Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm Daniel Alarcon, and this is my friend. This is much more famous than I am. I wouldn't go that far, but I'm John Green, co-host at the podcast The Away End, with my old friend Daniel. On our podcast, The Away End, we'll share with you the magic of international football, all leading up to the 2026 World Cup. Together, we'll find out why, of all the unimportant things, football, soccer, is the most important. Listen to The Away End with Daniel Alarcon and John Green on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Kentucky can count on bourbon, basketball, and 975 WAMZ. Kentucky-N-A-N-A-N-N-A-N-N-A-N-N-A-N-N-A-N-N-A-N-KKKKKKKKKKK-N-A-N-R-KKKKKKKKK,
Starting point is 00:00:38 and we never take for granted that you make us part of your day. That's why we make it a point to play your favorite country-museum. Whether you're starting your day off with the Bobby Bone show, making your workday go a little faster by hanging out with me on the job, or dealing with that Gene Snyder traffic on the ride home with Corey Calhoun, you can count on us for the best country music in Kentucky. In Louisville, you can catch us on the radio dial at 97-5, and anywhere on the IHeart radio app.
Starting point is 00:01:02 The Dodgers did it. And now they take a two to one advantage. Will Klein is the hero in this game. Four innings, score list, 72 pitches. That is hero stuff. Hello, everybody. And welcome to Dodgers territory presented by Fox One. That was insane, right?
Starting point is 00:01:25 Clint doesn't know what he's doing. He can't hear. He's been there all day. He is freezing. I'm tired. But you know what? The thing is, the Dodgers win. You guys, they took a two to one.
Starting point is 00:01:37 lead in the World Series. Thank you, Freddie Freeman. My goodness, this supersedes the longest game in World Series history. And I was at the other one. Riz, you were there at that one. I'm here at this one. I am cold.
Starting point is 00:01:53 This was almost seven hour game. Thank God for Freddie Freeman. I was right next to Yoshinovu Yamamoto, warming up downstairs to be a hero himself. And instead, Will Klein. How about Will Klein? Listen, we're going to talk about it, bunch of things. Dodger territory presented by Fox One. I don't even know if you said that part.
Starting point is 00:02:11 I did. I did. Will Klein is the app. You know, it's funny because we were talking about Tyler Glass now in the beginning and that was like seven years ago. Will Klein, congratulations. You just won the World Series for the Dodgers because there's no way that the Dodgers are not going to win the World Series at this point. Will Klein, what a beast of an outing for this young man. God bless you, sir. Thank you. insanity and also i'm having i'm having different issues with my microphone we're obviously we're trying to get this thing in it's very late for alana um but appreciate you guys rocking with those how i mean what a ball game you know it's you do a lot of things alana when you're out here and you're in the 18th inning i put on the rally cap at one point i moved to
Starting point is 00:02:56 my original chair at one point because after i moved to here 17 hours ago for a potentially better stream set up. I was like they haven't scored since, you know, like 2017 or something like that. So I was like, I'm going to move back to there. It didn't work until it eventually worked. Freddie Freeman sends us home. My sweet Lord, have a game show.
Starting point is 00:03:20 Hey, Otani. Have a game. Teoska Hernandez. They need to bring in Brent Honeywell. What I feel is more entertaining than the game is you're trying to figure this all out right now. honestly though you guys this has been a fun this is fun like clint has done all he can to make this show happen on the air and on the road if you will because he is at dodger stadium but you guys this has been an unbelievable game i mean it was almost as if nobody wanted to win but equally nobody
Starting point is 00:03:52 wanted to lose either they did it the dodgers did it and now they take a two to one advantage um will klein is the hero in this game four innings four or less 72 pitches that is hero stuff. I mean, this is a guy that's never, ever, ever gone that long in a game ever. How about Yamamoto warming, warming to come into the game in the 19th inning? Wow. Yeah, I mean, I was I was hanging over the rail here for a hot minute, just kind of, it seemed a little touch and go. You know, Yama obviously just through 105 pitches on what, Saturday. It is now Monday. Well, it's Tuesday now. But, uh, he, you know, Tuesday for, it's Tuesday for LA too. Hello. Yeah, yeah. We're finally on the same,
Starting point is 00:04:39 I don't know why you're awake. Guys, hit that thumbs up button. Subscribe to the channel for Alana still being awake. She is canceling her dentist appointment in the morning because ain't nobody got time for that. There will be no dentist appointment in four hours and 52 minutes. That's not happening. Oh, man. You know what? What's so amazing is the fact that, that I remember being there, you guys, in 2018, when the Dodgers were playing the Red Sox and Max Muncie, it was like seven hours and 52 minutes, right? And we were basically in the doldrums of Dodgers Stadium because when you're a reporter, you come down in about the bottom of the seven, the top of the eighth inning, right? And you're just waiting to see what happens. So you're just
Starting point is 00:05:20 like, you can't really watch the game. You're kind of like listening on your phone. You're listening to the crowd to see what's happening and find. Finally, finally, seven hours and 52 minutes in, Max Muncie hit the walk-off, I think it was just a walk-off single or whatever it was, to win the game. And here we are. Was it a homer? It was a homer. Whatever. That was the only game they won in 2018.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Yeah. Remember that one, too. Here we are. And I feel so much better about this game than I did about that game. I feel so much better about this series and I did about that series. Let's get into some of the super chats here. We appreciate it very much. Gabriel, we appreciate you.
Starting point is 00:06:00 What is it? Gabriel, Quesna. I can't even say, I don't know what to. I'm so tired. It doesn't even matter. And that's all she wrote, game over. Daughters walk it off. And 18, baby, 11 down, two to go.
Starting point is 00:06:12 That's such a good point. Just two. That's it. I mean, but it's funny. If you bring that, if you look at the chat, though, there's a comment that says that should count as two wins. No kidding. That should count as two wins.
Starting point is 00:06:24 It really should. Right? Hey, really should count as two wins. about back-to-back world series with a Freddie Freeman walk-off homer to win a baseball game. That is pretty damn cool. I got to see one of them. Like last year was game one. This year is game three.
Starting point is 00:06:41 Yeah, that's huge. The good was the slug, the bad was the series, the errors. The decision-making was not super great. And I'm not talking about Dave. I'm not talking about Dave. The ugly Glasnow, like, didn't go very long into the game. But that seems like 79 hours ago. So at this point, I don't even care.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Yeah, yeah. We're looking at. Can you give props, please, to Shohei and Teo? Show Hey, Otani. He went four for four in this game and then proceeded to not be allowed to hit for, I think, a solid hour, hour and a half, something like that. It kept getting intentionally walked. When he finally was able to hit again, it was a traditional one. It was a traditional walk that he earned, obviously being pitched around by, I think it was Brendan Little at the time.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Hell of a game. 4-4, two homers, two doubles for Shohei Otani. I said a bunch of records. A bunch of records. Tied Corey Seeger for the all-time franchise record for postseason homers at 8. It's insane. And then I had a better graphic than this one, but a couple of from Sarah Lange's here. We also did one with our Dodgers Territory account.
Starting point is 00:07:53 Um, three multi-homer games in a single post season for extra base hits. It's tied for the most in a world series game. Hasn't been done since 1906. That's a long time ago. That's actually when this game started 1906. Dollar 99 from Will or for Will Klein. Give me some love. 30 Don.
Starting point is 00:08:14 What's up? Will M.F. Klein from, I mean, honestly, like he's, yeah. If when the Dodgers go on to win the series of Will Klein is the man. I mean, the thing is it's funny too, because if you, if you, if you have. actually go back, because you and I go through the situation, right? As you put in the rundown and as the game is going on, we kind of put in our thoughts and all the things. And it was like, okay, well, we're talking about the fact that there was some bad base running. You know, why did Dino send Freddie there? You know, Freddie can't really run as fast as he can. But then, by the way, was it a bad send or was it just an unbelievable, accurate throw by Addison Barger, you know,
Starting point is 00:08:53 all the things? And now that doesn't. even like matter right it just doesn't it doesn't it doesn't even matter at this point it's like okay you're going to 18 innings like you know it's like now the story of the game is will klein the story of the situation is the dodgers are up two to one they're going to win tomorrow with show hey on the hill um hey credit to the blue jays huge credit to the blue jays too i told you they were i told you they were good i told you they were better than most people thought Eric shoved, took advantage of dudes, everybody going up there, putting up their G-hacks, daddy-hack situations for Dodgers hitters.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Alejandro Kirk is a lot better than people think he is. Yeah, and then he was pinched ran for in what, like the eighth inning? Thank you, John Schneider for getting Alejandro Kirk out of the game. Well, I don't know that John Schneider thought it was going to go into 18 innings. I'm pinch running for him too. Yeah, I don't know that when I got here at 1 p.m. today that I thought it was going to go 18 any innings either. I'll tell you what, I ain't going to be here tomorrow. I'm going to be back home in my comfy studio, we'll do a post game and then I'll be here for game five. But how about
Starting point is 00:10:03 this? Let's take a second. I want to get your thoughts about what's probably going on inside that locker room right now. Starting point is 00:11:19 A bunch of people in the chat with us. We appreciate you guys. you haven't done it already, subscribe to the channel. We're trying to get to, what is it, 15,000 subscribers. Only you guys can help us get there, of course. But, Alana, what I wanted to ask you is, again, you've been in this clubhouse. You've been in many clubhouses.
Starting point is 00:11:35 You've seen how dudes react when somebody does a hero type of situation, like we saw with Will Klein. What do you think? What kind of assault is he doing? I can tell you that this night is going to absolutely propel them in the third. I know what in the hell is going to? I got to go, I got to go turn down the speaker.
Starting point is 00:11:55 Dave, the speaker feed is coming from the, uh, the interview room right now. He is talking. Yeah, yeah. So why don't you tell people more about it and I'll look back. Okay, perfect. I can tell you guys from experience that this win will propel this team into winning this world series. I thought they were going to win anyway.
Starting point is 00:12:14 But when you battle and when you go through a game like this one and when you have an unlikely hero by the name of Will Klein, who not many folks knew who he was prior to this. He wasn't even on the NLCS roster. He just became a guy on the World Series roster. When you have a performance like that, and you can see the emotion coming from Kike Hernandez. You can see the emotion from Kershaw after he came out of the bullpen,
Starting point is 00:12:43 what he did, when you can see the emotion of Yamamoto running in and Shohei wanting to greet Yamamoto. I mean, this is a massive, massive. massive, massive win. I mean, this is, this takes so much guts and so much pride. This is, this is a massive situation. I mean, Klein was the hero that we didn't know that we needed. And what a performance by this young man. Wow, that, that, I'm telling you, there's no way the Dodgers lose this series. I'm sorry. There's just no way the daughters lose a series at this point. well client is absolutely the story of this game for sure um i i'm trying to mute so people don't have to
Starting point is 00:13:28 hear random squawk box next to me but he's absolutely the story of this game but it had so many different heroes like you mentioned this was this was like 10 different games in one we have the show hey angle um you have the you know tay oscar had a number of times but how about clayton edward kershot you know what i was i was bummed i was very bummed that i i was hoping to be able to come out and see his final, you know, Dodger Stadium appearance, his final start at the end of September. We tried, we tried to push me in here using the magic of foul territory and all that kind of stuff. Couldn't work it out.
Starting point is 00:14:04 Couldn't get it, you know, figure it out. We knew he was announcing his retirement. I should have bought tickets earlier in that day. But what I appreciate for myself is that I was able to be here and hopefully maybe potentially see Clayton Courtshow's final major league appearance. And it was insane. And everybody, I mean, the view of Ellen Kershaw as well, the emotion, there were 52, 53,000 people sharing in that emotion as well. It erupted. I mean, I went and talked to some buddies up here, you know, the anxiety, your heart is beating out of your chest.
Starting point is 00:14:39 And it's not just because. You want him to perform, right? Because we know what the narrative is. But we also know what Clayton Kershaw has meant to this team. We know what he is meant to this franchise. And for him, you saw him. I don't know if you could see it, Clint, because you were at the game, but watching on television, he's in the bullpen. He's kind of like warming up and he's doing all the stuff. And he's like sitting down and he's just, you know, you could tell he was anxious. You could tell he was just kind of chomping at the bit. Champing at the bit is the way that you actually say it, to come into the game. And he did really, really well. And I'm so proud of him. And I know it sounds stupid to be proud of a Hall of Famer and who am I to be proud of Clayton Kershaw. But to to know what he's gone through, to know how much he's prepared, to know him as a person, it was awesome. You know, it took so many people to perform at a level that they're obviously
Starting point is 00:15:30 capable of, but also to kind of go above and beyond that. And it was incredibly special to see so many people have amazing games and amazing performances. And you know what? For Yamamoto, I know we're talking about Kirsch, but for Yama to be like, you know what? Yeah, I just pitched a complete game, but I'll, I'm in. And I understand they were up. I understand they were off yesterday, but the point is that's, that's pretty great. And it's just a,
Starting point is 00:15:56 it's a really, really, really good feeling going into game four tomorrow. Game four, Shohei Otani will pitch in a few hours here, of course. I know. Thank God it's not a day game. Good Lord. Yeah, that would, that would really, really suck. I do also
Starting point is 00:16:12 want to shout out the crowd here. This, this place, you would assume it would say, everybody would stay in their seats or majority of people would stay in their seats. This place stayed packed and got loud when there were reasons to get loud. You know, obviously the stadium here, they try to manufacture some pomp and circumstance at times, at times. But for the right moments and the right opportunities, right reasons, this place got loud. You know, more things to shout out. Tay Oscar Hernandez, Tommy Edmund, and Will Smith connecting on that throwing out.
Starting point is 00:16:45 I forgot who at home plate because it happened like 10 hours ago. Tommy Edmund with a hell of a stop and chucking whoever it was. I think that was Vlad Grero Jr. 3rd. What started as like a really back and forth, shaky game offensive or defensively for this team and just, you know, I guess mainly defensively. They really locked at the F-in for the final 10 inning. No, not even 10. Final 14 innings of this ball game. They locked at the F-N.
Starting point is 00:17:14 Did they do the seventh inning stretch twice? We had a 14th inning stretch. Yeah. Very good. Yeah. Very good. This was my first one. My first one.
Starting point is 00:17:23 Appreciate Dieter. Playing it twice as we are supposed to do. Let's get some more super chats. Brian Woods, $5 says not many will be trashing the Dodgers bullpen after this one. Yeah. What a story. What an absolute story from this bullpen. Especially Emmett Sheehan.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Emmett Shee had tossed, I think, two innings or an inning in a third. Roki Sasaki coming in, picking up five outs in this game. Just impressive stuff all around, top to bottom, organizationally for this club to pull out a six, five win. I'd have to go double check and look over there. And I didn't even remember the dying score, the final score. I mean, like Freddie Freeman, though, his second World Series walkoff ends in an 18-inning melee.
Starting point is 00:18:07 That's such a great headline on Dodgers.com. I mean, it's just, it's insane. And other Otani multi-home run game makes all kinds of history. Are you shocked? Strikeball. I mean, it's just what a performance by the Dodgers. What an opportunity for them to go into game four with just massive momentum. And I really do believe momentum in the postseason is a thing.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Yeah. Yeah, the winner of this game wins this series. That's just a bona fide fact. If you're entering this game, one and one. surviving this. Holy shit. What a ball you. I am happy.
Starting point is 00:18:49 I'm miserable to a very heavy degree, but I'm also quite happy that I braved it. Our producer, Mark, said I could have left in the 12th inning and had plenty of time to be home and set everything up and poured myself a nice cup of coffee. But Martin know it was going to get 18. I don't think anybody knew. I don't think anybody knew. No, we should do before we eventually sign off.
Starting point is 00:19:12 We should tell people about Fox 1, our presenting sponsor on the show. So how do I do this for you? Thank you. Thank you, Fox 1. All of our playoff coverage, you guys, is brought to you by Fox 1. And the moment you've been waiting all season has arrived. It's the World Series. But not only is it the World Series, this was game three of the World Series.
Starting point is 00:19:34 And I must say to you, my friends, it was absolutely epic. Two teams that took the field, but only one will leave a champion. I believe this is not Fox 1 saying this. I'm saying this. I believe it's going to be the Los Angeles daughters. Every swing could change the game. Every play can make history. Stream the World Series live on Fox 1.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Clinton, how do you do it? Yeah, you guys could also stream anything you want, and they're not anything you want, but there's a whole bunch of shows on there. They have a Halloween haunts playlist as well. So if you're not going to work tomorrow because you're so tired, go watch some Fox 1,
Starting point is 00:20:07 watch yourself some Simpsons in the morning. Guys, you guys can start your free seven-day trial today, offers are subject to change, but you go to Fox 1 for complete terms and conditions. The link is in the description of this video. And the Dodgers are two wins away from winning a World Series. And I'll do this thing. I'll do this thing that makes it awkward and whatever. But here you go.
Starting point is 00:20:31 We're going to grab this. It just keeps flashing on the board over there. It doesn't even show. So that was a waste of everybody's time. I love that you're basically sitting on the moon for this. But I'm glad that you're there. I'm glad that you guys are with us. This is huge.
Starting point is 00:20:45 I mean, do you, let me ask you this. I believe that, and the only reason I bring this up is because Raul Robles, 1760, says, Freddie going to the Hall of Fame as a Dodger. He's going to the Hall of Fame. You think he goes in as a Dodger? You think he goes in as a Braith? I think he goes in with, uh, with an MLB logo on his hat. I don't think he'll be able to decide.
Starting point is 00:21:04 I really don't think of him to say. Right. He's so nice. He's so nice. He's so kind. He doesn't want to piss anybody off. He's so, so, so kind. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:21:12 And then what Michael 6985 says that was the most insane game that he has seen in many years. I agree. Yeah. How about this? It's me. C. says who do we have left to pitch? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:26 I think that was actually from, that was so much earlier. That was actually when the game was still. It might have been in the 11th inning when somebody posted that. But tomorrow. Tomorrow. A lot. This was coming down.
Starting point is 00:21:38 This was the game of bullpins. I mean, and Joe Davis said it on the broadcast. John Small said it on the broadcast. This came down to a game. This was the bullpen game. And you know what? We've been complaining and bitching about this bullpen for a good bit of the season.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Let's be honest. They shoved tonight. And they did everything that they needed to do. And Will Klein, God bless you, sir. Yeah, he never has to buy a beer in Los Angeles again, well, provided they go through and win this World Series, which I think we can both sit here confidently saying and not letting the sleep debt get in the way for you that the Dodgers are going to win this world series two more wins
Starting point is 00:22:16 they don't go back to Toronto they don't go back to Toronto yeah I don't know I don't know about that I thought that anyway that they were going to win the world series um man this is what I mean that's got to be and again credit to the Toronto Blue Jays too they they they clawed they fought they did all the things but that's got to be like it's such a gut punch when you play 18 innings and you lose that's such a gut punch but for the team that wins the Dodgers tonight that was massive, massive feather in their cap and they're, they've got to feel so good going forward. I feel really good about it. You got Shoah on the mound and then you got Blake Sinell coming back in Game 5. So I do feel, I feel incredibly good about it. And this is, you know, we talk about
Starting point is 00:22:59 a group of men. Dave Roberts will talk about a group of men all playing for each other, pulling for each other and all this kind of stuff. Dirty Dawn had the 199 Super Chat. So the bullpen did it for Vestia. And I'm sure you saw the, uh, most of the, uh, most of the, of the bullpen dogs. I couldn't see him, obviously, from where I'm at. But the fact that they all had 51 on the side of their caps there, you know, we still don't know what the story is, what the situation is for Alex Vessia and his wife and his family.
Starting point is 00:23:30 But, you know, if this is a postseason of win for 22, we also win for 51. We also now win for Will Klein because, you know, that dude deserves a ring after that effort. win for Shohei just so he could put two rings on his finger and he could flip Artie Moreno double birds for never putting a team around him. I don't really think that's show hey style. I think that's more Piscis style. But I do think that, yes, of course, Vessia is on everybody's mind. No question about it.
Starting point is 00:24:00 And this was a really, really, this was a very special win for this team. I don't think people, I mean, I'm sure most folks understand how big this was. but I can't tell you how much this catapults them into tomorrow. They're so, they're so ready to get back on the field. I mean, yes, I know everyone's tired, but they're so ready and jazzed up to get back there tomorrow. Toronto's not. That's so deflating for Toronto.
Starting point is 00:24:29 Yeah, thoughts and prayers over there. I'll tell you what, I am ready to get home and eventually go to bed. I'm not going to be losing any sleep over this besides the sleep that I'm already losing. but I would imagine this ball club is going to have a very difficult time. What are you 90? It's 1230 there. Calm down. Whoa, whoa there. Rich kids staying up all night doing things. Rich kid. Hey, I think the final thing I wanted to bring up, I appreciate a lot of people in the chat.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Our buddy Jacob is in there, Jacob Brownson. The steak, by the way, the stake streak is, I think, what, it, 12 and 1 now. 11 and 1. Well, it's over because they won game one. Yeah, but as I said, it gets away from a street. I think he's moved on to like filet mignon now. And Omaha steaks like elevated him too. Like this kid is like really riding.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Good on him. The steak. Two things. I like this thought from Ken, Ken Wolcott in the chat says, bringing up, Will Smith obviously catch a two games tonight. Would not be shocking to see him not in the lineup tomorrow. Then we could also hashtag win for Ben WartVet. The other thing I wanted to talk about, though, how about game one, Toronto, Roger Center,
Starting point is 00:25:42 we don't need you. We don't need you to show Hey, Otani. It's four for four, two homers. They did it, they did it politely, though. I mean, it's fine. This was an electric. No need to worry, he's ours. The Dodgers are so funny.
Starting point is 00:25:55 Shout out. Shout out shoes. Sujo and her social media team are the frigging best. They really are, they're wonderful. You got some kudos, by the way. Yeah, you got some kudos for a seat. Thanks for fear. A lot of love in the chat, by the way, for 51.
Starting point is 00:26:13 We appreciate people loading up the chat with the number 51. Again, hoping for the best there. Raoul also says, 99, super chat from Raoul says some coffee for us. Yeah, I was supposed to have a dentist appointment in about, let's see, what's 3.30, my time. I was supposed to be at 8. So, like, what is that, four and a half hours? That is not happening. That's not happening.
Starting point is 00:26:35 I will be calling Norfolk County Dental right now. I'm sorry, but I was watching an 18-inning Dodger game. They're going to be like, what does that mean? I'll be like, yeah, yeah, if the Red Sox were in it, you'd know what it meant. Yeah, it's like, so, so what had happened was. So you also, do you want to tell people about you being a trooper, by the way, staying in your office there and almost crashing out in the corner? You guys, so listen to this.
Starting point is 00:27:00 Like, this is no joke, right? So then I had, I had the computer set up for our show, right? But then I was watching the game. my iPad. Then the iPad was dying because I had it unplug. So I had to plug it back in. No lie. No lie. I plugged the iPad back in. But then in order to actually be able to watch it, I curled up in the corner in my dog's bed. In my dog's bed. I wish I could show you. Hang on. Like hang on. Hold. Hold. I'll see if you see. Oh. Oh. That's where I was laying. I mean, it's a comfy look at bed. I mean, of course, It's my dog. I will do anything for her.
Starting point is 00:27:35 So I was laying in that bed. You can't even see the, you can't even see the, anyway, that's where I was. I was sleeping in Bentley's bed, watching the game, waiting to do this wonderful show because I love you guys, and I was not going to make you do the show by yourself, even though I thought about it a thousand times. Marcus says, great story. This is hard hitting content. Well, if you're not a douche, it's fun content because our team won.
Starting point is 00:27:58 I'm guessing that as a Toronto fan. By the way, I would kill for that dog bed right now. I sat in reserved 59 for 18 innings. Shout out to me. Move over to 51. All right, another super chat.
Starting point is 00:28:14 $5 from Speederville. Glad you got to enjoy such an incredible game. In person, Clint. Klein is a dog. A dog. What a great game. Can't wait for tomorrow. I know that's the thing.
Starting point is 00:28:24 Like, you're just like, now you're just like, all right, let's go. Like take a nap and get ready and get back for game. Three, four. And one more shout out before we. sign off. I got to make sure I shout out. Up there, my boy, Parker Bell, AM 5, sorry, with the other one, 7-10. Hey, Parker, wave to the chat. Hi, Parker.
Starting point is 00:28:46 Of course, he works with our buddy Greg Bergman and Steve Mason and all of them over on the 7-10, and they did a post-game. I think they might be also trying to go live at 6.30 in the morning. I won't be doing that. I'm going to be in bed very soon. Final thoughts before we sign off, Riz? I'm proud of this team. This game took a lot of guts. It took a lot of people performing well. It took a lot of unknowns, I guess.
Starting point is 00:29:15 Will Kline will forever be known. Will Kline in this game is the Nathan Avaldi of 2018. And I say that respectfully, because Nathan Avaldi came out of the bullpen and absolutely shoved it right up the Dodgers, bummed. And he was huge in the 2018 World Series. and Will Klein was huge for the Dodgers to propel them into game four. I mean, it was massive what he was able to do.
Starting point is 00:29:40 And we've, again, we've given the bullpen a lot of grief. They shoved tonight. And they did it without Vesia. Kershaw was unbelievable. Everybody was huge in this game, really. I mean, it was a massive, massive, massive group effort. And they take a two to one advantage. And I think it propels them even faster.
Starting point is 00:30:01 I don't even, maybe it doesn't even go back to Toronto now. I don't think it does. I definitely don't think it does. That's it. I think I saw, hold on, what am I looking for here? Whatever. I think I saw that Swell and Sausage left up to Super Chat, but I didn't, I can't put it up here. Hello, swelling sausage.
Starting point is 00:30:19 So that's all I got. Two more wins. Two more wins. That's it. And Clint and I will be back with you tomorrow evening. Close to. Hopefully it does not go to 18 innings. Perhaps we can do this.
Starting point is 00:30:31 regulation. But regardless of what happens, we will be with you. Thanks to guys. Thank you, you guys, for putting up with us and all the delays and all the things. You can support the show. We'd appreciate that very much. Scan that QR code or go to Dodgersterritory shop.com. Be safe. If you're driving home, go to bed. Everybody gets some rest. Let you be careful. And we will see you guys tomorrow night after the game. Go Dodgers. Bye. I'm Daniel Alarcon. And this is my friend. He's much more famous than I am. I wouldn't go that far.
