And then the government came after them with all of their might. The conspiracy charge, that was originally intended to go after the mob. That doesn't mean that they go to trial and get found guilty. Yes, I have. Man, but you're feeling better these days, I bet. Oh, very much so. Yeah. The media villainized you, man. Yes, they did. For two, three years. Even still now. Even still.

Yeah. Yes. Depending on the outlet, I guess. Yeah. Well, I mean, even Fox News uses my image in a derogatory sense. I mean, Fox News is controlled opposition. We've known that for a while. I think almost every outlet is right? What I call mockingbird media outlets? Yes. Like mainstream quote-unquote outlets? Yes. Yeah. Did you lose a lot of friends and family because of what happened? No, no. My

friends and family are very loyal. They knew the truth. They saw all the disinformation that was in the media and they're like none of this is true. And that really made them like very, very suspect and speculative of any and all future news stories. Because if they got me so wrong, what else are they lying about? Right. Do you think they wanted to make an example out of you? Yeah, absolutely.

Absolutely. In fact, when I asked to get my stuff returned to me, my property, my headdress, my staff, the government in their court filing said that they didn't want it to be returned because it was a sign of strength on January 6th. So they viewed my image as a sign of strength, which means that they tried to make an example out of me

because they didn't want people to feel like strengthened or invigorated. Yeah, that's so crazy, man. That's so nuts. I mean, it really makes you question like what exactly happened. And now I think the truth is out there. Oh dude, totally. Well, I mean, they, the government came forward and investigated itself and said, well, we only had 26 confidential informants. There was no federal agents in the crowd. I don't buy that at all.

Okay. Anytime the government has ever investigated itself and said, we find no wrongdoing, they're lying. Right. So I'm curious to see what happens in the next Trump administration, because if it can be proven in a court of law through factual physical evidence that the government not just orchestrated the events of January 6th, but targeted people like myself either with the media

or with the government, and did so unfairly, that's lawsuit worthy. Absolutely. Did you ever get your other possessions like your phone, your wallet, and everything? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, I pretty much got all my stuff back, but it's all, you know, it's in an undisclosed location,

the headdress, the staff. I don't want people knowing where it is. Yeah. You know? That's so nice. You could sell that for a lot, Wanda. Ha. How was, I mean, how long were you in jail? I was in prison for 27 months behind bars,

29 months in federal custody, 10 and a half months of that was in solitary confinement. Holy crap. Now the Geneva Convention says that anything beyond 14 days of solitary confinement is technically torture. Now to the functional system of neural connectivity that makes our world, the same portions of the brain that are processing mental and emotional pain

also process physical pain. And the mental and emotional pain associated with solitary confinement is akin to being sleep deprived and starved. So it is literally putting, it put my psyche in tremendous amounts of mental and emotional distress. I never had gray hairs before solitary. I've got more gray hairs and white hairs on my face now

than I can count. Wow. What caused the prison to send you to solitary? Well, they said it was for my own protection. Well, first they said it was for COVID. And then they said it was for my own protection. But the thing is that all went out the window when they transferred me to Oklahoma or when they transferred me to Colorado

and they put me in general pop. Right. So what's up with that? Super weird, man. And a lot of J6s just got solitary. I've had a few on the show. Yes, yes they have. And the thing is dude,

is solitary as I said, it's a soft torture. It's designed to soften the mind, weaken the will so that you'll acquiesce to the government's request. Yeah, what's the legal status of everything right now? I'm currently still on probation or supervised release. I currently still have the 1512 felony charge on my record. What? Yeah, I'm hoping that Donald Trump

is gonna pardon 1512 recipients. You know, the Supreme Court has said that the 1512 charge does not apply. Could you explain that, what that means, 1512? Yes, 1512C does not apply. Could you explain that what that means? 1512? Yes. A 1512 C if I believe is what it's called. It's a, it's a statute and it was created around the Enron scandal

because all these Enron people were destroying documents so that the federal government couldn't investigate them and bring them to justice. So they made a law where they said, if you do this, if you obstruct an official proceeding or an official investigation, you can get 20 years in prison. Gah! Trying to obstruct the official proceedings of a courtroom is really what it was about or like an investigation, right? But the DOJ bent the law, okay? Then this is what's interesting. So this is what we have to understand about government, okay? There's the constitution, right?

And then there's all the laws. The laws underneath the constitution are made up of what are called statutes, right? And then there's all the laws. The laws underneath the constitution are made up of what are called statutes Okay, these statutes have what is called statutory construction the way that the the laws written is Constructed the statute is constructed with very specific verbiage Okay, that either it leaves it open-ended to interpretation or makes it very clear. What's being said? Okay with the 1512 charge, what happened is that the government chose to,

the DOJ chose to interpret the statute a certain way so that they could bend the law and get a bunch of convictions. So they could throw 20 year sentences at people, right? And then people look at that sentence and they're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, 20 years, okay. You want me to do three? Okay, right?

It's a way of putting pressure on people. It's totally unconstitutional to do that by the way. But I mean, technically they're allowed to do three? Okay, right? Yeah, it's a way of putting pressure on people. It's totally unconstitutional to do that, by the way, but I mean, technically, they're allowed to do it legally. But anyway, point is, um, 1512 charge should not have been applied to what happened on January six. And this is according to the Supreme Court, because it's more so about destroying documents. Yeah, and obstructing the official proceeding of an investigation or a court proceeding has nothing really to do with the election or with a protest or entry into a building unlawfully. So when the Supreme Court said this doesn't apply, they really kicked the deep state in the groin. Right. Have you lost faith in the legal system having gone through what you went through? What it is is that I've seen the good, the bad,

and the ugly of the legal system. There are some people that deserve to be in prison, bro. I met some real scumbags in prison, really like bad people, but I also met some really good people. I met some really good people that made some poor choices. And then the government came after them with all of their might and weighed on them with the full power and weight of the government.

And the conspiracy charge, which is what they hit the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and many other people across the country with, that was originally intended to go after the mob. So let's talk about the weaponization of the justice system. We talk about the 1512 charge, that was done. So go after people for Enron. You got the conspiracy charge, the RICO, right?

That was done to go after the mob. But the government has left these laws on the books and then they've interpreted them loosely so that they can throw it at people and get convictions. The government's not about getting justice. It's about getting convictions. The, the federal government has a 98% guilty plea rate. That doesn't mean that they go to trial and get found guilty. That means that people plead guilty 98% of the time. Why is it so high? You think?

Well, because if you go to trial, the government is going to throw the max sentence at you. So people don't want to take that risk. You're saying? When I, when I was being sentenced by my judge, the judge said to me, you know, you probably did the right thing taking a plea deal because you really were looking at 20 years behind bars if you went to trial. Right. So what the government does is they'll, they'll throw all these charges at you.

They stack all these charges up and they go, you go, whoa, all these charges. And then they say, yeah, and guess what? It's 25 years in prison maximum if you go to trial, but you could sign this plea deal and you could get a guidelines range of 41 to 51 months. If you just say that you did it, right. And then it's like, well, hold on a second. Sun Tzu art of war, never fight a battle, you know, you can't win. Never fight a battle in the rain uphill or in the dark, right? A trial in DC for somebody like me is uphill in

the dark at night. I can win that battle, you know, so don't fight a battle you can't win, right? You must appear weak when you are strong. You must appear strong when you are weak, right? Yep. So they were just using it as like an intimidation tactic. That's 20 year sentence, scare everyone. And that's why everyone's just...

And stay in solitary while you think about it. Right, so you're going crazy in there thinking, is this gonna be the rest of my life? That's where... 20 years in solitary. Yes. Wow, that's why a lot of people took the plea, right? Yes. That's why most people, including like the conspiracy charge, dude, all the people I met in prison that got busted with conspiracy charge. This is what I'm saying about the government just going ham, dude. All these people, they're not mobsters. Why aren't you hitting them with the conspiracy? Oh, because you

can get a conviction. Oh, so this is about getting a conviction and making a career. Dude, so many prosecutors tried to make a career on prosecuting J-6ers, it's unbelievable. A lot of them, right? Yes. Yeah. They literally make a career off destroying people's lives with the legal system. All the while, the real criminals,

the people that are polluting our water, our food, our air, the people that are polluting our minds, the people that are like raping children, pedophile networks, we're talking like, you know, the human and child trafficking trade, the drug trade, all of those people, though the government's working with them, believe it or not, yes, okay. Look into the finders.

That's when the CIA was literally abducting children, abducting children and forcing them in cages, forcing them to undergo satanic ritual abuse. The FBI found out about this. You can look it up on the government website. What? This was an organized child kidnapping ring, sanctioned by the government, funded by the government

and performing satanic ritual abuse on these children. That's crazy. Oh dude, there's more. There's this Lawrence King in the Nebraska, the Franklin coverup in Nebraska. There's also the Sandusky thing that happened in Penn State. There's also the Barney Frank thing that happened in New York, all involving sex trafficking.

And don't even get me started in the CIA and, you know, the Contras, the Iran Contras and bringing Coke into the country. Oh, and guess what? Joe Biden and Bill Clinton, they're the ones that passed that crime bill that locked everybody up for crack for just a couple of rocks for 20 years.

But the CIA was bringing coke in by the ton and selling it to everybody and then arresting them, going into their homes, violating their constitutional rights to go get the drugs that they brought in the country in the first place. And why are they doing all this? Because they got black budget money. They don't have to get war sanctioned by Congress. They can just destroy a foreign government and install a puppet regime. That's why they do what they do. Did you know about all this before you got arrested? Yes. Well I wrote a book called one mind at a time, a deep state of illusion. It's on Amazon. It's only 9 99 and everything you need to know about what the deep state is, all this stuff that I'm talking about, it's all in that book. And it also goes into things like deep underground military bases like NORAD. Are you familiar with DUMMS? No. Okay, so there's something called tunnel boring machines

or nuclear tunnel boring machines, okay? And these are like 40 foot diameter machines that are like massive drills that are able to drill through the bedrock of like the Rocky Mountains. Okay. And this thing, these things, at least the nuclear tunnel boring machines, they have a liquid lithium of the nuclear generator, liquefies lithium. And then that liquid lithium at 10,000 degrees is pushed on the put to the head of the drill. And then so that heat and that pressure ends up creating a vitrified stone tunnel, right?

So there's no like excavation, you don't have to pull any rocks or dirt or anything out, right? You just move this thing through like a radioactive earthworm just eating through the rock, right? And then so you got this 40 diameter tunnel, which means that if you do this right, this thing can move seven miles a day.

If you do this right, you can create a whole underground building, a whole underground complex with these things. And you can create interconnecting tunnels that go under the bedrock of the country. Okay. Holy crap. Dude, they have Mach 2, like light rail trains or like magnetic trains that take you from LA to DC in an hour.

What? So that's underneath us right now? Yes. There is literally a whole breakaway civilization under our feet. No. Yes. Okay. These deep underground military bases cost anywhere from like $10 billion or more to make. Okay. And how it works usually is that they go

with government contracts to like corporations because governments can't acquire the concrete, the steel, you know, the manpower, the engineer. Like you just go to a contracted corporation. They got all that infrastructure there. You give them the government money, they build you the dumb. This country is literally littered with hundreds of dumbs and each of them is kind of like a compartmentalized stovepipe of information. So you know what compartmentalization is? Kind of. Look at it like this. Let's say we're all putting together a puzzle, right?

And I say, here's a bunch of pieces. I need you, or here's one piece. I need you to figure out how that piece works, right? Then I give another piece to another person, right? And you got all these teams of people looking at one piece, right? Figuring out how that piece works. Well, I'm the guy that knows

how all those pieces fit together, right? None of you guys know, cause you're just focusing on that one piece. That's compartmentalization, okay? So each of these deep underground military bases is compartmentalized and they're each doing different R&D, whether it be biological stuff, whether it be chemical, whether it be technological, like artificial intelligence,

or things like cloning, yes, that's going on. Or even things like psychic research, or mind control, like MK Ultra, that kind of stuff, okay? So each of these is like a different stovepipe of compartmentalized R and D that's being funded by the government. But if and when these corporations find a, uh, like an invention or they create something or find some new discovery, the government will, their corporation will patent it.

And then the government will classify the patent. Wow. Okay, so there's no real innovation because the government, have you by chance listened to Mike Ben's talk on Joe Rogan recently? It's a three hour podcast. I'd recommend you check it out if you wanna look into the deep state.

But basically what it is is it's the movement of our public money into the private hands of these contractors. And then these contractors, their corporation, their value skyrockets. And then once this is where we get like Congress members investing and insider trading. Right, exactly.

So the whole system is designed to make less than 1% of the population money and keep less than 1% of the population in charge. Wow, you've really figured this out. That's impressive, man. Cause like you said earlier, a lot of people have puzzle pieces, but you figured out the full scope. I put the puzzle together. And that's what one mind at a time, a deep state of illusion is about is that big puzzle. And it goes in the

deep underground military bases, nuclear tunnel, boring machines, but it also goes to the next level. We're talking like interdimensional beings. Okay. We're talking quote unquote aliens or UAPs. And what that phenomenon is, you see, as a shamanic practitioner, the shamans for thousands of years have been the mediators between the spirit world and the physical world. They've been the mediators between the UAPs, the angels, and they've warded off the demons. You know what I'm saying?

So as a shamanic practitioner, I have to know all this stuff because this is my country, this is my culture. And you better believe you're not gonna be have to know all this stuff. Yeah. Cause this is my country. This is my culture. And you better believe you're not gonna be able to pull the wool over my eyes. What do you think the recent drone stuff was in New Jersey, New York? I think it's a Psyop.

Project Bluebeam? Well, the drones I think are real. Yeah. The idea that the government doesn't know what they are. Like, dude, we have satellites that can read the date on a dime on the ground from outer space. We have a satellite right now, many satellites right now that can read the date on a dime sitting on the ground from outer space. Holy crap. How do we not know

where these what and where these drones are? Okay, what it is, is that the government, the deep state rather, because it's not so much the government, it's collusion of interested less than 1% of parties. Then here's the thing, like George Carlin said, you don't need a conspiracy when you have a confluence of mutual interests, okay? These people have a mutual interest of maintaining the status quo,

because that's not just how they maintain their power, it's how they maintain their profit, okay? So these drones are there to scare people, okay? These drones are there to freak people out about the idea of, oh, a dirty bomb or a new, whatever, okay? I'm gonna tell you right now, we have literally hundreds of billions of dollars invested into the national security state.

Like I said, we got satellites, you can read the data on a dime from space. We have tools and technologies that are beyond most people's imagining. The idea that the, that all that money and all that research and all that power is not able to tell us what these drones are. Do you see where I'm getting at? Is that what it's like when you understand these higher levels of like

security clearances and, and top secret government stuff and all that, then you understand like, dude, the idea that we don't know what this is, is laughable. Yeah, do you believe in the whole reptilian conspiracy theory? No, and yes. As a shamanic practitioner, I recognize the idea that demonic possession is very real. Yeah. Okay.

And you don't need to just like, you even find some people out like priests and stuff and like that have done exorcisms and they talk about, have you seen the movie Nefarious? No. Oh, it's so good. You've got to check it out. Okay, cause that's probably the most accurate thing

that I've ever seen that is related to this notion of demonic possession. Okay. But what we're essentially talking about here when I talk about demons or reptilians as they've been called is is do you know what, there's something called morphogenetic fields. If you look into the work of Rupert Sheldrake,

he talks about basically this morphogenic field or what the government calls a bioplasmic field, the electromagnetic field around your body, that has the ability to affect the quantum entangled universe. It has the ability to interact with other fields, okay? Now this morphogenetic field, the signature of it, the frequency can either be medium, low or high, right?

These demonic entities, they are morphogenetic fields that are extremely low frequency and vibration. And the people that are demonically possessed usually have an overactive and overstimulated, uh, the lower portion of their brain. What's that called? Um, the, uh, the reptilian portion at the base of the spine. I can't believe I'm forgetting the name of it, but that part is a lot of the time overactive and that's like the primal stuff, liking violence, liking bloodshed, enjoying the pain

or like ignoring the pain and suffering of others. You know what I'm saying? So in that regard, these people that are demonically possessed also on a neurological level, that portion of their brain is so overstimulated that it actually kind of overrides their prefrontal cortex.

And this almost like hijacks their brain and cause them to act like a reptile, to be without emotion, like psychopaths, right? Their brains don't function the way that ours does. Sociopaths, narcissists, it's not the same type of brain function as a compassionate, empathetic person, right? We're talking essentially in many ways
