You know? For sure. I remember growing up, I didn't question anything. Now it's like the total opposite. Yeah. I'm like, whenever I see something, I'm like, okay, why? Right, exactly. All right guys, Elizabeth April is back. Wow, a lot has happened since you last been on.

It's been a lot. Oh my gosh, a lot of craziness, right? Yep. With the fires, I guess we should start, a lot of craziness, right? Yep. With the fires, I guess we should start there because they're still going on right now. They are, yeah. It's been a week. It's pretty crazy.

And you've remote viewed those, right? I have, yes. So there are multiple things going on with the fires. I think by this point, there's a lot of people questioning them. I can confirm from what I've seen in my remote view that they're not natural. There's two sort of things that happened

that are not natural. One is the winds. I saw very clearly that the winds were created by the weather technology, HARP, whatever you wanna call them. I even asked how they're able to manipulate the winds. And it came down to, I guess, manipulating the electromagnetic frequency, but I'm not an an expert I don't know enough about it. And then the other thing was

the fires themselves were started and this is sort of the point of contention is how were they started. What I ended up seeing was that they were started manually by boots on the ground by people that were essentially paid off. Those people, from what I saw, are currently out of the country. They got paid, they got sent away. We're never gonna find who those people are unless there's a scapegoat, right? Unless people push back too much

and then they try and pinpoint it on someone else, which is what they do all the time. So this is very clearly a deep state plan. And the reason why, so what I picked up on anyway, but hey, you know, question everything, right? Utilize your intuition. But what I picked up on was the reason why they utilized people instead of their direct energy weapons

this time is because utilizing their direct energy weapons has failed in the past because it's been seen on camera. And something like Los Angeles is such a hub of CCTV, ring doorbells, I mean, you name it. They just couldn't get away with it this time, which is, I guess, a good thing that people are pushing back and questioning. So that's sort of how it's been manipulated

and how essentially it got started. Scary stuff. Yeah, well, I think after the Hawaii fires, people were really questioning what's causing fires. Absolutely, yes. And so let's talk about the reason. Why did they start them? There's a lot of different reasons behind

I saw about three or four different organizations that are behind starting the fires. One of the organizations I can say is BlackRock.

Wow. But that's the scale or the level of organization that we're talking about. These are massive, massive companies that really rule the world, right? They have more money than any one government. And the reason behind why they started the fires, at least one of the reasons, is because they wanted to devalue the land so that they can then buy up the land and take it over. Then I had to ask, why are they trying to devalue the land and take it over? And I wasn't able to get a very clear message behind

why they wanted to take over the land surrounding Los Angeles. But specifically, one of the reasons was, all I picked up on was testing or experimentation. I don't know what experimentation, I don't know what testing, but it just feels like that's a mecca, that's a hub. They wanna take over the land at cheap for a specific reason, but I wasn't able to probe that deep.

I have heard some theorize about the Olympics coming up. They want to repurpose the land for apartments or something. Interesting. Yeah. I mean, who knows though after what happened in Hawaii and you saw who bought the land after and the insurance didn't pay out. It's just weird. You know, very weird. And the insurance didn't pay out. It's just weird, you know? Very weird.

And the insurance companies seem to have known. Oh my God. I mean, there's a lot of things, the water reservoirs, you know, the insurance companies dropping the fire coverage. I mean, it really makes you question who knew about this before it was gonna happen, right? Now there's a more, there's another reason behind this as well.

And this is definitely a more esoteric sort of woo woo reason, but I do have to make this statement as well because it does link up with the Maia or sorry, the Maui fires. So all around the world are portals and vortexes. Okay. This can be scientifically proven. Essentially there's energetic lay lines around the planet. But enough of us have to wake up in order for that to become a reality. Yeah, that makes sense. When do you feel like the deep state really took power? Oh, a very long time ago. I mean, we're talking like beginning of human history. Oh, wow. So they've been in power basically all of human history?

If we question who the deep state is, slash Illuminati, slash powers that be, I like to call them powers that were, you know, I believe that they are run by an off world force, right? I believe that they are being run by the reptilians or these shapeshifting beings. And if you look into ancient history, you can see sort of remnants of reptilian shapeshifters in hieroglyphics and

statues and other things that have been documented. But yeah, so I mean, they believe that this planet is theirs and they have been fighting to suppress us ever since. Wow. Also your recent Galactic Federation visit was, we gotta talk about this because I watched the recording you sent me, it was unreal. I mean, that really, scary stuff

with the heavy metals, right? Yeah, okay, so let's talk about the mystery frog, right? I mean, we saw this in the UK. We saw this all across America It even actually happened in Las Vegas, too. So as long as you saw it from a distance I mean the whole strip was just flooded with this weird pollution smoke And this happened right around Christmas. There was a couple of weird things that happened You know, the Pope opened up these doorways that apparently opened up portals.

That was really bizarre. You know, what's going on there? So I did remote view and even ask the White Hats, okay, what's going on with this mystery fog? And essentially what they told me is the mystery fog is the exact same thing as the chem trails. It's just, they sprayed the skies so much leading up to that that essentially the heavy metals of these chemtrails

just fell and created this mystery fog that hung around for a while. So it was just the falling of the chemicals that they're spraying. So it's not different than the chemtrails, but I don't know about you, but man, they were spraying the skies all December, like crazy around here.

But apparently they were doing that everywhere. I mean, you can see it. Like I'll be in my hot tub at night and I'm like, that's not a cloud. Absolutely not. No, we're used to blue skies here. We don't really get a lot of clouds. Yeah.

And these days, now when we have a blue sky day, I'm like, wow. No chemtrails today. I can't believe they haven't done chemtrails today. Like it's my morning. It's been tough cause I've been trying to like, uh, watch the moon at night, like go to somewhere pitch black and watch the stars. And it's been tough cause it's been so cloudy in Vegas, which doesn't make sense.

So then the question is, what do we do with the chem trails? What do we do with the mystery fog? Like, what do we do when we're in that? And not only was this mystery fog you hanging around for a while, but people were getting sick. I don't know about you, but everyone I knew in December was just sick. A lot, there was some flu or stomach bug or something. I got it too actually.

We avoided it completely. So this is just heavy metal toxic poisoning is really what it is. So just any sort of heavy metal detox will help. Things that really help is zeolite is what it's called. Zeolite. Zeolite. Yep. And that just basically clings to the heavy metals in our body and then you just flush it out. Oh, wow. And then activated charcoal is the same. It does the exact same. It clings to heavy metals and then you just flush it

out. Both of these things are extremely inexpensive They are completely tasteless. They will turn your water pitch black or at least the activated charcoal will but it's so so beneficial for you I love those are the two things that I highly recommend and then of course things like air purifiers in your home Are really beneficial, especially on a heavy chemtrail day Yeah, I did do a heavy metal detox because I found out one of the waters I used to drink had they used tap water basically so just heavy metals everywhere. Yep everywhere. And I took a blood test and it was bad. Oh no. And it was so weird because I gave up sushi I used to love sushi so I thought my levels would be fine but it was the water so people got to watch out with the water too. Absolutely yeah I mean it's everywhere right I mean food

you try to go for organic food right you try and minimize it as much as possible. Yeah, but it goes a step further with the heavy metals because you found out through your remote viewing that they're able to weaponize that, right? Yeah, okay, so essentially the heavy metals that we consume in our air, in our water, in our food, it's essentially, they can utilize these 5G towers or other harp and direct energy weapons

to manipulate the electromagnetic frequencies. And the more we have the metal in our bodies and systems, the easier it is to manipulate us, right? So, I mean, what are we talking about with manipulation? I think it's probably more on the end of like weakening us, right? Making us sick, making us weak so that we don't have the strength, so that we don't have the energy to fight back. Yeah.

You know? And so in my most recent White Hat remote view, when I was asking them all of these questions, I mean, we've had terrorist attacks, we've had this weird mystery fog, we have the UFO drones, the plasmoids. There's so much going on right now. And I do wanna talk about the plasmoids in a second too. There's so much going on. What's, and the fires, I mean, what's the point?

What's the purpose? What are they doing, right? And their biggest agenda for 2025, and everyone needs to know this, is they are going to try and start World War III. Wow. One thing that we need to keep in mind is that this is all a game for them.

As long as they're throwing out pieces like, you know, a false flag event and they're blaming this country, as long as people are picking up what they're putting down, then we're feeding into their plan. Right. If we question it and we push back and we say, well, maybe something else is happening. Then we can, you know, alter the end result. Right?

So this is what they're essentially trying to start. We need to realize that that is not actually happening. These countries aren't actually at war. This is all just a game and we are the puzzle pieces. Yep. You're seeing that a hundred percent. You're seeing that with China right now, actually. Absolutely. There's that new app that's been blowing up and people are like, wait, these Chinese people aren't what the media portrays them to be. Exactly. It's like what if North Korea actually isn't like what they say it is? Absolutely.

You have to question everything, right? So what we're being fed in mainstream media is just not the truth. It's just not what's happening. So, and I think people are, they're slowly starting to wake up.

And one of their tactics, okay, one of the deep state tactics is to throw out as many agendas as possible, to throw out as many events as possible, to not only confuse and disorient us, but then to also not allow us to fully process and therefore question what's happening. Five, 10 years ago, right? One event would happen, like the cyber truck that blew up on the, on the strip.

Right? We would all be deep diving into that, but hey, right now we got mystery fog, we got fires, we got chem trails, we got, you know, all of the things that are happening that we, we are so over saturated, over stimulated that we don't have enough time and energy to push back and question and deep dive on just one thing.

Cause there's too many things. So that's their plan for 2025. They're going to throw out everything that they've got. All of their resources are going to be put on the table for planet earth. And it is up to us to question and push back. Yeah. So many distractions. No one's even talking about that cyber truck thing anymore.

Nope. Nope. That was yesterday's news. But five, 10 years ago, that would have been the news of the year. Right. Did you remote view that incident actually? Cause I was in Vegas. No, I didn't. I did it. There's too much to good.

Yeah. Trump Tower seemed like a weird spot to do it though, right? A very weird spot, yeah. And then there was the New Orleans thing, the day before or something, the New Orleans attack. Yeah, exactly, right? So once again, just, and then they're blaming different people in different organizations in different countries.

And, you know, I mean, let's go back to 9-11. Like, this is all just staged. And like, people need to realize that this is our own country waging war on its citizens, not countries versus countries. Absolutely. Yeah. They use 9-11 to instill a lot of fear into people. A lot of people join the military because of 9-Eleven. And then now I'm talking to these guys,

they come on the podcast and they kind of regret joining the military once they see what's actually going on. Absolutely. It's nuts. Yep. You know, how they manipulate people. Fear is very powerful.

It is, yeah. I want to talk about the plasmoids. I haven't heard about that. So what's going on with that? Yeah, okay. So there's more information that came through recently, as always take it or leave it with the plasmoids. So what we're seeing is this these incredible videos of these very complex, very detailed plasma balls, right? And one of the things that came through when I was remote viewing this is that this is the start of their holographic projections, okay?

Now, I think last time I was here, we talked about the drones. Yeah, we did. Yeah, and how when I was remote viewing these weird UFO drones, there was a device on them and the device looked like some sort of scanner or something, but I wasn't sure what it was.

Now it's clear that part of what this device can do is project, right? These hologram projections. So why is it that all of a sudden we're getting these clear HD images of these plasma balls and we never have before, right? Usually they're just little tiny spe specs of like flashing color and light. Right. Okay. So what came through in this from overview, but

take it or leave it is that these are the, this is the start of their projections. They have to upload an image or upload a video or however they do it to project. And we're getting them so clearly and people are like, wow, I really feel the energy of this and it, and it looks so wild and it's creating that effect in people. But really extraterrestrials have been here

for quite a long time. We have been trying to capture them on footage for quite a long time and our technology still can't capture them because they're in a different dimension. We're able to capture clear images of these detailed plasmoids because it's still in this dimension.

It's a projection. It's a holograph projection. So not to say that every orb or every plasmoid is government, but we need to start questioning them because they're just testing out this technology and seeing how we respond. And unfortunately, it seems like we're feeding into it. Whoa. So that was the thing in Jersey, the drone stuff. Absolutely.

When you see these videos of these plasmoids, it's just, it does look very extraterrestrial, but unfortunately what I've picked up on is it's not. Whoa. So is that part of Project Blue Beam, you think? It is. Absolutely. It's part of their initiation into their other agenda, which is the false alien invasion, right?

What do you think their goal is with those false alien invasions? Once again, you know, control, depopulation, fear, and to ultimately confuse us as to what is real. Wow. So if we get to World War III, do you think the ETs are gonna step in? Cause they don't want nuclear war, right?

That affects their timelines too. Oh yeah, no. The extraterrestrials, the Galactic Federation will 100% stop any sort of nuclear launches. Like they, it's just not, it's, it can't happen. It affects everything. It affects everything. It affects the entire universe, so.

I've heard stories of bases, nuclear bases, like aliens will show up and like shut it off. Yeah, and so this is why we do have real extraterrestrial orbs and things hovering around military bases. So it's not to say that every footage recently is Project Blue Beam, but this is part of the confusion. Yeah. Right?

So they are around and they're more around than ever before because they're trying to get a hold of and stop a lot of the agendas that are playing out. When you were at the recent Galactic Federation meeting, what was the overall vibes you were getting from the ETs? The overall vibe is that things are really ramping up on planet earth. It's gonna be a crazy season.

Yeah. But, uh, but at the same time, you know, the elites are scared, right? They're running out of resources. They're running out of time and people are starting to really wake up and question things. That's all we need is consciousness. You know, all we need is just to question the basis of this reality and then to push back on what doesn't feel right.

What feels like a crime against humanity, which is a lot. Age of Aquarius, right? Yeah, absolutely. I think we're all gonna start to question everything. I remember growing up, I didn't question anything. Now it's like the total opposite. I'm like, whenever I see something, I'm like, okay, why?

Right, exactly. But before you just took everything as fact. I think a lot of people live in that blissful ignorance, right, that place of, well, I don't wanna know. It's kind of like the wife knowing that her husband is cheating on her, but she doesn't wanna ask directly because she doesn't want to know,

because she doesn't want change. And that's where humanity's at right now, but we are gonna be pushed into change real quick. And 2025 is gonna be the year to do that. Absolutely. You did a video on 2025 predictions, right? So you talked about humanoid robots, a potential earthquake, tsunami.

Yeah, a couple of things actually already have come into fruition. So even the plane crash, I did that video in December and I was like, I don't know why, but I really feel like there's gonna be a significant civilian plane crash. And there was just a couple of days later. I didn't even see that.

Yeah, and then I saw a decent size earthquake and then a potential for a tsunami off the Asian coast. That just happened a couple of days ago. Yeah, dude. Was that manmade or was that natural? No, I think that was natural. Oh, okay. Yeah.

And then I also saw like this weird heat wave in the winter and I was like, oh man, that's probably coming up soon, but it's just gonna feel like suspicious. And if I probed a little bit deeper, I probably would have seen fire, you know? Wow. So yeah, there's been a couple of things already

that are coming into fruition. That is nuts. Are you usually pretty accurate like that with the yearly predictions? Yeah, I mean, it's tough, right? Because timelines are always shifting, especially when we look at global collective timelines and then all of the agendas that are playing out.

So it's like, I don't wanna be too specific, but I also don't wanna be too general either, right? So yeah. That's scary, I don't want to be too specific, but I also don't want to be too general either. Right. So, yeah. That's scary. Holy crap. And you predicted also a potential cyber attack, right? A huge cyber attack. But what I saw anyway, was that it was going to be a good thing.

That there was going to be a lot of declassified information. And we're already starting to see some declassified information and stuff popping up and people sort of rallying behind it. I mean, look at Elon Musk pushing against the royal family in England. Wow. Are you serious? Like what day and age are we living in that the richest man in the world is calling out the royal family for sex trafficking? Like, come on, right? Like, is this real life? Nuts. But that's probably one of the best things he's ever done.

Yeah, declassification, there were some leaks on the JFK stuff. Yes. So apparently the VP was involved. Wow. Did you see that? No, I haven't. Yeah, apparently the VP was allegedly involved in that hit or whatever.

We're gonna start to see a lot of that kind of stuff that's gonna help people wake up. Yeah, I think Trump's gonna release some of it too, it looks like. I think so. If he releases the the 9 11 stuff, how do you think people are going to react? I mean, I won't be surprised, but I think a lot of people will. And then it'll prompt questioning for everything else. Yeah.

Which is good. I mean, that incident impacted almost, almost everyone in the country has someone that was kind of directly involved, indirectly involved, joined the military. Cause of the, so that's going to be a major one. It involved, joined the military because of it. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. So that's going to be a major one. It is. Same with the JFK one too, I think. I think those two are going to be real interesting.

Big time. Um, do you still feel like in government positions, there's some compromised people? So I feel like right now, most of the government, um, has been overrun by the elites, right? However, my intel is that there's a lot of sort of, let's call them double agents, right? The white hats or the collective, whatever you want to call them,

that are also in very powerful positions, but they can't give away their position yet. So they can't really push against anything because the tables haven't turned quite yet. Got it. So we're waiting for that. And it just seems like 2025 is going to be their last attempt, their last year to really push the boundaries.

They're going to give us everything they've got in 2025 because it seems like they're losing power. So there's a lot of projects that were unfinished, like top secret projects that were unfinished that they're rolling out now because they will get shut down. They know that all of these top secret projects are gonna get shut down, are gonna get seen or noticed. And so they're just rolling them out as much as possible

because if not, it's gonna be a waste. Yeah, is that partially cause a doge? Cause they're gonna start really analyzing the funds of all the government spend? Yeah, I think that's a big part of it. You know, there's gonna be a lot of transparency moving forward into the next four years and they've still got a little bit of that power.

They've still got people in positions and that's gonna change by the end of 2025. So this is the time where they're going to really roll out what they've got. That's exciting. It is. It is. Yeah. the deeper we go and the darker it gets, the more exposure we're going to have, the more people are going to wake up. I mean, look at 2020, people who never even questioned their reality woke up in 2020, we're going to have an even bigger year, I believe in 2025. That's crazy.

Cause 2020 was a pivotal year. I mean, what, we're two weeks into 2025? Yeah. Look at all the shit that's happening. Crazy. Like the amount of stuff that has happened in the last two weeks is what we would normally witness over a decade.

That's true. 20 years ago. That's so true. And it would be the biggest news. For real. And now we can't keep up and it's really happening. Like this is the truth. Yeah. I mean, all sorts of things are getting exposed. Did you did you ever look into Epstein stuff? I know it's kind of been

a while since I was hot in the media, but yeah, yeah, of course. Did you get some answers on that? I mean, in a sense as the tip of the iceberg, right? Like part of me is like, okay, great. You know, they, they, they got this guy. Um, but he's a scapegoat. He's just one, the tip of the iceberg. The fact that Elon called out the royal family on trafficking was massive. That's the real deal.

That's what's really happening. I mean, when we start to see the underground tunnels, when we start to see the network globally, not just a network of sort of the scum of the earth, but the network underground that's feeding the top elite. That's going to blow people's mind. And this is why we have to see this slow rollout of Diddy and Epstein and Weinstein to get to the point where this is probably the biggest coverup.

I think sex trafficking is the biggest coverup besides aliens that we have on the entire planet. Wow. Without a doubt. So is that like a universal thing? Like is that- That is a global thing, unfortunately. Whoa. Big time.

So it's not just US. Oh, absolutely not, no. So is it just all the richest people of like every country like just involved with it basically? Yep. I mean, in order to actually be a part of that elite status, you've got to do some really messed up things. Damn.

So there's like, they call them blood and sex rituals. And a lot of those, I mean, I was talking about this 10 years ago, they film them. And the reason why they film these rituals is for blackmail. If you ever want to leave the organization, you can't, because we have proof that you did these things. What are the, their benefits for joining that?

Is it just like connections? Riches money. Oh, so they give them fame. Yeah, absolutely. And this is why I think we talked about this last time that, you know, they are having a hard time pulling new people into these organizations because people like you, you know, they're like, hey, we'll give you fame, power, riches, money, and audience. If you just sort of do these things or sell your

soul or sign this contract or do this ritual and you're like, no, man, I'm good. The internet has provided me, you know what I mean? So influencers are changing the game with power and control because it's an independent, Not that all influencers are bringing truth and exposure in the real deal, but people no longer need to rely on them as an organization to reach the world. And that is completely depleting their resources. Yeah, it's a new era of influence. It really is.

Like you don't idolize the A-list celebrities anymore. Absolutely not. Like if anything, you discount their opinions because you know they're paid off. Exactly. You know? Yeah, it's crazy times. It is.

So there are like underground tunnels though because I've heard that under cities. Everywhere. Really? Everywhere. They're here in Vegas. I'm a remote viewer. I mean, I have seen these tunnels everywhere.

Oh my gosh. You think it's a really big problem in the US, the sex trafficking? It is a really big problem everywhere. And like, and it's just like really disturbing, but a lot of the people who are involved are either they came from homelessness and they were taken that way,

or they were born into it, unfortunately. So they're undocumented people. Wow. There are potentially hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people all around the world that are completely off grid, undocumented because they were born, raised, and live in these underground tunnels.

Holy crap. Yeah. Yeah. I know the sex industry too, allegedly, they get accused of working with, you know, human trafficking. Yep. On their videos. That's just all on the surface though.

Like it goes so much deeper. Wow. Like, I mean, underneath the Buckingham palace, there's a massive tunnel and like kind of a warehouse of people. It's really disturbing. Damn. It is. Yeah. Yeah. I've heard some weird stuff about the Vatican.

That's his company. Oh wow. Yeah, it makes it last longer. Wow. But it's artificial. Oh God. Yeah. Scary stuff, you know?

I love that you go to farmer's markets though. We caught up at the last one. Yeah, I know, I love that. I do buy chocolate. Yo. So good. That's the best damn chocolate I've ever had. And something about farmer's markets, like the energy.

Yeah, there is such a vibe. I go partially for that, like that energy. Yeah, and I just want to buy something from every single stand. Exactly. You just want to support, like, you know what I mean? Support the local. Yeah, I hope we go back towards communities.

Cause sometimes living in cities is like- I think we will. I think we will. I think even just the younger generation getting so overexposed and over stimulated with technology, they're going to want authentic, real physical connection. Absolutely. You know, um, what's the next things you're working on right now?

I'm working on my next book. Nice. Very excited about it. It's called your anxiety is giving me anxiety. And of course it's all about anxiety. So, I mean, so many people suffer from it and no one knows what the hell is going on. So I'm here to explain it in a very different way and bring solutions that no one's ever really thought of before. Love that. It almost took my life.

Wow, anxiety. Yeah. Well, it led to, you know, depression, led to panic attacks. It's like kind of like the starting point. Yeah. Spirals into craziness, alcoholism for some people. Yep. Because we need to disassociate. We need to distract from our own mental capacity.

Right. So I'll make sure you get a signed copy. Oh, I love it. Yeah. Yeah. It sounds like you've kind of dissected it on a more spiritual level rather than substances to treat it, right? Oh, of course.

Yeah. I mean, every expert out there is just treating the symptom of it because no one actually knows is the cause of where it's coming from. So that's how I try and explain it in a very different way is just what, what actually is anxiety? Why is it happening? Who is it happening to? And how do we solve it for good? Not just cover up the symptoms. Sounds like almost every single person has either dealt with it or know someone that has it. And it's only increasing.

Wow. You know, I think the overstimulation in society, the distraction, the solar flares are all kicking up massive amounts of anxiety and our old solutions just aren't going to do it anymore. Not at all. It's just a bandaid. Yeah, exactly. I mean, when I was on Xanax and Klinotzip, it made it worse, honestly. Absolutely.

Yeah. You know? Yeah. And then you have to get off of that. And that's where I almost died. Yeah. Wow. Getting off of it. Yeah. Yeah, I had a seizure.

So, yeah, I think Western medicine is a little risky. Yep. And so what for you was the big turning point? You got off medication and how are you able to take hold of your own mental? It was a series of steps. Got a dog which really helped. I'm not even kidding. Like just having that purpose of walking in and stuff. And dogs are pretty healing. They're like a sponge. Like I actually cleanse my dog because I traumatize it. I rub selenite on my dogs because they're

constantly absorbing all. I meet a lot of people, so. So the other big turning point with anxiety too is understanding energy, right? Because a lot of anxiety is just an energy trigger. It's an alarm system, right, in our brain. So I think that you kind of turning more spiritual too and understanding that we're not just interacting with the physical world, but we're interacting

with the energetic world as well, is also a huge turning point in handling anxiety. And I'm a chronic anxiety sufferer. So, absolutely. I've been having panic attacks since day one. Wow. Oh yeah. That's crazy.

I used to get the worst ones in college. I would collapse on the floor. Yeah, I would just break out into like a cold sweat and then like need to throw up. And then just like, damn, that's deep. Ever since you were a kid, huh? Ever since I was a kid. So, I mean, the word anxiety wasn't a thing back in the nineties.

So my parents didn't know what the problem was, but it was especially going out to public restaurants. Like I just, I couldn't eat all the blood would drain from my face. I would break out into this cold sweat and then I'd have to run to the bathroom. Whoa. A lot of that for me was taking on everyone's energy in the restaurant.

I was feeling everything and everyone to the point where I couldn't process it all. So I needed to purge it. Yeah. Sensory overload, right? Absolutely. Cause you didn't know you had abilities back then. Exactly. Wow.

So what, when was that turning point for you? It's funny because as a kid, when I got into sports, that was my turning point because I went from more of a very sensitive energetic world into a more physical world. So I'm like, oh, if I just focus on the physical interactions, then I can handle my mental state because I'm just looking at cause and effect.

And then of course, when I went back into spirituality, it hit me like a ton of bricks again. And I'm like, oh shit, this problem. And then it was really just, I mean, it's been a decade of just navigating and unraveling and questioning and deep diving. And that's what I'm putting in my book. So it gets pretty wild and there's quantum anxiety

and tapping into- Quantum anxiety. Yep, tapping into multiple timelines, like future anxiety. You're like, what about this? What about this? That's actually our superpower. Like we can tap into different states of being that are potentials. But if your vibration is low, you're tapping into low potentials, low vibrational potentials. If your vibration is high, you get to tap into an infinite world of higher potential timelines. That's cool.

Yeah. Do you agree with that quote that people are like, anxiety is the fear of the future. Like you're thinking about the future too much. Yeah. And then depression is like the past. Okay. Fascinating. Yeah.

Yeah. Because I hear that and I think it makes sense because when I look up back when I had the worst anxiety, I was like worried about the future. Yeah, exactly. You know? Yeah. I try to live in the present as much I was like worried about the future. Yeah, exactly. You know? Yeah. I try to live in the present as much as possible. Yeah, for sure.

It's great. Yeah. Quantum anxiety. That's a new one. I'm going to use that one. Did you ever have an ego death? Like a moment where you just completely shut off? Oh yeah.

Multiple. Really? Multiple. From psychedelics or was it just natural? No, I think it was just more natural. Like, I remember when I was like 14, 15 years old and I had a boyfriend tell me like, you know, you're not as nice of a person as you think you are. And I was like, whoa, what?

And it just like made me deep dive in question, right? Of course, my whole life has been a massive ego death because we're programmed to be one thing and then we show up for ourselves and we realize we're nothing that society expects of us. That in of itself is an existential crisis. True. Right? So in 2024, I had many ego deaths.

And one of them, one fun one was, I go to a conference every year, it's the biggest health and wellness conference in America and I'm like the featured speaker there, right? And so a couple of days before my event last year in 2024, I looked at our affiliate tickets and we only had five tickets sold and three of them were our test tickets.

So I'm like, oh my God, there's only two people coming to this event. And like, I basically had an ego death thinking like, well, I guess that's okay. Like people are sick of seeing my face online. Like I get it. Like no one wants to really show up in person. I had no idea that the affiliate tracking just wasn't working and my lecture was sold out months in advance. Oh, that's hilarious.

Right? But I had to come to this realization that even if it was just two people showing up, like that's okay because like I'm just showing up for whoever is ready to hear what I have to say. Yeah. So that was a really big ego death. And then a realization of you got to appreciate every little moment and every single person. And it's hard to when you do have a realization of you got to appreciate every little moment in every single person. And it's hard to, when you do have a community and you're like, wow, there's all these people, but really narrowing it down

and taking that moment of gratitude is important. That's so relatable. Cause you get these crazy numbers on social media and you start feeling like you're awesome. And then, but it's different filling up a room in person. Oh my God. Yeah. It's so funny too, because when I go to these conferences

and I have an audience of like 500, like that's a big room. That's a lot of people. But then I do a video and I've got a hundred thousand views and I'm like, I can't even comprehend a hundred thousand people in a room. That's a stadium, right? Which is so cool that you get to show up in your sweatpants and like talk to 100,000 people.

Like how dope is that? I love it. Yeah, I love the lifestyle. But filling up 500 in a room is impressive. People think it's easy. Like it sounds like it's not a lot of people, but being able to do that, I know from, cause I have events, that's like not an easy thing.
