Starting point is 00:00:00 No spin no bias, no censorship. I'm Dan Witten. This is outspoken episode number 548. And breaking right now, Reform UK demands Green Party leader, Zach Polanski be jailed and face the full force of the law for promoting a t-shirt that calls for its leader Nigel Farage to be beheaded with the guillotine before assassinated reform star Anne Whitakim has even been buried. But the difference is, Nigel defended Lucanah after conviction
Starting point is 00:00:32 because she felt the conviction was the sentence was far, far too much for what was essentially something that she rapidly took down because she was embarrassed, she wasn't a public figure and there hadn't been a major politician murdered in the previous two weeks. While accusing the right of being full of hate and racism and xenophobia and so-called Islamophobia
Starting point is 00:00:52 and posting out something like this, Zach Polansky seems oblivious to his own hate. Look, Lucy Connolly was a mum, you know, somewhere not involved or barely involved in public life. Zach Polanski is the lead of a national political party. So, you will see there are others on the right who believe free speech must come first. And you will also see that there is one woman being invoked throughout this debate. It's Lucy Connolly, who was jailed for her post on X after the Southport Massacre. We will hear from her exclusively on this shortly.
Starting point is 00:01:28 The left, meanwhile, are still trying to excuse the inexcusable. And all of that comes as a Labour Council refuses to hold. A minute's silence for Anwittaker because the request came from Reform UK. From members, Council Souter? Thank you, Mr Mayor. And can I thank the Leader for his statement? In the time that he sat there paying tribute to Anne Whittaker, and we could have had the minute silence in which I asked for
Starting point is 00:02:00 to condemn political violence. And I'd like it minutesed that I did ask for that. And the mayor did say it provided me the response. And I just got it from the leader. Disgraceful ghouls. But none of this can hide from the fact that reform UK is in the midst of a massive poll slump as restore Britain surges.
Starting point is 00:02:20 And now Elon Musk has backed Rupert Lowe's Manchester mayoral candidate, Marlon West, after he was suspended for talking about his daughter's horrific experience with a Pakistani Muslim rape gang. I've been a registered nurse for a few decades now, and I have been struck off for 18 months for speaking out of the rape of my daughter. Do you know what he's done? I don't give a shit.
Starting point is 00:02:52 Well, that man, Marlon West, is joining the super. for star panel today to reveal all about his cancellation. He is here alongside Lucy Connolly, of course, and she's back, Reform UK's Keziah Noble. Also coming up on this big day of breaking news, GB News star Matthew Torbett axed by the broadcaster after pleading guilty in court as we can reveal shocking new information about the real reason he departed LBC after the leftists sent messages and appropriate messages to a 19-year-old right-wing female star. And Nagamunchetti dumped from BBC breakfast after a bullying probe, but the corporation, this is how they act, isn't it, has given her a plum role as compensation. So we'll reveal all on
Starting point is 00:03:41 that. Then this big royal family crisis as Sir Clive Alderton quits, we're going to team up with Paula Frollock uncensored after the main show at www.outspoken.life. It's also the last union jackass of the week. I'm going to reveal why shortly in just one moment, but the superstar panel have been nominating. Here's who they've gone with. Marlon West has nominated Jess Phillips. He says this woman does not prioritize the safety of women or children. She is more interested in securing Muslim votes for her own benefit. Lucy Connolly has nominated Dan Hodges, Labour columnist at the Mail on Sunday for his unrelenting left-wing biased journalism. And Kezi A Noble has nominated the aforementioned Zach Polanski for his Instagram post suggesting Nigel Farage should
Starting point is 00:04:29 face the guillotine. Now the reason that it is the last union jackass of the week is because over the next three days we have premiering for you three bombshell special editions of the clash. And we are going to, oh my God, it's going to be so good. We've got young Bob taking on two leftist women. We have pensioners. Finally. going head to head with Benjamin Butterworth. But in a very special edition of the show tomorrow, we have a clash that focuses on really the most heated and taboo issue in the West today, how women are really treated in the Islamic religion. The ex-Muslim activist, Nariha Khan, goes head to head with the Islamic scholar and Amman, Dr. Sheikh Ramsey. He is the founder
Starting point is 00:05:24 of the Oxford Islamic Information Centre, and it would be an understatement to say things. kicked off. You are going to want to watch the special edition of Outspoken Tomorrow, but right now, here is a sneak peek. Ex-Muslims like myself who have left the faith have to be quiet when they do because we all know that the punishment for leaving Islam is death, according to mainstream scholarship. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. The Pakistani Muslim rape gangs, which have been covered up, up and down this country.
Starting point is 00:05:56 There is no cover on. How do you explain the burqa and the NICAT? The woman loved to wear it. Dr. Ramsey, can you really sit here today and say with a straight face that Islam is the religion of peace? Islam does not mean peace. Islam means submission to the will of Allah. She's absolutely wrong.
Starting point is 00:06:14 When gay men are punished under Sharia law? No. No. No. Not punished in Sharia law at all. You're saying it should be illegal for people to criticize Islam? Of course. He ordered the killing of all black dogs because he thought they had the devil in them.
Starting point is 00:06:28 These are told, I told Gubel de go. She said it's a woman's talk. Women's talk. Did you just say that you were speaking women's talk? Some people would say that maybe you look down on women. Because you want to be in television or whatever, you disrespect everyone. What do you think about the fact that people have been killed
Starting point is 00:06:46 or lost their jobs for showing cartoons that lampoon the Prophet Muhammad in recent years? Insulting the people is worse than putting a knife on them. If you're taught that it is worse to put down the Prophet Muhammad than actually stab people, You must understand. That's why so many Islamists are going to stab people. You want the UK to become Islamic.
Starting point is 00:07:05 UK will be the Muslims. When do you think it will be the first religion of this country? Very soon. Have you met King Charles? Of course. Do you believe that he is a proponent for Islam? He likes it to me. Good money.
Starting point is 00:07:19 What's he said to you about Islam? This is a very shocking and important episode of Outspoken. I want you to be here. tomorrow 5pm UK time, midday Eastern, 9-9 Pacific. Trust me, if you have any doubt that the Islamist takeover of the UK is on after watching tomorrow's episode of the show, you will no longer. You will no longer. Do make sure you keep your live comments coming in today, though.
Starting point is 00:07:48 Keep your super chats coming in as well. I will read out the best as we go. Lucy Connolly, Marlon West and Kezi and Noble standing by. But now, let's go. Leftists might brand those of us on the right or the freedom movement or small-sea conservative circles as violent and dangerous, but there is now a ton of evidence that it is the smelly and scummy Islamo-green coalition that is the real danger to society. I've got the receipts today. Turning Point UK, revealing in the wake of Anne Whitakam's brutal murder, a patriotic student at Lancaster University has been threatened to be killed with a hammer by leftist students.
Starting point is 00:08:29 What are our universities teaching? And look at the actual messages. Can we kill Jake with hammers? How would one do that? Through percussive maintenance on a person's bones? If you won't say knelt in person best keep your mouth shut, you understand me. But I'm not an awkward person that lets shit fly. Real messages of leftists threatening to kill people with hammers
Starting point is 00:08:52 just like they killed Anne Whitakim with a hammer. And the thing is, there's no basic decency with these people to even respect the dead. respect the patriots who their side of politics has killed. Look at what happened when Reform UK tried to get a minute's silence from Labour leadership at Barking Town Hall. Councillor Ben Souter revealed I asked the mayor if we could hold a minute silent in memory of Am and take a united stand against political violence as a council. He asked if he could get back to me on that to which I agreed. Then we got to the meeting. At this point, I hadn't heard anything from the mayor and assumed that we'd
Starting point is 00:09:29 Do it, especially by this point we had heard in distressing detail the brutality of her murder. Yet I assumed wrong. Watch what happened. From members. Council Souter? Thank you, Mr Mayor. And can I thank the leader for his statement? In the time that he sat there paying tribute to Anne Whittaker,
Starting point is 00:09:49 we could have had the minute silence in which I asked for to condemn political violence. And I'd like it minuteed that I did ask for that. And the mayor did say he'd provide me the response. And I just got it from the leader. Shameful. Despite the current atmosphere, the deranged lifts still want to suggest on the regular that politicians they disagree with should be unalived. Green Party leader, Zach Polanski, the tit whisperer,
Starting point is 00:10:15 now facing a flood, of course, to face jail time over a now deleted Instagram post featuring a lefty wearing a t-shirt, suggesting Nigel Farage should be killed by guillotine with the slogan, we're only making plans for Nigel. Farage, clearly shaken, posted on X. This is what Polansky has just posted on Instagram. If I was to post anything as insightful, then I would expect to be arrested. And so should Polanski.
Starting point is 00:10:40 The Daily Mail reporting that this obviously was posted to 713,000 people on Instagram. And the Daily Mail, understanding that Reform UK has reported Polansky to the police, while Alex Wilson, Reform UK leader on the London Assembly, will be raising a complaint to the Greater London Assembly. Reform Shadow Home Secretary Zia Yusuf told the mail that the Post was staggering, given that it appeared just days after the brutal killing of Whitakim. He said this is incitement to murder.
Starting point is 00:11:12 It should be treated as such by the police. Even Lord Volney, the Governor's former advisor on political violence, called the Post sickening, and said there must be serious consequences for Polanski after he shared material implying the assassination of the another politician. He said the Green Party must be banned from participating alongside mainstream parties if it fails to take action against its leader. And the Met Police have confirmed that they are at least looking in to the post. Writing earlier today, we received a third-party
Starting point is 00:11:45 report relating to an image shared on social media. We take reports of this nature extremely seriously and officers are conducting inquiries into the matter. Fras is certainly getting a lot of support. X-star, John James. Zach Polanski posting this 19 days after Anne Whittaker's murder is unforgivable. If a politician on the right posted this, their feet wouldn't touch the ground and would be in custody, sweet by the end of the day. Invoking the case of Lucy Connolly, who will be here to respond exclusively shortly. Claire Adams wrote, Polanski, you sent your troops to Lucy. We have sent ours to you. Tush. Neoburg, bluntly. Arrest Zach Polansky now. You two tear fuckers through Lucy Connolly in jail over a far less mean tweet for a year. What the hell are you waiting for? And the comparisons to Lucy all day have not died down. In fact, they've just accelerated. Reform UK's Robert Jenrick, challenged by Gay G.B News presenter Alex Armstrong on whether there was hypocrisy from reform for reporting Polansky to the police while backing Lucy. Watch this.
Starting point is 00:12:56 There's a charge against Reform UK here for being hypocritical. You backed Lucy Connolly. You've been big on free speech. Do you not feel it's hypocritical for your party to now all of a sudden call for a man to be arrested because he shared this post? No. Lucy Connolly was a mum. You know, someone not involved or barely involved in public life. Zach Polanski is the leader of a national political party.
Starting point is 00:13:24 And he has posted, collaborated with a post on social. media with a guillotine with blood on it saying this is being prepared for Nigel Farage. General then went on to say the tit whisperer should face the full force of the law. And the context is that one of our colleagues was brutally murdered just a few weeks ago, and Widdickham, that there are hundreds and hundreds of death threats against Nigel Farage, many of them credible, that a man is serving in prison at the moment who came across on a small boat for threatening to kill, setting out to kill Nigel Farage. Another man was arrested the other day for threatening to kill Nigel Farage.
Starting point is 00:14:04 We've got extreme transaction groups calling for violence against reform members of Parliament. Zapplansky knew exactly what he was doing and he does need to face the consequences. It's absolutely right that the police investigate this. You cannot have threats of violence against reform MPs because you don't like what we say. because we call for secure borders, an end to mass migration, because we're not prepared to see radical Islam take over this country, because we take the strong calls on the big issues facing this country. If you incite violence, then there should be consequences for that,
Starting point is 00:14:42 and so I'm pleased the police are investigating. Ultimately, it's up to them how far they take this, but Zappelanski needs to face the full force of the law for his actions. And Alex Armstrong, who was conducting that interview, wrote afterwards, Lucy Connolly's post was undoubtedly seen by far fewer people and was also deleted. I don't believe anyone should be locked up for social media posts. However, this is about equal application of the law. Ignorance is not seen as an excuse, neither is an apology.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Not my beliefs. That is how the law is applied. Justice must be applied without fear or favour. Now, you've got to understand that even though there's a lot of criticism in regards to free speech, which I will come to, Reform UK senior figures are deeply shaken at the moment. Indeed, its board member, Gwain Toller, visibly furious and emotional when he appeared on GB News to make the point that this scandal had erupted
Starting point is 00:15:32 before our friend Anne has even been buried. I've calmed down in the last. Yes. Since I first became aware of this. Just good. But say what you feel. I am. Anne is still not in her grave.
Starting point is 00:15:52 She was killed in a horrific manner. And currently, the case. is being investigated by the anti-terror police. Yes. This, you suggest it's a joke. Or it might be a joke. I'm sure Sack will claim it. I think he meant not meant literally.
Starting point is 00:16:11 Like Lucy Connolly, he didn't mean literally. Not meant literally. But the difference is, Nigel defended Lucy Colonnaie after conviction because he felt the conviction was, the sentence was far, far too much for what was essentially something's issue. rapidly took down because she was embarrassed.
Starting point is 00:16:28 She wasn't a public figure, and there hadn't been a major politician murdered in the previous two weeks. A major politician who was a close friend and ally of Nigel Farage. The cases are very different, very different. Now, lefters who tried to cancel right-wingans for the slightest indiscretion,
Starting point is 00:16:45 like the completely biased Michael Crick, are desperate to try and play down this growing scandal. What do you make of this? I think you're over. Overreacting, Peter. The leader of a political party, Michael. I know what it is. Okay. Why am I overreacting?
Starting point is 00:17:04 Well, in politics, people often use metaphors refer to killing people off or decapitation strategies. You remember in the... With a guillotine? No, no, hang on. Well, we don't actually have... I doubt whether there is a single guillotine in this country, right? If it had been a knife or a gun, I mean, it is ill...
Starting point is 00:17:26 You're right. It's tasteless. I wouldn't have done it. I certainly wouldn't have retweeted it or anything like that. And it is ill-judged. But we don't have guillotines in this country. It isn't a picture of Nigel Farage in the guillotine. I think it what refers to is we're going to kill you politically. And maybe I've got it wrong. But I do think that sometimes we do overreact to these things. And I can see why Farrah has seized on it and it's interesting that he I don't think he's referred this gentleman on the screen or referred this incident to the police maybe he has but I think we ought to put this in perspective and there are some terrible things that people do on social media but I think in the circumstances I mean if it was France for instance where they do have the guillotine or they used to until not until quite recently it might be a different matter but and if it was a knife or a gun it could be a different matter I think you're completely
Starting point is 00:18:26 wrong in this and I think you've completely misjudged this. So am I following this? Did you get that point? We don't have the guillotine by law in the UK, so suggested Nigel Farge should be decapitated with one that's totally fine. The Green Party activist Ashok Kumar
Starting point is 00:18:46 suggested that Polanski didn't consciously make the post. Well, first of all, I don't blame Nigel Fras for making this an issue. This is part of the political process. It would be silly not to exploit something like this. I think, you know, obviously, obviously Zach didn't choose to consciously do this. It was opposed to 20 images. It was clearly a mistake. Immediately when it was identified,
Starting point is 00:19:17 I mean, just for rationality's sake, why would he choose to do this? You know, it doesn't, the idea that there's some kind of insidious plan to spread this information, is just, it's silly. So I think the idea that if it would be a bigger deal, it would be, if I could, it would be a bigger deal if Nigel Farage posted something about migrants consciously or deliberately because that's his policy. Whereas Zach doesn't have a policy against individual reform members.
Starting point is 00:19:52 We're running on policies. We're not running on individuals. Wow, that's what I call mental gymnastics. Of course, the hypocrisy here is rank. We all know it. Big Brother Star Tory supporter Emily Hewitzen. If a reformed politician joked about murdering a political opponent, we know they would be arrested immediately.
Starting point is 00:20:11 I am sure the men will enforce the same consistency with Zach Polanski. By the way, it's not as if Polanski himself, who we're told has not personally apologized to Farage, has ever been on the right side of the free speech debate with Chris Rose. explaining a good time to remind people that Zach Polanski publicly backed the arrest of Graham Linnehan at Heathrow by armed officers over X posts. So I'll have no pity on him if the police visit him over resharing an incitement of violence against Nigel Farage. But all of this for me, right, this is bigger than the Polansky Post. So much bigger. It's actually about
Starting point is 00:20:49 Whitakim's assassination. The death of our friend. Because it's about the true face of the left. Douglas Cariswell made the point very well, actually. One of the great fallacies of our age is that the left is nice and compassionate. Some on the left are now so self-righteous that they have become murderous. And actually, I wanted to show you this from Farage, L.A. Majid Nawaz, who exposed how it's now the left. And remember, he's an ex-Islamist, okay? So he knows how it's now the left, which is full of hatred and violence. everything they try to decry from those of us on the other side of politics. They are full of hate for the person they're accusing of preaching hate.
Starting point is 00:21:38 This Zach here has tweeted out a photo of a guillotine, which appears to me like, I looked at the image during the break. It appears to me like there's a blood stain as well depicted on the actual blade of the guillotine. But regardless of whether there is or not, Barry and I have a bit of a, you know, we're looking at the same thing. We can't determine if that's the case. Regardless, it's a guillotine. And the guy's t-shirt says these are making plans.
Starting point is 00:21:59 for Nigel Farage. So soon, after the hammering to death of Anne Whittaker M.P. In her own home, the murder of Anne Widdickham, in what the police initially denied was a targeted attack. And then, of course, our terrorism police launched a terrorism investigation into the suspect. And it turned out it does indeed appear as if it was a targeted attack. while accusing the right of being full of hate and racism and xenophobia and so-called Islamophobia and posting out something like this, Zach Polanski seems oblivious to his own hatred while condemning hate.
Starting point is 00:22:36 And that's what it is. It is unfortunate that the people, you know, it's very Orwellian. We live in an upside-down world. The people when, you know, in Orwell, 1984, when they say war is peace and peace is war, the people that posit themselves as being anti-hate and anti-racism are often the ones espousing the very hate that they are condemning. Bergadner? No, look, the thing is this.
Starting point is 00:23:01 I'm sure that somebody like Zap Polanski simply thought, oh, well, that's funny. And that's exactly the point here, I imagine, isn't it? That when it's decrying or inciting violence against somebody that you don't like, you can say, oh, well, it's just a joke, it's funny. But actually it's not, and it's certainly not to that person. And that's, it goes to what we were saying just a few moments ago, about the way in which social media,
Starting point is 00:23:30 people are constantly trying to make an impact on social media, and they put stuff out like this, and then, of course, it all gets turbocharged, because that's what the algorithm's like. Okay, and everyone knows how upset I am about Anne. But there is something I've got to say. Anne Whitaker was a friend of mine, a colleague of mine. She was like me, pretty much a free speech absolutist,
Starting point is 00:23:52 not in terms of breaking the law, but my concern is that Reform UK are now so quick to run to the police, so quick to act like the left. Don't we have to be better than them? I mean, let's be honest, the whole reason Reform UK is in this disastrous position now with Restore Britain chip, chip, chipping away at their support, and we can see that in the recent polls,
Starting point is 00:24:13 is because they reported Rupert Lowe to the police. So there is a genuine free speech debate to be had here. And the G.B. News commentator Ream Ibrahim, she's leading it, actually, raging how unprincipled do Reform UK care about free speech. She says it doesn't warrant police involvement and went on GB News to make her point. This does not warrant police involvement. And for a political party that is so frivolously, taken free speech as though it is some kind of concept or principle that can be changed willy-nilly,
Starting point is 00:24:50 I think is totally absurd. Lucy Connolly was on stage at their party conference. A woman who tweeted something pretty abysmal, she had over a year of her life spent behind bars, and that was a completely awful decision. It's terrible that Lucy Connolly was imprisoned for free speech, and it is awful that Reform UK wants to try and get Zach Polanski in prison, or indeed getting police involvement.
Starting point is 00:25:15 She also specifically called out Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice over the saga. I'm awfully disappointed by this. I mean, Richard Tice quote tweeted me after I posted about this, accusing me of wanting politicians to be killed, the kind of emotional reaction you expect from a child. I mean, it really is abysmal that conversations about free speech have now taken such a turn. And honestly, Emily, I don't think anybody in Britain,
Starting point is 00:25:40 any politician in Britain, actually cares about free speech from my principled perspective. The highly respected Daniel Hanan backed that up, explaining this is very disappointing. We are defining incitement in ludicrously broad terms. It should not cover tasteless online posts. Being a bit of a dick is not a criminal offence. Of course, the rabbit leftists are jumping on the opportunity, though,
Starting point is 00:26:01 to attack their Voldemort, Lucy Connolly, with Nairinda Kerr, writing to Nigel Farage, people reported you to the police for your pure cold rage comment after Henry Novak murder and the riots that followed and the police didn't arrest you. And Reform defended Lucy Connolly for saying immigrants should be burnt in hotels. And reformed think people shouldn't be arrested
Starting point is 00:26:21 for social media posts. Seems massively hypocritical, not defending Zach Polanski for sharing this post, unbelievably careless and wrong. Of course, we know who weighed in. Subhuman, Mr. LBC O'Brien. If you are guilty
Starting point is 00:26:40 of inciting racial hatred, or indeed violence by tweeting mass deportation now, set fire to all the effing hotels, full of the B words for all I care. While you're at it, take the treacherous government and politicians with them. You're a heroine. You're a folk hero. You're a political prisoner. If you, by Zach Polanski's account, accidentally post a picture of a man in a t-shirt with an XTC lyric on it about making plans for Nigel and a picture of a guillotine, then you are inciting murder and should be arrested.
Starting point is 00:27:12 For the avoidance of doubt, politicians should never use imagery or language that is violent, in my humble opinion. And for the avoidance of no politician should ever countenance treating a convicted criminal or a criminal convicted of incitement to racial hatred, like a folk hero, let alone an entire party conference for a political party. But there are some things that everybody has to agree on. And this should be one of them. Unfortunately, if you've got somebody who routinely talks about picking up rifles or knifing civil servants, claiming, that a T-shirt is profoundly offensive and Lucy Connolly is some sort of folk hero, you've got hypocrisy on a scale
Starting point is 00:27:48 that is almost impossible to process. All the worst people were at it, like the GB News climate zealot, Donica McCarthy, who said he knows Polanski. He knows that this post isn't his style. T-shirt was a disgrace.
Starting point is 00:28:07 I dislike that type of politics from either side. It's got a politics. It's disgraceful. But actually, Polansky didn't do this purpose. It was a photograph of a person at a festival with a terrible t-shirt. How can you not do it purposely if you've uploaded it onto Instagram? Because actually you've got stuff
Starting point is 00:28:20 and these things that are actually done. He actually said as soon as he knew about it, it got deleted. I know that, personally, this is not his style. It shouldn't have happened and actually calling for his arrest. For that, it's silly. It's an overreaction by Farage. And when the comparison to Lucy Connolly
Starting point is 00:28:36 was brought up, McCarthy, shockingly, claimed that Lucy deliberately called for the burning of migrants. Yeah, there's sickness and difference. Zach Pallanski posted an image that he didn't intend to post and he didn't do it deliberately. Lucy Connolly actually deliberately called for the burning of health. You didn't know that. He didn't accept a collaboration request.
Starting point is 00:28:56 No? You're assuming he didn't. I'm actually believing what he said. I think he said. I believe what I think is reasonable to say. I know the person and person. It's not his style. And I think there's a significant difference in doing something accidentally. He didn't actually go out onto the, onto his tree and say,
Starting point is 00:29:12 I want Farage to be killed. Of course he didn't. He would be appalled with this. But the difference between Zach doing that accidentally and what's Lucy, and I agree with you, the punishment for Lucy Connolly was extreme. I disagreed with it. But she did deliberately call for a horrific act to happen that would have left to people dying.
Starting point is 00:29:33 And that's the difference between the two. Well, you know, Lucy will be here in just one moment, but let me set up her view. She has so far posted on X, I see the tolerant Bekind Brigade are out in force defending the tit whisperer, but he deleted it. That's not the rules, suckers. I didn't make them. You did. Let's face it. They monumentally messed up sending the likes of me to prison for a swiftly deleted regrettable social media post. I believe the phrase is open to can of worms. I don't want to see anyone sent to prison for words. I don't care who you vote for. I did 12.4 months in jail and my friend Alex, that's referring to Alex Bellfield,
Starting point is 00:30:13 is currently rotting in jail over unkind words. You all need to listen to me when I tell you you're all one mistake away from a prison sentence. Carry on with your double standard narrative if you wish, but karma is a bitch. Be humble. And Lucy Connolly joins us now on the superstar panel alongside Restore Britain's Manchurchase, Meryl candidate, Marlon West, and Reform UK's Kezi and Noble. Great to have all of you here. And Marlon, really looking forward to talking about your campaign later in the show,
Starting point is 00:30:52 because of course, the big vote in Manchester is on Thursday. But Lucy, we've got to start with you today because you have been thrust yet again, not really by your choice, into the middle of this major national debate. And you can probably tell Lucy, I'm pretty torn on this. this. So I'm fascinated in your view. Do you think Reform UK are right to report Zach Polanski to the police for this Instagram post? Honest answer? No. I think I can understand why they're, you know, extremely, you know, worried at the minute. You know, they've just had a member, essentially if their party be bludgeon to death over her political views. There is a real threat right now to
Starting point is 00:31:42 MPs, isn't there? I mean, let's not pretend there isn't. There really is. But I'm on the fence of you can't, you know, I've laughed for two days watching people absolutely tie themselves in knots on the left, you know, calling me out, calling me everything under the sun, but defending Zach Polenski, Polanski for what he said, you know, Robert Genwick is quite right. When they made me into some kind of, you know, public enemy number one, I was unknown to everybody. No one really knew who I was unless you lived near me or you're my friend or family.
Starting point is 00:32:18 I wasn't, you know, just a mum and a child, minder, known to nobody. Zach Polensky has an awful lot of influence, a lot more influence than the likes of me, even now. He should know better. He is an MP. He should not be encouraging violence or hate against fellow MPs. He absolutely should be investigated
Starting point is 00:32:41 by the parliamentary standards. He should, in my view, lose his position as an MP. He's not fit to govern and he's not fit to run a party. Should he be arrested and put in prison for that post? Not in my view, no. Yeah, and I mean, of course he's not an MP yet. He's a member of the London Assembly,
Starting point is 00:33:00 so that's why Reform UK have complained to the London Assembly. I hope he's never an MP, actually. But I'm sort of with you there, Lucy, like, I think it's a green party issue. Like, do you want this man as your leader? And the mainstream media should be hammering the Green Party on this. But Lucy, I guess your message, it seems to me, but again, tell me if I'm wrong, is that a civilised Western society that believes in free speech should stop locking people up for social media. post. Of course people should be called out and Polanski has been called out here, but it shouldn't
Starting point is 00:33:41 become a criminal matter. Yeah, absolutely. I laughed at that guy's tweet that says, you know, saying something, you know, on social media doesn't make you a criminal. It might make you a bit of a dick, which I agree, you know, but it doesn't make you a criminal. Why? And, you know, and it makes me laugh when you see them saying, but Zach didn't mean it. And Lucy did. I know Zach. He wouldn't have, He wouldn't have meant something like that. But people that know me would say exactly the same thing about me. You know, it's not, it wasn't in character for me to say something like that. And do you want to respond directly to Donica McCarthy and James O'Brien, Lucy,
Starting point is 00:34:19 who I think were yet again misrepresenting your post by suggesting that you were directly calling for the burning down of hotels, which leave out, of course, the most important words of your now deleted ex post, which were for all I care. I care. Of course, and that's what they do. I mean, James O'Brien and LBC, I mean, they are just abhorrent, aren't they? They just, so again, James O'Brien managed to make something that Zappolanski said about me. He spent more time talking about me in that clip just then than he did, Zach, this isn't about me. And, you know, funnily enough, I had a probation meeting today, and obviously they watch, they watch everything that goes on, they're not daft, they see everything, they can see everyone you know, mentioning my name this week.
Starting point is 00:35:07 And even they said to me, you know, you didn't ask for this. You didn't ask to be like parachuted into the public. You didn't, you know, every time somebody mentions your name, that's, you know, they could have prosecuted me quietly, but they chose not to, didn't they? I was, you know, literally the poster girl for, you say something we don't like and this is what's going to happen to you. You know, people don't even know the names of people that did actually attack hotels and commit horrific acts of violence,
Starting point is 00:35:36 but they all know my name. So as far as I'm concerned, like I said, this is their doing and they've opened a can of worms. If they hadn't have started sending the police around to knock on people's doors
Starting point is 00:35:46 when people said awful words on social media or hurty words on social media and then decided to lock me up, lock Peter Lynch out and all those kind of things, none of this would be happening now. People would go, well, that's a bit of a stupid post, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:36:01 You know, not a good look for a member of parliament, not a good look for a leader of a party or whatever, whoever they are. They might be investigated by, you know, the standards department, as they rightly should. But, you know, we wouldn't be having this mass debate about whether we should, whether he should get 31 months in prison. But again, this isn't my doing. I didn't make, as I said, I didn't make the rules. They did.
Starting point is 00:36:24 100%. At TPIA on the super chat says, Dan, thank you for getting a traitor like Lucy to join today's show. What a classy response by her hypocrisy of the. left is sad and pathetic. So Kesea Noble, you're of course a big Reform UK lady. Where do you stand, Kesey, like is Gwain Towler, for example, your board member right to say, these are different circumstances because Anne Whittickham isn't even buried yet. And even though Kesey, you know I'm on the free speech side of this, I guess the feeling within Reform UK at the moment, I'm not.
Starting point is 00:37:04 I've spoken to very senior people within Reform UK, is that you're all living in terror at the moment of leftist attacks. Yeah. Look, I'm like you. I am an advocate for freedom of expression, for freedom of speech. But because of the timing, because of what happened with Anne Whittaker, you know, everybody is on red alert right now. Everyone is frightened. And another point that I want to make. make is that although that this has been reported to the police, I think reform, deep down, no, nothing's going to be done about it because the terror police are too invested and too preoccupied in catching right-wing terrorists. Remember? The right-wing terrorist, who, by the way, here's some facts for you, since 2000, there have been two Muslims killed, too, too many, by the way,
Starting point is 00:38:04 killed by right-wing terrorists, and there'd be 95 non-Muslims killed by Islamist terrorists. And could have been thousands and thousands more if lots of Islamist plots had not been rumbled. So the point you're making is the real threat is from the Islamo left. Of course it is. 100%. The facts show it. But I think Reform know that nothing's going to be done about this. I think we can all sit here and agree that Zach Polanski is not going to be a Nothing is going to come of this because he's on the left and they are only targeting people like Lucy on the right.
Starting point is 00:38:42 You have to remember here, Lucy is not the leader of a major political party. Yet. But their focus seems to be on these. Okay. Okay. Well, I want to put the other side, though, Marlon West, so great to have you on the show for the first time. Restore Britain's Manchester Merrill candidate and we will talk much more about that election
Starting point is 00:39:07 later in the show. But of course this breaking news is an interesting one for Restore Britain Marlon because Restore Britain probably wouldn't exist if Reform UK hadn't made the ludicrous decision to report Rupert Lowe. Your inspirational leader to the police. Remember Marlon for hurty words behind the scenes. Apparently he said some hurty words
Starting point is 00:39:29 to Zia Yusuf and they reported him to the police. So where do you stand on this, Malen? Where is your sympathy? Like, do you think that reformer almost becoming too trigger-happy in terms of police reports? No, I don't, if I'm on this with you. I think there should be a full police investigation. And yet, Zach is an MP, but he's still a politician.
Starting point is 00:39:55 And he's putting out images of decapitating an MP. No matter what my thoughts are with different political parties, I strongly agree there should be a full police investigation. You know, I was with Rupert last week, for obvious reasons with the campaign, and the day I was with him, he'd had death threats, and that terrifies me. Because if I lost Rupert... I know, it's horrifying to think about, isn't it? And actually, it is interesting, Marlon.
Starting point is 00:40:36 I mean, I'm looking at the live chat. Okay. And a lot of people now say we've got to, I mean, I'm just looking at this, for example, from D-D, Z-D, who says, fight fire with fire. A lot of people do say that. A lot of people think that we have to almost be less principled and act more like the left. Now, you know, put it this way. I understand what they're saying, Marlon. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:05 Do you? Lucy, you're amazing. Oh, thank you. I think you're absolutely amazing. But also, I think you're so kind, so, so kind. I'm not sure. Well, the left wouldn't agree with you there. No.
Starting point is 00:41:21 But your response is amazing. I'm not sure I would have been the same. Yeah. Well, I like, what I think is really important is that Lucy is showing the time. of consistency that we never ever get from the left. So it is consistent for Lucy to say, I don't believe I should have gone to prison for my ill-advised social media post,
Starting point is 00:41:46 so I now don't believe others should go to prison for their ill-advised social media posts. I think it is a principled position and we need more of those principal positions. It is. I am the loser. I'll be honest. I really envy.
Starting point is 00:42:02 I think also. could it respond the same. We need to remember that there actually are other ways of dealing with people that commit offences or do something wrong without sending them to prison. There are actually lots of options available to courts, etc. When they're in the police, when they're looking, you could caution somebody. And I said this all along, you know, somebody like me, somebody like Zach, who, you know, isn't O-Fay with the police, you know, doesn't spend any time in the police cells,
Starting point is 00:42:30 just arresting somebody and hauling them in an interviewing them is enough to put the fear of God in them. It's true when they say the punishment is in the process. It's absolutely true. They don't necessarily need to go, you know, the process. They don't need to go all the way, do they? They didn't need to put me into prison. They didn't need to do that.
Starting point is 00:42:52 You'd gone through how? But this is they're doing, and this is what I'm saying, don't get me wrong. The irrational side of me thinks what's good for the goose is good for the and I'm getting a little bit, well, not a little bit fed up, a lot fed up of the left, justifying themselves when the politics is their side doing something wrong. But when it's us or, you know, someone they don't disagree with, you know, we're utter scum, we're fascists or racist, we should go to prison. I called for people to die, but Zach Polenski didn't mean it.
Starting point is 00:43:22 Well, I'm sorry. You cannot be. Today, did you see Kevin Maguire on GB News? I mean, I was howling. things, the bile he spouted about me. And then he's telling Dr. Renee earlier that, oh, no, he shouldn't be investigating tweets. Just because it suits his agenda, doesn't it? It suits his narrative. These people are off their heads. They really are. And I refuse. I refuse. It doesn't matter how much I dislike them sometimes and how crazy I think they are. I will not
Starting point is 00:43:52 be like them. Good on you. Good on you. You're absolutely right. Breaking today, G. G.B. News. has axed the leftist criminal Matthew Tobit. A man, typical of the left, right? It all fits with the theme. A man who loved to go on G.B. News and X and rant and rave about people on the right like me. Yet he's the one who is a proven criminal having pled guilty to fraud while a Labour aide. And this is a disgusting crime, by the way, because he's stealing money from the public purse, 6,000 pounds while working for an MP. But it gets worse because I am going to reveal today
Starting point is 00:44:37 previously unreleased information that GB News knew that Matthew Torbett had previously been axed by the radio station LBC for highly inappropriate sexualized messages he sent to a 19-year-old right-wing star who he had booked to be a guest on the station. This is very, very messy for Matthew and I think maybe a lesson about why the virtue signalling left should actually not really be listened to. If you're not aware of the man I'm talking about, he tries to claim that he's the nation's favorite leftist while popping up across the right-wing media.
Starting point is 00:45:21 People often understand how the courts and the law works, rightly or wrongly. When you watch that clip, you can see police being assaulted. That's without shadow of a doubt. at the beginning of that clip in the top right the police officer hit him first rightly or wrongly punched one of the brothers in the face
Starting point is 00:45:39 you're allowed to come to this country by a regular means across the channel or whatever else if you have a well-founded fear of persecution that's probably about two-thirds of the world now because of the way the world is most ordinary people will do similar things if they've got more than one house with regards to
Starting point is 00:45:56 avoiding paying more tax on stamp duty and things like that this is you know people are selfish human beings. This is the way people are. The side of this is, we don't tend to hear from the refugees, which is probably why the BBC may or may not have been keen to put them up, because they've got stories to tell. I think Louise Hager's been thrown under the bus a little bit,
Starting point is 00:46:15 as is Angela Rainer. And really, again, it comes back to poor communication, I think, from the Labour government. Oh, of course he thinks Louise Hagen, Angela Rainer, have been thrown under a bus from one, criminal fraudster in the case of Louise Haig to another in the case of Matthew Torbett. Here is the reporting from the left-wing guardian about exactly what he admitted to in relation to his parliamentary expenses when he was a Labour aide. This was him arriving at court yesterday, Britain's favourite leftist. During a brief appearance, the 35-year-old dressed in a navy blue suit and an orange tie spoke only to confirm. firm as name, date of birth address and guilty plea. The offences occurred between 2022 and
Starting point is 00:47:05 2024 when Torbett was working for Christian Wakeford, the MP for Berry South. The court heard that Torbett, who claims to champion positive social change, obtained free rail tickets and accommodation for trips. That did not relate to parliamentary business. He was using Al Money to feather as own nest, like all champagne socialists do. Masha Manon, prosecuting, said the rail tickets were booked between the 23rd of August 22 and 29th of September 24. So this was over a long period of time and he would submit separate claims for reimbursement and travel and accommodation expenses. The claims totaled more than £6,000. That's just according to an early estimate by the Crown Prosecution Service. Their exact worth, though, will be determined when Torbett is sentenced.
Starting point is 00:47:50 I mean, he could face jail time. Expenses filed by MP. Staff are funded by the taxpayer. The Guardian revealed last month that the Metropolitan Police began an investigation into Torbett in April last year after receiving a report that a parliamentary staff had made unauthorised purchases through a travel booking system. He was charged on the 9th of June. The District Judge Navvite Scher granted Torbert unconditional bail and told him he would be sentenced to Snaresbrook Court later this year. Torbert rose to prominence by sharing his experience of rough sleeping in his native Manchester as a teenager, as well as frequently appearing as a panelist on GB News. He's also been on the BBC's news nights, sly news, talk TV, and a range of podcasts. His introduction to Westminster came in who was invited to Shadow Andy Burnham in 2014. According to his LinkedIn profile, at the time, the now Prime Minister was serving
Starting point is 00:48:38 as Shadow Health Secretary. Torbitt said the internship had been arranged after he impressed Burnham when filming for a documentary. He went on to work as a caseworker for various Labour MPs between 2018 and 2024. He no longer works in Parliament, but he remains a. supporter of Burnham, although he does not have an official role in Burnham's team. Although Burnham seems to love broadsters, so I presume it won't belong. And Torbert has also been someone who's pushed his private life onto the public announcing that he and his girlfriend, Sharon Gaffka, were expecting a baby and this cringe-worthy appearance as if they were global celebrities.
Starting point is 00:49:20 Now what Matthew Torbett has been hiding for some time And by the way, this is a man who spread false allegations about me, which were completely untrue, when he is the one with far, far too many skeletons in his closet. I have learned that Matthew Torbett was axed as a producer from the radio station LBC after he sent a 19-year-old female guest who happens to be on the Concexed. conservative side of politics, suggestions that her clothes won't be on for long, how he said his mind was racing and he would like to do a lot with her sexually. I have now obtained a internal investigation by Global Radio's Head of People and Culture,
Starting point is 00:50:16 Rob Jones, who confirmed to the victim. So in summary, I have now completed my investigation, and I will take you through my findings. The producer in question does not deny sending those inappropriate messages to yourself. So despite having been sacked from LBC for sending inappropriate messages to a 19-year-old conservative guest, he then became. became a major player at G.B. News. Lots of us on the right have always known about how nasty this man really is. Mike Graham posting a man who represented himself as whiter than white. There may be other problems and that is also my understanding. This is just the tip of an iceberg. John Gaunt, revealing O' dear Matthew Corbett, but try your tears love. I'm sure my phone fraudster Louise will
Starting point is 00:51:08 give you a job. Loll, naughty boy. Right-wing commentator, Sophie Cochoran, posting rather shameful. There was also absolute shock in Westminster that yesterday, Lee Anderson and Matthew Torbett continued to have a debate with Matthew writing to the Reform UK member. To be fair to Lee, we've had several good chats about homelessness and our shared experiences. We differ in our outlooks a bit, but he does care about it and has some good ideas, particularly around released prisoners. That prompted politics Joe Andy 12, also on the left, by the way, to write super crazy that this guy was quote tweeting MPs about shared experiences 40 minutes before he pled guilty
Starting point is 00:51:49 to fraud in relation to his parliamentary expenses. What a shameless grifter. And Ben Toto adding one minute he's tapping away to MPs on X.com. Next minute he's admitting fraud. Like the good little socialist repeat speaker at the Fabian Society, he'll make a good Labor MP in the future. Matthew Torbett busted. The thing is Matthew Torbett is a grifter. He's a shapeshifter. He's a chameleon. And so now, despite having pleaded guilty, rather than issuing a public apology for the fact that he was using my money and your money to book expensive train trips and expensive accommodations, do you know what he's done? He's tried to claim that the reason he's off GB News is because of his choice, because of his choice. So when Malcolm Smith wrote to him, why have you disappeared from our TV screens, Torbitt responded, my partner had a baby 11 days ago via C-section. It's a long recovery, and I'm more bothered about being a present dad at the moment.
Starting point is 00:52:44 whilst doing the odd bit down the line via Zoom as and when. Bullshit, mate. You're a grifter. You've never told the truth. You've been holier than thou with those of us on the right. And you are now a convicted criminal. Let me bring in my superstar panel on this. Lucy Connolly, Kezi and Noble and Marlon West.
Starting point is 00:53:05 Now, the thing is, Marlon, this dude has been so judgmental. time and time again has conducted witch hunts against people on the right. Yet he's the fraudster and he still can't actually bring himself to just apologize, to own up to what he's done. And again, I'm just going to say, Mullen, I think he is indicative of a new sort of breed of commentator on the left. It's just shameful. And he probably does believe he'll have a political comeback given we have Louise Haig,
Starting point is 00:53:42 a convicted fraudster effectively as deputy prime minister? What makes me really angry about this with my campaign with grooming is completely about accountability and transparency. It shouldn't need a police investigation for the public to know this. I've had ongoing, without naming MPs, of ongoing issues and campaigns of calling these individuals out.
Starting point is 00:54:16 And they're just finding it appalling. I just, I'm sick of seeing it again and again and again with these lefty politicians covering up. If he's covering up that, what else is he covering up? Not to be judgmental, but that's the way I think now. What do you think is he a noble? Honestly, Dan, I never heard of this character. Lucky you.
Starting point is 00:54:41 Until this moment, but a couple of things. I think he'd be a good MP for Labour or Conservative. I mean, he's fiddling expenses on one. But also he's sending sleazy texts. So he can go to either. That's a good thing. Now, from what I've heard of the clips that you were showing me, he said, and I think some people missed this,
Starting point is 00:55:03 that two thirds of the world population have a good reason to run away from their countries. Does he understand that that is 5.5 billion people? 5.5 billion people in this world are being persecuted. Give me a break. I think in terms of like why he's on GB News, look, I'm like you, I run my own show, and it's always hard to get left-wing kind of people onto your show because they know that it's going to be more sort of right-wing guests. So I kind of like understand why they have him on.
Starting point is 00:55:37 But yeah, I mean, he's obviously, from that, That clip you showed me is talking absolute rubbish, this guy. Yeah, I mean, Lucy Connolly, I feel like, again, there's a bit of hypocrisy here in terms of your situation. It's like when it comes to leftists, there seems to be total forgiveness when they are convicted criminals. Yet I look at you and your situation, how the left still take you. And I mean, my God, you apologize for your post.
Starting point is 00:56:09 You put it down. And then you suffered through over a year in prison. But not just you, Lucy. I mean, I look at Tommy Robinson, too, who is also a convicted fraudster. And the left say that's why he should never be able to have a role in public life. But they have no issue with Louise Haig becoming deputy prime minister. And what I think we need to happen here, and by the way, Lucy, I'm actually not someone saying that if you have served your time and all of that, that you cannot return to public life. but what I feel like we have from Torbett at the moment is just total denialism.
Starting point is 00:56:43 Like he thinks he can just go to court. We can all learn that he's a convicted fraudster and he can just go on with his day. Just go on with his day. Posting to Lee Anderson, appearing on the TV and as and when he likes. And it's like, no, no, actually, no. You've got to own up to this. You've got to talk about your regrets. And you're someone who did all of that and more.
Starting point is 00:57:05 And yet still faced over a year in prison. And of course he might still receive a prison sentence, although don't you reckon Lucy, they're so going to suspend his sentence, aren't they? Kesea made a really good point earlier when she said, okay, before we reported Zat to the police, but we all know nothing is going to happen. I mean, and that's true, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:57:24 We know nothing is going to happen because there is a different law and a different rule for the left, anybody on left-wing politics and anyone on right-wing politics. That's fact. You just can't deny that anymore. Like you said, the left are happy to, to keep, you know, running me down in the ground and call me every name under the stern, but, you know, defend these. As for Matthew, I'm personally really, really disappointed in him
Starting point is 00:57:47 because I actually did think he was one of the good guys on the left. There are very few of them, aren't there? But it turns out he's got the moment. Did you know him, Lucy? No, but I did follow the work he did, because obviously he was big on, he did a lot for homeless nurse, he was big on prison reform. So I agreed and alighted with a lot of what he was trying to achieve. So I just watched what he did really.
Starting point is 00:58:10 And like I said, I just think he's a real fraud and has no morals. And, you know, like you said, he hasn't even come out and explained himself or apologised or just carrying on like he's a good old guy because he doesn't want people to be homeless. Indeed. Indeed. No, he is the convicted fraudster. And I don't think there's been any type of reckoning from him and there probably won't be. what you do find with the left, including in the mainstream media, that terrible behaviour is just rewarded. Because what else can explain? Nagamunchetti, the host of BBC Breakfast,
Starting point is 00:58:50 who has been subjected to a series of bullying allegations who made, and block your ears, mum, block your ears, mum, who made a blowjob joke in the studio of Radio 5 Live in front of a shocked producer and now has been promoted to host that main breakfast show. So let me take you through all of this. I'll explain.
Starting point is 00:59:16 Nagamonchetti has been forced out of BBC breakfast. She is gone. And the British Bashing Corporation are trying to explain that she's quit. But for many, many months and indeed the last couple of years, she has been in a battle to the death with the editor of BBC Breakfast,
Starting point is 00:59:33 Richard Frediani. This has been the most unedifying war between these two people. They have made claims and counterclaims of bullying. Frediani was suspended while he was investigated. Nagar got a free pass, but we've heard from staff members at BBC Breakfast who've told horrible stories about, you know, Nagar barking at them when they don't butter her toast in the way she wants to. I mean, this is just totally awful behaviour from another error,
Starting point is 01:00:02 but of course it is accepted at the BBC. Nagamunchetti, I Can Reveal, has been desperately looking for work within commercial organisations, including LBC and Slyneux she hasn't got it. And so the BBC, while today announcing that she is moving off breakfast, rather than just sack her like they would, can I just be honest about this? Can I just be totally honest about this? Like they would if she were a white man. You know, see Greg Wallace, see John To Road.
Starting point is 01:00:31 They don't do that to their mind. minority presenters, so they have now found a role for her on Five Live. Are you following me? If not, let me take you through the reporting from the Sun newspaper that reports Naga Munchetti quits over and out from BBC Breakfast. They report a familiar voice to Five Live listeners. Naga has presented the station's weekday mid-morning program since 2021. Her salary, by the way, a whopping $360,000 paid for by us. Is she really? really worth that, do you think? The move comes after Naga faced accusations of bullying junior staffers on the BBC show last year.
Starting point is 01:01:09 The son told how Naga was hauled in by bosses for the alleged bullying of a woman who was the most junior staffer in late 2024. As part of the bullying behaviour, the star is said to falsely accused the women of stealing, which led to a closed-down showdown. Claims also include laying into an intern for incorrectly spreading Marmite on her toast. Okay, sorry, so it wasn't butter. She incorrectly spread Marmite. goodness me. She was also reprimanded for another incident, which is said to have taken place in the BBC Five Live studio. Naga is said to have used a crude slang term for a sex act during an off-air
Starting point is 01:01:42 break before asking a colleague if they had done it. The comment became widely known at Five Live, with one source describing the 2022 incident as crass, inappropriate and wildly unprofessional. Despite being told off by bosses, no formal action is thought to have been taken. Nagel will continue as a presenter on BBC Breakfast until January. She said today, I'm thrilled to be joining Five Live Breakfast in January. Live news, great conversations and connecting with an audience and what I love most about broadcasting and Five Life does all of that brilliantly. It has been a privilege to be part of the BBC Breakfast TV team for the past 17 years,
Starting point is 01:02:16 working alongside an incredibly talented and hardworking group of journalists who are not only outstanding colleagues but also great friends. Oh, please, you hate each other! You hate each other! We know that! A 5 Live insider, by the way, told the Daily Mail that this is actually great for Nana. She's giving Richard Fridiani two fingers. It's a big promotion for her in a massive coup for us. Pull the other one.
Starting point is 01:02:39 Pull the other one. But we all know how the BBC works. It's not a promotion to go from presenting a breakfast TV show where you get your hair and makeup done and you appear in a big studio. That's not a promotion when you're going to a radio studio. It's just not. You can say that you prefer. 5 Live or whatever to BBC Breakfast,
Starting point is 01:02:58 but it's not a promotion. The thing is, we all also know that our... Nagam Munchetti has never hid how much of a bit she is right. I mean, we've all seen it. We've all seen it for ourselves. Look at these moments. Because you've come in, making sure you've done your research on us as well.
Starting point is 01:03:19 Well, I think it's polite. It's pointing your finger quite a lot, to be honest. What, do you? That really, I'm so sorry, Charlie. Do you not like being interviewed? Do you know, I like, I like communication. I don't mind. You wish you were here now.
Starting point is 01:03:35 I don't like ice cream, Hannah. You don't like ice cream, but you just said pistachio. If I had to eat an ice cream for the rest of my life, it would be pistachio flavor, but I don't like cold food. Do you like brownies? Not so much. But, you know, we'll get to know each other, Hannah. Okay.
Starting point is 01:03:57 You'll find out Charlie likes ice cream. You'll get more caught, Charlie. I won't be bringing brownies into the office then. No, no, everyone else does. Don't let me deny the rest of the office. Hannah, it's been great to you. I'm glad you're enjoying the ice cream. Certainly needed in this weather.
Starting point is 01:04:11 Take care. I'm having a great time, yeah. Thanks. Hannah being sent, imagine that. Oh, business correspondent. What's your job of? Could have been sent to an ice cream factory, and you actually like an ice cream parlor?
Starting point is 01:04:21 Do you think you're rather brought the tone down there? Oh, be quiet. Come on. I apologize. It's working hard, doing the story, and then... Time now for a look at the headlines where you are this morning. You would hear the voice later and the... Can you look interested?
Starting point is 01:04:41 I'll look this way. Which camera? So the interesting thing here is that one thing is... Which is your camera three? What am I? What, four? No, I wanted a single because I think we... We just need to remove...
Starting point is 01:04:54 There we are. The interesting thing you'll be asking... You'll be asking... asking at home is what is the effect of that on a conversation you might have a mug? So the effect of that is one you wouldn't hear the voice you wouldn't hear the voices quickly it would take a while to travel and also it would be quite a bit quiet so now you know if you're having a conversation on Mars shortly we know the official details on that. I'm sweating it's nice with you pay attention is what you're
Starting point is 01:05:23 saying it really is have you got sorry okay Let me bring in the superstar panel, Malam West, Kesea Noble, Lucy Connolly. Kesea, this is so shocking in a way, isn't it? Like, the BBC continues to reward appalling behaviour. I like her. She's brilliant. She's like the Alexis Colby of BBC. You like her?
Starting point is 01:05:54 I want a bit of a bitchy woman on there. I mean, if you, I watch the BBC. I have to admit, I do pay my licence and I watch the BBC. And I'm telling you, sometimes it reminds me of like, especially that sort of daytime breakfast TV. It reminds me of like a primary school. Okay, Kizier, this is why you come up with so many terrible arguments. Because you're being brainwashed. We've got to sort you out.
Starting point is 01:06:18 No, seriously. You're being brainwashed by the MSM. I read The Guardian and I listen to LBC. You know why? Because I have to hear the other side. It's really important to not get stuck in it. I don't mind you checking it out for research purposes, but you like Nagamon Chessie.
Starting point is 01:06:37 I like her. What do you like about her? Because I just found that unbearable watching that montage. I'm explaining. So if you do watch BBC daytime kind of like breakfast shows, it's very similar to like a primary school assembly. Everyone's just being so nicely, nicey,
Starting point is 01:06:53 with each other. And she's actually this one that comes along and says, like, I don't like ice cream. You know, she has like, she just, she's, she's quite funny. I like her. And this whole thing about she's bullying. Well, okay, there's two sides to this.
Starting point is 01:07:07 First of all, she has been paid like $350,000 a year, which is like a ridiculous amount of money. Like, behave yourself. Like, do not talk to people badly if you're on that kind of money. Like, don't talk to people badly anyway. But she should know better. But at the same time... Do you like her even though you know that she makes blowjob jokes in the studio
Starting point is 01:07:24 and that she harangues some young staff member about not spreading the marmite on her toast properly? it's not nice, but I think people call like out bullying way too quickly. Like I had bosses which were like terrible to me. And also there's something called banter. So this thing that she said that was like a sexual innuendo or something, I'm telling you, come on, we all know this is bans. This is just banter. But the problem that I've got, the problem that I've got, Marlon West,
Starting point is 01:07:53 is that the BBC has total hypocrisy on this. Because they don't allow banter if you're a white man. Okay? because Greg Wallace and John Terode both sacked for banter. They don't allow banter if you're a white woman either because do you remember what they did to Kay Adams? She was, she apparently like used the C word in a BBC Scotland studio like over a decade ago and she was sacked. So it does feel like there are different rules for Nagamundjetti, Marlon. Definitely, definitely.
Starting point is 01:08:23 If it had been a white female or a white male that would have been shown their door, they wouldn't have got a flagship show. And I don't mind saying this. I've been interviewed by twice, and I've been interviewed by possibly every channel now. She was the most cold, uncompassionate. Really? I have ever, ever experienced.
Starting point is 01:08:43 So this does not shock me a bit. And she interviewed you about your experience with your daughter, who was a victim of the groominger. And she was cold. She doesn't surprise me in it. One slight bit. And I actually said to her, friend the second time I did it. I thought the first time, maybe it's an off day, I get that.
Starting point is 01:09:04 The second time, she did exactly the same. And I said to a friend of mine, I will never, ever do an interview with her again. She was cold as ice. That's super interesting, isn't it, Lucy? It's BBC, isn't it? It's D.I. You know, that's how they work. But, yeah, you're right. She's got a protected characteristic, hasn't she? So they were never going to boot her out. because then she probably have a claim against them, even though she comes across as a real smarmy, arrogant, smart ass, doesn't she? I don't think she, I disagree. I don't think she portrays herself well.
Starting point is 01:09:40 I think she's got this I love myself or about her. And I don't think that's really a good look for a BBC presenter, especially, you know, like, you know, if you're interviewing someone like Marlon, you know, over a subject like rape gangs, I mean, you've got to have some compassion, haven't you? You really do. Well, I mean, look, it's not, this is not a big gig for her, though. I mean, Keziah, you know the media scene pretty well. Like, hosting the breakfast show on Five Live is not what it used to be.
Starting point is 01:10:10 It really isn't. I mean, Nikki Campbell is probably their biggest star now. He hosts the sort of mid-morning show. But to me, this is a demotion. She's got a demotion and no one's going to be listening to her on Five Live, are they? She's been completely humiliated and she's on a massive cope saying, oh, it suits me better being on Five Live. Everybody in that organization, in that showbiz industry, know that she's been demoted. That's clear. Clear as crystal. Just to go back to the other points, yes, I do believe that if she'd been a white woman or a white man, then she would have been sacked. I do agree with that,
Starting point is 01:10:48 and that is the problem with the BBC. However, I will maintain that you do need, so how she treated Marlon, I think she probably treats a lot of people like that. That's because that's her sort of persona, that's her character. And I think, honestly, if you do watch BBC like I do, it can be too nicey, nicy, everyone being nice to each other. And it's like I said, primary school assembly time. So they're going to just replace her with someone. It's just really vanilla and boring. And that will be it. An extraordinary, extraordinary instant over the Manchester mayoral election.
Starting point is 01:11:26 with Restore Britain's candidate, Marlon West, being suspended from his job as an NHS nurse just days before Thursday's election. But he has now received full support from Elon Musk, who has waded into the row between Restore Britain and the nursing and midwifery council. So this is an astonishing story. Marlon is going to be here to take us through it all. But first, let me just show you what Rupert Lowe had to say about it. Remember, this post, reposted on X by Elon Musk, quite an extraordinary thing.
Starting point is 01:12:06 Right, you know, I've risen to the chair of the Nursing and Midwifery Council about their scandalous decision to publicly suspend Restore Britain's Greater Manchester Merrill candidate days before the election over social media posts. A post about the Pakistani gangs who raped his daughter. Rupert added, Marlon West is one of the bravest people I know and then you can actually see there Elon Musk reposted.
Starting point is 01:12:28 Marlon West is one of the bravest people I know. His work on ending the rape gangs following what happened to his daughter shows remarkable courage. I am very proud to support his campaign to become the next mayor of Manchester. Musk even went further posting that letter
Starting point is 01:12:45 with the words it could have been your daughter. Now, despite this shocking attempt to cancel and ruin him, Marlon West has stood firm on the campaign trail this week with the brilliant rape gang survivor herself, Sammy Woodhouse. Watch. When I brought the rape gang inquiry up at the hostings at the Manchester Evening News with an audience of approximately 150, I was booed. No surprise there.
Starting point is 01:13:18 I was booed. And, you know, I've been doing this for a while, not as long as summer, but I've been doing it for a while. He shot me. It really, really shot me. Obviously this week there's been a lot of negative media about me. I've been a registered nurse for a few decades now. And I have been struck off for 18 months for speaking out of the rape of my daughter. Do you know what he's done?
Starting point is 01:13:50 I don't give a shit. Good. With the support of Sammy and Rupert, all it's done is motivate me more. I will not be silenced. What an incredible speech. Malam West here now on the superstar panel alongside Reform UK's Kesea Noble and our very own Lucy Connolly. Now, Marlon, first, let me come to the stats. Okay, so Polymarket, you know, I really trust Polymarket because they actually use traders to try.
Starting point is 01:14:35 and work out exactly where the smart money is going to on polls. And they have this at the moment as a runaway win for Labour's Bev Craig. But what's interesting, Mullen, is that also no chance for reform UK's Shan Astley. And I've been looking at the polls closely here, Mullen, and it really does look like that you and Restore Britain are on track to secure something like 7 or 8% of the vote, which, if this was replicated nationally, which the polls currently show would be devastating for Reform UK. So look, we will come to that very shortly.
Starting point is 01:15:12 But first, can we talk about this cancellation? Because it is so shocking to me. It seems to be completely political, Marlon. But can you just explain exactly what you said for the Nursing and Midwifery Council to justify, suspending you days out from an election? What I would like to say, I've been registered with the NMC since 1998.
Starting point is 01:15:35 when I was at Manchester University as a... And it's only now, it's only now when you're running for Restore Britain that they do this. Yeah, I've never been referred to the NMC. I've never had a complaint. I have spent my life prior to grooming if I'm honest with you. I dedicate my life to mental health patients.
Starting point is 01:16:01 And I loved it if I'm honest with you. I got an email back in January saying that I was being screened as a referral for my practice. And then I didn't particularly hear anything. Obviously, I told Rupert being transparent. And then right in the middle, last week, of being a mayor candidate, they email me Thursday evening about how possible. saying there was a hearing in the morning. Obviously, pre-plans and I'm canvassing,
Starting point is 01:16:46 and I couldn't attend. On Monday, I got an email at 11.30. I didn't actually know that. And just to say, this email that I received were password protected, which meant I had to ring the NMC to get the password. at about 230 HQ Rameth from Restore Britain saying you've been suspended from the NMC
Starting point is 01:17:16 and I didn't even know that and said well how do you know because the Magistrate evening news has asked for a right to reply they leaked it to the mainstream media before you even knew yes Wow. So clearly that was So it's a political hit job.
Starting point is 01:17:38 So it's very clearly a political hit job, but how did they justify it? Like for people who don't know Marlon, because obviously a lot of us know your story and have been very inspired by your story, but your daughter was a victim of the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs, right? Yeah. My daughter from Scarlet from 14-year-old,
Starting point is 01:18:01 to just before a 18th birthday was trafficked, raped and tortured. When I say trafficked, I don't mean just around Greater Manchester. A lot of it was Greater Manchester to be about Rochdale being the last area, she was Traffit City, but the whole country, the whole of England. And if I'm on this with you, I do all my campaigning. It's like a different person that I talk about, but I guess that's my co-beats. strategy. Of course. That was horrendous and I'm a single dad as well. And the reason I came into politics is because I quickly realized if I want any drastic change, not just for my daughter,
Starting point is 01:18:47 but for all daughters, I had to come into politics. And how old was Scarlett when this happened, Marlon? It started just at a 14th birthday. She was 14th in the December. It started in the January. So very vulnerable age. And also I would like to say, and I do promote this. You know, a lot of the time the media will say, oh, well, it's disavantage, families, problematic girls, that's rubbish. Absolutely rubbish. Scarlett was very academic. She went to a prestige school. She went to private school when she was younger. She owned her own her own horse. When they go to groomer and they're
Starting point is 01:19:31 watching, because that's what they do, they don't think, oh well, he's a dad's a nurse or the dad's an MP or the mother's a doctor. They do not care. It's across the board. So it's any white girls. It is any white girls who are at risk. Christine girl.
Starting point is 01:19:50 She went to a Christine school. Now, obviously Ola Minnie Hane, who is Restore Britain's spokeswoman for the safety of women and children is very, very supportive of you in this mission. She has recorded this video. Watch this. I want to talk to you about bravery. Bravery is hundreds of women coming forward and talking about what happened to them when they were young girls at the hands of rape gangs. Bravery is a man called Marlon West, who is a father of one of those girls who has fought for years for justice for not only his
Starting point is 01:20:41 daughter Scarlett, but for hundreds of those girls, thousands of those girls. And bravery is putting yourself forward as a candidate for the Manchester mayor, because as a father and a man, he wants to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again to the girls and women of Manchester. And he wants to stand up and everyday fight for women and girls' protection. And let me talk to you about cowards. Cowards are MPs. Cowards are councillors. Cowards are councillors. Cowards are social workers. Cowards are authorities that did nothing. for years and years and years to protect these girls. In fact, they covered it up and they lied.
Starting point is 01:21:32 She is so right. And what's really interesting to me is that you have Marlon, right? In Manchester, you have Orla, in Essex. You now have Henry Bolton on the National Security Brief. Like all of these people who have been trying to dismiss Restore Britain for a long time as some group of young lads who don't know what they're doing, I think are being disproved all the time. And this is where we come to the big battle on the right, of course,
Starting point is 01:22:00 because there's a lot of people, and Kesea nobles here, obviously, from Reform, who say that your candidacy, Malam, will stop Reforms candidate from being able to win. And certainly, polling-wise, Reform UK are currently in trouble. Look at this from Luke Trill of More in Common, who says our latest voting intention sees a crossover Labor member, move ahead by four. Their first lead since March 2025 and highest share since November 24. And you can see that they're 28%. Greens down three points to 8%. Reform down 2 to 24%. But what a lot of these
Starting point is 01:22:41 polls are not doing, of course, is prompting Restore Britain. When they do, Restore Britain is going up to 7% in the polls nationally. From a standing start. It's quite incredible stuff. So I'm really interested to know, Kizia. How do you feel about this? Because you've just heard Marlon's story. I mean, this is an absolutely amazing man.
Starting point is 01:23:05 Why would you not want to vote for him in Manchester on Thursday? And this is the problem we've got, isn't it, Kesea? You can't just dismiss, restore anymore like you have been as, oh, it's just some group of mad ethnots or racist or white supremacist. You can't do that anymore. Look at who you're battling. Okay, so I've got three things to mention here. Do it.
Starting point is 01:23:27 Go into it. Right, okay. So first of all, it's really sad that I have, I think my lucky stars every day that I don't have a daughter and I have son. That's so sad, isn't it? That's sad. And I don't have to ever have to go through what Marlon is being through. So sad.
Starting point is 01:23:43 So I'm very sorry for what you've been through Marlon. It was absolutely horrific, awful. I would say also it's not just targeting Christian girls. I spoke to a Sikh recently. He's a reform member who said that even in university back in the 90s, they had a Sikh for a week. Have you heard of Sikh for a week? So that's when Pakistani young men pretend to be a Sikh for one week
Starting point is 01:24:10 and to basically get Sikh girls into bed. So it's actually happening to not just white Christian girls actually more widespread. And the third point that I want to mention is that, I mean, you know, Marlon, who do you think would do a better job in handling all this that you're concerned about, labor or reform? Neither. Rupert Love.
Starting point is 01:24:37 So I'll be honest with you. Absolutely. If you had to pick, Labor or reform. But it's not that binary choice, Kesea. This is the problem. you've got, because for so long, reform's argument has been, we're inevitable. Even when I saw very senior advisors in Reform UK the other week, this is the argument they try and put, where inevitable?
Starting point is 01:24:59 Well, I'm sorry, Keziah, the polls don't show that anymore. Well, they're second. Where's Restore? In that chart that you showed me, reform was second. Where was Restore? Well, Restore in that poll is in the other party section. But this is what I'm saying, Kizier, when Restore is prompted. No, come on. Let's be real here.
Starting point is 01:25:24 I'm looking at the 2% of the 4%. No, within the 4%. But what I'm saying is that when Restore Britain is prompted. You cannot tell me that they are a real contender. I mean, the contenders here are the top three, okay? And it's very sad that people are just like thinking reform are going to be the exact same thing. Well, I'm obviously not in Restore. So, Marlon, how do you respond?
Starting point is 01:25:46 to that. So 18 months ago, at Chester, I met Nigel Farage. I spent the afternoon with him. I took a roverham, and it wasn't some, it was somebody else, a roverum survivor. And he said to me, I'll do this, I'll do that, I'll do an independent rape inquiry. I've never heard of him since. So as far as I'm concerned, action speak louder in words. I have met every single politician, Conservatives, Labor, Reform. And the only person who stood up and supported me was Rupert. And the reason he stood up is because he was a father. That's what he said to me.
Starting point is 01:26:31 And he stood up and said, I've got a daughter. What you have gone through is horrendous. I will support you. No other politician did. So, Kizel, how can you justify that? I 100% assure you that reform will do something about this, 100%. And I'm sorry that maybe you had a personal bad experience or it wasn't exactly what you wanted, the feedback that you wanted.
Starting point is 01:26:58 But believe me, letting Labor in is suicide. Letting Labor in, or even the Conservatives, because I look at them as the same extension of Tony Blair's new labour. One's blue, one's red. Okay, reform is our last year. chance. And yes, there are people, even within the Reform Party, who would like to see reform to be slightly more to the right, okay? But honestly, you have to be practical here. You have to be practical. It's our last chance. If reform don't get in the next general election, we are
Starting point is 01:27:30 effed. I'm sorry, I know I can't swear. But Lucy, Lucy Connolly, right? Look, you're an interesting position here because you've been on Reform UK's conference stage. You're a reform UK supporter in a lot of ways, but you also have a very, very positive relationship with Rupert Lowe, who actually took you to Parliament and hosted that debate. So you're quite fair-minded. Now, Lucy, come on, if you're in Manchester, you're voting Malam West, aren't you? You're voting Malam West? I would vote. I think when you're voting at local level for like mayor or candidates, local politicians at council level, you vote for the person, not the party. You vote for the person that you think is going to do the best job, the most approachable person,
Starting point is 01:28:12 the person that you can put your faith in. So yes, I would vote for Marlon, based on what I know about him. I don't know a lot about, is it Shan for Restore? Yes, Sean, absolutely. Former TV presenter, yes. But equally, in defence, I mean, again, I'm so sorry for what you and your family and your daughter have been through Marlon. Like, I've got a 14-year-old daughter.
Starting point is 01:28:30 She was 14 on Saturday. And, you know, it's just unimaginable. So, but in response to the whole, you know, you spoke to Rupert, Nigel, sorry, and you fairly didn't do anything. My understanding is the reason he didn't act is because Maggie Oliver, who's obviously been very involved in the rape gang inquiry and the scandal and has done an absolute blinding job, at that stage, was saying that's not what we need. so he took that on board. That's my understanding of why reform haven't yet followed through with an inquiry. What I would say to that, that was 12 months after I met him. And I'll go back to actions are louder in words.
Starting point is 01:29:21 Me and Sammy did the rape gang inquiry. They have done nothing. It's only recently reform, I've jumped on the back of the bandwagon. and what I would say about the other candidates of Great Manchester, all of them, in fact, they're all jumping on the grooming in Manchester and I'm going to do this and I'm going to do that. Where have you been for the last four years whilst I was doing it on my own to protect the girls of Great Manchester?
Starting point is 01:29:52 Well, very powerful. Can I say something? Can I say something? Please. Although that this inquiry is extremely, extremely important, there are other things, other things that we need to consider. And Labor, if they get into power in that area, think about all the migrants they're going to let in. Think about all the HMOs, all the migrant hotels, how much crime there will be. Okay, so reform are on that, reform are on top of that.
Starting point is 01:30:20 Reform won't allow that to happen. There's a bigger picture here. There's other things that we need to figure out. And Lucy, you wanted to say something? Having Labor in. I can't even begin to explain how dangerous this is. that you wanted to say. I just want to know why other MPs and other parties are not absolutely jumping up and down that Marlon has been struck up by the nurse. 100%.
Starting point is 01:30:43 When I heard about that, it made my bloodbore. For context, all of the nurses and doctors that are responsible for my child's death are still working. And at worst, one of them got a warning. The NMC dropped all cases eventually against the nurses. And there was two hearings by the. GMC to the doctors. So to then hear that somebody that's protecting their daughter, trying to protect my daughter, has been struck off. You should be really concerned about that and you should
Starting point is 01:31:15 be shouted from the rooftops. It doesn't matter what party you believe. Absolutely. And we're reliant on Elon Musk. We're reliant on Elon Musk. You know, that's what's so depressing, isn't it? Who bought this story to the world? Well, obviously Rupert Lowe, but outside of that, it's Elon Musk and the free speech platform. Look, by the way, Cyrilian Sword, who has just got in touch with a super chat, this is directed to Keziere in terms of the polling. And he says prompting matters. So this is the whole point that I'm making Keziah about whether the pollsters ask or not, whether they include Restore Britain. And Sererian sword says prompting matters, it's basic psychology. Keziah would know that if polls didn't prompt for reform like they previously didn't,
Starting point is 01:31:54 she'd say it wouldn't be indicative of the full support for reform. We've got some other superchats in as well. Chris 281 says, I support the free speech rights of people that believe in free speech, not subversive communists and Islamists that don't believe in free speech. Trust you guts says, Zach
Starting point is 01:32:13 Dave, referring to the tip whisperer, isn't a real person, he's just the same siop pish like Bonnie Blue. Trust says Munchetti is vile and ST-1-2-3 has a question. Dan, would you ever consider interviewing Gad-Sat?
Starting point is 01:32:29 Well, I would. He has been on outspoken before actually, and I really, really like Gad's an amazing man. And he is really the person who invented that term suicidal empathy, which if you're a regular viewer of Outspoken, you will know, is one of my favorite phrases. Okay, a reminder of our nominees for today's greatest Britain and Union Jackass. Marlon nominated Jess Phillips for saying that she does not prioritize the safety of women and girls. Lucy Connolly went for Dan Hodges of the man on Sunday for his unrelenting left wing bar. biased journalism and Keziah Noble of Reform UK went for Zach Polanski for his Instagram post suggesting Nigel Farage should face the guillotine. The results are in. This one is clear. Sorry, Lucy, you're in last place with 4% of the vote for Dan Hodges. The runner-up, Jess Phillips, with 15% of the vote. But wow, this is an overwhelming win for Keziah Noble. Look at that. 81% of her going
Starting point is 01:33:25 with her union jack has choice of the week. That must be. Kesea, that's. That must be your biggest win. That's huge. Maybe it's our biggest ever win. And Marlon, you are nominating, though, for our greatest Britain today based on our previous conversation. Who have you gone for? Oh, sorry, Malin.
Starting point is 01:33:43 I've just lost you there. Can we hear you? Anyway, Marlon has nominated for Elon Musk. Can anyone else hear? Oh, there you are, Marlon. On my back. Sorry about that. Yeah, because he's really supported, man.
Starting point is 01:33:59 He's supported Rupert. and we get international. I've been overwhelmed by people across the world because I've been struck off for 18 months and that's down to Elon. Absolutely. Not GB News. Absolutely. No, because of course you're now radioactive for GB News
