I actually did a study with some of my colleagues when I was going to school for Lymphatic.
Right down the road we went to a croaker.
We filled up two gallons of water
Their filter is really great
We put one in a glass gallon and one in a plastic the one in the glass bottle had one to three percent
Petrochemicals like from the plastic chemicals the one in the plastic that it hasn't been sitting in it long
You know, like I said less than than five, 10 minutes. It had 97%. Holy crap.
All right, guys, back on the digital social hour. I'm here with Mystique Skalsky, lymphatic
specialist. Thank you so much for coming on today. Thank you for having me. For sure. So what you do
is really unique. I've never seen someone do this. Really? Well, it's getting more popular. I think since COVID, a lot of people have
kind of awakened up to, excuse me, is that? You can say the C word. Okay. Okay. That's why I was
just like, wait a second. So since COVID, a lot of people became more aware of their immune system
and how to stimulate it. Also around that time, there was just like a really big rise of women getting plastic
surgery and they use lymphatic drainage to heal afterwards.
So it kind of just created like this perfect storm where it's really, it was
just like this very niche thing that was kind of like underground and only the
real OGs practiced and knew it.
And now it's spread like wildfire.
So you can find like lymphatic drainage everywhere.
Um, just the kinds differ a little bit. Right. it and now it's spread like wildfire. So you can find like lymphatic drainage everywhere.
Just the kinds differ a little bit. Right. So plastic surgery, I didn't know there were some issues with that. So what's going on with that? So when women are getting like the BBL,
you know, or any type of plastic surgery, there, when you, anytime you cut the body or you go into
the system, you're breaking all those lymph vessels. So they
need to heal and repair those lymph vessels in order to get their best results and to kind of
have more of like a holistic recovery. So a lot of the practitioners in my field aren't really
advocates for plastic surgery because it's cutting open the lymph nodes, the lymphatic vessels,
all the things that are supposed to be carrying the waste out of our body.
And when you cut that open, all the fluid is just released.
Wow. Although I'm not like super advocating for people to get plastic surgery, I'm an advocate to do whatever makes you feel your best.
And I want to help everyone like heal, realistically, as holistic as possible.
like heal, realistically as holistic as possible. So my clientele ranges from, you know, like athletes, babies, you know, children, people with, you know, mental health disorders or behavioral
health issues. Then the secondary would be like a lot of the women that are just in it for the
aesthetics. It's not a bad thing when your internal body is clean, of course,
everything on the outside is kind of going to reflect that.
Yeah. So when you get plastic surgery and your lymph nodes get cut, can those ever be fully
repaired or is it? They can be if you are stimulating them
correctly. A lot of times with lymphatic therapy growing in popularity, everyone's jumping on the
bandwagon. Yeah. It's getting really diluted.
The knowledge has already been diluted and that's like a whole history lesson when it
came here from Europe. It was already diluted just because there was no money in the actual
practice and that's a different subject for a different day. But, um, people are just trying to label it as
body sculpting because that's not federally regulated, but lymphatic therapy is. But if
you can like put a nice label on it, then anybody can go to like a weekend class and
offer this. So even though it's really nice that it is like a lymphatic revolution, everybody's learning
about it and offering it.
It is a loss of integrity with some of the practitioners.
So I usually say like, if you're going to seek that out, try to find somebody that is
trained in the VADR method, V-O-D-D-E-R.
And that's kind of like the gold standard of lymphatic drainage.
VODDR.
Yep.
The gold standard of lymphatic drainage. And that's what you have? gold standard of lymphatic drainage.
And that's what you have?
Yes.
Yep.
Got it.
I was trained by a first generation Vodder therapist.
And that means that she was directly trained by Vodder.
The problem is when it came from Europe, a lot of the textbooks were in German.
So a lot of things got lost in translation.
So there's people online that have even gone
through body training, but maybe their teacher didn't understand the, um, the textbooks correctly
and they're pushing the lymphatic system the wrong way. So the lymph system runs all through
our body, head to toe throughout every layer of fascia, um, connected to every system of the body, and it's all
draining up so it's actually defying gravity.
Your head is the only thing that drains down and it's all draining right above your collarbone.

It's actually your thoracic duct which is below your collarbone but we access it through touch
above. So I call them like lymph fluencers and like the fast, you know, jumping on the bandwagon practitioners that don't understand the concept that
everything is draining to what I call the gate of the body.
Since the head drains down, the body drains up, everything has to pass through here.
And if everything starts here, you don't have to have any training to kind of
logically make sense of it as It's like if everything's draining
to this area, we'd want to unclog this first before we go to the lower extremities. A lot of
these body sculptors are just working on the gut area without opening up anything up here.
I always say if a lymphatic specialist is our lymphatic therapist, massage therapist, whatever their title is.
If they are only opening up your gut and not touching your armpits or above your collarbone,
then you're wasting your money.
Wow.
You're kind of just moving the congestion up without actually giving it somewhere to
drain.
And by draining, I mean, it's going back to the blood system.
So the role of the lymph is kind of to take all the invaders, all the toxicity,
what we were just talking about, you know, maybe you eat something
that has some bacteria in it.
Your lymph node traps it to try to purify it with the lymph nodes.
But if it has nowhere to drain to you, because there's a buildup of toxicity,
then you would just be moving the issue around.
Right.
And that's the difference between lymphatic therapy versus massage
therapy.
This massage goes deep into the
muscle, releases those toxins.
And unless the practitioner is
lymphatically trained, then
they'll just leave it.
So in a week or so, you'll have
like a new issue somewhere else
because it's re hardened with
lymphatic drainage, proper
lymphatic drainage.
You're releasing a toxin and then carrying it
to the point of elimination,
which would be those, the thoracic ducts,
which then it would go back to the bloodstream purified.
So you're like transmuting the toxicity
that you're being exposed to.
Wow, that's crazy.
So when someone has a sore throat,
is that like a lymph problem usually?
Yeah, your body is trying to fight something off.
It's not necessarily a bad thing. Like how you said, your lymph nodes were starting to swell and that's because they're
trying to dilute the toxicity. So if you come in contact with something, your throat gets sore,
your lymph nodes swell up. Those white blood cells or lymphocytes are trying to break the
toxin apart. Yeah. I don't know if you've ever seen like a white blood cell attacking a toxin.
I've seen videos, yeah. Yeah, it's a really cool video and it's completely like demolishing it or to break the toxin apart. I don't know if you've ever seen like a white blood cell attacking a toxin.
I've seen videos, yeah.
Yeah, it's a really cool video
and it's completely like demolishing it or transmuting it.
And then once that process is done,
your lymph node is supposed to release that.
So it can be transmuted fully back to the blood.
But the issue is people are getting too toxic
and that toxic burden is getting to a point of no return. So if
we become too crystallized with congestion then the cup floweth over and
that's when somebody may get chronic diseases or illnesses or potentially
just die because that's kind of a part of the aging process as well. Wow and
you mentioned armpits earlier so when people are using these toxic deodorants,
that's getting in the body, right?
That's getting in the body.
And those are heavy metals.
Even if you go through like TSA,
if you have your aluminum deodorant in your back,
sometimes it's so high in aluminum, it sets off the reader.
Wow.
So we're putting that right on our lymph nodes.
Everywhere the body hinges, you have
a gang of lymph nodes. So especially in this armpit, so important because part of the waist
is draining up to these axillary nodes and a lot of the breast tissue. So men and women both are
developing breast cancer at such alarming rates because we're slathering up toxicity,
wearing tight bras, tight garments,
and then it has nowhere to drain.
So now it's just sitting there.
And 99.7% of all breast cancer tissue
has been found with parabens in it.
And that's a completely manmade chemical.
So not the one occurring naturally in nature,
but completely manmade.
So this tells us, this is beyond just evolutionary,
where some people argue of,
well, we didn't have the diagnostics back in the day to kind of show that people were getting
breast cancer. And you can find it in history, but very like one to 2%, not the percentage that
we're dealing with today. It's terrible. They're finding microplastics in almost every organ. They
just found in the brain. Yeah, the brain, the sperm, the breast milk of women
were consuming like a credit card's worth of microplastic a week.
The average person crazy.
So water so purifying, you know, I walked in with a plastic water bottle today.
And I usually try to drink out of glass as much as humanly possible
because water is so purifying. So it's going to strip away all the impurities out of glass as much as humanly possible because water is so purifying.
So it's going to strip away all the impurities out of the water bottle.
And now it becomes like a soup of petrochemicals.
Um, I actually did a study with some of my colleagues when I was
going to school for lymphatics.
We're right down the road.
We went to a Kroger.
We filled up two gallons of water
from the Kroger, which is the grocery store in Michigan in Ohio Midwest and
Their filter is really great. It's like a 12-step filter filtration process
And we put one in a glass gallon and one in a plastic and literally five minutes later went and tested it
The one in the glass bottle had one to 3% petrochemicals,
like from the plastic chemicals.
The one in the plastic that,
it hasn't been sitting in it long, you know,
like I said, less than five, 10 minutes, it had 97%.
Holy crap.
Petrochemicals.
So we're really drinking like a soup of chemicals
that are throwing off our hormones, our endocrine system,
you know, congesting in our lymph nodes.
And we're just becoming so overburdened with the body.
That's why it's really essential.
Usually I work with people one-on-one and just over the last few years, I've seen this
rise of not just the chemicals from the plastic, but a lot of these
nanoparticles that are being released in the air, in our food, on our fruit, they're kind
of everywhere in our makeup, nanoparticles, our nanobots are just getting, it's almost
like micro pollution.
You know, we can't really see it, but sometimes you can energetically feel it.
And when we come in contact with EMF waves,
they cross the blood brain barrier.
But saying that to say,
that's kind of why I've like stepped up
and actually started talking more than just to like my
niche little audience.
And just to really like get the blow horn out there
and tell people like,
you have to become aware of your lymphatic system.
If you want to live optimal life, if you want to vibrate at optimal level of frequency,
you have to cleanse this lymph because our lymph is supposed to be 94 to 96% water, natural
structured, beautiful crystalline water.
But if we are full of heavy metals, like you said,
that's 70% heavier than water bogged down.
And as I know, you know, you do so many podcasts with people
that I know, you know, a lot of this information like we're
just talking about the Caroline quarry episode that you had
where she's talking about some of these genetic codes
that are in our cells.
We are capable of far more than we've been led to believe.
And we're having trouble accessing that power
because of the interference patterns in our body,
in our lymphatic system.
Absolutely, yeah, we're being so held back.
I'm a believer in the nanobot stuff.
Yeah, I know.
I almost, that kind of was like word vomit. I really a believer in the nanobot stuff. Yeah, I know. I almost that kind of was like word vomit.
Don't talk about nanobots because there used to be a narrative that if you talked about like the V word,
you know, like the Japs years ago, yeah, years ago, like don't talk about that subject because they will kill you.
And now it's don't talk about nanobots because you'll get shut down.
And a lot of the big out of kids like online, their pages get shut down all the time continuously.
And there's some great advancements with that.
They're using it to target like cancer tumors and deliver certain medications.
But again, how are we going to eliminate these things from our body?
Now, the fluorescent nanobots are getting found
in like Pepsi and Cola and all these things
that people are consuming on a day-to-day basis
or Skittles or-
Yeah. So how are they surviving the human body?
Are they that resilient to-
Well, there's a couple of things.
Just from my knowledge, there's a Lipton layer.
So like a layer of fat
that they're putting around these molecules.
So that way your immune system doesn't detect them.
It just sees as fat and then it gets absorbed.
Another thing is it's getting, let's say your body is able to fully release that with the
use of EMF waves, they're able to cross the blood brain barrier.
So now we're getting like these heavy metals and these nanoparticles in our
brain and there's studies from like the eighties, you know, before even like the
modern cell phones.
So like from the eighties all the way to like 2018, where they show as soon as
somebody is exposed are the rats in the experiment, but humans as well, as soon
as we are exposed to heavy metals with the EMF waves, 4G LTE towers, the 5G somewhat, that that is weakening the blood brain barrier and allowing toxins to cross that.
Wow.
And now we're getting a built up.
We have lymph in our brain called the glymphatic system, and it needs to be fully cleansed. So like I said, this is the gate of the body.
If your neck is congested from maybe working too much, maybe, um, having too much
of a toxic burden or a posture from our phones, you know, clothing, whatever is
restricting that area, then your brain is not going to be able to drain.
And that's when we're getting the point of no return where those super micro
vessels with throughout your brain,
they're getting crystallized and not like the beautiful crystalline that we talk about with
structuring water in our cells, but crystallized toxins that are no longer have that fluid to,
to cleanse them. And that's when people are getting like Alzheimer's dementia.
Children are getting behavioral health issues, dementia, children are getting behavioral
health issues, getting misdiagnosed, getting ramped up on all these medications and things
like that when really they just need an environment to flush away those toxins to help their body
heal and cleanse.
And Western medicine won't teach you that.
Western medicine doesn't teach that unfortunately.
There are some amazing doctors that are starting to do their own due diligence with learning
some of these things.
But yeah, it's not profitable if you are vibrating at a high frequency and you don't need their
medications or their surgeries.
So they want to keep you, you know, not exactly dead because there's no money in that either.
But somewhere not quite alive, but somewhere in between where you are just a consumer,
where you wake up, you're in pain, you go to work, you go to school, you know, you come
home, you watch your Netflix episode and you go to bed.
And that's like a daily routine for a lot of people.
So my whole practice is about taking a step back from all of that, going back to the cellular energy.
How can we increase the cells energy, decrease the toxic load and kind of get authority back
over our own health and our own life?
I love that.
So how does a drainage work?
Do you have to go to a specialist and what's the process?
So you can go to a lymphatic specialist.
Like I said, fodder is the technique I usually recommend to people,
but there's a lot of other techniques
that are really beautiful out there.
I like the slowest possible way
because there is a language of lymphatics.
The lymph loves like slow rhythmic motion.
So if we're just going in for the kill,
we're bypassing the lymphatic system.
And that's the practice with a lot of people. I always hear people tell their like massage therapists, like go deeper, go
harder.
Yeah, Thai massage.
Thai massage. Yes. And there's some great Thai therapists out there that they understand
the lymph and they can go very gradual. Cause if you give the body some time and trust,
it will open up so you can go to those deeper layers. But let's say you have a toxin right at the top of your skin.
70% of all the lymphatic fluid, the lymphatic vessels are right
under that first mantle of skin.
So if we have a buildup there, but we go past it because it needs
the light touch to be activated.
We go past it and release a toxin in your muscle.
And then that goes to the surface. It has nowhere to drain because those vessels are already clogged
and then you're moving the issue around and you can create more damage than good when you're
trying to go get a therapeutic massage. One hour lymphatic drainage is equal up to 29
deep tissue Thai massages. Wow. Health-wise. That's crazy. So if you want to go get like your deep
therapy, do that. Just have in mind how to cleanse your lymphatic system. So you don't have to go to
a professional is what I was getting at. You can find out some of these really simple moves and
do them at home to help drain your lymphatics. So that's where I kind of moved my focus on working with people one on one,
because I'm very introverted.
I like to just be with one person in a room and you don't have to worry about the
perception of so many people, which I know you are perceived by tons of people every single day.
So that is something I'm like actively working on.
Yeah, that was a big fear of mine for years.
Yeah, see, that Yeah, that was a big fear of mine for years.
Yeah. See, that's, that's great.
When you said, oh, I did 80 podcasts this week.
I'm like, how does this go?
Oh my gosh. I just added up all of them.
Yeah, I've done a thousand in two years.
Wow. So that's a lot.
Yeah. But the first 25, 50, I was really uncomfortable.
I was an introvert growing up too.
Yeah. And that's where my friend Elizabeth Carson that you've had on here,
that's where she was like really giving you the push of like,
you have to spread some of this information. So we just did a workshop.
So the workshop was teaching people not just how to structure your water in your
cells and create that cellular energy,
but how to actively move your lymphatic system. So it's really simple.
Like I said, all the lymph drains up and all drains to your collarbone. It's common
sense. You don't need four years of education to get that, that
you would pump here and then you would inch your way out before
going to your lower extremities. The main thing that I'm seeing
with a lot of really trusted doctors, trusted herbalists,
nutritionalists, they all have really great intentions
with trying to spread the word of lymphatics to their audience,
but they're not getting the proper lymphatic training.
So they're telling people to start at their ankles
and start at their wrists and dry brush or do manual touch, self-touch.
But like I said, why would that make sense if we were clogged up here?
Why would we go instantly to our wrists, our, our ankles?
So after so much misinformation years of seeing that I was just like, okay, I have
to step up and be a little more vocal and share this because something that's
common knowledge to me, I'm realizing that the mass doesn't necessarily
understand some
of the really basic modes.
So you can learn how to self-touch with just your hands.
I always say touch is king because your body responds really well to the skin-to-skin contact.
But if you're not quite there yet, because it can be a little uncomfortable if you're
just starting that journey, you can get a dry brush, which is just like a natural bristle brush.
Like if you've ever seen the bath brushes
and you can take that and do the same sequence
of cleansing above your collarbone, inching out,
going to your armpit.
And you're bringing everything back to your heart.
Some of your gut drains up that midline and it all,
but again, it's all draining up to your heart area.
So you can do the dry brush. you can do self-touch,
you can soak your feet.
Every time you soak your feet, after the 40 minute mark,
it's going to propel your lymph up to 117%.
Whoa.
And exercise only activates it up to like 80%.
So you can get a lot of drainage passively.
So I always say like the, there's a yogic saying, one
of the yoga teachers that I attend in Detroit, she always says like the slowest way is the
fastest way. It's kind of hard to conceptualize that, but it's so true with lymphatics. A
lot of people that aren't getting results, it's because they're going off of like a four
second video online and it's really easy to
condense it in a video and show people really quickly rub here, tap here, and it's too aggressive.
So they're kind of doing like a more of a masculine approach to the lymph when the lymph
is really gentle.
You can't force it to do anything.
Right.
You know, it doesn't go with our flow.
It needs us to chill out.
And that's kind of hard needs us to chill out.
And that's kind of hard for people to chill out.
Oh, yeah. People are impatient.
Yeah, like a 40 minute foot soak, like some people will be bored.
You know, is it?
I turn on a movie and soak your feet.
You know, you can be pretty passive with it.
Does the water or temperature matter with that?
Oh, yeah, you'll start with hot water, but eventually it becomes like lukewarm.
I'm going to try that tonight, honestly.
Yeah, do it. It's really amazing.
And if you can pump above your collarbone really slowly with your breath,
in a downward motion, then you're activating that gate.
So when you do soak your feet or any other movement, now it has somewhere
to circulate and drain.
So that's really, really important.
So when you say pump, what do you mean by that?
So literally pump.
So you take the flats of your fingers and you'll go right above your collarbone.
You'll start with the left side.
So a lot of things in our body are even, but the lymphatic is not one of those.
Most of the lymphatic fluid drains to this left side.
So it's really important to start here and I'll do like 40 pumps on my
left above my left collarbone.
And then your right side only has to drain your upper right arm, your
liver and part of your, your right brain.
So it's really important to start with the left side and you're just pumping.
And then you'll go to this right side and you're in your pump and it's
where your SEM meets your collarbone.
So I kind of call it the point of the triangle and you can just pump there.
And some people do, you know, two at one time. If I'm in the car, I'll go like this. But you
usually give each side its individual attention and you're going to get a lot of drainage that way.
Wow.
Lower the better. So like I said, very superficial touch. Majority of the superficial lymph is 70% of it.
It runs alongside your blood vessels.
In the other deeper lymph nodes,
the deeper lymph vessels run alongside your arteries.
So majority of it is right under the skin.
So it's really important to be very gentle.
I call it like the Spider-Man touch,
cause like really sticky.
And you're just kind of using like the weight of your hand.
So the amount of pressure it takes to like move a quarter across the table,
like very light, rhythmic, slow, gentle, that's going to activate your brain stem
and tell your lymph that it's safe to detox and purify that you don't have to
be restricted because there's no danger.
So slowing down, even I have trouble with that
and I have to go against like that brain
that tells me like, go, go, go.
And I just need to, no, we're going to chill here.
We're going to sit and do it.
And it's not always easy to sit with yourself.
But once you carve out even 60 seconds a day
to move your lymph as slow as you can,
you'll start to feel the benefits mentally, physically, your energy starts circulating more.
I know that you know that we are bioelectrical before chemical or anything else. So if our lymph
is mainly water, water is a conduit of electricity. If we have all these interference patterns within
the electrical charge that's running through us,
then emotions or energy are going to get trapped. So if you have a blockage in your neck that's been
there for five, 10 years, you can think of all the emotions that may be clogged within the area.
So when we start releasing some of those buildups of the toxicity. Some people have emotional releases.
Some people have charges of energy where
they become so euphoric and they feel
ecstasy and they're so grateful for
everybody in their life.
And that's because some of that unexpressed
emotion was pent up in the body.
Wow.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
So when people have anger issues, that
could be just pent up energy.
There's some children I work with where their moms tell me like, I'm going to bring my kid
to you for a lifetime because after just one appointment, one session of draining the lymphatics
of the neck, the child completely stopped having meltdowns.
Wow.
If a child is currently in a tantrum, sometimes you can just go around their neck and start
to feel where those little marbles are. And you can just slightly pump them and rub them to the direction where they drain.
And you'll see them totally chill out.
Holy crap.
I call them like the anger marbles.
Yeah.
When I'm working on somebody, I can usually tell that they have a
tendency to react to things. And it's because those chemicals are built up in the body.
things and it's because those chemicals are built up in the body. They're making us think in our reactive brain. So we're not in that frontal lobe. We're in that survival, what used to be called
like the reptilian brain where we're just trying to eat. You know, we're not questioning the things
around us where we get pretty submissive, reactive. And when we can switch to those gears of lessening the toxic load of the body,
your emotional life, your spiritual life, everything comes into play.
That's incredible.
Yeah.
So the waste removal is like the most popular part of the lymphatics, but when you start
to drain your lymph system, it's not just involved in that physical detoxification, but it's
involved in psychological transformation.
So you can get a lot of spiritual growth and intellectual growth when you lessen all the
kind of like the BS, the crap in your body.
You can become more of who you actually are in less of, you know, like you said, the heavy
metals are the nanobots or whatever else
they're throwing at us.
I love it.
Yeah.
My kid wants to see a therapist.
I'll just send them to you instead.
Yeah.
Make them go jump on a trampoline.
That's another way you can get your lymphatic system moving.
Wow. I used to use those when I was a kid.
Yeah. I keep a mini rebounder in my living room.
So every time my children walk past, they do a few jumps.
Smart.
And that is activating. You have these valves in your lymphatic vessels that are like one-way doors
and it's to keep the backflow. So we only want all the fluid to drain up towards the heart,
back to the blood. We don't want it to like settle at our feet. So every time you jump up,
the top of your jump, all those vessels open up, all those
one way doors open up.
And then when you come down, they close.
So you can get contraction and release from your head to your toe.
And there is a specialized rebounder called a sellisizer.
That's a little more pricey.
I usually, usually only suggest sellisizers to the people that are worried about shock on their
ankles and their knees because this man that invented it, it's like pre-stretched.
So you don't get any of that shock.
It's a little more expensive that way, but he was overweight and he would work out like
two hours a day at the gym.
He was doing like everything correctly on paper, but he didn't
realize he had a lymphatic burden. So when he discovered if you pre-stretch this trampoline
and you jump on it, you can replace two hours at the gym with 10 minutes of jumping because
all your muscles are contracting. If you've reached a plateau, you can start jumping or
going on a vibrational platform or getting lymph lymphatic drainage, and that's gonna allow the blebs of toxicity
in your muscles to release to your lymph.
And now you have a greater ability to grow
and maintain your muscle mass as you age.
Wow.
There's a vibration machine at my gym.
So those are good for draining.
Go on it.
The vibrational platform is going to open up
every single ligament and vessel simultaneously
at the same time. That's going to spread the every single ligament and vessel simultaneously at the same time.
That's going to spread the oxygen throughout your body and you can have no pain or disease
with a healthy functioning lymphatic system supplied enough oxygen. And sorry, I know I go on like.
No, that's incredible because I don't even use those at the lifetime. She might go to there's
two of them. And it could increase their muscle mass so much in their cognitive function.
Wow.
So when we talk about enough oxygen being in the cell in the lymphatic system,
that means that there's not an access of fluid around the cell.
So the lymph, a healthy lymph is something called a dry state.
It doesn't mean that it's necessarily dry,
but it means that there's only enough fluid around the cell
to fill the spaces and crevices.
When you have the excess of that fluid,
that's when you can't get the messages between cells.
So the excess of fluid is what we'd call inflammation.
And if your cells needed to communicate to each other,
but they have all this inflammation in between them,
the message won't get sent.
So it's kind of like we're trying to make a call,
but there's a storm outside.
Sometimes the reception can be impacted.
We need these essential messengers
for every single function of our body,
especially our immune response.
So these are called redox signaling molecules
and they're what make your cell
like this plump beach ball of a cell.
Every 10 years for the average American,
we're losing 10% of those molecules.
So by the age 50, we're halfway through
all of our redox molecules and that's the aging process.
So with that, there's very simple things that you can do to plump up your redox potential.
And when you plump up that redox potential, that's the anti-aging.
Right.
In fact, so like a lot of these biohackers that are doing all of these things to decrease
inflammation or increase their conductivity,
what they're doing is increasing those redox
signaling molecules and they communicate to each other
for in a few different ways.
One way is like what I just said, like with the cell tower.
So it's like a frequency being sent to each other,
which is super interesting because for a lot of years,
scientists couldn't explain
how a lymphocyte, which is a white blood cell in the lymphatic vessels or in the
lymph nodes, they couldn't explain how they communicated to each other or to
people close to them. So we're communicating, you know, our lymph, if I
have a burden that you might come in contact with, I need to have a clear signal of those redox molecules
to send that signal energetically
on a vibrational plane to you to tell your lymphocytes,
hey, you need to produce more T cells or killer cells
because this virus is about to come in contact with,
you know, Sean Kelly's body, you need to gear up.
But if we have the excess inflammation around the cell, that
won't, that message won't get sent.
Yeah.
Um, it also gets sent a few other ways outside of the frequency.
That's just my favorite.
Cause I feel like it's such a bizarre phenomenon that we can like communicate,
you know, energetically.
Um, we know that like our probiotics communicate, but that's another level that we're
communicating with the space in between us. The other way it communicates is like a puzzle piece
or like a piece of mail coming directly to your mailbox and that's the receptor site way.
And then the third way is it travels through your lymphatic system. So these immune cells need a clear passageway in your lymph to get to its designated destination.
So if we have like a roadblock or a scar or toxicity built up, those redox molecules aren't
going to be able to go to your brain and say, hey, gear up for this neurotoxin.
Wow.
It's not going to be able to go to your liver and say, hey, gear up for the snorotoxin. Wow. It's not going to be able to go to your liver and say,
hey, get ready or to your throat and say,
hey, produce these cells because you just came in contact
with the bacteria.
So we need a healthy functioning lymphatic system
because it is that conduit of electricity,
of redox potential, like I said, of our immune health.
When people talk about their immune system,
they're actually talking about their lymphatic system.
Interesting. Never knew that.
So I've had a low white blood cell count
on every blood test I've taken.
Is that a sign my lymphatic system is compromised?
That's a sign your lymphatic system is compromised,
that your cellular energy might be depleted,
which you're surrounded by, you know,
artificial light all day.
Yeah, all day, 5G, Wi-Fi.
5G, Wi-Fi, and 5G is probably the least
of our issues right now.
It's really, because 5G is detrimental
when you're on your device.
And of course I know like we're turning towns
into like microwaves, but some of those 4G towers,
they have the ability to be laser beamed into your house.
Really, are 4G's worse than 5G?
I wouldn't say necessarily worse, but some of them have great.
Yes.
A greater impact on the body.
And it's like the 4G LTE towers that can be like a beam, but that's why we need
5G towers so closely everywhere because they don't have the ability to penetrate
some of like the walls and things like that.
They need to be close to us for that to happen.
I see 5G really affecting the body
when you're using your device.
So I tell people, don't put a cell phone up to your head
after just 30 seconds, 30 to two minutes,
it's punching holes in your brain.
What?
Causing short-term memory loss for a lot of people,
which if we're electrical magnetic beings, it would make sense that
these artificial man-made every bandwidth on the planet has been bought and is being
used against us. So it makes sense that that is throwing us off. So I always tell people,
we're not going to avoid it completely. You can even be up in the mountains and you're
going to get some form of like radiation.
But what we need to do is to think of our health
and our consumption on what frequencies are we
exposed to most of the time.
If you know, you're going to be exposed to
electromagnetic frequency or for you, this is the
part of your job.
You're going to be around artificial light continuously, you know?
That is depleting the water in our cells.
So when we talk about hydration for the lymphatic system, it goes
beyond the water you're consuming, but it's the water being
produced by your mitochondria.
And if these EMF waves are completely dehydrating us, where we don't have
that fluid and that connectivity,
our electricity can't be conducted.
And that's why a lot of people are going through like,
you know, a lot of spiritual or mental health issues
is because we don't have that conductivity
to even tell our body to gear up
or how to process certain emotions.
That's what the workshop that I just did
with Elizabeth Carson, it was called Fractals and Fluids.
And we delved in of how to produce water
in your mitochondria.
So you can produce your own hydration
for your lymphatic system outside of what you're drinking.
Yes, and drinking water of course is important.
So like you said, glass is a big thing.
Purified water or spring water,
if you're getting from a natural source,
it's already structured,
but we're gonna get a little bit of chemicals.
We're gonna get some pesticides and-
Heavy metals.
Heavy metals and things,
but you have to do like the risk to reward evaluation
if you get structured water,
meaning it's individualized H2O.
It can seep inside of your cell, but you're going to get a little bit of toxicity versus if you're
drinking strictly purified water that's not structured, that doesn't have minerals, it's
clean, which is a good thing. It doesn't have all those chemicals, but now it's just flushing
right through us. So the water that we're drinking right now,
at the end of this, it's going to probably come out our urine. Yeah, this is pure fun.
Yeah, it's going to just come out our urine. But there are ways that we can structure our water
that we consume. You can drink out of glass, you can add certain trace minerals to it. So some
people do like Celtic salt, pink Himalayan salt. I use the brand Concentrates Minerals.
And then there's another trace mineral,
which I might circle back to and explain a
little bit, but that's monatomic gold that
you can put in your water.
And all of those things are going to make it
more alive.
And when we're talking about structured
water, you can think of every H2O molecule,
like a snowflake.
And if we're drinking regular water, we're drinking like a snowball full of H2O molecule like a snowflake. And if we're drinking regular water,
we're drinking like a snowball full of H2O molecules.
Now all those H2O molecules are too large
to fit inside of our cell.
Because the cell membrane needs things to be micro
to actually seep through.
When we drink structured water that has been
either structured through a natural source like glacier runoff, when we drink structured water that has been either
structured through a natural source like glacier runoff
or we've structured it, meaning we've vortexed it,
you can put minerals in your water and spin it
with like a crystal quartz, you know, wand,
or some people use copper, anything that conducts electricity.
Or you can just take a butter knife and spin your water.
Anything like that, you're going to structure the water
and individualize those H2O molecules.
That way when you drink the water, it's more alive
and it's like drinking individual snowflakes of H2O.
They're small enough to actually seep inside your cell.
That's going to get hydration.
But beyond that, you can produce your own water in your mitochondria.
And that is, your body produces the best water when you're barefoot on the ground
because you're getting those electrons from Earth
and you're able to release a lot of that dirty electricity from the EMF waves.
So if we're accumulating all this energy every day because we are giant conductors,
we are semi-conductive beings,
then that dirty
electricity is going to bog us down, going to make us have those mental health disorders.
But if we can release some of that back to the earth, a lot of people think of earthing
as just sucking up all those free electrons, but I always talk about the other side of
things.
We're actually releasing some of that back to the earth and we can empty some of the stuff
that we're exposed to. So when you go home, you know, even if it's just a small patch of dirt,
take your feet off, get on that and you can release some of that that you've accumulated.
That's good to know because on days I film a lot of episodes, I definitely feel pretty drained
after. Yeah. So you can start to reduce some more of that mitochondrial water by doing that. Yeah. So you can start to reduce some more of that mitochondria water by doing that.
Yeah.
Sunlight also produces, allows that to be produced in the mitochondria.
When you're getting in contact with the sun, you're getting so many rays of,
you know, not just a UV ray, which is just 10% of the spectrum, but you're getting a lot more
healing capabilities that way. You're structuring the water in your cell,
producing more when you are outside by a bonfire.
If you go, you know, anytime you're in heat,
so like sauna, infrared saunas,
all of those things will actually hydrate your being
from the inside out.
Really?
That's kind of ironic, right?
Yeah, because when you think of heat,
you think of sweating on, oh, I'm like so dehydrated,
it's so hot outside,
but you're actually upping the water in your mitochondria,
which is going, taking us back to those redox molecules
and you're upping that.
Wow.
So, excuse me, that's the ATP of the cell.
So to make it plump and have the energy
for you to have some of these spiritual awakenings
or for your lymphatic to truly do what it needs to do,
then it's really simple. We have overcomplicated our health when really we can just structure our water, clean our
lymphatic system, and that would get rid of probably like 90% of our issues.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
Most things that people get diagnosed with, my teacher would say like 90%, but that can
be argued of course, but every single thing that you're getting,
that people are getting diagnosed with
are actually symptoms of a congested lymphatic system.
So that's the root cause then.
That's the root cause.
And that's why I'm really grateful for my understanding
because, you know, I could have went the route of symptomology
where we're just getting you by, which is good.
You know, you want to be pain free and I'm a firm
believer that you can't heal when you're in pain.
So I don't demonize completely like the Western
medicine, but we need to balance it with the
holistic perspective of why is this actually
happening in the first place, you know?
So if you have a congested lymphatic system, you're
going to get things like not just Alzheimer's and those neurological disorders
But you're going to get fibromyalgia arthritis, you know
If I touch somebody and they're over overly tick ticklish, which is the first sign of lymphatic inflammation
Is it? Oh my gosh, my fiance
Yeah, everywhere you're ticklish. You have to think that's where you have lymph nodes, your armpits, your axillary nodes, your groin, underneath your jaw, you know,
your neck is one third of your lymph nodes, 50% is your gut, axillary groin a little bit behind
your knee, you know, everywhere the body is supposed to be moving. Well, of course, we're like sitting
in cars and stuff like that. So yeah, you and your fiance can go soak your feet.
I need to get her drained.
Pump above your guys' collarbone.
She'll start freaking out when I tickle her.
Yeah, see, that's a sign of that.
Or if somebody is painful everywhere they touch, we call them cement people.
Tender, right?
Yep. So I would rather somebody be ticklish than in pain,
because if they're ticklish, then at least
lets me know that their immune system is intact. Some people become so
toxic and crystallized that their body doesn't even respond anymore and those
are what we call like the cement people. Where everywhere you touch is really hard
are the people that are like super muscular and you think they're really in
shape but they can never un-flex. Like your muscles only supposed to be hard
when you're flexing no matter how big itlex. Like your muscle is only supposed to be hard when you're flexing,
no matter how big it is. After you relax, it's supposed to be pliable and soft.
And that's where you get to the point where your body doesn't even react anymore.
There's still issues that are happening internally, but you get hit with a toxin.
It doesn't say, hey, let's try to dilute it with inflammation.
So inflammation is a good thing. We just don't
want it to be like chronic like day in and day out. Because a lot of bodybuilders pass away super
young because they're probably super inflamed. Right? There's probably a lot of other reasons
as well, but they're super, they're super inflamed or they're not inflamed enough because they're
just becoming so hard. These lymph vessels are really thin. They're almost see-through. So if we are
continuously taking protein that can't be digested, if we're having low quality
like whey protein or creatine or some of these things that people could get in
their raw form but they're getting it like with the artificial flavors and all
of that stuff like my brother showed me, he does bodybuilding.
He showed me his protein is like fruity pebbles flavor.
And I'm like, come on, that's trash.
You know, it's not going to actually help you cognitively
like whey protein would.
So yeah, there's a few ways that you can help
your cellular energy, but all of it's gonna come back
to draining your lymphatic system.
Like when we talk about even people that are like trying meditation and trying to
be calm and do some of these practices, it's hard when they don't have like the
mental capacity to even sit with theirself, but because they don't have that
cellular energy because their lymph is full of everything else instead of the
water, which is supposed to be made out of.
Right.
What's your opinion on stem cells?
Cause I've heard mixed things.
So stem cells, I wouldn't say I'm like educated enough in stem cells to promote it,
but I like to do things that are like natural with the stem cells.
So I think it's amazing.
I know there's clinics where people are going to get them injected.
And I've seen like transformations like no other.
I don't do that in my practice, but I will tell somebody to go to like a cacao ceremony,
get ceremonial grade cacao, because that will produce stem cells in the body.
It has more magnesium than any other food known to man. And when you consume that,
you're going to help the blood vessels in your heart to open up, that's going to help your lymphatic system.
And you're going to produce those stem cells naturally.
So I'm more of what can we do?
I think some of these like really expensive biohacking
technologies are great,
but there are very simple things that we can have contact
with every single day.
Like there's some amazing machines that structure water that you can go spend
a hundred thousand on or two thousand on, or depending on what level, and
those are awesome, but if you can go outside and put your cup of water with
some salt and have it have that contact with red light or with, you know, the
sun, the infrared waves, then you're structuring it yourself and you don't have to spend all that money.
So however we can make this knowledge more accessible
to humans, to humanize us,
so we can become less of those like nanoparticles
that are stealing all of our electrons,
then everyone will be off in a lot better state
when they started.
So bringing the water in the sauna,
the red light sauna will help the water.
Wow.
I didn't even know that.
Yeah.
It'll help.
It will, like I said, it'll individualize those H2O molecules.
So that way we can actually absorb to drink them.
Nice.
What are you doing next?
Are you doing some more stuff with Billy and Elizabeth?
So, oh yeah, definitely.
So I love those guys.
Yeah, they're awesome.
Elizabeth and I worked together
for quite a while. It's like eight, nine years ago at this point. And she was the director of
a mental health facility that I had my practice out of when I first graduated. And she became a
client of mine as well. And we both, she has helped me elevate my life in so many ways, but in turn she has
totally was engulfed in lymphatic drainage where she was trying to book
with me like every single day. I was like, no, let's give your body some time to
process. But I see that with a lot of people, they spend all this money and
things on like their health and then they come in contact with the most simple
thing and they're like, wow, this is life changing. Like, yeah, we have the power within us. So,
I'll definitely be doing more things with them actually tonight when I leave here.
Yeah.
I'm going to hop on a call with her and we're going to go live on her channel. So, we'll go
live and we'll talk about monatomic gold, which is the trace mineral that I was bringing up.
Just however we can make our bodies more conductive, you know, and that's what the whole entire basis
of lymphatic drainage is about. And the entire basis for lymphatic drainage in general is
to increase the, increase and exercise the influence over one's personal world. So if
we have a functioning lymphatic system,
we have the energy flowing,
we have more authority over our health.
So that's of course what they're all about,
you know, forbidden knowledge and whatnot.
So I think they make a great team
because Elizabeth is really on the physical
of how to operate some of these things.
And Billy brings in some of the ancient knowledge,
even with monatomic gold.
I've seen him talk about that.
Yeah, with the trace minerals, I use it just to structure my water.
He talks about like it was the elixir of life and there's so many other origins.
It's liquid form, right?
Yeah, so you can get it in liquid or powder.
And it's really interesting with the monatomic gold because it's something we're physically taking.
But once you put it in your body,
it's distributed and your body releases it quite quickly.
So it doesn't stay in there for long,
but it acts as a frequency when you consume it.
So it's kind of like, like what I do with my practice
is I try to amp up the cellular health before we detox.
I do that with a machine called microcurrent and that's really low electricity that seeps inside the cell.
It increases the ATP and that redox like we were talking about but that gives
people the energy to detox. Wow. But in a similar way the monatomic gold is that
trace mineral that you can put in your water and we have it naturally in our
body but when you put it in your body, it acts as a frequency and it
becomes like frequency medicine.
So every time you take it, you're setting a new baseline for your body and it
starts not physically accumulating, but that frequency starts to accumulate.
So it's kind of like, if you listen to like Mozart are all day, or you, um, got
a sound bath for like a week straight,
eventually your cells are going to know a new frequency outside of like the music and
the EMF waves.
They're going to understand, oh wait, we are structured crystalline, beautiful water, and
that can make us magnetic where we actually draw things towards us.
This monatomic gold though, if you research it,
it will sound like snake oil.
It's really like, it's so bizarre sounding.
It's so bizarre, but there is a study,
the Alpha Learning Institute,
which is the brain training institute.
They did a study showing, so
it's the, excuse me, it's the Alpha Learning
International and they did a study showing how it
has brain training capabilities.
So neurofeedback is like where you get probes
hooked up onto your head, onto your earlobes, and
it reads the frequency your brain is admitting.
Every time this high tech machine detects a skip
in your brain wave, it gives you like an audible
or a visual skip.
So every time your brain wave skips,
it'll skip the music.
When you hear that skip in the music,
it's kind of like nudging your brain to be present
or like somebody walking with you all day.
And every time like you start daydreaming,
they tap you on the shoulder.
Or every time you go back to a trauma or a pattern, they tap you like, come on, get present,
be back.
And it's training you to be here now.
While this brain training institute that was doing this research of this monatomic gold,
they had the brain map hooked up to somebody in lifetime so that way they could see what's
happening.
And as soon, instantaneous, as soon as this monatomic gold hit the tongue,
the saliva of the person, instantly they had a balance of hemispheres.
Wow.
Left and right brain instantly started to correct themselves and they had a brain training effect
because the brain started to mirror itself to the perfect balance of the gold.
So the brain is, excuse me, the brain is attracted to the perfect balance
and starts to mirror that.
So if you're somebody that is very like logical,
gets stuck in like the details of things,
it will help balance the right side of your brain,
which is like that creative, the broad picture.
And then vice versa, if somebody is like that creative, the broad picture.
And then vice versa, if somebody is, you know,
they're so go with the flow
and they're always looking at the big picture,
but they can't get some of the more logical,
intricate details in order, it'll help balance that.
Wow.
Super interesting, super crazy.
And they did the study with a group of 10 people,
equal male and female group.
So it was really small, but this was done in the 80s.
And it was a really big deal to include women, just a little side note, to include women in studies,
because in 1970, the FDA actually outlawed researchers from including women in their scientific research.
Yeah, so we're left out of a lot of, I wonder why they did that.
Well, because women fluctuate so much. So our hormones fluctuate.
We could get pregnant and scientific research has to be
cost effective and time effective. And surprise, surprise.
Women took a little bit more time.
Cause their hormonal cycle is a month. Yeah.
Guys do it in 24 hours, right? Right, right. So um
Yeah, it takes a little bit more time and energy to work with women and fully understand that
So when this study came out in the 80s and they included five women and five men it was very very great to kind of set
the ground so
research that we can all relate to
I'll unlike some of the research that's only conducted on like middle-aged white males.
You know, there's a lot of people out of that.
And it worked on both genders.
It did have a different effect in some people, depending on what they were prominent in.
Some people got an increase of like the theta wave, like that state right before you fall asleep where your mind is really receptive. You can program your subconscious, you know, you can see those
ideas, you can receive information from like the morphogenic field and you can get some of those,
some of those like aha moments. And then the people that maybe they already had a lot of that,
they had an increase of alpha and the alpha wave is like how you learn.
So it's like super learning capabilities.
So if you are going to go like study or you
need something that requires your focus, you can take a few drops of that
monatomic gold and that's going to help balance the left and right hemispheres of
your brain increase in majority of people.
It was an increase in the alpha.
Just a small percentage had the increase of theta waves.
That's awesome.
I definitely need that because I had a girl come up to me last week and said my hemispheres
were so off balanced.
How did she know that?
She's like a spiritual person.
Okay.
Yeah, she could just see the way I was talking and moving, I guess.
Okay.
Well, that's what a lot of podcasters are people in the entertainment industry in general.
Yeah, you're exposed to artificial light all day long.
You're not having like that blue blocking capability.
And that is going to dehydrate the body, in turn, dehydrate the cells.
And as we just kind of painted that picture, your lymphatic system is so intricate
and it branches off kind of like your blood vessels, but on just a very micro size.
So, yeah, it's really easy to get those hemispheres off balance.
For sure.
And I love brain training, but I thought it was so interesting that you don't have to
pay like $75 or $10,000 for the equipment yourself. You could get like a $20 bottle
of monatomic gold.
Yeah, I'd rather just do that. I'll buy some tonight.
And that's going to help you be more present. And like I always say, if someone has trouble meditating, they need to start focusing on
some of these or trouble being present, start focusing on some of these ways to cleanse the
brain, which is the lymphatic system, which is that cellular health, the redox and things
of that nature.
Yeah.
I had trouble meditating, reading, all that.
Just staying focused.
I did the Caroline Corey's seven minute meditation on my way here.
Oh yeah, how'd it go?
It was good.
It was like eight minutes, eight, nine minutes.
But I told my driver like, can you turn off the music?
I'm like, let me get.
Oh, it's probably an instant ride for him.
Brain fog is a big deal these days.
Yeah, brain fog is a big deal.
And like I said, because a lot of, a lot of amyloid plaque, a lot of toxins that are getting
clogged into the brain, that we have the blood brain
barrier that's supposed to keep heavy metals and
certain things out.
But since we're now in this soup of electricity
that's making those heavy metals available to cross
that blood brain barrier, now we're getting things
that we never dealt with, ever within our lifespan.
So we're kind of in an interesting point of humanity where we need to step up and make
some of these really simple choices.
I think like the average child spends like only eight minutes outside a day.
Wow.
Like their screen time is like 10 hours.
I spend most of my time outside as a child.
Yeah, that's what it's like.
Go outside, right?
You don't come back until like the streetlights come in.
And that was very common,
but a lot of children aren't getting the outside time.
And in turn, their cellular health is, you know,
depleting because of that, the redox potential
and like that structured water
and the mitochondria can't reproduce.
They're not connecting to the earth at all.
So yes, brain fog is very prevalent
and of course there's so many layers to that.
But before I even focus on like nutrition
or anything with somebody, I go to the lymphatic system
because the lymphatic drainage is the quickest way
to change your brain.
So of course, monatomic gold and things,
those things are great to get like short surges
and eventually
accumulate into immune health.
The neurological benefit is immediate, but the immune health is slow to build up.
So if you really want to cleanse your lymphatic system, I tell people before you go and buy
like the expensive herbal cleanse or the chelation or anything else, focus on some really simple
things.
Prime your lymph for about a month to three months
before you go and invest in anything.
And then you'll notice everything else is more effective.
The trouble is people are going through like these heavy
detoxes without their passageways being opened.
So your pathways are like your ability to sweat,
your ability to have a bowel movement,
and your ability to drain your lymph.
If all that is clogged and we take like an herbal tincture for heavy metals, we can go
keelate all that heavy metal out of your tissue.
Now it's circulating through your body, but the drain in the bathtub is clogged, right?
You have to open up that drainage pathway where everything is going to above your collarbones.
So you can actually release it. People are becoming a lot more inflamed and
actually increasing their toxic burden because they're taking all that dormant toxicity and
circulating it without actually being able to get eliminated through the body. So that's why I'm
so passionate about the lymphatic system. I went through a really intense schooling
for four years before I got my license for massage. That schooling is like an uncredited
program like through a Native American church, but they made us do everything that we would
recommend to somebody. So we had to actively cleanse our lymphatic system every single day.
Oh, wow.
We had to sauna, we had to do ozone therapy, colonics.
Damn, you had to do a colonic.
I had to be a colonic therapist. I had to give 50 colonics to people.
Holy crap.
Even though that's not my profession. So I learned so many things, a thing that I'll have to say.
Like, I learned there's so many beautiful ways out there to heal.
Yeah.
But I realized people can't take those steps towards their healing journey when their brain doesn't have that energy.
So I realized if I just cleanse somebody's lymph, eventually they're going to have the brain power to not even take the toxin.
You know, because being healthy is really inconvenient.
We have to actively do the things to make us healthy.
We have to find the glass bottle. We have to go do the things to make us healthy. We have to find the glass bottle.
We have to go fill it up.
I've broken so many glass bottles.
It's just, it's so inconvenient, but it's worth it.
When you start to feel how good you are,
you actually are designed to feel.
Most people have no idea what their body is capable of or how good they're
designed to feel because we have a new normal, right?
We're just bogged down by all these toxins.
We can't think straight.
So cleansing your lymph is the quickest way
to actively get that authority back in your brain power
where you can make some of those more positive choices.
Absolutely.
I love a mistake.
Where can people find you
and keep up with your content?
So if you're on social media,
I'm on Instagram, lymph.nymph.
So L-Y-M-P-H dot N-Y-M-P-H.
Because nymphs in mythology were the protectors of water.
So that's my goal is to protect the water system.
Lymphnymph.com, it's under construction.
So it can't be accessed right now,
but give me about a month and that will be available.
Perfect. We'll link it below.
Thanks so much for coming on.
Okay, thank you.
Thanks for watching guys.
Definitely check out the gold and check out her content and I'll see you guys next time.
