would be like i'm gonna have him just like make things for pranks me too eat it me too oh my god that's a great use of your money and your influence i love that i do need to share with the class the craziest citizen prior to this it was what like 40 people fighting in a parking lot and i was like okay this is giving us a story um now we have citizen sense things from like all over la so like sometimes you'll get or even like out like a country and you'll get like crazy things or whatever and so when i got this one i was like thank god they did a mass blast huge i hope this one was nationwide it says four-year-old riding motorcycle in street and i didn't listen i was like genuinely what the fuck first of all all the comments people being like uh impressive like

crazy impressive and i texted wilson i was like the longest legs a four-year-old has ever had it like it was so stupid because i'm like clearly it was a toy and like why are we calling it because like i have to if anyone knows if this like what the how this works but i assume that when you have like the like couple days old like write-ups that are more like news those are like collected information and then like written like journalistically for the ones that are just like straight from a 911 call i'm like is that what the dispatcher is like putting it in as or like yes citizen because i'm as i know from from experience they said exactly what i said on the phone and that's why i'm like okay i do think you guys need to somewhat adjust this because

the same thing when i was like saying like person experience person out of breath and i was like okay this to me if this person is like if this person cannot breathe if i'm an end and i hear a person is out of breath i go okay the thing is though is that the 911 dispatchers they cannot have any thought into what like they can't uh they can ask questions but they can't put their own thoughts and feelings into what it is because it has to be an accurate report and so they're they're just typing exactly what they were told they can't be influenced with their own thoughts so without a doubt they kept saying are you sure it's not a toy and they're like it's a real motorcycle and they had to be like well now i have to put that riding a motorcycle like this is a

four-year-old and if a four-year-old's not right if it is a real full-size motorcycle there's an adult it's not a it's not a four-year-old that also how do you know that they're four that's what i want to know i'm like okay you know a lot about this situation that you're just gonna you're just gonna i think if you can give it this many details about the circumstance you could also intervene it sounds like you know these people sounds like you know intimate details and i responded to you this is why children don't play outside anymore but more importantly you responded with this was my motorcycle i had a child yeah should i get it because i didn't grow yeah when i was 11 so cool it was the coolest but like when i would ride it around the neighborhood

people would stop me and be like it was so cool it like looks it has pedals yeah it has pedals it's like it's a bike bicycle but it was shaped in the form of a motorcycle that's so fucking cool and i and it also the way that it's built you have to be like hunched over like you would be on a motorcycle you know i can just picture you being cool on it just like yeah and the thing is though is that i was i will say i have grown since i was 11 11 to 12 is when i had a little spurt and then i stopped your last one yeah um but when i was 11 11 my my toesies didn't because you can't adjust the yeah the the height so my toesies did just graze the ground and i had to kind of like lean over so then i could be flat foot and then get off of it um so as as a 12 year

old i was fine and it's kind of like a real motorcycle though wow well i do think you should get one again i think so too i was looking for them online can't find them all i wanted was those like kids who like had my nephews had them and i was like i want one of these but like the little mini cars for kids yeah we had a jeep a red jeep me and megan used to be a little terrorist on that thing just driving around especially we'd do it in the house too wow yeah that's that is bold and that's not on us that was on our parents but also like they were outnumbered i mean they they they allowed it to be driven in the house they didn't want it in the house they wouldn't have brought it in the house it's just i want to know what the why that was like the better choice like

what was the alternative was someone like trying to drive into the street was it like what was i think it was just cold and it probably kept you like slightly quiet yeah i mean we got it i know we got it for christmas so it would have been cold oh that was they definitely didn't think that through as soon as they're opening it and then being like i want to ride on it goes yeah but then like it was just like it was either inside or outside it was if we wanted to play outside we'd be outside and if we want to play inside we'd be inside with it that's wild yeah it was great i love that thing we had it forever too even up until melanie is six years younger than me and up until she was in it up until i was in first grade which by that time i was too big

for it but um she was still right around in it so it's like a i i it was the thing without a doubt i was like the most jealous of because like it was like objectively just like fucking cool and it never stopped being cool like it wasn't like you grow out of it in the sense of like oh like i think this is like not cool anymore because like no you can't drive a car until you're 16 and like this little thing gets you from point it was pretty fast that shit is fast i remember like sitting it up because the it had a big thick fat battery in it so you had to take out it had to charge for like two days if it went completely dead so i made sure that it would be charging in between drives so it was pretty much like an electric car i can i can still vividly picture

this thing wow it had a a eagle on the friday god bless america well like we also like i don't think you ever grow out of the novelty of that because like i also want a golf cart like yeah i think like i have a car but those other like these things are just cooler there's someone on uh in our neighborhood who i like i like know nothing i don't know where they live and they might not live like in our neighborhood but they've like driven through our neighborhood so i assume they do because i don't know how fucking long this thing can run because it just you can smell it coming not only you can hear it going but you can smell it this is gasoline um but uh it's he like his guy like built a wagon that looks kind of like a trolley ish sort of a thing and it also is like a

little bit like a golf cart car and like neighborhood kids will just get in the back i mean i love that yeah that's so fun it's a screenshot okay how we were talking about how avia is never on the internet yeah and doesn't know like basic pop culture things she just sent me a picture of julia roberts and emma roberts together and was like i don't think i ever connected the two no we are we are decades behind like this is this is this is so far behind avia my god wow you didn't send me the photo i know because i got distracted as i was going through my text messages wait till she finds out that um scarlett johansson has a twin there's just like so many pop culture like she's gonna be shocked yeah oh my god oh that's

so fucking cool and it's like real ass tires yeah i want to say my nephews had like they each had one and it was like one i want to say was a hummer or something like a mercedes i remember one was white and it was like they were just so fucking cool but i was a i was a i was a big kid so i didn't really fit the same way and they were also they were younger than me but like not that much younger like three years two years but damn i hope that kid on the motorcycle is having a good time and i i just wish i was there i should have just like opened up a map and like tried to figure out how far away it was because i would have killed to like see them come up to presumably a child in somebody's fucking yard playing on a sidewalk or a parent with their child strapped

going bad it's like no they show up to be like hey kids yes they show up to to be seen and then and they try to seem like they have a purpose for being there and they never have a purpose for being there and they're like i don't want to get in anyone's way they're in everybody's there is everybody way they're trying to talk to everybody they're trying to have conversations while we're rolling um and then they go sit they of course when they're on set they have their own chair and the pa and their own set pa that's just running around is are they doing all this in the show it's all of it it's all of it and like the fun part about the show which i didn't even realize is that like so everybody's obviously aside from like the people who are playing

like there's it's it's uh ike barrenhold seth rogan uh chase suey wonder chase suey i don't know um and agatha all along um katherine han and then like one or two other people there's probably like six people oh and um david uh katherine o'hara um no katherine o'hara is the old dead lady no you're right oh okay that's Catherine Hepburn okay so I'm a verbal processor if we can't tell so I would say that like there's less than like 10 people who are playing who are actors playing roles the rest of like are people playing themselves but I didn't

know that they were also hiring they were hiring like actual real like directors to play directors so like in this i was like that person's definitely not an actor like there are scenes where i'm like that's definitely not an actor that's definitely like a crew person and it is like they're just playing that version themselves so they have like a real director who did used to act but like playing herself oh the stress that i felt from this i was telling months i was like months you don't you actually don't know how like how how how real this is because like the whole thing is that like it's the big it's like the end it's they have a oner like a big fucking one shot no cuts for anyone who doesn't know like it's a whole production and that's the day that he wants to

come visit set everyone's like no the day that the studio can come to set needs to be there are no actions it needs to be this is too real boring day and he's there that day and it is so stressful like i literally was like i can't much like do you want to turn it off and i was like no i i just leave it to end but i was so fucking stressed but it is so spot on they have olivia wilde essentially like playing a version of herself that like when people were saying that she was like this like fucking crazy director during um that one yeah the time that she directed that movie with harry styles so she's like playing that version of herself that i was like oh my god you have a great fucking sense of humor like zach efron is i was like there's no way they got

yeah i saw that clip it's and i i think he's such an underrated actor like he was he was so funny in it the whole thing is just is so fucking funny and so real and i was like thinking i was like wow this is the only network they could put it on is apple because apple is the only network that is not just making like shit that will make you a ton of money because they're like we make iphones we got money but like if they they couldn't do it in the other network because they those studios would be like this hurts my feelings yeah this feels like a personal attack i mean hacks is doing it too but yeah but hacks is on hbo it's on hbo but hbo still has a better rep for that so i was just like this is how it's so it is so fucking funny and every

time i'm and it's all in la so every time i'm like where are they where are they where are they where's his house this makes no why would he live here but it's oh my god it's so good you have to watch it but i'm going to warned you have been warned it is so accurate i had put myself on a little um staycation this week because we're on pause from writing so i'm like i'm going to i made my phone and my all my devices only family can get through so you're included in that yeah um no one else can text me or anything i have my away message vacation message set on my emails like as far as people know i'm gone yeah they don't know where you are yeah and so um i have been catching up on my tv perfect i caught up on two months of uh young and the restless i like

genuinely worry about you when you get out of sync with your with your fucking soaps because i'm like the commitment that you have to get back in sync with them i know you say you don't have to watch like every episode but i'm like i do i was gonna say like as someone who wants to watch every episodes and someone who wants to write in the industry i do but i there is a thing there's a lot of storylines that don't matter so like i can be doing other things while i'm doing it so like even i was like reviewing edit like i can i know the rhythm as in what are any when i'm doing edits i know the rhythm of what how things should be sounding and i can pay attention to both um so completely caught up two months um it's so impressive and then i was like last night i

was like i need to watch something that's light and funny because i was gonna watch what you've been telling me to watch forever paradise but i was like too dark too late too dark the first episode's not that dark okay but you know but if you just want to watch it like don't it's it's it's an hour long though isn't it yeah but you don't really get the whole like wait what the fuck's going on until the second episode the first episode just feels like an episode of scandal okay so i watched the paper it was renewed for a second season already i know i saw him on a bus and i tried to take a picture but then the light turned green but i was like i was so excited i was like he's on a bus and he's so tall that like he he he's got the perfect

like positioning yeah in the in all of those ads that i'm like just geeked out for him and he just went on kayla nicole's podcast and i'm like melvin write something and put me in it god damn he is we're gonna have him back on this podcast we should so then because i was already on peacock i watched that show with steph curry and eggo oh yeah i've been meaning to watch that yeah it was fun the first episode's fun like it's a lot i could i could keep watching it but then i was like wait i need to get on my list of things melissa watch hacks yeah i love that show so much and i ended up watching like three episodes when i meant to just watch one episode it's so good but in that same way of like this is hollywood baby but it's just so smart and funny

and i love it we need to pick that back up yeah you do finish the studio we'll get back in that yeah i feel like that's a good partnership yeah without a doubt because i mean we only paused we finished the first season i don't remember why we paused i think we started the second season and it didn't like grip us the same way no it was the drug episode you didn't like we picked it back up after that okay it just took a while okay we did do a bigger pause i think last season season three is the smartest tv that has ever been written oh perfect i'm down yeah we'll watch it so i'm sure i'll probably finish that within the next couple days i can't wait for you to watch paradise and i can't wait for you to watch the studio paradise

school go by so much faster i'm gonna do hacks then studio and then probably poker face and then yep i'm erasing it finish hacks poker face paradise the studio nah paradise you will finish in like it's it's i don't want i don't want to be a fast finisher for paradise i want it to marinate but you can i mean the episodes are long and they're intense you can just watch an episode and be like whoa moving on why don't you watch it at the same time as something else because then you can like you don't understand megan i have you're never my soap operas yes i am i have my soap operas to get to be consistent with so i have i have my soap operas i have hacks i have my soap operas then i'll have the studio have my soap operas then

i'll have poker face have my soap opera then paradise fine and i have to do all this before october well let's and you know why cecil and gray's anatomy what comes back and no abbott oh abbott does come back i'm so excited fuck yeah you have to you're busy you have a lot of content to watch you better fucking watch paradise before season two comes out i mean i did say maybe i should just partner them together i have said that before i know but i okay at least if do that do what i did then with bridgerton where i caught up so then i could watch yeah yeah okay i can do that because i just i'm just gonna need to talk to you about it at the

We also watched Highest to Lowest, which did make Mott's and I both go, I guess sometimes we should actually watch good movies. because we were like we love our like trashy action movies and like all that stuff but i was like yeah no this is like a film and ma says that i don't i can't say this because i have not seen enough it's without a doubt my favorite spike lee movie that i've seen but like i've only seen two he says it's his favorite one he's ever seen he thinks it's his best work it was so fucking good i was like it was beautifully shot like wonderfully edited like i was just i was impressed like the actual like movie making of it this like the music of it was just like amazing

and i i i was like so i was so impressed with like the cinematography of the whole thing which i just think is like like i could tell like certain things that i'm like again i've only ever seen two of his movies but what was the other one black klansman okay so like there were things i could see that i'm like oh yeah these are his like stylistic things that people talk about because now i'm seeing them happen in both films in both ways like that but they were used in such different ways like the tracking shots and the zooming in the like the direct look into camera like even some certain like of the edits stuff i was like oh but it was done in such a separate like different way but motz also was a huge fan of the original that it's based off of

which I've never seen and then the more he was telling me about it I was like I don't I get that it's based off of it but like it how does that like it's a totally different if anyone doesn't know the plot it's like music exec and certain things that are happening in life high tension with his high profile job and but music is like the catalyst because he works in music and the other version is like finance and i was like so sure is it based i was like how do you even how can we even say that it's still based on this thing when like it feels like music is like such a huge through line that i it doesn't directly translate to being like well they just swap it for finance because i go that doesn't fucking make sense in that context so

it sounds like there was a lot of like loosely based like loosely loosely um his wife beautiful um and i just i was i was i i was deeply impressed with the film the the like this is gonna sound crazy but you know how like some movies and tv shows do a really great job of like they talk about like sex in a city it's like the city is a third like the final character that's how this this made that's how yeah i mean that's how spike lee movies all of them are it made me feel like the last time i felt the urge to be like do i gotta move to new york with sex in the city and this where i was like oh my god big apple where dreams are made of like it was just done so well and also simultaneously not necessarily the romanticized

version of new york like i was like oh and now i'm stressed for the things that stress me out about new york but it was so good anthony ramos had a kid of course he did i was like there's no fucking way i was like the game stop kid it's what he'll always be to me he'll always be hamilton's son yeah and also the terrible reboot of will and grace oh he was also in a new the reboot of one of the reboots of um transformers that we watched that was good oh we also watched bumblebee fantastic fantastic film i love transformers you should watch do the right thing that's on that's mott said that that's he wants to do that this week that is his i think that's his best movie but i haven't seen this one that and um he said he was like he's like

there's a couple that i think we can like do later but the ones he's like without a doubt i think are like like easy you're gonna love is do the right thing and inside you do the right thing is not easy no no but like he knows that i'm gonna like it's not like yes yes he's like i know you'll like this from like the jump um but some of the other ones he's like i don't know if you would be as interested in them or like them as much but he said we have to start with inside man because it's easier to watch than yeah do the right thing with that his most questionable movie for me oh my god i was like why the fuck is he credited on the best man and like in his direct i was like there's no way he direct that he produced it i was like that's such a pivot okay so you ready for

this she hate me okay and this is starring anthony mackie who is also in the studio and kerry washington and a bunch of other people okay it was his ex-fiance and then she like i don't like you because i like women and her and her new partner like we want you to get us pregnant so we can have a baby and then it turns into this lucrative business of baby telling him either sleeping with or giving his sperm to a bunch of lesbians i was looking at the cast list and i said okay there's some there seems to be a through line and then the ending shot is this is what's i fell asleep part way through the movie and woke up at different times but it was enough i saw enough of it i saw enough of it and um the ending shot is him

on a train surrounded by all of his children and there's a lot of them there's also little cartoons within of like his sperm swimming to the egg you know it's a bold choice it was it was different it was something yeah that i don't know i don't know how high that is on my list um but wow yeah it should be at the bottom i'll put it at the bottom but you like bad movies so you actually might enjoy it no i actually really do and i love like bad movies with bold takes and like yeah it makes a bad movie with that editing so all of that style i'm like oh i love the pizzazz i love the fucking commitment

to that kind of shit i have a prediction though i do think that we are so close to a spike lee x timothy chalamet movie i think we are i i think it's gonna happen i was like without a doubt he's gonna hang out at the basketball game that's what i was gonna say he's gonna see him at the i think they literally hang out though they sit together all the time yeah and he's gonna and i without a doubt know that he's like timmy i got a thing don't worry you're up here i got you in mind for that and he was and i i bet you that that is like timothy chalamet's bucket list like that is his biggest fucking dream and i can't wait to see it happen i said to monsoon box is like whoa that's like so spot on like it's it is gonna happen like that's

your fucking typical heartthrob like i have to show these i have to show these people that i'm a silly goofy boy i am a weirdo and i i think it's like fucking hilarious i do too because because at first when people were like this is kj appa and i was like what are y'all talking about like that's all that was what i was hearing before i ever saw mr fantasy video i just saw people saying that this was him and i was like this looks nothing like what are y'all talking about why what are y'all saying and then once i got into it i was like oh that's 100 him as i was looking at his face it's just those teeth teeth really did a good job with the teeth those teeth are transformed and i bet you he spent good money on those yeah

Barrymore show in character yeah I think it'll be too much for Drew unless she has a character well hey I mean I guess he could sing on both he could do a duet both on Kelly or Jennifer Hudson Jennifer Hudson has she has no idea of the origin story this will be introduced if they want to be a part of like the if it was you have Kelly I'm sure Kelly's watched Riverdale like Kelly would know the history if you want to be fully in character to the point where the host does not know does not know jennifer hudson yes jennifer hudson so same with drew barrymore i don't think she would know either she is but she would just be too i don't think she would wreck i think he would i think he needs to go on as his character with no connection to kj yep and she would have

there other times i'm like i've literally never even heard these two movies like today um it is finding a connection between nightmare alley and a nightmare on elm street and so you first start with like now you have like a box that you type in and you say like an actor from the first movie and then you do another movie that they're in and then they're in a movie with who else and then that's in another movie with who else and then how you get to the final one um and it's also they have a reddit where people like post how they get to like certain places and if anybody is like oh my gosh that sounds so daunting but it sounds fun i don't know how to do it my biggest advice is oceans movies and marvel movies everybody's there's always one fucking

person in one of those i will say in general oceans movies i find we have a better success rate with them because marvel the crossovers you might mistake that someone someone might have been blipped in the movie like and you don't remember but with those oceans movies someone is always there and um begrudgingly like literally every time i go moths i figure it out unfortunately it's another oceans it's another oceans but then other people sometimes will try and do it to be the most like long-winded way or like the shortest way to get there but sometimes it's easy sometimes it's not but yeah our longest one was nine and our shortest so far has been three it's fun i recommend it's an app nope website play really.com and really is r-e-e-l-y um but i have to give a

shout out to the drew barrymore show because the only reason why we got yesterday's was because dermot milroney's in i forget which movie it was that they were connected to but he was in that and i knew that bill murray was in a movie with drew barrymore and i was like drew barrymore and dermot milroney were in a movie together and mom's like what is it i go i don't know but he she he came on her show and they cried together about how much they love each other because they did movie together okay and then i found the movie and i was like i've never heard of this movie and i was like i've never seen it but i know that they did it so like shout out to drew barry marshall because i would have never gotten it right if i didn't know that they run in a movie

together uh but it was it's fun it's a it's a very fun one but there's no like archives you can only do one a day which is annoying yeah i just opened it up and it was exactly what you just said i thought i was gonna get a you know it's all something fresh it's like we're all playing wordle together no that's what it feels like all over again and you know i love a little game we still play all of our games every day i deleted monopoly go again a while ago oh wow you're so strong yeah i was up one night and i was like let's just stop doing this to yourself and i just deleted it cold turkey wow that's like i'm not even being facetious like that's like impressive i know i'm not saying i'm not gonna go back but like right now i don't miss it
