The following podcast is a dear media production.
Hello and welcome back to your favorite podcast.
D implants.
Does it look like I'm crying?
I was just going to say I'm worried about you.
I feel like something is off with you.
Are you mad at me?
No, not at all.
No, I think you are mad at me.
No, I think I just have dust in my eyes.
Does it look like I'm crying?
No.
But even outside of that, you've been off today.
Today?
Yeah, or all weekend.
Are you sad?
You're the one who's been off. We literally talked about this.
No, I know, but is something else bothering you?
Yeah, that you're distant because you're hormonal. I told you. I've been very clear.
Well, what happened was you said you had anxiety or postpartum anxiety.
So this is what happened. I quit breastfeeding or I weed not breastfeeding. And so that's typically whenever, you know, the postpartum, the D word.
Not dick.
I called him that one time.
You'll have to listen to a different episode.
It's an inside joke.
But that's when the postpartum anxiety hits me.
And we were at the lake and we were, the kids were swimming.
And we have this like little screen for mosquitoes.
And Jordan closes the screen for mosquitoes while our kids are in the pool.
And I'm just sitting there and I'm like, this is so nice.
It's like we're blocked for mosquitoes.
But if one of my kids needs my health.
help. I'm going to have to run around, find the remote, then click the up button and wait
while the screen rises while my children is in need. And I was just sitting there in so much
anxiety. And I was like, babe, listen, I don't know if this is like legit or if I'm just having
postpartum anxiety, but like we got to raise the screen. He's like, Danny, like the kids will be fine.
I'm like, no, no, no. I can't take a deep breath because I'm so anxious about this happening.
But five minutes prior to that, you were worried that, uh, summit was.
going to get bit by a mosquito and get infected with West Nile.
I know.
I did.
I did.
And I was like trying to protect him.
And so there's really just, that's the thing about postpartum anxiety.
There's just no winning.
Everything is out to get you and your babies.
It actually started.
I remember the day it started.
It actually started not last Saturday, but the Saturday before that.
Yeah.
It was a switch that turned on.
I was like, it was like postpartum is here.
It was on the way.
It was directly after Stratton's birthday party.
Yes.
It set in and remember I gave you that pep talk in the car because you were spiraling.
And I was like, this is going to ruin our whole weekend.
Yeah.
Because you were spiraling.
Your feelings are valid.
Yes.
But I was trying to get to the root of the.
Well, there was a lot going on.
We had Stratton's birthday party.
We were hosting like 10 people at our lake house that we had just purchased on Wednesday.
So we'd never even spent the night at the layhouse.
Our friends got to the lake house before we even got there.
So it was just, I was very stressed.
It was very stressed.
And Stratton doesn't swim yet, which is like another thing that keeps me up at night.
So I called this like swim teacher because I've been trying to teach him how to swim myself and he doesn't trust me.
So then I'm like, okay.
And so then I called this swim teacher and she's like, I can't start for two weeks.
And I'm like, listen, lady, I need to come over yesterday.
I was like Stratton.
We are around other kids that are swimming.
We have pools.
I'm so scared.
And so anyway, there's just a lot, a lot.
So has it subsided at all since two sides?
Saturdays ago? Or is it, it feels from my end like it's been pretty consistent.
I have been still loving these past couple days. No, no, no, listen, it's okay. I can just tell you are,
it's like, it's like your mind is moving a thousand and I see it. And it's like there's really no
stopping me. There's no room for me. It's okay. No, it's okay. You've been great for our kids,
But like I just know it's one of those seasons where it's like, oh, there's a lot on your mind.
Yeah.
And I am not your priority right now.
No, no.
It's not that you're not my priority.
I'm just like what the way it feels is I'm just trying to keep my head above water.
That's how I feel around you.
Yeah.
You know, you remember when you were like, this is so funny.
But like I was setting up the Starlink and I was like repairing something.
Yeah.
In the front yard.
Uh-huh.
You have something in your teeth.
Oh, thank you for telling me.
Yeah.
It's big. Okay, you got it. We just had it. Um, green. And you came back by the house and I was like, I mean, I was working in the yard. Yeah, you were. And you just were like, hey, babe. And then you like came in and left and I was like, oh, she's got things on her mind. Oh, when I came back. And then I also made, I made breakfast. And then I very, I pointed it out to you. I was like, hey, I made you breakfast. And you were like, you said thank you. I know you're appreciative. I don't. I don't. I
don't think it's personal.
No.
Yeah, I don't think it's personal.
It's just a season.
It happens.
It happens.
One would say once every month.
But this is, what's crazy about this one is that this is the pre to the once a month.
So really, I'm gonna, this is what I've been thinking about just as the male.
That's so true.
Maybe it's not postpartum anxiety.
Maybe it's that time in the month that's coming.
That's next week.
Which means that I, I've counted it will be three weeks of distance.
This is what.
But you asked if I was sad.
Of goodness.
There's one week of goodness.
You asked why I was sad.
And I was like, you know, men just have it so hard.
Yeah.
It's like, how do you guys do it?
Hobbies.
Oh, you think I'm being serious right now.
Hobbies.
I'm just like, okay, that's not going to work for me right now.
So I need to go over here and I need to entertain myself.
It's the same thing when you were pregnant.
I just played Sederative Katon on my iPad.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, how was I in San Antonio?
Because we just got back from San Antonio.
What did you think about our time there?
You were busy.
But you were like you were working.
Actually, I was going to ask how you felt today because you had like a very old Danny day where you went from like a photo.
You had glam this morning and then you went to a photo shoot.
I woke up early to shoot my intro to like my blog.
Yeah.
So you were like up and at him right away.
And then you had glam and then you went to a photo shoot and now you're here.
So but you seem excited, which makes I'm just curious how you're feeling.
Well, but always happens after this excitement is a crash.
Yes.
You know?
I feel that.
So I actually do really well in the chaos, but then it's just like the next day.
I'm like, but actually what was so crazy about the last five years of my life is that every day was like this.
So then when I crash, it was for two months.
Yeah, no.
What the word that came to mind when it came to San Antonio and or today is distraction.
It's like it's like you're like so busy and you're on like.
like such a grind right now that you're distracting yourself from the postpartum anxiety.
Oh, that's not good. And then you crash. I know. I tend to do that with my feelings too.
When I have an uncomfortable feeling that requires confrontation, I'm like, just get busy. You'll forget
about it. No, for sure. And that's how I feel like you are right now. I know that you have feelings
in there. No, I have feelings. She's totally distracting herself or feeling. It's, I'm, it's,
How does it feel to have a husband that just gets you?
I know.
You've been get me because, like, he's been hugging me very tightly lately.
Yeah.
Because here's a thing about Jordan.
Can I be honest?
That's not about you.
That's about me.
That's me saying, hey, I want to be loved.
And I literally hugged her last night.
And she said, you're smothering me.
No, you were hugging me really tight.
Okay.
And at that point, I knew you were frustrated.
So I just, like, laid on top of me.
And you were like,
off of me.
That's the one thing.
When I'm busy being busy, I don't like to be held down.
But Jordan,
sometimes he likes to hold me down like a little.
Well,
so honestly,
the reason I've been so loving to you is because I've been like,
you know,
there's all these like rabbit holes that go down,
like theories that I have whenever you're,
uh,
distant.
I'm like,
okay,
maybe she's not feeling good about herself.
So I'm going to go and I'm going to give her a bunch of compliments and love.
I will say,
uh,
never mind.
I shouldn't talk about it.
What?
No, because I don't want to get hate. I'm just like not in the mood. You know, and you're just not on the moon.
What are you going to get hate over? I just, I didn't really like my belly in that green dress in San Antonio.
Oh, I knew it. And I, I, I don't want to say anything because I feel like whenever I talk about stuff like this who were like, stop, stop talking about it. But, you know, it's just.
Yeah, I gave you a hug then too. And I said, I said to your videographer, Haley, I said, Haley, doesn't Danny look so beautiful.
Like, because you notice the belly. I know. I didn't notice your belly. I noticed. I noticed.
that you were not feeling good.
Yeah, yeah.
It's okay.
It's like, you know,
you can't turn around that.
You birth three humans, you know,
it's like,
everybody's like,
just reminding yourself that.
I'm like,
yeah,
I do.
Yeah.
And then you see other girls on Instagram
that birth like seven humans
and they have like a six back
and you're like,
okay.
Not relatable.
All those Mormons.
Literally.
Some in the water up there.
I don't know.
That's what I was thinking.
I'm telling you.
It's all those Mormons.
No,
and I honestly don't care about it on like a daily basis.
Yeah.
But it is hard when you're like filming
and taking all these.
pictures because it's like constant reminder, you know? And so it's like, but no, like, truly, I am
in that phase of like, I'm just like, embrace it. But that's why I also like to put my sweats on
because I feel good about myself. Yeah. So you're feeling good today though. We're good.
Yeah, yeah. I've had a phenomenal day. You want to hear about my day? Yeah, I do.
I woke up and started filming the vlog for kind of like a day of my life video.
But I had a photo shoot, or got glam, I had a photo shoot with architectural digest.
I don't know why architectural.
Oh, I didn't even know that was happening today.
Literally, I'm not even kidding you.
So, Ann, I came over doing my hair and Kristen was doing my makeup.
And like, you're going to be in the magazine?
No, listen, listen, first of all, I don't know.
But the funny thing was is she was like, what do you get or like, no, Kristen was like, okay, what style do you want?
What do you want your hair makeup to look like?
And I'm like, whatever.
Like, I'm just going to wear this green dress.
I have a photo shoot for like the divvy offices today.
Yeah.
And Anna walks in.
She was like, are you excited for today?
And I was like, yeah, it's just like a photo shoot.
She's like, architectural digest, Danny.
And I was like, what?
What are you talking about?
Like, I didn't know.
I had heard like, I think I knew like five months ago that was thrown around.
I didn't know that's what the shoot was for today for AD.
So then I was like, oh, you guys better get to work.
You better make me look good.
But before I was like, just whatever.
Wow, it's so crazy because we're actually, so we own the building and we're upstairs now and we're looking for a tenant downstairs.
Shoo-in.
Yeah.
I can just say it was in our architectural digest.
Yeah.
That's all I'm thinking about it.
I was like, how I'm going to find a new tenant?
We didn't shoot the bottom floor.
Well, yeah.
But yeah.
So, I mean, her office is so cute.
It looks so good.
So I did that and that was a lot of fun.
Then we came home and my mother was here and I was like, hi, mom, what are you doing?
And she got a brand deal with Barbie.
and she was filming a brand deal for Barbie at our house.
And I was like, hello.
So then we had lunch of the team, Sweet Green.
And then I just came up here.
And then I also on the way home got an email that Stratton's soccer game that was rained out from like two weekends ago was rescheduled to tonight at 5.30.
Can you also just make a mental note and remind me of something?
Don't ever sign.
Like, I'm never doing soccer again with our kids.
Never.
Danny, I try to tell you this.
Like, it is so dumb because every single weekend is rained out.
Every single weekend is rained out.
Also, our kids don't like it.
Yeah.
They just sit on the sidelines.
Every year we do this.
I know.
They don't like it.
But then Stella scored that one goal that one time.
And I was like, she's the next Mia Hamm.
At practice.
So practice makes perfect.
I'm telling you.
I was like, oh my gosh, my girl's going to be a soccer player.
No, I.
Princeton, here we come.
Yeah, I totally agree.
So are we just going to.
I'm not doing it again because it's honestly the worst season because.
Oh, because we don't give up.
Yeah, we don't give up.
The Austin Ramirez family does not give up.
So, yeah, we're, you know, I quit a lot of sports.
The Austin side.
Ramirez's Jordan, I gave up on some stuff.
Well, and then it's been hard because sometimes their games are the same times on the weekends.
And so we've to like pick one or the other.
Yeah.
But yeah, so that's been my day.
I also have just been going, you know, chat, GBT, I upgraded to that 4.0.
You should read your bio.
Yeah.
So I was like, you know, I hate to text the team on the weekends.
But like I upgraded to the 4.0 and it was like, hey, Danny.
Wait, wait, you're saying it wrong.
Oh.
You didn't upgrade to the 4.0.
You upgraded to the pro and you got all the models.
Right?
What does that even mean?
So do you have 4.0 beast mode?
It says GPT40.
Yeah, but let me see.
Look.
Wait, I need, I can get B-zone.
Yeah, there's so many models.
Look.
If you go here and then you click model, there's more models and there's like 4.5.
Well, give me the best one.
So this one, the, oh, wait, you don't have Beast Mode.
I only have it.
Sorry.
Are you paying like super extra?
No, I have the same.
Sometimes they roll it out.
But Beast Mode, it literally, I asked it how to grill, like how to marinate or like a good
marinate for a steak.
It truly thought about it for 20 minutes.
Oh, wow.
I don't like that.
I like it.
Heavy.
Like Google.
No, but it goes deep.
Like beast mode.
It's crazy.
Yeah, Danny got a new cell phone necklace.
What do you think about it?
I think it's.
It's like the best ASMR.
Are you really going to wear that around your neck?
So at Ulta FLC, all the ladies, the managers had these on their phones.
And they were wearing their phones like bags.
And I was like, where did you get that?
And they all said Amazon.
So I got up on there.
It was like $7.99.
I bought two.
Isn't that crazy?
Yeah, they're cool.
I'm so excited.
I'm going to wear it around the house like this.
Because you know, I'm always losing my phone.
No, this is what you're always doing.
Oh my gosh.
I left my phone.
And then I just keep driving and I'm like, no, she doesn't.
And then three minutes later, she's like, I found it.
And I'm like, yeah.
Here's a thing.
I never actually lose my phone, but I lose my phone every day.
But I lose it.
For both you and your mom, it's truly insane that y'all have not lost more things in life.
I'm a goldfish.
I mean, she did leave you to pay less.
She didn't know.
It was a fabric store.
She left me.
And I could just imagine her reaction.
She was like, oh, oh my gosh, my daughter.
She got in the car and started the car and backed out of the parking spot.
And then she like, you all are like living examples of like it always works out.
Like both of you are just living examples of it.
Back into the Fabixir, and the ladies working there were like appalled because she like left this like one year old in a car seat.
She's like, I haven't had her that long.
Like, I'm sorry.
She's new.
I forgot.
It's okay.
And they probably loved her after.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Y'all know I've been super open about my breastfeeding journey and how personal it's been for each and every mama.
Funny story about that.
I was at the lake a couple of weekends ago and Summit.
Had a little spit up 4 a.m.
And I just kind of rolled right into it and fell back asleep.
I was so tired.
I couldn't even get up.
You know,
because feeding is hard.
It's hard enough on each of us,
Mamas.
And so instead of judging,
let's support whatever journey is best for each individual.
This is why I love Bobby formula.

My busy parents know it's so hard to leave your babies for work, but with Nanit, I can keep an eye on things at home and check in right from their app when I'm on the go.
It's truly given me so much peace of mind, especially since having Summit and going from two to three babies in our house.

Hugies, we got you, baby.
So anyway, yeah, I upgraded to whatever, chat chip T for, oh.
And then it just randomly asked me, I was like, hey, Danny, like, do you want me to describe you?
And I was like, chat ship but too, sure. Why not? Like, what do you think about me? Like,
because like I was a little scared because the night before I was chat chitin, like, who is Charles Manson and tell me more about MK Ultra.
Yeah.
Which we'll get into that and a second. But so I was kind of like scared because like Chachapiti like knows a lot about me.
Like I'm always like asking crazy questions. And but then this is what I said. And I was like,
I think I like this person. Not me, but Chachaputee. Danny Austin is a powerhouse of heart and hustle,
a vibrant mommy influencer, entrepreneur, and podcast host who's building a beautiful faith-centered
life. She's a lakehouse dreamer, a puzzle solver, a tennis player, and a Mexican food enthusiast
with three little adventures by her side. Between creating honest content, steering her brand vision,
and deep diving into life's biggest and sometimes funniest questions, Danny blends authenticity,
ambition and a love for family, faith, and friendship like nobody else.
You know, it didn't mention me at all.
It was like three adventurers by her side, which I'm assuming means the kids.
So you don't ask many questions about me to chat Chibati.
I don't use it as a therapist.
I have a real one.
I know you ask a lot of therapy questions to chat Chibati.
For sure.
And then it said,
Will you ask it just really quick if you're married?
Am I married?
Am I married?
What does it say?
It's going to be like, you have a horrible memory.
Yes, based on everything we've talked about.
You are married.
Your last name is Austin, but your husband's last name is for bears.
And you've shared that you and your husband are both entrepreneurs who love Mexican food,
traveling, puzzling, tennis, reading, and raising your three small kids together.
Now it's just reverting back.
You two sound like a power couple who also know how to have fun.
Would you like me to write you?
a cute or funny couple bio too just for fun um ask it um say i need you to be honest with me
even if it's hard to hear what are my blind spots it's hard it'll nail it with me even if it's
hard to hear what are my blind spots question mark see if it gets it i love how real you're being
she look she's reading them before deciding whether she can share this vulnerable side of her
weakness.
I just remember if this is accurate.
Okay.
You have a huge heart and crazy drive, but sometimes you might spread yourself too thin.
You balance, you're balancing.
You're basically, it's saying you're.
Jenny's here.
She said absolutely.
It says basically you're balancing a lot.
You overcame a minute before checking if it's healthy for you.
Oh, for sure.
You feel like you're failing all the time.
I'm like.
You weren't going to read the.
You literally go, I don't think these are accurate.
You push burnout signs aside because you want to show up for everyone.
Oh my gosh.
How does it know?
Blind spot, you might underestimate how much rest and margin you truly need,
not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too.
That's probably true.
Next, you have a gift for authenticity,
but it might cause you to over-explain or try to justify yourself when you really don't need to.
Yeah.
You feel guilt for having boundaries.
You seek unnecessary permission from others when you already know the right thing to do.
So true.
Really?
Yeah.
Okay.
You overexplained decisions.
Okay.
Number three, your optimism and faith are powerful, but they could cause you to underestimate how complicated some problems really are.
Wait, read that again?
Your optimism and faith are powerful, but they could cause you to underestimate how complicated some problems really are.
Yeah.
Like you're, yeah.
Yeah.
When some, when, see when people, okay, so it says, but it might be sometimes harder for you to see when people or projects really aren't salvageable and just let them go.
Is that true?
Oh my God.
That's me.
And what, which project?
More people are not salvageable.
I can't let them go.
Like who?
Are we even married?
I know, but wait, whisper.
I'm not talking about anyone on the team, okay?
I know, I know, I know, but who? Don't say it on the pod.
No, no.
Just tell me.
I'm trying to think, like, who you have not, who you haven't liked this.
Jordan, you literally tell me about this every single time that we've ever had couples therapy.
You're like, Danny, you have to learn to let them go.
Oh.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like about literally everybody in my life.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, for sure, for sure.
You are brilliant at pursuing big dreams, but you might second guess your gut when it's time to take a scary leap.
I think everybody is that.
Bottom line, you are deeply capable.
Your heart is pure.
Your life's mission is bigger than any pressure or criticism you'll face.
You don't have to prove, prove, over-deliver or carry more than God asks of you.
Wow.
It's beautiful.
I'm like, touch if you do you like, are you a believer?
No, don't.
Why?
It'll pray for you.
It's very weird.
It's weird.
It's giving antichrist.
I really think that Chatsi BT will end up being the antichrist.
Some form of it one day.
Really?
Yeah, it's like a super intelligence.
Yeah, super intelligence.
Uh-huh.
They could like perform miracles and stuff.
You know, speaking of intelligence, we were listening to a podcast on the way home from
the lake.
And I just have a question.
It was about MK Ultra, which was like a secret CIA program.
Yeah.
And there's a theory out there that,
So the CIA opened this clinic.
What is it called?
Hate Ashbury.
Hate Ashbury.
The hate Ashbury is actually not a clinic.
It's a neighborhood.
It's in San Francisco.
But they opened the clinic.
It was funded and run by the CIA.
Yes, it was.
This is a fact.
This is not conspiracy.
Right.
And there were...
Back in like the 70s, 80s.
And Charles Manson, who committed all the murders, flowed through there.
Yes.
Do you want to tell them or you want me tell them?
You can keep going.
So basically Charles Manson, he had a really weird history where he was released from jail or prison many times when he probably shouldn't have been.
And he flowed through this hate Ashbury clinic.
And that is a clinic that is proven where they were basically using LSD.
The CIA was using LSD to experiment with mind control.
Right?
Yes.
So the CIA would use prison.
random people like on the streets, felons, like people that were in like mental institutes,
and they would give them all these drugs. They were really big on LSD and try to basically mind
control them and or study their brains and see like if they could convince them to like basically
totally switch their personalities, tell them to do crazy things. So yes, there was a neighborhood
called Hate Ashbury in San Francisco where they opened a clinic and they just had
people basically coming in like volunteering because that's like also when everybody started
doing LSD.
It was in 70s 80s.
And so you had all these like average Susan's going in and they're like testing drugs on
them.
Yeah.
And so there's this book that came out by this guy who did like 20 years worth of research
on trying to connect the dots.
And he never takes a position, but he's trying to connect the dots between the Charles
Manson murders, the CIA and this like hate Ashbery clinic.
And the book is called Chaos.
I forgot who wrote it.
But anyway, we're listening to a podcast about this.
And you were kind of like lurking and you were secretly asking chat GPT about the podcast.
Yeah, I do that every time I listen to a podcast.
I know.
But why were you hiding from me that you wanted to learn more?
You want to know why?
Remember my throat was hurting?
Oh.
The right side of my throat was hurting.
And I was like, I can't talk right now.
Oh, I thought you were hiding from me that you were interested in the topic after the telepathy.
tapes, you're like, I can't.
No, I was laying down because I was tired, number one.
Got it.
I didn't want to talk because my throat really hurt.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I just didn't want to talk.
Wasn't it interesting, though?
No, it's fascinating.
I told you.
So fascinating.
I go down every, like, I'll tell you what else was in my chat, GPT.
I went down MK Ultra.
I mean, that was just like.
I really got you.
That one really got me because here's what's the craziest thing while the Charles
Manson thing is they probably got to him while he was in prison.
Okay.
Yeah.
He's the CIA.
And he had always kind of been like a bad kid.
But he never like did anything crazy until he went through that program and they
started giving him all these drugs.
So like the theory is that it wasn't really him.
It was like his brainwashed version of himself.
Totally.
Because he ended up because Charles Manson didn't actually kill anyone.
But he had like the Charles Manson family.
So he had basically, he was like a cult leader.
And he had all these people follow.
following him. And they say that he brainwashed them the same way that the CIA brainwashed him.
Yeah. And then he basically just did what the CIA did to him and then told everybody to go kill all
these people. Because like most of the people who committed the murders were like normal.
Yeah. Like no criminal background. It said that he took, it said that he took advantage of the vulnerable.
Yeah. Like typically they were like financially vulnerable. Maybe they were like on drugs already.
It's crazy stuff. LSD like what does that do? Like,
Do people do that recreationally?
Yeah, I think a lot of people in like the 70s did.
Right?
Would it like, no, like these days.
Like, what are the kids?
Is it the same as mushrooms?
LSD?
Different.
So like what happens when you take LSD?
I think you like, you just tripped.
Did I ever tell you about the one time I took a Zanax?
No, not Zanx.
What's the one?
Not on, not like drugs, but the one that makes you sleep.
Oh, Ambien.
Yeah.
Did I ever tell you about that?
Did you fight going to sleep?
Apparently if you fight going to sleep on Ambien, you do some crazy things.
So my roommate, my sophomore year of college gave it to me because I was having a really hard time sleeping.
So she just gave me one.
You know, I was like, thanks.
Like I really need to get like.
She was a little pharmacy, wasn't she?
I've heard a lot about this roommate.
Y'all know I'm obsessed with learning about my heritage and my family history.

Well, and I was like, you know, my, like I had known people when they take, you know, a flight to Europe or something, they take an ambient.
Right.
Yeah, right?
Yeah, I mean, sure.
Yeah, like people take it to sleep, you know.
But I had never taken it before because I didn't need help to sleep.
And so, but I was having a hard time sleeping.
She was like, this will knock you out.
I'm like, thanks.
So I was like getting ready for bed.
And I didn't know that you have to take it like when you're in bed.
Like I didn't know.
Yeah.
And I was studying by myself in my room.
And I started getting ready for bed.
So I took it because I'm like, this is going to take forever to kick in.
Like, you know.
I mean, the closest thing I'd ever taken was melatonin, you know.
And so I was brushing my teeth and washing my face.
And all of a sudden, this black figure, you know,
Like, you know, like, when you're watching one of those spy movies and, like, the guy with, like, the pipe shows up and he's, like, hidden, he's just like a figure and he has, like, a trench coat and, like, the secret hat.
Well, a shadow just like that showed up, Nick behind me while I'm washing my face.
So, like, I have, like, mascara all down my face.
And he puts his hand on my shoulder.
And I'm, like, talking in the mirror.
And I'm like, hey, look, bro.
Like, I got to go to bed.
And I don't remember anything after this, but Amy came back to her room.
and she sees me and I'm talking to myself in the mirror with mascara all over my eyes like this.
Like,
like I'm making like circles with my mascara like covering my face.
And she comes home and she sees me.
And so she puts me in bed with my shoes on and I sleep with my shoes on all night.
That's all I remember.
Was it?
I never took one again.
Did this man have a top hat?
No, he was like he was yes.
He had a top hat?
Yes.
But he was.
I think this is like a known figure.
Oh my gosh chat.
Will you ask chat, GPT?
I've had a lot of spiritual experiences like this on drugs.
I mean, sorry.
I'm just saying, I haven't done a lot of drugs, but at times that I have.
No, sorry, these are not drugs like drugs.
It's like somebody gave me an ambient drug.
Pharmaceutical products.
She's had some crazy trips on pharmaceutical products.
No, no, no.
And so I literally, no, that would actually make sense.
As chat, TBT.
I'm pretty sure this is like a known figure.
It's just say, hey.
And he wouldn't let me go to bed.
And I was like, talk, but he didn't have a face.
It was just like a shadow of like, almost like a mannequin.
Okay.
At what point do we say it's a demon?
What?
I'm just saying.
You think everything is demonic.
No, but Danny, you also had that girl that tickle your toes.
I know.
Have I told the podcast about this?
No, guys, she's had a demon tickle her toes.
No, y'all, it's actually not even funny.
Do you want me to tell the story?
Well, can you see if Top Hatman is a known figure first?
I'll tell you about that one.
Here, I'll look up that.
No, it's okay.
So what do I say?
Like, hey.
Do people on Ambien see the Top Hat Man?
I'm just going to say,
um,
see a shadow figure.
No,
say with a top hat.
But the top hat wasn't,
that wasn't memorable enough.
So I don't want you to say that.
I'm telling you.
It was a hallucin,
oh my God,
hallucinating.
But,
but,
Do people see the same figure?
It says some people taking Ambien and the sleep medication also have reported seeing
shadow figures or experiencing weird hallucinations.
Here's why.
Ambien is supposed to help you fall asleep fast by calming brain activity.
But if you take it and stay awake, your brain can go into a strange half dream.
So, yes, you might see shadowy figures or shapes out of the corner of your eye, hear whispering
your voices, feel like someone is in the room, experience sleepwalking or strange behaviors.
Okay.
So when that demon girl tickled your toes, were you on Ambien?
No.
That's the only time I, Girl Scout, Honor, I've ever taken Ambien.
I've never taken it again.
Okay, we believe you.
You don't think that.
It's okay.
Several millions of Americans take it.
Girl Scout honor is when you know I'm outlying.
Yeah.
Okay.
On my honor, I will try to do, what's the Girl Scout pledge?
On my honor, I will try to do good, blah, blah, blah, and to live by.
the Girl Scout way. I said, is there a known top hat figure people see when tripping? Yes,
and this is super interesting. There's a very common type of figure people report seeing during
hallucinations, whether it's from sleep paralysis, heavy psychedelic trips, or even drug-induced
states like Ambien. One of the most famous is called the Hatman. That's why I asked you if he had
a top hat. People describe him as a tall, shadowy figure wearing a wide-brimmed hat. Sometimes it
looks like a fedora, a top hat, or a cowboy hat. He's usually
seen standing in a doorway, corner of a room, or watching, but not always moving or attacking.
No, he wasn't moving. Sometimes he's described as completely shadow black with no face.
That was it. That was my man. People often feel an intense sense of fear, pressure, or being watched when they see him.
Yes, it's exactly. He wouldn't let me go to bed. I was like, let me go to bed. And he wouldn't
let me. When do people see the hat man, sleep paralysis episode, psychedelic trips, extreme sleep deprivation, ambient, high fever hallucinations.
Yes, a top hat or Shadow Man figure is absolutely a known phenomenon, not just on drug trips, but also across tons of cultures and experiences.
It's creepy.
So many people around the world describe seeing almost the exact same figure even without ever hearing about him first.
The same thing is, I think they're called the tipsy elves.
People who do like mushrooms or LSD all report seeing like it's either the geometric or tipsy elves and they all see the same thing.
They're just like elves that
Yeah
But it's like everyone's seeing
So that's why I'm like
At what point do we call it
What it is
Right right right
Well here's the thing about that one
I was on
I was on a drug for that one
So like
I don't know
Okay but tell the story
When you weren't on a drug
Have I really never told all this over?
It's really creepy
I'm really trying to get Danny
It's so funny
She won't admit
The extent of spiritual warfare
and yet a demons tickled their toes.
Okay.
It's the craziest thing.
So when I moved out to L.A., I would go there every summer.
This was the first summer that L.A. for me has just always been a very dark place.
Like, I was so lonely in L.A.
Like, it was just really, really dark.
And I had no friends, no community.
I tried to meet people.
It was just really hard.
I was also 19 when I moved out there.
So I was a sophomore in college.
like work-wise, I was doing really great, but I couldn't, everyone would go to like a bar after
work and I wasn't even old enough to get in. So like I couldn't hang out with anyone that I worked
with. And it was just, yeah, it was lonely. It was the only time. I would literally just go and film
videos and edit by myself 24-7. So while I was out there, I started experiencing sleep
paralysis where I don't know if that's ever happened to you all, but basically you, you,
your consciousness wakes up. And this is, this is all so real, y'all, like, I am not effing with you.
Like, it is the craziest thing. And it's happened to me multiple times. I would say five times total.
And you wake up. So your consciousness, like, I would say your eyes even wake up. Okay. So your eyes are
open, but your body is paralyzed. So your body's still asleep, but your mind does awake. And you
cannot move your body. Like, you cannot move it. And, but you can see everything in your room. You
I can't look around, but like I could see my room.
I'm exactly where I fell asleep.
And this demon girl, I literally can like think of her face right now.
Did it look like the grudge?
Like the-
Yeah, kind of like that.
Like that.
And she had really long fingernails.
I remember that.
And she was standing around my bed looking through.
She comes up through the covers, tickling my feet.
And here's the craziest thing about sleep paralysis.
Like, I swear to you guys, you, they will tickle you, scratch you, hit you, sit on your chest.
And when you wake up from the sleep paralysis, you will have the scratches.
Like, you will feel where they were pinching you or hitting you.
You can feel the pain when you wake up.
It is the craziest thing.
And so she comes up through my covers and she comes up and she just like stares at you,
looks at your face, like just kind of like haunt you.
And she's super creepy.
And so that happened to me one night and I was like, oh my gosh.
And here's the thing.
You're telling yourself like, wake up, wake up, look up.
And you're trying to move your body, but you can't.
And so I looked it up.
And Chloe Kardashian had at the time, this was like probably back in 2014,
2013, she had experienced something similar.
And so she described her experience and her experience was exactly like mine.
So then I went down this whole rabbit hole of all these people that had the same girl, like looking like demon, do the same exact thing where they're just, they just kind of stand, they sometimes sit on your shoulders or sit on your chest, whatever. The craziest thing, which I feel like sometimes Layton doesn't remember this. But this was back when Layton and I used to do like a lot of like collapse together on YouTube. And he was out. He had just decided to stay out in Nashville. So he was filming like, he was doing music. He was, I called Layton that night and I was like for that day.
And I was like, Lynn, and I just had the craziest, like, weirdest experience.
And he was like, me too.
Like, I just had that last night too, Danny.
So same night, two siblings.
Yeah.
Yeah, the same thing.
But his was like a guy, I think.
Like a male.
And so anyway, while I was in LA, y'all that happened probably four more times.
I was scared.
I would be scared to go to bed because, but then I started reading tips and tricks of like,
there was like this whole form of like what you should do.
Because I, it's so scary that like, I.
It's like they're like holy water, rosemary, exorcist.
So it was so, like they said that what you should try to do was like touch two fingertips
together to try to get out.
So I started doing that or to try to like look back and forth, like look, you know, get your
eyes moving to wake your body up.
But I swear sometimes it would last five minutes.
Like that's how long it would be where I would be stuck in my body for five minutes.
It's crazy.
But here's the thing it only happens.
And then I remember like the next summer like I went back and it would happen again.
It was only in L.A.
I have never had it like in Texas.
So how what do you look back and describe that out?
You know, human girl.
Horrible.
A little rascal.
But here's the thing.
I also like I don't know.
I'm not afraid of her.
Good.
Because I really like ever since those little girl, my mom, like, they say in the Bible that like demons shudder at the name of Jesus.
And so anytime I'm scared like whenever I'm in my room, like I still do this.
I used to do it when I was a little girl.
And I told Stella to do this.
I'm like, anytime you're scared, like you feel like a presence or you whatever, you just say Jesus.
And like all the demons will just because they're scared.
And demons are so, here's the one thing about like spiritual warfare that people forget is that.
Jesus is stronger.
Like he is stronger than all the, like, yes, there is a war.
And if you allow that war in, but I don't feel scared because I'm like, I have Jesus on my side and he is stronger.
And the demons, like literally, they're not even, the devil isn't even like omniscient or whatever, like God is.
Like God knows.
Oh, like omnipresent.
Omniscient.
Amnipresent is like, he knows, all knowing, like beginning, what omnipresent.
All of the.
All the Omnis.
That's why they had to send a male demon to land in and a female demon to Dany.
Literally.
No, I'm serious.
I'm serious.
So demons are like, they're nitpicky.
They're like mosquitoes.
And if you let them into your house, they will nitpick you.
And that's why people say, you know, don't mess with the Ouija boards.
They'll mess with all that stuff.
Don't read that stuff.
Don't watch those movies.
Because, yeah, that's where they are.
And then they're going to come and hang out.
But I don't feel scared because I just don't let them.
Did you see that new stuff?
that connected heavy marijuana use to like schizophrenia in teens. It's like it it's like the it was like a
long study and now it's like I think like scientific American and all of the science publications
are now talking about it. And it's basically like, you know, teens specifically like if you,
you might have to look up the stats. I think it's like. I just want to say one thing really fast about I always,
I always go back to this because I thought about this.
The reason why I know that drugs are negative and gateways into like the spiritual warfare,
the spiritual realm is because why in all of these experiences are they scary?
Why are they always bad?
Like why isn't it that I'm having, why do I not have sleep paralysis and see an angel or rainbows
and beautiful teddy bears and all these?
it's always negative. It's always evil.
Well, I think some people do.
Well, I guess in my experiences, this is what I'm saying.
Like every single experience I've had, it has been demonic.
But that's another way that the devil is deceitful is that sometimes he'll hide it in something that is good.
Good.
Like people say sometimes on these drugs, they've seen colors in or a scene before.
And that's just like very, he's a smart guy.
He's a smart guy.
Yeah.
So they always say like, oh, weed is, schizophrenia is like kind of seeing shadowy figures and stuff.
So it's like, that can't be good.
I know.
So everyone thought they could just puff, puff pass.
Just have a good day.
Now they're puff, puff, puff pass in and seeing demons.
It's tough.
Okay.
But don't you think, sorry, just like think about the science here.
The stout was 2.4.
That's also like really.
Kids who use cannabis before 18 are 2.4 times more likely to develop schizophrenia.
Okay, not to be like that, but like if you're using cannabis, you're also probably are ready in a certain demographic that would end up getting schizophrenia.
I don't, I don't think so.
You know, I just have to see the study.
Okay, well, go go read the room.
I don't know.
I just have to see that.
It's so weird.
You're so selective about what you get dicey about.
Because I took a research class in college.
And we even in college discussed how corrupt the WHO organization was.
Like I had a whole class that was like world health organization is not viable.
These flags you plant.
I'm like, okay.
I just don't believe these like general statements that people say.
I'm like what like according to Hill.
And like even if you did a study, it's also biased anyway.
It's like when people say people that floss live longer.
It's like no people that take care of themselves and floss live longer.
It's not because of the actual floss.
And like, maybe it is.
But I'm just like, there's a correlation there.
So you're, yeah.
So weed doesn't cause schizophrenia.
You're born that way.
No.
People that probably smoke weed also don't take care of themselves in a lot of different
ways, which probably causes their minds to have issues.
To grade.
To degrade.
Yeah, because if you're smoking weed every day, you probably aren't exercising every day.
Do you what I'm saying?
Tomatoes.
I'm just saying.
I just like, you know, I don't know about this.
I'm just, I'm a little.
I know. It's so interesting what you decide to get so combative over. It's been fascinating. It's been a new chapter of me learning about you. Do you think I'm turning into eight on an Instagram? No, no. What's the five? Maybe I'm a five. A challenge. No, no. That's a researcher. Well, maybe I'm a researcher. Or it's investigator.
Or investigator. I don't think you're at you're an eight on the intergram with me. But no one else.
No, eight's like confrontation.
I don't like confrontation.
Babe, you love confrontation with me.
I mean, our whole telepathy tapes episode was...
No, I don't like conversation with you.
I just can't believe that you believed that.
Right.
Just like...
It's so scary.
It's like, that's what I'm saying, though.
Babe, I wasn't alone in that.
Everybody was on my side.
They were like, Dren's losing it.
They were like, he's losing himself.
I'm just saying, on one hand, you're saying demons are tickling your toes.
And then on the other hand, you're saying, yeah, telepathy.
And these kids don't have a deeper relationship.
Because like it's literally not talked about in the Bible.
Like literally ever.
Jesus never was like, let me give you the gift of telepathy.
So yeah, I'm a little skeptical.
You're right, you're right.
No, it's honestly like scary how much you, it's scary to me how much you like,
You build.
It's like, what do they say?
It's a turtle on top of a turtle on top of a turtle.
Who says that?
The people that are atheists.
What?
Guys, y'all have never heard this.
You're kidding me.
Oh my God.
I will tell you, let me ask Chachapit.
No, everyone's going to like know when you're Chajibing team with the stupid clink of your little new necklace.
They're like, oh, no, she's pulling out her phone.
Okay.
Guys.
A turtle on top of a turtle.
Hold on.
Let me just see.
It says, ah, it's a turtle onto a turtle.
You're touching something really deep and it's symbolic.
Don't you worry.
Oh, this is the same that people say.
It's turtles all the way down.
You never heard of that?
No.
Actually, I think someone at Divi said this.
Okay.
It shows that sometimes explanations never really end.
Every answer leads to more questions.
Why was I saying this?
I think you were riled up about.
telepathy again.
No, but why did I say it's a turtle and telemetteril?
Do you remember?
You know me either.
That's what the atheist say?
Wait, well, what is it?
It's true.
Yeah, but no one knows why you said that.
I know.
I said it because...
Including you.
No, but we were talking about telepathy tapes.
Oh, oh, I remember.
I remember now.
It's so good when I remember.
Okay, I was...
Dory.
It's like, remember.
I'm back.
It's me.
Pallaby Lane.
What I was saying is it's a turtle top of turtle for you because it's like you build explanations on top of each other.
But you never actually go back to like the where did the turtle actually begin, which for me is typically the Bible.
You usually use, well, this podcast said this or this person said this.
So you build all these theories on top of each other.
Like, for example, you say that.
that kids with certain types of disorders or whatever have deeper face than people that don't.
I'm like, I don't really believe that because, but I do believe because in the Bible,
it did talk about how a lot of people that were like less fortunate did because they, like, it's like,
so I'm like, yes, that makes sense.
But sometimes the, I don't know, just some of the things you say.
I'm like, where did you get this from?
You're like a podcast.
The words.
The words get you tripped up.
No, not the words.
God gave you the telepathy.
The prophecy.
Telepity.
Tomato tomato.
Babe, they literally, and the tapes are talking about how they read people's minds from these letterboards.
Did you listen to them?
Yes, I did.
You finished episode?
I watched the videos.
I watched the videos.
I watched the videos.
I'm just like.
No, it's just like, you're so annoying.
The story goes something like this.
A scientist gives a lecture about the earth and the universe.
A little old lady stands up and says, that's wrong.
The world actually rests on the back of a giant turtle.
The scientist asks, and what is the turtle standing on?
She says, another turtle.
The scientist asks, and what's the turtle?
That turtle's standing on.
She smiles and says, it's turtles all the way down.
And then the atheists were like, yes.
Yes.
The turtle.
So succinct.
It's turtles all the way down.
They're like, yep.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
No matter how far you go looking for the ultimate foundation of reality,
there's always another layer.
Yeah, I don't believe that.
Anyway.
Anyway, he wants to hear this again.
Oh, it's so good.
Okay.
Let's get into the episode for today.
This should have been in about an hour.
Okay.
I do want to talk about one thing because do you know this guy named Bill Belichick?
Yeah, babe.
Everyone knows.
He's my dad's age.
I just want everybody to know.
For sure.
So this is something that will make you go.
Bill Belichick 73, CBS interview on April 27th, quickly turned awkward when his girlfriend,
Jordan Hudson interrupted to shut down a,
question about the relationship. Hudson, who was present during the interview,
interjected with, we're not talking about this. After the interviewer asked Belichick, how they met.
The interview also touched on Belichick's exit from the New England Patriots in the
absent of Robert Kraft in his new book. Is Kraft the owner? Further contributing to the awkward
atmosphere. So, um, here's a thing for me. You know, he's like famous for like, like,
he's always like this with the press. He gives like one.
word answers. He's like, he's like famous for managing the press like this. They'll be like,
hey, you know, Tom Brady did something really controversial and he'll be like, I didn't see it.
Like his press interviews are always like this. But I guess the controversies that she interrupted.
Well, yeah, because it seems like she's kind of running his. Or that he's dating a 26 year old girl.
Yeah, I don't, I don't know what, what we got our panties in a bundle over. But it, I did watch the clip.
And it does seem like she's kind of running his online persona.
and she's kind of like running his Instagram because they've posted some kind of,
you see this, you know, different kind of softer side of Bill.
You know, they're doing like yoga positions and they're like, you know, he's like hiking
up mountains with her.
Literally 10 minutes before this episode, you go, guys, have you ever heard of Bill Fellechak?
Apparently he's a really good coach.
And yeah, you're like, you're like, she's showing a softer side of old Bill.
Well, here's the thing.
I can only imagine because he's a Super Bowl.
winner winning coach.
Yeah.
He's this like, like I would assume that in the guy world that he's probably a pretty intense guy.
Like he's a football coach.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right.
Like so like, wouldn't that be weird to see your football coach, the guy that's yelling at this, all these old men on a field doing this like straddling pose with a 24 year old?
Yeah.
I think he's just.
On top of a mountain.
So like, I think he's probably going through a late.
stage crisis because he left the New England Patriots.
His wife.
And then he went to coach a college football team, University of North Carolina.
Uh-huh.
Now he's dating a 26-year-old.
And he went through a divorce.
His wife that he had before was smoking hot.
You know, she was like age-appropriate.
Oh, I actually didn't know this.
Oh, she was gorge.
And like...
How long were they married?
I think they got married in like the 70s, I'm pretty sure.
You want to pull out your little dingly?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That seems touch you, too.
I'm going to brainwash you guys into great chappery.
She's 24, not 26.
I'm so, I'm so sorry.
That was offensive.
So I'm pretty sure, Bill.
I'm sorry.
X wife.
I'm pretty sure they got married like 1973,
1977.
They divorced in 2006.
I mean, 2006.
She's a smoke show.
I mean, gorge.
Oh, yeah.
She's pretty.
She's so pretty.
And she's like, age-appropriate.
Well, he's been divorced since 2006.
That's like almost 20 years.
But it's just kind of sad.
You know, it's kind of sad.
So do they, I wonder if they have kids together, Bill.
And I think he's, he doesn't give the press anything about his private life, which I think is the biggest 180.
With Jordan Hudson.
Now she's like managing his social media.
Can you just help me understand the psychology?
And I'm not trying to offend anyone.
Oh, a 24-year-old that goes after a 73-year-old?
Yes.
I would say it's like someone that wants like to be taken care of by like a father figure.
Really?
Always.
That they probably have to make out with.
Thanks.
Oh my gosh.
Can you tell me the psychology?
Just kidding.
So.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I would say it's someone that probably just wants to be taken care of.
I mean, who knows, maybe it's true love.
Hmm.
You know?
But like he's like, he's.
he's real old.
I know.
Isn't it?
I mean, can I ask you a question?
Like, do you find Bill Belichick to be a good looking guy?
No, it's not.
It's my type.
Yeah, okay.
Not my type.
Just objectively speaking, I feel like he's not like a catch.
No, no.
So it's got to be something else driven.
Money.
I wonder what it could be.
Power.
I wonder.
Interesting.
No, I mean, if I was writing.
in private. No, there's really nothing that would get me to do that.
Yeah.
I was like, if I was wearing head and toe chattel riding in part, no, I still couldn't.
Yeah.
No, there's just really nothing for me that I, I don't, I don't really understand it.
But, you know, I think I could understand it if I felt like I was all my own, my entire life.
I still wasn't married and I just wanted someone to take care of me.
Yeah, so you're like, you're like 35, 40, not like a partner, like someone to just like literally take care of me.
at me. Yeah. But you know, you just don't know. Um, okay, so I do also want to talk about the
Beavs. I know. I don't think he's doing well. Well, but people say he is. I know. It's so like 50-50.
So in a viral video, Justin Bieber documented his experience with the paparazzi, capturing them
persistently photographing him while he's, his security tried to create space. The video shared on his
Instagram shows the pop star being surrounded by photographers, some of whom were flashing lights
and clicking cameras. Despite repeated requests to back off, leave your caption the video,
this has to stop, prompting fans to voice their concerns over the intrusion. You know,
this is definitely giving like Britney Spears before her breakdown. Don't they call the paparazzi?
Not every time. No, no, no. Okay. No, the, there are like scheduled paparazzi shoots when,
when like you're, let's just say you're like launching a new album or new product. Then, yeah,
you'd be like, hey, listen, Danny's about to walk outside.
We're launching divvy, whatever.
I want her to be wearing.
Not that I'm just saying strategically.
That's what brands where people will do.
The Kardashians do it all the time.
Haley Bieber has probably even done it.
I think that's why with this Justin Bieber situation, like,
I really feel for him.
I feel like he's very stuck, like in where he's at.
Because I think what he doesn't realize is there is a way to get out of it.
It's like you are in a.
hub you live you're living and spending so much time in a place with the paparazzi yeah why doesn't he
just move from like why don't you just escape it like go do what john mayor did or go do what post malone
does go post up in utah like you're not going to have the paparazzi going out to utah or you know
wyoming or whatever like there are ways to escape it but i think mentally you get trapped and you feel
trapped and you convince yourself that you're trapped and maybe because he has like his community out there
or whatever. But it's also like, if you don't want to be filmed, you don't have to go to like these
places. Like LA Hollywood is known for being that. And so if you want to get out of it, then get out of
it. You know? Didn't he like, didn't people encourage him to do that? And he posted he was like,
why would I flee from the darkness? Like, I need to be here. Boots on the ground. Like he kind of like
justified it. I don't know that. But I feel like it's destroying him. And the reason why I know that it's
destroying him is because the constant negativity that he's putting out about his life right now and what's
happening. Like, not to say that he's victimizing himself, but like, let's be real. He has a lot to be
thankful for and a lot to be grateful for. Like, he has a healthy baby. He has an amazing wife. He has
great success. He has fans that love him. And when you put yourself in unhealthy situations,
it starts to, to, like, you're blinded to all the good that you have in your life. And all you focus on is this
negative energy that's draining you from it.
And my one thing for Joseph Bieber is I'd be like, dude, you've got to learn how to set
some boundaries.
And like if this is taking the life out of you, you have to be wise enough.
Like you have a family now and like you need to remove yourself from that situation because
it's affecting your mental health.
Look how much it's affecting you.
I do feel for him.
It's hard.
The paparatsu you, they're like, but that's just the name of the game with when you live
there and you go out like that's what's going to happen.
So like leave.
Like leave.
It's not a good place.
I had demons when I was there.
So like, I'm telling you, yeah, it's not a good place.
I'll tell you that.
They've never come back to Dallas, Texas.
Do you think he's on drugs?
No, he definitely smokes weed.
Yeah.
He knows what else is in that stuff.
But yeah, I mean, it's just, and it's, it's hard for people to, like, relate to
celebrities like that because it's like, dude, you really do, like, you could have it all,
you know?
But I think that they just get sick in this, in their, in their,
minds like in this world, but not like the same level. She's a blow up his life. What's what I'm saying?
Just call us. I'm like, call Danny. Listen, listen, we got a lake house. You would love it.
You know? Bring Haley. Bring Haley. Call me. We'll trade product. But that's a,
it's a hard thing about being mentally ill or being depressed or whatever. You can't see the good things that are, that you have.
It's hard.
You think he's sad about, I wonder if he still talks to Carl Lentz.
Oh, I doubt it.
I mean, honestly, it doesn't seem like his faith is like, I don't know where he's at in his faith.
Like, who am I to say?
But I would feel like if that happened to me, like if Carlins situation happened to me, it would.
It would shake some things up.
It would shake some things up for me.
It would be hard.
It would be hard.
I still love the boobs.
Did you see his post, he posted?
like, it was like me and Haley are like the Joneses that you can't keep up with.
Like he was being funny?
No, he's doing serious.
He was like, he's like, I have all these haters, like people hatein on me.
Like I would too.
If I saw me and Haley, what did he use?
Oh, he was like, he was trying to say like, we're good.
He's like, I'd be jealous of me too.
I got this like amazing wife and we're always so breezy.
So then I had to like look up the word breezy.
And I had to understand like what that meant for the young, the young judge.
these days.
This is kind of mean, but should people still care about the bebs?
Because he hasn't released any music in quite some time, right?
I think people will always care about the bebs because he gave us so much during those
key parts of our life.
Got it.
And like honestly,
it's like a gratitude thing.
Well, not only that, like we watched him grow up.
You know, like we watched him become a man.
Do you remember like whenever he went through puberty and everyone was saying that he wasn't
going to have a good voice anymore?
Oh, and then he was just like, no.
And he was still amazing.
Yeah.
People were like, oh my gosh, he's not going to be able to hit the same notes because of his puberty voice.
It's like we kind of feel like we raised Bieber together.
But now we're destroying him.
We should care less about Bieber.
Or are we destroying him or is he destroying himself?
Tomato tomato.
Did Britney Spears get destroyed or she?
Because here's the thing that I look at.
I look at all these celebrities that you don't hear about.
Yeah.
Why don't you see?
all these other people being photographed all the time and put out and like because they protect
themselves from it. They remove themselves from the situation. I think it's like it's like a wisdom that
comes. You know what I you know it's wisdom. It's turtles all the way down.
I'm saying. That's what I know. That's all I can answer right now. It's a turtle on to look turtle.
According to new reports, the White House is considering incentives for Americans to get married and have
children to help raise the country's birth rate. Because birth rates are declining, right? Like, people
aren't having babies anymore. This comes, except for me, a lot of them. She's doing her duty.
This comes after new reports indicate the U.S. birth rate has continued to slow. The baby bonus is a
proposed financial incentive like a direct cash payment aimed at boosting birth rates in the United States.
The Trump administration has considered a $5,000 bonus for every American mother after she gives birth.
Okay. What's like, we need more than that.
The idea is being explored as a way to address the declining birth rate in the U.S.
There have also been rumors of a national medal being awarded to those who give birth,
which is so funny because literally my video that I made about if you give a unmedicated birth,
we should all get medals.
I'm just saying, like, we can all get them.
Even if it was, even if it was medicated, we can all get medals.
I was kidding, but like, we should.
Okay.
The birth rate hit a low in 2023 when just under 3.6 million babies were born in the United States.
That year's total was about 76,000 less than 2022.
And was the lowest one year total since 1979.
According to the CDC, they're totally corrupt to.
And prevention.
A declining birth rate could have implications on the U.S.
such as a smaller workforce.
Honestly,
as someone who has been through birth,
do you think $5,000 would incentivize you to have a child?
I think for all that baby gear, the baby gear is outrageous.
And so knowing you had $5,000 to spend on, you know, the diapers and, yeah, for sure.
I think the core issue they're trying to solve for is that like we're not giving enough societal recognition to the job it is to be a mother.
So true.
Because I think they're modeling it off of a.
And you know who did that to me?
Can you Google this? I think it's Hungary because Hungary has a really high birth rate.
And I think it's because they hold a lot of prestige for the idea of motherhood.
Love that.
And so a lot of people are probably laughing at this idea.
But I think that they're trying.
Are people laughing at it?
Why?
Because it's like not good enough.
Well, but they're also laughing at the metal idea probably.
Wait, wait.
People don't want to have kids for financial reasons.
Yeah.
And they're laughing because 5,000 isn't enough.
No, for sure.
To me, I'm like, it's better than nothing.
You know?
That's optimistic.
I'm just like.
Overly optimistic.
I mean, it's like.
I'm like, it's like.
I mean, like $5,000 to get the stroller and to get the car seat and to like,
I mean, I'm not saying it's going to help you raise the child, but it's,
it helps with the birth of the child is like coming home and having like the monitor and
all of that.
I mean, it's, you know what I've realized about females.
Can I tell you?
Yeah.
We talked about this, the airport.
Totally.
I feel like men have always been pretty steady in their societal roles.
It's like provide, protect.
I wish there was another P, but provide and protect.
That's the gist.
And women have always like, if you look at like 1920s,
provide protect and populate.
Yeah, true.
And so 1920s, roaring 20s, women get the right to vote.
And then they, for the first time, are like, oh, I can explore independence outside of the home.
So then they go through that cycle.
World War II, women typically come back home and or are working while men are away.
And then it's like 70s, 80s, feminism.
And now it's, I feel like, I feel like we're on like a trad wife shift back a little bit.
Maybe it's just in Texas.
But it feels like it's shifting.
Well, obviously not look at the numbers of like, yes, you might feel that within our little.
I think it's like, yeah, I think it's like now.
Social sphere.
But no, overall, women are not trad wives.
They are working women because it's so expensive to live and to just be.
So they have to go work.
And then honestly, my, the reason why I think that this is happening,
why people are not getting married and not having babies is because of apps.
I agree.
It's 100% to me.
And I think it's mostly male driven.
I have, we know so many single people that.
like want to get married and like especially female. And I don't know if it's just a Dallas thing,
but it's like these men just have the pick of like the like they just can just keep on swiping.
And they have one issue with one girl. Do you remember the time that we went out and I threw
a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at you? That was like pretty early on in our dating. If the apps
would have been out, you'd been like this girl's psycho. I'm just going to get back in that app and find
a better girl. But thank God we didn't have apps. So he was like, well, I'll just make this one work.
I love her.
I love her.
She's a little crazy.
I love her.
But like, think about it.
If that would have happened today, you'd have been like, you know what?
It's, I'm okay breaking up with Danny.
I'm not saying you, but like this is the thought that I'm okay breaking up with her because I got 30 more to choose from.
So then it just prolongs and prolongs and people don't get married and then they don't have children.
Like, I truly think that's really the main thing.
I totally agree.
And I think people are getting married later outside of their like birthing years, which
makes sense. And so, but even the married people, like, I was talking to one of our Divi employees
at FLC and we were in like this ironically, like deep conversation about like her struggle with
identity of like she has her firstborn, but she like knows she wants to work. And she's like,
I just feel pulled and ripped in half. And I was like, oh, you should talk to Danny. I was like,
I feel like she struggled with the same thing. And like men have never really struggled with that.
Like we've never really struggled with like our role in society.
and like our identity and society.
And I've really felt for you a lot as you've gone through this journey.
And I think what this policy is trying to do is trying to acknowledge that mothering children is a job and is one of the most important jobs.
And like bringing more prestige back to this idea of motherhood because weren't you raised in like the you can have it all generation for females where it's like, oh, I can work and be a mom.
And I think the more we've tried that, it's been like decently.
unsuccessful because something has to give, right?
It's not that you can't work and be a mom. It's just hard to be like excelling in all areas.
Like something has to give. Yeah, you just, it's like the strive and the excelling part of it is
it's what's tough. And I think it's rare to meet a female that's like, hey, like, I am so
passionate and excited about like doing nothing but being an excellent mother to my children.
Like I'm the CEO of this home. I'm the CEO of my kids.
which really should be an ideal that's raised up more.
It's just not happening.
So I think that the metal thing is probably getting a lot of memes and a lot of,
I love it.
A lot of hate.
Is that weird?
But I kind of agree with the underlying heart and sentiment of what they're trying to do.
Yeah.
Maybe bad execution.
I guess I don't.
Or not.
I don't know.
Do you want a metal?
I mean, I'd rather have cash.
But if it's like, if the cash is going to be $5,000 and it's like, and the metal,
I'm like, yeah, why not?
Yeah.
You know what I also told this girl?
I actually created a corporate policy.
Oh.
I told her that when Divi crosses 100 million in revenue,
I said, because this has always been my dream,
Divi Daycare.
I know, same.
Divi Daycare.
And the reason for it, it's like kind of a funny concept,
but we have a 95% female workforce.
They're all starting to have kids.
So we had to like create our Matley policy.
Yeah.
If we were to subsidize or create a daycare for those kids, like we're effectively giving the moms of Divi the ability to not have to wrestle with that identity because their kids come to work with them.
And also we're subsidizing their child care costs as a company, which I just don't understand why more private companies don't do that.
It makes economic sense, I think.
I think Sean said she had it at her old.
Yes. Yeah. Yum. Yeah. And I think that like for me, I always, I always question when the government is trying to do something that I feel like the private sector should do. And I feel like as business owners, we should have a greater responsibility of like taking care of the flock of females within the workforce. Yeah. So anyway, I'm going to have to sell that at the ladder to the board. But I'll get it done. I love it. I love that. Yeah. I'm always envision that too.
I know, right?
So it's like, and we can just do it on that bottom floor.
I don't even need a new tenant.
That's so true.
Just put them, Jackie in there.
And we do have like a somewhat smaller team.
So it wouldn't be like overwhelming, you know.
No.
Yeah.
There'd probably be like five babies in their backs.
Yeah.
Have you seen a little gym?
No.
They buy some play mats.
And they're like 40 kids running around.
Yeah.
They buy some play mats.
Some like basic material like monkey bars.
It's like one of those padded rooms.
Everything soft and squishy.
Now liability waivers.
That's got to be.
Yeah, that's gonna really sign up.
Yeah, I know.
But when we have to bring in like really, really like legit.
Yeah, but think about it.
Like, you know.
Well, the nice thing is you're just upstairs too.
Yeah, you find some teachers.
Teachers don't like being teachers these days.
No, they want to be.
No, they want to be.
They want to be at Divi Day School.
Club Divi.
Club Divi.
That's insane.
You know.
Wow.
I know.
Look at us.
Are we saving America?
Start schools.
What are we doing?
No, I mean, I
We also will give out medals.
Metals too.
Yeah.
Ceremonies.
Absolutely.
At Divi Daycare.
For sure.
When you come back after your mat leave.
Yeah.
You get a metal.
It'll be a beautiful thing.
For sure.
My thing is it does kind of feel, you know, it does kind of, it's giving like it's
never good enough for people that are upset about this.
You know, like at least it's a step in the right direction.
You know, the 5,000.
dollar bonus. It's like,
that's why if you're in government, you just can't care.
You can't win. It's like, you're never going to please everyone.
It's like, of course. It costs like a bazillion dollars to raise kids.
And it's like, okay, realistically, though, can we be giving everybody a
vigilante dollars each? No, like $5,000, it, that's a good amount for the beginning,
the first year of, of all the baby gear. It covers baby gear.
Totally. What time is it, guys?
Well, you got, you got a hot day or something?
Yeah, I got to get a haircut.
Really?
Yeah.
Really?
What time is it?
Is it?
Yeah.
How much time do you have?
One minute.
One minute.
Yeah.
I had so much more I want to talk about.
Okay, let's go.
No, it's okay.
You got somewhere to be.
Dornan's got somewhere to be.
Who are you trying to look good for?
Honestly, probably you.
I'm trying to get out of that dog house.
Why is it that like you cut your hair every time I like start to love it?
You, you, you, you love it because it's been wind blown today.
Dave, he looks so hot this being out of the lake.
Really?
See, I didn't even feel that energy from you.
I thought so too.
But I was like, man.
No, we were meeting this new couple and like, I was like, damn, he looks so good right now.
Like, this is a perfect time for them to come over.
And then Jordan goes to the bathroom and puts a hat on because you're like trying to get ready for them.
