it's because this has been such a shit show that like I haven't had time to get nervous also I think he was like you literally yelled at me like or got mad at me during the Taylor Swift one because I thought he was being too calm and he was like and I was like okay but in hindsight how hard was that and he was like hard like that was very hard and I did have a meeting and like it wasn't going quickly and like you know he I didn't want to get in trouble at work um but he was like so like but you're so much more calm than you were and I was like yeah because I was under the impression that I was waiting for my link that we were all three going to try to get these tickets via the pre-sale link there was no way we thought all three of us were going to be able to

it was all three of us were going to try to get at least three tickets yeah we weren't each trying to get one ticket and then I don't get the link I didn't get the link you didn't get the link she got the link and then i'm thinking her link is for friday because that's what i assumed you're talking about she has an avian yes and then i suddenly hear it i i'm refreshing i'm here i'm waiting and i'm like oh no i knew it was a day i i was up because that well i thought i was going to be directing an audiobook yesterday and then i ended up we won't even get into it but i'm directing it on thursday which is why we're actually recording today which is wednesday um but um i knew she had it that day so i was i was like it doesn't start till 12 but i that was

the first day i've been able to sleep in in weeks and so i woke up refreshed and i was like avia it's all on you we're all three in a group message like she went to a restaurant and sat down to do it which i don't know why she did public wi-fi it's a big transaction for public wi-fi you know she was she had her game face on she got in there really fast she she was in there incredibly fast and i was just shocked because again like i didn't realize that the people were getting pre-sale codes that were opening you up for different days not for like different concerts different shows it was like no no someone had someone got a pre-sale link for this day someone and so i wasn't the impression that it was friday and so it was just so quickly it went from i'm

waiting to these tickets are so fucking expensive yeah to but also there was a brief moment where her screen went completely white too i couldn't even look at that text i was like i i know that i know that she needs she needs us to be there for her but like i have to catch my breath i'm like so stressed um and we got tickets they were so fucking expensive because we had already made a game plan that we weren't going to do floor seats because no both she has a knee injury and you have i can't see things going on and i was like okay so like we're not going to be on the floor what is our price limit actually we didn't even say price limit because we're like we're not going to be on the floor we can afford everything yes did we spend what some people spent in other

states to be front row yeah of course we did for section 300 of course of course of course of course but she picked such good seats so we're not like and i this is exactly how i prefer my seats to be i prefer to be regardless of what section i'm in i want to be one of the first rows in that section yep you have the what you have the best view there it's better than being like 12 rows back yeah it's great so also i was thinking about how both of you are giants i'm gonna look yeah so small i did think about that as well i was like i don't know what she's gonna be wearing because she's probably gonna have on flat she usually wears flat yeah if she's got knee injury yeah um but uh i already know what i'm wearing i've been playing my outfit for

swift tickets and he goes and i i would have i think you could have got it like a 200 more and then pass out i would have been like that's that's fucking crazy yeah and i was like okay i'm glad we're on the same page but he's so excited he was like are you like are you gonna tell our nephew and i was like yeah he's gonna be he's gonna be mad at you he will he's gonna be i don't get to go um and i'm just like so excited and it's just it's just so ironic that for an album that nobody listened to oh my gosh nobody listened to it oh my god sold out sofi oh my god damn that's i guess every single person who listened to it only the people who listened to it that's it it's just everybody who's gonna be at sofi and then you know i guess the houston

i love you were stress cleaning oh i was stress cleaning and like people were like people were messaging me and i feel like i guess i should have made this more clear and i'm sorry because i was offended when people were saying this and i was like this is on me i didn't say anything um i am like so not a chiefs fan at all the chiefs i fucking hate the chiefs to the point where if anyone listened last year during the super bowl when it was the chiefs in the 49ers i had to say well i guess the 49ers and i hate the fucking 49ers and even in that instance i said I don't want either of them to win I don't want either of them to be happy but you're gonna have me root for what I would would be considered because we were I was definitely more like we

would watch the Raiders more but like a hometown quote-unquote team that I fucking hate if I'm saying like I guess they're slightly better than but they're they're all bad I hated them both so much and so I've hated the Chiefs since Mott's fucking hates the Chiefs because he's a Broncos fan um but people being like i really hope you're not like rooting for the chiefs because like you know the eagles are great and i'm like whoa whoa first of all do they not know where your family is from i know i was like i would never be rooting for the chiefs but like you put the eagles in and i don't i'm not even really if it was you know i don't know much about the conferences but like i don't know if the broncos ever even play them they probably do i don't i'm probably rooting for

the eagles like i have a very soft like family philly like that's i have such a huge affinity and like fondness for philly people from philly um they also have the hottest team like easily yeah they're so lovely team as a whole they're gorgeous gorgeous um and i i just like my husband's there jaylen hurts like it's it was a no-brainer for me but then people being like who are you rooting for I was so deeply offended by that and I'm sorry um but it was just such it was so good I was so fucking nervous and like Mott's initially didn't want to watch because he hates the Chiefs so much um but I was like oh I'm I'm gonna watch and he was like oh oh okay they're like we'll watch and like we like went and got snacks the night before and I was literally that like I was

stress cleaning and then in commercial breaks or when Mott's got stressed out he would just like start vacuuming if we can do so we like cleaned the living room it looked very nice um it was just i was like grinning ear to ear like it was a joy to watch them absolutely decimate these and then oh the last quarter they also were just like not really playing which i enjoyed as well and that's the only reason why that she's like really got some points on the board because they swapped out because they wanted to have everyone have a chance to play in the winning super bowl game and um that was how the cheat but like watching patrick mahomes like not even be able to take one step without like comedically falling in slow motion was so him throwing

directly into the hands of eagles players like it was just such a joy it was such a joy to watch that and i loved it so much and even like i should have known immediately how it was going to go when john ham got all that microphone and did the like opening out did you hear that no i missed it because i was work i was finishing out my workout so i missed it because i had class that day too so i had class from 10 to 2 and i had to get my workout in before i went to the party so he did like the announcements like in front of the kansas city whatever his voice cracked no less than 30 times he's gasping out of breath his face is red he's so sweaty it sounded like horrible it was with him i don't know maybe the karma of him hazing that person so badly in college is finally

coming back to him it was horrible it was literally like it gave me the biggest like ick and also like someone should someone needs to take that as blood pressure like he literally heard no one talk about this it was so bad and then they had bradley cooper who did the eagles and i'm not like a bradley cooper stand his voice didn't crack and he was like holding up this kid and mom's like oh he's with his son like that's so nice and then i looked it up and it's like not his son it's this kid who has um like i think uh juvenile arthritis or something where he's like in the like he spends so much time in treatment in the hospital and all that and he's such a huge eagles fan that there was this like viral video of one of those we don't love these people but it

was a sweet story nonetheless of those people who like stop people and give them money or whatever and like film them but i guess and i could be misquoting this but i did a good amount of research i think on this is that he had like reached out to his audience this this influencer who does these kinds of charitable things and asked if anyone um knew someone who's a huge eagles fan that he could give afc uh whatever the what is afc that's the league i forget whatever leads you up before before you get into that um like the playoffs um if anyone was a big if they knew the big eagles fan that he could set up this for and like all these people in this community in town said like this young like elementary school boy and so he like set it up where he

and his mom are shopping and i don't think his mom knew it was happening either but it was like they were shopping at the dollar store and he right before he went uh to the hospital for treatment and he asked the kid like okay here's in one hand there's like a thousand dollars cash and the other hand there's like a surprise gift and it's there's like it's like an eagle stuffed animal and like this is represents a surprise gift like which one do you pick he picks a surprise gift he hands them the tickets and then he also says like and you get this cash and the boy walks around the store and gives the cash to different all these different people who are shopping there and it was like so sweet and so beautiful and everybody was like oh my god he like went there

and like he met like say i think saquon barley and uh jalen hurts like signed things for like and he like had fantastic tickets and like it was so sweet and like all of philly was like obsessed with this kid and then they invited him on one of the morning shows or whatever and then bradley cooper came out and gave him tickets the super bowl and so that was the kid that he was announcing with oh and i was like oh and you had john ham there having what looked like an aneurysm like while he was saying this it was and i was like it's just at the stage that i was like i should have known in that moment we were we were good like we were set so it could only have been the experience could have only been increased in my joy by the most cinematic and i think

for me in i can't maybe give me like a year and i'll calm down but like i think my favorite performance of all time yeah kendrick did phenomenal it was so good anybody that said he didn't is just a hater and an idiot it's it's giving very much i i didn't take any history classes at all or even like literature to like break down what things could represent like symbolism saying that you literally have samuel l jackson there who opens up by saying uncle sam and is dressed just like uncle sam when people are like oh he's representing uncle tom where did you get that from where did you get that huh it's like that british lady who said that and i was like i need

british to get it wasn't just her though it was other people like americans that were saying insanity yep like where where is our comprehension gone we've talked about this for years now it was like cinematic it was so it was so good beautiful jeans i was i was like i love a bootcut jean i've always loved a bootcut jean i was like those i looked up those celine immediately i was like i saw somebody go into celine yesterday the one in beverly hills go into them yesterday and say can i get the kendrick lamar's and they had them ready

it was just so good i screamed when serena came on oh my gosh i'm gonna talk more about that um but am i wrong but i also screamed i was at a party there's one person there that was a hater of who um we were fighting the whole i've never met him a day in my life who did he hate kendrick um is a drake fan a drake fan was being a troll the whole time talking about nobody was listening to kendrick before this and drake was and everybody loved drake and i said not me i have proof that i have never you're on the record you do not know who i am i stand no it's avian's partner's brother i was like i stand 10 toes down on business about kendrick and my hate for drake i've gone to three kendrick concerts like you can't

fucking like there's no no wiggle room here i've always loved kendrick from the moment that i heard the first the first song of his that i heard and i've always heard drake the only reason i gave drake any sort of time of day was because i heard queen latifah talk about how good his mixtape was and i went and listened to it and i thought it was trash i've always hated drake yeah this has been a drake this is and it was just uh like i hate drake music but then when i found out more about his personality i also hate him as a person i'm surprised because i don't know anybody who rides for drake besides canadians and white women that's like that's i mean it was a lot of black woman did until recently there's like a whole joke in into curious like all black women that

went it was something like all black women that went to college love drake and then i remember each his character going we do and i was like not and i literally during when i was watching that episode i said out loud not me i stood on business no i've i've been making fun of people for loving drake for so long and i was my but i gave him a little break because if you know anything about me i fucking love rihanna so when she was tolerating him i said okay i'll tolerate him and then as soon as she said i'm done with that i'm done with that loser i said thank god but like that's i would have been so annoyed especially watching that performance was he speechless by the end no he was still saying he said it was awful but everybody else was dancing having a

great time and then when serena came on everyone screamed it was lovely i enjoyed it and you know i do like to argue with people but not when it's we're talking about my character yeah my character who you are to your horror your history your digital footprint right the mark you've left on this world rest in peace me number one drake hater so yeah that's fucking i would be so annoyed by that but it was just so good and i'm just like so happy she says not going that like i like i know that like there's like a a huge aspect of the fact that like we cut things um not cut things we when like shit is going wrong in the world or whatever there's so much

like art is like an escape or whatever and like that the arts will never be squashed like that despite the fact that trump like appointed himself like the candidate which is crazy um but that like it's been such a like a lovely reminder that the the arts are such i think a much more accurate representation of the the the the resilience which i don't love to call people resilient because i don't think it's always a compliment because i don't think we should have to be resilient but like it does show that and like in a bigger more meaningful way i'm like this was like the part of the movie where it's like we're gonna be all right like this is like it's as as kendrick says in a song

The worst part of the Super Bowl for me, and I felt personally attacked, even though i don't even consume this product was the coffee mate commercial which one was that can you can we pause for a moment to look at this commercial if you saw it then you would definitely know what i was talking about

oh my god i hated it must i forgot what they're even advertising i walked this was what i walked into avia's house on you were assaulted visually i said what the fuck nobody else was paying attention because it was commercial time and i said what the fuck is that i was disgusted personally violated as someone that loves some tongue tongue action i don't need to see this on a a screen in this way no this was the worst thing to ever happen to television i had almost the same reaction that i did to that one commercial about crohn's disease or that woman has to carry around a toilet in public and she just like sits on it everywhere and i was like that woman is one of our strongest soldiers as soon as this

commercial started i said that poor poor boy the way that i was like that what that the audition process what that was like like you're all a bunch of fucking perverts and like i'm i'm not i'm i'm not doing a watch party with my friends and family for my brand new super bowl commercial if that's me i am moving to the a different country and you know it's so much money so like you can't really turn down a super bowl commercial it's like commercials make so much money in general but like so much you can live off of that for oh my god depending on your cost of living but it's good money there's a huge difference between those kinds of commercials and commercials like the poppy commercial that like the poppy commercials like featuring a bunch of influencers

that's not going to air all the time they're not paying for that one person is in a poppy commercial yeah i can't i thought it was bad i didn't like it i saw it before i don't it was playing somewhere else before and i was like what is this so there's like a difference between am i supposed to know these people that's more of like a brand deal related kind of thing and like it's not going to repeatedly play but like that coffee meat one that's going to be played all the time the residuals are going to be crazy and so you can't turn it down but like that's so deep right i had a friend that was once in a pepsi commercial that aired during the super bowl and she was just in the background and she got paid so much money and that feature money though no it's crazy he

spoke he said words it was wild um if anyone is curious why you felt like the commercials didn't hit as hard this year that's because most of them were ai and they were quite bad and it's you can't like the part that i was like trying to explain to mods why like some of them i like was so annoyed with where they're incorporating half like all cgi have all ai kind of stuff and then half or like a couple sections of them are like filmed for real you can't like mimic the same camera movements like it's just not gonna look so like it looks weird um and then that duncan one mott finally saw because you know he loves those junk ones that's what you're telling me about i recently just found out that the um young woman who's in that is bill belichick's

like 24 year old girlfriend okay i also the last time when we were talking about that i was like i don't know who that other man was it was casey affleck no it's when i watched it again i was like no i i was because when i first watched it i was like why are there two ben afflecks in this and then after it clicked after we talked about i was like that was casey no it was literally it was like ben affleck did exactly what bill belichick did which they said hey bill belichick we want you to be in the dunking commercial and his tween girlfriend said tugged his shirt and said no i want to be in he said okay i'll only do it if she's in it and they asked ben affleck to do it and then his pervert like a predator little brother said let me do it and then he

seen cancer up close uh in that kind of i have like but i was a kid so like i'm not seeing it the same way that people who are older or had experienced themselves um but i knew her i'd heard her name a lot and then her story had like popped up on like tiktok some like interview that she did 60 minutes which is like so viral and i think it got pushed out because the show was like it was before the trailer had dropped and i like did like a not even a full deep dive but i just remember watching all this stuff about it and then the trailer came out and i was like holy shit this is gonna be fucking crazy and it and it is like it's unhinged and so far the show's really good but like it's very hard to watch something that's so campy about something so

serious and it's not like they're making it like they're downplaying the severity of it it's like that's what she did she made this like again it's like imagine if anna delvey did that like you have to you can't change the essence of it like it's so this weird duality of being like incredibly sinister and also like incredibly like millennial cringe like it's very rachel hollis it's so like it's so hard to watch is it based on a true story yes the whole thing is really like that's what she did okay and so that's why the whole thing it's like they're making it just as insufferable and cringy and like embarrassed like hard to watch because like that's what she did like she was i thought it was like something fictionalized no no based on a true story then i'm i'm back in

that's what i mean about the anna delvey thing like imagine if like you can't like change anna delvey's personality for the show because like that's what it was and that's what she was like and now and the reason why that's easier to watch is because like no one got hurt and she's defrauding billionaires like but this it's like no this one was bad like there are victims here and like this is very bad but it's just super super interesting we couldn't even get to the whole first episode i was like let's watch mass and now highlights like this is really because it's weirdly it's weirdly heavy despite the fact that it would have to be heavy but the tone of it doesn't feel the tone of it is not shot like it's going to be it's none of that but

so i need another idea okay of what you want what i got you for christmas i realized when i was doing my whole suitcase thing broke i had left it in my mom's car so we're still we're about well when we get to it we'll get to it we'll get to it okay but thankfully then i read additional reviews afterwards there weren't that many reviews when it came out and then people were like this is like it kind of sucks and i was like oh yeah i'm not gonna reorder this after you've pushed the delivery date nine times yeah so i'll keep brainstorming of other things okay um i met my neighbor's baby oh they're like three weeks old yeah she's really little she's really little and really cute um and uh we saw them on a walk and it was like the first walk like out they've

gone they like did an outing all the way to a hawk um and they had like heard us walk like working in the garden as they were walking back up to their house and they were like do you want to meet the baby and we like dropped our tools immediately and they were like are you working like and they were like is that the shovel i was like we just dropped him like immediately we're like hi but prior to that we were going through the um planter bed and like those big nasty grubs i was scooping them out and then mons was killing them melissa both of our shoes have to be washed because they were spraying like six feet of goo once they were like killed it was traumatizing again do you not remember this from the lion king and they do and that's

literally why hold the grubs out and they said something about grubs and then a squish and that's the only thing that i know about grubs and i just take lion king as factual no there and therefore i need to know nothing else so that's why i had just been like throwing them and then when i figured out that they were they just come back yeah so then i was like okay we need that they need to die but like i can't do that like that's terrifying to me so mott said to do it but and i didn't wear my contacts because i was like i don't need to see it but it was disgusting well thanks for bringing the show back down you're welcome well i hope you all enjoy being thoroughly fisted on this friday
