This video is for you if you plan on becoming unrecognizable into 2027.
The last few months of the year, we are locking in.
I plan on being an entirely new woman by December.
I just want to preface this by saying there's nothing wrong with staying the same.
I think there's an obsession and a culture around constant self-transformation,
and it puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on us.
If you're not looking to change and you just feel pressured by society to change,
you don't have to change.
If you love who you are and you love your life and you love your current reality, there's nothing wrong with staying the same.
There have been times in my life where I've been super content.
Social media will tell us we're doing something wrong, we're behind, or we're not doing enough.
Sometimes it's okay to just chill and be present and really ground yourself and like love where you're at in your life.
I think that's also a big part of up-leveling.
Being present and being grounded and being grateful for where you're currently at and for who you are right now
actually makes it way easier if you do want to make a change because you're not going to make that change
out of stress or out of fear or out of survival mode.
You're going to make that change because you genuinely just want to improve and be better
and there's not going to be all of this stress around it.
Now let's become unrecognizable.
You're going to change your standards.
You might have to change the people around you.
You might have to change your environment.
You might have to change your job.
A lot of things are going to happen from changing your routine.
When you become unrecognizable, a lot of things around you are going to have to change.
If you make change exciting and like this fun adventure that you're about to go on, it's going to change the game for you.
Okay? Life is a game and you just need to know how to play it.
I always talk about how life I treat it as a video game, as a fun game where I have to unlock the next levels.
And sometimes those levels can be a little bit challenging.
Sometimes those levels throw you curve balls.
but the whole point of life is the journey.
Not everything is supposed to be perfect,
because then we would never grow,
then we would never learn anything.
We would never evolve if it was always just like a flat line, right?
So I treat life as a game,
and when we're going through a massive change,
it's like a huge level in the game about to be unlocked.
It's like you're getting to one of those levels
where you're going to have to put in a little more effort,
but the rewards are so much greater.
And your reality is going to change in such a lot of,
an amazing way that all of it's going to be worth it. So here we go. Number one is the art of subtraction.
I used to always romanticize the past when in reality I should have been subtracting the past,
meaning I shouldn't have been giving my energy so freely away to old people, old conversations,
old timelines, things that just weren't relevant to my future. I was feeding the energy and feeding
the cycle of like, oh my God, I can't believe this happened to me.
Two years ago, I was still replaying past memories.
I was still giving my precious golden goddess energy away to the wrong things, to the past.
There is nothing you can change about the past, okay?
deleting the old timelines from my brain and actually shifting my attention away from the past
has been the ultimate game changer, and it's probably one of the most important pieces of becoming
unrecognizable.
Now, you could change your hair, you could change the way you do your makeup, you could
can change everything on the physical, but the most massive changes you are going to see in
becoming a different person is in the way that you think. And what's going on up here in your brain?
Okay? We think a lot of thoughts. We think a lot of thoughts every single day. And a lot of those thoughts
are passive where we're not even realizing what we're thinking about. They're just playing on a
loop on autopilot, essentially. Your job now, until the end of this year and until forever,
whenever you're watching this video, is to filter out everything and every thought that isn't serving your future self.
Whether that be you're reminiscing about a past relationship, old conversations, old arguments,
things that just hurt you in the past in general, anything that's not feeding your future self in a positive way,
I need you to delete that from the brain now.
Because the more you replay those things, the more you think about them, the bigger they continue to get,
and your brain doesn't know the difference between a past memory and what you're activating now.
So when you think about that, when you think about the person who hurt you, when you think about how you got screwed over by your boss, whatever it is,
you're reopening that neuro pathway in your brain and your brain and your body literally thinks it's happening in real time.
So you're just going to keep manifesting more of the past.
That is why it is really hard for people to change realities and become unrecognizable because they're not willing to let go of the past.
They're just repeating the same thing over and over again.
I have been stuck in that cycle before,
and that's why I saw zero changes in like two years.
I was still stuck on a guy.
I'm going to link the video.
At the end of this video, the power of letting go.
I was still stuck on someone that I wasn't even in a relationship with,
and I was clinging onto the what if.
And it wasn't like conscious every day,
but I knew in my heart there was a piece of me that was holding on still.
That was blocking me so deeply from moving on and finding new love and being happy and stepping into my new reality.
If you're blocked in love, it often trickles into other things like your career, money, other relationships, friendships,
everything is connected in the body.
Everything is connected within.
So if you're struggling in one area of your life, that could be bleeding into other areas of your life.
But the beauty about that is once you fix one thing, which is your mindset and the way that you're thinking,
and you start subtracting all of this garbage out of your brain,
the beauty about it is everything heals.
Everything gets better at the same time.
So start subtracting the things from your brain that aren't relevant.
That shouldn't be coming into your new life with you.
I highly recommend getting a journal and writing down everything that's no longer serving you
and the thoughts that aren't aligning with you and rewriting your story.
Like scripting it out and saying this is the new me.
this is what I'm thinking about from this point forward.
And giving your brain a new target of positivity and joy and happy thoughts to think about,
you got to script it out for yourself.
It's just easier when you have a guide and you have like an actual visual that you can read,
then you could show up and stick to it every single day.
The next thing about becoming unrecognizable is that you have to stop explaining yourself to people.
You have to preserve and protect your peace and your energy.
And you have to understand you don't owe anyone anything.
You don't owe anyone anything unless it's your true.
child or your dog, okay? You don't owe anyone explanations for why you're changing or why you're
doing things the way you're doing them. If you want to do something for yourself, you do it. If you want to
give up alcohol and all of your friends are out drinking, you don't need to explain yourself.
You don't need to explain to them why you're choosing to be sober. That was a big thing for me,
a while back. I always felt like I had explained myself when I went out with people like, oh, I don't
want to drink. I would feel cornered and pressured and judged. When I stuck to that frequency of
don't want to do this, I ended up attracting new people who also don't drink, who also don't
prioritize partying, and who also don't judge me if I were to do that, right? A lot of the times,
the reason we feel stuck with our relationships and we feel stuck with certain people and we feel like
we can't really be ourselves or we feel like we're going to disappoint people and let them down
is because we're just insecure with our standards. We're insecure with our own choices. You've got to be
confident in who you are and stick to who you are and not waver from it. You can't be afraid to
lose people if they can't accept the most authentic version of you. If people are judging you all the
time, they're not your real friends. If people are criticizing you for your choices, they're not
your real friends. Of course, you've got to make responsible choices that are harmless to anyone
else. Like, I'm just talking about personal life choices. Not reckless decision-making kids, okay?
I'm talking about personal decisions for yourself.
I've been on dates with guys when I said, oh, I just want one drinker.
I'm not really drinking.
You could just tell that their energy had shifted.
And I'm like, this isn't my person.
It's actually very freeing when you see someone's reaction because you just filter these people out.
You're just like, okay, cool.
And there's no reason to get upset.
It's like, I know who I am.
You could be who you are.
But if you're going to judge me, I don't even want to be around you anyway, you know?
So stop explaining yourself and own who you are.
Own your new standards. As I said, it is really beneficial throughout this process to script out or write out your standards.
Like you have to sometimes remind yourself of who you are when you're becoming someone else or when you want to make changes.
Sometimes you have to write it out to remind your brain because we can go back to old patterns pretty fast if we're not reminding ourselves.
The next thing is do what you said you were going to do.
You have to commit to the things you say that you're going to do.
and not be flaky and back out on yourself.
If you say you're going to go to the gym, you go to the gym.
If you say that you're not texting this flaky guy back, you're not texting him back.
No exceptions.
Because sometimes we get in a good mood and we have like a sip of coffee in the morning and we're like, oh, maybe it's not so bad.
No, stop wavering from the commitments you made to yourself.
It doesn't matter what it is.
It could be small commitments.
It could be big commitments.
It could be anything.
If you say something and you actually want to change, you have to commit to, you know,
what you said you were gonna do and who you said you were gonna be.
I said that I'm meeting my husband.
Like, I'm not messing around with these boys anymore, okay?
And then I would mess around with the boys.
Everything is an experience to me.
I do feel like I've learned so much through
every single relationship I've had.
But it got to the point recently where I was like,
this isn't fun anymore when I'm lowering my standards
for what I actually want.
Do what you said you were gonna do.
do. If you said you're going to create more content, create more content. If you said you're going
to stop scrolling, stop scrolling. If you said you're going to look for a new job, look for that new
job. If you said that you're cutting your ex off, cut your ex off. Okay, commit to the promises you
made to yourself. Don't wait till January 1st, 27. Start today. Start now. Why are you pushing it off?
You know, the soul needs to be ready for change, but I think you're ready for change if you're watching this.
So get to it. Get cracking.
Okay?
We got no time to waste.
If you want to see change, you have to change.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
The next thing is making your mornings so sacred and peaceful.
I started waking up an hour earlier and meditating and journaling and coloring and it is so relaxing
and calming to the brain.
Your brain has superpowers.
This is why I've been so protective of my peace.
Every little thing really does matter.
What you're feeding your brain does actually.
indeed matter. You've got to be protective of your peace and protective of your brain. Your brain is
sensitive to information. If you're constantly scrolling and consuming content that's toxic,
you're most likely going to start programming your subconscious brain in a not so great way.
Protecting my energy, especially in the mornings and creating a really peaceful solid morning routine
to make sure I wake up in a calmer state has been such a big game changer.
The first thing that you should be doing in the morning is thinking about your future.
And also just like taking time to get up in a peaceful way and make a coffee.
Put your phone on airplane mode.
Put your phone on silent, journal and get clear on your intentions for the day.
Do a meditation, stretch, dance.
Do something that just like makes you feel really calm and good in the morning.
You want to go into this process with a regulated nervous system.
You want to go into this process feeling really grounded.
So the more you prioritize that and like prioritizing your piece, especially when you first wake up, is going to help you a lot.
I've noticed the biggest changes in my energy.
People have literally said to me, like, your vibe is very different.
My vibe is different because I stopped living in panic and fear and stress.
I just gave up on it.
I was like, this is not serving me.
And I've been through so much in my life, but that doesn't define my future, period.
It doesn't define my future.
I could have given up quite a few times.
Let's just put it that way.
Okay.
But I didn't.
And I made the conscious choice.
I'm like, if I'm going to stick around and stick my life out, I've got to make some serious changes, which
means protecting my peace and giving myself grace and forgiveness and thinking about my future
when I wake up and not thinking about the past or consuming other people's weird toxic content,
you know, or consuming other people's lives.
or comparing myself. That's not coming into this chapter. That's not coming into this hour of your life.
The next thing is do one thing every day that your old self would never do, but you could picture
your future self doing. You got to start tricking your brain into believing that you were a brand
new person. And then it will start to happen because you are practicing the new self. That's how
you change. You have to change things up. You can't go to the same coffee shop, order the same thing,
do the same thing, read the same book over and over again, watch the same video over and over again,
do the same workout class over and over again, have the same conversation and the same thoughts over and over again.
Change something up. What is that going to look like for you today? You've got to make decisions from that future self a lot of the time, moving forward.
How would she act? How would she move? How would she dress? Where would she go? How would she speak? How would she handle situations? How would she react? Or he.
Okay. I don't know who's watching this.
But how would he or she react?
That's a big one.
Stop being so reactive to things that don't even really matter.
How would your higher self respond to situations?
You always want to be operating from the perspective of your highest self,
not from the old self that would get mad at everything or frustrated or stressed or worried 24-7.
The highest version of yourself would be calm, confident, and know who the F she is.
There's one more thing.
Okay.
before I leave you guys and go for my morning walk. Build a life that you don't need someone to save you from.
Meaning, you love your life so much and it's filled with so many cool things and opportunities
that you're not looking all the time for something to feed your reality. You are the blueprint.
You are the fun. That requires understanding what your passions are and doing them.
We're put on the earth to create creation. Doing something, creating something,
going to get you out of your head and into your body and bring joy back into your life.
For me, content creation has saved my life. It's literally saved my life. It gives me a purpose.
You need a purpose. Just for you to get out of your own head and feel like you're moving towards
something. Anything artistic, anything creative is a game changer. This could be art. This could be
singing. This could be journaling. This could be coloring. This could be anything. You want writing,
something, just something that is going to feel like it's giving you some sort of structure or purpose as you are becoming unrecognizable.
And with that being said, that concludes today's video.
