De-Influenced with Dani + Jordan - The Antichrist, AI & a Secret Meeting?!

Episode Date: October 9, 2026

This week on De-Influenced, Dani and Jordan are going down a few rabbit holes you won't see coming. Jordan shares why he backed out of Peter Thiel's secret Antichrist lecture after discovering where i...t was being held (hint: the Freemasons are involved 👀). They get into AI, spiritual warfare, and some pretty wild theories about where technology could be taking us. Then, Dani breaks down the disturbing Cornell fraternity allegations, shares what she witnessed during her own college Greek life days, and discusses the conversations they'll be having with their kids as they get older. Plus, Dani recaps her girls' trip to Amazon Summit, they talk Taylor Swift's new music, andJordan uncovers some unexpected history surrounding their new Nashville neighborhood. Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello and welcome back to your favorite podcast. D-influenced. I patches on. The color combo is great today. Do they match? Uh-oh, guess what's coming? I think it's so crazy. Like, the allergies, like, I have to sneeze.
Starting point is 00:00:21 Oh, it's so loud. Everyone cover your ears. She, like, doesn't even hold back. It's quite rude. First of all, I feel like if I were to hold my sneeze back, my eyes would pop out of my head. it's that strong. Yes. Like Jordan thinks that I purposely scream whenever I like.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Yeah, she wants attention. I do not want attention. In fact, I would rather not draw attention when I'm sneezing. But Jordan always like rolls his eyes. It's probably like the, not the one thing, but maybe the one thing that I do to give him the ick. Is like when I sneeze, I'm like, I swear to you, it's genetic. It runs in our family. My mom does it.
Starting point is 00:00:57 Now my dad doesn't do it. My dad, when he sneezes, all I think of. about is like like when you wake up early and like you're on the beach and just like the ocean spray hits you yeah my dad sneezes and it's like ocean it's like I've heard that and my mom and in Landon too like that yeah there should be like a you know when we teach our kids and send them to cotillion it teach them etiquette we should teach them the etiquette of sneezing no it's not controllable like if I'm it is controllable because no it's not if I'm in a minute a public space, I will like do that thing where like I hold my nose. Babe, if I were to do that, my eyes will pop on my head. Didn't you ever see that girl in the news that I used to do that? That's how her eyes would pop out of her head. That's what they say. I am not. They say if you
Starting point is 00:01:46 like sneeze with your eyes open, that's how they pop out of your head. They say. Yes. Who's Stanford? Let me ask chat. Cheaptee p. Babe, did you ever see that girl like on Ellen or like any of the shows where her eyes will pop out of her head? No, I yeah, I know. I know who you're talking about. talking about. She's like in Ripley's believe it or not. Yes, let me look up on chat jvety. What happened to Ripley's? You know, I see some of them are still around. I mean, then the internet hit and it's like in the fall. Oh, there's way weirder stuff out here. Yeah. It's like that was like the museum of the weird and then the internet launched and it was like, oh, there's way weird. There's far weirder stuff out here. I used to live going to the
Starting point is 00:02:25 wax museum. Yeah, I never went to that one in Dallas. Oh, I love you. It's so far. Yeah, it's really It was like so silly. Sometimes if you were having a really good day in Dallas, you hit the Wax Museum. You hit Six Flags right after. Do you know how many times I've done that? Oh, no, no, no. My family, we didn't go to Reader's game. It's cool off. You go to Hurricane Harbor?
Starting point is 00:02:45 No, I didn't. We weren't Hurricane Harbor, but my mom and I and Landon, we had season passes to Six Flags every summer. Yeah. And like we went in like the dead of June, July, when it was like 100,3 degrees. Like, we were there. Yeah. All the time.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Six flags? Yes. Yeah. It was in like, do you know in second, no, in fourth grade my mom took me and I fainted because it was so hot. True story. I believe that. Luckily, I was with Alex Phillips and his dad. His dad's a doctor. You remember when we went to that golf tournament in Fort Worth and then like on the way back, we were just like, let's go to six flags. And you and I just went. And we rode. You're like, this is so dirty.
Starting point is 00:03:23 We rode the, we rode the Titan and then we rode the Batman and we were like in pain. No, we also rode. There was one other. roller coaster that we rode the shaky one. Oh, Texas Giant? Yes, and I swear like my neck was like out for a week. I know. And we were like, we used to do this all the time. Oh, I know. It's crazy. That's why I like skydiving. It's actually like really smooth. Danny's been skydiving one time. Let's be clear, but she's never forgotten it. Let me ask chat about what happens if you sneeze with your eyes open? It's like, please don't do that. They'll pop out of socket. You'll never have eyes. good. If you sneeze with your eyes open, your eyes won't pop out. Your eye sockets,
Starting point is 00:04:05 muscles, and surrounding tissue, you hold your eyes securely in place. Would you look at that? Speaking of tragedy, wait, let me ask you. Then how do you get your eyes to pop out? It's a genuine. It's a good question. It actually is possible for an eyeball to protrude or come partly out of its socket, but it's extremely rare. It can happen with major facial or eye trauma, certain medical conditions. Doctors call displacement of the eyeball from the socket globe luxation. It says definitely don't try to make that happen. It can damage the optic nerve.
Starting point is 00:04:39 If it does come out, don't push you back in. Just for everybody listening if you're curious. It's like the more you know. The more you know. Speaking of Chad GPT, I had a crazy story this week about the Peter Thiel Antichrist lectures. Did you tell me already or do you want to tell? No, I'm going to tell them.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Did you tell me already? Is what I'm a master? No, I think I might have like filled you in that I didn't go. Yeah, I'm just asking you. Is there more to the story? Yeah, for sure. I'm going to tell it that I don't know about. Yeah, you don't know. Okay. Okay. So the Peter Thiel, uh, Antichrist Lecture. So in Dallas, there's this like, famous, like historic, elite office complex. It's called Old Parkland. And it's where like all the billionaires run their family office. And if you go there, it's like the coolest. It's like the coolest. campus ever. It's cool. So at the bottom of it, they have this debate hall. And you have to be a member of Old Parkland to be invited to these debates, but they'll bring politicians. They'll bring like really famous thinkers.
Starting point is 00:05:44 And it's like a small room. And I had heard rumors when we lived in Dallas that Peter Thiel, the guy who runs Palantir and funds all the AI companies, had done a series, a lecture series about the Antichrist. So I didn't know this, but Peter Thiel, he would claim himself to be like an Orthodox Christian, Piscopalian Orthodox Christian. Okay. So he's very like theologically equipped, you know. So he was, he launched this series called the Antichrist Lectures and they was coming to Nashville.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Uh-huh. So I texted all my new Christian friends. You know, I'm part of their Bible study. And so I text them. I'm like, oh. Like their dads are like pastures. Yeah, like common ground. Like this is common ground.
Starting point is 00:06:34 Like we can we can all hang out and we can go listen and debate this. Because, you know, I think a lot of people would say the funny thing about. Wait, what was he debating or what was he talking about? The Antichrist. Oh, okay. So, and so I invite my, my famous Christian friends and I'm like, oh, this will be good. Like we can all do it together. Well, the thing about these lectures is, and I don't know if this is just marketing or
Starting point is 00:06:59 for safety or whatever, but he doesn't release the location until 24 hours before. Interesting. Yeah, super interesting. So it's this super secret talk that only the elites have heard. And, you know, it's done by Peter Thiel, who's a very famous tech person. He's really close to technology. He's talking about the Antichrist. So I'm thinking, oh, I'll learn about AI and how that relates to the Antichrist.
Starting point is 00:07:23 Because a lot of people think AI is the Antichrist. Yes. And so here's the kicker. 24 hours before, he releases the location, and it's at a Freemason Mason Masonic Lodge. And I think we've had a Freemason call in before. Remember we met him in that church? Yeah, nice guy. Nice guy.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Nice to you, baby. But here's what I feel like most people believe, Freemasonry is pretty much demonic. Well, it was rooted in maybe, like, demonic acts, where now that doesn't mean it is like they're doing those. things today but maybe when it started right it was like in order first of all both my grandfathers were free masons oh I know we had to deal with that spiritually yeah we had to deal with that already and like my grandmas both of them would say like nothing weird ever
Starting point is 00:08:15 happened but like maybe when it first came about like in order to join the freemason like to join the club essentially you had to do some like just kind of weird things. There were definitely, who knows if they were like demonic, but they were definitely were not rooted in Christian. Scripture, right. So, and I mean, like, if you look at Freemasonry, it's like you go back and it was like Davy Crockett was a Freemason and like all these like famous powerful figures were Freemasons.
Starting point is 00:08:46 So was it, um, was William Churchill? Winston Churchill? I mean, William Churchill. Was Willie? Was Willie Churchill? I don't know. But listen, we're not going to get in. into the debate of whether free masonry is demonic.
Starting point is 00:09:01 All we can say is that our family, Danny and I's family, went through a pretty crazy bout with spiritual warfare. Oh my, we don't know if it's because of the freemasonry. I'm not saying it was, but I would say that it wasn't for sure that it wasn't because of the free masonry. So anyway, I was like, I text the group. well it's kind of embarrassing for me first of all because I invite all of my famous Christian friends to this talk and then it ends up being in a Freemason Lodge so I look like the guy that's just like do to do you know like hey guys let's go to a Freemason Lodge it's like hey this talk is at the satanic temple should we go and so first of all I had to retract and I was like hey guys I'm sorry I didn't know and then it kind of sparked this fierce debate in the group text and I was and I personally was like, shoot.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Oh, that's so interesting. Like, yeah. Like, so, oh, I would have loved to be in that group chat. Because it's like you have all these like, theologically sound people. And it's like, now they're debating on whether it's like okay to go or not. Well, so it was very interesting debate. I, first of all, I was like, I'm out.
Starting point is 00:10:14 So I said immediately, I'm out. Like, I'm not stepping foot into a Masonic Lodge. And that was just simply because I wasn't going to play with that. Like, I've already played in the spiritual warfare side. I was like, I'm out. I'm out. So, but it was really interesting because a lot of the people I would have expected to go because, you know, they're very strong in their faith. They know that like, like, crisis in control, et cetera. It was a pretty split group. Okay. So you had the people who are really kind of like well versed and like deliverance and, you know, like understand spiritual warfare and like
Starting point is 00:10:48 understand how to play on those grounds. And they were willing to go? They went. Yeah. And then you had the others that I would say are more which what are you now you're a cessationist cessationist so the other side of the group I would just say that they're not they they're not like talking about spiritual warfare a lot they're not you know they're more like just super biblically sound but they're not like uh in the in the realm it's like watermark back home you know like it's like they're just kind of like good bible Christians they decided not to go here was their argument they were like okay if this was a true debate like we would we would go because we would have authority to walk in there on behalf of christ and like actually like debate
Starting point is 00:11:35 but this would be us entering into a dark place with an authority figure who's like who has the authority of the stage and so they're like we're not going to participate in this um so i didn't go group is split my friends go and I'm like hey guys like I'm sorry I'm not going to go I said but what you record it for me and so they go and first of all I don't know if you saw this like on Twitter or on the news but it was like a line wrapped around the entire city block I didn't see I want to kind of yeah it was like a line they had bomb dogs it was like the tightest security ever um if you brought a notebook to take notes they made you throw the notebook away um it was like a very locked down speech how many would you how many people would you say I think it was probably
Starting point is 00:12:24 around like 300 to 500 maybe yeah it was like in a big sort of amphitheater masonic lodge down town Peter Thiel Nashville maybe and so luckily my friend not to be named opened up a voice memo and sent me the transcript after you better be careful because like they could track you back babe he's already tracking us that's true um and you know i want to i'm going to kind of like disclose some things about the talk because i think it's really interesting first of all it's a it's a four part series so i bought tickets and they're also non-refundable non-transferable so um i bought four tickets and the first talk was called um it was based on daniel 12 4 and it was called many shall
Starting point is 00:13:18 run to and fro and knowledge shall increase. So he talks a lot about AI and like what he's seeing happening at the frontier of AI and how we're asking chat, GBT and like is it demonic? Is it not demonic? The second talk is going to be called the end of empire. The third talk on October 12th is called the Velocity of the Antichrist. And then the October 19th is called a new realm.
Starting point is 00:13:46 So just the names themselves. I'm like, this is awesome. I was like, if it wasn't a Masonic Lodge, I would totally be there. But now I've got transcripts. You know, basically, like his whole argument, if you want to like ask me questions about this transcript is that wars and nuclear, you know, weapons and pandemics and like AI safety or unsafety is really all moving us towards like a one world government. Yeah. So, you know, in Revelation, the Antichrist really talks about the, you've read Revelation, I haven't. It talks about a one world government. And he actually says that a lot of these things that we're getting tripped up on are more about creating a prison for ourselves so that when we have nowhere to run or hide or talk about, we will willingly adopt a one world government. So it's like when we trip up and say the AI is the Antichrist or this, you know, is the Antichrist. It's actually, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:46 all just building to a collapse of the U.S., a collapse of our civilization so that a one-world government can come and take the place. So that was kind of like the topic of his first talk. I'll read you this quote because this kind of summarized it really well. He says, once the planet is a prison, once there is nowhere to run and no free press, there is no precedent in human history to suggest that this sort of global prison warden would willingly give up his or its power, talking about the Antichrist. So it's really interesting because I would say he's probably one of the more connected people in the world,
Starting point is 00:15:23 but he's also one of the few, like, conservative people in Silicon Valley. And I've never really understood why. And I think it's because he genuinely, his greatest fear as, like, from the political side is like a one world government. And so what role does, is he saying that did he like give any hints at like who he thinks the anti-Christ? will be slash how does AI play into no but he uh you know so in our group text the funniest joke that one person said is he goes when we were debating on whether to go he goes you know i'm gonna go he's like it's not every day you get to hear a talk about the antichrist from the antichrist and he actually addressed that he was like i know that people think i'm the antichrist and he's like you know he kind of like
Starting point is 00:16:09 laughed it off and he's like i'm not the antichrist he's like ultimately like i'm the one warning that you know things are moving in this direction and he's like um he's a big lord of the rings guy this is the other thing all of his companies like he invested in this company called anderl which is run by palmer lucky palanterre all of these are references to lord of the rings um like palenteer was a weapon i'll read you this the palentiary weren't made by sauron which is the bad guy they were made by the phanore his trust company is called ribandel and it's to protect it from orcs and tax collectors, the IRS. That's like his trust company.
Starting point is 00:16:53 So he names all these things. But anyway, he was saying that in Lord of the Rings, like Sauron was the Antichrist. And then there was like, I'm messing this up, but like Sarim, that was like a false prophet. And he like made a joke and he was like, you guys can decide whether I'm Sauron or I'm Saurine. You know, like I'm giving you the thing. So he was kind of like joking about it. But yeah, it was wild. And I'm bummed.
Starting point is 00:17:17 I can't go because I've been wanting to hear. So are they all held at that same place? I don't know. I have tickets to all of them. So they will release the location. If the next one's not at a Masonic lodge, I'll go. Probably on Monday. Did he address why he chose that place?
Starting point is 00:17:33 No, but. Maybe he's a Freemason. Maybe, probably, to be honest. Or, you know, the Freemasons are like very worldly. Like, they're very, like, about power. And so, you know, the other thing I learned about him is there's people in this kind of like Franklin, Nashville network that are very close to Peter Thiel. Like they went to the VIP dinner before. And one of the most interesting things I learned is he actually pays people on staff just to be thinkers around him.
Starting point is 00:18:01 So like he'll pay theologians and you travel with him or he'll pay like, you know, people who are more socialist or communist. And so he keeps people around him. God, I should do that. just to like always like have people like challenging his worldview and teaching him things like he'll hire historians to teach him about an ancient Rome and I'm like man that's billionaire stuff right there totally that is like the most billionaire stuff honestly that's what like all the celebrities that have so much money should do is you just people hire your friends to have fun you should hire your friends to make you smarter no for sure and so um what did you ask me oh why was it at a freemasoner me yeah so i'm
Starting point is 00:18:41 sure that someone on his team was just like, hey, this lodge is in Nashville. It'll be really good for it. Huh. Yeah. Super interesting, right? Yeah. So did he have any fears about AI? Like, did he talk about that?
Starting point is 00:18:57 Yeah. I mean, he was like, it's, it's, I, one of the guys I talked to. He was, like, warning against it, yet he runs Palantir? So last, last week what happened, I think it was like two weeks ago. I said this on the last podcast, but like, Open AI and Anthropic both came out, and they were like we have people quitting because like we really need government regulation on AI. Is anybody working on that? Well, so then it came out that they were just making that up because they wanted to block
Starting point is 00:19:23 open source AI from coming at them. Like they wanted regulatory capture and like a monopoly on the market. So I asked a guy who went to the talk the next morning in the Bible study and I go, hey, like, was, do you think that he thinks that like this super intelligence is real and scary? Or do you think it's kind of like we're not even close to having like this super intelligence technology and we're just chatting with the internet and that's what it actually is and he was like no he was like the things that are coming are going to reshape the economy and reshape markets so he expressed like a very broad economic macro level fear about
Starting point is 00:20:00 AI but I don't think he thinks it's the antichrist he's like that is going to be a mechanism to collapse people into universal basic income and to rely on on the government for their sustenance, which is going to lead to a one world government. So universal basic income, like, is basically like, it's like, we're just all, we all receive this same income. Like they've already started testing it in San Francisco.
Starting point is 00:20:30 So like they did a big test in San Francisco where they gave people, I think it was like $2,000 a month. And they just study the people and they're like, do they stop working? Do they work harder? Do they get into the arts? And unfortunately, when you take someone's ability to provide for themselves and the friction away from work, it's what everyone thinks that they want. But they actually, it leads to depression.
Starting point is 00:20:53 It leads to stagnation. Really? But because people don't have a purpose. But what about it? But what about if it like also feels like a kickstart? Like you're going to use the $2,000 and now start your own business. Yeah. But if the government, if it's like a socialist or a communist, like you don't, you don't start your.
Starting point is 00:21:11 That's capitalist. You don't start your own businesses. Like the government owns everything. Oh, because you're not allowed to now? Um, like, couldn't people still like invest their $2,000 instead of spending? Like, it's given to everybody,
Starting point is 00:21:25 but everybody has their own way of spending it. I don't know. I don't know how the test was run in San Francisco. But I know that they're testing it and like generally speaking, um, for the human soul. It, it, it's not been good because it,
Starting point is 00:21:39 it takes away. your autonomy, it takes away your ability to provide. I get that if we're all receiving a million dollars. Yeah. But if they're not, if they're just giving like, you know, enough to get by, I still think that people are like ambitious and still like they're like, you know what I mean? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:59 Honestly, to me, it's just like the same outcome will happen. It's like some people will take it and run it to the ground and some people will like capitalize out and the same people that would have run to the ground are doing that now. Yeah, maybe. That's my hypothesis. It's tough. It's tough to say. But if he travels around to your city and it's in a Masonic Lodge, my advice is not go, but you do what you want.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Just don't come, don't come bringing those demons to me. Is he going to other cities? It seems like he might. It's so interesting you picked Nashville. I think that Nashville has such a large population of conservatives and Christians that I think that that's what he was trying to align with. Interesting. I could have seen Dallas.
Starting point is 00:22:46 Well, he's already done in Dallas. Where was it? Old Parkland. Oh, it was old parkland. But he did that to like his elite group. Like he kind of got all the Dallas big, probably conservative financiers and talked to them about it. Yeah. Interesting, babe.
Starting point is 00:23:02 So interesting. I feel like my relationship with money has changed a lot as I've gotten older. When you're younger, you're really just thinking about what's in your checking account and whether you can afford. and whether you can afford whatever you want to do that weekend. And then you get married, you have four kids, you buy a house, you're thinking about savings and investments, and all these different goals, and suddenly there are a lot of more moving pieces.
Starting point is 00:23:21 That's why I like Monarch. It gives me one place where I can actually see the full picture of our finances, our accounts, investments, savings, goals, spending, all of it. And for me, just being able to open an app and know where we stand takes a lot of the mental load off. One of my favorite things is that Monarch doesn't just tell you about what you've already spent, you can actually set goals, plan for bigger purchases, and see whether you're on track before you get to the point where it's too late to just adjust. And with their
Starting point is 00:23:48 AI tools, it's really cool. You can literally ask the AI assistant questions about your own finances, like how much did we spend on travel last summer, or can we afford this vacation without touching savings? And the AI weekly recap can flag things like spending spikes, changes in your net worth and expenses you have coming up. Especially in this stage of life, I don't want our finances is to feel like something we're reacting to. I want us to have a plan and actually know where our money is going. Write your own money story with Monarch. Use code Danny at Monarch.com to get your first year of Monarch core half off at just $50.
Starting point is 00:24:22 That's 50% off your first year at monarch.com with code Danny. Use code Danny at Monarch.com to get your first year of Monarch core half off at just $50. You guys know we've been in full on house mode since moving to Nashville. and I feel like I'm constantly shopping for something for this house. One space I really wanted to make feel extra cozy was the kid's playroom because they spent so much time on the playing on the floor, building things, reading books, making an absolute disaster, all the things. I ended up finding polka dot tasseled shag nursery rug by Mack and Milo on Wayfair,
Starting point is 00:24:55 and it was exactly what I was looking for it. It's soft and comfy, has these cute little polka dots and tassels, and you guys know I love pattern and personality in our home. Plus, it's stain resistant, which is pretty much a requirement for anything going on in the playroom. But I feel like this is why I keep going back to Wayfair while we're working on this house. They have thousands of products across so many different styles and budgets, so whether I know exactly what I'm looking for, or I'm just trying to figure out what a room needs, I can usually find so many options and their filters make it really easy to
Starting point is 00:25:24 narrow everything down. For the rug, I could find something that worked with the size and style of our playroom instead of scrolling through a million things that weren't going to work. I'm also a big reviews person, especially when I'm buying something online for our home. Wayfair has customer photos, in more than 20 million verified five-star reviews. So I can actually see pieces in real homes before I order them. It just makes me feel so much more confident about what I'm choosing. And now the playroom feels so much warmer and cozier, but the rug is really just one of the many Wayfair finds,
Starting point is 00:25:52 helping our new home finally feel like us. Find pieces made for real life and get even more value with Wayfair rewards. Join Wayfair rewards today and get to get 5% back on every purchase. Head to Wayfair.com to shop all the things home. that's w-a-y-f-a-r.com. Wayfair, every style, every home. Okay, I feel like once you have kids in school, your group chats basically become a running update of whose kid is out this week. And now we're getting into the colder months in the holidays.
Starting point is 00:26:23 There's always something on the calendar, a school thing, traveling, seeing family, and I'm just trying to keep everybody in a good routine. That's one reason. Haia has become such an easy part of our routine for the kids. I especially love their kids' multivitamin. They worked alongside pediatricians and nutrition scientists to create a chewable with a blend of 12 organic fruits and vegetables plus 15 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, B12, C, zinc, and folate.
Starting point is 00:26:51 And I love that it's easy. You can do it with breakfast or before school. The kids actually like taking them, and when you order online, they get their reusable bottle with stickers. They can decorate themselves. They'd hyacens refills every month, which is one less thing I have to remember to order. And if you've got teens in the house too,
Starting point is 00:27:07 Haya just launched a teen daily multivitamin, especially, specifically for ages 13 and up. It has 15 plus vitamins and minerals, including B12, B6, and folate plus myocidal and vitamin D3 paired with K2 to support bone health during those big growth years. It's also zero sugar and comes with that same refillable glass bottle and decal pack.
Starting point is 00:27:30 We've worked out a special deal with Haya, receive 50% off your first order on any of their products to claim this deal you must go to hiahealth.com slash janey austin this deal is not available on their regular website go to h i y a h-e-a-h-e-a-l-t h-e-a-l-th-com slash d-a-n i-u-s-ti-u-sti-n and get your kids the full body support they deserve have been keeping up with the Cornell 7 i honestly have not but i feel like I should I don't know. It's pretty bad. Is it one of those things that's like, like, is it true?
Starting point is 00:28:05 Is it not true or is it like for sure true? It's for sure true. I think that it's so crazy. Okay, because a lot of times that these... This happens like every three years or so, right? Like there was like the Duke kid and then there was the... So a lot of times when I hear these things happen, I'm like, okay, like as a mom of three boys, I'm like, okay, So, I mean, first of all, we're going to teach our boys.
Starting point is 00:28:34 Yeah. To do like. Well, they're going to be homeschooled. So they're going to be. They're going to be. No, but these boys were 20 years old, they. These were not like little kids. These are like, anyway.
Starting point is 00:28:44 But, you know, there's, you hear about these things and it's like, a girl got drunk at a party and then they went up to the room. And then the girl, three days later, like, feels something. And then now it's like all confusing. Like, was it consensual or not? This was just. horrible. Oh really? Yeah, this was just horrible. There was like, did you read the Snapchat? I think I did see a picture of the Snapchat conversation where they're like all just like
Starting point is 00:29:11 they're like free whatever they're like free yeah P word in room da da da and everybody's like I love kifai I love this fraternity and there's like seven guys on the group chat that are like so I wasn't in Greek life so let me just like I ask some basic questions yeah so like in Greek life like Like you have the, at Texas, you have like the big fraternies, like Fiji, where's another one? S.A.E. All those. Take up. Okay. And then you have this kind of like lower tier of fraternity. It doesn't matter. This happens at all of the fraternity.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Okay. So what I was going to ask is like is, was this just like kind of like a gross ratchet? And like maybe there's like classy. No. First of all, every fraternity is gross ratchet. Like the nicest fraternities at UT like you go inside. it's where they hold all of their parties. No, I... So you go inside and like, they always have parties Friday, Saturday, Sunday night. If you are like dating one of the guys in the fraternity, like the girls are sleeping over there Monday through Friday. Like it is basically, it's not like the sorority houses where like it's literally like we have like houseboys.
Starting point is 00:30:17 And you walk in the sorority houses like so clean. It's like a beautiful hotel essentially. So... But the frat parties, there's like no... like we had house moms and we had all these rules. Frat parties are just like a free-for-all. And that's where they had all of, or frat houses. And so if you were to get drunk at a frat party and you had someone you were dating or you were talking to,
Starting point is 00:30:42 you go up to their room, you fall asleep in their bedroom. Like guys are just in and out everywhere. Like, so I guess what happened was she was at a party and then they were all doing ketamine and some other drugs or whatever. and then she you know to me like what I would teach Stella is don't do drugs don't do drugs don't do drugs that a guy gives you like don't number one but this girl felt she says she felt pressured to like do drugs so that was like a mistake but doesn't warrant like what happened obviously and she does ketamine she does all these things and so because to me once you do drugs it's like the inhibition like what your
Starting point is 00:31:25 own autonomy. Everything is like confusing at that point, right? Like even whenever you're drunk, like you do things that you don't want to do. And so, but she did that. And then she, um, went up and there are text messages. She has like the next day where she did, she basically had a threesome or like one with two guys. Kind of weird. And so, um, and she remembered that. But then I guess she like kind of was in and out of consciousness and then like a bunch of other guys came in like one by one and so um so anyway but the next day she's while she was unconscious or just kind of like in and out in and out yeah yeah and so um the next day she texts the guys that she had like the threesome with and she was like defending her actions and I think to me I could see I think she's
Starting point is 00:32:21 always so embarrassed that she's like trying to take control of the narrative like and I think that's where a lot of people get tripped up and they're like well she said I think she was just trying to like own what she like to be less embarrassed honestly and like but as like you know like other things started coming out it was like she remembers like as the other guys came in she was like telling them know and they kept doing it and like it just got really messy so she did remember that yeah and so then like three days later she's like texting them and she's like she kind of changed her narrative but I think it's because she kind of came to that's what's kind of confusing about it she came to and was like wait like this was actually really wrong and like yes she made a mistake doing the drugs like don't
Starting point is 00:33:10 get me wrong but apparently like all these other guys in the frat house like saw all these snapshots and didn't stop it oh I see because they were all seeing the messages, they were seeing all the things, and, like, no one stopped it. So that's, like, one of the biggest things is, like, why didn't anyone stop it? Why did they take advantage of it? And why did they just not stop it? And, like, I saw someone post this, which I thought was, like, there's all these women, like, talking about how, or, like, showing videos of, like, when we, when we found, like, really intoxicated men in college. Or, like, do you remember when me and Chloe were, like, smoking a cigar in college? And, like, we, that man came out of the mountains.
Starting point is 00:33:47 And he was really drunk. Ever tell you that story? So funny. But like when women find really intoxicated men, we're not like, let's make out with him. We're like, let's get him home. Let's get him a pink fuzzy blanket. Let's take care of him. Honey, where are you going?
Starting point is 00:34:01 Do you need some water? But like when men find intoxicated women, why is it look totally different? You know? So I want to ask you some questions just about like, because I think that you can hone in on this story. but like the problem is like the culture right like the culture around fraternities and sororities and all of that so you said that when you were in Greek life it would be very common for like girls to sleep over there like Monday through Friday if you were dating someone yeah or that girl who's like dating someone feel safe to sleep over at a fraternity house yeah but it that was like if you were dating someone now now we
Starting point is 00:34:43 you always had the walk of shame on Friday morning because Thursday night you went out to the bar and like in the Kyle house like 10 girls would be missing and we'd all be like oh they're gonna have to do the walk of shame or we have to go pick them up and like they probably ended up sleeping over at some guy's house in the fraternity house or they are at someone's apartment okay so like put yourself back in obviously that wasn't you but like put yourself back in like the everyone's walking back in when they're telling the stories like the sorority girls were they like yeah I remember I made this decision like did you ever run into any instances where you're like,
Starting point is 00:35:18 these girls are recapping. They're like, I feel like that was wrong. My friends also didn't do ketamine. No, I understand. So, like, my friends were like, and these weren't like your friends probably in the sorority, but like the sorority girls you're talking about, you know. I'm sure it happened at other sororities,
Starting point is 00:35:32 but no, all my friends always were like talking to a guy or they were like dating him. So like you kind of like knew where they ended up. So you never had a story. And plus we always would check on our friends before we'd leave. We'd be like, oh, Sarah, I'm just making up Sarah.
Starting point is 00:35:46 I'm just making it. Sarah is probably at Michaels or whatever. Like you kind of like knew or oh yeah like Nicole wanted to stay back with so and so. Yeah. And I would say that most of the time I bet they felt safe. But it's probably because they also were like not doing drugs. So basically I guess what I'm trying to ask is like you hearing this story and being at Texas Greek life. Does this shock you or surprise you? Like was this a culture that you saw at any of the parties that? I just wasn't part of like that. I just wasn't part of like that. drug culture. Like, so I never saw something like that. But I could so easily. Yes, there are, there were sections of each organization that were into that and I could so easily see how that would have happened. I wasn't. Most of my friends that were in Greek, like, we're also in young life. So like we tried to like not even drink like whenever we were, you know, so I was on such a different. That's what I'm saying is like that's, it's like really the issue is like the larger culture around probably like sexual permacuity. Well, it's very confusing.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Well, it gets, I think what you're saying is like the lines get really blurred. And one miscalculation in a moment like that can ruin everyone's lives. And that's why like to me, like just don't go there. Like I don't even know why you're even putting yourself in that situation. Like I'm going to teach my, first of all, my kids, no drugs. Like because you're going to make stupid decisions and that you're going to ruin your life. Probably won't go to college because it'll be obsolete. Well, babe, they probably will honestly.
Starting point is 00:37:22 And like, the thing is, is like with, that's why you don't sleep around. That's why you don't go to parties like that. Or when you go, you always have a friend and like you're never alone with men, like with men that you don't know. Like there's just so many things that could be done on both sides that like, why was this even ever like a situation in the first place? What does ketamine do you? I don't know, but I don't think it's good. Yeah, probably good. Did you ever feel like you couldn't drink like a drink someone gave you at a party?
Starting point is 00:37:57 Oh, 100%. Okay, so you would be at parties where you're like they're for sure drugging girls here? It wasn't that they were drugging. Yeah, but so like a lot of times like I don't name the fraternities because I'm not going to like out them. But yes, they would put things in the punch. to get girls like extra 100% that happen all the time like you never drank the punch at a frat party what oh never you always like go to like a guy's room and like pregame with them because the punch always had like drugs and like all these different things in it okay you understand as a what did
Starting point is 00:38:31 you call me gdii GDI as a GDI this is crazy that's crazy no but it was a crazy thing to say it was like a well-known fact like you don't drink the punch at prep parties it always has stuff in it. I mean, this is, this is legalized criminal behavior. That's crazy. All right. Let's just like biological function. You know, you are going there to college.
Starting point is 00:38:56 Like you're in your era of trying to find a husband or at least somewhat interested in that, right? And there's a culture where you like probably assume if he's in a fraternity, he's probably comes from a good family or wealthy family. Like these guys become sort of. like gods right I know the football players they like
Starting point is 00:39:19 they were treated like royalty yeah and they like probably have done some heinous stuff you know because like they they can get away with anything but like I'm just wondering if it's like I'm wondering if there's a culture when I think of the football players at like in Greek life
Starting point is 00:39:33 they were they were always like what do they say on their P's and Q's what is it? I don't know something about fees and cues I don't know they were always the most well-behaved because they knew if they were to be caught drinking or doing anything they were going to be kicked off the team now I think there were some stuff that happened like outside but I just remember the Baylor story you know I'm just saying from my personal
Starting point is 00:39:57 experience when I saw athletes at parties they were always so uptight like they were never having fun because they were always like just so scared that they were getting in trouble yeah that was my personal experience but that you know but you got what I'm saying I'm saying like there's there's like a there's a lacking accountability probably in some of these fraternities and like it's a it's a cultural issue like how many fraternities are getting in trouble for like their their pledges dying right from alcohol poisoning like that's what I will say that I know some things about like fraternity hazing I don't know if you saw that yeah there's a recent story about recent story so like exactly what happened in that where those all those kids they didn't get like
Starting point is 00:40:41 arrested but like the police came because I think like they're essentially being tortured and that I know I've witnessed firsthand I've seen it I've talked to like my friends that were in fraternities that happens like and so like where they haze the pledges where they're like on the edge of like possibly possibly being able to die like that is very very common yeah like I know because like I've had really good guy friends tell me about the experiences and they're not supposed to do but and then I was remember me and Laura remember I got stuck in that frat house that one time and I saw them being haste I mean they would make them like I saw this with my own two eyes they had this these huge handles of like Tito's vodka and this is like at the end of night like I'm telling you this is like 1 30 a m okay so this is not like the to like pregame and they have all these upper class ones have these tons and tons of vodka whatever And they're passing it around and they just make them chug it for like 20 seconds. If they stop, they like either get like whipped or they get they were doing planks on bottle caps.
Starting point is 00:41:52 They do like so they're little literally the bottle cups are like in there. I saw it with no into it. I believe you. I mean, I think that. And like that's what happens. It's not because they, and then they drink too much. They get alcohol. They're they, then they fall off the building.
Starting point is 00:42:07 Like that's what happens. Like they just do stupid stuff. There's, I don't really know how you stop it, but I think that like the Cornell 7 case is really like more symbolic of a larger culture of, I'm not going to say sorority, but like sort of Greek life culture. But it's not, it's not like a university's fault. It's like this is what happens when you put, you, you give kids like 20 something status through like, oh, you're part of Fiji. You're part of SAA. It happens everywhere. No, I understand.
Starting point is 00:42:39 but it's like it's a it's a really crazy culture and it's like it is so you're really walking a mind field of like you can yeah sure maybe your network gets you a really good job later or it ruins your life for forever right um but yeah it's crazy and i think it's going to be a really complicated case to be honest because the the unless they've like have all these like text messages but um this happened it Duke and I don't know if you remember this but like the guys ended up getting like a 20 million dollar payout from the university the guys the guys the guys did yeah there was this I think it was a similar case and just like so lawyers are going to get involved it's going to be a he said she said it's going to be really really complicated in court so my question is it's like I don't think
Starting point is 00:43:34 them I don't even think there's a way to prove or like get the men that just like saw it all happen legally in trouble because their like defense will be like I thought it was consensual that's what I'm saying that's why this is so complicated is like even if you want to even like let's just stand with Jane Doe or whatever it is such a complicated thing to prove in court because the text messages that she sent you know like right after it just all need to teach our children how to be on the offense how to just not get yourself into that to situation in the first place. Like, that's all it takes is just don't ever be there.
Starting point is 00:44:14 Because once you're there, lines are so blurred. Nobody can remember anything. It's too much. It's too hard. And the peer pressure and like the peer pressure. And then it's like, and what's hard is like, yes, peer pressure might be hard. But in court, you're the one that's going to be held accountable for taking the drugs. You're the one that did it.
Starting point is 00:44:31 You can blame it on peer pressure, but like you did it. It's horrible. It's horrible. Ugh. I hate it too. You guys know I've loved Cozy Earth for a very long time. Their sheets have been a favorite in our home. So when I started wearing the first layer set, I was like, okay, this might be my new favorite cozy earth thing.
Starting point is 00:44:50 I love a matching set anyway because it makes me feel somewhat put together even when I absolutely am not. But this one is so comfortable. The first time I put it on, it was super soft and smooth, nothing scratchy or stiff. And it's one of those sets that you immediately understand why people love it. And especially in this season of life with four kids, I want something I can put on at the end of the day. and actually relax in. I can wear the first layer set around the house, get the kids ready for bed, sit on the couch, and then realize hours later that I never changed out of it. I've definitely worn it way longer than I originally planned, and I feel like I'm constantly looking for clothes
Starting point is 00:45:22 that can kind of transition through my whole day. Like, I want to be comfortable, and if I'm working from home or hanging around the house, but I also don't want to feel like I'm wearing old pajamas at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. This is one of those sets that just feels really nice and elevated while still being insanely comfortable. It's also comfortable without making me feel overheated, which I appreciate because I'm very particular about what I sleep in and lounge in. Honestly, when this set comes out of the laundry, it's one of those things I immediately want to put back on. And if you're unsure about sizing, Cozy Earth makes exchanges really simple. They also offer a warranty against manufacturing defects, so they really stand behind what they make.
Starting point is 00:46:00 Head to CozyEarth.com and treat yourself to your own first layer set. and this part matters. After you place your order, you'll see a quick survey asking how you heard about Cozy Earth. Please let them know that you heard it here on D-Inluence. That's how they know that I sent you, so don't skip it. I go to the gym pretty much every day. It's something I genuinely enjoy and it's a big part of my routine. But I'll admit, there are definitely days where I walk into the gym and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:46:23 okay, what am I actually going to do today? I'm consistent about showing up, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm always training with a plan. And if I don't have one, I usually end up falling back on the same, exercises I've done a hundred times. And that's what I like about the ladder app. It takes the thinking out of it. You get a structured strength training plan designed by a certified coach and you get a new plan every week that actually builds on the week before. So when I walk into the gym, I know exactly what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. And it really does feel like having a personal trainer in your headphones. That's an in-ear coaching that guides you through every set with form cues, reminders and
Starting point is 00:46:58 motivation. So I'm not constantly stopping to figure out what exercise come next. It all, also automatically tracks your weights, reps, and sets, which I love, and I can actually see the progress I'm making over time instead of just trying to remember what weight I used three weeks ago. For me, I'm already going to the gym. Ladder just helps me be way more intentional with the time I'm spending there. Remove the guesswork with Ladder and get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do for every workout. No thinking, everything planned for you. If you have an iPhone, head to ladder.fit slash Danny and take a quick quiz to find your perfect ladder plan. Starting point is 00:49:20 I mean, well, oh, I went to Amazon Summit. You did go to Amazon. Amazon Summit. Yeah. Man, I was super productive while you were gone. I woke up at like five in the morning. Did you? Yeah. I was working out. I don't know. And then you got back and how'd you sleep with me gone? Well, we talked a lot so I felt I slept pretty good. I was so exhausted from the kids that I was like I'm out. I slept pretty good at Amazon Summit too. Like I actually went to bed early probably around 9.30 or 10 every night. But I had to wake up at five. I was like I'm out. I slept pretty good at Amazon Summit too. Like I actually went to bed early probably around 930 or 10 every night. But I had to wake up at five. I. I was. I was. I was I was. I was I was I was I was I. I was I was I was I. I was I was I was I was I was I. I was I because we had hair and makeup at 545 kind or I had to be going on stairs to get coffee to make like the 6 a.m. hair appointment. I feel like it was so good for you to go because you know, you got to scratch that itch, you know? You got to scratch your professional itch a little bit. Yeah, because this was different. So usually when I travel for divvy, I'm like representing divvy.
Starting point is 00:50:15 I'm doing press. I'm doing like a launch. This was different because this was like just me and the gals going to Amazon Summit. first Amazon Summit, and I was just going to learn and just be another gal out there. I did have a lot of people saying, like, why are you here? Like, do you really need to be here? And I'm like, I don't know if I need to be here,
Starting point is 00:50:34 but I feel like as soon as you think in your head that you're too good or you're too big to be somewhere, that's exactly when you stop learning and then you become, like, not good. And I was like, dude, I'm like, yes, I've been doing this for almost 15 years, but I still am always learning something new. And plus it's cool because you get to like meet everybody. that works at Amazon and the culture of this conference compared to other you know summits I've been to was like my absolute favorite like everyone was so supportive and kind and like down to
Starting point is 00:51:03 earth I think it's because we're all just Amazon like you know yeah we're all like one we're all just trying to find a good deal and like you know it was so great and um Joe Jonas came the last night I was going to fly back so that I could be with the kids that night but two things kept me back one I had first class on my flight the next morning and I have been flying Southwest everywhere. Like when I went to Malibu, I was stuck on Southwest for six hours because of like the runway or being stuck on the tarmac. And I just hadn't flown first class in a bit, you know?
Starting point is 00:51:37 And I was like, Mama deserves it. Mama's going to wait. And it's funny enough, the last night, like before I took my flight, that was the longest amount of sleep I had gone the whole thing. Yeah, for sure. But yeah, it was cool to like meet everyone. Oh, Alex Earle. showed up she spoke in a slot that I was supposed to seek out last year that's so crazy long
Starting point is 00:51:57 long story but um she the only thing was like it was cool that she spoke but she also didn't have any products on amazon I know so but she's Alex Earl yeah and she probably will yeah soon it was funny because you came home and uh she came home and we like took our all four of our kids to like our new backyard oh my god they were acting horrible and they were like acting horrible probably because they were just like over stimulated at your back and then they all like pooped at the same time and I was like welcome home no yeah what else I got to meet my rep I got to meet lots of cool brands I saw I learned about some new products that you can find on Amazon that I didn't know Amazon is just like really raising the bar they always happen but
Starting point is 00:52:44 yeah they're dominating everything they're dominating everything so I just you know I was inspired I got some new ideas for Divi. You know, what else? It was just a great girl's time. I really miss my Dallas friends. Yeah. Like, it was just such a good. It was so great.
Starting point is 00:53:06 We just had some good times. I made them make a reel. I didn't make them. You know, we still have our lake house. We can always go back and just invite them. I know, I texted all my friends and I was like, listen, you do not have to do this. Like, if you want to be in my reel, I would love it.
Starting point is 00:53:20 but you don't like you don't have to clap with me. I will just tag you if you want. Like no pressure if you don't want to be it. I truly will not hurt my feelings. And they all shut up. Wow. Such good friends. Oh, geez.
Starting point is 00:53:32 Oh, geez. Like, love them. And some new friends too. Yeah. Um, so yeah, I did that. And then,
Starting point is 00:53:39 um, we go to New York next week to do press, like a whole press day for Divi. We decided to bring our kids. Now, I don't know if this is like the best idea, but we are going to Harry's Files with our children. children. Yeah. I know you were like really not into seeing Harry Seiles. First of all, I don't think I've ever been to Madison Square Garden.
Starting point is 00:53:58 You know what? I've never been. I think that's half the reason I wanted to go. It's like so iconic. And then I've never been. I do think Harry Seals is like a good show. Like I think he is like dancers and he changes outfits and it's like entertaining and like and like upbeat fun music. And so. I like. I like. I like his new song. Do you? Yeah. And so I thought. where he like did the the the the the, the dancers and he's like yeah yeah they're all doing the robot. Yeah. Oh, that's cool. And so I was like, oh, Celad and Stratt and like at least we'll go for like three, fours of the concert and then go nine night. I feel like he mostly appeals to females though. I've never heard a guy that's like, dude, I'm going to the hairstyles concert. Really?
Starting point is 00:54:34 It's just like and I'm not saying if you like hairstyles is bad. Yeah. He just doesn't market to males. Well, he did come from one direction. I know. but honestly, like, also was not marketed to males, I feel like. They've got some bangers, though. One direction?
Starting point is 00:54:51 Really? Dude, they've got some great tracks. Like, what? I don't know. Like, it came across to my Spotify, and I was like, I've never listened to this music before. And when I get out of, like, it's one direction, I'm just looking at it objectively. I'm like, these are some great tracks. What do you think about Taylor Swift's new songs? I haven't followed it that much.
Starting point is 00:55:12 Have you seen her new music video with Dakota? I feel like she's releasing too much music, to be honest. I'm just such a stand. I know, but I think she's going to, like, fatigue. Like, she should go back to her. Fatigue. What do you mean? She's been releasing music like this since she was, like, 18 years old.
Starting point is 00:55:27 No, but she usually doesn't launch things in between her next big album. She always does. Oh, she does? Always. Oh, my God. She always has, like, a secret vault track or, like, she always has, like, her album comes out with, like, 20 songs, and then she's, like, five more. It's, like, so Taylor. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:55:42 It happens all the time. But yeah, a lot of people are like, can you be happy and write good music? Yeah, I know. Can I tell you, and this maybe is like where we rap, but I never really got to tell you about what I discovered about our new neighborhood. Oh, yeah. Okay. So it's kind of a crazy story, but in our neighborhood, there's this like historical plaque, right?
Starting point is 00:56:08 And Danny and I drove by it. It was kind of a weird plaque. it was like, you know, this is the site of an ancient Mississippian culture and this plaque is just to explain that we found a bunch of stone tombs underneath this neighborhood. Yeah. And I was like, that's kind of crazy. And so I took a picture of it and then while you were gone, I drove by it again. So I was like, I'm going to like try and research what's going on here.
Starting point is 00:56:38 and basically what happened is our neighborhood is you know a lot of like ranch style homes that are being like some of them are being knocked down and like new house being built and that's controversial but the original homes were built um in like 1965 1966 and as they were like digging for the foundation and everything they're not that old of homes 1965 19 I'm just trying to prove a point Oh, the original homes? Yeah. Yeah, no. They're not like historical homes.
Starting point is 00:57:12 No, no, no, no. Because this neighborhood was like nothing before the 60s. It was just land. And then the first homes that were built were like 1960s homes. And now they're being knocked down and renovated. But in 1965, when they were developing the neighborhood, they just like kept digging. And then they would like hit these like stone things. And they would open them and they were tombs.
Starting point is 00:57:32 Like sometimes it was like one person. Sometimes it was like multiple people from a family buried in there. And so this archaeologist named Robert Ferguson came in and by law, they had to stop all development. So developing in our neighborhood back then was kind of a pain because they were like, oh, man, like, I don't know if we're going to hit something. And then we'll have to like, all these builders have to carry the cost. And in 1972, he published a volume called the Middle Cumberland Culture. And it's found at Vanderbilt University Publications.
Starting point is 00:58:05 and basically there's like three markers and the long and short of it is that underneath our neighborhood there was this like ancient mississippian culture that existed from roughly 1,000 to 1450 80 um and do you know like the um and so it was first discovered in our neighborhood but then this archaeologist started finding other sites but do you know like have you watched that site like or that Netflix show that I was talk about by Graham Hancock called ancient. Oh, civilization. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:42 Yeah. So in the, in like the Ohio region, they have these like mounds. Like it's like shaped like a snake and no one really knows what they are. And in Brentwood at this place called Prim Park, they found a bunch of these mounds and they have like this large mound and then these like other smaller mounds. And the large mound was where the church. chief lived and then like all these other smaller mounds and then this was before the native americans yeah i was going to say so the native americans came in after and took over from the mississippian
Starting point is 00:59:15 culture and no one really knows like what happened to this culture like they don't know if it got flooded out and the only artifacts that they were able to find were um in these stone tombs like the the pots and you know pans that they would use and most of like because it was so long ago like most of the large village because it was a pretty large village based on how many people were buried there. All of that like eroded. But it's just so crazy that like we're living on top of. Can you find, can you go and see these things that they found somewhere? Yes. Great question. Let me see. I think that there is. Yeah, it says around 1450, the entire region emptied out. Archaeologists call it the vacant quarter these towns underneath our neighborhood were abandoned and people were long gone before
Starting point is 01:00:06 any european set foot in there and nobody knows why don't worry i also i also i also no it's okay i also looked up if there were like haunted stuff in brittwood very minimal we're good very minimal Jordan you're becoming a little oh it's sorry to answer your question it's at the Tennessee State Museum it's called the Thrustin Collection it's the finest middle
Starting point is 01:00:35 it's the most extensive middle Cumberland civilization material that they have where is that museum we should go I don't know oh and the Tennessee Division of Archaeology in Nashville oh they said that you can call they said you can call or email them anytime they're waiting for calls if we have any questions
Starting point is 01:00:56 about it and their number is we should have we should have them dial in on this podcast um babe you're becoming a little um suspicious like as a person or i'm suspicious of things yeah like or what's the word uh paranoid super sicious super sicious paranoid i don't think i'm really paranoid i don't think i'm really paranoid What do you think? Superstitious. Superstitious? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:23 Because of the Freemason thing? No, no. I get why you wouldn't want to go into, like, the lodge, but... Like this? Yeah, I don't know. I think it's so interesting. I know, but, like, I just feel like you always think that... Because here's the thing, it's like, there's probably so many, like, demonic things around you, but you're protected.
Starting point is 01:01:44 You know that, right? No, I know. I'm learning to walk in that power. I literally told someone that the other day. told someone that the other day. Like you're always so like, oh, I can't go over there because that is, but, and I get it, like, you don't want to participate. But like, even if our house, even if the neighbor does have, yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:02:04 I know what you mean. I know what you mean. You just. I'm learning. Yeah. You're listening. Okay. Do you, do you have to go?
Starting point is 01:02:13 I can definitely use it in that. You know, it's so funny is Danny always comes back from these. conferences and I literally texted her team and I was like guys it's gonna be a hard next couple days for me because you know she like the thing about Danny and we talk about this all the time she's like all in or all out so like and so like when she left she was like all in on mom and then she goes to Amazon she's like all in I could just tell I'm like I could tell by the text messages I was like she's gonna be on fire she comes home and I'm like driving home from taking the kids to school or something and she's like hey um can you come home we need to talk for 30
Starting point is 01:02:53 minutes and she's and I'm like what's wrong and she's like I just need to I need to really like sift through like my dreams and like what I want to do and I was like I was like going to go to the gym and I was like okay I feel like this is a moment where like I need to be there and listen and so I like divert away from the gym and I'm like okay I'm on my way home and I come home and I walk inside and she's in her robe and like has like a bag of Cheetos and she's like I don't know what happened. She was like I did this call and then I you know I don't babe I don't know if I can have this conversation right now. I was like I'm so tired.
Starting point is 01:03:30 You were like I'm so tired and it was like the epitome of like. Of me. Yeah. I have like one hour on top of the world. I'm like babe I need have I have so many goals and dreams like I'm overwhelmed. I don't know where to go. like I have so much energy and then I have one call planning out another launch and he comes home like do I can't I'm take a nap and I honestly was like when I turned around and diverted I was like I like I've been
Starting point is 01:03:58 married to you for a long time and so I was like here's what's going to happen she's about to lay a lot on me and I used to be like I'm going to take it all very seriously and then start actioning and be like we got to do this we got to do this and I go I'm just going to go in I'm going to listen and if she still feels the same in a week we'll do it you know and then when I walked in and you were like, I'm so tired. I was like, this is, I go, Danny, you know what? You're just a girl. You're just a girl.
Starting point is 01:04:26 You're just a girl. No, I still have all those things on my mind. And I'm ready to listen. And I even followed up with you multiple times. And you were like, I just, I just care right now. I don't know what's wrong with me. And then you literally woke up this morning. This is so, this is like why.
Starting point is 01:04:45 this is why like the husband just needs to be the sea wall for like the sea to just splash against it all the time because you woke up this morning and you go you know I I'm on my period but I feel great I can tell today's going to be a way better day I'm going to go work out and then she goes and works out and then I walk back in the house after her workout and she's like oh I feel like I just like a volcano erupted on me like I got to I got to get home and take a nap after this podcast off my schedule. I was doing so great. No, I totally. I get it. I understand. Yeah. I feel you. And just a little sleepy. No, I get it. There's no guilt or shame. I know. You're just a girl. But I still want to accomplish my dreams and goals. What are they? I don't, I don't want to have a conversation. No, because I don't want to share it publicly. Okay. Just in case you. bam.
Starting point is 01:05:43 No, well, that I don't want to fail publicly, but also I don't want anyone to steal my ideas. Okay, I got you. I got you. Okay. I'm excited. I'm excited. You know what the most inhumane thing that what I think is the most inhumane season of your entire life was like when, now that I understand that you're just a girl and like you go up and you go down, you go left, you go right, but you're still the same Danny, the most inhumane time of your life was when no matter what, rain, snow, or shine,
Starting point is 01:06:17 you had to wake up and be on 24-7 for Instagram stories for like three years straight. Well, according to who? Yourself? Well, my team, too. Yeah, and the system. The system I was put in. That was an inhumane system for a girl. But here's the thing, though.
Starting point is 01:06:35 A lot of great things came from that, too. No, for sure. good time still. No, for sure, but like I... There was no flexibility. I can't believe. Now that I understand just how much you're just a girl, it's like so unfair. I know. That you just needed a couple days to be a girl and you couldn't do it. You just no days of your girl. No day to me, I think what was the craziest I was pregnant during those things too. No, I know. It's so funny. Like our manager now, she's pregnant and like she's always like, the end. Like, she'll come and apologize to me. She's like, now that I'm pregnant and I've been with
Starting point is 01:07:12 you through four pregnancies, she's like, I don't, like, I'm sorry. Like, I don't know how you did it. No, it's crazy. I've had our team at Divy has said that to me. Like, everyone who ever, because we were, you were ahead of most people in being pregnant because they were like younger. Everyone is saying that. And you did, here's the crazy thing. You did it back to back to back to back. I know. But then I went to cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo. Coo coo. Okay, let's go. Well, we love you guys.
Starting point is 01:07:45 Oh, tonight, we need to leave because we need to go get ready for our traitors party tonight. I've never seen the show, but I'm excited to play. It's basically like playing mafia. It's like four people are the traitors, but we don't know who they are. Are you a traitor?
Starting point is 01:07:58 Oh, are we supposed to know already? Do we know? Yeah. Oh, stop, you would know. This is what he would do if he wasn't. It's already been disclosed who the traders are? Yeah, they texted them.
Starting point is 01:08:13 So you're a traitor. No, they put in the group chat that they texted them. Or maybe they're going to text them right before we go there. Yeah, I haven't received a text message. I think they're only texting the traders. The only reason I know that is because in our group chat, they said save everyone's number
Starting point is 01:08:31 because if you're a trader, we're going to be putting you in a group chat. And I didn't save everybody's number. I was like if Wow. Okay. Fun. What a fun game. I'm excited.
Starting point is 01:08:42 I guess you will find out right before. It's kind of horrible for me to play games like this for Danny because she just zeroes in on me and just like go straight at the jugular. Even before the game starts, she's like, I know he's, I know he's the mafia. I'm always right though. You're never. I am too. No, the only, no. They do.
Starting point is 01:09:01 Sometimes I deceive you though. I know he do. Anyway, man, we read our ads before. It's just peace out. Yeah. Okay, we love you guys. We'll talk to you later. Bye.
