I mean, pretty much the same take that everyone has is that it's bad and that's what i said and everyone was like what happened with hellenope because it came out and it was like the mystery the intrigue everyone loved it and then like it fully came out everyone was like fuck this game no it wasn't even that it fully came out and people were like fuck this game by the third update the game was just so fundamentally broken and was getting worse with every iteration because it was trying to lean into this whole there's a big mystery and the mystery is this guy has a glowy basement that's it turns out his basement just as weird as his house so they had a concept of mystery then they tried to fill the mystery and could never live up to expectations, so they kept it mysterious.

Yeah, MatPat put it best when him and his wife were on a stream. But he's real? MatPat? Of course, in this universe, absolutely. He's king. So they're making a prequel because people didn't get the story of the first game. And then MatPat said, oh, oh i got it i just didn't care and it's like that's that's the thing is like there's nothing there's nothing of substance and so people were just like looking at that like oh man he put the the death sentence on this game and i'm like how were people playing it and being like yeah you know how i don't get it you're gonna play

Because it was made by just a couple of dudes, and they were getting better at it.

And I'm like, since when? And I know people are all up in arms about it, but it was like, It's just a cash grab! And I'm like, who cares?! And I realized how much my words impacted it. And I realized that that was their first attempt at making a game. And if you're going to shit on someone for their first attempt at making a game, and I don't know if Garden of Bam Bam was their first attempt, then it's like you got to you got to like hold back a little bit. And you notice I didn't say these Hello Neighbor opinions back when it was coming out.

I said it many years later after it's been very clear that they've been milking this shit for a very long time. It's like, I don't know why people pay it. So we milk and it's okay. They milk and it's bad. Oh god, yeah. When I knew the milking, it's 100% A-okay. 100%. It is all good.

that we've done so we're gonna talk i have a list i posted on the subreddit and it got 800 and some responses so i've gone through and i've called out A lot of people responded with things that are not bits that were just a thing that happened in an episode. But I pulled out what I think are most of the bits that were most requested. If I miss any, I'm sure the subreddit will tell me. But we're going to go through some of our iconic bits from the show.

There are parts about my fridge stuff that aren't bits. Let's just say all of the bits around it. People asking if the fridge is okay. The jokes about Lowe's, which is definitely like a recurring thing that comes up.

There are posts in the subreddit regularly of like, I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's. I hope it doesn't happen. Like what about the parts of it that are more like bits where they recur in their things? Because it's such a broad thing. I think it can definitely

be considered a bit because it has spawned so many derivatives and the best, the best memes and the best bits are things that have longevity and they create

their own category of things. So if you consider it like that then bobsleds being the archetype of this definitely would be a nest here because of how many like trickle-down effects it's had when did that episode come out i thought for a second you were gonna say it belongs in fridge tier and we were just gonna keep going off the rails but i i'm i'm with you i think that's it's a broad thing, but like, I think you're right. by who has the most S through B tier bits. Well, I was riding my step bro while listening to this episode and I crashed him. God. In S tier, Mark has one, but Wade has two. And I have two. In A tier, one for wade one for me triangle of fairness i'm gonna say that's mark's bit because it kind of started with mark that's mark so that's

one for mark ads that are all in big story no one gets that subreddit defend me is a wade bit so wade has two and mark has one and then in b tier it's B tier, it's a me, and that's a Mark bit. Oh. What was Mark? Wait, where's Ship of Theseus? That was a Mark bit. Ship of Theseus is in its own tier. Theseus tier.

Oh, I would have put that in S or A, but Mark did move that to its own tier. From counting up who has the most bits in the S through B categories, which are clearly the superior bits, it looks like today's winner is Wade. I'm shocked. I felt like we rated a lot more Mark bits higher than mine. Well, you definitely complained about it. You were complaining the whole time. Well, the ones I complained about are Shakira

and Boats. Neither of which helped you because those are not in S through B, but you had a bunch of other bits more bits than Mark in S through B tier. I mean, they're good, but they're not as good as Shakira and Boats. They're better than Shakira and Boats
