Dodgers, they are moving on as they take three games to one over the Atlanta Braves.
Welcome to a brand new postseason edition of Dodgers territory, the first team to punch their way into the championship series, Alana Rizzo, Clint Paseas with you.
Congrats to the Dodgers.
They are moving on.
as they take three games to one over the Atlanta Braves,
and they will be popping some bottles momentarily.
That is where Katie Wu is.
So hopefully she has a poncho and goggles.
Although if she's like curse, she's just got to let it burn.
Clint, my goodness, the cactus, the confidence cactus.
Dave Roberts said he had it in Andy Paix.
He believed in him.
It paid dividends tonight.
He sent us to the NLCS.
Yeah.
Andy Pahas, you know, obviously this is a dude in the start of this series, first two games.
Got a lot of crap, took a lot of flack for being in there, for being 0 for 8 to start the postseason.
And then yesterday, it was a, hey, is he going to be in the lineup?
Is Dave going to give him the boot?
What are they going to do here?
Dave said, I trust this guy.
He, like you said, gave him some love on the confidence cactus, the trust tree.
There was somebody else.
There was something about a phicus.
He rewarded Dave Roberts for that faith.
Faith Ficus, that's what it was.
Hey, we figured out.
We learned words along the way.
Yeah, really, really good at bat there in that, what was it, the seventh inning?
I got to get to that part of my notes.
I forget most things.
I have the brain of a bee these days.
But, yeah, at top of the seventh there, shortens up, spits on that change up from Swarrow.
and just a nice single up the middle where a day ago, two days ago, really, two games ago,
he's probably swinging at that change up.
He's probably swinging at the first pitch up and out of the zone,
but it was really good at bat, and that's the type of stuff.
And this is a guy who's a nine-hitter for you for this team right now,
shows you the depth of this lineup, shows you the compete and all the other words Dave would love to say.
The top of the lineup didn't do anything.
It was the bottom of the lineup that got it done.
It's funny, though, because before that, obviously, Tucker stays off the slider to get the walk off of Didier Fuentes.
Then Teos nearly picked off on that 3-0 pitch.
It was challenged.
It was confirmed.
And then, you know, you get the walk for Kyle Tucker.
And then Fuentes exits just after three batters.
And here comes Andy Paez against Robert Suarez, more of the veteran guy.
You got to remember, Dider Fuentes is only 21 years old.
Suarez is more of the veteran present.
Base is loaded two out.
And, you know, we said it.
Dave looks like a gosh darn genius, I tell you what, because Dave Roberts has all the confidence in the world and Andy Pott has.
He came up big and hasn't done much in the postseason so far in his career.
Perhaps that narrative can finally go away after that two run knock.
Kyle Tucker, who hasn't done much in the regular season, has had a good postseason so far.
We'll get into that more in a moment.
Max Muncie is a freaking beast.
Three hits in this postseason, all three have been home runs.
That's what he's paid for.
right hit dingers show up and hit dingers
was at his 19th I think career
Homer in the postseason for
the Dodgers have to double check that one I haven't
looked at the social media and I forget again
brain of a B but
you wanted insurance late in this one
and that is exactly what Max Muncie
delivered have a nice three run
cushion to go to hey
your closer Edwin Diaz getting
the ball and
you know yesterday or
two no it was yesterday
you have a little bit was it yesterday they won yes
You have a little bit of the anxiety when Dave hands the ball to Edwin Diaz.
Today, it was gone.
Postseason is a different animal.
Like, I don't care what you did a month ago.
I don't care what you did all throughout the season.
It's what you're doing right now.
And Edwin Diaz looks absolutely filthy.
He looks absolutely locked in right now and made short work of them Braves there in the ninth inning.
Yeah, I knew that I wanted this guy to be.
signed by the Dodgers in the offseason.
Again, this was the one that I said we absolutely have to have.
At the time, I thought Kyle Tucker was a bonus, but Edwin Diaz was my guy.
And he hasn't shown a lot of brilliance in the regular season.
Then he was on the IL forever.
He came back after being in the minor leagues still didn't look good, didn't look good in rehab assignments.
And then the last week, something clicked.
And he's been able to parlay that into the postseason.
He comes out.
It's a 3-1 advantage as far as that is.
concern, or a three run advantage, rather. It's four to one, but a three run advantage and comes out
and does the job. Gets one punchy in his inning of work, and he looks great. And again, he continues
to move up that faith ficus, if you will. So he looked good. And I knew that I knew that
there was a reason to have faith in Edwin Diaz. And he's proven it at the end of the regular
season when he finally came back. And obviously so far in this post season. Yeah. And I'm going to go back
to the box score that we just had on the screen to look at the rest of the work from that Los Angeles
Dodgers bullpen because Tyler Glasnow will talk about Glasnow and by the way everybody get your
thoughts about this game your celebrations for this team in the chat but glasnow um he looked like
tyler glasnow uh you know didn't get deep into this game Dave trusting his very rested bullpen like we had
opined last night lean on those guys four and a third clean innings from that
team from that bullpen from the guys at the top of the confidence cactus that that's
what you want out of these dudes give you scoreless relief keep your team in the game and set
up somebody like pah has to do what he did which was easy any just pull any of that tension
any of that weight on your shoulders you feel real good after all of that so yeah a great game and
this is where again we feel so confident about this team much the chagrin of others who
prefer to be
worried warts and sucking their thumbs in the corners
which trust I've been there
we've all been there I will probably
be there in the very next series
but right now especially for this one it's like
no walk with your chest
pumped out because we were the better team
the Dodgers were the better team and it showed
in just about every facet

A decade ago, the ethanol kingpin of Iowa became the king of corn in Brazil.
So we met with a lot of larger farmers, went from Bahia to Tokutin.

If you've ever wanted to know why a playwork,
how a matchup was won, or what most fans missed on Sunday,
NFL Pro delivers insights you simply can't get
anywhere else. Listen to NFL Pro on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcast. I remember when I was still in Los Angeles covering the Dodgers, and this is going to
sound unbelievably arrogant. So I'm going to go ahead and preface this whole thing by saying that
first. But I remember getting on, you know, I would travel with the team. I was fortunate enough
to be able to do that and travel with them the way that they travel, which is glorious. That's why I
cannot stand commercial travel now. But I remember getting off of planes and buses and talking to Andrew
Friedman and Dave Roberts like walking into a ballpark before a game. And I'd be like,
you know what? Isn't it, isn't it just cool that we're with the M, F, and Dodgers that like you
walk into an opposing park and there's just something really cool about being with the team
that is as good as this team is. It's an intimidation factor. And it's just really neat to be a
part of something that an ownership group cares enough to put the money into the team. It's awesome.
There's just a different, it's just a different feeling.
And I've said this story a thousand times, so I apologize for the repetition,
but I'll never forget when AJ, oh my God, I'm forgetting his name now.
Which one? Alice?
No.
Notre Dame outfielder.
We used to play for the Diamondbacks.
Pollock.
AJ Pollock, thank you.
My goodness.
Senior moment.
When AJ Pollock came over in free agency from the Diamondbacks to the Dodgers and he
walked into the spring training clubhouse at Camelback Ranch and Jock Peterson was there because
they used to have all of the outfielders together on the first wall like when you walk in from the
outside to the left. And even Jock was like welcome to the big leagues. And this was after AJ had
been obviously in the league for quite some time and had some success in the league too. So there's just a
different feeling about this. Being a part of an organization like this and Mark Wiener or boss just got
on and said my house is crooked. So whatever, it's my camera. I told her before the show, Mark.
I tried to fix it.
Whatever.
I tried to fix it.
Sorry.
But it's cool.
Congratulations to the Dodgers.
I don't even know where I was going with that.
But they have.
It is different.
It's the big leagues when you play with the Dodgers.
It's a different expectation.
That's where you're going with it.
And that's, you know, in your tenure, that's what you saw.
That's what the organization.
I can still remember, was it in 17 where LaSorda goes wobbling behind Dave as he's about to
enter the press, you know, like the media scrummer?
room there and he said like you haven't done shit until you've won with the dodgers.
I don't.
Eventually he got there and thank the Lord that Tommy was able to see it in 2020 there at the
ballpark in Arlington or whatever they call it.
It's not that one.
It's Globe Life Field.
The park that Corey Seeger built.
Let's be fair in a few capacities.
But yeah, really, really good stuff.
Really good stuff with this organization.
and I don't know, like, it's fun.
It's fun to win.
It's fun you see them now.
You know, starting to,
Miggy Rose got his tequila watching here on the side.
He needs that for his bad back, his back sailing.
So he's like, let me go ahead.
I think so.
It's going to help him loosen.
Yes, it's always Vix.
All the Latins, all of our people, just rub Vicks on it.
Forget the dirt.
It doesn't matter what it is.
I have the flu put Vix on it.
My leg needs to be amputed.
Vapurub.
Vapurrub put that on.
Yeah, so good for them.
I mean, I'm not surprised that they moved on.
The Braves, obviously, a good team.
Dodgers better starting pitching up and down
and obviously a stronger bullpen when you're allowed to,
you know, use them in the way that you want to use them.
We're going to talk about glass, obviously.
The Battle of the two Tyler's.
I was figuring we could hit some chats right now.
We got friends of the show hanging out with us right now.
$2 super chat.
from Nancy Brown says give Alana a nap break. Hey, she's working. We're all working at this time of year.
I'm good. I'm good. I don't need a nap right now. She's locked in. Um, Ocean Breeze in the chat. Ocean
Breeze. A lot of numbers saying Dodger fans knew we would be here 100%. Um, Philip,
bringing up a good point, good topic. We haven't taken a dive into yet. Otani got the first run,
did his job. Um, yeah, like, Sho Hey looked a lot better in this game. He was sitting the ball hard.
And Dave, when asked by Ken Rosenthal today in the in-game interview, what he was seeing with Shohei Otani, Dave mentioned the patience of Shohei. He walked. He scored a run on that errant throw in the second. So that's good. Patience at the plate is something that in recent days has not been Otani's strength. He's chasing. He's flailing. He's out in front a lot. It seemed like he was much more in command of his own personal strike zone in terms of that. So yeah, the patience has.
been there today, at least in game four for Shohei Otani or three, yeah, four.
Yeah, again, taking, it's all good, taking better swings, taking better swing decisions.
I think, I think, you know, there's a lot of good to take from Shohei. I still like him down in the
lineup, you know, he hit fourth today, moving up from hitting fifth yesterday. I think it's still
the right call. Dave said, like, it's not ideal. It's not where you want Shohei, but we know he's not
right. He knows he's not right. And he can still do some damage, hitting four, hit in five,
I doubt we see him any lower than that.
You know, Mookie, not his best game today.
Happy birthday, Mookiee.
So you turn third.
Yeah, yeah.
But, hey, played a really good defense up the middle.
I also want to shout out.
You know, we'll talk more about Muncie and the Homer again because that's just,
that's just what he does.
But defensively, there was the one play in the, was it seventh inning, the eighth inning,
ball comes up, kind of eats him up.
You know, he loses his balance, still strong throw over to Freddie.
and Freddie with the scoop.
Oh, I know.
That man.
My buddy texted me about there's the old all-star game interaction between Freddie Freeman and Jose Ramirez.
With that, Freddy, go go out.
Right away.
That's what you think at that moment.
How many errors has Freddie Freeman stopped or prevented because of his scoops at first?
And every time he does the splits, I feel like going to the high.
They don't do the splits.
Well, I mean, damn real, but damn near.
The crazy, like, the crazy stretching and all, and all that stuff.
I'm sure early on in his career he was doing the splits.
My point is he has prevented a lot of runs from scoring and a lot of errors from being made.
And he's just a gamer.
He's just a kid.
It's just a gamer.
I love him to death.
Oh, I got Sammy Boy in the chat saying Diaz ain't messing around.
Yeah, he looked, he looked good.
I didn't need it to be three strikeouts.
He got the one punchy and then two.
do flyouts, Tucker, good, easy, simple work.
And, you know, Edwin Diaz is one of those guys you do worry about occasionally, you know,
maybe make it a little bit more of a heart attack, a little bit more of a tightrope walk, you know,
in his innings.
But thankfully, made it nice, easy, simple work.
And, you know, I was talking to you before we went live and we've kind of opined slightly
about it.
I think somebody in the chat mentioning, like, you do kind of feel for the Braves to a degree.
Yeah, it sucks.
It sucks.
It's tough.
I mean, it's like those last few at bats, you were just talking about it, you know?
That it's like knowing that your season is over and this is a very good Braves team.
And Tyler Mali pitched great.
That's nothing to do with them.
It was just really good at bats from the Dodgers up and down the lineup, very professional at bat from Andy Pahas, the difference maker.
Obviously, the insurance from months was great.
But Andy Pahas is the difference maker today.
But it wasn't from lack of good pitching, certainly from the starting staff.
And we'll talk about Glass more.
But yeah, I mean, you feel for them, it's a, it's a, there are,
really good team. It's just the Dodgers are just really gooderer.
Put that, put that somebody. Sarah, make that shirt. Dodgers gooder.
Gooderer. Yeah, you know, this will be the, the brief second where we slightly are all slightly
glazed the, the, the Braves there. You know, again, that is a sucky feeling. Not that I've
felt it at the big league level, but I've felt it as a fan where you're watching your team
client kind of, you know, you know your ticket is punched. You're going to Cancun, but you still got your
final three outs and God bless baseball they let you play all 27 outs and you can't take a knee
in baseball so that is fantastic but you know like the fat lady is singing your season is about
to be over but Michael Harris the second like in this game he did everything he could be a
part of season areas for him I mean my god this guy was for sure I mean he was he was absolutely
tremendous he deserves a tip of the cap he was their offense really I mean it's been a Michael
Harris, the second show the entire DS for Atlanta. Obviously, it was in the first as well.
He had the single, then the stolen base, moves to third on the ground out, scores on a wild
pitch. I mean, he single hand. He single handedly scored, you know, created that entire
offense in that first inning for them. And yeah, again, even that wild pitch, that's just by
the fact that you needed to find what happened. It was a solid curveball in the dirt, well blocked by
will barely got out in front but he was he was going he was going no matter what at that point like
he was he was ready to say you know if you i'm trying to make something happen here get the the fans
the truest something to cheer for and and he did and then um on the other side the the tyler molly side
you see there on the screen just well at least was there the six and a third um yeah that the problem
was yeah he was really good my god he had that split finger working for him through it 55%
of the time. And when I was watching it and understanding, you know, heading into this game that
he's a split-finger guy, I was thinking, I just kept thinking about Kevin Gosman against Dodgers
last year in the World Series. Game two, game six, absolutely owned them until, you know,
the Dodgers are inevitable at times. But this game in particular, shades of game two,
you stretch Gosman into the seventh. You end up losing the lead. Same thing happens here.
You know, Molly comes back out for that seventh inning. I think he, he's,
I don't know if he got it out or immediately, you know, a walk or a hit, whatever it was.
But yeah, that was what set the stage for great inning building by the Dodgers in the seventh
because you had the one out.
I think it was a one out single from where's my note on there?
I have it somewhere.
It was for Teo.
Teo had the one out single after having some sense knocked into him when he ran into the wall.
I thought he was dead.
Molly exits.
Didier Fuentes enters.
Muncie has the hard ground out.
So that's two outs.
And then Jose de Paola.
And you knew you and I had talked about this.
That was going to be his only at bat, right?
You obviously have Tommy Edmund pinch run.
So Hosea Ossuwed DePaula does his job, gets on base with the walk.
Then you have Tommy Edmund come in and pinch run.
So we knew DePaula was only going to get one at bat, but he did the job, right?
He did the job.
And then you're going to have Edmund stay in for defense anyway.
So you have that going for you.
And then obviously, you know, Tucker stays off the slider to get the walk.
Andy Pyes comes in.
Makes the, yeah, great at bat, makes the difference there in the game.
And then you have Mookie Grounds out to end it,
but then top of the ninth, Max Muncie, with the home run.
So it was a great game.
It was a very well-played game.
It was clean baseball for the most part.
You talked about that really difficult, you know,
grab their wild pitch from Will Smith.
He blocked it.
It's just whatever, curveball that went bananas.
It was good.
It was a good game.
I mean, it was a really good game for the most part on both sides, you know?
And the Dodgers were victorious because of that, you know,
the confidence cactus that Dave Roberts has.
Andy Files. And a little more shout, a little more love for Maxwell Stephen Muncie again,
given that insurance, just to give you that last bit of calmness entering the bottom of the
ninth and looking before the game with our friends over at Calci to see you, you know,
who's got a chance? What are the, you know, the percentage chances of somebody hitting a home
or what are the people that are placing any sort of trades on this game? What are they looking at?
And Muncie, you know, 18% chance, 19% chance to hit a homer in this game was kind of one of the higher percentage guys in this game, entering this game.
By the way, you put $5 on that.
You win $27 if you happen to trade that, if you happen to be right.
So I've been kind of following this along all postseason looking before.
How are people thinking, you know, other people, the players are going to perform in these games?
And yeah, the 18%, 19% the fans, the traders were proven right on the Kalshi app.
If you guys are interested in checking it out, trying Kalshi.
You guys know you could download that app, scan the QR code, use code baseball.
You get $55 added to your account instantly.
You could also click the link in the description below.
It is a peer-to-peer trading app, but it's not a sports book.
You're trading directly against other users, not like the house in traditional sports books and all that kind of stuff.

Public opinion sets the line, and they offer a lot more than sports.
So the people who put a couple bucks on Muncie were happy tonight.

or coming off the bench, I prefer him to start, but I get it. Left on left is always the best
way to go with Chris Sale on the mound. But Tyler Glassnow, he looked great, right? I mean,
four and two-thirds, obviously, he did enough, right? He did enough. He did.
enough. One hit, one run, one earned run. Not the greatest stuff in the world had the five walks,
but he also had five punches. I think overall, the best number four starter in the postseason,
you know what I mean? He did his job. He's a number four starter on this particular team.
Yeah, that's the thing. He battles. We know that. To me, it felt like a regular season,
Tyler Glasnow start because he didn't always have his best stuff, didn't really have secondary going so
much early and then started finding some other stuff.
Good, really good, just far from great.
And that's what you get.
If you can get that out of your number four guy, keep the team in the game.
Like we had said last night, keep the team close.
And you could empty out that bullpen.
My buddy Jacob Brownson online on the Twitter, he had said wasn't a particularly
elite start, but it's hard to complain about what Tyler Glass now did today.
Five walks is brutal, though.
And yeah, co-sign on all of it.
The Dodgers won the game.
That's the most important part.
The Dodgers won the game.
Tyler Glasna started.
And they don't need to go to a game five.
You don't need to use Terrick Scouble on Friday.
Exactly.
That's the thing, though, on the other side of that equation that I was thinking of,
let's say this game absolutely went south, right?
And it was horrible.
Atlanta wins.
We still have Terik Scouble, which is also a massive benefit.
But now you can save them, obviously, for game one of the NLCS.
And Dave had a big decision there in the fifth.
Four and two-thirds, when Tyler was still in there,
he removes him in the bottom of that inning,
obviously in favor of Alex Vescia, the left-hander,
who inherits two runners,
not necessarily the best situation for anybody.
I would rather come in in a clean inning.
Although he seems to have the type of personality
that kind of likes traffic on the bases.
Oh, yeah.
And Vesia did a great job.
And then you have Kike with the play,
and then Freddie, you know, with the put-out at first,
both good defensive players on both sides of that equation.
So Vesia, Kike, Freddie, great job getting out of that inning.
Yeah, and give us, you know, we already mentioned, I mentioned the bullpen,
but they got a shout out, Edgaro Henriquez here, taking down, I think, four outs, five outs, four outs in this game.
You and I were talking so underrated, remained so underrated.
And the fact that this is only a second time pitching in a little under a month.
Obviously missed most of September with the injury.
Come back, dealing, looking good.
Yeah, it was, like I said, I think it was a very well-played game all the way around.
And I like the fact we didn't have to win by the home run.
Obviously, we got a home run from Max Muncie.
But the fact of the matter is Andy Pahas with that two-run knock, that was big.
It was big for his confidence.
It was big for this team.
It was obviously a validation for Dave Roberts' decision to keep him in.
But the bullpen was great.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know what else there is to say other than well-played.
And congratulations.
Now you move on.
And again, because the Padre, I think Padres and Brewers is going to five personally.
I would like for Milwaukee to win tonight, but I think it's going to five.
But that being said, they're still going to beat the shit out of each other.
And that's going to bode well for the Dodgers, right?
Because Dodgers can rest after they do all these shenanigans tonight, as they should.
They should celebrate every time you move on because you never know when you're going to be able to do it again.
And then you get ready.
you get ready for whomever it's going to be on the other side.
Yeah, that's funny.
As you say the shenanigans, I'm looking over here to my left and seeing Alex Freeland
dump either beer or champagne on Dave's head as he's getting interviewed on Fox.
So just perfect timing with the shenanigans there.
But, yeah, Dodgers in a fantastic spot here.
The rotation is lined up for whoever they may face.
And we can talk more about that in a little bit.
We do need to tell folks about our friends over with.
seat geek but before I throw to that let's go ahead and have you guys keep chiming in the chat we're

to your account so you can use it later thank you see keek we appreciate you um final thoughts let's get some
other things in here.
This one I don't understand.
Let me go to the right screen to pop this up here.
Nancy Brown with another $2 super chat.
What's up with the pickles?
I'm missing the pickles.
Oh, I don't know.
What's up with pickles?
Dill?
Oh, I got it.
Yeah.
William.
I forgot that that was.
Yeah, that was Nancy's nickname for me.
William Dill Smith.
Yeah, he didn't have tons of, he hasn't had the best postseason.
But you know what?
I think I really feel like,
you're always blessed with what you can get offensively from a catcher, right?
I mean, that's always to me, that's a bonus.
If he continues to manage the pitching staff the way that he's doing and putting down the right fingers
and managing the personalities and doing that, that to me is far more important than any offense
we can get for him.
Again, it's always more of a benefit to get some offense,
but I don't worry about that as much with a catcher than,
you know, then you're, you know, your first basement or whatever.
Yeah.
No, that's a really good point.
The fact that he could stay back there.
I mean, it is somebody who's hitting high up in your lineup.
You need a little bit more thump out of him.
And I'm sure eventually he's going to find something.
It's going to be great for William Dills.
It's what he does.
We're not used to seeing him struggle in the postseason.
But the fact that he could still hang his hat on, on, you know,
navigating that pitching staff the way he has.
Like, I will always, I will always buy into Will doing something.
at some point for this team.
Gabriel earlier in the chat with the $5 super chat, and that's all she wrote.
Game over.
Dodgers win, baby.
Three down, eight to go.
That is three down.
That's it.
And I'm going to, we're going to talk about that eight along with this chat from
Momotaros.
If I'm saying that wrong, I apologize.
But I think the Dodgers want the Padres after the owner comments.
So here we are.
We've been through one series.
I think the Dodgers want the podros.
as always. I think that also is such a good series for the fans. It's just like there's just,
there's just natural, there's just natural hate amongst the fan bases now. I think this has
become, I'm not saying long term broad stroke. I'm saying right now Dodgers Padres is way
bigger of a rivalry than Dodgers Giants because the Giants have not been competitive recently. So I think
everybody, I think TV wants it. I think the fan bases want it. I think it'd be a lot of fun. I think
both teams are very good.
But I think Padres, yeah, Dodgers are like, all right, let's go.
I mean, the Dodgers, I don't think care who they play.
I think they're just like, they just want to move on.
But from the fan-based perspective, I think Dodgers Padres is kind of what's on everybody's mind.
Yeah, I don't disagree with that one.
Drifter, and it's good for baseball as well.
Like that's going to put butts in the seats for Fox.
But Drifter Cloud says, need the Padres to win tonight.
Like you had said, force the Brewers to use Mizorowski,
either way, they're going to be.
burnt. They're going to be burnout, you know.
They had said, what's his name? Craig
Stamman said before their game that
Michael King is also available for
them. He started, what, game two,
through 40.
He closed. Yeah, 40 some odd
pitches last night.
Ace type stuff, you know,
like, like, maybe not necessarily
as front top end
of baseball ace, but like
your team ace, that guy that you
can put
you on, I guess, his
right or left shoulder is always pretty massive for the team.
Jose in the chat saying Dodgers, heck yeah, bring on whoever.
We don't back up to no one.
Thanks for giving it, you're all.
Yeah, again, good team, fun team.
We still haven't seen them clicking yet.
Like they still got a lot left in the tank.
You've got to see them hitting with runners in scoring position.
You got to see Shohei wake up.
You got to see Will.
You got to see Moogie doing a little bit more.
But, you know, they could be misfiring and still play.
as well as they did.
As long as they don't make mistakes.
You know what I mean?
Like if they're misfiring a little bit,
but you have to play fundamentally sound baseball.
You can't not be hitting and not playing fundamental ball.
It doesn't work.
Facts.
Question here from Sal with the $1.99 super chat as well.
Thank you, Sal, for the support.
And we'll go ahead and center that for us.
Should we be concerned with Miggies injury?
Do you want to give people the update there that we had before the game on?
Miguel Rojas?
I don't know if I know.
All it was was just that he wasn't feeling good today.
Oh, right, right, right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lower back and that type of thing.
If McGee was an everyday player, I might be a little bit more concerned,
but I think the rest will help this team.
He's going to come off the bench, you know,
on whenever game one of the CSs.
So, I mean, I'm not worried about it right now.
I mean, honestly, like the amount that he plays,
just quarter zone shot the shit out of him.
And all you got to do is get 11 more wins, right?
A couple more weeks.
Like everybody, yeah, that's, well, you know.
But the thing is, I think everybody at this point is playing with something.
And I think they got them out of the game because at that point, let's just,
let's just see what's going on.
Make sure it doesn't get worse.
But I'm not, I'm not concerned.
If this was Freddie, I would be a little bit more concerned.
Yeah.
And, you know, Dave had said, you know, they are keeping them on the roster.
They didn't want to make any decisions that would compromise the status.
Of course, if he's taken off the roster, he would be unavailable for an LCS where we know the Dodgers are going.
So obviously, we're live so we didn't miss.
We were unable to hear what's going on in the clubhouse.
But Dave, leading the charge before the champagne pops, his quote that we posted on our Dodgers territory, Twitter, go check it out.
We're smarter, we're better, and we're tougher, and we're dinosaurs.
Yes. Yes. That's what's up, Dave. You gotta love that little trolling, right? Oh, and there's also Raul Navar 5244 with a 499 super chat. We appreciate that very much, Raoul. The dinosaurs win to advance to the NLCS. 8 more Ws. Listen, I don't care how, I don't care how geriatric this team is. We're still better.
Listen, they're here. They're hurting. I'm here. My neck's been hurting for two days, but I'm still pushing the buttons. Yeah, it's not always.
perfect. Yeah, sometimes Alana's living room is crooked, but we're still having a good time.
It's not crooked. I said sometimes. Oh, okay, your eyes are crooked right now. Like my numbers,
bitches. Put up some crooked numbers. 1999 MH Dodger Life. Appreciate the support, my man. All
they can say is trust the show and Alana. Guys, they will be okay. Go blue. Bats need to be ready
for the N.O. winner. Estee or Milwaukee. Not concerned.
about the AL team.
Yeah, I'm not looking too far ahead yet, but the World Series,
and hopefully this is not something that comes back to, you know,
the hubris to bite me in the ass,
but I'm not exceptionally worried about anybody this team plays in the World Series.
I'm more worried about the next round,
and you're more worried about the next game,
but we know they're going to have Terrick Scoobel on the bump,
and I'm going to throw this up, and then we can sign off from here.
He had himself a pretty damn good game one with six,
innings, one earned, seven punchies, and he wasn't even at his best. So get him his next start,
let him settle in a little bit more. And I guess we could say, Alana, you know, you could
probably say, it's going to be great. It's going to be great. You know what else is going to be
great? So Gabriel Jara 6756 has a comment in the chat that says,
Happy Birthday to Mukisora Spex. It's pretty good. It's pretty good. Because you guys see,
because he's bets.
Anyways, I don't got nothing else to add.
I'll go ahead and hit the music for us.
The Dodgers win.
The Dodgers advance to the NLCS to play.
Insert team here.
We will know more tomorrow.
Yeah, and we're on tomorrow.
So it's me and Clint and Katie at our normal time.
12 Pacific 3 Eastern.
We'll have our normal Thursday show,
and we will discuss perhaps we will know
who the Dodgers are playing tomorrow
if Milwaukee wins tonight.
