And when we talk about legends of legends, when we talk about groups, you know, sometimes I think of like, you know, like that, like that, like that. put together if they were black mixed with the Jackson 5
and New Edition
you would get this group
that I'm talking about. Hold on let me look
let me bring up how many awards cause they got awards
yes. Hold up
nigga send me the complicated. They got viewers choice
awards. Nickelodeon kids awards.
Soul Train awards. They got all type of awards.
They were out here
I'm talking about when you talk about boy man they were boy awards. They got numerous type of warts. They were out here. I'm talking about when you talk about boy band,
they were boy, yo, whoa.
They got numerous hits and hits.
I woke up last night with a good friend of mine,
one of my dear friends,
Cardan, hit me to the day land.
I said, Cardan, for real?
And I'm going through the list,
and I just couldn't sleep
because I'm listening to the show.
I'm like, damn, I remember this.
I remember this.
These niggas got hits after hits after hits.
And we're going to show them they respect.
We're going to give them they flowers today.
In case you don't know who the fuck we talking about.
Talking about Bookz, Lil Fizz, and Razzby.
Beat to Motherfucking Cat!
Yeah, we drink.
Nah, I ain't going to lie.
Y'all niggas got some hits, bro.
I was sitting back like, whoa.
So, let's take it from the beginning
because obviously, you know,
the elephant in the room is
B2K was a four-man group, right?
So, right now, we have B2K,
but it's a three-man group.
But let's not talk about the breakup
or everything or anything like that right now.
Let's talk about the beginning.
How did y'all actually form together?
How did B2K become B2K?
Shit, you got to tell them that.
Yeah, man.
So I was eight years old,
and moms took me to a black history expo.
Wow.
And they had this group on stage,
and they reminded me of like Criss Cross.
I was hella into Criss Cross.
Did they have to do Inside Out?
Nah, they just had on big jerseys, jeans.
Okay.
And I was like, man, mom, I I was like man mom I want to watch him I want to watch him and she was like all right so we sat there we watched him
and then we left and when we walked into this hallway this lady came running up after my mom
she said excuse me excuse me oh my god your son is so adorable what's your name I'm like Drew
she's like do you rap or sing and I was like yeah I rap and she was like, Drew. She's like, do you rap or sing? And I was like, yeah, I rap.
And she was like, okay, my mom's looking like, you rap?
And I'm like, yeah.
She's like, all right, well, let's take your info.
Is this LA?
Is this LA?
Yeah, this is LA.
Okay, cool. So she had me come to this crib where I basically auditioned.
And at the time, it was two other members.
It was Jhene Aiko's older brother and this other dude that um just random singer and um that was the group for a minute and we kept going through
different members until I was 12 so four years later I'm not good so then what happened tell us what happened from there
oh yeah so yeah I met you yeah I'm a kid when I was 12 I was playing football at
the time and my mom was babysitting the manager's niece and so I'm coming home
from school get ready for football practice she picking up the little baby
from the daycare right and she like question. She asked him like can you sing?
Yeah, can you dance? I've been dancing since I was from my head like I want your audition for this group
No, I mean this do first thing I do when I walk in the room. He watching The Simpsons. I'm a wrestler fan
I'm saying?
So I auditioned for him, and they debated, and they was like, yeah, yeah, he good.
He could be in the group or whatever.
And then this nigga comes from Ohio.
Cleveland?
Because y'all both from L.A.?
Yeah.
Okay.
And then he comes from Ohio.
You moved to L.A.?
Yeah, well, my mom moved me to Cleveland when I was about eight and a half months.
Okay.
So my cousin is Chris Stokes, who pretty much formed and put the group together.
Right.
And I was like the fifth member to get added to a group that was called Melodic,
which was kind of awkward because you got four cats and I'm like the fifth guy.
But, you know, my cousin had some relationships in the business, you know what I'm saying,
through previous success and was able to give us an opportunity to open up some doors for us.
That group was called?
Melodic.
It was Melodic. It was Melodic. So it was five of you. He was the open up some doors for us. That group was called? Melodic.
It was Melodic.
It was Melodic.
So that was five of you.
He was the fifth member.
Yeah.
Okay.
You had a star in five.
Okay, let's go.
Yeah, so we been here, nigga.
So then how did y'all, how did this form to be 2K?
So we performed for every label you could think of.
And how many was all of you at this time?
13.
13. Yeah, 12, 13.
So we performed for every label. They closed the door on our face.
Like, nah, we ain't messing with it.
We got to Sony, to Epic, and we performed for them like three times.
And we was like, we keep performing for them, they gonna sign us? Like, what's up?
Who was the head of Epic at that time?
Damian Fierce.
Okay, Damian Fierce.
Shout out to Max Goose. Yeah, Max Goose ran the play, though.
He was the one that ran the play
and got Dave McPherson in.
So we went performing for them
for the third time,
and they told us after the meeting
that they were like,
yo, we like these three,
but these two look a little too old
to be in the group.
We didn't have mustaches or nothing.
They already looked like grown men.
Wait, who the two they talking about?
Jhene Aiko's older brother.
And now she, another guy actually works for the company
that's her manager.
That's her manager, yeah.
So niggas do eat.
Oh!
So they started a whole nother group called Final Four.
And it was us three.
And Chris Stokes found Omarion
through through his family. Yeah, so
He came into play and then we started performing again for every label.
Now it's four y'all. Yeah. Okay, and y'all still, what was it called? Melodic?
No, it was it was
Boys Next Door, Boys Next Door, B&D
Yo, we changing names, but we need to figure it out.
B&D selling it hard though. That's the hard way to call it, B and D. Yeah. B and D. We need to figure it out. We gotta change the performance.
B and D sounded hard though.
That sounded hard.
That ain't hard, B and D, man.
Go ahead, go ahead.
Go ahead.
We performed for every label again.
Yeah.
Nobody was rocking with us.
And then we got to LaFace.
Babyface.
Yeah. Yes.
And L.A. Reid.
L.A. Reid.
We performed for L.A. And he.A. Reid We performed for L.A.
And he was like
Up in the air about it
He didn't really know
If he wanted to do it or not
But Lil Silas
Was president of A&R at the time
Yeah rest in peace Lil
He um
He was fighting for us
He was like
Nah I'ma get him to sign y'all
Right
So he called one day
And was like
Yo I got the deal done
But y'all need to change y'all name
And he said And we was like Well what's the name he was like y'all
should call yourselves b2k boys of the new millennium right now. That's very simple to explain. Rest in peace, Lord Silas. Well, but I thought that was some complicated,
yo,
that's kind of crazy.
So yeah,
so that's how
we got the name
and then
when Lil passed away,
our deal was off the table.
Wow.
Off the table.
So,
L.A. Reid was like,
nah,
I'm not rocking with it.
Wow.
Every label
pretty much felt like
we needed a stronger vocalist.
Wow.
So we circled back around to Epic with Max Goose.
Keep in mind, we did go around the industry with B2K.
We did the same run with B2K that we did with Melodic.
Right, right.
Oh, we took my art.
With the labels.
To Motown.
Wow.
We did the same run again with the new group.
Wow. And that's what they were saying.
They were saying they still felt like we needed a stronger vocalist.
So I don't know if you remember the R&B group Third Story.
Third Story, a little bit.
I think I pick-a-popped something there.
They had a lead singer.
His name was K-Young.
Little Man.
They called him Little Man at the time.
So they presented putting him in the group.
He got in the group for a month yeah we recorded a demo and we performed for for epic again and they said we still don't like it
it was like the thing that happened with that is that like you just need to take a drink man
they got me depressed
Hold on so they take fun on you again. It's the second time they put it on you
Okay, we need to get here. Let's go. Yeah, and they asked like our management at the time asses like what y'all want to do, you know like
We was like man. We don't want this nigga in our group. He fucked up not like that
I like that
Beach okay went from a lot of where we couldn't do what we wanted to do like as performers because the other two guys wasn't
Dancers like that, right?
So we got oh in the group and no little man yet and we are a dynamic
Performing like literally before the destiny child in the living room at the the crib and they were like yo y'all are unbelievable right so you
What the fuck? How the fuck you get the performance from the Destiny's Child? Who's in the room? Who's in the room?
Chris Stokes, our manager at the time.
He was doing business with Destiny's Child.
You know, the Immature was producing and they produced a few records on...
They Say My Name.
Let's just be clear for people that don't know.
The Immature was a dude with the patch in the eye.
That's the group that did it.
It was like ghetto boys in reverse.
Not really, but okay. nigga be full, bro.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Look at him.
Look at him.
Move your hair back to the side.
You know what I'm saying?
Let's go.
Yeah, so we was at the crib, and Destiny's Child came by.
And they was like, yo, this is our new group.
We want them to perform for you.
So we performed for them in the living room.
We might have had as much space as this table.
And we was in there getting it.
Every step.
We back flipped everything.
Back flipped. Right there. Boom. Yeah, yeah. this table yeah and we was in there getting every step back flipped everything back flip right there
so so um yeah we we we were a four-minute shots lined up hold on hold on they act like they're
like they act like they don't know where we are
this is my regular drink but i think it's shot too come on
the thing was I think it's time to
We gotta shot you a drink I'm gonna drink in the shot. It's not good enough going crazy man. We celebrate
Before we get this is started. I watched that Chris Brown shit. Okay.
I can't shoot that nigga was shooting him shots.
Like that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah It's a little limo
There's a crazy fast limo so
It wasn't that little man fucked up our group, you know say it's just that he bothered the performance aspect We couldn't again go as no we just couldn't go as far as like the high performance others because of his limitation in the dance world
You know, I can't think of a dance singer wasn't busting backflips.
No more.
No more.
Right.
Exactly.
It was different.
Y'all recording music at the same time and shopping demos or it's just auditions?
No, we recorded demos.
Okay.
Everything.
So every iteration of the group was recording new music?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Full projects, like packaged and everything, ready to go.
Shots to the label.
And y'all was working.
Man.
Dude.
And so we did that last performance. They didn't like it. And Max was working. Man, dude. And so, we did that last performance.
They didn't like it.
And Max was like, I'm fighting.
I'm going to tell them to just do it with the four.
And we was about to get dropped from our management.
They was like, if y'all niggas don't get the deal, it's over.
Like, we're not working no more.
We gave y'all everything.
We gave y'all everything.
Y'all had it like breakfast.
Yeah.
Word.
People think R&B groups just... Nah. Especially back then. Y'all put the escrow in y'all head. You had it like rappers. Yeah. Word. People think like R&B groups just.
Nah.
Especially back then.
Y'all put the escrow in y'all head.
Y'all get signed.
That's what people think.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Yeah, because I got pulled out of school right when I made the basketball team in high school.
I didn't even get to go to the first practice.
If I missed too many days, it was going to kick me out.
So I had to check myself out and redo the whole first semester of high school.
Right.
Anyways, they said, Max said he was going to fight for just the four.
So he goes, talks to Dave, Dave McPherson.
He sets up a performance for us in New York for Tommy Mottola and Pauly Anthony.
Woo.
So this is it.
Was Tommy Mottola drinking Polly Anthony. Whoo. She got so this is it. We like what's not me. We told her drinking wine
Nah, nah, he came in like like
Tony Soprano
So we get out there we go to SR
I don't like line, but I I fucking fuck it. I fuck it.
It's B2K.
We in the building tonight.
I like Lyme.
We in the building.
A lot of niggas want to let go.
That's right.
You know?
That's right.
Let me let you finish.
Don't let them finish.
Tommy Mottola, yeah.
So we go to SIR Studios.
I was at SIR yesterday.
We stayed yesterday.
We like, yo, this is it.
We got to put on the show of our lifetime. You know? So we go to SIR studios. I was at SIR yesterday. And we like, yo, this is it.
Like, we got to put on the show of our lifetime, you know?
So he come in there.
Polly is in there.
She's like, we got to wait on Tommy.
We got to wait on Tommy.
He gets in there.
And we looking at him.
We like, how you doing?
Nice to meet you.
He's like, all right, go perform.
Right.
So we get up there.
We do three songs.
We jumping on speakers, doing backflips, grinding
on poly-Anthony, everything we could do, you know, we pulled up. And we finished the last
song, we were standing there, he said, it's done, I'm signing y'all. And he walked out.
And we was like, yo, we got a deal, we got a deal. Like, we was celebrating after that.
I feel like we got to take a shot today. I ain't gonna lie. Whoa
Come on, no, I just stopped drinking. It's okay. We celebrate it's not cool drinking
Triggers a whole nother thing. It's just called celebrating. You gotta feed it to the people.
It's called celebrating.
I'm a poor.
Yes, yes, yes.
Cheers, cheers for this.
You in?
I'm coming, I'm coming.
Come on.
Yeah, bro.
I guess we all in there.
Oh yeah, I'm worried for Brad.
Yeah, that's a celebration.
That was 1999.
Yeah.
Cheers.
So look, come on, you can do that.
Let's do it.
All right.
Cheers, cheers.
Because y'all good? Y'all good? Y'all good? Let's be clear. Did y'all see the verses? Yeah, so I look come on you do it
Did you see the verses
Yeah, of course everybody saw the verses. I thought it was amazing
This guy but stop
Okay, so we getting into the verses. Did you ever perform with watermelon before?
Watermelon?
No.
Okay, that was some new shit.
That went until like the second millennium.
Okay, cool, my bad.
Oh, you did, you have done this.
No, that was the second millennium tour.
Okay.
We wasn't on that.
Yeah, we weren't on that, okay.
No, no.
Okay, so y'all have to quit.
Y'all watching verses.
Let's do it.
Oh, no, so if you asking about the verses,
we gotta start, because we heard about it before it was happening right before the promo even happened for we knew about it
But Ray J's close friends like pleasure Pete pretty Ricky we fuck with all of it
So they like yo we doing versus y'all niggas showing up y'all coming like they trying to figure out
What's up to get they set straight you for me to see if y'all coming out with Omar you're right because that be a T code
I've admitted that They set straight. You feel me? To see if y'all coming out with Omarion. Right. Cause that be a T-code. That'd be a L.
Right.
So that's what y'all coming out with.
I ain't gonna lie.
I thought I saw y'all.
That's how crazy it is.
So.
Did you really?
Well, I did.
I did.
I was like, bitch, look at him came out.
Niggas was like, no, you high as hell.
Nah, we did a little funny game that was played.
That was some like, you know.
So we, we like, yeah, yeah, we heard about it.
You know, I don't know. We don't know what's yet ray like y'all y'all should come out with me yeah i'll bring y'all out you know that's right
ray like i'll bring y'all out you know jump on the live with me real quick you know let's let's
go viral so we like just waiting to hear hear something you feel me like if not then cool, you know go do your thing
We get a car. I feel like I should call max goose right now call max goose called us
No, we believe you just keep you over the story. Okay, keep going. We'll get back to him
Did you know why the next goose calls us? He's like yo, what y'all feel about doing versus?
We was like in the Marty doing versus he like
Yeah, like what y'all feel about coming maybe do a couple songs with him beats. Okay. It was like, isn't Omari doing verses? He's like, yeah, like, what y'all feel about coming
maybe do a couple songs with him, B2K?
We was like, it's a conversation, you know,
we could talk about it if the business right,
you know what I mean? It's just, why not?
Now keep in mind, he's like,
I'm working on placing O's new music at a label,
and I heard that y'all was talking about
possibly doing an album as a three.
That's what we- It would be a great moment to show y'all was talking about possibly doing an album as a three That's what we it would be a great moment to show y'all reconcile
He could get the push for his new album
Y'all could get the clarity that y'all doing our message to three and it'll be like a cool little premiere for everything
You know what I'm saying?
Right
Alright
So
He's like, you know, Michelle's cool with it, which is O's manager.
Okay
We like word because you know every time we hear back from her it's like, you know, Michelle's cool with it, which is O's manager. Okay. And we're like, what?
Because, you know, every time we hear back from her, it's like flat.
And who say Michelle's cool with it?
Max.
Okay, okay.
So we're like, you know what?
We'll jump on the car.
Let's talk about it.
So we get on the car the next day.
Us three, Max, and Michelle.
O won't talk to us for some reason you know it's been like
this 20 plus years i thought it just you nah nah it's been like this for good because they do not
since the group was broken up it's been like this okay um so we all on the phone and max says to play and she goes so you want me to go back to Amari and ask him to share his versus
stage with B2K to do bump bump bump and we're like absolutely not yeah I had to interject right there
and set the record who said wait okay she got on the phone thinking we she was thinking that the
whole thing was that we had contacted Max like yo Max We heard O was doing the verses. Can we get a piece of that? You know I'm saying stage
It'll make sense for him
It makes sense for us
And she like so y'all want me to go back and talk to O and tell him
That y'all want to come and perform with him on his verses and I'm like wait wait wait nah nah that shit ain't like that
Let me clarify it Max just called us and asked us part which I was trying to get done
Did it give you a more?
Trying to uh
Would we be interested will we be up to support his battle against Mario and come out and give him a cheat code?
You wanna see let her know like when you go talk to him don't come at it
Like we asking him to perform for him
No, so rightfully so can proceed properly
That his management came up with this idea the guys trying to place his music came up with this idea
For the benefit of him not us coming to say yo broker
We get like five minutes out of your verses
bro because we trying to do something you know what i'm saying so it was like and mind you max said
michelle's cool with it meaning that's michelle's this is mario man when we got on this call so now
that's a clear bar who's mac max goose max goose okay okay okay my bad okay cool but yeah
the shots yeah okay yeah i mean so you know you gotta tell the people, you know, I know people, you know what I mean?
So, he said she was cool with this.
She got on the call acting as if she had no idea what the call was about.
Wow.
But it was like, yo, you got on the call, you knew what this was about from the jump.
Right, right.
So, she goes, well, it's unfortunate that I sound like a broken record, but I can't bring any B2K opportunities to Omari until you guys sign off on past business.
So, we did a whole millennium tour, right?
Everybody had cameras.
You know, we all had cameras recording backstage.
I'm taking a shot.
Taking the show and everything.
You should get real, man.
I'm taking a shot for y'all i suggest y'all join me but this shit is real i ain't gonna lie this is real like i thought rappers go through it i had no idea
continue sir so we are you know like i said got cameras and everything we're
using our footage and posting it on Instagram.
You know, doing little stuff for YouTube.
Because it was discussed.
I always got to go.
I'm like the lawyer.
I'm like this, this, this.
We discussed that nobody was going to monetize off the footage that we was using.
And if we decided to, we was going to come together collectively and make the decision for the best of the group.
You know what I'm saying? Also, you know I've been on love and hip-hop for eight years
now so Mona Scott came in and she you know knew about the tour and I was
filming at the time she's like yo we wanna can we you know try to do
something with a documentary for the tour? Let's put something in play.
Owen and his team come back.
We don't want to do anything with Mona Scott.
Nothing.
So there goes that.
So we're like, all right, we're not doing a doc. Because he was in Love & Hip Hop as well.
Right.
For two seasons.
Okay, cool.
So we said, all right, well, we're not doing a doc.
Everybody just have their footage.
It was discussed that we could use the footage to promote the tour to generate more ticket sales
That's what the footage was. Okay. Okay to be used
It was clear to be used for that
You know me if you want to post something that was live from the show a moment where a fan did some crazy backstage
Fun moments with other artists on the tour, you know said promo for this is verbal
They all said this I was ready. No, it's my verbal agreement that we sat down with and we talked about
Okay, cuz I was saving this for later, right?
But I just feel like we did right is really we're there right? What was that an issue?
You know cuz I've heard the beginning that's that was the important part right of us just sitting down to talk about the beginning
How it all together what was the issue of the brother?
What was it? All right, so so now you gotta read the letter cuz I feel like you you gotta
You said as a verse conversation because now we gonna go
15 years back 15. This is I could so initially so people that was under a rock
Because everyone sees love a hip-hop and see that you were April and initially thinks that that is it right?
That is not it, we're saying.
Nah, nah, it's a lot.
15 years prior.
Right, so 15 years prior.
Okay, everybody relax.
Let's not put my seatbelt.
Put on my seatbelt, let's go, uh oh.
15 years prior.
Let's go.
We've been doing our thing now for three years,
since 2003, and we just finished filming, you guys heard.
Okay.
I'm dating Jennifer Freeman at the time,
the lead girl in the movie.
Are we supposed to make some noise for that?
I feel like.
You're not gonna be there.
You're not gonna be there.
Continue, continue, continue.
I'm gonna make my drink stronger.
You're taking that shot or what man?
Oh shit, I forgot I had a shot.
Okay, you ready for your shot?
I'm sorry, I'm sorry homie.
These niggas got me hyped.
She also was the lead girl in our girlfriend video.
Girlfriend.
That Will Smith was in, Vivica Fox, Fletch Alexander, Ronald Isley.
We had all the top dogs in it, right?
Goddamn.
So, you know, she coming home at night after the movie like,
yo, you know, your boy is trying to holler at me type of thing.
Like, I'm pushing him off.
Like, you know, like, yo, I'm with Fizz, you know like yo i'm which i'm with this you know so i'm like yeah whatever it's nothing me and oh ben had going back and
forth for girls you know what i'm saying i was it was like yeah whatever that's gonna happen you
know did he knock her down no no no um so from that point we get on tour we go straight from
filming the movie to scream tour three We're headlining this tour.
Scream Tour 3. Yeah, arenas. Arenas. Finger popping going on everywhere.
Set the mood. Let's go. So we on tour. It's a lot. We getting word of back home. I'm here.
My girl is having parties and stuff. You feel me? So we all start doing our thing on the tour.
We having fun.
Now, management, you know, is like, yo, y'all go back to y'all rooms.
You know, the Kobe shit just happened.
They trying to keep us safe.
You feel me?
So, like, don't be wily.
Get back to the room.
Keep your mystique.
Be a superstar.
You feel me?
But, you know, we still found our way to dancers' rooms and shit like that.
Badalinas.
Dancers, they call badalinas.
Let's go.
Continue.
I'm talking about our dancers.
Oh, your own dancers.
Yeah.
Let's make some noise for y'all.
Let's make some noise for y'all.
We went to a badalina.
No, no.
You got the bad girls dancing in the background.
I get it.
So, we on the road, and, you know, we got in conversations about the third album.
And we like, yo, you know, we want Jermaine Dupri to produce our album.
We want to work with him.
And management is like, nah, nah, y'all got to do something different.
And we like, yo, why?
Like, you know, like, what's up?
Then they hit us and like, yeah, Marcus Houstonston first single was with jermaine dupree
be like y'all just gave him that idea yeah huh all right come on man then it's then this goes to
yo so y'all about to finish up the tour y'all gotta do seven more like fair dates like festivals
okay um so y'all could bring home some money you. Y'all didn't make no money on this tour.
Y'all went into y'all guarantee.
Damn.
But y'all going to be mad when y'all get home because my new Bentley is going to be here.
I'm sorry, who's saying this?
Management.
Okay.
So I'm like, yo, it's four of us.
It's one of him.
That's 20%.
A hundred.
Where's our Bentleys? I'm taking a. That's 20%. A hundred. That's.
Where's our business?
I'm taking a shot for your family.
Where's my business?
So right then and there on the bus, us four.
All speaking in confidence.
Confidentiality.
Okay.
You feel me?
We got to come up with a plan.
We got to lead a situation.
This is like NWA.
You seen the NWA movie?
Mm-hmm.
This is what it feels like.
Jerry Heller?
Jerry Heller, yeah.
This is what it feels like.
We got to get out of this.
Shout out.
You know, so when we get back to Cali, we ain't going back to the houses that they bought
us.
Right.
We go to our parents' crib, chill, find a lawyer, figure this shit out.
Right. We go to our parents' crib, chill, find a lawyer, figure this shit out. All right.
Well, we get back to L.A.
And a bug hit me.
He's like, bro, I need you to meet me at the crib.
I need to grab some clothes.
I'm running short.
I'm like, all right, meet him up there.
Grab his clothes.
We leave in the house.
O walks in.
He's like, yo, what you doing here?
He's like, yeah, I'm about to go.
I'm about to go to the movies with the boys.
We're like, what?
He's like, yeah, I'm about to go to the movies.
We're like, nah, bro, that's not the plan.
Like, what are you doing?
He's like, man, y'all should talk to them.
Y'all should just talk to them.
We're like, nah, man.
So we leave.
You want management?
Yeah.
You're going to the movies with management.
So we leave. We had a conversation.
You know what I'm saying?
Y'all agreed to separate yourself in that situation so we leave and the next night that night we get a call from
the production company telling us we got a meeting at uh this spot called fat effects downtown la
for an overseas tour get up the next morning go down there there. They seem a little weird. And they like moving fast and funny.
They like, yeah, we're going to meet around the corner.
We follow them around the corner to like some tow yard truck field.
Like it's dirt.
Look, just got a car wash.
I'm like, bro, don't pull all the way in.
Like, you just got your shit washed.
We hop out.
It's hella weird, though.
Get out the car and they like, management and O standing right there
in like a half circle.
And they like, you wanna start, you wanna start.
And then management like, fuck it.
This shit is over.
B2K's a rat.
That nigga right there, he's solo.
All y'all need to do is come film,
record the rest of these songs for the You Got Served
soundtrack and do the videos and that's it.
We don't need nothing else from y'all. Okay, come on
Come on, first of all, this is your cousin, correct?
Yeah, okay. Wait, tell me something had to happen. Come on. Let's go. I'm getting to it. All right
Yeah, so we wanted to renegotiate me wanted
Okay
We was on the tour
We had a date, mind you, we on these festivals.
This is strong.
I broke the camera's back.
What's the strong, goddamn it?
We at the festival.
You brought out a snitch in the neighborhood.
And we get some drinks.
I don't do no snitch on that.
We get some drinks.
Poor shot, man.
Poor shot.
Poor shot.
We got shot.
Hey.
Poor shot for the performance. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Poor shot for the performance. Get your shot. Your bottle right there. Your bottle right there. Your bottle right there. I'm a push-up
The camels back I'm searching for this draw all night Salud, salud. There you go. Go ahead, go ahead.
Let me say this.
I'm going to switch.
So, we get some drinks.
Uh-huh.
Like we're doing right now.
And then we go to Applebee's, and we get some more drinks.
Uh-huh.
And we're talking about the tour.
We're just talking about everything that happened.
Now, mind you, we all got a plan to leave.
We together, we brothers. You feel me?
Like, yeah, we about to go get this bag now.
Mm.
So we like, yeah, nigga, what was you, what was happening?
I was like, man, I was smashing,
I was smashing that girl the whole tour.
I really liked her, bro.
And I'm like, bro, that's not your girl.
I'm like, what's up? your girl like what's up you cool?
Yeah, man, he go to the bathroom come back like all right. I'm talking about. Oh grab his stomach He was passing his girls for this one
This was a random change this is a random that was a roll with us
one of the dancers
somebody on the road with us. One of the dancers? Somebody on the road with us.
So when we got back and we had this meeting in a dirt field and they telling us this shit is over,
they go in to say, we know about y'all wanting to leave.
We know about y'all wanting to get out of y'all deal
and and do your own thing i know about you fucking such and such i'm like you a bitch ass nigga
that's management saying so he didn't went back and told him everything we discussed about leaving
them about leaving them. Ooh, ooh, ooh, because y'all had no more time. Because he told him
about the girl.
I said, tell him the truth.
That's what he said.
I broke the camel's back.
I was telling him
about the snitch.
So he went back
and snitched on us.
That's what the snitch
in the nigga.
That's what I'm saying.
That piece right there
was like, I'm telling.
So, that was that.
That's how,
that's how this shit
originally ended, right?
And then, we still playing our part.
We doing our You Got Served parts in the studio.
We going to film the video.
We do the Bada Boom video.
That meet was like You Got Served right there.
Yeah, we got served.
Yeah, they got served right there.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
So, after You Got Served, we did all the video and everything.
There was nothing else there.
They basically shelved us.
We couldn't do nothing.
But let me ask y'all for one second.
And I would like all three of y'all to be honest.
Were y'all really friends at one point?
I mean, bro, we literally each had nothing.
And y'all lived together at one point?
I grew up in a house with like eight people in a two-bedroom apartment on Slauson in Angeles Vista.
Wow.
He grew up on 10-5.
He grew up in Compton.
We literally, like I didn't meet my dad until I was 13.
I didn't have my dad.
His dad was in and out.
He didn't have his dad. O didn't know his dad. We had each other
You feel me we was we was
Glowing at this shit to beat you came with our house
Because this is what I'm saying, right? I just understand when you look at like stories like what Wu Tang clan, right?
I they did this is a known fact that Ray and Ghost at some point had a problem, but they had other members who came in and kind of like try to fix it or try to do what they try to do.
My thing is, because it sounds like I'm just saying that as an outsider looking at it, like he blamed you for like fucking the random chick that he had.
Right. So. But why would he take it out on these two?
I can see him being mad at you.
I saw the devil in the details when we was having conversations about leaving management.
And the nigga kept saying, solo artists make more money.
Solo artists make more money.
Oh, he had the Bobby Brown.
He went to Bobby Brown.
I think I know.
He was already a solo artist.
And he had, I mean, he said it from the jump.
He used to tell us like, yo, don't tell that nigga nothing, man.
Don't tell him nothing.
Wait, what?
Let's do it like this.
He had, you know, O had some success coming into the group prior to us, right?
So he kind of felt like he always.
Because he was the cousin, right?
Nah, nah.
But he was like the outskirts of the three of us.
You know what I'm saying?
And I feel like we all, like, locked in.
You know, when we put B2K together, we was a dance. It was all for but she never we never hated on dude
If that was the case, we would have went with little man in the group
But you feel me like now he was like now wanted to be us for we don't want this nigga in the group
So nobody ever hated on dude you feel me?
It was hard for us for a long time to see like where's where's all the hate coming from
What's that?
I think it's crazy what he said then they got shelved cuz then be okay as a group was still signed exactly
He's gonna go solo. So now y'all gotta wait out this contract. Okay, but but let's clarify
Let's put us to clarify shelf
Right because I think there was no streaming. There was no internet. There was no YouTube
We're giving the whole thing. A lot of people call this a witness on this show. They call it blackboard Back then there was no streaming, there was no internet, there was no YouTube where people
was posting what they wanted to.
But a lot of people call this, on this show, they call it blackball.
No, no, no, it's a different thing.
This is not blackball.
This is a different thing.
This is a different thing.
Explain to the people who asked.
Now, I'm going to tell you, it wasn't blackball because after the group broke up and we were
all out there dolo, I met Kuda Love.
Kuda Love from up above
just pulled me to the game that's been my manager since then right why Kuda got
all type of relationships you feel me right so I wasn't blackball but it was
nothing we could do contractually contractually you know explain it to them
and mind you when B2k before our first album
came out david pherson gave me a solo deal david pherson yeah okay and so after the group was
broken up i still was signed to sony and to tug so i couldn't kDA couldn't do nothing with me till we figured that out, you know?
And years later then came the release
and then we had a situation where we talked to Sony
with Lisa Ellis, she came in after Damian Ferson was done.
It was just a whole obstacle, you know?
And then it was a whole new game at that point.
They wasn't messing with artists
and putting money behind them, you feel me?
Yeah, Sony, BMG, Columbia and all them, they merged.
All the new players had new interests in their artists
who they wanted to be responsible for.
They didn't want to go reincarnate any of the artists
that they already had.
That's crazy, man.
Yeah, yeah.
The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration
in the United States.
Recipients have done the improbable, showing immense bravery and sacrifice in the name of something much bigger than themselves.
This medal is for the men who went down that day. It's for the families of those who didn't make it.
I'm J.R. Martinez. I'm a U.S. Army veteran myself, and I'm honored to tell you the stories of these heroes on the new season of Medal of Honor Stories of Courage from Pushkin Industries and iHeart Podcast.
From Robert Blake, the first Black sailor to be awarded the medal, to Daniel Daly, one of only
19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice. These are stories about people who have distinguished themselves by acts of valor,
going above and beyond the call of duty.
You'll hear about what they did, what it meant,
and what their stories tell us about the nature of courage and sacrifice.

A lot of times the big economic forces we hear about on the news show up in our lives in small ways. Three or four days a week, I would buy two cups of banana pudding, but the price has gone up,
so now I only buy one. The demand curve in action. And that's just one of the things we'll
be covering on Everybody's Business from Bloomberg Businessweek. I'm Max Chavkin.
And I'm Stacey Vanek-Smith. Every Friday, we will be diving into the biggest stories in business,
taking a look at what's going on, why it matters, and how it shows up in our everyday lives.
But guests like Businessweek editor Brad Stone, sports reporter Randall Williams,
and consumer spending expert Amanda Mull will take you inside the boardrooms, the backrooms,
even the signal chats that make our economy tick. Hey, I want to learn about VeChain. I want to buy some blockchain or whatever it is that they're doing. So listen to Everybody's Business on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I know a lot of cops, and they get asked all the time, have you ever had to shoot your gun?
Sometimes the answer is yes. But there's a company dedicated to a future where the answer
will always be no. Across the country, cops called this taser the revolution. But not everyone was convinced it
was that simple. Cops believed everything that taser told them. From Lava for Good and the team
that brought you Bone Valley comes a story about what happened when a multi-billion dollar company

I'll correct my kids now and then where they'll say when cave people were here.
And I'll say it seems like the Ice Age people that were here didn't have a real affinity for caves.
So join me starting Tuesday, May 6th, where we'll delve into stories of the West
and come to understand how it helps inform the ways in which we experience the region
today. Listen to the American West with Dan Flores on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts,

Are we ready for a quick time of silence? Let's get on with the flowers.
You know what?
We need y'all to know that our show is about giving people their flowers.
So many people want to say how great you are.
If something happened to you, your car accident,
I want to say that while y'all are alive, healthy, and in your face.
You know how great y'all are.
We appreciate that.
We got excited, man.
You know what I mean?
My man, Cardad, called me.
I said, really? For sure? They want to come to the show? And we want to get y'all flowers. You know how great y'all are. We appreciate it. We got excited, man. You know what I mean? My man, Cardan, called me. I said, really? For sure? And we want to get y'all flowers personally, man. Let's make some noise.
And we're going to smoke up the room, too. And this is the other flowers. This is the
other flowers. It's the other flowers, my dad. Make some noise for the people that put in the cake.
You know what I'm saying?
Hey, hey, hey.
I want to say something, too.
I want to say something, too.
Like, man, this is beautiful.
You know what I'm saying?
Y'all family.
And I want the people to understand this straight up.
No matter what's being said on this platform right now,
discussing our other group member,
we're just talking about what happened yeah
it's no matter we don't feel no balance if we come over here i need a little bit if we're
speaking about what happened yeah there's gonna be some negativity in in the story because we're
talking and keeping it 100 with you but coming to present day even if we fight you feel me
like bro we still love that you know what i'm saying and i'm gonna say that we fight you feel me like brother. We still love that nigga You know what I'm saying? I'm gonna say that nigga. We love you and this is not for just three
This is not just for us three. He's just not here right now
But this shit is a part of him too. You know what I'm saying? And I want to make sure that that's clear
Cause we ain't here to bash them nigga. That's still our bro
God damn let's make some noise real quick
It's just sad that we gotta go through this shit in front of everybody
I mean and as an outsider looking in and seeing you know It's just sad that we gotta go through this shit in front of everybody.
I mean, and as an outsider looking in and seeing, you know, cause what year y'all came
out exactly?
2000.
2000.
I worked at Rickards.
Me and Boris, we was on the team.
So I might seem fuckin' super, super older than y'all, but I actually came out in 1998,
which is only two years.
I mean, my solo.
I was out with my group with my solo. So I got to see y'all.
I got to see y'all tear it up.
Do you remember the first time we met you?
God damn it no. I was hot.
So look, I know the story. I know the story.
Okay good.
I don't, I don't, I asked Cardi the studios because I don't remember the studio but we were in New York.
Hit Factory, 57th Street. Go ahead, continue. Let me tell you a story.
So we got off the elevator,
and we start walking down the hallway,
and you was walking down with Busta.
Y'all was jeweled up.
Y'all was just looking at the chains like,
oh my God, do you see they chains?
Yo!
So we met you there,
and then we was recording our remix,
our Got To Be remix with DJ clue Oh gosh to be
Next door was Nellie and Pharrell right and Cardi was there we were party for the first time
And we and they was doing hot in here
So get back to my point my back is, is that when I seen y'all as a new group, I've never seen no breakup.
Like, I've never seen any, like, kink in the armor.
I don't know if y'all were, like, I don't want to say acting or if this was the, you know what I mean?
But I seen y'all as brothers.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
So, like, was I fooled or?
Well, see, it happened at the end.
Let me say this.
You didn't see nothing that was fake.
Okay, yeah, that's what I'm saying.
That's what threw us the fuck off.
Still to this day.
Because that conversation was always
our set each other straight
conversations.
It wasn't always about just did you smash a chick.
It was the moment of honesty amongst us four.
No matter if it was management on the outside
Parents on the outside we always had this unity of no matter who we lied to who no matter who we
Didn't keep it real with nigga. We always came together damn near on a weekly
You know what I'm saying because we lived upon each other how much work we was doing to always be like bro that shit you
Did yesterday I ain't like that shit that she made me punch you. Or, you know what I'm saying?
Like, bro, did you see that chick
that, like, I hit that.
You feel me?
Like, we was locker room
talking like the fuck.
Or shit.
Or me in the hotel room.
Nigga, nah, fuck that.
Let's go.
Right.
And they boxed.
Catch a fade real quick.
They boxed.
In the hotel room.
Like that.
We was doing real brother shit.
It was just that shit.
So when that moment came,
it was like one of them
proud moments that you accomplished knocking her down
And it was like I gotta tell you niggas we having that conversation where you're supposed to say that and so I said my shit
He said how y'all niggas like I don't understand this conversation
So you got me I'm saying that and that was fake at least amongst us
No, you know there was feelings there we didn't know that that how we had had 17 000 of those talks right but that one straw broke the camel's back and we didn't see it
coming so you didn't see nothing we had talked about millions of bro like we don't got to go
that far back but he could tell you about when he dated a chick that he was fucking with. With who? Yeah, this shit ain't, like we ain't never
gave a fuck like that.
Yeah, I used to date a chick for a year,
and then we did a tour and then he seen her,
and then he started dating her for three years.
Nobody cared.
I don't care.
I don't care.
You know, I'm not with her no more.
Y'all could be life partners.
Y'all could be the ones who should've met each other.
Look, either here or there,
nor for real, for for real because i know
like you're saying this but like the with april like i made a lot of mistakes that i'm
not happy with and that's one of them you feel me so like i made amends with it i apologized
publicly i knew i was wrong i gotta live with that i gotta hold that you feel me let me
ask the other two members like how did let's go start with you how did you feel me? Let me ask the other two members. Like how did, let's go start with you.
How did you feel when you see him with Apryl?
Wow, I'll sit up here and cap, bro.
I ain't gonna cap.
I ain't gonna cap.
You ain't gonna cap.
I told you that he was scared this morning.
I don't know what's going on, but I'm not doing it.
This girl.
The public drag,
you know,
I thought,
you know,
maybe there was some
malice behind it
or some resentment maybe.
But maybe I thought also
they probably really hit it off.
So you never know
because I know
they've always dated
and talked to each other's girls.
So I was like outside
of looking in.
So I kind of
see something wrong with it.
You said they always dated each other's girls. I mean, it seemed like they all kind of liked and dated each other's girls when they I was like outside of looking in. So I kind of see something wrong with it. You said they always dated each other's girls.
I mean, it seemed like they all kind of like
dating each other's girls when they was younger.
You know what I'm saying?
So for me, as an outside-
Not dated, but like the same.
Like the same girl.
So as an outside looking in,
I wasn't really for sure,
but it being his baby mother kind of made you,
it made you really look at-
That's also the story that blew the camera back.
Real close at it.
That's another camera.
That's another story. We got two cameras going. The other camera was already down. There's another camera. That's the- It makes you really look at that's also destroyed it will a camel back real close
Like that like this is a whole nother camp yeah, cuz I can't already got broke How you wanna do? How you wanna do it? Book's been my best friend since the breakup, since the group, everything. He told me not to do it.
You know, he was like, he asked me if I did it.
He asked me if I did it in my life.
You gotta hear this, bro.
I think he said, I think he said, I just, please we need you cause your face expression
says you have to talk.
Yes please.
Because I came to this nigga bro.
I came to him and I said, hey bro, you gotta keep it a hundred with me nigga.
We trying to do this tour, we trying to do this shit.
I'm just be, I'm just shoot straight with you.
Are you fucking this nigga's baby mama?
This nigga like nah man, we just friends. Yeah I watch gonna shoot straight with you. Are you fucking this niggas baby moment?
Love a hip-hop to
Okay, that's after the okay my bad before can't continue I was like towards the end of the tour This is this is before but you know already you could smell it in the air. I know yeah
Right. I'm just saying that this new money. I'm sitting if you want to keep it real right I don't keep it real we move boom to the tour
I know you know I'm saying now. We're keeping this storyline cuz he about his business shit
This is what I found out later. I'm like okay this nigga really sitting next to me on a bus small and I'm like, bro
That's your game. Are you fucking this nigga baby mama right?
Nah, bro. I ain't fucking nothing, right?
I find out on the fucking show like everybody else.
Now, I'm steaming, nigga.
I'm like, for real, nigga?
I'm hot fucking mad at this nigga, right?
I'm like, bro, for real, like, I don't care if you fucking with her, right?
But, like, think about this.
Obviously, this shit is not, like, clear and accept it and we back on this bag
I think it's not the time to pray moat that shit, right?
What's up? That shit pimp that shit if she don't eat off the back
She got you off that back later once it's done once it's fixed, you know I'm saying but right now
Don't throw that shit in that niggas face. You know I'm saying I don't think that's adding to the possibilities
I think it's like poking at the bear and kind of humiliating you know what I'm saying
And that was my place with it. You know I mean, but I love over the honest
Hey, that was my place with it. I was mad at motherfucker. You know me cuz I was like I was saying overseas shit
I was saying Ferrari. I want it. You know I'm saying
This new branch. I was seeing a Ferrari I wanted, you know what I'm saying? This new Ranch I was about to buy.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm looking at this.
Man, earlier Ferrari.
Yeah.
You understand?
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you're in the shit.
Bitch, you fucked it up.
Let me go.
Let me go.
I ain't fucking with you.
I said, we got to hold that.
You know what I'm saying?
Like I said, I'm not proud of you.
So now, I'll ask them too.
I'll ask them too.
How did you feel? Two part question. When and then was it working? Because she would take digs outside right now.
She was my uncle. So look, so what was the first part of the question how did you feel when okay so so going into it you know there was a lot of
resentment there from the past because he talked about his down not not because of that just because
of how he did our situation like bro my whole music career was on pause for over 10 years you
feel me like i couldn't move i couldn't do nothing being tied into shit. All because you went back and snitched on niggas.
Wow.
You feel me?
So it was a lot of resentment there.
Now, mind you, yeah, we came back.
We was on the first season of Love & Hip Hop together.
But dude found me out the blue.
Came to a studio session.
I'm with Kuda and Mase at the studio.
He like, where you at?
I'm going to pull up on you.
Out the blue.
Comes there.
Talking to me like, yeah, man, it's home. I'm about to do love the hip-hop
I'm like, oh, that's what's up. He like and you should get on it and I'm like
I love I'm a person a everybody
So so
I'm like, you know, I'm not I ain't really my thing
He's like, you know, just think about it.
Think about it.
And Kuda was also managing Tierra Marie at the time, who was on the show.
Yes.
So he was like, well, I'll see, you know, what Mona talking about.
So he called Mona.
She's like, yeah, I want to meet him.
So I go sit down with Mona, and she tell me like, yo, yeah, you know, well, I love your storyline.
Omari told me all about it. And, you know, well, I love your storyline. Omari told me all about it.
And, you know, like we got rid of a lot of people off the show.
Joy was on there, Bauer's baby mama.
They kicked her off because she didn't have nobody to intertwine her storyline with.
Neither did Omar.
She was like, you know, I was about to get rid of her.
She was like, you don't have nobody to intertwine the storyline with.
But this is perfect.
Y'all come from the same group.
Y'all both got baby mamas right now because this girl was pregnant at the time, April.
So I was like, you know, all right.
The bag seemed right.
You feel me?
Cool.
I'll do it.
So we did the show.
And towards the end of that season, he was talking to his about his new project and what he wanted to do
and i said bro like you should really i was in the boxing ring or something like that no no this was off camera okay okay okay he was like he was like bro like you know what should i do with my new
music like what direction should i go in i'm like yo you know you come from b2k and our biggest hit
was bump bump bump r kelly did that i said I said, R. Kelly showed us how he did
that song. He rapped it and then put a melody behind it. I said, so you're like a rap singer,
bro. Go get a DJ Mustard Beat, throw a rap song on that bitch. Go crazy. He like, yeah,
you think so? I'm like, yeah. So, so like maybe two maybe two three weeks later he come back with a mustard
beat and a verse and a hook and it's supposed to be and I'm like this is hard bro supposed to be
and I'm like this is hard he's like yeah yeah I'm gonna do something with it so I'm like all right
a couple weeks later after that he come back and he got brown on it. And I'm like, oh, this is out of here, bro. You what you doing? Drop it.
He like, yeah, I got to go through the business, though. So I'm like, I feel it.
He called me a couple of days later. Hey, bro, you you'll come with me to Brown House.
I just got to, you know, handle some business for the record. You know, these niggas be smoking and drinking.
I ain't I ain't really on that shit.
I'm like, yeah, I'll roll with you, nigga.
So I go up there with him.
He talk to him.
They figure out the business.
And he got him on Post-It Beat.
Then a week later, he got Jhene on it.
I'm like, bro, this shit is out of here.
If you don't fucking drop this shit right now.
That's what she said.
Eat the booty like groceries.
You got to eat the booty like groceries.
All right?
That's a fact. We started Drink Champs. He drops the shit. It's out she said. She eat the booty like groceries. You gotta eat the booty like groceries. All right, that's the fact. So, yes, we started Drink Champs.
He drops the shit. It's out of here. And I don't hear from him no more.
Literally went in my own. And then start playing like, ah yeah, I ain't doing love and hip hop.
You know, that's just like some shit I did for like the platform real quick. That's, like, that shit's light.
But then tell me, like, yeah, nigga, you should do four seasons of this shit.
I'm like, why you playing it like it's so, like, weak to be on this shit?
You feel me?
Like, what's up?
Like, I'm hitting this nigga up.
No response.
Reading red in the DM.
No response.
Like, damn, bro, what's up?
I'm going on the next season talking about the group, putting the shit back together.
I had a conversation with April on that season.
But hold on.
You said on the DM?
Yes.
What?
Because I don't have the nigga number.
Nah, you're a friend, man.
No cap.
You're taking it too far.
Bro, it's always been like this.
Nah, it's not.
The dude comes back. Y'all don't got a group chat? The dude comes back like this. Nah, it's not. The dude comes back.
Y'all don't got a group chat?
The dude comes back.
B2K group chat?
Bro, the dude comes back.
That shit ended back when they ended the group.
Nah, nah.
The dude comes back and uses it for leverage and then goes on his own.
That's what he does.
It's been a play.
It's been running for a long time.
Whistle on a play.
You're saying since back then,
y'all have never had each other's numbers?
I've never had dude's numbers.
No, he's talking about- I had it.
I had it, but he-
It's gone.
Yeah, it's just- When he runs his plate,
it's gone. I've never had his-
After the split, I really didn't have nobody
number but his, because we stuck together
through everything all the way to this day.
So, you know what I mean?
And I really didn't care to like have that you know i mean so i never really kept up with
him like that he did they lived on a whole nother side of california that i didn't live on so it was
it was more you know obvious so a reason for them to have each other number to be kicking it to be
running into each other you know i'm saying i live a whole two hours on the other side you know
what i mean i didn't really stay involved with the shit like that. You know me so that's why I had a number, you know, but him
I had it for the time he needed me to have he didn't get the no
When he sent out the shit to the new like this my new joint y'all start he didn't get that and he didn't get the message
So literally I hadn't talked to him from that time till one day
I was at April Crib
before the tour even came about conversation and he was coming to drop
off his kids and he seen me sitting on the couch and I was like what's up and
he just turned and walked away tried to have a conversation with him then.
I'm good, come on.
You just said it very nonchalantly.
That he's at her crib?
Let's just be clear.
But an average dude is going over to drop off his kids,
and he see his group member chilling on the couch eating Cheerios.
I'm going to think Baby Boy.
Remember Baby Boy when Snoop called Yeah
Now is you Snoop or is you Tyrese in this situation
Jody
I'm not the baby daddy so I'm
I'm Jody
You Tyrese
You Jody
Well no Jody's the baby daddy
Okay
He is the Snoop talk that
You the nigga butt nigga
I'm Snoop
In the kitchen Okay alright Holy shit baby daddy okay he is holy shit this is this a weird shit though because I'm
gonna let me finish I was telling you that on that next season when I was
trying to put the group back together and do kept avoiding me I was it brought
up brought out old feelings.
Like, damn, bro, you doing this shit again?
Like.
But is you thinking, let me stop you for one second.
Is you thinking that loving hip hop is pushing that narrative?
Is he thinking that?
No, no, no, no.
Okay.
This is you pushing that.
I created my storyline on loving hip hop.
This is what I wanted to talk about.
Yeah, okay.
So he was, he was MIA.
I'm like, yo, what's up?
Like, what's up with this nigga?
So I had a conversation with April on that season and they were not together at that point.
And she's like, man, you know how dude is like we after that continue to coerce because I was trying to get dude number from her so I could talk to him.
She's like, I'm not giving you his number. You feel me? But through all the conversation and shit, we just became a lot of, we had a lot of shit in common because of dude.
You feel me?
Hurt people hurt people?
Exactly.
Is that kind of it?
All right, cool.
So it's like, this is wild.
But it's like, it's almost like you can't even really like... It was no... It was no malice.
It was no...
What you call that?
It was no...
It was no...
What's the name?
Like malintention?
No.
Yeah.
No bad intention behind it.
You feel me?
It happened behind...
You weren't trying to throw it in his face.
Right.
But I wasn't even trying to come at her like that.
You feel me?
But let me just be the devil's advocate looking from the outside, looking in.
Maybe that was her.
Not to say anything bad about her.
But she knows, a female knows.
Yeah.
If you mess with one of these guys' best friends, that's the ultimate disrespect.
Niggas get lost in the sauce.
And you can understand where he's not going to feel that.
Yeah.
You wouldn't feel it either.
Feel what?
Someone dating your baby moms that you let my baby. It's a different situation with me
No, but see I know I watch the show like we're rich dollars and all that
Whatever right? Um, but that's different because this is y'all brothers
Yeah, yeah to me y'all mafia to me y'all sat in the building somewhere cut y'all brothers. To me, y'all mafia. To me, y'all sat in the building somewhere, cut y'all each other's thumbs,
and put it together and said, B2K, nigga, for that life.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, but my point, I tried to talk to dude.
Right.
Like, at that point, when he seen me on the couch,
there wasn't nothing going on between me and April.
I was the homie over there.
And he just happened to be coming by.
Bro, I tried to talk to you. I'm like, yo, what's up, O?
Turn and walk away.
Like,
yo, what's up?
What did you have on on the couch?
A tank top?
A tank top.
I got an ax.
I'm trying to put the hostess there.
This was in like the afternoon.
He just got out the pool. He just got out of the pool.
And he got a swim shorts.
He was there.
I never heard before.
No, I don't know about this.
OK, we all learned something today.
We learned something today.
Oh, shit.
Oh, this is wild.
Damn, bro.
This is crazy, man.
We took a free toughener.
So if she got play brothers and cousins a free toughen so if you got place
Holy moly I'm ready. Cut. We're about to leave our culture cards.
We're about to leave our culture cards.
Yeah.
Buyers.
Trading cards, like NFT trading cards.
Oh.
Yeah, man. Yeah, this Frenchie, everybody. Frenchie!
Yeah.
Yeah, I feel like he like damn near a Slumdog billionaire, because somehow this nigga knows
everybody.
Everybody.
All right, cool.
So look, this is a game we play.
We play with every guest. All right, cool. So look, this is a game we play.
Play with every guest.
We're going to ask you out multiple.
I don't want to do it with the three of them.
We did it with a group a certain way last time.
Okay.
Did we give them each?
They took turns.
They took turns.
They took turns.
All right.
Let's do random.
All right.
Let's roll dice and do random.
So I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question.
If you be politically correct
and say both, you got to take a shot.
If you
say neither, you got to take a shot.
But then, if you
straight up like, the fuck did I do?
Then you good.
But if you take a shot, we take a shot with you.
We don't leave you out there.
We got you.
All right. Sounds like I'm going to take a shot. Sounds like I'm going to take a shot, we take a shot with you. We don't leave you out there. Yeah, we drink it with you. We don't leave you out there. We got your back. All right, all right.
Let me make a shot.
You understand?
Sounds like I'm going to take a shot.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sounds like I'm going to take a shot.
I was trying to fuck it up to the point for this shit.
All right, cool.
You want to set it off, E?
Yeah.
So I'm going to go with you.
Nelly or Luda?
Luda.
OK.
Chris Brown or Usher? Luda. Okay. Chris Brown or Usher?
Mmmmm.
Take a shot.
Why you ask me this one, bro?
It was random because of you.
Damn, bro.
It was random.
I was looking for both of them, bro.
Take a shot.
Take a shot.
Take a shot.
Hey, look.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be Mike.
And then I became a teenager, I wanted to be Usher.
Then I became an adult, I wanted to be Chris Brown. then I became a teenager, I wanted to be Usher. Then I became an adult, I wanted to be Chris Brown.
That sounds like a shot.
That sounds like a shot to me all around.
Y'all should take a shot too with your group members.
With your group members.
We can't be one.
One lose, we all lose.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right.
We can do it.
Stick together.
Stick together, Razree.
Stick together with the group, god damn it.
You know, AOMO is here today, man.
You can't break up again.
It's gonna be one, 2K. Come on, let's rock. Let's go, let's go. Salud. I
Might be my glasses out. Okay. All right, this is
Calm Perfect for him. Woo, this is perfect for you. Tupac or Dizzy Hustle? Oh, man. What the?
Your group gonna ride with you.
Fuck, bruh.
Come on, bruh.
It's whatever criteria.
Don't gotta be.
Whatever criteria you want.
Yeah, yeah.
The ride or the win.
If you don't wanna take a shot, whatever criteria.
I gotta go for both, man.
I didn't ask the shot.
That's a shot.
I just knew you was gonna say nip, because we knew nip.
You know what I'm saying?
I know what you're saying. Yeah, yeah. I'm justip. You know I was saying who was crying nip.
Come on, come on, this is a game.
Everybody pay the bill for this game, god damn it.
You're going to do this.
Come on.
Salud, god damn it.
You can do small shots.
Salud.
Yeah, it's one shot together.
Starting off fire.
I got this one.
Let's go.
Ready?
Random.
Destiny's Child or TLC?
Oh, shit.
Destiny's Child.
Okay.
They performed for Destiny's Child.
We went on tour with them.
You went on tour with them?
Yeah, we went on tour with them.
Yeah, Beyonce took us to dinner and made us eat caviar for the first time.
Made us eat caviar.
Yeah, she said, no, she said, you need to broaden your horizons.
She said, the people you're going to meet, they're not all going to be from the States.
So in order to, you know, make them feel comfortable, you don't turn down their tradition, you know. So be ready to eat some shit that you're not ready for.
Go ahead and eat this caviar. be ready to eat some shit that you're not ready for that's real go ahead and eat this caviar
where y'all at overseas we in London
took us to noble well the group that's in the chat they took us to noble
together noble and London yeah and they had the caviar y'all come out
Y'all had no idea that what now I was looking at that shit and the Queen said
She said it's a pilot correct. Yeah
I said so my cool every, look at this nigga right here. How about I met him?
He was in a West Woofin.
Get your ass out of here.
I was in the room looking like Malcolm X.
We can't be here, slime.
We got to go.
He didn't know how to move.
OK.
I love it.
I love it.
Where has he been? Randy or Monica?
Randy.
Damn, he ain't even wasting no time.
That's what I'm talking about.
My boy ain't changing.
Explanation needed or you don't need to?
Monica, they both called, but I grew up on Brandy.
She got the eighth one.
Okay.
Yeah.
I mean, you can say buses.. Oh yeah, yeah, you're there. Mario or Mario?
Y'all like the right nigga, that one.
Yo.
Only comparing dance moves or vocals.
That's all y'all.
You gotta say oh, man.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that.
I don't gotta say that. I don't gotta say that. I don't gotta say that. I don't gotta say that. That's all y'all.
You gotta say oh man.
I don't gotta say that.
You're right Dave.
I'm gonna be honest with you, I'm gonna have to go with Mario.
If you wanna talk about what the fuck I played, yeah.
Alright, so you gotta ask the other group members.
Come and take a shot for this.
Omarion or Barrio?
What, what about him?
What would you pick?
Just saying the name.
Yeah.
What would I, you said what would I pick?
Yeah, what would you pick?
Like in my radio?
Yeah.
No, whatever.
You say yeah.
You say I'm a radio.
Whatever, whatever, whatever.
Whatever category.
You got a number one. You got a number one. Ah, that's just, I'm stuck. Yeah
Yeah, I'm a shit I'm a drink okay
For is the next me yeah, yeah boy. Yeah, that's all
Relax Jeremiah or Jaheim That's way
Jeremiah or Jaheim
Jeremiah I like Jeremiah. I like Jeremiah. I like Jeremiah. Yeah, I like Jeremiah too. It's my man. Jaheim is awesome as well All three of y'all. I gotta apologize. I think they hit all three of y'all I got it. I got a part of them. I think the hell through it
Bow wow or Romeo
No, that gave us opportunity like he let us open up for the first screen talker
I don't know first about like what very first drink you pick one and you lose one. That's what you gonna be listening to
The first screen so let's talk about this
What age y'all? We were 13.
Yeah.
Ooh.
13.
Yeah, about, uh.
And older women is blessing y'all.
He was, he was, he was popping, you know.
Older women was coming out.
He was about, he had Bounce with me out.
We did, we went to, uh, went to D.C. and performed for Jermaine.
Jermaine Dupri.
Yeah.
Okay.
We performed at some club he was hosting that night.
So that we could, he could give his approval.
Right.
And he was like, yeah, they dope.
One thing about them niggas, bro.
We talking about them.
Pow, Jermaine, them niggas is with the business, bro.
They not no haters.
Them niggas is fly all the time.
You know what I'm saying?
You don't got to worry about that shit.
You know what I mean?
But one thing that I always watched about them is they was really about the business. You know what I'm saying you don't gotta worry about that shit. I mean, but one thing that I always watched about them
Is they was really about the business?
You know what I'm saying like bowing scared of no money
That's like here get the shit straight with it. Whatever is the income end up in between?
You know what I'm saying? Like if it's anything to get to the money them niggas is with the business. Speak some noise to them niggas. Give them niggas some space. To say that,
to say that,
if B2K
could have a little bit of that
in our business
and that other dude,
our other brother,
could handle this shit
the way that they handle
they shit,
like bring it to the table,
nigga,
what's the issue?
What's the question
why we can't give the culture
what they want? You know what I'm saying? We gotta do a service. Like, we was the NSYNC of the question? Why we can't give the culture what they want?
You know what I'm saying?
We got to do a service.
Like, we was the NSYNC of the black community.
You know what I mean?
It's not about money.
It's not about, you know, accolades.
It's like, we left them hanging, bro.
We left them hanging.
What if Jay left us hanging?
What if you left us hanging?
What if you give them?
What if drink champs just leave us hanging? We love that shit. We love what, and y'all just left us hanging? What if you give them... What if drink champs just leave us hanging?
We love that shit.
We love...
And y'all just left us hanging.
That's what we did.
Oh, man.
We did a lot in two years, bro.
But we was supposed to give them like 10.
Even if it was solo careers in between,
like B-Win and did,
and they came back just for maybe one B2K album,
two B2K albums.
It's not about the money.
It's about we really set up these kids
to believe that they had something that they was gonna get to rock with.
Y'all was the new addition to Jackson 5 for that generation.
Your favorite rapper, whoever it is, whoever they were, you looked forward to the fact that they was putting out another album after this one.
Right.
How many official B2K albums we have?
Oh shit. If you talking about like real studio albums, it was what, like seven of them?
Goddamn.
Really?
Yeah, because it was two B2K albums, then we had a Christmas album, two remix albums,
we had the soundtrack for You Got Stars.
These were all original studio album songs.
It's not like remixes and scratched over or nothing like that.
These were real albums.
We wasn't in the studio, we was dancing.
We wasn't dancing, we was on the road performing.
So that's why we really pressed.
It's not to be on O's bumper like that.
Like Omar, you so great.
It's like bro, we leaving a work undone.
Like, you know what I mean?
I might not want to pursue a solo career like that
because I come from a team aspect.
Like with Ray J, I'm joining the cast
and I had like a B2K point O on the Blood and Hip Hop.
Ray 2K.
And then Ray 2K, you ain't like that.
You was like, nah, nigga.
No, because it's like, I said that twice.
You was like, nah, nigga, no Ray 2K.
No, but you know, like...
And you look, you look for me for a second.
You told Ray, you said, you said, do you know what and you will follow me for a second. You told me you said you said do you know?
We did
I'm sorry. I'm sorry because
Thinking about it after like, you know, knowing it up. I'm
Booking y'all I'm going to y'all the sock. We're like damn. I didn't understand you did
Some like you just get the bag, but now I'm looking back and I'm saying I
understood exactly what you were saying back then so great continue I'm sorry
yeah so shit I don't even remember or boys to men? Ooh. Shit.
Blackstreet.
That was the first tape
I bought as a kid.
Tape.
Tape.
Did it pop on you?
Nah, I actually put Kleenex in the side
and recorded myself all day.
Oh, you did?
You did?
That's been hard to hear.
Okay.
Okay, okay.
All right, moving on.
Okay.
NSYNC or Blackstreet Boys? Backstreet Boys, excuse me.
NSYNC.
NSYNC.
That nigga loved NSYNC.
Yeah, he did.
I think he thought it was the best.
Let me hear you sing the NSYNC song.
I like how they stayed together and they wouldn't got that bag.
You kept it personal. I respect that.
And they kept it going for their feet.
When that fucking bye bye bye song came out, bro, so this nigga got a big ass head, right?
Oh, my God.
We talking about each other because we got jokes about each other, right?
You know
We love music we love music but dancing for me for sure. Faction vs Fire too though. Yes. Escape or SWB?
Bro, why you keep getting so deep?
You messing with relationships. I gotta go back and say Omarion.
Yeah, this is what we do. You should take a shot for Omarion.
We go on, we go on.
He can run it back?
Yeah, I had to run it back real up. Yeah, run it back real quick.
Just take a shot.
Come on, take a shot.
Just take a shot.

Yo, yo, let me just tell y'all something.
Let me take a shot for y'all.
Let me just tell y'all something, in case anybody
have never told y'all.
Y'all officially legends.
Y'all officially old Gs.
Hey.
Y'all officially kind of old school.
So little. So little. Y'all officially kinda old school I'm hanging out with Busta and Fat Joe one day, right?
I swear to God
And they both get the same offer that I had already took
Some nigga offered me some jamsica I think I had no idea so Buster and fat Joe bogus the same call
and like I cool the money sounds good they won't say yes yes no one knows that
all three of us are together oh wow what's the calls back in 10
minutes we got a dead dance show
but he doesn't call me
he goes fat Joe
cause I didn't tell
Buster or fat Joe
that I was already
in on it
I was like the first person
to put it back
so they called back
and they said
we don't do
old school shows
and at first
I was just like
I like old school
honey
like I don't give a fuck like, I like old school money.
Like, I don't give a fuck if they call me old school.
But it was something that, it was an integrity, because these are my elder statesmen.
You know how many years I got in the game?
They have more, no regardless of what.
But I just looked at it like a bag is a bag.
And they had taught me at that very moment like we're never old like we are oh geez we're never old school right so they turned down a bag and they gave it back
they forced me to give us back but what I'm trying to say is they taught me integrity because you're only as old as you feel
yeah so if you feel 95 you're gonna act 95 I've never felt older than 25
yeah yeah yeah I got my knees hurting so I'm sitting around like trying to keep up. But listen, no, no, no.
For real.
So I want to give that advice to y'all.
It's because
they're going to talk for the rest of y'all life.
God bless, you know,
you know,
your situation.
Everyone that's in the group
has had a breakup,
has the same one-on-one fight
that y'all talking about.
Everyone in the group,
whether it's a two-man group
to a Wu-Tang to the nine-man group to whatever um we've all been through the same the
thing is for us to live forever uh not just music wise but live forever in our own hearts
and i have i have not one callous man.
Like there's people who shake my hand sometimes, but they can be work a day in your life.
And they have no idea.
Hey man, we got callouses up in the gym bro.
Yeah, we different niggas.
I don't know, it's just a waste bro.
It's just a waste bro.
I got callous in the house.
Yeah, what the fuck man?
Yeah, no, no, no.
You're like, come on, let me finish.
But what I'm trying to say is we live a beautiful life.
It's one of our most dangerous lives because we can never take our face off.
You can leave right now.
You can leave right now.
You can leave right now.
You can leave right now.
I can leave right now.
And then somebody's going to say, motherfucker, we just can't have peace.
No, it's true.
You're laughing because you're the only nigga not famous here.
That's fucked up because you make sense.
And us, we might not have peace.
This motherfucker can go to the Flanagans and try to get, you know, dolphin fingers.

I'll take your shot.
We'll take a shot from doing fucking this shit.
I'm not going to ask y'all Beastie Boys
against Cypress Hills, because that's just disrespectful.
Yeah, it does.
I'll take it. I'll take it. I'll take it. I'll take it. I'll take it. I'll beat the boys against St. Basil's because that's disrespectful. Yeah, it does. I understand. I know.
The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration in the United States.
Recipients have done the improbable,
showing immense bravery and sacrifice in the name of something much bigger than themselves.
This medal is for the men who went down that day.
It's for the families of those who didn't make it.
I'm J.R. Martinez.
I'm a U.S. Army veteran myself.
And I'm honored to tell you the stories of these heroes on the new season of
Medal of Honor, Stories of Courage from Pushkin Industries and iHeart Podcast.
From Robert Blake, the first Black sailor to be awarded the medal,
to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice.
These are stories about people who have distinguished themselves by acts of valor,
going above and beyond the call of duty. You'll hear about what they did, what it meant,
and what their stories tell us about the nature of courage and sacrifice.
Listen to Medal of Honor on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A lot of times the big economic forces we hear about on the news show up in our lives in small ways.
Three or four days a week, I would buy two cups of banana pudding.
But the price has gone up, so now I only buy one.
The demand curve in action.
And that's just one of the things we'll be covering
on Everybody's Business from Bloomberg Businessweek.
I'm Max Chavkin.
And I'm Stacey Vanek-Smith.
Every Friday, we will be diving into the biggest stories in business,
taking a look at what's going on, why it matters, and how it shows up in our everyday lives.
But guests like Business Week editor Brad Stone, sports reporter Randall Williams,
and consumer spending expert Amanda Mull will take you inside the boardrooms, the backrooms,
even the signal chats that make our economy tick.
Hey, I want to learn about VeChain. I want to buy some blockchain or whatever it is.

The American West with Dan Flores
is the latest show from the MeatEater Podcast Network,
hosted by me, writer and historian Dan Flores,
and brought to you by Velvet Buck.
This podcast looks at a West available nowhere else.
Each episode, I'll be diving into some of the lesser-known histories of the West.
I'll then be joined in conversation by guests such as Western historian Dr. Randall Williams
and best-selling author and meat-eater founder Stephen Ranella.
I'll correct my kids now and then where they'll say when cave people were here.
And I'll say it seems like the Ice Age people that were here didn't have a real affinity for caves.
So join me starting Tuesday, May 6th, where we'll delve into stories of the West
and come to understand how it helps inform the ways in which we experience the region today.

I know a lot of cops, and they get asked all the time,
Have you ever had to shoot your gun?
Sometimes the answer is yes.
But there's a company dedicated to a future where the answer will always be no.
Across the country, cops called this taser the revolution.
But not everyone was convinced it was that simple.
Cops believed everything that taser told them.

You can respect somebody and not be loyal to them.
Just to cover both sides. Until they decide that they don't want not be loyal to them.

when you say Kale mr. Robert Kelly. Yes, sir. Did y'all play basketball against him?
Nah.
Okay.
No, we did.
We did with him.
No, we did.
We went to the spot in Chicago, the Hoops. But it was a couple of celebrity games that we played in that he was playing in, too.
Right.
Yeah, yeah.
But, yeah, so when R. Kelly sent in the demo, at the end of the record, he said,
I'm Jay Boog, and I'm a Leo.
I'm no offense and I'm a Leo I Forgot the name of the group what's your zodiac?
No, they did the same like wow
My name is Melvin and I'm a Capricorn and then another number
You know, you know what I'm so much the shy lights
Was it the shy lights one of those?
Somebody I mean that was a thing always in records if you what's your so you like the party really?
millennium yeah in 2000all in 2000s took them off.
I was like, what?
But what's crazy is that R. Kelly demoed it and
gave theirs.
That's what I'm saying. He googled y'all.
He already knew y'all.
The shit that he did for us was like,
he got on a board and was like,
I'ma go there, I'ma go there,
I'ma take it here, I'ma take it there.
He did every single one on the second album.
Man.
Clean flush, bro, and the remixes.
And took all to publish.
You know, I wanted to ask that, but I was a little crazy and scared.
I mean, yeah, yeah, but that was Kells.
He wrote songs for Michael Jackson.
We was young guys, man.
I don't care if I wrote 12 bars.. Kelly wrote that that was a gift to us
You know I'm saying that changed our lives man that that that games are first on one single our first major feature
I
Said shout out to puff cuz that nigga touch the record when they say it's like scared cuz that's a whole other story
That record with the mother for mom bomb bomb that record
In my nose my nose pulling up right now. nelly first his little remakes. He's loading
Not for the record came out. It went to nelly first bump bump bump actual original record
Oh, yeah, and now he had the record country grandma or they did not even they didn't want to do it because care
I can't go to stuff currently at that time,
fresh.
This is some other stuff Kel was going through.
No, it's the beginning, bro.
This is when the first tape came out with the girls and all that stuff.
What tape?
The people tape.
The people tape.
The girls peed on it.
He got some classic stuff.
It's not a classic.
It's not a classic.
The girls peed on it.
Oh, when he peed on it.
Girl peed on it.
Oh, man.
I'm going to ignore you.
It's not a classic, by the way. He act like he don't know. It's not a classic. No, I saw the tape, nigga. Oh
The record right now they get the regular rest and there's no shade to Nelly but his team just felt like you know we're not touching that right now.
He hot as fuck, you know what I mean? Nelly is on top. So it is like he didn't want to get caught up with any possibilities so they was like nah we gonna pass on it.
Puff kept it gangster like you know what? I had a record back to y'all what nigga like what maybe 24 or 48 hours at the max nigga with all of that shit done.
Are we making some noise for Puff Daddy?
Yeah of course. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Puff was like, man, I ain't worried about that shit.
I love them little niggas.
And you know what I'm saying?
It's an opportunity for us to bridge these fan bases,
you know what I mean?
Like, let's do it, you know what I mean?
And we fucked with Puff, remember that?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
When he got on the set?
Bruh, classic moments, man.
One of the greatest dudes that we met that just like when you get around
them you feel an energy of like you can do it you know what i'm saying like you can do it you can
fucking do it i don't i never did any business with puff contractually so i don't get into all
of that but just the energy of being around a nigga and just being around a successful person.
Definitely.
Like, he got that energy of, like, man, I want this nigga's life.
You hear what I'm saying?
Like, when I leave, I'm puffed, nigga.
I'm about to go be the new fucking puff.
Right.
Leaving that place nigga had us on fire.
It made us want to go kill some shit.
Like, because he had his shit so together.
He had his assistance, right?
He pulled up right his guards was like put up in a little bit
I should be putting drip on this yo, it was like nigga get your game up. I'm leaving this little niggas, bro
That's put my fucking shit on for me fucking big ass. We got a sister bringing out the box with eight different Jacobs. Which one you want to put on? I want this. We don't got nothing. We got dance moves, nigga.
You feel me?
He's just up there like, for my shot.
He's doing this, nail getting done, toe getting done.
I'm like, this nigga's amazing, bro.
Everybody got a good shot for puffing for that.
I ain't going to lie.
Oh, we already good.
Anybody here is getting a check for puff right now.
Salute, salute.
I dare you, salute B2K.
That experience was crazy.
Another crazy shot.
Look at my shot, look at your shot, Razby.
Listen, man, me and you, we are on a level.
I've come a long way.
Listen, listen, come on, come on.
You can't let me go out like this.
Come on, Raz.
What's your sign? What's your sign? What's like this. Come on, Raz. What's your sign?

Shout out to Kenny with my mom.
My wife's a Gemini.
A lot of great Gemini's.
One of my best friends is a Gemini.
So, can I tell y'all, we got to tell them another story
when another mega star blessed us, my nigga. Okay, you got to tell them another story with another mega star bless this money. Okay, you guys
Hold on. Oh, yeah, this nigga came in
on puff times three and an 18 Willard
Life fucking thing Yes
So we're talking about this shit, all right, so we bought the new brands fucking
No, cuz people get it fucked up with each2K when they don't understand why we special, bro. Y'all been special. Niggas don't get this shit. In a great way. The reason why we special, and you'll see it if you look at us, right?
I'm in. We know this. O is a flower that has the possibility to turn into anything in the forest. Right? He can start off as a lily and turn into a rose,
going from a rose to whatever.
You get what I'm saying?
Like he has that ability.
You went to science class.
Right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I skipped that one.
Right there.
15.
Yeah, man.
I'm like the nigga that manicures the forest
and keeps up with it.
I know everything in there.
You know what I'm saying?
Fizz, he's that beautiful fucking bird that's very manicured and the nigga, you know what i'm saying fizz he's that beautiful bird that's
very manicured and the you know what i'm saying like he's fly as that's what he about
you know what i'm saying he he he paints the forest beautifully you know what i'm saying
and raz raz is the who's seen where all that was supposed to be planted how that was
supposed to go there and how you get what i'm saying like raz is a full director when you talk
about him putting that scream two or two together himself
Niggas don't want to talk about that when you want to say background dances when you want to say this and that I was responsible
Put some respect on the whole process
So good how all of this shit was special for everybody who didn't know why they like this together
Because i'm in there cracking a whip like nigga this shit messy
Shit fuck that shit off nigga. It's supposed to be I'm gonna take this man. Nigga. Oh no, I ain't, I ain't. Right? And Fizz is like, oh them pants too tight.
You know what I'm saying?
Like we can't wear that.
That shit gonna look wrong.
Like don't do this.
We made each other better.
You know what I'm saying?
We had a morning power out this morning.
We had a little talk about some different like accessories and shit.
I'm like, yo, it's cool.
But wait till Fizz get back.
Let's all talk about it. see how you feel about it.
We talked about it. We made the decision.
It worked out the right way.
People don't understand that's how B2K always won.
We had a relationship besides the business.
One nigga trying to make all the decisions,
it's like it don't work
because there's so many flavors out there
in the world that has to be accomplished.
They got to be satisfied.
And that's how we did it.
We all brought a different flavor of the candy. It could be Jolly Ranchers, but I could be
Strawberry, Grape, and then see like you might, your favorite might be Strawberry.
I love Jolly Ranchers.
Your favorite might be, but look, check it, your shit might be Jolly Ranchers.
I'm a Grape nigga.
You might like that. You might like the Grape, man. You might be like, and just think about this,
there's a party with all the flavors there.
Everybody who favors is yelling at you.
But what if they only had the yellow one there?
What if they only had the yellow one there?
And everyone's like,
we only selling the yellow one tonight.
Are you really about to break your neck to get there?
Nah, you not.
I'm an option.
Right, so when you see 15,000 screaming fans in there,
it was because five, five, five, five different favorite flavors came together to fill that whole stadium.
Because we all had a reason why those people was in there.
We all drew a different crowd.
When we would get to the meet and greets, the big girls would tell, I hate you, J-Bug.
I had all the big girls.
All of them. I was a little guy. I'll eat you, J-Bug. I had all the big girls. All of them.
I was a little guy.
I was 120 pounds and they loved it.
I was like a twix.
You feel me?
Big girls all day, baby.
But I loved the big girls.
I would hug them.
They'd pick me up sometimes.
Don't put it.
Pick me up sometimes.
Don't put the D at the end.
Don't put the D at the end. It's love that is past tense. No, I didn't discriminate because at the end of the day on some real nine cabin
I see that person right you know I'm saying like I see the person
And when they get there they more lit up and appreciative of what I'm doing for them
Didn't the girl that thinks she look good with the eyelashes and all that she's trying to get chose you for me
I came to do my show and get with my real rockers not the one that's trying to capitalize off my success
So these are the ones that's really rocking with me. I see it in their eyes, they excited about me,
they crying, I'm like, that's my nigga right there.
Not, I'm trying to be like, that's my nigga right there.
That's the one I can rock with,
maybe start the fan club with.
She can maybe work with us, do some merchandise,
cause they really my supporters.
That's what I'm there for.
So the big girls, they eat me up.
And they tell me, I'll eat you, J-Boo. And I be like, girls they eat me up and they tell me I'll eat you Jay Boo
and I'll be like if you eat me
ketchup, barbecue, whatever
I'm gone
you don't eat ass at any Jay Boo
c'mon bruh
you do
he said yes
what?
I'm not struggling you know we had you with daddy
you gotta eat everything bro
c'mon man you slipping on that.
Listen, if you not, what you doing?
Wait, so we said, we just clarified.
If this boat was the ultimate-
Everybody's eating booty game.
O'Sonnell would eat booty game.
I'm gonna eat the whole ass, bruh.
The whole eat your life.
No kissing.
Blip your head off.
No kissing.
Ass face. Ass face, he's gonna eat booty game. No kids. No kids. No kids. No kids. No kids. No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids.
No kids. No kids. No kids. No that. Chill, chill, chill.
Nah, listen, Trick Daddy said he be over here.
For my girl, you know what I'm saying? My tongue may slide down there.
Okay. That's what's up.
What you say about Trick Daddy? Look, it's Trick Daddy. He said, I said,
I asked Trick, he said, in the same chat,
I said, Tricky, do you get your ass ate?
Wait, he gets his ass ate?
Oh, wow!
Look at that.
That was not the question.
That was not the question.
I didn't mean it.
Oh, you didn't say that?
No, what I'm trying to say is Sin is different in this world.
Why you gotta say shit?
What you got going on bro?
Don't worry bitch, my sin is crazy.
Yo, you never sat on your bitch face?
Me? Me? No.
I'ma got balance.
I'ma got balance.
I'ma lost. I'm got balance, sir. I got balance.
You look good squad techniques.
Yo!
He said, meet me.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
We actually broke the group up.
What? We talked about bump there.
Did we talk about bump there?
Bump that, the remix? Yeah.
What about it? Did we talk about that yet? No, I can't did the remix though, too
Kelly did all the fucking songs the second album. He was he was our go-to. Let's just be clear
Was there a sign y'all say in our Kelly that this thing is crazy?
We don't even hang with my mom never cuz that's true that this is what I was like this is when I was like
Rose weird
What not like that not like that bro, but it was it we more like that
He went to his we went to his crib for almost a scene. It's just me. I was you sir. We take the shop
It wasn't like that.
It wasn't like that.
It wasn't like that.
Black plant on the table.
Bullshit shot.
I'm just kidding.
You was there.
It wasn't like that.
I was there.
You was there.
Look, so we finished the overseas tour, and it was his daughter's birthday the day we
were coming back.
Let me see his.
R. Kelly.
R. Kelly's daughter's birthday.
She got here.
And she was a fan of ours, so he requested if we can come by and sing happy birthday to him. Just record that
Overseas before y'all go home to Chicago come sing happy birthday to my daughter. That's fine. That's a flash in the dark. Cause he don't get the piss and mixtape out yet. Piss and mixtape.
I'm just talking about the level of pool.
The level of pool.
So nigga, we was on tour for like a month and a half and before we could go home we
had to stop in Chicago to sing happy birthday.
Oh it wasn't your choice.
No it wasn't a choice.
No that's why I said the level of pool.
I just wanted to do that.
Let's put some respect to the nigga there.
So we go to the crib, sing happy birthday and he give us a tour of the house.
And we go to the crib and we go to the pool.
And we go to the pool. And we go to the pool. And we go to the pool. And we go to want that So so we go to the crib say happy birthday
And he give us a tour of the crib. We see everything and then you go to his garage go to the garage
It's like a six-car garage. I'm like, yeah
Got some toys in here. You know what I'm saying?
So we go up in there and it's a whole workout facility by the box in the one from that video
He shot in the red, white, and blue.
The world's greatest.
So we like, damn, this is crazy.
Like, we wasn't expecting this.
So he get up in the boxing ring.
He said, y'all stay down there.
He's in the middle of the boxing ring.
He said, y'all, next show, y'all need to come out.
Stand still.
Don't move
and then one spins to the right so he did it yeah he spin and then he said
then the next one spins to the left so so so so so and then he did the next two spin to the right
spin to the left and he sat there and then he was like, and then just stand there.
Then like, Mike, take your glasses off.
And look at the crowd.
It was like bars, but at the same time I was like, cuz it's weird.
Yo, that was in Chicago at the studio, right?
Nigga, I just said we went to his house.
Oh, that's what it was?
Wake up, bro.
You know what's crazy about that shit, Noreen?
We did that shit.
I mean, it sounds like a good idea.
We did that shit.
Oh, you did what he said?
We did that shit.
Yeah, yeah, 100%. We did that shit. We did that shit. Oh, you did what he said? We did that shit. Yeah, yeah, 100%.
We did that shit.
We did that shit on the last tour.
That shit still works.
We did that shit on the last tour.
They went crazy.
He probably doing that in jail right now.
And they probably going crazy.
Did he get publishing off of you doing that?
Oh, shit. R. Kelly gave us some bars, chill. Did he get publishing off of you doing that? Nah. Oh shit.
R. Kelly gave us some bars though. He gave us some bars.
It was weird, but he gave us some bars.
On the publishing tip, he did most of the singles, right?
So he got all the publishing.
All the singles.
So what publishing did y'all write though?
I wrote my raps.
Nothing else?
Nothing else. But you don't even get that because he was... That nigga said songs over with raps Nothing else nothing else is written, but you don't even get that because he was unknown
I think it says songs over with raps done, but I'm saying you got policy from other songs y'all bro
He was on how he wrote his he wrote his raps
But he would still it's over with wrecked with records like the rap is done
If you want to use this rap because what you are initially always the rap out of you. Yeah, you okay?
You've never sung
No, you hit a knock I hold a note
But this is the thing I'm trying to get to is though do y'all roll records or no on the album
yeah so the second album
we had 17 songs
on the second album
we wrote 10 of them
okay
because those 10
were actually produced
by our managers
producers
so it was like
an in-house play
so we really didn't
get the pub
we were supposed
to get off of that
you know
we got like
a quarter percent
of a percent.
Right.
It's like the smallest amount you could get on publishing, you know.
But that's split between y'all three or split between y'all four?
No, like we each got.25%.
Like the smallest amount you could get.
Why?
Because other people on the team got the production and everybody else.
That's how it was set up.
Day to day, you know.
Like our parents didn't know much. I mean, yeah, depending on I was set up. That's how I was set up. At the end of the day, you know, I told everybody,
you got to really
watch what you do
when you get into the contractual agreements
because I tell everybody
like the new artists, the first deal
you're going to get is going to be the fucking worst deal
ever. They just want to see
if you're paying attention. I got into
working actually with the same management that we left, you know what I'm
saying, on some film shit, like as of a current, like as of today still, you know what I mean?
And getting on the other side of the desk, seeing how they was doing deals, like I get
what they was doing when they was fucking with us, you know what I'm saying?
But it's business and you can't get that fucked up, you know what I'm saying?
So when we send contracts out, you're going to get the first base contract.
It's up to you to do your research and get a count back.
You know what I'm saying?
Redline that motherfucker and get back.
He said our parents didn't really know.
We was excited about just seeing numbers that was going to come in.
You feel me?
And we got into shit that we was not supposed to get into. You i'm saying so message to the artists out there today like hold don't fold you
know i mean really read this shit you know i mean because the first contract is the worst contract
the final contract is based off of you reading that first one and saying look if y'all can't
rock with us like this then we can't do this deal if you do it like you know what you get into and stop crying about that shit
And know that you're betting on yourself at that point. Yeah, at least know what you're doing exactly
We didn't know, you know what I'm saying? But the game is changing. You sit back and you look at it like damn
Everybody working like that. So this is a question that we didn't ask in the game that I was playing
And what we usually do.
If you had a chance to start at all level, would y'all do independent or major?
I mean, I never was in a position to be able to do the initial deal with the major.
So I can't really say.
All y'all deals was the goal. I think for what they were doing, major is the only way you could go.
That's what I'm saying.
Because look, you go back and you talk to Irv, right?
How you do the research on Irv. He was talking about when he was over there and they was giving him niggas like crazy amounts of money
You know what I'm saying? It's where I got it. Yeah, because they had
You just see like with the way that they had their deals organized, you know what I'm saying?
Go over to Cash Money, go over to the ones that actually really was getting the numbers
coming into their accounts, you know what I'm saying?
It was per how they did their deal.
So the way our shit was done, I can't tell how them niggas went in there and really got
their right deal.
They might have just wanted to take whatever deal was available you know what I'm saying, available to them.
It's a different circumstance
for everybody.
Y'all was the age
y'all was at.
I probably agree with him.
I would have took
a major deal
if they're going to give me
a full production deal
or full whatever,
you know what I'm saying,
joint venture over there
at that time,
I would probably take
that major deal
with the right numbers,
with the right shit
as close as possible.
Or the time frame.
The thing for y'all
would have been
short in the time frame. So you learn the business business you go in there. We're not straggling
You come out learning and then you renegotiate
Listen to what I want to ask about this are killing thing about him writing the record I got pissed too. I got pissed. I'm like, I'll kill you, Joe. No, no, it's not like that. It's not like, it's not.
Would y'all have done it again?
Like, would you go back and have him write those records again?
Did you feel that you got what you needed out of having someone take the publishing, write these records?
I wouldn't take anything back of what we did.
Right.
Other than the conversation we had in confidentiality about leaving management.
That's the only thing I would take back.
Because other than that, y'all might still have B2K as a four here today.
It's supposed to be an empty chair right there.
You feel me?
Because without that, what would management have to go off?
Oh, he fucked that girl?
Like, that's not enough to stop and take one person solo.
You know what I mean?
So other than that, R. Kelly added to the success of B2K.
You know what I mean?
He gave us our first number one record.
And because of that record, our album stayed at number one
for like four or five weeks
People every week sell it to 100,000. Hey, bro before R Kelly my nigga
They they brought our shit out at 9-11 when the towers got hit
Literally our video premiered on 106th and Park on 9-11. You see how y'all people in here our first
They clear the stadiums in 106 in park or the set, right?
Yeah, right. It's right. Right. So remember when it was just free and AJ and it was all solid.
It was all down. The lights was down. They had nobody in the audience and they wasn't doing nothing but just running the videos and our new joint
got premiered like that. We weren't able to go on to Chiara Cofillas. None of that shit, right?
There was no Zoom back then. Oh, definitely not then our record at the time in my opinion was before
it's time and they didn't know how to work it tricky steward and then they had a dope ass record
on home for us right banging shit but but the record wasn't researching the way that we expected
to research right so we having problems at radio we can't promote the way we want all of our world premieres from MTV
TRL to BET 106 and Park is fucked up because the 9-11 shit got everything shut down
You know what I'm saying?
And so like we teeter in or not even getting a second chance at a second video or second single
Within the label if you know about the contracts how they go you got a first guarantee a possible second
You know what i'm saying like our possible second is looking shaky as right now because the first record is
now researching in this and the economy is up because 9 11 just hit so we struggling
gots to be comes you know what i'm saying and it starts to do well at radio but it's still not a
number one record it's still not a top 40 a top 20 on the top 100 it's like it's struggling it's
doing well maybe at r&b you know what i mean but overall like it's not a total success we more of
a visual group but what happened is they allowed us to do another new joint when they're all the
smoke clear you know what i'm saying and 106 in parking shout out to bt uplifted us enough you
know what i'm saying, to put
us in a place where the label got behind us and was like, all right, this shit is something.
You know what I'm saying?
Right, right.
Because at first, the devil was in the details.
It was like, yo, this ain't working, and nah, we ain't getting a fair shot.
You know what I mean?
What label are we talking about?
We're talking about Sony Epic, right?
So to speak on Kells, why we can't say shit about Kells is because they brought in a slew of producers to write records for us
That everybody thought was the motherfuckers right first out. We worked with every we worked with everybody what no slouches
You know I'm saying track man. It was some motherfuckers on the track and DJ clue nigga
Like it was some niggas on there right?
Yeah, Jermaine Dupri was on the first album.
Brian Michael Cox. Brian McKendie Burris
wrote on the first album. Did he have a cape mask
on? Did he have a mask on, R. Kelly?
Nah, nigga. Nah.
But,
but, we got kissed
enough, you know what I'm saying,
for them to be like,
alright, R. Kelly
is gonna work on the second album. And the passion
that he put behind it was the details of him going to find out what dates our birthdays
was on by maybe even calling the label. Calling the label and saying, hey, I got an idea.
I need to know what day those boys' birthdays is on.
It could be creepy, but it could be...
The latest could be. but it could be the latest
creepy like bill cox look look but in the beginning remember when we met with kills we went to the
studio right he broke out a guitar he went to this big ass podium right in the middle of the studio
where the board was at and for like what would you say an hour or so he went into so many different
characters from a country guy to a church pastor Made us come up there do different things like as far as like tapping into different characters and play along and inquire and saying this
No, no, he did those videos right? He did the videos that he was a different don't you?
Oh, I thought you come out the girl
The president of somebody's like he made, he made us come to the studio and literally
show our personalities, you get what I'm saying?
And have fun.
So you think the different characters, it was an exercise that he was trying to get
y'all to go through?
He was getting to know us.
He was reading us.
He was finding the cool guy, the crazy guy, the funny guy.
He was finding all of that shit.
And that was the genius work. When he returned with the with the records bro they came one after another after and it fit us so
perfect you know what i'm saying like he catered these records perfectly perfectly for us it wasn't
something in his catalog right and when we went and met with him when we came home for tour
he told us he showed us exactly how he did itum Bum Bum. He was like, and I'm never going to make you guys the same song twice.
I don't do that.
So don't ask me for another Bum Bum Bum.
When I give you this next record, don't ask me for another one of these.
Because every time I give you a record, it's going to be a new one.
You never do the same record twice.
Wow.
So when everything starts happening, how do y'all feel? How conflicted are y'all with the man and then the business of what you dealt with? like, damn, like, this is really happening, you know, and it was like, we didn't see that
side of him, you know what I mean, we seen a whole different person, R. Kelly, bro, you
be lost, I don't be lost, so, so it was like, we just had a different respect for him, you know?
Right.
Because that wasn't the R. Kelly we knew.
We were able to separate.
We're still on R. Kelly right now.
It was like, we had to.
The person you work with versus this person.
Right.
So, it was like, in a sense, like, even what they say about Mike.
You know, they say the allegations they got against fire, but we never seen that thing
So me as a Mike fan, I don't believe that shit right you feel me, but Kelly is seeing it. It's like I do it
It's like whoa, you know, but I can only face this man really off of
What I know and who I met as a kid.
You feel me?
I'm not trying to decipher the two.
because you're how old at this time?
Let's just say 16.
You know?
So it's just like,
it's just shock value.
Great.
Me personally,
I,
I saw the success take off when like they, they put the record out and immediately everybody came
back from radio.
If you understood how radio worked back then, you had to hold up Pow Wow, do a bunch of
modern record research and all that.
And they're like, yo, they're going crazy over this record right now you know what we're gonna just bump on bump on a ball
and like Fiji said like we not tied into his personal life like we don't know so
as the record is going number one is perfect like this is the crash okay I
didn't so we got to make a decision how we support them how we you know I'm saying how we do even it's not
Even up to you to support him or not. Well, it is because it's like
Wait, it is because it's like we we spent time with him as a friend before all this shit hit the fan
day on that second album day McPherson gave us a lot of
a lot of individual input
So he gave us the option after that second
single which was girlfriend to continue you know getting records from Kells like
y'all want to still continue to work with him because Dave Mack was actually
managing Kells at the time so it was like I mean, this is how we winning.
You know, like, why would we go against how we winning right now?
Do you think, this is a little crazy, but do you think the industry is so, they so happy to just make money that they will turn a blind eye to what's going on with the individual?
I think at that time it was just so fresh, man.
And nobody knew where it was going. they could be it could be false allegations right that's why I said we can't well we are that's why that's why
we see the mistake but that's why we we can't get caught up and trying to be on
the side I mean with the tape I think people still, someone could still say that's false allegations.
You could say you don't know the age of the girl in it.
Oh, yeah.
That's what I'm saying.
In that time frame.
But then as things progressed, people came out and then you saw more.
As things progressed, we were no longer in that period when we had to deal with it.
You know what I'm saying?
When things were, like, current and fresh, when when the records were out it was all still fresh allegations
They weren't even like full tapes out and shit like that. It was going to be a killer. But look,
but the thing was this,
we decided, look,
if it's not our situation,
it's not our place to pick a side.
You know what I'm saying?
It's not our place to speak on it.
That's that man's business.
Everybody got their life
aside from when we come out as these superstars.
We don't go home with you at night, Nori. We don't know what you do. We don't these superstars. We don't go home to at night nor right
We don't know what you do. I don't know your kids. We don't know your wife. We don't know what they know
No, it's like let us just take a step back and say hey we beat you. Okay? Yeah, respect
I'm especially don't say it as well as rather an Instagram cuz now everybody know on Twitter and Instagram and Facebook ever know
You hold your whole life right with this before that
Yeah, so like wow our own space was don't ask us to say how we feel about it
Or should we or should we work with Robin that were around Rob was our friend before I start going through what he was
Going through if you a real nigga and you really work with your nigga
Even if he wrong you don't bail on him if he got to get locked up for he did
He in locked up murder did but you don't bail on your nigga that just gave you life
He just gave us life. Yeah, he might be fucked up
Yeah, he might have did some shit that we don't agree with some shit that I might not have did you might have did he?
Might have did but you don't bail on the nigga
You go through the water with him. You feel me when he wrong he wrong right if he killed that nigga killed that nigga nori
There's still your nigga though
Sometimes not no no no no no no no no no not you get what I'm saying not I'm saying like
Regardless of what
My family go through
You feel me?
I'm not gonna agree
With all of their decisions
That they made
You get what I'm saying?
But one thing about me
Bro, I'm not turning my back
On you
I'll chew your ass out
I might beat you the fuck up
For what you did
But I'm not gonna turn my back
On you, bro
Because At the end of
the day we gonna be family forever feel me that's right and i'm gonna need you to catch me and be
there for me in my moments when i up if it ain't no walking sin that's higher than the other
how you gonna turn your back on your brother you feel me that's that's just how i look at it
you know what i'm saying and i to fucking fuck no little kids with you.
I'm not going to do none of that shit.
I'm just saying, if that's what's going on, I'm not going to go do that with you.
But at the same time, you know what I'm saying, I'm not going to turn my back on you.
You know what I'm saying?
In the sense of if we going to go out and do rap records, it's a situation where it's
like, oh, we're not gonna perform the records no more?
Nah, we're gonna perform the records.
Well, who said that?
So sometimes you gotta, sometimes basically you gotta separate the artist from the actual art.
Exactly.
Exactly.
We didn't say that.
No, I know, I'm not saying that.
It's like Bill Cosby.
Like, Bill Cosby is some fucked up shit.
When you look at it, you ever seen the Bill Cosby documentary?
No.
It's some fucked up shit when you look at ever seen a book out of the documentary It's a hell fucks up every but it doesn't take away from the hospitals. What's the fucking phenomenal family?
Kelly was a genius when it came to this right now separate
Listen
Those are beautiful family go work from the person.
You got to separate.
The Cosby's was a herb.
The work from the person.
You said it first.
Yes.
All right.
Because it could have just came off like it was very raw.
It's like this, bro.
I don't agree with what you did, right?
And I won't involve myself with those antics.
You feel me?
But you, my nigga, and if you about to go do that beer for 30 years, bro
There's redemption for everybody who will still accept your call, bro. What's up my nigga? How you feeling bro?
You getting your head together, right?
Hey, I'm mad you did that shit, but I see you trying to get your head together
You feel me cuz he got to still live the rest of his life you feel me
it's because i'm passionate about the forgiveness you feel me because i need somebody to forgive me sometimes
how did y'all make that record? Man.
I don't know.
It seems like a funny story.
Well, yeah.
At the time, the producers, Platinum Status, which was our manager's producers at the time,
they were trying to come up.
So, you know, at that time, we were still working on reels.
There was no Pro Tools. Two inch machines. Come on, come on, come on. So, you know, at that time we were still working on reels. There was no pro tubes.
Two inch machines.
Come on, come on, come on.
To get where y'all at.
Yo, listen, listen, listen.
You know about reel to reel.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
that's what I'm saying.
We talking about patching two inches.
Yo, 18 inch reels.
Yo, y'all, y'all used to be reels, man.
Working, man.
Hey, I remember seeing loads of reels with our songs.
Yes, yo, yo, y'all fish you OGs. I thought y'all started with Dax. Hey, I'm the same load They're little dogs The fucking reels was like big as fuck. Bigger than reels, yeah. Let me be real, let me be real.
They're Ludolfs.
If you say bitches, it's not gonna fly.
But their quality was nice.
When we would get these records,
our managers would have the producers mix the songs.
So they would get the reels of all the instruments they used,
and then they would sample, then they now they would have
the sounds so they had all the sounds to the r kelly records so when they made they made
bada boom they tried to sample r kelly songs and so the writers went in there and tried to make a
r kelly type record and then we thought it was dope so we used it for the you
got started soundtrack and actually I have one he jumped on and fab jumped on
it so the week fuck cheese now let me just say something as I'm going through
y'all the soccer's me there's one name that pops up besides Chris is David Mackie?
David Pearson.
David Pearson.
That's the same person?
Yeah.
Oh.
So, what exactly broke?
You mentioned him earlier.
Let's just, so people that's sleeping on the rock, what's that broke?
David Pearson was the president of Sony epic at the time so what pop daddy is on the record he shot out Dave Mack that's what
he's talking yeah yeah what's then became Lisa Ellis spot and then became
Donny Einer spot you know that spot keeps getting taken you know that was kind of a severe wrong spot right
is it yeah she's not a universal that's kind of how like that's kind of how like that's kind of
how like all the solo projects and all of the stuff that was going on with b2k asked only at
that time got put on hold yeah because they sweeped out everybody yeah Yeah, when it became Sony BMI. Yeah, all these record labels at that time.
K.P. was the A&R. K.P. was the A&R. Universal bought everything at that point, remember?
Like Def Jam, everything got... It was 444. I usually text Holt at this time. What do
you say to him when you text him? Just say 444, he's like, shouts out hope another name that kept popping up and you mentioned
him earlier you say he's your cousin and yeah you're all mentioned him and we'll wait see
just crystal
it was crazy because one thing i didn't want to do was Google y'all and base my information
off of gossip.
So when I Googled, the first thing that popped up was that.
And I was like, I don't want that.
So I was like, yo, I went and I dug into y'all music and I'd rather come from that approach.
But then the music led me back to there
because at some point
it was like, yo, Chris Talks.
What's up, bro?
You know what I'm saying?
So I don't know
who wants to start a league.
I guess it's got to be you, right?
Everybody knows it's my cousin.
Yes.
So let me set up
my question so you could answer correctly.
Is me looking at nowadays, me looking at you now, and then me looking at, I mean, listening to the records, watching the videos, come back in and see all good.
Then when I Googled, because I have to, and that was the first thing that popped up.
You know, Chris Stokes, the dispute with B2K
and all this crazy shit and boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
And without...
You know what I mean?
I mean, like, because, you know, I'm familiar,
but I'm like, I was living my own world.
I was also platinum, so I was also platinum so I need to explain
you know I'm like I'm such a good place mentally right you know I think it's really important
you know that me and my cousin get opportunity to to reconcile and you you know, talk things out because family matters should be taken care of privately
because a lot of people, you know, do a little too much.
Even when I was a kid, I did a little too much.
So, you know, I don't want to say too much about that.
Okay.
Now that's the culture that's ready to talk about.
I mean, the culture is. I mean, because you know what know what it is i mean whether we wanted to talk about it or not
that's when you re-google y'all it's the first thing that pops right you know i'm saying is
y'all discrepancy with chris though so maybe you're not ready to talk and i don't want you to
if you're not you know what i mean but you know um this is management we're not talking about
anything else what and i heard you like alluded to it earlier like you know we all went through it you know so what was what was your discrepancy as far
as management goes i felt like we were in a space where we we were starting to research
you know because it was conversations my new bentley's gonna be you know and it was just like
yo well where where's our bread at?
You know, what are we working for?
How can you go on tour and not make money?
Right. And, you know, shouts out to one of my cousins, man.
She gave me a book called This Business of Music.
And I started to dip into it a little bit.
And I was seeing how, you know, the structure was set up and how the artists get paid.
And I'm like, we're not getting our bread.
So that was where the discrepancy came in.
And what age are you when you realize that this is 17?
A little bit like 16, 17.
And then you got the media takes my personal family things that you say.
Put them in it and just it's all bad business, bro.
Right.
It's all bad business.
Right.
No, finish what you were saying there.
But, yeah, that's where the discrepancy developed, you know.
You read this book, you understand it.
And, you know, we were kids at that time,
so we didn't really know how to go about it.
Right. You know, we were kids at that time, so we didn't really know how to go about it.
But when it was, it was, it was a Christmas tour. It was a Christmas tour we did.
And in the middle of it, it was, it was New Year's, New Year's Eve.
They told us we can't go on with the tour because Omari was sick.
And he was coughing up blood at the time which was cap.
They knew, we already had
the conversation about us breaking up.
We were just finishing out
the business that we had already signed
up for.
So, I guess they
figured this was the time to
end it. So we go back
home and
we end up going to Vegas. Raz had met some friends out there that was
tied to this big company in the middle of us going on that tour prior to that.
And they were like, yeah, come out to Vegas. You know, it's New Year's Eve. We'll take care of
y'all. So they flew us out or no, we drove out there. They got us
a limo out there and then we flew back on a
private jet. But on
our way back, we were at the
Clearport and they had
the big screen TV in the little lobby area.
So we sitting there and CNN is on.
No cap. This is like a movie.
We're all sitting there
and we just happen to be just looking at CNN
and at the bottom
of the screen and rose by says hit group b2k breaks up we're like yo did you see
that like yo no we're all three together yeah yeah we don't know blood somewhere
right we like this yeah I'm impression okay? So when we get back home. Who sent that press release?
When we get back home, Big Boy, it's like, yo, y'all come to the radio.
Is this true?
So we go up there and we're like, nah, we together.
Like, you know, we had this plan to leave management.
And, you know, old boy kind of like didn't leave with us.
We didn't give the whole story then.
You know, we were kind of confused at the time. us we didn't give the whole story then you know we
were kind of confused at the time like how did this come out right um so
when that whole thing started it was the discrepancy of all right now it's war because
you're trying to tear us apart like you're're trying to divide and conquer. You feel me?
Like you didn't, the bro just snitched.
Now you got him on your side and now you're trying to make it look like we did this and put him there.
You feel me?
That's when the shelf happened and he came off solo.
So that was the discrepancy.
That's where his heart used to be.
Killed that. But, but you know looking back on it
I was mad
when the shit came out
because I liked the fucking song
I was singing
the fucking shit in my head
and I'm like
I fucking keep singing
oh my god oh man And I'm like, I fucking keep seeing these. But neither did you. Right, right.
Oh, my God.
Oh, man.
We've been in New York there, like, going back on it.
And hindsight is like, man, 36 years old.
Right.
Like, Chris was 33 at the time.
Yeah. I'm like, if I had an artist or a group and one of the lead singers came back and told me, we planned on leaving y'all.
And I'm like, well, shit, what am I going to do from a business standpoint?
You know, and this is my group.
Shit, I might have done the same thing.
Let's get this clear.
Because we were in that contractually.
He never really did anything wrong contractually.
Right.
You know, we just signed what we didn't know. You don't
know what you don't know. You feel me?
That was my point when I was saying, working on the other side
of the business now, I see how companies
do business. You know what I'm saying? So it's like
it's up to you to do it.
They capitalize on your ignorance. Exactly.
My nigga, there it is. So in hindsight,
it was nothing wrong
there, but
if I regret something then I
need to take some back
I was out okay so let's be clear let's be clear right now Swiss beats Timberlake niggas turn in all y'all and say we want smoke
for 112
Versus versus pretty Ricky pretty
Pretty wicked. They all the demos are niggas very Miami man. I'll say right now. We got reference
Won't
All of the smoke
Would be 2K
Yeah 100%
Yeah they wanted it
They stole our whole show
On the second tour
Yeah
Like the second tour
We went
We went
When I made the apology
We went to the first show
Which was in LA
It's the apology
After you was fucking April
Now see
This is the cool part about it
Real quick
Real quick
Before you say what you
Before you say what you
This the cool part about it This the cool part about it This the fucking cool part about it. Real quick, real quick, real quick. Before you say it, before you say it, this is a cool part about it, boy.
This is a cool part about it.
This is the fucking cool part about it.
Take a shot.
I'm telling you, listen.
This is a cool part about it.
These niggas right here is so much of our niggas
that what we about to say is only
going to make them niggas want to do this versus more.
These is our niggas.
So it's like, we just.
Man, y'all competitive.
Oh, hell yeah. Let's talk about what we talking about. These niggas want to do this versus more. These are niggas so it's like
They talk shit to us every day nigga via FaceTime me right and so it's on so we went to the first show
These niggas stole our whole show. They literally came out
Circled up how we circled up did they dance dance moves, damn near wore the outfits we had on.
Goddamn, could you be creative?
You feel me?
We saw a little bit of it on the tour.
It was honorable.
I love you, Pete.
I love you, Spack.
P is a drinker, too.
He drink like a ball.
That's home to you.
P is drink with me, drove the same car as same corner at all and then broke off on me. Oh wait a minute
You want to talk about the versus nigga, right? You want some other verses, right?
You gotta pick up versus from where we left off, okay
Before
Before versus on tour the first screen
I mean the first millennium tour right it was B2K the whole group Pretty Ricky, Mario, Yen Yen Twins, Tiggit
and Lloyd right
Pleasure
got into it. Well, oh
For being on some Hollywood shit cuz we would always
Look, no for real cuz we would always I mean we would go and... Look, no, for real, cause we would always...
I mean, we here, right? We talking shit, right?
I already said this, my nigga, shit.
So, we all hang out, we all chill, do our thing,
like how niggas do on tour, like, you on tour, me on tour,
you be on tour, you might leave before me, after me,
if you were headlining, whatever, I'm game with you later,
like, at the spot where we going to, we gonna fuck around,
we gonna have fun on tour. Nigga hang out none so pleasure like what deal like you
Don't come out hang out in the courtyard like you don't fuck with us like we are hanging out
It's on sound check in fucking with each other doing video. What's up nigga got a security like
Well Mario's yeah
Pleasure ready to get down with the security guard like man fuck that tell that nigga to come out today
So pleasure start the versus beef before versus ever started
Nigga started going out don't I sound just like my records
Don't I sound every fucking show
Smashing don't I sound like my records don't I sound just like my records
Okay, let me stop you right now because I know you're going
Cause I read the comments shit was crazy comments, but they were saying that's why are we on first Mario?
And it's saying this is a real girl like nobody time bubble. You're that no no These two niggas is on the same page. He talking about before that, before all that.
These two niggas were on the same page. They was only pre-versus before.
Versus.
I'm there, sir.
I am there.
You're not there.
So we'll pick up because you weren't in the verses.
I'm there, sir.
Because we're already going in the verses to pick up where we left off on the verses conversation.
Stay there.
They wanted us to sign off on our likeness.
Who?
For a documentary in order for her
to have a conversation with Amari about us
doing Versus with him.
This is Michelle the same girl?
Yes.
OK, man.
So we're like, this is a nigga.
Oh.
So look.
I'm going to say it.
So look.
No, for real, bro. She should be fired. To each is all so there's a lot of people
So before this
For this out of nowhere
For this before this out of nowhere a documentary came out for marion with the zeus
network and the zeus network and marion got a documentary and they were like yo they reached
out to my team kuda and was like yo we got your you know fizz in this documentary you know but we
don't have any signatures like we don't have as likely to sign off for so they're like you know but we don't have any signatures like we don't have as likely to sign off for so they're like you know we'll pay him a fee to use like a minute and a half of his footage
so they did that
but on this dot they still needed paperwork signed you know they're using hours of footage
of all of us the performance and everything
So we like yo, you know, we sign off but where's the bag? You know what I'm saying?
I'm not signing off for nothing even Zeus paid for a minute and a half. You feel me? So what's up? Like?
There's no bag. We just need you to sign off. We're not signing it. So when she said that it was like
Are you trying to use this conversation?
Like, we need a versus for leverage to get this signed?
We're like, we're not signing that.
So sorry, Max, to waste your time on this conversation, you know,
because this is not where we've seen this going.
But we're going to have to respectfully decline and wish you all the best of luck.
So then when the versus promos start coming out
there's shots taken at us. I didn't see the shots. There's shots subliminals that we would
know because we were on the back side of everything so there were shots taken
like what background singers like no before that there were shots taken like
this is before the verses yeah Yeah before the promo for the
Won't tell y'all cap. I see I see a video come out. They're promoting like oh, yeah
Well Mario said this Oh said this that it a cute came out right?
with D right and then
Mario puts out a video that he recorded on his phone and was like you're gonna bring the guys
out right you know you need the guys and he he was looking kind of dumb in the face like
huh huh he was like are you ready are you ready and he was like bro you you better bring the guys
out like you know you need them he was like i don't and then he cut the video off right
then the next day another promo comes out and it's just oh and d-ray in the studio and d-ray is like
yeah so you know mario said he could bring the guys out because they with him more than they
with you and he like i could believe that okay it was like oh really like okay so you're
setting up to come out and do these B2K records by yourself.
You're trying to make it seem like we don't fuck with you.
But it's like, bro, you was willing to have a conversation.
You didn't even want to jump on the phone.
All right, can I be devil's advocate for a second?
Eh?
I've been devil's advocate.
Come on, nigga.
I'm going to be honest.
It seems like it's more of y'all beef than y'all beef.
This is from the outside looking in.
Damn, he said, yep.
Are you agreeing with me?
He said, yep, 2K.
Was that like, because, because?
He got his solo deal first.
Fucking me up.
I was making a point.
About a week ago, he said point. I don't say much.
No, let's listen, let's listen.
Let's hear what you gotta say.
Because I'm trying to understand this.
Because I might have a rebuttal for it.
I'ma wait for you.
Alright, well if we don't wait, I'ma go too.
Oh shit, fuck it, we all made it.
Alright, so let's just be clear. I forgot what you told my last. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Yeah, I feel like you had a light-skinned contest.
But he not light-skinned.
Yeah, but he feels like light-skinned.
You can't.
You can't be in a light-skinned club if you're not light-skinned.
But he feels like Turks and Caicos, you know what I'm saying?
What the fuck?
I had to knock myself out for this conversation. Yeah, you don't know what I'm talking about.
I feel like y'all had.
This is what I feel like.
This is what I feel like.
I'm an outsider looking in.
I have no idea
but I feel like
Your relationship turmoil there
And what I mean by that and I'm not outside looking there. You can also say oh you bugging
Let me just tell you something. I've been needing these things. Yeah, smoke champs. Smoke champs, man.
Smoke champs, man.
But this is what I felt like.
I felt like y'all was in competition with each other.
Y'all two.
You and O.
And at some point, he felt like competition was over because he became that guy.
And when he became that guy, he felt like you should stop competing with him.
And maybe you should have or maybe you shouldn't have.
Let me just finish my statement.
Maybe you should have or maybe you shouldn't have.
Because sometimes the little dude becomes the man.
Like one of the illest things about the hood is you know remember the guy his name is
little p but now little p name is old dog and now you keep calling him little p but little p is old
dog little p is gonna smoke you right he's gonna come home but you're looking at him like little p
or whoever or whatever it is so what i i feel like at the end of the day, I feel like what happened was
I felt like y'all had a, you know,
like a girl measuring contest in the beginning.
And then after it became to that level,
he felt like, I'm the guy.
I'm Beyonce.
Like, please do not come in my dressing room.
And not only you were in his dressing room.
Here you go.
Now.
Finger pop.
Now.
I have to.
His dresses?
I have to.
Finger pop.
I have to.
But you're my friend.
I have to agree to disagree.
Okay.
Only because, one, I was never in competition with him.
I never sang a song.
And they mean it that way. I positive for you rebuttal there. What I'm trying to tell you is
in our minds, we're all artists, right? I mean, this, this, this might separate a lot of us from
here in our, in our mind. And that's to be an artist. We have to think we're better than
everyone here to be a great artist. Great on Every artist has every on ego to operate
No, you know
I can agree with that play the role in damaging me. Okay. Yes 100% not own that and like I said, I'm not proud of that
Wow, I'll respect that for me and I apologize for it publicly because I really did mean it.
Now, in that moment, I resented the man.
You feel me?
Which doesn't make it right.
Yeah, it makes it worse.
It makes it worse.
I'm going to be honest.
But in any way, shape, or form, I never felt in competition with anybody.
And that's no disrespect to them.
But coming out the gate,
he was the first one to say it to me.
Vince, you know you're the most famous in the group, right?
And I'm like, oh, word, that's crazy.
I never cared about that.
Nor you could ask my best friend right here.
We was worried about,
shit, nigga, what you gonna to wear to the show today?
Let's get to the mall.
Let's get fresh.
Nigga, like, I wasn't thinking about who going to see me on stage.
I need my moment.
Shit, we was on stage making pranks with each other, putting water in each other's shoes
that you knew you was going to have to put on on the next segment of the show.
Like, watch that nigga get out there and be splashing all over the place.
Like, that's the type of nobody was thinking like ah i gotta be on point to be the most like i'm
the most famous nobody thought about that so i wasn't in competition with anybody i was just
out there having fun i was a kid you feel me i was enjoying the moment and i wasn't in the moment
like i felt like i should have been but i I was by the way let me just tell you something
in hip-hop God could be your brother this is Nas and Big this is the best story
Nas and Big had no idea that the world compared them to each other they were actually real good
friends if this pictures of Nas and Big's hood this pictures of Nas and Bigg's hood this pictures of Bigg's and Nas hood
they were actually real good friends but what happens is the world doesn't want them
when y'all the best the world puts y'all against each other and I agree like I said I agree to
disagree but I gave my ricks on why I disagree because mentally I wasn't there but you feel me but I can see how you see on the outside looking in so that's just where it's at like because I mean I
can't agree with his tactics and especially like me hearing you guys
hearing you guys out like I'm gonna be honest I'm so sorry I'm gonna say nice
to your face I feel like tell you, I'm gonna tell you. You guys still talking about Omarion? I feel like, I feel like, I feel like his beef is,
what was the beef just between you two?
But what makes it real is because
he took it out on these two.
And it's like, and it's like, that's something,
that's something, that's where the crazy shit is.
You know what I'm saying?
But, but.
Oh no, I'm bugging.
It's not, no, no.
You're looking at his side.
You're not looking at they side.
I don't, I don't
I don't
How about we
How about we pause
Like I gave you examples
Like with the supposed to be shit
I never
I never hated on him
You feel me?
I never tried to like
Come on throw a diss record. I remember on my first
Oh We got B2K right now, goddamn it. We got B2K right now.
Let me ask you something.
Because him being a member of B2K,
has he ever had the discrepancy of y'all using B2K without him?
We've never done that.
And that's been one of the discrepancies.
Bro's selling T-shirts with our faces on them.
Bro's putting out documentaries with our liken likeness without us signing off on it.
Bros doing a lot
without our consent.
You feel me?
So it's like,
damn, bro.
Are you in the group
or are you out the group?
Because you don't even want
to talk to us,
but you want to leverage
everything you're doing
off the name.
Can I give y'all
one piece of advice?
All three of y'all.
Not one of y'all say Omarion's name. Y' give y'all one piece of advice? All three of y'all. Not one of y'all
say Omarion's name.
Y'all keep saying bro
and the such and such
and the homie. But we respect that.
I'm gonna be honest with you.
And I feel that there's still love between Omarion.
If Capone was trying to clear a record with me
and Capone kept saying
cause you know the homie and you know the y'all
and the I'm gonna be mad as shit.
Say my name.
Say my name.
Destiny.
He's looking at it.
Destiny's child.
He's going to watch this.
He's going to watch this, and he's knowing.
We're talking to him.
It's not a thing.
It's not a thing.
But people that I'm mad about, people that I'm mad about, I'm going to say their name.
You know what I'm saying?
I feel like if y'all not mad, just say yo, oh.
Because when you say the bro, I'm just being honest,
that's how you address the opps.
You gotta understand.
Well, you gotta understand.
He's not the opps.
No, he's not the opps.
Listen.
Let's be clear.
You gotta understand.
He's not the opps.
You gotta understand.
You gotta understand.
Man.
When you're getting things, you didn't even
let us finish the story about the verses totally forgot the I'll be quiet
shots thrown and then you're in the middle of the verse you're getting
demolished and then they is writing your obituary in front of you and you say he
said you know you're supposed to bring the guys out can't do, he said,
you know you're supposed to bring the guys out.
You can't do that.
And he said,
I sang all them songs.
Them is all my vocals. When you know the work we put in,
when you know we know the process,
when you know we know the real.
I didn't understand that part.
Okay.
You feel me?
Wow.
And it's like,
damn, bro, you still doing this?
You still coming out?
Like, why?
Mario called him out on the verses.
Like, who's really hating here?
Yeah.
You feel me?
Like, don't do that.
Come on, dog.
Don't do that.
Don't do that.
So then after, in all humor, he knew I was the real least thing.
We find a Temptations clip that we put up, and we tag him and say, you got served.
Just joking.
It's all fun and games.
Like, bro, you know you took the L.
Like, take the L.
You feel me?
I laugh about it.
You come back, and then you want to say, oh, to my backup dancers.
It's like, come on, bro.
Now you're being disrespectful.
What about the tweet you sent?
The manifesto?
Yeah, you sent the tweet that goes that goes into this after
this so i'm telling you right now it's like wow now you're taking real shots like you really you
really saying like we helped with nothing like you're trying to make create this narrative to
the world that we hate on you and but and we we did nothing the backup game opportunity but it's like it's like
really is that what it really is so that shit really resonated with boog it was like wow bro
like this is a real shot like this is off the ultimate disrespect you feel me because we having
fun we we made light of the shit you know know, we threw up a movie clip, bro.
Take it how you want it, you know?
But the world didn't say,
oh, he's done.
The boys just,
this is a new beef with Omarion.
Nah, it wasn't that.
It was fun and games.
Like, yo, hold your L, bro.
You knew you should have called this.
You knew you should have got on that phone call
and not have Michelle talking for you.
Is that what their tweet was about
So he went in detail on it, bro. You really want this smoke?
You feel me because the shot would have been before that up there. Let's keep that shit all the way down
I'm making how we handle that shit. Oh
We catch the real respect on the game nori. I mean we saw the little shit when the fan
responded to the promotion for the verses and was like
Yo, cuz it was like a promote said I'm already first Mario that are y'all thoughts
That are you know they do that. She got a room. No, I'll show you
Versus this person against that person.
Thoughts, y'all ready for this?
Whatever they say, right?
In the comments, nigga, it goes, one of the fans say,
hey, are B2K going to be out there with you
singing the songs, right?
He takes it upon himself. Oh, yeah, got that shit right here for you, baby. he takes it upon himself oh yeah got that shit right here
for you baby he takes it upon himself
that's what he said this is versus days before the
B2k nigga you want to show it to the show you I can to see it. He said I am. Let the niggas see it.
Let the niggas see it.
Why would he say that?
It gets better.
I want to show it to you.
Yeah, bring it back.
Check it out.
You want to talk about some G shit, right?
You want to talk about some real
respect on the brand type shit, right?
So, look. The next thing is my message to her, the blue.
Read it out loud.
Huh?
Read it out loud.
My message to her.
Read the comment.
Nigga, the message, the blue message right there.
Read the comment.
Oh, get him, Michelle.
No, get him.
Get him, Michelle.
Like this your boy.
If this how y'all want to play and they say huh yeah
community really should be reading calm oh wow this is going to be fun if y'all
want to play that's what I said and our group check is we had talked about it
like yo we only want to go in off this low ass comment you feel me we want to
see some air one we want to send them a message respectfully saying, we see what you're doing, G.
Stop.
We don't want this shit to go the route that it's going.
But if y'all do want to play games, we can do that shit.
So the shit progressed from the comment before the verses to the comment in the
verses about backup dancers and all that fap singing and all that. No no no no no just saying that he did all the vocals he was the one who
song all the songs or whatever right right right so the next day we got on the
phone and that's when the video clip came out you want to talk about the
video clip the clip of the temptation.
Because we had already sent him a message saying, stop, bro.
Like, that was the message to his management.
Like, get your guy, tell him to stop.
We don't want this to happen.
Michelle.
Michelle, it's the message.
We don't want this to happen.
Stop.
But if y'all keep on fucking with us, keep poking the bear, the bear going to wake up.
You know what I'm saying? So after that, he goes on the verses and proceeds to keep going with it
and make that comment about he is the vocals
and he did all the work or whatever.
And Mario shut him down like,
you know you didn't do all that, whatever.
And at that point, we felt like we told him to stop.
So we made light of it like, you're fired.
You kicked out the group.
Because that's what David Russell was doing
in the Temptations, right?
That's what we did.
It was joking like, all right, you want to disrespect us.
The people don't know that we told y'all to don't do it behind the scenes,
and you decided to continue to do it in front of the world.
So here goes our shot at you, nigga.
You did two shots at us for our one shot.
Comes back with an emotional tweet about calling us background dancers.
At that point, you're taking a shot at the career,
you're taking a shot at the actual craft,
as far as like how the brand was really created.
I'll take it personal, for a whole other reason
than why they took it personal.
Let me stop you for one second.
But y'all took that joke, that's funny.
But y'all took that joke as being funny,
why y'all can't take his joke back as being funny?
I'm just asking, to be a definite advocate.
Okay, because it was the narrative created around it
yeah I started the right to be to carry no no when he's first started the
message he said until my three backup dancers he's not surprised I've always
been this way hey no oh hey no oh I ran O. Praying for my downfall. Praying for my downfall.
By the way, UPS is hiring.
I think it's time for y'all to find a real job.
And it's like.
Like, that's emotional, my nigga.
Like, wait a minute, bro.
When did we hate on you, bro?
Nah, you ain't say that.
He said that.
He said that.
He called it biz-walking.
UPS is hot.
Yeah.
I actually just ran into two UPS workers on this little date I had,
and I wanted to take a picture with them.
Like, yeah, I just got all white.
And Amazon, those former Amazon workers.
I like them niggas.
Them too.
They getting the bag.
But yeah, it was like, that's how you getting on this?
You telling me, you telling me that Omarion said that about you?
I don't think Omarion said that about you. I don't think Tom
Yeah, he's trying to create
this narrative like
we dislike him
or something.
Like we hating on him.
Like I explained everything to you
from the time that
we had a few members
to the time that
He can't take constructive criticism
is what that really is.
And I think
through over the years
we as brothers
want to make each other better
so we would say certain things to any certain things he just can't take
right okay he's still doing things that we did when we were 15 I mean we're not
hating on them and I haven't I don't have much to say about him but I think
you know overall back in the day to get back to the to what we was talking about
as far as the the comment being disrespectful and putting no respect on the crap, no respect on the process, it's like we all was there when the music
was being made.
When you on the studio Nori, you got your niggas with you, you might invite like everybody
and tell everybody to say, it's nothing.
We all worked on that record.
That person on me.
Okay.
You feel me?
No, I'm just saying like-
No, I respect that. You might do that. Cardi, you No, I'm just saying I respect this you might do that car
Do you know what I'm talking about? Like you might do that shit
It might be somebody in the studio that can sing a high note just for the record detection
You know what I'm saying?
Like y'all go put that on there for me real quick
Like the process of making hit music is not always gonna be the actual person who put the music out
If you look at the process back in the day
There was always a bunch of people working on a song to make it a hit you know what i'm saying so the fact that he wanted to take credit
from everybody who may have put maybe 10 on the record 20 on the record five percent on maybe one
record it's like you can't go and take credit for everybody and say that i'm the one that did all
of this because me personally i did a lot of work on those albums
You know what I'm saying?
Even if it was just saying that here was the hook on the first hook on bump on bump
Troy sent the record back to R Kelly and he was like that's the nigga that got the
Detection for the record for the hooks right and that's how on the second single girlfriend
Awesome, I sung that hook and Troy was like stay in there. I want you to do the first verse and
She got hella chippy at that. Yeah, because there's nobody had ever had a lead for a single
Aside from him nigga in all of our five see it out
That was a friendship on him because in the beginning was was a Mario always the lead single the whole time
It sounds like one that I was telling you right now no okay this is
what was fucked up this is really this is what really fucked up oh we all were famous but i'll
just keep it a hundred like me and him battle back and forth with like vocals a fan no who was a fan
favorite because we had a lot of different ways to be famous it wasn't just about the vocal we had
the word with the fanzine shit we had the video shit where they could chime in and just say like
who the fuck they fuck with or whatever so it's like he would always want to be more famous than
all three of us you know i'm saying because he sung the record you know what i'm saying he was
the one in the front and he would battle from who was the most famous or whatever so it's kind of
like embarking on your territory that you only hold you know i'm saying you don't hold the most
famous you don't hold the most likable you know you hold the only the only thing you hold is that you sing all the leads
You know I'm saying so now they talking about oh on everything Raz is about to sing the second verse
Shit shit starting to get broke up on what I hold you do what I'm saying
All right now you about to sing a part of the first verse with him y'all gonna split this shit
It's gonna be the second single.
All right, now.
You get what I'm saying?
You're starting to lose the grip on the one thing that you really held
because you didn't hold all the other things that you really wanted.
So you get what I'm saying?
When you start looking at it like, fuck, I'm losing the game that I want to play.
The only thing for a nigga to do is break off.
And at that point, I said it in the statement, whether it's five people or a thousand people,
when we're not there, he knows all of them motherfuckers is there to see him.
Let's be clear.
You know what I'm saying?
And that was the biggest problem.
That was the biggest problem because we were through it
No, I'm talking about why all of that shit was cat or why it wasn't why it wasn't right why I was a what why?
Like it wasn't cool to setting these background dances you get what I'm saying and the real background thing the background
background dance is not
It was background dances
bro background dances and the reason why
you was skating the fuck off is cuz
niggas was actually taking leads now
shit was about to change one of the
niggas that was the nigga now I was the
uh what nigga is bug fans nigga that was
me that was all I got nigga and some
backgrounds that I didn't get no
fucking credit for but I was famous as a
motherfucker than ladies love
Ladies love Jake Boog. I'm sorry bro. Give it up
How I knew how I knew is because I wasn't I never was a nigga that was in my ego
I just knew because I did numbers. I was at my meeting Greeks nigga. I saw how many teddy bears I left with opposed to you
I saw how many girls
On our second album the label found a way to sell more albums
So what they did was not only did we have a group cover on album? We each
Cover on out. Oh shit.
And during the first week,
they did the numbers to see whose album
was selling the most.
Pandemonium?
Yes.
Yeah.
So who's?
We don't have to get into the numbers.
Well yeah, get into it.
That was the point of view right now.
One, two.
And then four? Yeah. That's how the shit if you really want to be honest. Oh, yes
So now mr. Oh what he's already moving to the rapper
What I never I never seen that
So how do we fix this
You never saw what you can project right
But but there's a reason for that.
You're not cosigning this.
You're not. You're not seeing a record with just the three.
He's saying that individual albums were sold with individual faces.
Wait.
No, the same album was sold with individual faces.
I'm saying, same album, individual covers.
No, I know, but he's saying he don't cosign it.
And that didn't happen
I'm gonna be smoking this shit
Hey, everybody put their fucking shields on
and hands
It's about to happen
That didn't happen?
That did not happen
or you discrediting what I just said?
What part was it?
I wanna remember it
He said 1, 2, three, and then four. I want to remember it.
Do you remember
each individual faces
on the same house?
On the same house.
Oh, of course, definitely.
But that's what
you're talking about.
You just said it happened.
Yeah, but he was going deeper.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
You don't remember it?
It was...
You don't remember them
telling us the sales
for each individual person?
Oh, he...
No, I never heard that one.
Okay.
But you don't remember it? I respect it if if you don't remember. Oh, it was like that
Three take a shot and four is not here. Bro.
How do you fix this, right?
How do you fix this?
I'm going to fix this.
How do y'all fix this?
Oh, I see where we're at.
Honestly, I'm going to be 100% with you, boy.
I'm going to be 100% with you.
It's very simple.
Come to the table.
Why do I have to talk to you right here, bro?
You can pick up the phone.
You can call me.
You can call Raz.
You can call Bud.
Listen, before we were aligned,
like over almost two years now,
I called Bud.
I called Raz.
I said, yo, pull up to my house.
I said, let's just talk.
I said, nigga, if it's smoke, if niggas want to get down in the living room. We could do that
I said, but it's just gonna be us
Just us three. Let's talk
Change and they did that they showed up and we power out right there in the living room
You feel me? You could do that. He could Omarion can do that. He can call us and be like,
yo, let's talk.
He got nice hair.
He don't want to talk.
There's no,
there's never been,
there's never been a time
where we didn't sit down
and have a conversation.
But it's like,
why can't we?
Why he can't go on
and play foosball?
I just think it's,
it's just about building
the narrative that he wants.
Why he want to play foosball?
They know this
Open ball
Why Mario I like that. After a lot of shit happened, how does the Millennium New Tour come together?
Because that was a lot that took you a whole half a million years.
No, no, no.
It actually wasn't because before we even did the first Millennium Tour, we didn't know.
We all had individual contracts.
Later, finding out from the promoter, Garyidry that put the tour on said that
Amarion's first contract had a clause in it that if after this first tour and if it was successful
He got a guaranteed second solo tour. Amarion always got some new weird shit in his contracts. So he put together a second solo tour.
From the beginning when y'all was together? What's weird shit in the contract?
No, when we first signed up to do the first millennium tour he had in his
contract a guaranteed second solo tour and then mind you the whole unbothered shit like i just
want to really say it's like me and kuda love put together a clothing line called the unbothered
so when the whole when the whole april shit came out i put out a post and i tagged the line
unbothered club and then we went on the show we
had on Unbothered Club shirts or whatever and then after that Mr. Unbothered was created
this is messy you feel me it's just like it's like a lot of it's just a lot of like
it's a lot of games played.
And it's like, bro, it ain't even that, you know?
Like, just come to the table.
Have a talk.
I mean, overall, man, we really are four kings, man.
That we stand on what we brought to the table.
You know what I mean?
And I think the real problem is he dealing with his brothers, bro.
And you know how when a nigga go away and he want to come back, but he don't really want to deal with the niggas that really keep it real.
Like, at least, oh, y'all, y'all might be yes man to him.
Y'all might treat him with some form of, like, level.
Not literally, I'm saying.
I'm saying, like, because you don't know him like that,
you ain't got the grind with him like that,
and at the same time, no matter how big he get,
nigga, I've been that big, you feel me?
I'm still that big.
If you come stand next to me today,
I'm just as big as you, you know what I'm saying?
It's back right, reborn, it's back special again.
When we unite, it ain't about how much he did solo
They are amazed to see us together, right? So when we do come together and we talk
This dude ain't never about to give me no pass on no bullshit. He never bought to give me no pass no bullshit. So
That's the conversation. That's
Afraid to happen because we talking about from the wounds why can't nobody fucking call Mario look check see what I'm saying look like that's the
conversation that we haven't why can't we do that bro let me finish let me
finish that's the conversation that we haven't had since we was 18 years old and
the group broke up we came back back and we did the tour.
If you listen to the conversation on this documentary, I said, bro, we need to come together and we need to talk before we go on this tour.
Because we have not talked to each other in 15 years.
And since then, there was some shit.
Bro, come on.
You're going to be disrespectful, my nigga?
I'm fucking talking.
Like, damn. All right, say what you're going to say because I don't do that shit. Go. was some shit. Bro, come on. You going to be disrespectful, my nigga? I'm fucking talking. Like, damn.
All right, say what you're going to say, because I don't do that shit.
Go.
Rock your shit.
I said it was weird.
All right, but I'm, like, talking to these niggas, you feel me?
All right.
No.
I just had a talk two years ago.
Come on.
You feel me?
No, it's no shit.
Like, just do your shit.
If you're going to talk.
It's all game.
Comment came out too loud.
So, what did you say, nigga?
Come on.
This is Raz B, ladies and gentlemen.
Come on, nigga.
Raz B, ladies and gentlemen.
I said he's weird.
Like, O is weird sometimes.
Like, he's weird.
And I'm, he was actually going into detail.
Please.
No, but at one point, they were saying you was weird, Raz.
Okay.
We can talk about that.
Yeah, yeah. Because you was really okay you
want to end that's gone crazy how so you know I was just young and I had
miss guidance and had a great life and still do have a great life because I got
my brothers behind me and they still make sure I'm good they love you and but
what happens like at one, you was just off.
What did they call it?
Off the grid?
Yeah, he went to China.
How long?
Was it China like that?
Seven years.
My boy had banners up, though.
Like, Rasby in the middle of Times Square in China.

Was you hanging out with Stephon Marbury?
No.

about this is a dream channel right right the mics listen raspy is probably like the most in
our generation unknown like connected to like like, billionaires, millionaires,
companies that's on the rise,
shit that's, like, in the next
10 years, shit that's in the next 20 years.

every day. What's up, Shane? To y'all. Every day.
To keep it moving. Every day.
Every day. Niggas don't even know that.
They really don't.
There's always one piece of the puzzle
that's always missing, no matter how you
prove it to me.
I know, that's true.
Right.
No, it's very true, bro.
You don't want to accept that flower?
That's definitely a flower, bro.
Nah, come on, man.
We were talking about being in China, and it's like he went out there and created a whole life for himself.
I mean, I'm saying that's dope.
You know what I'm saying?
If he says something Uriel about you.
And God, he got, bro, the dude connects.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
You know, he's crazy. It's crazy.
He's just humble, you feel me?
Is there something you learned about being out there that changed your mind about coming to the business out here?
You just got to learn to grow up, bro.
So you felt like you grew up in China?
I feel like I grew up in China.
China been really, like, when I came back here.
Mentally.
Yeah, mentally.
You grew. I grew in China. China been really like when I came back. Mentally? Yeah, mentally. You grew? I grew in China.
He created a whole another story.
He's an expert on Balenciagas.
No, but...
Nah, man. We not respecting Balenciagas.
This is the most expensive sketches you ever seen.
We talking about growing up and you said,
I'm not growing up. Look at what you see.

Well, listen, well pour another one got there
Hey, man, I'm only my manager

You was out there drunk.
Or was it me drunk?
No, you was OG.
That's okay.
I mean, you are the OG.
He said you paid for his meal.
That's right, I did.
God damn it.
Bro, I was...
Come on. Come on. I saw I was excited. I was sitting there on the left. I mean you are those agents. He said you paid for his meal. That's right. I did
Come on I was excited
You had I in your shot. Yeah, I'm an ice shot, nigga.
Can I get some water?
Yeah, you get, listen, I'm being honest.
Y'all drink the most water any guest have ever drank.
And you eat that.
Not you.
I ain't gonna lie.
I'm watching these other people.
Because you old enough to be sick.
But I'm just being honest.
Oh, water, baby?
I thought you was pulling me out some water.
All that work.
I was being honest.
I was being honest.
I was being honest.
I was being honest.
I was being honest.
I was being honest.
I was being honest. I was being honest. I was being honest. I was being honest. I was being honest. Cuz you own enough to your sick, but I'm gonna be honest
I thought she was pulling me out some water
So I'm not calling you little physical you fit
And I'm gonna be honest with you, thank you I got the OG. I got the OG. I got the OG. You're OG. You're OG. You're OG.
I got the OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
I got the OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG.
You're OG. You're OG. You're OG. You're OG. I want to, but you know, I want to, I want to, I want to be behind you.
The lesson you learned, I learned a long time ago.
One of my friends, one of my closest friends to me.
And I just became platinum.
Like I just went from gold to platinum, but gold didn't mean that at one point.
Gold was like, okay, you, you move to, you move five blocks away.
That's what gold meant.
Not ever.
For real.
That's an error.
That's an error, though.
Yeah.
Gold meant like you move five blocks away.
So eventually, I kept getting money, kept getting money.
And one of my friends, this is Chicken Delaware.
I'm being honest.
It's a chicken Delaware.
This is real shit. I'm being honest.
It's a chicken Delaware.
And this is my man's
girl, but he wasn't his girl.
So I asked him.
I said, is that your girl?
He said, hell no.
And I was like, alright, cool.
So I came back to Delaware. And I never, all right, cool. So I came back, Delaware.
And I never did.
And then the third time I came back,
I realized that this is what he's saying.
He doesn't give a fuck.
So she was about to fuck, like, the security guard.
So I was like, let me do a little better.
Let her fuck the security guard.
Let her fuck you?
Yeah.
So.
I'm going to do her a little better.
It was at that moment.
I'm just giving you an example.
It was at that moment when sometimes people say, I don't do a fuck about her.
That's whatever, whatever, whatever.
That's a lie.
That's a lie? It's a lot that's all right it's a lot
because our masculinity is that it's much as much so it says that I don't
care like me personally let me personally know what I know now like
even with herb God he said everybody's like yo I didn't like that I've seen the
shots with Nelly they were like they use bad he's like yo I didn't like that I seen the shots with Nelly they were like
they use bad he's like so what
yeah I'm saying I positive to making it all about you right now no I'm listening
but when I did see it because I met all y'all notall. How do we push this? How do we push this?
Wait, let him finish.
No, no, but when I saw this, I was like, B2K will never be again.
B2K will never be what?
Again, because.
Hold on, hold on.
You ain't even hearing one thing.
Hold on, I got you.
Hold on, hold on.
Let's take a shot, nigga.
Let's take a shot.
I was probably waiting to get that line out.
But how old was you at that time when uh when you hooked up with
well uh like 32 33. yeah you you had no idea of what you was diving into
because i i think it's something called i think Will Smith said it irreparable and
what it means irreparable right at least I got good friends I think at that moment
you had entered the world of irreparable but. It's still his question. We got you, we're coming back to you.
But, you went on stage and apologized. When you went on stage and apologized, did you feel like all was forgiven?
What was your mind state was I needed to make amends
For my actions
I respect that
And you know I'm raising a little boy
And I can't
Let that live on
And not make amends with that in front of him
And to the world
And let him know
That wasn't right
Pops wasn't right for that
you feel me so i'm a i'm a man up i'ma own that in front of you in front of the world
and live with that l that's just what it is so moving forward if if if if someone came to you and said, yo, Fez,
O believes you, talking about drink champs,
when you said the drink champs,
what would you do moving forward to make it right?
If you wanted to.
If you don't want to, you don't have to answer this question.
Say it one more time. Okay.
So let's suppose O sees this,
because y'all keep calling him the homie.
I'm saying Omarion, right? I'm saying, this is me, right? So let's say Omarion see this, because y'all keep calling him the homie. I'm saying Omarion.
I'm saying, this is me, right?
So let's say Omarion see this, and you say,
because I believe that you're apologetic.
I believe you didn't do that.
I believe you got caught for that moment.
But let's say to move it forward,
would you be willing to move forward and say,
let me make amends for all of our brothers so we can go and feed our children?
Well, I felt like I did that.
I did that in front of the world.
Yeah, but the world is stupid, right?
Because you thought that you did it in front of the world.
The world is stupid.
So now we're moving forward.
If there's a situation where you can help move forward would you do that why not a band is
greater than all of us i love that individually you know what i mean and for the culture for the
culture i definitely would you know i would never turn it down i was the original member of the
group you know like and this brad's the one who who kept it alive all group, you know? Like, and this, Brad's the one who kept it alive
all these years, you know? Like, kept it in front
of us and let us know, like, bro, this is
what, this is what
it is. This is what's big,
you know? And
I realized it at a
point, like, yeah, like, I'm tripping.
Like,
this is what I'm supposed to be doing.
You feel me? Yeah, I believe.
I think that's the whole thing is that we can't,
not to make it all about, you know, O,
it's just that we all play a significant role in this shit.
The biggest problem that's missing
is that we can't have the conversation that we have with
you right now nor with him in the same setting without all these people without
the cameras without all of this you know what I'm saying that conversation no no
no no no no no no I'm just talking about it. Talk, talk, talk then.
No, I'm just saying like, it's just like, for us to do it, all of this that y'all talking about, it's necessary for that conversation to be had.
But let me ask something, let me ask something. And I'm going to start with you, Raz, because you said you ain't say shit. I ain't say nothing.
What do you think it takes to repair this relationship, to make B2K be too motherfucking
That's what I was trying to get to.
Why too jelly?
You're going to have to create a whole other special just for the B2K segment.
So talk to your partners.
We got like spring break, B2K some shit. Cause this is not over.
It's not happening. I think, I think it's not happening tonight.
No, no.
Don't let Razz be.
She can make a morning on. Whatever you got to do with stroking ego. Bring it to the table
and kiss this bro. That's why you said much tonight.
No, God bless. Let me just say something. Hold on, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. say something. Hold on, hold on.
Raspi, Raspi.
Don't be the fucking lifeline, bro.
Raspi, let me just say something.
Hold on, Raspi, Raspi.
Let me just say something.
Hold on, hold on.
Brother, brother, brother.
Can he look at me?
I'm always looking at you.
Brother, let me just say something.
Because the other day,
I witnessed that Havoc from Mobb Deep had discrepancies.
Hold on, let me show you.
Had discrepancies with his manager named Storm.
Storm supposedly did whatever, whatever.
But years later, Havoc still has Storm representing him.
Is that a situation that you're talking about?
Is this a situation that you're talking about?
Is this a situation that you could forgive Chris Stokes to come back in?
I'm asking.
Listen, I don't know.
I'm the y'all.
I'm from the y'all.
I'm from the other side.
But that's never been.
It's never been about Chris because we did the whole Millennium Tour with three separate managers.
Well, four separate managers.
Wow. It's four separate managers. Wow.
And the problem is... It's never been that.
It's always been the fact that we just can't come and talk together as one.
That's what I'm trying to say.
The biggest problem is that we can't get to the answer.
Razzies say shit all night.
Go ahead.
Go.
Go, goddamn it.
You drunk, man.
It's about time.
Yeah, you drunk.
It's about time.
Let me get my shot ready.
Go ahead.
I've learned a lot. I realized I really don't have
There's a way to deal with things
in this
Think we're cold
There's a way to deal with things and so I'm just I'm gonna die
You're making noise for that
But we would you we gonna make noise if you don't make sense or not. We gotta make noise for things that make sense.
We got your back. Let's go.
We gotta decode it just a little bit.
Yo bro.
I like this guy.
Let's make some noise for me.
Yo, Brass Big. We love you brother.
I wanna say this.
We love Raz.
We accept Raz for everything.
Every group got an ODB.
Every group got an ODB.
Oh, Raz is the ODB.
Yeah, ODB, bro.
You just hella random.
You feel me?
But it works.
Hey, man.
I don't accept that Gemini call.
I'm a Gemini.
Hey, yo.
Hey, yo.
Sometimes you got to accept being the villain.
Sometimes you got to accept being the villain.
I'm not saying you're ODB, bro.
I don't think ODB was Gemini, was he?
Tupac was a Gemini, bro. Come on.
That's some shit.
He was a kid's favorite.
Nah.
Razz ain't never that one.
I should say.
When I'm around them, I like Alph.
I like Alph.
No, Razz, I'm going to be honest.
When I Google you, Razz has a lot to say.
Why?
When I work.
Because I wasn't taught wrong. I was taught wrong and okay. No one never taught me, right?
You want to add a letter by my bro? He paid for my mail when I was a kid. All right That's right. I'm gonna see my friend. I'm Dilla. I like
Yes
Your great good, no, I say that, like,
I'm going to tweet with all the kings here.
He knew it was hot.
He knew I struggled.
But he,
he didn't have to pay
for me,
I paid for me.
I told it to the micrograds
that the world can't
give him money.
He told it to us.
Respect.
I knew what he was saying.
So that's,
that's how it is.
So,
that was my only,
that's the love.
You remember that,
you remember that too. I would love to be everyone's behemoth. But I don't... That's love. You remember that too.
I wouldn't be him.
But I don't got too much to say.
No.
My time is short.
But let me just say something.
You know, B2K,
all three of y'all,
you celebrated people's
childhood. Oh, yeah.
You dominated a whole decade.
You dudes did what you had to do, what you're supposed to do,
and how you're supposed to did it, and you did it.
Yeah.
And I was excited.
My friend, you know, Cardan.
I call him P.R. Cardan because I'm old school. Your mom n know, Cardin, I call him PR Cardin, because I'm old school.
Your mom, nigga, Cardin, he said, I got pizza, KP.
I said, there's no way.
Because what y'all mean to the culture and what y'all did to the culture needs to be saluted.
It needs to be having flowers.
Y'all need to understand that y'all changed the trajectory other than new
addition and the Jackson fucking five I've never seen so many daughters getting
fucked
I mean I never see so many people like like, I kid you not, like, because, you know, I've
been in the industry.
I'm so deep in the industry at this time.
Everybody is like, yo, I need fucking B2K.
And I'm like, who the fuck?
What the fuck?
And they're like, oh, shit, B2K.
I'm like, oh, shit.
And it was like, oh, shit, this is a real deal.
This is the new, new edition.
Can we recognize? can we understand?
And then the whole, that's the reason why.
Beast K was not the new edition.
Like, you took another shot?
Let's be honest, you don't want to out-drink me on my show.
This is not the way this works.
I'll drink it too.
Come on, I'll drink it too.
Alright, that part's not true.
No, y'all want a new addition to the new addition.
Mm, another chauncey, you can do this.
Yeah, yeah, look at this.
Rad beat.
Yeah, but God, listen, this is how we saw it.
I'm an outsider looking in.
And I'm like, that's the only people I've seen since
new addition that had them girls coming out.
Influence or talent-wise?
Talent-wise.
I'm saying impact. I'm saying visually impact.
Visually impact.
Come on, group like that.
So, look, big yourself up.
Why you don't want to take your own props?
What you talking about?
You ain't gonna sit in no flowers all night.
You taking your own flowers back.
I don't like it.
Come on.
Dead ass flowers?
Niggas talking about trash.
They're not dead.
This is a beautiful box.
A bouquet.
I don't want fucking flowers.
Like, give me a trophy. That is a burger Give me a trophy trophy So that appreciate that strategy that's right some point that appreciate yourself. I love rap
You can tell you can't really want to know who comes I can fetch my point good five people
You like you like that no mistake shot we respect you I appreciate that man. You gotta be like, yo, damn, we did something special, man. Now you did something special, bro.
In case y'all don't know.
And I just want y'all to know, man,
which I mean to the culture,
which I mean to people,
B2K was really an anomaly.
Y'all really came out there monkey foot
and doing the fuck y'all had to do.
We don't really care about the breakup.
We care about y'all, you know,
maintaining and keeping that camaraderie together.
And we want to salute y'all.
That's why we gave y'all flowers.
Thank you.
And we want y'all to know that y'all appreciate it, bro.
You know, over here, you know what I mean?
And drink champs.
And we love y'all, man.
God bless you.
Keep it rolling.
Keep it rolling.
Keep it rolling.
Keep it rolling.
Keep it rolling. Keep it rolling appreciate y'all for even allowing us
to come no no no for real no come on man I just told us to accept our flowers. Absolutely. You know, except yours.
Y'all have created something for the culture for us to be able to come on here and clear our name.
To be able to come on here and speak our peace.
Well, anytime you want to clear your name.
So look.
Yo, Razzby.
Check it out.
Anytime y'all want to clear your name.
This is y'all platform.
What you did for us is it's what you know others are
trying to accomplish with doing documentaries the numbers that y'all did the numbers that y'all do
you just allowed us to just you know clear our name on a major level through your platform bro
and that's love you know what i mean because now we got this you know our voices getting heard
through this you know i mean in a place where last week we couldn't speak nowhere to get our voices heard like this, you know what I'm saying?
So y'all made that vessel for us, bro.
But that's cool.
They can always speak.
Yeah.
We got y'all.
Come on.
Let's go.
