When we put that in somewhere that's an erogenous zone like the clitoris or the G-spot, we're able to get better sensation, better blood flow, better libido.
Starting point is 00:01:58 So we have women that come in to restore sexual function. It's incredible. Very popular procedure, very, very safe. Scary for people when they hear about a needle going anywhere near there, but we have dialed it in. Yeah, it's incredibly comfortable. Mm. All right, guys, we got Tracy and Haley here from RISE Rejuvenation Center, and you guys are killing it.
Starting point is 00:02:22 So thanks for coming on, taking the time today. Thanks for having us. Absolutely, we were just talking about. Thanks for having us. Absolutely. We were just talking about some fun topics before this. Yeah. Stem cells is a big one these days, right? Stem cells is major. I think the biggest thing about stem cells
Starting point is 00:02:33 that has been big for us is that a lot of people still think that the only place to get stem cells is out of the US, but we offer them and love them. And it's like futuristic medicine. It's fantastic. Is that your top selling service right now? No, it's kind of been like our secret menu.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Menu item, you know. There's a lot of regulations on STEM cells that makes I think of most practitioners kind of weary about marketing and just offering them in general widespread and being loud about it. But Utah specifically has some interesting regulations about it. But Utah specifically has some interesting regulations about it.
Starting point is 00:03:06 They released a statute in May that allowed placental stem cells to be utilized, basically unbarred. So, and FDA unapproved. So it's kind of interesting, kind of a dicey topic, I'd say, but what's incredible is that we have access to it in the United States. The pricing is so much better. The efficacy and the stem cells that we get are incredible quality. So it's just nice to have that. What makes placental stem cells so special?
Starting point is 00:03:36 Well, specifically in Utah, we can only use placental stem cells. The great benefit of placental stem cells is the amount of testing that goes in the ones that we have specifically. Utah is kind of a special place. It's a little different. We have a lot of healthy young moms having babies. So they're only taking them from plant C sections. So there's none of the stress hormones that are circulating around. And these women are at least from the stem cells that we use in our clinic. Again, the regulations are kind of nuts.
Starting point is 00:04:06 So not all are created equal, but the ones we use, they go back three generations for these women for hereditary things. They have no drug or alcohol use. This is pre COVID. It's, um, there's no third party. So the people we get it from are the people who have relationships with the OB GYN. So the quality and by, by ability of the stem cells that we use are. Like top notch.
Starting point is 00:04:28 Got it. Got it. Yeah. You guys said earlier, Utah is a special place. I want to talk about the beauty standards here. Oh, yeah. Like the woman really care about that. Right. High. They're incredibly high. It's difficult to hit. Yeah. Yeah. It's difficult to hit, difficult to maintain. And I think that's where people kind of fall down a slippery slope of trying to maintain a certain ideal.
Starting point is 00:04:47 Oh, for sure. I don't know what it is. She came from Nebraska. And I always joke that I'm a Nebraska 10 now. I'm like a Utah 7. You know? So it's still like, I'm not quite hitting it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:01 I wonder what makes it so high here. Because you hear that about Miami. Yeah. Because a Latina woman, so everyone. Cause you hear that about Miami. Yeah. You know, cause a Latino woman. So everyone wants to get the surgeries on their bodies to match their, their physique. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:11 So I wonder what it is about Utah though. I think our culture really sets a high standard for women to like present themselves well. In every aspect of life. Not even just looks like the house, the car, the family. Like you've got to have a marriage. Yeah, right. Everything is like keeping up with the Joneses a little bit of like, Oh, I want to be better than my neighbor.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Yeah, as great as it is to have so many beautiful people, it's also super toxic, you know, because people have this bar that feels unreachable and everyone's faking it really. But that's one thing we love about why and and why Rise started the Med Spa portion of our business was to kind of rewrite that in Utah and allow people to have a space where it doesn't feel like they're coming in and trying to hit a societal standard,
Starting point is 00:05:54 more just trying to hit their best and feel good and feel empowered and uplifted and not feel like. Like you have to change everything about yourself to look like exactly like the person next to you. Yes, and people in Utah, the women are starting to look the same. Starting to look similar. Everyone's blonde. Everyone's got the high cheeks, the funny chin, the big lips. And now everyone's really skinny. And that's the uh the peptide right? Yeah for sure. Which is also amazing. Yeah. And is you know groundbreaking. So we love it. We love it and there are still a lot of
Starting point is 00:06:24 level-headed people in Utah which is definitely the So we love it. We love it. And there are still a lot of level headed people in Utah, which is definitely the clientele we attract. We have people that are like owning their uniqueness and promoting their health. And yeah, we offer weight loss program. We have a ton of regenerative and restorative programs. I just feel like we have to do it ethically and not. I mean, it's like social media.
Starting point is 00:06:44 Utah is like a little microcosm of what we see being promoted for women, you know, to hit us. Looking for the ultimate online casino experience? When we see influencers promoting a bunch of services, we want to do it right. When we see influencers promoting a bunch of services, we want to do it right.
Starting point is 00:08:45 When we have a big ambassador program, most of our business was built off social media. And so we love our ambassadors to be kind of like our billboards. Like they look normal. They talk about it naturally. They don't, they don't have unhealthy relationships with their body or food. Like those types of things are important to us. So super important. Yeah. Cause you could take it too extreme, right. Some women get too skinny. Yeah. Well, and we have the responsibility honestly of being the providers in that space to
Starting point is 00:09:10 not create that. Yeah. You know, people are coming in and trusting us create a complex within someone about how they look or, you know, the amount of times we've had people come in for consultations that are like, um, wow, this was totally different. I went to a consultation once and realized I had a crooked nose, a recessed chin. I needed lip filler. Like I looked tired. I had eye bags. It's like, Oh, wow, this was totally different. I went to a consultation once and realized I had a crooked nose, a recessed chin, I needed lip filler. Like I looked tired.
Starting point is 00:09:28 I had eye bags. It's like, Oh, damn. Yeah. And it's like, well, I just went in my Botox. Now I need like $30,000. So I just had a zit is all, but yeah, because he's starting to side up, right? They get expensive.
Starting point is 00:09:39 Yeah. It does. And I think it's just, it's just too much. Honestly. I think people look better. Like less is more. I think you'd get it too far. Now you're just, you always say it's just too much. Honestly, I think people look better, like less is more. I think you'd get it too far. Now you're just, you always say, it's good to look,
Starting point is 00:09:49 I'd rather look old than odd, you know, good to look normal. And you were talking earlier about dissolving. So now these women are getting so many procedures they need to dissolve what's in their face, right? Yes. Yeah, unfortunately we see a lot of it. We have ultrasound technology in our office
Starting point is 00:10:03 to handle big dissolving cases. So we can actually see where the filler is, but it's traditionally known as pillow face. Yeah, pillow face. People take it a little too far and they just look odd and everyone thinks that's what filler is. That's not what filler is. That's what like unethical meds plus do.
Starting point is 00:10:18 They're like overfilling women because they'll pay for it. We're taking advantage of insecurities or body dysmorphia. And then they come to us to get dissolved and it's so sad, but it is an incredible thing to do for them. Yeah, we always say the filler that you see is bad filler. Like the filler should be undetectable. It should enhance your features.
Starting point is 00:10:36 It should never be like, oh, that's, you know, you can tell she's a shit. Like holy shit. Holy shit. That's some work. Your lips are coming into the room before you are. Like that is bad filler. The lips one is wild.
Starting point is 00:10:47 Yeah. I know. I don't know how people are personally attracted to that. I don't get it. We do get- Not your thing. Not my thing, no. No.
Starting point is 00:10:54 We do get the occasional, like I said, we don't really attract that, which is really nice, but we get the occasional person with really big overdone lips and they're in there. I'm like, please God, don't tell me you want lips. And they're like, I'm here for lips today. I'm like, yeah. So what we're going to do is switch it up.
Starting point is 00:11:09 We're actually going to dissolve everything. Yeah. And most people are open to receiving that and hearing that because I feel like people don't realize once you start down that process, you kind of lose sight of normal. Totally. When you have someone who's willing and open to bring you back down to reality and give you like a hard truth.
Starting point is 00:11:24 It's like, oh, okay. Yeah. Let me, you're right. Yeah. And not just, not just see the patient as a dollar sign. Cause a lot of offices will do that. Cause I said, okay, you want to pay for it. You might go down the street and get it all. Just do it. And I'd rather make no money and feel like sleep at night and feel good about what I'm doing and not misleading people. And sometimes people take it well. And sometimes they're like, what the hell? I'm the boss, I want lips. I'm like, maybe lip gloss.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Maybe a lip plumper. Yeah. I don't even know what that is. It's a whole world, isn't it? Yeah, it's fascinating. Oh shots, that's a whole nother procedure. I just learned about today. Yeah, oh yeah, this is new to you.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Yeah. Oh shots are incredible. Yeah. Oh shots are for women, sexual function. Yeah. Oh, they're incredible. Yeah. Oh, shots are for women's sexual function. And it scares everyone when we start talking about that. But what we do is we draw their blood and we are pulling out platelet rich fiber in which it has tons of growth factors. Kind of the same reason you'd want stem cells and exosomes. You want Oh shop for all of those little building blocks that go in and restore tissue. Well, when we put that in somewhere that's an erogenous zone, like the clitoris or the G-spot,
Starting point is 00:12:26 we're able to get better sensation, better blood flow, better libido. So we have women that come in to restore sexual function. It's incredible, very popular procedure, very, very safe, scary for people when they hear about a needle going anywhere near there, but we have dialed it in. Yeah, it's incredibly comfortable,
Starting point is 00:12:43 relatively painless procedure. And there's another one for guys too. Yeah, it's incredibly comfortable, relatively painless procedure. And there's another one for guys too. Yeah, the P-Shot. Good old P-Shot. That one's been on the rise. I feel like that's the buzzword. Literally on the buzzword. That was smooth.
Starting point is 00:12:55 That was smooth, yeah. It has been on the- It's on the rise. The buzzword is P-Shot, I feel like. It is. Everyone's just started talking about P-Shots. Everyone wants a SuperDick. What can I say? It's just started talking about P shots. Everyone wants a super dick. What can I say? It's true. It's true. They hear about it and they're like, sign me up. It works the same way, except usually men are looking for it for increased sensitivity, girth,
Starting point is 00:13:15 length, performance. And they see it. Wow. The products work great. We love using exosomes for that too. It's incredible and very niche. Like not a lot of people are willing to do so. It's a very intimate procedure, obviously. Yeah. But we always say it's only weird if you make it weird. Yep. It sounds like there's good benefits to it as a guy, you know? Yeah, totally.
Starting point is 00:13:36 And every guy I've talked to that's gotten, I've talked to a few guys, they speak very highly of it. Yes. Yeah. We have yet to have a man that doesn't like return for a treatment. It's just good. And honestly, We have yet to have a man that doesn't like return for a treatment. It's just, it's just good. And honestly, like people always wonder like, who's a candidate?
Starting point is 00:13:50 And I feel like the biggest hangup is people don't want to admit that they're not like sexually optimized. No one wants to say like, well, my erections are not as hard as they could be or whatever. Yeah. Like no one wants to say like, oh yeah, I could use some improvement. Yeah. It's an ego thing for sure.
Starting point is 00:14:03 It's an ego thing for sure. Yeah. Yeah. So I always say, for sure. It's an ego thing for sure. Yeah. Yeah. So I always say, well, you can always take your baseline up. But the reality is, as we age, that just happens. Blood flow is lessened and your performance is lessened. And you don't know what you're missing until you get it back. You think that's the most popular thing.
Starting point is 00:14:19 People are like, damn. Right, because you get used to your current status, right? Yeah, it's your new normal. Yeah. What about the paga? We have patients tell us it's like teenagers in the back of the car again. They're like really into it.
Starting point is 00:14:29 We've called it the couch breaker. Yeah. Damn. How often do you have to... There's variability, of course. There's some people that are like, oh, they need to do a couple of treatments, but there are some after one that are like,
Starting point is 00:14:40 oh damn, I'm telling all my friends about this. It's impressive, wow. How often do you have to get it once you get it the first time? We do a series of three typically, unless somebody has really severe symptoms, like once a month times three, and then after that you get it like once every six
Starting point is 00:14:54 to 12 months just to keep up on it. Okay. Maintain. Not bad at all. What about the P long? What's that one about? The P long, yeah, okay, this is new to us as well. Yes.
Starting point is 00:15:02 And not something we offer, but it is fascinating. Yeah. Really, why don't you? Well, I just barely stumbled us as well. Yes. And not something we offer, but it is fascinating. Yeah. Why don't you? Well, I just barely stumbled upon the P long recently. And it's something like, I don't know if I'm happy about, you know, it's new information. We're gonna let it resonate. Yeah, we're sitting with it.
Starting point is 00:15:14 But the P long is basically like, they inject like basically PRF, but they involve a traction system and a penis pump as well that you do during the night. And the studies are showing that it's like an inch in length is gained. Wow. And a half inch in girth. So. Holy crap. Yeah. So why are you guys on the fence about that? That sounds amazing. You know, the traction is sounding barbaric to me. The traction is sounding like a lot. You also have to do the penis pump during the night. Like you have to have multiple erections in the night
Starting point is 00:15:45 to see the results. So I don't know, I feel like the P-shot and other modalities might be just as good without needing a traction system. The pump we're all on board for. We recommend that in our protocol. Yeah, well, especially when you're doing injections like this, because what you want
Starting point is 00:16:02 is to get the exosomes spread. So when you can plump everything up and open the blood flow, you have better blood spread. She's so immature. We're so, the word plump threw me off, sorry. Yeah. I used to see ads for like those pumps, but I always thought it was like BS, honestly, you know?
Starting point is 00:16:17 Yeah. I think, I don't think you need to be using it around the clock every day, but when you're in a series of doing these pee shots, I recommend it. The traction, I think we need to sit with that. Yeah, the traction's a lot. We always say like, listen, if we're going that hard, we're feeling that desperate for length, maybe we ought to focus on being more performance based skill. Motion of the ocean. Get some new work.
Starting point is 00:16:40 Get some new, you know, new moves. Yeah, that's more important, right? That's more important. Exactly, yeah. I think the world knows that now. Yeah. I think so too. Well, you guys just had the secret lives of Mormon wives come through, right? Yeah, that was so fun.
Starting point is 00:16:56 Yeah, that show came out in September. So we filmed with them earlier in the year and didn't know if we were gonna be on it or anything and then ended up taking off with this laughing gas controversy that we had. So you put a little too much laughing gas? They got a little wild, you know. The controversy, well, first of all,
Starting point is 00:17:14 it all started because a bunch of those women that are on the show, the ambassador program I was telling you about, they've been on our ambassador program. They're great billboards, stunning women. Amazing. And then they came and filmed on site to get Botox and laughing gas,
Starting point is 00:17:26 which we offer laughing gas in our practice. It's totally elective, just like Botox is. And the craze that it brought of people saying like, oh, you won't drink alcohol, but you'll go get high for Botox was insane because the whole show is fun about, you know, kind of the culture of that. Yeah, and about the double standard of Mormonism
Starting point is 00:17:45 and all the things. But there were people on TikTok saying this nurse practitioner needs to lose her license. She's giving people votes or laughing gas unnecessarily. I'm like, and in which world is laughing gas necessary? Wow. You know, but it blew up. Yeah. Damn. Yeah. We're not pleased, but like, I don't get it. There were also a lot of people who were pleased and they're like, why is my Botox girl not giving me laughing gas? You know, so you can't win them pleased. But like, I don't get it. There were also a lot of people who were pleased and they're like, why is my Botox girl not giving me laughing gas, you know? So you can't win them all, but. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:10 But that's definitely caused some controversy. We did some dissolving on one of the girls that has been interesting to see. And she's looking so stunning. So stunning. Well, you know what they say, all PR is good PR. So. Exactly. You could probably turn it into a win.
Starting point is 00:18:23 I've always said that. And that's what we're doing. I mean, you're number two in in the country in plastic surgery, right? Yeah. Utah Lake is. Yeah. That's impressive. Crazy.
Starting point is 00:18:31 Yeah. Especially with your ethics, because you're not just giving it to everyone, like you said. So, yeah, that's impressive. Was that because of the show or were you blowing up before that? I feel like it was before. Totally. Like, I feel like we just have a different, like, ethos. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:47 You know? It's like different than most med spas. So I feel like people gravitate towards that, the authenticity, the vibe. The laid-back vibe. Yeah. Like, the interesting thing in Utah, too, that there's like the status.
Starting point is 00:18:59 People want to achieve status, kind of like keeping up the Joneses. And we just have completely eliminated that from our space. So you don't walk in like, oh my God, I should be dressed a certain way, or I should spend a certain amount of money to be here, or I should know a certain amount of things. Like it's laid back. And I think that's what attracted like has attracted people to us
Starting point is 00:19:16 and why we've been so successful. Yeah. Um, I think people don't know that that's what they wanted, you know? Yeah. They're like, yeah, just kind of doing what the med spa space was creating. And we're also incredibly open. Like I feel like most med spa spaces are not open to talking about whatever and being like really, you know, personable.
Starting point is 00:19:35 It's always very look a certain way, act a certain way. And we don't do that. We're shameless in every sense of the word. Very authentic, yes, shameless. And so I feel like that really brings down people's barriers. Totally. And they can fully open up to us. More relatable, like all of our clients are like diehards.
Starting point is 00:19:53 They're like good friends, you know? They get in, there's a camaraderie. Like it's not transactional at Rise. It's very like relationship focused and ethical and just fun laid back vibes, yeah. That's cool though. You guys are authentic. I think people want that these days. I remember going to my doctor for physicals. and ethical and just fun laid back vibes. Yeah. That's cool though. You guys are authentic.
Starting point is 00:20:07 I think people want that these days. I remember going to my doctor for physicals. I didn't want to tell them anything, especially about my sexual life. I know. Yeah, and very personal. To break that down, to like walk in and feel like I know nothing about these people
Starting point is 00:20:18 and I'm going to go tell them about my sex life is so vulnerable. Yeah. So when you can like lead with a really laid back, open mind, people are just like, they gravitate towards it. Yeah. I mean, people trust you guys are getting labia surgeries. Yeah. Yeah. We were for people out for that. That was Utah's like number one, um, rising surgical trend was labiaplasty,
Starting point is 00:20:41 which do you know what labiaplasty is? You basically, I don't know, to be honest. Yeah, you should explain it. Just do a little. So it's just a little snip snap downstairs for women, but it helps women who have excess labial tissue who want things to look better, tighter. So it's interesting that you tell us,
Starting point is 00:21:00 but you think about all the young moms we have and the high standards we have, it kind of, it adds up. It's all adding up. It's all adding up. Yeah, mommy makeovers or mommy takeovers as they call them now, you know, yeah very popular. Yeah Another term I just found out pleasure playoffs. Oh, yeah What's that about? That is a term that we created We have a podcast and one of the things that we talk about is women's health and all the health, intimate health. Yeah. And so we decided to do a March madness style bracket of vibrators and rate them one through 10 based on a number of criteria. We had a fully objective. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:37 How were you objective? So we would rate like battery life, the aesthetic. Yeah. No way. Yeah, yeah. Portability of use. Yeah. Cuteness. Yeah. Like, is it cute? Is it ugly? Does it look like a penis? Yeah, like, I don't know if I want to be toting around like the TSA. If the TSA unzips this shit, you have to present it. And how do we explain it? Is it a 10? Where you're like, that is a beauty blender. Like I could justify that all day long long or does it look like a dildo? You know?
Starting point is 00:22:05 Yes. So that's what we kind of rated on. And then we took, what was it like 10? 8? 8? Yeah. Different styles, different types from all different companies. People voted on.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Okay. Oh, people voted on. Like we were getting people to give us recommendations. Yeah. So many. And then we took those 8, did research, very diligent, professional research. Yes, professional. We took one for the team.
Starting point is 00:22:29 We did a lot of work. We did a lot of research. It's a service to the ladies. And you're welcome. And who ended up winning? What ended up winning was- The Lilo Ida Wave. The Lilo Ida Wave.
Starting point is 00:22:38 Got it. Which plugs to them because- It's still a winner. It's still a winner. It's fantastic. And it doesn't look like a penis. So that's a benefit. If the TSA finds it, like no big deal.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Yeah, or like if it's hanging out in your room and you have like people over and they see it, it's like, oh my God. You know, but this one is very discreet. Could be anything. You might have to start selling those at the center. I know. We talked about it.
Starting point is 00:22:59 We did a collab with them. So we had a code for a while. Maybe they would, you know, Yeah. Like us to promote it more. Listen, number one fans and shame us, I'm telling you. We recommend that we had a code for a while. Maybe they would, you know, like us to promote it more. Listen, number one fans and we recommend it. We send a link to every patient. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:09 I love it. Are you going to do it with other sexual products now too? You know, we've talked about it. Yeah. We might. I don't know what else there is, to be honest. I mean, there's a lot of stuff. I feel like there's a lot of options.
Starting point is 00:23:20 Yeah, lubes. I'm not a fan of lube. Really? You guys are? Well, I feel like- Why are you a fan of lube. Yeah, lube. I'm not a fan of lube. Really? You guys are like. Well, I feel like- Why aren't you a fan of lube? What's the holdup with the lube? I just don't use it.
Starting point is 00:23:31 What do you mean? He doesn't need it. Doesn't need it. Like I feel like if you're good and you're like in the moment, you don't need it. Yeah. I feel like yes, but also some, there are some lubes that enhance.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Okay. Yeah. And when you're using products like vibrators, sometimes you need a little that enhance. Okay. Yeah. And when you're using products like vibrators, sometimes you need a little lube. Right, yeah. For the solo business. Yeah, otherwise it's got too much friction. Yeah, I just, a lot of them aren't natural products, so I'm not a fan of that.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Yeah, our favorite is coconut, it's all natural, like it's edible. Oh wow, it's edible. Holy crap. That's the one we sell in our clinic. Yeah, and they're local. Yeah, they're local. Yeah, they're a local company. It's really cool. wow. It's edible. Holy crap. That's the one we sell in our clinic. Yeah. And they're local. Yeah, they're local. Yeah, they're a local company.
Starting point is 00:24:07 It's really cool. Shout out to them. You might've changed my mind. I might have to try the one out. Yeah, test it out. I'll grab you one. We'll rate it. We'll let you know.
Starting point is 00:24:14 All right. What do you guys think of Brian Johnson? Oh my gosh. We just watched that. We have so many, we disagree. So we have, don't we? I don't know. We disagree.
Starting point is 00:24:24 Because Tracy thinks that he's fantastic and like doing all this, you know, amazing research. And I don't disagree with that. I think he's, I think he's great and doing a lot of, you know, good for the community. But also I feel like at some point I'm like, you're just an entrepreneur like the fact that he's selling olive oil to these people and it probably doesn't do anything, you know? Actually his has been thoroughly tested. I'm a consumer of it.
Starting point is 00:24:47 Do you like it? I like it. So he publishes the third party results of all his products. So a lot of olive oil has seed oils in it. The ones you see in the grocery stores, like poor quality seed oils, but his is really high quality.
Starting point is 00:24:58 So I'll vouch for him on that. Do you feel like it's bringing longevity into your life? I think it's a healthier olive oil compared to most. Yeah. So in that, if you're not regard, yes. I, so when we watched the documentary, this is the part where we started disagreeing because I think we agree on the fact that like that's the amount of education that's coming from what he's doing is fantastic. And he's basically being a guinea pig on everyone's behalf.
Starting point is 00:25:23 So got to give it to him. But we started disagreeing on the business side and I thought like, well, if I was like putting my body through that and then giving everyone this information, I would want to monetize that. Like my time is worth something and all this research that he's doing is worth something. But yeah, we were like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:42 I also struggle with, I think it's great that he's doing all the research, but it's in such a controlled environment, like something that cannot be recreated by the average person. So it's almost like, is there really as much benefit to that being in such a controlled, you know, calculated way that that a normal person could not recreate? I can see that. You know, yeah, because he sleeps at the same time every day. Yeah. Yeah, I think the information the same time every day. He eats the same thing every day. Yeah, I think the information and research is valuable,
Starting point is 00:26:08 but probably not to the extent that we think it is. Well, you know what I think though about longevity? The biohacking world, a lot of people just want to hop on and do the easy stuff. Totally. And I think all of that will do very little for someone who doesn't do the basics. Start with diet and exercise
Starting point is 00:26:24 and look for what's going to kill you first. Like if you have a history of heart disease or you have like pre-diabetes or something, like get that in line, get your diet and exercise in line, and then you can start doing things like exosomes and and peptides and all these other helpful tools. But I think society's getting like really enamored by the idea of like, Oh, I can just take this and it gives me. Yeah. It's like, well, yeah, maybe if you like optimize your body, then it will do a lot of good for you, but like exosomes, for example, we do exosomes for wellness and regenerative medit rise.
Starting point is 00:27:00 And we have people who come in to do it for like an actual ailment or an injury, right? So they want repair, whether they have like a torn MCL or whatever it is, or Crohn's disease, different systemic things. Or we have people who just want it for regenerative medicine and like health benefits. And the people who want it for health benefits, I always make sure like to have an interview with them and say, what are you doing right now? Like what's your lifestyle right now? Are you getting enough sleep? Like the basics,
Starting point is 00:27:28 right? What's your environment like? What's your stress? Like your daily stress. And so I think, yeah, his results are going to be a lot better than somebody who's like sedentary, high stress, yeah, like the American pitfall, right? They're not gonna be able to like take olive oil and then their whole life is transformed, right? Yeah, I do agree though. He does some crazy stuff. Yeah, it's fascinating. I loved watching it and I think it's crazy to witness. But I didn't see the show.
Starting point is 00:27:57 You've talked to him, but I felt like this happened. No, I interviewed him before the show came out. I wanna watch it, but I was aware of the blood transfusion. Yes, I think that's where he loses people. Where it's like watch it, but I was aware of the blood transfusion. And he measures his thunders. I think that's where he loses people. Where it's like, oh, now I'm getting a little freaky. Did they show that in the documentary? Yeah, they did.
Starting point is 00:28:12 Yeah, where they, it was like the three generations. Yeah. That's wild. It is wild. There is some new technology that, what's his name? Ben Greenfield. Do you know Ben? He's like a biohacker, but you put your blood in one tube.
Starting point is 00:28:28 It filters out all the micro toxins, the micro plastics, heavy metals, and then it goes back into your body. Yes, I've seen that. Blood transfusion or something like that. Yeah, that was interesting to me. Yeah, it's really cool. But I don't think I'd want someone else's blood in me. Right. I know, I can't, I don't.
Starting point is 00:28:44 I don't, I would. Even if they were younger, like. Yeah, even if they were related to me, I's blood in me. Right. I know. I can't. I don't. I don't. Even if they were younger, like. Yeah. Even if they were related to me, I'm like, no. I know. I don't like it. It would take some. Yeah. Yeah. To change my mind. Because right now I think there's so much available to have a healthy body and to biohack without doing that. And like, nah. Yeah. But I mean, he's going to the extremes and it's working for him. Yeah. And that's what makes it fascinating, right?
Starting point is 00:29:03 Like the fact that he's doing that. I think he's working for him. Yeah. And that's what makes it fascinating, right? Like the fact that he's doing that. I think he's in that positive overall. Yeah. Because I know he gets a lot of hate, but I think overall he's doing good for society. Yeah, he is. Well, people say he's like a cult leader. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:14 And he was joking about it in the show. Like when he shows up to all these people he's taking on a hike, he's like, all right, is everyone ready in the cult? You know what I'm talking about? Like literally, even if this is a cult, he's he's helping people live out, help people out and about. It's just interesting about their health and wellness and stuff. So I think it's great. But when you get to that level, though, you're not going to please everyone.
