You know when your phone gets too full of text messages and you got to go delete stuff so you can take another picture?
I have mine on auto.
Oh, no, never, you got to keep receipts in case anybody comes at you.
I don't need receipts from 2016.
The fourth biggest conversation I had was Hunter.
What?
Oh, lots of gifts.
I deleted it.
Sorry, I can't go back and prove that.
But I was like, I don't really need that.
You don't even text that.
What is that?
Need all up.
What is what?
Hunter.
A little action figure.
You're in charge of the room, honey.
Oh, that come in, the kid sent it to me.
Oh, was that in the pot holder?
Uh, no, that was in the little envelope.
Oh, okay.
There you go.
He wrote me a nice letter.
Oh, that's nice.
Well, that's nice.
Well, I, saying that, you know, he's a big fan of mine.
And, you know, he thanked me for my service.
And gave you a little hand-painted army, man.
I like that.
That's cool, man.
Toy Story 5's out, so.
I hadn't seen it yet.
And my daughter's very upset with me.
Hey, your slingshots came in.
He's so lucky it's raining.
I know.
Otherwise, we'd be out there chunking rocks at a time.
Well, no, no, I've got to find me, I've got to go to stones to give me some good rocks.
But I'll probably have to make the, the only leather part.
I always get an old boot.
Why do you think Stone got good rocks?
Huh?
I've seen them in his yard.
Are they like the driveway gravel?
Oh, yeah, they're round and, you know.
Oh, Stone got that good pea gravel.
He got river rock?
Huh?
Yeah, that's what it's called.
I don't know.
where he got it, but he's got a bunch of rocks in his flower.
Or cave did.
Oh, in the flyer bed?
Yeah, and the flyer bed?
Oh, yeah, that's river rock.
Yeah.
That's what they put in flyer.
He was still the man's river rocks?
Hey, I'm going to give me a handful of them.
Hey, he didn't pay for him.
Al did.
You're fine.
Go ahead.
Oh, I'm going to get a few rocks.
Hey, hey, if they say something about it, I just say, hey, look.
Call me David.
Suck it up.
Yeah, stand out there, Goli.
You actually earn those rocks.
Get out there and bad mouth me.
Yeah.
Catch yes.
To be fair, if you showed up to any of our houses and took something, it would be like, well, I don't care.
Yeah.
You, you're the reason we own a lot of things.
Yeah.
Hey, anything you want in my house you got.
I got anything at mine.
Let me show you.
This is.
He said he needs a bigger tongue.
Well, it needs to be wider and it needs to be where it's flexible.
this here's too stiff cheap crap off of amazon would you get that off of t-moon martin no i got it off
amazon but i mean i don't know these are not you know people that know what they're doing with the
sling maker well they clip me for twenty five dollars so i don't care it's worth it to see whatever
is going to come out of you back no i ain't worried about that we're going to get we go this is worth
twenty five dollars for what may ever happen see how do you let go well i have no idea i have no idea
No, no, no, no.
Well, like the only one that I even know how to.
Uh-oh, headsets off.
For those of y'all, for those of y'all listening and not watching, I, I don't think
you're in front of a camera.
I strongly recommend.
So I get right up here in front of TV.
That way we can see what you're doing.
If you're just listening.
First and foremost, you make your loop.
You make you a loop.
You do you have to play-by-play, Martin?
Okay.
And I don't know that...
Hey, you get a round rock.
Get a round rock, round flat rock.
Hey, it needs to be flat.
A round flat rock.
Arrow dynamic.
Arrow dynamic, he says, boys.
Hey, where it don't, you know, he don't take up...
It ain't going against the wind.
It's cutting no end.
He cut...
Hey, we got to cut that wind, son.
We both have our funds out.
Oh, I'm posting this today.
And then...
They weren't a light.
Well, see, and I ain't even got it cranked up.
Yeah, you ain't even got it crunked up.
I don't know that sound hit,
and I ain't even got this thing, hey,
cause hey, when you get to really going,
this thing will go woo woo woo woo woo woo woo
that arm flap ain't even got to moving yet.
Y'all, and then when you get ready to release it,
all you do, oh, you got this in your hand.
You let go.
Let go and hey, like I told you before,
forth. We put
sticks on ours
about that long.
Once you got swinging that stick
and when it got out there like this
and pouring it, I could bust that
I got the angle though.
We might have to combine our videos.
Whatever that stick is pointing,
that's where that rock's going to hit.
Normally
normally I'd take the time to edit
that video, but I'm just going to post that as
is. Make sure to send me both of you all
I'm going, I've going, I'm going, I'm going, hey, don't worry, you can check it out on my Facebook page here in about 20 minutes.
See, here's back on.
You know, Phil was a pitcher in high school and in college on baseball team and played football through football.
So when he put one of his own his hands, then you talk about that way.
Could he throw it all the way to Chick-fil-A?
Probably.
I'm serious.
I thought you were about to do us.
Well, he could throw football 100 yards.
Okay.
You're watching the videos we've on.
Hey,
when you help?
You just say it.
Don't look,
but if you go out and get on the field 100 yards long
and watch somebody,
throw one 100 yards,
it's,
it's,
you know,
it's impressive.
Once I get my slingshot made right,
I got y'all's right to film me,
yo,
wind her up door.
Don't you worry, buddy.
Well, no, no.
That's going to be the follow-up to this one.
No, no. I think that's a guy.
Yeah.
How do we do this?
Well, you'll, you'll, I'm saying, you're going to be impressed.
I'm already impressed.
Well, no, no.
I'm impressed in the belief system that you have in place in yourself.
Never doubt.
I mean, never.
Oh, you go.
I only know one other man like this and he's 12 and he thinks he's going to be president.
Full belief in anything he says.
What if he gets 25 or 30 and he's,
president.
Then what are you going to do?
I think he can do it.
I'll tell you what I'm doing.
I'm going to go to the Oval Office and I'm going to visit.
Hey, hey, I'm about to go hang out with Carter.
Hey, Carter, we come to visit.
You know how good that White House mac and cheese going to be when he gets there?
Golly.
Unbelievable.
The whole reflecting pool will just be mac and cheese, and I'm in on that.
That sounds a lot.
Why are people so mad about the pool, sigh?
Oh, we're about to go political.
Oh, did you see the dead duck in there?
Oh.
The dead duck.
Yeah, they said they blamed it on the algae, killing a duck.
And I'm like, no, I don't think so far.
Well, it's a baby duck.
You do realize.
Well, I'm saying the chance of a baby duck making it, period, is slim.
Yeah.
Like, they got a lot going against.
But I don't think algae is what you've done them in.
No, it ain't.
But it made for a good headline.
Well, that's.
You know, I just.
Here's what.
It was the first time in my life I've ever commented on a political post.
You did?
And you did on that?
You know who posted it?
The Facebook page, Democrats.
But I just went to the comments and said,
can we get this same kind of energy for the prairie pothole region
that actually produces wild ducks over these tame ducks?
You know.
Oh.
Yeah.
It fell on deaf ears up in there.
Nobody wants to talk about taking care of our real stuff.
But somebody's pet duck then wandered over there to the reflecting pool
and had a baby and died.
and all of a sudden, national emergency.
Never forget the one that produces all of the ducks.
Now, granted, I want more ducks because I want more ducks to shoot at.
I get the irony here.
But I also get the irony of y'all caring about somebody's pet mallard that got out.
There was a pet mallard in our neighborhood got hit by car the other day.
It happens.
They're not smart.
I once hit Mallard going down in Arkansas.
road and I was like oh no okay he's gonna get out the way and then he turned and looked straight at the
bumper of my truck and took it beak first yeah good for him man my aunt had a i don't know if it was a
mallor or not but she had a pet duck in her like duplex apartment and rusting and was like oh we need to
let this thing go what indoors yeah oh yeah baby ducks are gross oh yeah they crap more than they do
any time. So my Aunt Brandy,
she opened the door.
You don't want baby chickens.
Time out. Did you say Aunt
Randy? Brandy. Oh,
okay.
Brandy? Like the song?
You're a fine.
Not a brandy.
You're good. Goodbye.
You would be people.
That's my mom's favorite.
That's good stuff. Oh, Brandy's fine.
I just thought you said Aunt Randy.
I'm always going to have to talk.
Well, she opened the door.
Lay and whiskey.
Let the duck go. And it's,
waddling down like in front of her apartment then all of a sudden their duck dog just shoots out
the apartment and just eats it yeah doing what he was trained to do yeah that's good get him just
kind of violent yeah but i mean it happens we all talk about wanting to eat healthy and and
get better and do things but man when it comes to the time and the effort and even the money man

Some really sad person wrote a letter to the duck.
The duck?
Yeah.
About how America has failed you.
Oh, I, America failed him.
Buy more duck stamps, y'all.
Save the duck.
Buy more duck stamps.
You want to save the ducks, buy more duck stamps, y'all.
Hold on.
It ain't even the time to start talking about duckstamp.com, but the website still works.
And if you want to help that little duck, go buy a duck stamp, deadgummit.
Oh, man.
Oh, yeah.
It's a whole political thing.
Oh, of course.
But here's the best part.
He accidentally ended it like he is a Duck Dynasty member.
Quack, quack, quack, Jack.
Quack, quack, Jack.
Because the dude's side did you write a lot.
The dude's name that wrote it is Jack.
Quack, quack, quack, Jack.
I've been looking for that clown all my life.
Like, look at there.
Hey, you're going to have to hit him for like trademark infringement or something with quack, quack, jack.
Hey, bring your suit.
Yeah, bring it up.
When did Duck Dynasty start airing?
Was it like 2013?
12.
March 21st, 2012.
I've been watching the series called Syke.
And then like the main character, Sean Spencer, like every now and then he ends his sentences with Jack.
Kind of like Cy.
I've been trying to figure out who, who stole it from who.
Well, no, no.
We're trying to come up with where it started.
Yeah.
Can't figure out.
Did you ever watch Syke?
Huh?
Around 2012, 2013.
Oh, he was saying it way before then.
And confirm.
Si was,
so I was on Jack as early as about 2005,
which was when I met him.
There's a lot of talking about it.
And I'm assuming it was prior to then, too,
because it didn't seem like something new.
I wasn't new.
Yeah.
I went way bad.
And we tried to.
I talked about two people all the time.
Jack,
well,
really,
we don't ever know how many there are,
but you had Jack and the boys.
Come on,
boys.
And the boys.
I don't know how many boys there were,
but.
A lot of boys.
But he always would say,
come on boys.
I can't find the picture of this.
Well, heck, here's a question.
We just assumed he was always talking about us like we were still there,
even though we weren't.
But like...
There's a question.
Are they going to have a fix the...
Reflect your poop?
I thought that's the whole thing.
Yeah, I think they are fixing it, aren't it?
I just thought they were just going to argue with each other over it.
Do you want to know...
I'm going to say something right now.
We have an email that we...
I've been trying to get to for 30 minutes.
Because it's proof that this is the greatest country
on earth and we don't even need a reflecting pool.
The reflecting pool, though, do you think Jenny
had anything to do with it?
That's probably part of the problem.
Your people in the 70s were
remember when she just went running through it.
Around the reflection.
Who went running through it?
Jenny!
Off a Forrest Gump.
When they were talking about
Vietnam, now we're going
blaming Forest Gump, like President Trump.
I'll tell you what, you
people. I always got to blame
somebody. But you know what you can't
You're a bunch of whiners and pisser.
All you do, everything you can't tap, you piss on.
It's like a bunch of young kids.
You're trying to tear up everything.
They're trying to, but you want to know why they're all not full of joy?
Because they don't live in Norman, Oklahoma.
Norman.
That's where the Sooners are.
Yeah.
They just won the National Championship and baseball boomer sooner.
Hey, give me a wagon drivers.
Congratulations.
I will.
Hey.
Do you know that there is a historic landmark?
in Norman, Oklahoma?
I mean...
Yeah, so Buffalo.
No.
Zachary from Norman emailed in.
Uh-huh.
And told me of a place that I didn't know existed.
Okay.
And I looked it up.
Well, you got my curiosity.
Yeah.
What is?
The University of Oklahoma's couch restaurant features the only
all you care to eat,
Chick-fil-A buffet.
in the world.
All you care to eat.
I don't know why they say it like that.
It seems more proper because they're chick-fil-a.
Well, yeah, it takes gluttony away from it, maybe,
because it's not a challenge.
All you can eat.
Diner's can enjoy as many sandwiches,
nuggets, and waffle fries as they want for $16.
All right.
That doesn't sound bad.
I guess I'm going to Norman.
That's the greatest thing that's ever happening.
to me. I guess I'm, what were the sandwiches, nuggets, and waffle fry?
What more could you want? What else could you want? For $16? I'm with John David on this.
Oh, I know. I'm just trying to figure out in my mind. I'm trying to think of how many of those nuggets I could eat for 16 bucks. It's a bunch of them. I think I can eat 100.
Yeah, I think I could eat 100. I could eat 100. Call down Mr. can throw rocks a chick-fil-A. Yes, I could eat 100 chicken rice. You could eat 100 chick-fil-A.
I can eat 100.
Nuggets.
Nuggets.
I could eat five sandwiches.
Yeah, 42.
You could eat 42 sandwiches or nuggets?
Nuggets.
A hundred chicken nuggets.
Forty-two is a very specific number.
Not the grilled ones.
Do what?
Have you done this before?
No,
it's...
No, the grilled ones are kind of like chicken bubble gum.
The grilled nuggets, they're not great.
I might see Barton ate 100.
Maybe.
I don't think you could eat a hundred.
I hate to tell you, I've only been in a couple of food.
eating competitions and both of them involved Johnny D and he whooped my butt in both of them.
I'm like a young Joey chestnut.
What food competitions?
We were in a hot dog eating contest on the loading dock one time.
Yeah.
Well, how about this?
What's the second one?
How much is this little excurs?
I was just a lot.
Yeah, in fact, I've been in a donut eating competition with sign lost.
I'm not, I can't eat as much as you think I can.
I've never done a food eating competition.
Don't.
It ruins whatever food you're after.
I didn't eat a hot dog food.
for another couple years.
Now he's got a roller.
He's reformed.
Oh, I'm back.
He made it.
He's back.
I think, what did I eat that day?
We did, like, the legitimate.
I stood with you for a while and then I was like, I can't, I can't do this.
I think I got 12 down in 10 minutes.
Yeah, I was like, I can't do this.
I was going to do the local one here in town.
There's a local one.
Oh, yeah.
Every 4th of July, put on by that Coney Island.
Really?
Yeah.
By Coney Island?
What?
Are they chili dogs or do?
No, just regular dogs.
I didn't know that.
The problem is the prize is just big enough for some, you know, ringer to show up and whoop everybody.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
I forget what it was.
I went to...
You know Chris, huh?
Uh-uh.
The owner of Cody Island?
No, I don't know Chris Lewis.
My bay smell like onions.
That whole place smelled like chopped onions.
That ain't even...
That's not a knock on them.
That's just one of their toppings.
And, boy, it really permeates the air when you walk into a...
We're right down the road.
One champion, countless hot dogs.
Do you guys remember Malcolm Reed that came here?
Yeah, Big Malcolm?
Yeah.
Yeah.
So around the time that he came, me and my friends went to his thing called Weiner Fest.
Got to be a better name than that.
No, that is the perfect name.
You bought a T-shirt, didn't you?
They were sold out.
I tried.
I was going to wear that around proudly, and then they were sold out.
He held a hot dog eating contest, and my friend Landon did it.
I think he got like three hot dogs in before he was just like,
yeah, that's one of them deals that you're like, I could eat more.
I could eat a lot of hot dog weaners.
It's that bun that really throws the,
that's what throws the wrench into the things, is that it was just the weenies.
Like, okay, let's go.
They ought to deal away with the bun and just have the wieners.
Yeah.
I feel like you'd actually swallow that hole.
When trying to go too fast.
Got him.
Have you ever seen that video of the guy that, like, does them back to back?
Just swallows them.
How did you make that noise?
Oh, I don't.
You're welcome.
Y'all going to have to, we're going to have to do something here
because now I'm about to make a bunch of winners.
Hey, just leave them tied together like when you make them.
I don't think you could...
Wait, it's not bugged bunny.
Like spaghetti noodles.
Leave them tied together while you do.
Just keep in them.
No, what they already do, here's what they already do on hot dog eating contests.
You can only do those winners that pop.
Can I send you that video?
I don't know what video we're talking about, but sure.
Okay.
Is it possible to eat 100 chicken nuggets?
I don't know, but I will go pay for it.
Oh.
I don't think you can do it.
I just had a Kalachi.
I'm not like prepared.
That's actually when you need to do it.
You don't go on an empty stomach.
Empty you end up full quicker.
You go about an hour after eating something and you can smash.
I would probably put them more in a bind over French fries.
Yeah, I don't love their fries that much.
Y'all, when you're looking good, man.
Since I've been on this PhD weight loss, I'm telling you, I feel better.
I got more energy.
My belly's flat.
I'm having to buy new clothes, no joint pain.
I got energy all of a sudden, and man, it's just a big, big, big difference.
There you go.
Most weight loss plans have one thing in common.
They quit working eventually.
And when that happens, usually the weight comes right back.
But Ph.D. weight loss is different.
I'm 20 weeks in, 38 pounds down.
Oh, you got off your medication?
You know, I had that pre-diabetes.
to take pills every day.
Okay.
I took them and golly, it's been a month now.
Look, what work for you before doesn't always work again because your body fights weight loss
every step of the way when it's under stress.
GLP one drugs can work as a quick fix, but they don't always take care of what's causing
the problem in the first place.
Ph.D. Weight Loss works with you to develop a plan that actually works with your body
and focuses on restoring your metabolism for good so that your body stops fighting you.
Look, the goal isn't to lose weight just once. It's to never have to do it again, y'all.
And right now you can call Ph.D. Weight Loss and mention, you'll get two weeks free in the program and they'll pay for your food. That's a $1,500 value, completely free. Call 864-644-1-9-00 and say,
Go on. Again, that's 864-644-1-1900 or visit my Ph.D. Weight Loss.com.
Man, potato chips can you eat a whole bag?
I don't, I've never gotten to the end of when I felt like I should stop. That's the problem with potato chips.
Yeah. I just stopped because.
I feel guilty.
Oh, I ate a bag of a lace.
Yeah.
I've eaten a whole,
the big bags.
I've eaten a whole sleeve.
Did you eat those prior to the World Cup,
or is that advertising that they have on the soccer field really getting me?
I hate.
Whenever my wife,
when I run out,
they gave me a new bag and want to pour it in there.
Then I'll start eating them.
And I literally had to stop or I'll eat the whole bag.
Yeah,
I feel that way with like cheese hits.
I love cheese.
Oh, yeah.
And cool ranch Doritos.
I love a cool.
Cool Ranch Dorito, man.
God, they're good.
Have you tried those, like, barbecue ones?
Not a black bag?
Uh-uh.
Way better.
Really?
Yeah.
I don't know how you get better in cool ranch Doritos.
Man, they're good.
Well, I like the, the purple one, the, with sweet chili, sweet spicy chili, and then the barbecue ones are.
Nothing you're saying here surprising me.
What?
You probably eat those blue tachis, too, don't you?
No, I can't stand a taki.
Yeah, them tachies ain't hit no much.
No.
That sets you on fire.
Yeah, they're not very good.
Olivia likes those, though.
She'll, the blue tockies.
All of them.
The problem with chips is that you just, those are the problem.
Yeah.
There's no, there's no, there's no.
Well, it's like chips and sauce.
There's no healthy plan.
Yeah.
It includes chips.
Well, chips and sauce at a Mexican restaurant.
You're doing fine and then you realize that every four chips you eat is a tortilla.
They're like, wow.
Okay.
I, I buy it.
You're like, wow, okay.
I'm a pig.
Like, I just ate 17 tortillas.
Cool.
small tortillas.
They're still a tortilla.
They still start out as a tortilla.
My maid is Mexican.
And she brought me some sauce.
Mm-hmm.
Homemade?
It's called, no way it's called red.
All right.
What color is it?
It's like crack.
It's like crack cocaine.
You can't get off it.
I'm serious.
He said you can't get off of it, boys.
What color is it?
It's also called red and it's like crap.
It would have been green.
It's a pint.
It's a pint jar.
And I ate the whole pint jar.
I love sauce.
Yeah, I do too.
Saucos.
With the big, big, uh, big, uh, frito chips.
Yeah.
The scoops.
Yeah, the scoops.
One of the saddest things I got going on in life right now is I'm refusing to eat anything
not American until the World Cup's over.
And I miss Mexico.
Yeah, that's all you got to do to talk my kids into going to eat Mexican.
Y'all won't go see that robot?
At one time it didn't show up to the table, though.
That person did.
my kids about booed the waiter.
Here's your chips and sauce for them.
They're like, you're not a robot, you idiot.
Get out of here.
What a robot in?
Imagine if they had one of them at church passing out communion.
A cat robot passing out communion at church.
That'd be fun.
Awesome.
Yeah, it'd take a while.
We should budget that.
I might send that to Mr.
Chris.
Maybe he'll add that to us.
The robot deacons.
It always changes.
stuff at church.
What?
Huh?
I'm in.
Let's go down this road.
We don't know politics,
but let's talk about the church.
You used to,
no,
used to when you walk in the back.
I don't know the rules for this.
We're good.
You'd kick you out.
They've got the
safe that you drop your money in.
On check.
And then they used to have,
okay,
the emblems
that you take communion with.
Well,
they take it.
took them away.
Now they got to bring them to you.
What, the communion stuff?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I'm looking and saying.
Wait, at Washfrey Road?
Yeah.
They've always brought them to you.
No, they haven't.
Oh, during COVID, did they get off of bringing them?
You had to get at your sale?
That's what happened.
He doesn't remember anything before 2009.
Because the wildest thing I remember when I went to Wash Ferry Road for the first time
is one that little tray full of grape juice coming around.
I was like.
You know who filled that up?
No.
Well, they've went back to that.
The tray full of grape juice?
Yeah. I'm confused.
They went back and I'm thinking.
Why did you do that?
I got to call out all churches in America.
There is nothing worse than whenever you get the little packet with the piece of styrofoam
that they call bread in it.
And then the whole church opens the bread at the same time.
And it sounds like somebody's crinkling up a bag of chips through the whole church.
Yeah.
And then you're rewarded with an unsalted, unleavened piece of...
Stairfuss.
That's sirephal.
Sometimes they're a little old thing in there.
I thought the communion was a Catholic thing.
What denomination is Whitesbury?
Or is it non-denomination?
Catholic.
Very Catholic.
Yeah, very.
We just got canceled, but whatever.
Communion's a Jesus thing for you.
Okay.
This is due in remembrance of me.
Yeah, you take the bread.
I've got a weird theology thing on communion.
It reminds you that bread is his body.
Yeah, no, I know that.
And the juice is...
Everybody does it.
So they didn't do that at my Baptist church growing up.
Baptist don't do it all the time.
But they did that at the Catholic Church that I do it all the time.
Yeah, I know that.
The COC does it all the time.
Pentecostals are, they're just like, depends on the day.
Yeah, I have more stories with Pentecostals.
You know, I can't say that.
Oh, I can't.
Special days and then sometimes they don't.
Pentecostals, they're a blast.
Well, I went to a church.
All I've ever known.
for an assembly of God.
That's Martin.
Oh, really?
That's what I grew up in, yeah.
It's very Pentecostal rooted.
That church can't make me never want to go back.
Why?
Because they convinced 500 kids to speak in tongues at the same time.
It was the scariest moment of my life.
Hey, moving in the spirit, man.
It was...
Convinced them.
What do you think it says?
A parlor trip?
Well, I was told you're not...
You think everybody was in on it?
Oh, boy.
you're not supposed to tell them to speak in tongues that it comes naturally and then they told them to
we just yeah this is this is something that's up that my grandfather talked about often well no no
no because that's so sad no okay that's so sad because i had a guy one time said man you should have been
with me last night i said why he said i went to a place and they spoke in tongue and i said well
what did they tell you what did you learn from them and he said oh they were speaking in the tongue
And I said, well, wait a minute now.
Now we're getting into ads.
We can change the subject.
I said, I asked you the question.
No, this is actually pretty good because I've been involved on these discussions.
It's fun.
I said, you said they spoke in tongues.
I said, I want to know what you learned from what they were saying.
But I thought you weren't supposed to know.
Well, so I don't know.
That's the point.
Let me ask you these questions then.
If that's okay.
Ten minutes.
Go ahead.
Okay. So, like, I spent all week learning about this, right? And then I was told, like, you can't, it can't be translated because if you knew it, you would basically just implode. And then, like, you know, no one knows what you're saying and it's supposed to come naturally. And the last night I was there, like, all those things happened. Like, this dude translated himself.
Yeah, there, there's, I mean, I've grown up in it. So I've been around it. Like, there always seemed to be, and it was never the same person, which is what's crazy, that.
I mean, would in their mind translate what the other people were saying almost.
Like it was a wild experience because, you know, me, at that point of my life,
I was a big doubter of a lot of that stuff.
So I would pay attention and I was like on the translations,
I was listening to what they were talking in tongues.
And on the translations, I would listen for repeated patterns because a lot of times
there would be repeated patterns in that.
And there would be repeated patterns in the translation.
So I was like, at that point, I determined this about that.
I'm not going to limit anybody's faith, interaction, whatever you want to call that with God, the Father, and the Holy Spirit.
I'm not limiting.
I'm not saying you can.
I'm not saying you can't.
It ain't for me to know.
like but I'm not going to limit your experience with whatever that is maybe that was what it felt right for you I've never done it I grew up my whole life in it I've never I've never felt lead to speak in tongues I've never and that's not like in there and denying it or whatever like I've just never some people it was a gift there were some people that did it often right and like even at that deal I was just at this past weekend up in Alabama very charismatic church um that I spoke up and
there were some people that come out of that water when we baptize them speaking in tongue.
And I was like, again, not for me.
I just, I showed respect.
I stayed quiet and let them have their moment with whatever that was with the spirit.
I don't, is it real?
Is it, that's not for me to determine.
So on my end, I just, again, I let people have their experience, however that may be.
I don't think it's necessary.
I don't think that if you.
don't do it, you don't have the spirit.
There are some that think that.
So that was just my observation from growing up in it for roughly 30 years.
Yeah, but you got, you got to think of this in this sense.
But I don't think, I will say this.
I agree with you in a way.
To what Sy said, it's not the same as what is described in the biblical times, because
if it were, I should have been able to understand it in plain English as it
was translated.
I shouldn't,
there shouldn't be,
if it's the biblical way
of what happened
in the day of Pentecost
and all that in Acts,
I should hear it in plain English,
not one person translated.
I should,
I should hear that in my own language
as it's going on,
according to the miracle
that happened on the day of Pentecost.

I'll give you an example. Okay. I'll give you an example. The miracles.
The miracles that the apostles done, the miracles especially that Jesus done.
There was, you've got to use your common sense.
Why would the Son of God be able to do all this miraculous stuff?
That's one thing with pointing to saying,
that dude right there is divine.
That's the Son of God.
Only God can do that.
kind of stuff.
Because here's the thing.
People today, I've run into them everywhere.
Show me a miracle.
Look, you could see a miracle every five minutes of your life,
and unless you believe that Jesus is the Messiah,
you're going to die in your sins.
Because a miracle won't save you.
The miracles were in play for one reason.
that's the son of God
that's identifying who he is
okay where there's beyond doubt
can you do this no
can you raise dead meat
no he can
that's one of them deals like
that was one of my deals
I mean I asked my grandfather this
I was like well because in that whole deal
right it's like they drank deadly
poison and we're not harmed I said
I don't ever see no you're drinking no deadly poison
I mean like that again but I was a major doubter right like I you know in my mind I was trying to figure it all out
and you got them that still do this where they lay with the snakes and all that stuff you know and I'm like
and some of them get bit and they swell up and they turn black and I'm like and they're missing fingers yeah
and it's there's stuff there that says no you don't do this yeah
I'm just like on some of the, again, though, I'm not going to limit.
I'm not going to limit somebody's spiritual experience and encounter the Holy Spirit.
That's the deal about, okay, you're being a stumbling block to that person if you do.
Yeah, I'm not going to stand in that.
So what is, what is White's Fairy?
Is it?
Church of Christ.
Church of Christ founded, rooted in Church of Christ.
It's technically non-dod.
That's where all.
That's where the rub comes on all of it.
Where did all these names come from?
Well, hey, who built the church?
So is the...
One person built it.
So why do y'all do communion if it's non-dom?
Communion is a very non-dom thing.
Oh, I don't know.
Like, again, I grew up Baptist.
Well, one reason.
Catholic.
The Bible says, hey, you know, and this is the son of God speaking.
Do this in remembrance of me.
Yeah.
For who I am.
Okay. For what I did.
What I've done.
And what I'm going to do.
And what I'm going to see, because here's the thing.
Past, present, and future.
He's in all of it.
Here's what I'll do for you in the past.
Here's what I've done for you presently.
Here's what I'll do for you in the future.
Yeah.
And that's why when you say, wait a minute, what do you remember it?
I remember that man saying, hey, sit down over there and I'm going to go to the cross to take care of these two problems you've got.
You go sit down and relax and I will die for you.
Yeah, I'll take the sin problem.
Ain't nobody else done that for me.
Yeah, I'll take the sin problem and a death problem right now.
See, that's what you say, what are you supposed to remember?
I remember what he did for me.
Yeah.
The bread's the body, the wines.
If you ask, if you ask, Sal Roberts, are you guilty?
Guilty-ass charged on all charges.
I'm guilty on all of them.
Because if you break one, you can't keep them.
You can't keep them.
Why do you think he came down?
He can.
He's kept them all.
Every last one of them.
Every last one of them.
You know why?
Because he did one thing perfectly.
Me and Phil come up with this.
He did one thing perfectly.
You and Phil came up with this?
He loved the world.
Didn't make no difference what you did.
They came up with it when they read John.
Well, no, it's proof in the Bible about it.
But we said, hey, you got to realize something.
He was a man.
Yet, this man was without sin.
How did he pull it off?
There you go.
And the only way he could put it off, he loved perfectly.
Amen to that.
No.
He didn't know we was going to get there from an all.
You can eat chicken for a little bit.
I don't know where we went.
Did we start with communion?
and then y'all went down the...
Yeah, that was my fault.
I was confused.
That ain't your fault.
I mean, it's a great question,
and I think there are a lot of people
that have questions about that.
I mean, I've seen, again,
I grew up in it.
So, like,
you would see new people walk in
and then that kind of stuff start happening
and they're just looking around like,
oh, boy.
And, you know, it's a very confusing.
It is a confusing topic.
Oh, no, no.
That is covered in there.
I did it for a month,
and I was like,
it's not for me.
What, assembly of a guy?
Yeah.
I did it for 30 years, trust me.
I'm well aware.
I don't ever want to steal your enthusiasm about your religion.
Yeah.
Yeah, I like, I like you all.
Okay, that's why I'm Martin that.
Hey, I don't say nothing.
I'm not going to limit that.
You know, I'm not going to knock the sale out of the wind out of your sale.
Yeah.
If that is.
Because if I do, I'm sending when I do that.
Mm-hmm.
Because I've taken you down.
I never want to do that.
Now, I will say, and some of that stuff, man, like, you know, you get in it,
you really want to experience one.
Go to a revival at one, buddy.
What's a revival?
Bring out your Bible.
It's jumping in the pit and start a revival.
Yeah, the, where the evangelist of that said denominations show up.
So I've been at those being the grandson of a preacher.
And I will say this, man, I have seen people, they get up here and pray for it.
And when I tell you they fall out, buddy, I'm talking about, like, lights out, like, gone, hit the floor, like thud on the concrete floor.
And I'm sitting there myself thinking, oh, I know that hurt.
Like, in my mind, I'm like, ooh, and then they get up at whatever time later, and there's no, they ain't got a headache.
They ain't got a knot on their head.
They ain't, I'm like.
So I look at it.
And I'm like, well, for that person in this moment, the spirit had to do something with it.
Because otherwise, they should have CTE.
Like, they shouldn't be driving home, right?
Like, I mean, and they should be walking around here, loopy, with a headache.
And they're talking to you like they just got out of baby.
You know, so there is some of that that is.
You want to say hey to my friend Drake?
No, I'm good.
Okay.
Well, here's the thing.
Unless he'd like to come to anticipate.
There's things that happen.
He was.
There's things that happened that you can't explain.
Yeah.
And I saw it my whole life, man.
I saw him.
I'm in front of what you said.
I mean.
You look and say, wait a minute, that dude just fell off of the, off of the
pulpit, and that's a four foot drop and he.
Don, ow.
Yeah, and you're like.
And like, he got up later and wasn't, nothing wrong with him.
Never stumbled.
Never nothing.
Whoa.
Yeah.
I've seen it all, man.
But if you're new and you walk in and see that, you're like,
all right, I probably need to get it.
I need to find that door.
You were 30 years of Church of Christ where we didn't have instruments and then you
get friends that are.
Which was just as bizarre the first time I walked in there and they threw the note,
the songs up on an overhead projector in the little worship room.
Up from the grave here.
And I'm looking around like, what have I walked into here?
Well, no, no, because I went to a church that handled snakes.
What?
Oh, yeah.
Wait, what did you say?
I went to a church that had some snakes.
I didn't know it.
Okay.
And when they brought them out and started, I said, where do y'all on the door?
Yeah.
Because I'm not a building.
So I'm fixing to knock a hole in a wall.
I'm out of here.
Was that in Alabama?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, folks, that is not a joke.
Hey, that is not a joke on Alabama.
Kind of is.
They are handling.
It just seems more prevalent when you get in the mountainous ranges.
They're having a rattlesnakes like they ain't nothing.
Yeah, big, big timber rattlers.
The church camp that I went to with the 500 kids speaking in tongues,
they just locked the doors on me.
Like, I couldn't leave.
I was like, this is too much for me.
I'm going to politely walk out.
And then it was just, oh, I'm stuck.
Yeah, how to kick that door down.
Yeah, that ain't it.
I hit in the bathroom for a good,
chunk of it.
It's weird because you do that at work too.
Here's the thing, Hunter.
Were you watching reels there too?
No.
Hey, look, what we're saying here, all of it can be backed up by scripture.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And in their minds, the same thing that happened to them can be too.
And so, again.
I'm not dogging on it.
Yeah, me either.
And I will never dog on it.
I'll never, again, I'm never going to limit.
Like Martin said, this is one of them things, okay, you go have to back
up your mind how you're going to handle it.
Yeah.
Okay.
And what I would tell people is I never want to take the wind out of yourself.
Yeah.
If that helps you feel closer.
If you, if you're like and believe it, I'm not going to, you know, I will try to
actually steer you the right direction and say, well, here's what I think.
Yeah.
Same.
I just hope that the same respect that I give and not limiting yours is giving back to me and not limiting mine.
So, you know, it's just a kind of dude to others.
I never want to attack anybody for what they believe.
Yeah.
Okay, because then I'm in the wrong 100% if I do.
But the Assembly of Gods, the Pentecostals and the Apostolics of the world, man, I'm here to tell you,
there's some fun places to go.
They interesting.
man. I can say that because I've been there.
I'm not. Well, that's why I didn't chime in.
Because I was like, I'm going to let you handle that one.
Oh, man. Because I got plenty of friends
that are. Sorry, man.
Full born. Oh, bud.
And they're awesome people. And, you know,
I'm not going to, I've studied the tongue thing, but
I ain't no, I was, I ain't know theologians.
So you ain't getting my opinion.
I was church curious when I was in high school.
So I went to a bunch of different.
Yeah, heck yeah. I think that's a good thing.
I actually think as even.
An adult, it is a great thing to do to go experience other people
and other styles and other things.
You know, I don't think you should get down in it,
but I think it's cool to go see.
Well, no, no, because once you do what you're saying,
you're not closed mind.
Yeah, you have an open mind to everybody's reasons
and experiences and all that kind of.
You're not closed about, oh, that's, oh, that's bunk.
I'm the most charismatic.
No, it ain't.
because you're making a judgment, okay,
that you're really not qualified to make.
Exactly.
And where do we stand on women preachers?
No, I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
Hey, I will say this.
I'm kidding.
Sadie and John Christen went down that road.
Hold on.
See that.
Go pop over to net positive.
Go pot up on America.
I ain't getting that.
You're speaking about that the first time.
We got to wrap.
I'm sorry.
Oh, we got to wrap it up.
Oh, we got to call it good.
I'm so sorry.
I got a Bible verse for us.
And what I was going to say a minute ago is I'm the most charismatic Church of Christ kid
that goes to a Baptist church in all town.
So I don't know a lot.
But we all got our weird.
That's what I've learned in life.
If you go hang out with a kid that grew up Pentecostal, you're going to be like,
man, that's weird.
You go hang out with a kid like me that grew up Church of Christ.
They're going to be like, yeah, that's weird.
Because we all get hung up on our own little bitty legalistic things.
Here's some of the greatest part of that.
tell me the greatest part you can learn something from each other
everybody and a lot of times we get stuck in our own circles
looking over at what time it'll open your eyes that hey you've been wrong about stuff
yeah so hey ease up baby and we get up back up and we get stuck in our church
looking at how some other church does it we don't like that and we're like why don't
they do communion every week or why do they do it this way or why are they praying in a language
I don't understand or or why are they letting a woman talk
And we get hung up on a lot of those things.
And then we think, oh, how could they?
And that's why a lot of outsiders are confused,
because we all have the label Christian.
Then we put this extra label on ourselves.
And then we're more, we're banging that drum more than we're banging the Christian drum.
But Mark 938 through 41 is an interesting little tidbit from Jesus of Nazareth.
Teacher, said John, we saw someone driving out.
demons in your name and we told him to stop because he was not one of us.
Do not stop them, Jesus said.
For no one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me.
For whoever is not against us is for us.
Truly I tell you anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to
the Messiah will certainly not lose their reward.
So that's a deep, deep scripture and I ain't Jason Al or anybody like that.
To me, what that means to us today is when you see somebody preaching Jesus,
don't get hung up on some little technicality,
as long as they're preaching the truth of the gospel that Jesus died,
was raised again for the salvation of your sin,
and we can all be together one day for eternity.
If that's what they're preaching, then don't stop them.
Whoever is for us is not against us.
Amen.
And John 316 and 17th is same way.
Yeah.
Everybody knows 16, for God's the Lord of the Son.
17, okay, the man that is qualified to judge us,
guess what?
When he came down, he didn't come to judge us,
and he said, that's him speaking there.
Same thing.
If they're preaching me, leave me along.
Here you go.
Catch us next time right here on Unashashash, sorry,
let's see you all next time.
We're out.
