I do, I have a few gas stations. What kind of made you want to go that route? Cause that's such an interesting. I'm mostly on the real estate side of it. So I lease out the facilities to the gas station company. So I'm just the landlord. I don't control the gas prices or the slushy prices. Yeah, that's what really intrigued me about you.

You're really like invested in other avenues, not just your main business. Was that like something someone told you about to start investing in other outlets? I kind of have a few different accountants that I talked to. So they advise that and I just listened to all their ideas and it sounded like a safe investment because you know we're gonna need gas for a long time even with electric. I don't think anyone will be able to afford like electric purely.

Like every other week it seemed like. Not that often, not as much as others, but I've never been permanently banned. I think the longest I've gotten is like a week. Okay. And not even for that. That was a long time ago. Got it. So.

And then when did you move over to kick from twitch was I think? Do what you was at 25 so it'd be 23 June July of 2023, okay, so you're on twitch for four years No twitch I started in 2016. Oh 16. Yes when I started twitch Wow, so you just weren't doing the o stuff, right? Yeah, I was just a twitch streamer. You were doing gaming back then, right? Yeah, I did gaming, cosplay, sometimes IRL streams too, go to anime conventions, things like that. And was that doing well or no?

Yeah, it was doing pretty well, I would say. I think before the Hot Tub Meta, I was making probably like 30 to 40k a month off of Twitch, and then once the Hot Tub Meta got going, I made like 100k a month off of Twitch and then once the hot submit I got going I would made like 100k a month Whoa off of Twitch only and then I think the craziest of got was like over 2 mil a month Holy crap 2 mil a month. Yeah, and it's peak. That's insane. That might be a record, right?

Maybe I don't know. There's so many people on it. It's hard to it's hard to know but yeah at one point I was like the number one, just because I would stream all day. So I'd be streaming for like 12 to 15 hours sometimes. So it's just like a constant funnel. Wow. How did you even handle that volume coming in there? Like you must've been getting hundreds of messages.

Yeah, it's really difficult. You have to prioritize by who tips the most with their message. Then those will go to the top. So if they like, if someone just says hi with no money you're probably never going to see it but if they're like send a hundred dollars with it then you money talks right yeah exactly that makes sense what's the biggest tip you've gotten they have a limit the much you can do at one time do you know what it is now

Yeah, it was like an asmr, you know that category of uh, Content so there's these microphone that looks like ears right and Some people whisper in them people do tapping and then these I was on twitch and I used to do just normal ASMR and then some girls started licking the ears and Then once one does it the annoying part about e-girl metas on like a live-stream platform is If one girl doesn't successful, they'll go to the top of the category because they have the most viewers doing it. So then you

have to kind of like join them or die. Interesting. So I'm like, ah. So it's like a small world. Here we go. So you had to follow that wave. Yeah, you had to follow the wave. But because I have like the most followers, I guess, of all the girls, I'm like, Twitch wanted to follow that way. I'm like Twitch wanted to make an example So I think I was the one who got punished for it first eventually when they started cracking down on it I think they decided this this meta y'all are doing getting too much controversy We need to put an end to it So I got like a three days suspension

Maybe for it first and so I stopped doing it and then slowly the suspensions trickled down the e-girl line And now nobody does it really. Look what you started. I know. So is Pokimane considered an e-girl? I don't know. I guess it depends who you ask. I Don't know if e-girl is just girl on the internet in general or if it's like OF related now. But I guess it'd be like a gamer girl. Okay. At minimum, maybe e-girl. Yeah, I never knew what what an e-girl was to be honest. Yeah, it's kind of a vague title. Do you even like being called that? I don't really care. You don't care? Yeah. I feel that. She would probably make a lot if she did OF, right?

Because people were writing about it. And so I think within like the first week, I sold like maybe like two, three hundred. How much were they? I think it was 200. Damn. 200 per jar. 200 per jar. Yeah.

So did you stock up on them at once or did you do it over time? It was over time. I actually kept the jars in the bathroom. In the bathroom. Yeah. Smart. Because then when you got to jars in the bathroom. In the bathroom? Yeah. Because when you got to go, you know, it's like. Yeah.

And what were the reviews on those? I think mixed. Some were disappointed that I didn't smell worse. And others were happy about it, I guess. So I don't know. That's interesting. You also... I've never been able to sample it myself because once you open it, then it's done, you know?

Yeah Yeah, guys are just all over the place. They're playing sports or doing whatever they don't care about right off So for them, I guess the hard part is it legal these days. Yeah facts. Yeah, I see The top streamers that were killing it. I feel like streaming is like the new, like celebrity almost, right? Yeah, it's pretty crazy.

I think I get recognized a lot if I'm in somewhere that has a lot of like young people like LA, Vegas, is a big one, Miami, but in Houston, I do get recognized sometimes, but not nearly as often. I think it depends on the culture too. Yeah, is that why you moved there? You wanted a more private? I was born there actually, so I just never moved away.

Got it, and you never wanted to move away? Oh, I would like to, but while I'm doing online stuff, it doesn't always make sense, because I'm always inside anyways, it's cheap. It's like a normal day But on twitch though when I go live there it can be anywhere from like 5 to 15 thousand. Yeah Yeah, so it really depends. Yeah, I've seen guys like Aiden and Kai get like 50,000 plus. Yeah.

On their subathon. Have you done a subathon before? No. Too much work. Well, I feel like I'm already live the whole time anyway. So it doesn't make much difference for me. 24 seven is just for a month. It's no privacy.

My dog had a litter of 10. That was really cute. And so now my next thing is I'm setting up cameras in my aviary. Wow. Litter of 10. That's one of the biggest I've heard. Yeah, they get pretty big, the golden retrievers. I love, I have a golden retriever.

and they feel like, oh like it's too much work I don't want to look at all these then they can just simply choose to no longer represent you and then if you don't have Anyone set up for you. You just stay banned instead of taking away your check mark, which you think would be the answer. I got a call from the cops and he ended up in Florida because he came to my discord chat months later. Told us he was in Florida now and in the background some guy was in the house was like, don't talk
