Hi guys, welcome back to another episode of Liz.
I am just recovering from a little raspy voice situation, so bear with me here.
On today's episode, we're going to be talking about the power of certainty and knowing for a fact what you want is already yours.
This is a major preview of my very popular masterclass manifest overnight.
That masterclass is designed to help you get everything you want really fast and to quantum leap into the reality.
of your dreams literally overnight.
If you haven't already downloaded manifest overnight,
I highly recommend doing so
if you are looking to up level
and up your manifestation game
and change your reality super fast.
On today's episode, I'm going to be giving you
the blueprint of being so certain
that you know that whatever you want
is fundamentally yours.
You've got to be living in the end
in order to get exactly what you're looking for
and exactly what you're asking the universe for.
You have to embody the brand,
new version of you, the version of you that already has what you are begging for or praying for.
If you are asking for it, you're not ready for it. If you are begging the universe for something,
you're clearly communicating a version of you that is still lacking it. So the key and the cheat code
and what people don't explain well, in my opinion, because there's so many manifesting videos out
there, is that you have to be the person that has what you want already in order to have it. And by
the time that you do manifest it, it's going to feel so natural and normal to you that it's not
really going to feel as exciting as you think it's going to feel. Because you're going to be so
far past it energetically that it's inevitably yours. And what you're asking for is the same thing
as ordering a cup of coffee and knowing that you're getting that cup of coffee. It's the same
feeling of naturalness as knowing that when you wake up in the morning, the sky is blue and
you know what the weather's going to be like wherever you live and you know you're in your bed.
and you just know these things, right?
You know that you're going to go to work.
You know what you have to do for that day.
When we're trying to manifest something,
it becomes hard to do when we're pushing it,
when we're asking so much for it,
and when we're gripping so tightly to it,
it's almost like you're just trying to fucking hard.
I wanted to create this episode,
not only because I wanted to give you a real preview
of what I teach in my manifest overnight master class,
but I also just wanted to share the wisdom that I've learned for free.
I want you guys to benefit and elevate in ways that feel really easy and effortless.
I want you to get to a version of yourself where you feel so confident in your manifesting
abilities that it's not manifesting.
It just is.
It just is.
You just are this person.
You just are a magnetic, powerful, confident person that constantly lives in the end state.
Now, what does living in the end state really mean?
The end state is simply the feeling you would naturally feel if what you had was already
manifested if what you had was already yours so if you're manifesting being married
would you be complaining that dating sucks if you're just manifesting a romantic
partner in general would you be complaining about not having anyone would you
be complaining about being lonely would you be on dating apps stressed out and
anxious and wanting to throw up at your options like I used to do no okay
absolutely not you would be so happy and you would be excited to
wake up in the morning next to that person and you would be planning your next trip and
planning fun dates and doing cool shit with them, right?
So the key is getting to the end state before you actually get what you want.
You have to do these things for yourself.
If you're a little afraid to, you know, take yourself out on dates and do these things alone,
you at least just have to embody the feeling of feeling fulfilled, of feeling joy and
excitement and falling so in love with your own life and yourself and everything that you have
to offer and bring to the table that when you are ready to meet the right person, that person
is going to be the perfect match for you. It is possible to manifest someone right now, okay?
You have options. You could technically date anyone if you really want to. But the reason
sometimes things are energetically blocked is because the universe is going to deliver the perfect
person for you and there's a buffer of time involved, right? As you're a number. As you're
building yourself, as you're working on yourself, as you're evolving as a person into the best
version of you. There's a buffer of time that needs to pass before you meet that person. It wasn't
hard for me to get into a relationship ever. And the reason for that being was that I was picking
and choosing as if I was just picking an apple from a grocery store and didn't really give a fuck
just because I wanted a boyfriend. And of course, I was attracted to my boyfriends and, you know,
everything happens for a reason and I don't regret any of those relationships. But the reason I was in
relationships and they were often toxic and not the right relationships is because I was manifesting out of
anxiety, insecurity and a lack of self-awareness, right? I'd like to think I'm a self-aware person and I was born
pretty self-aware, but when you're young, right? When you start dating at a young age, when I was 14,
I had my first boyfriend and we dated for eight years. So you can imagine how little I really knew about love and
relationships at that point, just because I had a boyfriend doesn't mean it was a healthy relationship,
right? So the point is if right now you're frustrated because you're not meeting the right
person, that could be divine protection because you're still at a point where you're building
your character. So when you do meet someone, it's the real deal and it's the real thing. And you save
yourself years of toxicity and heartbreak. I was actually having a discussion with my friend about
this. We were doing a little beach walk the other morning and she was saying how she was so glad she hadn't
dated anyone or met anyone a few years ago because she's such a different, more evolved version of
herself now. And she's like, I wanted a partner so badly a couple of years ago. But looking back at my old
self then, I'm so glad I never got into a relationship with anyone because I thought I wanted it and I thought
I needed it. But I was nowhere close to ready for it. I can relate in so many different areas of my life where
you think you're ready for something.
You think you're ready for a major amount of money,
a six-figure contract, right?
You think you're ready for that specific job,
that specific promotion.
You think you're ready for marriage, okay?
You think you're ready to get engaged
because you see a few of your friends have gotten engaged.
But then as you grow and as you up-level and really work on yourself,
in six months a year,
you look back at that version of you and you're like,
holy shit, I was so unheeled and I was so desperate and needy for a partner
that if I had attracted someone, it would have been toxic.
It would have inevitably had to end anyway because I wasn't ready for it.
The universe knows when you're ready for something.
And it depends on your energetic state and where you're currently vibrating at.
The universe makes no mistakes with that.
So if you are constantly seeking a partnership out of desperation or fear,
you're going to pull in relationships, people, and experiences that are at the vibration
of fear and anxiety and insecurity.
If you are operating from a place of abundance and confidence and self-love and true alignment,
it's inevitable that you're going to meet the love of your life.
I actually had to get on a coaching call for myself because I know the laws of manifestation
and how they work, but there was still a piece of me that was afraid to date or be with anyone
because after my last relationship, I closed my heart off so much, which created a lot of
And sometimes this is subconscious.
So like you could think you're ready and you could say, oh, I know that I am ready to get this.
I know I'm ready to quit my job and do X, Y, Z.
Or I know I'm ready to take this leap of faith or get into a relationship.
Like I'm ready to meet my person.
I'm ready for this.
If you keep telling yourself that, but vibrationally, you still feel a little bit of anxiety or fear or lack in any which way, shape, or form.
what's going to end up happening is you're going to attract that.
You're going to attract a mixed bag of what you want instead of the real deal.
And what was happening with me was I was going back into the dating game.
And I was excited when I would get ready for dates.
And I felt really confident and happy and genuinely looking forward to meeting new people.
And the first date would go so well.
I met this guy out.
We went to a pub and I was pleasantly surprised.
I was like, this guy's really, really cool.
And within a few minutes, this is this kind of.
funny. I was on such a high with him because of how well it was going that we were literally
like making out within five minutes of meeting. It sounds kind of chaotic when I say it out loud
now. But we were like really just like all in from the beginning at that moment in time. It was like
this whimsical moment. I was like, oh my God, like he's so hot. And I was excited about it,
which is great. I'm just laughing because you'll know why in a second. It was so exciting in the
moment, right? When you get swept up in the moment with someone, you find them attractive. And I was
like, oh my God, I am finally ready to meet someone. Like, I'm really happy. What ended up happening was
the first date was great. But then towards the end of the night, you know when like the excitement
kind of dies down, the drunk wears off a little bit. So you're like, all right, it was a good time,
but like, I need to go to bed. It kind of died down a little bit, which is fine. And then the second date
was just so not the vibe for me.
The energy was just so different
and it had shifted so much
and he had said a few things
that I was just like absolutely not
which I'm not gonna get into
but he had said a few things
that really turned me off.
Maybe I will get into it.
One of them was like something
about posting him on my story
and then I quickly realized that
he wasn't my guy
because I was like
why would he want me to post him
when I barely know him?
The whole point of this story
is that it went from being so exciting
to so disappointing.
And I was frustrated because I was like,
I was in such a high vibe state.
So what happened?
What am I doing wrong?
When I went on this coaching call
with this woman that I work with
who's absolutely incredible and I adore her,
she opened up my eyes and made me realize
that I was attracting a mixed bag of manifestations.
I was attracting this ideal version of a partner
and then the worst version of a partner
because I was communicating a vibration to the universe
that was half living in joy and excitement and half living in fear and disappointment.
Because I still was in a place where I was like almost scared to put myself back out there.
But I was also excited at the same time, which made me start to reflect.
She kept asking me, she's like, be honest with yourself.
Are you wavering in how you feel about dating people and meeting the love of your life?
Like how does that look to you on a daily basis?
Every day, are you living in a high vibe feeling around it?
Or are you some days saying I'm never going to date again?
And then other days you're saying, I can't wait to meet the love of my life.
And I was like, oh my God, I am living in that mixed state where some days I'm really optimistic
and some days I'm not, which by the way, is okay and it's human and I'm human.
And the reason I'm sharing this with you guys is because I firsthand experience these things
and hope that I can bring them to the podcast to help you guys out and guide you to correct
yourselves as well. Because in the moment, you don't even realize necessarily what you're doing
sometimes when it comes to manifesting and living the way that you're living. It becomes like
almost habitual. So for me, I was like, I have to really work on being more aware of how I feel
on a daily basis. And it's not just about saying I'm ready for this and I'm ready for, you know,
this business contract. It's just interesting because it really is about how you feel consistently
and how you're showing up vibrationally on a consistent basis and not just one day you're happy
and then the next five days you're complaining and miserable. You have to be clear on how you feel
and you have to stick to that feeling and trust that feeling, right? And you have to understand that
your manifestations come in when you're feeling good. They're going to come in when you're feeling
high vibe. They're not going to come in the way that you want them to if you're constantly
sulking and depressed and begging the universe and, you know, cursing out men and all this
stuff. Like, it's just not going to go the way that you want if you're living at that
vibration. The beauty of this is I started writing music and I'm a musician behind closed
doors, but maybe not behind closed doors soon. And I've been songwriting my whole life and I've
been singing my whole life and I, you know, I love it so much. And I would write these songs and
some of them were sadder songs, like breakup songs.
I was always worried because, you know, what you say is powerful and the words you speak are
powerful.
The words you say are like mantras, right, that can manifest.
And so I was almost afraid if I put out any type of sad music, it wouldn't be a good
thing.
However, after realizing it's about how you feel behind what you're doing that matters more
than what you're saying, that's when the game really changed for me because I was like,
I'm excited about putting out music.
Regardless if it came from a breakup
and the inspiration came from something sad,
it makes me so joyful to create music
and put out my art.
So that's the beauty of knowing that it's about the feeling
behind what you're saying and not so much just the words.
Another example that might make more sense to you,
if someone tells you your hair is red when you know it's blonde,
and they're like, your hair is red.
Their words don't mean anything.
It just sounds like gibberish and silly.
because your hair is blonde.
So you're like, okay, right?
It's the same concept.
I'm just thinking of this on the spot.
This might sound ridiculous.
But like, you're holding up a pen
and someone's like, you're holding a pencil
and you're just like, no, I'm not.
Like, you know that you're holding a pen
and you know that that's what you're doing.
So their words don't make sense.
It carries no energetic weight
because you're like, that's not true, right?
So when words don't carry the energetic weight
and you're not attaching meaning to them,
it's not going to manifest.
The point is focus more on the feeling
behind what you're saying. And also, of course, words are important. You want to speak to yourself
kindly. The power of the word is everything. But the feeling behind the power of the word and the
conviction and the emotion behind the words is extremely significant. Another example of this,
which was so eye-opening for me and so insanely impactful in the way I viewed manifesting,
was when I kept telling myself a specific story about a specific person. This person had gone cold
and distant from me after I was intimate with them. And that's an experience that I don't
encounter often. One, because I don't go around just sleeping with people anymore. And two,
like, if I do do that with someone, it's a very conscious choice for me. And I was super disappointed
in how this person had handled it. It was one of those situations where I'm like, I'm not going
to be intimate with someone and try to get to know someone if I don't think they're a decent
person.
Yet, it seems like they're not being decent right now.
So I'm confused.
It's weird also because I feel like Bali is an energetic portal and I've mentioned this on many
episodes.
But the thing about Bali is that it exposes things and it feels like it accelerates things very
quickly.
And it'll show you what you need to see and it'll also show you what you need to face and
heal about yourself.
That's also the reason why some people don't love it here.
as much as other people. I personally love it so much because it's such a special place and it's
helped me heal and it saved my life, like not to be dramatic, but I think when I was going through
the worst of my emotions and really, you know, was fighting a lot internally, Bali was like my safe
space and my cocoon of healing and it felt like it really had taken me in and kept me emotionally
safe while I was healing. I don't think I would have been able to continue the podcast at all.
if I hadn't come here.
And I'm just so insanely grateful that I've experienced a life here and a timeline here.
There are some people that don't resonate with it because it's very intense energetically
and it can be a lot.
It can be a lot if you're not ready to face yourself.
And if you're just looking to come here and party that's different, but there's a side
to the island that it's like all about, you know, doing that work and really facing yourself.
So anyways, with this person, getting back to the story,
story. It was almost like one minute I felt good about it and then the next minute I felt like
not good about it and I was just like, okay, this is weird. I had to really just take a step back
and I was like, I need to figure out what's going on in my mind, in my energy. Because if I'm going to
go back into dating and trust people again and meet people again and do this for real, I'm not going
be an anxious mess. I have to handle this differently than I would handle it in the past.
And so I did end up confronting him and speaking my truth and speaking my mind about how I felt
in a very casual manner. It was really hard for me to do because usually I would just block
people and be like, no, bye, no. But this time I was like, you know what? I'm going to try a different
approach. And then everything was like totally fine after that. It was totally fine. I didn't
feel sad. I didn't feel anger or like upset or disappointed anymore. I just felt neutral. What that
taught me is that sometimes we make these things way bigger than they are in our body and in our head.
And we craft these narrations and stories in our head about someone else when it's just our
thoughts that are making it big. It's our own thoughts that are giving it so much meaning and then
making it a bigger deal than it actually is. I had called.
crafted this story in my head about this person.
And this is just an example, but I've done this with so many other people.
And this is what we do.
We assign meaning to people's actions and what they've done to us or what they've said to us
or how they've treated us.
We assign this heavy meaning to it with our thoughts.
And then we manifest more of that constantly.
Instead of removing our emotion from it for a second and being like, you know what, I'm going
to create a new story.
In order to see situations and circumstances change, whether it be a relationship,
dynamic with a specific person or with business, with money issues, with anything that you're
currently dealing with with health, with fitness, with anything, okay, in order to see a situation
actually change in your 3D reality, bear with me here. It's going to make sense, okay?
You have to change the story about it in your head and believe it with conviction and be certain
about the new story. So by me verbalizing how I felt to this person and then changing the
story of what really happened in my head, meaning I went from victimizing myself saying,
poor me, this guy did this to me, this guy is disappointing me, to all is well and all is good,
to all is fine. And I don't even know if I saw a future with that person anyway. Like,
what's the point of getting all rattled? Like, all is well. We're good. We're cool.
The shift in energy when I tell you between me and this person was instant. It was instant. It was
was like, okay, all is fine. And it was because I changed. I changed the story in my head of what
happened. Instead of calling my friends, I'm being like, this happened and blah, blah, blah, and
complaining and getting all swept up in the negatives, I flipped it to be all as well. And I believed
that new story. I believed so much in that new story. And I said, it's all fine. The highest version of
you isn't getting caught up in micromanaging people and their actions on what they're doing.
The highest version of you is free and detached to outcome and trusts that God and the universe
has a plan for you no matter what and always has your back and is always divinely protecting you
and guiding you to the right people in the right situations.
So in my head, the new story was instead of saying this guy was being weird, whatever,
because maybe in his head he didn't think he was being weird.
All I needed to do was flip the script in my own brain to manifest a different outcome.
It was all within me.
It was all happening within me.
I created the anxiety around it, and then I chose to reclaim my power and create a new timeline and a new story and a new narrative, which manifested a different reality, which was everything is fine.
And I was dating other people and I met other people and I met someone else.
And then I didn't even care.
And then I was like, that's the cheat code.
That's the code to manifesting your dream life.
it's unwavering certainty.
And I speak about this in my manifest overnight course,
but when you live through it in day-to-day reality, right?
Like obviously, a course is a course.
A podcast is a podcast.
But when you're living it, it's almost different
because you tend to just be on autopilot, like going about your day.
I'm not sitting with a notebook monitoring everything I do about manifesting, right?
It's just fascinating to me how these experiences in life force us to reflect and force
us to really look within all the time. For me, it was so eye-opening because I was like,
I just cracked and unlocked a new cheat code to manifesting this feeling of certainty that I had.
It was like, I had superpowers and I was just like, forget about this situation. This was like
a silly mini situation I'm just giving you an example of, but like the certainty of anything,
you could do anything. I was like, I'm going to start applying this to like receiving massive
amounts of money. Like, I'm a millionaire. You just have to think big.
Like think fucking big and be certain about your destiny and your dream life and your vision board and everything that you want in your head.
There is a timeline where it exists.
Like there is a reality where that exists if your level of certainty matches it.
And that's how you get what you want.
It's this conviction in your brain and your energetic state.
It's this knowing.
It's this feeling where you're like, it's done.
It's already done.
I've been saying this to myself all the time.
It is already done.
It is already done for me.
It is done.
It is cemented.
It is finalized.
It is finished.
This is what's happening.
This is the intention.
This is the manifestation.
This is what I'm asking for.
And it's done.
There's no questioning.
There's no doubting.
That's what the new reality is.
That's the conviction you have to go in with when you're manifesting.
It's not like, oh, I hope I get this or I hope this person comes back into my life.
Or I hope, you know, I become rich one day if I'm lucky.
No, you are lucky.
You're a lucky person.
You are rich.
You're a rich person.
Emboddy that person.
Be that person.
Be in that frequency.
Be in that state.
The next thing is, stop micromanaging the timeline of what you're asking for or what you're
expecting.
For example, if a guy doesn't text you back right away within like a day, what is your
natural reaction to that?
Is it anxiety that he doesn't like you?
Is it this feeling of rejection?
is it feeling like you're not worthy because he's not messaging you back right away?
Or do you not even care because you're living your best life and you're so involved with your own life
that it doesn't matter the timing of it because you're in pure alignment.
If you're in pure alignment and you're at your highest frequency,
you won't notice the timing of a message.
And if someone's not answering you at all, for example,
there will be someone else that will come into your frequency if you're living at your
your highest state, there will be someone else to replace that person.
That's better suited for you.
That's a better partner for you, right?
Just trusting in that and knowing that is such a profound feeling.
Like, it's just such a good feeling to just trust that much that you're like, okay,
that person isn't there.
That person is whatever he's, you know, I don't know what he's doing.
But I'm not letting that affect me at all whatsoever because I love my life and I love myself.
My worthiness is not validated by someone's response.
to my texts. Like that's ridiculous. To me now, that's ridiculous. I used to be like that,
where if someone didn't answer me in a window of time, I was like, he doesn't like me, he doesn't care
about it. No, it's the story you're creating in your head once again. The story you create in your
head is what you're going to see. So you can look at it as rejection or you can look at it as,
oh, they're really busy and I'm really busy. So it doesn't matter. And I'm so busy that I didn't
even notice because I have 10 more people lined up that are dying to talk to me. And it's true.
When you are vibrating at the highest state, you have options. You will have options. I promise
you, when you feel amazing and you're working on yourself and you're really the best version of you,
there's not just going to be one person that wants to talk to you and wants to date you. There will be
options. And it's like survival of the fittest. You show me who you are. And I'm not going to get
attached to any outcome. You just show me who you are. And if you're the right person, it'll work. It'll be a
perfect match. And I think by the time I post this episode, I have a feeling I'm going to be in a
relationship. I just have to say it now and I'm calling it if by the time I post this episode,
I'm going to be in a relationship with someone or like something. I don't know. I just feel it
right now as I'm speaking. It's just funny because now that I've cracked the code, I get it. I get it.
It doesn't matter. It just doesn't matter because if you are in such a good mood and you're thinking
about all the positives of your life and you're so grateful for your life and you're focusing on
gratitude and whatever, the people that aren't meant for you fade out naturally. It's not going to
hurt you. It's not going to ruin your day. It's just not. And if it's ruining your day, that means
you're giving your power to someone else. That means you're literally saying to them, you validate
my worth. No, just no. And when I started framing things like that and looking at things like that
and understanding that at a fundamental level, I just realized it's not that deep. Like, live your
best life. Love you. Do you? Be so obsessed with yourself and your own life and what?
you're doing that like you just know that what's meant to be is going to be and you don't have to
get all like micromanaging and hurt and upset and bitter just because things aren't going your
way. And that's also going to block you from manifesting what you want if you're vibrating at
bitterness or resentment or fear or anxiety all the time in dating or with work. Another example is
my career. I had this fear of making so much money that I wouldn't know what to do with it and
I almost felt unworthy of making a lot of money for a long time. And that's,
came from environmental things and the scarcity mindset, like the lack mindset around my finances,
it came from a lack of confidence that I could actually make that type of money.
And also it came from like old programming and conditioning for my family.
A lot of old school traditional ways of thinking about money are like,
you have to work really hard and you have to be like pushing and grinding and like really
stressing in order to be rich.
And that never resonated with me.
and that would always make me fearful of making a lot of money.
So when I would think about working hard and like stressing so much,
it would cause so much tension in my body and I would self-sabotage.
So I wouldn't make a lot of money and I would like get lazy with work
because I associated it with this idea if I had it,
my life would become really stressful and difficult.
Getting rid of that fear was so hard for so long.
I had to completely wipe out this idea that making money,
is hard. And also this belief around money comes and goes. If I made money, I would frantically
spend it. It was this weird thing I had with my finances. I was like, I have all this money.
And then I would like anxiously spend it thinking if I held onto it, something would happen
because I wasn't worthy of it. And it was like this really toxic cycle with money for a long
time and my self-worth. As I've gotten older and built many different businesses and I've made a lot
of money in my life and I've lost a lot of money in my life, I had to heal that. And the way I healed
that was through the narrative I told myself about money. I had to completely rewire every single
thing I'd been told about making money. Like I am deserving of being a wealthy person. If anyone
tells you like money doesn't buy happiness, like that's a belief. The same way you could say money
buys me freedom. And money makes things a lot easier for me and allows me to live the life I want
on my terms. Money buys my happiness because it gives me freedom to do what I want. And when I have
the freedom to do what I want, I'm happy. So therefore, it does make me happy. It's not everything to me.
My physical and mental health sits at the very top of the pyramid for me. But at the same time,
I used to be almost afraid to say it publicly like, I want to be rich. Why? Why is that bad to say
that I want to be rich? I used to almost be afraid to embody the state of like, I am super,
rich and I'm super hot and I'm super confident. Why was I so afraid to command that into my reality?
Because I was told that it was conceited, that it was selfish, that it was not something you should
go for and strive for because it's unrealistic. Fuck that, okay? You could have anything you want in this
life. And I'm telling you firsthand because I've manifested a lot of amazing things in my life.
I've manifested everything on my vision board. So it's all about the story that you're telling
yourself and someone's belief can be true for them, right?
It can be so true for them because it's their belief and that's what they're manifesting
in their 3D reality.
But for you, if you have a totally different belief and you're manifesting a totally
different reality, that's okay.
And you can have two totally different realities.
That's why I always say, don't share your manifestations with people and don't share your
plans with people because they're living in a different reality.
They're living on a different timeline, literally.
They don't have the same perception as you most of the time, okay?
some people do and some people will have an even better perception than you that you're going to want to
strive towards and be more in their reality. But a lot of people from your past that are looking at your
life and saying it's unrealistic or it's crazy or it's too much to ask for, that's just the belief that
they have and then that's going to be true for them. But it doesn't mean it has to be true for you,
period. Live in your truth. Live in your certainty. Rewrite the story of what you want to see in
your reality in your head right now. I want you to script it out before you go to bed tonight or you
could do it right now if you're feeling really inspired and hyped up. I know tonight before I go to
bed, I'm scripting out the next six months of what I want to achieve, what I want to see in my reality,
what I want to accomplish, and what I want to manifest and embody it immediately. Tomorrow morning,
I am waking up as a new version of me, a new version of Liz. And I hope I just inspired you
to do the same. And with that being said, that concludes today's episode of List. Thank you guys,
