We're going to be talking about doing a hard reset on who you are.
We're doing a hard reset moving into the summer.
It is the perfect window of time to get your shit together.
We're not gatekeeping how we keep ourselves feeling sexy and rich and hot and successful and abundant.
Moving into the second half of this year, my goal is to become as hot and rich as possible.
Okay.
So don't mind me.
I just came from the beach.
and I still have like sand on my feet.
So yeah, there's no script.
There's nothing.
I'm just going to dive right in and give it to you guys on everything I've learned about
maintaining my well-being, feeling good, feeling confident, feeling like the hottest
version of myself.
This episode is for you if you're looking to just feel a little more confident, empowered,
and to up your glow-up game.
So let's do it.
First things first.
we're going to go into the actual wellness stuff.
If you're not taking care of your physical health and your vessel,
which is your body and you're not taking care of your body,
I can promise you you're going to run into a lot of confidence issues.
True confidence comes from feeling really good in your body, in your skin,
and feeling really strong.
I know for me, when I have a routine with the gym,
when I go into the gym, when I lift weights, when I train,
when I have people around me training,
it gives me fuel and momentum to be the best version of me.
Health and fitness is such a big part of my confidence,
and I owe most of my confidence to feeling good in my body.
I feel the strongest when I'm working out,
when I'm weight training, when I'm running, when I'm doing Pilates, anything, okay?
I even love to just walk on an incline.
I believe in the power of exercise and really taking care of your body
in order to achieve the utmost confidence.
Now, a lot of people say, oh, confidence comes from within.
Okay, I had to take the glasses off.
It was getting really annoying.
I don't know if anyone else has this issue,
but whenever I wear sunglasses,
I literally feel like I can't see anything.
And I don't know if I just have bad eyesight,
but I'm like, I literally cannot see shit.
The most important piece of the puzzle for me
when it comes to my confidence,
when it comes to waking up and feeling motivated,
is having a clear mind and feeling high energy
and having a lot of energy.
And the most important thing that has helped me feel this way is moving my body, moving stagnant, stuck energy out of my body.
I cannot emphasize this enough.
If you don't have a solid workout routine in place, if you're not exercising, if you're not going for walks, if you're not doing things to create movement within your body, I need you to start, especially if you're not feeling so great mentally.
This is the foundation of confidence, of building inner confidence, is building the home from within.
and that starts with your health.
Fitness has changed my life in so many incredible ways.
Every time I've gone through grief, a breakup,
just something really hard in my life.
I knew I could always turn to the gym
to get a good workout in,
to replenish my energy,
and to just get anything out.
Like if I was really angry or upset over a situation,
I would always turn to the gym
as a means to release that emotion.
There was a period of my life for like two years
where I forgot the power of moving my body.
I was going through a breakup, it took everything in me to start my workout routine again.
It was so hard to give myself that initial push.
I remember I had zero motivation.
I just hired a trainer to keep myself accountable and I did it and I committed to it.
And I was like, fuck it.
If I have to hire someone to hold me accountable and push me to work out and push me to get a little motivated again, so be it.
It was the best investment I ever made at that time in my life.
And it was just such a powerful reminder as I started training again.
building my strength again and having someone in my ear pushing me and helping me with my
confidence again, it changed my entire timeline. I felt so much better about myself. I slowly started
to regain momentum in my life. I slowly started to remember my power and who I was.
When you create that really solid, healthy environment for your body to live in and to thrive in
and you start eating healthier, drinking more water and getting better sleeps and doing the
sauna and just really taking care of your body, it sets the tone and the foundation for everything
else that is happening in your life. And when you are vibrating higher because you're moving your
body and you're moving any bad energy out of the body and constantly committing to making yourself
feel stronger, it's such a big game changer. It will help you out of whatever you're dealing
with mentally. If you're looking to have a major glow up this summer, commit every day to some
form of physical movement. The next thing is face rolling and icing your face and guasha. I think that's how you say
it. Guasha. Guashaing your face. It has snatched my face. Draining all of the inflammation and
toxins out of my face. I tend to have a lot of water retention in my face, especially when I eat
salty food or I eat gluten. My face tends to swell up a lot and I've been using a guasha to just
sculpt my cheeks and my face and drain all of the excess fluid and inflammation out of my face
every single night before I go to sleep. And I can tell you that my face and my jawline has never
looked better. My jaw line has never looked better. I feel like my face is more sculpted and lifted.
I'm a really firm believer in this. I feel like also I've just been monitoring how much sugar
I'm consuming. I love sugar so much and I love salty food and I love spicy food. But all of
these things can inflame our bodies. So now what I've been doing, I started drinking so much
hot water in between meals. I started drinking hot water after every meal or peppermint tea after
a meal and it has helped so much with digestion, with de-blooding, with depuffing. A nice
peppermint tea or a hot water, if you don't really like tea, combined with a guasha routine
at night and then maybe a face mask is such a big game changer in the way.
your cheeks look defined, your jaw looks defined.
You have to do it for a few days to start seeing results.
Even after the first time I did it,
I remember just feeling so snatched and so sculpted.
And I was like, I'm never not doing this.
I do it like four to five times a week every time before I go to bed.
And it's the best.
I definitely notice a difference.
The next thing I do for my hot girl routine is I walk on the treadmill.
You could also just walk wherever,
but I like to walk on the treadmill on an incline for 30 minutes and use chat GPT or whatever AI app you're
using right now if you do use AI, which I think it could be a very useful tool if you use it the
right way and you use it to map out your routine and your dreams and your goals and your affirmations.
That's what I do for 30 minutes.
Every single morning I've been waking up and I've been making a list of everything I want
to accomplish on my app.
I've been asking it questions of what I can improve, asking it to organize a clear
schedule for me and give me a structured, defined plan on where I'm going and where I'm
heading next and what I need to think about for the next 24 hours. I have been doing this every
morning and when I tell you it's giving me such focus and such momentum and such clarity on my
life. It's crazy. Okay. Use AI as your life coach. Use AI as your best friend. When you wake up
in the morning, you should be fueling your brain with your schedule and your tasks and your goals.
If you are looking to accomplish big things and you have big dreams and big goals, I promise you
this is such a game changer. As you are walking, you are writing down what you need to get done.
You are studying everything that you need to accomplish. This can really help get your brain in a place
where you feel alive and you feel creative. It sets the tone for the rest of your day. I am a huge
believer that how you start your day is really a precedent and a preview of how the rest of the day is
going to go. Most of the time, when I start my day with a clear mission and focus and I have a schedule mapped out
and I write lists of what I need to do and the things I need to focus on,
it has made me feel so much more confident, so productive,
and it has really been helpful in setting the tone for a very efficient day.
And the beauty about walking while you're talking to your chat
about your schedule and your plans and your goals is that it gives you an extra boost
of energy and momentum.
You don't even realize how much time has passed as you're walking.
Do this on an incline if you are using a treadmill.
Walk on an incline.
You'll start to sweat.
And as you're sweating out all the toxins, maybe from last night you went out or maybe,
you know, you have some stuck emotion lingering in the body or you're not in the best head space.
Trust me, walk on a high incline.
I usually put my treadmill level 10 or 11.
And I will walk at like a 4.5, 5 speed.
And I will just walk.
I will grind out on my phone.
I'm not listening to music.
Let me emphasize this.
Music is great for certain parts of your day.
If you're going out, you're getting ready to go on a date.
Listen to your music.
If you feel like music in the background while you're studying or working is helpful, listen to your music.
But if you really want to ground your energy and get fucking focused, don't listen to music.
Map out your life while you're walking.
And it'll give you this surge of confidence and this energy and momentum and you'll feel really, really good about yourself.
Another thing about creating lists for yourself, if you are really looking to up your game and up level and feel really good about yourself this summer,
creating lists has changed the game for me because it gives you things and tasks to look forward to.
Your brain thrives when it has things to look forward to.
Now, this can also be like planning a trip out a month or two in advance because then you have something to look forward to.
And then you want to work harder and get everything done so you can really enjoy your trip.
It's kind of like that where you know you have something exciting to look forward to.
You know you have things to complete and do.
And for me, when I see everything mapped out and I know exactly what I have to do at every given time, it has been so helpful in organizing my brain, making me feel more sure about myself and making me feel like I have a strong purpose and I'm connected to a higher plan and I'm in line with my future and I'm more in alignment with myself.
When I wasn't very organized and I wasn't mapping out my goals and I wasn't doing anything and I was just kind of sitting in my thoughts in my bed like, oh, I don't know what I'm doing with my life.
made me very insecure with myself and who I was for a very long time. I've gone through the highs and
lows of dealing with being productive and feeling like I'm on top of the world and then the lows of
feeling like I wasn't sure what my direction. After really thinking about it and studying my old
patterns, I realize that the biggest confidence crusher is not creating momentum for yourself and not
organizing yourself. When you become very organized in your life and you have a very specific
schedule for yourself and you don't waver from that schedule and it's a non-negotiable. You're like,
this is what I got to get done today. If you complete all of those tasks, you will start building a lot
of inner confidence and you'll feel really, really good about yourself when it's all completed.
Whenever I've completed everything on my list and it's the end of the day, I feel like I could
sleep better, my brain can rest, I feel good about myself, I feel more secure within myself,
and it feels like I got shit done. The next thing is something I talk about all the time. It's in my
masterclasses, especially in manifest overnight.
and dare to detach to and the mind-body soul.
I think it's in all three of my master classes.
I talk about the power of the word and talking to yourself as I am.
I am the best.
I am the hardest worker.
I am good at everything I do.
I am so abundant.
I am so rich.
I am so wealthy.
I am thriving in every area of my life.
I am with the love of my life.
I am traveling the world.
I am flying first class.
I am making an extra $10,000 a month.
I am living my dream life.
I am so lucky.
I am so blessed.
I am so grateful.
I am so divinely guided.
I am so divinely protected.
Everything is always working in my favor.
You have to start drilling narratives like this into your brain.
You have to affirm that your life is incredible, that you are lucky, that you are blessed, that every
day you wake up and you have something amazing to be thankful for.
Every day you wake up and you get out of bed and you start thanking the universe for your blessings
and you look around and you see that you're healthy.
You have at least one good friend maybe, okay?
You got a promotion at work.
Focus on anything good that is currently happening in your life at all times.
is something that I've had to work on with myself. It's so easy to get in a rabbit hole of complaining,
of not feeling like you're enough, of not feeling like you're receiving enough. But I promise you,
the more you focus on gratitude and telling yourself how amazing your life truly is, you will start
to attract more blessings and miracles into your life. You have to tell yourself a different story.
You have to monitor the thoughts and what you are feeding your brain all of the time. You have to
really study your brain and who you are and what you're replaying in your brain on a constant
basis. We're all human and we're all going to have emotions that sometimes aren't necessarily
positive emotions or thoughts or feelings. The main thing is that you're quickly correcting it and you're
quickly acknowledging it and you're like, I'm not going to dwell in this emotion or this thought
because it's not making me feel good. And the more you focus on what does make you feel good is when
your life gets better. And when you radiate a better energy, you attract better things and everything
else will fall into place as long as you were constantly monitoring what you were thinking about
and choosing a better thought.
And so it's not always easy, right?
We go through periods of our time
where we need to get our anger out,
where we're sad, where we're frustrated,
where we're stressed, whatever it is.
But the point is correcting it early
and not dwelling in it.
Observing your thoughts objectively
and taking a step back
if you're a very emotional person
and just learning to get yourself out of it faster,
snap yourself out of it faster.
Everything is in the mind.
Everything is in your mind and in your brain.
Just being more self-aware
and learning how to correct it
is a really big game changer.
The next thing is something I also have reiterated a lot, especially in my masterclass,
dare to detach, the most famous masterclass that literally all of you have downloaded
in order to detach from someone that's no longer serving you.
Detach from things and people that are draining you and not making you feel good on a consistent basis.
Now, this doesn't mean you get in one fight with someone and you cut them off.
This means if someone is consistently bringing you down and draining you and constantly,
consistently, affecting you in a negative way, it's time to cut the courts, okay?
It's time to move on.
I always speak about cord cutting.
There are so many cord cutting meditations you could do on YouTube.
You could also just download my master class.
Dare to Detach.
It's my most popular master class,
and it literally focuses on letting go of anyone that isn't serving you.
There's a cord cutting meditation in that class,
and it's four days of material that will remove anyone toxic from your life.
This is a huge thing in glowing up, okay?
What you don't realize is people can drain your beauty,
your actual physical beauty.
If you're with the wrong person, people can make you ugly.
Like I'm not fucking joking.
Every time I've been in a relationship with someone that wasn't right for me,
I got significantly uglier.
And I looked drained.
I looked gray.
I looked sunken in.
Or I gained a lot of weight.
I was extra bloated, tired, fatigued, depressed.
You name it.
I was losing my hair.
Like there were so many things if I look back on my past relationships where I was like,
oh my God, I looked absolutely ratchet.
And it was because I was letting these people drain my life force.
When you were with the wrong person, your body will have reaction.
to that person.
We got to be honest with ourselves.
Do you look good?
Do you feel like the most radiant,
sexy, confident, glowing, golden aura,
goddess version of you with the person
you're currently with?
And if you're not,
it's probably not the right person.
If you feel significantly worse
next to this person
and you feel like they're draining you,
you're always anxious,
you're always tired,
and you just don't feel good around them 24-7,
it's time to really get honest with yourself
and assess if this is the right match.
A lot of my glow-up,
has always come after a breakup.
If I was with the wrong person,
I noticed that I would get significantly hotter.
I would get my glow back.
I would get my aura back after I ended a relationship.
This hasn't been with every guy.
I've been with some guys I've dated.
I felt more alive, more confident,
and I glowed more.
So really think about it.
If you are feeling like someone is draining your energy,
they could be draining your beauty as well.
The next thing is something that works for me
and if it works for you too, great,
I'm just telling you what works for me
and what makes me feel amazing and radiant,
intuitive eating.
Now, what does this mean for me?
This means I eat when I'm hungry
and I don't eat when I'm not hungry, period.
I listen to my body.
I listen to what my body craves.
I listen to what makes me feel good.
And I've tried things that didn't make me feel so great.
And, you know, I do have some food intolerances.
So I've tried things that work for me.
I've tried things that don't.
For me personally, intuitive eating
has always been how I eat.
I don't have any specific diet.
I don't follow any rules or have any restrictions around food.
I just eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full.
I just tend to listen to my body and what it needs.
And usually that consists of fruit, vegetables, chicken, sometimes fish, and lots of water.
I love a good Diet Coke, a crispy Diet Coke.
I love French fries and a Caesar salad.
That is like my go-to summer meal for.
and a Caesar salad.
I just eat what works for me,
what makes me feel good in my body.
And I love chicken.
I love chicken fingers.
Anything that reminds me of my childhood,
chicken nuggets and mac and cheese,
like I just eat intuitively.
I don't really think too much
or too deeply into food.
I feel like I have mastered a really,
really solid balance of working out,
taking care of my physical health,
going to the gym,
and having a well-rounded diet,
where I know I'm getting fruits, veggies,
getting those vitamins in and minerals in and also balancing it out with food that I love.
I love chicken parm. I love peni alivocca. I'm Italian. I grew up on Italian food. I just eat and I drink
based on my intuition. You don't have to listen to this advice at all because I know food can be a
sensitive topic for some people. I want to be respectful of everyone's, you know, preferences on this
podcast. I'm not here to tell you what to do with your eating habits. All I'm saying is that a lot of
have asked me about my diet and what I eat and how I work out and this is what works for me.
Now a lot of people ask me about my hair and my hair is, it's so funny because my hair is usually
down. You could go to any of my other episodes and look at my hair if you want. My hair is very
thick and curly and wavy naturally. I straighten it sometimes but it's pretty thick and it's
pretty long. I've had periods of time where it was very fragile and the condition of my
hair wasn't so great. I met a girl who had some of the most beautiful
long, luscious, thick hair in the world. And I asked her straight up. I was like, you need to tell me
everything. And she was like, I oil my hair. In my culture, we oil our hair once a week. You put an
oil hair mask on. You massage your scalp with a hair friendly oil, like argon oil. I think
argon oil is really, really good. And I did this once in Turkey at a spa. They massaged my scalp for like
an hour with this argon oil. I hope I'm saying it right. It sounds like a freaking idiot. And
they put my hair in like this heat after they oiled my hair. I left it on for three days. I swear my hair
grew like three inches in like a month. It was insane. It was insane. I also think hair is a very
spiritual thing. So if you're cutting it, I think my friend told me if you trim it on the new moon,
it's supposed to grow twice as fast and thick and become healthier. So I'm really good with my
hair care routine. I oil my hair now once a week. I just did it recently again. I'm
I did an oil hair mask.
I got a head massage with all of the oils.
You can wrap your hair up, leave the oil on overnight.
And it has been really, really helpful in maintaining my hair health, in letting it grow out longer.
And just protecting the hair and making it feel really soft and luxurious.
I really recommend it.
But make sure you're using the right oil.
Like don't use like, you know, olive oil.
You've got to use the right oil for hair.
And I think the best one is argon oil.
So yeah, really, really interesting and amazing hair tip that I learned and my hair is really healthy and I love the results.
The next thing is getting amazing sleeps.
Beauty sleep is a thing, people.
Okay.
I love sleeping.
I love sleeping because every time I go into my dream state, it's like a portal to manifesting.
Neville Goddard, the king of manifesting and teaching about manifestation, you would know if you know, you know, if you've taken my math.
master class manifest overnight.
He always talks about the drowsy state that you're in right before you drift off to sleep
is the most powerful portal for your subconscious to manifest.
So for me, I love sleeping as a manifestation portal.
Sounds a little woo-woo, but I don't care.
I do this every night.
I literally put on meditations to help me get into that drowsy state.
These meditations are featured in my master classes.
And there's also just so many on YouTube that you could look up.
Meditations to get you into a drowsy state to drift off to sleep.
and attract everything you desire, okay?
I get myself into this really tired, drowsy state.
I also love magnesium.
I take magnesium.
I drink a hot water or a hot tea.
I get really cozy.
I make sure my bed feels really safe and cozy.
I have my jelly cat stuffed animals that I sleep with
for those of you who have seen the photos of my teddy bear that I have.
I just make sleeping like a ritual for me
and it's a sanctuary in my bed
just to feel really safe and cozy.
cozy and warm, I treat it as a portal to manifest my best life. And it's proven that the better sleep
you get, the better health you have, and the more well-rested you are, the better your energy is
during the day and the happier you are during the day, and you have less cravings and you're
less cranky. Sleep is very important. So I love magnesium to help me wind down and relax. I'm not a
huge fan of melatonin. I feel like melatonin has always made me very groggy and feel a little off.
But do what works for you. I think magnesium is a good middle ground. And also take a hot bath,
light some candles, read a book. I watch friends. I do things that put me into a very relaxed state.
And then I'll drift off with a meditation and think about what I want as I drift off to sleep.
And I get into this drowsy state where I'm like almost asleep, but I'm not. And then you can watch
all your manifestations come true extra fast because you are literally rewiring your subconscious mind
in that drowsy state. The next thing is decluttering any area of your life that feels a little
messy. I used to just throw my shit around. I'm very messy. Like by nature, I was always very
messy and I would just throw shit around and throw things in my bag. Like it takes two seconds to be
cleaner and I'm clean as far as like I love to take a shower. I love to shower and I love to shower and I love to
do self-care and just obviously smell really good.
And I have good physical hygiene, which is also extremely important, okay?
You need to always have good physical hygiene.
In order to be hot and successful and feel confident, physical hygiene is like a deal
breaker.
It's a must.
Like I think that's pretty obvious and that's why I'm not covering that too much.
But like also just like your environmental hygiene, your spiritual hygiene, okay?
What you're feeding your brain, who you're talking to, who you're interacting with on a daily
basis, as well as your environment, okay? If there's clutter around, if there's garbage that you need
to take out, if there's dishes in the sink, if there's, you know, stuff you left out. If things aren't in the
correct order, tidy up your space because your home is your sanctuary. And this is a big lesson I learned
over the last six months is your home where you sleep at night, where you are in your environment.
It's your sanctuary. You are a goddess and you got to treat it as such. And a very clean home,
and a clean environment symbolizes a clean mind and clear energy.
A big thing for me is becoming more of a minimalist when it comes to the things I own
and just getting rid of things I don't need,
throwing out things from my old timeline, old journals, old things that I would never need
ever again, decluttering your phone, your social media,
unfollowing accounts that you just don't even consume their content or you're not friends
with these people, just starting fresh, okay, with the people in your,
your life with the things in your environment, clean out your closet, scrub your countertops,
like do things that are going to clean the energy around you and also within you. A huge thing
that I've taken away from doing that is I feel more grounded. I feel way calmer and I feel more
organized and I feel really, really much more productive and better about myself when I have a
clean environment to come home to just clean out every little area of your life and I promise you
are going to feel so much better energetically. I love going through my makeup.
bags and seeing like expired makeup, things that I would never use anymore. Clean up every single
area of your life and declutter your home, declutter your space, simplify your surroundings.
This is something that has helped me feel so much better about myself and feel so much
lighter. It's an energy purge and it feels fucking incredible. And with that being said, we're at
a studio time. I got to the studio a little late today. That was my bad. So that's it for today.
but I would love to make a part two of this if you guys are interested in hot girls.
