But Trump has repeatedly decided not to relaunch heavy combat operations against Iran. And the U.S. military response to Iran has been more muted in recent weeks. Several explosions were heard in the Saudi capital, including one at the Riyadh airport. A recent Congressional Research Service report shows that at least 81 U.S. military aircraft, drones, and helicopters were lost or damaged during the war with Iran—Senator Chris Murphy calls it a cover-up.• The Trump Administration suspended major tech companies, including Microsoft and Adobe, as well as IT outsourcing firms from a green card program. J.D. Vance said that the companies had “abused” H-1B visa and green card processes in order to “replace American workers with what is effectively foreign indentured servants.” Officials announced probes into 9 universities, including Harvard, Yale, and Stanford, that the Administration accused of misusing a program meant for temporary educational and cultural exchanges.00:00 Friday Headlines: Execution, ICE, and Iran 04:30 The Fort Hood Shooter and a Livestreamed Firing Squad 10:14 Hosts React to Pete Hegseth’s Execution Clip 16:20 Insanity Defense or a Deliberate Choice? 26:33 Why Stream an Execution, and Who It Signals 42:37 Unmarked ICE Cars and a Bronx Shooting 68:18 Trump Delays the Next Strikes on Iran 79:06 H-1B Visas and the Crackdown on UniversitiesMERCHANDISE: DeProgram.MySpreadShop.comLIVE ON YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@DeProgramShowLIVE ON RUMBLE: https://rumble.com/c/DeProgramShowhttps://x.com/tedrallhttps://x.com/JamarlThomas#tedrall #jamarlthomas #news #politics

Starting point is 00:00:12 Hey there, it's Friday, October 9th, 2026. Thanks for joining us here on the program with Ted Raul and Jamaral Thomas. Here's what we've got today. Some kind of outlandish news in case you've been, you're just waking up. The defense secretary, Pete Heggsat, says that the firing squad execution of Nadal Malik Hassan will be live streamed. You heard that right. Your kids can watch. Make sure they tune in on December 3rd. Obviously, we'll get into that. Unidentified ICE agents using unmarked cars surrounded a Dominican man and his five-year-old son in his car in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx and shot him multiple times. Chaos in the Bronx right now. There's protest demonstrations. Mayor Mimdani called President Trump to demand that ICE withdraw completely from New York City. Obviously, that's not going to happen. Meanwhile, the Pentagon has developed plans to start up the war against Iran in earnest. They say they're going to go after Iran's drone and missile arsenal.
Starting point is 00:01:18 What, they didn't do that before. Anyway, but Trump keeps kicking the can down the road. If anything's going to happen, the word is it won't happen until after the midterms. Meanwhile, the Houthis have struck Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with ballistic missiles, explosions were heard at the airport. So, you know, if you're delayed flying into Riyadh, you'll know why. Also, a new report shows that there's something to what Chris Murphy is saying about there being a cover-up. At least 81 U.S. military aircraft drones and choppers were lost or damaged to the Iranians so far since the conflict began in late February.
Starting point is 00:02:03 Last, not least, the Trump administration is going after tech companies for abusing the green card H-1B visa programs to do what J.D. Vance calls replacing American workers with effectively foreign indentured servants. Also, the administration's going after major universities and colleges like Harvard, Yale, and Stanford, saying that those institutions are abusing and misusing a program that was meant to. to simply let people into the United States to study and then go back home. Please like, follow and share the show. We're here for two hours. It's Friday. It's 9 o'clock right now. We're going to go to 11 o'clock at 11 o'clock DMZ America podcast with me and Scott Stantis, except Scott's out today.
Starting point is 00:02:50 So it's just me. Guest will be Steve Breen of the San Diego Union Tribune, two-time Pulitzer winner. Okay, that's a handful. Good morning, Jamarle. How are you? Oh, you are muted, I think. Yeah, I'm okay. I'm not bad.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Okay, good. It's like when I leave my show, and if anything happens on my show, it screws with me for the show. Did anything happen? Yeah. So I'm supposed to have a guest on the show. And usually I do this stuff on my own. I'm like, there's not really a middleman. And so it's inelegant when there's a middleman and the guest doesn't get the link for the show.
Starting point is 00:03:29 And so it's kind of like you have to do the show on your own for the entire time frame. Which I can do. It's fair enough, but it scores with you. It's like you have a thing in mind and it bugs you. Totally. Totally. It's okay. Hopefully, I guess I'll come back on at some point. Yeah, I guess it's not showing up. It's just sort of a, it just happens. I mean, it used to happen even on, you know, I had a major, a show on a major station. So, you know, I don't take it personally now. I'm like, oh, maybe they're just taking my podcast. People would flake out on KFI radio. And it served 15 Western States and it was a powerhouse. People just not show up. I mean, sometimes there's just tech issues. or they can't get home on time or whatever. Well, to be fair, the guest didn't click out. The person who was booking the guest didn't send them. Oh, didn't like get all the logistics straight?
Starting point is 00:04:16 Yeah. Yes. Yeah, that happens. Getting the links where they need to be and all that stuff. It's an elegant when there's a middleman. But it's okay. It's one of those mistakes happen. But it still bucks me.
Starting point is 00:04:28 But otherwise, the word is good. Shocking news, though. So Nadal Malik Hassan. is the Fort Hood shooter. He was a, he's an army major. He shot and killed 13 of his colleagues at Fort Hood Air Base back in 2009. In the, in the, when this was all happening, when the, amid the chaos, he was shot, he was shot and is paralyzed from the waist down.
Starting point is 00:04:58 He's in a wheelchair now. Pete Higset says he'll be executed by firing squad on December 3rd. And this is going to be live streamed. I decided to look up when was the last time there was a public execution in the United States. It was the public execution was 1936. So this happened in a guy named Rainey Beth's, Black guy, was hung in Owensboro, Kentucky. There was a huge crowd, 10 to 20,000 people estimated. apparently the guy who ran the trap lever was drunk, according to local newspapers.
Starting point is 00:05:38 It was such a fiasco that the state of Kentucky repealed the statute that had kept public hangings legal. And so basically, he was found guilty of rape, even though there was a murder involved. It was a younger black guy who was convicted of raping and he wasn't convicted of killing. a old white widow who was 70 years old. According to, she was found raped and strangled. Historians generally believe he was probably guilty, but the trial was a complete nightmare. So it was three hours before an all-white jury. His court-appointed lawyers didn't call a single witness, made no closing argument.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Jury deliberations didn't even last five minutes, four and a half minutes, went for death. prosecutors only chose went after him for rape rather than murder because they wanted to have him a public hanging and Kentucky law did allow a public county hanging for rape but murder meant that he would be electrocuted inside the state prison at eddyville so they wanted to have a big spectacle here lawyers argued that he hadn't gotten a fair trial obviously that's pretty true um he's it's generally viewed as a Jim Crow legal lynching in form, even though he may have, he may well have been guilty. That happened 90 years ago until last time there was a public hanging. I've got to say, I mean, I've mentioned this before, Jamaral. I do think that it is not, you know,
Starting point is 00:07:13 there's any number of criminals in the military justice system as well as in the normal criminal justice system who could be chosen for a public execution. And the fact that they're choosing a guy who is Muslim is not lost upon me. It seems very racially coded. I think this is on purpose. It goes with all the messaging that we see every single day by the president and his allies on social media. If you watch, you read X every single day as I do, you're constantly seeing stuff about, you know, Muslims are evil. Muslims must be deported. Muslims must go. To me, this is all part of a messaging plan. But I have more to say about it, but I want to hear what you have to say. I got the video. It's in the bottom of Hexsaf and the level of bleed and excitement that is coming out of Hexel should not be
Starting point is 00:08:10 lost on people in this moment. Let's play the clip, Robbie. Okay. Robbie, can you hit play on this thing? One last question. I know you've got to run. We all have to run. I don't believe that they are circling. Yes, yes. He doesn't mean the birds. I don't believe anyone's asked you on air about this yet. And so I wanted to get you on the record, Major Hassan, huge news that came out. One of these people, Jokers and I have is another federal one who's got the death penalty that we were sort of waiting on, but he's not military. But Major Hassan, this news that came down regarding firing squad, Can you tell us about how that came about and what led to that decision process? No brainer. Execution by firing squad. Army Major betrays his country. Radical Islamist kills a bunch of Americans at Fort Hood. Of course we're going to do it at Fort Hood.
Starting point is 00:09:00 We're going to do it on a Thursday. We're going to do it at 1 o'clock, which is when he did it. And it's going to be soldiers with rifles executing the firing squad. It hadn't been since World War II since we've done that. Well, I kind of like the mentality we had in World War II, which was win, which was understand when the enemy attacks you, you need to stand your ground. So it was radical Islamist terror attack. Remember what Obama called it? Workplace violence? I mean, that's what we're up against. That's the worldview we're up against is. We know what it is. It was a radical Islamist attack in uniform inside the ranks.
Starting point is 00:09:32 And so he's going to get a firing squad of soldiers, as it should be. And we'll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it's public, because people need to understand that this is a, there's serious consequences for these types of things. Do you have major has major hasan made any final request reached out to the president anything like that to your knowledge don't care We'll see him on December 3rd December 3rd Ford hood ladies and gentlemen secretary of war Pete Hexette Thank very much Thanks for coming with us appreciate it first Member of the media whatever you want to call them to ever do PT with us as well I was surprised about that Nobody's asked nobody's asked well it's not everybody can cut it like jack hey I thought it was just something to do man
Starting point is 00:10:10 I was I was trying I needed to get Let's do. Okay. Thanks, right. So, look, first point, I agree it should be public. I agree it should be public because like I said, if we're going to kill people, this is a measure of the state. All executions should be public. Yeah, it should be public. We shouldn't be sanitizing this. If the state is going to kill somebody, the state should kill someone, right? And it shouldn't be something that where the state makes it look as if, yeah, we're going to kill people, but we're going to sanitize it to the point where it's like a person that's gone to sleep. Oh, you're killing somebody. Like that's not a trivial thing.
Starting point is 00:10:48 And the glee, the heck's up gets out of this is a little disturbing. Like I get it as a machine process, right? You have a trial, you convict the person in the machine now dispenses, quote, unquote justice and in this case justice is a firing squad okay i get it he killed 13 people i thought it was 18 but he killed 13 people i get it like it's he's clearly guilty as sin if you're going to kill anybody this would be the post the boy for the person that you kill what i don't like is hexs if actually i'm not going to say he's clearly guilty i mean he oh you don't think he's killed them but i mean i think he i think an insanity defense would have
Starting point is 00:11:26 would have would have withstood scrutiny in a civil court. You know, he, in a criminal, in a, in a, in a military tribunal, they're not going to do that, you know, in a court martial. But the fact is, he was insane. Okay. So the point is he suffered PTSD by proxy. There's no doubt about that in my mind. He was an army.
Starting point is 00:11:50 He was an army psychologist. He was dealing with people who were coming back from Afghanistan and, Rock who committed all sorts of war crimes and witnessed other war crimes and witnessed terrible things happened to them to their colleagues. And they were very messed up. Many, many, it's well established that psychologists who deal with a lot of that kind of trauma often find themselves traumatized themselves. By according to his colleagues at the clinic where he worked on base, he was already catatonic and psychotic and was suffering a psychotic break before the a lot of people brought this you know his mental state to the attention of their superior officers they were all
Starting point is 00:12:36 dismissed ignored brushed off I mean I think the guy snapped he he lost his fucking mind this isn't about so I mean was he you know radicalized after the fact I mean the way that Hegseth and other people in the military are portraying this right now is as if this guy snuck in as a sleeper agent from another country, got himself into the military, worked his way up to major with a view toward one day I'll have my big shot and I'll shoot up a medical clinic inside an army base. That's not what happened. This guy joined the military as a patriotic American, worked his way up through the ranks, became a major that's most very, very few soldiers ever get. that far and then you know and then found himself basically losing his fucking mind didn't get any help
Starting point is 00:13:29 that he needed snapped and had a psychotic break in an environment where he and everyone else has easy access to weapons i mean i think i think an insanity defense would have been appropriate here i mean execution is i mean it's it's crazy i mean if you're going to execute him i agree do it in public. They're going to live stream it. I mean, I hope every child sees it because this is the true nature of this country. It is a full reflection of the American experience
Starting point is 00:14:01 every bit as much as NASCAR, Apple Pie, baseball, and the Pledge of Allegiance. It's who we are. We're mean, we're cruel, we have no sympathy whatsoever for other people when they break. We're assholes. And so we need to make sure that everyone knows we're assholes.
Starting point is 00:14:23 And so thank you, Pete Hagseth, who is not gay and does not like other men and does not think about work about what they would feel like in his arms when he works out with them. Thank you, Pete Higseff for telling us, for making this decision because it's going to force us to confront who we are. Well, that's why I think it should be life. it forces us to confront who we are. And ultimately, you know, the public can make a choice. I'm in full agreement. No sarcasm at all. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:54 But, I mean, but Ted, did he know what he was doing was wrong? It's that. I don't know. I think that's the thing is I don't know. Okay. But that's the crux of the issue. And he killed 13 people. Like, there are 13 people that no longer exists.
Starting point is 00:15:12 I understand. Like, look, I agree with you. And he injured over 30 more. I mean, some of whom I assume are still, many of whom, I'm sure, are still not the same people as a result. So, I mean, an argument could be made, right, that he is a result of America's policy abroad. And I agree with you on that, that this idea of culpability, that HECCF is making the speech as if HECF, whose head of a military organization has sent those people over there to commit crimes and commit mayhem. I mean, you've heard what he said, right? Like, this is, we have to win. Okay, where's the win here? I mean, like, major, you know, Major Hassan, it was not an enemy of the United States.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Okay, he's not an enemy. He's one of our own, and he snapped and killed a bunch of people. That's the truth. It's not about winning. I mean, who are we defeating? Did we take out an Iranian agent? He's not Iranian. Did we take out of it?
Starting point is 00:16:06 It just, it boils. There are 13 people that no longer exists. Right. They have family members. They have connections. They were real people, right? Yeah. despite the fact that they were American soldiers.
Starting point is 00:16:15 Yeah, they were just waiting to see a doctor. Yeah. I have a question for you, Ted. And I mean this sincerely, I've been thinking about this a lot. First, how do we know he snapped? How do we know that he did not choose his? I think the JT is right. You know, the United States is there in the Middle East,
Starting point is 00:16:31 is wedgy war against Muslims. Are you killing a million people in Iraq? We just got occupying Afghanistan, doing all this crap, right? So I don't think you can say that he snapped. Maybe he decided his allegiance to his religion into the Islamic umma was of a higher uh loyalty than the oath to the nation which he served or he thought we were wrong or maybe it was both or meaning all the people came back and reported stories about how they were killing them other Muslims for lack of a better term but the
Starting point is 00:17:00 difference but i guess the point i'm trying to make is is if you snap that means that you're out of your mind and you're out of control whereas if you sit down if you reason if you reason this thing through you decide i am going in my own way to stop as many American servicemen from killing my Muslim brothers and sisters as I possibly can. That's not crazy. That's you making a choice. I think you guys are missing the point here, or at least I'm not failing to articulate this well. No, you explain to you very well. Well, what I'm trying to say is I don't think that like, okay, so when I say that the guy snapped,
Starting point is 00:17:38 snapping doesn't mean that there's no internal logic. snapping doesn't mean the person goes and just basically loses their mind and like starts eating their own tongue I mean I guess that that kind of thing does happen but there's an internal logic within psychosis that draws upon the real world for example there was a spate of paranoid
Starting point is 00:18:03 schizophrenic homeless people pushing Asian women off subway platforms in New York City right around the time that Trump was saying that all the stuff about China and Chinese people and how China was spreading the coronavirus in the United States, right? I mean, there's a correlation. Were those people crazy? Yes, but they're also drawing from stuff that's happening in the real world, in the news,
Starting point is 00:18:29 and in current events. I mean, it's entirely possible that a guy might, you know, who's, he might just draw, be like, the psychosis might prompt him to say, I'm Muslim, I've got to stop my American, these Americans from killing my co-religionists. The two things are not in conflict necessarily at all. Wait, wait, wait. They're not in conflict, but that's a rational act. Like, it's like crime. Like, you know, but certain people crime becomes the right. It's an irrational act drawing upon or drawing, drawing from rational occurrences, you know, I mean, you, that's the thing is, that's why I can't imagine he had a fair.
Starting point is 00:19:09 That guy couldn't have a fair trial. up is a rational act. Well, yes. It could be. If you're in Hamas, you have nothing to fight with and you are resisting, then yeah, the situation that you're in could push you to strap a bomb on yourself and blow up something. But some suicide bombers are psychotic and suicidal anyway, right. Maybe they're suicidal, but the situations that they're in, they see it as a rational act. And I can't necessarily say they're wrong considering they're fighting an enemy. Well, the question is not whether they see it as a rational act. The question is whether it is a rational act. Well, here's the difference. What do you think? Whoa, whoa, whoa. If I do something crazy,
Starting point is 00:19:50 but I think it's rational, of course, I think it's rational. The question is objectively, would a jury of 12, you know, presumably sane Americans think that I did, that I did a rational act, right? No, Ted, but I guess what I'm saying is people come back. They relate their stories. And if his response is, I'm going to kill Americans as a result of what I've heard. that's, I don't know if that's a break. I don't know if psychological break. Like you may think that's irrational and they may say, well, he was radicalized. I would say he heard story after story after story most likely.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Maybe it's both. Maybe it's both he was radicalized and he was made psychotic. And maybe the psychosis is what led him to the radicalization. These are a lot of things. There's no way that guy got off. Let me put this way. There's no way I believe that guy could get a fair trial. After, you know, in a military court.
Starting point is 00:20:41 in a court marshal after killing a bunch of soldiers, I don't see how that guy got a fair trial. Well, the senator justice is different. He killed 13 people and wounded tens of soldiers, whatever that number is 50, 60, 70, 80. That is a lot of people to hurt and injure and then to go along with this idea of a bleeding heart case for the guy for the killer. I'm not saying that, I'm just saying that like I don't want to be, look, the, the main point here is, is of course we should focus on the live streaming and the execution itself. But I just don't want to be too quick in saying, oh, he's clearly guilty. I'm not, I don't think, I don't really believe he's really. Okay, let's say, he clearly did it. Yeah, he agreed with that part, right? That's, there's no question
Starting point is 00:21:26 about that. Okay. And there are 13 people who had lives, family members and everything that no longer exists. And there are tens of others that are wounded maybe for life. You agree with that part? 100%. Your issue is, is he psychotic? And I guess I was like, I don't know if he's I mean, it's- Look at his fucking face. I mean, seriously. It's like, he's not going to tell me anything.
Starting point is 00:21:46 I'm saying somebody killed a lot of people and my bias. I got to be honest, it's towards the people who were murdered. I mean, yes, I have it. I accept that he was damaged by the people who came back and relayed stories and everything else. But I also have to put that in the context of the number of people that he killed and wounded. Like, those people aren't nothing. And for whatever particular, put it this way, it feels. And I'll just say feels.
Starting point is 00:22:11 It feels like there's a bleeding heart for the killer. That's what it feels like. Oh, for me? Yeah. No, I'm just interested. Now, not really. I'm interested in fairness. I've always been interested in fairness.
Starting point is 00:22:26 And so, I mean, I don't really, I mean, I don't stay up at night thinking, I had much more of a bleeding heart for someone like Johnny Walker Lind, who, you know, was literally sent to prison for 20 years for carrying an AK-47. that he could have bought at a store near Robbie's house for, you know, a few hundred bucks. Okay. I mean, that, that I seriously have, I have bleeding hard for him. That's bullshit. And just be clear.
Starting point is 00:22:50 This case is like, I want him to have a fair trial. It's not like, I don't want him have a fair trial. I don't think he had a fair trial. I don't think he had a fair trial. I don't think he's been treated fairly. I think that, I mean, I think, I mean, I think it's a tragedy. I think that there's 14 murders. There's 14 deaths, not 13 from Fort Hood.
Starting point is 00:23:07 And he's one of them. I mean, I think it's like, you know, it's, I don't think the military handled him well. I don't think that, you know, I think this all could have been avoided if the warnings to his supervisors had been heated and paid attention to. I think it's a bunch of cold-ass, stupid rules following idiots who let this happen. That may be true. I guess the part that I understand is, is first, how can we know that the guy is crazy, but it could just be a matter of elite? And let me give you an example. I think that fits better.
Starting point is 00:23:44 Well, we should know one way or for one way or the other for sure before we, before we firing squad a guy on national, on international, you can never, you can never know exactly what is another person's heart or what is in their mind. And case and point, in 1861, there are an awful lot of people who made a conscious choice that their allegiance to their home state, their home state was worth more than the allegiance to the United States military. We call those people Confederates. What I'm saying is that Hassan could have made that exact same choice. He could have decided in a completely rational mind in the same mold as Jeb Stewart or AP Hill
Starting point is 00:24:25 that my allegiance to my faith. I'm totally open to that possibility. But you're saying he's psychotic. The person of proof is on the prosecution. This is the United States. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. Did he kill 13 people? Yes or no?
Starting point is 00:24:44 Yeah. There you go. But they have to also show that he was in a, the prosecution also has to show that he was of sound mind to do so. If the argument is we can never know what's in his mind, then we can never execute anybody. No, but we can be 90%. We're supposed to be 90% sure or more, right?
Starting point is 00:25:00 That's the standard. I, okay, Ted Rawl is not 90% sure or more. Let's put it that way. Did they even have this case in the open? I mean, it was in a military court, right? No, I was in a court martial. So we don't know. So they convict, so they convict, they try him and they convict him in secret,
Starting point is 00:25:20 but they kill him on the internet. Yeah, he should make convicted on air also. Like, you know, this idea of not knowing whether or not. All trial, all trial procedures, including military processes, should all be live streamed and stored on the internet. All public meetings should be live. streamed. All cabinet meetings should be live streamed. All meetings in the Oval Office should be live streamed. I mean, this is the government. We pay for it. If it's representative democracy, then unless we're
Starting point is 00:25:51 talking about matters of extreme national security, it should all be public. And, you know, it's not things that you can't do public. Like, there's certain conversations you can't have public as a president or as, you know, I mean, that could be argued. But I mean, I think the default mode should, be transparency and then you can like you know move to exceptions for secrecy we have the opposite everything is you know the default mode is secrecy i guess the thing is he's in the military and because he's in the military he's sold he's not a free person no if that makes sense no you're basically property yeah um and look it's it's going to be so we we got to let's do some comments and we'll get back to this a little bit because it is a fucking amazing story
Starting point is 00:26:38 F. You so, why just live stream executions when we can go full dystopian capitalism and make it a game show like in Running Man? Right. By the way, I've seen now seen both versions of the movie. The remake is not bad. FU.S.O also says, we should go full Logan's run and go to Carousel at 30. Yep. A question for me. Philip Blair, have you read what Casanova himself wrote about his disgust at witnessing a public execution in France.
Starting point is 00:27:10 If not, check it out. Casanova wrote it in French. I have not read it, but lots of people. It should be disgusting. A person is going to kill. Like, disgust should be, right? The default. Yeah, they're still have to decide, right,
Starting point is 00:27:23 whether they're going to, like, he's in a wheelchair. Are they going to strap them up to a post or are they going to shoot him in his chair? Keep him in a wheelchair. I mean, the public should see it. Like, if we're going to do it. The public should, we do it. It's our money. the pace for it, the public should be it. I couldn't agree more. And again, I think our children
Starting point is 00:27:42 should be forced to watch it in school. If they, well, I mean, it's going to be public. So it's public. They should people, kids should know what kind of country they're growing up into. They should know what their country does, what it's like. I mean, the glee, the video that you showed there, Jamaral, from Pete Hanks, I mean, he's about to have an orgasm. He's so excited. By the way, are we getting conned here? Is this just a distraction? Like, you know, we're gonna be talking about this for the next month instead of the elections.
Starting point is 00:28:16 And, you know, this is just like a, it's just an attempt to, you know, have its only thing. Because this is, this is a, I mean, the timing is pretty suspect. I mean, the dude's been sitting there since 2009, right? But I don't think they get anything out of it. Like, meaning, I don't think anybody watches, maybe his base, like, is like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:28:35 we get to kill a Muslim. Maybe. Maybe. Some. But I don't know how many people like look at that and think to themselves, now that we get to kill a Muslim, I'm going to vote for Trump. Yeah, I don't. Like, does that work that way?
Starting point is 00:28:48 Or is it? No. If you're Trumpy and you're getting, and you were like on the fence and now you're like, oh, definitely I'm back in line. Let us know. He's killing a Muslim live. God damn, I'm going to vote for him. That's my president.
Starting point is 00:28:59 Yeah, like if I know he was going to kill a Muslim on the internet, I told, I totally would vote for my Republican House. I don't understand why. I don't understand why they're doing this after the midterm elections. The smart political play would be to it before the elections. Yeah. I don't know if there's December 3rd, right? It's in my third, right?
Starting point is 00:29:19 Yeah. I mean, just in time for the holidays. I mean, it's clearly not a political stunt. There's no value in it. For, yeah. Yeah, I agree. I don't know what the value would be. But the choice of this guy.
Starting point is 00:29:33 It's just been hopped up on. We could kill a Muslim on air. No, listen. I am a supporter of the death penalty. I'll be making the case later on today at 2 o'clock mountain time of Ted. But here's the thing, though, someone who legitimately enjoys the idea of killing somebody should never have that power. Yeah, agree. Never.
Starting point is 00:29:53 If you get your rocks off of the idea of killing another person, you are not the person to have that power. Why do you think they're laughing? And it should definitely be more in sorrow than an anchor, right? Oh, for sure. I mean, why don't think they're live screaming this? Yeah, let's, yeah, that is the question. I'm fascinated by that. Nobody told him to do that.
Starting point is 00:30:14 They decided to do that. Because American society is in love with the idea of killing and death. But I don't think this is American society. I don't think anybody in American society said to themselves, hey, what we really need to see is to kill somebody live on it. Listen, the most popular shows that are on, that are on TV or, you know, by TV, I mean, like Netflix and stuff are going to be your violent action thrillers and stuff. It's going to be political thrillers.
Starting point is 00:30:37 It's going to be war movies. What are those having comedy? Killing people. True. But it's one thing to kill people, like, sanitize, like, on TV and murder and stuff like that. Like, people like that stuff. Sure. Intellectually.
Starting point is 00:30:51 I don't know if they're going to, like, I don't know if people are going to watch him get shot and think of themselves. Yeah, I need more of that. Oh, I think they would. I think there's a segment of the population. It's going to be like, I want this. How is this? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:02 How is this going to play? How is it to play? How does that perform? On December 4th, what are people going to be saying? Are they going to be saying that, I mean, obviously it's going to be a mix. But what's the overall take going to be like, well, you know, that was disgusting or that was necessary or that was great? What is the? They may say probably disgusting, but necessary or disgusting. I don't, I don't have an effect with that. James Kelly says, I fear it's an attempt to quell dissent in the ranks. Also, I remember seeing the beheadings on YouTube and made me feel like, the terrorists were monsters, it will create bad propaganda. Yeah, I remember I saw the beheadings on YouTube too. Yeah, I think so too.
Starting point is 00:31:44 I mean, like, cool looks at somebody chops off the head and thinks of themselves, yeah, I need more of that in my life. Mm-hmm. Or the helicopter pilot who was set on fire? Exactly. And a fire squad is not that far away from that, right? I mean, it's still, you're basically shooting somebody on air. I don't, like, look, there may be people in the population that Hexsuff and Trump believe their messaging by doing this and by being so excited about we're going to kill a Muslim on air
Starting point is 00:32:12 because that's what it boils down to i agree with you it's not we're killing a soldier on it we're killing a Muslim that was in the ranks that snuck in somehow and all of a sudden kill all of these American troops that's the way they're running with this right and even in the British thing what did they say Iran the Muslims were doing this like they're boosting this up and there's something gross about that if you said very gross you on air That would have never been, like, people would take serious issue with the thing. Interesting that he said it was a no-brainer. I mean, I don't want the decision to execute someone on, you know, international television, effectively, to be a no-brainer.
Starting point is 00:32:54 I'd like to think that this was carefully considered. Well, yeah, I want him to get a fair trial before the execution. But again, I keep back to... I mean, how do you think this came up? I mean, obviously, like, who... What was the thinking process? Like, first of all, I mean, there's been, obviously, there's no rush here. I mean, you know, President Trump has been president for, you know, five or six years during which this guy was in custody and they could have done this.
Starting point is 00:33:23 They chose not to do it. You know, he's been in there for 19 years, right? I mean, sorry, no, I'm lying, 16 years. But the point is that the guy's been in the clink for nearly two. decades, why now and why firing squad, which hasn't been done since World War II, and why public, which hasn't been done anywhere for 90 years? And the last time it was done, it couldn't have been more racially coded, right? I mean, it was basically a Jim Crow event in the South. Why now? This is all, it's all signaling, right? It's vice signaling, not virtue
Starting point is 00:34:03 signaling was also racially coded i mean like he's leaning into the fact that the guy is a mussel yeah he's he didn't need to he shouldn't he didn't need to even mention it you could have just said this guy betrayed his country he killed his colleagues yeah i mean so i mean for one thing it's the military so i'm not shocked that the military is going to kill somebody that kill 16 people and wounded x number of fortress like from the military's point of view this is justice right And hence, that's what Higgs-F is trying to project. This is justice. But it's weird justice, because, again, who acts for a public execution?
Starting point is 00:34:41 The fire squad, again, it's the military. I get it. It's a valid organization. But also, they haven't done that since World War II in the military, right? I mean, they've used lethal injection, you know, when they've created out. Injection, no, he wants us to be public, and he wants to be a spectacle. And I think part of it is this is what happens to you when you, it's kind of like, I got the January 6th and they put all those people in prison.
Starting point is 00:35:03 And they were putting those people in like the 20 years and like these harsh sentences, keeping them in like involuntary. Sending a message. Yeah, they were sending a message. If you attack the state, this is what happens. No quarter given, right? On some level, P. HECC is doing that. The wild part about it, though, is he's doing it public.
Starting point is 00:35:24 And that's the part that I don't get. Like, that's the part where I'm very curious on. Obviously, it has everything to do with the political space. they must believe on some level that this gains them points. Yeah. Otherwise, why do it a public? There's no reason not to. Yeah, there's no reason to.
Starting point is 00:35:41 He's going to be, do you think they'll back out? Do you think they'll back off? I mean, Trump does back off on things. He threatens things and that doesn't do it. No. They're doing that. Like, SPAX. No brainer.
Starting point is 00:35:54 No brainer. Yeah. Yeah. If, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, he needs to take care of. He should take care of it in the next few weeks because that's it. Yeah. In fairness, HECSF is easy.
Starting point is 00:36:09 Hexs has one pushing for this. He should be the one pulling the sugar. Agree. Well, maybe. I don't know. No, I'm serious. I'm not. I'll ask for, will the soldiers who do this carry this out that will they be ordered to do it or they ask for volunteers?
Starting point is 00:36:23 I think it would be cool if HECS up to join in. I agree with you, Rob. The more I think about it, I agree. He knows how to use a gun. But that's even more spectacle, though, which makes it a little weirder. And what heads of do it? Hey, why not get Trump in there, too? Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces.
Starting point is 00:36:40 They were very amped up about it. Why not? But that's the problem with government, though. They sit back and they press a button and somebody dies. And you never necessarily have any consequence from the button that they press. Meaning, if there's negative consequences from it, they don't take the hit for it. The people who carry that stuff out takes the hit. And that's the sad part because it means that they're insulated from the choices that they make.
Starting point is 00:37:04 George Bush is finger painting right now despite the fact that he started a war. They got all those people killed. The consequences never really hit George Bush, despite the fact that George Bush is the one that is marshaling the money and the time and the manpower, etc. in order to do the balance. It's so screwed up, meaning there's no incentive for George Bush not to do it, just like there was no incentive for Obama not to do it. Just like there was no incentive for Trump not to do it. If they had incentives, meaning if, you know, they had. had to fight the war. They would never do the shit.
Starting point is 00:37:32 Just a reminder, we need your support. It's paid a day for a lot of you. So if you can throw us a few extra shuckles, we'd appreciate it. $5 for exclusive shows, $10 for a closing credit, $20 for exclusive call-ins with Jamaral and myself and Robbie. Yeah. You know, we're not like Kimberly Guilfoyle, where we can call a donor and say, please pay our $100,000 Alex bill. Appreciate that.
Starting point is 00:38:02 Okay, so anything else to say before we move on to ICE in New York City? No, I don't think so. It's, it's, we always live upstream from chaos, like meaning from bad choices.
Starting point is 00:38:18 We live upstream from those bad choices. And oftentimes, like when we're dealing with the results of it, you can't really do anything about the results of it because it's a horrible choice that initiated it. It's almost like you have to go to the source. And the reality of it is, you have a point. Even though I may disagree with you in the context of this guy
Starting point is 00:38:33 and whether this is clean, kill, which I don't like the way that sounds, but I think you do my point. A clean case. A clean case. And even then, as you point out, it may not be a clean case because we don't know what it was in his mind. But either way, he killed a bunch of people. He ended a bunch of others.
Starting point is 00:38:51 He's in the military. The military is a violent organization. They're going to do what they do, right? But his, the issue, if you're right, has more to do with the fact of the wars. The man is downstream from the wars. Like, meaning people are going out and committing violence. Those people are damaged. So we've damaged people in the process of the wars.
Starting point is 00:39:15 These people who claim rah-rah the troops. I support the troops. But what they mean is, I support the troops going out and killing people abroad, which is outrageous. But it's what they say. It's, you know, supporting the troops to me is keep them at home. I want my cousin at home. I don't want my cousin fighting a war. I don't want him damaged by killing somebody,
Starting point is 00:39:31 nor do I want him damaged by getting hit by anything. Support the troops, keep them home, yeah. Keep them home if you love the troops. That's not what they mean. That is not what they do, especially when they're in Congress. When they say support the troops, what they mean is support the war?
Starting point is 00:39:44 They support the wars. They support the wars. I mean, how much time do people who say support the troops agitate for raids or better, you know, or better working conditions for the troops? They don't. Or better VA. Like, they support the wars.
Starting point is 00:39:59 They support those troops. Better retirement benefits, whatever. Yeah. Yeah. And I guess my point is, it's the wars, that's the issue. It's the wars that fucked up the troops. It's the wars that those people came back and expressed the things that they did when they were abroad or the things that they saw when they were abroad. It's those things that influence him to do what he did.
Starting point is 00:40:18 The issue is the wars. Let's just hope that people who watch the execution on live stream, let's just just just hope they don't get traumatized and lose their minds and go on a mass killing spree. So we'll have to kill them on national TV too. Yeah. Yeah. It's just, it's, I mean, also, this is, I mean, God, it's also, it's so cheesy and grossly. Oh, we're going to execute him at the same place, at the same time of day, on the same day of week as the killings took place.
Starting point is 00:40:51 Would it try to make a point? Could you be any cheesier, Pete, really? What, you're trying to make a point. I mean, it's like the Treaty of Versailles, right? Or like when Germany had to sign a surrender and they had to, what, in French phone booth, or a French rail car. Right. Hitler made them do that at that rail car. Or Biden wanted to end the Afghan war on the anniversary of 9-11.
Starting point is 00:41:14 Yeah. I hate that shit. I mean, it's what they do. It's really cheesy. It's dumb. I think it's the symbolism of politics. I don't think it's, well, this case is cheesy just because they are being very dramatic about the way they're doing it. in relation to killing somebody.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Pete Hicks at this, like, such a shrill girl, you know? I mean, really. Like, we're going to do this, we do that, we're going to do that, okay, Pete, calm down. I can't mean she's the Secretary of Defense. Every time I think to myself, how is this guy, the Secretary of Defense? I know, right. I mean, literally, he's in charge of the,
Starting point is 00:41:50 he's literally the biggest employment manager on the planet. He literally supervises the large, the organization that hires the most people. That guy. That fucking guy. The Fox weekend host. That's not in any way gay and is not in any way like men. No.
Starting point is 00:42:08 He has eyes only for attractive women with breastuses and everything. And that's not what he is. He's working out next to the sweaty, muscle bound hunks. he's only thinking about tasty, delicious, white, non-Muslim women. Okay. So, ice, so this, so there was a shooting yesterday at 4 o'clock in the afternoon here in New York. Yesterday, ice in unmarked vehicles surrounded the car of a Dominican guy. He had his five-year-old boy in the back seat.
Starting point is 00:42:51 This happened in the Marble Hill section. of the, which is better known as sort of South Riverdale in the Bronx, which is a nice area of the Bronx. People who are not familiar with New York City might be thinking of like Fort Apache, the Bronx, and the old movies from the 70s and 80s. But this is not that. This is a very quiet, very pretty area right at the confluence of the Hudson and Harlem Rivers. And right next to a commuter rail station. And anyway, they surrounded him.
Starting point is 00:43:24 It looks, details are still coming out, but it looks like he was scared and may have tried to leave. You know, in New York City, when masked goons in unmarked cars try to surround you and try to keep you from leaving, you generally are going, are right to assume that you're about to be carjacked. And so, you know, I wouldn't blame the guy at all for trying to leave. There's mixed, there's mixed reports as to whether or not he was a real criminal of any sort. beyond being undocumented. Some say yes, some say no. Mayor, Mayor Zaron Mamdani called President Trump,
Starting point is 00:44:02 asked him to let this guy go and also to kick ice out of New York City. Obviously, that's not going to happen. But there's going to be protests today. It's going to be a spicy weekend in the Bronx, I think. Yeah, I saw him surround the car. In fact, I even put the video up of them. doing it.
Starting point is 00:44:25 Shooting a guy. Because I thought they shot the guy. They shot him. He's in the hospital now. He's in the hospital, yeah. And his kid was in the backseat of the car. Meaning they were going to snatch the guy. What were they going to do with the kid when he snatched the guy? He was five years old.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Five years old. And I love how they said, how he's unharmed. Oh, yeah. I'm sure he's fucking great. He had a fucking awesome Thursday. You're talking? Yeah, the kid. I was like, oh, thank God.
Starting point is 00:44:54 The kid is run harm. Oh, how was your day? Nothing much happened at school today. Oh, oh, right. They, you know, armed goons shot my father almost to death while he was driving my car. Oh, right, that happened. Otherwise, I'm good.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Yeah, the kid is perfectly fine after his dad got shot by, yeah, by thugs. And even saying, well, the kid's not harmed. Well, good, right? The kids shouldn't be harmed, right? It shouldn't be a situation. That's a win, I guess, as a, speed eggs out.
Starting point is 00:45:25 Yeah. That's like people saying, well, I take care of my kids. Well, there are you kids. You're supposed to take care of them. And I get any credit for that. That's your job, right? Your job is not the harm of five-year-old child as you go about snatching somebody out of the car.
Starting point is 00:45:39 They probably would have sent the kid to child protective services, I would imagine. Yeah, unfortunately, yes, as opposed to him being with his father. Yeah. Like, there has to be a better way to do this. Like, this is just outrageous way of doing this. And again, I don't even know if the guy was guilty per se. I don't even know if the guy's undocumented.
Starting point is 00:45:55 Is a guy even undocumented? You can't believe a fucking word that comes out of this administration. But, I mean, after the way they lied about, like, Alex Prady and Renee Good, I mean, who can believe anything these assholes have to say? Robbie, can you do me a favor? I mean, by that way, play that video for us? Oh, right, right. Okay.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Yeah. Yeah, this was the scene after they shot the guy. All right. You see it happening here. Yeah. I'm thinking that's a car. Yeah. You're trying to...
Starting point is 00:46:55 You see it happening here. You see it. NYPD, firewood protesters. They're trying to put the barricades up. Protest are underground. She's been taken away. Yeah. That is cool.
Starting point is 00:47:13 That is cool. That is cool. This is one of those rare times when I feel sorry for the cops. NYPD, New York City is a sanctuary city. It does not cooperate with ICE. It's not allowed to under both Democratic and Republican mayoralties. And the NYPD was not involved in this, and they did not coordinate with ICE. But they have to go.
Starting point is 00:47:43 So ICE comes in, fucks up a perfectly quiet neighborhood in the middle of a quiet, normal day. and now you have civil disturbances and it's up to the NYPD to have to handle it. Fuck ice. That car, I think there was a car. In another video, they're ramming the people
Starting point is 00:48:01 to try to get out. Like the people are trying to stop the car from leaving after they shoot the guy. And the police car or the ICE car is pushing and pushing and pushing. And people are like trying to put their bodies on the car. And I look at that in that somebody to self. I love New Yorkers.
Starting point is 00:48:18 I said, that's great. New Yorkers. New Yorkers are awesome. People should respond. Like, meaning that's like if Randall Goons went after, do you remember, I forget the city that took place where they raped the guy or they raped the woman in the back and instead of people doing it in your videotaped? And it's like, yes.
Starting point is 00:48:36 Fuck it's this, right? That's not a human response. Yeah, don't go for your phone. I mean, it's okay to video. I mean, it's, we, you know, we know the videotaping is incredibly powerful, but we also need people to put their bodies between violence of the state and the people. Yeah, when you see this kind of this, this, this, deranged, you know, goons, snatch people out of their cars, shoot people in the middle of the street. Yeah, that's a normal reaction to me. That's how people
Starting point is 00:49:10 should behave. Like, it's outrageous that they act this way. And if there was more pressure from the public, obviously the ice person was terrified because it got in the car and was literally at the point of running people over in order to get away they were terrified they should have been terrified they should be terrified i mean this stuff is outrageous and like the only thing that stops it or the only thing that's a whatever restraint is the public do you know i don't understand why there's so much anger about this no i get i i can't say i mean i mean i mean i mean i mean the The dude was shot. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:48 But did you all see why I shared with you all on the chat yesterday about how you know, they could have probably just knocked on his window and then like, sir, can you roll down the window? We'd like to talk to you. They could have worn uniforms and they could have had a marked car. They could have just 99 times out of 100 people cooperate and they just go. Of course. I get that.
Starting point is 00:50:10 Let me here's my question. This guy's getting to protest. Fair enough. read the protest about the Trump administration. I don't know if you saw the articles that sent y'all. About 250,000 visas being revoked by the anti-Semitism czar. And these people are going to be sent home. And the crime that they committed was they came into the country legally to go to school and because they oppose a genocide are getting kicked out. But yet you have, But you have these people here who are tearing up the city because a guy who may or may not be illegal.
Starting point is 00:50:51 I have no idea was shot by law enforcement. Of the two, what our government is doing with the attack on free speech is much worse. But there's not a word about it. Robbie, we could talk about both. I know, but I'm not talking about you and Ted. I'm talking about the man on the street. No, we just saw these people out there, no, calling the NYPD fascists, and this other stuff.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Fair enough. So where are those same people when our government is directly attacking the First Amendment and the freedom of speech? There's not. I know, but right. Wait a minute, Robbie. These people saw somebody get shot. I get that.
Starting point is 00:51:31 I saw somebody get snatched and put it to a car. And they're in the moment responding to what they saw. So you think that's the difference? That's the difference. I think there's a difference because it's happening in the moment. If you talk to them outside of this, say you meet them at McDonald's and be like, sure, hey, how do you feel about this? They may agree with you.
Starting point is 00:51:47 They may say that's outrageous that the state is doing that. They probably would. Politically, they're the same people. Yeah, I get it. But why does one get a protest and the other one doesn't? I mean, of the two, the attack on free speech is so much worse. I guess I'm trying to make the point of they just watch somebody get shot. That's it.
Starting point is 00:52:05 And they are responding to the facts. And by the way, Well, in politics, optics are everything. But it's also kind of like, I don't want to bring a max again, but I will bring it up. There is a certain person that she would bring up that would annoy the hell out of me. And she would say, innocently, well, I just want to have a conversation about this. It's like, but dude, we've had this conversation for years. And this conversation has never gone well. And the conversation is not just the conversation
Starting point is 00:52:30 that we're having. It's kind of that with ICE, right? It's like, we've seen you kill people in other states. We've seen you snatch people off the street in other states. It's outrageous. that you're doing it and we've just watched you kill somebody in New York. It's not about this individual. It's about the totality of it. I agree with you. And yeah, as they pointed out, these people will probably agree with you about the free speech stuff. Yeah, no, I think it, look, I think Robbie's totally right. I mean, you know, that issue, I mean, affecting over 200,000 people is on, it's on an even bigger scale than this guy getting shot. You know, it's, it's, it affects many, many more people.
Starting point is 00:53:07 It's about an even more, even more important principle, which is the principle of free speech, but the point is that, like, it's abstract. A bunch of people got emails and letters saying that they were going to have, you know, their visas revoked. That's not the same thing as like you're minding, you went to the deli to get a sandwich and armed goons shoot a guy in front of his little kid. I mean, that's just, it's just, you know. It's not necessarily, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:53:37 But it's not either. Rational. It's not either or. Like, you can have rage for both. They're responding to something that happened in the moment. This is something that is happening. And in their neighborhood, right, in front of them. It's in front of them.
Starting point is 00:53:51 It's just a friend of them. But it's not like they agree. Bobby's not wrong. Right. It's not to disagree with Robbie in this. They probably would agree. It's New York. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:59 And in terms of like, well, you know, both deserve the protests, of course, obviously. All right. So that's not either. He's absolutely right about that. That's outrageous. We have a First Amendment, and they are completely, you know, raping the First Amendment. John Doe's asking me, do I not believe in the death penalty? Well, I believe the death penalty exists, but I don't think we should have one.
Starting point is 00:54:27 Because I don't think the state should set that low standard of behavior by killing people, even though many cases deserve it. Also, do I think our country should have a military? Yes, we should have a military large enough to defend our borders. No bigger than that. If we need more, we can raise one. But we should have a purely defensive military. Let's see.
Starting point is 00:54:55 $5 from James Kelly. Thank you very much. I agree. He should be taken out to stream. it should not to stream it should not happen I guess basically kill him but don't stream it well wait no why not he didn't say I had the conversation with my mom about this last night what she was yeah I don't think it should be live and my thing was one now like why sanitize it if indeed the state is gonna do it what
Starting point is 00:55:25 was her answer is just that it's as as Robbie said before the show it's goolish which it is it's protest yeah it's just the idea of murder that's why i wanted to be public because it is ghoulish and that's exactly why i want to know public also because it's happening anyway yeah it's it's it's ours we should own it um daniel do you guys believe that soldiers who fragged their officers in the genocidal vietnam war should have been executed too no that's interesting question well i don't believe in the death penalty so no but that's a fascinating question but i can't say that i can't say that i can't say that that under that system, they didn't deserve to be punished.
Starting point is 00:56:05 I mean, obviously, you know, they deserved to be punished under that system. But are they also, you know, heroes? Yeah, they were heroes too. You can be a hero who deserved to be punished. The civil disobedience. When people are doing horrible things, meaning we are the bad guys in Vietnam.
Starting point is 00:56:26 We weren't the good guys, right? No. And somebody kills the officer. Is a guy doing a good thing for killing the office, considering we were the bad guys? Question. I have some people in the chat asking what I'm talking about about Trump's anti-Semitism. Do you all matter if I played the clip real quick? Please.
Starting point is 00:56:44 Okay. Just one second here, because this is a place where everyone should be able to come on and agree about how bad this is. You were the one where I saw this from because I remember, I was like, I know that story. And I couldn't remember why. I know the story. You're the one who I'll put that up there. Okay. Let me shift.
Starting point is 00:57:05 I can make it work. God damn it. And that train is weird. There's no audio weapon. Well, we'll just pretend like we know what he's saying. I'll have the quarter pounder with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise. What? He's a quarter pounder.
Starting point is 00:57:37 While you're doing that, Macadon, thanks for the dollar. Give Pete Hanks at the break. Killing Iranian Muslims is turning out. not to be harder than I expected. Let him have this. So true, right? We got to take our wins where we can get them, right? That is, it's, the Muslim thing is very disgusting.
Starting point is 00:57:57 It's grotesque. Because it goes to the thing of, so racist. Well, it's like, why are they making this laugh? And are they making this laugh? Because I think they get some political benefit out of it. And that will be the only reason that I think they would do it laugh. And then it's like, okay, but what's the?
Starting point is 00:58:12 political benefit that you're getting out of this. By the way, there's a good suggestion here from Philip Blair that we should bring on Margaret, Kimberly, that it would be interesting to watch Robbie and Jamaral debate me and Ted, I mean, her and me. I think, yeah, I mean, I love Margaret. By all means, if we can get her, we should have her on just for whatever reason. Margaret is great. Who is she? I don't know her. Oh, she runs Black Agenda Report. She is fantastic. She's the- She is fantastic. Editor of Black Agenda Report. F-E-Sill, if you were suddenly surrounded by masked, heavily armed men,
Starting point is 00:58:50 wouldn't you go into action hero mode? TV didn't train you for this moment? Yeah, I would. No, let me just say. To the extent that this 63-year-old guy can do that. Yeah, no, I mean, if, you know, I mean, when I was at Cabby, Brooklyn was a very dangerous place in the 80s, and I didn't like to go to Brooklyn because it was a very dangerous place.
Starting point is 00:59:14 And you'd end up with an empty cab coming back because nobody ever took cabs from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Anyway, one time I made a mistake and I took someone to Brooklyn. I forget what neighborhood. Anyway, the point is there were three or four guys blocking the road all with two-by-fours. And they were basically like, you know, stop, get out of the car and give us your money. And, you know, I was fully cognizant of the fact. that I was driving a 2,500-pound vehicle, and they were just three or four guys with boards. So I rolled down the window, and I was like, get the fuck out of the way, or I'm running it right over you.
Starting point is 00:59:53 And then I just gunned it and went. They forged good for everybody, including the damage to my car. They jumped out of the way, and I was on my way back to Manhattan. But my point is, I would never have lost any sleep over killing those guys. And it's like, that's, I mean, if unarmed masked men surround you, I mean, even Mayor Mammondani, to his credit, said this yesterday, he said there's no difference between random unmarked, between ice and random goons. They are the same because they don't carry ID. They don't present, they don't identify themselves. In New York City, if random assholes in vans and cars surround you, it is reasonable for you to think that,
Starting point is 01:00:38 very bad things are about to happen to you and that you should defend yourself. Yes. Yeah, I think that's reasonable anywhere, but in New York City, it's really reasonable. I think they're missing your point. Your point is, you don't want to state doing this. If you have to defend yourself, that's different. Totally.
Starting point is 01:00:54 I think I've got to work. I'm not a pacifist at all. I am not a pacifist. Just one second. I got to work. Okay, great. Perfect. We have withdrawn from international bodies. And we have reinvigorated hate crime prosecutions. And we have worked in an unprecedented manner, unprecedented measures.
Starting point is 01:01:22 He signed an executive order and protected the students on college campuses. That anti-Semitism is something that cabinet officials can deal with. If you have trouble falling asleep. We've implemented a rigorous visa vetting process. Over 250,000 visas have been revoked. We have worked with countries to educate in their curriculum to not hate. We have withdrawn from international bodies. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:58 We heard that part of it. And we have reinvigorated hate crime prosecutions. I don't think that out. I wouldn't know what hate speech is. And we have worked in an unprecedented. The idea that the only hate that they're talking about. talking about is out of this way against Jews. While I assume that there is some hatred for Jews, the idea that this is out of the blue is nonsense. Israel is committing a genocide. They call themselves
Starting point is 01:02:28 a Jewish state as they commit that genocide. Some people, not entirely paying attention, may conflate Judaism with the genocide. What was taking place on the college campuses, Although far fewer than you would expect, given the situation. Yes. I mean. Yes. Agree. Like, meaning, it's not like people were getting beat up at college campuses in the way that these people are talking about.
Starting point is 01:02:51 Nonsense. I mean, there's literally, there is no, I mean, smooth this way. I don't want to sound like the people who say there is no genocide, because there's certainly a genocide. But there kind of is no campus anti-Semitism surge. Right. You know. Yeah, the game. There may have been some, there may have been some incidents here and there, but there's certainly no trend toward greater anti-Semitism on American colleges and university campuses. That's just not true.
Starting point is 01:03:22 Yeah, I don't buy the premise. I agree. I don't doubt that random events happen. But they're not systemic. And it's not like there's this massive swath of people going after. I don't buy that. Not enough to justify any change in policy or behavior. Let's put it that way. Yeah, those schools should afford it, as opposed to just kind of Benigo and acquiescently it.
Starting point is 01:03:43 They should afford it. But you got to remember. This is obviously not American first. Like they're literally, just like Robbie said, going after free speech of people who may have said something about the genocide. I don't like the fact that they're murdering women or children. All right, we're going to stop and revoke your visa.
Starting point is 01:04:01 You got to remember, they're using the ADL's definition of anti-Semitism, which conflates criticism. of the state of Israel. They say it is the Jewish state and if you criticize the Jewish state by virtue of that criticism, you're an anti-Semite. That's where this is coming. I would say it's a true anti-Semite, like a neo-Nazi and all that. Like, I'm not so sure they need to get a visa to come here as a tourist or as a student. But I would say the same thing about like someone who expressed any kind of ethnic hate of any kind. You see, you know, anti-black, anti-white, anti-Hispanic, whatever.
Starting point is 01:04:38 It's like, I don't really know if we need those people, but there's no special exception for anti-Semitism. And I also, an anti-Zionism does not count. I want to see mass protests over crap like this. That's what matters, because this is an attack on every single person in this country. If you have free speech, you have got nothing at that point. And that's what this is.
Starting point is 01:05:03 But those people aren't Americans. Those people need visas to come here. Yeah, I know. And they and then it's by this point multiple times. You have the right to constitutional protections in this country. And one of those things is to be able to say, I oppose this. This is wrong. You do not get to go through it and kill 100,000 people. Robbie, to get people to show up to a protest demonstration, as you know, whether you're right on the right or on the left, it's like it's arbitrary. I mean, you know, you can lead a horse. to a protest but you can't make him show up right i mean you have to mess another you have a american guy getting shot don't feed me that well that was that was not an organized protest okay that's not one of those things where hey uh next saturday there's gonna be everybody go 10 o'clock be there or be square this is a spontaneous eruption on the streets of a densely populated city that's not you know
Starting point is 01:06:01 it's not the same thing so if you go on facebook or you put flyers up in the neighborhood and you say everybody you know, hey, let's protest the 250,000 visas denied to people who were critics of Israel. You might get millions of people to show up. You might not. I mean, it's like you just, people who, you know, street organizers who are engaged in this, they know how hard it is to get people to show up. And so, I mean, it's like you can say, well, people, I have all sorts of issues that I think people should be up in arms about, like, not. least of which would be like the fact that there's no health care in this country but they're not um you know i mean what ted ral wants is good you know that well that'll get one person there maybe that's about it you know so you get too i'm sure maybe too all right thank you j t i appreciate you um all right so it's we're in the second hour here we go to 11 o'clock it's 10 o'clock it's 10 o'clock here on the east
Starting point is 01:06:59 coast um so we're now sort of in the q and a part of the show we're going to continue to bring you up to date on the news and thank you so much for joining us but you know questions particularly the paid ones are going to get priority here that would be the super the rumble rants in the super chats on youtube um and we'll take a few questions and we'll move on to this uh this story about uh about the latest from the iran war so okay let's see what we got here um if you were oh yeah you already got that one Robbie i want you to notice this bad cookies your xenophobia is what causes this iteration of ICE. There are others like you, Robbie in the USA,
Starting point is 01:07:44 who love that ICE is offing Americans. They call those victims traitors. Robbie, you deserve the right to answer that. I have nowhere to start because I have said multiple times Trump is doing the right thing the wrong way. I support mass deportations. I oppose the ICE's doing, and I oppose the military police force.
Starting point is 01:08:05 So bad cookies. I don't know what you're smoking, but you may want to up your dose. Okay, then. All right. So the Pentagon has been asked by Donald Trump to develop a three-day plan to bomb Iranian drone and missile and energy facilities as well as military targets. But whenever they get close to doing it, they don't do it. just decides like, okay, well, okay, maybe later. Also, the Houthis have been hitting Riyadh.
Starting point is 01:08:44 And it turns out we've lost a lot more, as Jamal, you've mentioned many times here on the program. There's been a lot more damage to American facilities, including military aircraft and drones and so on, then has been previously revealed. Senator Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, says that the Pentagon is covering things up, slow walking the reports, trying to minimize the damage, even downplaying the number of U.S. casual physical casualties that we're suffering among servicemen and service women. So what is this, I mean, what do you think is on the president's mind? Clearly, he knows that the war is wildly unpopular. Eight out of ten Americans, sorry, seven out of ten
Starting point is 01:09:30 Americans are against it. That includes a lot of Republicans. You can see people turning against the Republicans in the midterms, in large part because of this war that's taken all of his attention while he's ignoring the affordability crisis. Why is he kicking this can down? Well, first of all, is he really going to kick the can down the road toward the midterms, or might he decide, could this be deflection and then, you know, there'll be a sneak attack? And hasn't he already hit everything? I mean, that he's going to hit this war has been going on. on for months. U.S. and Israel's been bombing the shit out of Iran. What, did they forget something? Did they leave something for later on purpose? I mean, how does this make any sense?
Starting point is 01:10:18 Well, there are other schools. There are the weddings. So, yeah, there are other targets. I do look, I think Trump will start bombing back. They're wildly apart in regards to any kind of deal, any kind of agreement. And the fact of the matter is, how could Iran trust anything coming out of Trump's mouth. The U.S. still sees it's the U.S. can't even make deals with countries that are equals, right, that Donald Trump actually respects on some level like a Russia or China or, you know, he's not going to make a deal with a country that he doesn't respect, right? And from Trump's point of view, we spend a trillion dollars on a military, they spend a fraction of that, they're a smaller country, they should be able, we should be able to win that. That's the way he looks at it.
Starting point is 01:11:05 And so he's doing everything about who'll go back, to try to get some kind of advantage and try to, quote, win it. The problem that he's happening is there's no military solution, right? So it's like, okay, there's no military solution. So what do you do is Donald Trump? You started a war. You don't want to back out of that war because everybody's going to scream that you lost. And so you keep being engaged.
Starting point is 01:11:26 In one sense, you try to back away from it, but Iran is still hitting ships, as the ships are trying to transit the straight of Pramus. and it makes you look very weak. It makes you look like you've lost the war. And so he just stays still. You can't go forward. Coming backward doesn't seem to be an option. Standing still ultimately kills your economy.
Starting point is 01:11:49 You have to do something. And so Donald Trump, who is not going to accept the MOU, is probably going to go back to bombing, despite the fact that bombing wasn't a solution that solved the issue. In fact, it just made the issue worse. And knowing full well that if he goes, too far, Iran's response could be withering. So what is a president to do?
Starting point is 01:12:11 And I suspect he's going to go in a bombing campaign that tries to minimize. What will see? He's definitely going to go on a bombing campaign again. The catch becomes what is the extent of that bombing campaign? Because if he goes too far and the timing. And the timing of it. Yeah. But I think it's going to happen.
Starting point is 01:12:29 It's just a matter of when. He may be dithering now because he realizes or probably, realize that there's no military solution to it. And he may even, on some level, think, maybe if I wait for the midterms, maybe if I wait for the midterms, they won't turn out to be that bad. But I think he has the,
Starting point is 01:12:47 well, to be honest, I don't know what's in his mind. Rational man would understand. Does he know what, does he know what it's, what's in his mind? Well, there's that too. I mean, honestly, I'm not even kidding.
Starting point is 01:12:59 Pursuant to our conversation earlier about the death penalty and Hassan. If Donald Trump picked up a gun and went on a rampage in the White House and killed a bunch of people, I'm not sure he should be convicted because I think he is insane now. You know, it's funny about that. Lawrence O'Donnell was doing a monologue. And Lawrence O'Donnell says the president is insane. The president is out of his mind.
Starting point is 01:13:26 People should say the president is out of his mind. And yet nobody would say the president is out of his mind. And that should be the biggest story in the world that the president, and it's out of his mind. And I thought to myself, he's right. Like, dude, you were one of these people back in Joe Biden. Like, the Democratic part is making
Starting point is 01:13:46 that argument. In fact, I was going to cut that clip to do a video on that clip. That's how wow to me that clip. He's right now, but the problem is he has no standing because of what he and nobody does it. Do you know how much abuse those of us who are complaining about Joe Biden's lunacy?
Starting point is 01:14:04 for four years, you know, from the left, how much abuse we got. I mean, it was like, oh, what, you want Donald Trump, that what you want? And I was like, the man is insane. I would say the same thing about if Bernie Sanders had got in there and was behaving the way Joe Biden was acting, I would have said the same thing that he should be removed under the 25th Amendment, that he was insane. I would have, it's like integrity calls for putting your country and your party above like, you know, you're like, well, this is my team. And, you know, yeah, he's got a few advisors in there who are really running the show.
Starting point is 01:14:41 It's insane. And like, you know, I said this at the time. Democrats are going to lose their standing to criticize a future Republican president who's incapacitated. And here we are already. Yep. And you were absolutely right.
Starting point is 01:14:56 Because I watched a video on the thought to myself, who the hell are you? I just thought to myself, like, how are you making it? He is right. It should be the biggest story in the world like it should have been in 2021. Yes. Yeah. I was amazed by that argument because I'm sitting there like, dude, you guys protected Joe Biden like nobody's business.
Starting point is 01:15:16 And now Donald Trump is in there clearly insane. Yeah. And it's very hard for anybody to say it because saying it is immediate hypocrisy of the previous administration. Right. It's just wild to him to make the argument. I mean, yeah, he's right. I have a question for you. Do you all think that Trump and his administration is more pissed off about Iran holding the world economy hostage or about the Lego videos?
Starting point is 01:15:41 Of the two, which one do you all think? Serious question, which one pisses them off the most? Probably the Lego video. It's the Lego videos. Oh, 100%. Yeah, he doesn't care. I think you're right. It's all about ego with them.
Starting point is 01:15:56 He cannot admit that he lost the war. That's exactly a legal video. It was hilarious. Michael Ruby's like, let me keep making those stupid Lego videos. It's like, oh, it's under your skin. It's under your skin. Yeah, yeah. The Lego videos are awesome.
Starting point is 01:16:12 Yeah. Oh my God. He learned to fly on television. Oh, yeah. All right. So again, we're taking your questions. It's the Q&A portion of the show. Okay, here we go.
Starting point is 01:16:30 We need all of your content. Philip Blair. Robbie is speaking out of economic fear, bad cookies. Robbie is based, except when he speaks out of fear, fear blocks thinking, fear blocks compassion. Fear is the mind killer. I agree that would generally that fear is very bad fear. I will let fear pass through me. I would not be uncomfortable. Oh, that's Benny Jesuits. Bad cookies. Oh, I agree. It's that fear that feeds his xenophobia. It's that fear that system uses to enact their Gestapo. Hence, Robbie should own it. It's his people that gives ice credence. Okay, we've been through all that. Okay, there's more put back and forth on Robbie.
Starting point is 01:17:16 Poor Robbie having to defend his self here, but he can handle it. I love being psychoanalyzed by people on the internet. I mean, yeah, no, it's always funny. I mean, it's awesome. Well, the thing is, you know, does fear play a part into it? But yeah, because if there is an economic collapse, and if you have a country of 360 million people, and it falls apart, what happens then? A lot of people are going to die. A lot of people are going to die. And one of the ways that we have to, one of the tools that we have to fix that problem is increasing wages. So it keeps up with the cost of living.
Starting point is 01:17:55 As long as you have mass immigration, both legal and illegal, you are never going to have a wage. increase to match the cost of living that's not that's not being xenophobic that's math the math is a racist so yeah is there is there is there some fear there 100% I have an 18 year old daughter and a 17 year old son you bet your but I'm afraid I have no idea what kind of country would be that they're going to inherit I don't know the country's going to exist and if it does I don't be split apart with a bunch of warring tribes that's the last thing I want So yeah, am I worried?
Starting point is 01:18:35 You bet your sweet butt about it. But it's not about xenophobia. It's about the mismanagement of our country and the fact that our government puts every single other, every other special interest group on this planet first over the American people. You bet your butt. Okay, then. So just a reminder, and we do need your support. So if you are so inclined, blah, blah, blah. Okay, the Trump administration, and I suspect Robbie will have things to say about this,
Starting point is 01:19:09 is going after H-1B visa holders. And I think there's more to this story than just the usual immigration debate. J.D. Vance is basically the taking point on this. He said that companies like Adobe and Microsoft and IT outsourcing firms are abusing the green card H-1B and the H-1B visa programs to replace American workers, quote, with what is effectively foreign indentured servants. Also at the same press conference, Vance and other officials announced investigations into nine major universities like Harvard, Yale, and Stanford that they said basically
Starting point is 01:19:49 were used, they were bringing people in to study allegedly like, hey, you're welcome to come here for two or three or four years or whatever. and then basically setting them up to work rather than sending them back home afterwards. This is all true. I mean, this is absolutely all true. And Vance is right about all this. And I don't know how much political resonance it has, but it's all true. And it's disgusting at a time of high unemployment and underemployment and systemic underemployment.
Starting point is 01:20:26 I thought, I thought, we have to talk about the reality of it. We have to talk about the politics of it, too. I was thinking, Vance is now looking ahead towards his presidential campaign, right? And the question is, like, what is he going to have to point at? I think this is that. I think that he's going to try to position himself as much as he can under the shadow of Donald Trump as, like, the America first reset. of the he's the era of maga but he's going to he's more suspicious of the form of the foreign entanglements and the neo-conservatism of people like marco rubio and he's this this is all about signifying
Starting point is 01:21:09 this is why he's at the microphone you know we're we're doing this we're going after the h1b people who are taking american jobs we're taking we're going after these giant corporations which are exploiting american workers as well as foreigners who are coming to work under at a for too little. It's, I don't know, I think it's a pretty smart play personally. Yeah, agree. I mean, it's he's doing what he said or he's doing what Trump said he was going to do, kind of. Like, this is an American first policy that is being effectively led by J.D. Vance. You know, they used to do it in the Biden administration. They tried to with Harris, where she was like the borders are. That was supposed to be her thing, right? And that's what they do.
Starting point is 01:21:54 They set up the VP in order to be able to run later on. Hillary Clinton, in her case, was Secretary of State, but she was also set up to run. She did her to years. She had like an 80% approval rating while she was the Secretary of State, and then she runs, and of course it goes into the toilet. But Obama set her up to run also. Like this is kind of what presidents do. So this is kind of a signal that J.D. Vance most likely is going to run for the presidency at the end of Trump's term. And it's a good policy, right? I mean, you're, in fact, It's kind of a good policy. It's a good policy if you had free college for Americans,
Starting point is 01:22:30 or if you had college that was deeply, deeply reduced in costs. Or if you had public colleges where people can go for inexpensive or not much money. Then the reason I say that is, ultimately what you want is Americans taking those jobs. But if you want Americans to take those jobs, Americans have to be educated to take those jobs. And if Americans are not educated to take those jobs, then there will be holes in those jobs. It's like, okay, well, how do you get Americans to be educated for the jobs? Well, you have to make college affordable in a way that they will be able to get the slots, to get the education, to get the jobs, as opposed to just saying, well, would just import indigent service, right? Like, you can't have it both ways.
Starting point is 01:23:09 There will be shortages in positions if indeed you don't have a decent education system to get people in a position to be able to take the positions that you need them for. And so it's not that I disagree with the position. I agree what he's doing. Americans can do those jobs. But you have to put him in a position to be able to do them. I agree with everything you just said. And I would add also as a supplement that there could be some tax incentives for corporations to train workers. A lot of times, you know, it's not like colleges don't really train people to do a lot of jobs.
Starting point is 01:23:47 They educate them. but they don't train them. But like, you know, seriously, I would have no problem with giving companies tax breaks for, you know, to fund, you know, paid internships and apprenticeships and so on to bring people on like, hey, this is a trading program, you'll work here for a year. I mean, you're acknowledging the fact that while a company is training someone, they're not really getting a lot of productivity out of them. So, you know, we'll make it worth your while.
Starting point is 01:24:15 I'd certainly rather spend money that way than on Israel. Yeah. I mean, I would, I'm not against that, I suppose, but I want people to be able to go to school if they want to go to school. Like, for example, a tech company, a tech company, there's a prerequisite of knowledge that you require in order to be able to get, let's say, a tech job. Okay, I want people to be able to get that prerequisite of knowledge. And I don't necessarily want to entirely leave it up to the company to create like school in the company. but to do it. I know your point. It's um we a lot of what you learn in software is on the job because each company does it a slightly different like they use different tools. One company will use uh vb.net another company we use c-chr moves so fast that what you what you learned two years ago even at a great college is obsolete by the time you graduate.
Starting point is 01:25:07 True. Kind of kind of but not the skills can be like like for example if you lost like if you learn um basic software And the company switches to, I don't know, to a new software platform. You probably can learn it because the logic is going to be the same. The language and syntax is going to be different. The objects might be different, but the logic is the same. The logic is what you learn in school. The other stuff is what you learn in the company and when you take on the job in the company.
Starting point is 01:25:35 If that makes sense. Like we had a guy who came on to, I used to work in a company here in Richmond. There was an automotive company. And the guy came on, he knew nothing about the software. Like he understood software. he did software in the past, but he knew nothing about the new language. And it took them, God, it took him months to get up to speed on the language. But the company trained him in the language, even though he knew the basics of software.
Starting point is 01:25:59 Like, that makes sense to me. But if he had to come on fresh and didn't know anything, that'd be rough. Yeah. When I worked at the bank, I only had a, I didn't even have a bachelor's degree at the time, and I didn't study economics anyway. But they hired an MBA for Wharton. and I was assigned to train her and I just thought that was hilarious
Starting point is 01:26:21 really three years of three years of well because I'd been actually working as a banker she just went to Wharton that's not the same thing as working and banking right right but she had basics like she had prerequisite knowledge not really well not really
Starting point is 01:26:37 she was dumb it was no she wasn't dumb it's just that her education was completely irrelevant to the job I see so okay well I would agree with you and I guess it would depend on the job. Software is a little bit different. I never worked in a bank.
Starting point is 01:26:52 Yeah, I mean, again, banking's always changing. There's always new financial instruments. There's always, you know, new things. I mean, whatever. Tom Tillis, this is just breaking on the hill, Republican of North Carolina became one of the first his respondents to about this live streaming of Fort Hood shooter Nadal Hassan.
Starting point is 01:27:13 What they say? So this is a Republican. from North Carolina, probably not a big socialist, a Democratic socialist. Tom Tillis says, Hassan should face the death penalty, but making his execution public and streaming it beyond disgusting. Public executions are what oppressive dictatorships like Iran and Afghanistan do. It should not be happening in America. And Saudi Arabia. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:42 Yeah. Right. It's like, let's not put out the U.S. ally. Right, right, right, exactly. Yeah, Sondrave had a guy chopped up with a bone saw. Are you serious right now? You can say it wasn't public. No, it was sneaky, even though it was recorded sneakily by the turks.
Starting point is 01:28:01 Look, why is it, why is it that, okay, why is it that oppressive governments, as he point out, and he's used an oppressive as a negative. Oppressive governments, well, I guess oppressive government is. negative by definition. But oppressive governments do this, but rational governments don't. We just kill them. It's private. Okay, what's the difference? Oh, here's Chris Murphy. Yeah, he's trying to make the argument that like... Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, who we talked about in a different context earlier, said, what is Trump mimicking ISIS executions? I mean, I understand in this country, we have the death penalty. The public execution is medieval. This is just absolutely, just absolutely
Starting point is 01:28:45 extraordinary galling no matter whether you support or oppose the death penalty public hangings and executions that's what america has become that's what america has always been is it okay to kill somebody in private but not in public that's the question because you're still killing them right and i guess my argument is it's because you want to sanitize you want to act like murder is that murder i would say the same thing about like um you know processing meat i mean uh i think everybody who's into animal rights would agree with me that we should have that like a factory farming all of that the execution of cows and pigs that should all be something that's available on video for people to watch and you know we shouldn't know how our food is processed and created and grown and killed we
Starting point is 01:29:34 should know these things i mean i mean it's really crazy i mean okay so say what you want about a quote unquote oppressive dictatorship but you know in a country like in a country like Afghanistan, you do know where your food comes from because you've seen it, you've seen it being killed. You do know about life and death. You've seen dead bodies. It's possible in this country
Starting point is 01:29:57 to live 80 years and never see a dead body. I mean, it's really, really, I mean, we live in a strange society. Well, it's almost like you're trying to filter out pain in a weird way. But there's no way to filter out pain. There's no such thing. safety, right? But it's like the state doesn't want people to see the state committee murder.
Starting point is 01:30:21 And it's like the issue is the murder. It's not, you know, like meaning the issue is not that it's public. The issue is the fact that you're killing somebody. Like, let's call it what it is. It's like, oh, this is grotesque. It's like, what's grotesque? Yeah. Killing in public. It's like, so killing them in private is not. If killing them wasn't in private wasn't grotesque, then publicizing it would not be a problem. If you, were, if something is happening in private, let's say a meeting of the U.S. cabinet, okay, and then you decided to put a camera in there. You wouldn't say, okay, well, now putting a camera here is grotesque because after all, all you'd see is a bunch of boring white guys in suits
Starting point is 01:31:00 sitting around drinking coffee and talking quietly, right? That's not grotesque. It's the act that's grotesque. And that's what they're effectively saying. And the mere fact that we're seeing it, I couldn't agree more. Yeah, it's like, still kill him. That's right. But showing it is the problem. And it's like, are you serious right now? I remember when Tulsa Gabby went to Congress, and one of the Congress members basically said to her,
Starting point is 01:31:25 that paraphrasing the conversation. So you went to Syria, yes. And Tulsa Gabon makes a point, we were supporting terrorists. And he made the point to her. I get that, but why did you say anything? Right. The issue is not that we were supporting terrorists. the issues that you said something about it.
Starting point is 01:31:47 And that always blows my mind. Like when somebody says so, it's like, you're in trouble. Not because what you said is true. It's because you said it at all. And the death penalty is somebody, right? The issue is not that we're killing him. The issue is that you're showing it. It's like, no, dude.
Starting point is 01:32:03 It's like revealing. I mean, I get that there's so, yeah. Right. I mean, look, it's like Jeffrey Tubin, masturbating on his, on his Zoom call. Now, why is that like outlandish? Well, it's not just the fact that he showed his wee-wee to his colleagues accidentally. It's because masturbating is kind of unseemly, as we talked about previously.
Starting point is 01:32:29 It just is. And so when people see it, it's unseemly. You know, I mean, it reminds me of like when Dick Cheney cursed on the Senate floor and people were up, I mean, you and I both know that people in the corridors of power they all cursed like the day is long from the president all the way down they're all like fuck this like that blah blah blah blah blah blah they sound like me basically um and and so they all do bill clinton did lbj did nixon did they all did explicit deleted in the watergate tapes over and over and over again right explicit deleted um it's like okay so the shock is not the fact that people are cursing
Starting point is 01:33:10 It's the fact that he, that Dick Cheney did it on the Senate floor in a way, in a public forum where people could hear it. It's silly. Like, either, maybe he should just not be, the outrage should be that he's cursing, maybe, not the, if there's going to be outrage about that. Not the fact that he's doing it in public. Yeah. It's just, well, it's like, we can't, we can't have the public see these things. And, you know, I get it. Like, I want to sanitize Congress, kind of.
Starting point is 01:33:39 Like, meaning, I like my right honorable gentleman. They do that because they don't want to start fistfights in Congress. It's not like in Taipei where they do it in the Taiwanese. Yeah, in a certain country, they have fist fights. Yeah, Turkish parliament. They like the fistfights all the time, right? No, he's my right, honorable gentleman. You treat people a particular way with the hope that form follows, function follows.
Starting point is 01:34:04 Yeah, that's part of my problem with John Federman is that he doesn't have respect for the office that he holds or for the institution that he serves in or the people of the state of Pennsylvania and he dresses like a fucking slob. And look, you and I both know you behave differently when you dress like you are right now as opposed to like, you know, dressing like Robbie does.
Starting point is 01:34:25 It's like the point is, like if I go out into the world wearing a suit, I'm a more civilized person than if I'm just wearing shorts and a t-shirt. It's just true. I feel more civilized. And I feel like,
Starting point is 01:34:39 like i'm sure you do 100%. Yeah it's like i feel like i dress right i feel different yeah yeah yeah it's like i have shout i take my shower in a suit sorry robby to use you as an example oh no no it's just listen i'm wearing my bad neighbors make good fences sweaters so it's perfectly fine i guess the thing is is it a comfortable sweater for the winters of montana oh man it's awesome no me and kizzy we're no on monday monday through wednesday we're going to be camping over glacier park it's going to be in the tini's and snowing so it's cool cool yeah no it's this be nice and cold i guess i've thought about a lot about this and i guess one of the reasons why i dressed where that i
Starting point is 01:35:22 do with me because he's talked about this is like everywhere that wherever we go unless we're going to church you just dress like some hick i says true and i thought a lot about it is because i don't want people to think i am civilized wait said it again you don't want I don't want people to think I'm one of those people, one of those people and polite society, like one of those good, civilized people. I don't, Bobby. Well, I mean, now, here's where it comes from because, no, back when I was a kid when I was homeless, I went to a church on Highway 29, there in Escambia County, Florida, sat in the back,
Starting point is 01:36:06 and a usher from the church asked me to leave because my appearance wasn't adequate and I stunk because I was homeless and eating out of dumpsters. So I went to a church to hear about Jesus and I was asked to leave. And I made that unless there is a dress code for a job that I'm involved in, I will never, I will never dress from press another single soul. Take me as I am. no I accept that and so it's not under normal circumstance I mean oh yeah no I mean
Starting point is 01:36:41 yeah no I get it not man I think I'm you're the I trust her comfort myself you know but look for me for me it's a statement I don't want ever someone to look at me and make the mistake to think I'm one like one of these upper crust you know a Republican suit wearing sacks of crap who have done everything they possibly can
Starting point is 01:37:03 to make people's hit a living hill for profit. Yeah. I am my own billboard. You're like, it's like the lyrics of Johnny Cash is the man in black. Well, it's just, I guess like Brady Sanders.
Starting point is 01:37:19 The dude's never met a comb. I'll take it. Well, yes. I feel for him because like him, I have flyaway hair, very fine. Like the slightest breathe, it's just good, move. Oh, no.
Starting point is 01:37:32 Yeah. Yeah, yeah. You get right in the car in your hair, It's less than a way. Don't do the comb over, though. Just don't do the comb over. I'll go short. I'll go like Robbie, shave it all off.
Starting point is 01:37:43 Before I let it get to that. So, yeah, let's see if we have any comments here. Okay. Philip says, I think we'll win Robbie over eventually. Robbie's a good egg. Contemplative Christian practice usually leaves people out of hate. Under a no-low says, all Trump voters should lose the right to vote for good. Whatever, it's not a punishment.
Starting point is 01:38:16 Voting doesn't matter. Dual purpose. How about CEOs like Carol Tome who Fs workers for a better profit margin, it ain't the government which suppresses wages? Well, the government plays a role. That's entirely true. I mean, look, even Sanders. believes in borders, right?
Starting point is 01:38:37 And he believes in borders for the exact same argument that Robbie makes. It does depress wages. Like, meaning, it's like, for example, when unions are able to get increases in wages, it usually arises all of the other wages. By the same token, if things are depressing wages, that other wages by definition will also be depressed.
Starting point is 01:38:56 I don't think it's a contradiction. I think both are true. Like, a company is only gonna pay you, ideally what they can get away with paying you because workers are a problem for companies because there's a contradiction in the fact that you have to pay them in order to get the profit from the company itself and the company is always wanting to pay the worker as little as possible and so yeah if you can get away with it they try to get away with it but i don't think it's as straightforward as it's just the company i think it's both i mean by the way minimum wage right like when the government
Starting point is 01:39:31 sets a minimum wage companies are going to origin around the minimum wage if the minimum wage is higher. So it's not straightforward, just the company. It's the vote. I'm drafting Robbie. I have to go pee. I'll be right back. Okay.
Starting point is 01:39:46 Go ahead. Wait. This story. I was going to see what was the other story? But he was kidding. Yeah. What do we have to come? Let me see.
Starting point is 01:39:58 I think it's just a lot of just psycho-analizing, Robbie. So here's one. I'm going to do. Yeah. So dual purpose asks, Robbie, how about CEOs like Carol Tone who screws workers for a better profit margin? It ain't the government which suppresses wages. It's both. It's by definition, it's both.
Starting point is 01:40:18 Government open up to borders to allow the people to come in, whether legally or illegally, that depresses wages. That's why in terms of illegal immigration, I recommend sending people home, not put them in can't. not put them in camps. Don't do what Trump's doing. Don't go around shooting people in, no, at a door dash in front of a Mexican restaurant. And by the way, make one of these, this makes the point that much clear, right? Of course it does. It's an economic thing. Pay him, I don't know, 15 bucks instead of paying him $30 for the job an hour that he's doing. Okay, what does it mean for wages for other people who could have been making for 30 bucks? It means those people aren't going to make that money.
Starting point is 01:41:00 And it means that from the standpoint of the industry, it's off wages go down correct that's why they do it a hundred percent and what what would i do to the CEOs who do this kind of stuff i've said it repeatedly i'll say it again i would exile them to barrow alaska where they would live out the rest of their their mortal lives in the comfort of the alaskan wilderness i would go full russian style auror borealis no they just give them a sledgehammer they go just chop rocks all day seriously uh this is is not lost on me that's a good Alaska's not that bad like Siberia I mean but me and Kizzy like I've you know once the kids are growing and graduated and
Starting point is 01:41:47 stuff and gone me and kids you actually talk about the maybe moving away from Montana going up to Alaska I've been looking at anchor point yeah now what's why anchor point why Alaska that's right there on the it's right there on the Pacific I mean I grew up on the in the redneck Riviera, they're on the Florida Panhandle, which is getting a little baby hurricane now, which is good on them. Go play in the wind. It's fun. But no, I mean, just... Category free right now, by the way. No, Montana is just, it's getting too full of it. We just have too many people coming here, and Alaska is nice, big, and empty. And that's what I want.
Starting point is 01:42:23 And I was thinking about taking a... I ain't thinking about taking a vacation. I hadn't said anything, but I'm thinking about taking vacation. Always a good idea. I don't know where. I thought about Fairbanks, Alaska, to see the Aurora Borealis, like sitting in the middle of a campground watching the Borealis. I want to be somewhere by myself in the middle of nowhere. That's what I want. I would prefer a cabin by a lake.
Starting point is 01:42:45 Tell you why, J. You come here. What I will do is I'll take you to the amphitheater there at Lake McDonald. And you can see it because it's a panoramic view. So you got the mountains and you have this massive lake. And I mean, you can see the Milky Way. I mean, there's no light pollution. And so that don't go to Alaska.
Starting point is 01:43:07 Come here. You can stay with me. I will give you, I will give you the 50 cent tour and now take it to the Huckleberry patch and feed you the best Huckleberry ice cream you've ever had in your life. It'll slap your brains out with your tongue. Montana. I hadn't even thought of Montana. Come to Montana.
Starting point is 01:43:23 Oh, Montana is stunning. I didn't thought of Utah. Like, Utah has the, um, is it. the desert somewhere like but the belt of stuff you know you toss cool but it's like um it's not pretty it's more like uh rugged and obviously dry and i see barren but like montana's sweeter you know yeah but but just reiterate and i'll go away the illegal immigrants i i'm not mad at them listen i get it you're coming here i i understand i'm not that much of a heartless dick that i don't understand why they're doing what they're doing.
Starting point is 01:44:01 Heartless. My contempt. My anger, my anger is for the people who enable it and then exploit these people. The politicians and the CEOs, they are the ones who I would exile to the, to the tender arms of Barrow, Alaska. The migrants just get to go home. Yeah. They get to go home.
Starting point is 01:44:25 Okay. So bad cookies, man, it's all about, it's all about, rather. today. Robbie, you're telling me that if you were invited to the White House, he wouldn't wear a suit, not even invited under a Trump administration, just any president invites you to the White House. Are you wearing a suit? Are you? Are you? I'm pretty sure that I'm pretty sure that I said if the dress code required, like for example, no, no later on, I don't have any kind of specifics. I'll go ahead and you all get some breaking news now. Ted is going to be doing an interview with Dinesh D'Souza and some other people.
Starting point is 01:45:04 And these interviews are going to potentially be live and in person. Depending on the venue, you have to dress professionally. If I go. Debate or debate or I thought it was a debate, not an interview. Yeah. No, you're going to. Oh, yeah. All I didn't.
Starting point is 01:45:20 I didn't know. I'm going to be alive. Where is it? Don't know yet. Ted is going to be debating Dinesh D'Souza. So anywhere, anytime. Because I have, because I am, because I am a representative. presenting an employer or someone that I work for.
Starting point is 01:45:33 Of course, I'm going to dress accordingly to the decorum that the job requires. I'm talking about going down the street. I'm not going to go and dress like some kind of a snob to try to impress some prick who I do not know. And lastly, if I ever went, if I was invited to the White House. Only impress pricks who you do know. 100%. And if a president was ever done enough to invite me to the White House, I can assure you I would be escorted out after I called him a war criminal
Starting point is 01:46:01 and confronted him on what they have done. That would be my first and last time ever going to the White House. I do believe that. Is it going to be in New York? Don't know yet. Because if this is, I kind of want to come. I doubt it'll be in New York because, you know,
Starting point is 01:46:15 it's a very expensive place to go to stage. So I guess the question is. I hope it's not in New York. I want to travel. I want to go somewhere. Okay. Is there any ideas for venue so far? None that I'm able to release.
Starting point is 01:46:29 but we're all working on this. And one of the things that the Freedom First Network is working on doing is having more in-person debates because they're just simply, well, they're better. They're better than more engaging. No, Jeff, he would be kind of, he'll be moderating because some people like Dinesh are in love with to sound their own voice and try to filibuster. So he'll make sure that can't happen. So that way he controls the argument. A good moderator will make her break an event like that.
Starting point is 01:46:57 Oh, for sure. know but it will be it where we if let me know where it is i'm going to ted roll your favorite communist will be on stage with dynasty well dressed for the occasion i promise who is arguably one of the dumbest people in the republican party and i'm looking forward to seeing ted eat his breakfast yeah you be to eat him alive i'll be fully i will take him seriously even if he doesn't take himself seriously yeah um Okay.
Starting point is 01:47:29 By the way, what's the debate on? Do y'all know yet? It's on geopolitics in general, right? Yeah. Like the role of America and the world? Not in general. It's specifically about Israel, the value of the Israeli alliance to the United States. We can put that one to bed quickly.
Starting point is 01:47:49 So, I mean, so basically is the alliance with Israel, is it in America's interests, or is Israel an albatross around the neck of the United States? Duh. And Dinesh is a arch-sionist. He's kind of like a confused Catholic who thinks he's a Calvinist because he has no idea what the hell he is, except an idiot. And Ted is going to crucify him. And it's going to be amazing. So verbally and intellectually, it will be a death penalty.
Starting point is 01:48:15 I will be cheering in the audience. Because I think like this, when Jank Yuga went on, I forget where they were. I think he was at like a Republican event or I forget the name of the event. But it's like Young Turks is in the audience. they're like people and stuff but he's
Starting point is 01:48:29 in the debate I want to no definitely need that also real quick before I go before I go away again today at one at 1 p.m.
Starting point is 01:48:40 Eastern time because even though Jeff Dornick is a right winger he's like me he's a free speech absolutist and really going out of his way to try and build a network for independent media
Starting point is 01:48:52 who had been silenced and shut down by Republican and demonstration and Democrat administrations, Manila Chan, former RT host and co-host of the TMI show, will be interviewed by Jeff Dornick about the censorship that she has faced professionally and publicly
Starting point is 01:49:09 or by YouTube, the government and everything else. So tune in for that. Freedom First Network is only on Rumble because YouTube will censor the hell out of it. Man, we're busy. We're busy people today. I don't just said, J.T. Sorry, I kept talking over you.
Starting point is 01:49:31 Sorry, go ahead. I thought Jeff was on pickax. Yes, he's the CEO of pickax, but he's also started what he calls the Freedom First Network. And he has a sweet deal with Rumble. And so he's putting his money where his mouth is. He's not keeping it at all. He's investing in the network. He's bringing people who have been silenced.
Starting point is 01:49:50 J.T. He actually wants to interview you about aliens. I was down for it. about aliens oh jeez aliens because you hit me up and then you said he changed the date on it i wasn't ignoring you i just didn't see the message until yeah you're good that that's another that's not but no but i guess this what i'm trying to get to just because someone's to your right or just because someone's to your left does not mean that person's your enemy there's a lot more that unites us than divides us so don't fall for that lie i've always felt that way i felt that way for a long time
Starting point is 01:50:21 so yeah so a lot going on right i I mean, this morning, there was Jamar's solo, which you could still watch and stream. There was this show. And then we've got DMZ coming up in nine minutes with it'll be me hanging out with Steve Green. And then 1 o'clock, Manila's on with Jeff. And then 4 o'clock, Robbie's declaiming Bible studies. And I'll be hanging out with that. So it's a big Friday, a lot of lot going on.
Starting point is 01:50:53 So hope you check out all or some of that. Thank you for doing that. Thank you for your support and all that. Yeah, for the Bible Stadium, I'm doing it on the gaming channels. Just go to West Glacier Gaming over on YouTube and it'll be 2 o'clock Mountain Time. Or yeah, 2 o'clock Mountain Time, 4 Eastern. So that'll be fun. Yeah, what's the topic again?
Starting point is 01:51:12 Oh, it's not controversial at all. I'll be making the biblical case for the death penalty. So it's not the Old Testament case. It's not the biblical case. you guys fuck the new testament no it's that you Ted I'm a favorite for that but you are you sir are wrong the new testament first time for everything uh well listen listen Ted as since we we were both I am married and you were married we both know that as married men you're wrong more often than not so only if you're married only while you're married then you then you get your
Starting point is 01:51:49 then you get the I'm occasionally right badge back as soon as you get divorced They hand that to you with your divorce papers. Oh, so you get that. You retreat three quarters of an inch of your penis. It's really nice. I mean, I'm so looking forward to going Campo with Kissy because it's just to be her and me. We're going to be out in the middle of nowhere,
Starting point is 01:52:09 taking a couple of rifles in case the bear comes up. No cell phone service. It's going to be epic. I'm still looking forward to it. It's going to be nice. It's a little scary about the no phone service, though, right? I mean, of course, obviously, there was no cell phone service before there were cell phones anyway, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:52:28 But I just kind of like, you know, it's a little unnerving nowadays when you're somewhere where it's like, oh, I mean, if a bear were to come. Not that, by the way, anyone's going to come on time to save you from a bear anyway. But, you know, it's like, oh, there's a large creature here. Where are you? I'm near trees. I see mountains. Well, I mean, really, the whole really. is why we're going someplace without cell phone service is because of me in a lot of ways i'm a workaholic
Starting point is 01:52:57 like i don't stop working and so the only way i can make myself stop and just pay full attention to her is either a leave the phone at home or go someplace where there's no cell phones where there's no service and here in north us montana that's easy to do that's that's that's the question for both the wife when there's no cell phone in the room i have a question for both of you though so if you guys had if you could have an all expense paid vacation anywhere in the world let's say two weeks three weeks what would it be what was your question i'm sorry i was reading the comments i didn't hear you all if you had if you could if you were gifted a two or three week vacation anywhere in the world all expenses paid all you have to do is show up um you know visas are all taken care of all you
Starting point is 01:53:49 have to do is show up where would you go if it was me and kizzi together probably go to probably go to europe if it was just me me by myself i would go to the most rural village in kuzksdana that i could and just be there for two weeks yeah and just see how just live there that's that's good we're we're in europe russia oh we're year. Oh, yeah, for me? Oh, 100% Russia. And Russia, and for you, Russia? Yeah, I've never been. It feels weird working at Sputnik and never going to Russia. Yeah, and I will not lie. It's great. The thing is also, though, like, you know, it's like Russia's so massive and so diverse that, you know, it's kind of like where really matters. It's like saying, oh, I'm going to the United States.
Starting point is 01:54:40 Yeah, where. Moscow and St. Petersburg. I would hit the big spots. I would, and be honest, even the war zone because I want to see it. Yeah, I wouldn't go to the cities. I bring the war zone without seeing the war. I wouldn't go to the cities. I would take Kizzi, like to central Russia, like one of the smaller towns.
Starting point is 01:55:01 Yeah, I mean, just some place. I want to see the real country. I don't want to see Moscow. I don't, I don't want to go and see these big, like, if I went to China, I wouldn't go to Nanking or wouldn't go to Shanghai or Beijing because that's the order. I mean, that's the trophy. I want to see the people. And so that's where I love.
Starting point is 01:55:21 They're both. Yeah, they're both important, I think. If I could, if I went to China, if it was just me, I would grab Mr. A. Lee from the Rumble chat. I said two weeks, take me on a tour. You may enjoy that too. It's like, I'm seeing, oh, what is the thing? Angor Wat.
Starting point is 01:55:41 Thank you. Angar Watt. And like, you get to see the, countryside also. Like when I was there I saw Engelwatt like that morning and then I took a bike ride with a guy and to see the countryside like people selling stuff like just in the boonies of the place. It's wild. Like they have like actual villages like where people are like sitting in huts selling food and candy. Yeah. Totally. It's wild. I would love to do the Trans-Ciberia railway. Always wanted to.
Starting point is 01:56:15 How long is that? Because that trip is like a month or someone on train. I looked into this. It's about two weeks. And there's two different ways to do it. There's a very, there's a spur that it's an option where you can go off and it leaves you in Western China. A lot of people do that. Then the other spurs, it goes off.
