Starting point is 00:00:00 I guess I consider myself a foodie. What made you branch off from that? I think just the fact that I felt like I could give more value and I just had more to say than just talking about food. There's you know, you just get that feeling, just the intuition of like, now, like I know I can do more and do, you know, do. I could just do more and offer more. So that's what I did.
Starting point is 00:00:29 All right, guys, got Daniel Leo on today. One of the top Vegas influencers. Thanks for coming on man. Thank you man. Thanks for having me. Yeah, I've been seeing your content for years, but lately you've really been blowing up, right? Yeah, thank you man. Non-stop views.
Starting point is 00:00:39 You know how many views you're getting on a monthly basis right now? Anywhere between 8 to 12 million per month right now. That's really impressive because there's only 2 million people that live in Vegas. Yeah, so it's good. So you're hitting pretty much everyone that lives here. Yeah. How do you, I guess, center your content? Is there like a schedule or do you plan out where you're going to go?
Starting point is 00:00:54 No, not too much ahead of time. I think it's really off the cuff. So on a weekly basis, I probably have like one or two where I'm like, okay, I schedule it out or whatever. But on a daily basis, when it comes like news feeds and like updates in Vegas, it's like off the cuff. It's like, you know, as it happens. Yeah, because there's a lot of new developments coming, right? A lot of new businesses starting up around here.
Starting point is 00:01:15 Yep, exactly. So I just have the system knocked down and I just, you know, it's tailored and I just, you know, crank it out. Yeah. So you've been covering the new neighborhood developments? I have, yeah. Just everything been covering the new neighborhood developments. I have. Yeah. Just everything new coming to Vegas right now. So just what's been going on in the arts district, all the new developments out there and just the fact that people are now going to be able to live down there. I think there, there's a plan now after midtown breaks ground after the, after
Starting point is 00:01:39 the midtown development breaks ground, I believe there's going to be said to be 5,000 new residents. Holy crap. In that area. And right now there's less than a thousand. Damn. So yeah, it's going to be a completely new neighborhood. I think it's needed because real estate is pretty pricey out here now, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:56 Compared to how it used to be at least. Yeah. It's kind of a natural transition. I think you just have more of a downtown core now more than ever. You've got the neighborhoods like Symphony Park popping up. That's like what I called like Brickle. It's like Vegas' version, I guess you would say of Brickle. A little bit more boutique than the Brickle.
Starting point is 00:02:11 And it's all centered around like music instruments and like classical music. So like in terms of the theming, so you have like cello tower, you've got the art museum down there. You've got, you know, it's all, it's just a very tailored posh feeling neighborhood. You kind of see art museum down there. You've got you know, it's all it's just a very tailored Posh feeling neighborhood. Yeah, you kind of see where it's going
Starting point is 00:02:28 Like if you go down there right now, you can kind of get the vibe But what it's going to be in like five to ten years. It's gonna be completely different than you imagine I could see that I've been to some museums out there. Actually. Yeah, I went to the haunted one Have you been that one? Oh the haunted museum? Yeah, that's over by the Arts District Yeah, I've done that the Zach Bagans. Yeah, do some followed the haunted one. Have you been that one? Oh, the haunted museum? Yeah, that's over by the arts district. But yeah, I've done that. The Zach Bagans one. Yeah. Dude, someone followed me after there. Are you serious? Yeah. So I went at his crazy. So I went at I went during COVID. Yeah. Um, not during COVID before COVID. Is that the time I was working on the strip and I
Starting point is 00:02:59 was working as a food runner and I remember I went to the museum like whatever it was a few nights before. After I started getting this fucking anxiety feeling out of nowhere, just like hits me out of nowhere. I was having a great day. I'm like, fuck, like felt choked up. And I'm like, and it popped in my head right away. I went to that damn museum and I got a glimpse
Starting point is 00:03:18 of whatever that doll was in there. There was a lot of weird stuff in there. Yeah, I haven't been in there since then, but but whatever it was because there's that one part you're not supposed to look at you're supposed to close your eyes. Oh was that the doll? I think it was the doll. Yeah and I went twice so the first time I went on shrooms terrible idea. Fuck bro. Yeah terrible idea. I don't know what followed me home but weird stuff was happening and then I went last week but I brought my psychic this time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:46 Kind of protect me. She said that place was just riddled with spirits and hauntings. It feels real as fuck when you walk in there. Yeah. Like if you've ever been to like a haunted museum or like something like a little sketchy, like they're like, okay, it's like, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:58 it is what it is, but when you go into there, it's like, you're in the shit. You feel it in your body. Like certain rooms you walk in, your chest tightens up. Yeah, like you're really in the shit you feel it in your body like certain rooms you walk in your chest tightens up Yeah, like you're really in the shit. Yeah, so shout out to that museum. I also went to the mob museum I don't know what that is, but I was a fun one. Have you been there? Yeah, my museum is really cool Yeah, I'm fascinated with the mob. So yeah super underrated to in terms of a museum and the layout. I think it gets We kind we know the mob museum if you've been there and people that go they kind of know but I think just from an outsider looking in
Starting point is 00:04:28 that's never been there you kind of underestimate it's just in that building that's really fucking cool. Yeah what's your what's your favorite museum in Vegas? I like the Titanic one too. The Titanic one's cool. I don't know I mean the Discovery Kids Museum is actually pretty cool. We used to bring the kid over there. I haven't seen that one yet. Yeah kids museum is actually pretty cool. We used to bring the kid over there I haven't seen that one yet. Yeah, that's in Symphony Park. Okay, that's really cool It's kind of the one of the anchors for that neighborhood right now So that's what I love about Vegas though people just assume it's about parties, but there's a lot to do here
Starting point is 00:04:56 There's museums. There's other activities. Yeah, I did puppy yoga yesterday. That's yeah I can insane. Yeah, so it's just or was that it was in the hood. I don't know the hood Yeah, I don't remember it's just, I was in the hood. I don't know. The hood. Yeah. I don't remember the street, but it was in the hood. I pulled up. I'm like kind of feeling safe being here, but as soon as you get in, it's fine. Just a bunch of yoga mats.
Starting point is 00:05:13 There's like 10 puppies running around and it's a brilliant business model. Cause not only are you paying to do the yoga, but they upsell you with the puppies. Wow. So you can adopt a puppy after the class, but it's brilliant. Cause you form a bond with them during the class. Yeah. Because it's like an hour yoga class. So by the end of the class, two people adopted dogs that I was there and it's a thousand dollars. That's crazy. And we got one as well. That's amazing. Where else do they have that shit, you know?
Starting point is 00:05:36 They're starting in multiple cities, actually. Are they? So it's a, there's a few companies just in a bunch of major cities right now. That is really cool. Yeah, you should try it. Yeah, yeah, I might have to. I'll connect to you. I was the only guy there. Yeah. Yeah, it was 20 girls. So wow I know my uh, the girls have been asking for another dog. Maybe that would be a good idea Yeah, you got a dog right now. Yeah, we have a little chihuahua. We got her about like a year and a half ago You like chihuahuas? Yeah. Well, she she's cute. She's not like a feisty chihuahua. She's okay. Her name is Penny. That's a good name I've only met feisty chihuahuas really. Yeah, I've never met a sweet one
Starting point is 00:06:09 Yeah, you got me penny pennies like really sweet you trained her well done because they're protective usually. Yeah, it was my first dog So fiance definitely took up with that and kind of like led the way but yeah, no, she's it's great. That's cool She's awesome. What are you most excited about coming to Vegas? For me, it's H Mart. H Mart? H Mart is gonna be fucking dope. I'm stoked. It's like years in the making too.
Starting point is 00:06:32 I feel like people have been asking for that since I moved here basically. There's been rumors for years. Yeah, it's finally coming though. April 26 or something, right? I believe it's April 26, yeah. I have to check the date again. One week and I might be there opening day.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Yeah, I might have to. It'll be packed. So maybe I'll wait a day. But yeah, I'm excited for Aldi to Aldi. It'll be pretty cool. Aldi is there from Florida, right? I think they are from Florida. I grew up with them in Chicago.
Starting point is 00:06:57 So I had them. I had them in Chicago. You kind of underestimate it because it's fucking Aldi. You're not you're not thinking twice about it because it's right by you. But when you don't have when you're like, I want a fucking fucking Aldi. What are they known for? What's good there? It's like I believe it's like German grocery. So it's kind of like um, it's kind of like kind of like a Trader Joe's Okay, I think of it Brand wise it's like if Ikea and Trader Joe's had a baby. Interesting. That's how I think of it. So it's like furniture and groceries?
Starting point is 00:07:25 Not furniture and groceries. I just think from a brand perspective, Aldi kind of reminds me of a Ikea, but the shopping experience is very much like a Trader Joe's. I can see that. So, but more, I think more cheaper, I think probably more geared towards like the middle class. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:40 So like lower middle, like yeah, middle class. I'll check it out. I'm also pumped for that in and out come to the strip Yeah, what does it 10,000 square feet some huge? Yeah over 10,000 square feet I think with the I think the indoor is 8,000 square feet in the outdoors 2,500 That's gonna be a blast overlooking the strip. It's gonna be sick. Yeah, I can't wait How do you feel about the strip because I know locals usually don't like it. So before I came to Vegas, I had this idea that
Starting point is 00:08:12 you just had this vision, like you want to be a local, right? Like learning how to be a local, I think was my thing. I was like, I need to learn how to be a local. So I'm going to say, fuck the strip, right? And I stayed away from it at first, but I think just because of how, because I shoot a lot on the strip too. And it's kind of in corporate, you kind of just take the strip for what it is. I think so I don't have any hatred or disdain towards a strip. Like most locals do.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Yeah. I'm the same way. I think it's obviously super expensive, but if you're just going there to have fun with that mindset, right, you can make a good night out of it. No, it's true. Yeah. And that's well, especially in the workflow. So I I mean you have to accept it for what it is. I mean I don't know I'm not from Orlando but I assume people in
Starting point is 00:08:52 Orlando don't hate Disney World. It's just you assume Disney World's there and it just is what it is. Yeah, because it's bringing your real estate value up. It's actually helping you indirectly. Right, exactly. Yeah, I like it though. I like the old strip too actually. Yeah, Downtown. Yeah, I like it though. I like the old strip too actually. Yeah, downtown. Yeah, yeah. I think it's always interesting over there. Yeah, downtown's awesome. You never know what you'll see there. Yeah, I know that's where I used to hang out a lot before I like settled down. It was a lot of fucking random Tuesday, Wednesday nights on Fremont Street and just cheap drinks and having a good time. Yeah, Fremont's a blast. The nerd bar is fun. I went to an
Starting point is 00:09:24 Asian food festival there like a couple months ago. Yeah. Fremont's a blast. The Nerd Bar is fun. I went to an Asian food festival there like a couple months ago. Did you go to that one? I didn't go, I was out of town. Okay, yeah, Dream Asia Food Fest. Yeah, that was at the event center, right? Yeah. Right by Circa.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Yeah, Vegas has some good food festivals, man. I wanna go to that pizza one next year. Yeah, Pizza Fest is amazing. I went two years ago. It's awesome. Did you get to eat a lot of pizza or just yeah yeah everything yeah you kind of like you go in and I think it's kind of like you know like the unlimited wine like like you ever been to like a wine festival? No that
Starting point is 00:09:57 sounds cool. It's kind of similar you go in you you pay a fee it's like whatever I don't know what I don't remember was 150 bucks or something. But you go in and you just get to try all the pizza kind of unlimited. I would love that dude. It's awesome. Dave Portnoy should go there from Barstool. Yeah, oh my God. Just like do a whole, you can do a whole fucking series
Starting point is 00:10:16 there if you wanted to. That'd be super viral. Yeah, I'm at a conference out here probably once a week. Yeah. There's so many. Yeah, conferences too. Being in the media industry, we get the media pass. Mm-hmm So it's just really convenient. We get some behind-the-scenes stuff. Yeah
Starting point is 00:10:29 There's just so many industries now in Vegas and just I know Vegas is changing for sure Yeah, how long have you been here? I've been here since 2017 2017. So what eight years? Yeah by eight years Yeah, that's a lot of change. Yeah. Yeah. Late, yeah. Late 2017. So yeah, kind of where before things started kicking off, but had my eyes on Vegas and kind of was became kind of obsessed and nerdy about Vegas back in like 2014, 2015. So you, you planned on moving here. I planned on moving here.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Yeah. Wow. I was unplanned. I just came here. What was the reason that you came? Uh, LA during COVID was boring and not safe. Oh, you came here during COVID? Yeah, drove here during COVID and stayed at the MGM
Starting point is 00:11:13 and then eventually found a spot. But that COVID phase was madness. Everyone was moving here. You remember that? Oh yeah. If you wanted to get a house, you had to offer more than it was listed for. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Even for renting. Yeah. It's insane. We were locked in because we're renting at the time, but where we were renting, we were locked in. But yeah, we didn't have to go through all that, thankfully. But yeah. I mean, we might get another boom when the NBA comes, when MLB comes. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:42 And I think Vegas is turning into more of a luxury market than ever now. There's just more of a demand for luxury out here with not only the Hollywood studios coming but the evolution of downtown and a real downtown coming. Yeah. Like I'm talking about like Symphony Park. It's just Vegas, like I said Vegas is changing. Absolutely. You said you used to work on the strip? Used to work on the strip yeah. What were you doing out there? I was a food runner. It was the first job I could get. So when I first moved to Vegas, before I moved to Vegas, I was doing construction. And the thing about doing construction and what I was doing in Chicago is that you would get unemployment benefits in the off season. So I moved to Vegas in that off season. So I had like probably like a four or five month, it was like a four or five month window
Starting point is 00:12:26 for me to find a job. So I wasn't living on much, but I was living on enough at the time. So I applied to probably like 200 or 300 jobs. Jeez. And the only, because I had no college or nothing, man. So it was like the only experience, well, the only thing I could get was a food runner. I was a food runner at the Luxor and in the buffet
Starting point is 00:12:48 that just shut down. Oh my gosh. Yeah. That's a humble beginnings. Yeah. Let's say that. At the Luxor. Yeah. Actually the Luxor was the first hotel I ever stayed in Vegas. No shit. And I thought it was insane. Yeah. When I was like I think I was 21. Yeah. I was like this is crazy but now that I here, I realize it's like one of the lower end hotels. Yeah. You know? I know. Yeah. And the buffet is gone now.
Starting point is 00:13:10 That was kind of like a, it was a bitter sweep. And it's like, damn, it's like the place that I worked at when I moved to Vegas is now like gone. So a lot of buffets closed down because of COVID. Yeah. Luxor was one of them, right? No, no, Luxor just closed down. Oh, it just closed down. Maybe like two weeks ago.or was one of them, right? No, Luxor just closed down. Oh, it just closed down.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Maybe like two weeks ago. Oh, wow. I wonder why. It lasted. That's crazy. It's just a loss leader. So buffets are loss leaders at this point. Really?
Starting point is 00:13:34 Yeah. So you think the Wynn and the Caesar's Buffet, they're loss leaders? Because those buffets are packed. They're maybe not. Maybe a few. I think it's just a tradition in Vegas to think, you know, from the executive level, like just a, it's a tradition in Vegas to think, you know, from the
Starting point is 00:13:45 executive level, like, oh, it's a loss leader. So, so I think I would say maybe the lower end buffets, but the higher end buffets, I'm sure they turned something. Yeah. Dude, Bacchanal and the Wynn one is really good too. Yeah. I have to look, I'm not sure. That's interesting though.
Starting point is 00:13:59 Yeah. So I used to love buffets. So Vegas was like the perfect spot for that. Yeah. The Aria buffet was fucking great too. Aria buffet. Is that still open? No, it's gone. It's now a food hall, I think now, but it was, that's a really underrated buffet. I never tried that one.
Starting point is 00:14:14 It was, it was good. It was, it wasn't as good as a Bacchanal or a Wynn, but it's like, kind of like that next tier down. Yeah. So. It seems like there is a food hall like Emergence too, going on. Yeah. What's your favorite food hall? Oh That's tough. There's there's an Asian one at Chung Dom or something. Yeah. Yeah, that one's pretty good But I just I don't know if Chinatown's considered a food hall, but I'm in Chinatown like twice a week. Yes Yeah, it's awesome at any Plaza you pick there, you'll find something good. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Starting from Golden Tiki going all the way back, you're always going to find some fucking amazing food.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Yeah. Some bangers. It's hard to find parking these days there, man. Yeah. Oh my God. Yeah. It's a nightmare. Yeah. But what's your favorite food hall? Probably a Durango.
Starting point is 00:14:58 I really, I just really love the, I think I'm a sucker for the aesthetic and the layout of what they did at Durango. But. That one's good. It's good though. I just really love the I think I'm a sucker for the aesthetic and the layout of what they did at Durango, but That one's good. It's good though. Yeah, got herbs. You got Prince Street. Is that Durango or yeah, that's yeah I go Earth's Prince Street and there's that one restaurant. I forget the name. You've got a handful You got the Hawaiian restaurant. Mm-hmm. You've got the you've got the noodles you've got Even like Fiorella, the Italian spot, it's really good. You've got Nielsen's frozen custard. Love Nielsen's.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Yeah. You a big foodie? Yeah, I'd say so. A lot of your content is food related, right? Yeah, initially it was a lot of food and I think it's kind of changed but I think I'm, I guess I consider myself a foodie. What made you branch off from that?
Starting point is 00:15:45 I think just the fact that I felt like I could give more value and I just had more to say than just talking about food. There's just, you know, you just get that feeling. It's that intuition of like, nah, like I know I can do more and do, you know, do, I could just do more and offer more. So that's what I did. I went through that phase too,
Starting point is 00:16:03 where I was going to restaurants and posting and you know, doing all that. But I kind of got over it. It was like a little six month phase. Yeah. I know for me, I think I stuck to it for like a good year and a half. And I still do post about food, don't get me wrong.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Like food is a part of culture. But just, I think I kind of started posting before all the big developments started kicking off. Like, it's like something intuitively was telling me like, start covering more bigger things in Vegas, because you know you could offer more. And it seems like more things just started happening and being announced and it just never stopped. Well that's smart because you carved your own lane. No one was really doing that. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Everyone was doing food or whatever, something else. Yep, exactly. That's cool. Are you collaborative with the other Vegas influencers? Do you work a lot with them? Yeah, I'd say like, there's a lot of great friendships that we have. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:16:51 So it's a very tight knit community. It's like a small family. Yeah. So kind of, and I mean, they were a family before I even came into the picture, but a lot of these people have known each other for years. Yeah. So, and they're open.
Starting point is 00:17:03 I mean, there's always new ones coming in. I don't pop up in the media events as much as I used to. Every time I go now, there's like new faces. So it's like really cool and refreshing to see. That's cool. But you still see all those all them same people that you kind of like. They say came up with. So that's cool. Yeah. No beefs or rivalries. No, no, I wouldn't say so.
Starting point is 00:17:23 That's cool. Other cities, that's definitely a thing. But Vegas seems pretty Vegas is a small kind of world, you know? Yeah. Running those same people. Yeah, no, definitely. I think the beefs are definitely more isolated. It's never like a big thing. It's always I don't know. Yeah, yeah, it's we're blessed to have the have the influencer community
Starting point is 00:17:42 that we have in Vegas, I think, for sure. Yeah. What's it, Oh, go ahead. No, I was saying, yeah, cause in other cities, like you're saying, it's just not as tight knit. Oh yeah. Especially LA. Yeah. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:51 In LA. Yeah. What's the next big thing you're working on? I got some things I can't announce, but definitely working on at least two, two big things, so right now it's just, it's the content. So we might see you in a movie or something. I don't know. You might. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:18:07 Okay. I don't know. Mark Wahlberg is out here. Yeah, that would be crazy. He started a studio. Yeah. Yeah. What's he's a, I think they're saying he's going to get some type of executive
Starting point is 00:18:17 roller, some type of thing at some seat at the table for Sony. That'd be really cool. That's huge. Yeah. So it just seems like a lot of new jobs are coming to Vegas. Yeah. Other than hospitality. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:28 I know what you're talking about. The studio's popping. You've got Warner Brothers and you got the Summerlin Studios thing happening with Warner Brothers and Sony. Now you have, um, fuck, I just covered that the, um, the independent one that's going to come now that's going to be kind of intertwined with, uh, with UNLV. So I didn't see that one. So, yeah, I just covered it. So MBS group, it's like, I think the world's largest,
Starting point is 00:18:51 like I don't know if it's the world's largest or the like biggest global operator for movie studios and film studios is now going to come to Vegas and work on the project that was going to be the Warner studio. So Warner jumped off and joined with Sony. And now this other one's coming into work and work with Bercher and the independent studio.
Starting point is 00:19:14 So there's be a lot of technological innovation there. It's just going to, it's going to be different. It's going to be more geared towards, I think more geared towards the locals, more geared towards the independence, more geared towards like building a foundation, then bringing in the big A-list celebrities. Love that. So you need both. Yeah. You need both these days.
Starting point is 00:19:34 Yeah. I agree. Do you spend more time in Henderson or Summerlin? It's streaky. It's definitely streaky. I find what's really interesting is I'll go to Henderson and I'll spend like three or four days in Henderson for whatever reason. I just end up in Henderson and then I'll spend three or four days in Summerlin. It's not planned. It just kind of happens that way. So that's a political answer.
Starting point is 00:19:56 Yeah, I if you're asking if you're asking me why like are you asking me like what I prefer? Yeah, what I'd rather hang out. I guess Like are you asking me like what I prefer where I'd rather hang out. I guess That's so fucking tough because I really like the higher end areas of Henderson I love like like Seven Hills and Dragon Ridge Dragon Ridge and McDonald Ranch and all that Then downtown Summerlin is really cool at the same time and just what's going on in downtown What's going on to build Summerlin's really cool? Bully Foley Village is pretty cool. Yeah, Tivoli's awesome. Yeah, that's tough. I lean towards Summerland.
Starting point is 00:20:28 I might be biased since I lived there. But I lived in Henderson before, and I went to probably every single restaurant on Southeastern you could think of, and I just got bored. Literally every single restaurant multiple times. In the Southwest over there too, there's a lot of really good restaurants
Starting point is 00:20:41 that have been popping up over the last few years. They're calling that Chinatown 2.0 right there. Really? Like 215 and Eastern? Damn. I gotta check that out. Yeah, you have all, you've been over there probably, but all the, I'm trying to think, there's a lot of really good Asian restaurants over there. Maybe, is that where the boba spot is and the fish dessert spot?
Starting point is 00:21:03 Yeah, Somi Somi and all that and like that whole plaza and then. Okay. So yeah, I've been there. Yeah. There's a curry spot there. Yeah. Juicy's there. Yep.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Hot and juicy is damn good. Dude. Yeah. The hot and juicy, the only one that the one that I love to go to that I prefer is always going to be the one in Chinatown though. That's the best one. That's the best one to me. That's good to know.
Starting point is 00:21:22 Yeah. There's like five of them. Yeah. I always go to the one in Chinatown is always it's smacks. That's the best one. That's the best one to me. That's good to know. Yeah. Cause there's like five of them. Yeah. I always go to the one in Chinatown. It's always, it's smacks. I might have to hit that one. That's the OG. Yeah. I'm on a fast right now.
Starting point is 00:21:30 You got me thinking about food. Juice fast or what? Water. A water fast? 72 hours. Oh shit. Have you done that before? Yeah. I've done, the longest fast I did was a 15 day juice fast.
Starting point is 00:21:40 Holy crap. Yeah. Just green and red juice, like on and off. How many pounds did you lose? Lost 10. Okay. Yeah. It's pretty good. Between 10 and 12 and I kept it off too. I was happy with that.
Starting point is 00:21:53 That's real good. 15 days is no joke. Dude, yeah. What was the toughest part of it? Was it the first few days or did you kinda? It was the first few days, I think like the first two days. And then by the third, I think just, you get bored after like seventh day just like I want to fucking taste some food now You know it's food is more than just food. It's like an experience. It's like fun right when you're with people
Starting point is 00:22:15 Yeah, but you're purging out the that's the thing about fasting too is like you're like that need or craving for food and that Boredom is also you purging out just all that fucking bullshit that you had in your system. So you're big on health. Definitely grow more into it now. I think it just balances me out with everything going. I think I think being a foodie kind of cranked it up to me more and I'm like damn I got to balance it out. I got no seed oils.
Starting point is 00:22:40 No seed oils. Yeah. I mean yeah we have a big thing in our house too. Like me and the girls we we always like watch the labels. So yeah. You have to these days. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:49 We do our best, right? So I will say Vegas needs another good gym because I go to lifetime. Yeah. And it's packed. You're waiting on machines. Yeah. At both locations. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:59 I know I go to, I go to LVAC right now, which has been fine for me, but. I used to go there and that one was packed too. Yeah, I know it depends on what time you go. The one on Southeastern, oh my gosh. Oh yeah, oh that one gets fucking packed. I quit after a month. Yeah. Yeah. I usually go to the one either on Sahara or Flamingo,
Starting point is 00:23:19 cause I hoop a lot too. Oh, they got hoops there? No, no, I hoop at Tarkanian sometimes. Oh, okay. You gotta hit me up. No, no, I hope that a Tarkanian sometimes. Oh, you got to hit me up. Yeah, dude. I love ballin. Yeah, fucking. Yeah, I'm there like probably three days a week. OK, I'm in the league there just playing pickup. No, I just do pick up. I used to do the leagues, but I think just with my
Starting point is 00:23:35 schedule, it's hard to like stay good to a league. Yeah. Well, hit me up, man. I'm 10 minutes from there. I'll play. Yeah, for sure. I'm in the lifetime leagues. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Basketball is important for me. Yeah and it balances everything out. It's like childhood shit you know like you have to keep some of that with you I think. Yeah. I want to be 62 and have fucked up you know just fucked up knees or just be old and bitter like I want to be you know you want to be like that 45 50
Starting point is 00:24:01 year old dude that's like in shape right? Absolutely. Health is like the new flex these days. Yeah. Exactly. Oh yeah. Like that to me is, it shows a lot about someone if they're in really good shape. Yeah. Yeah. I like working with people like that.
