Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm a farm boy with no education, come from the fields. But my problem was that I was asking the wrong dude. You know who I should have asked? Was God. I got on my knees, bro, asked, and sure enough, you know, that happened. I walked out and everything has been history. And if had I been scared and not listened to myself
Starting point is 00:00:19 and my faith, I would have still been stuck maybe somewhere working for someone else. All right guys, founder of Global of global processing here today we got Moses thanks for coming on man hey man thanks for having me on around yeah it's a pleasure I know you're a busy man these days so yeah appreciate it and no thank you bro I just I got in today and I'm getting out today because I have obligations this evening and tomorrow yeah you're speaking all over the country right that's what's happening now man yeah I mean it's been a quick run since January
Starting point is 00:00:47 so I've been pretty booked since January. They just put me on social, my staff put me on social, on Instagram since January so it's been it's been a good run so far. What made you want to take that switch from a private life to pretty public? Well you know what it's always been private always to be quite frank and what happened is my staff, for about eight months to 10 months, they were like, hey, Moses, you need to be the face of the company. We need to put you on social and get you out there
Starting point is 00:01:14 and do some things. Because right here in the office, you do it, but nobody knows about you. I'm like, no, no, no. I like being undercover. I like being low key. Finally, they convinced me. And I said, OK.
Starting point is 00:01:24 I said, Sean, this is what we're going to do. I mean I said, okay, I said, Sean, this is what we're gonna, I mean, I told them, Sean, I said, this is what we're gonna do then. As long as it's about faith related, it's about the grind, it's about a global impact and goals and it's professional and it's tasteful, then I'm all in. So I didn't think they were serious, right?
Starting point is 00:01:39 So the next day they showed up with cameras and in an Instagram, they got my name. I'm like like oh shit So that's how it started brother That's an interesting way to approach social media because usually the degenerate stuff gets the views right not the faith-based stuff But yeah, that's a good mindset to have I think no 100% and you know a lot of thing a lot of people think hey like you know You know they wait on Instagram or they wait on social media to make them so
Starting point is 00:02:04 I'm a self-made before social media, so I'm very blessed and thank God for that and that's important because yeah You're right. There's a lot of gurus and coaches out there that made it on Instagram, but not beforehand Yeah, so it's important to have done the business you have which we'll dive into for sure first We got to start the beginnings though, man. You you had a humble beginning. Yeah. Yeah, man You know I was raised born in Hobbs New New Mexico, a very small town, and by an immigrant mother who came here from Mexico. She really didn't have any education.
Starting point is 00:02:35 She didn't went to school in her country. Didn't know how to read or write. But one thing she did have is the drive, man. She had all four principles, which is, you know, she had God, faith. She had the goals. She had the grind principles which is you know she had God, faith, she had the goals, she had the grind and she had a global impact. She impacted her country and along with the United States came here. When she was 18 she owned a restaurant in Mexico so a lot of Americans would cross over and they were
Starting point is 00:02:56 good tippers. She's like you know what there's a dream out there across the border so she came over and she was very successful. I mean, she had property rentals, she had restaurant over here. And so she made a big impact. And what impacted me in the early beginnings was I used to work with my mother and the crops, man. So I did cucumbers, bell pepper, cotton fields, peanuts, pecans, so she was in charge of the labor.
Starting point is 00:03:24 So we would go farm to farm, right? So that's where I got a lot of my education, business sense. I was always around my mother, man. I never had a babysitter. So- Momma's boy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. As a baby, she would wrap me up with the quilt, man.
Starting point is 00:03:36 And like a burrito put me underneath the floor dash of the truck. So the heater would hit me early in the morning. We'd get up at 4.35 in the morning. So that was my upbringing right there, man. I never had a babysitter, so I was always around my mom. So that was my school. I didn't go to college, man.
Starting point is 00:03:51 I didn't go to any type of school or business law or business, anything. It was just pretty much learning the drenches, cold calling at five years old out there, knocking on doors to get the crops so we can do the harvesting for the for the owners out there that have crops. Farm to farm we would drive miles and miles in West Texas and I would do the translations because she didn't speak English. So humble beginnings man that that really build the four pillars that I believe in and I still strive and I owe it all to God and my mother who put that in me man.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Incredible, shout out to your mother, shout out to my mother as well. I was raised in a single mother household too. Oh yeah, awesome bro. She did her best. Congratulations. We used to butt heads a lot actually but now as I've gotten older I realized she wanted the best for me. Dude, me and my mom would butt heads every day bro, but you know what it is is that you guys are a lot alike probably because me and my mom were a lot of like And so many traits and we just have big personalities. So but you know what that's what that's what made us who we are That's our DNA. That's your DNA man. So congratulations. I mean look where you're at now. You're successful. Well, you too, man
Starting point is 00:04:56 Relations, so when did it go from the farm stuff to the payment? Bet MGM authorized gaming partner of the NBA has your back season long. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. Processing. Oh dude, check it out. So on my birthday, this was
Starting point is 00:06:02 not my mother's decision, right? So thank God that I was smart enough and got to put that in my mind on my birthday So felt that I was 17 years old and I moved out of my home town where I was born and raised there was nothing to do there, but you know either crops or oil fields and Dude, I would go home in high school and I was in high school at the time and I'll go home to do my algebra and stuff And I was drinking so I was buzzed and I'd go home and do my homework and I was in high school at the time, and I would go home to do my algebra and stuff, and I was drinking, so I was buzzed, and I'd go home and do my homework. And I realized, hey, listen, all my friends are getting in trouble here.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Either they're going to jail, or they're going to fight. And I didn't want my mom to know that, or my father. So what I did, I decided, I've got to get out of this place. I need to find an opportunity. So my older brother was already in California, so I'm like, you know what? California is my home. So I worked in the fields in California. So I'm like, you know, California is my home So I worked in the fields bro, and I got a Greyhound so I saved my money up, right?
Starting point is 00:06:49 So I got a Greyhound ticket. I remember still buying the ticket and still telling my mom through the window You know, oh man, it's a little emotional, but I remember just waving towards saying hey, I'll be back right in my own mind Thinking I'll be back but I came over here for better opportunities so long story short so I was 17 boom finished here they get my first job this is actually my first paycheck job that I got in the Merchant Services so I always worked for my mother so I started doing Merchant Services and I was killing it I was just I was I was just murdering it dude I was just hitting it I was a young kid pimple face you know I was hitting both markets bilingual market English English market.
Starting point is 00:07:25 So you were just walking into stores and closing them? Dude, I did that at first, right? But people weren't taking me seriously. I was a young kid, pimple face, and they were literally straight-ass to me, wait, you're gonna handle my money, you're gonna put my money in my account? And then I would have a hard time convincing them, yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:42 So what happened is I learned a different, I had a pivot, I had a pivot. I learned a different trait. So what I did is I was telemarketing, making my own appointments. Then when I would go to the location, because then I would go out there and make an appointment, they're like, wait a minute,
Starting point is 00:07:53 you're the guy that was on the phone? You're the guy, Moses? I'm like, yeah, that's me. And then respected a little more, like, how'd you get this job? I'm like, hey man, I just got it on my own. I hustled, you know? So then I earned the respect, you know?
Starting point is 00:08:04 And at first it was a little hard to convince them because of my age and, you know, they weren't too sure about that. But thank God that I overcame that and pivoted and got smart and started going in the right direction. And I started hitting numbers. I was a top rep from 94, 95, 96, and quarter 97, I was promoted to a territory manager.
Starting point is 00:08:27 Incredible, and you did that without a mentor in that space? No mentor, man. My mentor was my mother the whole time, my best friend, and God, man. And in 97, I became a territory manager. Then I got promoted a year later to district. Then went to Western Regional, and then they gave me a promotion.
Starting point is 00:08:40 This is all in 10 years, though. And then in the 10th year, Sean, they gave me a promotion, but I would have to move to Louisville, Kentucky as a vice president. And that would have been a good position, man. I was doing good. And I declined it. I walked out. Dude, I had nowhere to go, but this is it, man. Check this out. So how it started, so 10 years go by, right? Boom. I walk out. Before I walked out, I said, listen, I better get some advice, right? So I go to my CPA who had normally for 10 years go by, right? Boom. I walk out. Before I walked out, I said, listen, I better get some advice, right? So I go to my CPA who had known me for 10 years because he would do my books, right?
Starting point is 00:09:12 So then I asked him, hey, listen, I have an idea. Here's my business plan. And here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna yank my 401k. I'm gonna rock, I'm gonna kill, I'm gonna open up business, my own company. And he looked at me, he's like, Moses, why would you do that? You're 28 years old. You're doing well. You're doing over six figures you you're comfortable
Starting point is 00:09:30 I'm like you're doing well in other words. I'm like That's not what I wanted here, right? So he advised me not to do it. So I'm like, alright, I walked out disappointed I'm like, okay, I know who to talk to my bookkeeper, okay, so he was my CPA then I went to my accountant rep and Did the same dog and pony showman? I showed him my my my plan. It was all sketched out back Then I was in great on computers and they really didn't weren't 94 what was it in 2000? I was still wasn't great on computers and then I showed him my plan He also said nope. I'm against it. I can't advise you so don't yank your 401k
Starting point is 00:10:04 This is too risky, you know to stay where you're at. It seems like you're doing well, so I'm like nope, I'm against it, I can't advise you. So don't yank your 401K, this is too risky, just stay where you are, it seems like you're doing well. So I'm like, shit, man. So I had gotten in a car accident during my sales career and I was out for 10 months, so then I made a friend. And he was my attorney at that time, so I was like, you know what, I'll give him a call. So when I called him, I said, hey listen,
Starting point is 00:10:23 I gotta talk to you about something very important. He thought it was still about the case that we had done So I didn't tell him what I was gonna talk to him because he would have you know probably hung up the phone said no at that time so I approached him sat down showed him my plan and He looked at it bro. And he said he started laughing at me goes if this plan is What you're telling me and you can really make this revenue. I'm in the wrong business Then you'd be making more money than me. I can't advise you, it's too good to be true and he kinda pushed it aside. So three people bro, okay, that I have college degrees, that were my mentors, that were like smart, right?
Starting point is 00:10:58 I'm a farm boy with no education, come from the fields, but my problem was that I was asking the wrong dude. You know who I should have asked? It was God. I got on my knees, bro, asked, and sure enough, that happened, I walked out, and everything has been history. And had I been scared and not listened to myself and my faith, I would have still been stuck maybe somewhere working for someone else.
Starting point is 00:11:22 So it's been history, and I've helped a lot of people, opened my own company. My business is going to be in business 21 years now. That's incredible, man. There's a lot of people scared in that exact situation right now. You know? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:35 I see it every day. Yeah, absolutely, man. And pretty much for the most part, Sean, my mom taught me not to be scared. I mean, she was just a ballsy lady, old school, hard. And I mean, listen, man, she had me cold calling farm to farm out in the wilderness, knocking on doors so we can have the immigrants work on their crops, right? So we would, I would get nos all the time
Starting point is 00:11:54 knocking on doors, right? So at five years old, I was out there just hustling already. So I wasn't scared of shit. So I walked out one day and dude, when I walked out, I didn't even have an office, right? No, no nothing I didn't have a business license office and what happened is we would meet when I started hiring people we would meet at Coco's for breakfast That's where I would do my sketching and my motivation and my meetings and then I rented a Apartment I read in a conference room from a competitor For about a month or two until I got an office So it took me about three months before I got an office, man.
Starting point is 00:12:25 Incredible. Were you profitable right away, too, or did it take some time? You know, I didn't take a salary, and I had my money stacked up, and I pulled out my 401k. Absolutely not. In business, you have to invest and reinvest and reinvest and reinvest and reinvest.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Everything takes time, and nothing's built overnight. So anyone that tells you that they want to get rich tomorrow and make a quick buck, they're full of shit. And I get a lot of that. I was like, hey, how can I do this? Well, guess what? You got to put in the time.
Starting point is 00:12:47 You got to put the hustle. You got to put the goals. God, grind, and make them impact somehow globally. So those are my four pillars, my four Gs, brother. So that's what I believe in. But no, listen, it all takes time, Sean. Nothing's built overnight, my man. And social media says otherwise, right?
Starting point is 00:13:03 They'll teach you get money quick, all these schemes, courses. I've learned, Sean, that I've been in social media real, like, since January, like I mentioned, but there's a bunch of shit out there. There's a bunch of baloney, right? It's just not what I thought it was. And there's not that many real people, in other words.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And I've already crossed that bridge, and I'm finding out real quick, real real soon that people just sell this bullshit lifestyle and it's not really them and you know I just laugh now I'm like I don't believe what I see now these days brother so you know I got to go there kick the tires for myself get to meet you and and figure things out because there's a bunch of bullshit out there in the social media. Absolutely. Yeah, you'll learn quick. I'm sure you already are. Where did you develop your Christian beliefs? Was that at an early age from your mother? Yeah, check it out, Sean. So my mom would take me to church when I was a little
Starting point is 00:13:54 baby, right? And then I was born and raised in church. I mean, I remember sometimes falling asleep on the benches and I would wake up and I'm like, oh my God, I'm still here. Then I'd go back to bed. But yeah, so I developed my Christian faith and believe from my mother. She's the one that pretty much took me there from day one. And God bless her. And Sister Palmer, Sister Palmer was my pastor.
Starting point is 00:14:13 She was just a miracle worker, bro. And that's why I believe today, because I seen so many miracles that she actually prophesied over me. Man, this was awesome. Yeah, for sure. So you're a believer in miracles. Oh, 1,000%, bro. I wouldn't be here. To give an idea sister Palmer prayed one time over me when I was
Starting point is 00:14:30 Deciding and she told my sister to tell me that she was praying for me to leave my company where I was at and start My own really and I didn't I didn't obey I'm like no no no she doesn't know what she's talking about And guess what? Wow, she said the best thing for him to do is leave. Bro, not even like three weeks later, I left. And I was like, man, she was right. So she's done a lot of things that she prophesied over me. Super Christian, super religious, had her own church. I mean, awesome. I've only met one other person that
Starting point is 00:14:59 has done that extreme visual. And she comes to my office once a month, prays for all my staff, and is awesome she still she prophesies as well she does that for businesses I'm a big believer in prayer I think it's a form of manifestation I like that sort of mindset for sure man I absolutely brother I wouldn't be where I'm at today Sean if I didn't believe in it so I encourage that brother I mean I mean listen when I when I told my staff, like, hey, we're gonna go on social media.
Starting point is 00:15:27 We got those scriptures in there. We gotta be faith related. Like, at the end of the day, you know what's weird is I get a lot of DMs from people that I'm, I'm so glad you're talking about God. People are scared to mention it. I'm like, I don't give a shit. Maybe I lose a deal or two or whatever.
Starting point is 00:15:41 I'm gonna be who I am. No one's gonna change me. Like, I am who I am. I'm not gonna be afraid that, oh, I'm gonna lose a friend, I'm gonna lose a business. Listen, if they don't wanna be with me, don't rock with me, man. At the end of the day, I don't want no fake people around me. I don't need that. I got enough friends.
Starting point is 00:15:54 If you're fake, I don't need you around me. So that's how I roll, that's what I believe in. So yeah, a lot of people are afraid to talk about politics or religion. I'm like, you know what, I don't give a shit what they do or what they think. I am who I am, I know who I am. And you know what, when don't give a shit what they do or what they think. I am who I am. I know who I am. And you know what? When I look in the mirror, Sean, I'm very happy with who I am
Starting point is 00:16:09 because I believe in myself. I'm very confident, and God has blessed me a lot, man. Love that, man. Because you probably lost some business talking about politics and faith, right? Probably. And to be honest with you, at the end of the day, that doesn't bother me.
Starting point is 00:16:20 Every day, I'm in the office Monday through Friday grinding. I don't care. I mean, listen, I'm out there recruiting hiring and training agents all day long. We're in revenue man. What we do is residual I know you want to get into that later But at the end of the day is like listen it ain't gonna hurt me if someone walks away or leaves I'd rather than walk away and leave and I still believe and stand on what my heart is and where and where my faith is Absolutely. Now you want a business of the year award within the Latino community. What are you seeing within that community? How can they get better and improve?
Starting point is 00:16:47 You know, uniting. And a lot of them, it's more making more awareness. Making more awareness that there is a legal way to promote each other and to get the thing going in the right direction. If we just unite, it's funny that you bring that up. I just got a call yesterday from a Latin Business Awards that they want to nominate me for Latino Businessman of the Year for in April 2025 is when that's coming out. So I mean, listen,
Starting point is 00:17:16 I'm a big believer in business. Now it doesn't matter of your skin color. It doesn't matter if you're an immigrant. It doesn't matter if you even have money. I'm a proven fact of that. So at the end of the day, what you need to have is obviously the faith, the goals, the grind, and making a global impact. The 4G's, if you follow those traits, man, I'm a big believer it doesn't matter what type of race or immigrant you came from or who you are.
Starting point is 00:17:43 It's just, you know, one thing that my mom taught me too, brother, is don't lie, cheater, still do the right thing and it'll come back to you. Absolutely. Yeah, lying was one of my worst habits. I had to fix that. Good, man. I was a compulsive liar growing up.
Starting point is 00:17:54 No way. Well, check it out, bro. That's awesome because, you know, it takes a lot of balls for someone to say that, especially like on this platform. And you know what? That just makes you realize like shit, you look in the mirror now and you faced it, right?
Starting point is 00:18:09 You hit it, you faced it and you overcame that. That's awesome bro, my congratulations brother. No thank you, it was so tough living like that cause I had to keep up with the lies, I would forget my own lies, that's how much I was lying. So yeah, I'm so happy I got rid of that cause that's not a good way to live life. Yeah bro, that is amazing bro.
Starting point is 00:18:24 So listen, I'm happy and I got rid of that because that's not a good way to live life. Yeah, bro. That is amazing, bro. So Listen, I'm happy and proud proud of you bro for doing that and at least facing it because obviously there's listeners out there Right and they have the same issues, but they've we talk about it and it's open. It's not like hey, it's not them only It's like a lot of people have issues that we struggle with right one of mine is like, you know, I hate cussing a lot brother Oh, yeah, you know, I'm a hothead like like in business Like hey, if things aren't going the right hey, I gotta make it go right So then I get a little I get a little a little aggressive sometimes But I have people that have been with me since the birth of the company. So wow love my employees man Yeah, they've been there forever
Starting point is 00:18:58 If it's not for them, you know, I wouldn't be where I'm at either like listen that they pull in the weight my man Yeah, you have an interesting take on employees So you your take is you want to give them a better life, right? A lot of owners don't think like that, you know Hell shit, I don't get emotional bro, but there's a lot of people who came to work for me they had No car. Okay. They used to take the Greyhound Because I was one of those guys when I started as a kid, I used to take a bike to work. I used to take to the Metro Link. I used to borrow cars.
Starting point is 00:19:30 And I'm not talking about electric bike, Sean. I'm a little older than you, man. So I'm talking about like a pedal bike, you know? So I started pretty much from the ground, bro. Let me tell you a little bit of my struggle. I used to go to the fast food places and steal the toilet paper because I couldn't afford toilet paper. That's how poor I was.
Starting point is 00:19:48 So I would go ahead and get that. I would steal their napkins and take their ketchup. So I was like, talk about poor brother. I was there, right? So I see a lot of employees that I give an opportunity that no one else would give them an opportunity. So I give them an opportunity. Dude, this is success to me. Now they own houses.
Starting point is 00:20:07 Not only one, now they bought another house and now they're an investor because they're renting it. They bought cars, they got family now. And these are people with no education, man. They're just making money because they're hustling out there in sales and it's called residual, right? So it's two components. One, you make commission on every sale.
Starting point is 00:20:24 Number two is as long as that credit card Swiping you make income in residual and some of them been there since birth I mean they go on vacation for two three months, and they're still making money while they're sleeping love That's the whole key brother, so I've just been very blessed dude. I landed in this industry I could have landed in selling cars. I could have landed in selling furniture I could but you know God drove me listen at the end of the way I believe, bro, the book is opened and your path is already lined up. Now, it's up to you to choose. Do you choose the right path or the left path? And thank God, I chose the right one, brother, and got out of there. Therefore, I'm helping a lot of people, not only in my community, but throughout the country.
Starting point is 00:21:02 We have accounts throughout the country, bro. As long long as you as soil and right now I'm expanding and in Mexico We have the green light to go out there and do some stuff in Mexico for credit card processing as well incredible Yeah for people watching this I'm gonna name some of your clients because you're too humble to name them So KFC subway Domino's Toyota Chevron. I mean it's the list goes on it's impressive man. Yeah. Yeah to be honest with you I'm not you know, it's obviously awesome to have those big names, but at the end of the day, we go as low as a regular guy who works from home. I don't care if he's a detail guy or a plumber that works from his garage. From one guy all the way to hundreds of locations.
Starting point is 00:21:40 So we don't discriminate, man. We'll go ahead and modify it for you. And the beauty of our business, Sean, is that we're not like your typical bank. But here's the thing. See, for the listeners out there, they don't understand this. So we are registered through the card brands.
Starting point is 00:21:54 That's like Visa, MasterCard, whatever, right? So are the banks, the financial institutions. So Moses's company, which is global processing systems, is the same thing as a financial institution, like the Wells Fargo, the B of A, like those big dogs, right? However, they have the same rates that we have with Visa and MassCard. See, people don't know that. So that's the difference. The difference is like we have more room to negotiate and lower the rates and save them money than the other
Starting point is 00:22:16 than the other financial institutions because you know what they have? They have it in a box and they give it to the employees. Like you can't come out of this box. You have to sell program with us it's like hey give me your statements we'll go ahead and lower the rates or eliminate the fees because now there's called what's cash discount what the banks don't do that cash discount is one of the things that is in their favor if you're a business owner out there because we can eliminate your Visa MassCard fees like all your credit card processing fees so listen I love any breather stuff and not only that we can also make people who wanna make people rich.
Starting point is 00:22:47 I have agents that are making north of 50,000 a month in residual only. That's if they don't sell nothing, that's just residual. And they're making money while they're sleeping. That's incredible. And if not many spaces you can get that accomplished in. No, no, no, man. So I'm telling you, dude,
Starting point is 00:23:02 I'm just blessed to be in this platform with you I'm blessed to be in this industry like if I can help anybody out there because listen I didn't I wasn't born with the silver spoon in my mouth man. I came from from very humble beginnings and You know, that's what I love to do I love to pass it on and help and give opportunities to people who don't have them or will never ever have those opportunities for sure So there's a lot of business owners that watch the show entrepreneurs They're all on PayPal Stripe Square. What would you recommend them to look and do you know? They could definitely get a hold of me or my company brother. You know my social is Moses
Starting point is 00:23:35 Mo s es her radio H e re di a Jr and We what we do as a company we give a free analysis if we can't help you hey We're shook your ass. Like, you know what? You have a decent rate. We will analyze three months of their processing statements and say, shit, you know what? You're paying 3%, 4%.
Starting point is 00:23:52 Here's what we can do. And we'll give them a free analysis. If we can help them, great. And then we'll show them, hey, we can save you this much a month or this much a year. If we can help, great. If not, hey, move on. I mean, there's no obligation for that.
Starting point is 00:24:04 Yeah. Are you still setting goals and benchmarks for the company? Yeah, man. All day long. Every day, all day long. That's one of my four pillars, brother. I believe in that tremendously, brother. Every day, I thank God for waking me up and giving me another chance. And there is definitely goals and pillars out there. And we're kicking ass. We're making shit happen, man. We're taking names and we're... Listen're listen i'm not arrogant or cocky but we're taking a lot of business from my competitors absolutely not do you still have the same fire as 21 years ago uh no i don't i have more really more than oh yeah man listen listen i i every day i'm excited every day i'm happy i mean i'm here
Starting point is 00:24:41 it's it's to me it's it's just a burning desire, brother. I don't know what it is, but the more I'm in the business, the more I know, the more knowledge and the more I help and the more resourceful I can become, and I am. So I sit on two advisory boards for global payments, which is TESIS. That's one of the largest processors out there, and I also sit on FifthServe. They used to be First Data. I sit on the advisory board for Isos there. So I sit on two advisory boards at third competitors.
Starting point is 00:25:06 But at the end of the day, at a thousands of Isos, brother, there's only 10 of us that sit on there. Wow. And they selected me to be that. So listen, man, I'm actually flying out to Atlanta next week for one of the advisory board meetings. Damn, so you're top 10 then. Come on, man.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Let's go. Somebody didn't tell you that? No, I love that, man. Because a lot of people get in the game they have some success and then mindset kind of fades But you're saying you're even more dude I'll be honest with you a lot of people get in this game and they make they get lazy They make they make the money and then they get lazy at the end of the day, bro I remember where I were listen. I remember where I was at We know Elvis is in the room here and he asked me one time, like,
Starting point is 00:25:45 hey, what's your biggest fear? I said, you know what my biggest fear is? Is losing everything I have because I know where I came from and I didn't have shit. When you go into a fast food restaurant, okay, listen, when you get your electricity shut off, when you get your water shut off
Starting point is 00:26:00 and you're taking cold showers, okay, when you don't have money to pay your trash and your trash bins, you're taking them out to your neighbors so they can take them out. Listen, I know where I came from and I remember that and taking that down bike when my back was injured. Okay. Uh, I don't ever want to go there.
Starting point is 00:26:15 That's what I feel. I feel not having it. Yeah. So thank God that they listen, man, every day is a grind, every day is a grind. And that's where the grind comes in, man. Let's go. How'd there have been moments where it was a close call of losing it all before? No, thank God.
Starting point is 00:26:26 I've been very good. I've been very blessed. Now, there's a couple of close calls and I'll tell you one of them, but check this out. This is freaking fire, bro. Check it out. So you do, I'm sure you remember, I mean, you're still young, but listen, in 08, 09, the crash, everything took a shit. Like the whole market just boomed.
Starting point is 00:26:42 People were homeless, people losing their houses. Well guess what dude I Re-up I pivoted we didn't have any more Christmas parties we didn't have any more Bonuses no no raises no hires. I lost my salary, bro. I gave my salary up to keep my staff I didn't get rid of one person bro not one person Wow, but I eliminated and repivoted and one person bro, not one person. Wow. But I eliminated and re-pivoted and that took,
Starting point is 00:27:06 so many businesses were going under, so many businesses, but I thank God to this day, he sheltered me and took care of me and we didn't lose one employee, we tined up and I gave my salary to my staff, so that way I didn't have to lose them. And we kept everybody and came out of it bro, in 2011, 12 boom, then sky skyrocketed then went up again. Wow So dude, yeah, so then guess what COVID BAM
Starting point is 00:27:29 Then we go again, bro So I closed the office down for 14 months freaking going crazy man going nuts and then I'm in LA County, right? So there I mean the laws in California forget about it I mean, you know, if I didn't love LA I wouldn't be there there, but no here, no there. So then here I go again, closed it 14 months, hit bottom, went back and rebuilt it from scratch up again, bro. So it's been, yeah, we've hit two moments, but thank God we could just come back stronger, man. I mean, I don't know what it is.
Starting point is 00:28:01 I just go down on my knees and I know where I came from and he's always sheltered me. He's always took care of me, man. So I'm blessed, brother. I think every business owner goes through those moments and some of them just cave in. Some of them come out stronger like you. You remind me of Dana White, how he handled COVID. He didn't fire a single employee as well.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Awesome, awesome. That's awesome, brother. I didn't know that about him, but you know what? The dude seems super cool. So like he has a good heart and that's where it comes from. Just comes from like your upbringing. At the end of the day, I mean, people, you can't change a tiger's stripes, bro. Either you're born with them, you either have it or you don't. You can learn some things, right?
Starting point is 00:28:33 And you can get better, but at the end of the day, your DNA is your DNA. You have it or you don't, man. It's hard to teach that fire, I noticed, in people. Yeah, you know what? It's hard because I just like some great athletes out there, bro. I see some great athletes with a lot of potential and they got it every pedigree They have every recipe man, and I'm just so excited but then what do they do? They go drive drunk They go get stupid they go do something they it's like oh man They just ruin their career like they some of the shit that they do is just mind-boggling So it shit happens out there, you know, what you gonna do?
Starting point is 00:29:02 But yeah, either you know some people have it, some people don't. Those athletes, they need mental coaches, because obviously physically they're crushing it, but I feel like the mental health they don't pay attention to. A thousand percent. You can have said that better, Sean. That's what it is. That's what it is, brother. They need, they need advisors.
Starting point is 00:29:15 They need guidance. They need someone to definitely take them in the right direction, brother. And they need the dude upstairs, man. Yeah. And I love how honest you are about that, because like you said earlier, a lot of people are ashamed to talk about religion these days. So props to upstairs, man. Yeah, and I love how honest you are about that, because like you said earlier, a lot of people are ashamed to talk about religion these days. So props to you, man.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Thank you, my man. I appreciate that. Yeah, that's important. So what's next for you, dude? Man, we got a lot of stuff going on, brother. I got some things shaking. We got some summits at the office. We're getting people together. We have some newcomers coming in.
Starting point is 00:29:44 We're beefing up the staff. We're recruiting, hiring, and training right now tremendously. I have some people back actually right before I got here at your place, man, where we're talking to some of the managers, you know, cracking that whip and getting some people in there. So the company's growing. The company is expanding. And we plan to be in other countries,
Starting point is 00:30:02 in different countries by next year. Nice. Yeah, I'm going to join, man. I'm excited. Awesome, brother. I'm going to be an affiliate and send some business here. Dude, we can definitely take the blow the roof out of this place, brother.
Starting point is 00:30:14 I'll show you how. A lot of people that have been in the business, they hit a brick wall. And they haven't mastered the training yet. They're like, how do you train? And how do you make the money? Because at the end of the day, they just go there blindly. But I've already have all those bumps and bruises, bro. I've been doing this shit 30 years now. So my own company 21 years. So listen, I've seen it. There's nothing I haven't done from A to Z within my company. So to me, it comes naturally, bro. And I wouldn't be where I'm at. Obviously,
Starting point is 00:30:43 listen, I wouldn't be sitting two different advisory boards with two different processors if If I if I if my if my rank didn't if I didn't have the rankings or the pedigree or the experience my man Yeah, it's not a coincidence. I Love it man. Where where can people find you and potentially sign up to be an affiliate as well? Absolutely brother You know there is a digit that I can't remember remember but I'll give you my put in the description Yeah, for sure I think my staff has it but right now from the top of my head just my IG for now and then I'll have My my staff handle that which is Moses
Starting point is 00:31:16 MOSES her adia H e re di a Jer, oh, is that it right there? Yeah, or they can text Moses to three three seven seven seven. Perfect. M-O-S-E-S. All right.
