hair done oh yeah my normal people that i go to were unavailable so i was like let me go to the common people sacred salon ulta i was like common sacred and then you said ulta and i said ah yes since i cannot i'm not at the level where i'm can actually get invited to the actual sacred salon let me go somewhere i can slide into easily so i went on the website and i was like let me find someone black well so the way i end up on people going to ulta trying to get their hair done and how do i find a black stylist like i literally was on this side of tiktok well their pictures are on the website yes and that's what tiktok told me and the black women were unavailable at the time that i needed i had a window between finishing recording bad with money and then

before we had to live stream and the women were unavailable and i saw a man a gay man that was same color as me look like same hair texture in the photo but then when I get there he is a brown no he's a brown

but not black okay yes um and the first thing because I told him I just wanted to my hair to be braided back because I wear it in a braid out I just need to take it down the next day he didn't know what a braid out was and i knew we were already off to the

wrong foot and i said why because when i selected i said i was getting a textured hair style so therefore only people that do textured hair should be able to be in here maybe he thought he was going to give you beachy waves why was he there great question this is not about what i'm trying to achieve it is about the hair i'm walking in with in the textured thing that it says the description it says we do bantu knots oh we can do twist outs like this isn't just like textured as far as like you know just like a wave this is it is listed as in this is for black hair but we're not saying it's for black hair but it is i'm sorry so they said they can do bantu knots and they can't he can't do a braid out and so um stress i also asked for like the sacred um scalp treatment

when i sit down in his chair you know he says i i'm not good at braids and i said oh the basic thing needed to do like i don't understand how you you're not good at braids and i said it's just i just need four cornrows yeah braid it back i said okay i already know i'm in bad hands yeah you're in hands i can't braid like who can't braid that does hair that doesn't make any sense i think in general like like unless there's a dexterity like issue like in everyday life you should be able to braid regardless of hair is your profession yes regardless if you have long hair regardless of your gender identity like i think braiding again unless there's a dexterity issue i i think that learning how to braid it's like knowing how to make like pasta at home right

right right right right boiling water really not even getting to the pasta you don't even have to you don't even have no i'm saying you don't even have to pour the pasta in you just need to turn oh my god okay and then he's combing my hair out and being very delicate and i said i'm not tender-headed i don't and also like he was like oh your hair like it's just i just have to he's not really tangled and i was like yeah i know let's go to the bowl so we're at the bowl he washes my hair very delicately doesn't lift the back of my head up to get you know the part that's touching so i was like i'm gonna lift my head so you can wash this back here okay and then i'm having casual chit chat so how long have you been doing here four years four years

four years and we can't brave four years and we can't wash four years and we're afraid of water yes uh you are so brave and then we get to the sacred treatment which is supposed to include a scalp massage because it's for your scalp right he's just kind of barely putting the stuff on no type of massage and i'm like whatever i just want my hair washed which she's doing even though i'm walking him through it and braid it down that's all i want it does not have to look good because this is not the final style maybe he needs four more years then we go delicately combing it out blow dry the blow drying was immaculate okay and that's actually difficult i know i'm very i just think he was scared okay let's have more confidence in everything we're

doing fake it till you make it right four years four motherfucking years and that's not including beauty school if you if there was a beauty school included he's was licensed it had to be do you have to be an altar yes oh okay like that is a state board recognized that's crazier that's crazier to me i i assumed we didn't i assumed we didn't i assumed similar to your favorite musical we might have had a beauty school dropout no you have to be licensed to wash hair in the state that's why a lot of braiders in california don't wash yes you're right yes oh my god this is even more this is horrible so then he's braiding the first two they don't look great but at least they're in the head totally third one for some reason he went far right yeah second and then far

left yeah then we're in this last one it fell down about six times oh we're we're going loosey goosey he kept going he was frustrated i'm sitting there like i really don't have anything to do so like just get it done get it just put it in the head yeah we finally finished and i'm like great meanwhile the black salon lady next to me is doing a white woman's hair head right maybe we should have switched the way if it was next to you i'd be like okay let's a little do-si-do right but this is her like this is her normal client they i can tell by their banter that they this is their white lady yes every friday she got those pin curls in every friday what they're talking about immigration okay i'm sorry this is the ulta that i'm thinking of the specific location right

okay okay where they paint a picture they're talking about immigration and the black lady is like why is everyone so mad at the cops they're just doing their jobs also during this conversation she mentions that her mother is an immigrant of course but she did it the right way i'm sure she told her mom you know what like you should just go back home that's like that nurse i had who's like saying about my family one last time and i was like that's so fucked up and they're like no i love trump deport them all and i'm like yeah you know you can just stop talking to your family you don't actually have to get them deported she loves her mom though she's like i'll just i'll go visit her all the time she's like the the protests are really just messing up

my flow so i guess so i'm glad she wasn't doing my hair so i guess like would you rather have loose braids unevenly spaced or an anti-immigration conversation while someone is knee deep in your sacred hair treatment and then I was thinking Mecca made a video over the weekend I think yesterday talking about the best hairstylists are a little

controversial that's funny that's actually probably true yeah but I didn't want that energy directly in my head yeah you already had you had to deal with it by proxy yeah imagine that like

And I think the white woman was actually, like, didn't want to have this conversation. I couldn't see her face, but her lack of speech. She wasn't talking that much. There's also just, like, it's a crazy conversation to have in, like, the heart of Los Angeles. Like, it's so fucking crazy to have. Because, like, in general, unless you are Latino, unless you're even, like, predominantly, like, Mexican or indigenous, you don't have multiple generations of family who is from this area like from the heart of los angeles like that is like not like oh my family's been here for centuries like that's not that's it is

almost it is like 98 immigrants like if you are not a part of those other groups and it's like yeah okay this is you are just so unlikely to run into somebody with those views that like to feel comfortable enough to like let's discuss we're not we're not in the beach cities yeah you're probably not going to find someone who's interested in hearing this conversation there was also a woman there with her dog i'm sorry inside yep she was getting her hair dyed she also brought her son who was about six and just running around knocking things over she wasn't telling him to sit down or do anything and i said i am now booking all my hair appointments in advance yes that's crazy It was not a serene experience.

the nape of my neck like that the part of your hair that gets warm if you what's the point then why did he was i forgot to say he was also reading off the booklet on how to do it he didn't even know how to do it oh my yes that's crazy i little to know yeah they're now they're very quick even though i'm emailing like the national office they i've already got two emails from them now they're sending it to the actual store did you ever see the woman who was i think she's in the DMV area and she was like wanting to get her hair done and it was something like similar to you in the sense that I think that she wanted her hair washed and then was like going to do her own styling later but just wanted them to like braid it it was like something relatively

simple and so she had seen someone else who had gone to Ulta and like took a black stylist and was like okay yeah I think I could do this and she like called and there were I don't they were similar i don't think there are any black stylists available and so she called and was like is there anybody who can do black and they like said yes and then they said someone's name who was like very white and she was like um trying to ask and then she finally gets there and like she's like really nervous documenting the whole thing gets there it is a white woman and then is like are you and she's like i i can yeah like this is and then she was like and she did it like she could it was just and she was like not whatsoever offended that she was like a little trepidatious

she's like no i where i went to hair school like this was my main clientele this was my this is what i this is my skill set i do better with this than i do with any any other uh non-textured hair i'm like damn that should be the i mean if white stylist in la even right or brown stylist well that's the part that i'm like that i didn't even know we had to worry about that part wow wow wow then we live stream join us for our live stream we had so much fun yeah we did and mary made her flight and checked it well she made another flight not her flight no well she also how many flights did she have at one point yeah and they all kept getting canceled i messaged her i was

like did you get on the plane oh i was gonna tell you i have officially decided what i'm doing for my birthday and i thought it was too crazy to ask mox if he would do this with me but he's into it we are going mox and i are going to montana to go sapphire mining is it a town of less than a thousand people yes how are you getting there on a plane and then do you have to drive we have to rent a car for like oh and drive for over an hour and then we either get to choose to stay in um this small town that is less than a thousand people in it which my whole thing is i don't i know that from the way i look i don't the militias aren't gonna have an issue with me but um for my you open your mouth that's the issue and for my soul i i'm gonna have an

issue with them i i have an issue with militias militias may not have an issue with me and then um i was like i don't really want to i'm a little i'm just a little nervous to stay in this town of less than a thousand people there is one hotel that's it it is kind of a motel it was a redone mining lodge thing yeah building um and instead i said what what if we go to that town where they have a college and let's stay there and then we'll drive back and forth because i'm like i want to be able like i think the second i i ask if there's gluten-free food they're gonna be like she is not want to buy and i'm like i'm just i want to be able to enjoy and also initially we were going to try and find a place in california and i was going to buy a themed outfit to like like a gold

rush themed outfit to do all of it but it's too hot to do in california and montana it's not going to be too hot and so we did also how i found this place was from a gay man so but i don't think he stayed there either okay so when is this happening we have to figure it out we haven't we're gonna book it this weekend but i can't wait and then if it goes well then i want us to do all the ones in california that are just not over my birthday because i like was looking at it and like this weekend which was like or last weekend which was like still the end of june it was like 108 degrees and there's no shade and i was like i like i won't be able to do that but then some people go like crawling in actual mines and like they're i'm not going in any caves i'm not going where anything

i want to see the big open sky above me yeah so he's gonna take time off of work of course he is so i'm like how are you gonna tell them be like oh we're going going to montana to go um sapphire mining i'm so excited well i'm excited for you and i'm gonna bring my and i'm and then i'm when i'm gonna bring all my favorite rocks home and then i can put them on my rock tumblr that you got me and i'm so excited for that and you can also apparently buy online but you can also buy it there like big bags of it to do it at home yourself too to like surf to search for them i'm very excited and some people like they find good enough ones that they can put it into jewelry which is my dream nice well i'm excited for you me too i feel like it is so silly but like so

was going to take me two hours to get there so that meant i needed to be i needed to leave by eight be up by seven no be up by 6 30 because i needed to my car was filthy like couldn't see out the window filthy because i haven't been going anywhere i needed to get my car wash and i needed to get gas so i needed to be up by 6 30 i set my alarm for six i kept saying nope nope nope nope nope didn't wake up to 7 30 um but i knew they were going to be there till two so i had plenty of time yeah so i got up and i was taking my time i texted sonam and i was like i'll get there when when I get there and she was like I don't I really don't care take your time sleep more if you want to and I was like okay but I took my time getting up had breakfast took a nice long shower then went

and got gas and drove through the car wash which I didn't know the car wash up the street for me I can just drive through for ten dollars I've been having them come to you the detailer come to me which is 150 we got a new car wash and we haven't gotten yet but it looks fun yeah if i would have like had them detail it still not even half the price of what i'd pay so i could have just gone i could have been going up there but also like have to go up there yeah finally get on the road it is scary going up once you get past the open area and you got to go up the mountain it is scary oh i i i know going up there i was luckily behind uh u-haul so they were driving slow anyway i was like great but then they turned off and i became the leader and i hate that when

you're going up that narrow path but everybody like when it came to where you could pass people nobody would pass me and i was like oh you bitches are scared too wait so i did have to go to the grapevine i have no clue i didn't see signs for anything it looked like that but any mountain is yeah but so you're you're sandwiched on either side right yes and did you get out to the other side and there were some outlets or it looked like a very like tihon ranch well the thing is it's slovene is in the mountain so you just kind of oh you just roll around a roundabout and the first one i got off too early in the roundabout so i had to drive a little bit more than turn around and then come through the roundabout so you're still in the mountain

you don't leave the mountain yeah no i think you were i think you did okay well i rolled around that roundabout that third time and then came out no service i'm calling sona i'm like where are y'all texting her finally i just pulled over and then went and they were like we're at the sausage world or some shit like that addicted yeah but by the time i found parking and everything they had already finished eating it was busy by the time i got there i got there around 11 30 12 it was packed so slovene is a danish inspired little community and by little i really mean little it is not it's three and a half blocks yeah that's a stretch um little community that is looks like a euro centric olden time place where every corner of the small corners

there are numerous fudge shops ice cream shops it's feeling very it's a small world that's exactly what it is even my little cousin one of my cousin's children they were like um have you seen beauty and the beast and i say yeah and she's like this looks like where bell is in town i was like that's france but yeah yeah nondescript european and clothing shops and then random food places and by random mostly hot dogs yeah pizza and one or two mexican places i'm sorry you threw me off with pizza mexican okay i thought we were getting very much wiener schnitzel and then a lot of there's wiener schnitzel going on too like pretzel places and a lot of um jewelry shops clothing places and wine tasting california loves the wine loves wine

okay most of them were okay yeah so then i'm eating my wiener so i'm doing shopping but i'm like i'm not gonna go in also you couldn't eat inside so what kind of clothes are they selling very cute clothes oh like i got some dresses no oh she got some dresses i got the dresses i was liked unfortunately they had built-in shorts therefore it would not go over my ass they were not congruent so i didn't get that but i did get like some cute linen pants and a little like tank top shirt and another little cap sleeve shirt like it was cute clothes i was like i would totally buy from this place and so then i looked on their website they only have like five pieces on there and i'm like poop i guess we gotta keep going back to slow bang

put everything you got and everything was under 30 dollars do you think they do ice skating there in the winter if they do i don't know where it would be a parking lot yeah but even the there's only one main parking lot i know i've parked there and then i had to go park i was found in the um neighborhood now i also parked next to the house it looks very much like my house it was scary it was the same color architecture is yeah we've got a very distinct architecture yes but yeah we went shopping then we went like clothes shopping then we met back up with some of the family went to a italian place that was like a tour of italy that had gelato and crepes which is an italian but also pasta and stuff so we got a whole bunch of gelato there

ate that it was so hot no it's so fucking i was like i'm drinking i'm chugging like powery and we went to this other place where some of the folks were making very cute bracelets they were only um like two dollars for the band and then one dollar for the charm but i was overwhelmed being there i did get this ring cute it sparkles baby i like no i can see sparkle but um so it's very cute yeah and that was pretty then everybody left and sona was like i'm riding with you back and then other people were like me too and so i'm like there's only one seat in her car uh then she took me there's a spice store that you would love too it was just too overwhelming for me and i felt like it was too many people breathing over the spices which it wasn't it was

just me no yeah but it was hot it's hot out i was about to say if it's hot out my threshold for like people hot breath human temperature is like shot yeah so then we went back to santa barbara i wasn't planning on staying but we were having fun so i was like that when i was at that store i was like i'm just gonna buy some clothes to wear back in case i end up staying and so we went back some of the family went to the beach me and sonam stayed chilled in the house it was very very nice house it was like beautiful 12 bedrooms yeah it was nice and then what did you watch and then as i was closing my eyes candace another one of my cousin-in-laws was like i gotta watch love island shout out to candace and i saw the most disturbing disgusting debaucherous things

that i've ever seen on television and that's what melissa texted me saying how in the hell do you of all people who can't even watch people kiss watch this fucking show all i saw was so much nasty nasty tongue melissa there's only two people on that entire on this in current current season who can kiss everybody else closes their eyes sticks their tongue out and then just tries to find each other and it is actually hard to watch i kept saying none of these people know how to kiss i was like yelling this like even though there are children sleeping but i was whisper yelling none of these people know how to kiss this is disgusting and then when they were all just lying on the ground because we were skipping through episode lying on the ground orgying

tongues all over bodies and megan how do you watch this so for i had questions for you and for coco because coco doesn't like when we're talking about penises but you're seeing watching all these nasty straight couples tonguing each other down i will say this is one of there there's always something a little gay in every season well i all i saw was just straight weirdos no so in the words was it mecca who said that this is the most freaked out season we've had in a while i've skipped all their videos any video because i don't want it inundated on my algorithm oh and that's literally all i want it's someone who i watch regularly someone's recap so it's either jamila or mecca or a couple of like the newer people who i follow there or maybe it

was mickey it could have been a mikey it could have been a couple of other people who i watch their ones every day every day this is from a lot of other people are also describing this season as lord of the flies other people are describing this is what happens but this is our first round of covid high schoolers and it is like so it's really making a lot of sense because like they don't know how to interact with like each other but they're like also like deeply horny but also like they have been on social media for so long that they're like so very much aware of like big brother is is watching kind of a thing and so like they're trying really hard to like perform for the camera while simultaneously like never having dated anybody in real life and only ever done apps

like it is wild but uh yeah you also the episode you started watching is without a doubt like the craziest one except we didn't watch we watched about three of them total but like not all at the same time but from what i saw it was just nastiness well i think you started i think the ones you were watching were casa episodes where the boys and girls swap and they go to like different places and they bring in more people so that's like the usually the horniest ones because it's like you're slinging it either the dick or the puss just trying just trying to make a connection so that you get brought into the main villa but i i will say that you did miss thankfully the heart rate challenge which usually is where each person comes down and essentially does

so horny they essentially do a lap dance for like every person who's there and they do a whole performance no i saw that no that one just came out you wouldn't have seen that one oh no but there were some lap dancing yes there that was but this one they wear costumes and they do all of this and um as a one one of the founders of the nickel andrea ship i am the captain i so the guy nick he had coupled off coupled up with his girl sarah and she was like don't kiss anybody who you have interest in and he said he took that literally and he said okay i won't kiss alandria unless i want to tell you he took her foot out of her shoe and dug his entire foot in his mouth it was the craziest thing i have ever seen and then afterwards and sierra's like yeah

and then i had to kiss nick and i could still taste alandria's nail polish on his mouth and he licks his lips and like has like the most horned out look you've ever seen but i have to say that like this season is this season's fucking crazy it's like so horny but also simultaneously they had to cut part of the heart rate challenge seemingly huda like was fully sitting on another man's face and then was like it's just a challenge the girls were like don't do that like that's crazy and and never and moss was like well i guess he could have like gotten up and i was like i don't know that he could have i think he might have been suffocated like i don't that is not an appropriate thing to do to your friend's van but all i want

because they literally said we had no chemistry lissa they made out and then she was like belandria to nick and nick is white and she was like oh nick give me my lip combo because he kept it in his pocket and she was like opens her mirror and she was like oh my god my makeup and like was fixed it and he turns around he goes what about mine and she said you have chocolate she goes nick you got chocolate on your face and he just goes the licks of lips i love it and she was cold he took his shirt off of his back and then they have the audacity to tell the girl he's coupled up with there was no chemistry between us and i was like so they're actually cameras meg the stallion is like crashing out on her story being like why the fuck are you guys not together like

thankfully it's been cleared up in one of the the later after sun episodes which is like or yeah i think it was after sun which is like no one even watches that so it really didn't get cleared up for the masses but one of the guys uh they're playing football apparently and one of them threw the football and busted his lip but it looked like a cold sore and then everybody they did a challenge that ended up being quite dangerous and everybody got hurt but they cut that out because they like don't want to show that and so then it looked like they were all making out everybody was just giving each other cold when, in reality, they didn't just check.

It was just busted lips, but, like... Everyone got these busted lips and so everyone's like, oh, my God, they're passing around cold sores. And they're like, the nurse is passing around cold sores. And then they cleared it up in an episode that nobody watched. Yeah, but also, it's still open wounds. No, so that part, I, that, I, that's literally what I thought going through it, being like, okay,

so I still would not feel comfortable with that. I know that they're getting tested and everything, but it's still, like, you don't know what somebody else touched that day. that day and now you've got an open wound that could be infected well or even like you don't know that somebody doesn't have like reoccurring gingivitis or like something else that's like a bacteria that lives in their mouth and then can then get infected to an open wound that that makes that a bigger issue or like strep throat or like
