That interests me because I had terrible acne and I always thought just putting cream on it would help, but it was really what I was eating. You already gave the answer yourself and I strongly suspect 100%
Starting point is 00:00:43 sure that every skin disease, be it acne, be it eczema, be it psoriasis, is actually caused by the gut. And your skin is just an external expression of what's happening on your inside. All right, guys, from Germany, we got Fabian Kowalik here. We're going to talk about health stuff today, aren't we? Love it, yes. That's my thing. Yeah, your content is waking people up. That's my goal in life, right? My mission that I always state is
Starting point is 00:01:12 healing the world. And to do that, I need to wake more people up. That's why I'm doing content. So I know there's a health movement in the US. Is there one in Europe right now, too? I think no. I think Europe is still very below, far behind everything. When I also walk around in the US, I think Europe is still very below, far behind everything. Like when I also walk around in the US, I see health is still is a topic in the supermarkets and what people talk about.
Starting point is 00:01:32 In Europe, we're still we just believe the mainstream science. And that's it. Wow. Very, we don't question much. Dang, I didn't know that. So they're more close minded over there. I would say they're more close minded, nothing against people from from Europe, especially Germany. But I think they're way more close mindedminded so what drove you down this path did you have a health incident um so i studied medicine because i lost my dad very early due to a medical error like when i was nine he had cancer diagnosed and they treated him the wrong way he died in three
Starting point is 00:02:00 months and then i was like fuck i need to need to go kind of that that route and i studied medicine also in the hopes of healing myself like i back then i had terrible eczema wet eczema form and studied medicine for a few years and realized that what i'm learning there was not what i expected like it's just um you learn about how the body works which is great and you learn how diseases get treated with pharmaceuticals and with surgery that's also great but you don't learn how to keep your body healthy at all and you don't learn how to treat root causes at all because you don't have time as a doctor wow you have seven minutes as a doctor to treat a patient and in seven minutes i will never understand what is actually going on with you yeah so that's kind of the the big issue and then i left that path left med school and
Starting point is 00:02:44 actually did a master's in nutrition. And since then, I've been working as a health coach, helped people all around the world now. Incredible. So you're fully holistic now? I don't really like the word holistic because I feel holistic is very like, it discredits everything immediately. The same with the word detox and holistic.
Starting point is 00:03:02 They're both like, you're holistic. Okay, you do bullshit. But some people would call it, Jack Cruz made the term would call it decentralized okay so i don't believe in the central dogma paradigmas that get taught in med school i believe in like everything else about it you could also call it holistic it's fine but wow it's just the term is kind of yeah i can see that yeah so they're gonna have to rewrite the med school what they study there then i don't think they will it's a profit-based business right right aside from every conspiracy everything is profit-based and that's we don't make money if people get kept healthy we don't have the resources to keep people healthy yeah that's just reality if i was a business owner then i would also want people to get sick and then treat
Starting point is 00:03:43 them again and then feed them more food and treat them again. It's just the nicest way to go about it. That makes sense. I just had on this doctor. He used to be a doctor in the hospital and stuff. And he said the United States' number one revenue system is medical system. It's also the number three top cause of death is medical system, right? Like medical errors and all these things.
Starting point is 00:04:01 It's not often talked about, but it's right topping the list. Yeah. So why are the errors so high then? I want to defend doctors first of all. errors and all these things it's not often talked about but it's right topping the list yeah so why are the errors so high then i want to defend doctors first of all i think doctors do everything the best they can do and the best they know about right like they are not purposely killing us or something but the profession as a doctor you're so overstressed and i believe the reason why my dad back then he developed the carcinoma the, is because he worked 16 hours a day. And he worked, like I never met him much.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Like I don't have much emotional connection to him because I was just never with him. Because he was always working. And like we went mini golfing and suddenly a beeper goes off, he has to go to work again. Eight hour shift emergency. And if that's your job,
Starting point is 00:04:39 then after a while you do mistakes. Neither you nor me could work perfectly if you were awake for 24 hours and stressed to our mind. So I think that's kind of the issue there. Like the system is just not built for these people to thrive and help. Yeah. How did you fix the eczema? That interests me because I had terrible acne and I always thought just putting cream on it would help.
Starting point is 00:04:58 But it was really what I was eating. I think that you already gave the answer yourself. And I strongly suspect, and this is everything I say is not medical advice, right? Like just to protect myself, whatever, but 100% sure that every skin disease, be it acne, be it eczema, be it psoriasis is actually caused by the gut and by the way our gut is working. And if you get acne, if you get these eczemas, then you have to restore your gut. You have to reset your gut. And that way you can our gut is working. And if we get acne, if we get these eczemas, then you have to restore your gut. You have to reset your gut.
Starting point is 00:05:27 And that way you can also reset your skin. Your skin is just an extra. As a B2B marketer, you know how noisy the ad space can be. Starting point is 00:06:38 That's linkedin.com slash social. Terms and conditions apply. LinkedIn, the place to be. Journal expression of what's happening on your inside that's the that's the big big truth i hear and what we do to treat it of course is these creams like as a kid when we put clerocele and all these these things on our skin that makes it even worse on eczema you rub steroid creams which suppress the immune system wow but if you suppress the immune system then short term you will not get a reaction again. But long term, you will make the issue even worse because your gut is still fucked. So you will
Starting point is 00:07:08 still get the eczema back. So kind of the way I got treated back then, it makes me mad. Like, just smear more cream on it. Then it gets worse. And I go back to the doctor. Ah, I'm so sorry. Put more cream on it. Let's rest up even more cream on your arm. Like, what are these people doing? That's treating the symptom, not the root cause. Yeah, and now they're finding out these creams and these lotions and washes are actually potentially cancerous. Yeah, I mean,
Starting point is 00:07:29 most of these creams, I would, it's not fear-mongering. People always tell me, oh, please don't fear-monger me. Everything is already tough enough. I understand that. But just,
Starting point is 00:07:39 and this is the most simple message I want to give people. Health is less, not more. You need to do less things more you need to do less things you need to do use less things you don't need all these supplements you don't need all these biohacks you don't need all these crazy things you just need the basics and cut out the bullshit cut out all the toxins cut out sunscreen cut out fragrances moisturizers cut out toxins from your food that that's health like health is very easy you just need to live in your little bubble
Starting point is 00:08:05 that then you're suddenly healthy like that's kind of the main the main gist yeah they put me on accutane for seven months that dries out everything oh my gosh it's crazy i felt terrible how did you cure your acne well accutane helped but not really because now i still have side effects from it my fingers go numb still to this day this This was 10 years ago I was on it. I lost my emotions for a while, for years. I mean, it really messes you up, man.
Starting point is 00:08:30 Do you know people that have taken that? I know people that have taken that and it makes also their lips, like they're dry for life. And also, let's talk about like,
Starting point is 00:08:38 if you're a girl, then also your genitals, they get super dry, which is also pretty bad. Like it's a very similar to the lip, the structure there. So it also dries out completely and that's not true. I didn also pretty bad. It's very similar to the lip, the structure there. So it also dries out completely.
Starting point is 00:08:47 And that's also not true. I didn't know that. That is crazy. Yeah, I would never take a prescription again, dude. Any prescription? That sounds like a conspiracy. No, because I was on Xanax too, you know? Oh, yes.
Starting point is 00:08:57 And I would never take that again. I know that. It's just like, it's a dangerous game when you're on those prescriptions. I'd rather just treat everything as natural as possible. And the funny thing is all these prescription medicines, they're all white, right? Yeah. Like the color of them, of the tablets, of the Xanax, of all these things are always white. Why are they white?
Starting point is 00:09:14 Because there is a substance in it called titanium dioxide. They just banned titanium dioxide in Europe because it causes cancer. Wow. And every of your pills that you're taking, and some old people are taking 30 pills a day, is substances in it that cause cancer oh my god they just banned it from the food but in your pharmaceuticals it's still allowed because it's a different regulation different law system so there they can keep it because of course the law the pharmacy industry that has a lot of money to protect them and they are doing the law right holy crap Holy crap. That's crazy. They're saying, I just had on a vet expert, and he's saying dogs in 10 years,
Starting point is 00:09:48 almost every single dog will have cancer at the rate we're going. I mean, humans are also on the way there, right? Like the chronic disease rate, if you look at the statistics, from 1940 to 2010, the chronic disease rate went up by 700%. Chronic diseases meaning obesity, cancer,
Starting point is 00:10:03 cardiovascular diseases. They went up by 700%. So something have happened to to foster that change yeah people are theorizing it's the uh what's that thing the antibiotics what's your take on antibiotics i was always against antibiotics i mean if you translate it literally antibiotics they're against life and they kill off all bacteria right like all bacterial organisms in your body. And we need to realize that we are 10 times more non-human cells than human cells. So you're more bacteria than you're human. Wow.
Starting point is 00:10:34 Based on your cells. I didn't know that. And then you take these antibiotics that are unspecific, that are unspecific in targeting all kinds of bacteria, and they just cause havoc. If you take them and you do not take probiotics afterwards, then you will be suffering for years until you maybe hopefully rebuild your gut microbiome. And the gut is the epicenter of our health.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Like we all know that, we know these funny statistics now, 90% of your serotonin is built in your gut, 70% of your dopamine is built in your gut. You have the vagus nerve that connects your brain and your gut. Your gut literally controls your is built in your gut. You have the vagus nerve that connects your brain and your gut. Your gut literally controls your body
Starting point is 00:11:07 and if your gut is not working right then your body is not working right and antibiotics disrupt your gut. So it's kind of... And they'd be handing
Starting point is 00:11:14 those out when you're sick like candy. Please take them two weeks the highest dosage maximum efficiency against everything. They hand them out
Starting point is 00:11:20 all the time. You feel so bad on them too. You feel weak. Awful. I had Lyme disease when I was 21. Like I was bit by a tick. Dramonid ticks, they are really nasty little creatures.
Starting point is 00:11:30 And I got the Lyme's and then they was put on antibiotics. And I took them for two weeks. And it took me six months to feel better afterwards. When I was still in med school, I was so fatigued. Like I was, before that, I felt like superhuman, like every young man with 20, most of young men do, right? And for that time, I was just zapped out. Like I just wanted to sleep.
Starting point is 00:11:52 I was just tired, just felt depressed, lethargic. And I suspect one of the reasons why people with Lyme disease also feel bad is not because the Lyme disease is making them sick, but because they took massive amounts and courses of antibiotics to treat the Lyme disease. And then afterwards, they feel awful because they never take any probiotics. Right. I think in the US you're already a little bit further. Like doctors are on their way and
Starting point is 00:12:11 they're prescribing probiotics. In Germany, it's not a thing. Oh, you can't get them there? You can get them, but nobody tells you that you should take it. And the official magazines, they tell you, yeah, probiotics is not safe. You should not tinker around with it. Listen to your doctor. Don't do that. Yeah. There's always some always some weird studies man there was just a study on how fasting is bad for you did you see that come on they're trolling us now i think that it's like a like an intelligence check like they see like is the other public now smart enough to realize we're like trolling them yeah if you look inside the study it's completely ridiculous like the way it's constructed there's no part that ever makes sense and we know that for years that fasting is
Starting point is 00:12:50 like amazing for many different things i don't think it's a cure all but it's amazing but showing these studies to the public like what are they doing honestly crazy i'm a big fan of fasting man do you do it regularly like i want to do it more do intermittent, but I want to do like a three-day fast, maybe twice a year. Do you do it a lot? Not a lot. Like I think fasting also has downsides that we never talk about. It depletes you of micronutrients and phytonutrients.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Like you don't get any of that. And if you're having specific issues, like for example, parasites or other things, then fasting is not the right way to go because then it will just weaken you. But if you have metabolic issues, like diabetes type 2, like thyroid issues, then fasting could be right way to go because then it will just weaken you but if you have metabolic issues like diabetes type 2 like thyroid issues then fasting could be the way to go like to kind of cure that so i think fasting is for some people but not for not for everybody right how can people
Starting point is 00:13:35 know if they have parasites the sad thing is in like if you go to your doctor and you tell them yeah i think i have parasites they will tell you yeah go home like they they don't really test you for that only if you have an ectopic, like they're different type of parasites, right? Like we have the ectopic parasites that are on the outside of your skin that you can see like ticks, like milben, I don't know the English words, but you can see them on the outside. Then you have the bigger ones, the warm ones on the inside. Those are like tapeworms, roundworms, these kind of things.
Starting point is 00:14:02 You can see them, especially their eggs when you're like going on the toilet and you're putting them out and you can kind of notice them or you get the anal itching. That's when their eggs are always on your butt kind of thing. And then you have the really small, like really small parasites, protozoa. And you cannot see them, you cannot test them.
Starting point is 00:14:19 You will never know for sure. And they're so tiny, they're not in your, mostly in your gut, but they can be in your organs. They can be in your brain. they can be in your brain, they can be in your arms, they can be everywhere. And the best thing you can do is look out for the symptoms that the parasites are causing. A doctor would do an OVA test. They would count the amounts of eggs and stuff you have in your stool.
Starting point is 00:14:38 But as I said, you cannot figure out all the parasites. There's different types of parasites, and they don't have tests for that yet. So symptoms, very unspecific ones like brain fog and fatigue, they're like, could be everything. That could also be your smartphone. So put your smartphone away, right? Yeah. EMF. Could be EMF, could be everything. But for example, if your iron is super low, that's one sign that could be for parasites because parasites love to eat iron. Like they literally feeding on your food and they're taking away the iron. They eat 10 times more iron than other nutrients.
Starting point is 00:15:15 That's also one of the reasons why anti-helmetic drugs or drugs that kill parasites always also work on the iron metabolism. Like it destroys cells that have a very fast iron metabolism. That's how they kill the parasites. And fun fact, that's why they also work against cancer cells. Because because cancer cells iron metabolism is 10 times faster than normal human cells and maybe you've already heard of the the obscure use of fenbendazole against fenbendazole is you it's used as an anti-parasitic medication and in the internet 10 years ago there was this huge thing about people curing the curing the cancer with it i'm always very careful i know sounds bad. I also lost my dad to cancer so I'm very cautious with it but
Starting point is 00:15:47 they use fenbendazole to cure some kind of cancer and that's because fenbendazole, as I said, disrupts the iron metabolism. So it's literally one of the cancer cures but now you cannot find it on the internet anymore. It's deleted. Everything on YouTube about it is deleted. Everything is deleted. There are still studies on it.
Starting point is 00:16:03 You can find them on PubMed, Google Scholar. You can see fenbendazole antimodular like kills the that's the cancer cells but that's wow so it's kind of kind of more obscure thing so we were why how we know if you have parasites it's the craving for food especially sugar is one thing because the parasites they hijack your serotonin system so the system with the reward system how you feel happy they can they can twist that metabolism and that way they can make you crave more sugar which they then also feed off and they want kind of like if you're always craving sugar and eating a lot of sugar but you're not getting anybody fat where's the sugar going if your metabolism is not sky high and you're always burning up then somewhere that
Starting point is 00:16:44 sugar has to go like it you're not a magic system that defies physics, right? So that's kind of another symptom that I hear often. And then it's fatigue. You just get tired more often because they're eating your nutrients. If they're eating your nutrients, you don't have the nutrients available for your body system. That makes sense. Have you done a parasite cleanse? A lot of them. I do it every season change. Every three months, I do a parasite cleanse that's kind of my my thing and with the parasite cleanse i also do a gut reset because i know for sure that if your gut is not working right now we're going full circle back to where the gut is if your gut is not working right then your immune system is not working right and chances are that you get more parasites so whenever i do the
Starting point is 00:17:24 parasite cleanse i also in the same time it's a 10 more parasites so whenever i do the parasite cleanse i also in the same time it's a 10-day thing that i do then i also cleanse off the try to clean the gut and restore my gut kill the bad bacteria get more good bacteria and foster the good bacteria that's kind of the gist to how it works and which cleanse are you using or do you make your own i make my own like my cleanse is based on natural ingredients, on like herbs and stuff. Okay. And that's kind of the thing. I need to find out. Did you publish that anywhere?
Starting point is 00:17:48 Like everything is published also on my Instagram. It's always little bites that are not super nice to do. But I do YouTube videos as well on the whole thing. Nice, I love it. Speaking of YouTube videos, I want to dive into some of your videos, man. So I take this supplement. So I want to ask about this.
Starting point is 00:18:04 You made a video about, is it a scam? So what did you find out with Shilajit? So the thing with Shilajit, and that only got popular in the last five years, that's kind of the story. We need to look at the origin. It got popular mostly with TikTok and TikTok people talking about Dr. Sebi, this black dude from the Honduran jungle, kind of magic healer, whatever. And then using Shilajit and Seamoss and tangling that all up, right? That's kind of how it got popularized. And now there's tons of dropshippers selling Shilajit. And do I think Shilajit is a cool supplement?
Starting point is 00:18:34 Yes, if the quality is 100% right. And why is it good? Only because of the fulvic acid. That's kind of the main ingredient in it that makes it special. But you can also get pure fulvic acid as a supplement, which is kind of the safer route to go. But what's the issue with the Shilajit? You never know how much heavy metals are inside there.
Starting point is 00:18:52 And the lab reports that I've seen on most of the Shilajits, they're just not nice. I don't want to poison myself with heavy metals because you don't realize heavy metal poisoning immediately. You can go out now to a doctor and get it tested. Your heavy metal levels of lead, of arsenic, of mercury, of all these things, you can test it right now. I would recommend that I do it once.
Starting point is 00:19:12 It's interesting to see. Many people are bamboozled when they see, wow, my mercury levels are four times as much as they should be. And this is not killing you immediately, but this is long-term making you sick. This is one of the contributing factors to neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and stuff. And I don't want to...
Starting point is 00:19:34 Why do I take supplements? To be healthier. But if I take supplements and they have heavy metals that make me sicker, it feels kind of not the right way. That's why I started this talk with saying health is less, not more. If you need fulvic acid for some reason, like you need some kind of metabolism increase, you need some kind of minerals, and you're sure I need that,
Starting point is 00:19:53 maybe Shilajit could be good if it's the right source. Right. But if you don't need it because you're already eating quite well, I would just stay away from it. I would save those 60 bucks and do something else with it. Yeah. I was advised to take it for testosterone, actually, to raise testosterone levels. Yeah. Testoster advised to take it for testosterone, actually, to raise testosterone levels.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Testosterone, I also made a video about that. So in the 1950s, everybody had great testosterone, and they did not take Shilajit, and they did not take Tonkat Ali and ashwagandha and zinc and a thousand other supplements that we are taking now for testosterone. Why was their testosterone bigger? And we could also be there, but the one limiting factor for our
Starting point is 00:20:26 testosterone is the toxins we put in us the plastics are pure endocrine disruptors meaning they disrupt how your body produces hormones if you drink out of a glass or a water bottle that is out of plastic luckily these are that's why i like them there if you drink out of a plastic bottle you're literally putting microplastics in your body that are disrupting your hormones wow if you're eating foods wrapped in plastic with ingredients that are also hormonal disruptors like atrazine like chemicals like pesticides they also disrupt your hormones again you're lowering your testosterone so i think the modern testosterone crisis is not a lack of supplements to increase it but using too many things that decrease it if we would put these things that decrease it out of the room,
Starting point is 00:21:07 we would also be at the optimal testosterone levels. That's kind of the way I think we think wrong about it, right? Like I understand that I also want to increase testosterone stuff and take stuff for it. I would rather cut out the bullshit than your testosterone already rises because your body and my body and the bodies in the 50s, they know what they're doing.'re working perfectly they're making enough testosterone
Starting point is 00:21:28 you just need to stop disrupting it that makes sense because back in the 50s they didn't have plastic containers right they did not they did not but it's like you will never hear that officially because it's one of the biggest industries and we will not be changing it for the next 50 years plastics is amazing in terms of production operation shipping plastic is fantastic for the world now there's this debate about dairy growing up as kids we were taught in america dairy was great for you it's good for your bones and everything but now it seems like it's not right what do you think about that very simple answer commercial dairy is poison i would never consume it i would never get milk from the supermarket that's milk that has been produced
Starting point is 00:22:03 from 500 000 cows all over the world that are super stressed out. Fat synthetic stuff, I would not touch it. Raw dairy is great. Like everybody I know that has lactose intolerance, which is quite common these days. Like many people, they get like diarrhea if they drink some milk.
Starting point is 00:22:18 If they consume raw milk, they don't get any lactose intolerance. They can process it perfectly. They eat cheese, raw cheese, perfectly fine. Everything good. If they buy commercial milk and drink it, they will be on the toilet locked away for days. Wow.
Starting point is 00:22:32 It's that easy. It's the way like the modern processed stuff, toxic, go to your farmer. I don't know if that's a thing in the US, if there are still farmers selling that. They're rare in Vegas, but they're on the West Coast. It exists everywhere. You need to always dig up a little bit,
Starting point is 00:22:44 play detective, find out. What I like to do is go to farmer's markets and then talk to the people there, like the women that look kind of like they've been on a farmer before. And then they tell you, maybe there's this one guy. And that's how I found my plug in Berlin for raw milk.
Starting point is 00:22:59 Because raw milk still is kind of sketchy. It's illegalized. Yeah, you can't really buy it here. In Cali, you can't really buy it here. In Cali, you can buy it at some stores, but not in Vegas. Actually, that was fantastic. Like I went to some stores and I got like raw kefir, raw milk. I was really like... In the glass container. So cool.
Starting point is 00:23:15 I was like, man, that's paradise. It seems like a lot of people have allergies right now. I don't know if that's related to this health epidemic, but so many different allergies. We have a pandemic of allergies both food allergies but also allergies to things like cats to poland to all these things i actually i was when i was growing up i was allergic to poland and birkin and all these grasses and i was also allergic to apples damn and i couldn't eat apples my mom is still allergic to apples. Now I could eat 10 apples now, nothing would happen. I cured my apple allergy 10 years ago. That sounds like
Starting point is 00:23:48 crazy foo-foo. So what I did back then, and I did it because I just thought it would work. I just ate tiny pieces of older kind of apples. Like there's different breeds of apples. And I just got old organic apples from a farmer and I ate a tiny piece every day. And in the beginning, I got a little bit of a reaction. Like my mouth was kind of like not blistering, but it felt uncomfortable. When I used to eat an old apple, I would die. Like I could not breathe, right? Tiny pieces and I did it for a few months.
Starting point is 00:24:15 And afterwards, I could eat a whole apple and just get a few symptoms, but it was not so bad. And now I can eat apples as many as I want. Like now, 10 years later, they're actually figuring this out. There are studies in Israel and Tel Aviv they're doing. It's called oral autoimmune therapy. It sounds sexy, but it's the same. They just give you tiny amounts of the allergen
Starting point is 00:24:33 and they increase the dosage over time. And after a while, you're kind of cured of that. But this is like the way we are growing up, very sterilized, only eating processed food and not eating a varied diet. Our body just never recognizes all these allergens and thinks they're evil.
Starting point is 00:24:52 I never had them. They're evil. I'm making these antigens, antiproteins against them now. That's just the issue. Like I think most food allergies can easily be cured. That's exciting news because there's a lot of food allergies. So if people just microdose it, they can eventually cure it over time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:05 That's cool. One of your videos, you said autoimmune diseases are a scam created by the medical industry. Yeah. What a statement. What a statement. That's a more out-of-the-box statement. So the thing is, what do we think in the medical system of autoimmune diseases? It's your body attacking yourself.
Starting point is 00:25:23 But we do not have a clear explanation why your body from one day to another starts to attack itself. And what we did in the 1950s is that because we didn't know the answer, but we didn't want to leave these patients completely unanswered and tell them, sorry, we don't know what to do. We cannot help you. We just thought, okay, all autoimmune diseases, we just now treat them by lowering your immune system by using cortisol treatments, for example. And this worked for a while. Like for most autoimmune diseases, it doesn't matter which one you have. If you have Crohn's disease, if you have MS, any of these, it works for a while because you suppress your immune system.
Starting point is 00:25:57 And then you go into remission and then it comes back even stronger. And then you repeat that cycle for 10, 20 years until your symptoms are unbearable and you need even stronger drugs that's kind of the way we treat it but back in 1980 my mom already was doing her phd on crohn's disease and she was already back then there were speculations that maybe there's like some parasites causing this maybe it's a virus something is not really right with the cells like they're changing morphologies, changing their structure. So I strongly believe that, and we have studies on this now. Like in 2024, you can go on the internet and you can take a look, for example, at MS parasites or at Crohn's parasites, Crohn's virus.
Starting point is 00:26:38 If you take these search terms and look on Google Scholar, you see there are so many studies being done thinking maybe it is this seeing okay if we kill the parasites then suddenly the person goes into remission of their disease so we kind of are there that we know it has something to do with it but medical system still says nope it's just your body randomly attacking itself we don't know what's going on that's just the way it goes yeah and it makes me mad that the medical system is not being updated to what we know already like at least try out more in that direction. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:27:08 Because there's people with MS that can't walk and they don't even know it's a parasite-related disease. They don't know how to treat it. They think it's untreatable. That's pretty nuts, man. That's a sad reality. But our whole medical system, have you heard of the Flexna report? No. That's one of the craziest things
Starting point is 00:27:25 you need to understand. And then you understand our whole healthcare system. So in the 1905, 1903, somewhere there, there was this dude called Flexner.
Starting point is 00:27:33 He was best friend with the, what's the owner of the company? Rockefeller. Rockefeller is one of them. I'm not sure if it was Rockefeller. JP Morgan.
Starting point is 00:27:43 I think it was Rockefeller. So he was best friends with one of those dudes, i think it was rockefeller so he was best friends with one of those dudes right yeah and what he did he completely revolutionized the healthcare system back then with the support of rockefeller with millions of dollars back then and what they did is they closed every alternative health um thing in around the u.s every every black owned they closed for sure and um when they did that they also changed the medical paradigm in a way that if you have x then you need to take y if you had x you need to take y so they made it very monolithic you have to do one thing if you have one thing like this this very
Starting point is 00:28:17 miosgic view of of medicine right and this has now been our paradigm for modern medicine for the last 120 years. Before that, it was more of a way of looking at root causes, what could be the issue, figuring it out. Doctors were more like detectives, kind of trying to figure out what is going on with the person. But now they're simply, they hear one thing, they do the other thing that they learned to do. And this dude, Flexner Report, i highly recommend everybody do a little bit of research into it there's also great studies on on pubman google scholar about all of this flexor dude you will understand why our medical system works the way it is and why big pharma came to where it is now wow that is crazy man the name flex now everybody should have heard that like
Starting point is 00:28:59 it's the basis of our health care system super scary times we're in, man. If you're not educated right now, it's scary. It is. The best way would be to be completely uneducated. Like if you have never been in the school system and never listened to anybody, then I think you would be
Starting point is 00:29:13 the healthiest of all of us. Probably, right? Because you would not be scared and you would know what to do. Yeah. Be in the sun, for example. Well, they say actually Amish people never go to the hospital.
Starting point is 00:29:21 Yeah. They don't need to. They don't get diseases. Yeah. Pretty crazy. Yeah. It's a good real-life example. Also during the corona pandemic, right? Yeah. They don't need to. They don't get diseases. Yeah. Pretty crazy. Yeah. I mean. It's a good real life example.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Also during the Corona pandemic, right? Yeah. Like what they did, their way of going around that was probably the best way to go. Right. Yeah. They just did the same thing they were already doing.
Starting point is 00:29:36 That's their crazy tactic. Yeah. How bad was it in Germany? Were they making you lock down and stay inside and stuff too? It was pretty terrible, honestly. Like I was protesting back then already. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:46 And always on the streets. I was even on one of the biggest German newspapers. I was in the magazine. Wow. I felt proud of that because I was leading a protest. But they made us locked in. Like you were not allowed to leave
Starting point is 00:29:57 after a certain time. Like after 8 p.m., you couldn't leave your house. You had to stay in. I was not allowed to meet anybody. Like I couldn't meet friends or something. That was illegal. Traveling, of course course was illegal for like two years or something so my my fiance and me we just went to mexico then it was the only place where we were allowed to go in without being vaccine so that's where we went a lot of people here did that too yeah mexico
Starting point is 00:30:19 it was pretty cool i enjoyed it i can only recommend cancun cabo and all those places it's lovely. Tulum. Tulum, yeah. It's a very fancy. People were partying out there during the pandemic. And no one was getting sick. No, I had Corona two times.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Oh, you did? Corona. But I was sick for like one or two days and then I felt better. Yeah. And that was my Corona story. I had it three or four times.
Starting point is 00:30:42 But you're still alive. Yeah, I'm still alive. Still alive. Didn't get the vaccine. You didn't get it as well. I didn't get alive? Yeah, I'm still alive. Still alive. Didn't get the vaccine. You didn't get it as well? I didn't get it. Oh, I respect you more. It's hard.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Honestly, like if you have a job and stuff, like the pressure was hard. Yeah. Like people don't realize how hard that pressure was. Right. They made you get it. Did they do that in Germany too? It was ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Damn. My fiance, she was pregnant back then. Yeah. And she shares the same views as me. And don't get me wrong. I don't say Corona is not real. Corona is real, right? And I think the vaccine,
Starting point is 00:31:15 maybe it helps a tiny bit for old people in a certain situation. Maybe it could be beneficial. But for people like us, like young men, 100% it was the wrong decision to do it yeah and we went to a doctor back then because she was pregnant and the doctor was yelling at us that we are killing her family oh my god because she is not taking the vaccine now like she wanted to vaccinate her with a 13 weeks old baby and she was yelling at us that we are crazy we're insane we should take it like we are the reason her family died everybody died that's
Starting point is 00:31:45 how the situation was they were like okay then then then we don't go to a gynecologist and our doctor baby is healthy fine everything good like wow that was my situation i got so mad i wrote google reviews to that woman i hope she's watching and i was just mad like it makes you so like it's crazy how people treat you yeah it's. But then you look at the subconscious programming and you can't even really do anything because they're so programmed, you know. But now I think people are starting to realize it. I think it took some time.
Starting point is 00:32:13 I think even people that took the shot are waking up and realizing, okay, maybe it was not the right decision. I get so many questions of people asking like, okay, I took the shot. What do I do to detox? Like, how do I get rid of this? What can I do?
Starting point is 00:32:23 Is that possible? The thing is, and we are learning this just now, very surprising news. The shot actually got integrated into your DNA and it's staying in your body. So if you're unlucky and you have it in a certain place,
Starting point is 00:32:36 like the heart or the brain or your genital tract, where it's constantly producing spike proteins, you're kind of fucked. But I suspect it will go over like our whole body rejuvenates every seven years, all the cells. Some parts get rejuvenated quicker, like the liver every six weeks, some parts take a little bit longer. So I believe that over time, we can get rid of this. But we need to minimize the consequences of the spike protein. The spike protein is what
Starting point is 00:33:00 causes all these issues we are seeing, causes miscarriages, causes heart attacks, causes brain diseases, all these things. So we need to kind of get rid of the spike protein. That's the main way. And there's like one remedy I would recommend everybody to do is natokinase. It's like the stuff that comes from the smelly Korean product like natto, doesn't taste too well unless you're a gourmet, but you can take the enzyme that it produces
Starting point is 00:33:23 in a supplemental form. And this kind of makes you like it's thrombolytic meaning it dissolves blood clots and the spike protein what it does in your body it makes these blood clots so you need to get rid of the blood clots to prevent the harmful consequences and you need to do that as long as you're still producing the spike protein which is a few years probably dang that's kind of the way I would be going around if I took the shot. It's good to know. There's a lot of people, I think half the population got it.
Starting point is 00:33:48 In Germany, it's 80%. Holy. 80%? Yeah. Damn. They took two shots. Oh my gosh. And then there's like 10%
Starting point is 00:33:56 that took like four shots or something. Some took five. They're still promoting the shot. Now, you cannot get the flu shot. Like my friend recently, he went to the doctor and he was like,
Starting point is 00:34:04 I want to get the flu shot. And the doctor was like, yeah, yeah, yeah. We have the flu shot, but you can only get the flu shot with the COVID shot. You cannot get the flu shot. Like my friend recently, he went to the doctor and he was like, I need to, I want to get the flu shot. And the doctor was like, yeah, we have the flu shot, but you can only get the flu shot with the COVID shot. It's always bundled. You have to take the bundle.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Like it's always a bundle deal that you have to take. You cannot get it single. That is crazy, man. They bought 100 million doses too much, the German state, with our taxpayer money.
Starting point is 00:34:22 And now they're rotting. Like they need to get rid of them. So they're thinking of bundle ideas or trying to get them to the public. It's still good. COVID is still going on. Come on, guys. Buy one, get one free.
Starting point is 00:34:31 Now they're free here. You used to have to pay for them, I think. We used to get burgers for them. There were places where you would get a sausage or something. If you take it, they try to bribe you. If they bribe you, then maybe there's something going on. You need to think about that. 80%. You lost a lot of friends and family man um 80 of people yes you were probably like that dark horse in the family that everyone thought you were crazy luckily
Starting point is 00:34:55 luckily my mom even though she's a classic doctor she and she took the vaccine as well she still like we were always staying in contact and she realized not everything is right like she's also working in a medical faculty and the emails she got she always sent them to me the insider email so i always knew what they were thinking and she always told me fabian do you think this is all right like this sounds kind of sketchy and stuff so she's a little bit um very very about it um also i mean my grandma died two weeks after getting the shot oh my god she was 92 she was healthy and she developed these weird blue marks all over her body geez no doctor knew what it is i we still i i digged everywhere i don't know what that was yeah blue
Starting point is 00:35:37 marks that that's crazy and she was healthy before that everything good wow i mean you never know what it is maybe it was just coincidental let's leave it at that but i'm a little bit yeah let's leave it there before we get demonetized very banned off youtube i don't really care i just want to wake up people like i will be back like i i don't i won't give up that's why i love your content man it's been fun um anything you want to close off with or promote? The last thing I want to say, I don't want to promote my own stuff. You can check it all out over my social media channels. I just want everybody to know
Starting point is 00:36:09 and also you that the sun is the most important thing we can do for our health. And sunburns, you don't get them if you don't consume seed oils, don't use sunscreen and don't use sunglasses. So there's a way to not get sunburns.
Starting point is 00:36:21 And the sun is the most magical supplement there is. Everybody should get more sun.
