Starting point is 00:00:00 This is a head gum podcast. Want to watch this episode? Check it out on our YouTube channel by going to youtube.com slash doeboysmedia. Hey buddy, it's Wigur. These two thumbs up are for you, the listener or the viewer if you're watching our video feed. These two thumbs down that I'm now doing are for the AMP TPP aka the studios as the sag after strike and the WGA strikes continue WGA strike headed towards 120 day mark as of this recording.
Starting point is 00:00:33 It's been a while when we've all been on since we've all been on the picket line, starting to get very hot, but our resolve is not broken. I wanted to mention just a couple things real quick. First off, there is a bill pending in the California State Assembly Senate bill 799, which would help striking workers who are all the striking workers who have been on strike for more than two weeks to collect unemployment benefits. Now, Mitch and I are extremely lucky in that we have the podcast as a continuing source of income during this work stoppage, but you know, a lot of striking workers in these two unions may not necessarily have a side hustle, something
Starting point is 00:01:11 that's steady while they're unable to work due to studio and transigence. And that also extends to you know, you need to other union workers. For instance, United here, local 11, which is the hospitality union. A lot of hotel workers have been on strike. God bless them. They are bad asses. When we've seen them out on the picket line, when they've joined us, they are just tenacious and fierce. And, you know, and just have an incredible and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and amount of solidarity as they are all underpaid and underappreciated. And so I wanted to note that, talk about that bill. And I also wanted to again shout out the La Colombe Union, which is La Colombe
Starting point is 00:01:54 coffee is a chain. We mentioned at the top of the episode that their, their staff, their workers have organized. And so they believe they've organized with UFCW, but you know, we mentioned their Instagram, their their union Instagram in the episode. If you want to give that a follow and maybe we'll put it on screen right here too. And also you'll find that link to birdfuck.com. So check out that website for all of your Doboys media and labor, you know, organizing needs. And also just some cool bird gifts, you know,
Starting point is 00:02:34 a bird's doing what's natural, beautiful. Something to be ashamed of. Anyway, enjoy this week's episode. Quench. So is the Duno Wars! Duno Wars! Welcome to Dodo Boys, the podcast about chain restaurants. I'm Nick Weiger, along with my co-host, Boston Powers, International Man of Pancakes, the Spoon Man Mike Mitchell.
Starting point is 00:03:12 I haven't even called Boston, oh no, that's from Jonah Ray Show. Don't array had, yeah, he had to Boston Powers on his head to say, how did it take this long to get to that one? That seems like season one. Yeah. You know what, it's a long winding road with Doe Boys roast, but this one came around eventually. We got to Boston one. That seems like season one. Yeah. You know what? It's a long winding road with
Starting point is 00:03:25 though, boys roast, but this one came around. Eventually we got to Boston powers. I think it's the, I think it's the colon international man of pancakes that put it over the time. Okay. Okay. All right. There's something in Dane Cook.
Starting point is 00:03:36 So Joe Boise roast. Remember Dane Cook was the, he was the thief. Hmm. Yes. That was what people accused of. Dane Cook was the thief. Everybody. He stole precious jokes from Louis. He stole Louis jokes.
Starting point is 00:03:47 He stole Louis jokes. That's no worry. All of Louis jokes are back now. He has his vault of jokes that he gets to swim through. Like, Scrooge McDuck. So a joke who is roast, is that like a morning roast, like a blonde? Or is that more like a, a day's afternoon?
Starting point is 00:04:00 It's like a dark roast. Yeah. It's pretty, Mitch is usually pretty scorched afterwards. That one came from Maxime Million in Santa Fe Springs. Santa Fe Springs, California, I know it from outside. Not Santa Fe. Santa Fe.
Starting point is 00:04:13 I was, hey, howdy-dowboys, Emmer Amelia and guest. I was recently listening to your live episode on Grace Papaya, where Mitch danced out on stage dressed as Austin Powers to the excellent Soul, bossa nova by Quincy Jones. In a flash of what I would call utter brilliance, this roast popped into my brain. Thank you for hours of entertainment and your advocacy of workers rights and the importance of unions, SCI local, SCIU local 99 here. Thanks, Max Emilio. We talked about a good movie would be Santa Barbara, where like a lady named Barbara becomes Santa.
Starting point is 00:04:42 Yeah, I think it's a great time. Or Santa's or Santa's sister. We've talked about, but it's okay. So it's a whole corporation named Barbara becomes Santa. Yeah, I think it's a great time. Or Santa's sister, we've talked about, but, oh, okay, so it's a whole corporation, and everyone is Santa, there's Santa Fe and Santa Barbara's assistant. Played by Tina Fey. Yeah, aha, sure. She's funny, she's funny.
Starting point is 00:04:57 She's the Santa, Santa Fe is, I don't know. Yeah, oh, and you know who the cool guy is, everybody wants. Who's this? Santa Cruz. Oh, shit. Lied by Dane Cook. Yeah, oh, and you know who the cool guy is everybody wants who's this Santa Cruz? Played by Dane Cook Yeah stole the role from Tom Am I not supposed to talk yet? You're doing great. I love it when people chime in. There's no, I mean, there's none explicit man
Starting point is 00:05:26 None explicit ban on guests talking up top you can actually we, we did that recently Mitch with our friend Ashley Ray. And we did so much just informal chatter before we got into the meat of the pod before a formal introduction. Maybe that's our thing now. We do that, we steal that from blank check. We just talk with the guests before we introduce them. Then the last moment, minute, you're like, well, let's start the pod.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Yeah. I feel like for the guests, it's always better because people can see us bombing. Right. And then they get, they're like, oh, the guest is good. You know, when the guest is talking to us, they're like,
Starting point is 00:05:50 yeah, this is clever person. Yeah, exactly. Wow, she seems charismatic. But I think there's also an element of people want to be like, okay, I can relate to the person sitting between the doughboys not laughing. Cause that's me right now.
Starting point is 00:06:04 All right, well, let's tell them Cause that's me right now. It's a good story. It's me, Millie Bobby Brown. So, I'm Mitch A. Speaking of speaking of workers, they cook a Boston guy. What's that? They can cook a Boston guy.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Is he really Bobby Brown? Also Boston guy. I thought that was just a sentence you were saying. They can cook a Boston guy. Like, it's a vocal warm up. They cook a Boston guy. Like, like, you know, a cannibal cafe, you know,
Starting point is 00:06:29 Dane, kabas and kai. Any noise and noise and oyster, but the noisy noise and noise and oyster most. Remember baby Bucky bumpers, red leather yellow leather, unique New York. I don't know any of them. Peepee in the poo poo pot. You know, Dane Cook a Boston guy.
Starting point is 00:06:42 Dane Cook a Boston guy. Dane Cook a Boston guy. But Dane Cook a Bossa Poo in the P.P. pot. Dane Cook a Bossa guy. They cook a Bossa guy. But Dane Cook a Bossa guy, Bobby Brown, not Millie, but Bobby Brown. Millie Bobby Brown, Bob's a bit of Bob Laka. No, no, no, no. Um, my favorite one to give celebrities when I would work with people
Starting point is 00:06:59 like trying to do teach them music stuff, it was always poo poo in the P.P. pot, which isn't one, but I loved making people. Pupu in the Peepee Pot. Pupu in the Peepee Pot. Pupu in the Peepee Pot. Pupu in the Peepee Pot. Pupu in the Peepee Pot.
Starting point is 00:07:10 Sounds like our listeners. Talking to their wives. Pupu in the Peepee Pot. I'm a Pupu in the Peepee Pot. Wow, this here's got way cooler than the last time I did this show. No. No.
Starting point is 00:07:21 No. No. Mitch, I want to shout out real quick before we get started because I just found out about this prior to record, a Lucka Lome. There was a Lucka Lome location, the Muck coffee shops, Crosstrum Head Gum, and this is a chain that is nationwide. They are unionizing.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Oh, yeah. So LC Workers Union on Instagram, the Lucka Lome alum workers union you can find out more about what they're fighting for right now They have you know, they have decided unionized and they're still waiting on recognition They're still waiting on a contract so they're in that stage of progress of the process which as we know Corporations love to drag out but solidarity with everyone over it lock alum and thanks for the oatmeal latte Ooh, this is dynamite. Love that spot. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I, it's one of my favorite, there's a location that I won't disclose because I don't want to blow it up, but it's one of my favorite meeting people for coffee spots. And I ordered some of their oatmeal lattes. They were having a great sale online. And then before I would go out and pick it, boom, have a nice cold latte. Already ready for me in the fridge.
Starting point is 00:08:24 That's nice. There you go. Yeah. My mom and sister just left town. Yeah. They're here for 12 days. It was a lengthy stay. Which is as long as the days of Christmas.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Is it strange with you? Um, there are 12 days of Christmas. So we know. Yeah, no, we know that part. Oh. Uh, don't do them. They don't do them. What about the 12 days with Boston Christmas? Who would that be like? Oh
Starting point is 00:08:47 What about the 12 days? I the they did stay with me. Yeah, oh, yeah, that is what that's a lot for any guest in your space It's no days 12 days. Yeah, I don't think I could do that. On the first day of let me visit my mommy gave to me. Okay, now you have to do all this one to you. Once you start and you have to do the whole thing, you can't just back out of it and be like, hi, I indicated the joke. You do the whole joke. On the second day of mommy visit, my mommy gave to me.
Starting point is 00:09:23 A hug for a Wally and Irma and me. No, that's the two. You get you two. I run me with me. No, boy. It's also going to be two. It's going to be two. And then three and then four and then five and then six.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Two. All the way to twelve. All the way to twelve. Two, that's good. Yeah. And a hug. Was it a hug? No, you know what?
Starting point is 00:09:40 Yeah. Okay, now you learned your lesson about a joke. What's the call when you kiss someone on the nose? It's called a nose kiss? A nose kiss, okay, now you learned a lesson about a joke. What's the call when you kiss someone on the nose? That's, it's called a nose kiss? A nose kiss, okay. Esquimo. Oh, no, we're not supposed to say. That's, I wasn't sure if it was outdated.
Starting point is 00:09:52 You backed me into that. That's right. God damn it. You try to make me do the whole bit. I'm gonna get you, can't get you. Got me canceled. Ah, dang it. I think I got a pitch for it,
Starting point is 00:10:04 because you know, five golden rings is a big thing. Five golden rings, it's got to be like a big moment for... It's a miss Piggy line. Yeah, and so I think for visiting, for mommy visit, it should be... Five minutes in heaven. Oh my gosh. Closing the dark, closing the door. Closing the door.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Oh my mommy dreams to support everybody. Did I say the wrong thing? No, this is, I love it. I'm loving every minute of this. We ended the trip. You ended the night. We ended the trip. Last night, my mom said, we were trying to find out
Starting point is 00:10:35 if we watched the Boston Marathon bombing. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Did I say the wrong thing? No, this is, I love it. I'm loving every minute of this. We ended the trip. You ended the night. We ended the trip. Last night, my mom and sister and I, we were trying to find out watching,
Starting point is 00:10:47 we watched the Boston Marathon bombing. I shouldn't even say the evil corporation that I fucking hate. Wow. We watched a documentary. We can believe that little part out on the Boston Marathon bombing. We're running out of lead time
Starting point is 00:11:01 on these documentaries to like, like, Travis Dees to documentaries. I feel like I'm gonna pass a car accident on the way to work and get there and be like, well, that is a, there's a documentary about that now. And there's a reenactment actor that's you. You know what I was thinking about is I was following a sleep last night.
Starting point is 00:11:20 No. Bladed drones. Okay. I was just like picturing like drone drones. Honestly, it's not the worst answer you could have said. Yeah, that's cool. No. Bladed drones. I was just like picturing like drone drones. Honestly, it's not the worst answer you could have said. Yeah, that's cool. And it's like, if you, like,
Starting point is 00:11:29 was I know it's a thing that's real. It's like they have like, they have like predator drones that basically they fire a projectile, but instead of exploding, it has just like a bunch of blades on it. And so like you shoot it into a car, it can kill just your target and not the surrounding people.
Starting point is 00:11:41 Really? So yeah. Those gotta be tiny blades then. They're little blades, but it's just like, it'll kill everyone in the car, but it's not gonna kill like the surrounding people. Oh, really? There's gotta be tiny blades then. They're little blades, but it's just, it'll kill everyone in the car, but it's not gonna kill the adjacent car. I thought it was like zooming up to just one person. I mean, don't tell your friends.
Starting point is 00:11:52 That's the next step, but I was like, what? My guess was like the final scene in happiness was gonna be my guess for everything up and back. But. Okay, wow, getting in the... I can't believe if that's a thing, I mean, that's got to be very new because why is that not already on the commercial market and a bunch and why haven't I seen a bunch of dudes slicing up tomatoes in their backyard? Well, that's what I'm thinking.
Starting point is 00:12:18 I'm like, is some point someone is going to use this for, you know, like, yeah, exactly something, something bad from the bads, you know, I mean,'s the round. Yeah, exactly. Something, something bad. From the bads, you know, I mean, nothing that it's not already being used for bads. Is this the time this is the bad marathon bombings in some way? Which is making me think of it. Well,
Starting point is 00:12:32 who will? The thing it made me think about was, what's the guy's name? Sarnaya or whatever? The remember a rolling. Seren, Serran? The guy, the Ser Naya, the guy who the marathon bombing guy. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:12:46 He was in Sir N. He shot RFK. Yes. Right. Do you remember when the, there was like that glamour shot cover or the magazine? This is what I was, this is, I mean, it's not in the documentary, but I remember being like, Rolling Stone put them on the cover of that drink. It was really like a Rolling Stone.
Starting point is 00:13:00 It was really like a Rolling Stone. Who's he looking at, kind of, the heart? It was horrible. And anytime I see like a listicle of Rolling Stone, like this sucks. I'm like, oh yeah, I forget that looking at kind of, who's horrible and anytime I see like a mystical of rolling some like this sucks. I'm like, oh yeah, I forget that they put him on the cover. To be fair, he had just released a great single. No, no, wait, that was someone else. Never mind.
Starting point is 00:13:15 There was no reason for him to be in Rolling Stone at all. There's no reason it didn't make any sense, but I just, what if I can't believe that? It's insane. Speaking of timely, inappropriate Rolling Stone covers'm speaking of time we get inappropriate, rolling stone covers. One of the things in the, a Chinatoconner like, postings recently, was a reaction, her reaction to Kim Kardashian
Starting point is 00:13:35 being on the cover of Rolling Stone. I don't know if it's real, that's the sad thing. When somebody posts something that's too funny and good, very often it's not real, but the posting is I was her being like, why the fuck is she on the cover of this magazine? Wow. That's, that's, I mean, I didn't, I mean, Rolling Stone,
Starting point is 00:13:51 I guess was probably already dead at that point 10 years ago, right? This is what it was. I was still mad at Shaneid for tearing up that picture of the Pope. Yeah. How dare she. There's a bunch of stuff about the Pope, I think you haven't heard. Okay, I'll do 30 years of.
Starting point is 00:14:03 I still think that he's a real born. She, I'll do 30 years of. I still think I'm 30 years old. I was born. She can't come back to the show. No, I mean, I, I, I, I, from time to time, just get, that's one of my little soap boxes about her and Lauren Hill. People did the same issue to Stroyd Lauren Hill's career. It's like, are we still not agreeing with them on that? I feel like we've all come around. I had a couple of high school friends
Starting point is 00:14:24 who are part of Lauren Hill's like touring around. I had a couple of high school friends who are part of Lauren Hills like Touring Band. They had a bunch of stories. Oh, they're serious in their view. But I was, yeah. I can't vouch for them being like cool people in other respects, but the part of them were, they were like, Lauren Hill refused to perform for the Pope because she was like, yeah, this is a terrible organization
Starting point is 00:14:41 that does bad things to kids. And people were like, wow, out of nowhere. It's funny because the Pope rejected the doughboys under the same logic. Whoa. I mean, that is true though. Yeah, that's true. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:53 I like the Pope. I like both Popes and the new Pope. The movie, the new Pope. They're gone. Does the double Pope? The movie wasn't a TV show. No, two, it was two Popes. The two Popes is what you're thinking of.
Starting point is 00:15:02 Oh, the two Popes and the young Pope is the new Pope. The dirty boy Pope. there's never a new pope I think it was a new there was there was there was a new pope there was the young pope was the first season the new case is a second okay I know that I know I like I prefer to fly out of Bob Pope network and faces very religious by the way we should say that's how right sorry about all the poop talk.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Um, you know, when you invite me on to talk about quench, I'm gonna talk about poop. Sorry. I would like Wagger to announce Sarnaya because it seemed like you kind of squirted. Sarnaya? Yeah. Yeah, guys, no good. There we go. There's no heart in that.
Starting point is 00:15:45 Seriously, though, if you had bladed drones, like if you had a civilian get their hands on them and then imagine this is your own. That's like an open air stadium with like the siege-bites bladed drones. Okay, what about drones with like legs that have little switch blades that flick in and out? Bust, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:15:59 Yeah, I'm named. Dang Cook, Louie, we're Boston strong. Oh, great. Oh, three of us are Boston strong. Dan Cook, a Boston guy. Okay. Cause this one's a little too raw. Boston's strong, they took back the nickname after they after people found out I was from Boston.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Mitch, you got a summer strong. Oh, shit. Am I hit him with the drop? I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I have a the drop? I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:16:31 I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:16:39 I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt you, Pennsylvania. I want to hurt. I'm a We want to homage. I'm a We want to homage.
Starting point is 00:16:47 I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a
Starting point is 00:16:55 We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to
Starting point is 00:17:03 I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I'm a We want to I call from a strange, a random number. Well, don't pick it up. Yeah. All right. Here it is. The drop submission. It was sort of like a, like that, you remember the, the jazzy hip hop movement? Passed a jazz kind of. Yeah. I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Shout out to Central Pennsylvania. I was Davis had a like a rap album. This is last album I think it was called like. I'm thinking more like Farside. You know, you know. You know that's about that. Farside rap album, fun as hell. There was a group called,
Starting point is 00:17:33 are you thinking just the cows? Yeah, I'm thinking the cows. Okay. I know. Everybody stopped rapping a car's coming. And they bought that gun. I think the cows, yeah, the cows rapping or or something, oh yeah, I mean, they did. They did, man, there's lots of carriages.
Starting point is 00:17:47 There's a lot of them. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Shout out to Central Pennsylvania, Jeremy from Harrisburg, PA. Wow. And it's kind of sucks.mp3 is the, yeah. Maybe, maybe good, like, I like when someone isolates, say, like the craft of that drop, you know,
Starting point is 00:18:02 it's like they isolate it like a little bit of dialogue and like turned it into a rhythm that I didn't know had any sort of case. I wonder where the dial is from. Someone can tell us, but I'll also forget this and not care by the time we hear it. So, was it, was it maybe sometime where you talked about going to Hershey, Pennsylvania?
Starting point is 00:18:17 Is that recent? Might have been. I don't know. It does kinda suck. Yeah, I mean the fact, I've heard about the fact that her tour is not great. We want to omniscient content too. I mean, it depends, I've heard about the factory too, it's not great. We went to Amish Country too. I mean, it depends on how old you are when you go.
Starting point is 00:18:27 Okay, all right. I went when I was, I believe, 10 years old and it's a lot of chocolate. We were there and it was raining. So we went on the Hershey's like factor, like the tour, which is like, you sit and seats that moved, I don't know what it's the same thing. And then you got like a piece of Hershey,
Starting point is 00:18:42 like a Hershey kiss at the end of it. That's it? Yeah, that was kind of all we got to do there. And then we went to Amish country. You didn't get to go to the theme park? No, I think it was, I think it was like mostly shut down because of the rain. Oh boy. We went to fucking Amish country besides that.
Starting point is 00:18:55 Oh man. No, no. And I bet the rain kind of killed the smell because in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the whole town smells like chocolate. So when you first get there, you're like, this is great. And then like the next day, you're like, I'm in hell. Yeah, we've talked about that before. If you were to smells like chocolate. So when you first get there, you're like, this is great. And then the next day, you're like, I'm in hell.
Starting point is 00:19:06 Yeah, we've talked about that before. If you were to smell like that, Eliza. No, no, no, no, no, no. Shut the fuck up. No. Don't bitch. Jesus bitch. You gotta cancel me.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I don't have to try. You already did it. That's not the kind of stuff you say to a colleague. That's, this is fucked up. Oh, I'm fucked up now. Okay, great. You and Sarnaya have are kind of similar to me right now. What?
Starting point is 00:19:29 Wow. Wow, wow. So put you on the cover of Rolling Stone. I wish. We would help the career. Our guest today actor, writer, comedian, Eliza Skinner, one of our favorites. Eliza, thank you so much for making time for us.
Starting point is 00:19:42 Me. Thank you for giving me lunch. I think the last time we had you on must have been pre-pandemic because I remember being in studio. Do we have you on during the pandemic? Yeah, I believe Blaze Pizza was... We did Blaze Pizza, that's what it was.
Starting point is 00:19:54 Yeah, for a friend. I was trying to think. Because right around when Ned came out. That's right, that's right. And that was supposed to be on the screen. Yes. Right, because we did that show in 2019 and then it came out during the pandemic. Yeah, right
Starting point is 00:20:05 Okay, now I know it's all it's all I remember I remember that being in studio for whatever reason COVID numbers rising. Oh, no. Yeah What was that guy? What is that? Is that the beginning of a song like before you start rapping? No, I just you know, I just an observation of a song like before you start rapping. No, I just, you know, an observation. You have numbers rising.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Oh, right now they are. Okay. Wow. It's fun how like sometimes you gotta just figure it out. Yeah. Like with the toddler. Oh, no, that was, but all right. What's he saying?
Starting point is 00:20:39 What's he saying? You drew that for me? Okay. I think that it was pretty close to George H. W. Bus. It was kind of close to not gonna do it. Oh, sure. But I didn't intend it to be that. I think it's a new guy.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Okay, great. Yeah. The number is rising. Kind of like a surfer guy. Yeah, sure. He was just giving you. As a surf looking. Pretty good.
Starting point is 00:20:57 No, you had it right back there. My guy. Come on. Come on. What about the, how's the stock market doing? Doing all right. No. And then how about COVID numbers? COVID numbers rising.
Starting point is 00:21:16 Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Comedy and hard. Attention and release. I think it's a good character. Yeah, it's good. I like him.
Starting point is 00:21:29 Back story? Uh, surfer. Got it. Nice. I like it when someone's really fleshed out. Surfer. Eliza, we are in the, it's a very, you know, we're talking about a juice chain and that's partly because we pitch it to because we were like, I think it's a summer.
Starting point is 00:21:44 I don't think it's a religious chain at all. Well, I meant, okay. All right. Don't try canceling me now, all right? I won't be the only one canceled with men. Mutually assured destruction. This is a juice chain and it's partly because you know, we're here in the dog days of summer. It's been super duper hot out here. What do you do to stay cool in the dog days of summer, it's been super duper hot out here.
Starting point is 00:22:05 Like what do you do to stay cool in the summer sun? Oh, I lift up my shirt in front of the air conditioner. Oh, that's a fun move. So that's not really in the summer sun, that's you inside. But yeah, it's same principle. Yeah, yeah, yeah, cause I just try to scurry back inside. I'll go out and I'll either pick it or walk the dog.
Starting point is 00:22:23 Yes. And then I come back inside, sopping wet, and yeah, just stand in front of the air conditioner. So when you're outside on, on pick it duty or on dog duty, are you like, is this a cold drink situation or you're someone who likes like a smoothie, like an ice cream, do you do anything cool down?
Starting point is 00:22:39 No, I feel like, so for me, any kind of sweet thing when it's hot, like I kind of instantly get the sense of, you know when a sweet thing walks past you and you're like, hey, no. When a good juice or so, it falls on hot pavement and is there for a few hours, and becomes a disgusting sticky yuck.
Starting point is 00:22:58 Right. I visualize and or feel that inside of myself. Wow. OK. So like just a water, that'll do it for me. I like a, and also a room temp water. Sure, I mean, water's a good answer. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Like, give her a life. I'm big on water. I have, I hydrate a lot. I like spin drifts too, which just like water, which just a kiss us of juice in there. Also big into the yassos. I'm not sponsored by any. Wait, tell me about Yaso.
Starting point is 00:23:25 Ooh, Greek Yogur. The Greek Yogur bars? Yaso? Oh, yeah. Yaso is not on my radar. They are so good. And they are very expensive. So anytime I find them on sale,
Starting point is 00:23:37 I become like a crazy person. Okay. Okay, I've seen these. I haven't had them. Yeah, I'm very into the black raspberry with white chocolate and dark chocolate chips, which is hard had them. Yeah, I'm very into the black raspberry with white chocolate and dark chocolate chips, which is hard to find, and then I'm in chocolate chip. Also good.
Starting point is 00:23:50 They love, yeah, you're talking about the bites, little bites. Yeah, that's too much for me, with the candy coating or the chocolate coating. Yeah. I like just, I like a hard chocolate, you know, or hard ice cream. Yes.
Starting point is 00:24:03 I don't like a soft, I like a, like you bite into it and these deliver with that. Yeah, so sounds like a JJ Abrams star, a Star Wars planet. Like, it's like first idea. It's called, yeah, so I don't know. Captain, we're closing in on yeso. It's like, they're sending mochi to us. It's like a dust planet.
Starting point is 00:24:21 There's like dust on it, whatever. Does that come up for you a alone? What? Star Wars planets? Uh-huh. Yeah. I mean, I think about most of the time. Okay, so, so, so, you're trying, I was trying to like think of the actors who would be King and Queen of Yasuo. And I was trying, I was trying, like it would be like some sort of stunt casting as well. Oh, yeah. Is it Bella Rosalini? Is it Bella Rosalini would be, that is great. And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like,
Starting point is 00:24:48 And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like,
Starting point is 00:24:54 And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like, And then like Or maybe throwing a, is Brian Adams right, Wayne? There should be someone who would then is like clearly his right way. Yeah, so Gary Seneese. Yeah, there you go. There you go. That's good, cause Gary Seneese is also like, yeah, we knew he was like, you know,
Starting point is 00:25:13 we knew he got into like the like military stuff because of gum. Yeah. He's good though. That's the thing. Yeah, Gary Seneese is like, he's good. I like seeing Seneese. Yeah, his, I do like seeing, I do like seeing Sineez.
Starting point is 00:25:26 He did that a nice and man, right? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's gotta be meaningful to you guys. He's so cute. He's so cute. He's so cute. He's so cute. He's so cute.
Starting point is 00:25:34 He's so cute. He's so cute. What, what did I say? Because it's a good movie. I got fucking burnt. I got fucking burnt. He's so cute. He's so cute.
Starting point is 00:25:44 He's so cute. He's so cute. Yeah Yeah, just looked in my brain and said, Dane, cook a Boston guy. I forgot her any. I think I said Boston guy. Guy works. Let's talk, okay, I want to talk. So you're someone who doesn't normally go for the juice. You'll go for like a frozen treat, you'll go for water.
Starting point is 00:26:02 But what do you land with juice in general? Juice is usually like too much. It's too much. Too decadent, you know? Like I like it, even as a kid, I like a thinned out juice. Water it down some. Oh, sure. It's more refreshing that way.
Starting point is 00:26:19 I'm like that with most of my drinks, even like cocktails, I'll be like water it down. Give me the water version of that. Too much sweetness, too much sugar. Yeah, yeah, I don't know. Cause yeah, and then it lingers in your mouth, and it turns. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:26:36 I don't really like water things down, but I understand the principle. You know, now we'll do that sometimes. I just, I usually will just go full potency, but I probably, if I'm will just go full potency, but I probably, if I'm going like a cocktail or something, it's just like, I don't, I don't usually have more than one or two cocktails, and after that,
Starting point is 00:26:54 I'm just like, I can't have any more sugar. Yeah, but like, even one, I would be like, interesting. Throw some soda on top of that. Yeah, sure, I get that. But, yeah. As a big Tiki guy, we've talked about this before, but I want to Tiki, I want want to teaky with my mom and sister. Not teaky torches. Teaky drink. Not anymore.
Starting point is 00:27:13 You're not that guy now. If I was gonna use you, well not teaky torches will be the I was gonna use the Tiki Torsher to be hunt down the Sarnayov and there you go. Skinner together. What? We are not together anymore. You'll see. I'm single. I had a couple drinks at Tiki T and it's like, I love that place. It's not my favorite place in the world, but you can't do what?
Starting point is 00:27:52 Three. Get so weight down. You get to weight down. You also get shit-faced as the other issue. Right, because those have, yeah, you'd sneakily have three shots in them. But at a certain point, if I'm gonna do cocktails in any context, I'm just like, I'm gonna have more drinks, I'm gonna switch to like wine or something,
Starting point is 00:28:08 something a little milder. I just like, I feel like my beverages, either to be like coffee, that's in its own situation. And hot beverages in general, that I'm not talking about hot beverages right now, we can't even get into that. But I want them refreshing, I want them, I am a plant, water me.
Starting point is 00:28:28 That's what I'm talking about. We're fucked up enough, fuck guys. We will talk about hot coffee in the middle of the summer, right, Wags? Oh, we'll do that, yeah. Yeah, we'll fucking do it. We'll talk about it, the fucking espresso, or whatever, in the summer, we'll do it.
Starting point is 00:28:39 Are you guys harassing me? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha I mean, I do not consent. You did say you were single and then we started acting this way. I mean, scary. A dog's got a bark. Why is you got a hot coffee right there? I do have a hot, look, here's the thing. On a hot day, I will have a hot drink
Starting point is 00:28:59 because first off, it's gotten a lot cooler in the studio. I mean, we used to have issues with it being, they've come as addressed it. Head gum has worked and they've figured out how to ventilate this space so it's not traditionally on this. We lived in a lot of head gum hunks into the ventilator shaft.
Starting point is 00:29:13 He easily wiggled his way through there. Yeah, it doesn't sound like much of a hunk. Oh, he's a live honk, yeah. Okay. Cinewee honk. JVhunk. Yeah, exactly. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:23 There was a, there was what they thought was a rat up there was koala could have been sleeping in the van. They knocked him out and now the air has been working in here. It's nice. It's been really nice. Yeah, it's been great. It's not that true. It's, it's sometimes is nice, but it's a lot better than it was.
Starting point is 00:29:37 Case cases. Casey, Casey, you agree with me. I know you know Casey's role. I'm in this room probably more than anybody. Yeah. The wrecked it. Casey's not Casey's fault anybody Yeah, the wrecking cases that case is fault. That case is fault. We don't think.
Starting point is 00:29:48 There was a, it's, it was a, I mean, he might see what he was being like, I get hot. And like, there's a possibility he does that. Wait, who said that? K, yeah, yeah. You're a Russian. Like, ask the episode guts it goes on.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Just getting better and better. Well, I like it hot. Making hot in the room. He might say that. We never know. Oh, god again. I was like, what's up? I like it hot, making hot in the room. He might say that, we never know. Oh God, again, I was like, I was looking at him, but then the voice was from over here. I'm just saying that might be a cake. It might be the cake, so I'm not saying it is the cake.
Starting point is 00:30:13 Here's the thing, it's regardless of whether it's how hot it is in here, it's a lot better than it used to be. But it's hot outside, and even when it's hot in here, I will have a hot beverage because if it's a cold drink and I'm keeping, if it's framed in or not, but my juice is at arm's length because I will just chug it. I will chug something cold on a hot day,
Starting point is 00:30:31 but something hot I will sip. I also, I am trying to guess what you were going to say, in-directly, I have a real problem with sweaty drinks. Yeah, condensation boy. No, I hate a little puddle around my drink. I hate that too. And that doesn't happen with room temp and it doesn't have a hot beverage.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Also, I have an emotional relationship with a hot coffee. Like that is comfort, that is. Sure. Good morning. I support you in this part of your day and then go off into the world and do what you can. Yeah, daily ritual for me.
Starting point is 00:31:03 Yeah, we're for sure. I'll tell you what I did while my mom is this for you again. I bet you will. Another thing. Why would you stop now? My mom loves Gwissados. She always wants to go to Gwissados whenever we're here. Gwissados, the Taco Blitz.
Starting point is 00:31:17 Gwissados, okay, yeah, sorry. Well, no, you're good. I mean, it's just like yeah. All right, I was slightly off. I would say perfectly either. Okay, all right. I thought it was more. Did she get fajitas?
Starting point is 00:31:27 She actually, my mom did get fajitas on the strip when we went to Cassabaga. I was looking at you because I thought you would know it from Quentin Tarantino. It's Cassabaga. It's like, it's just the voices just bouncing around this room
Starting point is 00:31:44 as these impeccable impersonations happening. I like my room, like, my room's like, the voice is just bouncing around this room as these impeccable impersonations baffling. I like my room, my room's like I like fajitas, sizzling. Who is that? That's Casey and Gail. Oh, I didn't sound like I'm head talking. But my excuse did get fajitas at Casabaga. We went to Casabaga to celebrate a big event in my life that maybe happened to talk about. I'm not allowed to talk about. So we have
Starting point is 00:32:11 the society frowns upon it, but you know, you found love. Jesus Christ. At the OC fair, with a fairest wheel. Let's just say we were celebrating 10 years of Boston's strong. 10 years celebration of Boston being strong. But we went to Casabella and we went to Guisados' wags and there's a cold brew hortchata. You get the half cold brew half hortchata and it's fucking great. My mom will always get an extra one and then put it in our coffee. And I was having that, the horchata coffee mix. See, that's something.
Starting point is 00:32:48 So good. I have tried over and over and it, like my idea of it is always so good, like this is gonna be perfect. And then the execution never delivers. Which is, okay, so what have you tried? I guess is my question. Just at different places that have horchata coffee.
Starting point is 00:33:04 Oh man. Mixes. Maybe I gotta like try my question. Just at different places that have horchata coffee. Oh man. Mixes. Maybe I got like, I have your hack, wassados or say the end please, wass? Issados and I believe it's horchata while we're doing prudency. Oh fucks.
Starting point is 00:33:13 I think the H is silent. But I was gonna say it's the, oh, I think so. Who's us? Well, no, I'm not, I'm not saying it's perfect. I'm not an expert on Spanish prudency, I should but.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Babble.com. Babble.com code word. Doe boys. Check it outcom. Code word, doughboys. Check it out. But I do, I oftentimes, I do like it, but to me that's like a twice a year thing, because it could be so sweet sometimes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:34 And I like it, like I kind of like, if I'm, I will often go for like a hamyka or something, which is also sweet, but it's just like for whatever reason, it's not quite as potent as a norchata, which is in my experience. I'm like as nice. I like to say something saying hi to me.
Starting point is 00:33:49 Hi, Micah. Are there other segments on the show? Let's take a break. We'll be back with more doughboys. What's up everybody? The Hortchata and Cobru is sweet, but then also you could, first of all, just get the Hortchata, co-brue is sweet, but then also you could first of all just get the Hortchata Say it again, please
Starting point is 00:37:10 You could just get the Hortchata and then put it into your coffee at your house. Yes. Yes I think I got to play around that. Have you ever been getting just the way she at yeah, exas Usados no, you should try it. Okay. I don't even know fuck you. I don't even know if you're right Why are you why are you mad at me? Fuck off man. Okay. What are we really mad about? He's I he might just be wrong on it. I'm mad my mom and sister gone miss okay That's Lailiff last night. Mm-hmm. Did they have a good time? On the 12th day of mom visit.
Starting point is 00:37:46 I bet they'll come back. My mommy gave to me. Okay, maybe we should just. Bye bye, Lamy. Lamy's my nickname. It's really intimate. It would be, yeah, that really was a lot, but it would be 12 bye bye as to Lamy.
Starting point is 00:38:02 I'm gonna follow the map this song. 12 bybys to Lamby. Yeah, and then you gotta count backwards with all the other things, but you don't have to. I'm doing it by the, I'm doing it, I'm doing the 12, the... 11 belly tickles. I'm doing the 12 pains of hangover.
Starting point is 00:38:18 10 beard massages. 9 special, good morning. He. He. Is that what fucking Nicole Brown? Is that like this? Is that what happened? Oh no, it's the Brentwood Hello or whatever.
Starting point is 00:38:30 Jesus. That's where your mind went. Yeah. Wow. Now wonder your stress after this visit. I remember the Brentwood Hello or whatever. No, it was crazy. Look it up.
Starting point is 00:38:44 Look it up on your own. It was a slang term for a beager, right? Yeah, yeah. Sneaking into someone's bed and then like waking them up. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. Suck them off and waking them off. I mean, it was they were they were in relationships. I think like you can still sexually assault and when you're in a relationship with Mitch, I agree with that. I didn't do the Brentwood Hall. No one's Brentwood alone. No one
Starting point is 00:39:13 Brentwood alone anyone. Wow, you would almost earn the points to get not canceled. I don't just say this like the guys were like, yeah, I think they're like, they're like, they're like, they're like, what a long, it's nice. Okay, that's not exactly, I mean, never, because that consent works. Your issue is with, I have no issue. It's with these rows,
Starting point is 00:39:37 we're condemning. We are condemning. Yeah. You're gonna take this up with OJ and the rest of them. I have no idea. I don't wanna do that. I don't, but I don't remember. Was this using her in the defense?
Starting point is 00:39:48 Like it was like, oh shit, like, cause I think it was one of those things where it all came down to like where they were trying to attack her character, right? That was part of it. I remember that and I remember the other thing that was another, I learned Brent Woodhoe, hello and the other one was a bull,
Starting point is 00:40:01 I think it was Bolivian Neck Tie, camera with Colombian Neck Tie. Yeah, yeah. Which like it was like supposed to be like some sort of like a bullhoe. Yeah, cause she was like involved, well no, it I think it was Bolivian Neck Tie, camera with Colombian Neck Tie, which was like supposed to be like some sort of, yeah, because she was like, well, no, it was like a way of killing someone. It was like, because you are involved in some sort of the drug trade, you know, and so they're basically saying, like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:40:16 she's this, what there's promiscuity and drug use, who can trust anything about this person. You know what else happened around then? The Menendez Brothers Trials. That's true, and this is a thing we've talked about recently, and I know it's become something in obsession of yours. Oh, I don't know about that.
Starting point is 00:40:31 We're kind of like the new Menendez brothers. All right. Nick and I are kind of like the new Menendez brothers. In which way? I don't know. A lot of different ways. It's two of us. It's two of us.
Starting point is 00:40:42 We give people the same vibe. Okay. All right. We're people the same vibe. Okay. All right. We're gonna do a basketball game together. We're gonna be a history of a ton of abuse, killed your parents. It's a brick. And that is when you actually dig deep and that is so bleak
Starting point is 00:40:58 and it's also one of those things where like, it's unbelievable the thing. Cause I grew up in Southern California that was on the news all the time. That the narrative that was used then was just like, these kids are just lying because they had to get away with killing their parents because they wanted the money. It was just like, and then you hear all the details of it is like,
Starting point is 00:41:15 oh, nowadays that completely would not fly. Yeah, that's what got me obsessed with it. Yeah. And that obsessed, the big state. I know, too big. In an healthy way. Well, there was a stretch for people who were like, the men and a Menendez brothers are like daddy, right? Like, and then like.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Well, there is, there's some of that also, but that's. We got horny for the Menendez brothers. Yeah, they were on the cover Rolling Stone. We were on the... They're on a baseball card or a basketball card. I'd yes. But they, yeah. You're good Jackson.
Starting point is 00:41:40 I saw some of the trials, like footage on TikTok, like scrolling through it was like, wait a minute, these are the guys who got convicted, how do you possibly end up convicted with this kind of testimony, and then ended up doing a whole deep dive, and was like, oh, because of corruption. And the 90s. It was the basketball card, the Vanetta's brothers are sitting court side is a Mark Jackson card when he was for the nicks.
Starting point is 00:42:09 They went to a next game and yeah, you can see him in the background. But come on, this is not a fun pool party. I don't have to make the discussion all about the Vanetta's brothers. Right. I'll do that socially. But it is like a crazy thing that that again,
Starting point is 00:42:26 it's just such a different time in the media. Yeah. Because nowadays it was just like you would hear like, okay, wait, these kids are talking about living under this, you know, living with a packet. I think there was even like weird stuff about like, well, they're boys, so, you know. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:42:44 They had been sexually abused by their father. Yeah. And there were tons of witnesses to different aspects of it. And, yeah, people were like, that's not possible. Literally, it was said that's not possible because they're boys. And, yeah, they ended up declaring a mistrial in the first trial because the jury,
Starting point is 00:43:01 the way the jury was split, it was, the men did not believe the quote unquote abuse excuse. That's what I also got called in the media. And the women on the jury were like, we feel like this should be taken into account. So when they tried it again, they, the judge, judge, same judge. And it was the same judge who, I mean, I kept wager. I can talk too much about. I love this. This is big. Why just a wager?
Starting point is 00:43:27 I'm here. I'm listening. Well, because he knows he's heard bits of it already. I know about them being daddy. No, he knows that I talk too much about it. Oh, gosh, I got you. So are these shrimps, sir? No, don't tell me right now.
Starting point is 00:43:40 This is a huge question. A lot of people have asked. OK, so they actually, actually didn't realize they were, they do look like she's gonna. I always call them shrimps, but are they crabs? I think they're fish. They're those fish with the big angry forehead. Oh, they're the big fish forehead.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Yeah, so the Menendez brothers, the judge in the Menendez brothers case, in the second trial. Judgeful, God, I was, he said that they, was a judge dread. I mean, a musical. Because then you know that the deck is stacked against them.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Wait a year. He said that they- Was it Judge Dred? I mean, a musical- Because then you know that the deck is stacked against them. Wait a year. He said- Judge Doom? He said that they couldn't say anything. There could be no evidence about abuse at all. So 51 witnesses that had testified to that in the first trial could not testify in this. They couldn't mention any of that at all,
Starting point is 00:44:25 so they both got convicted. But also that judge is the same judge who tried the Rodney King police officers. And he had that case moved to Seamy Valley from LA, which very much changes the demographics of that jury. That's right. Seamy Valley is copland. That's where all the retired cops
Starting point is 00:44:44 and some active duty cops live. That's a Vester Stallone Lives Area. It's crazy. Yeah. That's, first off, we're switching formats to true crime. Sorry, I'm sorry. No, I love this.
Starting point is 00:44:54 That's one of those things where I was, and the DA's office had been so run through the ringer because this took place before and after OJ. So they were really like paying off shit that happened in the OJ trial of them feeling like, well, we look like idiots. So we're not gonna let someone else get away. We're gonna really stick it to these kids.
Starting point is 00:45:16 And I just looked up the bananas brothers are on two basketball cards. Oh God. They're of course out at a monster's game too. Oh. starts. Oh, God. They're of course out of the monsters game too. Oh, your microphone breaking as you never had is what that joke disherge their course out of the monsters game. So it would make sense that judge
Starting point is 00:45:40 doom was their judge. Sure. Yeah. That would the timeline would line out. Clearly, we're in the tune verse. Exactly. Yes. Anyway, it's playing back OJ. Okay, so quench was founded by what the WNCH, QWNCH, founded by the still CEO,
Starting point is 00:45:57 Thomas Nerryman and Los Angeles in 2014. Now this is a new even the new little naked guy at the end it was like we need help in Nordberg This is what's tough is that that the toughest thing for me about OJ is that he's so funny in the naked gun Yeah, and I thought those movies were so funny as a kid. Yeah, it's really cares I just give them a pass just for this once In the new naked guns. If there's a new naked gun.
Starting point is 00:46:28 I feel like we did give him a pass and that was kind of a big issue. Yeah. It's so tough because it would be the place where an OJ cameo would make sense, but I think it would just be two of seven passes. Come on a second pass. If America knows going into it, then I think it's okay.
Starting point is 00:46:47 Can't they replace like LeBron, got replaced the space jam. That's true. LeBron replaced MJ. So get a different sports man. Different athlete. Yeah. Um Brady. Could be pretty funny.
Starting point is 00:47:02 Oh man, I'm sorry. He could be good and Ted too. Those commercials, those, I think it's Avis commercials with Tom Brady. Every time I see them, I can only think about him saying that he was going to try to be a comedian and his performance gets even worse. Cut this out.
Starting point is 00:47:16 Cut, don't let anyone hear me saying any of this. It is funny when like, like it's like, oh, like the prom king is now gonna be the... Sure. Yeah, and he's like, I'm goofy. Girls always laugh at the stuff I say. Like, yeah, man, not because of that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:32 Not because of that. You know, it was the prom king, our good friend Jordan Morris, isn't that wild? Really? You know what Jordan Morris is a fan of? What's that? Quench. Is he really?
Starting point is 00:47:41 Yep, I told him I was doing quench with Yall, and he was like, I love that place. I've been hoping they would do it. Wow, okay. Yeah, we went to Catcon together. Wow. I love that. I got second place for Homecoming King.
Starting point is 00:47:54 Did you really? Yeah, not as cool, I guess. Who won? Paul Griffith, great guy. Everybody loved him. Well, that's good. Would have really stung if it was like some asshole. Yeah, I mean, you can still eat shit.
Starting point is 00:48:04 Don't get me wrong. Well, yeah, but that's a personal thing. Yeah. It's not like they were like, even this asshole is better than Mitch. That's a good point. What's also because Paul Griffith, because he's like related to Peter Griffin, right?
Starting point is 00:48:13 So, I mean, that family lineage. You think that's bad, I almost lost to Mitch's home company. Whoa, is that Casey? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Casey. So, Nerryman, who is the Thomas Nerryman, who is a founder and still CEO of Quench, used to be a franchisee himself. We're talking about Pinkberry before we recorded. And he owned Pinkberries. He owned Pinkberries. He owned Johnny Rockets, not the company, but individual franchises.
Starting point is 00:48:38 Sure. At one point, he had 40 different franchises that he owned, locations. And he was just sort of like, this whole system isn't working. I've kind of learned things from this and I want to have my own chain where I can kind of address these problems. Whether that's been the case or not, this has had some success. Quench has had some success. There are locations in about 10 states.
Starting point is 00:48:59 In Cleveland, California, what was founded, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and New York. There's one in Canada, apparently, just one in all of Canada, but it is like a chain that is expanding. Or at least it was like trying to expand and is maybe contracting now because I know some of them are closing at least around here. We've got there too many in LA.
Starting point is 00:49:16 Like a supernova. Yeah, like a supernova, just like a supernova. It's a... So, we are having... So, Quench, I've had this place a number of times. Like Jordan Morris, I would characterize myself as a I'm not gonna say. I'm not gonna say. So we are having, so quenched, I've had this place a number of times. Like Jordan Morris, I would characterize myself as a fan of quenched.
Starting point is 00:49:29 And in fact, when we were reviewing quenched, I went to Natalie and it was like, hey, we're gonna talk about this place, do you wanna go? And she was like, yeah, let's go. Cause she likes it too. So we went yesterday afternoon and I got a little pre-game,
Starting point is 00:49:40 just like one individual juice. They're a West Side quenched. They're a number of West Side quenches. But we went to the one in Culver. The same complex as a Chipotle and a Jersey Mike's. It's got it all there. Oh man. If you're at that little sunda,
Starting point is 00:49:53 there's like a vegan burger place too. It's just got like four or five different chain options. Definitely mice. Yeah. So. I'm not putting your dough balls in me. It was okay, cool. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:50:05 Hey, you know what? I'm gonna swipe the dope with me. It was okay. Cool. That's cool. Hey, you know what? I'm gonna swipe the car for it in out tonight. It's maybe we'll review it, we sing it. We do sing it. Is it a real thing? I mean, I'll think it is. I don't know. I don't think it's a real thing.
Starting point is 00:50:32 I don't think it, but it's champagne supernova in the sky. Do you think he's just just subscribing? He's not describing like a real phenomenon. No. It's not like it's some like some astral event he's seen. But what is a supernova again? It's a star exploding, right? Okay.
Starting point is 00:50:46 It's like the opposite of a black hole. Mm. Yeah, but doesn't it like explode and then it goes back and then a black hole. It comes to black hole, yeah. Did you see Oppenheimer? It did see Oppenheimer. I didn't.
Starting point is 00:50:57 But did you guys listen to Radio Lab? They did one about little tiny black holes that they're everywhere. Well, we guess you saw Barbie. I saw the first hour of Barbie and then I got kicked out. Ah. No. Barbie, taking away the views from often hiring.
Starting point is 00:51:11 Did you see Oppenheimer? Yes. Did you like it? Yeah, I liked it. Okay. I did like it. I thought it was fun. I haven't seen Barbie.
Starting point is 00:51:19 I do want to see Barbie. I only see the first hour. Billion dollar Barbie. I enjoyed Barbie. A billion dollar Barbie. I thought it was fun. It's making a dollar Barbie. I enjoyed Barbie. A billion dollar Barbie. I'm so happy. It's making a billion dollars. Hey, good.
Starting point is 00:51:27 You know what? It's a, it's a, I think a great weird film. Yeah. Like a really interesting, is that be? And honestly, it's, it's, it makes a lot more sense that that's making that much money. I'd never play with Oppenheimer toys. I know who these people are.
Starting point is 00:51:43 I'm going to see that. I'll be surprised if he did play with a primer. I'm going to be a little string in the doll. I am be calm down. It's a, it's a, look, I'm glad that I've got boobies or back. We were written for movies. You got to take a side, though, with barbeer
Starting point is 00:51:58 Oppenheimer. No, it's like cancer dogs. You can like both or either. I think I like both. That's. Birds. Just kidding. That's birds. Just kidding, nobody likes birds. They're not even real.
Starting point is 00:52:10 Okay, so let's talk quench it a little bit because I will say I like this place. I think the app which I used to order last time or yesterday is not crap. I've used the app pretty regularly. It kind of logs you out sometimes. It's a little annoying when an app does that. I don't like when a business has their own app.
Starting point is 00:52:26 Interesting. Like if it's just like they've got a website and you can go to, you can order like, but like like I need to have an app living on my phone for that business. I kind of love the dedication of that, the specificity of having one app for one purpose. Now I would much prefer to go to a website. Maybe I'm, maybe that makes me 80 years old at this point. No, I think you are actually like the norm.
Starting point is 00:52:50 I think I'm one of the people who's like clinging to apps because I like getting points, I like getting rewards and I like, it's just like, oh, I know exactly, I want Taco Bell, I'll open the Taco Bell app, the dedicated thing for that, you know. But also, I feel like the thing that reminded me was the buggyness that I feel, they dedicated thing for that. But also, I feel like the thing that reminded me was the buggyness that felt, they're so buggy. The website, the website to me looked old and dated
Starting point is 00:53:10 when I was on the website, which is funny because it's newer. Sorry, it's not a hot, young website. That's what I love about that. Yes, it's invisible to you. So I got the great fruit, which you got today, Eliza, and now we got a match of grains. I think they were both delightful. And here's the one thing I think you should know about quench.
Starting point is 00:53:29 It spelled wrong. It spelled wrong. So if you type it in, you might get a, being might say, did you mean quench, Q, E, E, N, C, H, does that happen to me? I thought it was K, W, E, N, C, H. I think that's a different, yeah, it's a different spell like, they're both acceptable.
Starting point is 00:53:44 So I, so, but like, you'll get a little sticker shock here, the NCH. Okay. That's a different spell. They're both acceptable. You'll get a little sticker shock here because these drinks are like, these juices and smoothies, I think are like $11. They're pretty pricing. Are they better than a rowbacks or a Jamba equivalent? I think so. Is it in the same category as something like a creation or press, which we reviewed both both of those and those are like a little bit more of an upscale, juicery? I think so too, but the exception is like these are actually made to order and creation
Starting point is 00:54:13 and pressed are made in batches and bottled. Also, are these real fruit? I'm getting a real fruit vibe. I think this is real fruit because you go to Robex, you go to John, but they're giving you like little chunks of frozen fruit. Yeah. It's like powders and like little balls, like frozen balls of fruit.
Starting point is 00:54:26 Pond and trade. Also, I'm excited to, I was excited to find a grapefruit based, what is this, a smoothie? My drink is a smoothie. Yeah, yeah, smoothie. Yeah, because you, I feel like I don't see that very often. I agree. Quench doesn't, I know we were talking about it
Starting point is 00:54:40 supposed to be like a, like a, a kind of fancier version of, of Jamba. Yes. It doesn't feel that way. Does it, does it feel fancier than Jamba? I guess it's a little bit. I think it's a little higher quality. I guess it's a classier.
Starting point is 00:54:53 How about classier? Classier, sure. But I'm still, I don't know. I, I, I can't tell. Yeah, I can't, I can't. I can't, I can't, I can't tell. I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't tell. Yeah, I can't, I can't, I can't tell.
Starting point is 00:55:01 I can't, I can't tell. I can't, I can't tell. I can't tell. I can't tell. I can't tell. I can't tell. I can't tell. I can't tell. real like Duplo version like vibe from Jamba. Yeah. You know, and get more of a like a tinker toys, Lincoln log, kind of classic vibe, where it's place. I like that thing. Even though it's newer.
Starting point is 00:55:15 But it also, I feel like I love a menu that has not much hot salad. Okay, now we're talking. They do have a lot of like, well, you know, maybe we should start there because they, for some reason, I don't like hot salad. I don't like hot salad.
Starting point is 00:55:28 I don't like hot salad. I don't like hot salad. I don't like hot salad. I prefer room temp salad, but they have a bunch of bowls here and salad. You know the good thing about why is it even the summertime he'll eat a hot salad. It's not like a thing he does the winter time.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Well, I mean, it's hard to get the fresh greens for a hot salad in no one's taking it. That's a great point. So they have a bunch of grain bowls and salad bowls, and I think we actually all ended up opting for grain bowls, but they are like, here's the thing, and this was your observation, Eliza, they are fucking big bowls.
Starting point is 00:55:58 You're getting like a Mr. Bucket-sized portion. You're getting like a fucking ice cream tub, and I don't mean like a little Ben and Jerry's pint, I mean like the big boy from Riyars. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like if there was two sizes and I had picked the size that I got when it showed up, I would have been like, whoa, I made a mistake.
Starting point is 00:56:13 But it's not two sizes, it's just that size. It's just that one size. Some mornings, why go wake up with a Brentwood hot salad? I think we move past that. He just heats the hot salad under the blankies. That's all it is. I think we move past it. The Brentwood thing and the hot salad thing.
Starting point is 00:56:30 I went back to it. I want to go back to it. Sorry. I go back to it. Yeah, yes you can. I'll go back to the guy's name because I think it's cool. Nerryman. See, huh?
Starting point is 00:56:42 Nerry, no, Nerryman. Nerryman. It sounds like Old English. It sounds cool. Nerryman? No, nerryman. Nerryman. It sounds like old English, it sounds cool. Nerryman? Nerryman have faced Bay Wolf and lived to tell the tale. I've been read, Bay Wolf. Yeah, yeah, wow, okay. Strong as hell.
Starting point is 00:56:57 He is a Bay, I even fucking beast. Grendel, right guys? Grendel is a scareder. Grendel is a mother. She's out for revenge and you you know what bail is like fuck you We're like ba. Ba. E. Wolf You know fights a dragon in that That's like the third because we always thought we got he fucks up grandal a fucks up
Starting point is 00:57:14 Grandel's mother then he goes he fucking takes out a dragon That's fucking and they's fucking gone They's fucking like he works so hard. He's gonna die, but he's dying a hero Yeah, I'm surprised anybody's talking about anything besides Grindel, because like, what the fuck is Grindel? Yeah, I don't know what Grindel is. That's why he kills Grindel. He fucking kills Grindel.
Starting point is 00:57:31 Fucking merks him, fucking strips down to the- I don't understand. They're in the ass, I'm happy he's gone. Montauk, monster. That's what he sounds like to me. Yeah. Vegan bowl, I got the Pesto bowl, Eliza you got, and the tuna bowl, Mitch you got. And I was really suspicious to the tuna bowl, because I was like, I don't know how this place
Starting point is 00:57:50 is going to do with fish. Yes. And I think it's their only fish on the menu, which makes you suspect. I would say just having lifted all three, it is the dentist. It's very dense. It's pretty dense. It's pretty dense. But I will say having some bites of it, that one was pretty toothed. It's pretty dense. But I will say having some bites of it,
Starting point is 00:58:05 that one was pretty toothsome. It was pretty good. And I think they just have a tint tuna. They just crack open on demand and... I think it was a tint tuna. Yeah. I think you're right. I would still say a tint tuna.
Starting point is 00:58:16 I won. I think mine was the best. Yours was by far the best. Your football was really good. And it had chicken in it, right? It was like a pro-tunic. Chicken, pasta, quinoa, avocado, bunch of different kinds of greens. I maybe would order that,
Starting point is 00:58:29 and I don't think I would get, I didn't take a bite of yours, Wax, but I don't think I would get any of the others. The vegan bowl had a tofu, that's what I had, Garbonzo beans, tahini greens, quinoa, almonds, goji berries, and raspberry, of vinaigrette.
Starting point is 00:58:41 As I said to both of you, it kind of tastes like nothing, but an enjoyable kind of nothing. It wasn't super flavorful, but it was like, you know, it had some substance to it. I'm not a fan of a sweet salad, I feel like. And the raspberry of vinaigrette
Starting point is 00:58:54 pushed it over into the sweet for me. Yes. But it was still good. And like, I feel like if I had that for lunch, I would feel like I had had a lunch. Yeah, I mean, I love a heat salad. I mean, a sweet salad. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:59:07 Moving on. Oh, you're feeding it a little thing. You're so excited. The bowls were pretty, I think the bowls were the, like, I would never think to get hot food or actually would just like lunch from here. I would never think to do that. Unless it was like a desperate straits.
Starting point is 00:59:22 And having had these, I'm like, I could do that. I could have that pesto bowl and be pretty content. Yeah. That's a decent solid like work lunch. Yeah. Well, I gotta say this to you. I think you make a great new N坂berg.
Starting point is 00:59:34 I was just thinking about it. I think you'd be good as N坂berg. It's N坂berg, but you mean from the naked, you're conflated in N坂berg and the N坂. And the N坂. Cause you were thinking he had Koalik on the brain. It may be Koalik would be the. Maybe Koalik would be the great. Koalik would be a great Nordberg.
Starting point is 00:59:48 It'd be very funny. Is that the open your mind guy? Koalik are... Nordberg from the naked gun, the OJ park. Yeah, with our buddy Matt Koalik could be a good boy. I thought it would be played by the chest guy from Total Recall. That could be a good door. I thought it would be played by the chest guy from Total Recall.
Starting point is 01:00:06 That would be pretty good too. That would be good too. I say this because I just, Nordberg is kind of clumsy. Yeah, sure. But I get to give you credit. The food arrived today, we were COVID-19. Oh yeah, this was very exciting. And it was a bag of all the bowls, and then two stacks of drinks. And I said, hey, you want me to get, you was very exciting. And it was a bag of all the bowls,
Starting point is 01:00:26 and then two stacks of drinks. And I said, hey, you want me to get, you had the bowls as you want me to get that. I grabbed the bowls from you, and then I realized, I left you with two trays of drinks. That's right. Packed on top of each other. And we're walking to the kitchen,
Starting point is 01:00:38 you have no faith in him. No. And you're like, this is gonna be a disaster. And I'm like, come on, you gotta stand up for him. But it was almost like you were torturing him. I was like this is twisted, but then metal cuz he'd kind of Random words to say and sequence Like landed the Okay, so thank you for believing me in fairness to Mitch
Starting point is 01:01:03 I also had a lot of self-doubt because I was like why am I doing this? I you know I spill all the time I'm I could I could just see myself spilling six drinks on the floor Exactly I'm a smell boy. The tattoo says I'm a certified so boy. Yeah. It's it's someone that looks like a a a a
Starting point is 01:01:32 a a a a a a a a a
Starting point is 01:01:40 a a a a a a a a a and I spilled Naria drop, so I felt pretty satisfied. Let's talk about the disciples. What's that? Nerryman, it's very close to that.
Starting point is 01:01:49 Nerryman. That was a Nerryman. Nerryman was made. The eye sighting. It's a great job, but I think that you may be a past that curse onto someone else. You think so? I don't know, I spilled something recently.
Starting point is 01:02:00 I hope that it's not happening to me. Did I? It follows your ass. You got fucking it followed. Or thinner. I thought that it's not happening to me. You know, it follows your ass. You got fucking it followed. Or thinner. I thought that was gonorrhea. Well, we're both in the clear for that. Congratulations. Congratulations.
Starting point is 01:02:13 My mom kept saying there's a gonorrhea billboard of Bob's seven 11. Where are we going? Where are we going? There's a gonorrhea billboard of Bob's seven 11. And it's like, it's like got gonorrhea. Or something like my mom every time when she's like got gonorrhea. She's like, have a say, get over and over.
Starting point is 01:02:29 I was like, my don't fucking say it over and over. She's like, got a rea, do you see that billboard? I was like, yeah. Did she do the pod? No, you never. She's popped on the pod before. She's popped on, but she's here for the turn of the count. She's done an episode before.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Okay. Yeah, and she did a double way back in the day. Mm-hmm. That's enough. Yeah, that's enough. episode before. Okay. Yeah, and she did a double way back in the day. That's it. That's it. Yeah. She always loves it. I did get to see your mom and your partner briefly. It had a lovely conversation.
Starting point is 01:02:54 It was great to see them. I'm glad they were here for a bit. They were happy to see. They always like to see that. The yogurt bowls. So they have SA bowls and yogurt bowls. So we got some yogurt bowl, or I actually don't remember what everyone got,
Starting point is 01:03:04 but I got a blueberry bowl, yogurt bowl. And Mitch, you and I, and Dunktown exchange yogurt photos. That's the one that's the most wholesome thing I do on any of my group chats. I think this one. Yeah, that's really wholesome. It was good. We just, we're just like,
Starting point is 01:03:18 Hey, this is the yogurt account today. There you go. Why is always questions whether or not I had fucking yogurt too? One time I did send a lobster roll. That's the thing, yes. You'll send off topic photos. You're not in trouble,
Starting point is 01:03:30 but just people will point out that's not really what this chat is for. But anyway. I'll send pictures of a finished yogurt and why, because I forgot to send it and why I was go. Mm. I don't wanna hear about your finished yogurt. Jesus, this is so weird.
Starting point is 01:03:44 Why is I got the original bowl. The original bowl. Yeah, I didn't get any of those sweet bowls. I specifically chose this place because I did get to make the call. I was given three options and I picked Quench. Because of those, the hardy grainy bowls. I didn't know what to expect, I'm glad I got one though.
Starting point is 01:04:03 And I like the sweet, the sweet breakfast, the sweet, any. I understand that because it is, they can sometimes be too sweet. I think this was nicely balanced, you know, it had a little bit of extra sweetness, I think to make it a little bit more of a treat, I had some Nutella in there, which probably if I was thinking of my own,
Starting point is 01:04:18 I would have fucked up. There's some more in the fridge if you wanna try it. I probably would have, if I was having this on my own though, and when I was in a little healthier, probably wouldn't have thrown the Nutella in there, but the fruit I thought was really fresh and which again spoke to the quality of product
Starting point is 01:04:30 they use at this chain, I thought it was a really satisfying bowl. And again, a big boy, like this would have been a very hefty if this was like a pre-flight meal or something like that. It's like this is... Yeah, but you got to be careful. Then you could easily be in a situation with a big spilled boy.
Starting point is 01:04:43 Yeah, that's a problem. But people know what they're getting into with me. You know, I just flashed in the lower back tattoo. They're on board. Speaking of big spill boy, you could easily use this as a little toilet if you were out in the woods or something. Jesus Christ. What?
Starting point is 01:04:58 You could. This is coming from. You could. There's enough space in that thing to fill it up. Think of you're in the woods, just like, shit outs. You don't even just find it, have a make-up. I can just shit in the woods. I shit in a box in the woods once and it worked.
Starting point is 01:05:11 Why a box? It worked. Yeah, what does that mean? It worked for what? It worked, it shit in, it worked. You know, when I pick up my dog's poop, I like to give him a reason why, because I always like to imagine what he's thinking that that she's like this lady's fucking crazy about poop
Starting point is 01:05:29 I like to tell him that was what the car runs on the thing I remember Tells other dogs that The the thing I remember but it was was not a good movement. I was shaking it. It was kind of like a box of marbles almost. You should get more water. Water, yeah. This is high school. Why did you do this?
Starting point is 01:05:52 I was like, it's kind of making noise. I shook it. No, why did you shit in the box in the first place? We were in the woods. Like I said, I had to go to the bathroom. And then someone was like, and you're like, give me a box? What would happen? Yeah, I found a box.
Starting point is 01:06:04 Okay. I was like, I got a shit, give me a box, what would happen? Yeah, I found a box. Okay. And I was like, I got a shit. Give me a box. Shit in it. I want the box. I want the box. I think I used to sock if I remember correctly. The wipe? Wait, wait, oh, okay, okay.
Starting point is 01:06:18 Okay. It's really gross. I don't understand why you didn't just go outside. It's not that gross. Everyone's been in a situation where they've had to shit. In there. Yeah, it's 100%. You better just shit in this place where you didn't want to have to shit.
Starting point is 01:06:30 Yeah, yeah, but yeah, it's not usually like. Bob's discount furniture two days ago. Well, there you need to push it into a box. Okay. But in the woods, it's a box and box. Why wouldn't you just bury it in the woods? Well, that's what all the bugs do. Yeah, it's true.
Starting point is 01:06:44 That's a good point. I couldn't have done that. I should have done a little bit of a box one time. Did you really? Now we're talking. Yeah. What happened? I lived in a one bedroom with a one bathroom. There's two bedrooms with this guy that I was dating, whatever.
Starting point is 01:06:59 I was in a relationship with and he took for a fucking never in the bathroom, which was its own thing. Because I was like, you know, guy, if you need some of your own time, and he's like, no, no, I'm only showering. It's purely a Christian shower. And I'm like, all right, sure. But yeah, and I have a gut disease
Starting point is 01:07:14 and it flares up sometimes. And I was like, all right, this has to happen. What do we do? And then I was like, well, that's what the cat uses. Yeah. I think it's a good move. I thought it was pretty smart. Then I bagged it up and threw it out and never. Yeah. So we do. I think it's a good move. Right? I thought it was pretty smart.
Starting point is 01:07:25 Then I bagged it up and threw it out and never told him. So, hi, if you're listening to this, I'm shocked. Congratulations on the birth of your second child. I should outside once on, but it was a, it was the context. It was not a deer. It was a kind of a Boy Scout trip, and it was one of those things where there's just no toilet anywhere nearby.
Starting point is 01:07:48 We actually a little digging trout, like dig a little fucking hole, and we're brought to this, like okay, dig a little hole, then you gotta shit into the hole, and then you gotta cover it up. And it felt very, it's got master clap for you when you were gone.
Starting point is 01:08:02 Like the whole troop was witnessin'. Yeah, the figured. No one else hooped that day just here. No, I was, I found a little space for myself, but it was like really, you still just felt intensely vulnerable. You know, he's like, oh man, animals do this all the time. It's just like, you understand why they like want to like lock eyes with their owner or whatever, just kind of be like, let me make sure I'm okay.
Starting point is 01:08:25 Because some of you get out of my bag. Because like, yes, animals do it all the time, but like a horse shitting? You could look at the horse up front. It doesn't even look like he's noticing. Yes. You know, he's just, it's the same horse any hour of the day, but when a dog shits, it is a vulnerable little picture.
Starting point is 01:08:41 Right, right. It is sad when you look at him. Yeah, and they're like, oh, I have to do this. Yeah. I'll pop my head in there. You should all be hearing my voice every time. You hear it. You see a dog poop going, oh, no, I gotta do this.
Starting point is 01:08:55 I don't know, Casey. I'll pop my head in the litter box occasionally. Watch Walling in there, I'ma do it. And it's always pretty embarrassing. Hey, oh, he's pretty good. They get embarrassed? Yeah. I can imagine.
Starting point is 01:09:08 Yeah, I can imagine. Well, it's closed off, little box. Oh, okay, okay. They're like... Like in the shining? I do think maybe they feel a little invaded. Yeah, they do feel a little invaded. Let's talk juices a little bit,
Starting point is 01:09:23 because that's what this whole plate, this is this place is bread and butter. Oh, I think they do feel a little bit. Yeah. Let's talk juices a little bit, because that's what this whole plate, this is the place is bread and butter. No, I'm so sorry. Okay, so we've got a few different things we had here. First off, we have the, wait, wait, wait, okay, okay, well, because there are smoothies and juices in their different sections of the menu. Well, let me just say that my bowl was blended,
Starting point is 01:09:41 Asahi, banana, coconut water, topped with granola strawberries, banana honey. It was just a very well done. Do you recognize? How confident do you guys feel when you say ASE? Not at all. You're super confident. I think it's ASE, but it might also be ASE.
Starting point is 01:09:54 I don't really know. I don't think I'm ever going to feel confident about that word. Yeah, I don't know. I also don't know it's etymology. I don't know what it's from. Because it's the sea, but with a sea with a little like, little gap. How confident do you feel about etymology, I don't know what words from. Cause it's got, it's the C, but with a C with a little like, little gap.
Starting point is 01:10:05 Okay, how confident do you feel about etymology? Generally? Yeah. Like the same word etymology. It's the same word, yeah. I feel pretty good about saying the word etymology. I always think, or is it entymology? I think entymology.
Starting point is 01:10:18 And I talk about words or bugs. Right, right, right. We're talking about words here, so it's etymology. Entymology. No. Entymology, you think it, so ants, that works for ants. Oh, good, because my ant likes bugs.
Starting point is 01:10:32 There you go. Um, okay, so there's a few different blends. Wait, case you got the PBNH, is that correct? I got the PBNH. What's the H? I think the H is funny. It is funny, which is what I call heroin. Peace.
Starting point is 01:10:50 Sweet. How was that, bad boy? It was great. How really subtle peanut butter flavor. Wow. Wasn't overpowering, but it hit the spot. They have some great, like some of their things are named, like one of their blends is called the Goliath,
Starting point is 01:11:03 which is just such a name for a smoothie. I mentioned now that we got the matcha greens yesterday and that one's a lot of fun. It is very matcha-e, so you have to like that flavor, but I enjoyed it. And then I got the great fruit yesterday and that's what you got, which I really enjoyed. I liked how tart is and lies that that's what you got today.
Starting point is 01:11:19 Yeah, I liked a lot. Yeah. I was very happy with it. I got to say in terms of naming something, naming a juice something besides banana orange, you know, like whatever's in it. I prefer a whimsical funny name, much more than a like braggie name.
Starting point is 01:11:36 Like I don't need to know the gala, come on. Yeah, that's a little much. But all my name, all I can say is, you're my boy, blue. We're going streaking. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that.
Starting point is 01:11:49 I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that.
Starting point is 01:11:57 I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:12:05 I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:12:13 I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:12:21 I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I was like, I don't know. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that.
Starting point is 01:12:29 I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that.
Starting point is 01:12:37 I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm talking about that. I'm it sounded good too, because you ordered it that I said I want it
Starting point is 01:12:46 and then you changed your order. I changed mine. And you know what, that worked out for you big time. I got the ignition. See, that's another way that's like, oh boy, oh no, no. You know that it's just juice? No, it's sweet, sweet.
Starting point is 01:13:02 No, guys, we were supposed to drink. We were supposed to replace that in our reference banks. Oh, boy. There's a remix in this kitchen. What is it? I tell you that. This is a story that maybe should be
Starting point is 01:13:20 cut out, but we just not tell it. I was at a bar in LA. Oh Jesus. The roost and ignition came on and a guy was like, fuck that piece of shit or whatever, y'all did out. And I was like, ah, I laughed or whatever. And then he came over and he was like, you think it's funny?
Starting point is 01:13:38 He's like, did you play this fucking song? I was like, no, dude, I did not play this song. I thought it was funny because you yelled out like, fuck this guy. And it was- It was happening every day. And he was like, and he was like, dude, I did not play the song at that time. It was funny because you yelled out like, fuck this guy. And it was happening every day. And he was like, he was like, fuck you. He was like, fuck you. He was like gonna try to fight me.
Starting point is 01:13:50 Wow. And I was like, dude, I did not play this fucking song. I didn't play it. I swear. And he was like, did one of your boys play? I was like, no, no one played this. And he was like, all right, and he left, I almost got my ass kicked.
Starting point is 01:14:00 And then I was like, Jesus. And then, for real, I was like, I played. I was like, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck,oBot's like, I played it. I was like, fuck. FreoBot? You almost got my fucking ass kicked. Did you try out him back over to that guy? I'd be like, this is who did it. It was his.
Starting point is 01:14:13 I know, I would never, I couldn't have had a rat out FreoBot. Was it a big guy? It was three guys. And one of three guys. It was one man who was three men. It was three guys and one of them. I mean, they were all pretty big. Wow.
Starting point is 01:14:24 Yeah. Almost got my ass kicked. I tell you my idea that I think that I, one of my dream projects is making a replacement archaelie album where you get different artists to each make their own, not cover song, but replacement songs for each of the songs that people need in their lives of our Kelly. So you don't have to play Remix to Ignition
Starting point is 01:14:47 at a party anymore. You get a perfect party replacement song. You don't have to have... You don't have to think about that, the piece of shit. When you have the new song. Yeah, but there's a big halt. What are children's choir supposed to sing? If not, I believe I can fly.
Starting point is 01:15:03 You need a replacement for that. That's true. So that, you know, I feel like that's the problem with a lot of the canceling stuff is just stuff has been removed without something else added in its place. I agree. And I think that would be a less bumpy road for everybody. That's a good song. It's a good song.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Joe is very sure sing the Doe Boyce theme instead. Is there a Doe Boyce theme? Doe Boyce! He's the Doe Boy O'Boys. No, no, no, no, no, boys. That's-Boys, it's the Do-Bo-Boys. Do-Do-Do-Boys. That's it. That's a good song.
Starting point is 01:15:30 Everybody might cast it. Oh, is it a proof that you haven't listened to a Do-Boys episode without actually saying it? Can I just actually say it? Yeah, you can, I mean, I listen to an I'm on. Yeah. Or like when people animate stuff that I'm Oh, that's true. Yes, you're a part of that animation. Yeah, it's when with this is Mitch the first time you told the story about Mickey Mouse
Starting point is 01:15:54 No, no, no, I know that well. I was the first time I've I've heard it. Yeah, and in Mickey Mouse you thought what wait What it was you were asleep? I was asleep in the I thought the Mickey Mouse stuff to animal grab my arm. The best doll. Grab my arm. It does feel like something that like, you're gonna, you're gonna like,
Starting point is 01:16:14 get those memories back someday. I don't actually happen. I don't know. It was, it was very strange. I think it maybe it was maybe early sleep paralysis or something that happened to me. I'm sure. I don't know what it was very strange. I think it maybe it was maybe early sleep paralysis or something that happened to me. I'm sure. I don't know what it was, but...
Starting point is 01:16:27 The animation, which was, I don't remember who the artist was, but it is like, because I was a Dilbert guy. It was Scott Adams. It was Scott Adams. I never, like I never listened to a podcast unless I have to, but I did watch that animation. And it is just like you are asking follow up questions and Mitch is telling the story and I am just sitting your
Starting point is 01:16:50 pan. I'm laughing harder than I've ever laughed in my life. Yeah, it did make me feel like kind of a fool for continuing. No, no, no, you were doing a good job on a podcast that I just lost it. I got the spinach greens as my smoothie and this one was just kind of like inert. And so these seminars get that green drink and it's like, now these matches greens, I thought was like really flavorful.
Starting point is 01:17:10 The Spinach Greens is just sort of like, okay, I can tell, this is just sort of like nutrition, but it didn't have any actual much flavor to it. But contra the ignition, which is a juice, which I have right here for those of you on the videopheed and just has this vibrant hue, it just kind of looks like orange juice, but it's got a little bit of cayenne kick.
Starting point is 01:17:26 It's got a little bit turmeric. It's got a lot of character to it. I find it very drinkable. And I honestly think this one is delicious and maybe my favorite thing in the whole experience. You look, that will that change, Wags, I think. You know what I would do with that? That a little celtzer.
Starting point is 01:17:41 See, that's a good idea. Now I understand. That's a good idea. Your little effervescence in this would be nice. Th good idea. Now I understand. That's a good idea. Yeah, a little effort, if that's good, then this would be nice. Thumper to the dumper. That's what I say.
Starting point is 01:17:49 Damn. It's getting tossed out. Wow. You talk about poop a lot. I didn't mean I meant the dumpster. Oh, I thought you meant. I poured on my ass. No.
Starting point is 01:17:58 No. That you, that that, that it would become. Pour on spillboy like it goes from. It ends up. It's a target for you, bye. It that it would be a common goal. Or a boy that can go from, it ends up. It ends up in your dumper and then coming out of it. Right. You know, like a normal person would assume. A dumper to the dumper.
Starting point is 01:18:16 Old school though, I liked the old school one. Lot of, look, I think, I think, I think mostly, mostly wins here today with this meal and with my experience of quenching the past, but what does that mean for a fork score? We'll find out right after this. Wow. What's up everybody, it's your boy, the spoon man.
Starting point is 01:18:35 Our next partner is athletic greens. I take AG1 by athletic greens literally every day. I gave AG1 a try because I want to better gut health, Wags. I wanted my guts to feel healthy. Yeah, you got to have them feel good. AGWana was designed with ease in mind, so you can live healthier and better without having to do a lot. It's powerful because it's so easy. So easy. So easy to fit into your lifestyle.

Check it out. Welcome back to doeboys. Talking quenched with Eliza Skinner. Eliza, it's time for our fork scores.
Starting point is 01:20:41 You've done the podcast before, although you've not listened to it. You know the format. We each go around, we'll give a closing argument, if you will, and then end that by giving it a score from zero to five forks. So quench your thoughts, your fork score. I have to admit, I completely ignored part of the menu in that I'm not a fruity bowl gal, but from the part of the menu that I paid attention to
Starting point is 01:21:07 and ordered from, I'll hit snow misses. Wow. Yeah, I would give it, I would give it, is how many forks is the most? Out of five. I'd give it four and a half forks. Four forks, two times, what a score. It's rare a fight air. I think it's I think John. But is worse. I do think John
Starting point is 01:21:32 But is worse that we were also like kind of some of the stuff we got from John But we didn't think it was too bad their bowls are surprisingly good. Yeah, I think they're their juices are It's just like an old school approach where people were fine with it being a little bit less fresh and a little bit more processed. I think this old school drink blend here is better than anything. I've had it. Mmm. Jamba. I think the bowls are good. I don't know if I'll ever get one. Maybe if I'm in like a weird situation, I want to get a healthy bowl, getting that chicken, uh, pesto chicken bowl would be good. Mine was not.
Starting point is 01:22:02 Atuna was, was, wasn't bad. It was decent. Like if you're like working or something. Mine was not. Atuna was, it wasn't bad. It was decent. Like if you're like working or something. Yeah. Yeah. If you're like, you're shooting pole position and they're like, we're taking orders for lunch. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm shooting, I'm, I'm, I know like a show based on like
Starting point is 01:22:16 that, that racing game. Yeah. Yeah. Like a car video game show. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. show. Yeah. And they're like, we're taking orders for lunch. We're gonna go for lunch. It's like season two of pole position. The pole position is a show's on streaming show on Paramount Plus. Yeah. We're gonna go for the pole position show.
Starting point is 01:22:31 Yeah. So I'm with you. Kind of show that people have good feelings about from their childhood. And so like, you can kind of go in any fun direction with. Right, because I don't know the story of pole position. I'm just like, it could be whatever, you know. And I'm proud of this show.
Starting point is 01:22:44 And I'm talking about it all the time. Yeah, but this point, you're still making it, and they're ordering it. Right, you don't know what it's got to be, yeah, dot. And they're like, we're thinking of going to quench. Then I would be like, you know what, maybe that tunable, maybe that Pesto chicken bowl, it's, you can do way worse than that for sure. Yeah, and there's that blaze bowl that I considered and didn't get.
Starting point is 01:23:01 The blaze bowl looks good. I almost got that as well. Um, yeah, buddy. COVID's rising. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:14 Yeah. I just looked up to see if Emma, like that woke Emma up because she's usually not really paying attention to the podcast. Unless we mentioned marijuana or family guy. I don't know if this goes over the top to four. How about you give your four score? I'll go first. I'll go first because I know my four score.
Starting point is 01:23:39 I like quench quite a bit. I think this place is a better version of John, but it's a better version of RobEx. I, again, as I said earlier, I like that Contra creation and Contra pressed. They're like, we're going to make this on site in like two order. You know, we can, you can order on the app or you can order in person, but you're going to watch us. We're going to make this from, from our fresh product that we have in store. Actually, I don't know how fresh it is. It might be frozen, but whatever, it's a high quality fruit they're using. And the bowls were surprising because they never had them.
Starting point is 01:24:13 I would not think of having them. But as a juicery, which is primarily the purpose of me going to this place, like the bowls again, that's something I'd have it a pinch. But the juice is the reason I go to this place. I think this is maybe my favorite of the juice chains. What? And I think for that reason, I'm in the hand holding club with Eliza Skinner
Starting point is 01:24:31 and I think this is four and a half forks. Wow. Mitch, the pressure is not large. Yeah. Really smart. You are smart. I feel, this is like looking through a telescope and being like, that's a new planet.
Starting point is 01:24:43 And like an astrophysicist is like it is in fact a I just made a guess Doesn't know shit. He's a dipshit. Um, wow. I mean coming from a dipshit You must be that too. Eliza you've discovered the planet. Yes, so I don't like the chocolate covered version. Wait, that sounds racist. I did not mean, there's a good one. That's a good one.
Starting point is 01:25:13 Chocolate cover, okay. You're fine. Okay, good. Anzled. No! Well, you'll get a rolling stone cover. Um. Um. I.
Starting point is 01:25:26 We're like rolling bone. That's what's going on. I'm trying such a happy, you can finish. Well, my about to bone it likes by going under four fours. You should go with your heart because here's the thing. I'm not precious about this chain. I am a fan. I think Quenches doing good work.
Starting point is 01:25:45 But if you're like, I think it's good, but it might need to revisit 3.75 for sure. Wow, three forks three times on the outside of the Golden Plate Club looking in. That's where it will reside. And you know what do you think? I mean, I would have gone four, but. Wow.
Starting point is 01:26:01 Casey would have gone four, but unfortunately, it's not up to Casey's. Not up to me. We didn't even try the coffee drinks. They do have coffee drinks, I think, not at all locations. I don't know if this one had coffee drinks. No, he did fine.
Starting point is 01:26:13 Is Nerryman gonna be mad at me? Because there's like a, what? Is Nerryman? I mean, Nerryman, you think Nerryman's gonna be upset? I think Nerryman's gonna listen to this. I think you probably listens to everything about. You think so? He's really dialed into all the quench media.
Starting point is 01:26:27 Yeah, I think I've got a Bing alert or whatever. Wow. It was a great first, it was a great first outing. I think you'd be impressed by the consistency of this place, because I think it does good work. I was impressed by the consistency of the smoothie. He's like, ah! He's back.
Starting point is 01:26:42 Oh boy. Unpensal. Yes! Come to my cabaret. Uh, uh, uh, uh. Yeah, I think the, as far as coffee's, because there's quench, and I think they also have another chain called
Starting point is 01:26:54 drink without an eye, which is really obnoxious. It's like DRNK, and DRNK is a coffee concept, and there's some drink hybrid, quench hybrids, but not all of them. So you can't get coffee at all. That's my understanding anyway.
Starting point is 01:27:05 I've never been to a drink. I think it's drink. I would just think that was Dr. N.K. Wouldn't you? I think it would be a doctor's office. All right, that about does it for quench. Hey, it's time for a segment. Okay, so this is one of those,
Starting point is 01:27:20 Mitch, this is a segment that we did before. The pun game. You marry over the puns. Oh, Jesus. Yeah segment that we did before, the pun game. You married one for the puns. Yeah, we do do with Scott Ockerman. We did the pun game with Scott Ockerman on the day you and I had a fight. Oh my God, yeah. I think it went really poorly.
Starting point is 01:27:35 So we're gonna try it again. This is Amelia Moreno, our associate producers, Branch Houd and Emma Urb-Brenk. Our producers are going to run this. You wanna grab your cans. We can listen to hers and she is remote. Eliza, you said grab like, you don't do those kind of jokes here.
Starting point is 01:27:49 No, it's like kind of joke. The only one that did it right. Yeah. So okay, so here's, I'll read the copy. You say she's the only one who can do it? I don't think so. No, I was the only one who did it right. Oh, sorry.
Starting point is 01:28:01 When directed. Nick, Mitch and Eliza are given something and must come up with a list of food puns based on that title. There are no turns. You just shout out puns as you think of them. The quality of the pun doesn't matter. When it seems like everyone's run out of food puns
Starting point is 01:28:15 for one title, we'll move on to the next. There's 10 titles total. This is give me a flashback to the day we fought. It is awful. I don't know if it's actually 10 titles. However many it is. Okay. And then this is a note. The puns don't have to be a spin on just the title alone. You can make
Starting point is 01:28:27 puns about relevant quotes, etc. Okay. Or relevant topics. Yeah. All right. What is the topic of this pun game? Our topic for this pun game, also known as the bun game, is union leaders. That's right. The bun game. Yeah. It's called the fun game is itself needs a pun. So it's called the bun game. Yeah, it's called because the fun game is itself needs a pun, so it's called the bun game. Okay. Got it. All right, so the topic is Union leaders. So you're gonna give us the name of a Union leader and we're gonna come up with puns on it.
Starting point is 01:28:53 Yes. Or buns on it. Yes. You got it. Yeah. Well, I just got it. Like, this is... What's the opposite of the home render,by? That vacation sit on Madura.
Starting point is 01:29:20 You went different hat. I thought you were going to go with different horse race. I like that. All right, we got our first union leader is Samuel Gompers. Okay, so we all get to see your choppers. They were the same time. Ty, one on. All right, I'll give you both Samuel Gompers. All right, that's two, two on. Clamule.
Starting point is 01:29:42 Choppers. He's a clam. How about scam you little mompers? Like you scamming your mom? What the fuck? I thought it was a food time. I was going, but it's not food really. Oh, sorry.
Starting point is 01:29:57 Don't point. We're saving your mom at a restaurant. Samuel Adams, chompers. A ham you will chompers. I got to now. I said, Samuel Adams. Samuel Adams. Sam Grool, clompers. I got to know I said to you, my Adams. Samuel, Sam Grool,
Starting point is 01:30:06 clompers, is eating Grool. Hey, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me. Samuel, goober. Oh, my. Hey, do you just, does she get a point for that? Does that count?
Starting point is 01:30:16 Yeah, these all count. All of these count. Yeah. This game sucks. Samuel, Samuel, bubble gumper shrimp company. Ooh. All right, that's fine.
Starting point is 01:30:26 That's enough. For number two, we got John L. Lewis. John L. Lewis. On L. Chew this. That's good. That's really, I was just gonna go John L. Chew this, but John L. Chew this is even better. John, the L stands for lunch, Lewis.
Starting point is 01:30:42 That's right. That's right. That's right. Bond, Bond L. The L stands for lunch Lewis. That's the last one. Pass, pass. All right, now you want the next one. We got you. I didn't come up with the one. Oh, sorry. John all new piss because he drinks so much soda.
Starting point is 01:31:03 That's insane. That's insane You piss John all poop is Food we got about mountain L. Dois. Oh, that's good. Oh, thank you All right, Are we feeling good? She's poo kiss. Yeah, her shoes poo kiss is also good. That is good. Yeah, these are all good.
Starting point is 01:31:28 They're all good. Yeah, are she poo-piss? Yeah, I mean, think about the levels. Okay, next one. I'm thinking about Vinod who runs the Doe Boys Swickipedia, not on our payroll, just like documenting all of these, just on his own time.
Starting point is 01:31:44 Yes, yeah, this is so sad. It's not fair to him, it's not fair to listeners. He doesn't need to do that. He does not Vinod, you don't need to do that. You can take this one off. This should be more of a game, it should be a game. I mean, it is, I guess you are, there is a winner at the end, right? No. No, there's no winner.
Starting point is 01:32:00 There's no winner. There should be a winner. I mean, there's an arbitrary number of points, but there may have been, they don't matter. Exactly, it's a, it's a, All right, next one. Fucking whose line rolls. Yeah, you'll win. Yeah, obviously.
Starting point is 01:32:12 All right, Eliza's gonna win. Eugene V. Debs. Eugene V. Debs. Yo, me, Coke. You've seen these dips. Thanks, fuck. See, it's like, like you're at a party, and there's a table with food on it,
Starting point is 01:32:31 and you go, You've seen these dips? You've seen these dips, and Eugene, Eugene, Dibs would be like, Huh, what? And you'd be like,
Starting point is 01:32:37 Not you, Oh, shit, that sounds like your name. And then it would be a nickname. This is, This is, It's good. Thanks. This might seem this is, it's good. Thanks. This might seem like a repeat for me,
Starting point is 01:32:47 but Eugene the V stands for vegetable dibs. It's a G. Bok. You can't change the, I guess you can make it. G stands for grapes. G stands for grapes. I have a V in here. Eugene V dibs.
Starting point is 01:32:57 I thought it was Eugene Cheed Dabs. G G V dibs? No, no, no, I'm probably wrong. You fucking nerd ass. Try to correct me wrong. I thought it was, I heard a G. The V is vicious swah. It's mine now. We're back for, I'm probably wrong. You fucking nerd ass. Try to correct me wrong. I thought it was, I heard a G. The V is vicious swat. It's my now.
Starting point is 01:33:07 We're back, back, vice versa. It is, I guess it is Eugene Ve Debs. All right, why should know that? The V stands for vegetable Debs. Wow. Now that, how about Eugene Ve little Debs, like little Debbie?
Starting point is 01:33:20 That's good. Little Debs. That's good. A Chugene V-Dabs. Come on. You can just put chew on anything. That's a lot luck. It's, this is higher pot cat juice.
Starting point is 01:33:32 This one just puts chew on everything. Dean, V-Dabs. There you go. Chugreens. Okay, that's good. Yeah. That's good. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:33:41 That was much better than flicking lawyers. I'm making an effort over here. I'm just saying the B stands for vegetable. So I thought that was a pretty good one. Technically, I'm on strike. I probably shouldn't be this way. Yeah, we actually actually were all scabbing right now. This is we're doing a labor,
Starting point is 01:33:55 specifically what I get residuals for. And we're scabbing. Not me. Very ironic. But I will be doing the rest in character. Oh, Mitch, no. What's the character's name? Is this Thomas Nairiman? Yes, this is Thomas Nairiman's turn.
Starting point is 01:34:11 Oh, I didn't realize. Well, hello. Mr. Nairiman. I didn't realize that. I'm back in that guy again. Wait, what? Get with rates, Ryzen. Well, now you're pitching a sitcom.
Starting point is 01:34:21 That's violating our rules. Sorry. What's next? Oh, we got Rose Schneiderman. Now you're pitching a sitcom. That's violating our rules. All right. All right. What's next? Oh, yeah. Rose Schneiderman. Rose Schneiderman. Rose Schnitzel worst.
Starting point is 01:34:35 Rose Schneider's special. The fight Schnitzel worst. Yeah, what is a Schnitzel worst? Uh, Schnitzel is a thing. Yeah, okay. Yeah, okay. Rose Finer Mint. There you go. I'll, I'll, okay. Yeah, okay. Rose finer mint. There you go. I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I that's the food time. Okay, yeah, that's good. I really do.
Starting point is 01:35:05 That is what Snyder's cut means, right? Yeah. That's acceptable. Everybody knows that. Nailed it. Are you ready for the next one? Don't wait, we gotta be just, there should just be a Doe's, Snyder man.
Starting point is 01:35:17 Oh yeah. Like Doe, like the Doe boys. There we go. Doe's, Doe's, Snyder man. That's really good. There we go. I, does, does slider man. That's really good. There we go. I think that ends that one. Rose, Rose Spider-Man with big cup of popcorn. That's bullshit.
Starting point is 01:35:37 Oh, Rose Spider-Verse. There you go. There you go. There you go. The big, the big, the big cup of popcorn. Oppenheimer. You're a point for Oppenheimer. Yeah, I got that one. That one's good. Beno makes sure Oppenheimer is in the wiki. Oppenheimer world.
Starting point is 01:35:52 There you go. Beno is writing a resignation letter on the wiki page. You're not off. We don't pay you. You're not an employee. It's the worst kind of employer. That's true. Who you're not an employee. Oh, it's the worst kind of employer. That's true.
Starting point is 01:36:07 Well, set them a Do-Boys hat. Uh, Do-Boys cat. Do-Boys attack. You don't have to make puns of the things I'm saying. Joy's nat. Do-Boys fat. Do-Boys loser., don't boys pathetic. Small thanks.
Starting point is 01:36:28 Alright. I think we lost our direction there. Richard? Stop. How the game show where we can bat? Alright, have a next one. Alright, next one. All right next one a Philip Randolph a Full up
Starting point is 01:36:49 Randlander is not those those great fruit beers. That's good. Yeah Rabblers whatever chambler What are those things called no? Rattlers you're right a full up Rup Radler. A full-up Radler. That's good. Yeah, that's good. That's nailing it. That one's good. Let's just say that one one.
Starting point is 01:37:09 Wow, wow. What was used to write for Method Man? Boom, it's me. I like working with him. That's the only good part of the experience. Yeah, he seems cool. Yeah, he's very cool. He's a nice guy.
Starting point is 01:37:21 Yeah, he is a nice guy. He's a nice guy. And very collaborative. Oh, that's a nice guy. And a very collaborative. Oh, that's wonderful. You love to hear that. I know, right? How high Boston movie? How high is very fun?
Starting point is 01:37:30 Look, it's not perfect, but it's, it's funny. A lot of companies. I'm not gonna say he's a little dated. Stuff is very dated, but there's, it's funny that a lot of companies. I got pissed though when they smoked John Quincy Adams and John Adams.
Starting point is 01:37:44 Oh, they smoked their ashes? Oh, they smoked their ashes. Yeah, they smoked their ashes. But then they smoke from Ben Franklin's bong and he comes back to life as a ghost. And that's good. That is good. We were, did we ever view it on doughboys? We, so we talked about how high. And then our buddy Sean Destin, who was on recently in the doughboys, double reached out
Starting point is 01:38:02 to us was like, I would love to talk about how high with these guys. Yeah. And so we did it episode with him. It's, it's, distant is an interesting booking because he doesn't like food. So anytime he wants to come on the podcast, it's like, there's something else. Is he one of those like fuel guys?
Starting point is 01:38:18 Is that what the next? He's one of the guys who you'll be like, Hey, you want to come on and review burritos? He's like, I don't do burritos. Yeah. That's distant. And there was one, we asked him about the sandwich tournament and he said, I don't fuck with subs.
Starting point is 01:38:30 There was his coat. I don't fuck with subs. We had some weird bowl tournament. He's like, I feel like that bowl is. That indicates that there is some kind of food that he like very much fucks with them. I think so and we've gotten to the bottom of it before, but I can't remember off the top of my head.
Starting point is 01:38:44 But like I guess things like, he doesn't eat Vichet. Yeah, he doesn't eat cheese, I know. That's a big one. That's insane. Just what are you doing? Well, hey, I'd love to have Mon and ask him about it, but you know what? I have to wait until we review how high two
Starting point is 01:38:56 in the strike's over. Oh, okay. All right. All right, let's get another one Emma. How many more do we have left? I got five more but we can do this. Jesus Christ. Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:39:11 These aren't just burritos. Just do all of them. Just do all of them. This one off some good ones. Caesar chavez. Caesar chavez. Caesar chavez. Fuck.
Starting point is 01:39:21 Oh wait, no we had a roast that was little Caesar chavez. So I'll say that one just because it was sad. That's not fair I'm using it. You're using one that's already been made. Yeah, cheesy hat vest That's really good. Thank you. Caesar dog food chavez Something but yeah, it's a dog food brand. It is it is Cheesy sa, sa, it's cheesy shav- Oh, fuck it. You know, I resigned from this show or game. I can't tell. See her? Shav cutery.
Starting point is 01:39:54 It's like heries get it. It is, right? You want to pick one more randomly from the stack? Alright, let's pop down to the bottom. We'll do how about Fran Drescher? Fran Drescher, Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher is also good. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher.
Starting point is 01:40:15 Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Fran Drescher. Frank's dressing. Frank's dressing sounds like a great idea to me. Frank's red hot dressing? Yeah, absolutely. I bet you could do a good recipe there. That's a million dollar idea. And it wants to make Frank's red hot dressing.
Starting point is 01:40:33 It's French dressing, right? French- Oh, is this French dressing? It's just French, never mind. I was gonna have our listeners say, if anyone wants to come up with a recipe for Frank's dressing and let us know how it is. But if we have, it's just French dressing, then that'd be fine.
Starting point is 01:40:46 I mean, the pun for the Fran Drescher really feels like it should be French dressing. Yeah. Ranch dressing. Pfft. Pfft. Pfft. I'm gonna say Eliza won the segment.
Starting point is 01:41:00 How about this? Hell yeah. What do I get? The nanor. Nothing. The nanor, like the segment. How about this? Hell yeah. What do I get? The Nana. The Nana like the Nana. I don't want your Nana. The Nana. Oh, I thought that was the answer to what I got. The Nana. It's coming on this at the seventh day of Christmas. The Nana. The Nana. I just like a restaurant of our area. That was the bun game a K the pun game.
Starting point is 01:41:25 What would it give us a breakdown of what the numbers you were writing there? We were keeping track. I started diligently keeping track of who was saying food puns and then by like round two or three I stopped. So I think Eliza has the most years were all pretty close within like two or three points of each other. Yeah, but Eliza.
Starting point is 01:41:42 Let's say Eliza won. Yeah. All right, great. Just like a restaurant via feedback. Yeah, but let's say a lies one. Yeah. All right, great. Just like a restaurant via your feedback. Let's open the feedback. Today's email is from Jesse and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Jesse writes, Hey, guys, when I was a teenager,
Starting point is 01:41:52 my friends and I would obnoxiously blast Gucci Maine and other questionable artists as we pulled up to the McDonald's drive-through. Now a grown-ass man. Every time these songs come up on my shuffle, it makes me crave a McChicken. Do you fellas have any music related fast food cravings? And the artist you loved it as a young person that now make you feel ashamed.
Starting point is 01:42:12 Seems like two separate questions there. Pavlov's hot dog. It is sort of a Pavlov's hot dog situation. Like at a certain point you hear. I thought we're doing the pun game still. No, that part over. We finished with that now. You hear a song and makes you think of a,
Starting point is 01:42:27 well, look, if I hear a feel like chicken tonight, sure, that's a jingle. Yeah, sure. Although that was not a KFC song. That was a jingle for chicken tonight, the product. Kind of like a hamburger helper for chicken. Yeah. Well, it makes me want KFC.
Starting point is 01:42:44 We used to, we would have chicken tonight sometimes. It was not bad, because it was basically just a jar of sauce and like some noodles. It's like casserole maker. It's like casserole maker and then you just add chicken to it. It was fine. Probably mostly cream of chicken soup. Yeah, probably.
Starting point is 01:42:58 It was probably just marked up. Yeah. I'm trying to think about this actual question and I don't. I have, so. Nothing made, yeah, this is the thing, I don't, they certainly, okay, we talked early about canceled artists.
Starting point is 01:43:12 So that's its own thing, but there's no one who was like, man, I was really into that pan. I'm like, I loved mega death, but now I'm embarrassed by it. Like, I don't have that feeling ever. I mean, I do remember, in high school, I drove an old card that only had an AMFM radio in it.
Starting point is 01:43:28 So I would have to have a little like tape deck or maybe it was a CD player. I had some little like boom box in the car. And I remember playing Beastie Boys and getting slushies, Slurpees. Oh, that's fun. That's good as hell. It's, I mean, it's fun. That's good as hell. It's, I mean, it's pretty stereotypical, right? I mean, it feels like just out of an afterschool special.
Starting point is 01:43:51 No, that, but that makes me think of like a time in my life when I, you know, because I remember I was in, when I, kind of my high school, middle school, middle school was more like grunge metal, high school, I kind of got into Scott Punk. And so I think like, like, kind of Scott Punk, I associate with like, really shitty fat, like, I mean, like, AMPM burgers.
Starting point is 01:44:10 And like, like, like, just shittier, like the cheapest fucking fast food you can possibly get, like, cheaper than like, you know, Wendy's or what have you. What would that be? Well, I mean, like, I think of, I just, yeah, going to the gas station and going to like, AMPM specifically and getting their hot dogs and hamburgers and their slurpy rip off. Yeah, for solo trip, I would say that. I would say if it's more than one person,
Starting point is 01:44:32 it's little seizures, right? Little seizures is a great value. We didn't do it as much when I was younger, but yeah. You know, it's not fair. It's like cheeseburger and paradise, you know. Yeah, see these, but those aren't your personal, I mean, unless they are your personal associations. I mean, Evan on earth with a non-yin slice. It's a great song. Great song. I feel like it is a song like if you have a burger. If you like cheeseburgers.
Starting point is 01:44:54 What? If you like cheeseburger sliders. Yeah. Anything fries in the rain. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, It's better if they're not wet, but they're good just the same. If you liked it, bin them in mayo. That's better. I will judge you at all.
Starting point is 01:45:17 I'm the one. Because I like that stuff. So give me a call. I feel like this was also verging a dream. No, no, no, no, no, verging it. You're not knowing this other song. What song? I was thinking of the the Pia colata song. A K A escape or I think the parenthetical is I think it's a escape the Pena colata song. But that's like a scary title. It is scary. Well, that's there's a
Starting point is 01:45:40 Metallica song. It's called me and escape. Mm-hmm. It's like that Durian, Durian Bond song. Oh yeah. The view to a kill. Durian, Durian. Hey, Ciro and Ciro. So he's on the cover of Rollin' So Durian, Durian. So hand. So the, what was I gonna say, that's the song that people like, and for me, even
Starting point is 01:46:06 longest time, associate with Jimmy Buffett, it's not a Jimmy Buffett song. No, it was different fucking guy. Rupert. Rupert Grint. No. It's not Rupert from Harry Rupert Grint. No, you have a computer. Rupert Holmes.
Starting point is 01:46:18 No, that's, he's also from movies. Rupert escape. But he also wrote the music for... It is Rupert Holmes. Oh, it is. Okay, he did the music for the mystery of Edwin Druid. Wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:46:34 That's cool. Yeah, I very much like that musical. Rupert Holmes. Harry, I used magic to create a new song. No. This is... See for the movie. It's about using the right bathroom.
Starting point is 01:46:47 Oh, God. Oh, God. Socks. If you like poop in colladas. From Rubberthom's to peat halls. Well, wild ride. It's been. What, what, what were we doing?
Starting point is 01:47:03 The podcast. Oh, we had the, yes, music-related fast food cravings. So I guess Scott Punk, I have an association with like really cheap fast food. You know Taco Bell also in that category and remember getting really fucking like, you know, the value-menuit Taco Bell. But I don't have a specific, like, yeah,
Starting point is 01:47:16 we're playing the song that means we're gonna get food. It's just like that time in my life kinda corresponded with those two things. Yeah, yeah. And even mine is like, I remember one time where we did that where we were like, we're cutting class and getting slurpees. Because we weren't bad kids, but we wanted to be.
Starting point is 01:47:30 I will say that actually is making me think because I used to have an evening orchestra practice. And I would go this orchestra practice. I'm more of one of the bad kids. No, I was fucking bad at this. I'd go play fucking bassoon in an orchestra and then my dad would pick me up and it would be like a little too late for dinner for a kid like
Starting point is 01:47:45 Little too late for dinner for a kid tonight. That's another Rupert home Well, that's I mean that would have that play in yeah But it was like you know, it's like nine o'clock, it was like a little later than you'd have like a school night dinner. It's like cradle in the bean burrito. I gotta work on it. You know, I tarred with that a raiders room.
Starting point is 01:48:12 No, this is. Get it off the strike. I'm listening again. I'm listening now. We went to, we would go to Jack in the box. And so like, I've said this on the podcast before, but we go to the Jack in the box and Jack in the box. Whereas Mitch would go in the box.
Starting point is 01:48:23 I would Jack in a box. I would Jack in a box. I would Jack in a box. Jesus. If I was out and there was nowhere else to do it, I would jack off in the box. What's in the box? Take a look. You are Kevin Spacey.
Starting point is 01:48:38 So I had a innocent my tie ad. Recently found innocent innocent was he? In the by the English court. Um, so we would go to Jack in the box every night after orchestra practice my dad would take me to the drive-through and I would have I started off with a baseline of two Jack in the box tacos in addition to my regular order. And then I kept going I just kept adding two tacos until I eventually hit 10 tacos because it was two tacos for $0.99. Well, she's like, all right. Yeah, he was like, all right. But I reached the point, he's like, that's too many.
Starting point is 01:49:10 I'm good with eight tacos. So I was still getting eight tacos and like a jumbo jack. I had a similar thing after ballet class. Okay. I hated ballet, but like, I don't know, my parents were like, maybe it'll fix her legs. She's weird. And so I had to go and the payoff was either little Caesars or Arby's afterwards.
Starting point is 01:49:31 Off fuck, Arby's is good. Right, those potato pancakes, because they used to still have them. Oh yeah. So good. Arby's is so, it's been such a punchline, but it's Arby's fucking girls. So I don't have music that I associate with fast food
Starting point is 01:49:44 as much as extracurricular activity that I associate, which I think you share, I see. You might think of Stravinsky's The Right of Spring, which you were dancing to in class, and then you associate that with. With getting into a car that has two paper-wrapped pizzas inside of it. I... There is songs that I listen... Look, I did buy the chocolates with this, this is kind of food related just because it sounds foodish. I did buy chocolate, the chocolate starfish and the hot dog flavored water disgusting title
Starting point is 01:50:16 that I know. And that is, I think ever buying a Lempisket album is embarrassing. I think that is just embarrassing. Well, maybe I go to Batford song or two. Like I want to Batford Creed. I want to Batford Creed not too long ago too. But there's definitely, for me, I think it's sadder when there's songs that remind me of being younger
Starting point is 01:50:36 and then that's just sad. Like Led Zeppelin is like, I'm not like I used to be when I listen to Led Zeppelin. Even Pink Floyd, but that's like a band I continued on with. I feel like if you're not who you were when you used to listen to Limp Bizkit, that's like a happy thing. Yeah, sure.
Starting point is 01:50:51 I was never that guy. I never, like Limp Bizkit got very popular and then the Red Man and Method Man did a song with Fred Gers, and that was like, part of the reason I was like, oh, buy this album. Y'all guys saw the Woodstock 99 documentaries. I didn't watch it. I didn't watch it.
Starting point is 01:51:07 There's two and one of them was very boring and the other one was like really good and by good upsetting, very upsetting. Joy. And I believe Limpisket was one of the big turning points that took Woodstock 99 from like a fun music festival to a fire store. Yeah, I don't know these exact chain of events,
Starting point is 01:51:27 but I do know what people always associated them playing break stuff with then just like full on rioting. There's a couple of bands like that that I bought like CDs of them. I'm like, even then I was like, I don't really like them, but it's more for me the sad ones are like, oh, I still like Led Zeppin, but listen to it makes me sad or something.
Starting point is 01:51:42 I've even come around on that since then, but there's like other artists that like I listened to back in the day when I was like more of a free soul I guess you could say. I'm the pain on the zeppelin's land. And that what you know what now that I've said this I thought of another thing. Today was a good day I've reminded me of Fat Burger but that's very literal. Those are all literal ones. I can't think of Fat Burger, but that's very literal. Oh, yeah. Those are all literal ones. I can't think of a song that, like, I'm sure that would you like to draw around listening music
Starting point is 01:52:09 and then got food or slurping. Sure. I also tried it. I've been trying to eject those memories a little bit, just because I had too many of them for too long. And so anything that would happen to be like, you know, this reminds me of, and people were like, that's a boring story.
Starting point is 01:52:23 That's just about you getting a bean burrito. We didn't need to hear about that just because every morning came on. You thought about starting a podcast? Worked out for us. Honestly was my podcast. It was called Cool Playlist. I really, really liked it.
Starting point is 01:52:37 It was a lovely time. My sister is reminding me of one, I asked her, that I sang last. How did you ask her? Were you on your phone during the podcast? Yeah. And she said, when we get pizza, you'd sing party. Pizza party.
Starting point is 01:52:51 Oh, the commercial. That's good. And which I guess is just another commercial song, but she said, you did it last night. I sang it last night. Really? In your sleep? Yes.
Starting point is 01:53:01 In between fucking growling snores. I was yelling out pizza party. Um, that's how you imagine you sleep. I brought up the pizza last night. I said, party, pizza party. Yeah, I believe that was a jingle for a game, a children's game called pizza party. Oh, you're 100% right.
Starting point is 01:53:17 And it was, that was a fun, that was a fun little game. And also, of course, pizza, hot, pizza, hot, Kentucky fried chicken in a pizza, you know, this. I only know... Oh, we've talked about this in the recording. We've talked about this in the recording. I don't know. I don't know this.
Starting point is 01:53:32 The one I know is I'm in a talk about, I'm in a pizza, I'm in a combination talk about pizza. Oh, yeah, but that's an actual... That is an actual stuff. Yeah, I know, but that's what you were singing. I was like, I don't remember that song way to this other song. You know, you don't know the special part. You know, you don't know the special part.
Starting point is 01:53:42 We've had this discussion. Pizza. I got really interested in during the lockdowns. One of my, I guess, trauma responses was really, was getting into old fast food and whatever middle food merch. So like I bought some old fast, some old happy meal toys and I bought myself a Wendy's jazz cap. Do you guys remember the jazz cap? Oh, okay, some old happy meal toys. And I bought myself a Wendy's Jazz cap. Do you guys remember the Jazz cap?
Starting point is 01:54:05 Oh, okay, yeah, that's cool. Yeah, I was like a baseball cap with a Hawaiian print on it. Let's take a cell. All those kids songs were fun. You know, the, the, the, the, the, you, do you know the pizza, pizza, contact fried chicken and pizza?
Starting point is 01:54:19 McDonald's, McDonald's. No, no, did, do we don't have that? No one, I'm just nodding along. I got you, I got you. It's an East Coast thing. It's must be in order. No, I just, I no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, The kids are good. It's funny. You don't remember this. Oh, I don't remember that Thanks for being here That one you know, I will say we're about those Is it doesn't the horse bomb? Yeah, I'm there is I real quick the one I remember it like I jim Are sugar pot honey bunch there a point. There was a point where that turned into a Duncan Hines
Starting point is 01:55:06 jingle and it was a Duncan Hines and no what else. So like I think of that song that always makes me think of Duncan Hines. When I was really little, there was a, there was a ice cream sandwich called Mr. Big Stuff. And they use, I remember Mr. Big Stuff. They use the Mr. Big Stuff song for that. Mr. Big Stuff.
