Hello, welcome back to your favorite podcast, D-influenced. And that is correct. I am by myself this morning. This is kind of intimidating. I've never done my podcast by myself. I will say I have two guests coming in later on. I have Nikki and Jenny from my team coming in. We did a Q&A on stories,

and I had you guys ask me the most juicy of juicy, juicy questions. So I will be answering all of those questions later on. I actually have no idea which ones they're pulling right now, so it'll be a surprise. but that will be very good. For now, let me just tell you a little bit about what is going on in our lives these days. We actually just got back from Vegas and y'all, I slept 12 hours the day that I got back. I was kind of scared. I was like, am I getting sick or what's going on? I think I was just so exhausted. So I told you guys we went to Ulta FLC, which if you guys followed us on

stories, you had to see a little bit behind the scenes. The coolest experience. So basically, I kind of went over this. Alta has this conference where all the store managers come in, the Ulta exec teams come in, and basically these brands, these brands spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at this conference trying to just get their product out there. So you have this like amazing booth that you set up.

All the brands went all out. You can like, I mean, all the flashy lights, the models. It was just insane. And then so the store managers come by, you give them products, you introduce them to your, you know, new products that you're launching, or your brand, like since it was our first time,

or just trying to introduce Divi to all the store managers. And a lot of the managers are like, yeah, you know, people are coming in. They're asking for Divi, what is this product? So you get to kind of tell them about it. And then we just give them like free shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum. And so it was super special.

Like there's thousands of Ulta stores and we're only in 443 stores. So it was really special to meet a lot of the other store managers. And then we also met like the Ulta exec teams. Divi won an award. We won emerging brand of the year, which is so crazy. Like, that was definitely a pinch me moment because, you know, you kind of always picture, like, whenever I was a little girl and you're walking through a store, you're like, man, one day maybe all have my own product.

But it's such like a pipe dream. You're like, will this ever happen? So to not only get into Ulta last fall, but then also win an award with Ulta, like, was so surreal and so encouraging. It made me feel like, okay, we're on the right track. Like, we're doing something good. And then we got to, you know, share all the ingredients and all the, you know, everything about our hair vitamin launching, which is going to be huge.

Like this hair vitamin, I actually just got a text from my functional medicine expert. So she's like super into just like the science and behind, you know, different foods, ingredients. She's very particular, so smart. And she looked at all of our ingredients. She's like, Danny, this is, like, legit, which made me so excited to kind of get her stamp of approval. Her name's Taylor Dukes Waldness. You can follow her on Instagram. Um, so yeah, that was such a cool experience. Um, we met so many interesting people. Uh, we had our exec team come in. I told you guys that we hired,

uh, three or four, you know, higher level like execs, like VPs of our company, which for the first time, they're so much smarter than we are, which is like so comforting whenever you walk into her room and they're all working for Divi and have like the same goal. And we walk in and we're like, oh, you just feel like they're taking care of us. So we got to really, you know, get to know them and spend a lot of time with them because they're coming from all these different companies all over the country. So hopefully all will meet them, get to know them more too. Um, and then, yeah, it was, oh, the most fun thing about this conference is like, Cajun, you walk through and you're like, wait, like, I want some of those free products too. Like, I know I'm here for Divi, but this is,

you know, all these brands have like, all their new products are launching. So at the end of the conference, all these brands, they don't want to ship their product back. It's too expensive to ship it back. So at the end, all of their, like, these brands and their teams were running around and we're just trading products. So I'm trading divvy shampoo and conditioner for like a Gucci perfume or for lip glasses from NAR's or, you know, Ariana Grande's new perfume. Like it was so much fun. I got a free hair blow dryer from Babelis. learned that it's not babyless, it's babaless. Oh, and it's not skunch. It's called schoonchy, I think,

for like the hair, scogey, conair, that's my name. And yeah, it was just, it was a blast. I was so tired afterwards, but the next day we stayed. And to be honest, like, you know how, like, y'all know, like, I love my children, but it's kind of like was the perfect amount of time away from my kids were like, you know, like I miss them, but I was like, this is, I'm good, you know, and we stayed for three nights. I feel like if we would have stayed for four nights, I would have been just like dying to get home, but it was like the perfect amount. So we woke up the next day after the conference and I received the most magical massage I've ever had in my life. So we had a couple's massage. And typically, I'm a girl that gets a female massage. I don't really feel comfortable with these like man hands all

me. I don't know why. It's always just made me feel kind of like uncomfortable. Plus, I'm one of those girls that like I take my underwear off whenever I'm getting a massage. Okay, like I'm not keeping my undies on. I want my glutes massaged. So I've always just had a female masseuse. So this time was a couple of massages and I was like, you know what? I'm going to go crazy. So I had a male masseuse and let me tell you guys, I will not be going back to a female masseuse. This was so good. It's because man hands are stronger. Like it just is what it is.

Guys have stronger hands. So, and I like a massage where, like, I'm sore the next day. Like, I want you to stand and jump, do jumping jacks on my back while you're holding 10 pound weights. Like, I need it so deep because I am so tense. I have so many knots. Jordan likes a tickle. Jordan has never had a headache.

Funbacked. He's never had a headache in his life. He carries no stress in his body. he does get stressed out, but like he doesn't carry it, if you know what I mean. So Jordan's over there. We're in the same room. He has a female masseuse. He's conced out on the tip, literally snoring. I can hear him snoring. It's like a sound machine. And then I'm over here on this table, just in pure agony. This guy is massaging me so hard. I'm like literally shaking on the table because he's like holding down these certain like pressure points in muscles that like they're so tense they can't even handle it um so I'm just like dying laughing

even my masseuse like kept laughing but he like I don't I can't explain it he was like he was stretching the muscles while also pushing on certain pressure points while also massaging the muscle like it it was such a good massage so afterwards I left and um you know we're walking out he stayed behind because he was like you know nice to meet you everything's good he gave me some water and he was like I'm to stay behind and clean up the room. So when we were walking out, I asked the female masseuse. I said, I was like, you know, that was probably one of the best massages I've ever had. You know, I want to leave him a tip, yada yada. She said, it's really interesting to watch him massage his clients because he closes his eyes. And it's all about what he feels. So what he did

on my right side of my body was different than what he did on my left side of my body. So which typically would be like annoying. If you're getting massage, you're like, hey, can you like even things out? But it was like so custom. Anyway, such a good massage. I wish I would have gotten his name. He's at the Palazzo, the Grand Canyon, I think. Spa, just chef's kiss. So yeah, in Vegas, Jordan won $240.

That was interesting. What we do when we go to Vegas is we start with $100. Like our whole, like we're only allowed to bet $100. And if you can turn that $100 into $1,000, great. if you lose the $100 in the first five minutes, too bad. You get nothing more. So Jordan turned his $100 into $340. So he really only like made $240.

So yeah, we used that as like the tip of our massage because Vegas is so freaking expensive. But yeah, we had such a good trip. Funny story about our booth going back to that. I forgot to tell you all this. So, you know, to get people over to our booth, we had, every hour we had, like, different activations or different surprises. So we had, like, an Elvis impersonator, sweet baby, who's such a sweet man, very, very tall Elvis impersonator. So sweet. We had a man on stilts come, literally on stilts.

It was, like, people were, like, what in the world is going on? He's, like, over at our booth juggling. And then we had a magician, which I'm not really. sure who on the divvy team hired this magician and honestly I'm not going to ask questions because what's done is done um but this sweet lady she showed up and you know she just looks like a normal magician she's this cute little lady she starts doing tricks she has her baggy her bag full of goodies and all of her i don't know toys i don't know what she called it so she starts doing tricks and i keep hearing over her in the corner, I'm like, you know, she keeps saying diversion. Like, she keeps messing up the

tricks and she's like diverting to her next trick because she got it wrong. I'm like, it's okay. Like, she's just, you know, she's new. Maybe she's still learning her tricks. It's fine. What do people expect? We're at a divvy booth. Like, it's not like we're a magic show. So then I hear that she is, she has this trick where she put balls in your hands. Like, you know, like magicians play with the balls and they disappear. So she puts these balls. into one of the store manager's hands. And she does her drink, Abacadabra, y'all, I'm not lying to you.

And if you saw this, no, you didn't. But these balls turned into a penis. And the penis flies out of the oldest store manager's hands onto the floor. I don't know how this kept going, but I didn't see this. I heard about it after. Couldn't I find out this magician is, she's into a lot more than just magic tricks.

She's into other types of tricks, if you know what I'm saying. And if you follow on Instagram, you would have seen all the black leather and the chains and the whips. And we had no idea. But so if you were one of the store managers at UltaFLC and saw the balls and saw the penis at Divi, they didn't. So we, now that I've launched this, we can talk about it. Um, so you guys know I've been to Taylor Swift twice. Um, I saw her two times in Dallas. One time in a booth or sorry, in a booth. I'm done. I'm on like the divvy Vegas mind track. Um, one time in a suite and then the other time I saw her like floor seats. I think we were like row four or five. And the two experiences are so fun, very different. Whenever you're in a box, you are, it's more private, kind of like, like, like, low four or five. And the two experiences are, like,

lower energy, you're super far away. You can barely see her. She kind of looks like a little dot up on stage. But then whenever you're on the floor and you can see her, you know, dancing and her facial expressions and like really feel the music and see the dancers, it's so much fun. So I looked in Atlanta and Taylor Swift, the Taylor Swift concert, had 12 seats. So I snatched them up and we are doing a giveaway, me and Bridget. Bridget is, if you don't follow her, she's like another fashion blogger, she actually is my neighbor. They moved from New York to Dallas. They're engaged right now about to get married, and we're giving away the 12 floor seats to Taylor Swift in Atlanta. April 31st, I believe, or April 30th, I can't remember the date.

So basically to enter, we're just having people like create Taylor Swift inspired reels or videos. And we're going to pick, like, eight of y'all to come to Taylor Swift with us, which will be so much. fun. So that's coming up pretty soon. Stratton's birthday is coming up also. April 20, we're going to celebrate April 20th. We're doing like a pool party for him. And so we have like a bunch of our friends and their babies coming, which will be so much fun. You know, we have, I would say putting a pool in was like one of the best decisions that we ever made because in Texas, if you live here, you know, it is so toasty. It's so hot. And really all you can do in the summer. is just swim.

So we're super excited about that. And we're going to heat up the pool, get all these floaties. You know, it's funny because Stratton's turning a year old. He still is not even crawling. Compared to Stella, Stella, Stella was like running at 10 months.

So it's so funny how your kids can develop at their own pace completely differently. And like, it's so important not to compare. But at the same time, I'm like, is everything okay? And, you know, we take him to the doctor. They're like, yep, totally fine. So that will be coming up. Super excited for that. But anyhow, so enough about me. I feel like we need to call in Jenny and Nikki, who you guys have met before. Nikki does all my brand partnerships. So I've mentioned to you guys in the past that I don't have like an agency or a manager with like another company. Like I've built it all in house. And so Nikki helps me manage all of those deals. And then Jenny is kind of like our brand director. So anything that we're creating,

anything we're doing. She's kind of heading that up, especially if it doesn't have anything to do with a brand. Like if it's just like the Danny Austin brand and like we're having an event or we're doing with this Taylor Swift giveaway, like Jenny's in charge of all of that. So they probably know me better than I sometimes know myself. And they know me on a personal level, but then they also know me in a professional level too, which is like interesting to see both sides. So let's call them up. They've they've put together a whole list of questions for us that we can go over. and this will be good. All ready?

Yeah, and Nikki's here too. Say hi. Hi. Did you explain the question box how we found these? Yeah, I mean, y'all just chose random, right? Yeah, just kind of randomly. I guess we kind of like picked the ones that were asked most or like, Most interesting.

Yeah. Okay. What was a product that you've used recently that you feel was overhyped? I'm still trying to figure out what I feel about the rare beauty lip oils. Oh yeah, you've never followed up on that. I like it and then I don't like it and then I do like it. The reason is because it is more of like an oil that dries almost. Like it's not like a, you know?

Yeah. Like it's not like a gloss. Which the Dior lip oil is like a gloss, even though it's not sticking. this little boy it's a totally different texture it almost feels like it's like water based and it's like how do we feel about that you know it's just different and but the colors are pretty but I'm just like I don't know it's like might be a little overhypped in my opinion um like the rare beauty um blushes thinking in my head I was like don't say don't say the blush don't say the why it's so pigmented they're good everybody loves them I haven't tried but what colors are using I bought two of them

because I was, like, so desperate for it to work. And I still use it sometimes because you know, like, whenever your product that you spent money on, you're like, I'm not going to, like, not use it. So, like, sometimes they'll use it. And I'm like, oh, I don't know. I'm just, like, not a fan. Like, why are they so pigmented? Like, why?

There's so much. It's definitely not an every, it's not an everyday blush. But it's good on, like, you know, occasions, events. Tornado came over. Because they look like lip glosses, you know? Oh, no. She put on her clothes. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Oh, my God. She's like, Danny, this is so. I'm like, mom, that's a blush. Ew, I bet it felt horrible, too. Furnado. Oh, my gosh, never reads the direction. It's difficult. Moving on to maybe a little more juicy.

Maybe this will be a little bit better for you. But what's something that you wish people knew about you? Okay, this is switching gears. Yeah, I know. We're talking about lip oils over here. Something that I wish people knew about me. Probably the fact that I, um,

I probably, like I, out of everything that I struggle with the most is probably mom guilt. So, and that's probably what I get the most feed negative. No, I wouldn't say the most negative feedback about, but a lot of negative feedback about. And so it hurts.

That's what you wish people knew. Yeah. Is that that hurts or? No, no, just the fact that like that's what I'm thinking in my head. Like I'm like, am I a good mom?

Mm-hmm. So I'm not coming from a place of like trying to be like a mom expert, you know? Yeah. I also feel like I'm just trying to figure it out. And it's like, how am I supposed to know because I've never done this before? Especially with two kids. So I don't know. I guess this kind of answers it, but is there anything else that you wish people didn't know about you?

Or is there something you regret, like, sharing with the internet? Ooh, I love this question. Do you share everything? I would say I've learned. Okay, so a couple things I've learned is when I'm struggling or going through something hard, I've learned through experience not to share that while I'm struggling with it. Like struggle with it in silence. Like behind the scenes.

Sounds sad. Well, with your people, but like not publicly with people that don't even know you. Like figure it out offline. And then whenever you're ready, you can share with like with people what you've learned. But I used to just be like, I mean, you know, I get on my YouTube channel or I get on And, like, I'm having such a hard day. I'm feeling this way. And then you have all these outside influences that don't really know you trying to speak into

your life and tell you what to do or judging you for choosing this over that. And it could get very messy really fast. So that, and then I would say, like, I kind of regret putting, like, some of my, like, ex-boyfriends on my YouTube channel. Like, everyone can relate to that. Yeah. I mean, I guess I don't because it's, like, it is. But, like, I have, like, videos of, like,

Brody Smith. I was going to say this is an interesting take. People talk about this a lot, but did you delete all of your videos and photos with your ex-boyfriends when you moved on? You left them? Yeah. I always did that. I don't know. Like I just, I felt like, well, first of all, I haven't had that many boyfriends, but it is one of those things where I was like, when I met Jordan, I was already kind of in the public eye somewhat. And so it wasn't something that could hide. Yeah, like people already knew. Yeah. Like I already, and Brody Smith at the time, time, like not that we, I'm just using him as an example, but like these other people, like some of the guys that I dated also were public figures too. So like they had YouTube channels or

they had, so it wasn't like a secret. Yeah. What am I trying to hide? Yeah. You know. Alrighty. So who are your favorite people to follow on Instagram or just follow in general? And like what kind of content do they put out? I feel like I know the answer. Who? Like any drama. You're like very silly. Wait, nobody sausage. Yes. You're like very silly in your humor. Yeah, I like stuff that nobody thinks it's funny.

I feel like you're not like an aesthetic early. You're not like following like what I eat today or what like get ready with me for this. It's more like just straight like skits. So true. Danny used to always send in our group message like nobody sausage videos or like memes that are like funny. But we're like Danny, it's so random. Honestly, my whole homepage is like nobody's sausage. Ben A Drama and then like Taylor Swift.

Yeah. It's embarrassing. Such a mix. Literally it's just like Taylor's Swift interviews or like office that she's worn. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know like, because I would say like the bloggers I follow are more like my friends. Like I'm following them just for like. I would say something that's shocking that people probably might think about you

is that you spend a lot of time on your phone. Yeah. You really don't. Like you like to post your stories and then live your real life. And so I feel like you don't consume that much. Because I have two children. Yes, exactly. And your phones are always lost.

You never know where they are. You're always like, has anyone seen my phone? That is so true. You don't really just sit on your phone at all. No. Even I've gotten better at texting, but like my friends know I'm notorious for not getting back, like the text messages.

Because I kind of wait until the very end of the day. But sometimes like I'll skip that. So that it's like three days later. Yeah. I remember we were going to an event with your friends, or you were hosting an event with your friends. You were hosting an event with your friends. And you're just getting ready, doing your makeup.

And I was like, do your friends know what time to meet here? You're like, yeah, I think so. And I was like, we'll have any texting. And you're like, I don't know. I don't know where my phone is. I was like, they're probably texting you right now. Like, Danny, should we head over now? It's so bad.

I'm like my mom. It's kind of good, though. It's like, it's blissful. You have a balance for sure. It's kind of nice. I don't know if he's called balance. Yeah. And balance.

Well, you're able to like live your life once you put your phone down. I feel like, that's important to have a life that you're not showing on Instagram. Like I love whenever I hang out with people and do something and I'm like, like last night, I went to an event and did not pull out my phone once. Actually, I did take one photo. You are really good about that. Yeah, like, I don't, I never want to be that girl that's like always on her phone. And I feel like because this is kind of interesting, but like, I feel like whenever I hang out with a new group of people, I feel like I almost have to like prove myself and be like, I'm not that gal. Because people probably know where.

they probably have this like assumption oh she's just gonna be on her phone the whole time nothing is real and like i get there i'm like i'm gonna prove to you that i'm not even going to pull my phone one time we're gonna have so much fun in real life yeah you know and even when you go to an event you'll be like oh my gosh i didn't get any content at all that's why i always have to bring somebody or i'll be like druden you're on content patrol and i'm gonna be like you know just or you genuinely won't get anything and then there's those times like last night i thought about it because i went to the most beautiful house yesterday, most beautiful event, went to Jamie O'Banions for Caitlin Wilson's book launch. And it was so gorgeous. And there were so many times I was like, oh, I want to do it, I want to do it.

I was like, no, damn. Like stop my hand. I'm like, snap my hand. Yeah. Get back in your pocket. So I've literally just got one photo with Caitlin and when I'm done and no one will ever know how beautiful that house is. Sorry. It's a good discipline though. Yeah, yeah. You're going to be in the moment. I guess we can go here. I don't know. We can always cut if it's a little too juice. see, but have you ever experienced people copying you in the internet? And what are your kind of thoughts about that? Of course. I think that everybody copies everyone on the internet these days.

I think that, of course, it's a form of flattery. If it is a form of flattery, it's like, who cares? But if it's a form of, like, I'm going to steal your idea and, like, take you down. Like, I'm not cool with that. Yeah. Like, no. But, like, I would say most things online are just, like, trends. And I recently had an experience with this where J.D. had the idea who helps me with like some of my reals.

He was like, let's make a reel where we do kind of like, you know, like Rihanna and everybody reunited her Super Bowl performance. It was like reenacting the tour, like, ERIS tour. And I'm like, yeah, let's do it. So we did the whole thing. And then when I posted it, everyone was like, you copied this girl on TikTok. I'm like, guys, I literally don't look at TikTok anymore. Like I have it I don't even think I have I mean I post on there but I'm like right now I'm on I'm on a TikTok cleanse Like I've never seen this person before in my entire life she really is so funny she killed it she killed it like it's so she's so good like but I just were very different like in my opinion but I'm like y'all this is something that so many people do all the time

But I think people sometimes it's like these trends that you do and it's like who originated it how did it come to like everybody's already kind of done everything So it's kind of like one of those things where it's like when somebody, okay, this is like, this is like a funny meme, but you know like when Haley Bieber and Selena were going through their drama and then there was like this meme that was like, oh my God, like Haley Bieber was out drinking water and gas station and then Selena left and then drink a water bottle of gas station. It's such a stretch. It's like, yeah, like we're all doing the same thing. Like it's, I don't know.

You have to drink water. You have to drink water. Yeah. But we're not, you know, it's. kind of things like that or if someone's like oh my god she wore cargo pants and then she wore cargo it's like cargo pants like that's just what it is like we're all wearing cargo pants and it's like everyone's influencing each other that's the point of like exactly yeah well that's life too life it's like it's it's the same thing of like no one you've never had an original thought like sometimes you think something

and you're like that was the craziest thing I ever thought and that comes up but you probably like subconsciously saw that on someone two years ago and like exactly that's why you thought of it exactly Like I was telling y'all, you all know I'm obsessed with the toast. I'd say that's probably one of the biggest reasons why I started my podcast. They inspired me the most. Because the only podcast that I've ever like really been kind of addicted to, like where you can listen every day. But when I launched this podcast, I honestly, and I kind of forced myself to quit listening as much because I was so scared that like they were too influential in everything I would say. Because even the things they talk about I want to talk about, you know.

And they have like catch phrases like. be saying. Yes. And so I tried really hard and which is kind of a bummer because I'm like, I miss you guys. You know, I've got to keep you updated on Jackson Cloud. Exactly. So I try to be disciplined in that way, but like not because I'm so so obsessed with them, but I just don't, it just influences me too much. Yeah. You don't want to carry it over and be like talking about the same exact thing. They carried me for so long and I need to do this on my own now. Yeah. I need to be my own individual. Spread your wings and fly. Yes. And so, um, but like, when I, I'm not, if I take a little bit of time off, I'm getting right back in, you know.

So yeah, I don't know. I think it's one of those things where if you really look at the big picture, it's so stupid. Like, it's like, come on, who cares? Like, just move on. But like I said, if it's like a malicious thing, like, I'm not good with that. Yeah. Agreed. Yeah.

So. Have you ever had an awkward encounter when meeting a follower in person? Yeah, I got, I grabbed this girl's boob one time. It's so awkward. On purpose? No. No. Oh, my God.

I was going in for a lot. hug and I don't know what got over me but I just went right for the boob and right for it. I don't know what came over me. And then I would like literally was like oh my god I'm so sorry I just grabbed your poop like it was just so uncomfortable. Um I've I've met honestly I feel like I have really good experiences meeting people if I'm in a bad mood they actually get me in a better mood so I'll be like and I like I like I know people are out there that I've met that we'll test this on me people would be like hey i'm sorry like i'm in the worst mood but like i'm so happy to meet you like i love you like you know so if i'm ever feeling a certain way or like i'll just tell them straight up

so it's always there's nothing like i'm like hiding but do you ever forget like has that someone ever been like tanny danny and you just like fully assume they're not like calling you or like so this ever really surprised this happened on the airplane actually so there was this the cutest girl she was from, I want to say like East Texas, she's from a small town, had the cute little accent. Anyway, she was walking through the airplane and she looked at me and she was like, you know, she's like, she's like moving her hand. Yeah. But then she looked down and you're like, oh, I was like, you know, my biggest thing is I never want to assume because that is so embarrassing. Grinchy. When someone waves you out in the street and you're like, oh my God. Hi. And that's having

to me like just like oh it's so crazy so she looked down oh sorry my phone just dropped she looked down and I'm like that wasn't for me I was like oh my gosh so then she kept walking by and I was like she was probably looking at like somebody next to me or the row behind me so then afterwards she came up and I was like she was like hi I just wanted to get like a quick picture I felt so bad because she probably thought I was ignoring her on the plane but I was like I was like hey listen you didn't want to like assume so I told her I was like I'm so sorry I'm so sorry Like I just didn't want to assume that you were saying hi to me. I thought you were saying hi to somebody else.

Like I explained myself and, you know, that's when you know that I'm not cool because I'm always explaining myself whenever I meet people. Like I'm not like one of those people that you walk up to and you're like, can I get a picture and they like do like a like a little half smirk? You know those people that you meet that are just like so famous that you're just like they wouldn't say anything. Yeah, a little smirk. And they do a smirk and then they walk away.

But I'm like, oh, they're just trying to make me feel comfortable, you know. I would say this is a long time ago, but getting accepted into the creator program at

YouTube space was a very big deal. Back in the day, I was one of the very first creators. That's whenever I collabed with like, um, Tati. Oh, so crazy. And then I club with like Marcus Johns, like huge, huge YouTubers that like maybe weren't that big at the time, but now they're really big. It was also new. It was like crazy.

Evelina was one of them. I don't know if you remember. And so yeah, and I would say just like moving out to L.A. I was like living, I was 20 years old living out in L.A., trying to make it big. Went to the Grammys. Wow. So, uh, Kim and Kanye from afar. That was cool.

So crazy. Went to a bar right after by myself, sat next to Jason DeRillo, didn't know it was Jason DeRillo. Wait, what? I've never heard this story before. Yeah. Yeah. Why were you by yourself?

I was by myself at the hotel bar. So funny story about the Grammys. I actually didn't go to the Grammys because of anything cool. It was like a giveaway that I won. Really? Wait, from a brand? So this is actually where it gets crazy. I've never heard the story.

So I actually didn't. I actually didn't win the giveaway. It was a guy that I met on Twitter. He won the giveaway. And then he invited me as his plus one. Oh, okay. So it was like a little date. How did you ever met?

That I had never met the guy before? Oh no. How was it? How was the experience? So fun. So we went together and then. Obviously not fun enough if you ended up at the bar alone after. Well, you know why?

Because we had a hotel room, but I didn't want to share a hotel room with him. Yeah. Yeah. So I was like like, like, come on. Yeah. So I had to spend like he was like changing or something. So I went to like the hotel bar. Oh.

He changed and then yeah. So that was all cool. And then I would say like Forbes top creator was a really cool experience. Yeah. Speaking of were you. you starstruck when you met like Charlie DeMilio? Yeah for sure. Yeah. Are there other celebrities that you've been starstruck by that you've met? I'm starstruck by everybody. Like, yeah. Like even like Jojo Fletcher, I feel like you were like starstruck. No, I didn't say hi. Yeah, I was too nervous.

Um, so we were at a YouTube conference and we all went to dinner afterwards and I'm hanging out with like all the, they used to call us beauty guru. So I'm hanging out with all the girls. That's what they called all the

like girls that shared makeup and beauty. And, um, he came up to me and, and, and, um, he came up to me and, and, And we started talking and he asked me for my Instagram. He asked me for my YouTube channel. And he started asking me for advice. He was like, how did you grow your following? And he was very, like even in that moment, like he had one mission and it was to grow. Like he had his whole thing was like, I'm networking here. Like I want to get as much information out as I add like as I can out of these people.

He was asking for it. So anyway, he asked me for my number and we exchanged numbers. And I remember he texted me. Like he asked me some more questions. the next day, like, asked me, like, what events I was going to, things like that. But he's smart, though. All of those, like, yeah, connections, obviously let him to something. No, because he hustles so hard. Like, you could feel, I could feel it. I was like, those kids could be something one day. Let me tell you. We talk all the time about how you have Logan

I'm trying to think like a Saturday morning. you wake up what are you and jordan gonna do you have the whole day free usually we wake up it's hard because like nap times the kid so we're we're at home a lot because the kids take straten takes two naps he takes one at 9 a.m and then one at like 12 or 1 p.m so think about that what can you really do in between those hours yeah usually like i'm not kidding you sometimes we're just get in the car and like drive around for like an hour we'll go to we go to like a lot of coffee shops yeah we do a lot of cop fox trot la la land and stuff like that.

And then an hour goes by, we have to go back home. Yeah. Do you ever, like, watch TV in the middle of the day? On Saturdays, yeah. Yeah. Do you bring that up for a reason? Yes, because literally, I feel like you and Jordan, I mean, it makes sense. You're, like, working.

Busy, yeah. But there was one day I walked into the house and Danny was sitting on the couch watching TV. And I was literally like, what's wrong? Like, I was really like, something's going on. Something's really bad is happening. I feel like I remember that. And I was like, do you think she's okay? Like, she's not working.

I was like, Danny's just watching TV. She's just watching TV. She's not even on her phone. She's just sitting there watching TV. And I was like scared. What was they watching? I don't even remember. It was something random for sure.

It was like when you were really into like history documentary. Yeah, I was one of those. And you were maybe like that. And I was like, I'm so concerned. Yeah. It's so funny. Like, because, oh, man, I love watching TV when no one's in the house. It's like.

Maybe that was it. Maybe like the kids were gone. Yeah. I don't know what it was and you kind of felt like free for a second. It's just like me and you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then you showed up and I'm like, oh, day. Yeah, now I have to turn this off and pretend.

I got caught just enjoying myself. So last Sunday after Vegas, I slept 12 hours. Wow. Jordan let me sleep through church. And so he took the kids to church, which was very sweet. But like, and I watched church online and like, let me tell you, it was the best. It was like quiet. And you were like, best through.

was in my life like it was so rejuvenating and like because you'll know I'm never here about myself ever ever ever and then I had to tell you all something when I was in Vegas I was with Jordan the entire type like literally like attached to my hip and you guys used to do that but now you don't anymore so you must have been like oh my gosh I was about to lose space my mind so then we get home we literally get home and you know we're we're putting the kids to bed and Jordan's like you want to watch a movie and I'm like you're like can we just not like can you go in there and I'll go in here but you know I didn't want her feelings so like we watched another movie together like and so he's like and so then the next morning it was church and I'm like Trinan I like I have to be left alone like I'm about to lose my mind

so it was the best thing you lasted longer than most people could because for sure I get like so annoyed easily by like not having my space so I can't even like I would have been like um No, I'm not watching a movie with you. No, and like, you know, he like loves to cuddle and like, and I'm just like, can you, I just need my space for a minute. Like, it takes it out of me. We always say, I don't know how there's so many people in and out of your home. I personally could never do that. I'd be like, everybody get out.

Did you watch the reunion? We haven't talked about it yet. I watched most of it this morning because it wasn't working for me. Same. Yeah. Did you hear about this? I just heard, okay, so I didn't watch the season, but I've, what have you been doing?

I know, I know. She's a Love Island girl. Yeah, I'm a Love Island girl. I was watching Love Island Winter, UK. But. So wait, that's interesting. They have clothes on? Yeah. In the, wait, in the winter? Sorry, like, it's like the winter premiere, but it's like in, it's in, I was like, in Mayorka. Yeah. What kind of show? I was like, what kind of show? I watched seasons one and two. Well, what did you don't like it or something? I liked it. I just like, I don't know. It was just kind of boring. I'm kind of bored by it. You know, here's the thing, though. I think the mean girl side of her is coming out probably because of insecurity. I think she's probably having identity issues. And so she's like identifying with this mean girl persona to like stand out. But, you know, deep down, I don't think that's the real arena. Yeah. You know, I think that she's maybe just a little immature, has a little bit of growing up to do. But I don't think that anyone on the show is malicious and evil like they were saying. I mean, she's just immature.

Yeah. What about Micah? Like, what was your take on her? Immature. Immature. I think that she grew on me. I don't think she's a mean girl. Yeah.

I really don't. It's hard. I like want to believe she's a good person. Like she definitely seems that way. Little victim. But you really are like the summer. of who you're around. And Irina was kind of a mean girl.

Then her friends from home weren't very nice. Here's the thing. Made me think differently of her. I agree. But we also have no idea what it's like being on a reality TV show where you're so, it has to be so stressful. And you probably just latch on to like anyone that you can. And they just met each other.

So she's probably like, great. We're friends. We're friends. We've like established that. Like I'll have your back. You have mine. I just can't imagine how tough it is. It is probably so like it's a dog eat dog world in those reality TV shows.

So it's like anyone that can have your back, you just latch on to. So do you think you could ever do reality TV? Yeah, but like I wouldn't say it's my mission in life. Like my Instagram story is like this is my reality TV. Also it's like kind of like you would never obviously do a dating show you're married. But those are very specific type of shows. Whereas like other ways like I always wanted you to do like amazing race. Yeah.

Yeah, I would kill it. Yeah. We went through a face. We were like, we need to enter Danny. You're like, that's my goal. Yeah, that or naked and afraid. Just guys. I'm just kidding.

so that after she could take a break because, she currently has a surrogate or like was thinking about like they were getting a surrogate for her and joe to have a baby okay where'd that come from there is so many theories out there people i can't confirm nor deny like there's a rumor she didn't show because she was actually on the moon no people living on the moon but imagine if they were like i could see that happening no i think she just will have her own baby though because she's got to preserve her body yeah she's a she's a no the way that people have theories about Taylor Swift, like, I will never forget the day and Midnights came out. I was in line to get like a salad or something.

And every single girl around me was like, so I think this song is about this and this and this. And everyone just like pulls these random theories and like thinks their fact. And then they just like carry over. Especially with the, was it folklore or Evermore where all this, no, it wasn't, I'm sorry. The album where it was all written like, um, like she made up stories.

Folklore. Yeah, was it folklore? Yeah. Like none of the stories were about her. So everyone was trying to be like, like what is this about? And she's like, these are fictional characters.

Okay. Okay. A little deeper. But what is the biggest thing that you've learned in the past? year. Okay. So I would say there's so many different categories. There's momming.

There's work. Personal. For momming, I've learned that for my kids, routine is essential. So we have a pretty strict routine with our kids. Even Jordan keeps us so on point with our routine. It's like to the minute.

I'm like, have you ever told that story? of on the podcast of when you woke up on your honeymoon and it was like a list of things you guys were going to do. I don't think I have. So that describes you all perfectly. No, it's literally the perfect description of you guys as a couple. So when we first got married, we got home from our honeymoon and we're living together for the first time. And Jordan has always been very into routine. He does the same thing. He would probably even eat the same thing every day. But I cook for us. It's different. But anyway, so we got home. And the first morning, I remember I woke up from.

my honeymoon. I looked over to my right. There's a cup of coffee and there is a list. There is a schedule for the day. Seven to seven 30. Three to eight 30. Work out. Eight 30 to nine breakfast. He literally wrote out my schedule for the day of everything I was going to do. I took that piece of paper. I go rip it right down the bed. I was like nobody tells mama what to do. Because I'm very like fly by the season. My pants. If it weren't for y'all, there would be no schedule. There would be no schedule. would be no meetings. It would just be like, call me whenever, you know. Yeah, I'm around, you know, and I would probably just push everything. And so yeah, we're very different in that way. It's a good balance, though, because you force him to be a little bit more spontaneous and he,

he forces you to have a little more structure. Yeah, it can be kind of annoying, though. Sometimes, like, I want to go to dinner with the kids and he'll be like, well, there are, there are bedtimes at 7.30. And I'm like, okay, like, they'll go to bed when we get back. Like, what? Like, it's okay. Let's have fun like let's live life like i'm not gonna like let's not not go to dinner because the kids go to bed at 7 30 we'll get back at 8 30 it'll be fine you know and he's thinking about like the next day no but he's like he's like that 730 bedtime is everything yeah you cannot miss it um so yeah there's it's we're good like push and pool but so for the kids routine is essential even traveling with our kids we've learned a lot about that that like sometimes it's probably best to just like travel on our own and like leave the kids

with the grandparents and like let them stick to their schedule instead of pulling them out of things because it really it sometimes can like mess with mess with them like it's too much for them to handle so like we wanted to take them to Vegas and like maybe have a name and come with us or have one of the moms come with us and I actually was talking to Amber Venn's box about this and like I think I've just kind of learned that like it's better to just make a really efficient trip out of it be gone for three days so you have one fun day and then get back home and like carry on. So I've learned that.

One of the biggest themes, or one of the biggest things we've been talking about a lot with Jordan is, like, I would say, this kind of gets a little bit more deep. But, like, being confident in who I am. So, like, when I do get feedback or I do get hate, like, not letting it affect me so much

because, like, I know deep down that, like, I'm a good person. or like I know who I am and like I just feel like sometimes I let I think it's too being a three on the Instagram like I want to be what everybody else wants me to be so a lot of times like whenever I get hate I'm like who am I and you just kind of like pushed around and I wouldn't say I'm a people pleaser but I really like to please people like I really want people to like me or I want to be able to like I want to be like whatever they want me to be I don't know so I've just been trying to like find my identity It's good to learn that. Year 30. Yeah, it's, it's interesting because I go through phases,

like, and I always learn my lesson, and then it's like comes back around. Yeah. I feel like that's normal. Everyone will your whole life, go through seasons of growing. Yeah, because there's just a party that just like, once you feel like when people say stuff, I'm like, doesn't matter, rolls off my back, I don't care what you say, I know who I am. I know I'm a great mom. I know I love my, and it's like, I do, but it's, sometimes it just like, it, I'm just so sensitive to it. Yeah. Yeah. I get it though. I would be the same. I always have the same thoughts of like I wish I could be like, yeah, tough. Or even like the loudest person in the room. Yeah. Like you have these like little visions of being the like loudest person in the room that everyone's laughing at. Yes. But then the moment you do it and someone gives you a look like. You're like, oh my God, they hate me. Never mind. Never mind. I don't want that attention. Yeah. You have to be able to handle that. And that just sometimes not who you are. People are naturally like that. And you have to be okay with who you are. You have to be okay with the fact that like I might show up to you. You have to be okay with the fact that like I might show up to. You know. a party and be the shy girl in the corner like that's okay there's nothing wrong with that yeah that's just and that's okay that's um it's funny when i married jordan his biggest thing was he was like i want to be

the guy that wears the Hawaiian shirt you know there's always like that guy yeah the funny one the funny one yeah and i'm like honey then it that ain't you you're the one trying to change you're the one with the gingham you know yeah um and he tried for a while the cheetah oh my gosh the cheetah remember we hit it He had the worst shirt. It was in her office for a while because one day Danny brings it upstairs and it's like, guys, let's leave this in here. Dude, he loved that shirt. But for our wedding, as our wedding gift, I gave him a Hawaiian shirt because I was like, you're always the guy in a Hawaiian shirt. That's sweet. That's so cute. It was very cute. But yeah, still anyway, I think we're always trying to like just find, you know, self-esteem and confidence. Kind of beautiful, though. Like, just accepting and embracing who you are. are yeah not trying to be someone else exactly because that's what'll get you so next week's

exciting the hair vitamins launching very exciting is there any other products that you're really excited about that they're currently being worked on maybe you can't say but or just dream products like for divvy like what is the rollout of your dreams all of our dream products are happening love i will tell you that um so i think hair vitamin was like my number one dream product because i really really, after looking at a lot of hair vitamins, I felt like we could do better, and we have done better. So I'm excited about that. Dry shampoo is a big one that people want, that I want, clean dry shampoo, just a lot of

cleaner versions of the products that we use every day. But all the other things I can't say. Can't say specifics. So exciting, though. Big. I can't wait one day for dry shampoo. That's a huge one. I know.

Just me. I know. Hopefully soon. Everyone wants to know, after the long, dramatic saga on your Instagram stories, did you get your YouTube channel back? I did. It's funny. Everybody thought it was canceled for, like, religious reasons. They thought they were trying to silence me.

Which I've heard that's happening with a lot of channels, which is not cool. But, no, actually, we had a hacker. It was like Tesla 0497. Tesla CEO. Zero. He stole my account, deleted on my videos, and then uploaded no videos. It was a really weird- Taken down so quickly.

Oh, his videos got taken down. Yeah, so this guy, we basically had a hacker, which is so weird because we have two-factor authenticity. I don't know how that happened. I mean, he's just, he's a, he's a master hacker. He's a master, he's a black hat. Yeah. Black header.

Yeah, so we just had a hacker that stole my account, and it was really hard to get in touch with YouTube, but we finally did. And I think it's all up now. Yeah, they recovered your videos. Thank God. That would have been so sad. I know. You know, it was, it was sad not because, like, I need YouTube for like a business reason. It was more like nostalgia. Memories and how much work you put into that? I remember being like, Danny, do you have these videos somewhere, like on a hard drive? Like, they're on like 17 different hard drives. Okay. Who knows if they're even in this house? Yeah, but I would never actually go through all the hard guys. It's like you're really truly not like a sentimental person when it comes to like things things like things like things that bring memories.

Ramsey. I will never forget when the first time. I know exactly what you're going to say. The neat method or someone was here and they were going through the closets and they made a pile of things for Danny to go through and they're like hey Danny we found your wedding guest book. Do you want to keep it? Where should we put it? And you're like, eh, just throw it away. And we all like, Danny, no, you can't do that. I was like toss it. Yeah, you're like, man, what am I going to look at it? It's also like when you get in the organization mood, you are cutthroat.

Oh, yeah. I will never forget. She's walking and she's getting rid of everything and she's wearing a jacket. And she goes, I don't need this jacket and like puts it in the pile. I'm like, Danny, you literally are just wearing that. I'll take the jacket off my own back and get rid of it. That is the tornado in you for sure. What was the question?

What have you learned? Is that where we came? No. How did we get here? It was YouTube. Oh, YouTube. We started at YouTube. Did you get your YouTube back?

Oh, there's something that sentiment. Anyway. Yeah. We could go in circles. That's the thing about us that Jordan always says. If the three of us are in a silly goofy mood and we get in a room, we will talk about the most random things. We're at a Sundance Film Festival in Park City, and we're at a Stanley brand event making latte art. Do you remember this?

There's so many things going on. So many other things we could be talking about. Jordan comes up. And we start talking about fruit that we like. Like we're all like, what's your favorite fruit? An hour later, he comes back. We're still talking about fruit. We're like, oh, you like grapes?

And Jenny's like, I like green grapes. And Danny's like, really, I like red grapes. And we were like genuinely so interested in what the other was saying. We're like, we don't like grape flavored candy. Do you like banana flavored candy? Oh, what about this one? Grape fruit. And we couldn't stop.

Like, we would just list every food. Jordan was like, I would rather be in any other conversation but this one right now. I'd rather be watching paint dry. And like we thought it was so interesting. I was like genuinely interested. Oh, for sure. I still want to know what y'all think about cantalope. Cantalope.

Only if it's like really like ripe and fresh. But I feel like I only get that every so often. It's a sea list slav in my mind. Oh, really? What about honeydew? No, don't even talk to me about honeydew. We're about to get started. No, I know the list is going on.

But here's the real question. What's the best fruit? because everybody has an opinion. Okay, mine would be pineapple. Mm, so that's a, that's a, that's a popular favorite. Yeah. No one agrees with me, the honeydumelon. That is, that is psycho behavior.

I don't know what is, what do you sleep with socks on? Yeah. Ooh. No, we're not that crazy. Like Jordan. See it. I like Jordan. See, mine would have to be a tie between grapes and mango.

Mm, mango. We've been loving dried mango recently. But here's a mango phase. I here's the thing I have to be in the mood for mango but grapes are all the time all the time no matter what do you just have to be crunchy you just have to ask run or green like we can't go there we can't do it we're doing it again it's so bad it always happens okay well to end this out the last question that we obviously got a lot two of them first of all are you going to continue doing the podcast um I've enjoyed it I will say it's a lot of work, a lot more work than I anticipated.

I feel like, I don't know if y'all agree with this, but since the podcast launched, my days are so packed. It's like one thing after the next. Yeah. But I've really enjoyed it. There's this other really weird thing that I do. Because I was telling you that I was going to throw away the book for my wedding. What do you call it, the guest book? Yeah. I never have looked through the guest book. Why? Is there a certain reason? I don't know.

It's like I don't want to know what people had to say about me. Like, no, here's so weird. This is what's so weird. When I turned like 21, my friend Kelsey, you met Kelsey, right? She had all of our friends, girls and guys like our friend group, write all these handwritten notes like a page long, pages long to me to wish me happy birthday. And she put him in a big mason jar and they put in my room. Do you know that I never read him? You don't like compliments.

You get uncomfortable. Yeah, it's the affirmation. No, but that's not what it is. maybe another thing so divvy we you know we took them all the Taylor Swift they all wrote me they they I still have open them they're the cutest thank you cards and they're all like and it's nothing it's it's just like imposter syndrome I mean I just thought of something I remember when we after you made the Forbes creator list our team we all wrote you cards because we're so proud of you and it was a really sweet sentimental moment you walked in and you read them all in front of us and

And then you were like, let's hang him on the wall. Like, you didn't want to keep them in your possession. And I can tell you just didn't want to like get rid of them. Throw away or anything. So you're like, let's hang him up. It's something I need to talk to my therapist about. Because it's definitely like affirmation. Like I live for affirmation, right?

Do you think? It's got to be something deeper, I think. Do you think it's because. I'm actually from my childhood. Just because you're not sentimental. So you're not connected to that? Like, you don't know. It's almost like, this is so.

sad. It's almost like I don't believe that they actually feel that way about me. You know, and I feel like they're making it up. So like just because they have to. Yeah, talk to your therapist. I have no words for that. They're both just like, searing up. I have nothing to say. We have nothing to do. That's crazy. Imposter syndrome. True. Oh, I would so be someone that like starts to worship somebody that is like keeping me captive. I would so be. Stockholm syndrome. Oh, that's Stockholm. Oh, that's Stockholm. That's right.

That's right. No, imposter syndrome is when you don't actually believe that you're, you didn't. Yeah, Stockholm syndrome is like, what's that book that we, um, behind closed doors? Behind closed doors. Yeah. But I would still be like that. Yeah. All the syndromes, I got them.

Whatever's out there. It's me. It's me. Again, this is how we started YouTube and then we get around. You're like, I so would follow like my kid never. Wait, wait, have you ever seen the TikTok when it's like, if I, it's like a POV if I were getting kidnapped and you're in the back seat and you're like, wait, like, should I put my seatbelt on? Where are we going? Do you want me to be quiet? Like, what are your expectations here? That would be doing anything. You would be like, how do can I be the best like? Yes. Oh my gosh. You try to like perfect being the best victim, like the best kidnaptee. She's like, we have to use the bathroom, but like we don't need to pull over. I can get mad if you want me to. How do you want me to do this? What's the best scenario here?

100%. Okay, we'll talk about that with my therapist. The other thing that everybody wants to know is if you're going to continue the podcast, will there be video versions? That's probably our number one requested thing is video. So, yeah, we'll add some video. It's just a lot more work, and I have to work on my facial expressions. True.
