When you're the lightest sleeping and if you have like a somewhat bladder full and you need that's when you'd be you'd wake yourself up to go to the bathroom. Now let's make believe that you're in the middle of that cycle right when your alarm clock goes off.
Starting point is 00:02:04 So your brain isn't on the wake cycle, it's on the sleep cycle. Then you wake up and you're groggy and you can't seem to get motivated and get going because you're just sort of out of sync. All right guys, got Robbie back here again, excited for this one to talk the future of medicine. Yeah, cool.
Starting point is 00:02:22 Yeah, great topic. Yeah, what's that looking like, you think? Well, you know, my reference to that when I was kind of thinking about it is like where we are currently and where I feel things are going. And I feel there's a big movement and it's been stimulated by a lot of the excitement
Starting point is 00:02:40 around like red light therapy and harnessing the subtle frequencies in nature. And I think that's kind of where I think the next big push is, is going from the physical side of medicine to the energy, the energetic side of medicine. Yeah. What makes the frequencies of nature so healing, you think? Well, first off, they've been around like from the beginning of time. And I think that we kind of forget about the subtle things
Starting point is 00:03:05 that happen from subtle energies and sort of focus on the bigger headliners. And so that's where I feel like the next big push is gonna be kind of dialing into the different frequencies in nature that make a difference in the way our bodies work. And it becomes a lot more important because of all the manmade frequencies that we're constantly exposed to, like EMF for instance.
Starting point is 00:03:28 And now we're studying the deeper dive, which is the extreme low frequencies called dirty electricity and stuff like that. And the way it affects us on a cellular level. And I think that's where we're going to see a big shift because people now are getting kind of their bodies, especially as you get a little older, you're getting overexposed to a lot of this kind of toxic, um, subtle energy stuff and it affects the suppresses your immune system.
Starting point is 00:03:56 And so we're getting a lot more epigenetic expressions just from the environment that's shifting from the energetic point of view. I've noticed when I film a lot, cause obviously there's bright lights and I'm around 5G and wifi, I'll be really tired after, like I'm starting to notice it. I'll show up to my basketball game.
Starting point is 00:04:14 I'll be more tired from podcasting than basketball. Right. Isn't that crazy? Well, no, but it's exactly right because people don't realize the effects of these, they've called exogenous or manmade frequencies, how that really kind of beats down our bodies on a cellular level, energetic cellular level. Yeah, are there proven ways to offset that damage?
Starting point is 00:04:34 Yeah, I mean the simplest way is just kicking your shoes off and grounding yourself to the planet. Because I think what's happened is, we've advanced as a culture, and we have AI everything right now, everything is electric cars and planes and trains and all that kind of stuff, bikes, but all that kind of energy,
Starting point is 00:04:55 what it does is it kind of takes us away from actually getting seated to the earth, which is the energies that sort of recharge our batteries, cellular batteries. So for people that are just maybe checking that out, it's generally called the mitochondria, which is your cellular powerhouse. But where does the mitochondria get its energy from?
Starting point is 00:05:14 It's mostly from tapping into sunlight or to the earth energy. And when we walk on the earth, because most of us don't walk barefoot, we don't even think to walk barefoot, but because we're walking on the earth, but not actually touching the earth because most of us don't walk barefoot. We don't even think to walk barefoot. But because we're walking on the earth, but not actually touching the earth, there's that insulation like even your gym shoes or your sneakers. You're you're being insulated from actually the energies that are coming in.
Starting point is 00:05:36 The shoe, right? Yeah. Yeah. That's why you made the therosol. So that kind of you put it in the shoe, right? Correct. And it connects you. Yeah. And there's also chips in the therosol that generate the frequencies of the ground and of the earth energies. And so whether you get it directly from the earth or you get it from the imprinted holograms that we put in the therosol,
Starting point is 00:05:58 that's, we're basically supplying the body with a recharge. I need to start wearing that because I just measured my chakras yesterday and my root chakra was really messed up. Yeah. So yeah, I guess what it is, you get stuck in a certain place. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:15 But you got to you got to keep those in check because if your chakras are off that could really impact you. Right? Totally. Totally. Yeah. Are you testing yours pretty frequently? I do it all the time and try to get centered.
Starting point is 00:06:24 And then especially if you're doing body work or you're around people where you're laying hands on them and you're transferring that energy, then you really need to check in with your own to make sure that you're centered and you're grounded. 100%. Yeah, I noticed a lot of healers don't live that long. And I was like, why is that?
Starting point is 00:06:37 So I started looking into it. Yeah, they're not balancing their energies because they're taking on so much trauma. Yeah, they take on your energy. But they need to let that go somewhere else. Otherwise, they hold onto it too, and then it changes their shift. Yeah, they age very.

Starting point is 00:09:43 You just more like the consciousness to know that you need to do that, just to keep your own balance in place. Yeah. You still hit the sauna a lot. Oh my god, every day. I love sauna. Isn't it great? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:54 It's the most beautiful way to start your day, I find. I've split tested it. Yeah, I've done days where I don't start with it versus I do. And I feel it's night and day. Yeah. Well, it's really just tapping into the particular version that we have, the 360 plus. What it does is it emulates the early part of the sun.
Starting point is 00:10:11 And we have circadian rhythm and a bio clock inside all of us. And oftentimes that shifts a little bit. And then that runs into people having sleeping challenges and so forth. And so when I do my sauna, which is my routine is to I get up pretty early. I don't use an alarm clock. I let my body wake me up to my natural time. And that's also kind of interesting because you know most of us
Starting point is 00:10:36 sleep until the alarm wakes us up, but that may not be necessarily the same cycle that your brain is going through. So your brain cycles every three hours. So let's say you go to bed at nine o'clock. By 12, you're gonna cycle. You'll have a full cycle. And for guys, well, most people, like if you're in a low cycle, your brain, that's when you're the lightest sleeping. And if you have like a somewhat bladder full and you need, that's when you'd be, you'd wake yourself up to go to the bathroom. somewhat bladder full and you need, that's when you'd be, you'd wake yourself up to go to the bathroom. Now, let's make believe that you're in the middle of that cycle, right?
Starting point is 00:11:09 When your alarm clock goes off. So your brain isn't on the wake cycle. It's on the sleep cycle. Then you wake up and you're groggy and you can't seem to get motivated and get going because you're just sort of out of sync. So I just let myself wake up naturally when my body tells me it's, I've definitely woken up on that cycle where I feel like I'm sleeping. Yeah. So it's every three hours.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Every three hours the brain will cycle. So would it be smart to sleep either six or nine hours then? That's usually the best way. Okay. But then the caveat to that is what's called sort of maximizing a REM sleep or the healing sleep, that deeper sleep. And if you can get yourself into, usually most people, if they get a decent amount of quality sleep at night,
Starting point is 00:11:52 that's not quantity. They can get like an hour to an hour and a half of that REM deep restorative sleep, and that's the one that's the most important. So you go through, your brain goes through different frequency cycles. Beta cycle is that that sympathetic dominance where you're fighting flight and you're always anxious and you're at the edge of your seat. That's where most of us are these days and we get stuck in beta.
Starting point is 00:12:18 Oh, beta. With all of the influences. I mean, we're in Las Vegas today, right? And Vegas is all filled with energy and people and excitement. So you're constantly pushed into that excited state. But in order for your brain to actually be responsive, you'd have to have a coherent relationship between your left and right lobe of your brain.
Starting point is 00:12:41 And you have to easily move from being in a fight and flight to a calm state and that's the alpha state. After that you have theta, which is sort of the hypnotic state where it's kind of like, um, if you ever been to a dentist and they say, I'm going to put you into a light sleep state. That's what that's theta. It's out from the gas. Yeah. The gas or yeah, something like that. That's usually by the way, when my wife likes to hit me with whatever she's interested in buying, she gets me into theta.
Starting point is 00:13:08 She waits on the theta. Then she says, then I'm sort of like, oh yeah, anything you want, honey. That's a good dating hack right there. But theta is precursors that deeper sleep, that restorative sleep. And that's where the brain will elicit hormones like growth hormone
Starting point is 00:13:25 and repair hormones and detox hormones and that's really very important for us to all go through and I think what's happening in these days is with all the blue light exaggerated frequencies that are from the devices like you know people touching their phones and stuff like that before bed and things like that. It prevents the brain to get into that quiet restorative place. So when you're young, maybe it's not as obvious, but as you get older, it becomes a little bit more obvious. And if you're a little older, or if you have a chronic health challenge,
Starting point is 00:13:59 now it's really, you know, takes you over the top. So we can reverse that trend really easy. That's exciting. I bought a Faraday bag for my phone at the A4M conference. Oh yeah, that's a good idea. Yeah, cause I used to sleep next to my head with it and that's probably not the best for you. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Everything we do, we started remediating electromagnetic fields 17 years ago. Crazy. On a whim, but still, now it's becoming more important, but that's also because, look at the cell phone industry industry like look at just what we're seeing now these days. Yeah, really something boring Yeah, I just bought a brain tap to okay. How do you like track of my waves odd? Seems like it's paying off. You know, have you tried it? Yeah, I know I know the manner of that. Yeah technology Yeah, he came on the show. Yeah, and it was really interesting
Starting point is 00:14:42 Yeah, it's it's good to be at least aware of where you're at so that you know what to work on. Yeah, and I developed a heart rate variability program. That's been around for a while and there's a company called HeartMath and many people that, maybe people that are listening in, they know about it. But what we did was we took the core technology
Starting point is 00:15:02 and then we built our own sort of metrics and different ways to analyze the way the brain waves and the heart waves work. And so I use that as an instrument because it's non-invasive. Sean, you just put these little cuffs on your wrists and you get a live feed of how your heart is fluctuating. Really?
Starting point is 00:15:20 And there's a deep connection between your heart and your brain waves. And so I can actually use a mathematic algorithm to derive my brain function from the way my heart is functioning. And so that is a great way for me to be able to take a device that I want to say, hey, I want this device to calm your body down.
Starting point is 00:15:39 How do I prove that that does that in a non-invasive way? And so I use my heart rate variability program to do that. That's interesting. Which we lent that technology to Patrick Porter. Oh wow. And that's what he uses in his conferences and to demonstrate that his stuff works. Small world.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Yeah, right. So does the heart have a mind of its own? Cause there's that famous song, like listen to your heart. Totally. That's fascinating. Yeah, and many people and a lot of science is coming out now that the heart actually responds faster than the brain does. Really? Yes. Wow, cause you got the gut with its mind. And I think that's one of the things that's really interesting about the science is that there's a lot of people and a lot of science is coming out now that the heart actually responds faster than the brain does.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Really? Yes. Wow. Because you got the gut with its mind. People kind of knew that recently. The brain obviously. Now the heart has a mind. Yeah, totally.
Starting point is 00:16:18 It's interesting, right? And they do so many cool studies out there. Like they'll get identical twins and they'll have them separated by like side to side, like somebody in California, one twin and the other one in on the East Coast. Yeah. And then they'll offer a response, some kind of emotional response to one of them and the other guy, they could test the other person.
Starting point is 00:16:33 And they'll feel it. Whoa. And they feel it in the heart. Yeah. Interesting. So there's some sort of spiritual connection then. Yeah. And energetic quantum connection.
Starting point is 00:16:42 Right. Because they'll be across the world and they'll still feel it, huh? And these are the subtle energies we're talking about, right, that I think drive the world. But because we're all looking for the big headline, so to speak, that they've missed that. So I think that moving forward, subtle energies
Starting point is 00:16:57 are going to be more important to focus on. And even with loved ones, sometimes they'll just know if their spouse is in the military or something and something will happen and they'll know. Yeah, they get a feeling, right? Yeah, that's crazy. Like that's, you can't explain that with science. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:12 What are these circular stones you brought here? Oh, I travel with them. Are they crystals? Yeah, they're natural jade stones. We harvest three and a half million of these a year. Yeah, that's exactly what I do. I actually go to the areas, to the quarries, where we pull the stones out and I muscle test,
Starting point is 00:17:28 which is a way for you to tap into sort of your, it's called kinesiology, but it's a way to test into actually your heart and your autonomic nervous system to see whether or not a certain energy resonates with your body energy. Wow. And so I started, learned how to do this about 25 years ago. And then I started to realize that it's very easy to discern
Starting point is 00:17:52 like what supplements are good for your body and how much to take. So that is really important because in the supplement world it's sort of homogenized, right? You look at the jar, it says take two of these in the morning, take two at night, but is that right for Sean Kelly's body? You know, your body may need more of magnesium than mine. So wouldn't it be nice to be able to have a simple way for
Starting point is 00:18:14 you to be able to test what your body needs at any given time? Yeah. So that's what intrigued me. That was where I was kind of going with when I was talking about what I think the future of medicine is because when I travel now and kills my wife I have an extra suitcase just with supplements because I won't sit there and spend five hours Taking out, you know, like two of these and four of those and you know
Starting point is 00:18:36 And put that all out for me for the week or two that I'm traveling So I just throw all of my jars or containers into a suitcase and I travel with it. And then maybe about five years ago, I got intrigued with the concept that basically everything in nature is a frequency. And if you could identify exactly what that frequency is and tag that to a vitamin or supplement, then and that you'd be able to sort of define by the energetics of that, you know, how that would express with your body, right?
Starting point is 00:19:11 So this is kind of a, maybe a little bit out there, but I know that your crew can take it. When you digest food down to its smallest component, it really turns into the energetics of that food source. And that's what your brain, which, and your pituitary gland becomes like the apothecary of analyzing your chemistry, what you need, and also what energy is, you know, like what's deficient. And then the messages that your brain gives you in order for you to be able to identify that
Starting point is 00:19:48 particular food source. So let me ask you a question. Yeah. You ever get a craving for any kind of foods? Yeah. What do you crave? Sometimes sushi, sometimes meat, you know, depends on the day. All right.
Starting point is 00:19:59 Now let's say, I'm going to shift for a minute and just, and this is my famous story about the banana. Yeah. All right So do you know that a banana? When you eat a banana that you'll get potassium as a source, right? So, you know that intellectually you probably learned it in high school, right? Yeah Do you ever it could you imagine getting a craving for the concept or in your mind getting a craving for banana? I've had that craving before you okay. So do you think that there's a
Starting point is 00:20:28 intellectual or a subliminal, like a message, like your brain or your brain is analyzing your body chemistry and says, Sean Kelly needs more potassium. Potassium equals banana. So it gives your brain can't talk. It gives you a message. And that message could be just the visual or the notion, I need a banana.
Starting point is 00:20:45 And it's really just satisfying a physical deficiency, chemical or vitamin deficiency, supplement deficiency that your body needs. Right? So now you go around, you eat the banana and all of a sudden you're satisfied because your brain says, wow, I wanted it. I got it. I'm really cool with it. And then, but you're also getting that potassium in your body that probably stimulated the thought to start with, right? Now, if you take digestion of that banana
Starting point is 00:21:10 down to its simplest form, I mean, I'm talking about you break it down, you break it down, you break it down, and now you got it, the frequency of that banana is resonating in your body. Is your body really responding to the physical eating of the banana or to the frequency of the banana and the potassium, right? On its simplest form, because if all of life is reduced
Starting point is 00:21:37 and defined by frequencies, right? And the frequency of potassium is in that banana and that's simulated the thought, then in theory I could be able to just take the banana or the frequency of banana and put it next to my body and my body chemistry will readjust because it's now getting the influx of that frequency of banana or potassium. Right? Alright, so this is where Robbie's at right now and where I think the future is going So I've got this huge suitcase of supplements that I travel with right and it's annoying as hell because it's you know, whatever
Starting point is 00:22:14 You know what a pain it is to travel anyway So I figured out a way to Identify or actually record the frequency of a supplement. And so imagine that you could, just like you record audio or video recording, right? You have this recording or you have this ability or device that can actually record a frequency. It could be sound, it could be light,
Starting point is 00:22:40 doesn't really matter. Now I can record the frequency of magnesium or the frequency of a banana, a food source. And now, so one part is identifying what frequency you want and the other part is having a device to actually record it. And then the third part would be to know what you're gonna record that frequency onto so that you can actually have it near and on your body. Okay, so
Starting point is 00:23:06 we figured out took us two and a half years to figure out and catalog all frequencies in nature and then we figured out a way to actually record these frequencies and then it took us about 18 months to develop two different kinds of mediums to record those frequencies onto and different kinds of mediums to record those frequencies onto. And one of them is a hologram. I'm wearing one right now. Wow. So you can kind of see that right here, right?
Starting point is 00:23:29 Yeah. Right? The circle thing? Yeah. And so there's actually 27 frequencies that are recorded onto this little dot. Wow. It's 18 karat gold.
Starting point is 00:23:40 And it'll hold that frequency. It'll hold it if I go through the airport and hit with that magnetic charge when they try to scan you. Yeah, it'll blast you. Yeah, yeah, it'll withstand all that. And it's keeping the frequencies, these 27 frequencies on and around my body, and so it creates a frequency shield for me.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Wow. Because, you know, these are all subtle and invisible to the eye. We can't, it's hard for our bodies to sense them. But when you use something like heart rate variability that taps into your heart fluctuation based on this frequency, I can see whether it's good for me or not good for me. That's crazy. So are those the supplements in that sticker?
Starting point is 00:24:19 The 27 supplements? Yeah. Wow, so you don't have to fly with it anymore? I don't have to carry this whole big... Holy crap. And so I think this is the future of medicine right here. Yeah. Wow. So you don't have to fly with it anymore? I don't have to carry this whole big- Holy crap. And so I think this is the future of medicine right here. I think that rather than all these vitamins, we're going to be just carrying kind of like-
Starting point is 00:24:34 Yeah, because they are going to travel with, right? A little pamphlet of different kinds of patches that you basically put on. You're vitamin D deficient, you put that frequency on you. And so we're developing a whole line we're calling theravibration, because basically it's harnessing the frequencies. We have two different formats that we put them on. One is a hologram, like you see here,
Starting point is 00:24:56 and the other would be a carbon fiber card or a pendant that actually holds the frequencies. And we can program them with whatever we want I love how subtle it is. It's not like anything extreme. You just throw it on. No, it's like nothing. Yeah. Wow, that's exciting, man So currently we have we have a patch for pain So I think a third of the country talks about being in some kind of pain. It's a hundred million people Yeah, right. And so it's and as older, you can get more of that, right? And so these are, there's no big,
Starting point is 00:25:31 like sort of like educational process. You feel pain in your shoulder because you overworked it, or you played some basketball and you feel it in your back or in your legs or something like that. You just put the patch where you feel like you need that restoration or that healing healing and so we have recovery we have a Patch that if you're getting ready for a competition It'll kind of get your cells all ramped up with the energy you need to be your optimal
Starting point is 00:25:55 Your greatest in performance then after your competition you got recovery, right? Muscle recovery and potential pain that you want to cover so you put those guys together right, muscle recovery and potential pain that you wanna cover. So you put those guys together. We developed a patch for immunity because that became much more paramount through the whole COVID experience. People now getting a little bit more vulnerable,
Starting point is 00:26:13 their systems are compromised, their immune systems are compromised a little bit. So we did that and then, let me see, we have one for energy that we call the mitochondria, um, one. And I think that's kind of covering like the broad basis of what people need now in terms of the energetics. We also developed a card. It's a laminate card that you can put in your refrigerator and it will
Starting point is 00:26:37 allow your food to last longer. Wow. I need that. Cause my berries die so quick. Yeah. So you know how like a avocado might brown if you just leave it on the table? Yeah. Because that's, it oxidizes. That's what's causing it to decay.
Starting point is 00:26:53 And what we figured out with the same process is we can actually influence the oxygen molecule so that it actually slows down the decaying process. So you can put it in your refrigerator and your food will last longer. Wow. Or you can actually take like some bottle of water and put the water on the actual chip or the card itself and it will restructure the water that you're drinking.
Starting point is 00:27:18 And that's the essence of life really, is restructured water. Cause that water, restructuring of water is the way cells communicate. Wow. And so, and the sun and the earth energies will restructure the water inside of you. Yeah, because you're supposed to do that to water in your crystals, right? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:27:35 With the full moon. Yeah. So, rather than getting, if you can't get it from those sources, you can just get a little card or you can get one of these chips and you can put it on your water source and that will sort of create that structure that allows the water to cellulahydrate you and that's the I think that's really the end game. That's a phenomenal product that should be at every farmer's market. Yeah or just how about everybody's home you know like why not just be able to have your food last longer? Rather than using chemicals to allow water, sorry, allow your foods to actually store a little better. When you can go to a gas station by Twinkie
Starting point is 00:28:13 that has a shelf life of 500 years, you start to think about what is that food source? Is it how natural is? And the further we get away from nature's actual, at food as a source, I think that's where why explains why people are as sick as they are these days. Yeah, because even if you do eat natural, there's still things you got to look out for. You got to look out for pesticides.
Starting point is 00:28:34 If it's not organic, there's glyphosate on it, you know. And the soils are over planted in a way. Right. A buddy of mine that is an expert in nitric oxide, he did a study and he went to Whole Foods stores in eight states across the country and took the same eight ounces of broccoli, measured it nutritionally,
Starting point is 00:28:57 and the variance in the nutritional value of organic broccoli from Whole Foods from state to state varied incredibly. Wow. So you're spending good money, but you're not realizing that the foods are coming out of soils that don't have the proper balance and nutrients in them.
Starting point is 00:29:14 So even though you're eating broccoli and you think you're doing it right, you're not getting the nutrition you need. And I think that's why we need to get sort of patches like this or understand that it's important to use plant-based supplements and organic supplements because the food sources aren't really reliable anymore.
Starting point is 00:29:32 Yeah, are you plant-based right now? Yeah. No meat for how long? No, I do, we do eat meat. Oh, you do? But we just kind of do it. Cycle? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:40 I think that's the way to do it. Everyone's looking for a diet to eat the rest of their lives, but you need to, I heard from Asprey, you should be cycling different diets. Totally. I think that has the way to do it. Everyone's looking for a diet to eat the rest of their lives. But you need to, I heard from Asprey, you should be cycling different diets. Totally. I think that has to do a lot too with the way your body chemistry is. And I agree with him that way.
Starting point is 00:29:52 Because if you get into a routine, there's a diminishing return. So you probably even see this in sports. Like if you're lifting and you're doing the same routine, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you get a really steep curve of gaining muscle or whatever you're going for. But then after a while, your body gets to know that routine
Starting point is 00:30:09 and so it starts to kind of level off like that. And then if you over train because you just wanna get that extra bunch of extra muscle or you wanna lose that extra weight, then it becomes catatonic where you can actually start breaking things down. So the key is to keep tricking your body. The key is like don't
Starting point is 00:30:25 get stuck in any routine and even if it's just like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you know, let's say legs on Monday and arms on Wednesday or whatever, just do the same exercises but just change the days around. Yeah. And that can make a huge difference right there. Absolutely. Yeah, people with these extreme diets and they're telling everyone to get on it, like the carnivore diet or whatever it is, vegan, it's kind of dangerous. Well, I think it's good for a while,
Starting point is 00:30:52 but it's not good for your life. Yeah, agree. What else are you doing for Biohawks these days? Well, we come out, we're always doing new things. And we were focusing this year in 25 on more learning experiences, getting people really to understand what to look for in the signs. Start listening to their inner voice in their bodies
Starting point is 00:31:16 to kind of get a feel for what their body is telling was good for them. Because I think mostly we're relying on outside sources to tell us what's good for us or what they read or what they saw on Instagram. But listen to the voice inside of you. Like the little doctor, your voice inside of you is a better doctor than me.
Starting point is 00:31:33 You're gut feeling, right? Yeah. Be intuitive. Understand whether it's good for you or not. You certainly know when, I mean, you interview a lot of people and you can tell from the energy of people that you're with whether or not it resonates for you or not. Yeah, there's a test, right?
Starting point is 00:31:46 If you hold something up and if your body is weak. Yeah, that's a muscle testing I was referring to before. I do that basically all the time. Yeah, you could do it with your iPhone and see how weak your body gets. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, so we're focusing on education. We're focusing on new innovative ways
Starting point is 00:32:05 to advance the subtle energies. That Thera Vibration category I mentioned is going to be big, I think, moving forward. And I'm really loving the contrast therapy stuff, because your body responds to stimulants. That's how we grow. That's how we learn. That's how we grow muscle.
Starting point is 00:32:23 That's how we do everything in our body. It's all about stimulants. And when you can, and I mentioned this to you earlier, like you can, we're known for our infrared and for red light therapy and holding onto those subtle energies of sunlight. So now when the sun brings that energy to the earth, it's streaming it.
Starting point is 00:32:43 It's pretty much sort of in a straight stream. And your body and nature on the planet is receiving it that way, kind of slow and is able to interpret it. And you're able to absorb it. And you're basically on an energetic basis, you're able to digest it. When you pulse anything, now you're
Starting point is 00:33:02 adding that extra stimulants into it. And so there you have pulsed electromagnetic fields, and now we're pulsing a lot of the other kinds of technologies, infrared technology, red light technology, because you can go back and forth from pulsing, which is that stimulant, to actually streaming. And so then your body, again, tricking your body,
Starting point is 00:33:22 not allowing your body to get comfortable with any one method to get the most out of it. I love that. Yeah, you just had me do the hand thing, right? Yeah. And there was red light, and it has the PEMF as well. Yeah. And we can also pulse it or we can stream it. And so you can choose which one you want based on what you need.
Starting point is 00:33:39 I love it. Are you doing any trackables, like the mattress or the ring or anything? We track in other ways. Like I use the heart rate variability. There's some challenges with, you know, anything can, it depends on what you're actually looking for. I like the wearables.
Starting point is 00:33:53 It's great information, but generally they're like static snapshots. I'm really more into the dynamic view. So in our expression of heart rate variability, you're actually wearing sensor cuffs and we're getting a streaming EKG. So in our expression of heart rate variability, you're actually wearing sensor cuffs, and we're getting a streaming EKG. So we're getting a live five-minute feed
Starting point is 00:34:09 of your heart fluctuation. That's different than a snapshot. And so snapshots are good, and provided that you stay consistent, like if you're taking, if you're using an auraring, let's say, and you're always getting snapshots, that's a good expression of you over time of what your body is doing from sleeping
Starting point is 00:34:25 to movement and things like that. I think that that technology is great, certainly better than nothing. But also you're wearing some device that's generating a signal into your body too at the same moment, you know? And so your body is then, your brain is responding to that.
Starting point is 00:34:41 So I kind of, when it comes to sleep studies, I kind of shy away from having the kinds of devices that are generating signals, like are wireless, because that's actually affecting your brain, you know, in a small way. No wireless earphones for you, AirPods? I have them, but I've remediated them. I fixed the way I fixed them.
Starting point is 00:35:02 Oh, you did, how? Yeah, because I have these chips and stuff that I program them. Oh wow. Yeah, and I'll do yours. I don't have them because I'm so scared the EMF. Yeah. I use the wired ones. Yeah, that's the best way to go. Yeah, I just feel like the wireless is just blasting your brain, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, it's convenient and people wear them but look think about you bringing people wear them, but look, think about you bringing magnetic energy and those signals as close as they can between your either your eyes or your ears are the closest thing to your brain. Right. And certainly I don't, wouldn't if it was just that we probably wouldn't have much to talk about.
Starting point is 00:35:36 But when you add that to hotspots at Starbucks and, and you know, because we can't see these subtle energies, your body can't respond. Mostly people can't respond to it quick enough. And then they don't realize why they're not sleeping well, why they are tired, extra tired in the morning, why they're not focused, and why we have things like early dementia and challenges as you get older.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Because you're a younger generation, but imagine if your generation for the next 20 years were just plugged into all these devices all the time. We don't know the long-term effects yet. Yeah, we're getting it now. We're just trying to feel that. Could you fix electric vehicles too? I actually stopped driving mine
Starting point is 00:36:14 because I'm worried about all the EMF. Yes, we can. Really? That's exciting. Yeah, I stopped driving my Tesla because I saw someone hold up a meter while you're charging it. Yeah. Oh my gosh. I recognized that when they first came out.
Starting point is 00:36:25 Wow. And it's not like the companies aren't socially or. They have to be aware, right? Well, they are. But the problem is that the two agencies that actually control that are the FTC and the FCC. And there are no health minded people that sit on those panels.
Starting point is 00:36:42 And so it's all about money. Yeah. And I understand it, but we won't know for 10 or 20 years from now, what exactly the effects of some of that is. And because it's not regulated, a lot of countries like in Europe, they're going from wireless to wired. So yeah, because of the very same things that you're already thinking about
Starting point is 00:37:06 intuitively so I agree I mean I I think too much of anything is not good for you anyway but with all the new tech that's coming out there's also the other power industries that are coming up like the stuff that we're doing with vibrational harnessing vibrations and those things will offset What we're seeing in the sort of a counterculture culture sort of approach to it I think with all the problems that we're gonna see from the tech We're also gonna see really cool tech coming out. That's gonna actually offset or remediate agreed What do you think of people like Bill Gates and companies trying to recreate meat like artificially create it? Not very much.
Starting point is 00:37:45 I'm not a fan of that either. Yeah. I just feel like it won't be the same, right? Of course not. Well, even if you just, let's say we take it away from meat as a food source, but you just look at a synthetic drug versus the, what is emulating in nature. The synthetics look the same under a microscope as let's say penicillin for instance. It comes from a fungus from a tree if you extract it. If
Starting point is 00:38:10 you look at the same organic compound under a microscope they look identical but the synthetic is absent the energetics and that's what I'm talking about when I talk about the subtle energies, right? You can't see it physically not having that energetic is so different in the way your body responds to On a cellular level and that's that we can measure Wow I didn't even think of it that way but that makes so much sense because you could copy it physically Exactly copying it energetically. That's probably impossible right for? For now, at least. And that's been our biggest problem. So a lot of the drug companies and all these groups,
Starting point is 00:38:49 I mean, I'm not saying that there's not a place for that kind of allopathic medicine or the Western approach. I'm not saying that at all. I'm just saying that it may not be necessarily my first choice. If I could do it naturally, get a natural source, then I think that way my body is responding on a primal level. And I think that's what we all need to get more back to is primal healing. Yeah and this is coming from
Starting point is 00:39:13 someone who battled Lyme disease, right? Yeah. So you would try to fix that naturally if it came up again? Totally. Yeah, I think a lot of people get the prescribed stuff when they're on Lyme disease or whatever, autoimmune disorder, and they don't know there's other remedies. Right, well they don't, and it's also a little bit harder, like there's a little bit more work. You have to own that challenge a little bit. And it's sort of easy to take a pill,
Starting point is 00:39:36 or it's easy to get a shot, or get some IV therapy and stuff like that. It's much easier to do that. And I don't necessarily think that faster is right. I think that in terms of body and nature, it's probably slower, that streaming effect where the body can digest it, and you can make those incremental adjustments
Starting point is 00:39:57 based on what your body needs from a daily basis. I think that that's where it comes from. Absolutely.
