Restore Britain to allow some of these arguments to play out.
And sometimes they will play out in public.
because the Zuma generation is very, very unequivocal and for good reason.
And sometimes that might be important, like for Howard and Charlie Downs maybe to have a difference of opinion on Israel, for example.
And I think it's important that that is allowed to happen and that Restore becomes truly a free speech party, unlike Reform UK, which claims it's a free speech party and suspends members.
or turns on you because you supported Tommy Robinson.
Do you see what I mean?
So I don't think we should be so afraid of sometimes having disputes in public.
And I'm not just saying that because I like having a good old debate.
I think it's actually a fundamental issue about ideas needing to be discussed.
And it doesn't actually matter to me that you don't agree with Charlie Downs on everything.
That doesn't matter.
Do you see what?
Let's have the discussion.
I think it should be clear.
I love listening to Charlie Downs.
I think he's got an incredible brain of me.
He really is a great intellect.
And, you know, as far as I'm saying,
I'm not criticizing him at all at the moment.
Far from it, I'm looking forward to work with him.
The important thing is, as you quite rightly said,
freedom of speech.
I know, I know Rupert is actually, you know,
allowing this to happen and let it find its way through.
He can't control everyone on the grassroots or even members anywhere.
And, you know, and we need to have voices.
And people like Tim Montgomery saying what he said,
you know, I've got some views about Zia Youseth,
but I won't say those now,
but they're similar to Tim Montgomery.
Montgomery's.
Feel free.
I know what he's saying, but I know I stood for two elections for them and he came in.
He gave these 200,000 pound entry money to come into the party.
And, you know, I went to meet him and he completely blindsided, ignored me.
He didn't even want to talk to me, etc.
I've just, you know, spent, you know, I got seconded at 23% in three and a half weeks down in Dover.
I got smashed in London.
I only got four or five percent there.
But at the end of the day, there's a decent courtesy.
I actually congratulated him on his first speech.
I thought it was very motivation of what he did.
But he just completely blanked me.
And I said, you know, I've only been blanked by one other person, and that's Suddy Khan.
Very interesting.
What do they have in common on it?
People judge Howard Cox.
Now the transport spokesperson as of today for Restore Britain.
Thank you so much.
Breaking today horror amongst conservatives amid fears of a major White House back.
backlash as long-time Donald Trump critic and trans extremist Tom Harwood is said to Washington, D.C., to cover
the administration. I mean, this is a crazy choice, right, because Howard believes men can and should
compete in women's sports to find a key Trump missive. Yet he is now being lined up to become the
broadcaster's new face of the U.S. Capitol, despite Bev Turner securing a bombshell exclusive interview
with the American president, who often, by the way, turns to her during those White House gatherings.
Howard, though, a typical MSM Trump skeptic.
He claimed live on air that Donald Trump fabricated his tariff numbers
and even suggested he was bonkers.
Look.
The numbers on this chart that he's holding up here are completely fabricated.
They're not the tariffs that other countries charge on the United States.
The United States has a number of...
responded to an average EU tariff of 5.2% with 40, with 20% tariffs.
I mean, it's utterly, utterly bonkers.
67%, so we're going to be charging a discounted reciprocal tariff of 34%.
I think, in other words, they charge us, we charge them, we charge them less.
So how can anybody be upset?
Tom also said he had no problem with biological men competing against each other in a women's
sporting final.
A professional women's pool tournament has been hit by protests after the final was contested by two transgender players.
Thoughts?
So?
You have no problem with two transgender women, so biological males, getting to not only getting to the final, but both of them getting to the final and competing against each other so there was no female contestant left in the final?
I think some people would take issue with you using the word female in that way.
Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition of female athletes
and we will not allow men to beat up injure and cheat our women and our girls.
From now on, women's sports will be only for women.
But I mean, Tom is a true extremist on this issue, okay?
He has even argued for men or boys to be allowed in girls' schools and prisons.
When we're looking at transgender people
is that actually a lot of characteristics
are generally a little bit ambiguous there
and on a case-by-case basis,
as absolutely should be the case,
in schools and in prisons,
and situations like that,
there are many people who would be absolutely out of whack
at a boys' school,
who should absolutely be going to a girl's school.
With my action this afternoon,
we're putting every school receiving taxpayer dollars on notice
that if you let men take over women's sports,
teams or invade your locker rooms, you will be investigated for violations of Title IX and
risk your federal funding. There will be no federal funding.
So this is the guy who GB News want to replace Bev Turner, their best presenter. Well, it was
an awkward start. Watch. Yes, welcome indeed to The Late Show Live. Joining me this evening in
Washington, D.C. is my panel of Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, Simon
Hankinson and Shoebus journalist Nelson Aspen. And in London is the journalist and broadcaster
just returned today from Ukraine, I think, Benjamin Butterworth and political commentator Ellie Hodges
as well. Thank you all for joining us tonight. And of course his favourite trans topic was
immediately on the news agenda. Good night or is that good morning? Yes, live from Washington,
DC, this is GV News with the stories shaping Britain and America. Yes, Caitlin,
Jenner has weighed in on the latest WNBA controversy, firmly taking the side of Sophie Cunningham
about whether transgender athletes should be eligible to play in the league. Do you agree?
Well, I'm Tom Howard, and this is The Late Show Live.
And Howard still took a completely bizarre position, suggesting some so-called trans women with
male chromosomes should still be allowed to compete. In basketball, as long as this is his
new caveat as long as they haven't gone through male puberty. Yeah, it does seem like basketball
is one of those sports where you can absolutely see a very, very clear-cut advantage if someone's
been through male puberty versus female puberty. I mean, it seems fairly bizarre that there is not,
and it doesn't have to be X, X, X, X, Y. They could pick another line in the sand. I mean, for example,
in swimming in the United Kingdom,
it's whether or not someone's been through male puberty
or female puberty.
You can pick a line in the sand
and make that line in the sand clear.
The ambiguity here seems bonkers.
Yeah, I mean, I think, I mean, for me personally,
I agree with Caitlin Jenner.
I would define it, um, chromosomily.
Like, it's not complicated, Tom.
There's no ambiguity.
Honestly, Connor Tomlinson is the independent host
of Tomlinson talks on YouTube and substact.
Connor, in terms of all of the bizarre decisions, G.B. News have made of late, sending trans-extremist
zealot, Tom Howard out to cover the White House, given that Donald Trump views expelling men from
women's sports as like his greatest achievement. By the way, that's Tom Howard posing with
Wolf Blitz for CNN. Let's make sure Trump doesn't see that as well, because that's like going to be
an immediate cause for eviction. It's just nuts. Like, it's just nuts. He's going to be despised at the
Whitehous, and I'm not talking about personally, I'm just talking about his political positions.
Yeah, I'm also worried for Tom's safety, Dan, because the longer he seems to be out in the US,
the more he's morphing into Ben Shapiro, judging by the eyebrows. I think he needs to get them
threaded. That was, you know, I'm the only straight man in this conversation. It's probably
the gayest thing I've ever said. Nevertheless, I am pretty frustrated about having political
conversations at the register of things that your average primary school pupil can observe.
Like, shock, boys are different from girls. Boys tend to
to be bigger and stronger than girls.
They tend to have denser bones unless, as Tom Harwood has suggested,
they are permitted as confused children to drug themselves into infertility and osteoporosis.
So we should probably keep them part in sports.
And as regards to the Sophie Cunningham situation, I mean, you know,
never have I been one to watch women's basketball,
but she's probably the only compelling thing to come out of it in the last how many years.
What on earth could she mean?
Well, and not only she's completely correct,
She's obviously a good brand ambassador for women's basketball
and probably better than some bloke who's six foot two
with hairy legs and in the dress.
Howard was also a COVID vaccine and lockdown zealot.
He was sucked in entirely by like the official narrative on COVID.
It was actually like, I mean,
I broadcast with him through that whole period
and would just slam him time and time again.
But of course that now puts him at a direct clash
with RFK Jr. watch this.
natural immunity is just as good as a jab immunity actually better.
But it really isn't, is it?
Is it really not?
No, because on top of natural immunity,
your vaccine will protect you by up to 95% against hospitalisation.
There is a real genuine problem when people with large followings
tweet out to many, many people that they shouldn't take this vaccine.
When we know the hell that this country has been through for the last year and a half,
the way out of this is the vaccine.
And potentially it would be a good thing if you were to tell your legions
of followers to actually get the jab.
Not to coerce them, not to force them,
but to say that it's actually a good thing
to get vaccinated. We were lied to about
everything. We relied to about
natural immunity.
We're allied to...
Connor, I really do think a lot of people showed their true
colours over that period, but really no one
was worse than Howard because
he never actually even changed his
position.
I don't know, there were quite a few people that were just as bad.
I mean, Karen Brady, Carol Malone.
I mean, we can just keep listing them. But I do actually
agree with you, Dan, because I remember I was actually on Gb News debating. I think it was
mandatory COVID testing and lockdowns with Tom Harwood and Nigel Nelson sometime in 2021. And I'll
just pointed out live on air when he tried to use the same line as he tried to use on Lawrence
Fox there, that the vaccine is the most effective thing. And I'll be careful what I say because
of YouTube's policies. But I pointed out that at the time, I think it was Sage, or at least it was
government department, published the weekly COVID statistics, who was hospitalized, who was being
killed, who had been tested positive.
on vaccination status, and I pointed out that the vast majority of people that were being
hospitalized and dying had already been vaccinated for COVID, which meant that, okay, fine,
you know, older people with specific comorbidities are more likely to die with COVID or of COVID,
but it meant that the vaccine did not prevent transmission, as eventually the CEO of Pfizer
admitted it. It meant that it wasn't as effective as was marketed for hospitalisation and death,
and so if you engage your critical thinking capacity, you might have wanted to opt out of that particular
medical treatment as I did, and then
mercifully, you didn't die from the
Wuhan flu. And I just would suggest
that if Tom Harwood doesn't understand
basic biology and would also like
to put himself as an expert on
virology, but then accept false
statistics for this, it might cause
for a moment of reflection on whether or not there's
some elements of his worldview that might not be right.
I think they just need to get
Bev Turner over there
again as quickly as possible
because this is not going to work out.
Connor, do stand by. We've got a huge amount of
comment coming in on the whole Jason Ardei story and this race war that the left in the
United Kingdom are most definitely trying to spark. Gloria Brunner 8350 says BS. Anne Whitacom got killed.
This imagined professor killed himself, period. Todd Morlanx says his students complained about him.
He would arrive late to his lectures and classes and leave early. He didn't care about the students and was
primarily focused on himself and his status as a victim. June Moore, 9-6-8-4 says,
how about we write a letter to the PM? About the racist remarks against white people,
because enough is enough. Mary O'Connor, 8258 says, oh my God, this is insane. It seems
orchestrated to cause issues around race when it has nothing to do with race, all piling on this
and hijacking it. It was obvious. There were huge fibs aplenty all round. Douglas Alderton 395.
forces all stirring up hate against white people, yet police let Diane Abbott and the rest of them
not be arrested for hate speech, yet if we go marching, we go to jail. Britain in 2026, the white
population don't have freedom. Julie's view though, Julie 0-099 says incompetent clowns run Cambridge.
It's only their fault if this man died, so pointing the finger firmly at the university.
And thank you so much for your superchats coming in, too. Real Thinking Monkey says, I don't know what's more scary, the left or Islam.
TPVII says these people are insane using the word lynching. That was of course, Sean Woolley and Lewis Goodall of the fake newsagents.
And Sandy always sunny says, I'm so happy there was no coalition between Restore Britain and Reform UK. Reform UK are a shady, toxic, corrupt, scandal-stricken party and will very,
soon collapse. But thank you. Amazing feedback all day long. Really appreciate it. A reminder of
our greatest Britain and Union Jackass. The nominees for the worst Britain in the world today,
I went for Marina Perkis for her attacks on Julia Hartley Brewer. Conor Tomlinson went for
Diane Abbott for blaming Nathan Kofnas for Jason Arde's death at that vigil. And he also
nominated Assamahulchra for blaming Arde's death on quote white supremacist colonialists
who deliberately amplify the mistakes of a black man whilst ignoring
structural racism.
And we're going to be honest with you.
It was not even close today.
And I'm a big loser, just 12% going for Marina Perkis.
The runner-up has seen Mahaltrow.
But Connor for the win, 71% of you saying today's union jackass is Diane Abbott.
And Connor, you have a great choice for our greatest Britain today.
Yeah, it's the infamously based CEO of Weatherspoons, it's in Martin.
for making Weatherspoons an English-only space by merit of banning people playing their music out loud or going on speakerphone.
Because that's conspicuously increased since the Boris Wave, and, well, we know the sorts of people that do that.
So it turns out that Weatherspoons is now a safe space for your ears and probably your political opinions,
so long as Angela Rainer's censorious workers' rights bill doesn't make it through Parliament.
Great choice, Connor Tomlinson. Thank you so much.
Do make sure you subscribe to the brilliant Tomlinson talks on YouTube.
and Substack for so much more analysis, including, by the way,
Conner's take on this whole daily telegraph meltdown over Reform UK and Restore Britain.
Very, very interesting to watch.
We're moving over to Substack now, though, the Royal Uncanceled After Show.
