Starting point is 00:01:08 I'm Randy and of course if you've done Brick Talk if you're listening on Brick Talk before you know that we use the first couple of minutes to send you the sound right and also to get the live stream up. So as usual we welcome anybody to come in and send us speaking requests, talk, if you have in mind, tell us what you have in mind. We'll talk about anything while we get our sound running. And of course, you can send us speaking requests and we'll approve it here, or you can listen in like a lot of people do every week. Danai, what's up? How are things this week?
Starting point is 00:01:43 Yeah, bro. Things been good, I'm seeing. Nice. Things been good. Going into the earning season. Yeah, going into... Well, the earning season started already, though. Things started dropping. The last earning season of the year. The early, early people. Hmm? Yeah. Yeah, the last earning season of the year.
Starting point is 00:02:04 A very interesting one, yeah. Last early season of the year. A very interesting one too. I had a split grow earlier this week and some of the things that came up and also a link up that we had last week was a couple of things came up there that I think are very, very interesting. This week, I think, I think, from what I've been hearing from people, people hungry, or they're looking for the next retail space has gotten so hungry.
Starting point is 00:02:36 Well, again, I find this funny. Because I think, I think they were really expecting an IPO. And an IPO and they're waiting for it. So no, the talk, you know, to me the point in general, if we actually look at the market now. Hmm. Which IPO? Or you mean it, well, which IPO? No, no, no. So the talk around the town is no one's supposed to drop in October because how much we by a year end and then thing there you know everybody was the holiday thing they keep saying so I think it was repeated enough that people start really expecting it so fingers crossed sitting down waiting hoping for something that looked like an IPO so they can get them $1 or $3 move.
Starting point is 00:03:25 Oh boy, I don't know the IPO. In the market. The IPO stretch that IPO weight that everybody have. I say to people and I say it very plainly these days because I know it's not, um, I know a lot of people don't, I don't want to have to say it plainly for people to get it. That the wheels size here waiting for an IPO is not the way it's not the way if you don't want to be wasting time, say, Oh, I'm having money put on for IPO. It's kind of silly to do. And then
Starting point is 00:04:02 no, I want to make sure it said that it is definitely no longer the best way to save up your money, to throw it all into an IPO. Those days are long, long gone. Yeah, that's not, that's not, it's been a while since that was ever a good strategy. It is certainly not the best strategy anymore. I see Tavarez, Sen. Senator speaking request to talk early.
Starting point is 00:04:29 What's up, Tom? I'll go around the big one. Now, God, you know, you know, sorry, I remember a quick minute still a mirror and I mentioned about the IPO thing. The other day, I don't remember who made I said it to, the whole IPO thing different than, I mean, I don't think like how for a dollar you'd see like a couple stocks are selling down and you hear people say boy, because of IPO, people are getting out for putting their money in an IPO and so on. So I said to my bradging,
Starting point is 00:05:05 say yo, I ain't expect no IPO for really, you know, dropping the stock price again and things like that. Because I mean, after everything we see, we're going with the IPO, you literally are putting in hundreds of thousands of dollars to get in all 6,000, 7,000 shares and so on. I wouldn't sell any position to go into an IPO because can you imagine you have a million? You sell this stock here
Starting point is 00:05:34 get a million cash put it in an IPO right get 10 000 shares get 9 990,000 in a refund over a two to three weeks period where you could have probably have that million or something else and get 10% in the meantime. You get what I'm saying? So yeah, so I'm saying yo, if an IPO came out now and I see all the stocks start to sell down, I mean, I would be totally surprised because all of that for 10 grand. You get me? You know, we often have to have a measure of other people. So, I think you're doing the thing again where you talk like you're a beginner, beginner and you don't know nothing.
Starting point is 00:06:23 A lot of people just hear what you say and say, me not do it, I'm definitely going for that thing there. And we're gonna save up for the IPO because that's where I can triple my money. You will say make a 10% on the market. How many people you think have that thought? Meaning even just that conversation with themself, make a 10%, that's a conversation most people have.
Starting point is 00:06:44 You know the thing, you ask somebody what they want and they say this big number or whatever, but they didn't really want 10%. They know what's real for the market and they say they want to get a 10%. That's a normal conversation. So I think you're putting yourself at a position when really you know way more about the market
Starting point is 00:07:01 than you give yourself credit for. I learned brother is that is that thing where I mean you know the funny thing about it the other day during the chill session I was mentioning to the the grower grads and the and the little meeting and I said to them say yo you know a, well, I get frustrated with myself because I am so busy with my life tied up to a point where I am not in the group, I am paying for it at one time and I literally don't use it. And then I turn around to them and I say, yo, things like this, why I am still in the group?
Starting point is 00:07:39 Because I am learning and basically I don't have enough time or any time at all to really look because when I do look at you, if you catch up back on the message then but that alone is like literally I learned from just reading messages and the things that other people discuss and go through you literally just learn from that alone So just by seeing the result of learning from those conversations alone. You know, you have people literally are talking to people long on the phone for hours. Them back and forth, them do all of that
Starting point is 00:08:15 and them still not learn nothing. And it just, yeah, it's like the real thing where you can profit from them literally not learning it. Them discuss the market and talk, be that's exciting and you know them little things I used to do. Where is that? All over the place you see the discussion on Twitter and then some of the time you hear people talk and yeah things like that. So it's like... Yeah, because... Sorry, can't hear you. and yeah things like that you know so it's like yeah cuz no sorry yeah no I'm
Starting point is 00:08:47 just saying that just by me being in the group and really looking on messages and some of the time if never a little time I chime in on a little thing and then when I finally get a time to look I realize the one x400 message gone about the same topic and we just leave it alone because I just want to allow the conversation to go and then I try to catch up. But just by being in the group alone and just reading those messages, I find out they have a different thinking and a different approach to the market. And as such, my approach to even purchasing a stock or wanting to go into a stock is like it was totally different you know and I can't remember the first time I
Starting point is 00:09:33 linked down I'm here to them say yo more 50 percent the man say this is a thing in about January or February now the man say you buy one by when you say yo end inna march. So it's like that. Within two months, I want 50% of my money. You know? It's not that impossible. No, it's not. But yeah, that is the thing. And the level of research and knowledge where you need actually.
Starting point is 00:10:02 And following up you. Exactly. To make sure you hear what you're going through. Exactly. Because even if I link you and you. And following up you. Exactly. To make sure you're ready to go on a ride. Exactly, cause even if I link you and you say, yo, get this, I need to know the vehicle me there. You get what I'm saying? It's like me going out in the car, you know? And the driver drive and he say,
Starting point is 00:10:17 yeah man, we're here, I got watch here, and by the time I look, the driver just jump out of the car and me in the car drive. Ha ha ha ha. Me in the car drive and the driver jump out of the car. So it's like Me can drive and the driver's jump out of the car. So it's like, because he tells me he's this way, it'll go, you know? Somebody need to drive it.
Starting point is 00:10:34 So the approach of a match, the reality. So I, at the end of the day, going back to the whole thing where you guys started, I wouldn't sell my position and me then have to go in a IPO right now. Get me? A quick research of the amount of applications in the last couple of IPOs is like those applications I get more and more and more and more and more and more because every man hear about this thing where you can't double and triple your money. Man literally all the drug people out of them yard. Yo dog, go up more account over here.
Starting point is 00:11:08 So I'm going to give you 100,000 and you just apply fee for me. I may split the money. You get me? What did you say? Isn't that why people pull out of stocks? Yeah. They say when me done by the IPO, flip it out. Maybe you say something I think the same kind of people wouldn't pull out that stuff. You think they'd say, when me done by the IPO flip it and I tell them, maybe me or you say something's going good and we're running in on it. So then yo, IPO time and again, my thing is gone. So the thing you wouldn't do, I think they would do it.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Why me not tell the lineup? You know the worst thing me just, when you just mentioned that a while ago, you know me just come mentioned it a while ago You know when you just come to me a while ago I shouldn't even be mentioning this Why not? I literally left a brick there because it blocked my blessing With what?
Starting point is 00:11:57 I would have loved someone to sell down this corner That's true. Just pretending you never hear me say I want to log out. Because you can't imagine you have a timeline on something where you have to say to yourself, say boy, you know what I feel like, based upon the information I'm seeing, look like. You can't get a 30% out of a particular stock. Within the next two months I have an average say a dollar sixty and we look at them money and come sell it at a dollar forty because they want to take their money out of it if we go into IPO and I could have
Starting point is 00:12:38 gotten it at a dollar forty and by the time they do the IPO and come back, I sell it back to them at $1.80 you get me? so I can't really complain and block my blessings teach his own and at the end of the day I don't want investment advisor, I don't want professional so people don't have to hear what I say why don't you have an advisor on the call? no advisor that's a bullboss people know for basically hear what me say you know exactly and the reason why
Starting point is 00:13:08 me I said still is because morning for ignore when I just say a while ago so then cancel though I'm not big for you, but... Yeah, man. I'm going to give somebody else a chance to come and see because I'm out of time for lock up now, you know? Out of business. I'm going to listen. Yeah, man, let's go. Big up.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Dan, you're hearing me clearly, right? Yeah. All right. Hold on one second. Let me just bring up the YouTube. So if you're waiting on the YouTube to go live... We have a thing there, isn't it, Marguerite? We have a... YouTube. So if you're waiting on the YouTube to go live, we have the, we call our work, all the work fine this week. If you have any new rings or
Starting point is 00:13:58 no, no, no, no, no new rings. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no I really did have a hard day. And it's so funny that the week when everything is running smooth on a different system, everything is running smooth, I am tired as hell. Oh, bro, I'm so tired. In my head I was saying, boy, I hope you can tell I'm here. I know I'm using way more energy than this. Yeah, we can be in it. Yeah, it's been a hell.
Starting point is 00:14:30 It's been one hell of a week. And hi to all the people on YouTube who are just joining in and also to the gross subscribers who can hear us for the first time in group in a long while. Of course, shout out to all the people also on Twitter listening. who can hear us for the first time in group in a long while. All right. Of course, shout out to all the people also on Twitter listening and send us speaking requests and you'll hear me say that a couple of times tonight.
Starting point is 00:14:53 I don't know how long we'll go tonight, but we will have a great conversation as usual. You're welcome to join in. You're welcome to ask about any company you want, any stock you want. Randy, that's Danai. That you're here on the other side of the call. Or ifai, that you're here on the other side of the call or if you're watching us on YouTube on the other side of the screen.
Starting point is 00:15:09 If you are watching us on YouTube or on Twitter, you'll see us looking at My Money, J.A. which is the official data partner of the podcast and the live version of the podcast, Brick Talk, which we're doing now. Just as the people who were listening earlier, what I've heard from our early caller, who mentioned that he's not an advisor,
Starting point is 00:15:33 in the same way I'm definitely also not an advisor. And he should not take anything on this show to be investment advice. Danai is a licensed investment advisor, but while he's on the show talking, he's not giving investment advisory. If you want an investment advisory session, link him at dhalladvisory.com.
Starting point is 00:15:51 He will help you get towards your goals. I think, Danai, you have December open now, right? Yes. Yeah. So people can book their December sessions from now. If you are serious about that investment session, you can get that from him at dhalladvisor.com. But understand that while we're talking here, we will talk about stocks here as we do every week on the local market. Do not misconstrue that we buy advice or sell advice. We are not acting as
Starting point is 00:16:20 investment advisors. No, I'm definitely not an investment advisor. All right, we'll do some talk. All of that, welcome again. And thanks again, Tom, for that early talk. I've been putting an episode on the podcast stream. And those of you who are subscribed to the podcast, earningseasonpodcast.com, those of you who are subscribed to the podcast, know that there's also a little bit of extra stuff
Starting point is 00:16:42 in the podcast that's not on YouTube. So if you're on YouTube and you want to and get some of that extra stuff subscribe to the actual podcast stream and if you'd like to actually get in on the episode and you want to actually ask us anything just join us on Twitter send us speaking requests and we will have a conversation with you like how we have one right now Jason, I don't know, I don't see last but Jason. TOS. Jason Brick Toss.
Starting point is 00:17:11 Yes, sir. Good night. Evening. How are you doing, Jason? Yeah, man. Good. What I want to know is the chill session. How can I be a part of it?
Starting point is 00:17:24 Like to subscribe to it? The Girl Subscriber group is, there's a monthly Girl Subscription. If you go everymickle.com, if you go everymickle.com and click a story, you'll see one of the things being the Girl Subscription. If you sign up for the subscription, the Chill Session is something that the subscribers get.
Starting point is 00:17:43 It's a subscriber perk, so only the subscribers get that every month Okay. Yeah, we did one this month and it was actually very very nice I think it's a first the first anything I've done in person in a good little while and it was very very happy to Conversation and I can't say then I you know, I've been wondering all evening Why mention the little gem that they brought up there or not I was also wondering because the good thing I loved about it was that they were telling yes yes yes yeah yeah doubtful but still telling I love that
Starting point is 00:18:23 the funny part to me you, them outlining something so great, while sitting back and saying, boy, I wonder, I'm afraid to say, yeah, what you know, I know it's great. It really look like it, but we're still afraid. And that fear is a good thing, by the way. It's, yo, I've been measured here, you know? I'm not running in for no reason,
Starting point is 00:18:42 kind of thing, I'm actually here for a reason, but, yo. And I always feel, you know and um yeah but so yeah suppose i'm wrong suppose i'm wrong suppose i'm wrong ah that's that's a real thing that comes up where you don't know i never ever know you never So yeah, suppose I'm wrong, suppose I'm wrong, suppose I'm wrong. That's a real thing that comes up where you don't know. I never ever know, you never ever know if you're correct until the market makes you know if you're completely correct. But it was so good seeing all of those people and it was good drinking with them.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Thankfully they gave me a nice gift, a nice, wonderful, expensive bottle of liquor. And it was just good to hear my link with the people and I definitely doing it again very very soon. So pick up to the gross subscribers, subscriber group. Jason yeah that's a long version of your answer. It's a subscription per person, a chat and a bunch of other things. Alright well I'll subscribe to it in a bit I should tell them everything that comes with it by the way I think it's good for the people that are here
Starting point is 00:19:56 It's a long list I think You get a bigger discount to a session with Danai You get a bigger discount to a session with Danai. You get a bigger discount to every to My Money JA. You get a chill session which is the chill session every month. Here's uh and that's only for subscribers. You get access to advanced grow every month. Advanced grow is on a specific a separate topic every single month. I think last month it was leverage investing. This month this month is it's my memory is slipping me. Revisiting other move. If you don't grow, you'd understand that what that is. And
Starting point is 00:20:36 the you get a discount, you get a session, you get the subscriber on the session, you get access to the chat group, and you get access to all sorts of tools. So like right now they've been testing the My Money JA app for a little while. They have an updated version that they're supposed to get. Some of them are supposed to get right now. I have my memory slipping out. You get a lot of perks with it. Among that is the chat group
Starting point is 00:21:10 in which we have daily conversations on realistic marketing. Not realistic, like actual marketing. Like it's a group of actual investors. I'm very, very proud of them. I've been seeing a group of people slowly but surely get sharp at the market, create an understanding and reach out. They're making more and more money than they've done. You hear that I mentioned earlier that, you know, how fear that they had with a play that they're outlining, a play that I didn't see.
Starting point is 00:21:38 And so that is exciting. So exciting that we don't know if we want to talk about this or not. It was exciting and they identified it and had already some of them already put the money in there and um yeah I'm proud of them. It's a small group. He's not going to tell us anything. He's not going to pay money. He's not going to share that. Yeah yeah, he's not going to share some of the basic things like the IPO strategy, definitely would want to share that. But yes, and it's a limited group, I think I think I have space for maybe
Starting point is 00:22:10 10 more people and then after that it's closed off. So it's not going to be open all the time. But I guess you have space for nine. That's it really well, I mean, I think we go, we go. I don't remember, but I did the grossr session the last time, the last one. As in in September? Since I did the session, well I have booked the session with Dana yet but my portfolio has been looking pretty good. Nice, you mean since you do Growr? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:45 Oh that's good, you made some of the changes based on what you learned at Grow? Yeah man, exactly and I encourage everybody to run in and do a session because trust me, you did a lot for me. I was growing and I'm like a bit somewhere now. I still have a far way to go. Sorry, it's a bit odd but sorry you're saying you still have a far away to go. Sorry. It's a it's a it's a it's a it's a it's a it's a but
Starting point is 00:23:08 sorry. You're saying you still have a far away to go but you've already made changes and seeing the benefit definitely. Oh, that's nice and that's within October that you made those changes. Yeah, man. Even this week. Oh, word. You know,
Starting point is 00:23:22 anything you want to talk about? Yeah, I like JFP. You like JFP? Yeah. I like JFP also. Indeed. I like JFP also. I like them. Okay. A lot of people, I think like them a lot. That's that, you know, that's one of actually one of the things that also has been mentioned in the group over the last few weeks, last month. Okay. And some of the points that went into it are good. Talk a bit about the changes. What do you feel comfortable talking about, by the way? About any of the changes that you made to your portfolio.
Starting point is 00:24:06 Well, what happened was that even last week when on the session, when you're talking about the, like if you have some non-performing stocks and you might say that they depreciate by certain amount of percentage and you might say, you're not gonna sell this stock because you may be waiting on it to see if you can make back even the money that you spend when you could sell that stock
Starting point is 00:24:31 and maybe put it in another stock that is performing. So I have some non-performing stock. So I just get rid of them, throw it in my JSP last week and I'm seeing stuff happening. Okay, I like that. I like that you've done that and that you're also actually following up. You're actually following up on the market. I like some non-performance that the man say. No man, I just pull it down my portfolio every day. Ah, that's something that people learn a little after a while. It takes out what everybody knows, everybody says, but actually learning it and doing it's a whole different matter. True. You want to part with it yourself and come out. I mean, that means I'm assuming that means that you've reduced your. You've reduced your your portfolio.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Yeah, because as I said before, before I did even the Brick Talk, I normally just go into the market to say, OK, if I see a stock and it look good, I just look in. I just buy it like you have the saying that they say, if, if you don't go to the market, you don't get bad food sell. So I just go in and just say, okay, I just love this stock and I don't have a clue about it.
Starting point is 00:25:57 And after doing the grow and I'm saying, my God, why didn't do the grow before I start buying stock? So after I did the session, I just start getting rid of them one by one and after reading up on JFP and a few more stocks I have a little bit of dollar and one and one and um festival and first rate first rate yes I'm just concentrating on these for the time. While I continue doing my research. Which one of them is your favorite? You can talk a bit about your favorite because I'm sure people...
Starting point is 00:26:35 I guess, well, I guess my, my, my favorite right now, well, I start off with dollar. That's the first stock that I bought as I came out with the IPO and then I shortly after that I did the grow and then I said doing some research I buy JSP so JSP and dollar that's one of my two favorite stock right now. Some research on well dollar is one that a lot of people like let me hear what why you like dollar well um based on stuff to come I would mind if they could buy out access I'm sure there are a lot of people who feel the same way I don't know if it's to ambition I mean ambition is freeing us I don't think I don't think yeah I saw an article
Starting point is 00:27:27 that this week was it or last week from David talking about it. Yeah. I think I saw article I don't know if it was this week or last week talking about access and a 250 mil or 250 mil towards an acquisition an impending acquisition not access sorry dollar yeah that was that was interesting to me but I don't know. I mean, there was not much more detail given there. But of course, if they acquire anything, and I mean, there are a lot of small loans companies out there to be acquired. So I expect to see a lot more of those a lot more others happening over the next few months, let's say straight up until it would increase intensity coming towards July next year Maybe seven months into next year Yeah
Starting point is 00:28:33 Well, I like that so you said that you bought it I'm sure it's not just for blindly liking it. It's It's also with the idea of your goal being there. I don't know if he fell off. You hearing him Danai? No, I'm not hearing him at all. I think he just fell off. Yeah. I will send a speaking request if you want to talk to us about anything. The space has been odd for me. I can't mute. I already know nothing. So I'm just going to let it come in or it usually ends up in me. That's right. So yeah, it's been weird for me also. So early, I apologize to everybody in the event that it is the space. Yeah. Yeah. Oh boy.
Starting point is 00:29:28 All right, hold on. And I believe, yeah, so we should be fine cause we still are also live on YouTube. Something interesting that you saw this week that you're okay mentioning anything. I'm sure there's something. Definitely this week. This week actually I should have said something about something moving. I can't say a glimpse of Wicton was moving but I said something about something moving. I can see a glimpse of Wicton was moving, which I said something before. I think Wicton hit the breaker today.
Starting point is 00:30:10 I think I got a notification, my money, J.A. notification that it had hit the breaker today. Could be wrong, but I believe so. Let me check. I believe so let me check yeah yeah it hit the circuit breaker today you moved up 11 cents I hit the circuit breaker a little hour 12 one on one is also interesting. It's laughter 12. Oh, it was interesting about one on one. I think I can get into some strength. I see. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:30:50 I see creeping up. The buy is hitting higher and higher. And it was interesting. I was looking at the cue thing there yesterday. I got a big gap. No one sixes around queue thing there yesterday. And I got a big gap, like no 160s were on the buy side yesterday, but came in pretty strong afterwards and I'm knocking them up.
Starting point is 00:31:10 So I guess that was on the buy side. No 160s, so I entered yesterday. No 160 orders. Yeah. So I told them during the day, people kept buying up into the queue, but I cannot see much orders coming in at the 160. You wouldn't see anything like that.
Starting point is 00:31:26 You just saw the cube that's been bought up. And then today, yes, somebody's at 160, so you know, people bidding higher. And they still got hit knocking on the sell cube. So interesting strength. Hell of a sell cube, oh boy. Hell of a sell cube, bro. Yeah, hell of a sell cube though boy. Hell of a sell queue bro. Hell of a sell queue.
Starting point is 00:31:45 Fiat, why? Yeah man, 333 orders to sell. This look like, it's like something for you really to go more than. I hear that. Yeah. And then think of how many people run in when they hit $2. Run in when they hit $2 or run out? How many people?
Starting point is 00:32:06 That's exactly what I mean. I run it into the $2 bungalow. I'm gonna make sure it's there. The number reach, all right, cool. It's gonna be a fight. Yeah. Like I don't think he can actually hit $2 on Monday. I don't think he can.
Starting point is 00:32:24 I mean, I think he can sell. I think he can sell for that but well anything is possible but i know yes yeah it would take quite a lot of money to be quite a lot of units over four million units would only you have to spend like eight million dollars almost nine million dollars and that would still almost nine million dollars and that would still put the average below two dollars. It's a, it's a hell of a queue, a hell of a sale. It's just a lot of people have volumes and I maintain that it's so popular that a lot of people may, may, it's so popular it's really, really hard to move move I think I've seen it mentioned I said what they call the confetti effect you see the thing there like you see the others like the volumes pull those and it's a lot of this is going to be hard
Starting point is 00:33:19 yeah you think a lot of is a lot of I'm still honing from IPO you think a lot of is a lot of I'm still honing from IPO? Yes and definitely and I know those early trades go forget them bro they all right now but if you bought 170 on the third day you know usually it feels good but not third, the second day anyway, once you put it in now, you didn't. And you know, if a tray is going down, that means off a thing there. Yeah. This one.
Starting point is 00:34:00 Who want to watch? A lot of people bought above $2 so just remember on the actual third day on the actual third day there are a lot of trades for above $2 so. On the third day no traders below $2. Yeah correct so. On the fourth day too. Yeah there's a there's, I think it has heavy resistance. I hate to use those terms. I think it is a real thing. I think it will see a lot of heavy resistance, especially after $2. 2 to 3 is going to require vested interests. 2 to 3 will require vested interest in order to move. Yeah, I can agree. You know what, what could that be? Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Okay. Okay. I think something that's interesting to me is GK this week. GK now is reminding me in many ways, the share price is reminding me in many ways of NCB. extremely undervalued. But also like it was, it has hit the hundred and a little bit of dancing above the hundred. So obviously give me something new. Yeah, and everybody's just kind of. And the same thing here with NCB, the same kind of things, the questions being asked are the same ones. GK,
Starting point is 00:35:50 now do the stock split, what would NCB stock split on the same foreign listing? NCB, now the listing that foreign, bro, we're having the same, we're having those same conversations. They're not gonna split, they're not gonna go to NYC or NASDAQ. Yeah, same ball
Starting point is 00:36:08 game and then and then invested interest in people say Nicky Augusto. Yeah. Conversation is life. It's different. It's different. Oh boy. Like everything not not new under the sun. Not new in the market. But GK could make that move, right? I mean, it's not like they haven't been very clear about the move that they have made. I've been saying that. Very very clear.
Starting point is 00:36:30 When them say, that's so funny. It's still a rumor, you know. Think about that. No, think about that. It has rumors at us. Them. Them saying. The put in GK.
Starting point is 00:36:43 And GK people have it. And people have it as, I think people as I think you see everything that we said. Unless it happened then somebody else said it. I don't know if we said that somebody said man, you know, but not you know, when it happened accurately then of course somebody else. Oh yeah man, of course somebody else would definitely get that credit. Yeah. Remember we were crazy? Yeah. I still remember the thing there, the genesis of that conversation. I don't remember exactly what we looked at and had that moment, but I remember an early part of that conversation around it very well.
Starting point is 00:37:27 What was that? I'll tell you after. But it's still there. We're at our house talking about it more than so. For details I don't want to say publicly so that's fine. Okay, okay, okay, okay. I get you. You're not sure about that thing there, you know? Make some people who are millions accidentally again. Okay, I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you.
Starting point is 00:37:46 I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you.
Starting point is 00:37:53 I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you.
Starting point is 00:38:00 I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. I get you. The similar conversations are I don't know the similar conversations are interesting in that But yeah, I think we go for a long but I don't understand how it can still be rumor status Why I know that you know, look at the moment you had the other day
Starting point is 00:38:32 Where you were ready to play me from the thinking about setting. Thinking that everybody else must have read this thing. Thinking about everybody. And these are the people that know it more than so. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I agree. People actually know these things, actually look at the company more than so. But they have no idea, it was said, there was a few of them and everybody, I think the ones that knew they're ready,
Starting point is 00:38:57 don't see themselves. To me, now you understand that, because search for the document, you know, usual. But, think about that. These are people that, you know, but think about that these are people and you know the next step boy who's never gonna read this kind of thing ever most people so to me you know not really surprising at all that boy is a thing that GK said him I think that we hear the GK said them are gonna do but we don't really know said them, I think that we hear GK say them, but we don't really know what they say, you know, I hope and pray I would put money behind because, you know, it has to be read,
Starting point is 00:39:31 you know, it does. Me repeating is like, here's the thing. Well, we'll hear say, oh, we'll hear say GKFG is listed. It's one half listed and I guess listed at JC on its own. And then you'll hear the food company got to one. I mean, I still wonder if you'll be London or New York. I think might be London. I remember when you first said it, remember the question was like immediately.
Starting point is 00:40:02 So what happened to the food side? Which is why I saw. It was like immediately so what happened to the food side which is why it was like they were saying it as a that means they can't happen to you that's crazy that is crazy i remember we had a converse i remember saying around the time of ghl i was talking about around the time of gh, before GHL came to the market. And I was saying that looking on GHL, sorry, not GHL, Massey. I remember saying, if you look at the change that Massey made a few years ago in terms of how they started to view their business, if you take that same outlook and look at GK, you might see some similarities. When did Massey
Starting point is 00:40:50 come to the market? Is this year? 2022? This year I believe. This year or last year? Last year. Oh man, earlier this their move earlier this year. Now they're down to 80 dollars per share. Better than GHL. to ask for a share yet. Oh no, they're still at 4.95. Okay. Long way. I look at the trading on it. Oh, that's crazy. I want to tell how can those don't listen. One look at someone else supposedly.
Starting point is 00:41:54 What did I hear again recently? So somebody said it somewhere. I'm like, oh my God, they said something about the trinity. These things not working working I can't remember my head I'm like boy this thing gone fire man yeah I thought you meant the trini investors I think that was the point being made but they were saying cross this thing or something like that okay okay I remember where I was like what I was looking at it, I'm like, why this thing really take off? If you put together the right story,
Starting point is 00:42:31 the right people eat it up. And truth can be strange and fiction, right? It gives enough time and yeah, people start looking there and actually doing it. They go, so I just saw him, I can't see him. and yeah, people start looking there and actually doing it. Big up. So I just saw him, I can't see him. AK Zala, Alistair? Yes.
Starting point is 00:42:55 Alistair. Yes, Randy, how you doing? Danai. I'm all right. Hey, Liesbos, that's good. Greetings, greetings, greetings. Yeah. All right, so how are you going? that's good greetings greetings greetings yeah um all right so we're going yeah um for a while i've been looking at um this stock everything fresh oh everything fresh what you like about everything fresh what have been what have you been looking at
Starting point is 00:43:22 What do you like about everything first? What have you been looking at? You own it? Yeah, I own it. From IPO? No, well, well yeah, I had some from IPO earlier this year. I was able to average down. And they got rid of the ones you have from IPO. Right. Earlier this year. Oh, and they went back in. Yeah, went back in.
Starting point is 00:43:53 Why? The other day they had. I mean the value of it, I believe it is. I don't know that that's the answer. No, what he said to the value of it to him. Okay. I think it's one of those undervalued stocks. Okay. I feel that there is enough evidence to probably suggest a turnaround where the stock is concerned. Had a couple bad years I believe from 2017, no 2018 I believe that was the last time they were profitable. Yeah when you said a turnaround in the stock.
Starting point is 00:44:49 it a turnaround in the stock price? Right in terms of the company being profitable. All right. Okay. So what's the evidence? I mean they have I think three quarters, three quarters of profit and you know they're building on each quarter. From 60 profits. Right. Isn't this then actually the turnaround? You're not waiting on a turnaround. It's the turnaround. Yeah I'm thinking it is the turnaround. I mean when you say three quarters of profit three quarters or two quarters i think the the fourth quarter third we're heading into the third we're heading into the third right no we're in the third sorry we're in the fourth quarter no we're waiting on the third quarter
Starting point is 00:45:42 yeah right and we haven't gotten so dating back to the fourth quarter of the last financial year they made a lot then the quarter or the full year the quarter the full year was a lot and the quarter was a loss too the quarter was a loss as far as i know unless you know otherwise. My computer just hung up on me a while ago. Well definitely for this financial year, the first and the second quarter, they have been profited. Am I correct? With what? I opened Q3 last year and I think I went through this before but I was never curious. Wow, cool yeah that's fine. They don't compare. So was it profitable then eh? I started checking. No. As, no, as in the profitable.
Starting point is 00:46:45 No, they don't. Seven million something lost. Yeah, it wasn't profitable. But you can check on my money too. I know. I check what I was checking. I check if something there, you know, I'm saying so. Just checking.
Starting point is 00:46:59 Yeah, it wasn't. It was a loss. It was after I lost. It was a loss. 9.3 million loss. The first. I see where it was either. Yeah, but it's was a loss. It was after a loss. It was a loss. Okay. 9.3 million loss. The first and second. Yeah, but definitely the first. And you can have a turnaround, you know, we can have something fast, we can have something
Starting point is 00:47:17 future, so two last quarters are down, we're up. But what's going on for the ones to come? What are you thinking? You think the turnaround is not done yet, right? Correct. That's my thought. So what are the things you're looking at outside of the last two reports being profitable? I'm thinking with what is happening with tourism with what is happening with tourism over the last six months. I definitely. The boom continues. You would hear our Minister of Tourism speak about,
Starting point is 00:48:00 the numbers comparing them to the 2019 levels, visitors, everything fresh benefits directly from, you know, visitor arrival. So I'm thinking that the turnaround will continue and the third quarter should be a strong one. Okay. Which which are you thought of this when? I thought of it when? When did you think of it? I'm just looking at the last three months, well the quarter to be reported would be those summer months.-hmm. Yeah So when did you sell when did I sell
Starting point is 00:49:11 And I sold So earlier this year and I got back in at about 130 when they had that major sale down Last month was it last month? I don't know you following this thing you know yeah man they had a major sale down a matter of fact it is the the largest number of you yeah largest number of units so i was here i see dropping no you know, I was looking at it and I saw it fell, I felt it was a good price to enter at 130.
Starting point is 00:49:52 It gave profit, no? Yeah, I mean profit, no. So wait, when did you sell? I sold earlier this year when it was about 180. I had from IPO, not a a lot I was able to average down um don't quite remember but it it I'd have to check I was able to average down and exit but always um was always tracking the stock and re-entered. Oh, so you're down, down, you keep the gain in August or so?
Starting point is 00:50:30 August, wait a minute, wait a minute. Did you sell it the same month you bought it? No, no, man, no, no. That's the only time, was that 180? I bought it earlier this year. Let me pull up my thing here. It was within the 180 level of at around February. It also touched 180.
Starting point is 00:50:57 Oh boy. No man. I need that. No man, it was around that region earlier on in the year What what time is early in the year? I'm gonna tell you I'm gonna tell you exactly. I'm going to go into JT All right, I guess what thinking of here I just trying to map hold it hold it Sorry, I didn't hear you I how the whole play looks for you. You get me? Sorry, I didn't hear you. I'm just trying to map how the whole play looks for you. Okay. Because my thinking here, and by the way, I mean, that would mean that what you've done
Starting point is 00:51:58 is the units you say you sold are the units you had since IPO, right? I had some since IPO but some earlier this year average down and sold I'm gonna tell you when when it was. My thinking is if you had it since IPO average down as I said so wait when you when you exited you exited at a loss? No. When you exited, you exited at a loss? No. No? No. So you averaged down enough to be in profit?
Starting point is 00:52:30 Right. It was the 28th of April, around about, sold for 175. 175 is not 180, you know. Right. Big difference. Big, big difference.
Starting point is 00:52:56 But, so you sold it, sorry, go ahead. Between 175 and 178. That's what that, okay all right and then you bought back in you bought back in what what? at 130 okay yeah man a swing trade how long between the the sell and buy as what i'm saying this was in apr April and I bought the... September. Yeah. Went back in September. Five months later.
Starting point is 00:53:31 All right. And I'm assuming you didn't buy this for no reason. You bought it because... Have you done grow? You bought it because of your goal, right? This is my... This is my... How would I say this now, this is, this is my attempt at making some deliberate profit. I've done grow up. Okay, so you cut out accidental profit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:00 And you went back into it now, back into it in as I said and not so now you're actually off and getting revenge bro yeah yeah off off at the same time for how much years you will find get a profitable exit watch us that all right and then went back in um that's impressive especially because you're doing it and I start at I can tell you almost everybody asked about it is rubbish. And I'm not saying that I don't even know that they're wrong. The company has had its own pressures that it's faced. But as you see, the last two quarters did have them making a profit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:48 Yeah. And more importantly, their revenue for the quarters or revenues are much, much higher. Much higher. Yeah. In the two quarters, I can't knock it as a starting thought. Go ahead, Danai. No, it's up my sleeve. I'm ready to do it.
Starting point is 00:55:11 I'm gonna switch up. So, yeah. What were you thinking though? You asked uncertain. Someone knew you wanted to have some conversation around everything fresh. What exactly are you thinking about everything fresh there? You know, if you wanted to reach Richard? Yeah, I'm up. I mean, at what did it close at today?
Starting point is 00:55:30 It closed at $1.65 today. Right. So I'm up 20, say 20, 24.5%. 24.5%. I'm looking that this stock can go in the $2 range again. And, you know, yeah, that would put me at about 50%. And, you know, that's where I'm aiming for. I am, however, I am however a bit cautiously optimistic because of the last report that came out for CEPJ. The report for CEPJ was disappointing. And they are two different companies, two different stocks. But what do you think about that report? How exactly would this be the thing that bear problem?
Starting point is 00:56:37 It was disappointing for CEPJ and I'm thinking it probably if it is that you know. This is interesting though. The report, the quarter you're looking at here is already reported by everything, Chris. It's a June report, it's a CPJ. Yeah, but what about it was disappointing? Just the figures, just the numbers. Yeah, actually, I would actually think that, assuming what exactly about it was disappointing.
Starting point is 00:57:15 Yeah, they were like, about 700, was it 700, 700 and something mil compared to the quarter before. You're talking about the fourth quarter itself? Yes. Yeah, it was 705 mil, 705 thousand versus 1.3 million US the year before. No, no, not year over year, the quarter before. Yeah, man, the quarter.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Oh, you mean like Q3 versus Q4? Yes, yes, yes4? Yes. Wait Q3 versus Q4 or Q4 versus Q4? No Q3 versus Q4. Why would you do that? That's a weird thing that people I mean that I don't know if the business runs that way. I think people actually see it more often than not. I was laughing at it with, I see reporters, I used to see reporters do it enough. They still do it enough. And I have been digging this nonsensical in some ways. But now I hear it more.
Starting point is 00:58:15 It's not the way they use it. I mean, there is merit to it, but depends where you're looking for as always. And it's never the thing you're saying that is actually the thing. It depends. It depends. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:29 Every type of business and, and I mean, you can compare whatever you want, but you were expecting. Okay. Tell me something. Was the Q3, were you disappointed when you saw the Q3 results then? For CPJ? Yeah. No, no, no, no. See, I think it was a strong quarter.
Starting point is 00:58:46 But it was weaker than it was less than it was half of the quarter, less than half a quarter before it. That second quarter. Still trying to understand that second quarter. What you mean is October to December is Christmas. I'm still trying to understand that second quarter. What you mean is October to December, it's Christmas. Oh, no, man, but what were you trying to think? I suspect that it was it was about three points. I'm not looking at it.
Starting point is 00:59:20 That second. So the second quarter was three point six. So I wanted to know. Let me just give him the numbers. Yeah. the second quarter was 3.6 million, the third quarter was 1.5 million, 1.57 million, the third quarter was 3.62 million. So less than half. Why weren't you disappointed then? Yeah. Why weren't you disappointed then? With the third quarter? No, why weren't you disappointed in the third quarter? To follow the same convention.
Starting point is 00:59:57 Because the second quarter, as you said, now that I look at it, the second quarter was in the Christmas period. Yeah, but you know what, we weren't thinking about it then. No. But then, so you were disappointed then. So the reason you not disappointed? I was looking at the second quarter as a one-off thing where the third quarter wouldn't follow the same pattern. But why did you expect the fourth quarter to follow the same pattern as the third quarter?
Starting point is 01:00:49 Third quarter. It's a good question there. Yeah, here's what I think. I think that is just you saying the flavor of the month, which is that people are comparing Q3 to Q or Q4 to Q3. It's a very very recent thing that has been like I've seen it done also. Yeah, I know I saw the public saying it and I've seen it but the public saying it. But where I saw it I expect the public to start saying it because it was said very publicly. It
Starting point is 01:01:24 doesn't make sense if you actually understand investing or business so i wasn't surprised at what's being said like i say it's not something that you can do you know it's just if you have a reason to do it it makes sense depending on the business type yeah if you understand the business you won't do it. For business like CPJ, so heavily dependent as you pointed out on tourism which is literally linked to a tourism season. Seasonality is a thing that you have to factor in. So you have to, it would make sense to compare the October to December quarter of this year with October to December quarter of the last year.
Starting point is 01:02:09 Sorry. Yeah. So you wouldn't follow on, I wouldn't do a follow on comparison, meaning comparing Q4 with Q3. And for me, I don't have that recency bias, 705,000 US as profit in the quarter is impressive considering that up until even 2019 they didn't even have 700,000 profit. They had a one per quarter. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right, that last. For the entire year. Yeah, yeah. In 2018 they had a 2.1 million profit.
Starting point is 01:02:46 That means that the profit in the fourth quarter that was just reported is roughly a third of their 2018 full year profit, which I believe at the time was one of their best. So I wouldn't say, yes, I wouldn't say it's disappointing. Me personally, I wouldn't say it's disappointing. Me personally, I wouldn't say it's disappointing, but that's just my personal analysis of it. I don't know how you might see it. So, so, so for everything fresh, they're going to report their third quarter. And it would be the summer months.
Starting point is 01:03:41 It would be 4 July, August, September. Correct. Which is, you know, I'd refer to as a full tourist season. So you wouldn't call Christmas a tourist season? Yeah, yes, I would. So you can't do that. You can't change reality just so much what you want to say in this sentence. I mean, you could depend on where you work,
Starting point is 01:04:11 but it make more sense, I think, to deal with the thing as what the thing is. So yes, July to September has some summer in it. Has summer in it. And depending on, well, honestly, at Jamty, it has summer in it and um well unless you're jam tea it has some in it and it it it is going to be reported assuming that the report on time it is going to be reported in in two weeks a little over two weeks around about 14 to of November.
Starting point is 01:04:48 So what would you, what's your expectation then? My expectation is for, well it is going to be compared to, let us say we're not looking at, you know, making a comparison between second quarter and third quarter, about third quarter of last year. That's why I like investing. Once we did it. Then, I believe that they were like 3.5 million
Starting point is 01:05:24 in the third quarter of last year and I suspect that I suspect that they'll do much better than that this this third quarter minute last year set them up as it last year no two three last year was 3.5 minutes i don't think so no no the last that 20 20 minutes Check again. No, no, he's correct. He's correct. He was on 9.3 million loss. Oh, okay. He's talking about the quarter. The quarter. The quarter. So the quarter has got 3 million And the full year, the full nine months was 20 mills loss, yes. So, just say what I'm expecting. You ask me what I'm expecting. Yeah man, but you know what he said, you said you told me what last year was, what you expected. Right, so I'm expecting that this year
Starting point is 01:07:02 Right, so I'm expecting that this year, it should be significantly higher than that. What that mean? Roundabout, I'd say roundabout. If me makes 3.5 million a year from my job, my boss make me move me to 4 million, that's significantly higher for me. You agree? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:23 So if they make 4 million next year, they're good. This year they're good. I mean, they'll... I mean, I think you can look at about 20 million in the quarter. Word. Why are you basing that 20 million on? Why can't you give me that? The second quarter. No, wait.
Starting point is 01:07:42 What in the second quarter did them make 20 million this quarter? The quarter before this, they were at 18 million. Right. And I'm thinking they're going to mirror that same performance in the third quarter. The same year they come back? The same exact two races are going to come back and spend the same way? Just the arrivals have been consistent. Have they?
Starting point is 01:08:24 Yeah, I'd say so. Very inconsistent. What have they actually been? Stop shying away. I think they don't sell too much of us. Let's start, man. Be a stand even what the minister is saying in terms of the numbers. What have they actually been? The numbers.
Starting point is 01:08:42 The minister talked nice and the minister not going to give me exact numbers. So best to not look to him for those. What have they actually been? Yeah. I had a site in an article recently where I can't I can't remember exactly which one of them it was, but the numbers were higher comparing them to when we had that record in 2019.
Starting point is 01:09:22 Okay, and so as a result, you expect what a better performance than the second quarter. Yes. And the second quarter was what? In terms of net profit? Yeah. 18. 26. 26. It was 26 million, right? Almost 27 million. For the quarter? Yeah, in terms of to shareholders.
Starting point is 01:09:56 26 million, no? Let me check that. You have me worried, you know, because you say you're excited about this thing, but you know, really, you sound like you're excited about how others are feeling. You know, someone like you actually check all of the things that you need to check. I sound worried. That's how I sound like today. I think he calls and wants some confirmation around certain things in CPJ, everything fresh, he doesn't really want to ask it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:22 I mean, I'll ask it. I mean, what do you think about about everything freshers where it's at? I know, man. Where it's at? What do you mean? I think the market has violated the proposition. Has what? I think the market is never around. So what our price is today, then that's the price it is today.
Starting point is 01:10:43 But surprised it is today. I said about every single stuff. So I'm not really saying much about everything fresh. So you can ask me a very open-ended question about everything fresh. And I'm asking for answers, how you want me to answer. What I think about everything fresh, they work in the food service industry. So you wanna hear? Do you think that everything fresh it can be classified as a turnaround stock that could be profitable? Ask the real question. Yeah, ask the real question.
Starting point is 01:11:23 Ask me this. Ask actual question. Yeah, start from the eat up boss. Ask the actual question. Ask the actual question. Yeah man, let's start reading man. Stocks are real life, you know, real money, that kind of thing. Ask the actual question. Do you see everything fresh? As a company that will have sustained profits? What you're talking about, what you're talking about. a company that will have sustained profit. What do you really want? I want to meet that 50 percent.
Starting point is 01:11:55 So you want to share that? What is the price? Pardon me? The price is 50 percent. What is the 50 percent is what price? for me it would be two dollars two dollars flat two dollars flat would be would be at my purchase price of 130 two dollars would give me a 50.9% gain. And so you think that the share price is going to go to $2? Yes. All right. And what you think will make it go to $2.
Starting point is 01:12:52 I'll call somebody to buy that at that price. Yeah. I want to sell these of everything fresh. Give me a reason for buying from you for $2. I believe if they if they report a strong quarter then this stock might be attractive to invest. Yeah, no, I'm not buying it for that. You're not buying it for that reason. yeah what would what what why would you buy it what would make you buy that? Yes, actually, I already wanted to do that. But yes, why would you buy that $2? It would be a good reason for you to buy everything for $2. You see it at $1.80 now,
Starting point is 01:13:53 you see it at $1.60, but you get some money when you start $2. What would make you buy it? As I say, if the quarter is strong and the say if the quarter is strong and the strong yeah let's say between say 26 to 30 mil but yeah if you if you're saying that you're going to sell it at that yes you're going to say it you're going to say that two dollars if the quarter is strong why not buying it then if i if you were telling me that you would buy it for that my goal okay hold on if you saw them report if you saw everything fresh report earnings of 30
Starting point is 01:14:41 you would buy you would you would go and buy the shares all the way up to two dollars uh yeah well you think the way we actually we think they're with the poster yeah in november on november 14th you think that's coming up from the business why not buy November 14th you think the report is coming out from the misdemeanour, why not buy? Go again Danai? You think, you don't say, November 14th when the report drops, you think it's going to, a report is going to come out that will satisfy that, don't it? Yes.
Starting point is 01:15:18 Why do, so why have you not bought it all the way to $2? Me? Yeah. That's my exit price. Don't matter. It matters to me. Why? Huh?
Starting point is 01:15:38 Why? Because at that price, I would hit my target. You have money invested right now? You have money you could have put in the market, Because at that price, I would hit my target. You have money invested right now? You have money you could have put in the market, but you wouldn't, but you just wouldn't do it? Yes. I'm not sure you'd answer. Go again?
Starting point is 01:15:59 So you would, you would forsake 170,7 165 hey even 160 for real so 165 the toolhouse is what what kind of movement that That's 21% in 16 days. And you have money sitting down, you wouldn't put in for that? Why? Just as Randy said earlier, you never know you just you just never know I mean you hope for these things happen and not act as it and they say you will do these things if whatever whatever whatever you have money we're not leaving that money here chain the market once it doesn't have a conviction you say out there. No my conviction is somewhat
Starting point is 01:17:07 linked is linked strongly to my purchase price. No it's not. Yeah. Sorry yeah I'll say until you say no that's not at all how it works. And don't put that on me. It's not. The money you make is not, how much money you make is based on where you purchase. Making the money is based on where you sell. I buy it here. It should be on where I buy it. I have a very, a very, you can't tell me say boy I think I can sell it at two because I bought it at one thirty. You know where it's at? The conviction could be on the two dollars, not the one thirty. sell it at two I should be convicted to to to buy it at two also not necessarily but
Starting point is 01:18:14 I understand what you said I said your answer about your goal was a good answer you're not buying it there because you think it's a good option for any money going whatever I don't think you fully give me that answer yet but end of the day if you think it's a good option for any money going whatever. I don't think you fully give me that answer yet but end of the day if you think it's a good option for money then yeah you can this there's a good reason to sell a stock because you expect to buy it there. Best time to sell a stock is when you're looking good because somebody else will want it. That's true. The real question is why would somebody want everything fresh at $2? So I asked you because you know the reasons why you would buy it. It's the easiest reason for you to come up with why somebody else would buy it
Starting point is 01:18:58 because the effect of somebody will be acting the same way you would. They will see something the same way you will see it. So you think a good report will come out and the people will buy it for two dollars and you say the good report is 26 or 30 mils. I think if the company has turned around it would be a very good stock to hold in terms of cap appreciation over a period of time. That but me I mean. But that, no, you're asking why I think somebody else would want to buy it. Well, nobody's gonna buy it for them reasons. You don't know anybody's happy. Yeah, but you might have persons who want to hold stocks
Starting point is 01:19:35 for a while. Yeah, because you can't make money doing it. Yeah. It's not the holding of the stock, they're gonna hold the stock for holding the stock. It's not comfort. It's cause they holding of the stock. They don't hold the stock for holding stock. It's not comfort. It's because they're making money. So give me the reason why at $2,
Starting point is 01:19:49 I think I agree with that long-term appreciation on everything fresh, when you say to me, after the report. If at $2, say earnings per share is around about, or net profit is around about 30 million over another year that that stock would be valued um you know probably probably close to three dollars fifty Because next profit in the quarter is 30 minutes? I mean subsequent quarters if you have that consistent report of profit. It's interesting.
Starting point is 01:20:59 What can I return you to say you want in a year? Me? Yeah. In a year? Me? Yeah. In a year? Mm-hmm. In any one year. What's a good return for you?
Starting point is 01:21:11 Well, on my stock or? No, on your money. You know, we're not talking about stock. Oh, on my money? I'm just asking. Mm-hmm. So, if you go for a year, what's that number? A year?
Starting point is 01:21:24 I always try to see if I can double, 100%. How often do you do that? I mean that would be my goal. I'm going to say always see if you can. The problem is always see if you can. I always try to get that. Yeah, right. 100%. If I were to guarantee you by end of next year, I can give you back 169% on your money from today to then. That's more than 100%. That's more than 100% over that time. Meaning, so if you're looking at 100% a year, what you're looking at now is two months and a year 169 percent. Will you take it? Yeah definitely. But you think everything for a second day 350 by next year and you're selling it. Why? 130 to 350 is 169 profit. 30 to 350 is 169% profit.
Starting point is 01:22:27 My goal. Wait, just tell me your goal. No, you said within a year, but I'm saying for this position that I've taken, my goal is 50%. I was saying, what is better than the stock? If my goal is better than the stock? It's based on the stock, not your money. Well, trying to use the stock to meet my goal.
Starting point is 01:23:00 I'll say 150% by when? By the beginning of January to December. Oh, so everything, and when do you think you get that everything fresh? When you're ready for it? For the report. When you get everything fresh, for 50%, when is it you get it? The report is due November on about the 14th, so I'm thinking. So you're going to go out to them by then? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:32 The report comes up, you buy it up to two. So it sounds like you have a good case then. So what's the question you're asking? The question? Yeah, what's the question you're asking? The question? Yeah, what's the question you're actually asking? Do you think it can go up to 2? Hold on. I knew what you were asking. So you're saying that you think it can go up to
Starting point is 01:24:04 350 in a year. You're also saying you're looking for a hundred every year. That I pointed out that what you say you're looking for in that time is 69 percentage points greater than what you asked, it's almost double. Why wouldn't you be buying more everything first then if you really believe what you're saying? Yeah but as I said to the naphtha night I mean I bought this I came in this position. But you say you care about your money if after if December 31st
Starting point is 01:24:48 But you say you care about your money. If December 31st, what are you doing with your money in your account? December 1st, around the 1st of December. You're cashing out the money? I'm exiting. I get $2 and I'm out. You're leaving the account? When you sell everything fresh, are you going to spend it elsewhere you buy some more stock i mean yeah i have plans for the profits and i'd go back in another stock yeah okay so you're going in another stock right yeah and if you were like you're going in a stock that can give you a hundred odd percent you'd probably go in that one, right? Depended on timeline.
Starting point is 01:25:51 Well, we know the timeline already. You already gave us timeline. Yeah. If, if at the end of the year you've cashed out everything fresh, I know you're looking for another vehicle, another stock to get you where you're going in a year. You're a hundred percent. You want in a year. It's not, it't that, go ahead. If you were to be given enough information about a stock that made you realize that, okay, at that point, this stock I've just gotten more information about is likely to give me more
Starting point is 01:26:18 than 100%, starting from December 31st of 2022, going to December 31st of 2023. You'd probably buy that stock, right? No. But you just said yes. You said that each year you try to at least double your money. Yeah, I mean, not year to year. Not in 12 months. That's what a year is. Yeah, but I mean, if I can do it earlier then I'm not saying no. If your goal is I want this into it but if I want this in this time, say it's the same for me this in this time
Starting point is 01:26:58 if your goal is earlier than a year then make a goal earlier than a year don't do the boy I want this 12 months, but I got more spaghetti than nine months. Eh eh. You're not there for the time. I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, it's like you maybe feel so you are yes everything fresh can hit two doors do i think you will and i'm going to answer that but you don't answer those questions for yourself either you don't really answer those questions for yourself the basis on which you've also pointed out your decisions none of them you're not too, too sure about. You measure quarter and quarter until you hear, we said that, you know, that don't make sense. Then
Starting point is 01:27:50 you measure year on year. Then you see your basis is quarter and quarter, but not last quarter. Well, not the quarter before, just last quarter. Last quarter you were disappointed then, but the quarter before that you weren't disappointed even though it was the same thing. And your expectation for the future move is also based on the thing that you say you're disappointed about last quarter. And you're saying like if it happened again the next quarter, you're excited. You get all of those things have to actually make sense. It's not about sounding good,
Starting point is 01:28:25 it's about them actually adding up and making sense. And even then that's not what's going to set the share price. You are considering the thing being above $2 or selling at $2. So I ask a simple question, what would make you right now buy it at $2? You'd say if the profit is $26 million or more. So the natural thing then would be that you'd be buying it
Starting point is 01:28:52 all the way up to $2 right now because last reported profit was $26 million. Yeah, for the quarter. So are you actually buying it for that then? No. So you do. So why did you go back in everything fresh? That's all I want to know. It's all like it's really like the stock.
Starting point is 01:29:14 And into the price fall, into justice, you know. You see him just instead of this thing there. And yo, I think people do that thing too. A sharp loan, people often run it because in things they must come back up now it cheaper than it was yesterday so cheap I think you want everything fresh for yeah you see the last two performance looking good tourism conversation so nice and the price cheap because the day was deep deep very loudly
Starting point is 01:29:55 yes very they couldn't even stay there after the day there yep because it was I know you weren't looking at everything fresh to go in for a nice thing there. You weren't even looking then for two dollars. You go in because with everything fresh dropped by so much and then you find out all the things the man say, yeah man, those are good reasons why it will work out because I know the last two reports were good. So I think the next report will be good. And the discount to get on it. Because if you really thought everything fresh everything for 350 by the end of next year,
Starting point is 01:30:28 there'll be a goodbye for any money that goes over 50% by November. End. Don't? Yeah. You're not putting the money there. You have it in the bank account one day, one next. So you carry it. Honestly, they say, trust me,
Starting point is 01:30:45 it's a hard thing. They carry it, honest with themselves, trust me. It's a hard thing. It's important, but they end up making the problems. They make it, we made the problem them. They carry it to themselves, bossy. Yeah. I'm not saying everything fresh will do that, but I am not going to say it will, because again, it's not an advisory session. but I'm not going to say it will because again,
Starting point is 01:31:05 it's not an advisory session. Oh, so it doesn't really mean that it will, it can really fall as you've seen. Yeah, it can go up, it can go down. Like, give yourself a good basis for why you think will, what, give yourself the basis of, all right, I think this will happen. I think this is life to happen and this is what will cause it. And if you get very sure about that thing what will cause it. And if you get very sure about that thing that will cause it, so if you really look into this quarter
Starting point is 01:31:29 and figure out, all right, I'm getting actually, and you're not looking at the last quarter for more than, okay, this all was happening last quarter. You're not looking to tell you what's happening in this quarter, you put everything in context, you look at this quarter actually, there's everything that happened for them from July to September, and figure out,
Starting point is 01:31:43 boy, what the actual thing they're going to're good and if that thing works out for whatever whatever movement you whatever whatever then good we know really sure about the twenty six to thirty the fax is a twenty six to thirty that's like gap 26 is last for us about 30 so nice. They run it off. I come and know if I ask you what the actual things the business doing to get you to think to get me that 30 million. What are you thinking? Don't ask that. I know.
Starting point is 01:32:26 I don't really know what I asked on purpose. You must try to build up a case. I'm sure there's something there. I point out things like, okay, this is a good base. The fact that we mentioned, not many people have been looking there. You've made money already. It feels kind of accidental.
Starting point is 01:32:42 Because the real reason I think about it, because of the nice discount you get, because you sell it at this price and you're like, money already. You can accidentally because the reason I think about because that nice discount to get because you see it. You sell it at this price and it's like deep and you feel good for months and you back up to these prices and then you dip discount and it come back up. Of course it must be good now. Yeah and you're in profit on it. That's, that's, you want more profit. Well you want us to say why it is definitely going to go to more profit, but you're the one who are looking at it. So you have to have the,
Starting point is 01:33:14 you have to have the base, this way your decisions laid out. Um, or at least understand the thing that you're looking at to see if you can actually make the profit. If it, if it can move, give you the easiest link to it, why would you buy it for two dollars? Like you're saying that pretty much that you wouldn't? No, I wouldn't. That's telling something right there. Not right. If you wouldn't, why somebody else must do it now? For my goal, I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I'm seeking to exit that $2.
Starting point is 01:33:54 Okay. Well then, you're buying a whole heap more now then? No, not at all. You're not buying it at all. You're not buying it. You realize what you're doing. You realize that you're not actually, one, you're not being honest with yourself. Two, you're not really, here's what I think. I think you'd love it if we spoke about everything fresh nicely and it sounded good. Here's what I suspect. I could be wrong though.
Starting point is 01:34:22 Here's what I suspect. If I were to go through a lot of the things around everything fresh and talk about what I think about and what I expect for it. And it were to go to $2 on Tuesday. I don't think you'd sell. That one I'd sell Randy. I'd sell.
Starting point is 01:34:36 Yeah man, I would. Go again. Why? As I said. Money don't plan for one. Yeah I'd say probably starting you for any I'd say and the thing is If profits well, let me not say that, but I'd say.
Starting point is 01:35:05 No, I'm going to say, man, say that. It's going to be very interesting. So yeah, I'll say, man. No, no, I'll leave that. I'll leave that. Why? I mean, listen, anything attractive that you say about the company, people are hearing
Starting point is 01:35:19 that likely Russia and buy the company as a result, which is what you want. Yeah, it's not the market. It's people understand and knowing what's going on. Trust me, more people don't know what's going on for the company. They want to find out that one thing. If you say something that's out in the public, why is nobody talking about this stock
Starting point is 01:35:41 and all these things, I think that people then see that thing. Let's talk about the thing that actually good about the company. What would make you think that? And it's already got you, so you know, really. You know, not too much for me to even hear. So, but yeah. Maybe it's something, maybe I actually say something good. I'm actually, boy, I say it and with everything with everything fresh lineup so what's the thing you're just saying i won't say it
Starting point is 01:36:11 they say that be a good reason to keep the stock right if results come out and that's a certain level you just say why they used to keep it I keep it. I can't know if it's 350. All right. But as Randy said, if it touches $2, I'm out. Unless the report comes out and they say 60 million profit in the quarter. Still out? Really?
Starting point is 01:36:42 Yes. 60 million profit in the quarter and they get in bought out by CPJ. They buy out CPJ. They can't buy CPJ but if they get in bought out, it still sell? Then yeah that's that's new information there then I'll probably... Yeah, but remember, remember say to him in 10 minutes I'll go... Go, go, go, I'll go and stop you for you. I'll go say, I'll go say, you know what, January get the Christmas gift. I said, the Christmas gift come in by January pay. It does not come...
Starting point is 01:37:22 And honestly, it's like... That, that would be, that would be tempting if you know, you hear about that bio that that would definitely be the tempting. Yeah, a secret. Oh, you're a tell my girls are generating. Oh my god. I hope that you actually taking the deeper lesson out of this. Yes, man. Definitely. You probably don't really believe me. You probably shouldn't be in it.
Starting point is 01:37:58 You are in profit. What would you do if it fell to a dollar? You are in profit, boy. Nah, cool. But, um... What would you do if it fell to a dollar? Go again? What would you do if Tuesday it fell to a dollar twenty? But... Tuesday! Tuesday. Tuesday. Tuesday the first. Whatever date it is. I'd still hold it until the reports are out. And what happens when the report falls to a dollar? It drops again.
Starting point is 01:38:48 Oh. We'll see each one of them report bad. Geez. A report good, and it drops. Suppose a report good, and it drops to a dollar twenty. I'm out. Word. At a loss. Yes. Heh. Yes. But you're not profit right now. You see because what, as you said, Yeah, message. The listener, the message.
Starting point is 01:39:25 The listener, yeah, yeah. And I am, I've gotten it. What's the message that you got? Or the lesson that you got? May I beg you, please? Because last time I came up on Twitter and you said I'm gonna corner somebody, what do you come question me?
Starting point is 01:39:42 What do you say, I'm gonna question? I'm gonna question me, I'm gonna corner them somebody who come question me. Listen, I'm question... I'm question me, call on them. I need to have... Excuse. Go ahead, you need to have... More information. Before... Before...
Starting point is 01:40:01 Before making certain decisions. Not true. Yeah, I'm making it. before making certain decisions. Not really. Yeah, a little more for that. I'll say that's a full lesson. Yeah, you want to truly have information that you have stronger conviction on, right? Yeah. You shouldn't be able to question out of...
Starting point is 01:40:21 I shouldn't say you shouldn't be able to be questioned out of your belief. That's not what I believe either. My eyes been burning, okay, so far. All right. I shouldn't say you shouldn't be able to be questioning what you believe. That's not what I believe either. My eyes have been burning so far. Alright, what you should do is, your conviction should be something that, it should be on a factual basis and you should have a strong, I don't want to say a strong conviction, but yeah, you should have strong conviction about your basis on which you're making the investment decision. And it should be stronger than just what any one person asking you about it.
Starting point is 01:40:55 So like if 26 million is something that would make you buy it at $2, why aren't you buying it up like crazy? No, we call them just report 26 million So 26 million isn't really going to make you buy it up at two dollars, right? Um, if it fell to one you'd sell it Okay, if it if they reported 80 million in earnings, you'd also still sell it But What would make you keep it then if they're getting bought out by somebody bigger? So why wouldn't you keep it now?
Starting point is 01:41:30 Or wouldn't you buy a lot more now if you think that the things that are happening are enough to make them 3.50 in a year? Oh, well, you know, have a goal. So you'd have a goal in bought out by somebody bigger. You get me? It's not. I get it. I get it. Yeah, it's not, it's only on TV and on, well, I guess on Twitter. Being able to throw facts about the company or
Starting point is 01:41:55 small facts about the company is good, but it's not as a, it's not a strong basis for any investment decision. And the fact that you are, the fact that you are in it and in it in profit, but so scared should probably lead you to adjust how you approach a thing. And it's not the only stock you're in, right? No. What other stock are you in?
Starting point is 01:42:23 A number then. I mean, JP. What number? Like what's the total count? In terms of stocks? Yeah. Overall. I have probably about 12 or 13.
Starting point is 01:42:39 12? Yeah. I need to. Yeah. I need to do some trimming of this portfolio. Twelve. Wow. Of that portfolio. So you have other portfolios that have... No, no, no. This one portfolio. Okay.
Starting point is 01:43:09 Okay, okay. All right, 12 is a whole fund you have right there Sabasi. No, it's a lot man. Yes, I mean, I'm coming from much more. I mean, because I was at 19 at one point. Word. Wait, tell me something. You have 12. How many of them are in a loss?
Starting point is 01:43:40 A number of them. The overall portfolio is down. So even with that said, the overall portfolio is down. You have some that are in a loss. And you would not consider putting those last ones into the thing that you're expecting is going to go up 169% a year? higher. You know, as you always say, some positions turn long term. I don't say that. I don't say that. I don't say that. Yeah. Yeah. So that's why you asked me if it touches a dollar if I'd sell it. I would. So what about the other one that we have in our last? How come you not sell them yet? Significant last.
Starting point is 01:44:35 Like our last signus. How come you not sell them yet? It's not last I know it's like your own this whole this when you're in traffic you know. Go again Danai? It's not last I know it's like your own this whole this way every traffic in it go again that I it's not last sounds like you only sold this the first time when it finally hit profit I didn't get you go ahead he's saying that we are it's not yeah it's not lost on us that you sold you only sold everything fresh once it finally hit profit after how many years? Yeah. And you went back in, are you still looking for a specific profit and you're not coming out unless you see it. But if it goes to one dollar
Starting point is 01:45:16 flat, then you're out. Which sounds to me like a significant loss. So how come you're not keeping that same energy for the other stocks. Like I know you mentioned signals to private bleeding, you have that since IPO also? Or APO? APO. Oh my apologies. Damn. And that's rough. And you're, 2020, that's when the APO was? No, it was December 2020. Yeah, December 2020. Are you still sitting in it? What's something that you're really excited about other than everything fresh? Within the portfolio?
Starting point is 01:46:21 No, just on the market. JFB. What about it? It's interesting in terms of came on the market at a dollar. Had that spike came back. I know they're supposed to be reporting some profit. Came back. Spike sold down to, sold down.
Starting point is 01:47:08 Spike? After IPO went up, almost $2. Sorry, when you say Spike. Sorry, sorry, after, when it was IPO, it went up to almost $2 and then came down. JFB is what we're talking about? almost $2 and then came down. JFP is what we're talking about. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:47:32 I mean, I know I have to do this in terms of the price movement. Price, yeah, what are you excited about? Oh, the new business in North America, the new business in North America, the partnership with the carrier. I know the talking points around it. You're expecting it to go far also far. What were you expecting JFP to go to? To go to? Yeah, the share price.
Starting point is 01:48:04 I think it can go to to that $2 range will, where do you think it will go to? because I'm sure you have money in there expecting us it can do many things are you sure about that? I'm sure you have money in it, expecting us to have it
Starting point is 01:48:20 no, no, no, I don't have any JFP really? we have money in, I don't have any JFP. Really? I'm excited about it. We have money in things they don't like. No, no, this brand they ask, you know, what I see on the market. No, so no, yeah man, so if you're excited, why not there? Why are you excited if they don't like?
Starting point is 01:48:35 So you have signals two years at a loss, but you're still in JFP. You're still out of JFP that you're actually excited about. Whereas the signals say, oh, the reason I still have it, because your favorite is just excited and then they'll ask. Yep. Straight up. So you believe in one and you don't believe in the next one, but you're still interested by the one you believe in.
Starting point is 01:48:54 It's not so much believe, Dana, it's just to... Excited. All right, yeah. You ask to realize that loss. And then we already... You've already realized a loss. The loss realize that loss. And then we already- You've already realized a loss. You've already realized a loss. You've realized a loss. The loss is a loss.
Starting point is 01:49:09 Yeah, it doesn't become a loss the moment you sell. It's already a loss. That's why you're afraid to sell. And then you hear about this talking about, we'll be straight up with you, hear about this share buyback and you know it's not going to share who no no finish it's not going to be it's not going to be um the drip method you know drip method, wait. Who was I talking to?
Starting point is 01:49:46 No, I mean, talking to anybody. Let him go, let him go. I heard on the last earnings call, it was mentioned that the shared buyback should be coming for Cygnus. that the shared buyback should be coming for Cygnus. And they want to do it different from other buybacks. So we're still at JFP to be honest, we'll come to you. No, no, no, that's cool.
Starting point is 01:50:13 And how did they say they want to do it? In a sense, they want to do it different. He couldn't say it needs to go to the board but you can't By batting. Ah boy. I didn't want to say too much. I would tell you to read the financials. There's nothing surprising about the buyback.
Starting point is 01:50:55 It has been laid out for years. That's why we're able to talk about it three, four years ago. It's why we're able to time it three or four years ago. The reality of what's likely to happen is another matter. And if you have your money in there, you want to be a lot clearer. You don't want to be waiting on it to be said back to somebody and sold in a certain way to you, which might cause you to be thrown off in terms of your money, let us say.
Starting point is 01:51:53 Like you want to be on top of it or you want to just be aware of how it is likely to go and remember you have money riding on the saving weight in years. You're really making a hundred and sixty five percent gain of everything fresh and you wouldn't put the signals last in it i'm not saying that's what you should do by the way all right yeah that's really just using the things you're saying if you think one stop will do something and in this stuff you don't want to sell only because the thing there. Why are you not thinking? So we're actually asking what's the thought process there? Why would you not sell the thing that you don't believe? The thing that why? By the thing that I believe in and let go of the thing that is definitely not working. I'm asking why you don't do it because you said in response to this you started telling us what's good. I'm asking why you don't do it because you said in response to this you started telling us what's good about Cygnus but you haven't been buying Cygnus anymore have you? No. Why not? If you're really believing that thing you're gonna buy
Starting point is 01:52:54 it would be from a boy hopefully this thing helps me recover it would be from that's a good opportunity because if you're what's the average price on Cygnus? because if you're what's the average at a discounted subscription price 1470 Wow I mean you had seen us before I think I did let me say I had signal before the APO to qualify. Yeah. So you average down in the APO. No, I didn't have, I had, I learned about the APO and you know, you're about a few years to qualify for this. It never worked for Cygnus.
Starting point is 01:53:58 By the time Cygnus, oh, the qualification, it was already gone. You'd have to hold it. No, I- I tell you. No, but I am telling you, I'm telling you that I was on the books, the day,
Starting point is 01:54:12 round about the day. Round, round your day. So I didn't buy it, I didn't have it, I bought it, about like a hundred units, probably a month or two before. Because there was talk of, no, there was talk of the APO.
Starting point is 01:54:33 No, so if you had a hundred units, it signals tears, you know. So you had signals before, you can't forget them because it's little bit of tears. It was, well, I had signals before. No, that's why he says, that's......little bit of shares. It was... Well, I had significant... No, that's why he says... I had taken a step forward. Okay.
Starting point is 01:54:50 Yeah, but it wasn't that significant. It was... Yeah, it matters. You can't forget money like that. No, Danai, don't say that. We don't know... You're right, I don't know any rich people who forget big money. No, don't say that.
Starting point is 01:55:02 You know, nobody will actually forget money. They will either. Listen, don't nobody will actually forget money. They will listen. Don't, don't deny riches here. Well, them days done is trick them trickery. Nowhere else in the world. Somebody called you a richer. You go, no, no, no. Why you want me calling? Poor. Yeah. Yeah. I can tell them I'm a rich man. It's okay if you're rich and you made a move for it but you've been waiting since, you've been waiting a while.
Starting point is 01:55:32 So if you read it, I'll wait for the big thing there for Cygnus. How far is Cygnus price is going to go when you buy back things? What are your expectations when you buy back? buyback to be honest you know if if if I can just break even with this buyback I would I'll be alright so you're waiting on third no you're waiting on 13% from today's price if it goes at $15 then no I said, no, no, no. 1472 is a break even. Yeah. 1472, it fix it, you know. Taking into consideration fees. Okay, let's take into consideration your fees.
Starting point is 01:56:20 $15 is what you say. So you want 15% from it, right? 15%. $15 is what you say. So you want 15% from it, right? 15%? That's what $15 is from 1301. Oh, from the current price? Correct. Okay. So here's my question to you. If you are looking for that 15% growth, but you also think that there's 20% in everything fresh
Starting point is 01:56:48 why all of the Cygnus money not in everything fresh yeah i think to answer that is is just probably the courage to sell it the courage to sell it at a loss but as Danae said it's already at a loss. Exactly. Yeah. You know get the fix at a nice setting then. If you're not, I find that very interesting you're not doing anything outside their goal according to you on JFP. But Signos, the money they're so aimless. Anything going on in Signos, it goes on. When they finally break even, you can leave. And that's up to you and whatever timeline that thing is. So most of the next 10 years, they're still going to Signos away for the 13%. You actually have real expectations on Signos. And if they make sense for what you want to happen then you're not looking for break even you're looking for 13% on the money in signals
Starting point is 01:57:52 exactly okay okay okay signals where it is where it is the same money it is okay okay I'll follow you right this I'll follow you and I understand you perfectly there. What's your biggest last maker? Right now, where is, I have lumber. Average price for lumber is 360. average price for lumber is 360 and lumber is at what about 28 what the lumber close at today i don't know you can use my money ja you can um see our portfolio in one go right yeah you should do it i and depending on who your broker is, you can automatically pull in all your trades. You don't have to enter them one by one either.
Starting point is 01:58:52 I can tell you about your entire portfolio. Lumber close today at 270. Alright, so. Are you saying your average price on it is what? I'd be down 26%. 26.4. The average price is what? 360.
Starting point is 01:59:12 360. You start this? Lumber. So you need 33% growth just to get back to break even with lumber. But you wouldn't put a lumber in the everything fresh that you expect 160. But I run the... You get the point.
Starting point is 01:59:37 Yeah, I get your point. I get your point. And I'm not trying to say that you should do that. I want to be very clear on that. I'm also not saying it's still suicidal. Yeah man, I'm saying it's still suicidal. Back up to $20. Yeah. It's been two years since it's been at $20,000, hasn't it?
Starting point is 01:59:58 Mm-hmm. Wow. Wow Okay, so I mean for him again and then buy back more certain and JBB owner They can do it a different way well like you hear him say they didn't that different way they could do it in a Less interesting way All right, they can do it in a way that doesn't involve anything much. They're also, I mean, they're limited in how they buy that camera just based on the J-series.
Starting point is 02:00:33 They're really only two big options for them. And they'll probably do it at the, I think the same, let me leave it for another talk. No man, talk man, talk man. No man. Yeah man, yeah man, top man. No man. Yeah man, yeah man, yeah man. Sorry, let me check my account and see if you can send me a... Straight up.
Starting point is 02:00:51 Right, top. The point is, um, I think you understand better about what's needed for your portfolio, and you should not give yourself the level of pain that you have been giving yourself. I think you should be, if you're actually making the bets, make the bets. If you actually believe something's going to happen, act like you believe it's going to happen. Buying is believing, eh? A hundred percent. Sometimes selling is believing too. Yeah,
Starting point is 02:01:26 true. But look at your loyalty. Think I like a relationship. You put two years into signal. So, you get to it. More losses. Mm hmm. You think you think you think okay. I'll I'll I hope you get just. I heard just that a while ago. All right. I just want you to make sure that you understand the important, the whole important to your portfolio, your money should be to you. And let go that idea about not realizing the loss. Once you see the loss, you realize you're not lost. Realize loss business isn't real. Sir, I mean, and thank you very much. Yeah, man. And thank you guys too. Yeah,
Starting point is 02:02:17 you're very, very good. Yeah, man. Thank you. Appreciate it. Appreciate the conversation. Big up. Big up. I put all the principles in there. I'll share away from it. I appreciate Also gets that discounted at night. I should point that out tomorrow is the last grow of October www.evermicle.com slash gr wr I one of the things you get adding the full grow tomorrow starting in the morning with all day And one of the things you get for having done grow is you get a discounted Session you get a discount to the session with the night I also get a discount on my money j.a. the same things similar not the same thing similar things also get a discount on My Money J.A. The same things, similar, not the same things, similar things to what you get from being a subscriber, but the subscribers get bigger discounts and
Starting point is 02:03:10 much more perks. Anyway, so if you want to sign up for Grow, you have between now and when Brick Thought done, because after that I'm closing it off and we're going into November. Sir Drumline, you've been waiting very, very patiently. What's up, sir? DJ drumline. What's up, boss? Yeah, I'm on an hearing. Yes, sir. All right, so Blessings blessings everyone. Um, big up and blessings, sir. What's up?
Starting point is 02:03:40 So first thing Is I did I did drawing in july and I end up book a session for the night but I never go through the discount so I end up here and not taking the discount but the date is what I wanted to just clear up a little bit. I realized the November dates are off. As in Dan and his dates? Yeah. I'm gonna call customer care with Dan and I.
Starting point is 02:04:15 I got you Dan and I. I got you Dan and I. I got you Dan and I. I got you Dan and I. It's the hardest part of the whole entrepreneurship thing, the customer, one the customer care. One of. Customer care.
Starting point is 02:04:27 So I wanted to actually get a closer date but I ended up going through the grow link and I just wanted to know that problem. You see two dates for me. Hey hey hey cool, we good, we good. Customer care close. Customer care close. All right so I'm going to go Kostumakea Cruz. Let me one side. All right. Kostumakea Cruz.
Starting point is 02:04:47 Let me one side. Yeah. All right. So what I'm going to talk about is SVL. So one thing I can notice is that something I expect a good results for the fourth quarter? Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 02:05:30 Reason being... is a World Cup quarter. Okay. Who you bring up for the quarter? Well, Portugal is my side, so no other team. So Portugal is the team you're bringing for World Cup.
Starting point is 02:05:53 Yeah. All right. All right. Ah, that that reason why I said that is because that's just one. He does, he does. He does. Very much so. So in terms of SVL, I realized the last World Cup, while I was walking past on my lunchtime from work, I was passing by the SVA shops and I realized that during the World Cup the betting is quite heavy.
Starting point is 02:06:34 Right? Yeah. Very heavy and World Cup only happens every four years. Correct. Right that's one. The other thing I saw was that Verticast have the World Cup rights and they also have the Premier League rights. VertiCast bought CVM and CVM is a free-to-air station in Jamaica. Correct. And VertiCast is putting on Premier League on Saturdays for CVM. Now for the people who don't have internet in different areas, I mean, SVL have a whole leap of touch points people can bet. So I'm expecting some new money to start coming from people being more interested in the Premier League, following it and betting on it.
Starting point is 02:07:51 The Premier League or the World Cup? I hear you say you're interested in it. No man, the two of them. This quarter is a World Cup quarter. Plus, it's the first time the Premier League will be on free-to-air television in Jamaica. In a long... yeah, yes, yes, that's correct. Not in a long time, yeah. Advanced for us right now. Right, so that World Cup money is a once- a four year money and the Premier League money is new money. For SVL?
Starting point is 02:08:39 Yeah, for SVL. I'm confused because you mentioned verticals. No, no, no. Yeah, continue. there. I'm confused because you mentioned verticals. So what you're saying here is that more people are going to be likely betting on the Premier League and the World Cup because both of those things are now being broadcast essentially in Jamaica. Once you have a TV, you can pick them up. You can watch it. Right. Once you put a pole out the door, you can get it. So how does that relate to the movement?
Starting point is 02:09:16 Honestly, I just, I just, I always say it's really the perfect storm but I hope some other things come along with that yeah probably some more the picture start really reveal because that's adjusted something else. I just see something else with their broadcasting the horse racing to bridge FM and bridge FM actually broadcast to New York and UK diaspora people. Now this is just a while ago I'm gonna just say that. So that's a new thing too. Okay. So you think that might be, that might be what more, more, what more revenue for them? More? Yeah, more revenue with the online betting.
Starting point is 02:10:21 They signed, they signed the deal, well not the deal, the gaming license, I think it was JLC or something, that thing that certifies them as a gaming service provider. Mobile gaming. Yeah, mobile gaming provider. Um, so once all those things and others start turning, I expect, um, higher dividends, high dividends. I like that. Higher, higher dividends. And that's your job higher dividends and that's what
Starting point is 02:11:07 you're banking on so what kind of gain you're banking on making from this yeah dividend no no no no dividend you know I want to share price to move but the can it do? It could it could. So what price? What's your goal? What's the goal for your money? The goal for my money right now I look at 100% I'm not lying. Everybody I look at 100% I like your honesty. Most people lie 100% in a more complex. I'm looking for a long-term thing to really put down for my kids which is how they say I need for double my money now. So you're looking at 100% in what time? 69 months. 60 in what time? 6 to 9 months. So we're gonna 9 months. It has to be specific. So I'm gonna say 9 months. Now watch your price. Watch your price is a hundred percent for you.
Starting point is 02:12:21 Hold on. You have all your money and you don't know it just like that? I have to check my money date here first. Hold on. Alright. Alright. I mean are you... $62. $62 is... Yeah. 62 dollars is yeah okay so 62 dollars is a hundred percent for you mm-hmm wow and so you think 62 dollars might happen by July next year well I'm banking and that's and more the more once more of the picture start revealing, my confidence
Starting point is 02:13:07 will start growing more, but for right now, that is what my aim is. That is what I'm hoping for. And I'm still averaging down. It's at 27, little bit now or 26 now so hell of a hell of a growth target you know say it again 62 yeah 62 because my average price right now is like 31 is like 31 and change yeah so really 64 basically so you expect the share price to go up yeah you're expecting more more than a doubling over 100 yeah yeah it's 130 oh no my average my average price is 30 35 okay I've been averaging You're still expecting you're still like 30 55. I will call it 61.
Starting point is 02:14:36 So you still expecting that sort of growth outside that's not a you really expecting that sort of growth. Are you saying the picture is revealed? What's the picture you're expecting to see revealed that's going to cause people to rush to buy it at $60. Or like you said earlier, what would make you buy it at $60? All right, so I think that more more institutional investors might be interested if well when the interest rates go back down and the dividends get stronger interest rates going back down. Yeah. Oh, that. All right, so. When you hear that? When?
Starting point is 02:15:25 I'm not saying it's gonna go down. Suppose it don't go down for the next three years. You are timing it now. You are timing it next year with it. So how come? Well, I mean, if it don't go back down by the time it reaches my timeline, I'm coming out. Because-
Starting point is 02:15:39 Your timeline is coming out. Yeah. So you're not going to go back year with it. Well, if it don't go back down, by the time it reach my timeline, I'm coming out. Your timeline is six to nine months. Right. So what if it don't go down? I don't think the interest rates
Starting point is 02:15:58 have anything to do with this. Okay. Yeah, very, very, very, very, very little to do with this, if anything. And I could see I could see a space where the interest rates remaining high is good for SVL. Because then they can sell their they can sell their float at a by a margin. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't say yeah.
Starting point is 02:16:25 Wait. Yeah, because the microfinance, with the microfinance. What about the microfinance? So you say interest rates being higher, they're able to sell their margins higher. Yeah, I'll tell you straight. I don't the interest rate conversation is a waste of time for the average retail investor. In fact, for 99% of
Starting point is 02:16:50 retail investors, always a time is something that's so nice to talk about. They don't really mean nothing to you in real life. Like, you know, anybody who buy less cash for because of the interest rates. Well, no, that's true. That's true. That's just, that's, that's of some good and Khalil, so it don't, it don't matter in your portfolio, not in a real. I know this is blasphemy by the way. I know I'm supposed to care about interest rates, but the reality is that we don't,
Starting point is 02:17:17 we don't care about the interest rates because most of us don't understand it and those who do don't invest. What I will say is that your SVL picture you want you need you're going to need to be very very clear on it because you're looking for some heavy gains. That's why I'm asking you same question simple question. What could you see that would make you buy SVL for $60? All right, what would I see?
Starting point is 02:17:45 Yeah, I mean you would say, yo, I'ma buy Israel for six dollars, I'ma tempted for buying more. Okay. came on a spark is performing because if based on what I've heard about or seen about came on a spark is that it wasn't being managed properly and SVL took it and invested I think is at 2.5 billion now so put a lot of money in there yeah yeah they put a lot of money in there to to make it a bit more efficient. And the return on the investment should start coming back in the same timeline. At least it should start to show. Within the 69 months, some of it should should start show as
Starting point is 02:18:46 in the strength of of Cayman as Park should start at more interest should be able to be shown from the park for people who actually the heart love heart you haven't you haven't checked no I have yeah I mean it's going yeah well you can check the financials first okay yeah that's I think you don't think that's an easier way. Just tell me say one of it when I say one down. Yeah. It'll be easier. But but but but what I like to go down to the spirit out there because I'm not saying that you know, I don't say not to that.
Starting point is 02:19:37 That's also a strong thing. But it is a rich man. I know that's good. First. Yeah. Yeah, I'll not say that first Because what might happen is you might make the mistake that a lot of people make. So like I go buy carib cement and the place busy, truck them line up. So carib cement doing well, that might be true. But it might also
Starting point is 02:20:00 not be true. It might just be busy every day or what I thought this is might not actually be what busyness is. Yeah. So you want to check the numbers for us before you check it. The sports betting on which the hardest racing is reported has more than in the quarter, more than doubled in terms of the segment result. I'm not saying that that's why. I haven't looked into... I haven't looked into...
Starting point is 02:20:33 I have not looked into the numbers deeply yet. I think that jumped out to me was that there's another 2.5... Another 2.5 billion. I don't know what I need to look to see where exactly it went. And I dare not call SVL my dark horse, but I mean, pun intended, it is a bit of a dark horse, but I don't know that. I don't know that we have the same picture. So I want to see the picture that you have. I want to hear what you have for SVL. I want to think that we have the same picture, so I want to see the picture that you have. I want to hear a picture that you have for SVL. I want to see the thing that would make you buy it at $60 per share.
Starting point is 02:21:12 Alright, so the mobile gaming license. I want to get the... what is the right name? Hold on. Yeah, whatever the name for the license is, right? That once them start make some money from that, like going into different countries, they're using the licensee. Forget because I was I think Gary was talking about something on the Mayberry thing and he meant I don't remember the character but he mentioned the potential of having the license once that potential start realize came on the spot. How would it be realized? Yeah. Um, them seeking business from, from, from
Starting point is 02:22:08 other places. I mean, they're already in South Africa. Um, are they still? Well, to my knowledge, the last time I checked, they were, I'm not sure if they're still are but to my to my knowledge last time they were okay and and they and they they they they turned a lot of I'll help you out they've turned a lot of came on us around correct yeah they mean came on us a lot more efficient than it was before meaning they're managing how the light bills stay and managing the water bill Yeah, they came on us a lot more efficient than it was before. Meaning they're managing how the light bills stay and they're managing the water bill.
Starting point is 02:22:49 They have plans for that between wells and solar. I think they have a solar system that had a couple of interesting dots on it, I thought. And that's just one arm of the company. You mentioned in being in other... There's a lot more in that one arm too. I hope even that one arm. The GM of SVREL had recently, I found that to be interesting.
Starting point is 02:23:15 I'm going to JFF too. It seems like a big move all over the place. SVREL man, Lorna Gooden. Oh, sorry, my bad, my bad, my bad. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I think you're thinking about Dennis sorry, my bad, my bad, my bad. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I think you're thinking about Dennis Strong, who is, I think, a board member. Also was a head of one of the department.
Starting point is 02:23:33 Yes, it don't matter, yes, but it matters where he get me. Yeah. He also left. I was hearing him, seeing some other moves, I was scared to see the full movie yet, but not complicated full movie, but not publicly to the full movie. I found, I found that his, his move interest at that, the move interest in me, because he didn't leave all the boards, which, which to me, I think was indicative of,
Starting point is 02:24:05 of other things. Like a dot for where he may be going. Or maybe he's going, who knows, who knows? I'm sure we'll all find out in time. Yeah, I think it's indicative of some things. So you point out the K-Manus point. You keep mentioning other countries, but they are in other countries. You mentioned them being in South Africa and they also have a presence in Ghana.
Starting point is 02:24:30 I don't know if I'd say a strong presence, but they have a hell of a presence in, a growing, definitely growing presence in Ghana. So that's other countries. What else? What's this picture that you would need to see? What could you see? What could you read? What's a tweet you could read? Or a document that they put out you could read? What's a headline that would make you run and buy SVL for $60 per share?
Starting point is 02:25:01 The microfinance part of it, they, they actually was testing, well I don't know if I'm finished but, they were testing, giving out... loans digitally to their, their retailers. So, they have testing into that, into how they can deploy quick cash so they would use the microfinance business to do that if this if they get up and say I a yo Jamaica we are giving out ready loans are some some loans you can just go to a SVL place and you can get this. How about if you don't have to go to a SVL place, suppose you can just get it from your phone?
Starting point is 02:25:54 Even better. You sure that would make you run and buy it? Yeah because I mean they are... For sixty dollars, not run and buy it not run and buy it run and buy for $60 For $60 Yeah, if I would buy it at that price if all other things I'm saying are actually realized because the It would mean the strength of the company is bigger now
Starting point is 02:26:28 Right they have a lot more capital to deploy So at 60 if I see all those things like come to fruition I would buy Hmm but they things like come to fruition I would buy it. Hmm but there a lot of those things if not all of those things are fruition so you tell me. K-Manus is I don't want to say it's profitable but I believe it is I believe if it's not profitable it's very near eternal very much has happened. The tote board, they like, they spent a lot of time
Starting point is 02:27:08 talking about the tote board and how it's refreshed. I told you about the important things that I was looking at, which is the water, cause they spend a lot on water and electricity, they spend a lot on electricity there, they handle that through the solar and I think they have a new weld that they've dug. that through the solar and I think they have a new weld that they've dug.
Starting point is 02:27:32 Randy Burgess on YouTube points out that if you go to Cayman and Sonor Regulars, actually you think they're not making any money. The crowds is not where they make money at the racetrack. Hashtag off-track betting, which is true. A lot of the money from horse racing is made in the off-track. the shops all over the country and they've been slowly increasing their stake in that. Buying back a heavy, they have a heavy footprint right across that now. You mentioned the mobile or something I thought you'd have pointed out. Even making their own stores. They have that big flagship store by Twin Gates. Here's a nice little dot from the Growers Subscribers Group, I think that's where I saw it. Their app is now zero rated, which means you don't need to have credit in order to access the app.
Starting point is 02:28:15 Yeah, let me see that. Oh, you put that onto the fact that the app is zero rated right before World Cup and right before the World Cup. I was laughing because in my head I thought the Premier League move was, you know, I thought he was going to go there with it, especially with the app and everything there. The app is the one that I never connect. I saw the app thing but I never link it back at all. It's right before this time. But all of this time is a good time to get people involved in sports betting generally. When and I know I know on the same stream I get in the World Cup football that every football fans that watch World Cup heavily they they watch World Cup, we watch football consistently
Starting point is 02:29:05 and the way we bring them in, if they're betting there, they're going to definitely be betting on Premier League later. And more importantly, people who don't bet, people who don't gamble, are waiting to gamble on it. A lifetime ago I didn't, can I say that? But you're in You could see you can see um Regular people being urged to put their money where their mouth is in a world cup here. You're really in portugal going All right Put a grand on portugal then exactly and you open on a credit, it don't matter,
Starting point is 02:29:47 the app is zero rated. It's signal you can get in it. Man, EPL with that. Sunday football, man. Forget EPL. World Cup. World Cup is such a big massive event that it brings in non-gamblers. Yeah, man. I agree, you know. it's further in my point with the thing there. I mean a good mark of that being in the culture is seeing people talk like that open. Cool. You know how football talk go. So imagine that we money be on it. Yep. Twitter you seen that? Yep. Yeah. I did a lot of work on something like that a long, long time ago. It might have been a little too soon, so they can dig it up and reuse. It's smart. Yeah, a lot of regular people are willing to come in now and I think would be willing to come in. Or I think would be willing to bet on, on, um, what are not them side win.
Starting point is 02:30:49 Mm hmm. And that's right up. And even if it's not your side, yet there's so many bets there. There's so much sports betting, but I think, I think it's, it can draw in a lot of people, a lot of not consider themselves to be gamblers. Like I don't, I don't gamble. I'm not gambling. But a lot of people might be like me and they don't gamble, but they don't consider putting a grand on Germany to win or Portugal to win or whatever. They don't consider that to be gambling.
Starting point is 02:31:19 Team spirit. Yeah and then those people might stay, but is all of that enough for people to rush and buy the shares at $60 per share? That's a big jump, you know? I think, I think at 60, I, I think it can reach 60, but what would make it stay at 60 is more things coming out in terms of what are they going to do to keep growing the company. I just told you a lot of it. You just told me a lot of it. Well, those are the things that they are already doing. So, it's not going to send it to 60. Those are the things that they are already doing.
Starting point is 02:32:08 So, is that going to send it to 60? You get me? Exactly, so you say those things coming out, well, the things coming out are actually the things. You'll be, I think all in will happen one time and then it reads 60 and then what next, does it say? No, no, no, no. It's not going to happen all at once. How you think it's going to happen?
Starting point is 02:32:30 How you think it's going to go to 60? And how it happens, actually, the term is quite going to reach at 60, because if these things need to happen, these things need to happen. And at a perfect timing to reach 60. Perfect timing at this point. You don't have a time to reach 60.
Starting point is 02:32:55 The timing is zero part. You can reach 60 with all these things in 10 years time. But you say 60 and you say time. So what's the perfect time for you? And then the perfect time for you, no mean S-real, Gary and Tim are gonna work any harder just because you need by nine, six months. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:33:16 So will S-real do these things that you think, what things actually need to happen for you to go 60? Everything we just said now need to happen together to go to 60. Which are those things we think could take it to 60 and in the 69 ones, which are them we actually happen You know those bars on Okay Your easy question you ask those a question and they don't go further. Okay, I did that. I will find answer I think it can happen. It's just, it's just.
Starting point is 02:33:57 I'm not trying to downplay my timeline either. I mean, my timeline might be a little bit sharp. Or it could be just right. Timeline is a timeline. Yeah, timeline is a timeline. timeline either. I mean my timeline might be a little bit sharp. Or it could be just right. Timeline is a timeline. Yeah, timeline is a timeline. The timeline, yeah, the timeline. The goal is the goal. Yeah. Well, that's my SVL question. The actual SVL question is you have your goal written down, you know exactly what it should be. So what SVL will do for that? If you already own SVL, what do you think will happen? You already tell me.
Starting point is 02:34:34 And you tell me some of the things you expect to happen. But type back to your timeline now and the movement that you expect to actually happen within your timeline? So is xy60 by by by 69 months? What will happen in the next 69 months with SVL that would cause somebody to say I'm going to buy xy60? but we just mentioned that we just mentioned the came on a structure now well I don't think that will cause him by to bite at 60 that's the truth I think it happened I think he'd be reported I think I mean it's been happening It's kind of turned around already. I suspect it's turned around already. And I don't see anybody rushing to buy it for more. In fact, I'm sure it has gotten a lot closer.
Starting point is 02:35:32 They've done a lot more. They own more, they're off track now. I don't have to share price. I mean, between Q2 and Q3, it has fallen all the way from 30 odd down to mid 20s where it is now. So, I mean, what's really likely to push it there. I think that the things I will excite people
Starting point is 02:35:53 are the typical things. I still maintain if a spin-off came on us, people rush it. If a spin-off came on us with a, if they do a dividend specie for K-Manas from SVL, I suspect the share price might, might, might touch the 50 or 60 levels. I think if they do a, I, I can see maybe something in the microfinance world, but you have to make it very simple for the people to understand it and then they'll act on it. Otherwise, nah, if it's at the BOJ interest rates level, then we'll pay attention to it
Starting point is 02:36:39 the same way we pay attention to the business news, which is we don't. Yeah, I think the biggest chance that I can see for it to go to $60 is the K-Manor spin-off if a K-Manor spin-off happens. And the second biggest chance, which I think is actually more lucrative is linked to them doing something more in the microfinance space. I don't know if they'll do it. And I don't think they care to do it. I don't think they give a damn. And also I've seen a lot of resignations happening. I don't
Starting point is 02:37:17 know what's happening there. Which might, it might be a good, that might be a good sign. Who knows? It could also be a bad sign. Is this your only stock? Are you like a hundred percent in SCL? No, no, I'm not a hundred percent in SVF. Okay, so you're expecting 100% from it, but you're not 100% in it? What else are you in? I'm in MIL. Okay, so you are 100% in SVF. What else are you in?
Starting point is 02:38:15 Fast switch. Me in. Well, I mean, for switch, I mean, I mean, let me say, rights issue APO. So which one? Well, they were very specific in regards to that part of it. And or. Until they needed to ask you to remove your preemptive rights. Then they said, and. Outside shareholders have a strong block. So maybe both. Maybe the rights issue first because I think the retail is dumb.
Starting point is 02:38:50 So click them with the right to shoot first and then APO later on. Which might be nice. Once they say APO, me gone in. Because I noticed something the other day and it would have been a really good play for Shorty. I saw I create, I a share every time it hit a certain I think is four dollar every time it hit four dollar you just keep on refreshing and and that time was the first time I was learning about iceberg right and I saw that and I was like, hold on, hold on. If this thing keeps on refreshing, right, people are gonna lose interest because news are coming out about this and that
Starting point is 02:39:53 and people are like, all right, you go buy it up, buy it up, say, what name, rights issue, and it now move. So eventually people go say, you know what, yo, it can't pass $4, so here I'm gonna do I try get out and get in out everybody gonna start get out too so lower and lower and lower so at that time if shorting was in we'll just start short that from right at $4 go straight back down from probably about $3 $2.50 weight then no. So, JC, if you fall out with that. Oh wow. Okay, so you're saying you just shot that for all the way down to the 250 weight.
Starting point is 02:40:45 It's at two dollars now, actually. Wow, imagine. Well, I'm going to jump out at 250 still, but two dollars would have been better. I like that honesty. You know, I don't think you've been honest, but I like the energy. No, no, no. Why anything not be honest? No, like seriously. It's a 250 so quickly that you wouldn't have jumped out.
Starting point is 02:41:29 If it goes 250, no, but there's a certain decision people believe because after, after I realized I started, I still was watching the checked it. I think it was like two weeks ago. I'm going to see it no more, but probably I should have been watching it closer to see which day it actually left. So at that time, no one would have realized, all right, that would be my marker to jump out on the shorting price. Okay. I like it thinking. So here's what I think, I would have shorted the hell out of iCreate house. I sold my iCreate most 99% of it a lot earlier, the three and two, maybe the three dollar level. And I would have shorted it if we had shorting then.
Starting point is 02:42:01 And if we're just talking pure shorts, I'm buying it at four with the intention of, I'm shorting it at 40 attention, I'm paying it back at whatever law. I think I would have really doubled down on my shorting the closer we got to the X date for the right issue, whatever the secondary issue is that, well, instead of doing a right issue, so I'll use their words, right issue. Um, I'd have probably done the same thing, but then that mouth make for talk, right? You can say anything you want because I wonder, and this is me wanting about myself, how confident would I have been after the X date passed? The fact that it went back up from 220 all the way up to 298. That means that you're watching your that's this is losses you're looking at you know. The further up it goes is the more you're the closer you
Starting point is 02:42:55 get into loss or the more um or the deadly loss is I I remember with charting, there's no limit to how high it can go. True. So, I don't know that, I don't know that you'd have stuck with it, because I don't know that I would have stuck with it from that, from the record date being September 26th and then it jumped, September 23rd it jumped from 220 all the way up to 298 September 28th. all the way up to 298 September 28th. That's not, that's 35% growth on a short. Yeah, that's ball and big thing. That's balling, that's crying, wailing and weeping and not enough to eat business that. You know, take some seats to actually stay if you see it at which
Starting point is 02:43:46 part it then no because honestly yeah man no wooden wooden stayed till if the two know I don't know so you don't go to two but I don't think what I have the guts for like watch it go up there so I'm never wait till you come back at two no me either yeah let me tell you something. I think I don't know, because we don't have it yet, hypothetically. I think that most retail investors in Jamaica are so scared, so fear filled that and they're just so scared with regular, typical stock investing. You know how much guts it takes for the shorting thing? It takes another world of belief. People talk about belief in them picks. You have a belief that this thing will go down while you're watching it go up. You can actually
Starting point is 02:44:38 take a short, we're all looking at 20% drop. You're looking at, you want 20%, you think you're about at 20, 20 to 50%, 20 to 30% drop. I watch it revalue 30%. That's a straight loss for you. And there's no, in other words, it's flying and it's happening very quickly. So it's happening in the space of like a week. True.
Starting point is 02:45:01 So you could see something on Wednesday. Don't pay attention to it again until next week Wednesday. And next week Wednesday you are looking at negative 500,000. But you said the thing is the reason, the why. The why for that stock was very strong. Because I could see it with my own two eyes. Why for other things? If you see it until money is up on the line, brother.
Starting point is 02:45:28 Straight up. If I had money, I would have put it there, same time. But there are different trust me, there are different cars because the money is up on the line. Trust me. Yeah, man.
Starting point is 02:45:44 I'd love to have the shot in too. cross me. Yeah, I'd love to have the shot in too and Doctor Street for us for his promise to sit this year II and I still suspect that might change the early next year but maybe not. Maybe this year like you promised.
Starting point is 02:46:01 Who knows? I you know, I see me a bleach for IPO. Bleach a free for somebody that have an IPO. So the interest can run. And the funny thing is it would have been a good lesson because if I had jumped, in this hypothetical world, if I had jumped in, if I'd done the shot at the 220 and watched it revalue all the way up to the 298, that's September 28th
Starting point is 02:46:32 If I'm that date I'm watching it trade as high as three dollars and ten cents whole set washer If I jumped out then I would have missed It falling from three dollars all the way back down to two dollars In fact the real move then would be to believe in it and throw more money in there at three dollars and when it down to two dollars that's a 50% drop but it's a 50% drop now looking backwards another thing when you're looking ahead just the inverse of what people talk about buying the dip and also averaging down. Yeah, man. Yeah, man. Yeah, man. Them thing that ease of a say, ease of a say, ease of
Starting point is 02:47:13 a talk about how many people actually do it. You know, I know how many people do it because you've heard home even I'm just the guy that we were talking to earlier. In saying believe in 165% coming from everything fresh, you're buying more? No. That is buying the dip, you know? If you really believe in buying the dip, that's a dip. It's like, if you really believe that SVL is going to go to $60,
Starting point is 02:47:41 why aren't you throwing all your money in it? No. Worth SVL, unlike other stocks, has a dividend. That dividend is consistent. It's like a personal syntax. You're getting that money every quarter, no matter what. So you know, say you have maybe 1, 2% coming to you, if you're willing to go that heavy, every time you see it, drop it the average down that you can tell how few people actually believe in what they're saying, because of how few people how few people actually averaged down on their own picks.
Starting point is 02:48:23 Very, very, very, very few people do that. Well for me for me what I actually want to do I have been considering probably two things and that's why I said yo I really time for going link down now. I'm trying to consolidate into into probably three stocks right I think I have some really good good picks right is that a that or I continuously put more money on the picks I currently have. But I really want the money to be concentrated in a way when the growth start. I can smile at the numbers. I get you.
Starting point is 02:49:15 And so wait, were you in anything else? You mentioned SVL, you mentioned Fossrich, you mentioned MIL. You're probably down on MIL down on svl so what else ah i'm i'm in i'm in dollar okay remember the from the last time i speak about dollar yes i still i didn't make a money off of access too. Okay. Yeah, I'm gonna have access some more now. T's John Jackson Ho.
Starting point is 02:49:55 So, that, um, I actually start look for NCB. Okay. look for NCB okay so look for NCB well you don't put any money in terms of money all you have money in is no no no no no norich, Dollar, NCB, what else? Tropical. Tropical, five, five stocking gone. Yeah, I think I spread myself a bit wide but I think they're good picks, but maffa just Condition myself. It's all right. Yo maffa just see that and even when it arrives never does. All right. Yeah, I know that did I go happen but Me have to put the focus over here, so so
Starting point is 02:51:03 That is that's a hundred percent true that's a real thing. Ask Danai how that go. And that's why I said I'm going to give him a link. Because I really think these are good picks, right? But I really want when the growth in whatever I choose to stay in, I can smile at the numbers and say, all right. What's the goal again? What's the goal? What's the actual smiling number? Well, the smiling number, when it comes to it, I don't want to tell you,
Starting point is 02:51:37 because it's kind of a very bold. Percentage, percentage. Yeah. Percentage 200 200 by when? in a year alright so you're a striker and you want three stocks? yeah three yeah what was I going to tell you one? what was I going to tell the one? Uh, no, man, the PM wouldn't already see me. So, you know, I mean, you know that. Oh, all right. I mean, it was a very, very aggressive goal.
Starting point is 02:52:16 So, he had to be aggressive with it. Mm hmm. I was going to say earlier, he decided how much stock it's supposed to have why why three by three it I think I think three would lessen me I look when the other stock them I grow right and I'm not saying you judge I know we could have ended that today no 200 percent in a year ball game talk 100 percent in a year about Game Talk. Huh? It's not a 200% in a year talk. It's not? 200% in a year is a seed going and a seed the next stop going and so it goes.
Starting point is 02:52:52 Okay. It's part of the plan. Oh, a part of the plan. You know it'll go up. I'm fine being out of it. Or maybe I'm fine being out of this piece I don't go up. Ah. Depends but everything if you're doing 200% that year you have to dip on it weekly.
Starting point is 02:53:14 Okay. Yeah that's heavy still but we'll see we'll talk. Definitely. Yeah man. Yeah I'm not doing nothing to my portfolio right now. Yeah, that's heavy still. But we'll see, we'll talk. Let's make sure you're ready. Yeah man. Yeah, I'm not doing nothing to my portfolio right now. Yeah, I'm just trying to make it stay.
Starting point is 02:53:32 I don't know about that one, but I encourage that. Yeah man, make sure you pre-in the market, know what's going on. Especially if you want 200% a year. Because things can change, you have to be very flexible there on the market with that. You want to know why you're eating something, and if that thing change or anything that can affect that, and you have to be looking out for it. Everybody can do the strike. Everybody can want a strike.
Starting point is 02:53:57 I can tell you, I don't mean more strikers. So yeah, I think you can do it. You just, he has to let go certain things. He has to do a lot more. And that's why the focus is necessary because we have a lot less to pay attention to. Yeah, we can't have to pay attention to other things anyway. As a 200%er. I can't have to pay attention to other things anyway. I love 200% of stuff. Alright, in a year from now, or what? Till that, well, no. A year from the time I see you. I don't know. I'm going to come.
Starting point is 02:54:34 I'm going to know what's going on. Alright, alright, DJ. Alright, blessings. Alright, man, big up. Cool. Yeah man, big up. Cool. Damn Danai, everybody has striked this week, but everybody wants to strike, but the reality I saw, heavy. Striking and easing, I bet.
Starting point is 02:55:00 That's it, it eas except anything. I know the funny thing is, I mean, what exactly what I said I really mean, which is that, at least in the case of SVL, if that came on a spin off happens, almost certainly, almost certainly, if it happens, that happens in the way that... I don't know exactly what you mean, but I know why you have to explain it. I don't even think about that anymore. Nobody has done it in a while. I almost wonder if FSC wouldn't allow it. The idea these days seems to be... I don't know. I don't know. I think that's the truth. There often is a lot of an idea when certain things are said. Yeah. Yeah. Funny enough, I haven't sold my Svl yet. But who knows if I might. Same. I mean, that's not the case. I think that's the culture shock, investing culture shock.
Starting point is 02:56:09 Why? They think, you know, again, they go somewhere else until they tell, trust me, tell you deeper that, it's a freezing moment, man. Say that, so you're gonna say it again. The thing you're talking about now is a big deal. Not going to sell it to go somewhere else. Why? You're not going to do what? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. It's a thinking that you can make a lot of money doing that or you're not supposed to do that. People kind of get told that they shouldn't do that. And we also get fed that idea that lie of um
Starting point is 02:56:49 that will make it sound like it's uh like you have a love and loyal well we deal with it like say is it english premier league team your epil team yeah man you're good you're coming in you should never ever think about coming out yeah you did it yeah treat it more like your world cup team. Like, let me say, hot girl in the office. But mine, mine I think, you know. Mine, we just find out that Arsenal fans invest in. Alright, alright. And what? I was saying them, see.
Starting point is 02:57:16 Anybody, anybody who's an Arsenal fan who invests, is probably a good investor, because they know how to stick with something through the tough times Definitely no drink like a arsenal fan here you need to you need to if it's not working out for you cut cut Yeah, what cut be a waganist? Yeah, I'm again Yeah man, they are waganists. You're saying that thing again. You're one of them men who think they win when they
Starting point is 02:57:47 say their name again. The relegation team will come out of the relegation and go out of the place. Yeah man. Yeah, Leicester City. Leicester, yeah man. The die hard Leicester fans that appeared in Jamaica. All the city fans. Oh no. the Dyer Halle stuff that appeared in Jamaica. I'm not inside.
Starting point is 02:58:05 I'm not inside. Are the City fans? Are the City fans? Oh no. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Or like, we have a bridge named City who say he's a Chelsea fan. He doesn't know about Chelsea.
Starting point is 02:58:17 He doesn't know that Chelsea wins. Well, you say when Chelsea was winning, but then reality box him. you say when Chelsea was winning but in reality box him. Anyway I think that's how I think that that idea is something that we need to understand on especially on our market especially as we get more mature. It's funny it links all ideas I've been saying from evening, including from in talking earlier because yeah, what kind of behavior does happen when an IPO happens and so you'd be a bit of a deep, I don't know much more to do, but I think we'll get one more chance for the year done to see it, to test it. I think based on the wording of the separate thing, they said that they seem to be
Starting point is 02:59:08 saying very clearly that they're coming to market with that company they've bought before the end of the year. A.S. Bryden. Yeah, you're talk about it. I couldn't remember the name of the company. AS Brighton. They seem to be saying that they're coming to market with it before the end of the year. And you're at the end of October now, so that really gives us two months, right? And the way they talk about it is almost like they expect it to list before the end of the year. Yeah man, you know what they say, come to market. Yeah but you know you can't you can't. Oh that's okay yeah.
Starting point is 02:59:51 Yeah. What do you think they mean? At least I don't know what to say to them. That's the truth. I mean I want to say it if we say it but. You say it if we say it, but you say it. I don't know what you say. You have to tell me what you're actually being. We will ask Jermaine, who just joined a while ago. Jermaine, what's up?
Starting point is 03:00:23 Jermaine, what's good boss. German? German, I'm fingers crossed that you're not just a troll. You're actually a Jamaican, who cares about the stock market? You follow me, you know, so good deal. Maybe you don't know his name is German. Treasure, Treasure Alien? Treasure Alien, you can hear us. See Mike is Jamaica.
Starting point is 03:00:50 Yeah, yeah, tweets, tweets in Jamaica. German, you can hear us German if you're talking you have to unmute or not. All right. If you, if you, if you, when you can't start a stock, because now you're here, cool. We just reach out and connect, have the conversation. Yeah. Uh, well, yeah, it is right.
Starting point is 03:01:17 And the way they spoke, the way they spoke, they spoke, um, about that, about, uh, about it being coming to market before the end of the year and before the end of the year sounds like yeah greetings greetings i just on mute so yeah mr roe mr how are you doing german you got me now that's good. I'm good. I just want to just chime in about SVL. Yeah, what's up about it? Yeah, I was checking out a recent video, my interview with Christopher Berry. Yeah, I'm not sure if you saw it. It was tweeted by Mark. I haven't seen it yet, but I did get a link to it. It was very inspiring and interesting. I know people like yourself observe Barry.
Starting point is 03:02:18 He came on your thing earlier in the year. But I want to talk about Ex SVL and the Guyana connection. The Guyana connection. Okay, what's a Guyana connection? Did he mention that in it? No. Very bad, you know, so if he mentioned it that might be a... Well, I want to talk about that. So you look at the video.
Starting point is 03:02:37 So the Guyana connection, yeah, we have to, you know, look at that, you know, Guyana, Guyana, Guyana, look at that, you know, guy, you know, guy, you know, like the French connection. So if they get a license there, a lot of disposable income, you know, it will be a really good move, you know, when that is approved, you know, hope that, you know, can be a bounce again in the news. For me personally, I haven't sold't sold you know I get a little shaky obviously go down to 27 but I know that you know just hold firm my people
Starting point is 03:03:13 you know I think you know just hold firm so that's just me. What you mean? It might go lower you know. Of course it can. Yeah so people have to hold forever if it goes lower it just go lower. You need to think if you really believe in what you're saying if it goes lower it means you should be happy you should be buying more. What would make you what what price are you expecting it to go to? What price would you sell at? Okay my selling price is 35. 35. All right. When you expect it to go to 35? I don't know, but I am holding, hoping that 35 will come before. Well, you know, if I don't see any better opportunity, so I can't say just yet. I don't see a better opportunity in the main market. So why move?'m gonna move into dollar you know and I think the money to dollar will do something great in the next you know three to six
Starting point is 03:04:12 months so that's my project. my people get in before the announcement. But, um, and I'm not a piece of that already. It's what I tried to do. Hold on. You made a good point about the main market. I don't want to drop it yet. You don't see a better option on the main market than SVL? I'm sure they are. They are, but I don't see it yet. I'm not knocking it. I mean, it's a good real question. What else have you looked at? Well, on the main market. Yeah. Well, SVL, Cygnus, it would be really ridiculous if it all looked at Cygnus. It wouldn't be ridiculous. It wouldn't be ridiculous but i mean looking at it is is um it's fine yeah i look at it all the time too yeah you have to look at it come on now and i have to look at
Starting point is 03:05:15 signals no matter what why signals what no what you're saying is different from what i'm saying what why why specifically signals why should i be definitely looking at Cygnus? Because the price is a buying price. That's why. What does that mean? Every price is a buying price. I advise a client and say yo what's good with this? Why are you buying this stock? And they will say because I'm buying price that's not good enough. What exactly is that? It's price. Okay. So a buying price is a stock, Cygnus for example, that is not a bad company, but going through a bad time. It's like a sick horse, right? Yes, it is. The way the price is moving. Yes. No, it's not. They just bought at Puerto Rican company. Their profits are still profitable. They just wrapped the year.
Starting point is 03:06:15 Yes, the year's profit is down. 3.8 million US versus 5 million US. But 3.8 million US is massive in comparison to where they were a year ago or a year before that and a year before that. And being in mind to them kind of just start out them thing. They're not going through a bad time. They're going through a great time. In our market where sentiment is one of the main factor that move the market. In every market. Every market.
Starting point is 03:06:42 Every market. No. In every market. Yes. Why isn't Cygnus moving even at $19? Why? Would you buy it at $19?
Starting point is 03:06:56 No, answer my question that I asked you first. I just answered it. Would you buy it at $19? I am buying it now with the hope of selling it at $19. So would you buy it at $19? That silence is your answer as to why it's not at $19. Somebody has to buy it. That's, that's how it is.
Starting point is 03:07:23 I wouldn't mind if them if them I would mind if they announce an APO next year too I believe that it's a buying price now so every price is a buying price that's the price that you can buy it I know I know what you're saying you know but I am making the point of the value of the company. It is, to me, it is under value currently. So that's why it is a good thing. And that's what I'm looking at as well as SVL. Whoo.
Starting point is 03:07:54 I mean, I agree. I would put much more money in SVL and Cygnus. In fact, I have put much more money in SVL. I put millions in SVL. And I agree with that. And I'm not disagreeing. But Cygnus, I'm not defending signals in terms of the what the fundamentals and how much money i might make the sentiment is bad right now and the look of profit the look of profit is not enough
Starting point is 03:08:21 to pull the attention to signals we should which is why the market push and bring the price up that's the bad thing right now with Cygnus. I guess they are not flashy. They're very flashy what you mean? How so? Cygnus, Cygnus Deneb, Cygnus with the real estate fund, Cygnus that own half the contented piece the controversial piece of St. Catherine, that's enough. So why is the price so low?
Starting point is 03:08:52 Compared to the cost. Because we already answered that. Because somebody's buying it at higher. If I am buying it at 19, no. I'm definitely buying it at 30 when I get it. Okay. So as I was, I can still get it for 13. Then I would like by that 19.
Starting point is 03:09:10 All right. No one. Are you testing? 19. So I get you. So no one not by that 19. So let's get back to the SVL point. So I'm hoping that the guy in a connection and they get the license.
Starting point is 03:09:24 What are you hoping about with, if you you if you heard that they got the thing for Guyana that you expected How much money would you be willing to buy SVL at? I'm already 7.03. I will be buying more SVL. I'm telling them selling it at 35 So I am already have more than half of my portfolio in SVL So how much would you how much more would you put into SVL if you heard that they were about to get licensed in Ghana? Well if I have more disposable income output you know. Well you do have more disposable income. Not all, I would put majority of my funds in it but not all. You'd tell your signal shares output to SVL if you heard that they had a license in Ghana. I probably could.
Starting point is 03:10:06 Would? Of course. I'm not certain of the future, but I will want to put as much as I can in SVL. If I know that the outcome will be certain, yes. Alright, if I could guarantee you, if I tell you I have a link in Ghana, and the link work working government and the link Tell me say yo SVL getting that license Would you then put that money in? If you are on zero said that no Randy roll link
Starting point is 03:10:38 I probably would do that. All right suppose I say that SVL has been licensing Ghana for more than a year now more than two years. Well that would be news to me and I would recheck it and then you know cancel it and put in more money in it. You know what it would tell me? It would tell me not only that you haven't done grow up but you've never actually checked SVL's financials. Yeah, that's what it said. I know because SVL is licensed in Ghana. And you said that. Well, what do you expect them to be? You see how the license in Jamaica, they license the same way in Ghana. Okay. I thought that they were licensed but not licensed to do a certain game like how we do it in Jamaica, but I will go with you. No, no, don't go with me. I could be wrong.
Starting point is 03:11:31 I'll go with you. I yield to the superior knowledge. Yeah, man. The superior knowledge is telling you don't go with me. I get things wrong all the time. If you get it wrong, it's your portfolio. My portfolio only meant money. My knowledge was that the license wasn't as you know, the way you have the full out gaming you know that is how I thought the license so maybe I need to recheck I don't know you probably should check I know that they pay BGLC in Jamaica right betting games and lottery they pay the Ghana gaming lotteries Commission also I don't know the terms of the license, not off the top of my head.
Starting point is 03:12:07 No, I could be wrong. Are the same thing me and Seth too? Me not know them. I don't know. You said that they have license one year now, correct? No, not one year, more than a year. Alright, and I said, well, I didn't know that. I guess I will go with your knowledge, but I am not sure if that license covers all of the gaming and things like we did in Jamaica. So that definitely I will do my research. But when you do your research and find out that it does, how much more of your portfolio you throw it into it?
Starting point is 03:12:36 Well, you still, as I said, I would want to put most of it, you know. But then again, I have to be certain don't it in the future I don't know I don't know I invest differently you should come grow and you'll hear how I invest and you'll see how certain you have to be than I yeah I will you know think about it definitely, then I have something in process with him. But I- That's a good move too, because my thing only teach you how to do it.
Starting point is 03:13:12 Then I- I can give you all this code as a client. So sure. But yo, even I will tell you that the Danai Link make more sense if you don't plan to do the work because once you pay him, he'll have to do it. Well, give me all this space. My way I only teach you how to do it, you know, but you still have to actually do the thing. I mean it works if you do it. It works and it works well. But if you can't bother doing it at all, pay Denial.
Starting point is 03:13:43 Secret weapon double them up. Give thanks, I will link with Danai. I have been doing some research where every one level of information is different. So I will just, as I say, yield to your superior knowledge and link with Danai about strategy going forward. So give thanks for your reasoning. No problem. I like that idea though. But you tell me something. say you say your own svl You say you of course you have to look on signals. What else you have?
Starting point is 03:14:13 Dala I Have dollars for a tree Okay, which one which one you like more where you have more than those two those those two beings I have two accounts no yeah I mean stocks you know matter which account everything which stock stocks it's a spur tree dollar what is what I said that mr. is to establish that I do trade and I invest, but I'm saying I, what's the difference? Well, once I take more caution with one, I want the funds that I earn and using that account,
Starting point is 03:14:52 I'm less, more reckless. So same thing, just more reckless. Yeah. So we have quite two different things, just I'm more reckless investing. Which one is more reckless? The trade and investing. Like my investment in with Sibony and my Sterling.
Starting point is 03:15:07 Well, you know, those are more, how do you say reckless? But one of them is like, you know, I'm taking more for Yombe. All right, I was just asking, which one you call reckless one? Trading or investing? which one you call a reckless one? Trading or investing? I would say trading just for the argument's sake,
Starting point is 03:15:31 but I don't want to dwell on that so much. They asked me a question and I'm answering it, I have Sterling as well, which is another one that I like. That's crazy to me, cause you put Sterling in the same class as Sibony. Damn. Yeah, Sibony is a dead company, you know, Sterling is not. Sterling is very much, very much alive and working. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:15:52 Yes. So I also have spiritual. Okay. Yeah. So that's it basically. Oh and I have a one dollar. Knoxford you know, good looking boy. You know, Mark Knoxford. You have a whole heap of stocks man. No, no, no, no, I don't think so. It's just... You have nothing. That's what, eight or nine so far?
Starting point is 03:16:22 No, come on man. Better than that. Yeah, S-Ville, Cygnus, Dallof, Spurkery, Sterling, Sigourney. What was the thing you just said? Knoxford, that's not nine. Knoxford, seven. What else? I don't know what else, that's all I have. OK, Okay so seven that's a lot. What do you mean?
Starting point is 03:16:48 Yeah but put things in context sir. I told you that I have two accounts and you don't fully understand the amount and the thought that go behind each so that is just my old personal strategy. Saying it's a lot is not saying it's bad, it's just a lot. Yeah, just saying it's a lot is not bad. I'm going to collapse. I'm collapsing something, but I'm waiting. I'm waiting. Might take the profit from Knoxwood, but I'm waiting to see how far I can go. So I might put that on SVL. All right that might not be a bad idea. You've heard a lot of thoughts on SVL
Starting point is 03:17:35 and if you link it then I am sure you can help you with it. Yeah so maybe when I talk to him and him show me something more strategic more tactical that I say yes makes sense then I can maybe collapse through tree or put by Esbjell or whatever he you know depends on the goal yeah the goal yeah it all depends on the goal but the goal is really simple you know just to make money as quickly as you can right so like you do want me reach a session and say Cygnus you say I have to be looking at Cygnus. You gotta. If you read such a low Cygnus, then you go wrong there, so don't it? No, but the fact that you bring up Cygnus,
Starting point is 03:18:11 tell me that it's something that you should look at. Wait a minute. That one is bad stills, we rate it to you. That one is bad. What? It's you who bring up Cygnus in my boss. Ha ha ha. That one is bad stills. Ha ha ha. I got to eat it. Are you bringing up our signals? The one about Steels.
Starting point is 03:18:28 I'm going to eat it. Big up the signals guys. They're building a hell of a business. Ah, see now man. Yeah. Big up. Big up. Which one?
Starting point is 03:18:44 I just remembered something that I forgot it again. Oh, dollar, dollar and that ultra. What you think about dollar ultra, Dada? What do you mean? The new thing that- What do you mean by what I think about it? Yeah, what do you think of it as a part of the business?
Starting point is 03:18:59 What do you think about the business? Oh, that's good, that's good, that's good. I think they're definitely in the right space to do something like that, do it well. It's just, I don't know, I don't think it's going to be much of a big, I don't think impact is going to be crazy. Like, I don't know, but compared to be crazy. Like, it's not going to do well, but compared to the rest of the business,
Starting point is 03:19:28 I think the real money is in the things they're already doing elsewhere. For now. I think it might do well. I think it might and be impactful. To what degree? That's a good question. All right. Like yeah, it's you have to make good money for it
Starting point is 03:19:48 within itself I think you have to make good money but how you see it against everything else that I do what kind of impact it has, what really it's just the same so it's just pawns, that's how it is it's just pawns and stuff is it? yeah but in a nice upturn way but it's just pawns that's all it is it's just pawn and stuff so it is it well yeah but in a nice uptown way but it's still pawn
Starting point is 03:20:09 why is it pawn? because that's what pawn shop do like you can you can go to a pawn shop with your wedding ring your nice watch and take a loan and they'll secure a loan against your watch oh got itcha, okay gotcha. Yeah, so it's the same thing, it's just if you call it ultra you'll attract... I mean like down to punch up like, boy 30 days gone, you don't know carrying them bus. It's the exact same thing, what you mean? Would it be?
Starting point is 03:20:41 Why not? Of course if you don't pay then they must grab the collateral if you don't pay your loan. I mean, I'll turn to this, like actual 30 days. Whatever the terms are, I mean, I don't know. I mean, you're actually very right. I don't know why I'm holding on to that. Yeah, it's the same thing. The terms are the terms, right? Go on, Tuff. Yeah. The loan is the loan. But I like that though. I like the fact that they've managed to bring it uptown.
Starting point is 03:21:07 I like that people are excited. If the term's nice, I might even run on. Find a Lico One watch or a Porsche. Buy my Porsche, buy a Porsche, I'm bar against it. I like that. I think though that it could, when I say it can be a contributor, I mean, I think it can be like, all right. I think any money go there will do it.
Starting point is 03:21:33 Yes, and it's relatively safe. It's more, I think, definitely. And it's just more things to learn into. And you get enough chunk of money. So I think they're fine. I think good. But in terms of I don't think it falls outside of my expectations of what they are in. So as the business is no, it's not fine. Also that expectation. Okay, this now adds that much more money to the team. I think it can do. I watch me if them let out 250 million at 15% over a quarter. Mm hmm.
Starting point is 03:22:11 It's 250 million at 15%. That's 37 37 and a half. But it's not an hour anyway. Yeah, but then but not to the people with Porsches not to the people it watches. Like I don't have any dollar loan. Yeah, but then but not to the people with Porsches not to the people it watches Like I don't have any dollar loan if I Right, right it just means some old dream. I say, yo, if I can't get them, you're valued. They will lend me something against it. Assuming that the term I do it and I'm sure I'm not the only one because I see people being excited about it.
Starting point is 03:22:54 Oh, yeah, it's facts. And I see people. The people are excited about turn are the people who would not take a payday loan. Mm hmm. So they don't exist in terms of dollars universe. So the same thing. Yes. So new market. But I'm saying that it might be a strong enough contributor. If they bring in 200, if they lend 250 million new money to people that weren't your customer base before plus them, them, current customer base 250 million have new money and they make 15% on it for the quarter. That is more than half what the current net profit is. So it might be properly impactful.
Starting point is 03:23:40 Oh, okay. Yes, I'm saying it might actually be properly impactful. Oh, okay. Yes, I'm saying it might actually be properly impactful. So you're thinking they make more money on this than elsewhere? Maybe or maybe they just have a it's a new new it's like SVL and and sports betting or the or the online the mobile gaming. Those people that they might target with it are new, is a completely new class of customers. And I think those customers will pay. And at 15%
Starting point is 03:24:15 on the quarter, anything, 250, like I said, it's half, 70 million on the quarter is that is a record was a record quarter for them, I believe. I 70 million. Oh, 70 million. All right. So if they lend out 500 million, they'll know 500 million at 15% on the quarter. Yeah, that's true. That's, that's, that's the 70 million again in profit. And if they lend out 500 million on the quarter, plus their regular run, That's the 70 million again in profit. And if they lend out 500 million on the quarter, plus their regular run, that might be a whole
Starting point is 03:24:50 hundred percent increase in their profits from the current market. Yeah. So all I was saying was that I think it might actually be impactful for the company. Yes. I can see the impact. The way I see it was that they've already had the money already. So this is no, this is, this is, so this is just a new avenue for them to put the money into. True, but it's a new avenue with a little than an old, an old, and a risk low. Possibly, and like, yeah, so possibly.
Starting point is 03:25:25 So like, I don't know what the typical dollar loan is like, but I don't think the typical dollar loan is like a 20 or 30 million, but in this case- Oh, yeah, yeah, right, so I'll get into it, so. So you have a lower customer base in terms of, yeah, lower customer base, but you're making greater profits off them or even the same level of profit but with a lower customer base and not more risk really and the fact the lower customer base that's a different type of cutting off risk
Starting point is 03:25:59 yes diversifying risk concentration yeah in this case concentration is working as a risk management actually that's funny. Exactly. You would never know if you read the book right? Oh no. No if you read the book I know it mean of course you'd know but don't write up. Exactly. Different book you're reading around you know what I mean. I can't read the glasses are thick. But yeah I like it actually think it might be impactful. I look forward to seeing how it's rolled out. And I see the skirting around certain things, but I suspect the things are skirting around, they're going to do. I mean, they're skirting around saying certain things, but I think they have, maybe we have a dollar short, somebody talk about dollar another time
Starting point is 03:26:45 or we can get into it. But I think that 40% is indicative of more to come. And I think they will get a lot more. With that, I think that, yeah, I think they'll get a lot more. I think the business itself is gonna benefit from it. Now will the share price move in the way everybody wants it to move? I don't know, boy.
Starting point is 03:27:07 But I think people are gonna be very ecstatic. I think not, I should say people are gonna be very ecstatic. I think the business is going to benefit well. I agree. I wanna if they'll do anything else interesting, is going to benefit well. I wonder if they'll do anything else interesting if they got online with it, if they actually make it online, it must sell. But I don't know if they have what it takes to do that. I think you'd say anyway.
Starting point is 03:27:46 I don't know. I don't know. Would you sign up for it if you had to go in? Possibly not. They said that I can't go in alone. I know how good I want to market. We'll be fine there. Especially you know the personal touch.
Starting point is 03:28:06 And I think they already have a strong network and the connect, what a good amount of that. That's true. That's true. You can't, they can't. They need the money done already. That's true. I mean, 250 million, 10, 25 million loan that, right?
Starting point is 03:28:22 Yeah. And you can send one person and their job is to drive around to the 10, 25 million loan that right? Yeah, you can send one person and their job is to drive around to the 10 25 million people that that's I could pay That's a paycheck. Yeah, and it's a premium high network service, you know, you know, how certain certain code on this Mm-hmm You don't have to catch it online Network guys like Randy at the start. I mean to cash online high network guys like Randy at the start. I mean, I think, I think generally they already have a good market for the money that they put, for the money they have there. And yeah, I mean, it makes sense for me that yes, they go there online and everything, but
Starting point is 03:28:56 I really want them to do that actually just online. Well, I don't think they have to do it to start. Whoever does it wins though, but it'll probably be Esviel. The one I'm from Joe. It's true, that's true. Yeah, yeah. Still a popular stock, no longer the number one. Dollar is now the second most popular stock on the market.
Starting point is 03:29:23 Meaning in terms of volume, well, actually in terms of volume well actually in terms of in terms of trades it's a second number one fiscal you say not anymore did the dog did also process I tried to I want to say that you I don't remember but I want to say that it did at some point no earlier it wasn't like the most popular no one fiscal did a festival been going for a while i don't think you asked me hey you asked me and i guess i need to do the first it's always been fesco but i don't think you asked me to do that for me so it's still okay so it's still dollar it's still fesco and dollar is second
Starting point is 03:30:00 and third is spur tree dollar is second with 16,439 trades. SpurTree is third with 16,019 trades. That is telling. Fourth is Trans Jamaica with 14,000. SpurTree list, Trans Jamaica. SpurTree list has started this year. Dollar is halfway through. That's great.
Starting point is 03:30:23 Yeah. SpurTree, literally Sp tree. You have six months on dollar. And I have a lot of, you know, I'm not like that. I have a lot of money. People like it. People love it. Obviously. Yeah. Trans Jamaica. Yeah. I find. Funny. Funny, but. What?
Starting point is 03:30:50 I don't know. I guess a lot of people got into it when it listed and a lot of people are still in it probably. And then maybe this is the year that a lot of people came out and had a little bit of hype with that NROC thing. I hear people talk about the NROC, the buyout of their own thing as if it's done already. In fact, actually, I think at a grow somebody was talking to me as if it was done already. And I said, I don't know that it's done. And if I remember correctly, I expect them probably to do an APO too. They love the APO.
Starting point is 03:31:24 So you know how that circle loves the APOs. I wouldn't be surprised if they do an APO to pay for it. the the more trades. Yeah. Yeah, to me. I would not guess Trans-Jamaica there, but that in itself is indicative to me of something. All right, the fifth one, like all the others don't seem out of place. Out of place. Trans-Jamaica. Yeah, it's Fisco, Dollar, Spur Tree, then Trans-Jamaica, then Fossrich.
Starting point is 03:32:02 I'm not surprised by Fossrich. Then GK, then JMMB, then Wigton, then CPJ. Where do you think most of the trading on Transfers is interesting for you? Because high trades every day for you. You get me? I often wonder if it's, I often wonder if it's, if there isn't an automated element to it. What do you mean? I often wonder if a lot of it isn't an, I'm saying an automated element, not meaning like... I mean, like, okay, there's something that triggers
Starting point is 03:32:49 and this happens. Yeah, something triggered and so it happens because this thing is triggered and the trigger happens from time to time. And also it moves is in the manner of, meaning I'm still saying, I wonder, like if the trades themselves aren't in the manner of automation. So when the trigger point passes, it's not one trade, it's 50 or it's buy. There's also that there might be it might be buy. So you buy everything at a certain
Starting point is 03:33:30 level above or below a certain level. And there are these queues always full 159 orders to sell. I'm gonna fix you some art. Every day, so, every day. Every day. That's a good amount of buying. Yeah. But usually, like, people been tired of this, bro. But you still got something to go there and draw, say I'm going to buy a pipeline like this.
Starting point is 03:34:12 Every day, that's so crazy. I don't, yeah, I don't see, I feel like there's an automated or a fund element at play here. I would not be surprised. Yeah. But then what's the play? What's there for them? Yeah. I know if you have enough money, you know, if you have enough money, this thing
Starting point is 03:34:33 in terms of its in terms of its dividend represents a strong opportunity for some cash flow. So, definitely. Move your pensions in. It's IR. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I move your pensions in. So looking like that bump before and then drop off. Drop right before also the dividend record date.
Starting point is 03:35:04 Yeah, look on it before the dividend announcement even. That movement starts before it. The consideration of September 22nd and then immediately the trades. Okay, I'm wrong. So you come out end of day September 22nd, I bump up in the next, okay, so'm wrong. So you come out and the day is about 20 seconds. I bump up in the next day. Okay, so move up in the next day.
Starting point is 03:35:29 All right, so I'm wrong. Yeah. No, you're not wrong. That announcement come out the 20 second that the consideration come out the 20 second and immediately the trades jump the next day. Yeah, and then couldn't do it the same day. Yes, I was saying I was saying it happened before the
Starting point is 03:35:44 consideration. Oh, oh, I will say it happened before the consideration with that amount. Oh Oh, I thought you just meant before the the record and everything else and it's drop at least Record date Hmm record date the 14 which was a Friday Trades drop record date the 14th which was a Friday trades drop kind of like if you do all this over this much days with a dividend in mind so imagine that I'm holding throws here so I'm continuously buying at the low over and over. When the dividend come around, it goes up. Then I start peeling over into the fund that can actually eat it.
Starting point is 03:36:35 Because when it actually starts to hit back, the dividend will work out for them anyway. So that would be you eating up a lot of the actual market orders on the market and then that play to the fund would be a single play. And this makes a lot of sense over this time because it keeps the stock leveled. It doesn't kill it. It keeps it from dying if that's the case. That's what I'm thinking. That's what I'm thinking.
Starting point is 03:37:06 That's what I'm thinking. I think I'm. That hell of a storm to fight, but if you can remake a strong, I mean strong, but at that level is good money. Only a few entities have that kind of money and willing to do that. And the one I think doing it, I don't think they're not in my view, shown themselves willing to do it. So this to me looks almost like a change. I was like, what is going on? It's been going on. It's been going. Yeah. That rise and fall for the dividend
Starting point is 03:37:38 is very interesting to me. If you have a lot of money, this thing actually provides swing opportunities, you know? Yeah, I keep saying that actually. So Trans Jamaica is. Can do some good things with good money. But you have to have heavy money. Hey, are we patient? Yeah. Yep. All right. Are we patient here? And you can't miss.
Starting point is 03:38:03 And I'm going to say, you know, if it miss, you know, bro. Are we patient here and you can't miss If it miss in a bro, yeah 134 to 147 for example Nine percent after fees you know what let's say by three percent Unless you don't pay fees Well, you pay fees. Why you pay fees, man? Now everybody have to pay fees. And everybody have to pay the same level of fees. That's the question.
Starting point is 03:38:30 I think you pay fees this time. Because it make no sense because we're eating, right? Hmm. Hmm. Yes, but yeah, you can stay at 10% if you do it right. 10%. Why it's interesting too, because the thing I'm talking about now, they could do it a different way and be easy. But they don't have, but then that doesn't, it doesn't give them the buoyancy. And the only play there will be okay. At GHL, we keep buying this thing down into the ground. And the dividend get nicer and nicer, sure, but that price.
Starting point is 03:39:21 I think there is a more public, the public is more, I believe the public is more involved in the Trans Jamaica thing than JHL. Oh I agree. In fact let me actually look to see. In fact, it's interesting, Jesus that's so there, it does complete different angles. GHL, I don't have to do that. I already have it. There's no buy. It's in fact, boy, that's so good. No, sometimes it's fine. And the phone don't really have that much. Don't have the chance to make out enough. No, I don't. Hey, hey, hey. Yeah, the title change. I'm not as much with GHL. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:40:03 Keep it profitable. Yeah, GHL, I think is pretty much what I've done. This was done so poorly. You can get what you want out of it, as far as I see. I don't think so. I don't think so. It must be, right? I don't think so. Because they-
Starting point is 03:40:21 I think it's just done poorly, up front. I agree, you know, but why leave it after that? You must be, you must look at it like, okay, I'm going to do this. You must look at it like, okay, I'm going to do this. You must look at it like, okay, I'm going to do this. You must look at it like, okay, I'm going to do this. You must look at it like, okay, I'm going to do this. You must look at it not poorly upfront. I agree, you know, but why leave it after that? You must be looking at it okay, I guess. You must have some level of okay if you got this done, right? I feel like... I don't think the level of actual investing knowledge was displayed here.
Starting point is 03:40:44 I don't think that... People are investing knowledge was displayed here. I don't think that people are hurt if you said that people who hurt if I said that. So I just I don't think it was done very well and I don't know that anything was actually done outside of the listing of the thing. Yeah. Yeah. Which has some internal use. So yeah, but I don't. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:41:00 But what do I know? I can't run a fund. Well, I don't run a fund, depending on who you ask. Okay, depending on who you ask. Yeah, depending on who you ask. Trans Jamaica is a different case, though, and it is a popular stock as a lot of people have it and a lot of people. This is very interesting to me. If I had, if I, if I was a richer man, I would play a role and try and, and make that, that that's been called.
Starting point is 03:41:33 Look at that. That's five to 10% within the quarter. Q1 same 139, 154. Yeah. Same kind of move. Q1, that's Q2, Q1, 126, 127, 129, 176. It actually, the funds should be doing a whole lot better. The funds in Jamaica should be doing a whole lot better, I think.
Starting point is 03:42:13 I didn't realize how much of an opportunity it afforded every single time outside of what was it's Q2 last year. Anyway. It depends, we're doing it at that time too. It's true. It's true, but you have to spend heavily. You have to spend, well, maybe they did.
Starting point is 03:42:44 Yeah, and if you if you anybody huh? I've never looked at it like this before. We're thinking it provided a 10% every single quarter. Nice. I can't miss. As you see it, I forgot. And you can't miss as a seat you have to cut. Oh yes. I had a conversation with not around every quarter,
Starting point is 03:43:10 just they actually more than one, just one who's actually working. What am I? As a seat. Yeah, you cannot, or you can't, you have to use the alerts. That's interesting. The whole, the next piece of it you brought to me here
Starting point is 03:43:29 was the, it took me years. I was, I know I'll call it automation. I figured out yeah, something going on. But I just think what, this is interesting. This is interesting. Yeah, it actually is interesting. I want a better picture now. That's crazy. Yeah, every quarter, you know, every quarter guaranteed.
Starting point is 03:43:51 So far. This doesn't get funnier to you? I wish you weren't on the stream so I could talk properly. A and B all over again, it's not controversial I guess. Yeah people, yeah don't rush and say when we go buy Trans-Amaker cars around there then I think it's interesting right? Oh definitely, the Scandi. That is not at all what you don't want to see in Trans-Amaker. And I don't think I will anytime soon.
Starting point is 03:44:24 If I do it will be just to play with what I think I'm seeing here. All right, I don't know if anybody have any last thing. It is a very crazy chart. It is a very crazy. From your seat to leave, which means you know, there's a whole other next part of it then. That's crazy, that's interesting and even better.
Starting point is 03:44:51 I'm excited about the market next year. Me too, I am properly. I'm excited about the market next year. So much things lining up on there already. I think we do this every time. I think it has a lot to do with what we do with our portfolio at the start of the year, because every end of year we're talking,
Starting point is 03:45:12 I always say we live like a quarter ahead. The things I'm looking up, I think very often the things going on now, I don't really feel strong ways about it, I'm always very strongly excited about it. I always have a strong feeling about them. I'm always very strong. It's like, are looking strong fees about what's the call. Yeah. Every end of year we do this. Yo, next year. Yeah. And every year, but I think people think what the rest of the conversation is, what's going on now. I'll have people do that. What we
Starting point is 03:45:41 were looking at last quarter. Yeah. You're right. A lot of people do do that. They look for what's happening now versus. Yeah. You think it, you think that we are learning thing, right? Like, ah, cool. The nothing never really seem to be working more than so. Yeah. But then again, where you really have to go in is a different view. Yeah. Why? It's interesting.
Starting point is 03:46:16 All right, if anybody want, so in the last talk, I don't have a last question to do it, otherwise I'm gonna stay very, very early. And unless somebody sends a speaking request or unless then I have something else in want to say. Well, then I wanna sleep. But me go, actually I'm really tired. I wake up. It does not

Starting point is 03:48:32 And if not, the November dates will be up soon. And yeah. That's a funny interesting. Every free grow a striker, I mean, you didn't never go, they've been on some striking before. And then they do grow. they've always see something there. And always, they always have something, some strong lessons learned from it
Starting point is 03:48:52 to add to them actual process. You know, to actually do striking. So yeah, it totally makes sense to me. But most people just wouldn't get that because again, most people not doing that. Yeah, when you actually do it, teaching it, yeah. They say that those who can't do teach, but those who, when you can do and you actually teach. Teach? Oh yes. It up. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:49:16 I mean everybody, the joke is we all know those good teachers. We do. There's a reason they're good teachers, right? Because they can do. And I always, boy. There's a reason they're good teachers, right? Because they can do. I chat enough, so I need to see you. All right, so that's it. I don't see anybody sending out a speech request. I'll say thank you, good night, thank you. And I thank everybody who sent a message in our call,
Starting point is 03:49:38 our center, even just a message you send on the YouTube, like I see, like I see, at the Burgess point of SVL buying ad space on CVM, I would be surprised if they didn't. They almost certainly are gonna do that. I wish CVM was listed that I would care about. As it is now, I don't care. But they're almost certainly going to buy ad slots during, especially during the World Cup. It's a no-brainer.
Starting point is 03:50:07 And VertiCast, why don't you list? Try and make back some of that money. I know you spent a lot. I don't think I have a choice. Which bank is closed? I think listing is definitely happening. Which bank are they closed to? I don't know you know is ncb no not cvm yes cvm but vertical i don't know if it's like they bought it from leeching so maybe ncb maybe ncb but yeah um if it's ncb they might get tempted to go to the debt road If it's NCB, they might get tempted to go to the debt road. NCB's very, I suspect NCB is very effective with their,
Starting point is 03:50:49 why not try some debt? We'll lend you the money. We'll lend you the 300 million. And you don't have to worry about the public. Vertica, if you get told that, tell them no. Tell them you want the list, list. All right, take the free money or take the loan anyway. Take the loan. Yeah alone and yeah that why
Starting point is 03:51:06 not why not why choose why not the boat yeah okay like after the moment the moment to get all that equity capital then borrow money becomes so much easier and makes it so much cheaper so much more sense you're borrowing less than what you're borrowing. This thing makes people. Yeah, man, case in point, Eddie Focal, struggling, getting almost deathly rates of interest, almost useless rates of interest for years. Listed, all of a sudden, the man never get the rates at what, eight, nine percent?
Starting point is 03:51:38 Can't change. Yeah, all of a sudden. How many times have we seen that? Again, at least 100. At least 100 100. Yeah. Speaking of which, 1834 soon, soon deal is. End of an era. Indeed. Start of a new one. Back to the beginning. Right back to the back to whence we came. Split out, joined the thing, have the thing by us, so we're right back where we came. Split out, join everything, have everything by us. So we're right back where we started.
Starting point is 03:52:08 And that's an interesting one too. I can't wait for that to wrap up. So we can review how that works. Yeah. So we're interested in the reader today with that. Just interested and funny because after nine, it will be better. So that was funny.
Starting point is 03:52:21 Was it something official? Okay. It was just a comment by somebody alright well thanks everybody again thank you Danai for doing this again it's good time bro big up and I'll see you guys next week it's been another brick talk night night
