Now, Adam 22 is now. being sued because some gang niggas pulled up at no jumper, Wack 100, okay, and loose cannon, who he was free at the time, and a couple other guys was outside of Adam 22's building, and it's his warehouse that he bought for like $5 million for no jumper. He wasn't there. However, a guy who showed up to be a guest got his ass thoroughly whipped.

He got stripped, naked, robbed. I think they almost pistol whip him. And there was one time it felt like there was about to shoot him. And whack was heard in the audio saying, don't do it. Okay. Now, this guy has done many interviews. He basically had told people, listen, I'm going to get my get back. It just won't be with violence.

And Adam has done a shit ton of content on that particular thing. Now, the great thing about no jumper, and I'm going to be honest with you, this is where no jumpers knack or niche is. They will have their host crash out. It's like a reality show. Like, it's a reality show where, you know, I know, like say some crazy shit happen. Unless it made us look in the best light or we have no legal whatever, I'd probably delete that clip. Not with no jumper. No jumper, you could go up there, pull your gun, have your gun in your ways.

However, it does bring you and open you up to a lot of possibly legal ramifications when, you know, some of the broke gang members start realizing the white man got a lot of money. Okay. Now, I don't know if they're suing the people who beat the ass, but they're suing Adam. Now, I'm going to show you a video.

Hopefully I could get an edited video of what happened. But supposedly these dudes who got jumped right outside of Adam's studio, they're now filing a lawsuit. Now, the guy named is Jermal Reed. He claimed he was concussed in an alleged December 2024 incident and no jumper Burbank, California headquarters. Now, this is actually pretty concerned. I got to be honest with Chow, Chad.

This same beatdown was referenced in a indictment against Big U and the Roland 60 Crips. So this particular beatdown was actually referenced. So think about this. The feds know about this beat down, and now the guy who got beat down is suing, so you could only imagine the feds are probably going to try to talk to him, because maybe they could add some charges. You got to imagine these things.

So the guy named is Jeremy Reed. He claimed he got beat down in December at the No Jumper headquarters, and he claimed that the people who whipped his ass where agents, employees, guests, and affiliates of Adam's company. Now, this is going to be a really interesting thing, and I want to see how Adam navigates his first. First of all, everybody had no jumper yet. Y'all checks getting cut.

All right. Number one, Adam going to have to retain a lawyer. This is probably going to be a lengthy process with this guy probably wanting some money. Whatever lawyer who took this on probably just wants to get some type of settlement. Yo, y'all gang members causing Adam money. Yeah, yeah, check's got to get cut. Number one, that's the one. Number two, this is going to be probably one of the things that's going to change how no jumper does.

They took more than more cash, other valuables, over $10,000. And Reed says Adam was aware of the complaints, police activity, and other indication that folks who hung around the building created a dangerous and unsafe condition on the property and says, Adam,

negligently failed to take responsibility of monitoring and supervising the premise while hosts in his podcast. Now, that's going to be very interesting. By the way, I looked up this lawsuit. I looked in L.A. Superior Court, there's no indication that got filed yet. So whoever this guy's lawyer is sent this to TMZ, right? However, here's the thing. The thing with civil cases, it's not about, like, did you do or did you not?

Like, Adam obviously wasn't there, but Adam is the bag, right? So he's going to get sued. here's usually the thing with civil cases. Are you liable for the damages that were incurred? Now, if this happened on the lot or the property of no jumper and this person had some type of formal invitation, and I think that's probably going to be where the argument is, did he have a formal invitation to this property,

which is a business, from someone who represents themselves or acts in accordance as an employee or an associate with the building or Adam 22, for if that's the case, they might be able to hold Adam liable for the beatdown. Again, it's much more complicated. You got to imagine if a mailman walk onto my property and he trip over a broken step, he could sue me. And at that point, I would go to my home insurance.

And I would imagine in this situation, even though Adam didn't encourage this violence or whatever, if it happened on his property, it is something that is a suable thing that, you know, he definitely has insurance. They could probably either take care of that or whatever it is. Okay. Yeah, a rep for Adam tells TMZ, they receive no complaint. They have no comment. So they can't comment on the suit.
