Hi everybody, welcome to the early warm of Brick Talk. I'm Randy doing hopefully one of the shortest early ones that we've had it in a long, long time.
And I hope you guys can hear me then I hear you hear.
me fine?
Load unclear, Rovau?
Perfect.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Say that again?
Just say something like a little unclear.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
All right.
Make sure you close to the microphone here.
Okay.
Just now.
And Shea, okay, I think I just heard her.
Oh.
Shia, how you doing?
I'm okay.
It's hot.
I guess what I love.
It's hot.
It's very warm here.
But I'm okay.
It's not like you have a new goal.
AC.
AC is something like a new goal, you know?
I mean, the AC is always doable.
It just was never necessary.
It has become necessary.
I get you.
Yeah.
All right.
I think we're good to go, actually.
I think we can actually get going on everything.
So let me just.
We don't see you those shit.
Jump on.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a second.
And then we'll get going as soon as you get on and show us out to the two, the three early listeners.
We have pink scorpio.
Very nice.
No problem.
All right.
I think we should be going to.
She'll be on a second and we can go right away.
So let me just go live with this immediately.
So like I say, that it's very, very short, early one.
And we should be good to go now.
All right.
night everybody officially welcome to this week's brick talk i'm randy and i start off every episode by reminding
everybody that this is uh podcast that's on the internet there's people talking about stocks things
they're like you shouldn't buy or sell anything that we talk about we're not bringing financial
advice you should all make all you investment decision to the help of a license investment advisor
and while then i who's on the show it means also a license investment advisor while he's on the show
it's not acting as well right just people talking about stocks the market business or
or what else they like and you should be aware of that by no one if not now you are so having
said that welcome to this week's episode and nice simple chill episode with a market talk i'm randy
and i'm handing over to say hi to she and dena who's doing this episode with me how are you guys doing
doing all right then i walk one i'm on i muted then i no man is not you is on his end you muted
I don't know what I'm new to say that's very weird
yeah yeah yeah yeah
quite a week on the market
very interesting me and very fun week
I want to share his weeks you know
yeah
yeah
you know bag of trading
that sounds awesome
that sounds awesome
I'll record to hear more about that
yeah
I'll say how things
all your side market wise
other than hot
yeah
I know I uh
kind of a busy week
a busy week
but not
just busy on the market
but you know what I did some work on the market
it was fun
and I can't wait for Monday
you can't wait for that
in a month Monday
Monday in a month is probably like
is that like in a month that you prefer
no I know
I think I just
I didn't get to trade as much as I wanted to
this week so I kind of want to
make up get up yeah get back to it you know that's it I get a hell of a week I mean coming
off last week's episode we had a visit a nice rapping from the CEO of Atlantic which
interesting week interesting talk too I think yes sir and and and did we do
I don't know what you guys think.
You think the stock had a reaction this week from that?
You're going to be honest.
I have hardly checked a lot more than so.
I don't think a reaction to the thing there.
I wouldn't.
I'm not joking about that reaction to our conversation.
Yeah, I would typically say no to that.
But I didn't check it more than stuff for say, boy, if anything.
I wouldn't expect one based on all this cost.
it uh
there was something
happening
a little bit
it was moving
yeah it was moving
but I have a really
pay attention to it
mm-hmm
13% this week
mm-hmm
good money
I'm she
yeah
I know you had pointed out
you highlighted when
it's your tweet
actually I'd seen at the time
when it had
oh is that couple weeks ago
and it hit
under one
under one
yeah
no one dollar
August 7th
at the start of this month
penny stock
penny stock yeah
and then it certainly flies since then
I mean
can knock it
going from that day
yeah
that's a great money made
yeah
so I thought about it
like damn
could buy something
yeah
yeah
should I would have could
yeah
yeah
yeah man
I got some
one
one
one 21
of my person
Not bad.
Where was it?
Whatever.
I got some and sold it back.
Oh, you're out again.
So the conversation with Daniel Barnes was a nice and reassuring for you, you know, or neither here.
Somewhat.
Nice and reassuring.
But I don't think it's in the way.
I don't think it's in the way that it was nice and reassuring for a lot of people.
Yeah.
What do you think it was?
So I think we all know that the company was going to make a lot of money.
That doesn't change the fact that losing the tax break is significant.
So it's
great that the company is
in line to make a lot of money
so, you know, maybe some
or maybe a lot of people
find that reassuring. But that was
always known. It was always going to make a lot
of money based on what's happening.
Based on who they are.
There's very much in their expectations and apart.
Yeah, it's just, it's not going to be all the money that we thought up.
So that's
that's kind of what we're saying.
you know, you're going to make a lot of money you could have made a lot more.
You know, yeah.
But it's reassuring that, you know, he decided to come talk to some people and things.
30% more, sorry.
Right?
So, reassuring for me for different reasons, because I didn't know say they were going to make money.
But I think it just,
reminded me that
you know we're all friends here
I like it yeah
I liked how it was
unpointed I mean it was an object lesson
in the in the
openness I'd like to think
quite like the talk
yeah I really like it up yeah
or you send that I
it what? It still doesn't
you know it's
we didn't see the company making money
you like damn look at those taxes
yeah yeah
Yeah, yeah, I hope.
I mean, I look forward to the resolution
at one way or another, but yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But what things go, things will go, yeah.
Yeah, somebody's message.
Somebody I saw a message during the talk
and said, boy, them vexing them hear my talk
because the more them talk is the more vexed them
get the cause of how much they like the company
and I guess heard him talk,
which I understand, hear them talk about it and just us going into,
hinting that some of the things that we know
are to come,
things that I would expect to come.
I understand the bitter sweetness of it.
But, you know, one way or another, move on.
And you can hold out hope, too.
You know, we could be wrong.
I could be around.
Yeah, that's the part where I'm saying that I felt reassured
for probably for different reasons or in different ways
than other people.
I really don't.
I don't think they're losing it.
You don't think they're losing it?
No.
Oh.
Oh, yes.
You need that important?
will press that button and the under button that button will work yeah
it's a hell of a button to press you i am quite undecided i honestly i'm more on the negative
side but i think that's us how i think how i more talk about it less likely it becomes because then
it looks bad
they look bad from on to talk about it guys
ah yeah i get you i get you i don't have to talk about it but it like then i say look bad
It really does look bad for a money.
But now we're making it worse.
I'm talking about it.
I've done nothing.
I get what you're saying.
I get wasting.
I get what you said.
What else was sat on the market this week?
A long time, we just saw a little normal market talk.
Right. Let's go take a little walk.
I say what we did go up to this week.
Yeah.
And I think it's just where you're up to, like, things that maybe tap off.
The market generally, yeah?
I literally do download them thing when I when I close the windows.
Interesting one knows, there's J.M.B.
Oh, Barry.
Barry is having quite a time.
J.M.M. Barry.
That's funny.
That's funny.
That's funny.
That's not one there.
That's actually kind of fire.
I have my moments.
The bad,
that's good.
I love that.
J.M.M. Berry,
definitely so, my brother.
Oh, RPL.
RPL did a little thing.
What was that about?
I don't even know that if that was a lot of shares,
let me have a look.
RPL's a little deep this week.
Sure.
What else I did?
Was,
How many deep this week too?
You know, yeah, some little, some fun little things happen.
And, Jay, Esviel had this nice, a nice, so deep core.
You could have a good amount of shirts, because a good amount of price.
You know what I'm saying you know what about them?
You can't have to sell some.
You couldn't tell me, bro.
Boy, boy.
You boy.
He bought me, man.
That it always bought me.
You couldn't link me, brother.
My never even say, the thing is,
I wouldn't tell me that I saw it at a good price for you,
but I know exactly how it got.
The moment me he sells something,
Sville come and say, watch a stare there.
You know how awesome?
Boy.
See, Shre, no awesome.
Big up Sphil.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, look at that.
Standemata.
What's going on with here?
And elite.
What?
What?
are these numbers
all right
cool cool
yeah
hold on
so one second
again
I got through
no no
you got through
I'm trying to
fix my son
quietly
oh
and coming up
on Fields time
you know
with some very
interesting
moment in Fields time
the doctor Bill man
don't it
ah
yes
in a year
yes sir
the
the cue has been interesting
very interesting
very interesting
very interesting
oh
I
wait a way
the way
the way the way
do it
I'm sure to
my money
for
giving us this
quick access
to all of this
and the
name again
the
the
Transamer
3 below
below 11
you did
yeah
I'll start off of that.
Cool, cool, cool.
I know it's like close to 11.
No, I like, alignment, element, 11.
He trade at 11, at 11.
All right.
At 11.
Why I think he built 11, because when I look at the Q's at the time,
there were no 11 on the side.
I see, I see.
I just didn't trade down there.
The boss spoke him too, you know?
I mean, how did it do it?
We probably did it in the usual way
where it did it as a
quick
sudden
nobody saw it coming
fly down to 11
do I look to walk you deep, you know?
I see
I'm going to sound completely gone.
Really?
You're not going to hear it, actually.
I said I don't hear the Dublin, but I don't hear him at all.
Oh, yeah, it deep, deep.
Sorry, I don't.
It was just a big job.
I just keep going, my son, this.
Anybody who that work it there would have been happy.
And it could be buying very close to it multiple times today still.
So I think you sometime tomorrow.
Yes, that's true.
Because we're not talking about tomorrow.
Right?
See, that's how I feel.
now because I'm like really
until all the way
on Monday. Yeah.
Are we in that time right now, you know?
Everybody's looking for that dividend.
So
quite a time.
All right.
So let me see why else we live with this week.
Carriers.
Carriers is
a little bit down
as well.
Mm-hmm.
Everybody at a total 32.
Wowsers.
I think it's above 33 now, but yeah, man, it touched 32.
I find it crazy that we're talking about it like this.
Because 32 is so, it's such a high price for what it's been all year.
Yeah, yeah.
I know, but it did what, 38?
Yep.
Yeah, man, it got 38.
32 is now low.
no low, right?
Yes.
So you go in the Boise, you know?
You reach new heights and...
Mm-hmm.
It's something in the old heights.
Yeah.
Ardon, yeah.
And then you're all ceiling.
I know.
You work for good work.
32 is low for career as it's crazy.
Right?
Wow.
Okay.
Yeah, my son is back on it just in time to hear about that.
32 low.
Mm-hmm.
you know, you are for good work,
it's more work.
Yes.
It's so funny.
Go ahead, go ahead, Anna.
No, I was like, I've never been doing it all year,
but let's see you do some more.
Yeah.
More.
That's a blessing of curse of the mark.
Toddler, no matter what you do,
it's going to be like, again.
That's true.
The best thing and curse of the markets, boy.
When whatever I think about career as,
I think about the people who have it and, you know,
it's always, it's one of those stocks are the people,
not most, but a lot of people who have it in the interest.
They're a lot of career some long time, right?
And so, you know, if we're 32 or 33,
like it closed it at 33, 50,
is reminding people that it had a stock split.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
So this is actually career as, like,
If you have careers a long time, actually a long time, a long time, I don't mean the last three or four years.
300.
Yeah, but if you have it, if you have it for a while,
consider that Careris is now at $335 per share.
That's where it is technically.
So.
Channel NCB.
Yeah.
Ah, boy.
Wow.
Yeah.
There's a lot of quiet gains.
I mean, so far, I've been at this point in the year in the market, we're near the end of us.
One day from the end up, one day from the last market there, all costs.
And like it's been a year of, I want to say quiet gains, but then careers and transfer
me like it not so quiet, right?
Just low, eh?
Yeah.
Some of them would be quiet.
So I feel like, that's what I'm saying.
I feel like it would be okay to say that just because there have been so many quiet ones.
A lot of quiet thing, yeah.
Yeah.
A lot of quiet things.
There are a few load modes in the class.
Exactly.
I mean, the three loudest things I think so far this year.
Loud being, I have to say four if I said this now,
a lot of us being actually loud,
is the Trans-Germaker Carreras,
you know, all-time highs on both of them.
And, you know, the Scotia dealist thing,
I mean, 10, the Scottish de listing,
and then of course
if you say in Lode
you have the usual load
load load stuff from the junior
that the
those
suspended stuff
yeah but outside of that
you have
NCB at Rally
you know so there's that too
how much
308 to NCB rally
kind of
let's see
I'm going to ask
if you can see that load
I don't know
I think
I think
It's happened around the same time as Transfamaker.
Sorry, Shosh, go ahead.
Yeah, I think loud for me because there was so much negativity around it last year.
And oh, it was like, for sure dying.
You prophesized more than one time.
For sure, going to die.
For sure, everything is going to fall apart.
Ah, yes, remember, yeah, man.
NCB was done, you know, remember?
Yeah, it was done.
It was going away.
People are idiots.
Some burning.
I'm supposed to decide to make of him out of himself instead.
crazy.
Yeah, so I think that's why it feels significant.
Yeah.
My thing is, I don't really hear NCB as a lot in the way, like, I used to hear it, or I hear
Trans-Chamaica.
So that's how long if you consider it.
It's just not the thing everybody's looking at.
I think all of people ignore it.
you would have to say, oh, they need really wrong, though.
And we all know that's not going to happen.
So what are you going to say?
And also you have, you have, you just,
you have the timing.
And I guess for me, I think about it.
The loudest in the market is usually the people who are either near to it or, you know,
you don't know what happened and then suddenly say something you're surprised and you want to say it now.
Right.
but also the NCB
niceness if you will
happen around the same time as trans
Jamaica's niceness if you will
so nothing can't
louder than Trans Jamaica when it's moving right
in June early July
NCB was hitting back
the 75 little
the 70 odd yeah so about 75
dollars and the same time
around the same time end of June
going into July, Transjamaica was hitting nine, which, you know, nine now would be, oh my God,
it's crazy, but then it was all-time highs then. So you don't usually get, you can get one and a half
things load at the time. You can't get two. So the one thing being Transjamaica and if the half
his career, which was also around that time giving all-time highs,
We'll have space for two.
1.5 is the most.
You can get the Transamerica and have some career as though.
Nobody remembers NCV, right?
But, I mean, it's a creditable performance on the share price.
Up 77% so far in the year is not a joke amount to be up, right?
Midler last month, it was even higher.
I remember there being a 100% movement somewhere in there.
Is it year and year?
You measure from the middle of July?
It went to, 74.
5, 70, not like 78, didn't it?
No, 77, I think.
Yeah, 52 week high, 52 week high is 78-94.
It didn't close at that, but the trade at the middle of July, July 15.
Yeah, at that point it would have been up under one-year market, it had been up 88%.
And year-to-date it would have been up at that point.
99.7%. So amazing. You have to give credit for it. Funny thing you just remind me of.
You remember when we're watching at Neberry Forum and Dante Acron, Mayberry said, if NCB is not a
hundred percent higher one year from now, you can call me anything, you know, you can
call me mud. My name is mud. The movement happened. It didn't happen in the time you wanted
it took it took like an extra year
year or a year and a half
but
so it goes sometime
it's a nice
it's a nice
treat is for long-term investment
where if you're really investing over
a multi-year period
I never get 100% last year
but I get it this year
kind of all right
yep
it's time to get some
time to get some
the lot of pricing
yeah
like it's a she thing
though you know she
say you call this one
and I hope what people need for oil
all the people owe your drinks
oh your drink part too
yeah
yeah man
yeah
there's a lot of
quiet gains on the market
I think that
you can't deny
as always
so let me just show us
to the people
the people on
YouTube
and I see
Roswell
campus saying hi
hi Roswell
and she also mentioned
NCD
you say I bought
NCD when it dipped
at 31 33
35, more than it dropped the 32, I just believe I came out too early.
I guess maybe Roswell, if you, if you, because I guess because I'm a medium term investor,
there are negative, what that negative news work.
I'll say that you're right that the negative news does work.
It works on, I'll say work on everybody.
It's more effective on some type of investors than others, but the negativity does work,
which is one of the reasons why we like at least,
we're not saying to be rose-colored glasses
and don't see anything wrong with the world,
but we like the positive to hear.
And you can see the bad,
you can also, the silver lining must be there.
Yeah, yeah, silver lining is always there.
I thought the silver lining tends to be bored and attractive
of how, if you think how we invest here,
we talk over the years,
kind of loving a company going through a rough time,
because that's the next year's profit or the year after that profit that we're looking at there
and they see a chance to get in right and also show to everybody and remind everybody that
we'd love to hear from you we want to hear what you find interest on the market so you can send
a speaking request we would love to hear from you any topic anything you have you don't have
been a stock expert or anything there's anything you want to hear about anything you want to talk
about what you think what you want to have views on and along that vein
one of the first people to send a speaking request this week is Tav.
Moneyman Tav. How you doing, Tav?
Money man, Tav.
Mee's up for yourself.
Big up on yourself.
Stair Mills.
Waguan.
Gaw.
I'm here.
How you doing?
Right there.
And I'm here.
I'm not getting a sleep.
A bee a chak load that goes never to take off this morning.
You man.
to this man
he sure
and they must
sleep me
good after
a pot of
good
you should
just decide
I mean
not
my
you're crazy
man that more
me
me tough
me too
man
that's
another problem
but couldn't
go sleep
brother
yeah
yeah
advanced girl
was good
man
was good man
was good man
was good
a good
and I think
a nice
conversation
after it
after
yeah
great conversation
I do you
I'll do you
have
a time
get the money
man
Boy, all the while, you know, you know, hey, one of the things we're on the teach boat in a grow up valley, you know.
Yeah, value at the top of valley, that's a see.
Yeah, man.
And so, you know, we know for different in value, you see.
But, yeah.
Boy, I want a little introduction when you're talking about,
I want to say about, I want to me you did introduce,
when you have mentioned about liking, like, you know, liking when a company has got through tough times and stuff like that.
stuff like that because why jamaica boy that's what they know still you know literally 30 minutes
after me mention it jop them but it knows still that's it and even you talk about it all the time
about you know if it if a something good you know it always happened to come out early
on time you know any time some people are not like that when we're
And to me, that was a move from them to create confusion when them do the whole switching off the auditors.
Get me?
They have somebody there who knows the business more than anybody is because the facts of them did it for so long.
You get rid of them now.
There are so much things now where you can do or it easier to you know and blame, oh, you know, because of the new auditors, you know, and they have to whatever, whatever, you know.
I just want on them thing they're still.
That's two years, you know,
all the time they hear them name come up on everything around.
Yeah, man, and then can't answer.
And then key answer too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I tell you to this thing.
That's why it's been ugly.
That's exactly why it.
Exactly.
Everything the man them get blamed for the right.
Yeah.
And they can defend themselves.
I mean, you know, I don't like absolutes.
But, but.
As do I.
Yeah, but I can't think of any case, maybe in the last five years, and I can go further.
I can't really think of any case where, you know, the general thought is that, oh, well, you know, because of the auditors, where I believe it's actually the auditors.
It's not the auditors.
It's never the auditors.
Never really the auditors.
That's not to say that, like...
That there is the problem within us.
it's you know there is definitely from them or whatever but but it's not that's fully
digital you know then like literally everything we are going get lag where I come out
get lag the other man them have some massive scale you know where they chuck them
way when them are going to leave the place you know are way them where they chuck them in
yeah is that is that you can you can't I have said no absolute but no competent auditor or
firm is going to allow their client, especially a listed client, to be late with the delivery of
their mandated results. Full time. Because we're not doing what we needed to do. So, but again,
the auditors can never, no competent audit firm either can ever come out and say,
hey, what the other client said is not true. And we are, it's not because of the,
They can't do it. They're just not one of the companies that can do it. They can't do it.
It's like, it's like, let me not use that. I was going to say, it's like you're a lawyer.
Yeah, it's like a doctor.
Imagine you say, boy, boy, you tell your boss, say, my boy, I couldn't come work yesterday.
Yeah.
Doctor did sick.
Dr. said.
say nothing like that happened don't tell the lie for me so the guy knows that or the girl know that they can tell a lie on the doctor and the doctor can't
come out and say in the same way in the in the market in in lucid companies it's easy to blame the article or the other can never
yeah it's up to us to know the rules and understand the processes and know and say oh you're like you're like well
And it's clear still. It's clear because men don't see the big deal because where then all of that digging up on thing from the last audit report,
all of that digging up from them time that they're now supposed to free up a lot of space if them did actually a try to do anything different, you know?
Again, you know, Dana and I has drove over the, what are the name, not the Beniti, sorry,
what are the ones that can't lie named Danai.
I said I.
dude, the ice-a-die.
I was joke about the fantasy thing,
but in this fantasy series,
there's a set of people that they can't lie, right?
That pull through, they literally cannot lie.
I think they can't tell a lie.
Yeah, I think they die or something to tell a lie,
that they literally can't tell a lie.
You don't know, it's just physically incapable.
There's no, it can't come out.
Yeah, physical incapable of telling a lie.
And it's really, really interesting.
It's the denial of me think that way, actually.
It's really interesting how the entire thing
and how they communicate.
I think it better.
You think that, you think that.
Think that like this.
If somebody, if, if, when somebody says they can, somebody literally, you know the person,
you know the person literally cannot lie.
But then they speak in a way to misdirect, misdirect you.
You're automatically believe, you're going to easier believe the thing they're saying, right?
Because they can't lie.
Because I know, I know same care to lie.
So of course, when they said that thing that, I,
He wants to take a turn away.
And then I go double-checking.
Yeah.
What you see a lot of is, like I was saying,
companies lie in air quotes.
Yeah, man.
Yeah.
It's because, and it's in air quotes,
the lie is in air quotes because just like I said I,
they're not allowed to lie.
Just like the auditors also, they can't lie.
And not auditors, but more the,
yes, auditors, but I'm not thinking about the auditors.
You're talking about the companies.
at the board, the law literally says,
there's literally in the companies that there are sections that point to,
a member of the board cannot lie when speaking publicly about the company.
And it has penalties for if they are found to have lie,
or they've made a statement which is untrue,
or they knew was untrue at the time when they made it.
And it's not that the penalties for it are necessarily terrible.
you might be one of those like a $500 law but it's the fact that if you are found guilty of the thing you're found guilty of the thing and then
it's the kind of problems yeah it could be problems if it's a financial company you might lose your fit and profit you can't serve on the board
yeah yeah so i say all of that to bring it together and you're legally responsible for all other things are for that too
which means people you can go court exactly if somebody cares this to court based on that thing
based on your tell me a lie
and this results in my
financial loss problems, no?
Yeah, you have to recruit them
to the amount of whatever
their losses were.
On the basis of them lie, so
problems.
So,
company boards
are under the same rule as I said, I, they can't lie.
But the interesting thing
becomes what happens
when you can't lie,
but you're a regular person
communicating like everybody, but you can't lie.
How do you then communicate like a lion?
Are you starting things like?
No, man, like the notice.
Like the notice.
Yeah, like the notice.
Nothing it is untrue.
I'm sure, nothing it is untrue.
The further delay has a reason as a result of the ongoing comprehensive review being
undertaken by the newly appointed auditors in respect to the companies, J and the
US operations, right?
And the process reflects.
All of that is true.
None of that really is the point.
Exactly.
No, no, that is really the point.
I didn't lie to you.
I like to put it, like in the girl,
Gorgpah, say, you know, the law says that they can't lie.
The law doesn't say that they have to correct you
when you misinterpret what they say.
And that becomes a very powerful thing because you find companies saying things
in a certain way.
Yeah, I always remember tropical battery talking about how they are,
considering possibly they could possibly consider going to list on the US
market in the next five years right and another that is a lie you can't prove I
never possibly consider consider it right it's worse you can it cannot prove
that I will in the future possibly continue so exactly but and if I don't consider it
I thought I was possible considering it.
I was going to possible consider it.
So, hey, we tell away more cut it.
Still.
Still possible.
And then when the headline highlights,
people realized a board consider
listing in the US and the next door.
Woo!
Yeah, man, nice.
I have to tell you that.
I never said that.
You said, what?
Listen to years in a five years?
Hey.
Another part of the other one I got got caught in now.
Yo, them say they're going to listen.
Same like how they say, yo,
you man, chance of me.
run the mobile bypass.
They only one pick the sweet part,
right? Yeah, man.
You're not going to pick the seat part.
I hear, say,
my all here said the part from
to go to go to city,
Manchester to Sentia, Trans-America,
go bill.
That's me here, too. Yeah, man. Bill.
I mean, they could.
And they could have that part. I mean, the part, I mean,
the part that would, like, if that were to be built,
it would join, well, it wouldn't really,
yeah man yeah yeah yeah all of them go join them not goes well well oh you mean from the the
mobby side to well it's just that i mean i mean i mean i think it can be a problem because the
truth is that you know if you are continue you know you just reach a point where you have it
you have to pee another toll just simple as that say if you want for a ramping a oachie
half ramping a oachie but then you can just continue straight and just know say they may
go put up a sign say toller head not so whatever whatever you know so on the trans
jamaica too you're making the same mistake i make all the time that's not the listed to the south
coast is the listed one highway 2000 yeah man highway 2000 i think of how often that mistake is made
yep no i want to let's say people think say it's the same thing people think is the same thing
literally between and that that in itself says something but but like in bringing it home to that specific
example you use then that's why you know I asked last once what I mentioned it on here I'd
asked them you know what exactly did the the CEO say and then you look at it he realized
he's actually saying something more along the lines of you know and I'm paraphrasing here
they want us to look at how to possibly make
our toll system interoperable with their toll system.
Now, if I have comments and to tell us that if I have, if you're looking into
how to make my system work well with your system, obviously that is not my business
because it was my business.
It would be using my system, right?
Yeah.
And there's not to say that there isn't opportunities for profit there.
Maybe, maybe, yeah, there was possibilities just in a day.
if we use one
they don't sound so great
up just so
exactly
I mean that's not even an unusual
I think many parts
at the world right
the toll system
become interoperable
and then you know
the toll part
from my tool system
can work on yours
and when it work on yours
you get a 10%
total and when yours
come on mine
I get a 10% out of yours
so there is opportunities
for revenue there
and that might even
be more profitable revenue
right
but
it's not the same thing
as
we're going to get the Moby bypass
but the law don't say that
the man to tell you say
hey we're not going to get it
I never said that we're going to get it
I said we're looking into opportunities
including the Moby bypass
and you say yeah they said
they might run the Moby bypass
the law don't say have to tell you say I never said that
the law does say I can't say it
yeah technicality is an annoying
technicality that's used heavily
in politics
in business, enlisted companies, in football, I say.
To us in regular life, we just said a person lie.
That's a kind of, them just lie.
Them said, yeah, it is what it is.
So the better you come as an investor is the better you become at spotting that when it
happened.
And getting around it or asking the hard question and pointing it out.
I'm just not making it fool you, acting on it.
And it has made me, a lot of them, has saved me from a lot of
pain in the past though and I'm sure it will continue to some some people
and also them can't wait outside you know if you wait inside literally don't
have to wait inside in terms of the stock if you have times come up you're already
in a profit you know things are you know really say certain boat tips you can
always sell and buy back if you want to buy back you know the good thing is that
it always nice when you're selling yes it fall off and you can say yes you know
I'm a sell the right time but
there is always opportunity if you want to go back in there even nice a lot of the time you can actually
exactly we know the issue there people are really count that exactly you know the issue
more are supposed to say it and it yeah yeah always i'm not go back behind by the car you know
exactly they they they they're it they they they do it at 10 then it got 12 and then they say they not
them not buy it but when you did a 10 them say to go 20 but them are willing to buy back
at 12 always that like a little that like a from the whole thing yeah a bit of market
understanding that more people need i think but uh so yeah the first you mentioned um
is the is the j bg so i actually we started talking about it and i you know if i give context around it
So the thing is that
JBG said that they are
They've been delaying for a while on their new audited.
In fact, they are late again on their latest audited.
So they had a delay notice in July.
And this is for the audited statements for 2025.
So they said that there would be, in July,
they said that they would be, let me not miss quote.
them. They said that it would be submitted after the due date of July 1. So it was due July 1.
And usual thing, new auditors, yada, yada, yada, competent. And I'm sure the audit has to be
very comprehensive. If as auditors coming in, it'd have to be extremely comprehensive. But I'm also
sure that the auditors, as soon as I'm sure, I'm 85% sure that auditors coming in knew it
have to be comprehensive and also knew what the reporting date was for Jamaica Breilers, right?
So July 2nd, they said that they expected to be released on our before Monday, August 31st.
I know today, August 28th, they put out that, hey, those results that we told you were going to put out on the 31st,
we have further delays, and it's now going to be released Monday, September 14.
I don't know that's kind of expecting it, but that's kind of expecting it.
you know what table you think you think they're going to make the the september 14th date or you think
they're going to that not that that not not not not not not not not not the one i'm a
feel like them about them all them are them other them are them are they're not they're
hope so i think i think so i think so open a strategy but
my right on one day because that that that um suspension thing there rough
that's a real fear so as it is right now there are one company like that there are two months
overdue one month and four weeks so there are two really two months overdue and in the next
if they don't believe it in the next 30 days they will be suspended no I don't I say that
they got leeway last time I don't want to say that inaccurately I know you remember
when the first incident had happened on that well what
was not this well when the incident was discovered they didn't put out results for a long time they did
that monthly thing which you know i don't know how much out of peace things but they did the monthly thing
and then they got it got the big audit which had years of previous results having to be reworked
and they said you know they're working on it and never again yada yada yada and here we are
again and results late again and they're 30 days away from suspension
And they're saying that the day that they're going to put out, the results that they are, that are well overdue is going to be two weeks before the suspension date.
So, I mean, how much you really believe that or you hope that they'll do that?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, I hear me?
Yes, yeah, you know.
Oh, you know what I realized happened when me, when me, me, when me, me, me, me, me, me, me,
know so I minimize the thing that the microphone look like it mute okay okay so minimize the
Twitter up yeah I really I hope man really I hope because at the rate how things are going
now it it not surprise me and if you remember what me said last last last night on the call
I actually mean it you get me and and the goal the goal of me have on the time timeline with me I
work with all of this they're within it
based upon you know but it's always good to see things come early you understand so i just i just
really doubt you know i hope we get a early run but you know me still i work with the timeline
and me that expect this happen and we need to go and buy some shares and me say oh me not
buy it because i know me go get it cheaper um by tuesday literally know say me'll get a cheaper by
tuesday so i didn't bother buy it because to them are look on 20 something to thousand shares as
sell to say $12.50. And I don't buy it. One broker in car.
I just bite. I know it to do you, I do you do buy it? I'm saying, you know,
like if you get, say, you're getting cheaper Tuesday. And I said, yes, I'm just about
a, I just never, I just never, I just left it. Literally about 30 minutes after me and
say, yo, just drop the report with good, bad or ugly. The thing come out. I just know
know say something that will come out today you know just know yeah but you i mean i don't
i don't even think that the delays obviously well i should say obvious to my mind the delays
imply more pain to come i mean i'm saying exactly exactly the true i can see it in at the queue
and you can't see it in a queue too yeah yeah yeah and don you don know uh go on in no
yeah yeah the dad the dad did result
So, or graduated to Chairman Emeritus.
But it, it, there is a whole lot that needs to be cleared up with this.
You're really taking a big gamble on this.
I think, you know, I think it's safe of a guy like the share route and fire on it in a way you can see.
Where is that, may I take a gamble on it?
I mean, I think it's a big gamble you're taking.
Oh, no, no, not a bad thing, but I don't think you're doing it blind.
I was just thinking like, I send the share route because she, maybe not that she gambles, sorry she, but she does moves that I think you can see, right?
She even, I know, you'd have tried your hand in a somewhere where the risk is delisting, not delisting, suspension soon.
Depends on, yeah, my timeline, I guess.
If I put on someone, if I'm putting some money down, it's different from if I'm actively, like, want to use.
money to make
exactly
yeah
that's true
that's true
that's true
when I say
if you put on
someone
you don't put it
on a JVG
no
or to
everything else
out of everything
else
you know what
it's not
it's not a bad
company to put
like a chunk in
if you can do it
it's JBG
bro
it's the chicken
company
in the chicken
country
you know
at KFC
Papas
everybody
Maddaws, everybody.
Entirely everybody.
The jerk band man, the true.
Yeah.
That is a major truth.
Yeah.
It's a good bettie.
Let's have to make sure all parties are happy at the end of the day.
I think you're really not to say it.
But with the truth.
It's like, it's the bank, it's the bank.
It's the bank.
It's the national bank.
The suposi.
like
the most
the more can happen than I
have some starving
going for a while
until people
get what them want
I
I hope
I hope people that
Mata get what they want
yeah
yeah yeah yeah
and the truth
there is so much time
even me are listening
the earnings season
them like in the early part
I know
I still have
may have a lot more
episode to listen
but they start from the first episode and listen couple of them were like good amount
me go, I probably gone about 50 other episode already so and like a lot of time we're
reference certain things that we're not talk by like you know talk about certain events
that it happened in the past and certain things and oh we should have this or we should
or that are you know this is what it look like still there's not definitely
I've heard that conversation like twice this week.
So I said it through.
It's something from the,
ugly at the start.
Exactly.
My boy from 16 in a man.
From 16 nearby.
$16.
But that wasn't that long ago.
It's last year.
Man,
make it so like you.
Now about the price.
No, the price.
You brothers,
there's a rule of pro star going over there, bro.
Definitely.
time it looked like when the news come out for the US operations, so they must sell it.
The price I go up a little bit and I see such man, Japan tweet and I say, boy,
that I get just a bussy-bubbly, man. Jan-no.
You must say how the market seems to be hopeful.
I get you on the market, you know, so I'm not.
Well, you can't have the hopes. You can't have the hope.
you can't have the hopes if the market is hopeful back to this whole it's like we're glad to hear it
i mean it's so funny how so very tweets i don't know it's almost like what you think at him
what you think at him like what it has become of the market like the place in the market
and i just do you's everybody then i shay and anybody else who want to send a um uh uh a speaker
request i mean me just find them entertainings too
Yeah, I'm just entertaining to me.
I just love, you know, when he do me look at tweet,
because a lot of time it's funny, I find it to lay away, you know.
Worse when he sees things happen and then him tweet and then something happens.
Yeah, it's funny.
Are you see the tweet and decide you know how it's something for happen?
I find quite entertaining, but I try to get as much meaning as I can, from.
Of course.
You know, sometimes I can't say, but I don't know him talking about here.
Yeah, John, you, yeah, man, yeah, man.
If I feel like I have an idea, then I feel happy, you know?
Listen to me, yeah.
Because sometimes you guys know,
because a lot of the time I see the tweet, the man,
based upon a reaction, I say, yeah, man, you know,
you don't have an idea.
But I'm not trying for putting a meaning to them.
to it.
Man, they are just
sample man.
I don't know him, but he just, yeah.
I mean, I know him, but it's
like, him just come like a
sample man to me. Like, a lot of time when he
even dep on the briefing them are
when you hear him talking in a public space
and, you know,
they always come, and then the little
go-tide him always wear.
It just remind me that then it's the menis.
Every time he's,
he, we tell me, but he just
man.
my favorite tweets are the ones where he's shocked just oh my god i'm so shocked
yeah that's right in east end up he's probably the last i went hotel shops and houses
have to be built across the road proper beach culture is observed all including full name
Rating still, Marieting.
If you're serious about the market,
especially as a retail,
you can't.
Rating, man.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, my rating, man.
My rating man.
Shal, like, every tweet or a man,
tweet, me half a seat, my half a look.
You know?
Yeah, yeah.
And the market, the market stuff is mixed in,
and I mean, nobody else is doing this, right?
Jamimb is up 5% this month, still cheap.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
M.Sessa, you know.
And that wasn't, that wasn't today.
That was yesterday.
JNBJL last trade, 1725.
Yeah, man.
I would him say I'm wrong to look and say,
you're a Rating.
I want to reach a 17.
Yeah, wrong.
JVMB.
JNB is another, another, another,
another interesting case.
Another interesting case.
He said, read 17.
It's so funny, right?
Because I used to call it 17.
dollar stock but I think no I think it's clearly what I say it's clearly undervalue I shouldn't
say that lightly I've said that in the past but things have changed for it so I haven't
looked and updated my view of the whole thing I see just on a straight PE basis oh wow no
you're on a straight PE basis it's still undervalided at 17 heavily um for
what means is the APO stop, meaning it's a stock that will tell how long the APO effect is going to last.
And what it will take to stop the APO effect, because it started the trend and it suffered the longest from the trend.
So it's, I want to know. Yeah, I want to know.
you can not the market maker to it and nobody else at that level is doing it
anybody doing like that yeah at all so tav uh what's the what's the um what's the
what was the the stock that's top of your mind for the month other than the disappointment
that you had with jamaica broilers and the delays are you muted by the way yeah man so
I don't want to talk about it.
I don't be thrown now, Bush.
I don't want to talk about that, palms.
Why not?
Why not?
Not saying much, why not?
Why not?
I love money in a man.
When the time I'm holding for people in a one room,
they get too hot, man.
Time done, heart already.
So much people care in the same place in it, when the room.
And he's like, in the room, doesn't crudy, eh?
He's just too crudy in a heart ready, brother.
You know, that's a lot.
Very, a room.
good more good good better but i mean it's not something then but r p.l is always the top one so
rpl is always interesting to me because i mean yeah and the truth is that it's always given
and the thing i love with it is that you know here people talk about it all even if them talk about
is not the way home new seat and car.
Because there's a lot of opportunity to profit over there.
You know, I always have a little opportunity to do it because the other day
to buy some shares for $4.
And I wait valid and all.
$4.4.
$4.36.
Mm-hmm.
8% to me.
I see.
I want me to get piece of that too.
That's nice.
Nice.
Yeah.
Everybody running.
your RPL I find is like people want to know they they wish it was FESCO yeah yeah yeah
I'm still at here about Fisco people are telling me so them hear people tell them
about Fesco yes go getting there was that guy that's always on Twitter every time I
mention IPL he mentioned FESCO and he said no no no August him said it's supposed to
up 70%
let's see if it's there
let's see if you got it right
I hope he'll get it right for his sake
you look like you minimize
the app again
I thought
I don't know you won't
RPALIP saying in the competition
up 21% so far this year
and from the day when he was talking about
it it's not
up at all
but hey
more left to come I'm sure more left to come and with the rise in gas prices the
business itself is strong and likely only going to get stronger yeah likely only
going to get stronger so we'll see I think that dropped off by the way people
like I say you can send out and then Tava are muted yeah there's just Randy that was
muted Tav Tav actually dropped off accent okay he should be back on now
And if you guys want, you guys on YouTube want, you can just click the link in down below.
You can click a link and we love to hear from you.
I want to hear what you have in mind, what you want to talk about, a nice, easy episode,
what's been piquing interest or what you like or don't like so far on the, uh, on the market.
So far this year or so far this month, even if it is Transamerica.
I should look at that, by the way.
I'm talking to have you back on, but yet you mute it again.
at the Trans-Chamaker thing.
Yeah, man.
Let me go and listen.
I'm going to listen.
No, no.
I wanted to.
You were saying something and then you went dead.
I asked me about the RPL
and if you find that
people like or almost
want it to be FESCO.
Yeah.
When it went,
when it listed on the whole thing
and a lot of people looking at, oh,
when Fesco did reach us,
seven.
You hear it though?
The truth.
The truth, yeah, man.
Oh, man.
They're the thing new from me.
They minimize something all over.
But I just said that's it.
When people,
I hear people in the past,
refer to it like them and say,
boy, you know, if RPA
RPA go do the same
$7 thing like with Pisco did.
You know?
I never hear that already,
but I hear somebody
mentioned something like that.
And the other day,
I see somebody a buy share that $4.
40 something and yeah look out to see the trade happen like you know you look and see
somebody actually buying at four dollar for something you know they're and quick to sell it to
them and take a profit but no man r p.l but people yeah but people it looks to me like a lot of who have
r pher share just a whole it nothing looks to me yeah the queue the queue have four and a half million
units available on the sell side 21 million dollars yep yes shares are there i mean of course a lot
more shares are there but well i want a one big big odd i'm a seen at the queue
one one massive odd i say come in at 2.5 million shares selling at four dollar or something
me never just buy that or something no no no it's a lot of
not that more
not that much shares
out there for RPL either way
because the IPO did
very, very small, you know?
Very, very small.
But the truth is that men are really like to
compare the two companies. I mean,
them then are the same similar line of
business, but the model, the model
is a lot different.
The other them ask my money, Jay,
the AI are questioned, and
it literally show you how big the difference
is. When I did ask the
how much revenues r p.l have to make in order to make the same net profit as as
as step up and i remember the problem the answer but i think it's something like um
pesco having to make 10 billion in order to make a hundred million net profit based upon the
thin margin what them have but with the margins that r p.l currently have no r peter must need to make
what three billion or two billion something now that's made a hundred hundred
million of profit there's two massively different things that no massive massive
massive we can literally make less than half the revenue when you are make and get
more profit than when you are get based upon the margins so that's one of the
the team in the right with rpil the margins and then lose some and
know is because them they mostly have company-owned gas stations rather than dealer-owned so
then get them get the full markup selling directly to the retail so it's not like
pesco we have a basically a sell two dealers at a big discount just so the deal like you
make a money by selling it back to get me RPA most
they are still directly to um to the consumers are the people in my buyers retailers
so that to me i'm one of the reason why them have the margin i don't know if i agree with you
about that uh no about about the you can say you don't like comparing them which i understand
that's cool but if i agree with you about them not being comparable though i mean they are
probably two are the most i wouldn't i wouldn't based upon the difference in a man
thing okay yeah because the margin to me is a big it's a big it's a big big big point to
you get me why it needs the 10 billion yeah so why it's your glad you see 10 billion yeah
exactly so that i want to the thing of me like so it's just that them have to maintain that level
a margin and and things you work out and i mean them are them are them are do them things you know
They constantly are work, they're constantly give value.
Brother, I must have about 200 million of them come from the IPA, you know.
I would get must be about four C, four gas station out of that, you know, plus the Adman, you know.
Your Adman, LPG business, you know?
I know I think that company on the market gives you, give you more value out of the IPA money than RPA.
Literally.
what them take from the market
compared to where the company is value now.
That's a debatable point.
What are you guys saying?
What do you say?
What you think are you saying?
Any company has given better value than that?
From the IPO?
Probably have to check.
No, yeah.
I mean, I mean.
Wait, do you find a value exactly?
What do you mean?
All right.
All right.
So basically the use of the IPO fund then.
because when they really look at it yo the man they're least telling out of one chuckback in a brother
man they're really selling out of a truck back you know and then now they're probably about
four hours a gas station right now out of that you get me so you can see the growth they can see you know
a lot of companies so my money then do the IPO thing then do the the the ipo thing then get the funds
and you know really steep
You can't see where the valley are going to come from, right, right, no.
I get you.
I get you.
You know, immediately.
It's a hard number sort of thing is that, you know, anecdotally,
anecdotally, where have you seen more coming out of the IPO money?
And I'd keep it to us recently.
Yeah, so the reason is it easier because I look at things like last one thing there.
I was a boy.
Yeah.
definitely
yeah
that's
yeah
yeah man I wonder
I wonder how to be
but
I mean but RPA has
this time in the
MAPA has on this time since their IPOs and Laskos
so
I think you have to
you know
accordingly
so
it's not
not sense
you know what I'm saying
oh that's got to do it better
this right how far Laskol
has a day
has a time with this thing so
but
thing up on the market
and so for anybody
because that really is hard
to beat to be honest
it is a strong point
and I thought
I can give you
one interesting
one or one controversial one
is Brighton
interesting
I mean
dollar is a good one too
I don't think
I think they're better
I think I think
I'll still
I think I easily give RPA over dollar.
Not to say that dollar hasn't grown or anything like that,
but they just deliver the impact that the money had on them.
I think I feel a seat more in RPA.
And that's the point of my table.
Basically, the impact of the IPO fund.
And with you as a share, what I can see.
It makes it gets really hard to call them.
with the recent
Yes,
because
Yeah, I mean, okay,
it's hard to make up numbers
with the recent.
Yeah, well, I just think, like,
okay, with Ace Bryden,
well, you get Ace Bryden,
technically,
no IPO.
True, good point, no IPO,
which might be a better argument
for greater value, right?
No IPO, how you get C.
They say, they get zero and call them
and run it.
Yeah, and you get CIP.
PJ. Yeah, what?
And they continue to grow, they expanding like
I wouldn't. No, I would say, I agree
that they do a lot, you know, but
I think a lot comes from
the people about them.
I don't care how they get in that place.
I agree, but then it's how we use
IPO money. I find how to give a thing.
True, true, true. And there's no, and there was no
IPO, as you said.
My controversial one
was, or is
DTL
recent
well detail
I think that's
I think you're very right in the
outside of the ogreness
recent the outside of the
uglyness since APO days
they've had
they did a lot
Woodcats
APO money
CFF
even before that yes
Woodcat
no so my
my ugliness
I think I think I think
I think the audience comes in at APO
because I don't I don't think
they really got out of by the
out of the APO money.
I mean,
as a company,
the things they bought
didn't really turn around
and do it
and multiply the numbers
in a strong way.
True.
True.
It's a good,
good point.
What do you think?
But I think before the APO,
the IPO money
and the plans they put in
out of the IPA,
the kind of growth they cut
from those two acquisitions.
That's really good.
So I agree there.
But then that,
that turn they made
was that thing there.
I'm not even talking about and again I'm talking so from the company and what they do with the money I'm not I'm not even talking about what was me as me as a as me as a potential share one and share price from April that's not a conversation I'm having
Oh, you know you know you know my feelings there but yeah
They yes I agree where I said what I think controversial. Yeah really strong good things there and then and then where they are no not looking so pretty at all. So yeah
Well, Shea, what do you think?
I'm with Tav.
I, and to be clear, I say this without actual research.
I just, the man who runs the company,
I feel like I give him my money and indoors quandar it.
You know, yeah, just generally, I get that feeling.
That's big.
You're talking about the RPL founder, yeah.
Yes.
Yeah.
It's like, I feel like a lot.
Okay, some of the others, I feel like them squandah me money.
Well, not my money.
But you know what I'm saying?
Some of them have.
No, some of them have no question.
Yeah.
Some of them have truly wasted opportunity and the money.
Mm-hmm.
And I feel like that did not happen in this case.
JetCon had a really good early story,
bumps in the road, anywhere they are now.
I think where they are now
comes as a factor of
having the great story
for the time they had it
when the business was the old business
It just needed to find their footing
back again
Yeah
Other things turned on them
Not to say that it's not their fault in anyway
But at the day
They are in a much better position now
And that could only come
Because of the position they put themselves in
out with hold their hand
their listing money.
That's true.
That's true.
And again,
so you're going to go two splits?
I think so.
Or no.
Yeah.
Mm.
No.
No?
How much?
One.
One split?
Sure.
Just one split.
I'm not going to say I'm 100% sure off the top of my head, but,
yeah, just one as far as I know.
Yeah, right.
i think yeah yeah you're right 2017 it's what's one yeah okay yeah i think shout
out to jason who i saw a tweet a couple weeks ago say maybe they could i but i've
wanted them to have split i hope that they do a split no too
but uh i don't know yeah just one split a three to one split in 2017
um and jim t gave us gave us hopes of being in this conversation and not to say they
haven't done a lot since but if they had executed on summer and all that was promised around
there i think we could we i don't it would be very hard to lead it one of the conversation if all went
well in that direction yo i'm going to say that you can't leave them into the conversation i i find
i would say no they have gone they have done so much right since really give us from that ipo we get
real estate yeah and the base business got so on the base between did so well
we got real estate out of it we got QWI out of it we got um technically summer Caribbean
dreams out of it it's still in it and then them said that's not jam tea might not be a bad
quite as to it's a good story I just I did my issue to come to comparison to RPL and what
they've done in there again but RPL having more time have less having less that's funny is this a case
remember there are 200 million money in taking us
sir
now
is this a case where I can't
you know
I would say
I don't say that
because that sounds
that sounds gloomish
what's that
I would say if it's a case
that's funny
you know
I'm saying it anyway
no no you don't
you don't have to say
but it's not
it's right
no no
no
I think
me
that's fine
I can say
it is it that case
where
because RPL
has
they have had less time.
So they have not
they haven't fully realized on the first step
of their journey. So then
we haven't seen what they do the next step.
Because I would say Jamty had a couple
first steps, Caribbean dreams and QWI.
So that's first and second step executed will.
And fumbling on the third step.
So I can then have apprehension.
so why I say it's so undomish because then no matter which way they cut it at the end of the day they did do well they have done well so far you get me so you know it's hard for me to get up and say oh boy you know
know Janty had had more time so they had more opportunities for things to go around that that that that that to me's on almost bad man in a way
yeah so it's it I don't think it's a good test in my opinion I would say
at the end of the day, you know, more time they do more things and the reality is you have more potential.
You have different, you have different ways things that go around.
You're walking different roads.
But RAPL has done really well with the road they've taken so far.
I'll take it.
And I'm the only reference that we have right now.
We can only talk about what it is now.
No, man.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
No matter about the reference in terms of.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I can't, I care.
Yeah, exactly.
There's no way for me to get up, but to fully realize I thought it would be saying,
boy, it's fully realized that in a negative way it would be,
give them more time, man, let's see.
Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. That's something is unfair.
That is what I mean.
That's very unfair.
We can only talk about what we see now.
Yeah, a lot of a lot that really haven't done
well and the hopes and the dreams that we were given
or that we gave them.
But I don't know, bro.
The jam tea, again, okay, so in my mind,
I'm not, I'm discounting a bit of
whatever the current story is for any company.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, that's the here, bro.
Again, I mean, I think I've said, thing that, like, detail and jam tea,
they've done really well.
is the current story
is that
the end of the day
it's really saying
all right cool
what have they done
with the thing
that they've been given
so far
and I can't leave out
the bad story
but the good story
was there
and even with
not saying detail
but because the bad story
they have right now
is really overwhelming
but the good story
that's in Jamty
it's still very much there
they are very much
very much big out
than where they started
and you too
and that's from just
IPOing
and doing really well with it
that's true so all i thinking about is i going off like in my mind i reconstruct what um tav acts
and i think in just IPO and what i'm doing ipo money so like for detail i'm cutting off everything
after the apo so pre- ipo we're looking at woodcats we're looking at um tff yeah and that's us
that's amazing um jam tea
we're looking at the supermarket i look at everything so far i don't i won't even put a cutoff
off point on jemt because again what they are right now is it's it's not that they're
exactly and the thing the thing they didn't really do well on it's not like it it
turned around and bite them you get me because it didn't start it and it failed it just like
with them it's a failure to launch so it's still really good for what for what for what for
for what they got for what they do the foundation they got still really good company so the
still there.
Yes.
And for comparison,
Jamme raised 92 million
at IPO.
Nice.
Nice.
That's strong.
Yeah, more time.
That's strong.
So I'd get them.
It never so easy for find one, though.
No,
either way,
IPL is in rare area.
I feel it's a really interesting thing
that you bring up.
I'm thinking about it.
Yo, what have we gotten?
Gina.
Ah, yes.
I ask you to what.
I was going to go there.
but for some reason I jumped it, but it's GNAC is also really, really good.
Because again, the business that they have and just with those acquisitions, crazy good
from the growth or IPO growth and then acquisitions, yo, it's a really good point of, I like it.
I love it.
Love it.
See, like I say, I don't know if you have one in mind.
Again, you don't have to know numbers, whatever, but it's just, you know,
something that you might know a company though.
The Gina Kwan is really good and still going and still just IPO money.
Trang! Trang!
I open Dina page, because it has been aware, I was really looking at it a lot sometime ago.
What about the time though, the time in which these things, you know, happened?
Good point.
So to me, to me that's a really good mark on RPL.
But, no, I'll have to quantify and qualify to really say, okay.
You know, but RPL has had a very small time to do all, and they've done a lot with it.
Yeah, complimenting that point, Javan, on YouTube.
So wouldn't RPA be a true startup coming to market and others weren't really start-ups?
yeah it's like
in a way but
I would
I wouldn't use
startup as a qualifying method
at all
true yeah
I wouldn't either
because it's just what he did
with the IP of money in a way right
so start up or not
at the end of the day
what they are
what they are
what you do with it
is what you are
what they are what they did with it
yeah
yeah
because
anyone again
think of what jam tea was
spin off of something
of another business
that
cut in
so I take up
this
piece of his other business
and also run it
get so much out of it
in a certain way
I would say it's very similar
it's very similar then
to what
thing they do what
RPLs
in a way it's a startup right
you could say that
and then
you could say that
I look in some of those things
like the supermarkets
are on follow
long so you could say that I don't it's it's great now I'm thinking of what what beats that
in terms of using IPO money uh blue power hmm so I look at blue power and I don't know
I don't know what comes lumber because love comes lumbus but the lumboy's so here is what
lumber was so why I why I never end up with blue power was because lumboy is no longer anything
that way. So I never one, I don't know, looking at BluePaws itself and saying, oh,
if it still had Lomba, anything, and Lumber what it is today, I could, I could more easily
say, oh, look at BluPon what it's done. Uh-huh. Okay, okay. No, what? I mean, it's still
in there. But, but it, I mean, a lot is a part of what it has done, right? But they own 16%
still. Yeah. And then, this, this whole thing is just, this is a department of Bluport that
became a whole company and the IPO money is what put put it here so yep i can't say no completely
out of that comes lumber what a lumber comes at life and and the funny thing is remember
how i mean i'll say i was talking on the business and not necessarily how ownership are
but if i'm an owner of bluepour from ipo to know i end up owning a lot of lumber yes
So my portfolio is blue power and lumber.
So I directly see that offshoot.
So despite it separating now, whatever,
another day, Lumber ends up stealing my portfolio to a good degree.
And I'm seeing that value.
So it will really be hard to discount it.
And what I keep doing that the whole ownership chain is because then Atlantic's good results impact Lumber positively.
Yep, because I, yep, yep.
Which impacts blue power positively.
poise a strong one also a strong strong strong one also quiet though right i think i and they've also
also had their own hiccups i know the stuff with like the palm is it the palm yeah yeah
i don't know i don't know i don't know i don't know well the soap pellets yeah in terms of
using that ipio money well relatively recently hey guys and come on you can send a speaking requests
we love to hear what you guys think if you have any other one of a year where them have them
probably i think yeah exactly you know they think both and they can't come on and talk about it
to the nice have a little conversation i want when the ipio do i feel like you're really
were just waiting on this money yeah man i want when they get the money
you're really were just like if you don't give me that money here man just just give me that money
i see what i already have the plan because that show say you did actually a plan for the listing for a reason
that's how i want to do i know people love that because really that's the kind of thing that makes
it's somewhat in the in the vein of i don't like when companies are doing an IPO and they're just
selling sharehold so it's very much in the vein of that is the money in about to come
I use it to pay a debt.
I don't use it.
I wouldn't use a debt to me because that is actually money coming in and doing something.
Versus silly shareholder.
And I'm not discussing to sell each other.
I know, I know.
I know. I don't make sure what I'm saying is not seen as that.
Yeah.
Paying debt is fine.
Paying that is great.
It makes a company stronger.
Selling shareholders are fine as well.
I cannot own the company or the companies after that.
That's, it could be that their loss, them sell and then I end up,
it took the right person.
Hey, that's just bad mind still, you know.
I swear that I'm just bad mind.
God know, I can't think about it, nothing else.
Yeah, yeah.
I can't think both it this way.
The company already have its shares then, right?
The company could have already have the shares.
But what I do,
me no better want creating new shares.
Me can, me have enough.
I can't just sell some of what me have.
Why is that a problem?
Rather than me creating new shares.
I call them more see the money and find something to do with it.
Yeah.
To me.
I mean, shears are shears, you get me?
Yep.
But me, I build this thing.
Even me, you know, it's so happened that every time Diana passed,
every time Diana passed, my place,
me ever, then I want to chop back or heck out something and,
Brother, my work hard.
You get to me and say,
I build this thing from the grown up, brother.
When me there, I sweat like a hog right now, I work me there.
You get to me, I say, and I make me ask you get up from morning, I'm a sleeper.
I promise you, they think of these realities different on the market.
Because if somebody were in here, oh, I have a supermarket or any company,
and I think it's a great company.
And you have, if you have your millions and you want to buy it and you look at the company,
oh, this is a great company.
You wouldn't say no to it.
exactly
but something
it's on the market
yeah man
I'm not
why I'm a shell
shares that
not sound good
I what happened
to it
so if it
good in not
go out
when you hear people
talk about it
they talk about it
they talk about it
very plainly
they don't like
the fact
that the money
is going to
your pocket
in seven
yes
exactly
and not to the
company
after
after all these years
you never
know when me
open the door
them
with two
shelf
a night
one empty
you know
a
million
are bill up you know revenues profits whatever it is you know me just
basically am me a do no favor me have this thing when my blood sweat and tears
no it's true I have this thing when my blood sweat and tears inner those say we
make up profit so but it is true no no no and the truth is that I am giving you an
invitation you get to me and say I invite you for come and get a part of this great
thing when me put a lot of effort into building.
You get to me and say,
and you are get something that is instantly
where you can look upon it and say,
yo, you know, this thing,
it'll grow or you can see the grow tonight.
You can see what happened and, you know,
it looked good.
You get me?
But you never know when it never looked good.
And when we have to go through all of that.
So when time come now and me, say,
all right, cool, you know.
I'm not creating the new shares.
I just sell some of the shares that me have.
a profitable company the company are run good you know we have a thing well plan out we're
active in building and growing this thing you know i mean it's not supposed to be a big problem
but i mean it's just where people think you know but when the share price run now them then probably
are going to say them should have put some money in there but say you go it's human nature is just
how people exactly think but on the flip side i go and bring back to what she was saying that you know
You put the money in what people like is truly what they're like.
And I don't know anybody that has maybe, yeah, maybe not since, maybe not since JetCon.
I don't know any other entity that you can see when the money went in.
You see the difference.
Like to the two RPA's credit.
That, maybe it's PR or whatever, but to RPA's credit, that money went in and you see it.
you see where the right away yeah and it's not i mean literally ipo money done long time
that's a long long long time brother long time still you see what the yes you see me
yeah yeah you see like every two quarter them try and out another gas station
bro you plant one mango seed and then i pick 300 manga by tree
a year time you get me one ipo money and you think on it continues they are growing growing
even though the IPO money done a long time.
Yeah, you get there.
So very few things.
You see that's the other thing with.
Maybe the most controversial, Kinta.
Yes, yeah.
In terms of when you get out tight,
right.
Ignore the suspension, ignore the noise.
Yeah, ignore it.
Nothing to me.
Yeah, think about and ignore what it was at IPO
versus what it.
I ignore that man, can't you?
So you're saying more.
The sign company, I assume it's still going.
The, all the million announcements, right?
Some of them are actually, some of them are actual entities.
One of my actual companies that are actually,
there could be something there, right?
Yes, I probably mean, I think you've reached a Cuccoctaw in my issue.
Could or woulda, shoulda?
So I'm still waiting on the, so to me, it's when Kinta hits that point.
Now we've all, we are new waiting on.
And as a possibility, we're not saying it's going on.
But if it does get there, then I can make that deterioration with you.
But I'm, to me, I'm still at a point where I need to see it happen.
I need to feel like, I need to feel like, I need to feel like, I need to feel more sure about it's happening.
So I'm not there to get up as I can't get up until it, say, oh, the father is there yet.
The value will hit it in my opinion.
I think it's, it's doing great.
on potential.
Not,
it's not.
It's suspended.
No,
no,
it's not.
So to me,
all this is there is potential,
that that's not enough for me to make,
to put it anywhere in that conversation,
really well.
That's true.
So to me,
so far,
we haven't done with IPO money.
That blow,
eh?
so so so to me it's a matter of maybe we get something in and then i can get up and say oh well
all the things we did with the money and whatever did work out but until then i care i say okay
they're doing what r p.l did they're not doing what r pl has done rpl to their credit has been
focused in one oh you say like one person one lane yeah and and they and they have been
yeah but oh if if they're fine it's and they and the and they're not
and then the love spread across the board and then the diversification was worth it.
Exactly. Yeah, yeah.
But exactly.
Not yet.
So, oh, oh, but I get, I, and you know me, I want a good story for it.
I want a good story for the market.
So it's not a matter of, you know, it's as I don't see it.
I, I see his potential and that's not enough, you not certain, in this conversation.
That's true.
and maybe
I'm biased by looking at just a junior
let me see if
not mean I said I did that
I did that
was another really hit on that
I think Ace Bride was a good one
but we weren't in it
but beyond that
introduction
beyond that
so I laughed to myself too
when I said Ace Briden
I said Barita
Epley
so yeah
Eple was my thing
that wasn't
Eple
I looked at Eple
but I don't
don't know if i wanted to fully think but maybe that's what i mean they started on the junior
they did say on the junior but they also have done really well for themselves since what
since listing and so look what apple it is look what apple is yeah so no way there's no
in fact boy this leave r peter like wicked run feet money top sorry
yeah nobody even thinks of it does a junior market company but yo i was even thinking junior
I wasn't even thinking
Junior versus million.
I was going to say
Eple, but I was never did.
Wow.
But
Wicked Run for it money.
Wow.
I mean,
peak profit from them
911
million in
2024.
Again,
the IPOed in
2013 or is the 2017.
2013 at 377 per share what did they did a is that 10 to one split or a 100 to one split they did
i don't know what in this they say they did a 150 to one split yeah it was enough man it was enough
wow wow wow i remember that i remember that so well so the so the share price is up a nice little um
1,251% since IPO.
Damn.
Have RPL need for set this as them goals.
Wow.
Good goal that you have, man.
Yeah.
And so much has come out of us.
Epley.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Wow.
So.
Eple might really be in the lead.
The mains didn't really shock me so much in the same way.
Because when I look at like, we, we sing.
It's like, all right, you were what you were.
And yes, you are a lot more.
They also raised a crap load of money.
And they used it and still use it well.
But is it chance to make a yes.
And again, maybe I'm just biased when I say the smaller campaign thing.
They do effectively in the smaller one.
So Chantamaker did do a lot with clear it up what they were and getting to this point.
But I haven't really done anything outside.
Like, what has...
Yes, we're nearly...
It's just...
It's more of a...
We fixed our situation.
Mm-hmm.
And then the money start road, property.
Yeah.
SVL.
Well, I'm very long time this thing.
So, again, recent.
Like what?
Is it a determinant.
Oh, seven or something like that.
Mm-hmm.
Almost 20 years.
the main if you take the time cap off you take off the main if you take the time cap off
or you take and you put on the main i don't think anything can beat gk
no you can't yeah you can't massive bridging and and and rumba they were
they were not what they are today at all yeah value pro max boy yeah yeah i'd
I don't know if anything could be GK if you go, if you take the time cap off.
How much, how much, how much, how much, how much increase in our profit,
not the last report?
I think it was a nice, yeah, I think it was a nice,
you could increase, nice, you could bump up from them.
And the amount of confidence that have come out of GK.
And Lickley is enough for them.
Yeah, technically the junior market came out of GK.
GK, yeah.
Yeah, it's rough.
But then if we did that, I feel, you have gone.
Yeah.
Yes, it's going to be GK Mayberry.
Wow.
Yeah, significant value on the market.
The most recent, the most recent Q2 results is an increase at 18% in terms of net profit.
2.3 billion.
Big in a one.
Big.
Yeah, big, but in the world, a GK.
I mean, 18% increase in the world of GK is huge.
take a lot for the giant to give the 18%.
Exactly. Exactly.
Oftentimes it is ignored.
I haven't dug into those numbers.
How much of it is like, quote-unquote, pay for profit, you know,
how much it is like the pieces of, I don't, I'm not saying that it is,
but didn't they acquire?
No, my understand.
Yeah, the rest of, you know, the rest of the stuff and he'd have some financial
gains off of that.
I'm thinking about the factor that they, the factory that they share that they bought
the rest of.
Oh, they, the, the, the, the, the, they're in those.
straight. Yeah. Well, I also some of it should be just straight, straight what we would expect
to be a regular profit considering maybe a bitter bump on the profit around remittances. I'm
thinking off the top of my head and also insurance. No. Maybe. It's a big, it's a big jump
that for a company like that, 18%. A massive jump, that. So, more, more. More, more. More. More.
wouldn't be surprised if if as they say paper profit wouldn't be surprised because that figure
not had for three months that's uh that that ain't right yeah you ask the AI no not after
i's actually just looking at it oh i know you're in a phone but yeah i was actually just looking
on on the piano and what the lines what the lines were that that jumped out to me immediately
has been bigger. So interest income, non-financial interest income did fall anyway.
Interest expense, I call that flat. Results for associates were lower.
Interest revenue slightly higher. Might be pure. I don't want to dig into it now, but yeah,
GK might have it. There's a great point you raised, though. I think they had,
somebody else had sent a speaking request, so I'd approved it, but I don't know, was it, was it,
Not Javisosa.
Sane it back my boss.
Jump part.
Maybe not.
Or maybe maybe
body out.
I don't know.
Or maybe people just don't want
about stocks this week.
I don't know.
I want to hear about stocks every time
at a day.
It's at the day, boy.
When market
close, me miserable.
Yeah.
I should
I, I,
I share,
maybe just a little bit of the stuff that we went over last night there's the data stuff
i didn't show that i didn't make that uh then i mentioned something i thought i looked it up
as if i can find it but it's the it's just a couple of stats around like halts and so on
i can find it at table i remember one coming to mind about like the amount of halts
so far this year being was it that night 25 percent higher
yeah so far and the particular stocks there my heart
the most are with fat they do all the most yes if i can find it if i find it in time i'll show it
i'll show it but in the meantime anything nice you can market cap data still you know
ja ja nice to go nice you go me dear very nice to cutting uh nice you like it i know it yes she
okay no i'll talk i'll talk to you about that after it's a it's a my mind j a thing i was wondering
about the number of shares that
did they have something around that
but I have to think about it
somewhere because
very often these days
the number of shares we have
the stack is like
it's no money
it's no money
but
a long time I mean I see one share
all stock still in a share
me and I say no one time I'll be a one
year you saw all stock you're going to really see that again
all right so now they'll be a whole share
exactly what is a big jump also when i think i went over last night was the reality behind it that
one it still counts two it don't know people i think sometimes even i have done it in the past
you kind of discount it if it's if it's always a one share heart yeah one share hard that
but it's a lot do you know of course it tells a lot of you sell one
share and it pushed down something 15% one it already show you the state where they start the
dinner get the game is the game exactly me saying the one share just bring you aware of it
i mean that that basically might just like it was already it was already there if one check i was
already 9% exactly is it me it was already there and waiting to happen
you know much time i have one share me meet me by ncb and may have
my one share NCB and I get Bix and sell it
what are there?
Because the one share up 40%
My name come big up your place, you know?
The one share, well, at least I never heard it to the one share,
but the one share up 40%
and I just get back and sell it.
Because I know it that's going to come back on heart
on me, that's how I keep the one share.
The one share are enough people.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
Have a MPCC, C, L one share.
Yeah, aye.
It's a nine and it's all so expensive to sell it.
So, the fee to sell it higher than the fee.
And it's not a big point, that's a nine, man, a nine, a nine, a nine, and nine.
I know, one, I'm in a thing.
That might put too much idea in a people here, there.
What would put them in a, what idea?
Broca's, no matter.
Make you have shares like cat, people.
it man well a lot of them have them they're structured them structure them things are we're
wearing have shares and can't sell it they're gonna cause it too much you sell the shares
technically they have which is why i haven't sold it because the fees to sell it is not it's higher
than you know everybody else fall a suit you know well ncb is ncb is ncd right i see the dot com back
What's up?
Night, night, night.
Night, boss.
What's up?
All right.
I read a conversation earlier about the value.
The value, what they use the IPO money for it.
Which companies have gotten the most out of the...
Yeah, most out of the IPO money.
And I was going to suggest mail packing away.
Okay.
It's recent enough.
Right.
they're in a very hard industry very very hard industry because every couple weeks a new
shipping place come up so it's very competitive just like a gas station only way you can really
scale up in that is to acquire things which they have one acquisition so far and it's pretty
recent you're not really bolt on yet like completely bolted on to the business yet but
is that true though i think it's bolted on why you say it's not bolted on i could be wrong right
why you say it's like one year so far one two years so far bolt on bro how how long how long
no have they reported it being being tied in two years
This is the second year.
Remember the batter running company, you know.
Now, ma, remember the barter company that was already operating, already running, you know?
Yeah, I think that's what I'm talking about.
You're talking about.
Yeah, man, that's the same I said already instant.
It's an instant thing.
I don't know if it's instant.
I can understand needing some time to mesh things.
But I was just on an impression that it did mesh already.
Same.
if I could be wrong though
I don't they get fully mished on yet
probably like
next year or so you know
when them fully start
but why you think so do
what's paid on
what's paid out of it and
all of that
probably after that point
it can I can say it fully mished on
fully bolted on to the business
it really
I said that because it's really early
because
I could
So I can't expect it's a more route I do.
Yeah, because acquisitions like this take a while to me,
and it takes a while to really get the value out of it
and seeing the industry that they're in,
as I say, very competitive,
so it kind of need time.
But what they have done so far with the IPO money,
the growth in all the metrics, right?
It has been, the profit has been kind of falling off until the acquisition came about.
Because I think they got a lot of business from that lockdown COVID time when they listed.
So they got a lot of that.
You remember that government free money and everybody in house and all of that.
I don't know about the government free money.
I never got any of that.
Right.
early COVID time when lockdowns and all it, they really benefited from that time when there was this online shopping boom and
it really made you see the initial numbers from that. I can really think that this is going to be something
consistent, but then it kind of tail off but revenue still stayed around. It was above. It was above.
the IPO it was above the IPO numbers yeah the most recent financial year they reported revenue are
2.9 billion call it 3 billion yeah and yeah well if you add in the other other income all of that
3.8 billion and i mean you can pay a decent dividend they pay decent dividends over the years
showing that
you know they've used the money
well that they can reach that point
where they can say okay we can
reward their shareholders with this
and still have enough to grow the business
either way but
as I said very competitive
for it I think it's going to stagnate
for a while
right
the business or the share price
the business itself
okay right
and I think it's a
That's what happened with a lot of the junior market companies.
They would probably experience this high boom early.
Then the IPO money finish stock made for a while.
And it just, they're just in the wind.
Not bad, not good.
They're just there.
They're just rolling how they're rolling.
Which, I mean, on, on,
You're, I can't, are you right?
I'm not saying you wrong with that.
I think maybe it's just how I view these things
that might be a bit different.
Like, it's not easy for a company to blow up
and keep blowing up and keep.
Yeah, it's definitely not.
We need to, we need to stagnate and think.
That's pretty normal.
Not stagnate in a bad way.
I know, man, but that's what the word mean.
It does, oh, it does what it does, and then it does flat.
But that's reality.
We do what we do.
And then the typical thing,
is to get a certain level of a new growth,
we'll have to find a new thing.
Or we have to do this thing,
or find some way to make this thing we already do different.
Just like I go know of them really put on the acquisition now.
You're going to see that growth again,
and then it's going to remain flat for a few years.
So here is my thing, though.
It's not for going to.
It's a we want to.
I want it to happen.
But it's business.
It doesn't always just work out.
Yeah.
And that's, and that's,
And that's what you see in a lot of realities for other companies.
So you see some of them come in and they boom.
Other them don't actually move.
The thing they want to do just never actually work out.
And that's business.
Like G. West had this whole plan and everything, got the money.
And the thing just didn't work out because for whatever reason,
reality doesn't, reality never match a plan.
Big point.
Big point.
Big point.
And so many times I told me they want to slaughter people because they got to
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think you know what it is.
I think all of us have some blame to holding that because of course, we will get a what is,
no, you promise, finish your area, because we have these expectations that.
Expectations.
And it's their money.
You really want your money to do the thing.
It's that thing.
And it's something, it's very, I'm saying unrealistic.
And we don't know, because we don't know, so we don't know, to a certain degree, we don't know reality at the business, the people, whatever.
And then we get the dream and whatever.
You know, we hear the plan, but we don't,
I'll say, you know, people that test that plan.
Actually, look at the plan and go to any real detail in, okay, how possibly is this, though?
Because I can, I, I remember G-WIS.
And I say, no, I don't think I've ever heard Randy's on that this crazy optimist about G-WIS.
G-WIS has been.
In fact, G-W-S from Jump.
That's what I heard him talking at the time.
that was very cool to when I had a cut on the market and it was
it was probably one of my earlier things being in the market
and seeing people get something in front of them and somebody's like okay but no
though it don't necessarily work so easy as it wanted to be I want it to sell
and I hear the IPO plans and I want it to be this but what is actually
it sound like compared to what people actually do I think that's a good
that's not most people it's oh i hear the IPO how i feel about it and and how we feel about it
isn't often based on the planet how much i know the company have i heard about it before am i do i feel
that the thing i feel like i need enough and yeah so but that's it that's it that's it
we get the thing they're doing and even with sometimes the plan sounds good and there's this
other factor that just to smash it up as they say competitive feel the other guy could be doing
something that you just care much sometimes.
Yeah.
Another part of that
the companies when they're coming to market,
they do the same thing I mentioned earlier.
You seem ultra
excited. Well, it's not my job
to turn down your excitement. I'm trying to get this
money from me for these shit. I get this money.
So, yeah, you're excited.
I'm excited.
And you're like...
Sometimes you can't put the shares more than them in a way,
you know? Because they've just
listing at IPO prices, a deal already for them.
So you want to go treat
when they list that one and they're happy to see that one.
Exactly.
That's my exit.
And there's not wrong with that per se, but I think it's,
it's on us to have realistic expectations to understand what a good company looks like and a successful company.
It's like the reality of a company, a successful company, a listed company.
And it's on those companies to have,
I don't like saying responsible there, but let's a responsible,
to create responsible expectations.
right you know let me give you a good example of a quote-unquote like because it's not a lie
that companies do at IPO you see that like a rubbish in the process it's not rubbish but that bit
in the prospectus where they tell you about the dividend policy ah mm-hmm mm-hmm how after we've
heard that as that's all you hear you know 90% 70% 60% and up to right up to the up to the
something in them out in them saying we're not hear a part of it.
No, they don't know what mean, but it's so unexcited.
And I think that's often the companies are like a lot.
People are what, like them well, because you hear them at what they're doing the, you know,
during the road show and then they're making people, they're,
the questions and like, oh, or again, they're not lying.
But they're just telling you very truthful.
But the policy can say any damn thing it want.
It don't mean nothing.
Yes.
I can't, if I want, if I can't
pay up, I can say, and I hear it every IPO.
What's the dividend policy?
Okay, so yeah man.
And I'm like, you can pay one percent of them,
they can pay zero percent in fact.
Because they have all that space between zero and 90.
And at the end of the day, it's re-dependent on
if they look on the money,
if they look on the money and say,
yeah, man.
open the buybacks also sound similar yes yes yes like open the bank account
my ceremony and we can pay a divvy and i don't have to to be honest no the expectation
that investors have around what a buyback is supposed to do yeah you notice like you hear we start
hearing about buybacks more popularly in the space um maybe maybe two years after jim and b did their
APO, two or three years after the APO.
And since then, I have made it a policy every time somebody
talked about it, I ask them, why exactly you expect
the buyback to do? Like, how do you think a buyback work?
What you think it does? And then, you know, I listen to them
respond and I pretend that I don't know that. I read, I googled
share buybacks also, and I know what you saw in Vestopedia.
I remember the words. I know you said it back to me.
But the real thing, and people, some people admitted some people don't,
I think the real thing people want from it is that, yo, they want to do the buyback,
I tell cause a share price for Gobsor.
Because everybody knows, selling is evil, buying is good.
So if the company is doing the buyback, then it must be great.
How much million it is?
J.M.B. has spent, I think, they have spent more than 40% of the allocated buyback funds, no?
They allocate 300 million and them, say, last check, I think they've spent maybe 138, maybe 140.
of it doing a buyback?
The share price has gone from 50 to 15, 16?
17.
Well, there's a 17, yeah, 17 today.
And it might give you a 5% to.
Hey, I'm not saying that it's not true.
I'm not saying it's not great.
I'm saying in that time,
what did they have been doing the buyback?
What did you expect to happen?
What do you think really happen to the buyback?
And it's on us to know the reality.
of a buyback, but you can stop saying it because when the company, let me tell you something,
think my perspective, think of these companies like they're a bunch of journals and they're
trying to trick you, but they can't lie to you. Think of it that way. I have another analogy.
I don't think of yourself. I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't
because, yeah, the real idea. People of them that they're dating there.
I mean, I might prefer this one. Go for it. If anything, just can't seem.
Think of you tell you as a Jamaican woman. I think of these companies as a Jamaican man.
And he's looking you.
Ah, okay. We can't work for this one. I'm not sure.
Yeah, that's what I prefer. You're a Jamaican woman. These companies are a Jamaican men.
And he's looking you. And he's not going to lie to you.
he's not going to lie do they i i don't lie so i i don't lie so i try not to lie but um but
the truth i just a change fast door and they did i change fast i don't lie i try not to lie
but what i'm saying is just think of this is a jamaican woman and these companies are a
Jamaican man and they are looking you.
Not that they lie, I'm just going to say
all the thing different.
And in this magical space, in this magical space,
they really aren't going to lie.
They cannot lie.
But the people are looking.
Baby, my one
gear the world. May I give
the Bima first.
The first, me not buy myself the Bima,
my buy you the Bima and you can drive.
First. Big old's funny
is. Yeah, man.
Yeah, there are.
Of course.
But you said you're going to do it to me.
No, I said the first Bima I buy.
But you know how to Bima?
Exactly.
I said it had a Bima.
He said,
I'm a bit more what.
It is my intention to buy a Bima.
Yeah.
Just like, don't think about that.
And think about that Jamaican man telling him dividend policy.
I give you every dollar.
It is my intention to give you 70% of every dollar my me.
except for the bills that I have to handle first and other corporate, general corporate purposes.
And of course, we'll decide at that point exactly what should go.
But 70, not even say, 90%.
It can get as much chance.
It is my intention to distribute 90% of my profit to you, my girl.
Just put your number on my phone.
Just think of yourself that way and think of the companies that way and everything will shift.
But the companies can't lie to you, but they can say a lot.
lot of things that sound like what you want to hear and it's your job to find out which ones are
being real and which ones aren't it's your job to understand that yo this one look like him ambitious
it might make it he might do it my try a thing that one they're flashy and he just win cash pot
it's your job to go and he win cash pot every day that's not realistic right so maybe i should
look at the cashpot money right now
Maybe I should keep looking at the ambitious one who,
if they even play a cash pot,
he might talk about buy the cash part company.
What, what do they matter?
Dividends?
That's something like I said it promotes.
Yeah.
That's what I said.
And that is where.
And you're on the same.
We can want to one.
Hey,
it worked for me.
You work for me.
I don't buy cash fat.
I do own some of the cash pot company though.
But yeah,
there's something that way.
There's something that.
I was so excited.
Yeah, just bought his ticket.
And he was like, yeah, you know, I'm hoping to win the Super Lotta.
And like, I wish you best self-luck.
Yeah, baby, I've been best in me.
I'm on my way to win in the Super Lotter.
Yeah.
Not yet.
All you know what I'm going to win.
He play every day.
He put it every day.
He put it effort in.
Yeah.
I think one of the things, too, is that often, if you just look at the words that are there, all right, don't try to make anything out of it.
Just look at the actual words that are there.
Exactly.
Don't put anything on it.
Don't.
What does it actually say?
Teaching gross.
Not what it sounds like.
Exactly.
What actually said.
Teaching grow has taught me how much, like teaching people that grow in stuff, all that's like.
And how I didn't realize the impact of that.
Because for me, I grew up always reading authors, reading newspaper.
You read the newspaper, you read a lot of the things politicians say.
But I've never gone into anything written or quoted from a politician and thought that they're being honest.
So I've always thought, okay, where's the trick?
Right?
So you kind of get used to the newsway.
So I wasn't surprised and I see it elsewhere because politicians kind of the same thing.
They also technically can't lie to us, but they're very good at not lying to you but saying what you want to hear.
And everybody understands that.
Look at the companies in the same way.
They also can't lie to you.
So look at exactly what they say.
And I try the Jamaican method.
He never say I'm going to buy a BIMO.
He said the first BIMA him gets.
he's gonna consider making you be the one who are driving it and he spent the next 15 minutes
talking about where you could drive it and ask you know which color bima you like and re-r-re-re
and yeah man of course and he have a little bimmer he have a bimmer key ring in detroit
down saying for me he never said him own a bimmer bimmer he never said him own a bimmer
boss get all a coat from the dealership in a man
don't remember my boy did say he said in get in get the Porsche key ring before
The poor steering and the Porsche capped before ever met the Porsche.
Yeah, you just have to look at the reality.
Like she said, look at what's actually said.
And you notice how often, even on Brick talk I did all the time,
the Trans-Maker thing, as excited as I am, that it could happen.
What did the CEO actually say?
Not what you want him to say.
Not what you're hoping going to say.
Because very quickly we run into where you're going to drive the BIMA
and which color BIMA you want.
if you want to play this or you want a big screen or you want a test, go back to what was
actually said.
And it's not always as exciting, but it's more realistic.
And sometimes when you go back to what's actually said, you see the actual potential.
Sometimes you see the guy and say, oh, this one guy tell you say, man, spend all the time
with you, my, my whole life, you know, get a world.
Other guy said, no, I can't spend all the time with him.
I just get a workup.
some of work
right
yeah you have a good
the fun one's on fun but I don't want to have a work
but the work one him have a work
the next one he can spend
all the time with you at some white
effort you say
no work
two and hungry one time
it's two p.m. on a Wednesday
how come you are mean at the house
yeah
you just like once you start shift your mind
no mother don't hopped off the market
babe
yeah
hey
Mark it just close.
Hopes and dreams.
No, you can't say that.
Although the market is hopes and dreams, but a lot of them get realized.
Yeah, you just have to look at what the company actually say.
And it's part of that, by bringing it back to you, that Jevis Sosa, that I believe I read that they had integrated my car, you know.
on April 1,
2024,
the company acquired the assets of my cart limited.
During the year ended December 31st, 2025,
the company finalized the purchase price allocation,
yada, yada, yada,
and then there have some adjustments there.
But that's something acquired in 2024
and finished in the purchasing in 2025.
But I believe they have been,
I could be wrong.
That's why I asking if you know,
I'll check,
but as far as I know,
they've been reporting,
their numbers and it includes the MyCard from at least 2025.
So if you look at certainly the first and second quarter this year, it certainly includes
my card results.
So if you see that look good, then you can say, okay, the MyCard acquisition makes sense.
Last thing report to us, revenues were up Q1, revenues were up 10%, profits were up 6%, Q1%.
up 6% Q2, revenues up 20%, profits up 20%.
This might be an example of one of those things that, yo, it might not sound ultra heavy, but 20% is
20%. As you're saying, it's a difficult business. These guys rising their profit 10 to 20%
and their revenue 10 to 20% after acquisition. That might be the impact of the thing that they've
bought. But yo,
If that can continue, that can continue.
If the profits rose 20% and they can keep putting 20% more into their pockets
and it's a company that has a consistent history of dividends, which they do,
then that might indicate a 20% increase in future dividends.
It not sound as bossy, right?
but it might be consistent.
The most consistent dividend payers aren't always the most bossy.
But that money matters, right?
And so you kind of have to look at what was actually said.
So I could be wrong, not Jevi-Sosier.
You know, you can't tell me.
But to me, as far as I know, they've already been reporting this thing.
And they bought it long ago and report.
And I just use a lot of two quarters, but I believe they've been reporting it.
integrated in their numbers from from long time you muted by the way yeah yeah yeah i see i said
they've been unfortunate for a while i'm so sorry i don't want it you're sorry i'm so full you
man so like my broken vibes bro i'm so sorry i'm so sorry i'm so sorry like in the one here
say yo yeah man you say they're back on this thing oh my god i'm so sorry my brother no
The numbers that I really expect from them isn't going to be.
I don't think they'll surpass the COVID numbers.
What's your timeline?
At least somewhere near it until something else happened.
Right?
Timelines.
Yeah.
You would expect the numbers to get back.
Better win.
And most of all, why in my head?
Because that company.
One step of the time, man.
I fear that numbers have already gotten better last year.
All right.
So what are you hoping for that the share price will follow?
No, no.
No.
I don't think the share price will follow.
okay you don't make listen don't make don't make quick cold you up in a brooky you
no i'm just wondering you have to understand what you were seeing
i was talking mainly from like the business point not really like the share price
or what they have done with the and what they have done with the money that they got
that's what that's the viewpoint i was coming from okay so the company not the share price yeah okay
Okay.
Because the share price has been relatively
seen for a while.
What? Because we're
talking about the company, right?
And you did say it was a difficult business.
I think the landscape
or the business has changed
drastically since
they listed.
A lot more has happened since they listed.
Yeah.
Yeah, the business has
changed.
The company has changed, though.
So how do you think they're going to navigate just how different things are becoming?
I mean, a lot of sellers are shipping to Jamaica now.
And I don't even mean like the specific sites are what they were like actual sellers because the site can say, yeah, man, we ship to Jamaica and then they're not sellers.
I did consider that.
Yeah.
I'm kind of thinking about
the business changing like that.
I think they'll lose a few,
like a few businesses like that.
I think they'll lose something,
some sort of business to that.
The direct to Jamaica shipping,
yeah, I'm worried about,
I'd be worried about that.
Yeah, it's a lot happening there.
so i'm also worried about that for like retailers like fontana maybe because i can just can just buy it online
yeah in all that stuff and the way time has been cut down yeah amazon ships here and that's
yeah but but maybe we could say that you know the last mile which is where they are they are a last
mile company and there are a last mile company that has just bought another last mile company
in the in the biggest dormitory community this side of the earth right portmore um
and so people shipping to jamaica that might there's ways for them to integrate into that so
you know yes you're buying from alter or or you know wherever else but the last the actual thing that
comes to your door like i don't i don't directly the business with dhs
yes
the Amazon
that's
there's
yes
that's where
it's right
the problem
is though
the
and the
other one
come and
it don't hurt
you already
like
Shay
you
there's this
other one
Tara
I think
Tara
Tara does it
as well
for Amazon
I think Tara
is DHL
or is Tara
mail pack
or is Tara
Tara
Tara
Tara
so it's
so it's
they're just
going to have to
find a way to make money of the business as it is product.
I think so.
And I think, yo, you know, you never know which car can play.
You know, Amazon could could.
Amazon could put a warehouse in Jamaica and doing like for the Caribbean and decide to
acquire these guys or they have like a proper contract with them, last mile contract with
them and they deliver with them. Amazon does that, right? If your logic six is good, there are
routes to get into it. And outside of that, you, we have our own economy. Don't knock the local
economy. I never ever do. Like, if they, I think there's a whole lot of opportunity there for
mail pack with actual, like you're not trying to tie onto something else. It's like, yo,
have stores sell this, have a listing and you buy on his store and the delivery is.
done by mail pack.
And big hole.
Yeah.
Extra distribution.
Exactly.
Or not extra just actual distribution.
And of course, there's always a hope of them being acquired.
But the business is what it is.
There's something there.
There's something there.
For me, just like Shado, I'm scared of the fact that
that Amazon Beast is already in Jamaica.
You already have the DHS.
like and things are very very very easy to um very very easy to to ship with them like they make it
very very easy to ship with them so like just like you say i've worried about that and worried about
it you right with like a fontana so i think like fontana and them have got find another reason
to tie people in or so mm-hmm or yeah them can just uh real estate it out
have a counterpoint to support that some people are very big on brand loyalty they love Fontana they always shop there regardless
I see it it's sad I almost put it now
she abridging, Aborigin send me a text message
Mm-hmm going to Fontana is an old thing
That's the only way they make money like that's that's they just lean into it
I think the pharmacy
To say what if more on the escalator
On the plaza
Or in my plaza to go
So you come there
And that's how I make my money
By having the big plaza
No it's not
It's a sphere
You stand up on and you go
Yeah what if I want to go there
Just to go on those stairs
That's what I just said
You'll be in thing there
It'd be not expensive
For the revenue
problem is the problem is the real estate don't know work it way of it's not us that's not my money
that's we can buy fontana a little more that's not my money yeah
and yeah the pharmacy side is money though i think the pharmacies where they
i think and i think obviously they know the pharmacies is the defensible mode right
And that's the same by monarch, right?
Yes.
Yes.
Yeah, I never thought of them with the use of the IPO money.
Oh, I never thought of them actually.
And they have the new location.
Okay, okay.
They have done a lot.
They've done a lot with it, yeah.
Is there Mobe store?
What's been on there?
Did they get like damage in the hurricane?
All right, wait, go.
Moby a good man.
Mobeye's side good.
All right, that's good.
Yeah.
Was it the Ochi side that was damaged?
But I think even anything else damages started out.
No, man, I don't know.
I was literally just asking.
I don't know.
I don't know if Moby didn't.
I'm remembering what the notice said.
I'm remembering what the notice said.
They had a delay and it was because of, that a delay once.
And they said that it was because their head office or the admin office in Montiga Bay was damaged in, in Melissa.
But.
Okay.
Since then, I believe that they've reported and they've been reporting on time.
Okay.
Oh, well, no, I spoke too soon.
Slight delay in the submission of it.
No later on September 11th.
And it was due, it's due tomorrow.
Not technically.
It is due tomorrow, but September 11th.
which you know i i can understand that i can understand that and and the honorities at least have been on time
since then um and i've also paid a dividend since then so i don't know uh the dreamer what's up
yeah i heard something thab said earlier is really the youtube comments that sent me here right so
a lot and he sweats a lot so i was asking um is he a big fan of sweat equity did you buy woodcats
you still there though yeah i'm here my question i bought yeah man i bought
at one point with cash or with sweat uh cash
no it's sweat at all you that nice if i did sweat still but my my sweat never never never never call it for
hardly anybody's good boy i'll anybody's good yeah
well jess i don't think that i'll only go on for so yeah um my my pitch my pitch is that
jocon made the best use at the IPO money okay
i just come on for top for jaccom all right so so what you
what you pre you know what you pre you know 2016 them raise around 95 million dollars
and the next year their best year on record over a billion dollars
in terms of what and then on top of the profit in around the them split the stock
say you get double your money same way you said the best year on record over
profits yeah 2017 best year and record for revenue and profits yeah and then
then them spent the stocks, you know, you'll share all, you got a good piece of money, you know, you're like Cuba.
I did.
You say I'm not to eat nothing to do again.
I said I'm going to do my business again, my boy.
I mean, I'm not going to say no.
Yeah.
Yo, Jack Khan, Jack Khan is, I'm a fan of the company.
I respect what I do.
I respect the pivot.
I love it.
I will buy more.
I know how to buying more.
I, I, if they don't, in my view, if they don't fix some of the fundamental things that I thought they should have fixed back then.
In fact, I think JetCon might have been the in-person AGM I went to, but that usually I don't find AGM to be useful, so I don't go.
JetCon was the last one I went to.
I'm asking them about going into more, at the time they're doing a little bit, but more after-sale service.
having multiple locations and expanding their actual physical footprint just based on the kind of
company they are and considering going into financing themselves. So financing actually,
so instead of, you know, partnering with a bank and having them do it, you actually handle financing
yourself. And this was this was back when they were, this was before I went to Cuba. Thank you.
But they didn't do it.
And we know the story that we know.
He told us a wonderful story a couple of weeks ago.
I know they're back with a very useful pivot.
But at the core of it, they're still selling cars to people.
They're selling affordable, great affordable cars to people.
And they made a great move in terms of that switch, I think, at the right time.
So they did the right, you know, they moved ahead of everybody quickly.
and they have the right kind of invention and they made the right kind of links.
But I don't believe the advantage will last forever and they will still have to
to see that advantage in. You're still going to have to do some of that.
You're still going to have to do, I think, a larger physical footprint.
And I think you're also going to have to find a way to do the, I think they do more
after-sale services now because they have the dealership, which is sensible.
But I think they also have to just go into the financing.
Why give up that?
you can get an extra 2 or 3% there you're already selling the vehicle at the person financing
why not go on the financing side and earn earn off the financing also
all right i think they they address two out of the three things you mentioned the
after sales and the mobile location that's not there yet but they're working on it we spoke
about that that's a good example of what she said what did they actually say look at what they
actually say yeah we did um actually went to the jay and matel
You sound like a Jamaican man.
So you understand.
You understand when I say you need to think of the companies like a Jamaican man
and you embody your feminine energy.
And imagine that the Jamaican man is looking at you and you're a woman.
You know how much credence to give certain things.
So you've heard what he said.
Like they are considering looking into it.
Or what was it over like the next few years?
it was it was it 12 months no the day landed on around september 13 months yeah
September 20 they said they said they would consider it for next year yeah you know what
yeah yeah oh you don't have to go back into you but i'm not saying that they won't i think
that they will i hope that they will because you know a good footprint and muby is a great place to have a
a second location but I think for the longevity that will happen I do like the company
I hope I hope the next set of results I see in the top 10 though you know
fuck see you know since you mentioned top ten I saw a familiar name in RPO top 10 the other day
that happens sometimes there are lots of family names in top 10s
i don't ask you who's name you'd have seen it up then why why do oh it's nothing um so yes yes
jett's wrong with it you shouldn't be you shouldn't be ashamed of it i mean
it's a proud moment you know we should be proud of these things i everybody i know that
has done it is is proud absolutely it is a good thing but that's why i want to see you in there
next just because you know you're champion for this company so hard
know so you're earning off it.
That is true.
The Aegean was good a few days ago.
But you're not earn off of the age.
I was good about it.
More information, you know, to solidify the points had before.
Okay.
More information to solidify the point.
What's the exit price?
my exit price
I think I heard
Chairman Bear said jet comes at $8 stock
so yeah definitely right there
So you're big a
When you're going to be able to exit before
Before Barry
Definitely
I see
That's wide base
Yeah
So I'll exit before him
At $8?
All right
When you're expecting that
I'm expecting that between now and March next year.
Word.
I respect that.
Word.
So you look at a 112% profit between now and March over the next five, six months?
Definitely.
I know what's funny, Randy.
Next year will be the split anniversary.
So who knows, we might see another spit?
they should
I think
having done a split
they still only have
580
483 million shares
585
I think
actually I recommended a split to them
at the age in the other day
you know
what was the response
the response was all you know
they're considering not
it's a very CEO response
they can't see then all the options
yeah I can't see you know all options
well you have to look on well
you'd have to look on but I think you'd want to
why would they why should they split
just split in six
all right so in my head
you split right
you get the cheers down to a more
a price that appeals a lot
to the retail market and then you do your raise after your rights issue why wouldn't i do my
raise when my price is at the highest so that i have more room in how i think it's a good question
though for let me tell you my answer that i have pre-prepared for that so if i'm gonna raise money i
wonder if i'm gonna raise money i want to appeal towards why
as possible to rich that's an interesting that's an interesting question let me let me tell you what i think
you know um sorry i didn't hear randy a while ago as best in a row go ahead repeat wasted randri as just
as imitating your own okay uh it takes a lot of practice uh so personally if i'm raising money right
let's say i'm running the company right i want to appeal to as wide about audience as possible
the rich they're not so rich the people him who knows them rich but
like them not on the money right so i would want my share price um you know everybody loves a dollar right
which is why we had this whole boom of um one dollar stocks at one point right so i would want a split
in a way that okay let's see a split and we're gone down to you know two dollars after the split
finish and then i would you know raise with the right issue at one dollar why i can't i raise
with the rights issue at two dollars when it's near four dollars now
personally this counter well no actually actually hold on that is actually a good
point I think that's a good point yeah agree with you it's possible so again
so again they would because split to make the race more attractive that's my
reasoning how would the split made the raise more attractive if I am raising at a
lower nominal value I can appeal to more persons okay I know much money just
let me the ballpark figure again how much you think that they'd raise or want
to raise all right so that's all we had um last time can had me rethinking my original
raise amount pieces right but I'd say
I say go for 300 mil yeah go for three all right so go for three um yeah so why not just
do the three hundred at a dollar three hundred a dollar all right yeah that was um
i was actually one of the scenarios i had for you know the raise i'll be giving that it's around
four dollars now you could still raise that a dollar
okay hey listen either way either way i'm with you and i like i'm happy that you have that idea in
mind i hope it works out i really hope they do it i really hope they do it i really hope they
they're raised everyone i went to one of the record and i told her now that hey is a right as you
want and if i hear apio i'm selling i believe i'm happy that you said i was the reaction
well she laughed at me so but the message went true so that's it's the two director
you know it's hard to tell you know what do men you know what i won't say it's
like a jamaican man i really do i really do hope you um jet card flies if only for you but also
for me and every other shareholder i just can deserves it um they're a good story i think and
and i like a good pivot that works also um um um
Hello, po, I heard you while at the WhatsApp box.
Hey, we're going.
Not much.
Not much.
I mean, I joined late, so I literally have no idea about what most of the discussion was about.
I just heard.
We've been touching all kinds of points all over.
I just heard Jason and him JetCon says, like, let me jump in case him salesman pitch,
liking myself, care himself, Wonderland.
Is that good, is that, you know what I like?
More shareholders should be like.
him man taking his business been serious in believe in the thing and nothing wrong with your own i mean
as i own other company you want the company to the well he'll he'll earn some might back in dividends
hopefully and if them do the split and then get to sell some or all-line shares i you know i hope
him get to do it at a profit so this is what it is yeah man i like it i like it when you're
a practical application so pick up jason but i'll have a card you with you with your antics
a beer a beer i'd dig to the part you spoke to the marketing manager of jetcon when you were there jason
i spoke to everybody okay i hope then they sign a contract uh but yeah
hope i go through uh so on the market yeah what do you like on the market
you know i've been i've been playing a little bit with it we'd like
Just, hold on.
I think I know you're going to say, don't talk about that.
Yo, me have a big stone for me now.
I have a big stone for you.
A one river stone for you.
I don't usually care, but in this case, I care.
Don't talk about it.
Don't talk about that.
Not on Brickta.
Guys, you know, I'm going to grow up tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the last grow up of August.
Eremickle.com slash GRWR.
Sign up tonight.
I show us how to people who are saw.
up while bricked out going on. So I know a couple of you have done that. Thank you.
And we'll see bright and early tomorrow online and we'll spend a day during that workshop
and we'll go through everything. And if you want to ask what this at are asking not to talk
about just now, I don't know what it is, but I think I know what this and I really want to talk about
it. You can come to grow tomorrow. We can have a slight discussion on it. I can go into more detail
there, but not about anything else though.
Okay, fine. Keep nothing group. Please.
God, the other time I'm going to make the store to reach me for himself.
But I'm a very creative in a brother.
I mean, I wasn't going to talk in detail about that thing.
I was just going to say.
Anything else.
That about anything else.
I was just going to say, I've been doing some things on the market.
Not about anything else, bro.
I know.
Listen.
This is not Diana.
I'm not going to reel.
You don't, you don't cue me already.
Please, yeah, man.
Yeah, yeah.
So, yeah, I've been doing some things at the market,
and I just really don't like First Rock and Signus
because of the stuff I've been doing on the market.
I feel like it's, it's, as investors,
to do something that's so uselessly unnecessary
in just how you listed things on your company,
for your company.
Yeah, I want to big up quant.
What I mean?
Quantas.
Yeah.
But here,
you want to,
don't,
don't,
don't hate on the people
who pave the road,
right?
Don't hate on the people who pave the road.
Just please,
just let's talk about something else,
bro.
All right,
fine.
I'm just really cool,
cool.
I see somebody at Roseville.
Just don't be negative,
bro.
Yeah,
don't be negative.
It's not negative.
Don't you?
I mean,
you can have not be negative.
I mean we have what two oh and a half maybe left before um um I company that
we can't trade right now what so was last it gave us notice that they would have
reports ready um yeah yeah yeah it's today you know what the reports on us after day I mean
I mean it's today so it would be a Friday if you don't want anything is there
Yeah, you know, oh and a half left, maybe we get a nice little noticing the group from the every nickel bot, you know.
Immediately, telling you say, what? What do you think you'll say?
He'll get a JBG notice, man.
JVG, no. For your sake, I hope so, time. I hope so.
oh my god what i'm talking to faking tire right they have time the automatic d listing is not until the
end of the year so they have time interesting it's like it's like it's like it's like
it's like the wait for a new season of a show it's my favorite show on the market it's got
it just take some time but the season is coming that season is coming it's like plural bus they're
away from the next season.
Me too, come and I say,
I kind of,
I kind of want it to happen because
I'd love to see
what it is.
Like I'd read,
I'd love to see
how all, you know,
all of these entertaining
announcements
and,
you know,
things,
things that were going on before the suspension.
You know,
I want,
I want to see something.
and at the price where it was at suspension.
I'm like, I mean, how much worse can it get?
$16, $16 worse.
Yeah?
That's how, technically that's how I got to?
No, it's at 17 cents.
No, you say how much worse can it get?
It can get worse.
Okay.
No, in my head it's not at 16 cents or it's not at 17 cents.
In my head it's like, like,
eight cents nine cents
to be honest
in terms of
retail investors
house investors
there is much different
between 17 cents
and 8 cents
no to the sharp
investors yes there is
there is the opportunity
for
all sorts
a little play around fun
but
in 8 to 60 is 100
exactly
but in terms of
the the
the thought of the company.
Is there any great change in the thinking of what Kintaya would be if it's at
8 cents versus at 17 cents?
I mean, did you think of Kintyri any differently when it was at 30 cents in April?
All I thought of Kintyre was a lot of posts, with a lot of things.
But the answer is no.
Yeah, but this is the thing that's pending is an actual look at the things.
And the reason what was shared, why it was late, is that, you know, all of these things were so complicated to report.
I'm interested to see the complications, as would be evident in the report.
Yeah, I mean, I'm definitely, I hope it don't go down the road, you just as I say.
at the end of the year.
I really don't either.
But you just sometimes
just have to wait.
Next game at run season is 2028.
Sometimes you just have to wait.
They take time.
They'm have to tape it.
Good things like time, bro.
Is that true?
They're really coming back to game at war?
Good things come to those who wait.
House of Dragon.
House of Dragon.
There's a can near line around.
Good things comes to those who wait.
So I'm going to at least.
about an hour late i guess i should have better things to talk about anything else yeah yeah yeah
yeah i know anything else um i tell you one of the things that you miss since you say you didn't
hear the conversation earlier we're talking about like companies that have done the most
anecdotally the most with like the ipo money that they got like yo if you look at the general
money that they got at IPO compared to what they've done since IPO with that money or the
company has done even not with the money even if it's whatever like the value you've gotten
so like I think we were I think we're all agreed I don't if she agreed but I think maybe
she agree I know that I agree that in terms of the top let's say top three GK we're
looking heavily on druna market and more recent but still when we stretch the conversation
GK in terms of the valley that has been created
from just
IPO till no. I don't know
how much GK are beautiful.
It don't matter.
Whatever the price.
There's a company.
Yeah.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
The things that have
K. Okay. Okay. Okay. K. Kingston
Wals come out of GK.
The banks
have come out of GK and GK still have so much more
to come plus a profit plus the dividends, all of that
stuff, right?
GK is near the top,
if not at the top. You have the
Mayberry's, I mean the junior market in some ways come from GK and in other ways come from
Mayberry. M.J.E. come from Mayberry. 60% of the junior market come from Mayberry in one way
or another, right? And then in terms of the company's own spin-offs, M.J.E. is a great one.
Blue Power and the junior is great without, you know, Lomba.
Lomba.
From June. Blue Power. Atlantic come from Lomba, so technically come from Blue Power too.
G.K. Mayberry, Epley, legendary, because Eple is also a junior market company that just the bossy.
Your father, like, yeah, let's actually graduate and do the things all we want.
Yeah, those are companies. I don't remember some of the others I always said.
So I don't know, something along those lines. What are you thinking in terms of?
what you think is value
or you can flip it
least value
it's negative today
least value
so I
I can't see that going there
and what I said no
oh well
least values learn
Jesus
you sure
I mean I mean
it's a tight race
yeah
again
this value is learn
so
wait
how you put g-wis or j us have more time now and still and still and still do those are
look on gus balance here though j us has a gus have an agreement like them if i remember correctly
i don't know it's a business yeah they have an agreement that say that they pay a percentage
like they there's a i don't want to get it wrong was that them pay a percentage of money to a certain
preference here held by just some people before anything else.
Oh, they have a thing their preference.
Well, like, really?
That's hilarious.
For G. West.
But for G. West, it's at least proven to things.
Yeah, for G.S.
I didn't know what they had one.
I mean, I guess, I mean, can't I have one other?
I guess it's not a payout.
It's a control.
special show
not necessarily
a payout
social show
so that's
what you're
going to pay up
bro
I mean
exactly
hope
hope
yeah
um
my
my child
I'm
my trying to
manage
I'm convinced
I mean really
though
who'll be learned
that's sad
as a
new list
right
yeah
yeah
s r a no yes sri sarah donno sweet river oh sweet river oh they're probably the the the example
if you know i will consider them but i know i'll call it the market but that's how bad that's how bad it's right
yeah yeah yeah because and they did IPO so they did IPO and so they did ipo and so it's a little right if not if not
and it qualify.
If not,
if not,
boy,
it's close.
It was
de-listed so fast.
It was there for a long time.
I remember,
God,
I have so much conversations around us.
I remember when I remember an analyst
that used to report on it,
not going to say which host
that was at the time.
She used to report on it.
It was her job to
when the report come out,
she was like,
she's like,
every time I remember,
oh, God,
she opened her,
I listen to the Africa, the report comes with I see it,
and then I do it, in the afternoon I hear her,
it's our teeth.
What about that report from that company?
Every quarter,
the same foolish is.
Oh.
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, sorry, it was,
it's something else.
Let me see people.
All right.
The one that are good.
That one are good.
Yeah, but outside of SRA, if we disqualify SRA,
that real question about who has wasted squandered the most value.
No, that's sad.
As I said, as I said, in such a new listing,
I'm actually struggling to find something.
And it wasn't like when I was looking through,
I wasn't like, boy, I didn't have disappointment, right?
So it's like, wow.
We say $1.5 billion in assets in a GUS.
So them beat out learn by far.
yeah but you can i mean i guess but you know he works yeah you know you work so yeah you feel like it works
yeah what what the partner balance cheap
that's the thing it's probably just a company it's probably just a building
yeah the type of company and since ipo
but the thing is you know it's a usage of the IPO and how much value created or in this case
how much value reduction or thing there and the truth is i mean learn at ipo it wasn't that
the type of company doesn't really hold of assets in that way and then
gs by nature have the real estate and both of them have done not much with the thing that
in fact or taken away from squander and and but i really it's
i feel i learn worse too but because i mean the sad part about gus has been there for so long
So yeah.
But then in the same vein, or on the flip side in a way,
learning is new.
So what's going on?
It's been there for so long, but it's still,
even when it's about whether you're plugging in the machine or not,
it's still there.
Like,
Big up elite and the machine.
But there's one of them there, it's still there.
So I don't know.
I mean,
I can say they're still here.
I think Toadib does not
It's a great place
and have a lot to happen.
Yeah, I mean,
well,
well,
well, I don't know
is GUS
renaming itself
to
to pivot?
Come on, bro.
No,
sure,
but that doesn't matter,
bro, in reality.
Yeah, yeah.
It don't matter,
but it,
it, to me,
it doesn't change,
it doesn't change
in relation to the question
though, you get me?
Right, right.
Like, yeah, I can understand the feelings
around the optics of it, but
I mean, there are optics, but there's also
the reality that
I don't think,
like, it, it,
I don't know if you has feel, as,
this is a bad word
out here, especially,
as Shelley as what,
you know, learn has become.
I see your point.
because the reason we're in the position of changing the name and all that,
end of the day.
Yeah.
You just feel like Shell and...
I would say then.
I would say that, yeah.
I don't think...
That's sad.
I don't think I would say.
Weron is probably in...
In the worst position in that regard.
I don't want to be there at all.
I don't know what else could be there.
Man see my final answer.
That's a hard part.
looking and I really can.
Kelly,
Kelly has squandered a lot
enough.
Oh.
True.
Kelly has responded a lot.
I was thinking about them,
you know?
I was thinking between them and CSC.
They've slowly...
Not even CSC.
Kelly, man.
Kelly have it...
Yeah,
Kaley have it rough.
As how they have rough.
Kelly was, if you think about that,
from the start,
Kelly was
the hope of some real estate.
Everything where
everything in the Bush, you know?
they had clubs and stuff
and then there was also
tracks and records
and records
everything in the book
tracks and records got sold off
and kind of in exchange
for the service to run
one member famous
the club
because they also
went to port more with it
that that
both of those died
the big thing that you'd be able
to see would be tracks
and records
but they
Co-bele not come back
and famous
they got
they got rid of
they got rid of
they got
And I'm paraphrasing, I'm putting it all together here, but they sold, they sold, they sold
tracks and records for, they can't exchange tracks and records for the, for the right to service
tracks and records.
Yeah.
So like the franchise thing with Francham.
Then they also got rid of that, they lost that too.
Then they all you kind of left with is just the real estate.
and the BESA
and they were promising BESA at IPO
I don't know
that's what 12 years ago
2026 is still promising BESA
eventually they don't
they've also sold off BESA
not sold off BESA but lost BESA
Mm-hmm
Not actually I'm on this is my word
Yeah, lost BESA
and then the last thing that it was
sold the furniture
to the new owners of BESA
and you can't sell
furniture again
this is very shirley bro
very shirley
and they've been here for so long
and again
they've started things
and it mash
and the links for
Kelly are starred from
better
yeah
Kelly might be
it might be worse
it might just be
I think
I think you're right
I mean
yeah I think you're right
my father
that trail they
cause them
them straight up lose
like lose mess
for real
like the land gone
bro is like
no the land gone
from a long time
bro
he's just
long time
but they do just
a talk
boat
so
so other day
they came
and promised
than
who
me like
calm here
but
certain parties
I think
Sajigua
say
where random
member say
you have money
food
Oh
right
Okay, yeah, man.
Okay, yeah, yeah.
You know what?
I think you win.
I think you're in.
You know what?
You know, I think that one hurt more?
Not more, but I think that one is wrong.
Not more.
It's like, it's like when it started, you have the, you have a nice house and a car and land.
And then you exchange, you run the thing so poorly that you lose a house.
but you're still there, but you're paying rent now.
And he's driving the car, but you're struggling with the payments for that.
And then you're struggling with the payments for the car.
You end up losing the car, but you still have to wash it for the new owner
and service it for the new owner.
And you get paid a little bit of money for washing.
So it's still the car that you dream car and your dream house.
You don't own the house anymore either, but you still have to go there and clean it.
So you have to clean your dream house and wash you.
your dream car or the new owner and in return you get paid a little bit of the money that the
new car and house owner get and then you've also no last last and the last thing in me say hey
the bed that's upstairs nice you know no better want buy a new bed all the money uh and me just
keep the bedroom have your old bed and you say yes but you still have to go there every day and
stand up in front tight and look at the that's what that's what kill is like as far as i
see because you still have everything you still have to see and they still talk about everything
that they had but no longer from the position of owning it and it's like the positions slowly went
down you lose trucks and records i mean they you remember so the man in the tracks and records you know
bolt was wasn't even at his prime yet both was he not his prime yet then get bolton in prime
they had the the the the agreement the license to use him name they have him on on as a
at large year holder there was plans to carry tracks and records to London and Miami and
wherever yeah remember that fast for a couple of years all them have is a piece of the contract
to run the kitchen at tracks on bro oh better like you lose the girl but you but you get the
contract for carrier going to link the man every day no and if i remember in correctly the narrative
around even that movie's like they were saying oh the the logistics and the day-to-day
um something like oh oh yeah basically they they're in a better position
they're so foolishness like that if they remember characters they read
that franz and switch them on such a know
switch to Frangam, the Frangam was was rough on its own.
Right?
So you move from, so Frang Jam runs, operate you
see in both tracks and records.
You move from tracks and records to you to know 49% shareholding
in TN restaurant systems, which run Frang, which is,
which operates tracks and records.
You still have a word now, bro.
Nah, nah.
You have an employee.
It took them forever to do and it done, you can't...
I have to sell the people and the furniture.
And then what? You can't sell them it twice.
Ah.
That's up there. That's up there.
But you still get to work there.
You can still have better resort management.
They still get to...
So you get to wash the sheets them afterwards.
afterwards.
You're saying then?
No.
Yeah, it might be carely.
It might be curly, bro.
Tithris.
Not in the worst, but just in this vein of conversation.
Where would you put like R.J.R. right now.
Boy.
Sign of the terms.
They'd be it faced, though.
I'll never make the right step.
Yeah, I wouldn't but I'd be in the same class.
I think I don't know, no, no, they're not in the same class.
I just, because I was just looking at a road after we talk.
I was like, yeah, KLE and learn are just like high level, you know.
And which way, how does RGR?
Yeah, how does RDR save it too?
Like, IP, I mean, I may.
You complete have to be something else now, right?
Yeah, but the IP of what you are, the Gleena is, there's not many brands in Jamaica.
that have strong a brand presence.
You know, TVJ, do you have, let me not speak wrong, but I think they still have some amount of.
There's opportunities for them, but it had, but, but it, you know, the end of the last season, um,
succession where, where the Europeans buy it and you buy a legacy brand and you can gut it.
You know, what the guy says?
have good bones
yeah
I mean
I pay for
I mean
I think
I think they have to
I think they have to lean
as possible
and then
yeah no you definitely have
to build up
whatever service
really is
so we go
full force into advertising
if that's what we do
but do you all
do you have
oh yeah
fuller force in advertising
you're going to get
like
no no
I mean I know
I build a service
as more than just
I'm am
I'm no longer just a space at advertisers.
I now offer it on every level.
Right.
Like what?
Get a studio.
They have studios.
No, man. No, no, no.
I don't mean dust the studio.
I mean, like, you do the full plan.
Like, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe like,
an X lab, you know, a certain way?
If you can be.
That would be hilarious for you to downsize yourself to love.
I mean, not even say like there's
wrong with that. But no, but reality
it's either, I have
this and I'm just this and I
have become leaner, but
either way,
you're still thinking there. You're still
because they are getting leaner, to be honest.
But
they have gotten lean
and they still are too big.
There's more.
The operation bigger than their money.
The expenses
are lean at all.
Like, NLA, what would they be?
Finally, you're 2026, 5.7.
What was giving me a ticket, I wouldn't, I wouldn't say no.
Yeah, but great.
Challenge.
Great.
Yeah, I mean, free is nice.
I could do a lot with it.
I could do a lot with it.
Gleyn and Silder, you have that thing that they're going to do with Observer,
the shared printer thing.
Like I said, push the list that shared printing company separately,
own P-Sight.
Everything else is all online.
You still own.
Do you have free to air their digital?
Oh, me, what?
I listen.
When you do you hear that it is the value in that is the shares.
I mean, you're not listening for free.
You're getting cash.
Yeah, I mean, I get cash out of it.
Mm-hmm.
What am I doing exactly?
Into online operations of the new RJ Arglina.
I could do that.
And you still have a radio.
Don't knock it, bro.
Free to hear.
I'm not lucky.
I'm not talking about you know,
trust me.
I'm actually saying what do
they do,
it really can't become leaner,
but the thing they are
has to be the thing they are.
I mean,
yeah,
they are TV and radio,
so they have to do that
to the best they can.
And I think...
And me,
the new world where it is...
Yeah,
the new world where it is,
yeah,
so you're broadcasting,
get lean enough
to just get used to reality,
you don't broadcast on
RJA
online you can do that online too sure
YouTube live
can go and watch the TVJ
channel on YouTube sure
push to the dash for you have a hell of a back catalog
I would hope
they do
you can say I don't know if they'm actually
have it bro like I have the rights to it and all of that
I'm gonna know
they have a lot of rights
so I think that anyone getting low point
I was saying like
we wouldn't it then at that point
since you have already
there's true something is a is a
it's a platform but then he can do other things like he can go deeper into production
because you already do it you can just do it in a better way of a lean away and just through a
platform you don't you have a choice but to do it lee you know however i think like i'd buy it i would
buy rjr it's a hell of a project it had it had things in there and i don't know what i feel
i cannot say that no and i'm not saying you're not say that let me let me change that i'm not
saying you're not saying that let me change you how would you buy it and how much would you
buy it for I think I think it's viable so if somebody would buy yeah I think it's very
viable I think it more than just I right my money buy that that would be hard
I'll have a double-d-do-d-d-d-dust-up is three-bill but I don't think you know I
certainly wouldn't pay three-bill no so so give you for one if give me for one
I'm not even for one.
No, give me for one.
Oh, give me for one.
I'll give you for one. Okay.
I said, I see the IP.
I'm sorry.
Okay, okay.
So look like for a reason.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's actually interesting.
I interest in, I interested, I trust the IP points are a really good point.
Lover.
If they have a lot of rights, like the diaspora will pay for Lime Tree Lay.
yeah so the thing
exactly
you're the thing you actually are
you care
a half way and this at all
you can dig into it
because of all the facts
it's like
do we even understand rights
and like how to
control it in Jamaica
like because yeah
that stuff is just on YouTube
though
like
yeah no but
you have to have the right
no but they do
that's what I'm saying
that's what I'm saying
I don't know if they know that
i don't know that know it can know what they can do with it you know i mean i i fully believe also
that honest i was really mistaken that they they have an issue understanding getting to them
audience yeah i feel like i mean obviously yeah exactly that exactly that
world cup that was my people i watch it on youtube it's like
I don't care that drives to be in front of everybody as much as possible.
It's just, oh, we're doing the same thing we've been doing.
I'm already in front of who are in front of it,
and I hope that they come to watch TV today.
Or they don't actually believe in the monetization of being in other places,
or something.
There's something confusing there for me.
Maybe they just don't know who's going to run it.
Also, they had a hell of a hit, you know.
Remember, say, if I remember correctly, like,
they went through a couple of GMs,
like, the legacy and the young talent also left.
and then
I guess the light
turn around a gym for a long time
that's the one that just left
no no no no man
I'm talking if you go back to like
a few years back
they had a gym
and they had a younger guy
I mean he's not younger anymore but
there's a younger guy that was kind of like
you know that the Maverick there
and that's how I saw it anyway
but all was let go
then they brought in the guy from
I think Barbados
and that guy died.
Yeah, well, he's not from Barbados.
Like, I used to work with that guy.
What were you thinking of nothing?
They had a guy.
Anthony Smith?
Yeah, Anthony Smith, because he died.
Yeah, that's a Jamaican?
Yeah, it's a Jamaican.
He's not a from Barbados.
All right.
But, yeah, I would, yeah, it's halfway all at nine.
You don't need the space.
So, yeah, certainly sell a billion and all of that.
Your biggest thing is your IP, your name,
RJR, Gleiner,
and all of the back catalog that you have.
That's a huge license.
I would, I would, I mean, this is nowhere near.
This is very, very back of the envelope.
If you said 350, yes,
and I only have to pay a half up front.
And if I can make.
350 million?
Yeah.
Then they match up in your also?
No, no, no.
I'm just trying to make sure we get the price, right?
Means I used my group off on my radio.
But I get my first job to
is before the age of internet,
how we were all in.
In the internet,
so I'm driving around the country
I listen to the radio.
I don't think there's a radio in the house.
I don't know.
I didn't know at this point where I can buy a radio.
I pay for gleaner, as I said.
I pay for it and the service is terrible.
and I don't pay for the paper one.
I don't have the paper.
No, I might buy the Sunday gleaner because like for my father or something, but I, uh-uh.
Yeah, man, 350 and don't question me too much because I think about it.
Because you're asking to pay you 350 for 600 million worth of revenue and 150.
$59 million loss, I don't know.
$350 and you can get half up front.
And the other half, I have to be able to pull at least 200 million of revenue out.
I mean out.
Not two million revenue.
I have to, I have to, I'd have certain little things.
I had a back catalog.
I have to be able to still realize of a value of a certain amount in the back catalog
within a year and then you can get another piece, aren't everyone?
Also, you can't really own somebody.
Like, you're not allowed to own all of RJR.
Yeah, but you can, hold on.
So the 10% thing mash up.
So why it moves to?
I don't think you match up fully.
I don't think it match up fully.
Yeah, I don't think it match up fully like you can go just buy 80.
But I don't think it, I mean I think there's a majority owner country in party.
no way i think there still is even if it was adjusted i think there still is okay yeah that
we're that we know said it's at 10 percent mushroom so like a couple of
guys i came in only own 15 gk owns you don't have gk pension or sell with this so you think
then i got my gk pension piece 50 but we'll give them 100 and take it and we'll forget that
the ip the ip is all out i'd pull from this
right now just back at the envelope the IPs are that pulled from it so in a legacy business comparison
RJ versus palace which one you do that go
RJ oh well for what like if you get in the whole thing and you can do whatever you want
it's cheaper you know just say no police cheaper right yeah sorry
like you can't you can't put you can't if it was if it if it's 350 enough to spend
but I probably push it to the police right.
You'll probably get everything for the police.
That's a thing, you know.
To me, I feel I can do more it earlier than I can do it price.
I agree.
I feel so too, but from a consumer perspective,
like I'll bank on the kids,
the next generation will go to the movies again.
I feel so.
I feel you're going to have to do something else with the movies.
And the rights to the film,
come down to the same thing they're at it.
The real, yeah, the real
power behind it is the right to the
films, the agreement with the houses to get the
films.
You can own more
a palace.
You can't, you can't,
you can get more police. You can do, you can do
probably more. In this reality, you can,
you can, there's no
constraint than I hear. You can actually
own I chair. No, constraints,
constrict our phone, local.
Don't take them away, trust me.
Yeah, let's say, let's say that there's no constraint on owning RJR.
I, I, I, I'm, I'd probably call with it.
It actually makes it easier.
It's much easier at that point.
I, which I said, though, it makes it much easier out.
Yeah.
Because I, easy, when you say it might hold up more than anything else was I can get more
products to do.
I can fully take it on what I want to do.
Yeah.
If I was compared with a 15% business with RJ.
then yeah, no, I think it's a conversation, but we could actually get Arja.
Yeah, say.
That is, that's really.
Then I, you know, legacy nine business comparison.
I mean, Arja is gleaner, and as you keep saying, like.
It's all the radar stations, it's gleaner, is.
Well, it's not all the radio stations.
It's like three radio stations.
It's the ones that sound.
I think that's my biggest they made rate for RGR is that there's so many
their radio stations and radio stations struggle and they're still winning.
How they do radio struggle?
How do they do radio struggle?
So I wouldn't do radio how they do radio.
I'd go to the American model.
What's the American model?
America beginner, bro.
A Jamaica over there?
The American, my computer is the radio station.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
I go to the Music 99 model.
Oh, yeah, Fire.
Fire 105 model.
Yeah, man.
That's what I could go with.
And I'd go with podcasts.
I'd go with stuff like this,
because people watch it anyway.
I'd go with a whole lot.
You don't know what?
That's how my lab thing was.
Production, you put out things.
There's something there, man.
But again, it feels that there's...
You didn't club and ask them for run a production.
I don't mean that.
You don't mean it.
No, no.
I said that.
I know.
I know that
I know that the
the costs come from that
the production
Yeah, yeah, yeah
That's where you can screw up
And that's where the big money
gets burned
Yeah, I wouldn't
I would have burned
A 40-point production, brother
And yes sir
Yeah
They're necessarily
You know,
They don't go anywhere
Yeah
Yeah
You know
You actually produce something
And then no one cares
Magnum
Magnum
dance kick what kings and queens and rising stars and it's up there
my name gets a 500 million dollar loan and at the end of the year them of a 161 million
yeah bro yeah yeah at this year i last year they made the thing to you
ugly man and i need to understand the business deeper because if they have to pay like
if they have to pay for like the spectrum and the license for the broadcast they might not be
for that.
It would be,
the end of a era.
It already is,
but...
It already is.
So,
more fast are just
so poison.
Yeah,
that's a few...
50 mil.
You take up
300 mil, damn.
Yeah, bro.
I don't want
any of the headache.
I just want the back catalog.
And I'd go
100 for Gleino.
100 for Gleena.
Okay.
sell it to Cliff Hughes
A hundred million
I sent to Cliff Hughes for 200 million
I don't know
I can
I can
I can
I just feel like the content
and the IP game
is so weird
to see certain things
just die
the death it's dying
and just the digital content
just balloon in money
like
us OPP you know
for
Oh, I think this, you know,
grew up on this
and we have a connection
to it in a certain way
and I just
the connection
is no longer being made.
Yeah,
but I just think it's like
there's a whole content
stream that's happening
that's billions
and billions of dollars out there.
We're supposed
I can find a way
for a mill piece of that.
Like even
one percent of that.
Because it's not like content is not being bought and it's not like money is not being spent.
Yeah.
I guess it's cheap enough and distribute it wide, wide enough.
Like, so you know, like the dream everybody has like,
I buy all of the Hill and Holy Ride episodes or the Lime Tree Lane episodes
and then it goes on Netflix.
I would buy all of the Hill and Colliery Ride episodes and the Lime Trillian episodes
and puts on YouTube but it's all it's straight YouTube anybody can access it but but it
have ads obviously that's how I would that's all because it has to be like a
long earner it has to be I think that's there from long time they used to have
kids shows they are very Jamaica you know they have they have what's her
name oh god you're beating for not knowing this off the top of my head what's
name of that other boy.
You're right?
Kovali, what's the lady?
She's there.
Everybody knows her.
Miss Loo.
My God.
Oh,
Louis Bennett,
Covalli.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
You know,
all goes to you don't?
General.
Yeah.
She's not that all, bro.
She's from,
she's more,
she's more independence,
not, not,
not, oh, God,
this is independent.
I think in slavery.
I think in slavery.
same one
yeah no no no
yeah my fault my father
he's a foreigner
I'm actually you with this
but I'd
like stuff like that
like she have
kids shows
she had hours and hours
and years and years
when she had
kids shows and stuff
that's very Jamaican
and they would have it
in highest quality
and you could
I can see selling that
to the diaspora
I can see people in the diaspora
having their children
watch that and pay for that
like
anywhere in the world I would pay for something that's that uniquely Jamaican for my children
to know so them can understand what Jamaica is, you get me?
You have the entertainment report.
No, yeah, I had 60.
I pay 60 million, but I forget I don't think them own entertainment report.
I suspect they don't.
I think they're licensed from Anthony.
Yeah, suspect their daughter.
I suspect their talk.
All right, we're back to 50.
We're back to 50.
They can keep the real estate.
Keep the lies.
you get it and you get the same license with Anthony.
You just have to negotiate this.
Because he's going to very quickly ask why I'm not paying him for it.
Why would I pay you?
I'm not going to pay him.
Why don't I just put on YouTube myself?
I say, you honestly, Anthony, you should put it on you.
I mean, it is on YouTube.
There we go.
You know what I would do?
a second show
named Entertainment Reporting
it's gonna have to find
an equally
Yeah, I see a
running a court every week
It's
I did my thing
do know
I'm not
I'm not my thing
We'll find an equally
Dickley
host
that's
Aggressive questions
possible
Like drop people
I pay Ganges Claus.
Ganges Claus.
You call it the Ganges Claus.
You got to up the price got to go up.
Even Grace Lynch's cooking show.
I remember that.
Remember them thing there?
Yo.
55.
55, lad.
I don't think they own the license for Grace Kitchen.
I want to feel like Grace own the license for Grace Kitchen.
Me too.
That would make sense to be honest.
70% sure.
That would make sense.
just bring them on our status
funds so I can't do it
so we're going to do it.
So we're mostly
aren't work so much.
You think something.
Yeah, if
them can broker the deal.
55
with
Grace Kitchens,
if we can get that.
Right.
This is crazy.
Company acquired
exclusive rights of broadcast
FIFA events from
2016 to 2022.
These have been
fully written off.
That's so
like,
that sounds like they never they never make profit and what them pay for the rights
the rights were extreme so if i wasn't playing
fifa never the fifas are played long ago it wasn't
payin 663 million is what they wrote are what they're
what they mean chatt chasm chisies couldn't cover the world cup there
cut down monta adware and i actually watched a lot of workup for on um tv j because actually
i don't have kate i don't have kate but i didn't have this blue box thing on my apple tv so actually
it was actually easiest for me to watch it that way and i was like yo catch and
cheesy's budget sunshine satch no play man like this i never see so much
the cash part draw has to be broadcast live and
right
ja ja yeah well
how much svel are for you for that
what if l run
the svl would run the cut there whatever them say
exactly
you say no you lose it
exactly
that sounds like a powerful thing that you cannot
negotiate
yeah
five draws a day I would
for two.
Okay.
Whatever you say, whatever you say, Gary, you're really a...
And in...
Oh, yeah.
You know, there are certain things in the law that have to be put in the newspaper.
That's like all you have left and the classifieds.
Right.
The Gazette.
The facts of them, you know, like Facebook Marketplace murder the man, you know.
And all of the...
not even Facebook, Facebook Marketplace,
all of the
the land,
the real estate agencies
have them sites.
Yeah. Keys.
And 876
every car sales
account on Instagram.
Yeah.
Jeez.
I mean, you guys are
right of them still, but
there are certain things still
only in their classifies.
Yeah, I mean, the Pacifies is still there.
There's certain deals.
You go on keys, but you'll buy a rent apartment
or you go on some of them side about your buy care.
You know, I get some of them classified two-line
at the on price for them two-line.
Because you don't get the price there with keys.
That's true.
By Colbert, by Coalwell Bank and them,
the grounds.
still up on the classifieds, man.
Still fires a little
deal.
Oh, I don't understand
this. I'm most recognizing
the statement of financial opposition respect to the defined
benefit scheme were as follows and all of it
is blank.
You know,
50 million. I'm all
of the rights and are not taking on
anything.
Well, Arjah, I never used to have some of them report
at you know word. I never had you.
word some of the company reports yeah yes if you go back far enough yeah if you go
far enough almost all of the reports are in word word word and i feel like my feel like
me not min up men i invest so long you know and we feel like me see
you know what i would have but we swear we see that since we are invest well sometimes
some companies still put stuff out in word anyway
yeah i'm bit you know you brought up a really interesting point though this is this is very very good
i like this low for how much would you pay for a lover market back right now is three billion
i'd go with i'd go with um 500 mil i think there's more there 500 leave i think my share i back from
you for 50 you follow you you you you you you
You're very inspired by certain players in the space, you.
That's all like a very, that's all like a very particular person.
Yeah, it didn't quite work, right?
Yeah.
I want them out.
I want them to disclose that more than how much Legion did sell CVM for, to them guy there,
before them, them look like they were not.
I don't think, did they, was it ever done?
You fully got through?
They got true.
They got true.
I think it was, I think some drama going with it.
In terms of like, maybe collect piece or whatever drama, but I mean, it was taken over.
But it wasn't fully paid for any sued because of that.
You can't answer to rent.
Yeah.
I mean, true.
But they know on that.
But we know I'll give it free.
I mean, true.
things that's why I must sue in 2025 the court granted his company two million
US in damages interest so it was to sell Verticus 90% of the shares for 18 mil US
that you know it's at a hundred thousand be paid over the execution of the agreement
15 million US on the completion date and the balance of two million honor before the
final payment date of made 31 23 Verticus was
required to provide a little credit or bank guarantee issued by an institution.
However, the entire court documents defaulted on all of its obligations for payment
and for the supporting documents, save for the first.
So then pay the deposit.
Right.
Just deposit and pay what are we kids?
And fail to complete the share sale agreement.
This site and notice being issued.
As a result, the I see terminated the share sale agreement.
a subsequent arrangement initiated by Vertica saw the companies agreeing to making a US 16 mill payment by July 2022,
at which time AIC would reinstate the terminated share sale agreement.
Vertica's, however, renecked on that agreement.
A third attempt was made to revive the transaction, again at the request of Verticast,
at which point it was paid at which point it paid a total of US $17.2 million to AIC,
including 17 million U.S. reinstating the agreement.
It was then left for Verticast to pay the remaining $800,000 on or before January 31st, 2023,
and U.S. 2 million on or before September 2020.
AIC subsequently transferred the shares, but Verticast failed to pay AIC the sum of $800,000.
And I also failed to deliver a letter of credit or bank guarantee providing for payment of $2 million.
Why are you really fine the 17
and gee, man, care I find out,
Chacha.
I'm not for my son.
I'm not paid a billion.
We not pay a billion.
But don't get a 17, bro.
I don't know how much you do you have to find a 17
and you're still what?
You're just left off at 8.
Left at the 2.8.
You don't know you.
Stop moves up.
But you're letting me the money.
oh my god
2.8 million
US is
400 odd million
If you struggle to pay it already
why I'm what are letting me
Um
Go on next bank
Go on next month
can pay me
I know
I know
Ja
well remember the bank
in the money
I think I
think a water leeching
pocket of a water
I mean
Hey, at least him get the 17 eventually
Took some time, but I'm getting 17 eventually, so
That better than I thought
I mean, this is everyone, I didn't read apart
I'm finding, find the 17, I said, find the 17.
Well, but.
But we now leave $400,000 on the table still.
I get it.
Worse, worse.
You say, man, turn on a report for me,
you and me not pay my bills?
Yeah, no, no, no, I need every dime.
But I thought you'd understand.
You see, you have bill out there too.
Come on, you know, it's part of the game.
I need your money to pay my bills, too.
I understand it.
I understand it.
So that means technically, does that mean that,
technically they still own 10% of it?
it's just 10% for the 17 mean?
No, no, they sold 90%.
Okay, oh, yeah, yeah, see, yeah, probably.
Well, I guess that worked out.
Nice to answer.
All right.
I think I've been going for pretty long.
I don't want to have the people in here all night.
Yeah, yeah.
Thank you guys very, very, very, very much for jumping on.
And if you have something you want to say,
quick and fast, it's your chance.
It's your last chance.
Otherwise, we are out by the night.
Hope we gave people your message.
Give you people a message.
You say, well, give the people my message.
All right, people.
People, pick up and yourself, stay sharp out there.
Do, you know, do, do, do, let me head back out there, Keles.
And, yeah, make some money.
That's right.
All right.
And she, like, or she gone on her bed, or is still there?
Like, she cut.
She cut.
She done with it.
That was, that I.
they have to give them something and I'll tell them good night and rap
I was monten now going to quarter end oh boy
exciting times in the market people so
all the best
you have an opportunity out there take advantage a bit uh look out for it
and trust me there's always something you can find
investing that can do what you want for a year specific goal so
stay sharp as low for say and keep investing
yep they got me too
I agree with that 100%.
And I trade one last time.
Come to grow.
I didn't grow tomorrow.
You can stay at home,
do it from your phone, your laptop, whatever.
You want to learn about the market.
You want to actually get a serious,
sensible approach towards the market.
You want to start the guessing and realize
how this stuff actually works.
Evermickle.com slash GRWR.
And this is easily the best investment
course around for the market.
It works great on the US.
It works great on the Jamaican market.
but you can use standard US Macs wherever else you want,
but it is what it is.
And thank you.
And thank you to Shea and I and everybody else who call in tonight
and those points.
Some of those points are really good.
And thank you to the people like Lopa
who did not share certain points.
We're also extremely happy about that.
Thank you very, very much.
And good night, everybody.
It's been another brick talk.
Big up.
See you next week.
