DeProgram with John Kiriakou and Ted Rall - NYC Mayor Targets Fictional Anti-Semitism | DeProgram with Ted Rall and Jamarl Thomas

Episode Date: September 30, 2026

Conflict reporter/writer/cartoonist Ted Rall and political analyst Jamarl Thomas deprogram you from mainstream media every weekday at 9 AM ET.Today we discuss:• Caving to right-wing Zionists, NYC Ma...yor Zohran Mamdani releases a report claiming that American Jews have reported a marked rise in antisemitism in the past decade. It also states that antisemitism, and acts of antisemitic violence, have grown in recent years. It makes no mention of acts motivated by anti-Israel sentiment since the war in Gaza began. In fact, there is no data supporting these claims, which conflate criticism of Israel with ant-Semitism.• Excerpts of text messages reportedly exchanged by a defendant in the Cornell University gang-rape case and the woman who claims she was assaulted were reportedly sent within days of the alleged October 2024 assault at a campus fraternity house in which a female student said she was drugged and repeatedly raped over the course of seven hours by multiple men who were alerted to her presence on the social media platform Snapchat. The texts highlight the complications that have often presented themselves in investigations centering on rape on college campuses in the US.• Trump sought to loot Venezuelan gold to the United States to be refined. As a consequence of the administration’s hasty approach, all that gold — hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth — sits untouched in warehouses. Refiners would need to guarantee, under international rules, that the gold has not funded gangs, environmental destruction or corruption.• The Supreme Court allows Trump to resume rapidly deporting immigrants to countries other than their own. Meanwhile, ICE is preparing for another hiring surge to support President Trump’s deportation campaign, with a goal of bringing on 5,000 new employees by the end of the year.• The Trump administration is preparing to add a question on next year’s tax returns asking people whether they are a citizen or legally authorized to work in the US, expanding an attempt to cut tax refunds for legal immigrants or push them out of the tax system entirely—trapping them as tax evaders.00:00 Show Open and Today’s Rundown 02:46 Chaos Aboard Israel-Bound Flydubai Flight07:47 Madrid Rent Protests and How Movements Win 13:50 Ro Khanna, Iran, and the Right To Self-Defense 32:28 Mamdani’s Antisemitism Report and the ADL 51:03 Trump’s Seized, Wasted Venezuelan Gold 59:54 The Cornell Case, Consent, and Campus Justice 1:52:07 ICE, the 1040 Citizenship Question, and Guns vs. DrugsMERCHANDISE: DeProgram.MySpreadShop.comLIVE ON YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@DeProgramShowLIVE ON RUMBLE: https://rumble.com/c/DeProgramShowhttps://x.com/tedrallhttps://x.com/JamarlThomas#tedrall #jamarlthomas #news #politics

Starting point is 00:00:10 Good morning. It's Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. This is the program with Ted Roll and Jamarlem, Thomas. Thank you for joining us. We're going to break down news and current events for the day. Wait, are we on? I don't see. We're not. Let's see. I'm seeing us on YouTube. 32 people. Let's see. It takes a little. There we are. There we are. Oh, okay. Yeah. Sometimes it stays. Yeah, I have to take it out in otherwise. you get a black screen. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Well, thank you. Thank you, Abby. All right. Good, good. Thank you, Robb. Yeah, and, yeah, Rumble Studios is hinky sometimes. So anyway, thanks for joining us. We're here today because it's Wednesday from 9-11, 9 to 11 a.m.,
Starting point is 00:01:01 which means you get two full hours with us. The second hour will be dedicated to the Q&A. All right, let's get into what we're talking about today, among other things and among what you're talking about, caving in to Zionists, Mayor Mumdani has released a report claiming that American Jews are victimized by a rise in anti-Semitism. I did a deep dive. There was no such thing.
Starting point is 00:01:26 There's no data. It's completely made up. The Cornell rape case will be talking about that, the alleged gang rape case, and the complications in that. And I have some, not personal, but I have some insight in that a similar case. took place when I was in college at Columbia University. This is a funny story about Trump. He tried to loot hundreds of millions of dollars of Venezuelan gold, but basically, leave it to Donald Trump to end up screwing up to the point where the gold can't be used. He literally
Starting point is 00:02:01 has the most worthless gold in the world. We'll talk about that. The U.S. Supreme Court is allowing Trump to resume sending deporting immigrants to countries. that they have no association or relation to whatsoever. But that's temporary until they rule permanently. ICE is hiring another 5,000 MOOCs. And the Trump administration is going to add a citizenship question, seems innocuous enough, on the Form 1040, which is the form that Americans fill out their tax returns on.
Starting point is 00:02:34 A lot to get into, and that's not even getting into the weird Emirati plane and a bunch of other stuff. So good morning, Jamaral. thanks. Always good to see you. Always good to see you too. What's the Emirati plane thing? So there is a, so Emirates Airlines has a discount carrier called Fly Dubai. And apparently there was a flight on route to, from the UAE to Israel. Of all places. The plane, apparently there was a kerfuffle between the pilot and co-pilot.
Starting point is 00:03:10 They got into it and they were. mixing it up with fisticuffs in the cockpit, the plane fell 17,000 feet, terrorizing the passengers aboard. Fortunately, it didn't crash. They were forced to divert to Saudi Arabia. The Saudis were, of course, displeased. And so, you know, the question now is, what the hell were these two arguing about? And, you know, I mean, I keep thinking about the case of that plane that German pilot who, you know, basically flew a plane into the Alps just because he wasn't feeling happy about his life. Say, hey, dude, kill yourself, but, you know, really, do you have to take the rest of us with you? Yeah, it's always such a trash move. It just is, right? It's like,
Starting point is 00:03:59 I'm sad. It is. I'm sorry that everybody's on this plane is going to die with me. It's like, why? Why don't you have to die with? You could have eaten your gun, right? You could jump off the bridge. Nothing wrong with it. death. No, it's very dramatic and really not cool. And totally, you know, if there's an afterlife, you know, people are going to be giving him shit for that. So, yeah, these two, so the two, I mean, we're, you know, they're going to try to figure it out. I have to admit that my first thought was like, maybe they were arguing about Israel because they were on their way to Israel. They're two Arab pilots. Maybe they were like, we shouldn't be flying Israel or fuck Israel.
Starting point is 00:04:40 if they got into it and they were having a little micro fight about Zionism versus anti-Semitism. And one thing led to another. They're punching each other in the cockpit. By the way, this would be an argument for how a lot of planes, a lot of airlines, they used to have a third and fourth person routinely in the cockpit, right? There was a navigator and there was an assistant, assistant pilot, a co-pilot, right? There are probably people watching and listening who are, you know, who know more about this. But there used to be, you know, now it's not uncommon for there to just be two people in the cockpit at any given time. It's not a bad thing to have a third and a fourth just because.
Starting point is 00:05:19 And, you know, obviously they just want to, they want to cut costs. But I would think in a situation like this, it would have been like nice to have someone like, hey, you two assholes, cut it out. People are professionals. One would hope, yeah. Yeah. Well, there's also that there's the Balasian flight too, right? Like, it seems to me, I mean, there were all sorts of dark conspiracies, like it was diverted to Kazakhstan or whatever. But, you know, look, the plane did go into the Indian Ocean.
Starting point is 00:05:46 We know that. And parts of it washed ashore in the middle. I was at Eid de Reunion, right, the French colony. How do you know it wasn't sucked into a black hole like Don Lemon hypothesized? I mean, that could have happened. Except for the warm old. Well, if so, the black hole didn't take the tail or part of the wing. Well, maybe it was just
Starting point is 00:06:06 Maybe it was taking lessons from Trump or he was just incompetent. Oh, you're talking about Malaysian flight in, what is it, 1-0-something. Yeah. Because, you know, there's conspiracy theories about that.
Starting point is 00:06:18 Lots of them, yeah. But look, the plane was around the plane and stuff like that. But wreckage was washed ashore at either of the reunion and other places, right? So we know it went into the Indian Ocean. We just don't know why.
Starting point is 00:06:30 I mean, it could have been anything, right? It could have been like one of those things. Remember the golfer? who like gas filled up his plane and then he just he basically passed out and just ran out of fuel and that was the end of it um yeah it could that can happen on a commercial jet uh there's also possibility that the guy committed suicide right same same sort of thing yeah yeah it's like if you want to do it do about yourself don't take other people with you um oh by the way marilla penn i was looking at i was covering um had on european guests today to cover european politics and We were going into, well, we didn't get into Marilla Penn. I figured I'd get into that with you. She, her party, National Rally, apparently has won some kind of honors or electoral advancement. But it seems that they're going after Jordan Bordella on some kind of anti-Semitic comments, quote-unquote, that he supposedly made at some point.
Starting point is 00:07:27 It seems like this is the angle to which they're trying to attack the party. It's interesting, right? I mean, it's like, look, she looks like a shoe in, which puts a big fat target on her back. Yes, it does. In a big way. By the way, following up that story about the Spanish to strike, the Spanish sit-ins in Madrid, that seems to have been resolved in a way that like, you know, only a European country could get things done in a way that Americans can't. First of all, the company that evicted her decided to let her back in. They gave her a new lease, which is actually less than she was paying originally for the next eight years.
Starting point is 00:08:12 She's 87 years old, so hopefully she'll live another eight years. But anyway, that should cover her for a while. So she'll be paying about $460. Everybody's happy. And the Spanish government is going to jam through a giant package to try to provide. a financial relief to distrust renters and other people who are, you know, suffering from inflation in Spain. So it's like... They protested and the protests made gains. Yeah. Yeah. And also take note lefties. This was not a protest that was held every four months,
Starting point is 00:08:47 weather allowing on Saturdays. This was a, this was a protest that greatly inconvenienced the powers that be, right? They took over a public square in this, in the country, in the nation's capital. They were there several days in a row. They went into the week, into the work week, and that's when things, that's when the Spanish parliament got serious and took care of it. You know, I think that would happen here if you had, you know, if you had similar, you know, resolve on the part. I mean, BLM was every day and it made a difference until it didn't, right? But I mean, that's the thing, too. You always have to hold the, you know, the elite's feet to the fire. You don't win and then go away and then it stays one.
Starting point is 00:09:34 You know, victories have to be protected, fought for. It's a constant struggle because the oppressors, they work 24-7, seven days a week, 365 days a year. And you better, too, if you want to take them on. I don't know what black BLM got, though. What did they get? Well, temporarily, right? I mean, they got body cameras. They were supposed to defund the police in cities like Minneapolis.
Starting point is 00:09:58 I mean, they were on the right track, and then they stopped holding the elite's feet to the fire. And in fairness to BLM, the lockdown came to an end, and people had to go back to work in offices and stuff. And that was the end of that. They didn't get anything in the long run, but there were concess. There were going to be concessions. Yeah. If that's true, then we have no excuse for anything. there is no excuse for anything we don't do shit you know i mean look every gain in this country right
Starting point is 00:10:36 like uh you know um civil rights feminism gay rights um you know rights for the for the disabled everything um you know getting abolitionism it all you know women's suffrage it all came as the result of sustained um you know aggressive political agitation uh and in involved in some cases violence and non-violence. You know, I mean, the suffragettes were violent. People forget that. Yeah. It's like, you know, at a certain point, husbands were worried that their wives were going to poison them while they, or stabbed them to death while they were sleeping. You know, I mean, it was, it was a, you know, I mean, it's just, that's how it works. And for the last 50 years, we've forgotten how to do that. Yeah. Why do you think we forgot how to do that?
Starting point is 00:11:27 I rack my brain. I don't know. I've racked my brain about that over and over. Spain didn't forget. France didn't get. None of those countries forget. So it's not a technological difference. It's not like, it's not like, oh, they're all watching TV or they're all, I mean, they have TV. I mean, they have the same distractions we do. So I don't get it. I mean, the closest, I don't know. I mean, I'll say one thing. What they don't do in those. tactically, one thing that they do not do in European countries is have this like peace police kind of mentality where, you know, for people who don't know, if you go to a lefty protest in the U.S., they will have the peace police, which is a group of protesters who will prevent any, like, more aggressive, like black block type people from mixing it up with the police or throwing stuff
Starting point is 00:12:21 at them. And they basically, they're trying to keep things nonviolent even to the point of doing the cop's job for them by ejecting the more aggressive factions of their own movement. Yeah. That's different. That's kind of the point. You've got to have the whole thing, right? I mean, there's nothing wrong with nonviolence. I have this debate all the time with my friend David Swanson.
Starting point is 00:12:47 But nonviolence is a crucial part of political change. But there's got to be either violence or the credible threat of violence to close the deal. Otherwise, the elites don't give anything up. The Martin Luther King, Malcolm X thing. You need both. Like, both were necessary. It's like, hey, you want the character of a stick. Malcolm X is talking about armed rebellion and revolution. Martin Luther King is talking about peace, which one do you want? And they're like, yeah, let's take the peace neck. Yeah, yeah, we'll take that. We'll take that one. We don't want that one. That one scares us, right? We like that one. It's, that one scares us. That's part of the
Starting point is 00:13:26 issue, right? It's like you're having these protests and it's like everybody be quiet, everybody be calm, everybody be blah blah blah. Okay, nobody cares. Nobody cares about your king's protests. Nobody does. It's not even any convenience, right? No, I agree with you on this. Like I put a clip in the thing of Rokana. I don't know if you saw this clip with Rokana having the conversation and they asked Rukkah if Iran has the right to self-defense. And Rokana effectively says yes and then effectively says no. And then even the host is like, I'm not trying to condone violence. And it's like, what do you mean you're not trying to condone violence? They're literally being militarily attacked, whether people are being killed. Violence is
Starting point is 00:14:13 already happening. It's justified. It's justified violence. And yet they still can't bring themselves to say it's justified violence. And also they can't bring themselves to shut up about not, I mean, about Iran not being allowed to develop a nuclear weapon. I mean, it's like, you can think that. You can just think like, oh, I don't want nuclear proliferation or I don't think Iran can be trusted. I don't think those things. But, you know, you're allowed to think those things. But if you are, you're playing the role of a progressive Democrat or a real liberal, you should just, like, leave that talking point to the right wingers and just like, let them have it and just focus on the injustice of the war and the violence that it's caused.
Starting point is 00:14:56 and the inconvenience that's causing here in the U.S. to consumers. They can't do that. And in fact, Rokane can't even make the claim that I put the clip in. I don't know if you want to play the clip. And we can get to it later if you wanted to Q&A or something like that. But we can play it. Rokana's answer, and he keeps getting himself in this situation, to his credit, Rekana would go in interviews, to his credit.
Starting point is 00:15:21 And to his credit, he would talk up the Palestinian issue. more so than others. The fact, he even went to the West Bank, he was the one of the settlers, looked like they were gonna injure at one point, but basically kept him from doing, going the way he pleased. And yet he still gets stuck in these political thickets
Starting point is 00:15:39 where what he's saying makes no sense. That's the clip, we can play it. Yeah, all right, let a roll. Let's move to a simpler topic, Iran. So on Iran, I know that Iran, I know that Iran was attacked by the US and Israel twice. And I just want to ask you, do you think Iran has the right to defend itself?
Starting point is 00:16:11 Well, any nation, of course, under the UN Charter, every nation has a right to self-defense. But I do not believe that Iran has acted in compliance with international law. Now, I was opposed to the Iran war. I mean, I'm opposed to the war that we're waging, but I don't think Iran should be in any way attacking American military installations or Saudis or acting in Israel.
Starting point is 00:16:47 I mean, I'm not going to support. What the fuck? First of all, what's with the, uh, uh, uh, because it's the easiest question in the fucking world to answer. Obviously, yes. Do I like coffee in the morning? Yeah, I love it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Like, does Iran have a right to defend itself? Yes. Yeah. Fuck, yeah. Yeah. It's fire hot. Yes. It's easy.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Yeah, it's easy. I mean, all countries have the right to defend themselves, you know, especially if they're attacked. Well, I mean, that's what defense means, right? Not like the Israel thing where if we, you know, our right to defend ourselves means that we get to start wars with all our neighbors all the time and kill the locals. you know, that's not self-defense. But self-defense, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:29 And then, of course, like, oh, that means they don't have the right to attack U.S. military bases. Which are the U.S. military bases, which are being used as launching pads to against Iran, where missiles are being fired from those bases at Iran and where those are supply depots for, you know, U.S. weapons being used against Iran. They have every right under international law to strike those bases. every right. Yes. That response is insane.
Starting point is 00:18:00 It's kind of like, are you lying about international law, or do you just not know it? Like, what is it? And it's like, well, they have a right to respond. Okay. But not against our military bases.
Starting point is 00:18:11 Okay, so who should they respond to? Like, are you saying they should go after civilians? Like, what are you saying? They should send a firmly worded letter? Yeah, it's so dumb. They should post on TikTok? What should they do? More Lego videos?
Starting point is 00:18:24 for our Congress to come and stop the president from murdering our population. That's what they should do. He's out of his fucking mind. Well, words are violence. He's an idiot. Words of violence. What you should do is send a letter, say, we respectfully ask that you please stop attacking us. Pretty pleased with sugar on top.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Yeah. And if you don't, we're going to be required to reach out to the United Nations and ask them to condemn you, in which case you'll just simply veto it. Yeah. It's nonsense. This is the whole violence thing, right? They obviously had a right and not just right. Well, they actually have a duty to their own people. They have a duty to kill as many U.S. service members and as many and destroy as many bases and any of those ships as possible. You kill your enemy, period. And they have a right to do it considering we're the ones that attack them not the other way around. And Rokana, for whatever particular reason, can say, yes. under international law, they have a right to defend themselves.
Starting point is 00:19:26 But apparently they don't have the right to attack military bases that are doing the attacks. Let's keep rolling this bullshit. It's good. Let's do it. Because by the way, they're asking exactly what we're saying. It's interesting because if we're attacking, if we're attacking their military installations, please for one second. If we're attacking them and attacking their military installations, and as you know, we also attacked civilian. infrastructure. A civilian, we attacked the Monop's school with 168 young children and teachers
Starting point is 00:20:01 were killed. We've attacked a sports complex where young people were killed as well. It's hard to reconcile the idea that they should not respond by attacking military bases, because that's where the attacks are coming from. So I'm not condoning violence that any way shape or form. So whoever is watching this, that's not what this is about. But how do you justify saying that they have no right to attack U.S. military bases? Again, I'm not asking to condone that. I'm just saying there's got to be a sense of justice here. And it seems like if we're going to attack them, them responding in self-defense makes sense from a world order perspective.
Starting point is 00:20:52 I fundamentally believe that we shouldn't be in that war. And Thomas Massey and I led the effort to oppose the war. And I believe that the school shooting needs to be investigated. And if there are people who took that action with negligence, they need to be held accountable and prosecuted. My focus is ending the war. But the Iranian regime is a regime that has committed genuine human rights abuses who are the IRGC and engaged in genuine acts and aiding terrorism.
Starting point is 00:21:27 So I'm not gonna apologize for that. We don't think the answer to that is to engage in regime change war. But I also don't think that we should be in any way condoning the Iranian regime, which in my view is illegitimate in terms of the consent of its own people from a moral perspective and has killed dissidents and committed human rights violations. Nor should we be condemned. We condoning them lashing out and attacking other nations. I mean, I just like I would not criticize our own government for starting the war.
Starting point is 00:22:03 You're dumb. What a fucking, what a, yeah, he's, he's stupid and he's a weasel. He's not even good at being a weasel. This is a Sonali response. Yeah. It's not even a good Sonali response. No, Sinali would have done a better job. Yeah, she would have done a better job, explain it.
Starting point is 00:22:19 I mean, he's trying to basically say, well, Iran is illegitimate. When the Ayatollah died and you had more people to come to that funeral than any funeral in the history of funerals, that doesn't seem like an illegitimate government to me. Meaning it doesn't seem illegitimate, especially now where the overwhelming majority of the population backs its government against this criminal war that the United States initiated. This is fucking outrageous. We are out there murdering fishermen of Venezuela, and we're still doing it, by the way. And he's like, well, they've committed terrorism. It's like that's exactly what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:22:54 It's sort of like, you know, look, if you look, you know, I do DMZ with Scott Stantis. And when we, before we got to be friends, we were enemies. And one of the reasons I was I was pissed off at him was he was the president of the Cartoonist Association. And I did a controversial cartoon. He was invited on Fox News to basically talk about cartooning. And so they went after him and said, would you have ever drawn that cartoon that Ted Roll? drew. He should not have taken
Starting point is 00:23:23 the bait. He should have been like Ted Raul has the right to draw any fucking cartoon he wants. We have the First Amendment, free speech, shut the fuck up. Yeah, but that cartoon's outrageous. I don't give a shit what he drew. That's all he should have said, right? But he said, well, I wouldn't have drawn that cartoon. He
Starting point is 00:23:39 to his eternal credit approached me and he was like, oh my God, I knew I fucked up the second I said it. I was retired. I wasn't sharp. You know, that can happen. And you know, he was like, I apologize. I should a fucking, you know, I didn't do the thing. The whole point is a full-throated, if you're anti-war, then you're, if you're anti-the-Iran war, then be anti the Iran war. Don't be anti the Iran war,
Starting point is 00:24:04 but also the Iranian government sucks, and I wish they were overthrown. I mean, you're allowed to think that. You're really allowed to think, I mean, that there's lots of people in Iran who don't like their government, but that's not really the point here, is it? I mean, you can have a separate discussion about that at another time. But this is the big topic here, right? And it's like missing the fucking point. And that's what, I mean, and when you're giving, I mean, you don't see the pro-war people ever give quarter to the other side in that way.
Starting point is 00:24:36 You're never going to see Republicans on Fox News. You're never going to see Sean Hannity say, well, you know, I'm totally for the war. And I think it's great that we're doing it. But really, we should have laid off that school. And we've been kind of sloppy in our targeting. no, they don't give any quarter at all, right? It's only the so-called fake lefties in this country that, you know, get to play progressives on TV
Starting point is 00:24:59 who ever do that, right? The right-wingers, the Trumpies, the pre-Trump Republicans, none of them ever do that. And it just drives me crazy. Yeah, it's aggravating to me. I mean, for one, the answer makes no sense. And he's caught in a contradiction immediately.
Starting point is 00:25:16 Yeah. Do they have a right to suffer? Yes. But then, but, well, oh, what about what's his butt stuff? Well, I mean, I guess there could be a butt like, there could be a butt like if they have nuclear weapons. I hope they don't use them. That could be her butt.
Starting point is 00:25:29 But even so, he shouldn't say that right now. It's not the point. Yeah. It's like, but I don't like their government. Well, they don't like yours either, right? Yeah, and our government sucks. And everything that he accused the Iranian government of doing. And there's lots of legit criticisms to be made of the Iranian government.
Starting point is 00:25:46 But we're worse. Okay. Yeah. And all the human. human rights abuses, we do at a much bigger scale. Well, did you all see yesterday in Trump's press conference of the Elon where a reporter asked him, Mr. President, why isn't that North Korea going to have a nuke? I saw that.
Starting point is 00:26:02 Iran can't. It's like, well, because I like the North Koreans. I don't like the Iranians. We're friends. But no. No, because they have one and you can't take it away from them. That's why that's all. By the way, that question in and of itself can only be asking an empire.
Starting point is 00:26:17 You can never ask that question anywhere else because it would never make sense anywhere else. Right. What does the U.S. have to do with North Korea having any, meaning a sovereign state has a nuke? It is like, hey, why is it okay for the sovereign state that have a nuke but the other one? Well, for one, they're a sovereign state. I don't have anything to do with it. I don't have any power over it. And part of the reason I don't have power over it is because what Robbie pointed out. They have nooks. But it's an empire question. It's a question that immediately and the empire would ask because nobody else in the world would make it would make sense. Hey, why should they be able to do so? Why should Ted Raw be able to have a girlfriend? Well, fuck they'll have to do a Ted Rawls girlfriend.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Yeah. It's nothing to you. Yeah, it's nothing to you. It's none of your business. It's a sovereign state. They do what they want. So how am I? How are you asking me why should a sovereign state be able to do something that the sovereign state has the power to do?
Starting point is 00:27:08 And again, I keep pointing out, if Iran had a new, this war wouldn't be taking place. We have a comment from Fortec. I missed the start of today's show. Did they mention the letter to the American people by the IRGC? No, but I don't even know what that is. Do you guys know? Basically, it's like, look, I don't remember the thing. I saw the letter, and I think I even copied it.
Starting point is 00:27:30 I will look it up, right back, one second. But, yeah, basically, if I remember correctly, this war is not about, it's kind of what Russia does, or Russia is like, look, Europeans, would I try to have a war with you, your world leaders are idiots. They're driving you to the brink of destruction, stuff like that. If I remember correctly, maybe I'm thinking about it. Okay, so Blake is just kicked in $5 for the Ted's rack of big old titty's. Let's go fund.
Starting point is 00:28:06 So we now get down to, let's see, $4,968. Thank you for the $5. Keep going. I was kind of wondering if those guys had forgotten about it. Now the Titty Fund's still on. Justice says mainstream white women's suffrage leaders often used racist, nativist, and elitist rhetoric, marginalizing black women and people of color to advance white women's voting rights. That's true.
Starting point is 00:28:34 And that legacy continues with a lot of the rhetoric of white feminism these days. But that's probably for another day, for another time, because we could do a six-hour show with all the news today. Jackson, military bases are being attacked. is because of the U.S. You agree, Robbie? I'm sure. Swing voter seems like a community. I mean, like the kill and to die.
Starting point is 00:29:02 By the way, guys, and we haven't even gotten into any of our official topics today. Today is, it's so funny, you know, not like not with a, not with a bang, but a whimper. The U.S. officially withdrew from Iraq. The war in Iraq finished yesterday. That's my main story today. So I got the cliff notes of the letter. So it's a 25-page letter. I'm going to download the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:29:28 So basically this is the rundown because I'm not going to read 25 pages. I don't want to put that to anybody. We don't hate Americans. Iran declares itself the victor in the current war, which is true. Hormuz Iran says that because of geography, they control it. The United States tried to take it away from them. They failed and make that point clear. Iran actually this morning, I saw this,
Starting point is 00:29:51 attacked three tankers of being escorted by the U.S. Navy with drones, all three of them been put out of action. And basically the Iranians are calling for the American people to stand up and take their government back. So that you claim to be a republic, a government of the people, the people reject this war. So it's a couple of the American people to stand up and take the government back and to restore their agency.
Starting point is 00:30:14 which I agree with. I like it. I just sort of did a cartoon to that effect. All right, well, so we should, all right, we've got stuff to talk about. Should we talk about Mayor Mamdani? This kind of drives me absolutely insane. Wait, real quick, the fly plane, there's more information on it. So it says after much confusion, it turns out that a Ukrainian and the Russian palates were on board the fly Dubai plane, both took control of the plane
Starting point is 00:30:44 and landed it after a second pilot attacked the captain. It says both of the pilots who were flying as regular passengers in a civilian clothes, after the incident, they replaced the crew in the cockpit and landed the plane. Russian, Ukrainian is working together. Yeah, that's kind of, I was just going to say that. That's kind of awesome. That's wild. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:07 I mean, it's just wild. I couldn't imagine being on a plane that dropped 17,000 feet. I mean, talk about your life. Pass it before your eyes. No doubt, no doubt. Let me put up this cartoon. Let's see. Yeah, I think I can do it this way.
Starting point is 00:31:26 Out to stage. Okay. Okay. So this is a cartoon that I'm putting out next week, right? But it shows 1945. It shows like the Nuremberg trial. And an American prosecutor says, the German people bear collective guilt.
Starting point is 00:31:44 They should have fought the knowledge. and overthrown Hitler, then like this year, like, you know, a guy on the, on the sofa in his house, like, protest march in that drizzle? Right. Oh, right, right, right. I mean, it is like that. It is ridiculous. I mean, it's the point that I make the apathy. But by the way, I do think we are paying for the apathy.
Starting point is 00:32:11 We're 40 trillion dollars in debt. We're paying for the apathy. whether we do it directly or not. True, and we're paying at the pump, too, although it still drives me crazy that we care about our gas prices more than we care about the people we're murdering. Yeah. Okay, so Zoran?
Starting point is 00:32:27 Yes. All right, I guess in this case, you can mess with the Zoran. So caving in, Mayor Mundani, obviously taking a lot of pressure from the Zionist lobby, issued a report in which, of course, was nothing was going to go far enough for the Zionists. But basically, he says, the report says that American Jews have reported a marked rise in anti-Semitism in the last decade.
Starting point is 00:32:54 It says that basically, you know, the city of New York is going to, wants to do more funding and they want to sort of form a little department to combat anti-Semitism. This will be like the Maytag repairman. The ultimate no-show job. want a job on this commission because they literally won't have any work to do. So it's going to be awesome. They're going to be paid not to do anything. I look this up and I would ask anybody to Google this, use your favorite AI, whatever.
Starting point is 00:33:26 Ask any search engine, what are the statistics of anti-Semitic or anti-Jewish attacks, whether they're attacks on property or their attacks on people that are separated from anything having to do with the genocide in Gaza, criticism of Israel, or Zionism. In other words, attacking Jewish people for being Jewish. And the answer to that question is that there is literally no count whatsoever. No organization tracks these things at all. And the Anti-Defamation League, basically, they count all criticism of Israel as being an anti-Semitic attack. They are, and so they've changed the numbers, right?
Starting point is 00:34:16 So they're like, they changed the calculus. It didn't used to be like that. So they were able to say like, oh my God, there's been a massive increase. Well, sure. I mean, you know, if I start including every time a Jewish person gets a flat tire while driving a car as an anti-Semitic attack, yeah, you're going to also see a spike in anti-Semitic attacks. But the point is there is literally zero, not only is there zero data to support this, right?
Starting point is 00:34:41 But on top of that, it sort of doesn't pass the smell test because it's not like, you know, we read the paper every day. You know, it's not like every day, you know, every now and then there's like, oh my God, this person was attacked for being Jewish. Like I read the Columbia University report where during the student protests, during the encampments, you know, all these Jewish students claim to have been attacked, right? And there's all these, I feel unsafe on campus. And literally, I was so frustrated because I thought there must have been actual anti-Semitic attacks. There just must have been because the atmosphere was so overheated. There must have been people who were intemperate assholes who were pro-Palestidian who said shit that was like wrong, right? Okay, but if that happened, it's nowhere in the report.
Starting point is 00:35:30 There isn't a single incident that is cited of that kind of thing happening. So I'm sure it's happened. But the point is, it's literally statistically, it's non-existent. It's a rounding error. It's just, it's not something. And it frustrates me to no end that Mamdani, in an effort to get like the Zionist lobby off his ass, first of all, this, which will not work, because they're already criticizing him for this. They said it doesn't go far enough. They say, well, you know, all criticism of Israel is anti-Semitism.
Starting point is 00:36:02 So it's ineffectual. And on top of that, it's just like. like that clip you showed of Rocana, where it's like you're giving the other, you're legitimating, legitimizing the other side, which by the way, I have no problem with when the other side is right or has a point. But that's not the case here. They don't have a point. They're making shit up out of whole cloth. Well, saying something that you don't like isn't an attack. An attack is if I walk up and I hit you in the face, that's an attack. If I come up and I say that you're supporting a genocidal government, that's not an attack. That's me expressing an opinion.
Starting point is 00:36:39 Now, you can make the argument that words are violence, but if you make that argument, then you may as well give it a free speech because the entire point of free speech is be able to say things that is unpopular or that makes people uncomfortable. Popular speech does not need to be protected by definition. Yeah, no, agree. That's the whole point of this. It's dumb. Let's be very honest. Israel, on some level, they're doing this. in order to create this level of anger and hatred. Like, you committed a genocide, dude. Right? You still are. And you're calling yourself a Jewish state as it commits a genocide. And so it's like, okay, so what do people, how are people to take that? Are they to take it as the Jews
Starting point is 00:37:22 are committing a genocide? Is that how they're to take it? Now, personally, I take it as Zionists are creating a genocide, because I think between Zionism and Judaism. I think those things are different. And this attempt at saying this is a Jewish state. This is a Jewish state that commits a genocide on some level is going to by definition create anger and rage out of people at quote Jews unquote and their hand in what is taking place, even though again it's a political movement not necessarily a religious thing that's doing it. So no, I yeah, I agree with you. He's basically throwing them a bone when you shouldn't be throwing anything considering what's taking place. No, I agree with you. And it's never, and the thing is, it's also bad politics. I mean, he's usually a pretty smart politician.
Starting point is 00:38:09 But this is, it's a, it's a tactical mistake. Well, he feels he needs to seed ground in some way. Basically, if I see ground on this, I have more grace for other stuff. They can't hit me on this particular point. They can't say, especially being Muslim, right? It's like me and my very attractive Muslim. Actually, I don't know if his wife is Muslim. I think she's Syrian. But either way. The fact that he's Muslim, adds something on to it because they try to make the argument that because by virtue of him being a Muslim, he, by definition, hates Israel or some insane nonsense like that. At least that's where I think the logic goes. It's kind of like, if you support Palestinians, by definition, you hate the state of Israel.
Starting point is 00:38:46 And it's like, well, why do you think that? Like, why are you making those two things linked together like that? But they are linked. Same thing with El Saeed, right? But, you know, Michigan, Muslim. Oh, my God, he's saying stuff about Palestine. He must hate Israel because. because he's a Muslim. They make those linkages. And so I guess he feels he needs to seed ground on some of them. Like you said, it's going to be the Maytag repair man. But the problem is the moment that you seed ground to that level of logic, you're stuck with the logic.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Is that point? And again, I will point out that the opposite side never does the same. You're never going to get, is it Jonathan Greenblad, I think, is the guy who runs the ADL? You're never going to see Jonathan say. He's a fucking nut. And a lot of people quit the ADL, which used to be a far more respectable organization when it was, you know, we used to call it Beny Britt, right?
Starting point is 00:39:43 But a lot of people quit because of him taking over and making it not about anti-Semitism, but making it about anti-Zionism. And, you know, a lot of good Jews left. But Jonathan never says, you know, he never says, he never gives any ground. He doesn't say, okay, look, it's fair criticism to say there are certainly some people who criticize Israel who are Jewish, for example, and are not self-hating Jews. And he'll never give that, they'll never give that ground, right?
Starting point is 00:40:16 Again, the giving a ground always goes one way in America from left to right. It never goes from right to left, not ever. If anyone can point to one fucking example of that ever happening, I will be sure. I'll send you a free book today, okay? Like, it's totally not true. And if you want any change, you got to, it's like the Matrix. You got to fight Mr. Smith. You got to be able to fight that fight.
Starting point is 00:40:41 Yeah. Like, it can't just be this thing of, I'm seeding ground on this particular issue. No, you have to, some of those fights have to be fought. Yeah. And yeah, I agree with you. He shouldn't have done it. I don't think he should have done it. I mean, it's like, oh, by the way, adding to this point.
Starting point is 00:40:57 And he got the, he won the, he won the, Jewish vote. He doesn't need to do this politically. He has Jewish New Yorkers on his side, and he has key Jewish politicians like Brad Lander on his side defending him. He doesn't need to suck up to these lunatics. Listen to this. 53-year senators voted to block a resolution that would have forced a State Department to report on the killing of American citizens by Israeli settlers and soldiers in the occupied West Bank. The privilege resolution led by Chris Van Hollen, Tim Cain, and Bernie Sanders, involved Section 502B of the Foreign Assistance Act.
Starting point is 00:41:37 It would have required a report within 30 days' investigation to the killing of U.S. citizens by settlers or Israeli forces, human rights situation in the West Bank, specifically it's detention of Palestinian children. If the administration failed to deliver the report, most U.S. security assistance to Israel would have been cut off, according to the sponsors. Guess who jumped in the Democrats to put a knife in them?
Starting point is 00:42:00 I give you one guess. This was in the Senate? Yep. Schumer? No, I know who this is. John Fetterman. Federman. Of course.
Starting point is 00:42:13 Of course. And keep in mind, the killing of American citizens. Yeah, which could include Pennsylvanians. Yeah. Yes. Yes. I mean, but Pennsylvania's are Americans by definition. Right.
Starting point is 00:42:27 Yes, I'm just saying your own constituents, right? Your own constituents, your own countrymen. Hey, how many Americans, the people you were philosophically, ethically, and legally is supposed to be representing and defending, how many of them have been murdered by lunatics with beards? They had the wrong hyphenated name, though. Like, they're Palestinian Americans. They weren't Israeli Americans. Right. So we don't care about them.
Starting point is 00:42:52 And so it's a whole animal farm thing, right? Some highfinited Americans are more American than others. I know that like but that's dumb but that's so problematic because what that means is we're not united we're not one thing which is the entire point of the supposed to be a melting part hey you may be from afghanistan besides which we're not even asking for anything to be done about it we're just trying to collect data we're collecting we want numbers we just want to report hey did you know did you happen to kill my daughter that'd be nice could you let me know that'd be great yeah so we had no, I don't have to send her a Christmas card this year.
Starting point is 00:43:29 Listen, it's like you hit someone's dog, Ted. Like, if someone ran over, ran over Clovis. If they came and locked to your door, I'm sorry, is this your cat? I'm really sorry. He was out on the road. I tried to stop. I couldn't. Seriously, it was an apology.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Is there that I can do? How can I make this right? We can't get that for a country that we pay for. Or even no apology. No apology at all. even just like, hey, dude, I killed your cat. Have a good day. See you. We're not even getting that.
Starting point is 00:44:03 Human beings and those human beings being Americans. I mean, this is supposed to be like Rome, right? A Roman citizen can go anywhere in that. Did you hear that the Israeli Supreme Court, which until recently was like the only last institutional vestige of sanity in that country, they ordered the IDF to reinstall to to reinstall that Palestinian family who were who were under siege in the West Bank by, you know, Jewish terrorists, right? And the, so the IDF went in there to do that, and then they were repelled by the settlers. The settlers drove the IDF out.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Now, I'm like, this is where I want these settlements to look like Gaza. I want the IDF to come in with F-16s and fucking strafe it and bomb it and go then go in with you know people to blow up all the buildings that survive that's I mean if you're if you're a democracy and you treat everyone the same that's what you should do you literally claim to I mean literally they went in there like pretty con so would you please step aside uh queensberry rules we could dictate that we must pass through here fuck off uh oh all all bad, have a nice day, have a nice sandwich. Goodbye.
Starting point is 00:45:24 It's like, what? It's literally like they're not even pretending to try. Yeah, I mean, of course, they're not trying, right? It's like, oh, we tried so hard. We couldn't do it. We couldn't stop them. They were too strong. I mean, we know what the IDF is capable of. I mean, they should have killed it. They should have killed those settlers. We have seen them murder
Starting point is 00:45:42 people with breathtaking precision. Yes. Yes. Yes. And take a certain amount of glee out of it as they did it. The idea that they can't deal with settling. There was a documentary. I'll give credit to NPR for airing talking about it this morning called Gaza. It's airing in Israel. In A Z-A-F-O. Oh, Naza. And so basically there and basically it's about how it's IDF veterans
Starting point is 00:46:13 talking about how people were targeted in Gaza. And basically they, statistically, they were literally told we're willing to eliminate the entire population of Gaza. By the way, new statistics, new estimates of the deaths there is about 680,000 dead in Gaza, according to some NGOs who calculated is sort of like just based on who was there before, who's there now, and, you know, just that makes more sense to me than like the, than the Gaza Health Ministry numbers, which those require recovering bodies. So most of the bodies are under the role. rubble. So that does make sense to me. And having, you know, done some more correspondency, I never thought, you know, looking at that video that like it ever made
Starting point is 00:46:59 sense that it was, quote, unquote, only 70,000. But a number never moved. Like, it stayed at a particular point. And it's like, okay, but they've been murdering people for months. How does this number sing? And those numbers always seemed really lowball. But, yeah. Anyway, the point is, that movie, I mean, it's like, it's heinous. I mean, they literally were like, we're willing to kill 20 people. for every person we target and we don't care. And they talk, like you said, to your point, extraordinary precision.
Starting point is 00:47:27 They literally zero in on the people's phones, the occupants of a building. They listen and watch them. They can as they're killing them and they make fun of them as they do that. And this is left, as you would imagine, a lot of, you know, Jewish Israeli soldiers traumatized because, you know, they're not fucking all monsters, you know. And so, I mean, before the show, we were talking a little. bit about how this compared to the way like German Nazi troops handled this. And I think, I mean, look, a lot of, like for example, at the big massacres at Bobby R and places like that, a lot of German
Starting point is 00:48:02 troops, they couldn't really do it without drinking the entire time. They passed out, the German army passed out schnapps to the soldiers so that they would keep doing it because they were, it's not really human nature to do this for most people, to just kill innocent people for fun. Some people are enjoying themselves. I mean, Lord knows the leadership is enjoying themselves. But I think in terms of the conscript, it's a mixed bag. Some are really into it. Some are really not into it. And then there's a bell curve in between. No, I accept that. I mean, they're people, even if they act like monsters. They're still people. Right. I think there's going to be a lot of people. People make the worst monsters.
Starting point is 00:48:42 There's going to be a lot of suicidal ideation among IDFs, I think. Well, apparently they are. I mean, a lot of them have been eating their guns. at some of the stuff they've been doing. Yeah, I don't know what they said. I mean, the reality of it is they're doing monstrous things. And the majority of the population agree with the monstrous things that they're doing. So, yeah, I don't know. Yeah, I suppose that would be a lot of sense.
Starting point is 00:49:09 Two great comments. One is silly and one is silly without wanting to be silly. Okay, so one is from Eric. if I identify as a furry and do a crime should go to prison or the bound in the zoo okay and Zach Nazis were leftists I mean you do know that right they weren't leftists Nazis were right wingers yeah they were hardcore right wingers yeah I mean Hitler might have did this thing where they're you know we'll put out certain tropes that he knows socialism is in the name but that doesn't make you socialist
Starting point is 00:49:43 yeah it was a fascist government yeah fascism is the far opposite extreme of communism. So, but we can, if we want to get into that, we can. Okay, just a little bit of housekeeping. The second hour of the show as we go till 11 o'clock, we have an hour and nine minutes left in today's show. We'll be focused on your questions, but we'll continue to talk about the news. And, okay, so I think we've done enough about Mamdani.
Starting point is 00:50:11 I could do the whole show about Mamdani. Do you only put the clip of Netanyahu on 60 minutes saying how Israel can hack your phones sure one second here fellas i mean the fact that he's so arrogant he comes out i don't know if we can play that six minute clip we may maybe fuck what oh right right right right right no six you don't play around yeah they'll blow us up can't do it yeah i don't i don't i don't know that if you're on rumble we could i don't know if you tell youtube we'll do it with they should they should let it go i mean obviously it's a political talk show doing news and commentary. What they'll do is no dingus and we'll have to fight it afterwards. Yeah, it's not worth it.
Starting point is 00:50:52 Okay. All right. I'm saying from experience. No, you're right. No, we had to, we dealt with this with Manila over and over and over. All right. Cornell, Venezuelan gold, deportations or citizenship question on tax forms. Venezuela and gold. Let's go to that. All right. Do you want to, do you want to tee it up? Well, I don't know the thing. I remember. All right. Trying to take Venezuel and gold out of one bank to another bank or something like that. Well, so actually, so what happened is that, you know, commissar Marco Rubio has taken over the Venezuelan government, right, as the viceroy of Venezuela. And as part of the looting of the country's natural resources, they took over the mining operations and they diverted all of the mine raw gold.
Starting point is 00:51:46 that then has to be refined. And the problem is that it can't be refined under international rules if it's sort of like blood diamonds, if it's been sourced through criminal gangs, or there was environmental destruction or corruption involved in the extraction of this resource. So the thing is, this is not to say that the Venezuelan mining industry was pure as the driven snow before the U.S. an occupation, or it's not even an occupation, the overthrow of the Maduro government.
Starting point is 00:52:24 But it certainly was a lot, certainly back under Hugo Chavez, it was a lot, you know, it was a socialist government. It was a, they didn't criminal gangs were not running the show. And things got worse and worse. Anyway, you know, under the doctrine of move fast and break things, Trump just rushed into this and just said, just take it. So Rubio did take it. And, and, the thing is that it's all sitting in warehouses now in the United States worth hundreds of millions of dollars of gold bars. But under international law and international rules, nobody can take it or use it. So it's basically sitting there. I mean, I guess you could just melt it. There is no much things in international law. But there's international business rules. And apparently a lot of the,
Starting point is 00:53:15 nobody will buy this shit. Nobody will take it. So basically, it's kind of just typical Trumpian incompetence. Well, I'm surprised we don't put in our votes. I mean, apparently we can't. There's nothing stopping us from taking a gold bar.
Starting point is 00:53:30 In Ukraine, they used to, I mean, what's the guy, the congressman that had gold bars in his refrigerator? We could take gold bars. Like, what's stopping us from putting those in our banks? Well, according to basically the business
Starting point is 00:53:45 rules of the gold mining industry, which I was not aware of up until now, you can't do that. So basically, it would be like the, I mean, I guess the thing is there would be sanctions against the United States among like other gold like gold traders. Like there's obviously a huge international gold trading market. And we'd be cut out. We would not be allowed to trade gold with the rest of the world. I want to see it. I don't believe it.
Starting point is 00:54:11 Yeah. I don't believe it for one moment. I don't believe it. I just don't believe that Donald, we bullied the world on a host of issues. But the specific one is the one where we're stuck on from standpoint of international law. I don't buy it. That gold is going to be laundered in some particular fashion. And we will get our hands on that goal in some way.
Starting point is 00:54:34 What they'll do is either either they're going to either they're going to melt it down, make it, uh, make it for electronics to conduct electricity or they're going to make it into jewelry. one of the other that's what that's what that's cool that gold is so malleable well what about selling it in the country itself meaning you may not be able to put the stuff out the country but certainly you can sell it to as robin was pointed out like if manufacturers needed for a parent i mean look i'm just telling you what the new york times says and i mean look what is true is that the is that the gold is just sitting there yeah that part is true so i mean they may figure out some way to just dump it on you know like all the cheap all you know cheap cheap jewelry you
Starting point is 00:55:15 stores on the Lower East side might end up, you know, selling the shit. Who knows? So there's, so they transported it from Venezuela to the U.S. Or from the UK to the U.S. Because I thought it was in the UK. Now it's in the, it's in the U.S. Oh, I guess this thing is it's unprocessed or. Thank you, P.W. Walker for pointing that out.
Starting point is 00:55:36 And it can't be refined. I mean, you know, until, yeah, that's the issue. But it's in the U.S. I think that's, that's what the Times is reporting. Now, how did he get to, the U.S. I mean, we, you know, we basically diverted it from Venezuela, probably on U.S. military transports.
Starting point is 00:55:54 We took, we stole it from Venezuela. That's just looting. Like, totally looting. I mean, it's just hilarious that we stole something that we can't use. We'll find a way to use it. I'm just, I mean, it's just so gold, you know, the gold also has industrial applications, right? So exactly. Yeah, we'll find somebody to use it.
Starting point is 00:56:14 I guess it's so over the top, though. Like, it's cartoonish. It's like somebody rolling up a truck to the back of a bank and just taking the money out and just driving away. That's effective at what we did. That's exactly it. That's exactly it. All right. Got a comment.
Starting point is 00:56:27 Thanks for the $5 from Andre. Netanyahu went to the UN to quote unquote expose Mamdani. And his response, Mamdani's response was to arrest protesters of Israel. That's true. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Mondani did arrest. Mamdani did arrest the anti-Israel protesters.
Starting point is 00:56:46 Disgusting. instead of the guy who he should be arrest the guy he promised to arrest under the ICC but yeah we're not signatories true yeah we could do it but we're not signatories
Starting point is 00:57:02 I know which is ironic I still think he shouldn't I think you know what even if he just did it and booked Netanyahu and just kept him in the tombs or kept him in the you know Rikers for a night that'd be great Keep seeing spicy.
Starting point is 00:57:21 If that happened, do you think that Netanyahu's bodyguards are trying to shoot the cops? They're in the U.S. They can't. They did that. They would be annihilated. They couldn't. They would be annihilated.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Think of how cops are. Like, you could break, a cop could break into a house. And you could shoot at the cop because they broke into your house. And they would all open fire. And the courts will let them on. Keep in mind, the case that was that case where the cop, they broke into the house. It was a no-knock warrant. The person shot at him and all the cops opened fire.
Starting point is 00:57:54 And they ended up murdering somebody who was, I think, in the other apartment or something like that. They went after the guy who shot at the cop, who, again, the cops broke into the house and the guy didn't know that they were cops. Right now, as we speak, and we're going to talk about ICE, but not about this topic. That guy in Texas that ICE shot, they just charged him with attacking the officer. Yep. That's what I mean. So Nanyahu's bodyguards that are in the U.S., a country of 300, 20 million people, let's say there's 20 of them. And the NYPD aren't slouches. They know how to use their sidearms.
Starting point is 00:58:26 But here's the thing that it would show who runs what. If he, if Mandani had the balls to do it, if he sent his cops and go arrest this guy. Yeah. If Netanyahu's the bodyguards try to obstruct them. Send some good Arab American cops to take care of it. What would happen? Who would the NYPD take orders from? Netanyahu or Mundani?
Starting point is 00:58:50 That's the question. It'll be Mom Dani. They would take order for Mugani. I would hope so. I mean, I don't think Mumb Dimey would do it. Mbani's dick would grow by about three quarters of a minute. Well, Mum Dany doesn't have the balls to do it. I mean, his penis has been.
Starting point is 00:59:07 It's clearly shriveled inside of his body. I'd be turned on. But. like that's a sexy guy I'd be like oh my god holy shit look at the balls on that one and I would
Starting point is 00:59:20 I would not hold it against him at all like we had to let him go the next day all right but can you like maybe maybe throw him down a flight of stairs maybe throw him down a flight of stairs before you do you know well so having to Epstein
Starting point is 00:59:33 anything could happen in those prisons yeah yeah that's true you know send them to the MDC that would not be good like oh we lost this paperwork all right Venezuel and gold we've done
Starting point is 00:59:46 we still have to do Cornell and ice and taxes what's what you say you had a story about Cornell
Starting point is 00:59:55 yeah so well so you know about this this rape allegation right so basically this is a so what happened here
Starting point is 01:00:04 as far as we know is back two years ago there was a alleged gang rape at a at a fraternity at Cornell University that's in upstate New York. This was in October 2024, almost exactly two years ago.
Starting point is 01:00:20 So according to her, according to the victim, she was basically, it was a wild night of crazy drinking and ketamine and God knows what else. There was consensual sex according to her with two dudes. and then things got wild and even got out of control. And then according to a Snapchat that there's a screenshot of, basically it was like, I don't want to repeat exactly what was said. It basically was like, hey, you know, the door is open. Come up upstairs. If you want it, this girl wants it.
Starting point is 01:01:00 And then so a total of seven guys are accused of having had sex with her. She claims that the last five, or at least some of the last five, were non-consensual. She, at the time, campus, nothing, now the thing is that for three weeks, there were no reports filed of any kind. One of the two guys that she liked, messaged her allegedly, and said, like, I'm really sorry, things got a little out of control. And she's kind of like, in her response, kind of like, no, worry. no harm, no foul. You know, let's get together again soon, next time with less ketamine and with fewer guys.
Starting point is 01:01:42 And so she was obviously kind of into the first two, but not into the last five. Three weeks later, she went to the campus police, not the Ethica police, and wanted to file a rape charge. They looked into it. There was no corroborated witness. is she wasn't her testimony was unclear they decided that not to file charges she also went with like
Starting point is 01:02:15 some like local campus advocates and so on and there basically the situation sat except the college did hold a title nine hearing right with those are controversial and the guys two of the guys I guess were expelled. The others were suspended for short times, and they had to write essays, which that part is hilarious. I will not rape unconscious women. I will not rape unconscious women. And anyway, but that was according to the university,
Starting point is 01:02:54 that was only part of it. Anyway, so that was basically where things stood. And then a few days ago, she filed a civil lawsuit against the, the alleged rapists and the university. So, and the fraternity, which has now been closed. The university did shut it down after this incident back then. So now this is all over social media.
Starting point is 01:03:21 It's kind of like, I mean, look, there's been cases like this before. There was the Duke lacrosse case. When I was at Columbia, shortly, I guess this was a year after I left the first time. So between, you know, between 84 and 90 when I was not on campus, there was a fraternity where a lady said she was attending a drunken party, claimed to have been gang raped, and she filed charges. The university shut down the fraternity, expelled all of the members who were present at the time, and blacklisted them from all other. Ivy League and other prestigious colleges. Years later, she went to her therapist and her therapist encouraged her to go to the university and she recanted her story and said, like, this never happened. I was just upset because I liked this guy and he didn't want to date me and I wanted
Starting point is 01:04:22 to get even with him. And so the university never took it back. And they never reinstated the frat. they never de-black listed the students. They never readmitted them. But there were some civil lawsuits. There was the Barnard mattress girl, if you remember her. That was a notorious case where this girl at Barnard College, which is the Women's College across the street from Columbia, claimed that she had consensual sex,
Starting point is 01:04:55 but non-consensual anal sex with a friend of hers, with a FWB, She reported it. There was a Title IX case. He wasn't really allowed to, you know, under Title IX, you can't have a lawyer represent you or defend you. You can't confront your accusers. It's not a real trial.
Starting point is 01:05:15 And the jurors aren't legal experts. In some cases, they even involve fellow students. And anyway, he was expelled. Basically, her story started to fall apart. He filed a civil lawsuit. The university ended up having to pay him millions of and reinstating him as a student. I mean, but the point is...
Starting point is 01:05:37 The Duke LaCross case, too. The Duke LaCross case was all bullshit, yeah. So it's like... The problem is rape happens a lot on campus, but so do false allegations. And so it's kind of like, what are the cops to do? And now you have Governor Kathy Hockel, obviously with presidential aspirations.
Starting point is 01:06:00 She's like urging something to be done about, this because of all the social media heat. And so now there's a new investigation. There's, you know, they're looking into it again. But basically all the usual fault lines in a case like this are cropping up between, you know, people who are like, oh, you know, believe all women and versus like, you know, men are rapy scum. I mean, you know, it's, it's just a fucking hot mess. It is a mess. Okay.
Starting point is 01:06:30 I guess for one, yeah, this is a bit of a mess. I mean, she was on ketamine, so she was kind of unconscious. For one, I don't know why anybody wanted to have sex with an unconscious woman. Well, that's, that's right. I mean, there's, I mean, like, even, I mean, by definition, there's no, there's no, there's no consent there. I mean, like, it's like, it became unconscious with the ketamine. I mean, she gave consent to the first two. Yeah, by her own.
Starting point is 01:06:59 Five. Right. I mean, so it's like, well, you can't really accuse the first two of rape. I mean, if you're invited, like, note to all watchers of D program who are dudes. If you were invited into a room and told like she wants it, but she doesn't have anything to say because she's out, leave the room. She doesn't really want it. Right. Right. Or maybe she did, but she can't now. Right. Yeah, she can't consent when she's unconscious. I mean, so that's dicey in and of itself, right? I mean,
Starting point is 01:07:29 And yeah, that's a hard one. I mean, because the reality of it is she was unconscious. I mean, I suppose the other two could tell on the other five, but the other two are going to get in trouble for inviting the other people in in the first place because they didn't have any right to invite people to have sex with them. Totally, yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:07:47 This is a mess. I mean, do we know it as a flat fact that the rape took place? I mean, we know as a flat fact, the first two had sex. And do we know as a flat fact that other five joined them? We don't. We don't. I mean, it's it's largely widely assumed by the way these guys have been doxed by like feminists online and stuff So their names are even the guardians been reporting their names But the I mean by the way I don't have a problem with that in a way because they're accused of rape You know there's so they're college kids. I mean so what like you know their adults they can be their names can appear if you were accused of robbing a liquor store you'd be a you know your name would be in the paper
Starting point is 01:08:26 Um But this for some reason feels different It does feel different, but I don't think it really is different. But I mean, so we don't know. I mean, so yes. So here's the thing, right? She didn't go to the po-po for sick, well, the local, the rent-a-cops, right? She didn't go for the campus pigs for three weeks.
Starting point is 01:08:47 So obviously, no rape kid is possible. You know, the evidence has gone. So there's no physical evidence by that point. Also, the Snapchat thing of saying, hey, let's meet up later. Even that's a little weird to me. I mean, or is that weird? That cuts both ways, though, right? I mean, because it's sort of like that kind of thing has come up in numerous cases like this.
Starting point is 01:09:06 And psychologists call this like normalizing behavior. Like if you're traumatized, you're like, we're good here, right? And now I'm not going to compare myself with a rape victim, but I learned about normalizing behavior in my LA Times case. Because in my O.A. Times case, it all surrounded this incident where I was roughed up by this LAPD. cop and there's a recording of it and at one point I'm like oh after he takes off my cuffs and he's like ready to let me go I'm like oh is there any place good to eat around here and the LA Times made a lot of this and said like oh if you had such a rough experience with the cop why do you ask that now the thing is I have corroborating evidence that I was meeting my friends for dinner
Starting point is 01:09:51 I was running late because of this incident I had I didn't need a place to eat right So why would I ask this, right? Only just basically to sort of like, we're good here. And that's apparently a really normal thing to do. Like, like, like, you know, U.S., you know, like Israeli troops in the West Bank. And you're like, good morning. But in reality, you're terrified with this person. Also pointing out that, hey, let's not do this with the other guys.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Also kind of indicates that other guys were there. Right, right. And I think also what the fact that the guy was like, oh, things got out of control. I'm sorry about how the direction that went. That also indicates that. So I'm 99% sure the other guys were there. I mean, he clearly didn't give a shit about her. I mean, to be like, hey, come on in guys. By the way, I remember when I was in college and white woman had a thing for black guys. I had to think for black guys that were, let's say, on the dicier side of things. I guess the danger of it all. And I remember when they were gonna run her train and they were inviting people in. Right?
Starting point is 01:11:09 Yeah. It happens, yeah. It happens and she was down for it. Like, so it wasn't like- Some people are, yeah. She had a certain quirk about her that that was her thing. I've dated girls who that was like a huge fantasy for them.
Starting point is 01:11:26 I mean, to shoot a grin of her roommates, because the people effectively stole a bunch of shit out of their rooms. Like I said, they were in the down. Oh, shit. Yeah. But, yeah. I mean, I remember this other one. He was like, hey, would you like to come down? It's like, oh, no.
Starting point is 01:11:40 Thanks a lot. Yeah. I had a roommate that he, you know, he told me that in college, you know, he and the entire tennis team ran a train on some girl. And I was like, was she into it? And he's like, I'm not really, I don't really know. And I was like, you didn't really know? What you have to know? But I don't think you do.
Starting point is 01:12:01 But you need to know. If you don't know, then the answer is no. Yeah, you should know. But I would go further. I mean, if she's really fucking wasted and you can tell, then even if the answer is yes, the answer is no. I have a question for you. I have a question for you, Ted. And this goes back to the argument that we had with that lady who killed her, killed her kids.
Starting point is 01:12:22 So she's out of her mind. Well, these people are. on drugs. Yep. So if it's okay for a woman to strangle her kids because she was out of her mind, then how is this wrong? Square this peg for me. You mean the fact that the alleged, you mean from the alleged rapists?
Starting point is 01:12:42 Look, that isn't, that is a, look, that's a criminal defense. If they were ever, obviously they're not going to be charged criminally, it's been two years. But if the, if they were charged criminally and they said, they were able to say, listen, I was fucking fucked up beyond belief. I was so drunk. I was so wasted on ketamine. You know, the special... I mean, I don't think many juries would look kindly upon it,
Starting point is 01:13:07 but it is a defense. It's a line of defense that's been tried many times in American court. I don't think it's a good defense. It's not an effective defense. Well, the problem is they knew that we could talk about this. I got to pee. Well, I mean, I'm an alcoholic and I drink and get behind the wheel of a car. I know I can crash the car.
Starting point is 01:13:25 as a result of the alcohol. They're not going to give them a break for that. I mean, in the woman's case, I think the argument is where she was out of her mind because of postpartner depression was nothing that she did to be out of her mind, which I'm not sure if I believe or not, but put that aside for the moment. That's the argument in her case. She didn't have a choice. Like she was, she was out of her mind because of the pregnancy. She wasn't taking anything. She was just out of her mind because of the condition. In their case, they were taking shit. I mean, they were getting hammered. It sounded like they were having a good party up until the point of the rape. Yeah, listen, I agree.
Starting point is 01:13:55 If three, if we haven't happened, I think I mean, the best thing you can do, my daughter's in college now, hopefully she never puts herself in this kind of situation to begin with. Like, don't get drunk or get stoned to go to a room of two guys because you know it's going to happen. And don't put yourself into a situation
Starting point is 01:14:15 where you're out of control for one thing. But if it does happen, if one person gets a pass, says, well, I was out of my mind because of a medical condition and I'm out of my mind because I have because I saw a street pharmacist. Those are different. And you know those are different. Of course you're different. You're trying to cross that. Um, Rubicon. Those are very different things. Well, I don't think so, ma'am, because I think what is that we just cheapen life so much. And look, I'm not saying. I'm not saying that the woman who killed her kids is innocent.
Starting point is 01:14:50 Just to be clear, I'm not saying that. I'm not saying she's guilty. I think you would be on the same set of this. If indeed, she was out of post-potten depression and she was having all of the pregnancy stuff, if that's the case. The husband doesn't believe it. But if that's the case, that's not the same thing as her taking drugs. I don't know, ma'am. Because, listen, I agree with you. But if the argument is, if the defense is, I was out of my mind.
Starting point is 01:15:15 And in the Clamacy case, she was an RN, she was an OB nurse. she was being treated for depression. She was going to all these doctors. She was getting treated. She kills her kids. And then the defense is, well, she's out of her mind. Well, if that's acceptable there. Well, look, I mean, look, you're right that there's a, there's a conflict there, right?
Starting point is 01:15:39 I mean, it reminds me of like DUI. So if I'm, if I'm drunk by definition, I go out and run someone over, well, I mean, okay, our law says because I'm a drunk asshole I shouldn't have gotten in the car and then I should go to prison for a long time because I ran over someone. Fair. But it's also true that because I was a drunk asshole, I didn't have the judgment to know that I shouldn't get in the car. Yeah, but the judgment is paying before you drunk. Meaning that's where you're getting deemed. You're not getting deemed behind the wheel. You're getting deemed. But the legal system is inconsistent here, right? How?
Starting point is 01:16:17 Well, because like in the case of the Clancy case, like, in the case, Like she's got psychosis. So therefore she's not responsible. True. I guess that's the difference. That's the difference. That's the difference. Right.
Starting point is 01:16:31 She didn't do anything intentionally in order to cause her psychosis. I mean, if you take special K and then you rape someone, I mean, that's on you. You shouldn't have taken the special K. It's an illegal drug anyway. In fact, I don't even know how you take special K and rape anybody. She was the one that was on special K. Right. But I mean, just.
Starting point is 01:16:49 Yeah. we have no idea what the you know there's no word from the reporting uh as to the state of the of the dudes we know they were everyone everyone was drinking you know special k would have knocked them out special case it puts you it's like a so they just would have taken a nap next to her right they would have just i've never tried it so yeah i never tried it but i do know what it is i just think that the best thing to do if if you're in if you're at a university if you're out of college don't put yourself with this kind of situation
Starting point is 01:17:20 totally totally and people are going to say we're Robbie's victim blame me however let me just say that like partying and drinking
Starting point is 01:17:27 is always going to be a part of college and university life and I've been to a lot of fucking crazy drunken insane I mean there was
Starting point is 01:17:37 there was at a party where two dudes were so drunk that they fell off the roof of the building they were leaning on the they were on the roof
Starting point is 01:17:46 and they leaned they leaned back and they fell off. Six floors, six floors, straight to the sidewalk in New York City, okay? No sock landing, okay? Not like, but here's the funny part. They were so drunk that they felt they weren't stiff when they landed. They felt, and so they survived because they sort of had the floppy, like, bounce. Like, that's like babies often survive falls like that because they bounce.
Starting point is 01:18:18 But like if you stiff up, which is the normal thing to do when you're, you know, and it toward the ground, like you're more brittle apparently. It's very strange. I had a guy that did that in Upward Bound. Upward Bound was the Virginia Union. It's a historic black college in Richmond. And I used to go to a program just before going to college. It was like this preparatory thing that you used to stay with.
Starting point is 01:18:40 And I remember the guys got so drunk because keep in mind, your TAs, the people who are overseeing you are in college. You were in high school. And so all of the people are men on one side, and you have all of the women in another campus on the other side. And men are men. Like, and you're dealing with college guys who are, like, a few years older. And so we used to have these fights.
Starting point is 01:19:01 They used to take place between the staff versus the, God, man, just brings back memories. One of the guys got so drunk, but he fell off one of the balconies and lands on the floor and is so drunk, he doesn't realize what just took place. It's like, oh, what just, what happened, man? What happened? Like, we used, God, man, did some of the shit that we used to do. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:19:22 He's bringing alcohol. Dude, I had a roommate, okay? He was, we'll call him Chris, because his name was Chris. So we were three musketeers, me, Dan, and Chris. We all got expelled from college together, right? But before we got expelled, one morning, so Chris and dad and I go to a party across campus. It's like sponsored by these girls.
Starting point is 01:19:48 Dan and I find it boring. So we leave and go back to our dorms and go to sleep. Chris stays. He's like, I'm going to hang out. He's flirting with some girl. And we're like, maybe Chris is going to get some for once. So anyway, the next morning, no Chris. And we're like, we don't think anything of it.
Starting point is 01:20:03 We figure he's, you know, sleeping with some girl. You know, evening rolls around. And we're like, it's a little worrisome. Like, no Chris. He hasn't shown up. It's not really like him. So we go back to the party, knock on the door, and they're like, no, no, no, he left, like shortly after you guys. And now we're starting to get worried because it's like, wait, he's been MIA now for nearly 24 hours.
Starting point is 01:20:27 So we're like, ah, God, what the fuck happened? And so we go to the elevator. We're waiting for the elevator. It takes a really long time. So we're like, fuck it, let's take the stairs. We go into the stairwell. We round the corner. and there's Chris in a pool of every bodily secretion, right?
Starting point is 01:20:48 Like, like, out cold, like, unconscious the entire time. He's been out for like 20 hours. In the stairwell. So we're like, oh. He got that drunk. Yeah, he got that drunk. He was still out. So we went and got like a, we went to the janitor's closet and got a,
Starting point is 01:21:13 a bucket of water and like would sploosh and woke him up. That's insane. That's how drunk people get, right? Like yeah. That's insane. See, I've never been that drunk. I've been drunk enough where I've never been drunk to the point of unconsciousness.
Starting point is 01:21:31 Oh, I have. Yeah, I've never been that drunk. And I've never been, I've never been Chris drunk though. Well, and I maintain my waking state of consciousness, meaning I'm still this person, even when my body is like, trying to throw up and everything else. It's like it's almost like there's something behind the eyes. I'm like you that way.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Yeah, I'm like you that way. Like I have presence of mind. It's like being that drunk is not going to make me, for example, you know, want to have sex with an unconscious girl or something. It would be, I'd still have the presence of mind like time to go home. Help me.
Starting point is 01:22:01 Help me understand what's fun about this. I don't understand. That's okay? I don't get that. No, about getting so strong drunk that you're out of your mind. Pat. passing out, pin all over yourself.
Starting point is 01:22:15 Well, I do not understand the thrill. Like, why would, why would anyone? But that's not really the thrill in their body that breaks your mind. But the goal is not to get to that point. The goal is to get to a nice sweet spot, but people overshoot the sweet spot. That's exactly what it is. So people, this is about young people who are learning how to drink and they don't know how to drink, right?
Starting point is 01:22:38 So they drink too much. So, you know, it's kind of like, you know, you're telling. your limits as a kid, like, how much can I get away with with my parents? How sassy and spicy can I be with my parents before they hit me? And this is like that. Like, how many drinks can I have before I end up with bed spins or unconscious in the stairwell or whatever? And it's like, so at that, you, about time you're my age, you know how many drinks you can have and it doesn't happen anymore. But that's why, but they, they're not true. There are some people who want to get smashed. And I have certainly been in that
Starting point is 01:23:11 mode like during a breakup or something like that. But usually it's just what it's what you're but in terms of the drinking itself, you're doing it because it loosens you up. And it's like, especially if you're like you have inhibitions and you're uptight and you're like maybe shy and you're scared to talk to girls or whatever. It's sort of like it gives you some liquid courage. The music is playing. The atmosphere is good. Like when we used to play chess. We used to drink and play chess or smoke pot. It depends on the person. Like, each person had their own vice.
Starting point is 01:23:47 But, you know, these are older men, right? So it's like my bottle of kovassia. I know how much to drink and maintain myself, right? Or the guy that smoked a barque. It's like, I know how much to maintain and maintain my faculties. Yeah. I like to drink wine when I play chess, but it's not good for my chest playing. Oh, I used to do tequila.
Starting point is 01:24:06 God, man, I remember this guy who, for the life of him could not understand why he kept losing. And so he got buying shots of tequila. And I think he was six and seven shots in and he was still losing the game. I have a- I had left. I was so smashed and I remember getting home throwing up and just passed it up. But he never won a game.
Starting point is 01:24:25 Oh, I'm sure. No, I was totally smashed. But again, I don't really get drink like that. I don't know. I'm not a big. So Duskburn about this rape case says, she described thinking that if she passed out, and the men had sex with her, they could be charged with rape.
Starting point is 01:24:45 The only reference of rape mentioned in the document, according to ABC News. Wait, I don't get it. And also, Sierra Julia, sorry, as a woman who's, as a woman who's been raped on campus, I do not believe her. It was a wild party. Kids were being idiots. Keep your legs close and have respect for your body. Boys keep it zipped.
Starting point is 01:25:06 True. I mean, I do expect that. But, I mean, the problem is the five other guys. Meaning if you say, okay, I'm going to take this cut of me and I'm going to let two guys have sex with me. That's what I want. That's within my wants right now for whatever particular reason. And then they turn around and say, hey guys, the door's open. Let's have some fun.
Starting point is 01:25:27 Okay, that's deeply problematic. Oh, yeah. And I agree with all of you making the point of saying, well, look, she was defenseless. I mean, she allowed herself to be put into this particular position. All of that's true. But that doesn't absolve the dudes at all. all. Yeah. That's what I was going to ask. That doesn't really absolve them for saying, hey, the door is open, come in, have sex with this woman who gave us consent.
Starting point is 01:25:50 In fact, quite the opposite. I hate to say it, but let's say you're one of the two guys. You should be, you know, and she passes out. At that point, you're supposed to lock the door, put a blanket over her, put a glass of water next to her, and leave and tell all the other dudes to stay the fuck out of her room, right? Well, she agreed to have sex with her. with the two guys. Yeah, but I'm saying for the two, the first two guys should have looked out for her, you know? No, I guess I'm saying, no, I agree with you
Starting point is 01:26:19 that the first two guys should have out for it. I'm saying the entire point of it all was to have sex with somebody on ketamine, meaning they were accomplishing their objective. The issue comes in where they allow five other guys to come in, meaning it's her right to say, I want to fuck two guys on ketamine. Yeah, totally.
Starting point is 01:26:33 Right to do that. Yeah. I guess the- Meaning I don't take issue with the right. I mean, keep on the- There's nothing wrong with having group sex. That's not the issue here. Nothing wrong with having group sex.
Starting point is 01:26:42 I don't mean to take issue with you taking ketamine and having a group sex. The issue is you decided to do that shit with two kids who didn't give a shit about you and who brought in a bunch of other guys to have fun with it. Yeah, in a frat, which is probably not a safe zone of all places. Yeah. I guess for me, and I realize that I'm coming from this from my experience where I grew up, there's a whole lot in this world that scares me. Alcohol and drug is one of them.
Starting point is 01:27:08 Anything that screws with my mind because I see how destructive it is. And I don't think that people, I don't think that people have enough respect for just how destructive and how absolutely evil. And I'm using that word deliberately, those substances are. If you do that, if you do that, you're putting, you're putting yourself at the mercy of other people and you have no idea what's going to happen. Look, I would tell you pot opens my heart center. Like meaning it makes me feel more. It makes me give a shit more. It makes me care more.
Starting point is 01:27:41 in a way that gives me a different perspective on people, reality situations, all sorts of shit, in a way that just wouldn't even cross my mind in a normal circumstances. I am not a fan of alcohol. My grandfather was alcoholic. It's extraordinarily destructive. And so I have issues with alcohol in general, right? I don't like, I'm not a big fan of drunks. I'm not a big fan of alcoholics, especially. I don't even like to be around them. having a drink or something i don't really care about uh and i would go to a bar and drink and smoke with somebody if you know we hung out and that type of stuff but alcoholics less so um but pot it's not it's it i don't know it's different maybe blue funk is is calling us to
Starting point is 01:28:27 task here you guys have had some really bizarre takes on women recently uh oh please please please elaborate please correct me on it i mean because i could be wrong i mean you're talking to three men yeah who may have a certain take. I mean, again, my take is that this is rape if she's right. Yeah. So I don't know how that's a... I mean, the thing is, it's so fucked up, right?
Starting point is 01:28:49 Because it's like, how do you... The system isn't set up to deal with a problem, with a situation like this. It's like, you know, I mean... It's like, what are the authorities... The authorities suck when it comes to rape accusations, but in fairness to the campus police and to Ithaca's fine, just, what are they supposed to do when you come to them and, you know, it's, there were drugs
Starting point is 01:29:14 involved and, and like, people were unconscious and some people may have been there and might not have been there. And there's no physical evidence and everything is like the first reports were three weeks late. I mean, it's all so famished, right? I mean, and the believe women thing doesn't really apply because that's not really the way to law works. You have to, I mean, right. Not to mention. Don't. I would say listen to women. Listen to women. Listen to women. Listen to men, listen to everybody, but don't believe, you know, don't just believe people. Well, you have a burden of proof that you're stuck with. Meaning even if the rate took place, even if everything in this happened exactly the same
Starting point is 01:29:52 way that she said that happened, you still have a burden of proof that you have to prove. Yeah, I tend to, I mean, I'll be honest here. I think I do believe her. And I kind of think, So I think, you know, ethically, legally, those five last guys, all or some, or most of them or some of them are rapists, right? All of them are rapists. But the questions, what the fuck can you do about it under our system where you can only send someone to prison, you know, when you can convict beyond a reasonable doubt? I don't think any prosecutor could convince any jury of 12 men and women to convince beyond a reasonable doubt with this amount of evidence. unless there's stuff that we haven't heard yet, which they're very well. I think they can get the conviction, but I don't know if the conviction is legit.
Starting point is 01:30:39 Because as you point out, how do you convict beyond a reasonable doubt? I mean, at less than two guys just come on to say, yeah, we invited five with the guys. Yeah. If they do that, fair enough. Well, it's not, the Snapchat does provide evidence. I mean. Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:30:55 But it's. It's evidence. It's not proof, you know? Yeah. I mean, the problem is if they indeed invited the five of the guys, man, there's evidence. five other guys, they're all guilty rape. I mean, not just the five that were bought in, but the two that allowed the other two to come in to rape her in the first place.
Starting point is 01:31:11 Like, meaning, for one, look, ladies, if you're in college, keep in mind you're dealing with a 17-year-old or 18-year-old. Dealing with a child, right? Yeah. I know they may say things to you in order to get you. There's a song by Florence in the Machine where she, what is it called, sympathy for, sympathy. sympathy for love, sympathy for something.
Starting point is 01:31:36 But in part of the song, she goes into this thing of love where she's saying it out loud. And it cuts through you, right? Like a win. But then you realize that there's a part of it where it goes into very sexual behavior where she's like laying on the ground and like hopping out here and stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:31:51 And you think to yourself, okay, but these two things. Like what she's saying in the headspace that the person is in, the headspace is I'm in love with this person. This is love. This is pure love. And then it's like, but love's being fused with sex. Both of these things are coming in correlation with one another. But how do you know that that's in the other person's mind?
Starting point is 01:32:12 The song is amazing to me. Sympathy of magic or something, magic sympathy or something. Whatever the song is. It's in her mind. Like the entire song is something that's happening in a person's mind. And I thought to myself, if she's 18 and you're dealing with another 18-year-old, that's not in his mind. Like the song is amazing in a way that it fuses sex and love together as one thing as if this is one solid note that is coming out of this particular individual.
Starting point is 01:32:40 You have no fucking clue what's in that person's mind. If they're 17, 18, 19, it's probably not love. It wasn't love for me at that age. It was for me. Really? I was head over heels. Yeah. Totally.
Starting point is 01:32:55 Wow. Yeah. I was in hell over heels later in life. Yeah, I mean, you know, you can definitely be insanely in love at that age. No question about it. Of course. No, no. I'm not taking it away.
Starting point is 01:33:12 I'm just saying many guys, 17, 18, 19, there is a very strong urge that is in those guys. Oh, I mean, no, it's like it's fucking insane. It's like, I mean, honestly, probably, you know, boys that age should be locked up and not allowed to walk around in society. She took my virginity, the first woman I had direct sex. So here we go. Okay, so maybe Bluthfunk elaborated a little bit, not just protective like. We also need to confront men and not just make our lives small because of fear. they should be afraid that we'll fight back.
Starting point is 01:33:57 Wait, I don't know what that means, though. I'm not really sure what that means either. But I think what it basically means is that women shouldn't have, why should women be living a life of fear, right? Shouldn't be living a life of fear, which was the reason why I made the argument of it. A woman has every right. A woman is every right to say,
Starting point is 01:34:14 I want to take ketamine and I want to have sex with him. God bless her, right? Yeah, seriously. That is nothing wrong with that. That's her choice. For me, that's a free will issue. It is not up for the other guys to say, hey guys,
Starting point is 01:34:29 the party's here. Yeah. That's all have sex with this unconscious woman who had no idea that I was right. Brett Kavanaugh bullshit. Yeah, like no. Yeah. It's nonsense.
Starting point is 01:34:40 Like she should, like, meaning even if she is vulnerable, we shouldn't have to be worried about the other than. All the more reason. Look, if anyone is vulnerable, that's like it's basic humanity that you should protect them. you know, and take care of them.
Starting point is 01:34:55 I didn't leave Chris in the stairwell. You know what I mean? It's like, yeah, when you see people in trouble, you're supposed to protect them. I mean, I remember one night, I mean, this is, you know, look, and by the way, I do really appreciate this comment from Duskburn. I respect JT and Ted and Robbie for literally just being straight with their audience, even if they're fucked up, L.O.L.
Starting point is 01:35:18 I don't think we're fucked up. How are we fucked up? We're talking about hard, real shit here. One time I met a girl at a bar, and we went to her place, and things got literally right up to the point of penetration. And then she said, you know, like, I'd rather just stop at this point, and maybe we can just hug. And I was like, listen, so I stopped immediately.
Starting point is 01:35:45 I was drunk, but I have that presence of mind. I stopped. And I was like, you know what, I should just go home. and I went home. I mean, but what are you supposed to do? I went home and I jerked off, right? But I remember thinking to myself, I will never, like, she's, she's, this is dangerous, right? Like, she might do this with someone else.
Starting point is 01:36:05 And if she takes some dumb ass jock home, like, you know, it might end badly. And I was just thinking, now, did I, was I a hero? No, I just did what you're supposed to do. But, like, but I mean, this is, the fact is there's physical, no, women. shouldn't be more afraid than men, but the fact is that men, on average, are bigger than and stronger than women. So it's the reality of our, the physical composition of our species. Yeah, I just, I mean, in that moment, where were you supposed to be forced to shift oner? Well, like, that's what I mean. Like, I don't even see, like, it's not being a hero.
Starting point is 01:36:41 I mean, maybe Bluth-Funk says, yeah, again, the way you're framing this, it's all about what the man needs. Not at all. I'm framing it by what the man needs. It's no. I'm going to catch a flag from I'm about to say. And I understand that. First time. First time ever. But I mean, I'm coming to y'all as sincerely and as open-hearted as I possibly can. If I had it my way, if I was made dictator, I would ban drugs.
Starting point is 01:37:09 God help us all. I would ban alcohol. And anyone who was caught selling it would be executed because of how dangerous this crap is. It's a very, very dangerous drug. And people play with it. people use it. It kills tens of thousands of people. And the reason I'm coming of this,
Starting point is 01:37:26 I have been the victims of it. I've got the scars of my body from where my mother threw boiling of hot water on me. I was like five years old because I asked her for something to eat because she's stolen out of her mind. My father broke my left arm because he was drunk out of his mind. There is nothing good at all, at all, at all about drugs or alcohol.
Starting point is 01:37:48 It is a fucking poison. and run away from it. Don't put yourself to your sense. Seriously, I realize what I'm saying is going to piss people off. And people are saying, there's Robbie being a Nazi. Fine, so be it. But that's what I'm coming from. I'm being as honest with y'all as I can.
Starting point is 01:38:07 If you love your kids, encourage them to stay away from this crap. And football, no football. I would tell you that I would ban hamburgers. If you're going to ban alcohol, I would ban fast food places. I would ban. And there's so much shit that you get banned that's going to cause people to die and all this other stuff.
Starting point is 01:38:24 So, no. Objectively, I mean, look, everything Robbie said is right. First of all, I hate drugs. I don't think everything Robbie said was right. I don't think that the stuff is without alcohol. Okay, fair enough. But, I mean, again, it's a little complicated. But overall.
Starting point is 01:38:42 Like, meaning my grandfather was an asshole even before the alcohol. Sure. I have the other family members who were fucked up. before the drugs. It wasn't the drugs. They were already fucked. In vino veritas, right? In wine, truth.
Starting point is 01:38:58 It's like when people are, you know, I mean, drugs, especially alcohol tends to expose your real personality. It doesn't turn nice people into monsters, you know? Yeah. I don't know any person who was cool people. It's like when, it's like when Mel Gibson was pulled over by that cop and he spewed off a bunch of anti-Semitic bullshit. Yeah, that's like Mel Gibson.
Starting point is 01:39:19 Yeah. Like a non-antysmetic guy isn't going to do that. Right. He doesn't think that. Right. I don't know. I mean, alcohol, yeah. Pot, I got to be honest.
Starting point is 01:39:32 I don't know anybody on pot who was, why did belligerent? If anything, they just chill the fuck out. Oh, I, at the only time I did pot to any significant amount, I got belligerent. Did you? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, it's not good for me at all. Even Chris, the degenerate druggie, he said, I should never smoke. I should never have pot ever.
Starting point is 01:39:54 Yeah. The people who I know have pot, they were just. I'm like basically allergic to it. Yeah, they were just so honest. And like I said, for me, just. So Matina has the question here. How do we make men consider the woman as a person? That is the question.
Starting point is 01:40:09 Well, we all need to be considering each other as people. But men, I'm still, you know, I'm old school. I do think men as the bigger. physically larger specimens of the species should be protective of women, right? And like, if you know a woman is vulnerable, you should protect her. You should protect the vulnerable in our society should always be protected. But yeah, I mean, I think young guys often, you know, but, you know, they look at the opposite sex.
Starting point is 01:40:39 sex. They don't know them well, and they don't understand them and they don't view them as people and they view them as sex objects. I mean, in fairness, it can go the other way around too. I knew lots of girls who just viewed man as a meal ticket or, you know, whatever. But it goes both ways, just different ways. Yeah, dehumanization. Yeah. Let me actually, so this happened in real life. So, you know, when I first got back to the States, partially blind, still is,
Starting point is 01:41:08 like, you can't see up my left eye, more pressure issues. And there was this woman who at the time was showing interest and identity. understand why in fact i didn't understand what was going on with her if i'm being bluntly honest with her this was when i was traveling at the time still relatively good health at the time while i was traveling and she was like showing interest i really didn't pay her any mind um i didn't wasn't feeling her that way anything else when i lay it back into the u.s we meet up and it's like hey all right let's go paintball shooting so for one she doesn't dress for it she has on like a almost like a low top of
Starting point is 01:41:47 of sorts. It's supposed to be a costume paintball party. So everybody was supposed to have costumes on when they had paintball. I end up at Superman. I forget she ended up like a chef, but again, ill-prepared, not dressed for it. I had family members that came. And of course, the family members are like, who's that chick? Now, again, I wasn't bringing her there as a relationship thing. I was bringing her there just because I wanted, I think I was trying to make friends and I consider, okay, well, she's somebody knew that I met, so I'll bring her with me, but it wasn't like a relationship thing. everybody gets taken out of the game because everybody gets shot. He's the last person in.
Starting point is 01:42:24 And the people have a pencer maneuver and ends up hitting her with like three different shots, like back to back to back. And she flips out. She loses her shit. Like she, like the level of rage that came out of her were shocking. So shocking that my family member was like, who's this gangster chip that you're all? What with me?
Starting point is 01:42:46 Good payball. Right? Like, like, it was shocking. Like, all of us were like, whoa. She's like, you, mama, fuckers. You effing. Like, like dropping like 20 a bum. She was furious.
Starting point is 01:42:56 Yeah. Furious. And I'm sitting there, like, watching this like, whoa. That's the only thing that's on my mind. Like, whoa. And we go back and come to find out she's pissed off at me. And I'm like, like, why are you pissed off at me? I don't even realize she's pissed off at me until later.
Starting point is 01:43:14 And her thing, you didn't defend me. Defend you how. You didn't go and what was I supposed to do? Have a fight with the people who shot you. And to be fair, they did shoot multiple times. These are guys who do paintball all the time. And they play paintball the way Ted and I used to play chess. We used to be malicious when we used to play chess. Like we used to try to humiliate the other person in public. It's like, oh, look at that guy. He's sweating under his arms. He's getting his ass kicked. Oh, look at him. Everybody. And you know, we want people to laugh. they played paintball in that kind of way, the malicious way. And her thing was kind of like, well, I wanted you to fight, or at the very least I wanted you to defend, quote, defend women.
Starting point is 01:43:53 And it's like you're in a paintball game. You're ill dressed for it. If you would have dressed for it properly, it wouldn't have heard as much. There's that. And in general, it's paintball. It hurts. That's why I don't play paintball. But that's why I do play paintball.
Starting point is 01:44:10 It's the risk. The risk is the part. of it. Like the fact that you don't get hit, the fact that there's pain when you do get hit. That's the point. She was pissed. Yeah. Yeah. But when I think she was a lunatic, there's that. So it's not a loss. It kind of sounds like that. What did she expect? I mean, did she expect somebody who literally got out the hospital a while ago has a blood pressure of like six day over 30 and it's partially blind to go have a fight with people who shot you in the middle of the game. Like, to me, this was like, okay, she's insane. And my family even looked at it as,
Starting point is 01:44:49 you're insane. And, yeah. So this is interesting here. Jessica says, maybe of consequences for sexual assault and rape were a guarantee, men would make more of an effort to understand women. I know, but how do you prove that the guy did it or that the woman is not faking? Well, nothing's a consequence for, I mean, nothing for any crime. is a consequence is a guaranteed consequence, right? I mean, you know, it's like saying, like, if it was guaranteed that you'd be, there'd be a consequence for robbing a bank or whatever.
Starting point is 01:45:23 I mean, but there isn't. I think most college-aged men don't think there will be consequences. You know what I got to tell you? Knowledge is the issue. I got to say, I think maybe there's a point here that's more about, like, honestly, your brain's not really fully formed until you're about 25. you don't really have a sense of consequence in general when you're that age, right? I mean, like, that's why, I mean, I'll just give me an example, not sexual at all.
Starting point is 01:45:53 I locked myself out of my dorm room once. My dorm room was on the 10th floor of John Jay Hall. I was not in the mood to go and like to the housing office and wait two hours to like get a spare key. So I went to the bathroom and I walked on the outhouse. side of the building on a ledge that was about a foot wide and I knew my window was open and crawled through the window of my door. I would do that today. I'm an idiot, okay?
Starting point is 01:46:23 I was, but I was an idiot at, I mean, I was really an idiot at 19. And like, you're more, I mean, you don't consider the consequences. Like, now if I was going to do that, I'd be far more, like, think, do I want to do this? Maybe I would. Maybe I would. But the point is, I didn't even give it much thought. I'm like, yeah, what the fuck? I mean, that's the point, right?
Starting point is 01:46:49 And it's like you do a lot of shit like that. Like, you know, I walked on the subway tracks, on active subway tracks. It all sorts of stupid shit. I drove 120 miles an hour. I mean, I did shit because you're fucking young. And so it's like you're, I think it's sort of like asking 18, 19, 20 year olds. to be like responsible is it's kind of like good luck I mean that'd be nice good luck I'm curious accident would be did not be rapist well not to be rape should not be rapist that's
Starting point is 01:47:22 easy you know I mean when when that's easy honestly and yeah yeah I mean well I mean I think the problem with the I'm 63 years old and when I was 18 I knew I knew if a girl was like out of it. Like, you know, the only thing to do was to, you know, put a blanket on her and leave, right? I knew that. The problem is straightforward. And it's a human issue. It's not even just a man issue. Women just so happen to have the unfortunate distinction of having a resource that men don't have access to without dealing with the women. And just like oil in the Middle East was like, oh, you have the misfortune of being, you know, being born on a country that has oil and that the United States kind of wants to get access to. Not everybody is going to be the most moral,
Starting point is 01:48:10 honest, ethical in dealing with women and trying to get that particular resource any more than the U.S. is in trying to get the resources from Iran, Venezuela, or Iraq. Meaning it's a human issue. It's not just a man. It's just a human issue. Women do something similar in regards to going after men sometimes, but specifically in this case. And her point is, how do we get men to be decent human beings to not do this. I mean, part of it is it's how they're raised. It's about, I mean, certainly, it's frustrating. I would really like, I mean, the thing is there's no, okay, so sex 99% of the time,
Starting point is 01:48:44 99.99% of the time happens behind closed doors, right? So there's no witness by definition. There's no camera most of the time, right? So it's kind of like, so anything that happens, especially it often involves people use alcohol to loosen themselves up so that they can get brave enough to have sex or to ask for sex. And a contradiction of having men to be hunters while simultaneously telling them at times stop hunting.
Starting point is 01:49:14 Right. This is not an excuse, by the way. I'm not trying to cry. It's just kind of like a problem that you don't know how, I don't know how you solve it. But that's a human problem. Like that's a problem of humanity in general. do you make moral people? How do you make ethical people? How do you make people not do shit? That's protestfully violent or illegal. I mean, that's true with government. That's true with
Starting point is 01:49:38 individuals. That's true across the world. What's crazy is we all as a society agree from a very early age that rape is one of the absolute worst things that a human being can do to one another. And yet, so many people do it. I mean, there's not a lot of crimes that we have broad agreement are really bad and that, like, yet lots of people do, except rape is one of them. You know, I mean, like, you know, we broadly agree murder is wrong, and most of us don't do it, you know?
Starting point is 01:50:08 I mean... Well, the majority of humanity, I don't think it does it. Right, right. No, I think most people just want to be decent people. But it's an intimate crime. And it's a crime that's specific to the, like, individuals in this case. I mean, I guess you can have gang rapes, of course. But in this case, as in this case.
Starting point is 01:50:30 As in this case. But oftentimes, as you point out, it's silent, it's independent. And that's kind of a. So with that, you have no witnesses. You have, yeah. I mean, it's, so it's, the problem is it's, we set up the, we set up, our culture sets up a situation where it's going to keep happening. And there's no way really to hold anyone accountable in a reliable way. after it happens.
Starting point is 01:50:59 That's the issue. So that's why it's an ongoing problem. Video tape all six? Baby. Yeah, I mean, look, remember, do you remember the Antioch College Rules, like where I didn't remember one of my early cartoons was about this, but it was sort of like,
Starting point is 01:51:15 you know, now at this time, I would like to gently stroke in a counterclockwise manner, your right knuckle of your, of your, of the, of one of your fingers. Is that acceptable? Yes, I hereby consent to that at this time. Can you please initial? Yes.
Starting point is 01:51:34 Yes, please sign here. We have to call a notary. And every single step of a sexual encounter was supposed to be like specifically verbally consented to. I mean, of course, that's just not how, you know, romance, seduction. No. It doesn't work that way. I don't want that sex like that. Yeah, I cut off my dick first.
Starting point is 01:51:57 like, are you kidding? Like, approved. Yeah, that's not the way it works. No, it's just not reality. So it turns out that the pilot on the MRI on the Israel-bound flight, according to Netanyahu, so who knows if this is true. But apparently the co-pilot stabbed the pilot.
Starting point is 01:52:20 I don't know if that's true. No, no. That is what is being. Oh, wow. So remember Krista Pike? the woman who would be executed in Tennessee. This is a big death penalty case. Anyway, a court has one hour before she was supposed to be executed.
Starting point is 01:52:41 She got a stay from the court. Did she? Can you imagine the stress of that? Can you imagine the stress of that? Yeah, she was going to be the first woman executed in Tennessee in 200 years. So she lured. a friend, she was 18 years old, into, with, she and a friend lured a third friend out into the woods and basically stabbed their friend to death for fun.
Starting point is 01:53:14 How do we get women to stop learning other women and stabbing them? Right, like, it's not, I mean, it, I mean, it does remind me of the Slender Man case, or reminds me of the Heavenly Creatures case in Australia. Or New Zealand. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How do we get women to stop doing this?
Starting point is 01:53:34 Yeah. Such an ongoing problem. That's a hard problem. All right. Well, we have to talk about ICE a little bit. So ICE is going to hire another 5,000 people. I think that's just worth mentioning. I thought there were fire people recently.
Starting point is 01:53:49 Yeah, they were. And then they're going to fire, they're going to hire more. Maybe they'll hire back the people that they fired. And the Supreme Court has an, issued an injunction allowing Trump to continue to send people to deport people to countries that they have nothing to do with, not the countries of their origin. I have a feeling they'll probably allow him to continue doing it on a permanent basis. The president has wide latitude.
Starting point is 01:54:12 He does. I'm really interested in the question about the, I'm really interested in the question about the tax form, though. So. Oh, essentially. Yeah. Yeah. So basically, the. It seems pretty innocent, right, like at face value. Currently, Form 1040 does not care if you're a citizen or not or a legal resident. They just want to collect your taxes. And if you don't have a Social Security number, they don't care.
Starting point is 01:54:40 The IRS just wants you to pay your taxes. And, you know, whatever. So this would be a change. And it turns out that there's kind of two really sinister motives by the Trump administration. First of all, they're trying to scare legal immigrants into not filing their taxes, which would mean that they wouldn't qualify for things like the earned income, the earned tax credit. So in some cases, you know, you might owe, you might have to pay $200, but you would get a net $100. So you get, sorry, $800 back. They wouldn't get that
Starting point is 01:55:14 because they'd be, like, they're scared of like filling out that form. So they'll drop out of the tax system. And in other cases, it would turn people who are either undocumented workers or maybe not undocumented into tax evaders, which would then allow the administration to put them in prison. I mean, yeah, I mean, because obviously, if you have any question about your status, you're not going to get that. You may not give out of taxes.
Starting point is 01:55:45 I mean, if you're very concerned, especially if you're concerned that, well, if I put my address and everything else, ice can just show up at my house and take me away. Yeah, it's sinister. I mean, see, this is one of those things where the government should not want to put that on a form. Like under normal circumstances, like for good sense reasons, you want people to file their taxes,
Starting point is 01:56:10 in which case you don't want them to have any disincentive of it. It's kind of like college, where it's like the amount of money that you pay for college is a disincentive to go to college, even though you want as many people to go to college as possible just for this kind of world economy that we have at our disposal. No, it's a disincentive. And yeah, you're right, sinister. I mean, again, do you think any of this stuff that's going to last beyond Trump?
Starting point is 01:56:30 Well, God, I'm so glad you mentioned that. I'm obsessed with that question. I think most of it will, a lot of it will. I mean, let's put it this way. We're not going to get a Charles de Gaulle situation where the next president comes in and signs an executive order that says, all executive orders issued for the last four years
Starting point is 01:56:47 are invalid, my definition. You could, but they're not going to do that. No, I think they're going to keep a lot of this shit. I mean, we know from history that Democratic presidents tend to keep Republican a lot of stuff that the Republican predecessors did. Not all, but a lot. And certainly the big, important things. That citizenship question, you know it's not going to go away because here's the thing. Let's say you're President Newsom, you know, or President Buttigieg.
Starting point is 01:57:14 It's like, oh, we should get rid of that. It was just a, that was a really gross Trump thing. It's like, and it's like, but Mr. President, you know, the Republicans are then going to come. characterize you as weak on illegal immigration. You know, you don't want that. We're already a little bit down on the polls. You can't afford that. Yeah, you're right. Just let it stay on. I don't know. That's the conversation they always have. That Sunali wing of the Democratic Party is going to scream bloody murder to get this thing off the form. Well, they should. And they are. I think they are. I mean, look at what Joe Biden did when Trump got in office. Oh, we're going to
Starting point is 01:57:50 open the border. He did it only because Donald Trump had such a border policy that he wanted to show that he's the opposite of Trump. He's different than Trump. So the first thing they did was remove some of the provisions that Donald Trump had around immigration and whatnot. Now, whether he should remove him or not to second either to the point that he did it is the point that are going to make. There are certain issues, especially things that don't cause Democrats money or things
Starting point is 01:58:12 that don't go against their funders, their bribers. But they'll do it. Well, this will cost the Treasury. Yeah. I mean, well, we'll get put some money into the Treasury's pocket a little bit. I mean, a drop in the bucket, I would imagine. Yeah, but it's not raising taxes on the rich. It's not Medicare for all.
Starting point is 01:58:32 It's not any of these things that will be lifts. This is remove this thing off the thing. Hey, am I not great for doing this all my illegal immigrants? But we can still stipulate the odds of this of this going, you know, continuing, going away under a Democratic administration, are not 100% right true yes agree no i agree with you they keep a lot of that stuff like the obama stuff the taxes that uh the the the grotesque tax cuts and democrats called them like everything but a child that got and obama kept like 80% so yeah they'll keep them most of it well this is a good question for robbie uh robbie how do you support guns which get to be dangerous in the wrong hands
Starting point is 01:59:15 but not drugs that's easy because guns prevent the government from getting them a topply on force. Alcohol doesn't do that. Drugs don't do that. No, but with guns, or example, let's take ice for example. If some, if some goon kicks in my door, I will send him to me Jesus. I will shoot him. To take that collectively, if a government truly becomes tyrannical, like for example, how Black Lives Matter how they were saying that the government is systemically racist that they are coming after black people, then the absolute worst thing that you could ever encourage black people to do, and black pastors encourage black people to do this is turn in your guns. Because at that point,
Starting point is 02:00:00 you are giving the state that you believe is oppressive of monopoly on force. The entire point of the Second Amendment is to hunt the two-legged monsters who are coming after you, whether they're in a uniform or out. That's the difference. That's the distinction. One destroys your agency. One gives you. Yeah, but that's not really addressing the question. It is. The question is how many people that have gun balance versus drug balance? Yeah.
Starting point is 02:00:26 That depends on how you, on how you characterize it. I can talk about self-defense and accidents or just murder? Because a lot of times you know with homicide, that also, that factors in. Well, I think you have to count accidents, and I think you have to count, you know, non-self-defense homicides. Yeah. I mean, we know that 70,000 Americans a year die every year from illegal drugs. we don't know that's a factor in you know people who are drugs kill a lot of people booze kills a lot of
Starting point is 02:00:53 people yeah but guns kill but guns kill less though the differences though is that mouse a tongue i don't have much i don't have much use for the guy but he got this right when he said that political power grows in the barrel of a rifle he's right there's a lot there's a lot of truth in that oh that's totally true and the last thing that you ever want to have happen is for a government any government to have a monopoly on force because at that point when they go tyrannical you have no way that's not addressing the point i mean the fact that guns can be used to hunt delicious squirrels and that they can be used to kill asshole invading troops all those things are great about guns but but like if a but you know the fact is um guns also are dangerous so you know do the dangers
Starting point is 02:01:43 justify, I mean, it's sort of like saying, like, alcohol. In some cases, alcohol is good for you, right? Like, there's some studies that have shown that it reduces your chances of heart disease. You know, like if, but like overall, it has a net negative. I mean, nicotine can cause you to lose weight, which is great. But overall, it's bad for you. So the question is, are guns a net benefit or a net positive? They are a net negative. They are a net benefit. They are a net benefit. and they are net positive because they keep the government from getting a monopoly on force. Alcohol and drugs do not do that. Now, one of the things that I think one of the reasons why we don't have rioting in the streets
Starting point is 02:02:26 in this country right now is because too many of the, too much the population is on the presence rather than form of a pill or because of alcohol. I think that just factors into it. I don't know. This country is, we live in a fascist government and like all the gun owners aren't doing shit about it, right? That's my point. So what are you guys doing?
Starting point is 02:02:45 You're not defending us. From who? From what? From our fascist government. Well, you know, there are some people who tried to do that. They're called the oathkeepers. And I'm pretty sure that the two people here are my left on to put them on a cross because they took their guns to resist.
Starting point is 02:03:02 And in my opinion, they're dead wrong, a fascist take over the state. Listen, just because you have guns does not. Wait a minute. Or people were involved and trying to have. have a fascist takeover of the state yeah meaning when they were looking at trump waiting for trump to give the heads up for them to get their guns and then coming to why they weren't doing that for me they were doing that for even right wing you know right winger they were doing it for a fascist takeover yeah and that's my and that's my whole point so if you don't want if you don't want a bunch
Starting point is 02:03:35 of fascists to take over then the last thing that you ever want to have they had guns in order to do that I mean, how many millions of Americans have guns? Okay, let me put you this way. If you all are right, and if the government is fascist, and by the way, I don't know if we're fascists, we're definitely an oligarchy. I mean, we're well on our way. I would submit to you the only reason that we are not full-throated goose stepping in Nazi Germany style is because so much the American populace has guns. That's hard to say. I don't buy that, Robbie.
Starting point is 02:04:12 I don't know. But can you just prove it. I can't prove it. I mean, here, I'll just prove it in one way. I mean, tons of the German population had civilian population had guns before 1933. And it's not true that Nazi Germany took them away. It's not true. There's all these like internet tropes about like how, you know, the Nazis and the communists took away guns.
Starting point is 02:04:33 They didn't. People in Germany had guns for hunting. They had tons of them. And they had pistols and rifles. Shit. That's what most Americans have is pistols. and rifles. But you know, the German population also had? They also had a history of an unequal treaty called the Treaty of Versailles that your countryman pushed on them. If you had not
Starting point is 02:04:50 have a treaty of Versailles, Nazi Germany would have never risen. Okay. What does that have to do with the gun? Well, no, of course it does. Because if you think that your country's being victimized, and if you're on your knees and nationalism is a very strong force, then having those gun owners, having a population of right, is going to be, There's going to be something you want to have. The Nazis were, they were just like fucking Netanyahu with their line of bullshit. You know, the Germans never paid. They never paid the reparations.
Starting point is 02:05:22 They didn't pay. That's why the Jewish market. Of course they did. At a certain point to force them to pay. No, they didn't. No, but the Germans did. The reason why the Reichmark was worth nothing is because they inflated the money supply to the point where they destroyed it. Well, in order to pay, in order to pay.
Starting point is 02:05:41 In order to pay the French with devalued money. But they paid them, that's the point. Yeah, but not really. Of course they did. They paid them with worthless cash. Congratulations. You got swindled. France occupied Germany in order to get the money.
Starting point is 02:05:55 No, they didn't. When did they occupy Germany? No, they didn't. France never occupied Germany? No, they didn't. Look it up. Believe me, they didn't. They did not.
Starting point is 02:06:05 The French military had. They could have. The French military had every legal right to go in under the Treaty of Versailles, if there was a breach, like for example, when the Tsar Valley was re-militarized by the Germans under Nazism, but they didn't. Because the Germans had rifles. Because the French pushed out. Well, the French always pus out.
Starting point is 02:06:25 I mean, let's be honest. I mean, they lost a war to Haiti, for God's sake. I mean, let's show the school here. Right here. Yes. France, along with Belgium, occupied Germany's industrial rural region from January 1923 to August, 1926 specifically to force payment with the World War I reparations. Yep, they occupied the Rhine, the Rhineland.
Starting point is 02:06:45 The Rural Valley, right? Germany? Yeah. Okay, I forgot about that episode. They occupied part of it, of the entire country. It's like a little, it's a little border region, right? I mean. Yeah, but it's only the most important part.
Starting point is 02:06:58 It's still Germany. Russia is talking about going to nuclear war over Kalilinigrat. They take this shit seriously. And they asked why the Germans had rifles is because of crap like this. It's just to know how Yamamoto They had rifles because they wanted to eat rabbits. I mean, that's all. That's where they had right.
Starting point is 02:07:16 They like to hunt. Okay, Ted, your student of history, what did Yamamoto say would happen if the Japanese army invaded the American mainland? I don't even know. Wake up a sleeping giant. He said there would be a rifleman behind every blade of grass and tree.
Starting point is 02:07:32 Which is kind of true. Okay, but the fact is that in the United States, we've been occupied by our own government. I agree. And it's because the propaganda is so freaking strong. Why is that? It's because our population is not educated. Our population is apathetic. Our population is stoned. Our population is disorganized. And our population is disorganized. If you are self-indulging yourself, you're dropping your IQ by 15 points every single year because you just want to feel good. Then you're going to look at these
Starting point is 02:07:58 people's, oh, we're going to organize around these leaders and these colleges and they're all just stone frat boys. Give me a freaking break. I don't think I dropped my IQ for Smoky Pot, to be honest. I don't think that's true. I don't know. And being honest, I think is with us being rugged individualists. I think it's propaganda. I think it's an American ethos with this idea of we're rugged individualists. We're all John Wayne's. If anything happens, we're singular, individual, etc. Whereas in Europe, they look at this stuff as more of a group entity, meaning Spain looks at the homeless thing as a group issue, a government issue. France looks at their issues as government issue. We don't look at it that way. We look at it as we are individuals.
Starting point is 02:08:38 Anything that happens to us happens to us singularly, not as a country, not as a group. I mean, we have to pay all gas prices now. But even that, I would have wager somewhat individually. I think it's that if I had to put it on anything. I mean, tell me I'm wrong. Maybe I'm wrong. Listen, at the end of the day, the question was, is why do I support going ownership and oppose drugs and alcohol the way that I do?
Starting point is 02:09:00 It's because one has a value and one doesn't. Okay, that's fair. Although I do think that I mean having been to countries where you can't buy booze like Pakistan It sucks It sucks yeah Things are uptight Everyone's got to stick up their ass everyone's like nervous all the time No one's ever chill
Starting point is 02:09:24 All right guys we're we let's do this one last comment Deep Green thanks for the buck Ask yourselves Ask yourself why the CIA pushed LSD to induce a state lassitude on the masses and are against a collective revolution armed with the spirit to fight back and knowledgeable. Yes. Agreed. And I want to answer John Dove's question a little bit before we pull off. So his question is, Robbie, isn't a fascist action of killing all drug dealers a contradiction with wanting to citizens to have guns to avoid a fascist government? Let me make this very clear.
Starting point is 02:10:03 I said, how was the dictator? of the country there would be i mean you'd be the totalitarianism i would be yeah i know right that's all right so listen i am not of the belief that unlimited freedom is a good thing well there is no such thing is unlimited freedom now it's impossible but but that but that's the argument of the make you say well what would you do like you know for example i don't think people have the right to destroy themselves you're like no if you're going through if you're going through San Diego and you see all these people who are homeless stoned out of their minds on the street literally rotting away. They don't have the right to be there. What you should do and this is what I would
Starting point is 02:10:50 do. I would get those people up. I would get them into rehab. I would do everything I possibly could under my power to get them clean. Get their life back. And the people are selling that poison. I would put their brains on a freaking wall. There is no freedom in this equation. And with that, it seems like a nice uplifting place to leave that.
