Yeah. And we got invited to come back. You sent me a picture of Darth Vader and Elvis. Well, yeah. How is that a restaurant? This is upstairs at the museum. Y'all went to a wax museum? This is what they have upstairs.

They had a wax figure of Elvis and the, and the, uh, that's J.D. Now we're going to old pictures. And the dark Vader. That was BB King. And Dark Vader. Yeah. And there's, baby King right there. I don't know.

Yes. I literally had somebody. It was their birthday that came up to me the other day. And they're like, for my birthday, can you FaceTime Uncle Saive for me. I was like, no, I can't. Like, he doesn't have a phone. All he's got his pica boots. He doesn't even have a home phone anymore.

I don't even know how to get in touch with the man. No, I don't know what's wrong with my home phone. My wife, I think she's got her a cell phone, so she ain't worried about a home phone. She ain't worried about nothing. You have no way of communicating? No. We need to get you a gab watch like I have my kids.

You got to drive 20 miles out of the way to go kidding. Well, no, because here's the thing. If you want to see me and it's important, you know where I live. You'll like this. Willie, he'd come up by with the house one day and give me a check or something.

Y'all, and it was cars parked in my yard, full. You know, he said, you need to get a fence around your property. I said, I ain't going to put it. He said, I'll pay for it.

I'll say, okay. And she's going to pay for it. I'll let you do it. He's got all the money, Sa. Yeah. So look, I had two houses side by side. And Scott was living in, my son was living in the one to the left of a big. Well, I told him put the fence around that one first.

Because that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah, Scott needs it. Scott needed a fence. He was very famous in 2012. He had to keep the kids, kids. So anyway, but anyway. I was getting tickled over this one.

I couldn't have it. Yo, the bill comes in for the fence. Yep. I come in up here one day and a receptionist. Linda? Yeah. You know, she's sitting there doing something. No, Becky.

Becky pays all the bills. Yeah, pays all the bill. So she gets the bills for the fence. You know, she's trying to get with attention. He'd come walk by. He says, well, come here. I need you to. look at this.

He said, oh, what is it? He said, oh, I said, fence, sigh. You said you would pay for a francis. He said, well, go and pay for it. She said, no, you need to come look at it before I pay it. It's more than a regular fence. It ain't, yo.

It's a wall. She finally got him come over and look at it. And he was taking, you know, $4,500 for a fence. It was like $30,000. and it wasn't even around your house and it wasn't around my house it was around Scots

you figure the fact that he buys your duck stamp every year would be enough but you make him buy a whole gate hey he's got the money he does hey look so you've made him a lot of money well hey I've made him more money than he's paid me I'll say that

I may be banned for life from their, you know, the duck blind,

but I think you sound fantastic. Oh, no, I am. And I'm horrible. I can call them and light them in a deeper. I heard you blow one today. When did you get a boat? That was a good one. That was a new one.

Okay. Okay. Now I'm going to put you on spot. Can you do a wood duck? He's kidding me. That was just off the cuff. Good job. I didn't think he could put it at all.

He's got it. So, Samuel, so you know, this whole company was built on calling ducks and getting it where ducks would come in decoys. And the wood duck call was something fit your brother invented. Oh, yeah. And nobody could really replicate it. And you just did it on the spot with your mouth. Yeah. So he said, of course I did.

When did you start? When did you realize you could do all these sounds? So when I was four and I was at the zoo and there was this great-tailed grackle. and I mimicked that little guy. What did he sound like? So you just did that just naturally? Or you practiced? It takes practice.

Okay. Well, years of practice to be able to do all the chirp, to do the high pitches and all those weird sounds that it takes to do the sounds. That's really cool. Okay, so how many bird calls can you do? Oh, I don't, I added some, I added some last night and. What? Did you say you added some last night?

Yeah. That's unbelievable. Oh, his mom brought his book. Miss Lori Samuel's mom, Lori Samuel's mom on Instagram's here, and dad and sister. 136. Okay, because I just saw this morning, I was going to tell you I thought you could do 132. So you added four last night? That's awesome, buddy.

What, what four did you add last night? Well, I didn't add them all last night. Okay. But I actually didn't add any. Okay. Well, what's your newest one that you've been working on? The cinnamon teal. Ooh, cinnamon teal.

So you can look at the book while the record. That's what we used to do because we're old. Do the bird calls. So one of my favorite things you do is whenever you have the stuffed birds and you just go through all those. So are you able to just do those just if I ask you? Like if I asked you to do a Purple Martin, would you just boom? Yeah.

He's been doing ducks for us and it's unbelievable. He's done the wood duck. He did the wood duck? Yes, sir. I put him on the spot. I thought he thought he could do it. Yeah. Yeah, that's him.

Well, Martin had us a list to ask you, by the way. Yeah, a very warbler. Oh, what? A prothonatory warbler. I didn't know. I had to look up how to spell it, too. Is that the yellow one with the gray wings? Yes.

That's him. I never heard the sound of that little guy. Oh, well, that's fine. I just was curious. He's one of my favorite birds. That wasn't like a test or nothing. He's just one of my favorites. Here's a prithon of Terry Warbler.

Boy, the guy in charge of the computer at this thing, Samuel, is no bird caller. Can't do that one either. That one's too high, too. Martin's into high-pitched birds because he's so big. Yeah. Yeah. That's it. That's it.

I'm trying to think of another one. Yellow-billed cuckoo, the rain crow. Yeah. I actually talked to some before the day, before I left to drive here. You did? Yeah. Let's hear it.

They were making this sound. Wait. Well, I can. That's awesome. Is that what they sound like? Sound like one to me? That's a low-pitched bird. Yeah, but they also make.

That's why I went with him because I know he was super low. I also make this weird, weird tackling sound or I don't know how to describe it. Okay. It's not one of my best calls, though. So when I was in London, they were all upset because these green parakeets, somebody brought over from Australia, started taking over London, and it made the awfulest racket. And they were everywhere, but they were beautiful.

Like, we enjoyed it, but I didn't have to stay and live with them and listen to it. but it was, I don't know what a green parakeet sounds like. Wait, did they have like black rings on their necks? Kind of like that. Might be talking about ring neck parakeets. Do you know that one? I guess I do. All right.

Is that it? That's awesome. What about the roadrunner? Martin said beep beep beep. He did the beep beep on one of his Instagram videos, and I was like, that's next level funny there. Oh man Well Martin you driving

Got to think about that one. I think long and deep. I saw you hanging out with Johnny Morris. He's got a little tackle shop. That was pretty cool. I don't know. You don't know? So many things.

You've done a lot of cool things. That's really cool. What about since you've been in Louisiana? Have you done any cool things yet besides me and Uncle Si? Well, the museum was pretty cool. Oh, cool. Oh, you already did the museum? Good deal.

And then they fly down over there to the gravel road to get sand to help digest their food. They're beautiful. Yeah, they are.

You know, just about 25 of them show up. I'm learning today that I know the least about birds in this whole room. For sure. But it's an adventure. Well, hey, I always like Phil, when Phil was preaching to people, I loved him to talk about ducks because people don't really think about it. You know, because here's the first thing it is, he's a jet aircraft. You know, he flies and he flies very fast, green winged tail.

Number two, when he lights on the water, he becomes a boat. That's two things he is. Then when he gets hungry, he dives below the water. It becomes a submarine. So birds are unique individuals. Do you have any favorites? My favorite birds, like top five birds that you really love? Yeah, he said it's a great horned owl.

California Condor. Is that that big one? Yeah, that's the big buzzards. Yes. What's the wing span? Does he make a cool noise? Wingspan is about 12 feet, I think. Are you serious? Yeah. They don't make noise? That's the biggest That's the biggest. I don't know if it makes noise, but I do know. Oh, yeah, it makes noise. I do know the vultures that are around my area.

You do? What do they make? I don't want to hurt your voice either. So if you got to tell me, hey, man, I've done enough bird noises for you back off. The turkey vulture and the black vulture, the ones. Okay. The condos are mine near extinct.

I didn't know that. Oh, yeah, they're real close to being extinct. So I watch is a lot of PBS, so he knows more than me and Johnny D for sure. It's a big bird. So how big is it? No, no, I'm serious. Is it yellow? It's kind of yellow.

Nobody got it. Samuel's dad got it. No, no, it's kind of tan. Big bird. There it is. Like the two before. What? It's kind of tan.

And I could make, I could make the first bird collar, the family. I could make the perfect Bob White Quail. We glanced over the fact that he stole his mom's snuff can though. That's it. Well, hey, it was a perfect, it made the perfect, uh, Quail call. That's crazy. So I said one day we're going to make a lot of money with this call.

Hey, the quail call. I got one more bird I need to know if you can make it. And if you can't, that's cool. But my uncle used to own an ostrich farm. Not a big way to make money from what I gathered, but he did have one. Have you ever done an ostrich? Yes. Let's hear it.

They don't make a lot of the right noise. They're just kind of hoo at you. But they're so big you turn around. It's like a raptor. I fix it. You don't want to hear that sneaking up. Martin got chased by a big ostrich before. They'll thump you.

Mm-hmm. Who will? Hitch you with that head. Oster's a bump. Oh, yeah, yeah. He's got a big three-toe foot. I don't want to know. He'll knock you out, which.

Actually, I think ostriches have two toes. Oh, praise the Lord. But you don't want to get on the Cassowary's turf. What is that? a bird that's in the ostrich in the ostrich's family that lives in Australia.
