perform sex acts on them. Jen Jahansbeeb and Isra's Nazalee, both 17, so they fucking say, but trust me, they're twice that age, admitted the sickening attack on the young girl. Just some breaking news, and a judge has lifted a ban on naming young asylum seekers who both raped a teenage girl. The judge lifted reporting restrictions protecting the identities of two Afghan asylum seekers, age 17, who carried out what the court heard was a horrific rape of a teenage girl. Warwick Crown Court was told that Jan Jehanzeb and Isra Niazell, led the distressed 15-year-old victim into a den-type area of parkland in Leamington Spa, where they then attacked her.

And ruling that the youth should be identified after applications to name them came from a number of media organisations. The judge accepted that keeping existing restrictions in place could lead to speculation which might see innocent people being targeted. A lack of information stokes public anger and leads to the unchecked spread. of false information, the judge said. And both the young Afghans pleaded guilty at a hearing at Coventry Youth Court in October to attacking the girl in May of this year. He can't look you in the eyes.

He cannot look you in the eyes. Because if you are working at Sly News, you know that you have covered up stories like this for years. And yes, this story is truly horrific, but we must know the details. So from the mail, and I give credit to the mail because they were behind overturning this ruling to keep the names of these two monsters secret. So the mail report, two teenage asylum seekers, they're not asylum seekers, so that's already a mistake from the male. They're illegals, okay? So again, that shows you the mail have done some good work here, but they're still lying to.

And they say that they were jailed for raping a schoolgirl who filmed herself being snatched in footage so horrific, one of their lawyers feared it would cause public riots if it was released. Now, these two Afghans, Jan Zabab and Israel, both 17, but they're not. I mean, look at them. They are not 17. They are not 17. But I've lied about that to screw our system because of our softball legal system. But only arrived months earlier in small boats before they assaulted the 15-year-old in a park on the 10th of May. And this is where things get really rough. Phone footage captured by the victim was so appalling that even one of the boys' own barristers warned it would lead to disorder if the general public were exposed to it.

In the distressing three-minute clip, the girl could be heard crying, You're going to rape me, as she was dragged away from where she had been drinking with friends in Lemington Spa, Warwickshire. The footage played at Warwick Crown Court yesterday also showed her weeping, screaming help, and begging not to be taken to the park. She was forced to perform a sex act on the boys in a secluded area before she escaped and filmed more clips describing her ordeal. The girl was eventually found by a passerby who took her to a nearby police station where officers were able to obtain vital forensic evidence.

In an impact statement, the girl said, the day I was raped changed me as a person. I am no longer a happy, carefree teenager. This was my first sexual experience. One of the animal's own lawyers, Joshua Radcliffe, called the phone footage genuinely horrific. But here's where I have a real problem. He said, I have no doubt that if the general public were exposed to that, we would have disorder on our hands. Robert Holt, defending the other animal, went further by asking the other animal. further by asking the judge to stop the press from even being able to say the boys were Afghan asylum seekers. And remember, this happened. This worked initially. For a long time, we were

simply told that these attackers, these two monsters charged with this crime, were 17-year-olds from Leamington Spa. So for a period, this tactic by the Deep Sea, state worked. And that's why today I am very clear. We must be shown this goddamn footage. Our justice system is not the place to cover up information in order to control how we might feel or how we might react to something. Israel released the October the 7th attack footage to show what went down to the world. So why not show this girl's video recordings? What is the difference? Release the damn footage. Both described as being 17 years of age. I say described as being 17 years of age, because it's a guesstimate. We don't actually know how old they are. And if you look at the images we have of these two men, they look a bit older than 17 to me. But the difficulty is as far as, gaining the age

of anyone coming across the channel is concerned. We no longer carry out medical checks so as you can see. So the one on the left in particular, Jan Jahanza... He could be 26. 17. He could easily be 26 or 27. Yeah, yeah.

Without the... Of course he is. Of course he is. They both are. But they knew what they had to do in order to keep their names suppressed. In order to have a chance to stay in this country.

There was more. We only know the names of these monsters because the media, Daily Mail, my newspaper leading the case, said it was in the public interest for them to be named. Well, as you say, we might have been at the situation, the ridiculous situation where

out there for the public to know I mean the difficulty is now we are approaching a real critical mass here where the small boats crisis has been running quite a few years, but it's got really very significant in the last few years. And you have up and down the country hundreds of young men outside hotels, wandering about aimlessly.

Crimes are being committed that are now finding the way through the courts. Of course they are. And by the way, before you give this judge too much credit for eventually releasing the names, remember she only did so after this challenge from the Daily Mail and then in her summing up, she tried to make excuses for these animals by talking about their cultural differences. Surely that's the whole problem here. Yeah, I mean, unlike you, when I heard they read the judge's comments yesterday, I just find it, you know, completely baffling. She could go down that particular line because actually, to me, she's making excuses for the fact that, you know, she thinks they come from an inferior culture. But however inferior the culture, surely in every culture, child rape, raping someone who is screaming and pleading not to be dragged into the bushes by two young men like this

is going to be illegal in any country that does it, regardless of what your social norms are in these countries. Well, I'm sorry, Mark White. And actually, I love you, Mark White. You're one of the good guys at G.B. News. But no, that is not how every culture feels. It's not. that's the real threat of the importation of Sharia law. We cannot have these people here

This teenage girl was begging for help. She was being raped. Of course she could have called the police. But think about why she didn't. Isn't this the true horror of the fact that we have now become such a low-trust society? That passerby, that woman didn't want to be raped or murdered herself. So she did nothing. And can we blame her, given we are always telling the women in our own lives, to run from trouble because they must protect themselves at any cost. Now, what makes me most sick about this story is that G.B. News then felt they had to drag on a truly horrendous human being, Labour's Sebastian Sallick, to push back and to try and deny the horror that we all feel. This is truly repulsive. Watch. I think at the budget, we should have had money for a second stamp for our immigration officials that says no, instead of the one that just says yes. So our suicidal empathy is now so strong that the left feel desperately sorry for heroin smugglers.

So, no, I do think a lot of this is coming from the government. Absolutely, I do. They don't want riots, Carol.

They want to stop the riots at any cost. So if that means cover-ups, we'll go right ahead. I think they cover a hell of a lot up. But I think they let you know enough. ignored, said if he thinks he can just put a picture of himself and it's going to change the way people think about him, he's wrong, he's scum, you can paint over cracks but you can never hide them. He is finished. He's a paedophile. Anytime he raises his head, it is an insult to his victims he needs to realize this is it and disappear. One of his victims told the newspaper, does this man have no shame? Edward should just go away quietly. But there's six the picture suggests the opposite of that. Marilyn Hors of freedom from abuse caused his decision to post a photo a disgrace. She said it shows what a narcissist he is.

But what's astonishing to me is that the Daily Mail has actually revealed over the past few hours that there's a lot of support within the BBC for this unlikely. Hugh Edwards come back. And they reveal, now the Daily Mail can reveal Edwards has reactivated his Instagram account, which boasts 94,000 followers and was once the place where he shared behind-the-scenes pictures of his day-to-day broadcasting, and through which he messaged younger and junior male colleagues who were hoping

to build careers in the industry. While he has not posted on the platform since July 5, 2023, Edwards has also opened a new Facebook account to keep in touch with his supporters and friends. And it seems the 64-year-old has been rewarded with a surprising search of support from former colleagues, which is yet another potential embarrassment for the beleaguered BBC. Despite the abhorrent nature of the material Ed was admitted he had possessed, 13 of the illegal images were in the category A the most serious, including one of a child as young as seven. It seems he retains the backing of some loyal,

reporters. They include former BBC staffers, who 17 months on from his sentencing seemed delighted at his return. His online pals on Facebook include former BBC colleague Mike Longley, presenter and ex-head of music for BBC Wales. Longley made it clear he continues to back Edwards and criticise the BBC for how they treated the disgrace star. a BBC crime and general news correspondent. Former BBC Wales broadcaster, Win Thomas is another Facebook friend commenting on Edward's profile, he remarked, looking good, Hugh. Edward's fans include local politicians with Councillor Terry Davis, applied Cumry, who represents one of the awards writing in Welsh, you're worth the world, Hugh. And Councillor Bissick's foster of labour was another to share her good wishes. One friend remarked, looking good Hugh, best memories yet another, told him to hurry back, while one said how Hugh's absence for public life was a huge loss. Now, Carol McGiffon, this is such a fascinating one for me, and it completely sums up the left. Because, look, if we were going to live in a society, right, where maybe we accepted people

had committed a crime or some type of indiscretion, and then, okay, we forgave them, and we allowed them on a path back to redemption, okay, maybe this wouldn't be so odd. But we live in a world where all of those same people from the BBC commenting on Hugh Edwards' posts literally think Tommy Robinson should be in jail forever, literally believe that Katie Hopkins should never appear on another BBC show. They think the same thing about me, they think the same thing about Lawrence Fox,

yet when it comes to BBC paedophile and Chief Hugh Edwards, no, no, no, absolutely redemption. You were treated horrifically by the BBC. That hypocrisy, Carol, astonishes me. It's disgusting, isn't it? It really is. It just shows that they don't care about you. they care about their own and he's one of them. Now, I don't know if any of those people think that

deep down he's innocent of the charges that he was what he was convicted of. But it's just, it really is just laughing in your face, isn't it? It's sticking two fingers up to the public. It's like, you know, we don't care what you think about him. We want him back because he's, he's one of us and he deserves to be back here. It's so, it's just, it's just revolting. I almost can't believe it. And that photograph of him is, I'm with Laylani on that. I want to throw up the fact that he's, it's like a stylized, beautifully lit, black and white photograph as if to say, I'm coming back and I don't care what you think anymore.

It's, it is extraordinary when you think what the BBC do to other people, like the way they hounded Cliff Richard and. Yes, totally innocent. Totally innocent. Yeah, it never did anything. This guy has. He has committed heinous crime, a heinous crime. And you just think, why is it one rule for them and one rule for everybody else? Why is it? It's another, it's another form of sickness, I think. Another form of sickness. Well, it is because they'd clearly love to have Hugh Edwards back. It's very obvious that they would. Whereas if, because, you know, he thinks like then, as you say, remember Hugh Edwards was. one of the guys when I was at G.B. News, he was very outspoken against G.B. News. So it's very obvious that he was a BBC guy through and through, and he was even negotiating to go and become a presenter on Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid when all of this broke. So again, he's one of them. But Carol, look, let me, I am fascinated, though, about what you think Hugh Edwards should do. Like, genuinely, because.

he's a relatively young man, right? He can't leave the country now. He's a paedophile, so he can't move to another country. He's living with his mum in Wales. He's potentially going to be alive for another two or three decades. I mean, what does he do with his life? Like, in all seriousness, I mean that quite genuinely. Not from sympathy, just from interest.

I couldn't care less. I mean, I don't care if he rotts in hell. I really don't. But the thing is, the really upsetting thing about this is, you know he's going to be back. You just know it. 100%.

This is the star. The groundwork is being played. Yep. And it will happen. So I'm not worried about what happens to him because I'm sure he's not worried about it either. I'm pretty sure that he's, there's already some kind of shady deal being done.

Oh, you know, when, Is Gary Glissor coming back next? When's Phillips Schofield back? It's a surprise that he's not back yet. Well, he's already been back, hasn't he? Channel 5 gave him a show. I mean, look, absolutely. They have a really warped moral compass.

But when they lead witch hunts, I mean, the witch hunts they lead. Oh my God. All the time. I mean, what they would have liked to have happened to Katie Hopkins, for example, you know, never committed any crime. But by the way,

I mean, sure, there was a libel case. She lost everything from that libel case. Never committed any crime. And they literally wanted to destroy her. But look, absolutely fascinating discussion.
