Starting point is 00:00:00 Don't you wish you could just hit skip on the worst parts of your life? You know, the same way you can skip an ad? I get it. I'm Siaiaa and I live in Ice Cove. I've made some questionable decisions that didn't end up the way I planned. And today, I'm still figuring it out. Somehow things usually get worse before they get better. Apparently, that's how I roll.
Starting point is 00:00:22 So bundle up and come along for the bumpy ride. Stream a new episode of North of North Tuesdays on CBC Gem. Welcome to a brand new episode. episode of Don't Blame Me. Boy, oh, boy, do we have so much for you. We talked about, honestly, everything and anything. We talked about Love Sack. We talked about Callaway.
Starting point is 00:00:43 We also talked about someone having an incredibly off picker that was making, they were dating old guys. We also talked about clits hanging too low. Does your clit hang low? Does waffle to you and fro? Can you tie it in a knot? Can you tie it in a bun? Ow. Can you throw it over your...
Starting point is 00:01:02 Shoulder. Like a continental soldier. Which one's continental? I don't even know. We also talked about RIP to the legend icon, Dolly Parton. We talked about weird sisters. Ugh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:16 Oh, my God, I'm going to cry all over again. Okay, how can people join in? If you want some advice from us, you can give us a call at 310-9409776. International listeners, you can send an audio message to make a podcast at gmail.com. Or if you're not feeling chatty, just type it out and send it to. to that email address or fill out the form in the show notes. Quite simple. Let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:01:55 This person is 26, she her. Hi, Megan and Melissa, my sister, she her 26. Are you twins? Or maybe you're not 26. Yeah. Okay. Has been treating me poorly and it's been a one-sided relationship for over a year. She's judgmental about my health issues.
Starting point is 00:02:11 Her and fiance I shit talk, the type of doctor I go to, bringing it up unprompted. When I gently tell her how her actually tell her. actions are making me feel she gets defensive and blames me. She has a school ceremony and after requesting a ticket for my boyfriend of almost three years that she knows as well, she un-invited him and gave his tickets to her fiance's uncle. They've been together for about two years and I haven't heard about his uncle until about four months ago. She ignores the text that aren't about her and then proceeds to text about stuff in her life after acknowledging that she's behind on text. I had a phone call with her and her mom and she talked about her life for an hour and they decided to hang up after I started
Starting point is 00:02:44 talking about something I cared about for 10 minutes. My therapist told me not to reach out to tell her how I feel or give her details about my life. I have been following that advice for the last several months, but now everything's gotten worse. Before, she'd ghost me on and off and not make an effort, and now she's texting about her program frequently after telling me and our mom that she's too busy and overwhelmed to text. By the way, all the examples listed are from the last month and half. Should I fully ignore her text or continue to be the bigger person at my expense? I'm also anxious at the ceremony and anticipation of my family asking why my boyfriend isn't there.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Your sister sounds weird. Yeah. As far as the ceremony, just say that I don't know why. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't know why you're anxious about people asking you about where he is. Just say that there weren't enough tickets. Yeah. But just that seems very simple to me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Like also, it's hers. Like if she wants to invite like your fiance's brother's cousin, sister's dog, like she can. Yeah. And it's not about, and I don't mean this in a bad way, but like, it's not about you. So if anyone asks, like, why your boyfriend isn't there, that's not even a question for you. Like, you're not in control of the tickets. So, like, I would just, that says nothing about you. No.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I don't, yeah, I don't, I'm sorry. I just don't understand why you would be anxious over that because it's not your ceremony. Well, and I also mean, like, if people say something to you about it being like, that's weird, I think them saying that is weird. Like, I don't think there's any circumstance or situation where this is, on you at all. And like if someone said, if like a family member says something, then like, that's probably where your sister got her weird from.
Starting point is 00:04:22 Like that's just like, your sister just seems like odd. And I don't, I don't know. I don't know if you were like close growing up, but you're saying that this just has really been one-sided for like over a year. And I've had like friendships like this, but like that it's different when it's family. Based on the type of school that you've told her, told us that she's going to, It's a very high-stressed situation, regardless of, like, what point in her career that she is. So maybe she doesn't realize that she's doing these things.
Starting point is 00:04:57 And there also might be a part of her that thinks that, like, what I'm doing is more important. So I'm going to make, so what I say and do is more important than what you have to say or do. but you've already expressed how you feel, and she's not honoring that. So I think you have to, especially what she's doing with her life, as far as, just so that you listeners know, the writer gave us more information that we're not going to share on the podcast as they asked us not to. But they're doing their life for the next few years is going to be very stressful,
Starting point is 00:05:36 and it's just, I'm sorry, but it's just going to get worse. So for you, I would say, like, you know, check in with her. And but like also like if you guys have been, you know, close in the past, it's going to be the things are different. Like it's going to shift. The prior priorities are different. She is being selfish, I think, like as far as not with the ticket thing. I just don't think that is an issue that is your issue. but other things like having conversations and making things about her,
Starting point is 00:06:11 like that's very selfish. But like if you want to have a relationship with her, then just be like, hey, like I can only talk for 10 minutes. Something like I can only talk for 10 minutes. This is what's going on in my life. Let her give her life spill and then move on. Unfortunately, she's going, like I said, it's just going to get worse. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:35 I mean, I would. And like this is, I don't mean this sort of be like harsh advice, but you're, you're being very wishy-washy on these things. So like, does her talking shit about your doctor have any merit to it? Like, are you going to a quack? Like, is it a bad dog? Like, is anything like that? And if it's not and she's, and being dismissive of your health issues and like is she's, then she's like being a fucking asshole.
Starting point is 00:07:01 And then like, you need to be mad at her. You need to like not be like, okay, let me just like, fix this, fix this, fix this. Like, do you respect her opinion? Do you believe she's looking out for what's best for you? Then I think you need to, like, hear her out and have like an honest conversation with her about it. Or if she's absolutely full of shit and she's being like mean and malicious for no reason, you have to treat her as such. But I think you're like, you're towing that line right now where you're essentially just like letting her continue to treat you like shit, hoping that she's not going to this next time.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Because I'm like also like, she never asks you about your life. she like shuts off when anything like that. She doesn't want to hear about any of your life and anything like that. But then she's also bringing up like talking shit about your health and your doctor unprompted. So it seems like the only time that she wants to talk to you is like when she's instigating it and it's negative. And so like continuing to try and talk to her and share about your life, it feels like an attempt to like humanize you to her to like be like maybe if she really, if she understands more, she won't treat me like this. If she if she gets it more, she won't do any of this. But like your therapist is right. Like you have been giving her opportunity after opportunity to change her behavior and you've
Starting point is 00:08:10 been telling her how it makes you feel and she's turning around and blaming it on you. Like, you need the break. And it's only been like a month and a half. And I think that like this feels like a massive shift for you. But you just need to, you need to tell your mom of being like, I'm not like, I'm not talking to her right now. Like, and this isn't necessarily like a fight thing. But like, we're just like not at the place where, like, I can't show up for her in the way that she wants me to, which is just to, like, hear about her life and, like, have her vent and all that kind of stuff. I don't have the capacity to do that when that relationship is one side in. And, like, she's my sister at the end of the day, but, like, yeah. And so it's like, I'm not going to be on a group text with you. I'm not going to do
Starting point is 00:08:50 any of this kind of stuff. And I think, like, if she's allowed to ghost you and, like, ignore you, you're also allowed to do that back to her. You don't have to, like, be the peacemaker. you don't have to bridge that gap. And I just think it, I'm not saying that you have to decide if like your sister is a good person or a bad person, but you have to decide if you find value in what she's bringing to your life right now or not. And so that means either hearing her out with her issues that she has about the care that you're receiving or completely disregarding it because it's bullshit.
Starting point is 00:09:25 And then not trying to find this connection with her because like she should be apologizing for that. She should be changing her tune on any of that. But I think that, like, that is a big enough thing paired with her just, like, being incredibly one-sided. Because, like, as I said, like, from what you've told us about, you know, her future for the next couple years, like, it's only, it's true. It's only going to get more one-sided. But, like, right now it's, like, one-sided and also mean. And so, what are we holding on to? Like, what are we being like, oh, I'm trying to maintain this relationship? What part of the relationship are you trying to maintain? Because, like, this is the relationship right now. And like, I don't think you're enjoying this.
Starting point is 00:10:04 And I don't think you're, this is, this is good for you. And I'm not saying that like she's right about any of the medical stuff. But like if someone said that to me and like their claims about like a doctor was like, I don't know, some people being like someone in my comments saying that like women aren't they're skeptical of all women. They said female gynecologists because they're a female before they're a gynecologist. And they put their like them being a girl before that. And so they can't be objective. And I'm like, okay. So like, if she says something like that, that I'm like, okay, I just, I don't respect your opinion.
Starting point is 00:10:37 I don't, it's like, you're just incorrect and I don't respect that. So, like, I'm not trying to hold on to this relationship until you can figure there in your ways. But yeah, I mean, this is a lot for a month and a half. But I just think you, your therapist isn't wrong. And I would just ask yourself what you're trying to salvage from like what's currently happening, not like going backwards. All right. Well, we'll just know how it goes. How you feeling, bud?
Starting point is 00:11:09 I am exponentially better than I was, but I'm not 100% still. What percent would you say you were at before? Before I was probably at like a, okay, so when I initially got sick, I would say that was like at a 50% so that we can have a starting point. And then before I got on the last round of steroid inhalers, I'd say, I would not inhalers, pills. I'd say I was like at 60. Mm-hmm. And now that I'm through those, I'll say I'm like at 75. Good, good, good, good.
Starting point is 00:11:46 60 is a hard percentage to be at because it feels like it's not so horrible, but it makes you then go, is this forever? Yeah. And it just feels like daunting. Yeah. I'm not waking up coughing, so that's kind of a barometer there. But I'm still like coughing a little bit throughout the day. Mm-hmm. and a little bit at night, but not nearly as much as I was before.
Starting point is 00:12:11 Well, now you can sleep. Yeah. Because that also stops you from getting better. Yes, but also like. The roids? Yeah, they don't, I can't, they make me a little restless. So I'm not really sleeping. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:28 It's one barrier to another barrier. Did you get your chest x-ray? No. Who am I to judge? No, no, no. They canceled it. Like I had got, I had done, and they said something, and then they canceled it. And then I was going to go back and I have it.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Well, they make it difficult because you can only. So I had to do the same thing. I had to book my transvaginal ultrasound. I'm flying to Colorado tomorrow. The day we're recording this. I'm flying tomorrow. And then driving back up with Mott's in his new car, which, unfortunately, it's not the color he likes. And he's a little sad about it.
Starting point is 00:13:03 And I was like, that sucks. but because of that, like, he wasn't sure when he wanted me to, like, when we were going to do that. And I was like, just like, book the ticket, like, just tell me when. So I had canceled and rebooked like four of these fucking ultrasounds. And they also weren't sending me confirmation codes that it worked. So I also accidentally booked the same time slot three times because I was like, it's not going through. And then I had to individually cancel each one, even though that was like an error on their end. And I was like, I'm just, when I get back, I'll fucking figure it out.
Starting point is 00:13:32 because having to go online but still being limited to store hours or like business hours, why are we online? Right. That's how I feel too because this one is they do walk-ins, but you can like book ahead of time if you go through stuff during business hours, but if you don't do it during business hours, you can't see it. So I had booked everything. They sent my confirmation.
Starting point is 00:13:56 Then they sent like the paperwork to do beforehand and then they canceled it. So rude. Yeah. So rude. Well, I'm looking forward to you being able to like, you know, see the x-rays are fun. I think they're so cool. I wouldn't say fun. Cool, yeah. I guess, like, interesting. Like, I'm just so deeply... Medicine is something I could never get into, but, like, I'm so fascinated by, like, it as a whole. And, like, I love looking at it. Like, I love looking at all that kind of stuff when they're doing it. Like, tell me about it. What do you see in there? You know, like, some people talk about how they've, like, gotten, like, they're... transvaginal ultrasound, this is not my first.
Starting point is 00:14:34 This is not going to happen to me. But they find out they have two vaginas. Or they find out they have two uterces. I'm like, that's. I found out I had several cyst. Yeah. Or I said, where's my ovaries? And she says, I'm looking.
Starting point is 00:14:46 And I was like, uh-oh. They're hiding. So, uh, did you get your nails done? Yeah. Cute. It was my, it was how I was seeing if I felt well enough to, like, go to the, if I could sit up long enough to go to the game. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:15:05 So I went to the Sparks game on Saturday and Monday. But yeah, I got my nose on on Saturday and it was like. Cute color. Is it purple? Mm-hmm. They can't see, but I can see. Oh, it's a cat eye? Oh, wait, take a picture.
Starting point is 00:15:20 I can't tell on the camera. And you can't see it on pictures either. Oh, so it's just, you had. You had to be there. You had to be there. You got to experience it in person. First hand. And bright light.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Okay, we've got specific criteria for us to see this. Because like, depending on what light it's in, it doesn't look purple, even though it is purple. Oh, what does it look like then? Depends on what color we're around. Okay. I want to say I think cat eye in general, the lighter cat eyes are more like shifty. Yeah. They like change.
Starting point is 00:15:49 But if it's a black base within cat eye on it, then it always looks on cat eye. Hmm. But yeah, I got it done. They're long enough now where I can almond it out without my fingers looking stubby. beautiful. So, well, in it. Unlike me, where I've, like, absolutely destroyed, whatever it's called, like, the integrity of your nails where, like, the white part goes too far down on the corners. That's what's going on with me.
Starting point is 00:16:11 So I'm trying to regrow that part out. The cuttle? No. The top part. The top white. Oh, the meat part. Yeah. So, like, look how far down that is.
Starting point is 00:16:20 That's how my toe nails are. My big toe, both nails broke off. And so she cut them down very, my feet look absolutely ugly. Like, I hate them. so much and she was like your feet are so pretty and then she took a picture and I said let's not do that. She's got a fetish. We've talked about this. People who specifically
Starting point is 00:16:38 call out your feet being like, I love these feet, they like that in a sexual way. Because like you with all the love in the world. I got two-year-old toes. But a lot of people like them. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. They're sexually gratified. Just as long as, as short as
Starting point is 00:16:54 my nose are right now on my toes. You probably can't even see them. They're just like I mean, you can see it plenty, but... Just not cute. Yeah, not cute to me, but cute to others, I guess. Hey, not going to yuck anyone else's yum. I'm happy for them.
Starting point is 00:17:10 And when I told her to cut them down, I just meant that toe. Oh. And she did more. We did them all. Mm-hmm. Nice, nice and petite. Who doesn't love a petite tonal? I have to say, ever since mine broke off, I mean, that one really hasn't been the same.
Starting point is 00:17:28 and then when I got the, you know, ye old old victorian child disease, the chill blames, the blisters on my toes. Yeah, I have to, my feet have never been pretty. I would say my feet have been, and gergerloins, if you've got that foot fetish, because I know they love this. My feet have always been, I think the word you would use is dexterous. Like, I can do, you know, I can pick things up, do all that stuff. And the sheer size of my, it's impressive. But I would never have been like, oh, these are, these are, these. are beautiful. There's a lot of real estate, but like, I don't necessarily think the house is gorgeous.
Starting point is 00:18:03 We have the opposite of toes. See, we should have done the picture when we had our cars that were very us. And then also with the toes. I still have your, I took your picture. I still have your picture. Maybe we should just get one of you and superimpose it. Yeah. Because I popped up the other day. Oh, I love that. I've been just kind of out. But when I say out, yep, it popped right up. Oh yeah, there's me. I was thinking that was good. Dude, those fucking skinny jeans and those American Girl doll ankles.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Yeah. Dude, I was literally, I was putting on, what did I? I was like wearing something today. Oh, I was looking at my legs in the mirror with my slippers on. And like it looks like badly, my reflection looked badly edited. Like it looked like, oh no, A, I forgot to include the ankle. Like, because it just like, the shoes just like straight up. It cut me off.
Starting point is 00:18:52 And you're like, where's the calf is the same? Like, it's just a straight shot. Horrible. Horrible. I have to skin my knees for some definition so you at least know where my knees are. No, please. You're like, you're looking good. I know, I know. I know. I'm not going to. I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to fuck it. It's not worth it. Should we talk about everybody who died? Like, fuck. And you sent me the funniest thing, which was you quoting something you had seen someone else say. And I told Mots this morning on FaceTime. And it took him a second to get it. And then as soon as he got it, he said, he's laughing so hard. He goes, that's really fucking good. And you said, the grim Reaper. is a male Instagram shopper. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:19:30 And that is so spot-off. They've been just, they've been snatching the wrong fucking ones. I'm so, and I don't know why. Well, I know why it's a TikTok, but they're just like feeding me Dolly videos now of her, like, I'm doing okay and stuff like that. And I'm just like, oh my gosh, please stop. Yeah. My TikTok algorithm exclusively from my waking hours until like, I don't know, afternoon.
Starting point is 00:19:57 only shows me like a heart-wrenching edits in general. Like it just, it's like gives me a morning cry. And I've never been that kind of person. But my algorithm, I fall for it every time. And so when I tell you that like almost every morning there is an edit with like, I don't want to go, Mr. Stark. No, Mr. Stark. I don't want to go.
Starting point is 00:20:14 I don't want to go. No, that's because you love Spider-Man. That's also true. But then that will just like catapulted into like a voicemail that Dolly Parton has left someone with like a song in the background. And I'm just like, you guys are trying to. to absolutely fucking kill me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:30 Holy hell. And then Tim Curry just died. Yeah. I say it comes in threes. And I just don't think it's fair that like I don't want three out of three of these. Yeah. Like at least even it, maybe that means next time it's, I'm just like devastated. Like this is whole.
Starting point is 00:20:44 I am too. I'm very upset. It's so fucking sad. Very upset. Yeah. I cried about it this morning. I cried about it on face. Mike Moss was like, I'm so sorry.
Starting point is 00:20:52 I didn't think she could die. Like I know that sounds crazy because I know she, we also know that she was sick. And she had been preparing us for a while. But like, I don't know why. I mean, like earlier this week, she said, I'm fine. And that's just what. Yeah. Even my niece is in college.
Starting point is 00:21:09 And she said, like, the multicultural center, everyone was just, like, broken down crying. Yeah. Yeah, I saw a comment from someone who works in Tennessee. And it was, she was like, people, like, fell to their knees just, like, in the street. She's like, it's, like, it's insane. Like, her impact is huge. And even Moth was saying he was all. conservatives being like, you know, I didn't agree with her, but blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:21:31 And I was like, oh my God. And he's like, just shut the fuck up. It's Dolly Parton. Right. You wish you could be as great as her. That somebody, that people are like, oh, suddenly everybody is such a fan. It's like, it's fucking Dolly Parton. What?
Starting point is 00:21:46 Truly, what the fuck are you on it? It's Dolly Parton. Right. Huh? I'm shocked by. I'm shocked that people are like shocked. That they're like, oh. And I have to say.
Starting point is 00:21:57 say I want everyone to manage her expectations for tributes at the Emmys because people are like, it's got to be Miley. It's got to be myly. If that girl is not ready. I don't know her, but like, you know. I think it would be a very reasonable assumption that like she maybe would not feel ready for that because like this isn't just someone she like did her TV show with. That's her god mom. Like that's, it's an expectation that like if she doesn't do it, it's not because she wasn't asked. And so like I want everyone to, I'm worried about people managing their expectations because I don't think the Emmys will be like, we asked Miley, but like she didn't want it. Like she wasn't ready. So like if she's just not performing, I worry people are going to like blame the production.
Starting point is 00:22:38 And I'm like, ugh. But she might, you know, stand up and say something and then other people perform. But also like I think it's so insensitive of people like check on Miley. Has anybody checked on Miley? You don't fucking know her. You don't have her number. Right. Call her if you know her.
Starting point is 00:22:57 What? People that actually, I'm sure she knew way before the rest of us did. I'm going to say that too. And her whole family is mourning. Mm-hmm. This is her family. It's just so fucking weird. And I don't know.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Like, I think in general, like, I view comment sections as something that it's like, oh, fun, community collective. But then, like, there's certain instances when, like, tragedy happens or something like that where I'm like, no, we actually don't need to have like a public commentary on this. Like, this is just weird. And why are we trying to come up with like something that's like quippy that's going to get likes on this kind of stuff? Like, and it's just like really fucking weird to me. But yeah, I'm so, I'm just so sad. I want to go Daliwood. I've never been. Have you, you've moved ever, have you been? No, I haven't been. Where is it? It's in the part of Tennessee
Starting point is 00:23:47 that she grew up in. I assumed it would be where the, um. It's not like a, in Memphis. The Whitney one. You're never going to watch Paradise, but season two, Shadling Woodley's character, like, as the end of the world comes, she, like, hides out in Graceland. It's so fucking cool. It's so fucking cool. It's where. Oh, never heard of it.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Dollywood is. And then, oh, no, they're on the complete opposite side of Tennessee. How would I know? The only places I know are Nashville and Memphis. Yeah. So it's not even, it's by Knoxville, which, no. No. No.
Starting point is 00:24:22 No. hard, hard fucking pass. Yeah, they're eight hours away, driving. Damn it, it is a long fucking state. Yeah. I was just thought it was driven through there. So maybe that's where. You probably saw like this road signs for it or something.
Starting point is 00:24:36 Yeah, when we moved from Pennsylvania, we drove from Pennsylvania to Arkansas. So we would have driven through there. How long? That's like. We just took our cars. We had a van. You didn't do the RV? That van we had.
Starting point is 00:24:50 Oh, you did the van. I was sorry to say. That's the key point. Yeah. To be a good time. And then the moving trucks did whatever they did. But, yeah. I have two white people's business.
Starting point is 00:25:10 I'm curious if you have been in. Okay. Well, one of them, I guess it's white because it's golf. That's like a third then. Oh, yeah, I'm familiar with the... Yeah, because you also golfed. Ooh, baby. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:26 Callow. I don't know how you come back from this. They can't. No. And they are the biggest golf clubs. They got dropped from Costco. Yep, I know. And there are people who are like, Mats was like, he was like, they're also like, obviously what they did.
Starting point is 00:25:46 The commercial, horrible, approving it horrible, the company culture, horrible. And Mons was like, it's crazy because like they were so big. They had all of these deals. They had all of the stuff. And he was like, and objectively, they're not. not good. They're not good. The equipment is shit. So like to jeopardize when you're already in a position that's way fucking higher than you should be. And like you've become at this caliber with these deals and these, all of this shit that's like you're so deeply undeserving of it based on
Starting point is 00:26:12 the quality of your product to then fuck it up. He's like it's not even like it's a good product. People are going to be like, got to. You know, I think there's truly like, he's like, I don't even buy it prior to this. Right. But people like automatically, when you talk about, golfing. Yeah. Talk about like getting your first clubs. It's Callaway. They have like,
Starting point is 00:26:32 fill people in in case they don't know what's going on. Calloway and Good Good Good Good is a YouTube channel that has been described to me as golfers who try to portray themselves as like wholesome Mormons. They all follow the Trump or and or their wives, girlfriends, partners follow Trump. But they try and very much portray like a like a corny, wholesome, like we're bringing. like we're the good guys of golf and they're all just these like white boys with the haircuts that are named after foods and stuff um and broccoli ice cream exactly mushroom there you go and uh they've gotten like crazy popular like huge huge huge popular um and they have a ongoing deal
Starting point is 00:27:19 with calloway so they produced an ad for calloway starring their founder who also like wrote this and he did all this, where they're promoting Calloway's new driver by keeping it inside of the bag and having a girl who was rumored to be his girlfriend, but it seems like it's not his girlfriend, it's just his employee, who goes to reach for it, and he shoves her to the ground and then towers over her and says, don't touch my clubs. And then the caption of it was essentially like, or else, like there's a threat, like you'll see what happens. And we're just fully promoting domestic violence and then the apology, quote unquote apology, made it even worse because they're both like, yeah, totally not our intention. Like, we do think women should play golf. And I'm like, Diva,
Starting point is 00:28:04 this isn't about women playing golf. This is about, do you know how many people have lost their lives because they were beaten to death by a fucking golf club? Like, that is, it's not even just like, oh yeah, you're making a commentary about domestic violence. And these fucking assholes were like, oh my God, what a reach. I go, no, no, you actually know that that's a weapon of choice. It's a, it's a fucking golf club to, to beat women. Like, you have to, like, and it's not even just like, oh, they were so done. They overlooked it. Like, no, no, no, they thought that was funny.
Starting point is 00:28:32 They thought that was funny. They thought that that was okay. And Calloway was like, no, let it. It's just so fucking, so fucking stupid. And it just, it feels like, it feels a lot like the target, the costume that they're just pulled. Yeah. It feels a lot like that where it's like, oh, I thought that we had really curated our audience, just like be as much of a bigot. and an asshole and a fucking misogynist, racist,
Starting point is 00:28:57 piece of shit that we were. And like, now other people on the outside are getting mad. But, like, we know that our, we know that the people that we're actually catering to, they don't give a shit about it. Which is crazy because then I saw this post on threads that I sent to Mott's and Mott's like, holy shit, that said, I want to give this person credit to. So this is from Elizabeth Thomas Comedy. Here's a riddle.
Starting point is 00:29:22 You're a decision maker for a golf brand that is doing what Google describes as an aggressive repurchase of their own shares. You have to figure out a way to reduce public opinion of your brand in order to reduce the share price, but you have to do it in a way that doesn't upset your target audience. What sort of ad do you make? They're buying back their shares that they tanked. And it's like, holy fuck, which feels like the same thing with Target where they're like, oh my God, whoa. And I was like, no, you got rid of DEI. Like this was, this is why this happened. You knew this would happen. You was bound to happen. And now you have more racist defending. you to shop there because you're already losing sales because not enough racists for shopping there
Starting point is 00:29:59 to be in with. Yeah. And they found the people that were part of this campaign. And all of them, but one of them, haven't actually worked at Target since 2020. And someone else said that they work in sales. And I'll have to ask, because I have friends that also work in sales. And they say for Halloween costumes, it takes years for it to get through the pipeline. So like, these were people that were actively when DEI was being dismantled, decided to, we're going to do this. Yeah. They're like, if we lose enough of our customer, if we lose the majority, a huge majority of our customer base, we need to make sure we get the racist back.
Starting point is 00:30:39 This is like, it's like how you get fans. It's like when people are like you, you do that thing. And then suddenly people who have never once cared about someone is like, actually, I'm, I'm the biggest Justin Baldoni supporter. Actually, I'm the biggest Louis C.K fan. Actually, I'm going to support X, Y, and Z. all these kind of people because it's like, oh, you don't even know who this was, but now that you find out that they are racist, they are sexist, whatever it is, now you're their number one.
Starting point is 00:31:03 Yeah. And it's also discussing they brought a child into it too. Horrible. Horrible. Absolutely fucking horrible. And like, I'm, yeah, I'm, I can't believe that on set that day and all of that. Like, it's just the betrayal that like you'd feel as like the parents and like the age, like everybody there who like. failed along and also like there are so many fucking strict ass regulations when you're working with kids at that level. And so just to know that like, oh, it failed
Starting point is 00:31:33 top down, bottom up. It failed every aspect of that. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. But the other white people business is the love sack couches. Yeah. I'm familiar with that too. Did you know people were spending $11,000 on those squares? I thought people were spending $2,000 tops.
Starting point is 00:31:52 I thought those were a cheaper alternative to Wayfair because they are heinous. They are awful. But then they have like really, I don't know if you've seen any of their stores. Uh-huh. Yeah, there's one. They look really like high in, nice,
Starting point is 00:32:07 but I've never actually walked in. I just walked past it. I was like, okay. So that's why I went up. If I just knew it was love sack, I'd be like, okay, $1,000 max. But then walking past the stores, I'm like, okay, $2,000.
Starting point is 00:32:20 But I didn't know that people were putting together the whole fucking couch. The whole kit and caboodle. They're putting together every bit and piece of it. And it's coming in 50, 60, 70 boxes. The poor motherfucking delivery drivers who have to do those deliveries, that's, also apparently they had to like, they got sued by their investors because they were touting that aspect of it by delivering it in so many small, like in different pieces and all this sort of stuff.
Starting point is 00:32:52 That was like, what they said was like, the. hero of their business model because it made them be able to cut all these corners and save all of this money in all of these sort of things and they got sued for it. But I'm sure like at this lady that works in freight, she's like, this is literally what my job is the logistics of freight. She's like, by the time you ship all that out, there's no way that it costs less because it's in so many pieces. So you've got to charge for each one of those pieces. She's like, there's no way that it's less than what it would be if they just assembled it and put it on an actual shipping crate instead of through the mail.
Starting point is 00:33:29 They say it's like a storage thing, but I'm like, but I guess they didn't, they weren't actually even saving money doing that, but they told their investors that they were. And then their investor, they had to like pay out their investors because like they lied about it. But so like this comedian was basically being like, what the fuck is this shit? I can't wrap my head around the fact that's $11,000 because when we were looking for a new couch, which we haven't gotten it yet, but we know which one we want to get. the amount of people were like, oh my God, get a love sat couch. They're great. And I was like, sorry. I bought a home. I want a, I want a nice pretty couch. And then finding out these are $11,000 couches. And I went, actually, so sorry. I can't afford that, but that's also ugly. Like, so I'm, I'm not going to get that couch. And I know people are like, oh, but it has a like a lifetime warranty. But a lot of couches do. Or you can just buy it, which is still cheaper than $11,000. Yes. And also, like, I think there are certain things that I'm like,
Starting point is 00:34:21 Yes, lifetime warranty, that's great. Couch is kind of give me a little bit of a red flag for a lifetime warranty because I'm like, I shouldn't need a lifetime warranty. This should last without you being like, don't worry, there's a lifetime warranty in case anything is, anything becomes like wrong with it. Because I'm like, no, but lifetime, there'll be wearing, natural wear and tear and sag in these cushions. And I'm like, there's no way you're just replacing all of that. I'm assuming then maybe the structure of it's like not totally sound. and like the box of it breaks and you're like oh you'll replace that but i would think that like for $11,000 there might be some caveats of what you're going to like replace for the lifetime warranty
Starting point is 00:34:58 but he like set it up i think i forget how many hours it said it took him hours and he was eight and he had to wear like gloves because it was like tearing apart his knuckles and then the fucking CEO comes online and makes a video making fun of him wearing his gloves he says his like small ladies gloves with flowers on it and then which is so crazy and then it's like I hope it made your wife horny. What? I'm sorry. You're being sexually harassed by the love sack.
Starting point is 00:35:26 And now I'm just called love sat to begin with. That's where I was about to go. And now I'm feeling grosser about it. So much grosser. Now my niche white people drama. I haven't even fully dove into this, but I've been, I've been trying. But my cup around with over with content about this. And I'm constantly gasping.
Starting point is 00:35:44 It is what is being referred to as the BBJ cult. And this is like a workout studio in, I want to say Florida, Massachusetts. Sorry, why would I assume anywhere besides Massachusetts is doing crazy things like this? Also because the girl who's talking with this story keeps saying wicked, and I should have known that. And she wasn't referring to the musical. So all these people are like, I accidentally joined this like workout cult during COVID. And I'm like, what do you mean? And I'm thinking MLM.
Starting point is 00:36:12 Like I'm thinking like they're selling you workout powders. It's a tiered system. it's something like that. No, like, it starts as like a normal workout. And she's like, and it's true. Like, no one else is doing these workouts like this woman. And it's like all based around this woman. And then some of them are still like, haven't fully, I'm going to use the word deconstructed because they'll say things that I go rewind. That's crazy. But they're just saying that as a prelude to something else crazy. And they don't even realize that part's crazy. I'm like, oh my God, you're still fucking in this. Like you have not unlearned any of this. But so like for the motivation, she used to tell people that she like
Starting point is 00:36:46 found them on Facebook and she's like going to fuck their dad if they don't keep working out harder. She made them like go in the dark and take pictures of their stomachs and was like, you motherfucking fat fucks. I can like see your clit dangling out of your pants. Like, she went. What? She's nonstop. People would give her gifts and like bow at her feet. And it was like she was like our God and she had all these haters. We would just defend her because we're like, oh my God, nobody understands you like the way that I do.
Starting point is 00:37:13 And she'd make, oh my good, you like fat motherfuckers. So they have to wheel you in with a wheelbarrow to get in here. Like, and like she made them do like sexy dances and then like called two of them out and said that like nobody will ever want to have sex with you ever. You're divorcing. I'm going to make you divorce. I'm going to get your, I'm going to sleep with your husband. He's going to divorce you. Like you're unlovable.
Starting point is 00:37:32 If you don't like you're disgusting on and on and on and on. How do people join? It's a gym. Like it was a physical gym. A physical gym. Like imagine CrossFit. And then suddenly it becomes this. And then.
Starting point is 00:37:46 But it was during the pandemic. So were people actually going or were they doing this at home? No, I think it may be, I don't know that it started in, it might have started in 2020, like, virtually or something like that. And then, but a lot of people, like, they're just talking about it now because they're like, oh, I'm just, I'm just finally getting out of this, out of this cold. And, like, nothing could have prepared me for, like, this woman, like, talking about their droopy clits and being, like, you. And other people mean, like, it was a, it was a motivator. I'm like, what's it? Like, I'm just, I'm just shocked.
Starting point is 00:38:16 And Massachusetts just always, there's always something like that. Body by Jenny. Oh, she also told someone that a girl got fit because she kept having abortions. She had them take their clothes off so she could examine everybody's cellulite and then publicly shame them. She made them pull out their fupas and then name their fupas. And I don't want to hear anything else about this thing. What was that? It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:38:44 So then I somehow ended up. on black women in their 30s stumbling upon this drama and then recapping it being like, oh, I'm in white people's business. And I was like, oh, I probably already know this. And then I said, I'm actually unfamiliar. And then that's how I got into it. But I'm like, I was just, I was shocked. And like maybe it's like, maybe it is like a cultural like Boston, Massachusetts thing that it's like they talk to each other crazy. So like maybe this isn't that much of a leap. But like, this would be a huge leap for me. Maybe this would also happen in like Australia. Because like, you know, they're talking your cunts, cunts. Cunts.
Starting point is 00:39:15 Yeah, no, it's a, I don't think the picture part. No, no, but I'm saying that like the slippery slope of like the angry, like the mean trainer. Like that's not a thing. So what are the what are the repercussions? Like is anything happening to Jenny? Is she, oh, I thought you were asking, did she actually fuck their grandparents? No. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:39:37 I don't know what Jenny. Unfortunately, it sounds like. Is it still happening? Because you're like, people are just now getting out? Like, are there people still in? this feels like it's still niche enough that like I can't find her. Maybe she has a YouTube channel. Is this her?
Starting point is 00:39:50 But the only drama that I've seen on TikTok is that girl that has been pretending for two years since she's in PA school at Duke. Like, why name the school? You could have got, I feel like you could have got away with this if you hadn't named the school. Or like, say you're at Cambridge. Like say you're somewhere that's like, Carolyn Callow, I lied about that. But like, say that you're somewhere. that's like farther away in the sense that like algorithm wise do you what I mean but I'm like people can straight up just like you're going to where you're saying you're lying about yeah
Starting point is 00:40:26 or not even photoshopping like taking pictures at at like at the school and since freshman year they've known that she's doing this just like lie like just like from my protection and protection of other people other students just don't say the name of the school yeah or also whatever happened lying about saying that like your uncle is like someone famous like yeah something that like that like i don't know whoever it like is never going to come out and be like oh i don't actually know this person like you can hold on to like a sliver of that but when the fucking historian four two came out and was like never once yeah and like she's and then her best friend didn't even know her best friend was like i had no clue that she wasn't at school and she's like i'm sitting
Starting point is 00:41:11 with this i'm like because i came with that one i came the best friend. I came in. I didn't even know that I was still part of the same drama. I'm reading. I'm like, what is this? I'm like, somebody in the comments was like, Dolly Parton just died. We don't have time for this. But like, I was, I guess I got dropped in because I had already seen other things about this girl. But I didn't even know that you were a thing because she has a lot of followers too. I know. Well, this girl apparently had like a decent lot of followers and was like making content about like essentially. PA influencing. And I was like, okay, without that effort, just actually go to PA school. Right. And I'm not saying that it's like not hard, but also like, girl, what you're doing is also like not easy.
Starting point is 00:41:55 Or maybe, you know, go into marketing. Let's try that. Yeah. Because you're not, you're not actually like into being a PA. You're into the thought of people thinking that you're a PA. So I think marketing is where you should be. Or like going around and TV. Because what was going to be the angle? That's what I don't understand. Like, okay, now that you're doing with PA school, like... Now we're going to have fake patients. It's like those people who pretend to be cops. Or that 16-year-old boy, like 10 years ago, that was actually pretending to be a doctor. You don't remember that?
Starting point is 00:42:33 Oh, my God. I thought you were talking about, like, kid president or something. No. You mean, like, actually pretending? Yes. We're not talking Doc McStuffins here. No. Like, he was treating patient.
Starting point is 00:42:43 How big was this 10-year-old? No, 16. Oh, sorry, I thought you said 10. And I was like, damn, was it a girl? No, it's a boy. Oh, my God, but boys are so small at that age often. He was a big, well, he still had a baby face. He's 25 now.
Starting point is 00:43:01 He'd still be in men school. And, like, he has a baby face, but he was just like, yeah, I was a young doctor. I'm a young doctor. I'm sending it to you right now. What? If anybody wants to look it up, is anything? name is Malachi A Love Robinson. That's a child.
Starting point is 00:43:17 He got caught when he was 18. I guess he started when he was 17. He opened an urgent care. I'm sorry. That's like crazy? Yeah. So I think that was going to be the next step for her. So this, he had to have no friends.
Starting point is 00:43:36 But that's the one with this girl where she had, like, she has friends. Did you see the comments on that girl's video of her friend of being like, oh, so like you're naive? And everyone's like, why would you assume your friend is lying about going to PA school? Right. Like, I would not call her not unless like something else comes out that like is like, oh, she was naive. But I'm like, that there's no fucking way that you genuine, you assume that your friend would do any of this. That's why we're reacting that this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:44:01 It is just objectively crazy. Right. Because like you're not going to class within. No. She bought, she had props. She had scrubs. she had stethoscope. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:14 Like she had she, I'm sure she had textbooks. She probably looked that up. Like, I'm sure at home it looked like that she was going to school. And the same way it looked like online, she was going to school. Yeah, and she's clocking in for school. And that is stalking people who are actually in the Duke PA program on social media and using their content to form her content about it. And there's like one specific girl, the historian, who she like copied all of her rotations. So like when she was in Obi-Gy-Gy-Gy and like all of this stuff.
Starting point is 00:44:41 And I'm like, hold up, what? And it's also like, what is it? PA school's two years. And I'm like, I again, like, call me crazy. I think that unless like there was something horrible, like, I don't even, do they do a background check for PA school? I was like, unless there's something. Yeah, I mean, for all school, they do that. So it's like, unless there's something in her background check, I was like, the level of dedication, I was like, girl, crack open that textbook.
Starting point is 00:45:07 I think you could maybe I don't think she actually wanted to be a PA. But she was making like content like about like giving people recommendations. Like it's like she knew enough about it that like I was like, okay. Also talking about the percentage of black women in it. And the thing is they said only 10 black people were in this. So like why choose Duke? That was the craziest part to me. And like when the historian she goes, so here we are, all of us sitting in one row.
Starting point is 00:45:37 You'll notice she's not here. And I'm like, so you. ma'am saw that and you said, I'll just, I'll just pretend I'm there. And I go, hold this, that's not, no, like, you have, there is, it's like, this is documented. Like, pretend you're a time traveler. Like, and there's like, oh, there's black and white sepia photos of me. If you squint, there I am in the back of whatever. Like, but like the, this is something that's happening real time during social media. So other people are posting their experiences on social media. There's a class roster. There's all of this kind of stuff. And I have to say the fact that like it only came to a head like publicly when she did the graduation photos,
Starting point is 00:46:17 but finding out that they've all known about her for the entire duration they've all been in PA school because it started on like day one, class one. I was like, wow, you guys have much more strength than I do. The historian was in the comments though, like trolling her, like saying like, oh, why weren't you doing X, Y, and Z and stuff? And then she would respond to it. And then when the historian would respond back, like saying, you're not there, she would delete the comment. Wow. And then she never got less cocky about it. And I was like, no, I'll imagine me the graduation photographer for that.
Starting point is 00:46:54 Like, and also, this has happened post that other woman lying about all of her degrees. Yeah. Who also got caught in the same way where she had the wrong color hood. And I was about to be like, okay, we didn't learn anything from that? Like if you were at least going to do it, like, take, take temperature of your, of your, what is not predecessors. I mean, it came before. Yeah. It still works.
Starting point is 00:47:19 Take inventory of that and then be like, okay, how can I apply this? So I'm, I don't, at least I don't get gotten the same way. Got gotten the exact same way. And the crazy, the fact that it wasn't even like AI that like she. No, she was literally there. She did all that shit. Do you think she spent like the same, like the entire duration that everyone was in PA school? She just like spent that time just like stop like watching everything they were doing at PA school.
Starting point is 00:47:43 I think she was watching. She was researching. But she was also getting brand deals and stuff. So this was her job. And people are like, you ever wonder why people that are in school full time can't get brand deals? Well, that's because they're actually studying. She's studying how to do this instead of actually doing it. Do you think she's, like, ever going to, like, address it?
Starting point is 00:48:04 No. Do you think she'll just... I think it's a grift. Like, she's done it. She got caught and now she's just going to disappear. And what do you think the new grift will be? I honestly don't even know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:48:15 She's got to get... She's got to find a marketing job. Somebody that doesn't know what she did. Yeah. Because she's going to have to scrub everything off the internet at some point. Or she can use that as her resume. I mean, like, look what I was able to do. Look at that. Or she'll be a fixer.
Starting point is 00:48:33 Yeah. It's got to be something where like the hacker gets caught, like that type of thing where the hacker got so far that they're like, you, we want to hire you. We want to use your skills for good, not whatever this one was. Right. Because like, I don't even think it's for good. It's got to be a company that's a little evil because like a good company would be like, we can't have you do this because that's unethical.
Starting point is 00:49:00 Mm-hmm. What is it, Palantir? What's that one? I don't even know what you're talking about. It's like the AI and also weapons. Oh, yeah. Palma. Yeah. Pall. Yeah. Lockheed Martin. They'll be like, hey, she'll work PR for Boeing. Yeah. Something like that. Yeah. I, this to me, though, like, I could see this being like a, you'd have to take creative liberties with it and, like, script some additional stuff.
Starting point is 00:49:28 Like she took the like diploma of like someone else or whatever, but that I could see this being like a Olivia Pope on the case. She's got to and she's got to do it in a way that she's like this was a case study. I was doing a social experiment. It's like all the YouTubers in like 2015 who were like groping women in public and they were like exactly. That was bad. It was a social experiment. You guys didn't fall for it. And everyone's like, no, that was just as all.
Starting point is 00:49:56 That was really weird. I love the social experiment excuse. That's a good one. I really hope she used is that. But yeah, I have to say that, like, the rabbit holes I've been dropped off into this week, I'm like, wow. Wow. People are doing stuff. Stuff is happening.
Starting point is 00:50:17 Stuff is happening. All right. Should we give some advice? Let's do that. Okay. Yeah. Hi, Megan and Melissa. I'm wondering if you have any words of wisdom for trying to navigate dating slash romance in a healthy way. To quote Megan, my picker has been off for a long time. I don't know if I said this already, but 23, she hurt. I've always dated older men. I know, I know. And found myself in a nearly three year long situation ship with a man nine years my senior. Trust me. When you were 20? I know, yeah. We were very on and off and he was textbook avoidant. Or he was married. Sorry. That was me. I added that sidebar. Meanwhile, I'm anxiously attached as hell. You can imagine how it played out.
Starting point is 00:51:08 I'm finally free for the chains of this strange, psychologically warped, undefined relationship. I took almost a year-long break for dating after reflecting on my history and a past situation I have with the man who I quote-unquote dated when I was 19 and he was 33. After taking time to get back into myself, I became cautiously interested in dating again. Then, on a night out, with my bestie, I met this kind, age-appropriate man. We had our first proper date last weekend. and now I'm losing my mind. He's basically my ideal person, very sweet and reassuring, and I know he wants to see me again next week. But my anxiously attached traits are surfacing,
Starting point is 00:51:41 and I'm so afraid of being abandoned. I'm so caught up in over-analizing and obsessing that I can't even enjoy it. I stop myself from triple texting, but the urge is there, muffled. I obviously don't know if this will turn into something, but for future reference, I appreciate advice on dating when you've, one, never been treated right, and two, never had a boyfriend. I don't think I had a boyfriend there when I was a situation. By the way, you have...
Starting point is 00:52:01 There's no such thing as a situation ship that's three years long. No. I'm sorry. Also, you actually did not take time to get back into yourself. You took time to get over a guy, which is not the same thing. Mm-hmm. Because you don't heal being anxiously attached in a relationship. Like, that's not the prerequisite. It's not like a okay exposure therapy.
Starting point is 00:52:22 Like, let's... There's a lot of... There's an exponential amount of work done before that period. and like this is a therapist necessary. Like this is something that you need to, if you could have fixed it on your own, you would have. And being anxiously attached totally sucks.
Starting point is 00:52:39 And a great relationship can shift that. But it can't go from like zero to one. Like it can't move you from one category to another. It can like confirm and aid in like all of the work that you've done on your own to heal from being anxiously attached. Then you can. That's how you. you get into a good relationship. Being anxiously attached, you're not going to, that is not going to be a
Starting point is 00:53:04 enjoyable, fun relationship for either party at all. Like, it's also just like not, it's not like a, it's not terminal. Like that like, the whole point of attachment styles is like healthy attachment is what being in a relationship is the relationship. Like all the other ones are like, this is why it's not working. This is why it's not working. You can't be an anxiously attached person. that's in a good relationship. It doesn't work like that. That's, you have to do that kind of healing and, like, specifically anxiously attached. Like, it's just, it's not, it's not fair to you. And to the other person, like, it's, you're setting yourself up for failure. And so recognizing that you're like trying on triple text, like, he's perfect. He's not perfect. You hardly know this guy. So, like, this is a sign is don't go out with him again. I know that sounds crazy. But this is like how you're spiraling about this is like, oh, I mean, I'm actually like not ready to date. Yeah, you're not ready to date or add more to your roster. But actually not because you're not healed.
Starting point is 00:54:07 You need to like take care of yourself first. There's no such thing as a perfect man, period. It's a man. Yeah. And so taking time to be, this is the first guy. Also, this is the first guy you dated that is your age. So like, I think it's just that he's your age. and you had chemistry,
Starting point is 00:54:31 but you can have chemistry with a lot of people. So, like, I don't, and if this is the guy that you're meant to be with, then once you are good yourself, maybe it'll come back around. I'm saying he'll wait for you, but, like, take time for yourself and don't date, like Megan was saying,
Starting point is 00:54:49 figure out who you are outside of situationships and maybe figure out why you are constantly dating, men 10 years older than you. Yeah, figure out why you're anxiously attached. What's that fear of abandonment from and like heal that wound? Because like a new guy cannot come up and like heal those prior wounds. Like those things will still exist. Yeah, and they're not just going to disappear either.
Starting point is 00:55:14 No. And like even you, one of the positive traits you said about him is he's reassuring. Yes, it's a compliment. But like if someone told me that I love my partner, like he's so reassuring, that does tell me that they're anxiously attached. Like there, there isn't a healthy attachment reason to say that. That's not like a trait that, like, you think of because, like, it's, I'm not worried about that. I'm not worried about like you not still caring about me. I'm not worried about that because, like, we both know how we feel. I'm not, I'm not needing reassurance of that. And so all of those things
Starting point is 00:55:48 to me just, like, say, say that. And I think some people think that, like, a good guy is going to pass them by if they don't like seize the opportunity and it's like oh my god i don't want like the one that got away but every guy will be the one that got away if you don't heal yourself first and like it will be and i mean this with like i don't want this to come across like callous but like that like voice in your head that's like oh my god i'm going to be pushing these people away that voice in your head will never go away and that voice will push people away because you have to work on yourself first. Like, you have to figure that shit out. And, like, as someone who was avoidantly attached, which is also paired with ADHD, tough, because I'm like, ooh, forget people
Starting point is 00:56:34 exist, all of that kind of stuff. Like, that is not, I was single for a long, long, long, long, long time before that. And so, like, that's not like a person that Mott's knew when we were dating. Like, this isn't like, oh, I watched you go from this person to this other person. person. It's like, no, no, I did that for myself. I worked on that for me. And I think that for you, all of this should just tell you that you might have gotten over that other relationship. But like, I think not only has your picker been off, but like there's a cause of why your picker's been off. Like most I said, like you specifically seeking out dating older men. And then you having a, that was your picker. Your picker was picking the same kind of guy that, especially in age one, that I'm like,
Starting point is 00:57:21 that feels a therapist would have a field day with this. She'd be like, oh my God, we can dive in. I, we have so much to start from. And I just think you owe it to yourself as somebody who wants to be in a relationship and like wants to experience all these things and like, who has like gone through like shitty fucking multiple year long situationships. You will, you will end up in the same place. And unfortunately, if you don't and you end up with someone who's like loves that you're anxiously attached and like is like very like, for sure. I also find that like a really red, like a huge red flag. Like that's like a scary kind of guy who's like, no, I love, I love someone who like needs constant reassurance. And like
Starting point is 00:58:00 you become easier to manipulate when you're that. And that's just, that's not good. Not good at all. So I think it's time for a therapist, not a second date. Yep. Agree. All right. That's the end of our episode. Thank you so much for joining us. We'll be back with another episode to don't blame me and maybe, but am I watching? Woo! I also want to give, and if you're still listening, shout out, Diana. I downloaded Pokemon Go, and it has helped me slow down on my walks. And I didn't even realize how fast I was walking on my walks until I got a notification from Pokemon Go that said, slow down, please do not Pokemon Go and drive.
Starting point is 00:58:40 And I said, oh, I must walk way too fast. How fast are you walking, Megan? So all of my neighbors say, they're like, girl, you walk. fast. And I go, really? And they're like, yeah. And Mott's always like, yeah, you walk like pretty fast. But like when I'm with him, I'm talking. So I'm automatically slowing down. And everybody comments on it of being like, you're making insane time. And I go, am I? Like, I don't realize how fast I. I don't even know how fast I'm walking. But apparently it's quite fast. Okay. I've got long legs and no torso, you know. And I do know. All right. Uh, goodbye. Bye bye. This is a sister
