So you have a lot of people that would view us the way that we might view a Ku Klux Klan member who had actively lynched a black person. I mean, you would just feel loathing

for a person who had done that. Right? I mean, absolutely. It's loathsome. That's how we've been cast and painted, tarred and feathered a scarlet letter that's not really possible to take off. And that's atrocious. It's just wrong. It's evil. All right, guys, John Strand here today, fellow J Sixer. I'm sure you're a lot happier these days, right?

Oh my goodness. Yeah. There is, there is no gift so sweet as, as freedom itself. Yeah. Have you had any talks with Trump's team about what, what the plan is? Um, not official talks. I, I am of course advocating and communicating as best as I can with anyone in proximity of the incoming administration.

Yeah. So I'm doing what I can. And I mean, I know about what you know, as far as what president Trump has said. Yeah. Time magazine article, he said within the first nine minutes is his mind frame. It might be the first thing they push through. So it doesn't have to be pushed through. It just has to be signed.

Oh, that's it. Yeah. In the sense that at the top of my ex Twitter profile at John strand USA is pinned an open letter to president Trump. I encourage everyone to read it and share it. So it would garner his attention, but really what he simply needs to do is an executive order, commuting all sentences on moment one of day one. Like they're done wherever you are pre-trial, people are being held pre-trial before adjudication,

which is egregious and anti-American. And then of course, currently serving sentences. But regardless of where you are in the process, the chains come off, the gates are opened, and J-6ers go home. Absolutely. Minute one of day one, he can sign that and it's over. Also he can sign an order saying,

all current prosecutorial action by the current Merrick Garland Matthew Graves DOJ must cease immediately. And anyone who draws another pencil mark on another piece of paper related to the J6 witch hunt will face criminal charges. So it stops in its tracks. I love it.

And then step three is to issue a proclamation style pardon, which he can have this built out. And again, just sign it day one, really minute one, if he wants to. And a proclamation style pardon is not written to John Strand or a person by name as a typical pardon is, but rather it's issued to a class that can apply for it as they qualify.

This was done by President Carter for the draft dodgers in Vietnam. And then anyone can apply for it when it suits their needs because for example, I'm in adjudication still. I was indicted at the Supreme Court and beat the felony and I'm still appealing for misdemeanors which I will have the DOJ vacate once the right hands are in place. But I need to finish that process.

So I wouldn't actually take a part in myself, but everyone should be able to apply for it and qualify on the constitutional basis that everyone's constitutional rights were violated if their case was adjudicated in the District of Columbia. And there are zero exceptions to that. Yeah. How did it feel to be villainized

by the media for so long? Did that affect relationships with your family and friends? Absolutely. My family has been rock solid. They're amazing. Nice. But I had friends or so I thought, who perhaps were not friends at all,

who not only abandoned me, but even actively betrayed me. Well, that's probably a blessing in disguise. In a certain sense, yeah. And I detail some of these pretty wild stories in the book that I wrote while I was in prison, it's called Patriot plea. So I encourage everyone to pre-order that. Uh, the stories are insane actually, but yeah, the, I'm glad you asked that question because it's a bit daunting as a J sixer and a J six advocate to try

to adequately communicate to people the extent of the carnage of what we have gone through. And that absolutely includes the, the incredible toxic defamation that we've suffered for four years now, the fraudulent and the malicious narrative of J6 being an insurrection and all these other ways that they have demonized us. It's really on par with, I would say, the Ku Klux Klan. So from the left's point of view, they're describing us as racist insurrectionists and domestic terrorists. So you have a lot of people that would view us the way that we might view a Ku Klux Klan member who had actively lynched

a black person. I mean, you would just feel loathing for a person who had done that, right? I mean, it's loathsome. That's how we've been cast and painted, tarred and feathered a scarlet letter that's not really possible to take off. And that's atrocious. It's just wrong. It's evil because these are innocent American citizens who should have been protected by the First Amendment.

And they were the bravest among us who stood up on a cold, dark day that was not so easy to be present. And it wasn't necessarily popular to complain about the election and demand transparency and forensic audits. But that was the appropriate thing to do, and that's what we did. The destruction of people's lives from their homes, their future, you know, their retirements, their people have been fired from their job. People have lost scholarships to very important, you know, opportunities for college degrees. People like my colleague, Dr. Simone Gold, who has professional licenses, had their license threatened, you know, for something that had nothing to do with that.

Wow. The total cost exceeds what you could really imagine. It is catastrophic. I will be leading a civil lawsuit on behalf of, of, of that issue, uh, to make sure that at least some of the damages are restored, but it's not even possible. There are people who have died. Matthew Perna, a beautiful young man who loves this country lost his life, uh, in despair because of the malicious and illegal and totally egregious behavior of the DOJ, intimidating him with

terrorist enhancements that they had no business using. I mean they openly intimidated and terrorized him into taking his own life. Holy crap. That's terrible. It's abhorrent and that's just one of a number of stories of people who have died in various ways as a result of the J6 fallout. And they were also withholding a lot of information. It took three years to find out there was 26 undercover agents.

It took three years for them to admit it. Right, but you knew probably earlier. Of course we knew, yeah. It was pretty obvious. But you labeled that conspiracy theorist. But it's pretty wild to have that Inspector General report on the record from their own mouths, not only acknowledging what we knew to be true.

It was a Fed's erection because the Feds were there, the government's hands are dirty, they were involved, there was clear entrapment activity to confuse people, lead them in and trap them. You know, Jacob Chansley, the American shaman is also here at AmFest sharing his story where he was escorted calmly by like eight or so police officers, which we finally got to see thanks to the brave Tucker Carlson showing the truth and giving us the full story of what happened. So he has a clear entrapment event

and it's a really shocking event in our history at a fundamental constitutional level and it has implications that exceed far beyond the 1,600 people who were decimated by it. Absolutely. And you guys couldn't even share your voice when you got out. Well, I mean, we've had, it's been a struggle to share our voice

since the COVID lockdowns. Yeah. And that apparatus for censorship continues to, it's pervasive. To this day. If I post this on YouTube right now, it'll get shut up. Exactly.

So I actually wrote an op-ed recently that dr. Robert Malone just published on this topic called censorship is now hardwired Yeah, and it's illuminating this idea that Elon Musk thankfully exposed, you know with the Twitter files bombshell reports of this collusion between the government and big tech. Yep But that censorship is intrinsic to the State Department mechanisms. Another great patriot, Mike Benz, speaks really credibly and intelligently on these issues, where censorship is just

baked into the system now. And in some ways, with omission bias and Google manipulations and other things that we can't even see, but they are there and they are having an incredibly powerful and dangerous impact. Um, so it's a continuing conversation that needs to be had in an effort. I know president Trump's going to take free speech very seriously. He's articulated that emphatically. Uh, so that's important as well.

Many things on his list that are important. Of course, president Trump has a laundry list of damage to start repairing. But January 6th needs to be absolutely at the top of that list. J6, I think the border is an important one. Oh, the border is already going to be shut. I just heard Tom Homan across the hall say day one, border's closed. Let's go. Let's go.

I have a lot of faith in Tom. I mean, he served under six presidents, right? Yeah. He, I mean, he's just, he's consistent. He's unequivocal. He's not fearful. He's a brave, courageous person. So is Pete Hegseth.

So is Cash Patel. So is Pam Bondi and Matt Gaetz. These are the Patriots we need leading the charge, but we need Patriots like you and me, Sean, alongside them and behind them, participating in this project that we call the United States of America, because it's our country.
