Every year, this time of year, we say this. Struggling. Those of you that don't know. Anyways. They get better and better too. So always at this time of year, we look for what songs have been playing all year, right? The last like four years at least, I always get to this point where I'm like, what has happened to hip hop, man? It's the same shit. I hear myself sound like an old man as I say that, but it's true. You know what it's making me miss when I hear like the songs? Old school Kanye, okay?

I miss Farrell. A graduation Kanye? Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Drake, Bruno Mars. You know what? All these guys had unique sounding music, clever beats, good lyrics, poetry, like just something that like made it like stand out. But with that said, come on. Jack Harlow.

Yeah. decided to bring it with this. Jack Harlow saved us. Literally like a week ago, I said we need this year's Young Gravy, which was last year when we were putting a mix together. I came up on Young Gravy's Betty, right as we were about to put together the mix. Like, last year we did the last week of the year.

That's just all I needed. Just that one little banger right there that gives me something to pop that could bring us from this part of the song to the next part of the song. If we put this in the year-in-review mix, they're going to jump out. thing I think if I had to recollect the members that we have. There was ludicrous Snoop Dog. Remember, there was the Roddy Rich verse that you didn't want to give in. And I said, if I hear another Roddy Rich verse, he'll get in there. But, like, he's in the mix.

It's been so long that we added anybody new to it that I don't even remember. I always wanted to make a list, but I never actually went back and get it. Most songs are trying to do this two thing, where they don't do the third verse. It's two. Well, considering how shitty most hip-hop songs are nowadays,

And this song, I don't know if you ever saw that. It was all right. It was all right. I definitely prefer the first one. But I just, you know what? The fact that he brought the Woody Harrelson character out in 23-3, I thought he did a good job. I thought he was fine with it.

You know, it's just like, as is the case with most remakes, yeah, you're not better than the first one. I just felt like there was more stakes in the first one. I felt like there was more like heart and story to it. But it was cool to see it like remade with Jack. I like Jack. He's at a big NBA dude. And he is actually bringing.
