Welcome to your September reset.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome back to the podcast.
I'm Liz, for those of you who are just discovering the podcast, we're in the process of
rebranding and I'm super excited and what a better way to kick off the podcast than to talk
about the ultimate fall September reset.
September is my favorite time of year.
I love fall.
It's my favorite season.
and the main reason for this is not only is it the perfect weather, the perfect temperature,
the air is crisp, I can always drink my hot coffee without feeling weird about it because
it's not 100 degrees outside. It just feels like the perfect energetic time to reset,
re-center, and focus on my goals and what I want to accomplish from this point forward into the
new year. It feels like the prepping season before 2026. It just feels like the perfect.
perfect time to tackle everything that I've been wanting to for the whole year.
2025 was really interesting.
I don't know if any of you guys can relate to this, but if you can drop a comment on Spotify
or send me a DM Atlas, L-Y-S-S on Instagram.
There's been a lot of amazing, incredible, magical things that have happened throughout the
course of this year.
But it's been met with a lot of stagnation and friction, and it wasn't as fast-paced and
exciting in the sense of like there weren't as many things happening the way that I would
expect them to. I had a whole list of goals mapped out for this entire year that I thought I would
have accomplished by now. And to be honest, I didn't really get around to a lot of the things that I
wanted to get around to. But something changed when September 1st hit and came around. And I was feeling
a bit discouraged and I was like, I feel like I haven't gotten enough done and accomplished this
year. It feels like a slow year. And I thought, you know, it would be more fast-paced and there would
be more happening and more action with my career. It feels like a slow burn. But then when
September 1st hit, I swear, something in me drastic shifted. And I feel like I saw it happen for
everyone. Everyone all of a sudden like woke up out of a fog. So on today's episode, I'm going to be
talking about the ultimate September fall 2025 reset to get you in this pumpkin spice sweater mood
and to get you on track to have the most amazing rest of the year and tackle your goals into the new year.
We don't have to wait till 2026 to start building our dream life.
I'm really, really excited about today's episode because I'm also recording it as a reminder
to myself to stay focused, to stay disciplined, and to really remember my power this month.
That's going to be the theme of September, just remembering who the fuck I am and why I'm here
and why I'm creating and why I'm still going and still pushing and still doing the most to be the best
version of myself. 2025 has tested me and my boundaries a lot and I'm using September as the
ultimate opportunity to glow up to reset and recharge and rebrand my entire existence. So I want to
take you guys through my perfect fall reset day. I typically will be doing this every single day,
probably for the rest of the year. I'm going to take you through my new daily routine and my
practices. I'm going to give you some tips on how to rewrite your entire identity and step into
your higher self and really embody the version of you who has everything you've ever wanted. I'm going to
walk you through that. I'm also going to drop some exciting affirmations to get you in the flow and
to get you ready for today's episode. I'm also going to be breaking down what I'm going to do
step by step to completely shift my reality and to change who I am to the point where I become
unrecognizable by the end of the year. By December 31st, I want to look completely different,
feel completely different. I want to have everything accomplished that I've had on my list
since the beginning of 2025. And I want to take you guys along on the journey with me.
I think this is going to be one of my favorite episodes I've ever recorded because I've
organized it in a very different way in a very different format than I usually do. So let's get into it.
Okay. I want all of you to walk out of this episode with that golden aura frequency. This episode will
upgrade you to the next level of your life. Okay. We're going to open it with a little visualization
technique. So here we go. I want you to really embody this feeling. Okay. You wake up early.
You don't grab your phone. You're not checking your phone. You're not checking your Instagram.
you're not scrolling, you're not looking for someone to text you.
There's no chaos.
It's just peace and calm.
You wake up in the morning and you immediately think of the first goal you want to accomplish.
Whatever it is, that's where your brain goes.
You're not thinking about the past.
You're not thinking about your breakup, your old toxic flings, your situation ships.
This season is all about you, okay?
I know a lot of you listening to this.
you came to this podcast because you're going through a breakup or you're going through a difficult
time in your relationship. But I want you to wake up early in the morning reset, refreshed. You wake up
and you start immediately programming your brain. I'm in my glow up season. I'm the most magnetic
person I know. I am disciplined. I'm abundant. I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I'm fully
stepping into the next level of my life. I'm fully aligning with my highest self.
I am choosing only what excites me and fuels me and inspires me from this moment forward.
Letting everything else go.
I release anything that has been weighing me down over the last eight months of 2025.
This is a new era.
This is a new you.
Instead of going backwards, instead of replaying the past, we're focused on the future now.
We're focused on the last few months of 2025.
We're changing our complete sense of self for the next few months.
and going into 2026 as an entirely different human being.
Your fall reset is not just a basic fall girl routine, okay?
I know there's a lot of different glow-up routines and things thrown all over social
media, but it's not just a checklist of things to do, okay?
This is your timeline initiation.
You're stepping into an entirely new identity.
You're going to have the biggest glow-up of your entire life.
and you're not waiting for any sort of changes you are the change you're embodying the best fucking
version of you starting right now in a few weeks from now i can guarantee if you commit to change
if you commit to this new version of you and you embody the frequency of the version you really
want to become everything will start to shift for you everything will start to speed up in terms of
the manifestations you've been waiting on in terms of the career opportunity you might be waiting on
or in terms of you trying to get someone back into your life,
everything will fall magically into place when you anchor in your own frequency
and you anchor in your own energy.
And that's what's so exciting because you can make the switch today right now.
As we're listening to this episode, it is time to fully reset.
This is the new you.
It's a complete frequency shift.
Now, just a friendly reminder, if you want to,
connect with me and feel a little more inspired and you really want to commit to this new version of
you. I highly recommend following me on Instagram Atlas, L-Y-S-S, and sending me a message there and telling
me that you're committed to changing your life this September. Just drop me a message. Obviously,
I get a ton of DMs, but I try to go through all of them and I'm sending you all my energy and love
and positive vibes. Whenever I read your messages, it makes my day. I do see majority of them. I
can't get to everyone immediately, but I do my best. And I would love it if we connect it. So
go to Instagram, open your Instagram app right now, search lists, L-Y-S-S, give me a follow and send me a
message on there. And I'd be happy to connect. I'm so excited to connect with you guys. This
fall is going to be absolutely amazing. Now let's get into step one, the mindset shift. It's
time to rewrite your self-concept entirely. And this really starts with the narrative that
plays in your head all day long. What are you thinking about every day when you wake up until you
go to sleep? Really monitor what's going through your head. We think thousands and thousands of
thoughts in a single day. And sometimes I don't even realize this, but my brain will drift off and
start replaying past things or thinking about something that happened three months ago
or over-analyzing something someone said to me. And it's all just clutter. And it fogs your
brain and it fogs your frequency and it clutters your energetic field. I really want you to
assess what is going through your brain and what thoughts are going through your mind on a daily
basis. It is the most important thing to make sure that your thoughts and what you're thinking about
is all positive. When you wake up in the morning, that's when your brain is rewiring. The old self,
your past thoughts are going to want to creep up. Your subconscious mind is extremely active. When we
wake up, it's very active and you're going to want to start replaying the past. It's normal.
Okay? That's where your brain is naturally going to go.
Even this morning, I woke up today.
I had a really interesting sleep.
I had some weird dreams.
I was pretty sure I saw a ghost in my room, okay?
Long story short, not going to get into that right now because I don't want to go too off
track, but I had a weird sleep.
And when I woke up this morning, my brain started going backwards a little bit.
But then I instantly caught myself and I said, no, future thoughts only, future self only.
It's time to reprogram the identity and the mind.
And the more you practice this and the more you really monitor what you're thinking about, that's when things start to shift.
If you're staying stuck in the past, that is going to keep you energetically stuck and blocked from achieving literally anything.
So first things first, I want you to start fresh.
Starting in the morning, don't grab your phone immediately and start looking for external validation.
just wake up and start reprogramming your thought process and saying affirmations.
I am magnetic.
I am manifesting everything I've wanted in this life.
I am and then followed with whatever you want to achieve for the next few months.
This is also why I say when you have your vision board as your phone wallpaper,
if you grab your phone in the morning and you tend to grab your phone in the morning,
it's nice to at least have your vision board as your phone wallpaper so you can be subconsciously
reminded of what your goals are. It's so funny too because this morning I put my phone on work mode
and on my work mode settings, my vision board comes up as my wallpaper and I forgot about it
because I haven't put it on work mode in a while. All the things that I've been wanting and
visualizing for myself were right there in front of me on my phone. And when I woke up this morning
and I saw it, I was like, oh, yes, this is the best reminder.
If you're the type of person who grabs your phone first thing in the morning,
I highly recommend taking the first five to ten minutes to just sit and reprogram your thoughts
and not reach for your phone.
But if you have to for work or for whatever reason, just make your wallpaper your vision board.
I use Canva for this.
It's very easy to make one.
You go on the Canva app.
You go on Pinterest.
You search all of the images that you want.
We search all the things that you want, all of your dreams, all of your goals, and you can make a vision board via Canva.
They have all these different templates, and then you save it to your phone, and you could set it as your wallpaper.
Done.
The I am affirmation technique is a huge part of rewiring the brain.
When you speak I am, you're affirming a new identity.
I am the healthiest I've ever been in my life.
I am the most strong, disciplined version of me.
I am receiving an extra $10,000 from work at the end of this month.
When you speak I am, you're embodying a new identity.
And the more you speak it, the more you will start to believe it.
So when you start training your brain this way, it's extremely helpful.
I also want you to start scripting out your day as if you're the person you already want to become.
This is how you really embody a new identity.
you are living and breathing as if everything you've already wanted has happened for you.
And that's what true embodiment really means.
You're operating mentally and energetically as the person you've always wanted to be.
And then everything else has to fall into place.
It's energetic law.
So I'll give you a great example.
And I'm super excited about it because it's something so new for me.
I always used to like think of running as this horrible,
activity and I was scared of it. And I would literally deny myself any window of opportunity to go for a
run. Like that is the last thing that I've ever wanted to do. I love to go to the gym, but I like to walk
on an incline, lift some weights. But the act of like running five miles, 10 miles in a marathon
or whatever it is terrified me. And then I woke up on September 1st. And for some reason,
I think it had to have been God because I was mentally struggling a lot and I was like, I don't know if I could stay in London.
I'm just feeling really off, feels very dense.
I'm not myself.
I heard a voice in my head say, you're a runner.
You're a runner now.
New identity unlocked this September, you're a runner.
And you're going to stop drinking alcohol entirely.
You're going to get your fucking life back together on track.
Alcohol has been really affecting my mental health and I didn't realize it until September 1st when I woke up that morning because I wasn't drinking excessively in the sense of like if I go out, I'll have one or two drinks usually.
I never thought of it as a huge deal because I wouldn't even wake up really hungover.
But there was a voice in my head commanding that I take control of my health because that is going to unlock the next level of my.
life. And it's crucial and it's mandatory. So I embodied the identity of a runner. I was like,
you know what? What would a runner do right now? Put on some workout clothes, tie your sneakers up,
and go for a fucking run. Now, at first, I was really uncomfortable and I didn't want to and I
resisted it. But I listened to the voice in my head and I was like, you know what, let me do it
once. Let me see how I feel after. And maybe I'll like it. So I did it. It was really easy,
simple run. I downloaded a running app and just went for it. And I went to the park, went for a nice
run by the water, was nice and out of breath after a few minutes because once again, I'm new to
this. But the adrenaline rush I felt afterwards and the endorphin rush I felt afterwards was
undeniable. It instantly shifted my mood. I came home that day feeling really confident and
accomplished. And it was something I hadn't felt in a while physically. I realized how much it actually
did affect my mental health in a positive way. Now I'm embodying this new version of me where I'm
going to commit to running, being sober, drinking lots of water, making sure I'm nice and hydrated every
day, nourishing my body with the right foods, taking good care of my skin and my hair and my
nails, making sure my health is a top priority for me. Let's see what comes of it, right? It's
exciting. It's like this new identity unlocked. So something I like to do is visualize what would
my highest self really be doing? What would her workout routine be like? What would she be eating? How
would she be taking care of herself? And then I go do it. That's what I'm doing now. I'm
embodying. So I'm not just thinking about it. I'm doing it. And when you actually do it, that's when
everything else will align perfectly the way that you want it because you're embodying the
version of you that already has everything you've ever wanted. Something I read recently,
which was really fascinating to me also, is that your subconscious mind does not know the difference
between something that actually happened or your pure imagination.
Thoughts are thoughts.
If you keep visualizing your highest self and then taking the actions that that person would do,
you're resetting your entire identity.
Your brain is embodying that person and you are that person because your brain doesn't
know the difference.
Everything is just thoughts in the mind.
And the more you embody those thoughts and you align with the frequency of your highest self,
your brain literally speeds to catch up to that timeline, which is really, really fucking cool.
And that's why life is so magical and such a game, because the second you really anchor into the frequency of your highest self, magic starts to happen.
You are literally changing your DNA and yourselves from the inside out.
Every time you also catch yourself slipping into the past, because this happens because we're human beings, okay?
we'll have really good moments. We'll feel really positive, really powerful and strong. And then
there will be moments where you slip backwards and you feel kind of sad again. Just work on the
reinforcement of anchoring into your higher self. Whenever you start slipping, say reset. Reset. I'm not
going back there anymore. That's the old version of me. The new version of you wouldn't think the
thoughts you're thinking right now. The new version of you, what would she be thinking? If she had everything she's
ever wanted, what would her brain be thinking? What thoughts would she be thinking? Script it out and
write it out. Scripting is really, really helpful in this, okay? Writing it out. What would your future self
be thinking right in this very moment? At night, I also want you to lock in before you go to sleep. I also
want you to lock in on your future self and visualize her as you're falling asleep. This is super
important. And this is something I've been doing every single night. When I go to bed, I'm listening to
subliminals on YouTube that focus on self-concept and self-love and self-worth. I'm already
visualizing the next day in my head of how amazing I know it's going to be. This is a really
useful tool. Visualize the next day ahead and how amazing it's going to be and everything
you're going to accomplish as you drift off to sleep. The next thing is you have to speak out loud
as if everything you've ever wanted has already been done.
It's guaranteed yours, no questions asked.
I love Neville Goddard's teachings.
You can find them on YouTube very easily.
But something he said that I absolutely love is the same way you can't convince your brain that
2 plus 2 equals 5, your brain knows that 2 plus 2 does not equal 5, is the same way you have to
know that what you want is already done.
Like you can't convince your brain that 2 plus 2 equals 5.
because you know that 2 plus 2 equals 4.
His point is that that same feeling of boldness and clarity about an answer about something
that you think has to apply to what you want and what you're trying to manifest.
It's already done.
It's a known fact in your head.
There's no wavering from your truth.
So if you want to manifest something and then you keep checking on it and you're wavering
in your faith about it and you're an anxious mess about it, you are not going to manifest it.
because you are not embodying the frequency of having it.
Another thing he says, if you plant a seed, you don't go digging it up the next day
because you know that it takes time to blossom and grow.
And the same thing applies to what you're asking for out of your life.
Once you plant that seed, let it grow, let it sit, don't look back.
The whole point is to trust so boldly and to be so certain in your desires that they inevitably
come to fruition. That's how you have to lock in, okay? You can't waver from your truth. Bottom line.
Repeat this episode 10 times if you have to. You can't waver from your truth. If you really want
something bad enough, you have to be so fucking confident and sure of it that you put it out there
into the universe and you move on with your life, knowing that it's coming. You're already 10 steps
ahead onto the next 10 manifestations, okay? Command it as done and it's inevitable. Commanded as done
and it's inevitable that it will happen for you.
Case closed.
Now let's get into the wellness side of things because health and wellness is something I haven't
covered too much on the podcast, but I need to because it's such a big part of my life.
And we underestimate how important taking care of our physical health is.
A big thing I did in April was taking care of my gut health and doing a full gut health detox.
Your gut is directly connected to your brain.
A lot of the foods we eat are processed in the gut, and it affects our energy levels, our moods, our hormones, and everything else.
I know when I eat processed foods and a lot of sugar and gluten, I don't feel great.
I really just mentally don't feel great, especially adding alcohol onto that.
I know it was really affecting me.
And I even had a few people messaging me expressing their concerns, being like, girl, ever since you moved to London, I always see a glass of alcohol in your hands.
I definitely do not have any sort of drinking problem.
I'm pretty balanced and, you know, still do as much as I can to take care of myself.
And I rarely get, like, drunk.
It's still not good for you.
It's still not good for the brain.
Alcohol is toxic.
It definitely has clouded my brain a bit.
And I think it really has ultimately affected my moods.
I was getting more anxious.
I was having trouble sleeping.
It was just harder for me to feel motivated and productive because I was going out often and
socializing a lot. And in England, it's just such a big part of the culture. So it felt hard to
escape in a sense because a lot of the events I would go to were work related or I was meeting
new people and I wanted to be polite. But September 1st, I'm telling you, something shifted in me
where I realized that my health is the number one priority. Because I wasn't feeling great mentally,
I knew I needed to make the shift instantly. And I was like, I'm not drinking this month and we'll
see how it goes, I feel like I'm going to keep it up indefinitely because I'm already seeing
the difference in the way that I'm speaking, in the way that I'm thinking and feeling and how
I'm waking up and going to bed. It's been nice. There's also some people who ask me if they don't
drink, like how are they able to date? Because when you go out to dinner with someone new or you're
on a date, that's a very typical first date situation where you have a glass of wine and you chat and
you get to know someone, right? Or you have a drink and you just get to know someone. For me,
Because I'm really, really committed to completely transforming my life by the end of the year and up-leveling my career and making 10x the amount of money and I want to really attack my goals with a fire, I'm willing to do anything and to put my boundaries in place.
So I went on a date last night.
The day before the date, he asked if I wanted to grab a drink before we went to dinner.
It was a great window of opportunity for me to just tell him straight up.
I'm not drinking this month.
I'm really focused on my health.
I didn't even need to explain myself, but I was just telling him, this is what I'm doing.
And yeah, that's it.
He was super respectful about it.
And he was like, oh, okay, no problem.
It was still fun.
The beauty of it is that I got to know him without feeling cloudy or foggy or, you know, a little tipsy.
we tend to maybe judge people slightly differently if we have alcohol in our system. So it was actually
really nice to get to know someone on a first day sober. I really liked that he was super respectful
about it because I think especially in England, there's a lot of people who may have had an issue
with it. And of course, it was a good test to see how he responded because I want someone that
respects the things that I choose to do for myself too. And if someone's making you feel uncomfortable
about putting yourself first and your health first, they're not your person anyway.
So I feel like it was a nice way to see and kind of assess his character.
It made me feel more comfortable knowing that he respected my lifestyle and my choices.
Back to the gut health thing.
In order to reset my gut health, I started drinking a few drops of black seed oil, which is
really good for fighting inflammation in the body and fungus and bacteria in hot water.
couple of drops of black seed oil in hot water every morning. I noticed a difference in my energy
levels and that was really nice. I also stopped eating raw fish, which was probably one of the
hardest things I had to do because I'm obsessed with sushi and I was eating sushi every single
day, especially in Bali. There was this one restaurant that I would go to and devour my salmon
rolls and my tuna and it felt so healthy. I was feeling really good until I was feeling really good
until I wasn't. And something one of the doctors over there told me was raw fish has a lot of,
sorry if this is TMI, but raw fish has a lot of parasites. And sometimes if we eat it in excess
consumption, those parasites can linger in the gut and cause inflammation and a lot of health
issues. I noticed that I was always bloated. I was always tired and my hair was thinning. And there
were so many other health things I was experiencing. I was working out every day and I looked
heavier. It made no sense. I was like, what is going on? Why do I look like I'm gaining weight
when I'm working out this much? And I know that my diet is in check. Something's not adding up.
I got my blood drawn by this doctor and she recommended cutting out raw fish and doing a gut detox
and really just monitoring my gut health, which I had never done before, especially if you
travel to countries in Asia like Bali, you have to be careful with this stuff. I was given a
concoction of oils from the doctor and I'm not a doctor, so I highly recommend speaking to a doctor
about this if you were interested in learning more about gut health. But at that time, I was
prescribed some oils. I think it was a mixture of wormwood, clothe, and garlic. And I was taking
these oils every day, drinking a lot of water, flushing out my system. I also
ordered this water called Acira Redox, and it was also recommended to me by the same doctor.
This doctor had told me that this water was really good for detoxing the body and reducing
inflammation in the body. Apparently, it completely detoxifies the body, helps your gut health,
but helps with overall inflammation. So I was drinking that for a while, and overall, I will say,
consult a medical professional if you decide to invest in all these different supplements that I'm
mentioning. However, I do believe that it did make a huge difference for me. And it was a good way
for me to kick off my reset because I ultimately ended up feeling way better. My hair started
growing back. My energy levels were better. And overall, I just felt really good. Something else
I've been loving that I just tried. I'm really late to the game, Seamoss. I know it went viral
and it was everywhere for the last couple of years, but I never tried it. The other day, I was gross
shopping and I stumbled upon this seamoss gel. And for some reason, I was just like, I feel like I need
this. My intuition sometimes really knows what to get for my body. Like I just intuitively will see
something and know that it'll be good for me without knowing anything about it. I didn't really know
anything about the science behind seamoss. But I went home and took a spoonful of it and I felt so
good and I swear my skin looked different. I swear my face was glowing differently. My aura was different
when I was taking the Seamoss.
And after trying it, I was like, you know what?
I know there are just so many amazing different supplements that we could take to improve our health
and our energy levels and make us feel good.
One of my dreams is to open like a pop-up shop, maybe in New York, London, wherever there's a big
city or a lot of people and just have like an apothecary of all these different potions
and witchy supplements and things that we could have and just chill and socialize.
and mingle, no alcohol, just like really cool supplements and things that'll lift us up, lift our
vibration and make us feel good. If you guys are interested in that, I have to put something
together. I have to put some sort of event together. My higher self is calling me to do it. So if you're
interested in that too, drop a comment on Spotify or send me a DM Atlas. The next thing that I'm going
to be investing in in terms of wellness, this fall is cryotherapy and saunas. I love the hot cold.
contrast of doing cryo and then doing the sauna. And yeah, it can be a little pricey, but I do believe
cryotherapy is so good for your brain and for healing as well. They did have surgery a few years
ago and I feel like the cryo really did help with that. It's really just good for recovery,
especially now that I'm a professional runner, everyone, I'm going to be running in all these
marathons apparently. So I need to get in my cryo routine. I did it yesterday.
I loved how I felt after.
It was so cold, but it was so worth it after I got out.
I hate being cold.
But when I got out and I stepped out of that cryo machine, I was on such an endorphine high.
I was like, woo, I'm ready to go.
I want to do this every day.
So it's worth it.
And also sauna sometimes at night for deeper sleeps.
Have to get back on that.
There was a period of time in May where I was going to the sauna often right before I went to bed.
and it helped me relax and sleep so well.
That's the other thing too, right?
Sleep is so important.
So another big thing I'm going to be doing this fall is just making sure I prioritize sleep.
That's a huge part of regenerating your mind-body soul and reprogramming your subconscious mind.
When you're drifting off to sleep, you want to get a really good deep sleep because as you're sleeping, your brain is rewiring.
So all of these things are crucial this fall.
And I hope all of this chat can inspire you and all these tips can inspire you to take really good care of your physical health this fall.
The next thing I'm going to be changing up this fall is my outer appearance, my style, my fashion choices, my color palettes, how I want to appear on the external.
Because it really does all start from within.
The more I've been embodying the best version of me and the new version of me that I want to become because I'm in my pop star frequently.
where I'm like, I'm going to be the best at this and I'm going to achieve everything I want.
It's drawing me to new colors. Okay. I went through a phase where I was experimenting with greens
and pinks and beige. And now that it's fall, I'm into very neutral tones. I'm digging the
mocha brown, the chocolatey colors, the nude palettes. And I dyed my hair lighter, way lighter,
like white blonde. It's a beige, creamy blonde. I've never had this.
color before. And I'm loving it. Like, I'm just doing these little tweaks to my physical appearance
that reflect what's going on internally. And I think it's really important. I think when I look
in the mirror, I want to see how I feel on the inside. And I think how I feel on the inside is really
aligned with how I look on the outside right now, if that makes sense. So it's exciting. I'm also
detoxing my closet and getting rid of anything I'm not going to wear, donating it, whatever it may be,
and replacing my wardrobe with the new color palette with clothes that my highest self would wear
and how she would show up to dinners, to work events, to meetings.
It's all exciting. It's very fun.
The next thing is my relationships.
Relationships and friendships, this is a big one, okay?
There's no tolerance for anything less than amazing in your life, including the people you're
surrounded by.
This applies to everyone in your life.
It doesn't matter who it is, romantic or not.
Cut cords with the old.
Cut cords with the old.
In with the new.
Delete your past self.
Delete the old timelines.
Delete anyone that's toxic from the timeline.
There have been quite a few people since I've really shifted my internal state that have come
back into my life and have wanted to be a part of this new version of me.
And I just can't.
I can't have conversations with them.
It's literally energetically blocked.
As much as there's moments where I miss people from my past.
nine times out of 10, those people are irrelevant to the new version of you.
Guaranteed.
I know they're irrelevant to me when a guy that I dated last year is clawing at my DMs,
trying to get a reaction out of me.
He's instantly moved to the general folder, okay?
That's because I have to operate from who my higher self would be surrounded by
and who my higher self would be entertaining.
Would my highest self have time to be entertaining my past?
Absolutely fucking not.
even though I could reply, even though I could entertain it for a hot second, would my higher self do it?
No. So therefore I can't. That's how you have to go into your relationships now. Stop entertaining maybe people. If you haven't listened to my last episode, babe, you're not a maybe. Go listen to that episode. It's really important because a lot of you are in this maybe energy with people. You're waiting on people to choose you. You're waiting on people to show up for you. And you're forgetting.
that you're the fucking prize. You're forgetting how amazing you are. So go listen to that
episode, if you haven't already. It's a really important one. It's a really, really important
one for this fall. But just stop entertaining the past, okay? Cut the cords. Do cord-cutting
rituals on yourself. It's very easy. Go on YouTube, type in cord-cutting meditation, and do it,
commit to it. Release them. Release the people you know that are holding you back. You know who's
holding you back. Be brave enough and bold enough to let go unapologetically, knowing that
you deserve better, number one, and two, you're clearing space for new relationships that are
going to uplift you and better your life and make you even more of who you are in a powerful
way. You don't need people that are draining you this fall. We're kind of over like the sad
breakup era. That's why I've changed the podcast. That's why I'm changing everything. That's why
am rebranding entirely. That's why date yourself instead is no longer applicable. It's because I've
changed so much that I don't even want to talk about the past and breakups anymore. I don't want to
talk about that shit. Now we're stepping into our most confident timeline where we love our lives
so much that we're only focused on the future. That's what this is about, okay? I want you to leave
this episode feeling so excited for the next few months into 2026. And a huge part of this is being brave enough and
bold enough to let go of the relationships that are no longer serving you. Now, I asked you guys on
Instagram what you're doing to change this fall. And I'm going to read some of your responses before
I get to the end of this episode. Some things you guys are doing, journaling every day, meditating
every day, deleting social media. One of you said you're quitting your secure job that gives you
safety. You're going to dive into the unknown and trust your highest timeline. Do what you love. Do what
makes you happy and lights you up. If you're not happy, make the change, especially when it comes to
what you do for work. I'm the biggest believer in that. I believe that when you follow what truly
lights you up, you can't fail at it. I'm the biggest believer in that. Some other things you guys are
doing to reset this fall. Changing your environment. Traveling more. Picking up running. Yes,
love that. Taking better care of myself from the inside out, healing my nervous system and my
relationship to food. Love that so much. One of you said, I'm moving to a
city close to the ocean. That sounds absolutely incredible. On my date last night, I was telling the guy
that mermaids are real. And whenever I go into the ocean, I literally feel like I'm communicating with
mermaids. And I'm like, it's something only women can understand, okay? It's something only women
who love the ocean can understand. And he was looking at me and he was like, this girl's fucking
nuts. Like, I could tell that one thing about me, I like to push a little bit and like poke at people
little bit when I'm first getting to know them to see their reaction to like gauge if they
think it's funny or they think I'm a fucking weirdo. And it's a good test to see if they could
appreciate my quirkiness and like my weirdness or they're going to ghost me and never speak to me
again. He was looking at me and he was like, ha ha, like what do you mean? And I'm like,
uh, it's just for the girls. I can't explain it. Um, but yeah, I love it. Moving to a city
close to the ocean. That's beautiful. Trying to believe in myself more. Love.
that. Less on my phone, more yoga. Amazing. Changing my entire wardrobe. Having more faith in
God. Letting go of my ex and focusing on me. Love that. Engaging in a new morning walk
routine. No screen time 60 minutes before bed. That's a really good one. Another one of you said,
you're taking my master classes for a second time to up level even more. I love that for you.
Speaking of which, I'm releasing a bunch of new master classes very soon. And I am so excited. If you guys are excited, shoot me a message if you're interested in learning more. I'm also going to be offering very exclusive private coaching for only a few people. It's going to be very intimate and it's just going to be a very small, select group. If you're interested in that as well, shoot me a DM. I'll be sending out more information about that very soon. All of these messages that I'm getting
I see are really centered around health.
A lot of them are.
I think that's a huge theme of September in general, just physical health, because physical
health improves your mental health, which improves your spiritual health, which improves
every other area of your life.
You're able to manifest and get everything you want so much faster because you're a clear,
open channel.
I feel like when I'm running now, I'm visualizing my dream life even more.
I'm getting more downloads and more creative ideas and inspiration.
I'm feeling so confident in my body and so strong as a woman.
It's just such a beautiful, exciting thing.
And this is such an exciting season.
And I'm so excited to just create more and take you guys along with me on this new
rebrand because there's this whole rebrand for the podcast coming.
I highly recommend you go follow my Instagram at list because I'm going to be posting way more content on there.
And we're shifting the entire company and the brand and everything.
It's going to be super, super special.
and I just can't wait to bring you guys along on this journey with me.
Remember, you could always message me, leave a comment, I read everything, I try to get to everything.
You guys mean the world to me.
You inspire me to always push myself to be better, and I hope I can do the same for you.
I love you guys so much.
Happy fall.
It's Freedom Fall, as I always say.
One of my first episodes I ever recorded on the podcast was called Freedom Fall.
It's a time where we really unleash.
As women, we unleash.
we do the most to be productive, to tap into our raw creativity, and to really step into our power in such a divine way. I love you guys. I'm so, so, so, so thankful for all of you. All of the support, all the shares of the podcast on your stories, everything you do. I hope you guys have an amazing week ahead and an amazing fall. Stay tuned for more episodes very soon. Love you lots. And I'll see you next week. Bye.
