Starting point is 00:02:23 We thought the market couldn't take another hit. Boom, it take a bigger hit. This whole thing is looking no. I know who wasn't bleeding before I've been bleeding the market is gone. But, and I can only speak for myself and then I can speak for myself here. I mean, I have had losses. I have had things go down. But outside of the things that I just know I couldn't move.
Starting point is 00:02:44 I know really anything made just a I had just interrupt to the end and you're just saying something that you didn't sell something on your one and why you didn't. Oh yeah I had a heavy hoarding in signals. There's a time when I say boy I should let you to go to that little thing. So something in the comarron right now I think. Probably being spokeable. The trans jump thing. When trans jump came and signals started to Probably even spoke about the trans jam. When trans jam came and sing a song about the video, I'm heavy orders on the sales side. And I was thinking, boy, I can't do this right now.
Starting point is 00:03:13 I didn't think the AP was going to come on the back of trans jam. Taking so much money from the market. You could see the actual quality of the thing. I was thinking, boy, I bet I was going to sign on a track with the money so many, so many. If I have done that, at least I was thinking, oh boy, the status, how much of a signal I tried for the money so many others tried to make so much. If I have done that, at least I was getting cashed then out of, so the original thought, original time was,
Starting point is 00:03:33 say something else, buy about signals on the little one it pulls about from the heavy setting handle, you know? But I didn't do it. And I wanted to say I'm way worse for it, if be a short. I don't want to freeze that up, way to get it. You're worse for it to be worse for it. I'm not saying. So yeah, the value of my holding these signals is much less known. In fact, it's all that time being. Why? And there's a feeling as head down to work,
Starting point is 00:04:02 those keeps signals because I gave myself some reason so I actually told it because when the right student was come out, then it was everything. Gucci. Word. Yeah. I mean, I gave myself. I think even on a phone board, you said the same thing.
Starting point is 00:04:19 I said, what are the right students with, I think we're doing that conversation. I know our phrase, but we've got opportunities in our faces now, in a wake of this trans-jump thing. Yes. Well, for me, I did have certainly just what I'm calling milestones that I was looking for. So I couldn't, in my view, would the level of second-schoolings I have, I cannot sell it before the man
Starting point is 00:04:46 named the peer to the dividend. Right? And the dividend, come the dividend, oh, no, and that's the dividend my calendar, big open, everybody who has added themselves to that public calendar, by the way, of a calendar going where it has all the all the dates for all the dates for for what's this dividend or the date for results, expectative dates for results, all sorts of things. I have all of that in a calendar. We'll continue to add to that and you'll hear more about that in a little while. But yeah, in the calendar, everything I mentioned in a calendar,
Starting point is 00:05:24 I live on a calendar. It's zero for the top. Signals dividend. You know, signals dividend date. And the signal dividend date was Monday the 16th, right? And the man named record date fight and they declared from before. It was the last quarter. February 13th, I mean,
Starting point is 00:05:41 and declared the dividend of 29 cents per share. I feel like I know for all the years I say, I'm in a business for a dividend. I like that I'm quite obsessed with that boy. Who claimed that change would do you then? Yeah, but... I have a great dividend in wait until they reach.. So you know, it's really happening guys. Oh, yeah, you're funny Well, you're good. Then I have a much bigger signal swallowing than I have so if I haven't reached I mean is that 39 cent dividend I did that 135
Starting point is 00:06:20 I hold up that right so is coming here I'm not sincere in 10 dividend. I mean, if you have, if you average in sicknesses, yeah, buy it from me like me from $9. I'm average is $9. Because you have an $11 average price, right? You are looking on, you're looking on a current yield from just this single dividend of 3.5% in one quarter.
Starting point is 00:06:49 I will take that free money, right? In a time of Corona, I will take that money. I should say, by the way, guys, if you hear any noise and the track or any distractions are so on, banana, I, I, being, what's the term that that, that, um, bro, God, so what must be? Where, where, so shall we? So, yeah, so we're in different locations,, we're still trying to bring it here especially because you guys have been waiting so long. And there's also an episode that we did that who knows. I want to drop that episode but the song polytanity is really bad and I mean we did that with the real.

Starting point is 00:07:38 And there's still work to be done on it, and I'm comfortable with it, and I have no issue with it in person. The market and life has been really taking over. But I forget my point, Tanjen, take over again. The point, however, that I as the saying was that we have been paying attention to the market. I did have to pay attention to that dividend. I can't turn on a true and a half percent dividend in one quarter and my God is telling me I remember if I have your right But my God is telling me that there was another dividend declared
Starting point is 00:08:17 Did they declare another dividend or is that wishful thinking? So I'm gonna digestion a JSON because I think it's the same notice. Twice? No, but it's the amount worth different. I worked with an amount earlier today and it was one cent. Like what, this is 0.0029. I think it's 0.0028. Wait, so that's after the February 12th because somebody sent me a screenshot with a whole

Starting point is 00:09:53 When it's old, yeah. I mean, and that happens a lot. I don't hear a lot of people talking about that. It's so funny. I hear people talk about all kinds of things in the market. But I don't hear them talk about, they talk about like, you know, the one thing I hear one the back to school drop,
Starting point is 00:10:10 I hear the end of your drop. Yeah. The term for all of these. I hear the match drop. But I don't hear things like the post dividend drop, which is a very real thing. I don't hear things like the, I don't hear things like the post dividend drop, which is a very real thing. I don't hear things like the, I don't hear things like the, oh, I say, I don't hear things like the, was I not
Starting point is 00:10:34 that time when we know it dropped, post dividend is one, but here's something that nobody talks about. I don't hear anything about a pre-bad results drop always guaranteed One or two days before a bad results. Suddenly that share price goes down and you wonder how these people know But that's I'm sure a whole other topic and on the flip side you have the good results rise Right before a good result you always have I Right before a good result you always have, um, I like to rise right there. I know I know I've paid attention to it because every time I haven't seen it across the board, but what I can actually do the thing there is a post result, the sort of two days of floor, what I can't explain that one. But on the day of the results, when it moves, when it's at a price change, it's a drastic, so it seems that if the thing is,
Starting point is 00:11:31 I see if the stock is mirroring what will come. So on the day of the results, you check out one of the common, one of the areas that all the stock rolls heavily and then glue results post on that day. But I understand, we some from the cards with the JC, but I heard from some people because I know the whole mail box thing, I mail up post on their side before JC had posted it. So the thing is that
Starting point is 00:11:58 so JC is sent, so they cause the companies, they operate with the thing there the company, the operation, the way they operate with it, they think they're with JC, your JC rules is that when they send the results to JC, that's when the backup period is open. So no inside of the company, the employees are, what they declare are the inside of the company, employees direct those cognitive rights, they can't know about what I'm true. So it's when they send it, not when in JC posts it. So if you're a lag between the JC posts, it's when they send it not when in JC post it. So if you're like between the JC post it that when he sent that's fine. Are you sure about that? I send the result. Are you sure about that? I don't know. That's the rule and I think the rule is
Starting point is 00:12:39 it is what? The rule says the rule is that I'm going to bringing the travel. Yeah, because I think the rule says after it's posted as far as I know. You want to watch that? Starting point is 00:13:38 recommendations, what the FSC would be in under. And you know, as incense does that made me and the guy also guys named Dasha Henry. I mean as incensed as the things that you were saying made me because to me it is just straight ignorance. Later on it occurred to me and he said, yo why am I angry? And you know, instead of just being angry you are looking to it. And I look into it and I'm like, yo this guy, well he's a journalist so he's doing his
Starting point is 00:14:03 side of things and he's bringing light. So he's doing his side of things. And he's bringing light to what he sees, which is good. But like the people who are greeting, they're on the show and well, not many people are greeting him on the show. And private later, I have spoken to me otherwise. It occurred to me to say, me and somebody has an advantage, and I'm saying, what or not something is being done or whether or not something is illegal. But only one of us has actually got the job done. That's me. So we're at the... Oh yeah, I get that very often. People tell us all the time what is our illegal, what channel can we done, what is our is not against the rules.
Starting point is 00:14:40 But they haven't bothered to go and check the rules. There is based on what, what about idea they have been ahead? Atlea, I'm going to better up my job because of investing. I work for risk on compliance. A big part of my job is knowing the rules. So we can be compliant and helps we being the company already.
Starting point is 00:15:00 So it can be a lot of things. Sorry to note, so we can be compliant with a JSC rules, FACs, you know, right? So I have to know what those rules were. It's funny. I didn't know I don't know those rules become a job. It's just I'm good at I know those jobs, I know those rules because in best things I've in my head I had to look at that. You have you have no operating end ramen. No one rules as many are in the morning.
Starting point is 00:15:23 Last of the case. The case in point, the old seem to be one You have been operating in ramen. No one rules us made near any morning after that. The case in point, the old seem to be one is so tough. So they are talking to I'm treated at at Randy here, big of Randy here, the last stocks on the rocks. I think of Simon in that stocks on the rocks is a lot more to own than operates. So that's under us. Yes. Yes. Simon, I think of it that way. It's not a joke thing because I hold it for value. Starting point is 00:15:48 I'm big one on the carpet, but it's very nice. I'm not coming out. What we'll talk about at another time. What I was saying, however, was that has an accommodation around the air than he was saying that Pulse had a three-to-one toxic bit. And you know, it was clear blah blah blah but to me and
Starting point is 00:16:08 I you can actually see how it's because you and I spoke about it before and under it like I've had a look at and I'm like what is this? like what is a split and you look at the wording I thought it was three four one three two one because the headline said three two one or four one. But once you read the wording, it's very clear that you will be given three additional. For each one share that you currently hold. Which means if you have one share today, tomorrow you're going to have four shares, three plus one. That's a great example of where if you simply pay attention to the rules and pay attention to what's written. Now, what you feel, say,
Starting point is 00:16:52 what you want, what you think might be best, but what the thing actually say is that that will help you make a lot of money. If people listen to that, I mean, I'm talking ultra-sharter in here, I'm not telling you about it anything ultra-sharter, but if you had put a million dollars into pulse, I would say, there is a cause Friday was an ex-date. So after Friday, you fired it dead, right? But if you put it to be after dead, a million dollars are unfried it. On Monday, you would have had 1.3 something million. You know, 300 million at gun made just because you knew the rules and understood what was going on. And even better example is if you had a million dollars worth of shares on Thursday in Pulse, and on Friday the X date, you sold whatever that home home the amount of shares is not the value the amount of shares was if you sold them are for it was trading that they Monday morning or end of the Monday you'd have gotten
Starting point is 00:18:06 back more than a million dollars worth of post years if you had understood the rules. And I'm not saying that experts are lucky or magical but I thought that you kind of made money from just by knowing the rules. I don't know if that's long term or short term, all I know is that that's an obvious, that he was there, the rules were there. It was under very clear about it. You know what it's not, you know what it's like when you're at a child of them have something,
Starting point is 00:18:33 what do you have my earring? Like I said, yeah, my earring, and then say, I don't have it in my right hand. Okay, how weird we have seen that, right? In the same way, it was very weird what they said, and they had their AGM, and at the AGM, it is reported that John Jackson asked, what kind of split do you mean?
Starting point is 00:18:54 You mean a four to one split, and they answered, they, yes, you end up with, or I'm paraphrasing, but you end up with four shares, as a result of having had one share before. John Jackson made sure to clarify, top of that big up your employee neighbor Very into time notice about what was happening before it happened No With all that infancy I mean
Starting point is 00:19:20 What what else can I say? I? What else can I say? I don't know what else to say. If you're in this thing, see yours especially during a time of COVID like this. If you see your money on the gains and you feel like you're the market has dropped and have lost a lot of money. You should be mad, see your support every dime you can find. And that's an opportunity for a whole paper dimes. I don't know if anybody has noticed it's just like us, bro. We're just used that entire view. It's that entire, but bringing it back around to the point
Starting point is 00:20:01 that you had you had made just no about signals and I'm saying my milestones I couldn't drop it before the dividend milestone, right? And you know right behind the dividend milestone is either the right issues slash RAPI, APO, so if you have those milestones it kind of hard for you to start. So if you have those masks on, it's kind of hard for you to start. We've got to pull this, it's kind of hard for you to start. Because as much as the magic I have to do, you know. So another thing, you know, changing the face of new information, you have so much thoughts about the old information, but this new thing you presented to you, you know, a factority in a no-check program. You have to do that.
Starting point is 00:20:45 Yes. And the end of day still is still speculative, which is still a core tongue called gamma, right? The thing. Yeah. But at that point, I was, I don't know what's happening, no, who would be
Starting point is 00:20:57 happiness. My, you're all golden. So my thought was, you know, said the American depressed because of trans-derm, when trans-derm, from to American, then the refunds are back on. somebody might be sick, so much, so much, so many exes, exes, so, somebody puts money in transgen, right? And they get, they get their return, they get a higher return on transgen, so they sell
Starting point is 00:21:16 transgen, that's more money going back to whatever they want, the way, and the way they want to might be seeing, or seeing, or seeing, or seeing, or seeing, or seeing, or seeing my bad traffic that, today, my bad time, because might be that time because I realize you're something might be there it's like my thought I never thought there would be more in my view so I don't want to be this ingenious but I view it's that hard you lost that much you lost it has yeah you lost it's every dollar on the heart of course I mean how do you actually lost overall oh no I have no that's exactly what I think into it I mean I look at it and I'm thinking wow contract money or at the same time the same the complies I want you're right.
Starting point is 00:22:07 The only thing I feel is because I think I want things I don't want to do that in the book so. And generally I don't care to hear so I made the money last year so I don't want to be dulled on anything for this. Yeah, I mean, I want to be for this year, I'm the only need to over I don't want to say I don't like that fact. I want every year a bit more money, right? That's I think everybody wants that. So that's the only reason to feel that way. But in real life, I still made money. So why I, I'm with you, I'm with you, I know the top I'm to us and I can see everybody saying, whoa, there's so many deals out there. I mean, there are really ideas out there. Mm-hmm, definitely. Trust me. I think it's definitely how you think about things.
Starting point is 00:22:59 And that's the first part you always go to, when I know I'm to be in this... Starting point is 00:23:58 Look at me presented with a new discount because something somewhere still is okay so everything I want you like that yep yep yep I think the guy in our industry the group of heat men China and get himself more people yeah um on the guys just said today JPS guys still good at anything What do you mean? Say that so the person said JPS will still have customers people a bit home spending more that like me So we turn you think we don't demand demand get far off That is a big point
Starting point is 00:24:44 Then was it we are we time down almost all the way down to... Yeah. I think it's a century and the 60s. I thought that's our 50s. 50s won't just be very tight. Yeah. I want to say that I've been very proud of this. Yeah. So, three of them truly.
Starting point is 00:25:02 I've said it before, I'm sure. I think this thing is oversold. So, you know, far about feelings go. So boy, I want to fuck the ones I guess. The mark, they were just going to an end. No, yes, we turn here in the 50s. So, you didn't know, you, you, you, you, killing them now. So, and here we are. Company has a lot more cash. Think about what I think about that. When the IPO, the company got all the money from the IPO. And look at the book, no, I'm not that money that actually holds in the pocket.
Starting point is 00:25:57 You know that? Even though, boy, we never get the IPO money. We get a lot of money from the government. We get a lot of money from the government. I get a lot of money from actual business. Perfect way to run that there. I don't know. So even though it's done, guess what? And people, so I'm hearing long term people and the dividend people.
Starting point is 00:26:19 So they're often thinking of the most walk out people in any investment space. Boy, invests for the long term. I don't know out of people in any investment space. But invest for the downturn, I don't know what that means. Invest for the downturn, don't stop investing. Invest for the downturn for me means I will not stop investing. Over my life, I will keep investing money and make it money from this thing. Good. So people take it to me and boy, if I buy a stock, I will go 50 years.
Starting point is 00:26:44 That's what Buffett said. That's it. Yeah, Buffett has shown himself to get started to me based on many times. Why Mr. Buffett, I'm very sorry, what is that? He misquoted. You don't misquade, I'm misinterpreted. It's in screams. The misinterpreted in the specific way he says not to misinterpret me. It's so weird.
Starting point is 00:27:06 You know, I heard, well, you know, Berkshire had the way that big company he ever is, you know, the short-term investment for him. To hear you also, he was a work that short-term, he was buying the stock to sell it back to management to the company because he had an agreement with the company to sell the stock within a very short period of time.
Starting point is 00:27:22 So he bought a lot of it, saying, I don't know, he got this little doll for me when time goes. And he only kept it because it didn't work out that way. Exactly. He was guaranteeing himself that profit. And he got stuck in a play. Yeah. That's not enough play because some this ingenuity
Starting point is 00:27:38 from between him and where I was in my life. Yep. He's still worked off for a minute. Yeah. What? What? Yeah. So. was in my case. You still work out for me. Meaning what this means for people guys is that if you if the company just repeats its performance next year or next year being this year 2020 just to make it add to pay taxes last year and they don't have to pay taxes this year corporate tax exactly one time and these are companies that are growing like like a wolf, right? Lomba bringing it back to Lomba. I mean, another company growing
Starting point is 01:00:47 like a wolf. And there's more to come. I have not forgotten that it was supposed to happen, but we see what's happening. No, we should at least touch on Corona. Because I know people asking you, what do you expect that in the market? Eyes asked you then I'll do it instead of top first Corona I made some tweets today that I stand by one I based on just my My personal Estimation of what I think is happening in America. I think it's like a second Christmas. People shopping like whoa as they pictures of LM2 Walmart as in Sheldon. People, people,
Starting point is 01:01:33 you know what I said I didn't Christmas. You see you know. People acting like it's a hurricane except it's all of America. Yeah. I'm not saying I'm not being I'm not being glibber blind. This thing can spiral out of control. It can get very crazy. We see us happening in Italy. We see us happening in Iran. We saw what happened in China and China is a country like no other. Because China looked like it and those decides they're going to be done. That's a big right here. China is back on the road to recovery. Yes. Yeah. But America, it can't spiral out of control, but thankfully in my opinion, it has not yet done that. And I have my own thoughts as the whole part of the spiral can go on going to them right here out
Starting point is 01:02:20 low. I mean, we should, but I don't want to kill the people at time but let's just say that as it is right no one if it continues this way I think that what we will see is just heavy heavy heavy are strengthening of these companies actually. I'm not saying that consumer demand can drop people stay home there is a contract to affect another things right smart businesses will feel it but on the flip side, I mean, the people in the financial circles, and stupidly, the most obvious to the same response in Jamaica, about a concert in a second, but yeah, speaking for America, because at the impact, they have an Austin, Jamaica, underwriter world, and the region. I think that if Corona
Starting point is 01:03:01 can be managed within the next two months, so we're talking in March now. So April, me, I think would be good June of this summer, and they agreed summer, they are post COVID summer. All of those cheap flights, tell it at everybody, everybody buy up now. If you take that flight in summer, you can go to go spend some money and raise their GDP.
Starting point is 01:03:23 Raise their, raise their, well, there is a GDP raise their well and kind of and raise our own spending in low high circles Jamaica so I bring it back home I think America might be good it's a matter of whole long-listing last one impact it has I don't think we can lock up for three months so I'm not actually expecting that Bringing it home to Jamaica, I described it as a second Christmas. And in December, heavy spend would have happened. I think it would have happened in January, February would have had some spending. March, you know, people are expecting to have carnival. So, you know, there's some amount of spend that's expected and a lot of travel has stopped,
Starting point is 01:04:03 so you're not getting that spend in locally. I mean, you see what happens with price math, you see what happens at MegaMath, you see the empty shelves in Jamaica, same way. People buy up things like, whoa, yes, the kids are in school, but you know what else I see all the time if I use the things to note it?
Starting point is 01:04:19 Everybody will be on Twitter right now, so they're eating about four times for the day. That means that in bio food, then bio more food and then expected, when bio more supplies and bio more romantic, and then they will might drink it and eat and I'll watch these fun Netflix, which I pay for, using more electricity, drinking more things that eat and order food right now the whole. I suspect if we can manage our coronary response also within two months, this
Starting point is 01:04:46 thing I actually end up as a net benefit to the companies. As it is all known, I think to major companies on the stock exchange and the wider Jamaica, it is a great benefit. I know some companies that are bidding and I know some entrepreneurs are not allowing the opportunity to pass them by because people like Gordon Swede who was done a huge set of deals to help education locally. Yeah, in turn, he keeps tweeting about what these numbers are. I don't want to get it wrong. I get a good gardener proper big up because in talk about the numbers all the time. because in talk about numbers all the time and a huge spike I think over the last 90 days he has seen a huge increases active numbers since more than 10,000 numbers. How many signups or what 20 are those and signups and that's what tech service in Jamaica 10 years ago wouldn't believe it. I would have believed it, but I would have believed that there's a virus cause it. But no, everybody used to it, right?
Starting point is 01:05:48 I think about the long-term knock on effects. All of those children are used to learning online. They think it's normal because they've grown up with computers and then get this as part of them schooling. The government is no use to online learning. Companies are learning to pivot, as much as companies were ballabled about this,
Starting point is 01:06:07 you said companies that make it through this a couple of time here, you know, as I'm going to remember, and remember things like, yo, the life was so low. Cause nobody that had run the four A's in them, the life was so low. If you have a delivery company right now,
Starting point is 01:06:21 you are bathing. Well, you know, funny, I hear there is the companies that are often calling them a NACU when they know to tell them about your life, to what at that time. Yeah, that's true. That's true. That's true. A lot of the consultancy is just playing common sense.
Starting point is 01:06:41 But I understand sometimes you might be too close to the problem to see. Yeah, and sometimes it's just somebody else coming in comprehensively and saying, hey, look at this, I might have benefit from other people coming in and helping me to say no, using your drones, you're not really joining with excise. So anybody can use that help. But yeah, I suspect if we can manage it, we may have a better off. And today the government announced that after mis and measures, carpet God never played, the man dropped the money. And well, I won't go too deep into that because I'd like to have another episode with maybe an economist I too are talking about it in those terms. However, what I will say is big up to the banks, the financial institutions in Jamaica,
Starting point is 01:07:27 who agreed to forego the first year of their asset tax break. Yes. In other topics, government used those. Yes. The bank called it for a tax break, and then it says, and then it says, oh, you are, we take it, we take the stress.
Starting point is 01:07:48 I know some financial institutions have said it's the singularest bill they have to pay. That's it, that's it. Of course. Yeah. Of y'all. If you still, you know we pay attention on things in the market. NCB, like a big lake array, is there every Q1? I think there lick every Q1. I think it's every Q1 on the pit. Yes. Yeah. As in profits, I think Q4. There's either quarter in which they hope you come. I have it.
Starting point is 01:08:19 It might be. Yeah, and it's big enough to hit them that hard, as much as it's so small. I imagine it's like could parents promise you say oh I want to carry to Disney World Old people at me know when I get in promise to go to Kony Park. I hear after years and years and years and years and years and years and you finally I've got Kony Park and I said why I'm going to say mom's is that is the German financial institutions for taking that step, boy.
Starting point is 01:09:07 For saying, yo, this is bigger than all of us. And we got, we got, we got, we got, we got sir, Dr. I keep calling sir, Dr. Nigel Clark, for the job that he is doing, he's doing an amazing job, I believe. Yeah. And the results are showing, and I suspect,
Starting point is 01:09:23 I don't want to be too optimistic, but I suspect that if we cannot be slandered on in two months oh God man. Yo NCB just announced the tree biggest infrastructure project in the region the man named for the tree adding. That's the in plain terms in the region the big highway in a Jamaica we bring it to market. The big, I don't want a oil project, infrastructure thing on the east coast of Ghana, they are the ones who will just close on it. And Trinidad needs some money because we know they've been bleeding, we're happy to help them find it.
Starting point is 01:09:59 And you know them probably takes some of that bond themselves, too. I mean, 20 or bond 5.8% So nice. Yeah, most own nights. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right now 5.8% in these times. Also, the you that bonds is crazy right now also. Yeah. Some interesting things that happen in the US market. The US market caught them interested in fake, called them rate to zero. And that is... That's a major thing. That's a major thing. And not only that, they have pointed out
Starting point is 01:10:32 that they are supporting Buntro, supporting their dollar flow, and they're supporting certain industries like airlines and so on. industries like airlines and so on. I mean, you know, I just want three months pass. That's all. If anybody going through this COVID thing, I know, just hold out, stay home, eat up the whole of the snacks and the doors. Please, especially if you buy them from us in court. And yeah, they have sent me your banana chips, eat them up. So water, drink some water, you don't mind? It's better, you don't mind?
Starting point is 01:11:09 Water, you guys, buy the water, don't go and use it for the buy the water. That's right, you have to buy the water. Who? That's a water. We think we can come link with some ads in our at least some some some promotion of water. I'm quite drinking. I thought about it. Having said that, however, there are other opportunities that I think even from the crisis.
Starting point is 01:11:35 I hate to say what guys have remembered is right unless you're dead, you're going to need money. So I'm not saying the profit profit here. So I'm not telling nobody to go by hand sanitizing. I have a lot of time to price. Don't kill the brand. Don't kill the brand. Say it, who, who buy? Exactly.
Starting point is 01:11:52 But look for the opportunities for companies and that space. I think I want to get you right. I think handy help us, J.A. and little help us, J.A. Both of them are fine heavy cleaning services for homes and offices. Yeah, look them up on Twitter. Look for them. So if you want to make sure to say your place is COVID-free, if you have a storefront where people come in every day, you can have little help as our handy help us. Both of their two separate companies, by the way. So that's competitions that industry right there. Have them come in every day and just give everything at this infecting wipe, clean, you know, pay the money, I know you're good, I know you can say, boom, we're getting, we are COVID safe.
Starting point is 01:12:29 At least you're doing your part. You want to look at opportunities, we can't ignore the Fontana. Fontana makes, I think 40% of their money from pharmaceutical. Pharmaceuticals. Well you know, if you want to know, Sir, it's called Mention PTO today. So that's it? PTO. Mention? Paramount traders? Yes, no, but what about them?
Starting point is 01:12:55 They sell a lot of things. There's a lot of ingredients in aroma in feed and agents. Really? Yeah, I'll say it in the room in the evening agents. Really? Yeah, I'll say you do the thing. Yeah, and I'll put the link in the show notes. So that's an area of opportunity for them. For Fontana, I see the center, big of
Starting point is 01:13:15 filiburge in place, while there's a tricycle up to speed. Same scene, I noticed from Fontana about the options that they have. Guys, if you are home You are most enough to leave your home. Pantana. I lose it to sending the Prick the prescription by what's up? Starting point is 01:14:19 Price mark who's and that price delivery company has So something to do with. Let me see. Yep. Yep. Yep. That's a major, major, major, major thing there. Um.
Starting point is 01:14:36 It is, it is, it is. It is. It is at terrible time. It's a rough time, especially if you're going through it. I mean, how many cases are up to no? No, that's not it. But last one, was it 10? 10, 10, 10, 10, you know, it got a little bit of noise at one day where it just suddenly just boom, my flies. one day where you're just suddenly just boom, my flight. So, you know, it's a good thing, they think that they, they're down on that they work on work from home thing at this time because it'll be transmission time.
Starting point is 01:15:13 But in the case it's there for me and then people are siblings or so you know that. So, I think we're trying to take the load out of the population. Yes, that in the curve. Yeah, reduce the transmission and reduce how far it goes. I do want to say that the management side seems to need to be very so far on top of it. And you can't deny it, Brida. Maybe just because of the internet, I think I'm on top of it. I mean, you can't deny it, brother. Maybe just because of anything I think I'm trying to Twitter,
Starting point is 01:15:47 but the management of it has been good. And it's across the board that the prime minister has been present and talking heavily about what is his response is. Nigel Clark has been doing his part. I mean, the Minister of Health has been doing his part. Even opposition has been doing their part. I think Dr. Phillips pointed out some improvements
Starting point is 01:16:05 that could have been made to the budget. Y'all are so calm and national, they are prayer. It's like everybody gets it. Everybody gets how important it is for us to make it through this time. And all I'm saying to people is that unless you are planning today during this time, God forbid, but if you're planning today,
Starting point is 01:16:23 you're gonna need money when it's done. And there are star opportunities here. Don't worry about the market being done. The market being done is an opportunity. If you tell me say you could have buy NCB for one six a month last year I wouldn't believe you. You tell me if I signify for 17 hours again I wouldn't believe you. 17.25 is right ended today. I would not have believed that. Everybody was telling me,
Starting point is 01:16:48 said, and it missed, we've done at $50. You couldn't believe, you could have guessed for $50. $50, $59, no. Wow. Yo, if you sold we've done in the $0.90 region, or the $0.80 region, or the $0.70 region, you can buy it back with the same amount of money, I get like 34 to 50% more shares with the same amount of money now. And Wigton is only not going
Starting point is 01:17:14 to make money in the future if they have an apocalypse where people stop using electricity. And apocalypse where people stop using electricity. That's it. And I don't think that's going to happen. If that's something, if that's, I don't care about the market in that case anyway. How they're under, under, under nice boat calling the nice saying, yo, you never said that me, you have poor oil, brother, wait a minute. But yeah, that's my thoughts on the market and the downturn. I am not as worried about it. I know there's some privilege to that view because I do have the kind of portfolio that's set up that allows me to have that view.
Starting point is 01:17:55 But all I'm seeing are opportunities and we did start off and you say that I there are things I wanted to tell and can't tell because the players have not had me yet. Macassel, Giet, Macassel, Signos, Macassel, Lombayet, you know, Macassel, proving it. Prove and put off them, if you're in a better scene, put off, or I remember, say, my name is Slippan, Slippan, Slippan, Slippan, Slippan, Baya Ban, Kodena, a regional financial entity. DMMB. Yeah. You think it's DMMB? Mm-hmm. Oh, no, financial entity. Yeah, you think it's M&B?
Starting point is 01:18:25 Oh, no, actually, what into our regional entity? So proven we're waiting on the opposite of the entity, which is the whole money thing. So the APO can put out some little info right there. But M&B, well today and then this happened. And we spoke about that on previous part of the episode where profits up and there was no reaction. So no, at this point in time, profits up and a price farther. And then this quarter coming in the night, I didn't think we'd hit them.
Starting point is 01:19:01 So you may not know. It's all nighttings are. I think. Who are you talking about here? Proven RJNMB. Proven has an associate safety in JNMB. So a day in MB does well. Proven will see increased profits. Does he increase profits? Exactly.
Starting point is 01:19:19 Proven is a larger single owner in JNMB. And of course, my dark horse, Barita, is a larger single owner in proven. So when people say proven, them think bunting, we should actually be thinking Barita, our car nest on, who knows? Pretend you're proven those, but in Barita.
Starting point is 01:19:42 Yeah, so there's a whole, it's just opportunity. You've heard us say on previous episodes when we weren't going to a market downturn. But yeah, people have heard on a previous episode where I said that one of the, well, we both said it, that one of the things that we love in investing
Starting point is 01:19:59 is whenever a company goes through trouble. Not nice as bad news, because bad news creates an opportunity for improvement in following quarter and in the same quarter next year. And all of these companies have provided us with this market with an opportunity for artificial opportunity for greater profits because I mean the price I'm coming down to nothing. I spent again and in my point with it that if you are somebody just coming into investing now for the first time, you do not panic
Starting point is 01:20:36 by the noise you're hearing, you're not panicking that noise, you are having an opportunity to say something that many people haven't said things like I bought NCV at 167. Yeah, things like I bought signals at $17. Signals hasn't been at $17 and a long time. An opportunity to say, yo, QWI, 73, yo, whoever bought QWI, I have $0.50, you know, QWI has been giving, has become like a line back in the day in our CWJ back in the day in our Inutisa. The volatility between 50 and 85 senses. Very interesting. You bought at 50, 55, 60 cents. I mean it closed today at 73 cents, right? If you bought at 60 cents, you're up 21%. Why everybody are only saying that Max is done. It's things that I feel bad because, you know, nobody else has said things like this. Select F is at 71 cents still. In this market, with NCB who just announced three massive deals.
Starting point is 01:21:45 who just announced three massive deals. The second the share price moves, you can see it. All the dog MC, everybody know. I don't know, how do you feel about it? I can tell you you feel about it, and then we can wrap. I don't want to be pushed up. Makes me go first, he doesn't leave once to be said. Yeah, but people that are here in Utah,
Starting point is 01:22:04 maybe I have a different view, maybe have some nice COTite that I don't mention. Oh, not really. Things though, but we're here. We're here actually. The fundamental like companies, the companies, after the company is fully better off for it.
Starting point is 01:22:21 So you're investing against that. You know, how the, you know how the, you know how the, the Azure and it's a real time machine. Some things are known, but things are, prices are known. Price is a known, but there is also into one gain in some of the companies. So I don't, at this point, I feel like I said it all.
Starting point is 01:22:40 I think that's the message. All string. Remember your plan. And it is a good time to constantly be into your plan. Yeah? Yeah, man, in two years you'll be happy that you did tofito, you never buy the extra case or water because of corona. You put that into it. You put that into it, you know, it's easier, it's weak touch, it's something, anything. Well yeah this is what seems to be a crisis is off that opportunity. The great in the words of I don't know if he's a great but well kind of a great the great win-scent treasure because he'd be a Nazis. Never waste a
Starting point is 01:23:12 good crisis. Yeah and this is a great great great great crisis.
