has me on this four-week cleanse of shit that i've been taking and it's made me feel amazing i felt great like i feel really good i feel a lot better she said i had a fungus in my body and like some crazy shit but now i want to get into the hormone aspect of it and i'm just like how does that even work i'm scared to fuck with hormones because yeah i put it off for a really long time even though it was like a chronic problem in my life yeah um is it thyroid that you have or just i i actually haven't gotten that check i so they prescribed me prozac so it's that's the only um psych medication that's prescribed for pmdd yeah and for me it's been a lifesaver it's like you know there's some like slight negative side effects but like the payoff

is so worth it so worth it like night and day i'm like why was i not put on this when i was like yeah 18 i hear i feel like my life was robbed yeah no i hear like good things about i've always been like super scared because i'm like i'm on the ledge i don't need something else to fucking put in my body just to push me over the edge so i've heard like some really good things about prozac and then i've heard some not so good things about prozac i think everybody's body is different so i try to do everything like naturally but i'm getting to the point where it's like bro i'm just want to be freaking happy like you know and i would say it's worth a try

like because you can actually the cool thing about prozac is like for pmdd you can take like a tiny dose of it where it's not even the same that they prescribed at prescribed people for an anti um depression because it's um it doesn't like the antidepressant effects i mean don't get me wrong i'm happy to yeah I'm happy to be happier but like those aren't necessary for it to help for PMDD it's actually like changes the way your hormones work and it only needs a lower level of it so it's kind of cool yeah I'll definitely have to look into that because I never knew that you could do that that you had to like take the amount that was like you know given to you and that was just set in stone um so the

pandemic happened how did how was that for you like navigating around it I think all of us girls had to like figure out a way to make shit happen even being fucking locked up in our houses how was that for you and to be honest it was amazing I listen I can't complain either I tell everybody that I'm like I was one of my best years like I literally killed it with content and fucking everything else so I didn't mind but you know I shout out to all the people who really struggled and had a hard time you know during the pandemic but it was good for you how did you navigate how was it was it easy to navigate are you a homebody I am such a homebody and yeah so it was natural it was

basically like i didn't have to feel guilty about never leaving my house yeah because i knew like that was the one area of my life where i was like okay i really need to improve i need to get out more i need to be more social yeah no i'm and so i'm like oh now i have an excuse yeah to just sit at home all of us introverts got to hide behind the pandemic and we were loving it because nobody could be like you never go anywhere like we can't motherfuckers yeah the pandemic was fucking weird like i can't even believe that we had to go through that like what a fucking weird i got it i got the fucking rona i almost died it was i thought it was a joke i was like people are this is fucking something is going on with the government like this shit's fucking weird like this is not right whatever and we went to vegas i did a podcast

and the guy was diagnosed with covid the next day didn't tell me about it but i saw it on my stories and i was like oh great fucking three weeks later it fucking hit me like a ton of weeks yeah three normally it's two weeks they say it my body it took three fucking weeks for it to hit me like a ton of weeks yeah three normally it's two weeks they say it my body it took three fucking weeks for it to hit me and i'm telling you right now it i fucking thought i was gonna die i went to a fucking hospital and cried to a nurse i was no it's funny now but literally i fucking was like dude help me because i was trying to do everything holistically and it ended up turning into pneumonia and fucking so they were like they put me on a steroid and antibiotic and the nurse was like you're gonna be fine the nurse hugged me and everything I was like it gave me like breathing

issues so I didn't have the normal shit that everybody had I didn't have a cough I didn't have a fever I had none of that so literally I even having pneumonia I couldn't even tell that I had pneumonia it was it was like I was like my heart rate was super, super high. My blood pressure was super, super high. And I felt like I was burning from the inside out. Oh, my God. Yeah, it was creepy. I couldn't sleep.

I didn't sleep for like a couple. And you didn't have a fever with that either? Not one time did I have a fever with it. Thanks. Insane, right? Like, so, yeah, fucking good old Rona.
