Starting point is 00:03:24 and sign up. Bunny XO. She was a Vegas girl podcast and sign up. Bunny XO. She was a Vegas girl. Bunny XO. She changed my life. Dumb blonde podcast and bunny XO. Jelly Rolls White bunny XO. Miss Bunny.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Bunny XO. Bunny XO. Bunny XO. Bunny XO. Bunny. You're the coolest kids. Is this thing on? People in the comments are like,
Starting point is 00:03:42 I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. I'm not gonna do this. Is this thing on? People in the comments of the Christmas song are like, this doesn't even sound like you, this sounds like something Beyonce would do. Oh, what a compliment. That's a bit of a... They're like, you've totally switched.
Starting point is 00:03:59 And the OGs are like, this sounds like every Christmas song she's ever done. You have such that new wave that people don't know what to take, because like there are people who are in the comments like, is she trying to be a singer now? You're like, no, we just make dirty Christmas. You tried to describe. Oh, you were trying to describe your dirty Christmas song to Dolly. What did I say? You said.
Starting point is 00:04:24 Oh, my God, how do you? It was like you were trying not to call it a dirty Christmas song so you were using every word. What did you say? Campy. Yes, campy. He said something and I can't remember what you said. We gotta talk about this on the podcast. We're just wasting all this great material because we're not getting started. Ready? Oh, we're ready. Okay. Oh, hello. Hi. Did you find the video? All right, let's go. Let's. Here's pork chop, the heavily seasoned pork chop. Stop. Stop it.
Starting point is 00:05:06 He did so good. It won't go. It's even better with no music. Yeah, I love it. It's like the squeaky shoes. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. If they don't put that to the squeaky shoes.
Starting point is 00:05:23 Stop. Sivana, you can do this. I'm so proud of him. I know me too. I told you my butthole was puckered at first. I was like, Oh God. Oh God, Cody. Don't mess this up.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Cody did good. Great. No, I'm so proud of him. But yeah, that was Cody doing the sea walk, baby. Very good. So we can a weight loss though. Yes. I have been using this tool right here and I'm not selling these you guys.
Starting point is 00:05:47 They do sponsor my podcast and we're just going to talk about it real briefly. But this has also been a game changer in my weight loss. It's this lumen. It's this handheld fucking lumen that I breathe into about 10 times a day from the minute I wake up before I eat, after I eat, before I work out, after I work out, before I go to sleep. I literally. She uses work out before I go to sleep. I literally she uses it religious religiously. Oh, what happened when you didn't have it? Oh, I freaked out. I felt it's like you get attached to this little thing, you know, but
Starting point is 00:06:15 what it is, is it reads the CO2 levels in your breath, and it tells you your macros for the day and you can do keto, which is what I'm doing, a form of keto. I'm not going like extreme keto. I'm doing about 80 carbs a day. But you can do keto with like performance enhancement. So you'll get like, you know, a certain percentage of protein. You can do weight loss, you can do maintenance. Like there's so many different things.
Starting point is 00:06:41 And when they started sponsoring the podcast, I was like, I got really curious because I was doing the ads for them. And you guys know that I don't like to promote something that I don't do. And I am not getting paid for talking about this right now. I just want you guys to know that. But I'm so fucking floored by this little creature that I just want to share it with you guys. And so after I had done the first ad with them, I ordered some or they sent us some. And I started using it. And I, I'm done the first ad with them, I ordered some or they sent us some. And I started using it and I'm almost two months in on this thing. I'm obsessed with it.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Obsessed. No, everybody. They sent you an entire meal. It's I love it. And your macro switch every day or they stay consistent depending on what you're trying to accomplish is I'm eating 1900 to 2000 calories a day and slimming down like losing inflammation. My blood sugar, I used to wake up in the morning feeling so sick and had to eat immediately. That is not the case anymore. Like this thing is really like working wonders and they have like a
Starting point is 00:07:39 support group. I joined the support group on Facebook. I swear. And it's so fascinating just learning about all of this and like watching how your body works and just seeing like the results and stuff like that. So I mean, if you guys want to hop on this bandwagon, it's it's living. I comparing our scores now. We're always comparing our scores. This morning. Yeah, like I aim to blow a one or two in the morning. If I blow a five, I'm fine with it, but I know that I have some work to do or something's going on in my body that's hormonal.
Starting point is 00:08:08 Like, I don't know, this thing's just really cool. And I wanted to share that with you guys. We do have a promo code, I think, if you guys wanna use it to get a percentage off, which is, do you know what it is? Pretty sure it's been accepted. We'll give you guys the promo code, but again, this is not a paid advertisement.
Starting point is 00:08:25 I promise you, I would tell you if it was. I genuinely live with this thing in my hand every day. I walk around with it. Just go to lumen.me backslash bunny B-U-N-N-I-E and you'll get 15% off. Yeah, you'll get 15% off. And I'm telling you, this thing is so fucking worth it. It's a game changer, especially for health freaks like me. Let's talk about how you freaked out when it went missing.
Starting point is 00:08:46 Bro, my husband thought it was a vape and stuck it in his backpack, I thought, and it disappeared. And when he came home, I had him look through his backpack and he's like, it's not there. So I have another one somewhere around the house. Oh, it really is just missing.
Starting point is 00:09:03 It's just missing. I don't know where it went. I might have accidentally thrown it away. I have another one somewhere around the house. Oh, it really is just missing. It's just missing. I don't know where it went. I might have accidentally thrown it away. I have no idea. Counter Nazi. Yeah, counter Nazi. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:09:12 But yeah, for two days, I was literally just like depressed. It's like my little C3PO, my little R2D2. I just love this. It's your own vape. It's the bunny vape. I swear, but you just literally just, you breathe in for 10 seconds. You hold it. No, I'm just literally just, you breathe in for 10 seconds, you hold it. No, I'm sorry, yeah, you breathe in for 10 seconds,
Starting point is 00:09:28 hold it for 10 seconds, breathe out, and it reads your breath, and it tells you. And it's cool because it's like on that scale, I'll know before I go weight, whether I lost weight that day by what number I blow. It's crazy, if I'm at a three or four, I don't really do fours and fives very often, but if I'm in that three to four range, I won't have lost anything if I'm in the one to two range
Starting point is 00:09:48 I've lost a pound. Yeah, it's crazy. I know like I'll know it before I start that scale I can feel when my body's in fat burn I will really I'll know I'm in fat burn before I blow like right now if I were to blow I bet you I'm in Fat burn because I can feel it. Give him a blow. Give it a blow. Yeah. All right. All right today I got my kid here Me or her. Oh, I know which one who's who which one? million views on that video it's Crazy that but what's crazy to me is that first of all Bailey welcome. Hi
Starting point is 00:10:23 What's crazy to me is that people cannot tell you, Hailey and Mimi apart. It's the craziest thing ever, right? It's so weird to me. First of all, Mimi is a 30 year old woman with fucking bright orange hair and black hair and tattoos everywhere. You don't have one fucking tattoo on you, you're 16.
Starting point is 00:10:42 You know what I'm saying? My favorite comment was they said she's the blank version of me. Yeah. And I was like, that's so real for real. For real. You know who looks like you and Gracie look like twins. Yeah. You and Gracie. Now you both have black hair. Gracie Tasha. Yeah. Yes, dude. That was crazy. Right? Crazy. I looked at it. I was like, Oh my God. Yeah. You guys are like doppelgangers. There's a couple of times I saw Gracie at the wedding yesterday and I was like, like even daddy was like, dude, her and Bailey looks so much alike. It was wild. Um, but then yeah, the Haley like Haley is just has curly curly fucking hair does not you guys, none of you guys look like really here. Brown curly.
Starting point is 00:11:18 None of you guys look alike. It's kind of like when people are just like compare me to other blondes. It's like, oh, you look like bunny XO and it's like, we don't even look alike at all. And it's kind of like when people are just like compare me to other blondes, it's like, Oh, you look like bunny XO. And it's like, we don't even look alike at all. And it's like, everyone who's plus size Jason's like, literally say that he looks like him. Literally. My bad.
Starting point is 00:11:33 But yeah, anytime like there's a plus size dude, they're like, you look like this guy. He's like, what? Cause we're both fat. Like, hello. Bailey, do you get an allowance? I do not. Because I, so that, so yes, I do not get an allowance.
Starting point is 00:11:51 Period. That's the answer to that question. Period. The context before she fixes her face is, I don't really, well, A, I was working, so there was no point in an allowance, but B, it's like a do something, get something type routine. I do the bare minimum, if that.
Starting point is 00:12:13 Thank you, okay. Because we've had short, listen, I tried to work out an allowance with you. That's true, but the answer to that question is no, I don't, and it's via choice. Okay, perfect. I love that, good answer, child. I love, I love the accountability.
Starting point is 00:12:27 I don't have time to do all of that. Okay. I've got my own stuff going on. Listen, this kid does not like doing- I am in five college classes as a junior in high school. I'm a little busy, quite. Yeah. I don't have time. But you know what I do love is that you will clean up the kitchen without being asked now. And that took years.
Starting point is 00:12:43 Yeah. I don't mind doing it. I mean, It's not a big deal, but it's just. Yeah. Like what does your room look like right now? As long as a big deal's not made out of it. What does your room look like right now? That's not a Q&A question, I'm sorry. I mean, I wanna know. It was on the list.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Inquiring minds wanna know, how does your room look? No comment. She said. Like an unorganized 16 year old's would. One thing I absolutely cannot stand about bras and panties is when they dig into your sides on the top girls you know what I'm talking about when you get that little muffin flap in the back and then on the bottom when it digs into your hip. Absolutely drives me insane. Can't stand it. But with skims that never happens and that is why I'm obsessed with skims. Because they're t-shirt bras I don't get any lumps or bumps and their panties oh my goodness. Their panties are perfect. The material just lays flat on your body, smooth, never bunches up,
Starting point is 00:14:47 never cuts and increases in your hips. It's my favorite. Their Fits Everybody thong is for everybody. She is for the streets, I promise you. I'm telling you, all the girlies, you need to go and get these panties because these are the ones I wear every day, daily. I have some on right now as we speak.
Starting point is 00:15:02 I also am wearing a t-shirt bra right now and it is the most comfortable bra that I own. It's my go-to. I literally hang it on my doorknob in my closet so that I just grab it and slap it on before I go anywhere. And don't get me started on the online Demi bra. That one is perfect. It doesn't have wire underneath it,
Starting point is 00:15:16 but yet you still get like pushed up and held and it's just like an all-day wear. I just can't listen. If you guys can't tell, I absolutely love Skims. So please go get you some Skims. Shop skims best intimates including the fits everybody collection and more at skims.com and skim stores after you place your order be sure to let them know we sent you. Select podcasts in the survey and be sure to select our show in the drop down menu that follows. The top seven foods out there that affect most people, the top seven foods that that whole chapter is written on in there, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, sugar, eggs, and peanuts.
Starting point is 00:15:49 Those are the top seven inflammatory foods in the country. They always have been. That's not going to change anytime soon. Who knew rice for you, right? Avocados for me. My body doesn't like avocados. That's crazy. Does not like avocados and does not like cashews.
Starting point is 00:16:03 And cashews are my favorite. Oh, I like cashews. And cashews are my favorite. Oh, I love cashews. And anything that's dairy free, cause I can't dairy, eggs, gluten, cashews, avocados. Those are the five big ones for me. Yeah. I don't do dairy. Cashews, last time I ate cashews,
Starting point is 00:16:15 I fucking felt like I swallowed glass and had to take Benadryl. I've eaten cashews my whole life and I ate them one day and that was it, game over. Couldn't eat them again. My heart rate was racing. Yeah, my body hates cashews and it is and I ate them one day and that was it, game over. Couldn't eat them again. My heart was racing. My buddy hates cashews and it is a highly inflammatory nut. Yeah. A lot of people are allergic to cashews. They certainly are, you know? And so peanuts aren't so bad. It's the mold in the peanuts. That's the problem.
Starting point is 00:16:38 Right. It's the aflatoxin. You didn't know that there's mold? No. So the mold in peanuts. Cause Mimi eats peanut butter all the time. Mimi I need you to read that. Which could also contribute to your Hashimoto's because it's an inflammatory. Yes. So it is, so polluted peanuts.
Starting point is 00:16:54 I have a whole section in here on peanuts. And you know, and it's so good. Peanuts are so good. I love peanut butter. I could eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich right now. Sitting here with you. Love it. I don't eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich right now, sitting here with you. Love it. I don't have a peanut sensitivity at all.
Starting point is 00:17:09 So I can eat organic peanuts that are not loaded with mold. And so I talk all about it in here. They grow in the ground and stuff. And so it's the same with corn. Corn is the mold problem as well, the aflatoxin, right? But Trader Joe's has organic, and as does Costco, organic peanut butter. That's Valencia.
Starting point is 00:17:32 Valencia peanut butter. Valencia peanuts have less mold in them. Okay, I'm gonna go check. I have organic peanut butter at home. I keep it in the fridge. See if it's Valencia. Does it have sugar in it though? I don't think so, because Jason eats it.
Starting point is 00:17:44 He doesn't eat sugar. So it probably shouldn't then. If, I don't know. I'm gonna have to look. You gotta be careful because there are some organics that have sugar in it. You have to make sure it says sugar-free on it. Oh my.
Starting point is 00:17:54 I know, I'm gonna trick you. You just need peanuts in it. Yep. And maybe some salt. I taught her that the least ingredients. Yeah, oh, I taught Olivia that recently. She is obsessed with reading ingredients now. When you read those ingredients, you know, if it's got more than two ingredients in it, that's fake food. Yeah. And you people don't
Starting point is 00:18:12 realize it. I mean, they, they, I just so want to go up to people at the grocery and that are down the frozen food aisle. Right? Yeah. And you look at the back of those meals and literally the ingredient list is that long. Yeah. You know, and I write on Chick-fil-A all the time, but I mean, I love, I mean, I think it's great. I mean, it's fine. I think this will be-
Starting point is 00:18:34 There's 51 ingredients in one Chick-fil-A sandwich. This is your time to shine, baby. 2025, it's a new year. That's fucking right. You're going into 2025. You've got your music that you've been dropping, which by the way is not bad. It's a new year. That's fucking right. You're going into 2025. You've got your music that you've been dropping, which by the way is not bad. Is not bad.
Starting point is 00:18:49 It's not bad at all. I was the first time I heard her music. It's not bad. She said that about me. So you know that's good. No, no, no. You don't suck. I said, oh, thanks.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Yeah. No, like when I first heard it, I was like, I was really impressed and I was so proud of you. It was like, bitch online. Because I sent it to Mimi and Haley first. I was like, you wanna hear something with a little emoji? Yeah, no, it's so good.
Starting point is 00:19:16 And I'm so proud of you for doing it because you have promoted everybody else's music for years and it's time that you invest in yourself. Yeah, I'm excited about this new chapter. And I think with all this heartbreak that I've been going through in life experiences, I've been working with other writers and everything and just channel in like putting it through music.
Starting point is 00:19:37 Because music is such a big part of me, like promoting it was and all that. And I was like, well, instead of fucking going online and making a fucking fuck you video, let's make a fuck you song about it. Yeah, or even a heartbreak song. Heartbreak songs are always needed. I love a heartbreak song.
Starting point is 00:19:55 You know how many motherfuckers we need a song that we can sit in our car and cry to. You just stay tuned, girl. You just stay fucking tuned. But no, I'm excited. You've dropped what, like three songs now? Yeah, girl. You just stay fucking tuned. But no, I'm excited. I'm just playing. You dropped what, like three songs now? Yeah, four. Four.
Starting point is 00:20:08 What are the names of them so people know about them? If you were a country girl, Bitch on One is my favorite. And I made the DJ earlier at brunch play that for me. I was like, play my song. Who's Who has to be my absolutely favorite song. I actually like that one. That one's really cute. Yeah, Who's Who has to be my absolutely favorite song. I actually like that one, that one's really cute. Yeah, Who's Who and then Rough Cut Diamond, which Rough Cut Diamond is speaking a lot to me right now
Starting point is 00:20:32 because these flaws are making me flawless. I'm a rough cut diamond. I wasn't mine for you and it's a shame because I'm a bad ass fucking person. Yeah, and you're just working on yourself, baby, and you're getting better. Who's writing these songs? Are you writing?
Starting point is 00:20:48 Oh my God, I've had the pleasure, the pleasure for Who's Who, Kelsey Ballerini wrote that. And she commented on one of my videos saying I always fucking love this song. And she said it was like meant for me. And I was like, really? Because when I sing it, I feel like it was meant for me. So it's just been like amazing artists,
Starting point is 00:21:13 like Hardy, Mera Morris, Kelsey Baharini. But I'm taking a dive into writing my own music. Good. We just wrapped my Christmas song. We did an original Christmas song. Oh yeah, girl. Oh God, it's so good. I got to write with Jessie Jo Dillon
Starting point is 00:21:28 and Alicia Vanderheim, who are all Kelsey Ballerini's writers. And Nicolette, I do not know Nicolette's fucking last name, but her name's Pillbox Patty. You guys go listen to her music. She's fucking amazing. But we literally started the song with just a harmony that Nicolette came up with,
Starting point is 00:21:47 and then Alicia put the guitars and the beat to it. So it's like, yeah. Isn't it wild? Yeah, it's crazy to watch a song come to life like that. I love it. It's a beautiful process. And I think it's just like a new passion of mine. Like when I stepped into that booth
Starting point is 00:22:02 and to record my first song, I was like, oh my God, no wonder I have friends who do this for a living. This is so much fucking fun. What got you to that point though? Like, I know you always like sang on lives and things like that, but like how did you get to the point of the booth?
Starting point is 00:22:16 So what, obviously I was a music promoter and I'm still a music promoter. Somebody reached out to me and they were like, Demps, we have these songs and we want you to sing them. Like Jimmy Robbins, who's an amazing writer, like number one hit. And he had these songs that he co-wrote with Kelsey, Mare Morris, Hardy and all that.
Starting point is 00:22:37 And they thought it would just be fun to do a project. Just like a simple project. I didn't think it was gonna do anything or anything. And here I am getting book shows. Y'all buy tickets for my show. Let's go, baby. November 15th. Oh, we'll be home. We could probably go to it.
Starting point is 00:22:53 Oh, girl, you got to dress incognito and come out there. Oh, girl. Put on a wig. Oh, shit, just bring me on stage. I'll show my titties. I'll only do that for you. Oh my God. Stop, we'll talk after this. Oh my God. I'll stop. We'll talk after this.
Starting point is 00:23:05 Oh my God, my little heart. But yeah. It will come. I mean, I don't see why not. Are we filming with CBS that day, 15th and 16th, or is it 17th and 18th? 15th is your hair. 15th is my hair.
Starting point is 00:23:15 Okay, we'll figure it out. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, call me. Yeah, I'll have my people call your people. Okay, okay, okay. No, no, no. Yeah, so, but I will. Where's it at?
Starting point is 00:23:24 Kahoot! In Lebanon. Okay, okay, good, good. No, no, no. Yeah, so, but I will- Where's it at? Kahoot! In Lebanon. Okay, okay. Yeah, girl. We're fucking just, I'm super excited. I'll bring security. So that's how it all came about. And then I can honestly say,
Starting point is 00:23:36 the first time hearing myself come out the speakers and seeing my daughter's eyes light up, I was just like, yeah girl, you can do anything you set your mind to. Who cares what anybody else says or all these back noises, if you want to do something, go do it. Go do it. But I will say my first show that I did,
Starting point is 00:23:58 Bunny, I wanna tell you, I didn't think you could throw up from nerves, girl. I was in the bathroom, I went through the fuck up. But when I got on that stage, it felt like I was just doing it for years. So I'm enjoying life right now. And I think I'm gonna take what you said and just enjoy myself.
Starting point is 00:24:19 Life's putting out music. Dude, life's so good right now. Yeah, date music. Yeah, date music. But you already have a family. You have you and Lily. And if you just pour your love into both of you and stop looking, I promise you that love
Starting point is 00:24:31 is gonna fall out of the sky. My three cats and my dog. Literally, you got, well yeah, Koleslaw, fucking what's the other one's name? We have Koleslaw, Sauerkraut, and Zeus. I don't know if I've ever even seen Zeus, but yeah. He's an old man, he isn't lying to me. Gotcha. Gotcha. I feel like coleslaw is like the star of the show. He is. He's your Chachi.
Starting point is 00:24:49 He, he, he really is. One of these days I'm going to bring him over here. Oh God. I don't know. I don't know how Chachi will act towards a cat. I'm going to see how he's going to act with a possum. He doesn't even like his cousin. So I don't know about the cat. Yeah. Only one way to find out. Yeah. But like all that love and that pizzazz for life that you have, just harness that for all of 2025 and literally pour into you.
Starting point is 00:25:12 Whether that's going and fucking getting a little bit of therapy or going and fucking, you know, feeding the homeless or going and just doing something that is like chicken soup for your soul, writing music, writing a heartbreak song, doing a fucking rap song, whatever you wanna fucking do. Put all that energy into you because these men, man. They should.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Girl, I learned a big lesson with this one. Yeah. Oh my goodness. I would have gave that man like the moon. Yeah. And all I wanted was to start this new journey and share it with someone. But I was like, well, I'm already sharing it with someone,
Starting point is 00:25:46 my daughter who watches me. So why am I trying so hard for something when it's already there with my daughter? And you can give the man the moon and he's still gonna want the stars. You know what I'm talking about? Maybe a planet. That's right, baby.
Starting point is 00:26:01 That's right. Remember that. Ladies, write that down. That was good. Ladies, I'm the Van Wilder of fucking quotes over here. Okay. I'm fucking Oscar, Oscar Wilde. But no, it's for real. And until that real love comes along for you, baby, just focus on yourself.
Starting point is 00:26:17 I think 2025 people are going to see a different, I mean, we've seen Demps like be the funny comedian, go through, fuck with the internet with my love life. That's like my favorite thing to do. I will admit it's my favorite thing to do. That is my favorite thing to watch. Everybody goes in. One thing you know how to do is play your crowd
Starting point is 00:26:38 and they go into a fucking frenzy anytime you date somebody. I know, but I think- I'm so thankful I'm married. Like I just, there's no way I could deal with all the shit you date somebody. Yes. But I think I'm so thankful I'm married. Like I just, there's no way I could deal with all the shit you have to deal with. Dating in this day and age sucks. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:52 I see what Haley has to go through. Me and me. We don't even date. We listen, I'm trying to force her to, you know but it's, it's rough. It's rough out there. We need a dating show for Demps and Haley. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:27:03 That would be great. I'll do it. Let's do it. We can make one. We can do it. We could make anything come to life. Oh my God, get the buzzards. Eh. Ah. Not yet.
Starting point is 00:27:12 That would be fucking awesome. Yeah, let's, we'll throw it around. How much are you packing down there? Eh. They all have to wear banana hammocks. And if they get measured with a ruler, if they're not a certain size, they're off the show. Cause we know you're a fucking-
Starting point is 00:27:28 Hold on. You're a size queen. She's a size queen. Yeah, a lot of people don't know this about Demps. She is a size queen. Like you love a good, stealthy, healthy wiener. I do. Get your dollars up with Dollar Up on DraftKings Casino.

Starting point is 00:28:35 ends January 19th, 2025 at 11.59 p.m. Eastern time. I don't care what anybody says. It doesn't matter what time of year it is. I never get tired of online shopping, especially during the holidays. Here's the thing, it's kind of gross out. Even those of us that embrace the chilly weather need something to break up long winter nights. Something I love to do is treat myself to a little something, but I don't want to spend a fortune on my winter blues.
Starting point is 00:29:01 That's where Quince comes in. I'm absolutely obsessed with my Quince luggages. I took them on tour, I brought them home and they're still like brand new. I'm pretty much obsessed with this brand but there is something else that everyone needs in their closet in my opinion. Quince's iconic Mongolian cashmere sweaters which start at $50 or if you want to really up the lux factor check out their Italian leather handbags, washable silk skirts, and European linen sheet sets. Whatever you're looking for, all Quinn's items are priced
Starting point is 00:29:30 50 to 80% less than similar brands. Quinn's only works with factories that use safe, ethical and responsible manufacturing practices. Treat yourself this winter without the luxury price tag. Go to quince.com slash B U N n i e for 365 day returns plus free shipping on your order. Bill had taken me there early on before I got the job. He's the one that got me, as you mentioned,
Starting point is 00:30:07 got me on the Caswalk show. He'd take me to the fair, the county fair, where I could join in contests and different things like that. And then eventually, he would take me back and forth to Nashville. And so he just had, he saw that I was so serious about it, and he saw that I had potential. I just and Bill was a great guitar player Bill wrote great songs We wrote great songs together in fact in 19 and I guess it was 67 We won the song of the year BMI song of the year and put it off until tomorrow
Starting point is 00:30:40 Bill Phillips on Decca Records He was a pretty big artist at the time and so so I got to, when I had, we had sent the demo to him from when we'd just written it, then they wanted me to sing on the demo. So that was kinda like my first kind of break of being heard, like on the real radio. Everybody was DJs were calling, who's the girl singing with Bill Phillips
Starting point is 00:31:04 on the Bill Phillips song? So anyway, that was kind of a moment too. That's awesome that Uncle Bill's been so pivotal in your career. That's amazing. At 10 years old, being on the Cass Walker Show, who were some of your musical influences? Was there anybody that you wanted to be like,
Starting point is 00:31:20 or did you have an idea of like, hey, I'm gonna pave my own way? Well, all of my people were very musical musical and so I think some of my greatest influences were within my own family. I had an aunt Dorothy Jo one of my mom's sisters while she played the banjo she played the guitar and she wrote great songs and she was an evangelist she also was a Pentecostal preacher. I used to, I was just totally influenced by her. But as far as some of the others, there were the Kitty, you know, there was Kitty Wales on the Grand Ole Opry and Roy Acuff and there was some early on after I got to out to where we really had a
Starting point is 00:32:02 little bit more exposure to big radio and all. There was a woman named Rose Maddox. It was the Maddox brothers and Rose. She worked with her brothers. And that was the first time I'd ever seen people dress in the Rhinestones. They wore kind of western, kind of like how the Grand Ole Opry does,
Starting point is 00:32:20 but they were the first ones I'd ever seen do that. And they also put a show together. They did little bits, little comedy and little things, and I thought that was amazing. So you find that now that I'm older, I look back, and I find that I have just picked up bits and pieces from so many people through the years, and I've learned so much that I didn't realize
Starting point is 00:32:44 I'm like a sponge, you know, I just, without even knowing that I'm doing it. And then later on, I'll do something, I'll think, oh, that reminds me so much of when I saw so and so, or, you know, you just learn, you just learn through watching. I always say we're like a masterpiece of all the art we pick up from each person, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:03 it's just like little gems of their souls that we take with us, and that, you know, we look back on them, and we're like a masterpiece of all the art we pick up from each person you know it's just like little little gems of their souls that we take with us and that you know we look back on and we're like okay this influenced this and this influenced that so I love that you always give credit where credits do because I'm the same way like if I see if anybody asked me what's your look I'm like Dolly I'm Dolly all day long you know. Oh well I wish I looked like you. Oh stop it. You didn't need me for that. Oh, you listen, we could trade outfits right now and I'd be happy. I love this outfit right here. Well, yeah, we love God, I guess.
Starting point is 00:33:30 Well, do you believe in like many lives? Absolutely. I also believe in soul contracts and I believe that. Me too. Oh, tell me, what do you believe? Let me know. Okay, so I believe I did, okay, this is kind of wacky. And I don't know if people believe in this stuff, but I'm so into it. I'm I did. Okay. This is kind of wacky and I love it.
Starting point is 00:33:45 I don't know if people believe in this stuff. No, we do. I'm so into it. I'm very spiritual. I'm very connected to spirit. I meditate. I've got guides. Oh, I love you sister.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Yes. Where have you been? They're all over here laughing because I, this is me. Okay. Amazing. Yeah. Then I'm, I'm, I'm, you found your, you found your coven. Okay.
Starting point is 00:34:03 Great. Sick. Um, I did this one reading, um, with I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I Okay, I believe that. And I feel like that's why we're supposed to be connected. I... It was like over the phone because it was during COVID. It was right before COVID when things were starting to get crazy. And she was explaining a couple of my past lives. And I was locked in with her and I could see her. Like, I could see everything that she was seeing.
Starting point is 00:34:42 And everything lined up. And I asked her, I could see everything that she was seeing and I'm... Everything lined up and I asked her, I said, have I ever had a child in a past life? And she said, no. And so she said, you're gonna have to make a soul contract with someone to bring, like, for this lifetime. And I mean, I've even had, like, like, psychics one time I was pregnant before I had a miscarriage. And he was like, have you ever had a miscarriage? And I was like, no, not that I know of.
Starting point is 00:35:08 Like, boom, a week later, I had like, I had a miscarriage. And then the next pregnancy was missed. And so I think that I had to have a soul contract with either my baby. I don't know how all of it works, but I know that like my baby chose me and I know that he's like destined to be here. But to do that, like I'm so into healing and I'm all into like a lot of like spiritual stuff.
Starting point is 00:35:32 So I felt like it's true. I saw something online that was like, if you're ever feeling like called to a place, like you need to go because there's something that has to happen there. What was he damning the football player? I guess he wanted to tell him that like, so I'm dating this guy, talking to him, but he still was kind of coming at me.
Starting point is 00:35:51 He got this is the guy that I was at Carbone with. He found out who it was and starts damning him, talking about he had stuff to tell him. What? OK, I want to see it. Yes, I would love to see it. If people don't see that he's the problem, then I just after this podcast, if I see another blog about you being the problem here, I'm going to probably lose my money. I mean, like I say, I'll take accountability, babe.
Starting point is 00:36:19 I'm not going to say I'm innocent because I'm not. I get it. It does take two to tango. And trust me, our sexual chemistry is so like bombed that it was hard for me to let go. But at the same time- You guys also have a trauma bond too. So that makes everything 10 times more intense. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:36:40 So look, this is- Hold on, let me get the bifocals on. He said, so this was after he had me hopped the fence. He got wind. OK, so he found out. So they just told him that I was there with a guy. But once he found out it was a football player and this football player, when I tell you is fine, does the day he's, he said, what up? Let me know when you see this trying to send you some info. Just want to make sure you're the right person.
Starting point is 00:37:14 So, yeah, he basically. Every time I'm ready to move on or I've moved on, like this man can't take it. So it's like, if I'm all of this, if I'm this crazy, let's just say like that. Why haven't you been to court to get your kids away from me for one for two? Why haven't you gone to court? Because I'm keeping your kids from you. Like, why? It's just an abusive relationship.
Starting point is 00:37:42 There's just so much that I just wish people were smart enough to see. I think after this podcast... And I will say there's a lot of celebrity women reached out to me, like big name women that were like, listen, what you did is nothing compared to what X, Y, and Z made me do. And it's like, you'd be surprised how many men, and I'm saying it's right, but men literally purposely. antagonize provoke women and then when they lose their shit, it's like she's crazy. She's this she's this that they never tell the whole story. It's reactive abuse and that's part of controlling the narrative. If he can't control you he wants to control what people think about you.
Starting point is 00:38:22 And after this podcast if people can't see what's going on here, especially now that you're distancing yourself from him and saying, hey, you know what, no more. Just let this dude crash out. I would never let this man touch me again. I mean, he's gonna crash out on his own. I mean, he's crashing out already.
Starting point is 00:38:40 So moving on from Safari though, and no matter what this man has done to you, you have literally just risen from the ashes, like a fucking, the phoenix that you are, you have done this your entire life. It seems like to be a theme for your life. Like no matter what fucking adversities life throws at you. Yeah, I don't know how.
Starting point is 00:38:56 I really have like 10 lives. I would say nine, but I think- No, you always come- I have a couple of lives on me. I'm telling you, you always come back full force. And now you have a dating show coming out on Zeus. Tell me all about this. I'm super excited about that.
Starting point is 00:39:10 I feel like this show, I mean, it's definitely Zeus. So it's crazy. It has its elements. But what I love about it is that Lemmy and LJ let me create a format where I still gave them Zeus, but I wanted to tap in and show how fun and sexy and wild, you know, being a bisexual woman could be. What I love about it is I got to be myself, you know, in the sense of like once I'm like in my world, in my element, sex is like my favorite conversation.
Starting point is 00:39:42 I love to talk about sex. I'm a Scorpio, so I love to talk about sex. Do you know what your moon sign is? my favorite conversation. I love to talk about sex. I'm a Scorpio, so I love to talk about sex. Do you know what your moon sign is? I don't. Haley was asking me because she said you were going to ask me. So I was like, oh, shit, how do I find that out? She's like, you've got to find out your moon sign because she's going to want to know.
Starting point is 00:39:55 I'm like, fuck, OK, good to know. But yeah, I love to talk about sex. I just feel like, you know, in a safe space, like we all do. Absolutely. So I've been open bisexual for like years. I love to talk about sex. I just feel like, you know, in a safe space, like we all do it. Like whatever, right? So I've been an open bisexual for like years and I love love and I haven't been lucky in it but I know I'm deserving of it. And one thing people don't know is how fun and crazy
Starting point is 00:40:21 and you know, wild I am. Well, wild, yes, but like, you know. I think we all know you're fun and crazy and wild I am. Well, wild, yes, but like, you know, just- I think we all know you're fun and crazy and wild. But like in a fun way where it's not love and hip hop drama. People know me drama crazy. Now it's like fun crazy, turn up crazy. Like tap into like how fun it is to be around me when I'm in a good, healthy environment.
Starting point is 00:40:43 You lead with love in everything you do. And if people can't see that, then it in, you know, a good healthy environment. You lead with love and everything you do. And if people can't see that then it's like you said, they're just not wanting to see it. It's also about seeing people for people. The fight before that I'd sat next to Don Jr. and his whole family, his wife, daughter, I sat next to their whole family. And what a sweet guy. Yeah. You know, as a human, right?
Starting point is 00:41:03 Like as a human being, he was self-deprecating He was funny. He made light of himself like he was charming He was just fun to sit next to you know what I mean. It's like a dude's a great guy You know what I mean like? The time I spent with him what a great guy so it's like you start meeting these people as humans You know yeah when I got to spend an hour talking to Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi and they were really telling me what their plans are and help addicts and what their plans are to kind of change the health care, I don't want to, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:32 speak, but they got real plans on how to help my people, America, yeah, people that are really struggling. I'm an epidemic that's happening in America. So moving on from that amazing story, cause it is amazing. You're going on tour with Posty Maloney. First you're going on tour in Canada and then you're doing post.
Starting point is 00:41:55 Yes. Well, yeah. I can't believe that they were finally getting into Canada. We'll go do Canada in March. It's my first time headline in Canada. I mean, I did those three festivals last year. This is our first headline in an arena tour in Canada. And you don't wanna fuck with someone
Starting point is 00:42:09 who has a weekly podcast. Yeah. You know that, like I'll come out and say whatever. I'm also a loose cannon sometimes. Let's talk about your podcast really quick. What is the name of your podcast so people wanna listen to it? Let's be honest.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Yeah, it's, you know, wherever you get your podcasts. Yeah, and it's a mix, you know That's what I love is having creative freedom with you know, uncommon James and the podcast to talk about whatever I want to talk about I mean you get that if one week I want to talk about you know fucking Scott disick sliding into my DMs or interview a Neurosurgeon. Yeah, you know, like I have that freedom, which is really great and keeps it exciting for me I admire the fact that you could do podcasts by yourself. I have. I never do them. No, I haven't. I feel like you would be so good at that.
Starting point is 00:42:49 I feel like nobody wants to hear me talk that much. Oh, that is not true. You would be so good at it. I just be sitting here talking. I would probably be like, by the time I got done, they'd be like, does she have five personalities? Because she literally made herself laugh and she couldn't stop laughing. And then she got pissed off. Like what just happened? Like it is. it's weird. It might be bad for me.
Starting point is 00:43:08 I remember when I started doing them, I was like, this is the most unnatural, awkward thing on the planet. I'm just talking to myself. Like it's weird, but it's a, it's a muscle. You'll, you would be so good at it, Bonnie. I feel like you should try it. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:43:20 Listen, if you guys see me talking to myself, it's because Kristen told me to do it. So let's talk about the Montana boy. Okay. Okay. Because listen, I was fucking rooting for you, dude. You were so cute on TikTok. I was rooting for you, because I was like, let this fucking woman live, bro.
Starting point is 00:43:37 Thank you. Hello. What was the age difference? 13 years. I mean, it's not terrible. I mean, you know, the thing is, I will stand by this. I still think age is just a number. And it was so interesting for me to see how up in arms people were because I was older and I'm the woman compared
Starting point is 00:43:58 to how it is for men. But Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher got away with it, and they were the cutest thing ever. And there's so many people talk about Jason stay them. I think he's like 20 something years older than Rosie. I mean like there are so many relationships out there and people don't bat an eye. But when a girl does it that really pissed me off. I was like what the fuck.
Starting point is 00:44:17 Also it's not like I don't know. I think so. Okay. Actually here's my real opinion on it. This is what I think. I don't think people give a shit that I'm dating, that I was dating someone younger. I think it's that I can do whatever the fuck I want
Starting point is 00:44:31 in my life. I'm out there doing what I want and a lot of people can't do that and that's what's triggering for people. Amen. Yeah, and so yeah, it was fascinating for me to see that whole thing. To see the reaction.
Starting point is 00:44:43 Yeah. Life is so that I'm so grateful for breast cancer and I went through it got two surgeries it was stage three they told me you know I was always gonna and I don't believe any that I believe that I understood what gave me the cancer and if I can make joy a priority in my life If I can eat the things that bring me joy, make me feel good and and do the things that make the choices for myself that I will be able to live a healthy happy life and it's been 20 years and I think I can brag
Starting point is 00:45:17 about it now. Yes ma'am you can, you earn that right, you earn those stripes. I am a firm believer and I preach this on the podcast I I know they're so tired of hearing it, but what the mind feels, the body will follow. 100%, the body is in reaction to the mind. Like I said, meat soup, total meat soup. Absolutely. And I know instantly, I can tell it's like, oh, this hurts, that hurts.
Starting point is 00:45:42 Oh, that's because you get things and it's, wow, well I've been feeling very closed down. I've been, oh, of course my back's gonna start hurting. It's like oh this hurts that hurts. Oh, that's because you know you you get things and it's wow Well, I've been feeling very closed down. I've been you know, of course my back's gonna start hurting I don't feel supported, you know, oh, you know that just all of that stuff and it makes it it makes our bodies make sense When when you have the belief that oh Something might happen to me. I might get cancer out of nowhere. I might get heart disease out of nowhere That's not how it works. It's stress.
Starting point is 00:46:06 What's your fear you'll feed? Yes, thank you. You know it all. No, for sure. You're just on that journey. Well, I had to. I got sober and I saw the dark night and went on my spiritual journey.
Starting point is 00:46:17 And I'm telling you, I just got misdiagnosed with an aneurysm last month. And I told myself, I thought I was gonna pass out when I got the news, said it was on my carotid artery and my mom actually had one and almost died. So I felt like I was gonna pass out. Anyways, long story short, cause this isn't about me, but it's just,
Starting point is 00:46:36 I didn't believe it. I was like, this is not, and if I do have it, I'm gonna have surgery and it's gonna be fine or whatever. I was getting a CAT scan, I heard the loudest voice in my head and it said it's not an aneurysm Went to two neurosurgeons turned out that I have two identical Blood vessels on both sides of my carotid arteries. That's just my part of my DNA So I was just like praise you, you know, like it's a miracle But you have to literally just no matter what I think our life lesson is to learn how to have faith
Starting point is 00:47:07 You cannot control everything and you have to just sometimes you have to say You know what God whatever your will is gonna be or whatever higher power. Yeah, whatever. Yeah, you know It's just whatever your will is let it happen and kind of it's hard not to say ritual because people just take it and run A ritual is something that you do over and over and over again. It doesn't have to be something satanic. No, not at all. That's what's so sad is that the OCD people have rituals. I have ritual. Right. Right. But the but what's so sad is that magic is so real and it's it is.
Starting point is 00:47:37 It's such a it's been erased from our entire history because it's so scary to know that we all have the power to Create A product out of a dream and You know even you know if we're just speaking about you know moon phases like the beauty of you know if we're just speaking about you know moon phases like the beauty of Tapping into that like, you know when people struggle with fasting or something like if they would just tap into what like Ikadashi which is an Indian
Starting point is 00:48:17 Practice of Fasting which is 11 days after the full moon or new moon Either one the the pull of the moon is a lot less. So the demand for your body to have food and water on that day is the least. I love that that's fascinating because the moon makes women have their periods. Oh, 100%. Yes, so there's so much power in that. So much power in that. So there's the least amount of pull from the moon on that day, so you're able to go that whole day without really feeling that urge if you work up to that point and you could just start there.
Starting point is 00:48:59 It's a really, really special day if you're ever trying to get into know, get into that because it helps your body kill all the sicknesses. Like when you practice those things, your cells, you know, turn over and it's a lot of magic and just that practice. But there's a lot of magic in everything and if you can just, I wish more people didn't demonize it as much as they do. And I just feel like, even you know, not to get into religion
Starting point is 00:49:29 because I don't really talk about religion that much on the podcast, but you know, even Christianity has taken so many things from pagans and you know, there's just, there's a whole world out there that if people just kind of explored it, they would see that it's not bad and it's not evil. It's not like what they portray in the movies
Starting point is 00:49:46 and it's not like good, which bad, which of course there's bad people who do bad things with good things that they're given, but that doesn't mean that that's how it has to be. Yeah, but I guess I also enjoy that. It's a scary idea because it would then just become over saturated and true it's you know I don't know you need you need you need some people to be over on that side so that...
Starting point is 00:50:27 I always say we are the kids from the witches that were burned. End of a tour, you're like, I don't wanna see this bus again for... No, we're clamoring to get back on tour. We can't wait to get back on the bus. You miss it, but you have to, it's good to miss it. And Vegas helped me do that. And it also just was so fun with like the production stuff
Starting point is 00:50:40 because you could just take it to a whole nother level because you're not putting it in trucks every night, you know, so I'm really thankful for it. And I got to love your city. I mean, the strip isn't Vegas. No, it's not. And that's all I knew of it from going to the ACMs for 18 years in a row, but I really learned to love like the outskirts.
Starting point is 00:50:58 We stayed in the burbs and like, you know, I walked my dog every day and made eggs and like had a real life there. And I love the desert and just, I really, I really, I went to a nights game. I loved it. It was my first hockey game to ever go to. It was really fun. So I just, I found like the things of Vegas
Starting point is 00:51:18 that aren't like, you know. How beautiful are the sunsets? The sunsets are incredible. The weather in December is amazing. Yes, yeah. Yeah. And the in December is amazing. Yes, yeah. Yeah, and the food scene's amazing even off the strip. So like I just really, I grew to really love like the locals too. Like I made friends with a lot of people that I've seen there for work,
Starting point is 00:51:36 but they like live there. So we go to their house for dinner and it felt like, oh, this is just a really great community. Not that I don't love the strip, but for two days and you're good. You know? Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I had never, whenever, because we're selling our house out there now,
Starting point is 00:51:49 but whenever I would go out there, people are like, do you live on a strip? And I'm like, absolutely not. No one lives there. I will not go to the strip unless there is a reason. Like my husband has to be having a show, or I'm going to see you, or like I'm never gonna step foot on that strip
Starting point is 00:52:02 unless I have to. Yeah. The house that built me, by the way, when my dad passed away in May, was the only song that got me through. I think I cried my eyes out for like a month straight with The House That Built Me playing in the background. That song is such a blessing. Like, it's just one of those songs
Starting point is 00:52:16 I'm so thankful to have. It is beautiful. Like, if you listen to the words, just you literally paint a visual in this song and like you just walk people through just a moment in your life, a snapshot in your life. So I'm in times when we shot what that I'm going to talk about this part. Okay.
Starting point is 00:52:36 Um, I love that. She's just got your back. She's like, okay, here we go. I mean, she sees this is really going to shock her, because it's, so my, I got my baby in my mind, you know, and before I leave for Iraq, I mean, I'm all over her. That's my daughter, and I got another one on the way. Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:00 So it's all clicking to me, like, okay, this is going to be the rest of my life. But I'm a part of 1-6 Infantry, 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division. We're in Iraq. Thank you for your service, by the way. Thank you. And my first encounter was with an eight-year-old Iraqi boy. And my first encounter was with an eight-year-old Iraqi boy. And that is where the PTSD came from. It's right there.
Starting point is 00:53:37 Because he's eight on paper, but he's our age in reality. And he's shooting. And I've got a decision to make and either accept that or you know, take that life. And the latter is the decision that I had to make because at this point it's between him and Makayla. And when those kinds of things happened, they just happened. In the war, it's a part of war. You just keep rolling.
Starting point is 00:54:20 And I wasn't built like that. The most things I ever did in the streets was fight and I got, yeah, I got stabbed and I made it, you know, but when you have to take a life, it changes you. So it changed me. And then the rest of the fighting changed me. And then realizing that our freedoms do come at a high price. And then when you have a connection with God,
Starting point is 00:54:52 you're like, God, like keep it one hundred with me. How do you really feel about this? Because that's my brother over there. I know that we don't really act like it right now. And we've got a history of fighting with each other on Earth, but the truth is we're all brothers and sisters, and so how do I justify my actions when his father and mother are doing the same thing I'm doing?
Starting point is 00:55:21 You know, so... I couldn't imagine. Yeah. So, I had a lot to carry into 2010.
