Today we are looking at week 13 of the 2013 season, Vikings versus the Bears, in an NFC-NFC-North freaking rivalry that I'm excited to get into with the one and only man who owns the record for single game receiving yards set in this game, Alshan Jeffries.

Jeffrey, geez, I just got so excited. It made me all, because you're bringing me back into a timeline. But in one sentence, Alshan, what do I call you? What do the, what do the boys call you? AJ. There's come here. In one, there's two AJs from fucking South Carolina. There's so many goddamn ball and ass AJs from South Carolina.

But in one sentence, AJ, why this game? I had a good week of practice. B. Marshall, like I said, but he was our leader of the offense as a receiver. And that week, he had tweaked his ham screen in practice. But we're in pregame warmups. My coach comes up to me. He's like, be prepared for 15 to 20 balls.

I'm like, oh, word? You know, that's a receiver's dream. That's a dream. Man, is this the greatest game in ball time? It's up there. It's up to. Hey, everyone has their special game. And with games with names, we're on the mission to finding the greatest game of all time.

Can't wait to break into this game and see where it stacks up. But first off, we want to know, what do you've been up to since you retired? What's going on right now? I just run chilling, relaxing down in San Diego. He's hanging out with my kids for the summer. I've been a lot of time with my family. It's beautiful place. It's beautiful down there.

Why are we in San Diego? We got ties there? No, I love it there, man. It's just peaceful. It is. Yeah. It's just relaxing. I'm going on the hike, running on the beach, and the people just...

I got my own... I got a great community of friends out there, so... You golfing? I'm not golfing too much. No? I like to watch and just talk trash. Wash and talk trash. You got to have a cart guy.

You got to have a good cart guy who's in the cart driving, having the tune, setting the vibes, getting the beers, getting whatever we're doing, getting it right. And I can tell you're probably one of the good ones at that. What, uh, are you a Mexican food, like, fan? because, like, San Diego is killer for Mexican food. I've been to a few places, I would say, I think it's more a lot of people like to go visit their tacos or godo. Yeah.

You ever had that? No. Oh, you got to try. I got to try it. Downtown San Diego. See, you know, I'm a Norcao cat, so I grew up in the bay. And then now I live in L.A. And, like, the Mexican food in each little area has got its own little twist and stuff.

They got the California burritos down in San Diego out here in, like, L.A. I feel like there's hard-shelled tacos everywhere. And then where I'm from, they have like mission-style burritos with like rice, bean, sour cream, pico and all that. So I'm just a huge Mexican food fan. And when I was in Boston, I was like, man, when you get like on the right side of the east of Mississippi, you're not getting any good mex. If you're leaving California, you're not getting any good Mexican.

I take. I think it's pretty valid. It's valid. Or just it's a taste thing. But how much ball are you watching these days? I watch a few games here and now I'm up to speed with a lot of it Like I like what you guys are doing these days

Like Drake you know he's a Carolina boy So shout out shout out to the Carolinas Even though he went to North Carolina But he's Carolina boy Carolina's you know it's you guys Because you're from Carolina So you I mean if you're from North Cal Or is it North Carolina

North North Carolina Jack's from North Carolina I'm a Charlotte guy I'm a Charlotte guy we're Carolina guys So you guys all like like each other Yeah yeah I feel like once you're from the Carolinas, we're together. I feel, I feel it. Yeah.

Whether you're from the North West Side. So you like Drake? Yeah. A big fan of him. Yeah. Who else you like in these days? Obviously, you know, I like Jayling. You know, that's my quarterback.

Oh, yeah. I feel like besides the top guys, Broncos quarterback, he's really spinning it these days. He's playing pretty with Bo Nix. He's a big fan of Bo Nix. Yeah. What about receivers? I feel like you got Justin Jefferson, Jamar, Smitty, AJ.

There's so many receivers. There's some ballers. Guys, you know, don't get mad at me once you see this. But it's a lot of receivers these days that they all are great making plays. And up and coming Green Bay got it. I feel like they whole committee of receivers was awesome. Well, they lost two. They lost Knicks or Wicks and Dobbs.

Dobbs went to the Pats. Wicks went to Philly. but like they still got three dudes that are ballers. There are a lot of great receivers right now. Like when we came in, it was almost like it was harder to transition. What do you think, why do you think guys are transitioning so damn quick now?

Because, I mean, you came in, you're like the beginning of that. Your second year, you go and fucking set the franchise record for goddamn receiving yards. I feel like he's breaking his own record. He broke his own record. I felt like it's the office too, though.

Like, when I watch the game now, I'm asking you, I feel like it's easier now if we play receiver these in the game these days. I don't know what it is, but I feel like the schemes and the system they set up for the receivers, like, you could catch 10 balls a game, I feel like. Depending on what your offense is like,

but how you scheming it up and spreading the field and the spacing on the field, I feel like it's guys are limited for you. Or, you know, like, JSN, you know, you hit them with the play action. This guy gets like four play action, 35 plus catches a game because they play the game a different way.

I do think the game, you know, it always caters to the offense. And it just so happened. It's transforming even more with like how they call pass interference, how they call, you know, holding at the line of scrimmage or, you know, illegal touching down field. All the like little rules.

They're just, I mean, I guess it does make it a little easier. but I also think all these guys, they've had information so much more accessible to their fingertips as young cats more than I did. Like I heard of the folklore of how Jerry Rice trained. These little jokers can go on right now and they can watch Al Sean Jeffries go out there and train because we all put it up there. And you can see and you get these gym rats that learn how to do all this release stuff that I used to do. Now they got it on the tool belt, you know, because they practice it a million times. To your point, what's you saying about J.S.N? I forgot about him, too. J.S.N. is a monster. He's a monster. Monster. There's so many good receivers right now.

And I feel like every team either got a good two or three or number three receiver as well. So who are you going to dictate your defense to it? Who are you going to prepare for? And like you say, the guys, they're getting a lot of noise. Like, J.S. I think I seen a video with him of Malachi Tony down there in Miami, training all the young cats, like giving them free insight. So it's going to keep transforming. It's going to get better. It always gets better. Just like the old cast back in the day when we were coming up.

They, ah, you know. Nah, the games are all better, even if they're dictated these games with the penalties. So me being a big receiver, you're a smaller receiver. Not a whole, I would say top five, but who's some of the guys that you looked up to that's smaller position? Like Steve Smith, I would say Marvin Harrison, those type of receivers that who you looked up to. I used to love Steve Smith. his tenacity. I loved how he played the game. I loved what he did with the ball in his hands after he caught the ball. Steve Smith was five, I mean, I know Steve personally. We golfed a couple

times and, you know, he's not a big dude. And he used to run up on that sideline and outjump dudes and he could play 50-50 balls. Steve Smith should be in the Hall of Fame. He's a monster. I loved him. I got to go back to the godfather, Steve Largent, you know, we got to take it way back white guy balling outside the numbers making a whole lot of catches i used to love him i got to play with another guy that i loved west welker you know when i when i got to the league i wasn't a quarterback or i wasn't a receiver i was a quarterback so i got to learn how to run routes and watch west welker who was a technician at running routes like if you sit down and watch west like all his film this guy he was an unreal route runner how he set guys up how he made all his

His stems looked the same. So, I mean, they're, Corbett, he was his toughness over the middle. Dwight Clark, he, he wasn't a small receiver, but he was a white receiver. I liked him because he was also part of the catch and I was a Niners fan. Jerry Rice wasn't a big, I mean, he wasn't a huge receiver,

but his work ethic. And, you know, I always loved and I heard, because I was from the bay and you'd hear how he trained and what he did, caught the bricks, ran the hill, did this. So I used to love watching them all. But for me, I would, I play with Randy. So he's like the ultimate big guy.

And I could like learn from him on how he was with his late hands when he was stacking the defender and he would run. And all of a sudden out of the like last second, Randy would just go boop and put them hands out because the, you would learn that the DBs come through and they try to play through your hands if you show them early. So I tried to take my game like even with you and how you, I mean, how you used your body.

You know, you were unreal. You had such great body control. And you caught everything. So, like, I wasn't just a guy that looked at little receivers. I looked at all receivers. And I tried to see what I could steal from everyone. So how was it with just being around with Randy and Wells, just learning and picking their brain?

You know what? It was a different time. You know, like, it was unbelievable. And just being and watching them work, that was enough for me. But it wasn't like, you know, how it is so buddy, buddy these days where, you know, like, hey, dude, like, let me help you out in this and that. It was kind of like, you know, West knew I was coming in to try to take rocks.

I don't think Randy gave a fuck about anything about other dudes coming in doing anything because Randy was Randy. But, you know, there is always a little bit of that big brother, like little brother thing. You know what I mean? But watching them and how they prepared and how they prepared and how, they took care of their body and how they, you know, West would practice certain routes because he knew those were his go-toes that he had to get every time.

You know, it just was, it was unbelievable for me. Who were some of the guys that you liked learning from, you know, as a younger player? Same as you. I feel like I took a lot of everybody game, but I watched Jerry, Moss, who you play with, like Calvin game. I'm from South Carolina. So, AJ Green, I was always a big fan. his. Like, he was one of the best, I think, if not the best

receiver from South Carolina. You guys got so many. AJ Green. Yes, man. There's three A.Js that are all studs. Insight. Marvin Harrison. Unreal. Love Marvin. His release game. Steve Smith. Steve, Smitty.

Like, because I used to ask Tim Jennings about the cornerback. I used to ask him he played for the coach. I'm like, how was it with Marvin now? He's like in practice. He's like, Marvin never dropped the ball. He said Marvin never wore gloves. That's what he said. He said he was a true professional, but he said he never picked off Marvin when they played did one-on-ones or anything. He said he was just a true professional.

And he was always crisp on him route. Crisp. And it's unreal because he's not a big guy. He's really smaller than me. Because I was 200 pounds. I wasn't like a, I was short. But I, you know what I mean? Like Marvin Harrison, I think was probably like 180 pounds like 5-8, 5-9.

I got the chance to be the one I came to Philly because he was from Philly. Yeah. I'm like, I couldn't believe. I'm like, oh, shit, that's, I love your gang. Like, you was one of the best, is not the best for a little guy. Because I always like the competitor nature. I'm a big fan of yours as well. Like, just competing.

Yeah. Like, it don't matter that I'm 6-4, 6-3, like, play football. Let's play. We all got a superpower. Let's play. There's some kind of superpower that everyone has. Quickness, power, height, hands. There's someone, it just depends on how, you know,

because when you're at that level, When you're in the league, everyone's got a superpower. And you know, when you're rolling, you're rolling, especially with the chemistry, with the quarterback, you and Tom. Not to bring it up to Atlanta, but the 28 to 3 game, the chemistry, like anything, like I feel like any big game you was in, well, all the games, I feel like y'all was in, but the big games, you definitely showed up.

And showed up, like, no matter what. Like, I feel like the defense knows is coming, but are you going to stop it or not. Like, we've locked down, we focus. We don't put in all these aisles. We prepare for this. Like, no matter what you throw at us, I know you can depend on me and I'm going to make the catcher of this play. 1,000% and that's, you know, you got to be on a great football team.

You know how that is. You know, that's the standard. You know, when you guys were in Philly and you go out and win a Super Bowl and you get Philadelphia, their first Super Bowl, like against us. I mean, you guys, you got, like, you understand how this shit works, you know. You got to have every single guy on that page. That's why this is the ultimate team sport, because we, all got to, we can't go out and do our job unless the linemen go out and do their job if there's time.

You know what I mean? The quarterback needs time. You know, the running back needs to, you know, keep us going and good forward, down in distance, and take care of the football. Everyone's got their part. We almost became teammates before. I know. I want to hear about this.

Let me hear about this. Let's hear about you almost becoming a patriot because I heard folk. I didn't know if it was true or not. Yeah. Year. What happened? Why did it happen? Why did it not happen?

Well, my agent had called me and he was like, the Patriots want to sign you. They want to offer you like almost up to $20 million for one year. So I'm like, all right, bet. Let's do it. Then I signed Stefan. Who was my side of the Stefan Gilmore? My teammate is South Carolina.

And I don't know what happened with the conversation, but they called back and they was like, yeah, I think they want to, they offer me something super low. I don't say the number, but it was super low then from 20 to that number. And I'm like, nah, I don't think that's going to happen. It's not going to work out. So that's how the situation went. So when we played y'all and then we went to Super Bowl,

then Mr. Kraft, I've seen him up with Michael Rubin. We was at like some party, a little party that we had in Philly or whatever. And he was talking to him. He was like, oh, Sean, I told Bill we should have signed you. That's how he went. I'm like, yeah, I definitely was going to sign because, remember, we practiced the year before. Yes. When I was on the beers.

And I'm like, oh, shit, like, now I see how they, Why are they winning? Like the way y'all ran practice, how everything was, it was a different level. No knock against my team. Yeah. But I feel like it was just different levels

just seeing how y'all appeared and just been watching. Like, I'm like, oh shit. Like, all right, the Patriot Way is really, really like that. Like, I can see myself like, I won't mind them.

Like Chicago, they said I wasn't coming back there. Then I'm like, don't get to like the 19th hour Philly call. I'm like, oh, it was between Philly and the Patriots. I'm like,

I'm going to go to Philly. Yeah, oh, how he came in, snaked it, got you. I mean, we probably would have got another, we would have got another maybe two. You guys in one offense? Oh, my God, what time? Just because when we didn't win, it was because, A, we ran out of bodies or B, like, the last, you know, Gronk retired. We didn't have any red area target, so then you could just plug the middle of the field. We didn't have anyone could win outside.

We could, we did. It was just harder. You know what I mean? And if you were, I mean, it would have been insane. how you think AJ's going to do over there? I think it's going to be awesome. With this year, three for Drake. Year three.

Yep, year three, loading. Second year with Josh McDaniels is O.C. That's what always, you got to see how many years it is with the same coach, for me, with the quarterback. Because then they could start, you know, I talk about, it's like when you're becoming a quarterback, you got to learn how to speak a new language, right? And so the first year, you're sitting there, you learn the language. But, you know, the second year is when you learn the slang. How do we, how do I swear? How do I go fucking holler at someone?

You know what I mean? You don't know what I mean? You got to do that like you're so, you know what I mean? We've got to learn all the shit. And that's where your personality comes in. You know what I mean? So I'm excited for them too. I think they'll grow together like, like you say, Josh and with Brable.

I feel like the, and with you guys, I'm sure you'll be back and forth. They're just being around the guys and letting them understand this Patriot way as well. So I feel like the skies is limit for them. Like, who knows? Who knows? Who knows? You know, could be back there again.

Yeah, let's talk about your old squad. What about these Chicago Bears? I'm loving it. I'm loving what I'm saying with Ben Johnson where Caleb is doing. And they bring a lot of excitement back to Chicago. I did a few podcasts last year. And I forgot the name of the show,

but a few guys I would say they was giving I'm not talking about I feel like they was giving a stronger opinion that it was a little tense a little bit for Caleb and the fan base

and you're hearing the outside noise but I just told him just give him some time yeah because I feel like he still hasn't reached his potential like still hasn't

year four or five he's really gonna take off but being in the offense with Ben like it's gonna be crazy like look what they they surprised I would say

did they surprise a lot of people but no I feel like if you was in there like you know what was going on what they was building. I was hearing a lot of great stuff about them before. Just kept quiet that. And I've seen what Ben do is with all his quarterback.

Look at this track record. Yeah. Look what he was doing in Detroit. 1,000 percent. I mean, Jared Goff turned into, you know, look, Jared Goff had McVeigh and it was really good. But then you go to, you know, Ben Johnson. He didn't really skip a beat.

You know, they have their best few years in franchise history. That whole AFC North or that whole NFC. Or that whole NFC North is, is rocking right now. It is. Even the quiet Vikings right now with Kyler Murray. I mean, you got KOC, Jack. Don't sleep on him. KOC and Kyler.

Kyler got Jefferson and he got Addison and he got Hawkinson in there. Not bad. Yo, he ain't never play with those guys like that. You know, I mean, he played with, you know, a little Marvin. That was about it. But, you know, that was young Marvin. That's not like this, these guys are prime. He's got your prime.

crazy. It's exciting over there in the NFC North, though. They're making a lot of noise. They're making noise because now you got pissed off, you know, Detroit. You know, Detroit's going to sit there. Everyone forgot about Detroit. They're still, they still got a team, you know. The Bears go out and win it, so they're going to be playing a harder schedule.

They're not going to be able to catch anyone slipping or sleeping. They're not flying under any radars anymore. And then you got the goddamn Green Bay Packers that have like, I've heard they've been a young team for the last eight years. And they're, and they're still a young team. And they, I feel like they, like I said, the receivers, they hold, offense, defense, like, Golden needs to step up. This is a big year for Golden because they got rid of two guys, two very productive players in that system.

You bring in Golden, who he was a rookie last year, and there's a lot of hands to feed over there. you know so but you need him to step up this year they're they're relying on him to step up because they got what who's christian christian they got christian watson watching speed guy yeah reeds really good yeah i was surprised that they let the uh dobbs yeah i was surprised yeah that's like they had if not one of like as a whole unit like even if somebody go down you know how his next man up they still was performing and kept rolling they kept rolling what do you think about what he wears on his helmet like that extra show. I feel like they've been a young team for the last like eight years. We've been saying that forever. Oh, their young team, they're like, We're going to do it. But talk about growing with receivers. Adunzei, Burden, Raymond, with Caleb. I think that's a good group, too. Because they're all young coming up together.

It's going to remind you kind of like that Green Bay. I feel like last year, just the experience. In the first two years, like, you get the experience. Now you got a playoff test. And like the chemistry, what Caleb sees, what you guys sees or with the coaches, all the feedback and what you're doing in the off season. Because, you know, this is most important, like, right now. Yeah.

The off-season law and training camp is the most important time. Like how much time you spend it with the quarterback or your teammates, I would say your brothers. That's a key point to it. Like as long as they, them and Caleb is on the same page and staying together. It's going to be highs and lows, but just stay the course. It's so much different. It brought a point that you made me think right here.

It's so much different when you're in the off season and you're a receiver watching film of yourself and your teammates than when it's your first year in the system and you're trying to learn and watch someone else from someone else's film because when it was you, you remember exactly what was going on. So that's an advantage.

Yeah. That's an advantage. How'd you watch film? I sit down with my coach, but I also just, I didn't really watch the highlights of everything I did get. I try to watch the bad highlights. Yeah.

Like even with my coaches, I used to always say, like, don't praise me for the good stuff. Like, just tell me about the bad. I want to go off the good, bad, the good, bad, that's what we used to call it. So let's talk about the bad stuff and how can we improve because we know we did great. Yeah. But, oh, I could have gave more effort on this run play. Or how can I set it up, make this look like that? Or take something from your game that I watched some film like, oh, he did it like that.

All right, I'm going to see if how I can practice with this in practice. So everything I feel like releases or anything, like I will try to practice do it in practice. I work do that more in practice or if it was scout team or something I needed a rep. Like, because I picked that up more in college. Like, whoever was the, I didn't want the ball, but I want to work on my release. So I'm not trying to be receiving with the jersey who get the number. I want to work on my releases and get better that way. So now I can see if I could try that in the game.

So you jumping in scout team? Not all the time. I didn't do that so much. Couple reps. Couple reps. Not all the time in the lead. And it was mostly in college. Yeah.

But on the side, I feel like I'm going to talk to the quarterback. yo, this is how I'm a run the route and this how I see it. Like, yeah, I know we say this, that, but I'm going to do something like the tweak it. I'm a stimmer, or I'm going to do a double move. But you'll see what I'm talking about. And then we'll go practice it. Do you ever, you watch your DBSs you go against? I watched them.

Yeah. I would always watch the, our coaches did an unbelievable job of giving us like playlists of each guy. You know, by the time, you know, we used to be hard book. They brought in the iPads. Once the iPads came in and you could have, you could watch film anywhere. Yeah. It changed the game. And like you could just click on, all right, number 23,

have a write up on his strengths, weaknesses. And then it'd have all his first 10 plays, all the second. And you could just watch. You only have to watch two or three reps because you'll see a couple techniques. You see he's got an offhand jam. You'll see he staggers his feet when he does that offhand jam. You'll see he does that in certain situations. So I only need to see that like twice three times.

So you only may have to watch 30 clips of a dude or 15, 20 clips of a dude. So like... I used to look at it like, so if she was on the ball, how he plays, if he was out of the ball, when you go in motion, how he plays? Yeah. And we know number one sometimes I'm definitely like going in the slot. So that ain't his thing. So I'm like, oh, how is he going in the slot?

Yeah. That was those type of things. And most times I feel like, don't knock against the corners. Well, not all corners can go on that slot because that's a different game there. It's a different game. It's a different game. You got to cover the whole field. It's a very, who is your favorite DB to battle? Favorite DB to battle.

Who did you have most respect for against someone you played? Someone that you maybe gave you, you know, he. I would say Jason Varek, his rookie year, he gave me a pick. He did a pick six of like 50 yards. Like, he can really, he, I don't know he had a few. injuries but he was I feel like he's a great cornerback because he wasn't that tall but he competed and he was right there with you like he could stop on a dime he had speed um and he was just always there yeah me and slay used to have some battles when he was in detroit all the time

um we go back and forth we laugh and joke about it but it was fun it's all competing like just from even from mississippi mississippi state days and stuff like being on nccc so i would say probably me probably slay and jason those the guys that i feel like oh it's It rose as well from Minnesota. Yeah. We had some good battles. See, it's always fun to hear. It's always your division guys.

Because you play them the most. And they know your route treat and you play them twice a year. So they, you got to actually. You got to come with something new. Yeah. And we didn't, for me, you know, there's, I used to play Jimmy Smith a bunch.

Remember Jimmy Smith with Ravens? And when he was young, he was like long and he could get out of breaks. And he was tough at the line. Like he was quick, you know what I mean? He was first round corner. I just always remember we play each other and it was always a battle. And you can never get sloppy because you could tell he was watching my films.

You know what I mean? You could always tell if a DB watched your film on, like at least for me, on a certain stem I'd give him and I'd see how they'd protect it. You know what I mean? Because you'd always throw out a, I'd always throw out like a stem or like a route in like one of the first run plays just to kind of feel what he's doing. And then I, you know what I mean? just to kind of fuck with them daily?

I feel like, because being Slay, you should talk about it. He was like, I was waiting on that one route. I knew it was coming. He was like, in my mind, I knew it's going. I said, I knew you was coming. Then it was a double move. He was like, I've been practicing all week on this shit.

Then y'all hit me with a double move. I said, I knew he was going to bite. You was going to take the bait on that one. Now, did you have, if he said that to you, would you go back to the sideline and be like, yo, he's going to bite on this. Let's pump it. I feel like we just set it up the whole time.

I always just been setting up, because I knew he thought. it was coming. So this particular time, it was like an eight yard en route. So he was like, all right, y'all run a lot of eight routes. In your route in routes when y'all in rounds. I'm like, me and Jay used to have communication. So Jay was, I felt like he'll give you a signal. I'll just give them thumbs up or something that we had a signal, secret signal, like yeah, let's do it. It's good. And it was that time that it was one of those communication. It was like, it was like, I ran a double move pump like I was going to run the eight y'all under

me in and just took off and Jay's through a touchdown. He's like, he like, the night. want you just go that fucking touchdown. Like, I thought that was going to be my pick. I said, we know you did. Like, you've been sitting on everything. Plus, he ran like a four, he ran like a four, three super fast, super smart. Like, that's why I praise him too, because also he could play inside and outside. Yeah.

Guys I could do that, you always have a respect for. And I was, for you, because you played a little DB too. Yeah. But how did you view it like when you go on offense? Like, how, which one, like, how do you just play the approach the game when you play defense? So when I, when I played defense. I thought like an offensive player when I was playing defense. And then when I went back to offense,

it made me a better receiver because I learned what they were being taught, sitting in on meetings on what they were harping on, leverage, leverage, leverage, don't let them beat your leverage, and all that kind of stuff. And then when I was playing DB, I was a situational guy coming in certain third downs. And so I would sit there and I would study, got to have it plays with got to have it players.

So like who are they going to throw it to and what concept will they do? And then for me, I knew receivers hated, hated guys holding before five yards. So I would just hold, grab for dear life for five yards and then I would try to run the route with them. You know, it worked a couple times. It got smoked a couple times. But it was a great learning experience for me when I got back to the other side of the ball. You know, and that's when I was like, all right, well, I know what they're doing now. And I know how they're, I know how they're watching film.

I know, you know what I mean? So it helped me. You know, it's kind of like the Patriots, like our offensive coaches, when they were all young people, like Josh McDaniels, he started out as a defensive coach, I think. And Matt Patricia was an offensive coach, offensive line coach. They would cross breed them and then they would get back over to their side because then you learn, it kind of, it kind of, manipulates the brain to learn all of it. That's smart. That's like that's that's a bullshit.

Yeah. That's a Patriots or whatever. We can't even say that. I don't know if you can't even say Patriot way with Belichick, this, that. Who knows? Is it trademarked? Is it copyrighted? I don't know.

Second year for Alshan in the league. And then, yeah, we'd mention this earlier. Josh McHawin took over for Cutler when he got that groin injury. So he ended up starting five games, including this one that we're talking about today. And then this was star-studded team. I mean, so many beasts on this team. Great backup. Great backup.

This is probably the start of him having a 20-year career as a backup. Because he came in and he showed he could compete at a high level.

I'm really, really not really because I feel like the game is going through the flow. So they call in the place, all the plays they call on, okay, I'm having a, I'm catching.
