Doren!
If you can't hit a barn door...
You're gonna have to tell them at some point.
You stay away from her!
They're in tissue paper armor.
The arrow that kills people.
De Ogerre.
That's not even the joke. I thought that was the joke.
Oh my God.
And I'm fresh as a daisy.
Make this happen, Maury.
Where are the other...
This is my murder arrow and this is my murder arrow.
Of all the options she could turn into.
I'm still here. I'm still standing. I'm still breathing.
That is a natural one.
No!
Oh!
Oh, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame.
Goodbye, yellow dye.
Welcome back to Dice Shame, shame.
This is season two, episode 120, fighting spirit.
MVP this week is Chatka.
They posted in our Discord sharing that we were number one on their Spotify, wrapped
this year.
Woo-hoo!
Thank you so much for enjoying the show.
You may only be on episode 95,
but when you hear this,
I hope you know how awesome you are.
Thanks, Chattka.
All right, shall we do this?
Yeah, let's play some D&D.
Woo!
So during the fight,
you just watched as an arrow loosed from Red's bow,
sings across the battlefield,
sticks into the trolls,
flesh and disintegrates it to dust.
Whoa.
I love Doris so much.
Oh, man.
Jack, it's your turn.
Jack rushes towards the edge of this cliff beside Wim
and raises the starflower staff
and threads start to weave out of it
and cross the river until they start to wrap around
and bind this house.
And, you know, each wall reinforced
with force from the elemental planes
until there is like a thin barrier of force
protecting the walls of this house
from the outside world.
Fuck yeah. Cool.
And Jack turns to Kieran and says,
get over there, see if you can get down the chimney
and let them know they're not alone.
You can't go through a wall of force, boss.
Wall of force.
Kieran's immediately hit by a meteor from somewhere else
as they fly over there.
Cool, wall of force active,
and then Kieran you send across
the river.
Kieran flies over to the roof of the house.
All eyes of the enemies on the battlefield are trained to your pseudodrigan familiar as it
crosses the river.
Yes, this tiny little thing.
All javelins readied.
Poor little guy.
It's been a while.
They can do it.
Godspeed, Kieran.
Joe's like, finally.
Look, a bird.
Doren, your turn.
Yeah.
What does Dorn do?
WD, D. D. D. D. D. D. Dorn reacts to the exploding troll in front of him and gives a thumbs up, making sure to not look at where Red actually is, but just so that when Red can see him, he knows thanks.
And he turns back to Mari, who's kind of behind him on the road a bit. He says, you know, you're going to have to tell them at some point.
You can't keep hiding it like this.
Doran, there is like four guys about to pound you into the dirt.
I don't think this is the time to start talking about my spooky skin.
What, when you're spooky skin?
What?
Doran!
I like this.
Superhero movies show that you can get in like a really terrifying comment and still have a chat about like...
Exactly. That's what I'm doing.
That's good.
I like it.
Doran's going to take a step forward here and right into range of our...
Ogre buddy.
De Ogerre.
De Guerre.
Luger.
He lifts his axe and he kisses it.
And then she kisses you back.
And he uses his great weapons master feat.
Which means if I am successful in attacking this beast, it's going to add some serious damage.
Hey.
You can put the hurt on.
That's going to be, oh, fuck me.
Use your lucky
I'm going to use Lucky to re-roll
Okay let's try this again
That's going to be
An 11 to hit
You do hit
Whoa
Oh
Wow
Excellent
We're a tissue paper armor
What I think they're just barn door sized
And if you can't hit a barn door
Yeah they're just big
And it's a really good role
Dorn lifts his
Freshly kissed
gleaming axe above his head
after feeling it vibrate in his
hands and he brings it down doing
26 damage
Fuck yes, Doris! There you go.
Get them.
This is hero shit.
Get their ass.
And you get another attack.
It's going to be an eight.
No, you miss.
Okay, so Doran misses, but I'm not using all my luck.
Good job, Doren.
Thanks.
Do you have any other bonus actions or...
No.
It's the trolls, turns.
Let me just quickly look at how intelligent trolls are.
Not.
Not.
Not.
They're even stupider than red-handed Robin.
Do you say something?
I bit my tongue really hard when I was trying to fire.
You're doing all this damage, but you're like, I bet my tongue.
I bit my tongue.
That's not very fun.
So the troll across the river that's been battering down this door spends its entire turn figuring out.
that something's happened to this door
that it can't get through.
So it basically
wastes its entire action doing that
and then
stupidly begins
to climb the stairs
that lead to the bridge
up and over the water because it doesn't want to go for a swim.
The troll
that is coming up
on the road, however,
has no other preoccupation
and charges
directly at Mari.
Sir, let's listen.
talk this out. Marie, the troll takes a couple swings at you, so it's going to try to bite you
with a 15. That's a miss. A 26 to claw you. That does hit. You take 11 slashing damage,
and your second claw is a 24 to hit you. That also hits. For six slashing damage, so 17 total.
She takes these hits and she slips backwards and this rage starts to
build up in her. She is sore and angry and furious now, and she looks at this, this monster that's
hitting her and the magic starts to crackle in her hands. Make this happen, Mari. That was
Troll's turns. So you can tell them about your secret. Don't die, Marie. We've got important
stuff to talk about later. We're on the campfire.
Secret. My character only has so many arcs. I need to keep this going.
Whim edges just north of you
continuing along this ridgeline, Jack,
until she's just peering out of the shrubbery
that has been concealing you and red.
And she stares across the field
at the ogre pulling itself out of the water,
at the second ogre that's climbing the hill towards you all,
at the ogre that is facing off against Doran
and the troll that is tete-a-tete with Mari
and there are four meteors whirling around her head.
She turns around and looks at you red for acknowledgement
and miles the word troll.
Red nods.
And she streaks two meteors across the field towards the troll
that is menacing Mari as a bonus action,
which is why this is such a cool spell.
And once more, it is a dexterity.
saving throw with the troll.
Mari sees Wim
casting these meteors
over and she
again, the fury starts to bubble
up within her and she locks eyes
with this
troll in front of her and she goes
how fast are you able
to move when the heavens
are raining down? Marie is going
to use woe and I rolled a six
so
I will tell you
a five or less wouldn't have cut it but the six uh we have two two failed deck saves
well done yeah way to go so that is a total of 17 fire damage as a bonus action and for whim's
action whim's got a spell that's going to let her fuck up these three creatures day and
Doran but she is a sorcerer and one of her meta magic feats are that she has careful spell
when you cast a spell that forces other creatures to make a saving throw you can protect some of
those creatures from the spell's full force fuck yeah to do that you spend one sorcery point and
choose a number of those creatures up to your charisma modifier a chosen creature automatically succeeds
on his saving throw against the spell oh good so dorian you are going to
gonna take some damage but hey that's what i'm here for you're automatically saving so it'll be half
damage that's my job it's also an intelligence saving throw so i don't know how that even better
how many luckies do you have one cool so the troll fails with a one he rolled a one well no i rolled a
a three minus two
nice oh geez
the ogres are even stupider
they roll ten
so the two
ogres and the troll
that are all up on this side of the riverbank
all have to make
an intelligence saving throw and
failing
they are subject
to whims spell
after the comets
streak towards the troll
and explode in fiery damage, Wim puts a hand to the side of her head, and it looks like she almost
falls asleep for a second. And then this strange, crackling, blue electricity begins to rise from the
ground all around the ogres and the troll and Doren, unfortunately, on the battleground,
and their eyes begin to bulge of their heads
and their noses start to bleed
and they start to scream.
So all of the monsters take 23 psychic damage
while Doran you only take 11.
And then Wim retreats back
another little ways into the shrubbery
as she is a squishy spellcaster.
It does not want to draw their attention.
Red gives her a high five as she runs past.
Unfortunately,
Draw attention she has.
And it is the ogre's turns.
Draw attention she has.
The ogre that is not occupied by Doran or Mari
charges towards Wim into the bushes
and raises his great club at her.
That fucking crit failed.
Nice.
Rolled a natural one.
Damn.
He swings.
trying to hit her and she's like smaller than he even expected and she just kind of like
coweres away underneath a bush and he goes try to find her the ogre beside you dorin
lifts up its spiked mall to hit you and crit succeeds uh oh yike uh oh natural 20
darn how many HP you got 67
He's got three less than me, so he's fine.
And I'm fresh as a daisy.
You take 22 points of bludgeoning damage, Doran.
The third ogre pulls its way out of the river
and up the muddy riverbank towards you, Doran and Mari.
The final ogre charges past the troll on the stairs
to end up at the far side of the bridge.
I guess doesn't want to get it.
is feet wet either. Marie, it's your turn.
When you did that last spell for Wim, was that a 20 foot radius?
Yeah, 20 foot radius circle.
Okay, because I'm going to basically do that same circle again.
But you can't do the auto door and save.
He's going to get got.
Yeah, I mean...
It's actually called kill dwarf.
Dominate dwarfs.
I mean, I'm doing...
This is 2D8 and 4D6.
A hundred percent. Just do it.
Mari, what are you waiting for?
You've got to tell them now.
I mean, you've got to do it now.
Doran, oh my God.
And she reaches her hand up and closes it into a fist and ice starts to form on her hand.
But it starts to look weird immediately.
It cracks in these black lines start to form.
This cloud forms over top of the three ogres, this horrible dark, pulsating cloud.
And hail and rain start to pour out of it all, again,
the same sort of black with this blue tinge on the edge colored,
slamming into everything underneath the cloud.
And she casts Ice Storm.
Cool.
So I'm going to need everyone to do a deck save.
Well, not everyone.
I'm not there.
Everyone in the circle of pain.
I just Googled Ice Storm without any modifier, no D&D.
No 5E, just hoping.
Didn't work out for me.
I've done that before.
I try to look for a chariot.
The ogre in front of Doran rolled a 15.
Fail.
Everyone fails.
All right.
Doran?
12.
Oh, no.
Shit.
Okay.
Oh, hold on.
Hold on.
Can you?
Yeah, no.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I can't add passive wisdom or anything, right?
I love that one time you said that you wanted to do like a
charisma check, but use your strength modifier instead.
Everyone is taking, it's 29 damage total each.
That's split between bludgeoning and cold.
Okay.
29, eh?
Doran, I'm so sorry.
The ogre in front of Doran keels over from ice damage and icicles go through his brain and his eyeballs
and he falls and he dies.
Nice. The ogre in front of me. Way to go.
Simplifies things.
Good job. Doran stands there, shivering and gripping his body for a moment as he endures the painful storm, but he survives.
And seeing Doran take so much damage, Mari cast starry form and the form of the chalice shimmers over her.
Although it's kind of, again, looking a little weird. The chalice doesn't look how it's.
used to, shimmering and reforming.
I love the idea of like black Iker leaking out of it or something.
Yeah.
Cool.
So, sorry, you chaliced him?
Murray's a big cup now.
Just getting ready to cup your butt.
It's a chalice for Halloween.
Of all the options she could turn into.
Red, it's your turn.
Red sees this menacing ogre standing before whim and fear flashes through his eyes.
You stay away from her!
and he pulls out his bow and he fires at the thing's head.
And because it's the head, I get to do more damage, I think.
Sure. That sounds about right.
In keeping with a lot of Red's other shots he's taken.
I was just making that up. I didn't realize.
Unlike the trolls, Red is not going to fire a fire arrow.
He is going to first try a banishing arrow.
Oh, fun.
And the arrow that he draws from his quiver is imdued with his magic as he's
lets the arrow loose. And the ogre needs to make a charisma saving throw.
Better be the least charismatic ogre. Yeah, five.
Amazing. As the arrow
flies through the underbrush and Wim sort of cowers from this menacing ogre, it strikes
him square in the chest and he disappears in front of her. Wim, get out of it. Get out of
its way. It's only going to be banished for a few seconds.
Move.
Cool.
And with his remaining action, he turns and fires a fire arrow at the troll in front of
Mari.
Roll to hit.
Hi, I'm Friar Truck.
Friar Truck.
That is a natural one.
No.
Shame what the dice, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame.
Goodbye, yellow dye.
Farrow at the window.
I like that.
It just sails by Murray's nose and like clips from a little.
No, don't, don't do that.
It didn't hit you.
I want to rewind 10 seconds and remember my friar truck joke.
So I didn't let it go.
I talked over the whole thing.
It's okay.
What was the joke?
Friar truck should be like a chip truck in the cars universe.
I just, I want there to be a whole.
Not getting it.
I want there to be a whole version of Robin Hood but made of cars and friar truck is.
And he's a fire truck.
Fire truck
That's not even the joke
I thought that was the joke
He's a chip truck
But he isn't like a friar truck
He's not like a food truck
With like a deep friar in him
That's where I was
A fire truck named friar truck
Is very funny
It's very funny
Chip truck named friar truck
Well because it's friar FRIE
But regardless both of these
I'm missing the connection to the D&D
Did someone say fire or something?
Doesn't matter
I said fire error
Somebody said something
That made it relevant
Yeah somebody said something
know who let's just move on keep moving keep going yeah red misses i'm sorry and that's my turn way to go
great great turn thanks guys taking that guy out with a fire fire fire fire truck fire fire fire arrow what the
fuck is going on i didn't take him out with a fire arrow by the way i missed that shot but thanks for
paying attention Alex I banished an ogre you did and we all love that I know but I mean
The joke of the fire era earlier.
No, no, mind.
It's okay.
Please, please call for next turn, Joe.
It is next turn, but I'm trying to figure out what the turn is.
Is anyone looking at the house right now?
No.
Kieran's right there.
And if it makes a difference, Kieran has 10-foot blind sights,
so they're aware of anything invisible.
Oh, cool.
That's fun.
Kieran has been keeping a steady eye on a terrifying-looking monster
that's invisible to everybody else.
it's a giant first of all so it's a large creature it has these terrifyingly intelligent yellow eyes
that it has been looking into the house with spying on the occupants and it has been tapping its black
pointy claws on the windows in a way to just freak these people out as much as possible it's
invisible and getting bored of that and knowing that it can't get through this wall of force
it changes shape it shrinks down to medium humanoid form and turns into for all intents and
purposes a regular looking dude and it walks calmly down to the river and submerges itself in
the water underneath the dock and then it dismisses its invisible
ability and anyone looking down at the water would see a frightened looking man clinging to the
edge of the dock who looks up at the hillside where this battle is taking place and he goes help me
help and he crawls into the rowboat that is tied up to the dock sounds a little bit like
dramatic irony here what well curran knows about it right jack it's your
turn. Jack steps out of the shrubs
and points the Starflower staff at the troll
in front of Mari. And as
he slams it into the ground, this
spike of energy weaves its way
almost like lightning through the air, much
like the static that Wim pulled out
recently and it infects the mind
of the troll. If it could make me
an intelligent saving throw, please. I certainly
will try my very best. Looking for
17. Yeah, how about
minus one?
Wonderful. Well, he can take
eight psychic damage and on his next
saving throw for anything he's minus 1d4 excellent noted and tabulated jack might reach back and
pull whim towards him telepathically to get her out of the path of where the ogre's going to come back
yeah so you pull whim towards you win come this way and jack'll like give a psychic tug and if she gives
into it she moves softly through the air and if she tries to fight it she'll have to be rock and roll
Doran, you're up
Doran runs back
and sort of interjects himself
right next to Mari
and in front of the troll
sort of acting
you know like as a bit of buffer space
for Mari. Mari, how are you doing okay
over here? Listen, I'm sorry to bring it
Oh, hold on a second.
Doran's going to attack with the Great Weapons Master
Feet again. That's going to be
a 19 to hit.
Yeah, you hit.
Handily.
Oh, doing it
another 26 points of damage to attack this troll.
The troll is murdered.
You murder the troll.
Or Expliter bathes in its blood and she shivers in happiness.
He lops the head off his troll and he turns back to Mario.
It's weighing on me and I can't keep your secrets.
I think you should just...
I can tell. Look, deal with these guys first and then I will talk to the others.
Right.
And I'm really sorry about all the ice.
I'm really sorry.
It's okay.
I was overheated anyways.
Don't worry about it.
On you go and she just kind of pats him on the shoulder just like, oh boy.
I'm going to haul her over to red.
Red!
Yeah!
If you're there, take your shot.
I'm here, buddy, and I'm gonna do it.
And you're gonna have to add...
Oh, do I have to?
You must.
You're gonna add 10 to it.
Ooh, nice.
10 to the damage.
That's a 24 to hit.
Yeah, you hit.
The ogre I appreciate.
presume this, this tasty one.
Yeah, is he tasty?
And that's going to be 38 damage.
Whoa.
Yeah. The ogre turns to look where Dorn was pointing and your arrow zips straight through
his open mouth into his spinal cord and he falls face first down on the ground and dies.
I almost feel like it's like one of those super cool anime shots and you see the arrow go in.
but then it does a super close-up
and it just nicks
the nerves in the spinal cord
and it's like, sorry,
you see it fray and then break in half.
Yeah, and then the camera zooms back to red
and he's just like, and I wasn't even looking.
He opens his eyes.
And I bit my tongue again.
And I did tell my tongue again.
Whoopsie.
Nice shot, Red.
Thanks, buddy.
God, that was beautiful.
The troll runs near,
nearly all the way across the bridge towards the five of you.
And it's Wim's turn.
She takes another couple steps back from where she knows the ogre is going to reappear very shortly.
It's going to pop back in. Let's hit it with everything we got.
She readies an action that she will hit it with a psychic glance.
Psychic glance?
No, psychic glance.
From the Backstreet Boys.
From Insync.
From Insync.
From Instinct.
Oh, that's Backstreet.
It's not that and a stent.
Oh, no.
That's Britney Spears.
As the ogre pops back into this realm from wherever it had been banished to by Red's arrow,
a lance of energy emerges from Wim's forehead and lightning fast connects with the ogre's head.
And he reels, failing an intelligence saving throw.
and taking 7D6 psychic damage.
Whoa, yike.
26 psychic damage.
Too hot.
Not damn.
Unfortunately, it's technically not her turn,
so she can't actually use her bonus action
to throw the last two meteors at it,
but the ogre takes a knee and then stands back up
at the end of its term.
Nice, swim.
There is still another ogre on the board,
and he charges forward 80 feet across the bridge and makes it nearly onto the bank that you guys are occupying.
Mari, it's your turn.
What do you got in store for him now, Mari?
Mari takes a few steps out from behind Doran, so she has a clear shot.
And she takes a good long look at these ogres approaching, and she reaches up, and she plucks a single hair from her head soaked in water.
and this rumbling noise starts to start in the rocks
underneath the two of them, the troll and the ogre.
And this horrible gray brackish water
this funnel shoots up, this furious water spout,
shoots upwards and engulfs them both.
Pieces of rock and twigs
and a couple little pieces of bone
that are trapped in there as it spins around.
And I need them both to make a strength-saving
throw.
You move the gravestones, but not the graves.
You're fooled.
Thank you.
Lu, Ann.
Marion.
Can you hear me?
I got a 17 on the ogre and a 15 on the troll.
17 just saves and the 15 fails.
Cool, cool.
The one that fails takes 10, the one that saves takes 5.
those are both bludgeoning.
And the one that fails is also prone now.
Cool.
The shape around her, the chalice shape shifts into the archer.
And this thick sort of dark shape appears in her back of a quiver.
And she pulls out one single, it's a black arrow with a single light at the tip.
And she takes a shot at the one in the front.
And that is...
Who's that trip trapping over my bridge?
stevie groat gruff classic tale of trolls and bridges why do you think they're here guys trolls occupy bridges that's what they do yeah baby just what they do yeah and i'm assuming a i'm assuming a tin does not hit no ma'am no your spooky arrow flies wide yes it sails by red it's your turn red pulls out one of his arrows and fires at the ogre in front of him that would be a natural one no my god throw that
I just open this brand new dye, and I'm going to shame it in.
I'm sorry, Bluey.
You're the fuck out of here.
Shame, shame, shame.
All right, I have a fresh, new, gorgeous dye here.
Come on, baby.
Give me a better rule.
Red's going to try to attack again.
Cynthia, the dice.
21 to hit.
Hey!
Yes, sir.
All right.
Doing 27 damage.
Red, what does it look like when you kill the ogre?
Red sees the ogre, stares him down, the one that almost threatened whim.
He draws back on the bow and aims directly for the middle of his head, the thickest part of the skull.
And knowing how hard it is, he draws back just a little more before loosening the arrow.
And it almost stops for a millisecond before piercing that skull.
But with such force, it drives right.
right through the back, and the ogre falls over dead.
So what does it look like when you kill this guy?
Well, I walk over and I pull the arrow back out and I wipe it on my pants and I say,
well, that's a goodie. I want to keep it.
Lucky arrow over here.
Red hangs by the tree and readies himself to attack.
The man in the boat unhooks the rowboat and begins to row across the river.
He's pulled downstream quite a ways, being that he's not a professional.
professional at rowing boats, it would seem, but he makes it maybe 30 feet or so before he makes
the other bank. Jack, it's your turn. Jack steps forward towards the bridge and holds the
starflower staff high. Magic shoots out the end of it until there's five glowing points
lending the sunlight on top of the troll and the ogre on the bridge, which then ignites the
air in a powerful fireball.
Fireball time.
Fuck yeah.
This must be fireball from D&D.
I've heard all about you.
Can they make a dexterity saving throws, please?
13 and a 21.
The 13 will take 26 fire damage.
The other one will take 13.
Fire blooms over the bridge in an explosion of heat, and you can even feel it from where you're all standing.
especially you, Mari and Doran.
Doran, it's your turn.
Whoa.
Doran kind of strides up next to Mari and through labored breaths sort of says,
listen, that ice wind took a bit of a toll on me.
I'm just going to stick back here and give you support.
Maybe you can take those guys out before they come too close.
Doran, get back.
It's fine.
It's not fine.
Go.
I'm staying.
I'm still here.
I'm still standing.
I'm still breathing.
Not for long.
And if you go down,
I will be bringing you back
in whatever body I feel like.
Whoa.
You know you damn well won't.
Red, make your attack on that ogre.
On it, buddy!
Red pulls out an arrow and fires.
Only this arrow
is black.
And wisps of shadow lick off of it.
And he fires.
And I'm going to fire a shadow arrow.
15 to hit?
Yep.
All right.
You're going to add four to your damage.
The shadow arrow looses.
And as it hits the creature, it's going to do an additional 2D6 damage, which means it's going to do 33 damage.
Nice.
And it must succeed on a wisdom saving throw.
What if it's dead?
Oh.
Then I wasted my air.
Yes, you did.
All right.
Yeah, all this cool, dark energy wraps up around the ogre,
and then when the energy dissipates,
ochre's just dead.
That's awesome.
Ah, man!
Oh, it kills people.
That's what that arrow does.
Oh, that's my boom boom arrow.
It's the one that kills them instantly.
Oh, yeah, yeah, the arrow that kills people.
Should have been using that one.
Oh.
whatever.
This is my murder arrow.
This is my murder arrow.
Red light turns to Wim and he's like, well, it would have made him blind is the cool thing,
but whatever.
It doesn't matter.
She takes her reaction to take a five step towards you until she's within range,
and then she just puts her hand on your shoulder.
Thanks, Wim.
I needed that.
Wim can do that once a day to consult Red.
It's Consul Red.
It's a reaction.
It's a reaction.
It's a reaction.
Can move five feet.
That's awesome.
Move towards Red and console.
I tried.
really gave it my all.
Oh, wait a minute.
Red pulls at the piece of paper.
Red gives it in his old.
Hey, it came true.
I didn't get to blind him, but it came true.
She gives you a little side hug.
Doran, that was one of your actions, I believe.
Doran pulls out his crossbow.
Whip it out, Doran.
And that's going to be a 17 to hit.
Yeah, you hit.
That's with disadvantage?
That's with disadvantage.
Hey.
Nice.
It never hurts.
I want this to be the killing blows so bad.
Seven damage.
Seven damage?
Blunk.
Hey, that's seven fewer hip points than it had three seconds ago.
I hit it, Mari.
The troll uses half of its movement to stand up.
Labored with all of its injuries and then runs 15 feet.
The creature then rips a piece of the masonry off of the stone bridge and hurls it down.
the road towards you, Doran.
Can you not?
With disadvantage.
That's a 15 to hit you?
Nope.
Duren sort of coolly stands there
as the block misses him by yards.
Crushes Mari.
It's Wim's turn.
Wim chucks her final two
meteors at the troll.
The two meteors
fly across the meadow and collide with the troll saves on one of the meteors so it takes 16
fire damage on this turn and that's just Wim's bonus action she's going to make a ranged spell attack
a bolt of chaos energy erupts from her hands as she presses them outwards from her chest
towards the troll all the way across the field dealing 18 cold damage this lance of cold
chaos energy crackles its way across the meadow and shatters the troll's body into a thousand
pieces it dies well down ways oh oh icy did you see that sent shivers on my spine marie
marie it's your turn um doran um i've just been rolled
because there's eight billion dice, but you get 41 hit points back.
41. Thank you.
All right, Red, it's your turn.
Is that it? He's that everybody.
Where are the other trolls, ogre?
As the five of you sort of gather back up and recuperate after this combat,
the man from the boat climbs up the hill behind you.
He's got grass-stained knees and it looks like he got wet in the river getting out of the boat because he looks really bedraggled and he's out of breath.
He's like, oh my God, thank you so much for rescuing me.
And then Kieran flies at top speed across the river, screaming the same image into all five of your minds.
And it is a face of pure terror that you see.
This man is a monster.

I'm playing a dwarf
What the hell?
I'm so confused.
Iron fist?
Some might say it's unnatural.
Discord cut out so much of that, Alex.
It was just a very good pantomime.
Brilliant.
Harlan's going to be able to hear it on high quality.
He seems psyched about it.
Wave form.
I'm so excited.
