Starting point is 00:01:20 100 in the background. Yeah. It is the dissect DJs. Watch this. Because we're the DJs like to mix it, throw it back, and dissect it. You know how we do. And we have been dissecting for a hundred episodes now.
Starting point is 00:01:46 Can you believe it? Can you believe it? My goodness. So we decided to go with an epic song from a certain year in the 80s called the Final Countdown for our final song at the castle tower. This is it.
Starting point is 00:02:00 We've done our final episode and from this point on we will have the castle fortress which has the castle studio from this point on and we're going to start doing videos. Start looking for us on Instagram. We're going to try to push this because we see everybody else making money on all this shit and it's like man, what are we doing
Starting point is 00:02:16 over here? We're doing something wrong. We need to some next level and the castle is a master editor. He's edited for HBO Cinemax all the big groups. So, 1986, that's when this song was released by the group Europe, the final count.
Starting point is 00:02:33 By the way, do you know where Europe, the group of Europe is from? I'm guessing it's not Europe because otherwise that wouldn't be a cool name. So I'm going to guess Kansas. You're correct, actually. How did you know that? Did you know that?
Starting point is 00:02:48 No, fucking way. No, it's not, Kansas. It's Sweden. It's actually Sweden. They're actually from Europe. As I'm looking, well, it's funny because, like, When you look, I'm looking at a picture of Europe right now. Oopsland, Basby.
Starting point is 00:03:00 When you tell me they're from Sweden, I'm like, yeah, for sure those guys are from Sweden. But if you saw them now looking like this, you'd be like those guys. Stockholm, Sweden. Those guys are definitely from Sweden. But in 1986, that's just what like every metal band looked like. These guys got all the flowy, like her. How come everybody that was in a metal band or some kind of band, like whatever their genre is, in the 80s, like, especially the mid-80s. They all had that.
Starting point is 00:03:25 long curly hair that kind of like for some reason there was like a glowing lighten behind it everybody just they all had that hairstyle that like fluff's up at the top drapes down to their shoulders they're all the exact same length yeah it's weird i don't know i makes me glad that i was i wouldn't have made it i wouldn't have made it back then i don't know what i would have oh your hair would look ridiculous to that time yeah i don't know i would just had hair on the sides because my top doesn't grow, just been hair flowing. There are oftentimes when I look back,
Starting point is 00:03:58 we look back at like past styles and we're like, it's crazy that that was a style, that was a fashion, but I could see it. I understand how that happened. I got to say that like kind of hard mid-80s, by far to me,
Starting point is 00:04:13 is the one that I get the least. I don't know how this look was ever considered like a sexy go-tale. Yeah, I don't get it. I don't get it. You know, You know, as we go through this episode, I'm going to come out with different final countdowns that I've encountered. And you let me know if you've encountered the same or not.
Starting point is 00:04:36 For example, the final countdown of an NCAA final four game. Yeah. Like we just watched, man. This man hit a perfect shot. Yeah. And sometimes the only match madness is able to have these, because it comes down, sometimes these final wire games. The final countdown to an NCAA March Madness game, if the game is close, is always a watch. We were just talking about it.
Starting point is 00:05:00 In college, we were like, dude, there's one point. What if this happened? If the game is within one or two with 30 seconds left, you have to watch that game. The final countdown of that is epic. Am I wrong? Especially in the March Madness tournament. Especially, yeah. For some reason, one or two points, you've got to watch.
Starting point is 00:05:15 Like, if I see an NBA game at any point, even in the playoffs, and it's like one point, in no way is my mind thinking this is about to have an epic finish. But in the March Madness tournament, when it's a one-point game in the final minute, I'm like, we're about to watch something that I might carry with me for the rest of my life. And I feel like tonight we just saw it. He rose up like Jordan. He floated for a minute. Perfect shot. So, so much.
Starting point is 00:05:40 So final countdown of that one. Again, I'll come up with more as we go on. I don't understand how that was a... Okay. All right. I trust where you got. You're dropping this on me with unbeknownst me. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:50 No plan on these in this. This is coming from the whim. I'm glad that you're preparing with something because this is exciting to me The final countdown of March man is the way you're getting at there Oh, and no way am I prepared I think you're right You're over estimating me either
Starting point is 00:06:06 I appreciate it You're doing the thing You give me a lot of credit and I like it, thank you But no this is all For a second there I was like This is all from the hip Throwing it at you like you Like you know this might work here
Starting point is 00:06:16 Okay I have no idea with the other final countdown I'm going to come up with But as we're coming on I guarantee you we're going to come up or something Because we have actually, we bookmarked the idea of episode 100 a couple weeks ago. Sure, we're coming down with song. What's all we're going to do it?
Starting point is 00:06:30 I kept throwing this one, Adam. Well, the original plan for the longest time was a song that I always thought, episode 100, we're going to do a song. I don't know if I want to name. No, it doesn't. It was a song that was very much emblematic of me and your friendship, especially when you lived here. And it was a song that every single time I walked through the door.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Justin had his DJs. We'll play now. We'll do that one soon. Yeah. And it's such a classic song for us. But it's our song. Because he had speakers set up through the whole, like, house. And as soon as I walked in, he would hit it. And when you guys hear it, you'll understand the first note. And it made me feel so good because I would walk home from a long day at work.
Starting point is 00:07:09 And I was immediately met with like a party. And a beer. So, yeah. And so I thought that, for the longest time, I was like, that's what we're going to do for song 100. But I don't think it played enough to, like, the historic nature. And this song just says it's a final countdown. It has this feeling of epicness when the song starts.
Starting point is 00:07:31 And it just, it works more for the general audience as song 100 that we've covered here on the Dysect DJs. Absolutely. And real quick, going back to your story, I set up speakers in this house and turned this place into a potty for three months where we live together. Such a good time. It was longer than that. It was three months. Three months. I know it.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Well, maybe four. It might have been four months. It was like May to September. What was that? May, June, July, August, September. Five months, you're right. And I was out in September. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:59 But, no, man, that was good times. I was to roll out of rollerblade through the house. It was great. Good times, man. Possibly my favorite five months of my 10-year existence here. And the whole time, I actually wasn't 100% because I had a bunch of different deaths that happened and money was tight. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:08:15 We made the most of that shit. And I loved it. Good times. Yeah. All right. Let's get back to this final countdown song. He broke my elbow in a skating stab. He was doing his thing. Half of
Starting point is 00:08:25 it, I was in a sling. Get your medical insurance, right, people. Yeah. All right, let's listen to what Europe has to tell us because they're leaving on something. What are you guys? What are you doing, Europe? We're leaving together. It gets me going, dude.
Starting point is 00:09:33 It's such a good song for the end. He's saying, are we going to leave? Is this the end? Are we leaving the ground? Will things ever be the same again? No, Castle Day will not be, because we're not ever fucking recording from this room or this house again, which you were saying, dude,
Starting point is 00:09:46 I don't know this. Well, you're going to find out on this. He's going to take photos before he leaves. But Castle has had the absolute, most epic vision to wake up to every morning for, what, five, six years now or something like that? Somewhere around that. Ten years. This room you have for ten years?
Starting point is 00:10:00 Oh, no, you're right, yeah. This room, I think, for five years. His view is the ocean. It's amazing. It's incredible. But you know what? There comes a time where, you know, you don't want roommates anymore. You want to have your own fucking spot, your own student.
Starting point is 00:10:11 your own place where you can have an office studio and nothing gets changed. So I understand the change, but my goodness, the final countdown. See what I'm doing there? This is the second final countdown. The final countdown of you being here in this room, I need to know your feelings towards it. Go. No, every day I wake up and I get a little sad that I'm not going to be able to wake up to this presence. Epic people.
Starting point is 00:10:34 You people. Windows all around. The ocean is right there. It feels like the kind of thing that you're like, I don't know if I'm going to be able. to get this kind of presentation from a wake-up situation again, but my goal is to get back to that. And I still have a view of the ocean and the new place with a balcony. It's a little bit farther past.
Starting point is 00:10:54 But it's okay. I don't want to make this two episodes too much about me and my situation. No, this is the final count of your situation here, so it's okay. And let me tell you, one last thing about this place. People, when I castle moved into this room, I remember walking in this room, but I, Castle, I'm ready to bone you because of this room, dude. This is crazy, dude. What is this room you have here?
Starting point is 00:11:12 Next level, dude. The next level room. No, and forever. And the roof on this place. Again, we'll post pictures. Go on dissect DJs. We'll post a couple photos. We've taken photos of the...
Starting point is 00:11:19 Oh, yeah. This house is 10 years down of just epicness. We've had a good time. But you know what? Places come to an end. Anyways. All right, so let's break down what Europe is actually trying to say here, all right? We're leaving together.
Starting point is 00:11:33 But still, it's farewell. Which doesn't make sense right away, because if we're leaving, together but still it's fair like that if we're leaving then it's farewell so why do you have to say but still what what it's farewell i guess because it's like if we're late if me and you are at a party and we're like all right should we bounce and you're like yeah let's get the hell out of here then i wouldn't say farewell to you so i guess unless we're like driving in different cars maybe but like i don't know why are we saying but still it's farewell well maybe he's going to murder that person like we're leaving together but still a farewell
Starting point is 00:12:10 I'm going to kill you. Not too deep. Darkness right away. And I'm not even following what you're trying to say there. No, it didn't hit it at all. I don't know. I watched a little too many, 48 hours. 48 hours.
Starting point is 00:12:24 Forensic files. Oh, okay. And maybe we'll come back to Earth. Who can tell? So they're leaving Earth now. Is this like a mission of Mars situation? Or like what is this? Telling you, he's killing the person, dude.
Starting point is 00:12:37 He's killing them. He's sending them to heaven or hell? not on earth. He's going to kill this person. And maybe we'll come back to Earth then. Then how would you do that if you killed it? It feels like a group. It feels to me like a group effort to leave.
Starting point is 00:12:52 Oh, so this is like a cult. It's a big exodus. It could be. They weren't singing this song when those fools with the Haley's comic came and they all wore Nikes and died. That group of cult that died, they better have been listening to this. Which happened, yes, several years after this.
Starting point is 00:13:08 So maybe this is the kind of thing. If this song wasn't playing as they were dying, they were fucking up. Yeah, I was about to say, they should have. This should have been the last song they listened to. They should have just been like, A final count. Which almost feels like, what are we to go out? If I'm going out with a cold like that, I'm going out with Europe.
Starting point is 00:13:29 Got to go out with the final count. I got to go out with the Swedish sensation Europe. I guess there is no one to blame. we're leaving ground leaving ground will things ever be the same again let me do that again real quick let me add some oh you've had that option the whole time
Starting point is 00:13:48 oh yeah you didn't bust that shit out i don't know what effects you have i got i got i got hall short room let's just pick one right wait a minute i don't need to describe leaping ground no it wasn't good let me try i want
Starting point is 00:14:02 you were so much better at this in 80s month yeah i'll get it i'll get it leave no oh you know you know Why? Because I'm on the wrong. I think we actually had to be. Because yours is the connected one. I got it.
Starting point is 00:14:12 I got it. All right. I think, let me just. Leaving ground. Ah, fuck you. I was going to say, I think we need to actually be in the 80s month for the synth or the, the, the reverb to work. No, I just need to get my shit together. All right.
Starting point is 00:14:28 Try it again. I'm going to say the whole thing. Yeah, say, we're leaving ground. We're leaving ground. Leet. Oh, man. You're so. This is a disaster.
Starting point is 00:14:38 This episode's not going to air. Leaving grounds. Okay, go ahead. That was good. They'll like that. I like that. We left off season one with 80s month, with an absolute epic banger of 80s classics.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Disappeared into the night, never to be heard from again. People are asking, what happened to the die-sike DJs? Here we are. One guy, which we love you, dude. Nobody comments, dude. We have multiple listeners.
Starting point is 00:15:04 It is clear that we have multiple people that listen to us. They probably have us like, I got to listen to Dijs. When they're coming out with a new episode and when it pops up there be like oh shit But nobody
Starting point is 00:15:13 I was telling you There's something Nobody responds Nobody wants to talk some shit There's a solid thousand At least every episode We've had about We've had 10 emails in our years
Starting point is 00:15:21 Dude One of them was a lady hating on us For the fact that The Bohemian Rhapsody We didn't know the backstory of it And like She was like You can't believe
Starting point is 00:15:30 You guys didn't know I was like Have you heard our show before? Do you know what we do? We don't research our songs She thought we were like supposed to know the detail. Yeah, we don't do shit here, people. We literally say, what song you want to do?
Starting point is 00:15:44 We literally look up lyrics. We Google it as we are recording the episode like, oh, is this something we should look? I was actually just thinking as we were breaking down this episode, like, is there a deeper meaning of this song that I should know. And I'm sure there is. And I don't know what the fuck Europe is talking about. There always is. It feels, yeah, because they're talking about leaving Earth and everything. Will things ever be the same again?
Starting point is 00:16:08 Final countdown. Somebody dying, dude. I'm telling you, this is somebody. Well, I get the idea. This song is always reminding me of like a rocket launch. Like, it feels like a rocket launch. But if they are rocket launch and they tell you in the next sentence where they're going. Let's listen to the next one.
Starting point is 00:16:22 Let's listen. Let's keep it going to. Maybe, yeah, we're judging too quickly. Let's let the beat play out and see where it takes us. Real quick, he says, Beinus. Beas. We're heading to Venus?
Starting point is 00:16:43 Yeah, they're heading to Venus. So that's what I was going to say. They're flying, like you said. and they tell you where they're going. Why? Why the fuck you're going to Venus, dude? That is not a planet that's like... Habitable.
Starting point is 00:16:54 Habitable? Habitable. Habitable. Habitable. Fucking, man, it took me a long time to get to that. I'm actually shocked that you got there. It was almost certain you weren't going to find it. It was a long roundabout, dude.
Starting point is 00:17:06 Venus is not a... Well, none of the planets are, but Venus is special... That's like the farthest... That's one of the farthest planets away, right? It's out there. It's a fuck out there. I feel so stupid. You wait too long to get around the network.
Starting point is 00:17:19 That's what makes you feel stupid. You say so many stupid things on this podcast. Yeah, but that was like that one got me. All right, what were you saying about Venus? It's not hospitable. Habitable. Habitable. Yeah, no, why are we going to Venus?
Starting point is 00:17:33 Why Venus of all planet? It is Venus code. Maybe he'll tell us. Maybe he'll tell us. Let's see. Here we go. This song is epic. I've never listened to this song.
Starting point is 00:19:37 They have such a kid drum solo. What was it? What is this song? This is going into my... Sincelo. I was wondering when you're going to get that. I just want to hear that whole thing. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:46 This is why we need cameras on us, because I needed everybody to see how into the... That's why we're going to take off. The electric... Honestly, that's when the snow's going to take off when they see the visuals. Hey, let me just say, we suck at social media and that's fine, okay?
Starting point is 00:20:02 We came in a generation just before this. That's probably why nobody noticed. But that's okay. All I care about, is that we get your ears and you are hearing our voice right now. That's what matters to me. And I know that we do get that and that is the important thing, okay? We're not here for your visual pleasure,
Starting point is 00:20:24 although I would like us to be because I wish that y'all could see what... Justin got so into that whole last verse. The whole guitar solo, he air guitared the shit out of it. You were staring at something on your computer the whole time. No, no, my eyes were staring, but I was in my eyes were staring, but I was in my head. Okay. No, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:42 His guitar rips were epic there. Your head started, like, doing this vibration thing. It was amazing. It was incredible. I was singing Jack Black with it. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. It was very Jack Black-esque, for sure. It was honestly the most I've ever enjoyed this song.
Starting point is 00:20:58 And I enjoyed this song. I've always enjoyed it. I never realized it had such an epic, like, fucking breakdown. That was awesome. Just watching you vibe right there was my favorite. Yeah. That was also. It was unique.
Starting point is 00:21:11 It was fresh because this song, I have not heard that. Usually I'm out of it. Because you can mix this song as a DJ. It's a good, yeah, you usually just want that first part. That's all right. That's all right. But, dude, I didn't realize the guitar solo, so I have it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:24 I have an answer as to why they're heading to Venus. Oh, hit me. I didn't realize you were even researching this. No, I did. I did. I researched nothing. It rhymes with Cinas. That's the answer.
Starting point is 00:21:37 Because the next line is, because maybe they've seen. Venus, that's why. You don't think they rhyme they've seen us with Venus initially? No. I think that they... Why would they go to... But again, why would they go to Venus? Venus is a good, like, word.
Starting point is 00:21:51 It's the word... I guess it's the planet of beauty, so therefore they're going... Is it? You go see some chick that's hot? Wait, wait, wait, wait. Isn't there a book called, like, men are from Mars, women are from Venus? Which is not true.
Starting point is 00:22:04 No, it's not. We're all from Earth. Or we might be aliens from another planet that came here, and then like we repopulated it once we got here. I don't think so. That's pretty deep. But yeah, so maybe it's like a... So you think we're monkeys that developed?
Starting point is 00:22:18 No, that's not when I'm getting that. No, how did we get here? We just, Adam and Eve just plop down and I gave a rib. I was like, here. Maybe. Here's a rib, babe. Like, it doesn't... What are you talking about? Adam and Eve.
Starting point is 00:22:29 You know how you and I go into Adam and Eve. We did do a whole episode on the Three Things podcast. About Adam and Eve. A snake. And then, anyways, got it. Yeah, that was actually how I first learned the whole rib thing, because you enlighten me. I had never heard that part.
Starting point is 00:22:42 No, I think maybe just Venus because that's like referenced as the female planet. And maybe they're all these. Nothing else of this refers to anything like that. All these Swedish dudes with their crazy hairdids are like, let's go get some Venus. And that's not, but hold up, dude, a couple lines later, it says with so many light years to go, Venus is not even a light year away. Venus is a couple of million lightwearers. It's not even a light year away. It's like a half a light year
Starting point is 00:23:10 So so many light years He's like He doesn't even describing this correctly I question your research in that How many light years is Venus away? I will ask that right now How many? I'll ask chat BGT right now
Starting point is 00:23:22 Buzz It is buzzed light years away I'm telling you it's not even Not even point five How many light years is Venus from Earth? Perfect Let's see It says it's 110.04
Starting point is 00:23:37 million miles. That's miles, but I know. The distance from Earth is 4.4 light years. What's a light year? Okay, so a light year. A light year is in a year how far light travels.
Starting point is 00:23:57 Mm, that makes sense. And therefore, if you take the quantity of light into the physics and the actual conundrum of which it takes and develops itself, you will then come to find that in realization the description of the conclusion you can come to a conclusion that the description of the light years where you will fathom definition yeah i so wanted to believe you were going somewhere with that but i so knew that you weren't i was very strong and positive
Starting point is 00:24:36 but in all honesty i started just trying to think of my own like final countdown to like throw out there so i was just going to let you run with that but uh yeah no i got you had nothing shockingly jelson had nothing with his attempt to be very very professor with it no it's six light minutes away dude i don't know what that means what is a light minute how many minutes it doesn't matter it's we're not a scientific podcast nobody comes here for their science okay wait a last chance Venus is six light minutes away from the sun Earth is 8.3 light minutes away from the sun
Starting point is 00:25:18 Therefore we are 1.7 light minutes away from Venus What's your favorite top 10 countdown? Hmm In life just in general I mean it had to be had to be NTVs Oh like the MTV jams NTV jams? I loved MTV jams That was your thing and I actually enjoyed that
Starting point is 00:25:40 That was one of the only times I watched music videos as well was back then. Early, like, no scrubs. Yeah. And anything TLC that they came out with. Yeah. I was watching during those times. No, MTV Jams. I'm sure when most people think of MTV's top 10, they take of T.
Starting point is 00:25:54 10. Yeah, they had a great countdown. Yeah, he said love those shows. Any of the musical countdowns were my fans. Well, most people would probably think a TRL. SportsCenter top tens. Always a good one. Oh, great top 10 right there.
Starting point is 00:26:07 If I see sports center top 10 happening on the TV, I'm stopping everything I'm doing. going for the next two minutes. Yeah. Watching the whole thing. It's probably the best part of Sports Center, really. Unless there's a highlight you're specifically looking for. Which you'll see again at the top ten.
Starting point is 00:26:18 If we're like having a conversation and then we have just Sports Center on in the background and then it gets to the top ten we're going to like, oh wait. Let's see. Hold on my fuck. I'm not one point seven. Let's see this out. Nobody gives a fuck about the fucking light years. Nobody believes your scientific knowledge at this point.
Starting point is 00:26:34 It's two point. It doesn't matter. All these numbers are fucking pointless at this point. You're getting to something good. Let's finish the final countdown of the final countdown. Wait. The Royal Rumble Top 10. That's my favorite.
Starting point is 00:26:47 Because you were going to ask. The Royal Rumble, 10, 9, 8, every single time the next guy comes in. That's my favorite top 10. That's my final countdown. That's the America I live in. Wrestling sucks. What if this is the final countdown before he, like, you know, blows his load? It probably was.
Starting point is 00:27:48 I'm going to miss her so. She's going to leave after this. How many times? I don't know where I'm going with this. Hold on. No, I know where I'm going with that. I don't know if I want to. I'll pull back.
Starting point is 00:28:01 Pull back. I already been dipped into it. We're going to have to go that way. Anyways, I was just, I'm trying to think about their final counten. Yeah, I hit it. Actually, I do, but I feel like you don't want to hear yourself. Where are you about to go? How often do you think this has been playing in the background?
Starting point is 00:28:17 Towards the end? At the final, well, sexual operations are happy. The final five minutes. And then this guy has to feel like, I'm almost done. Hold up.
Starting point is 00:28:25 This has to be. Put some Europe on, dude. Then he's almost thinking like, how epic would it be though? If I fucking nailed this. It's got to be. It's got to be.
Starting point is 00:28:37 I'm so low. He's just drilling for the final drill. He's just drilling. It'd be in the back of the mind. I'm going to do it. Both participants involved. I'm going to do it. We're going to talk about it next episode.
Starting point is 00:28:47 Okay. I'm not looking forward to you. I don't think anybody else is either. So please don't. And that was the end of season two? That's the end of season. That is the final count out of season two. Ladies and gentlemen,
Starting point is 00:29:01 hope you enjoyed our first 100 episodes. Oh, man. Wow. Can you imagine when we first set down? No, man, I didn't think we're going to get to 100, man. Think about this. Let me paint a picture real quick. So this was a segment that we first began when we were doing,
Starting point is 00:29:18 and the three things about podcasts. And it was just one of the things about. We'd be like, let's break down a song. And Justin came to me with the idea, like, that's the whole show. We just do a song and episode, and that's a new podcast. And I was like, I like the idea of that. That sounds cool. And it all really kicked off, I think.
Starting point is 00:29:41 There's this random day. We were going to hang out with our buddy Greg messes for his birthday. and before we left for it, he was like, let's just sit here and record us breaking down Michael Jackson's man in the mirror. Is that what we did? That was the first one that was like, I think, us just sitting there and doing that. And it was just us fucking around. And I think it made its way onto our... One of the episodes.
Starting point is 00:30:05 It's in the, like, yeah, top... It's one of the first 20 episodes. We ended up throwing it in there. But I remember that being the first time that we sat down and actually did this as an idea. and I love doing it so much And I was like, yeah, that's so much easier Than what I've been doing with the three things. So let's do that as a podcast
Starting point is 00:30:25 And it's been so much fun Every single episode To hang out with my best friend And just talk about these songs And we could do any song And so many of these episodes Are just let's throw a song on and break it down Yeah, you know how many times
Starting point is 00:30:39 We've had a song where we were going through One of our podcast We're like, wait, you should just do that one And then that was the very next song We jumped on Just because it connected. A lot of these episodes just got decided, let's do that song, and then we hit record, and then we just start doing it. And it's fun to do, and I appreciate that we've been able to do 100, and let's do 100 more.
Starting point is 00:30:58 Well, our next 100, we're going to, well, we're not every one of them, but we're definitely going to do video podcasts. We're going to start showing us dancing and enjoying, pretty me throw some videos on that you guys will see. Because like I said, Castle is the master editor. And he, not kidding when I said, I know I'm joking, but this man has been editing for the big, as companies for the last 10 years and it's time for us to do it for ourselves and uh i think we can do it we're going to do it we're going to do it because i know it's so much back end work for them because i'm going to do it it's time it's time for us to make this next level and see where we can take this you're right so uh i do feel like the visual medium of this will take it the next level because
Starting point is 00:31:34 just watching justin jam out to that song as it was happening was just like that alone right there a little extra that's that's the kind of thing that y'all need to we would like to bring our fan base into our world and let you really just feel that much more part of the show. So that is the final countdown of the Dysect DJs. And I know a lot of you were worried that we were going somewhere, but we ain't going nowhere, baby. We're right here. We're right here.
Starting point is 00:32:00 We're doing this. We're doing this for as long as. We in this. And there's so many other songs for us to count down. And we've come to find, and whenever a song is not like, you know, we're not supposed to be doing it. It just gets taken off. And then we just, you know, we keep moving. We just keep moving.
Starting point is 00:32:14 They just keep moving. They don't like it. They take it off. And we were like, okay, oh, well, sorry. We say sorry. Never. By the way, you brought no other final count. You told me you were going to have like 10 final counts.
Starting point is 00:32:24 We had three final countdowns. You told me you're going to have a bunch. I told you three. I told you have a couple. We had the, you brought the second one up, which I appreciate it. I was waiting for you to have another one. We talked about the final countdown. You did wrestling.
Starting point is 00:32:35 Throw another one. We did music. We did final countdown of top 10. We just listened to it. We did. And I talked about final countdown of me busting a nut to the song. And has anybody done that? You were like, dude, the timing of that would be epic.
Starting point is 00:32:47 We talked about a lot of fun countdown. Give me one more. All right. The final countdown to the world coming to an end, dude. You think that's an actual possibility? Man, this thing is not looking nice, but then again, it is looking nice, right? There's no way that any one thing could end up being the end of the world. Let a tsunami hit Hermosa, dude.
Starting point is 00:33:11 All right, well, that would be the end of Hermosa. Fine. but the world is a vast play. You're talking about more than Earth. You're not even talking about the end of Earth. All right. We'll talk. We'll talk towards a point at this point,
Starting point is 00:33:23 and this is really, if the China combining with Iraq and combining with Brazil as well as combining with Russia, and them all doing their own currency so that they no longer use U.S., that's a guaranteed war, dude. I'm going to let you know. So final count that might be happening.
Starting point is 00:33:40 And if those countries fight each other, Dude, that's the entire, like, everybody fighting each other. That's crazy. I don't even want to think about the possibilities. Still, that's just Earth. You're talking about the world. Way bigger than that. You're talking about the universe?
Starting point is 00:33:52 You're talking about the universe? Would you consider the world to be just the Earth? Yeah, the world is the Earth, and then everything past that is the universe. That's our world. That's our world. That's our world. The world is Earth. Earth is world.
Starting point is 00:34:04 And then everything else past that is universe. All right. And then if you want to go past our universe, there's multi-universes. Yeah. which gets crazy to think about when you start going that around. It's really crazy to actually imagine that we're just actually a small spec in the whole. We're a small spec in a group, in a group. Like it's like, what, dude?
Starting point is 00:34:21 Yeah, so there's definitely people. And we are, and that's what's a narlily I think about. And that's why that's the only reason that I actually believe that there's some other life out there. I don't actually know that there's like the alien situation that things that we, but, yeah, I mean, when you actually look at the entire universe spectrum, yeah, it's crazy to think about there's no way that there's not a life that has not grown. able to see this much of a visual spectrum. The visual spectrum's like, like, we're able to see 10%.
Starting point is 00:34:45 There could be people fucking, the aliens walking around us right now. They're just on a different visual spectrum because they know how to work and manipulate light and shit like that. That's where you go deep, dude. That's where you get deep. It's like, well, holy shit, but then the other, but then how are we not affected by that? Like, we're not able to see something. Is there a wall there? No, we're able to see the wall because that's in our visual spectrum.
Starting point is 00:35:02 It just gets crazy, dude, quick, quick. Like, I don't want to do that. But I do, I do worry about the end of the world, but then I don't. Because people like you make me realize, dude, what? dude, everything's fine. And it really is. Fundamental difference between the way me and Justin
Starting point is 00:35:14 operating is, uh, I have an entire pantry full to keep me. I have, I have three propane tanks. I have, uh, entire pantry full of, uh,
Starting point is 00:35:23 eatables that all last, I'm lasting for a solid year of this world. He always has a closet full of like waters and stuff. I have a rice bag that you wouldn't believe how big the rice bag is. Justin is prepared for Armageddon at all times. At all times, at least to eat. At least don't want to starve to death.
Starting point is 00:35:38 And I, that's it. I'm, I'm out of the mindset that's, like when that shit goes down, I'll figure it out. I'll figure it out. I'm a survivor. I'm a survivor.
Starting point is 00:35:45 How are you going to survive? There's no food. How are you going to eat? There's no animals for you to eat. Oh, man. I figure it out. You all start talking deep like that. I get weird quick.
Starting point is 00:35:53 But that's always the biggest fundamental difference between the two of us. When he lived here, he was constantly being like, doesn't it ever trip you out that he lived so close to the ocean? And a tsunami. It slams this entire community. And I'm like, it's never crossed my mind once. It's never crossed my mind. I'm like, cross my mind.
Starting point is 00:36:08 I look outside. Like, looks dangerous like uh yeah we're definitely different our our version of the final countdown i guarantee he'll be like everything's good now my ass will be tripping balls like screaming yelling i like the way i roll better yeah you know and i i look up to you i look up to you and i appreciate your way of things no question dude justin carry is a lot more stress than i do on a daily basis for things that are just out of your control that's what it comes down to it just like yeah yeah that's the same thing you're able to realize what you with with politics and everything just like when people
Starting point is 00:36:39 get all riled up about shit. I'm just like, is that something that I can affect or control? It's just like, I can't. I don't know. It's not, if it's something I can't affect on a daily basis, I'm not going to let it be something that actually, like, inflicts. And that's not to say that it doesn't happen sometime. There are sometimes there, like, court decisions
Starting point is 00:36:58 or something that comes down, and it's just like, that does get me angry or, like, you know, fucking mass shooting or something, and it just does get me, like, riled up. Something crazy, like you're on a ship, and you didn't really have weed, and then the next guy walks, he looks like a crack addict,
Starting point is 00:37:12 and he gets to walk right fucking through, and then you might get caught up with like a bullshit like weed pin, but he walks away with a crack pipe and like it looked like definitely crack and heroin in his system. Like, you know, those are the kind of parts of life
Starting point is 00:37:25 that'll throw you for a loop, you know, things like that. Yeah, that's true. But, although that sounds like an oddly specific situation that I may have gone through, but it's the kind of thing that it's like,
Starting point is 00:37:38 I will deal with it when it comes. It happens. You know what I mean? I'm not going to fucking spend my days stressing about shit that I can't control and that I won't be. And it may not affect me. So, you know, I enjoy spending my days looking at the ocean, the sun, and the vibe. And then that's what makes me happy. So much better at that.
Starting point is 00:37:57 Yeah. So there's another final countdown. So we talked about multiple final countdowns. You try to call me out for not saying. No, I tried. I called you out to say let's get one more. And we talked about the end of the world. And you did.
Starting point is 00:38:06 That was good. Well done. I got wit, dude. Okay. I guess that's all that's left to do is slap it out and snap it out. How many slaps are you giving Europe the final countdown? It is so epic. If you're not getting hype or feel a certain level of like,
Starting point is 00:38:31 just alive. If you don't feel alive when they're singing this, I don't know, man. We can't be friends. I don't know something. You're not feeling the synth. You're not feeling what they're saying. I don't know what they're saying.
Starting point is 00:38:43 But whatever they're saying is the final. Cal down. They're headed to Venus. And then coming in with the... Bapar! Just epic, dude. So, yeah, this is one of my few. I don't got too many.
Starting point is 00:38:53 I don't give it out very freely. It's a five clapper right here. What you got, Cass? Mean five slapper. Yeah. Clapper, slapper. Same shit. Devereins.
Starting point is 00:39:03 I've been trying to say this from the beginning. 100 episodes in and he's still... It was good for me to continue that. He's still calling it a five clapper and not a five slapper. You get what I was saying. You get it. All right. you should have gotten second and because
Starting point is 00:39:19 I'm not giving it five slaps Come on I'm not gonna give it five What do you got? No, I know What you got? What you got? What you got?
Starting point is 00:39:34 I don't give it four slaps. Four slaps, Okay, all right, alright, It was close for me. I was almost a four slapper, but it just, it made me hit deep.
Starting point is 00:39:41 I got to be honest, I was gonna go three. Then you gave five and you got so hyped about it and I was like, all right, maybe I'll give it four. It's just because
Starting point is 00:39:50 this is not a song that I'll ever play. I'll never be like You're not driving down the beach dude on the end, like the end of the drive? Like the final count of the drive? It would be great for that but at no point at that point there's like 500
Starting point is 00:40:07 songs that I will think of that will go great with like a sunset beach drive that I will play before. 500? Name four. 5,000. I don't know about 5,000. You said 500, I want to hear four top of your head, go. Now, go. There's a bunch of
Starting point is 00:40:23 of... No, no time to... No time to wait. You got $500. You should have four off the top. Go. And go. You don't.
Starting point is 00:40:29 You don't have four. Because this is a fantastic song. And there's not many you can fucking bring on. I'm not going to start listing songs on another song's episode. That's disrespectful. It's good. I like your way of beating around that bush. I got to go to my playlist.
Starting point is 00:40:45 I got playlists and I have a go-dust. Trust me. There's a bunch of them. Get out of here. You know, I like... Yeah. I mean, but it would work. I'm not saying it wouldn't work.
Starting point is 00:40:55 That's why I gave it four slaps. You're acting like I disrespected it. On the final countdown for you to really give something here, you didn't give it the final. That's your opinion. You can't judge slaps, but you know how many times you've disrespected songs I love with your slaps? I give something for slaps,
Starting point is 00:41:13 and you're like, that song sucks. It happens most of the time. So I give my slaps. You give your slaps. It's part of the fun of this podcast, and it will be a podcast that we continue on with because the dissect DJs are back. We're back, baby. And get excited. We're done at the tower.
Starting point is 00:41:34 We have our done our final episode at the final destination of Castle's final time here. It was a true final count. In the final month, in the final couple days of final week. And we're going to Europe or Venus. Next!
